The staff was incredibly friendly. My son and I enjoyed the breakfast bar. Basic but well stocked. They had low calorie protein options which was surprising. They had a slightly different menu on our second day so the free breakfast wasn't even boring. They keep fresh coffee available all day long. They also provide little to go bags if you need to make breakfast on the go. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. I usually do not sleep well in hotels but these comfortable rooms helped me to sleep very well. The room has a microwave and mini fridge.

This location was conveniently located in a quiet area, and there was plenty of parking available for hotel guests. There were several food options near the location. We had a wheelchair-accessible king room which was very clean and comfortable for us. We found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable, and my husband had plenty of room to get around in the room and bathroom with his manual wheelchair. We were pleasantly surprised with the hot breakfast which included omelettes, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, turkey sausage and a large assortment of pastries, bagels and juice options. There was always coffee available in the lobby, day and night. Every member of the staff that we encountered was friendly, courteous and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the size of the room was a good size. I love how they have dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and the travel bar of soap. Breakfast was ok, I've stayed at other Holiday Inns and there were more breakfast options available like bacon, egg, sausage patties and different options for the oatmeal. Other than that it was great.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of foods to choose from.

Great tasty breakfast with quite a lot of choice, everything seemed fresh & plentiful. Bright, welcoming public areas & handy little fitness centre for some treadmill walking. All in all a great place to stay, shame we only had one night there!

I am so pleased with everything about this place. The people are amazing. The location is amazing. The breakfast is very very good. The rooms the entire place is very clean. This was the best choice I could’ve made. Thank you unfortunately our plans changed where we had to stay a little longer, we returned to the hotel 5 to 6 hours later and we were able to book the same room again which I am very pleased. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The cleaning crew very sweet very nice. I’ll definitely come back here again if I ever visit again thanks again.

The experience was nice! We were there for 8 days and everything went well. Super close to all of the consulate stuff that needs to be done. The breakfast provided was good and the staff is super helpful and friendly. They do have a shuttle that can take you to the airport you just have to sign up for it. The pool area was nice too. Clean.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is going through a renovation and they made it their mission to prioritize guests' comfort regardless of inconveniences due to this. Food in breakfast was really good. Even though it is an express breakfast option, they offered hot meals and it was varied from day to day.

Near by Stores, Clean place fresh.. My stay was very confortable. No insects. Breakfast was great every morning. 😋 I can not complain at all. Very satisfied. The pool is not great at all to small and Dirty. But other than that everything else is great!!

My family and I decided to do something different this year for Easter and each got a hotel. And I can say it was the best decision since the day was windy outside we decided to get a hotel instead and this hotel was perfect because it has an indoor pool. Walking in my first thought was this place is huge ! On the main floor they have an area with a bunch of tables and chairs. There is also a bar area and then the indoors pool and jacuzzi and right next to that is the gym area. I got room 410 I spent about $130 for one night. This is a pretty big suite with 2 queen size beds , a sofa that turns into a bed it also has a microwave, mini refrigerator, an iron and a hairdryer. There is also a big dresser which is very convenient if you are having a long stay. It also comes with a complementary breakfast which is from 6:30 to 9 we went around 7:30 it was great I built my own omelette that the cook Makes fast in front of you then on the side they have other options like waffles, potatoes, fruit, bagels, and more. The majority of the time we spent at the pool and jacuzzi it is opened till 12 at night the pool is a little cold so my younger children did not want to get in but they did enjoy being in the jacuzzi. There is everything you need here but if you do not want to eat the food here there is a Mexican restaurant walking distance that is very good also a IHOP. Overall this hotel was very wonderful and my family and I had such a great time here we will be coming back !

Stayed here for several nights on a business trip. Hotel was nice and comfortable with a friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk. It is convenient to the airport and the front entrance puts you onto Gateway Blvd with easy access to I-10. The breakfast every morning is excellent by hotel standards with many options. The downsides were a very small gym and some of the slowest elevators I've ever seen, so if you are on a high floor be forewarned. Although you do get a view of the interior of the hotel on the ride up. I had a newly renovated room with a very nice view of the city. Bed was comfortable and room was very quiet. Would definitely consider staying here again during future trips to El Paso.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, close to restaurants and points of interest. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was very satisfying. Additionally, the facilities were well-maintained and in great condition. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean place with great service, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Loved the hotel! Great location, clean, and staff was really nice. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with an omelette station and they actually served food until breakfast was over, not like other hotels that don't refill the breakfast even though there's still an hour of breakfast left. Also, there are plenty of tables to sit at, so you don't have to wait around for an open table.

Unbelievable and I cant find 1 bad thing to say about our stay here. The place was spotless, service friendly and helpful, convieniant location, all the comforts of home - if not more. I have never had a more pleasant experience in a hotel. The furnishing in our room made me want to go home and redecorate my bed & bath. Tasteful and modern décor that was comfortable and clean. Kcup coffee in the room, microwave, refridge and large flat screen TV. The indoor pool and hot tub was refreshing - it was 103 outside and I was glad they had these inside. The complimentary breakfast was the best ever and again spotless. I will return to this hotel on our next trip to El Paso and I will recomend it.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, pillows really soft, bathroom and shower clean with good water pressure, some maintenance is needed. Breakfast is what you would expect from free breakfast. Well stocked snacks, dining is in walking distance. Very safe area.

We were headed toward Austin the following day so this far-eastside location provides an easy start. Our two Queens room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The lighting from the CFL bulbs was very bright which made reading easy. This is a no pets hotel, which we prefer, there aren't many left. This is off exit 32 and there are some very good restaurants nearby and a large movie theater and shopping. This level room has a coffeemaker but no fridge or microwave. The suites have them. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of all the basics including their delicious cinnamon rolls. BTW Furr's Buffet is delicious and a real bargain.

Convenient location, close to many restaurants, shopping centers, and interstate. Room key card would not work upon checkin so I had to go back downstairs and have the card reactivated (hauling all my things, of course). Room was hot when we finally got the door open. The front desk clerk said that was normal?? I checked the thermostat and someone had set it to heat in JULY!!! The a/c never worked in the bathroom so it was always warm in there. Fairly quiet although I did hear some guests in the hall. Seems like everyone was put on the 4th floor?? Not sure why? 2nd day, my card didn't work AGAIN so had to get it reactivated again. Front desk clerk acted like I was an idiot and didn't know how to use a key card. She finally reactivated it but acted like I was lying. Hotel was clean except for a hair in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Even though it's in a busy area, I really didn't hear traffic outside. One elevator wasn't working and the other one was very very slow. Internet service was fairly slow also.

This is a new property located off the frontage road of I-10 in a good location with plenty of shopping and food options. We were in town visiting family in nearby Clint and this hotel was a short 15 minute drive to their house. The lobby was clean and the front desk staff were friendly. The hotel has an indoor pool and small gym; didn't use either but both looked clean and well kept. Our room was a standard king; room was immaculate, bed was super comfortable and I liked the use of the Keruig, microwave and mini fridge. I loved the walk-in shower in the bathroom; this was the first hotel I've stayed in with a walk-in shower and I must admit, I was impressed. The only negative is that the bathroom did not have a fan; I like the use of an overhead fan to eliminate the moisture from the bathroom after showering. Despite the absence of the bathroom fan, I loved this hotel and will be staying here again when we return.

Stayed here one night at the end of a family trip (four of us). It was a solid Hampton Inn property and I would recommend it. A few highlights... --Room was typical Hampton in size and amenities, though the bathroom was actually pretty big --Bed was comfortable --Rooms and common spaces all seemed to be kept nicely cleaned --Pool area is well-kept, though the hot tub kept overflowing its banks for some reason and the timer dial doesn't actually move so it just stays running. Still comfy to use though, the pool itself was fine, and the room was nice and clean. Just needs some maintenance in there for the whirlpool. --Free breakfast was... a free breakfast. ;) --Rate seemed a little high for the location and room type, but not outlandishly so. --Staff were friendly and helpful --Located close to I-10 but the noise level was never an issue, so they seem to do well with sound insulation. Overall I would recommend it. In fact if the rate is right I would say this is a very good choice. I would really call this place a 4.5 out of 5 but that wasn't an option.

This hotel is an incredible value! It was new, clean & even stylish. Amy at the front desk was so sweet & helpful. Our room was lovely & VERY comfortable bed & pillows. Great AC/heat, shower & breakfast. If you’re looking for a place near Houston, STAY HERE, you won’t be disappointed!!

Check in was great- courteous and helpful. Room was immaculate- i checked bathroom and beds- completely clean and fresh. We had to reserve a time to swim due to restrictions- not a big deal - but just so you know- hot breakfast was amazing!!

We drive from Texas to California each summer and this is a favorite stop. The initial draw was the Tesla Superchargers in the adjacent lot but the hotel itself keeps us coming back. The King bedroom is a roomy and well-equipped suite (fridge, coffeemaker, etc.), the pool is well-maintained, there's a gym, and the breakfast is good. The service is very friendly, too! Dining Note: This year we found a great Mexican Seafood restaurant a few blocks away - Mar Azul (1314 S 4th Ave suite 5, Yuma, AZ). Highly recommend it!

The design of the room was spot on. Everything that we needed. The shower was spacious and nice. We heard a little road noise around midnight, but then it died down to zero. All staff were friendly. Nice location and easy check in process. Breakfast was rather mediocre, but ok

Great option if you need to stay by the ELP airport. 15-minute walk if you decide not to use their free shuttle. The room was basic and clean. Comfortable bed and good TV. The breakfast options were excellent, especially the scrambled eggs with chorizo and refried beans. It has a jacuzzi and swimming pool, which unfortunately we didn't use. Check-in was effortless, which was very much appreciated after a delayed flight arrival at 1.00 am.

Very soft beds and pillows, roomy bathroom, well lighted. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was pretty standard fare. Convenient shuttle from the airport. A couple of family style restaurants very close by.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The balconies and pool area need more care, the balcony had bird feces and the no towels at the pool and it was 11am.

WARM, WELCOMING, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, CHARMING... and that's just the Front Desk Manger and staff! Updated, clean, well-maintained hotel and rooms. Exceptional attention to the smallest details. Breakfast service was extremely well managed, fresh, and well stocked... pancakes, waffles, eggs, ham, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, juices, milk, coffee, bagels, baked foods, and probably another half-dozen or more items I have forgotten! Close to the airport, easy access to the freeway, and conveniently located near restaurants. Priced right and dedicated to customer excellence! THIS is the place to stay when visiting El Paso... no parking fees, nice pool, and an exercise center too!

I stayed here for two nights in April 2023. My overall impression was positive without reservation. Below is my impression: 1. The front desk is friendly and helpful. They were able to track a lost-and-found item that I left in the hotel and saved it for until my return. That is impressive. 2. Hotel's airport shuttle is Uber. It works seamlessly and better than the regular shuttle service. 3. The room is clean and quiet. The only noise comes from the bathroom exhaust fan in the rooms I stayed. 4. We liked the breakfast. It has good varieties with some fresh fruits. 5. The location is not close to any shop and restaurant for me. If you plan to walk, make sure it is the distance that you are comfortable with.

The room was clean and smelled so nice when we arrived. AC unit worked great and had little to no humidity. The TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it - something I've never experienced at any hotel, so that was a really nice touch! The bathroom had plenty of towels too and the beds were really comfortable. Front desk staff were super polite and helpful and the breakfast was good - coffee was tasty as well. I'll definitely stay here again in the future!

Again, this was an outstanding stay with Hampton Inn. The rooms, elevator, lobby and breakfast area were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was exceptionally good and one of the top breakfasts I've had in a Hampton Inn. The staff were very friendly. It was a pleasant short stay. We were visiting family at Fort Bliss. If you are visiting military family or looking for a good place to stay while visiting the base for any reason, Hampton Inn El Paso Airport is just a short 10 minute ride to the main gate. Also it's relatively close to a number of good restaurants and there is a Walmart nearby. Thanks for the staff and management for another great stay!!

My wife and I recently visited El Paso for our first time and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn El Paso/University for 3-nights, and we can't say enough about the location, the amenities, and the STAFF. Ray at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, and professional. He provided incredible restaurant recommendations and insights into El Paso's rich history, and was enthused by our interest in his city. We spoke with Ray upwards of three times a day as we explored El Paso. Randy from the hotel's restaurant was also extremely helpful, professional and a delight to speak with. We ate breakfast at the hotel and in addition to being delicious, Randy's company made it worth our while. We chose the hotel because of it's proximity to Fort Bliss and the sites we wanted to see....and we're overwhelmed by everything both the hotel and the surrounding area had to offer. We will stay here again if we ever make it back.

It exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel's staff members were not only courteous and attentive but also went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep every night.Only problem was my bathroom vent wasnt working but it was great. The hotel's facilities were top-notch and clean and modernization which im a fan of. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I left feeling rejuvenated, pampered, and already looking forward to my next stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable stay. I can't wait to return and relive the wonderful memories I made here.

The staff was so kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean. The pool was fun and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and staff there. We also loved the location since it was only a few minutes from the graduation we were attending. Would definitely stay here again and explore the area more!

Everything about my four-day stay went perfectly. The hotel's free shuttle picked us (about 7 guests) from the ELP airport. Check- in was smooth, thanks Ray Sanchez. My room was just being fitted with a new air conditioner when I arrived, and everything was clean. The location was perfect for the 3-minute walk to the University. One evening the shuttle took 10 of our conference participants to dinner at Hoppy Monk - and picked us up again when we were done hours later. Different driver, same great service. The ride back to the airport at the end of the visit was just as convenient. The street car (this is free) stops right next to the hotel. I rode that back to the hotel after crossing the Sante Fe International Bridge from a day trip to Juarez. This was my first visit to El Paso - and Juarez. I am glad I stayed here. I highly recommend it.

We have stayed here many times while our child has been a student at UTEP. It is consistently clean and comfortable. There is a full service restaurant on site, as well as multiple dining options ( many fast food, but a few sit down restaurants) nearby.

I rented the suite for my daughter's birthday sleepover. I love how clean and fresh it looked and smelled. Everything was in its place and there was a place for everything. Polished and perfect. Check-out is at noon which is a bonus. There were plenty of towels so need to call down for extra. The natural lighting was great. The refrigerator made ice. No having to leave the room. The fireplace gives it a nice cozy home feeling. I was truly impressed. Thank you for making this milestone that much more memorable.

Even though you are right off the freeway our room was quiet and you could not hear the traffic outside. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. The fireplace in our room was the bomb and we really enjoyed a couple of the nights that got cold outside while we were there. Would stay again as it was a very positive experience for us.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, it has an excellent location, and the staff is very friendly. The food is not very varied but it is delicious and the person in the kitchen is very friendly. We will definitely return soon. Thank you for everything.

Just a one night stay but very clean, comfortable and relaxing. And the fact that the little hotel store and some things we could heat up in the room for dinner was such a bonus as it was late and we didn't want to go back out.

Rooms look a bit run down although with good hot shower. Pool area looked in need of work, in some places a lot of work. Was quiet despite being close to the airport. Has a great bar on the property with inexpensive drinks and pretty good food. Open 24 hrs. Did not have a chance to sample breakfast.

We have stayed at several hotels in the airport area. We fly in and out of here most often and so far this location has been our preference. Staff- especially the evening staff almost always go above and beyond!! Night manger- age is the tops! It’s clean it is comfortable- the airport shuttle driver (though you don’t need one to get to the airport) is always super helpful. Bar tender was sweet when I wanted (needed) a drink after a 14hr day of flights and 5 minutes to close. Breakfast is good and the pool area is super lovely. Always stay in the main building if you can… further away is well not as super.

Convenient. Steps away from the ELP airport terminal, and they offer very reasonable long term parking for trips up to 14 days. It's clean, comfortable, usually sensibly priced, and the restaurant has great food. This is a great place when you have an early morning flight out or a night time return.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Easy check-in. Could use some updating and deep cleaning in certain areas. Breakfast was ok but wouldn’t go so far to say excellent. Limited options but meets all the basics. It was very convenient for our trip. Close to base and locations shopping and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the waterslide. The term “waterpark” is a bit misleading.

We were here because we were flying out the next day. I'm in a wheelchair and requested handicap accessibility and everything I requested was there. Made me feel so much more comfortable. The room was very spacious and I could move around easily. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of hot options and nice set up.

This place is amazing, people are really nice and freiendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. They also include free breakfats which had great options. All staff that I ran into were super ftiendly and supportive. If I ever had to come back to Juarez, I would for sure stay at this hotel.

We sat in the jacuzzi and watched the fireworks and it was amazing, great location, great staff !

The place was great. Nice and fancy looking. Clean. Quiet. Parking was alright. Breakfast was alright. Walmart across the street. And a variety of restaurants very close by. Ate at Leo's Mexican food restaurant, recommended. The price, food, and people were all good. The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't made aware there would be a parking fee and a $20 reimbursable fee that is mandatory just in case you took something and/or something happened to the room. Would recommend and have and will stay again.

Loved it! The pool was relaxing, staff made it quick and easy to check in, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

We drove 4.5 hours to El Paso for a football tournament for my son, we arrived at the hotel around 10pm. Alexis at the front desk was very friendly, checked us in pretty quickly, and had no problems which was great because after a long drive we just want to get to our room and relax, we did have a minor problem with our room, and when i went back to the front desk Sara quickly resolved the issue and her customer service was great. We stayed 2 nights and Sara helped us every night and always made sure my family was comfortable. Their covid 19 protocols were effective,allowing us to still use there amenities well still feeling very safe and took all proper precaution. Also, the morning front desk crew was great, they looked very business during breakfast and people were making demands and it could easily be overwhelming. They kept there composure and weren't negative in anyway and that is GREAT customer service.

It was an amazing experience. The pool is definitely worth it for a family. The kids will love it. It was warm. The Jacuzzi was nice. The only thing that customers should be aware of is the end unit laundry services are quarters only and if you don’t have change they won’t have change in the front like they told us we had to end up going somewhere close by to get quarter change to be able to do our laundry. If they fix that issue other than that, it was a great experience.

Our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bar had a variety of fresh fruit, food, juices, coffee, and a waffle bar every day. Very friendly staff. Will certainly come back to stay here when traveling this direction.

Very Satisfied and Happy Customer with this location. I travel to El Paso often for family and this was my 1st time staying. The Customer Service from Norma Galaviz was extremely friendly and caring, helping me feel at home. Along with Willie Alvarez who helped me get the right room for the comfort for my family. Kid friendly and very clean rooms. I love how it's open to the inside of the lobby when stepping out your door. And the breakfast buffet is great and had plenty of great choices. The people that are employees at this hotel are so friendly and helpful! Jacob was at the front desk. He found us such a quiet room. Then we were tired from driving all day, so we decided to eat at the small restaurant there. Our waitress, Dallas, was absolutely delightful!!! We enjoyed our time there. She was extremely attentive to every customer! The burger was delicious with the shoe string fries. This place is being renovated, but I would still return!

Great spot close to downtown, UTEP and the westside hospitals. Super friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Great facilities and lots of room to work in the bar/dining area. No unpleasant surprises. Happy to recommend, and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in El Paso.

My husband and I traveled from the east coast to the west coast. Of all the hotels we stayed at during our journey, I liked this one the best! It’s probably one of the coolest places I stayed in. The room and bathroom were very clean, the beds very comfortable and we had the most quiet stay here. The rooms feel like mini apartments with little courtyards in between and are safe, you need an access card to enter the complex. It is right of the interstate but our room was in the center of the complex and super quiet. The check-in staff was super nice, the nicest one so far (we are still traveling, road trip). Two thumbs up on this one, it’s a gem 😊

We stayed here for one night while visiting EP for a family function. I chose this property due to area and proximity to the event. There are tons of TX State Troopers that stay here (looked like a convention) due to border support so given the sheer number of cop cars in the parking lot there is a definite vibe of safety. Super friendly front desk staff, very welcoming. The property was very clean, including our room which was comfortable with great sleep quality. I would stay here again. No free breakfast, or even complimentary drip coffee that I could ever find which is a negative given the Hampton offers both across the parking lot but they do give you a few k-cups in your room if you are one that uses the in-room coffee maker.

Moved here from another hotel and were treated very well. Friendly staff, clean, fresh and comfortable room with floor to ceiling black out drapes. The breakfast section was great but the room does not include a free breakfast, so heads up on that.

I am a fan of Marriott hotels. This weekend we stayed in El Paso and chose this Marriott. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed hanging out in the lobby area because it was clean,cozy, and comfortable. Great location for travelers coming through the area. I will definitely come back here again.

It's El Paso - needed a clean, safe place to stay and this filled the bill. The major bonus was the grill ... Didn't have to go out for dinner. Breakfast great too. Best of all was the super friendly staff.

Our room was on the back side of the motel, so it was quiet. There was a sign in the lobby that pets are $20 per pet, per night, so that might be a deciding factor if you’re traveling with pets.

Reasonably clean and friendly employees. Quiet place with a crisp sparkling pool that is well maintained. Breakfast as expected and warm.

It is a very good option if you a have an early departure from ELP. Si vienes de Chihuahua, queda muy bien para dormir una noche. Basic commodities. The staff was great during check-in. The room I got in the first place had no working TV but was changed to another one. Good location close to restaurants and bars. Comfortable bed with good shower and water pressure. Great value for money, don't expect luxury.

Nice and welcoming staff, Good breakfast with toasts, eggs, yoghurt, coffee, tea etc. The room was clean and comfortable enough to crash there after more than 24 hours flight from Europe. If you want the shuttle taxi from El Paso airport you must call the accomodation to send it for you.

I stayed at this hotel for convenience (promimity to ELP) but my overnight was made memorable by excellent and cheerful service from Lizbeth in the restaurant and Carolina at the front desk. I was served a nice dinner, and the food and drinks were resonably priced. One friendly recommendation to the hotel: Since you provide a complimentary airport shuttle, I suggest you include that in the amenities section of your website. There is currently no mention of it. I, therefore, assumed there was no shuttle and wasted time and money on a cab. But, now I know for next time and I am glad I discovered HGI El Paso, as it is super convenient when flying early or late in to, our out of, ELP. I'm sure I'll be back. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff!

This hotel is right next to I-10, so you do get a bit of road noise. The area seems to be mostly small businesses and light industrial, but it's very convenient to get on and off the interstate when you're driving through, or use the airport shuttle. There are a decent selection of restaurants in the area, though I just ordered a burger from the bar in the hotel - it was quite good. Breakfast was solid - eggs to order, and a selection of meats, biscuits, and such to go with it. The room was clean, with lots out electrical outlets, a nice big desk, and a comfy chair. I felt very safe and will likely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was well-lit, spacious and clean. The bed was nice and the mattress was comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located by the highway and near Cielo Vista Mall, Walmart, and Sam's Club. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would like to especially thank the wait staff (Bertha, Alejandra, and Yolanda) for the excellent service provided during breakfast. They each went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. I never had to look for anything as they anticipated my needs. If you are visiting El Paso, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed here unplanned for one night on our way flying out due to a cancelled flight. The greeting at the front desk from Sabine was warm and friendly. We we decided to eat dinner at the hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal. We asked for Salmon medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The salad was fresh and delicious. The service team worked well the together with the front desk helping out the bartender. The room was standard HGI and was up to date with a comfortable mattress. The only complaint was the out of balance bathroom door that would crash into the room door unless closed. Breakfast the next morning as a diamond member was complimentary. Again the quality of food and the service was very good. Overall I would rate this a "high end" Hilton Garden Inn.

The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable. Food in restaurant was delicious & waitress was efficient & friendly. I do think over $300 a night is outrageous. Probably look for a better deal next time. I pass through El Paso several times a year.

We were lucky to find a king room at Springhill Suites. The overall impression upon arrival was great. The grounds were clean, the lobby was well kept. We were greeted upon arrival by Elizabeth. She was so friendly and personable. The check in process was fast and efficient. Our room was a bit smaller than most king rooms, but was quite cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and most importantly the room was quiet allowing for restful sleep. The breakfast area was well stocked, with a wide variety of options to fuel up for the day. The location was great with access to restaurants, shopping and highways to navigate the city. I would highly recommend this property while visiting El Paso.

Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby even in the evenings. Extremely friendly staff, very accommodating. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to El Paso and would highly recommend.

The staff at front desk from check in to check out was very friendly and courteous. Cleaning staff very polite as well. Bed was so comfortable, my room faced busy street,but for most part was very quiet and lights from traffic at night looked pretty. Seating area outside with tv and fireplace by pool very enjoyable,only wish they could have cleaned out ash trays from smokers,still there next a.m. breakfast ok,expected a bit more variety,but coffee good. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Great atmosphere for the price! Excellent place to entertain and or relax for the weekend. My room came with a small Kitchen, electric stove, pots and pans included, sink, dishwasher, small counter space but with a large refrigerator for your beverages and refreshments. The room had comfortable double beds, an updated clean bathroom with some storage space for hygenie and beauty products. Pool area was clean with plenty of sitting with one barbeque close by. Near by the pool were two areas of nice patio furniture setup under ceiling fans, with plenty of shade, flat screen TV's, and a fireplace. There is FREE Breakfast ! Nice clean rooms with a decent amount of space. It's not quite a suite, but there is a table for a coiple people to sit together, a small fridge, and enough storage space to feel comfortable. Super Convenient and Comfortable My stay at La Quinta Inn was amazing. The hotel offers great amenities like free parking and WiFi, making my trip so much easier. The daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the express check-out made leaving quick and easy.

The pool is nice, even though it feels like being next to the interstate. The breakfast is okay, even though the selection is very middle-of-the-road and waayy too many people at the tight breakfast buffet. TV worked, but the channels are all programmed incorrectly which caused a lot of confusion. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Juan P. , a server from the Casanova restaurant at the doubletree Hilton, provided excellent customer service… from the time I walked into the restaurant I was greeted with in 2 mins and he took my order and set an expectation that I could have my meal delivered to my room within 15 mins. He presented himself with a welcoming demeanor and energy. He also made a suggestion that I try the mango tea which I tried and liked! His premium customer service is a great representation of Casanova and the Hilton family. Again, Juan is just a representative of the superior service this restaurant has. Even though my interaction was with him, I observed each server was very professional and had the capability to provide same service I experienced with Juan to other customers. After sharing my positive experience to Lorenzo, the manager, it all made perfect sense as to why the Casanova team is the way it is! Furthermore, the food was magnificent! Shoutout to the chefs and the whole kitchen staff.. I tried the chefs choice pasta earlier in the week - that was magnificent! I had to come back to try the Spicy Lobster- that was perfect too!! This hotel didn't disappoint. It was beautiful! The pool was very nice and relaxing. There's a restaurant inside the hotel and the food is delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and safe. It is close to everything that downtown El Paso has to offer.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay. We chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the Coldplay concert venue, and it turned out to be a great decision. The location is excellent—close to many restaurants and just a short Uber ride away from several malls. The rooms were very comfortable, and we appreciated the on-site restaurant and cozy bar, which added to the overall convenience and atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did experience a billing issue: we reserved two rooms but were charged for three. We're still in the process of resolving the reimbursement with the hotel, and we found that the management has not handled the claim with much empathy or urgency. Despite this setback, we would still consider staying here again if we return to El Paso, thanks to the comfort and convenience the hotel offers. Would you like a version in Spanish as well, or perhaps a shorter version for a review platform?

The rooms were very comfortable, and we appreciated the on-site restaurant and cozy bar, which added to the overall convenience and atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did experience a billing issue: we reserved two rooms but were charged for three. We're still in the process of resolving the reimbursement with the hotel, and we found that the management has not handled the claim with much empathy or urgency. Despite this setback, we would still consider staying here again if we return to El Paso, thanks to the comfort and convenience the hotel offers.

The view was very nice at night and day time, staff very friendly rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Some things show signs of wear- the deadbolt and shower handle were a little funky, but after a minute, they were both functional. For the price, I would stay here again.

I had an amazing stay at this La Quinta! For the price, it truly offers incredible value for money. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you’d expect in a much more expensive hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was a great bonus, and the location is super convenient. If you're looking for comfort and quality without breaking the bank, this is hands down the best La Quinta out there. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso East Lomaland. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience delightful. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioner is quiet. Nice couch with movable laptop stand and dinner tray and a desk with office chair. I have had a great night sleep every night so far. I come to the hotel after work get a free drink with my drink card it’s perfect and a great view.

This was a spacious room - also had a couch which was nice to relax in. The room was well laid out and had several of the usual amenities - coffee, fridge. The shower was perfect and had the refillable soap and shampoo. This hotel is in a great location close to the airport and easy to get to.

We stayed a night at this hotel recently. The 2 queen size bed room was spacious with wonderful comfortable mattress & 4 lush pillows. The room had a mini refrig & microwave which fit our needs for meals. The downstairs lobby had a bar with happy hour which was nice.

The room were very clean, and Housekeeping stuff is great, towels were very soft bed was very comfortable and bathroom was big enough, Breakfast was good I do recommend this property if you are traveling trough

Cleanliness is one of my top priorities along with safety. Those are things which tend to be compromised as hotel rates go low. Well, not here. I have paid much more in other hotels where facilities were deplorable. Here, there's no free breakfast and there's no restaurant, but I like doing my own breakfast anyway in my room at the time of my choosing. Did I say they have a full kitchen? There's also a flat TV with a large variety of channels, a comfortable bed, and laundry facilities (inside) at a very reasonable price, too. People are friendly and service oriented, from the manager to the housekeepers. I wish they would have this hotel everywhere I travel to. If you’re going to stay long, bring your own supplies. This is like renting an apartment but without having to arrange for utilities, bring your furniture, or sign a contract!

Nicole (front desk) is amazing she is very helpful and friendly. Made our stay easy. We had a small issue with the shower and she was on it, she got us taken care of right away. Every time we went outside or came in if she was at the desk she is smiling and nice with all customers that came in. I rea;;y appreciate everything she did for us.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very very clean. But the microwave had rust inside. Wasn't going to use that microwave. Why knows how long anyone has even tried cleaning it and didn't report the rust inside the microwave. But the bed and bathroom were very very clean for sure.

Strongly recommend to book this Hotel. Spacious room, very very clean, kitchen, big fridge, microwave, everything in best condition, big laundry, and a huge parking lot. Very friendly staff with professional attitude. All of them. Was a pleasure to spend 4 days here.

Employees are amazing very welcoming and make sure were comfortable and feel safe luv it here especially mathew who stays working day in and all night dealing with us late night customers

Loved that this hotel had easy access to the I-10. We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and needed a place close to family. Shopping and dining was just a short drive away. Hotel room was clean, they have a nice area for dogs to do their business, and everyone up front was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and had fresh sheets. We enjoyed our stay.

For a place that we used to sleep it did the job. The free breakfast was always prepared on time. Only issue is the bathtub had a broken turn thing and water would leak out of it, making the water pressure low on the actual faucet and shower head.

The location is fine for an overnight rest on a long road trip. All amenities worked. Refrigerator, microwave, television, high speed internet and streaming to television. Air conditioning and heating wall units are noisy but so is the adjacent highway, and opposite direction is a large refinery. There's a tacqueria next door as well as the Embassy Suites, and a Denny's being renovated. Other side of highway is a Costco, which makes the area very much safer than it might be otherwise. They had a basic breakfast in the morning, and coffee, and complimentary chocolate chip cookies at check-in. I would stay there again on future rest stop for cross country overnight rest stop.

The staff was kind and my room was clean for the most part, but could be better. The first night, instead of shower gel, I had a container of lotion in the shower, but the next morning I got the correct one. I would have given the staff a better score, but I requested a wake-up call at 7am and did not receive one.

Room was ok it was clean beds were comfy. Tv remote did not work to change T.V area seemed ok. Taco place next door to eat. There was a bit of noise in the a.m but ok for a nights stay. Breakfast was good! Overall service was good.

It was an OK stay, they let us bring a small dog and the beds were pretty comfortable. All the staff were really friendly, specially the staff at breakfast time.

Front desk girl was very professional informative. She held down the fort pretty good with multiple check ins all at once. For breakfast she had it stocked. Very nice stay I enjoyed it.

The staff was amazing . Very helpful . The lady that work until 11 that night was so sweet and help me feel so much better about staying there.

I originally had a reservation with another hotel and that hotel was horrible, I drove almost 10 hours, sat in the parking lot all night long until almost 10:00 the next morning because the other hotel could not get it together and it was just horrible. WoodSpring Suites in El Paso not only checked me in early they went above and beyond to make me comfortable, I have a service animal they did not give me any trouble with her, they were very polite, very professional, very good people and a great hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, everything worked, very very nice, will only stay at woodland springs suites when I am in El Paso.

This is my favorite place to stay in El Paso. The staff is wonderful, the GM is one of a kind (she's wonderful). The hotel is clean, comfortable and just a great place to relax and enjoy yourself. I extended my stay and to be honest, I'm taking my time finding a home I want because I have everything I need right here!! I recommend this hotel to ANYONE looking for comfort, excellent staff and service, cleanliness, and a joy to be at. I won't stay at any other hotel because I'm treated so well that it's like coming home. The prices are excellent, and the amenities are really nice. Now they have a great kitchen area but you will have to bring your own kitchen necessities and that's not really a bad thing. The hotel is also secure and there are security cameras everywhere to make sure you stay safe. I just can't say enough about this "home away from home". You stay here, and I'm sure you'll feel the same way. I love it 💕

The lobby is clean and spacious. The location is great: walkable to downtown bars and to the border crossing. The first room overlooked the expressway which is incredibly noisy, so we asked for a replacement and got a lovely room overlooking the city.

We arrived early but were unable to check in right away. We did check in later, still before the 3pm time. The desk lady was efficient and polite. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Even being next to the highway, it was relatively quiet. Loved the Costa coffee machine in the lobby. Fresh ground beans, brewed one cup at a time. Would stay there again.

Hotel is in a very convenient spot, rooms are clean and modern, view from the room was fantastic, good breakfast, and nice staff. Would certainly stay here again next time I'm in El Paso. This is a great option for a central EP hotel!

Walking distance to downtown. Property (inside & outside) is clean, parking lot was well-lit at night, there was a security guard by the door in the evening, overall pretty quiet, shower pressure was decent, nice to have a bathtub, our room didn't have a fan in the bathroom, modern furniture, larger refrigerator than other hotels, large seating area at breakfast.

The Soluna is in an odd area. There is a budget motel next door, and a sports bar right across the street (that seemed busy, but it was Sat night.) It strikes me as an older hotel that had a facelift awhile back (not new, but also not ages ago.) Checkin was easy and there was plenty of parking around back. The decor is medium browns and…calming. The room was spacious enough, the bathroom decent, the fridge definitely worked (we used it), and there was a microwave and blackout curtains. The bed was alright - standard med firm (not pillow top or anything), the bed was made nicely and the linens soft, and all the lamps have outlets for device charging. The continental breakfast is what you’d expect - yogurt, muffins, toast, juice, coffee, fruit, and someone was making waffles. (At least it looked like a waffle maker.) Not sure if it was just our bad timing, but the jacuzzi was not heated. Neither was the pool (not really a complaint, just still kinda cold- summer temps hadn’t warmed it yet.) Also, no loungers like in their pictures-and the pool area pic is the most flattering angle for the pool area - it’s wedged in a corner and even smaller than it looks. If lounging poolside is your idea- this ain’t a relaxing kinda spot. My only other complaint was the cable…no channel listing provided, no channel channel so you could see what was on (or soon to be). And the remote sucked (were tech-savvy enough to manage using such things- this one was either worn out or needed new bat

A very comfortable stay, would book here again. AC worked, bed was comfortable, room was clean and large, shower was hot. Grab bar present for tub/shower combo. Refrigerator. Rug looked very clean. Cotton sheets! No duvet/sheet combo so I could just use top sheet, yay! Wastebasket in room AND bathroom (pet peeve to only have 1) Price was right. Friendly efficient desk staff. I can't comment on breakfast, did not partake. Did not use tv or wifi. Elevator and bellman carts avail for moving in. Location close to I-10 and a Starbucks, other fast food; easy to get back on the road in am.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds, clean, creaky floors, felt safe. Easy access on and off freeway. Breakfast had fresh fruit, yogart, waffles, cereals, oatmeal packets, juice, and fresh coffee.

We stayed at this hotel on the outskirts of El Paso because it was a convenient location for us to base ourselves for our visit to the Carlsbad Canyons National Park and because it was cheap. The rooms are spacious and quite well equipped and the breakfast is reasonable. The hotel is quite dated – the carpet is worn and the linen has seen better days, but the bed is comfortable and the staff are helpful. When we checked in the receptionist gave us two suggestions for dinner which were both terrific. This is a good value option but not luxury!

It might be bit older but absolutely clean, comfortable beds, standard breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and we felt welcome. Located close to I10 but quiet, 7 min drive to downtown. If we pas through El Paso again we stop here.

It was a great one stop shop! We could have dinner, enjoy the rooftop bar, and sleep comfortably. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff was exceptional. The rooms were clean. Ivan and Damian in valet were rockstars getting our luggage and vehicle for us quickly. They provided unreasonable hospitality. The Ambar dining experience was good. The crispy Brussels sprouts were roasted, but not crispy. Daniella provided good service. Prior to dinner we had a cocktail at the bar. The bar experience was subpar. When we got to the bar there were several people seated the bartender was nowhere to be seen. When she finally arrived there were no cocktail menus and we had to wait again. Someone brought menus we placed our order and it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks. Rooftop bar was exceptionally fantastic. Live music, high level service and fabulous views. Highly recommend!!!!

We had truly a wonderful time at the Plaza Hotel. Very friendly staff, lovely room with a great view, perfect location. If one doesn't want to use the hotel's parking, there is the Mill Street parking garage just one block from the hotel ($ 15). Breakfast buffet was great, with an extensive selection of food, rather brunch (perhaps because it was in the weekend? At $ 35 per person). We also had cocktails on the roof terrace, the views were fantastic. We did not need to book ahead for the roof terrace

My stay at The Plaza Hotel was fantastic! The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was perfect—situated in a great, walkable area with plenty to explore nearby. Our experience before at The Plaza hotel have been great! Room is clean and the quality throughout is amazing! Front staff (Veronica) was amazing, kind helpful and welcoming. We did have an issue with the noise that was coming from another building, but Veronica tried to accommodate and give us options. Manny the bellman was just AMAZING! He was kind, very friendly and very attentive. Took us around to check out other rooms, he went above a beyond to make our stay more comfortable.

Nice and modern motel, staff was average. Room is nice with porcelain floors instead of carpet which is a plus but they only sweep the floors and they do not mop them in between guests which I do not like. My white socks got dark brown after walking on the floors for an hour after we arrived. The next morning after my shower, I took the bath towel and stepped on it while I slide around the floor with my feet, the attached picture shows what the nice clean white towel looked like after that, no longer white! I subtracted a star for that. Shower pressure was a 5 out of 10 but was adequate. Could hear some I10 traffic noise but that is to be expected for a motel on an interstate. The breakfast consisted of store bagels, white and wheat bread, yogurt, sausage sandwiches to heat up, cereals, waffles, apples, bananas, muffins and danishes. No one ever cleaned the tables throughout the morning nor emptied the trash so we had to clean our own table. The motel was convenient and it worked out, would stay there again but I would clean the room floor myself upon arrival next time, typical for any motel.

We booked two rooms at the Palace Inn for the long weekend. The location was very convenient and easy to find. Parking and location felt very safe and well lit. Check in was a breeze and so was checking out. We stayed in the 2nd floor (top floor) and used the stairs to get up to the room. All the trash cans were almost empty, clean exterior paint and easy to ready room numbers. Inside, the room was quite roomy, we had a king bed (which was very comfortable), a small table with two chairs (for eating), microwave, and mini fridge. Everything is like new, had free WiFi and the rate was very affordable. There are places to eat nearby....we used UberEats. The bathroom was very nice too; included a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and standard toiletries. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Room was quite and the air conditioning was great....cooled the whole room within 2-3 minutes. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and professional.

This was a perfect and clean place for me to stay. There is a convenient shopping mall nearby along with many restaurants to choose from. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, which makes it worth it to not listen to the traffic off of Airway Bld. and Montana (If you know, you know.) Note that this hotel is on the East side of El Paso and might be a drive for out of towners who want to experience the mountains or visit New Mexico. The staff was pleasant and it was always great to go back to my hotel at the end of the day to fresh clean towels and a bed that was perfectly made, and it always smelled clean. When I come back, I will stay here again.

This property is immaculate. The landscaping and the outside of the property is well maintained and inside it rivals a chain hotel. The room we stayed in was large and well appointed. The room was very clean and comfortable. I thought it was a remodel because it is a motel with outdoor access, but it is a new build — only 5 1/2 years old and very well maintained. The owners really care about the property and it shows. It is right off of the interstate, but I don’t recall hearing any noise. We slept very well. The bed was comfy. There is a free continental breakfast with waffles like the chain restaurants have.

The breakfast provided was always good. It is perfect walking distance to all of your consulate needs, plenty of good restaurants around the area. Very safe and secure location.

From the minute we arrive until we left, very friendly, helpful staff, the breakfast included every morning was delicious. Any and all questions we had, the management and staff answered in a very professional manner. We truly enjoyed the pool area and the carne asada tacos. Made our lengthy stay welcoming and comfortable.

Location is perfect for the US Consulate. It’s about a 3 minute walk and you don’t even have to cross the street. Everything you need is essentially next door. The breakfast was also really delicious. The hotel itself was very clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. Pool was also convenient.

Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Charge extra for breakfast $299 mx or $15 usd per person. Would have been 5 stars without mention of above.

Chase Suites Hotel in El Paso exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in quick and pleasant. My suite was spotless, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home, with a comfortable bed, cozy living area, and fully equipped kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and varied, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the location was perfect—quiet yet close to shopping, dining, and main roads. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the attentive service, showed a real commitment to guest satisfaction, and I will absolutely choose Chase Suites again on my next visit to El Paso.

Our family of four just got back from a trip to El Paso and had a great time staying at this property! This was our first time staying at a Chase Suite Hotel and after this experience we'll definitely stay at another in the future! We were in town for a family vacation to hit National Parks nearby and were looking for something with a little more room than a normal hotel so that we could have our own space and our kids could have their own space after each day of adventuring. This worked out wonderfully as we booked a 2 BR suite - we gave the kids the loft area and it was nice for everyone to have a little room to decompress after long days in the car and exploring the area. The property is in a great location close to the airport, easy access to highways, and lots of good dining nearby. One of the things that we loved (which is typically impossible to gauge beforehand) was that there was no noise pollution from the airport or other hotel guests. The staff was friendly and helpful and two staff members in particular made our stay exceptional: Ivan, at the front desk, was incredibly helpful and was able to take care of any requests or questions we had. The gentleman manning the breakfast buffet (I forgot to get his name) also did a great job and we enjoyed having tasty breakfast with something a little different each day. We had a great stay and would stay book here again in a heartbeat. 10 out of 10

This hotel was an apartment turned into a hotel! Room is very spacious with a sofa bed. Full size kitchen, spacious bathroom, and all rooms have a balcony! Comfortable bed and very clean. Walkable to restaurants, fast food joints and shopping centers! Their free breakfast doesn’t have too many options, rather eat somewhere else.

I travel frequently and often stay at high-end properties, but this hotel truly surpassed my expectations. The location is excellent, making it convenient for both business and leisure. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable experience. In fact, I found this hotel to be cleaner and better maintained than many 5-star properties I’ve stayed at in the past. One standout feature is the 24/7 shuttle service, which without hesitation took us to the airport at 4 a.m. for a red-eye flight. This level of service and flexibility truly sets the hotel apart. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends who frequently travel to El Paso for business. It has become my go-to place whenever I visit El Paso. Highly recommended!

Is really sad that theirs people like that out side the hotel is also sad that the hotel lets them pull up in-front of the hotel lobby without anyone calling them or requesting any their services.

We stayed here 4 nights for my wife's interview at the consulate. Great hotel, staff was super friendly and helpful, morning breakfast was great. Rooms are small and cozy but we had everything we needed. Right next to mall and right across the street from la clinica medica and the consulate.

This hotel is super close to the consulate and right next to a plaza with a good selection of restaurants. Security was on point as there is a gated and guarded entrance/exit.

A few minutes from the consulate but very safe area. Shops and food right next door. Gated, staff 24hrs, free breakfast, wifi, pool, small gym and they offered free transportation to your appointments! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere clean, friendly and safe in the area.

I have booked at this place for the past 12 years every time I’ve been to Ciudad Juarez . This place always has a clean environment and staff is super friendly. I booked this hotel for my late flight in and early flight out and was so glad I did! Drivers Ernesto and Manuel were the best! So friendly and accommodating! Yes, the shuttle is 24 hours and goes to the airport on the half hour! I left tips for both of them at the front desk as I normally don’t travel with cash! They are a shining example of exceptional customer service! I was in a king room and it was so clean! In room coffee and microwave. Sleeper sofa too. Bathroom had a large shower and all bath amenities. I did not hear any airplane noise. I do sleep with earplugs though. There is a restaurant onsite but I did not eat there. I had breakfast one morning at the Village Inn right down the road from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

The suit was gorgeous and the servicing team is beyond amazing. You definitely get what you pay for. As for being next to the airport, you do NOT hear the air traffic which I thought was a bonus. Room service or a sit down restaurant are available or you can venture out to the local restaurants near by. You can also choose between indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs. They have an on-site gym that’s very accommodating. And the rooms are immaculately clean. Such a relief to know we booked somewhere safe, clean and the over atmosphere was blissful. 10/10 recommend

The hotel is very nice and well taken care of, right down the street of the US Consulate. The room was very clean and good size for my wife and I. The bed was nice and comfortable. They have a nice little breakfast bar and also a buffet style breakfast in the restaurant that's included with your room. All the staff was very nice and helpful. There's also an indoor pool. I highly recommend and would stay again.

We stayed here last year because we had to visit tile u.s. consulate for,immigration reasons. We have two small children so safety was definitely a concern and we felt very safe and comfortable here. The rooms were clean and nice enough. The staff was above and beyond helpful to us. Felix is so friendly and helped us a lot. There are shuttles to drive you to the consulate and back and many other locations if you speak to them ahead of time and set it up. The breakfast was absolutely amazing: handmade tortillas and omlettes, we still daydream about that breakfast. Maybe not the most central location to the consulate, wish they had in room kitchens. If you need a comfortable, helpful place to stay for your consulate visit I recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We got the king size room. Nice hardwood look tiles and simply furnished . Beds are firm. The room was very clean. The draining on the tub was tricky. The shower area was compact. The toilet lids stick together made from a cheaper material. Sink area was nice and wide. Plenty of space to get ready for any occasion. The breakfast was really good. They make tortillas, omelettes. They have wide assortment on their breakfast buffet. Coffee was good. They will give you fresh juice upon request. The server is eager to get you what you need. My over all experience was really good.

Front desk can clearly be improved. They could also use an air freshener/scent in the main lobby. And please, stop stamping the toilet paper, it's very inconvenient to use it after!

The beds are comfortable, rooms are very spacious and clean, the hotel staff are friendly as well as professional, and location is great for not just the casino and track but local attractions. Please note, there is no breakfast served at this location, however there are restaurants in the casino next door as well as in close proximity. Price is on par with location.

My room had a wonderfully high, comfortable king sized bed and the room itself was fit for a king to be sure! Beautifully decorated and SPOTLESSY clean with all the amenities. (Big screen, microwave, fridge, in-room coffee) Loved the bathroom with it's huge glass-doored shower and wood decor. The sliding barn door entry door to the bathroom was especially cool lol. While I'm happy that I was able to stay here at a super low price, it's a shame the race track, casino and bar are all closed because of Covid. I'll be staying here again next month for sure, and every other time I come thru El Paso. Oh, and on Google maps the hotel is technically in New Mexico even though it's name iss El Paso

Everything is very much closer to comfort from getting gas and restaurants, near by freeway access. The hotel room is nice and bed is bigger than expected. The only thing that is missing from keeping customers not coming back is a complimentary breakfast. I suggest that the management should add those kind of amenities to the hospitality. I hope that they will add breakfast and coffee. Most customers wake up in the morning to have a coffee and breakfast in the lobby.

We stopped overnight and found the hotel to be very nice. We had a handicap accessible yeith a king size bed and roll in shower. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a nice sitting area with a couch, chair and coffee table. There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It was reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during a cross country drive for business. I arrived after a 13 hour drive and was feeling tense and tired. The attendant who greeted me at the valet was incredibly kind. His demeanor immediately put me at ease and he helped me unpack what I needed from my vehicle before assuring me that my vehicle and any belongings I left inside would be safe. This brief interaction really set the tone for my stay. Check in was a breeze. I arrived at my room to find my bags neatly placed on the luggage rack. The room was clean, spacious, and unique, not your usual depressing cookie cutter box, with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto El Paso. I hit the rooftop pool and for the first time in months felt truly relaxed. After a dinner and a brief stroll downtown, I returned to my room and got a great night’s sleep in the comfortable bed. In the morning, on the advice of the front desk, I had breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor. I immediately regretted not eating there the night before as the food was phenomenal (I got the chilaquiles) and the service was to match. And the cherry on top was that, as I left, the valet returning my truck suggested an overlook as he helped me pack my vehicle. A 10 minute drive took me to an amazing panoramic view of all of El Paso. I seriously never thought I would enjoy my stay in El Paso so much. I’m sold on this Indigo Hotels brand from IHG, although I suspect this one is a stand out because the of the staff.

It was my husband’s 21st birthday and I asked for a city view if possible and they made sure I had a city view on the 12th (main top) floor. The room was so clean and cozy, the roof top pool was beautiful, the staff were so amazing. And there was no worry about needing to find a parking spot and walk, or pay for parking… you just pull up and they take the car to park for you. The best thing, and most important for most everyone looking for a hotel is the bed and the breakfast. The bed was my most favorite… most comfortable thing I’ve laid on. And the breakfast was phenomenal, they have a restaurant on ground floor that you get an $18 card per person to go eat.

My husband and I stayed at the Indigo separately on two occasions to visit our daughter and we both really liked the hotel. It is very nicely decorated and maintained and the beds are SO comfortable. The staff is courteous and helpful and the hotel is in a great location downtown. The entire area is clean and we felt very safe. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and the bar on the main floor also has a good selection of bar food. The pool area is beautiful. I sat and read my book for a long time and there were very few others around. We have stayed at other nice hotels in the area, but we will go back to Indigo on the next trip.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel last year. We had a very nice dinner. They offered an interesting cuisine and outstanding cocktails. Everything was fresh, meticulously clean, all served with friendly and knowledgeable staff. This year we opted for a different hotel, however, we went back to the restaurant. Again, it was 100% spot on. This time I decided to acknowledge a couple of staff members that made our experience even better than the last time. 'Naomi' and the young host 'Heaven' were incredible. I could go on in detail why I felt they were so accommodating but I recommend experiencing it first hand. You will be impressed. I did ask both of them why they were so (obviously) proud of their restaurant? They both complimented the company and the management and food & beverage director. I believe that says a lot about the hotel from top down to bottom up. Congratulations to the owner of the Hotel Indigo in El Paso. You have surrounded yourself with a winning team that has not only earned my repeat business, your team has given me two wonderful experiences in your lovely city. Next time we will definitely be staying the night at the hotel as well as enjoying the restaurant. Our alternative hotel, we will definitely be avoiding.

I love this hotel when coming to El Paso. It is comfy and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is amazing. It’s always clean. The restaurant downstairs has the most amazing food. Great pool and bar area. With area to work in lobby as well. The room is set up nice with a desk area and great shower/bathroom.

Location is right off of the freeway and about 10 minutes from the airport so very easy to exit the parking lot and on your way to the airport. Room was very clean and it had a microwave and mini fridge/freezer. The vanity/sink/mirror is separate from the shower and toilet which is nice. They had breakfast from 6-10 (?) but we left before breakfast started so can't comment on the food or variety. Staff was friendly. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed Christmas eve and I was surprised at how well kept the hotel is. Very modern, clean and confortable. The staff is very friendly, included free wifi and breakfast. The room service was delicious and super fast.

I had not been to the Hotel Lucerna in some time. I was hoping it would be as nice as it was a few years back. I was pleasantly surprised as it is even nicer than I recall it. First, the service, from the front desk staff to the hotel operator is great. If you don't speak Spanish, don't worry, their English is great. They know the area very well and can direct you to shopping and great eateries. If you need something they will take care of it for you. I was so comfortable I did not want to leave. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. The Wi Fi is great and I love watching Spanish channels on a nice TV. The pool is spectacular and you will just love it. The hotel can be used for special occasions or just a fun trip to Juarez. It is quite romantic and at the same time wonderful for families. The food at the hotel is just great. They have the best selection. You really will love the Hotel Lucerna Ciudad Juarez. Have the best time.

Leslie, Brandon, Alejandro…all seemed genuinely concerned for my well being, inviting me to use your restaurant, getting me checked in and out, actually ordering from your restaurant, getting the elevator opened for me and offering a free turn down service….they all were so friendly and helpful. So can see why people stay here. I travel for a living and stay at many hotels globally, but have rarely been treated with such courtesy and professionalism. Stanton House was the absolute PERFECT place for our honeymoon. It was walking distance from great places to eat, drink, and sightsee. It was inviting and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offer valet which was so convenient since it is downtown. Our room was big, comfortable, and high-end. The soundproof rooms made for a peaceful stay. We took advantage of the spa that is downstairs which I cannot speak highly enough about. The price was more than fair for the value. I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a staycation.

Downtown El Paso was such a surprise! So historic and beautiful. The Stanton is a jewel in the downtown area. It clearly has been remodeled recently and has a very urban hipster vibe which does not exactly come across online. It took us a minute to figure out the bathroom DOES has a sliding door for privacy...haha. That might be on us. The location is so great and there were hopping bars (the Tap) and restaurants (so many) all around. They have a bar and dining area which were both pricey and quiet without much ambiance that we noted, but upstairs there is a neat gallery with SO MANY cool local artists. That was great. The lobby coffee was exceptional. Beds and linens were luxurious.

There is also a bus line near the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and they offer a breakfast buffet for $150 pesos. I ate there one morning. They had pancakes, eggs, fruits, yogurt, chilaquiles rojo y Verde, and potatoes (extremely spicy). They had coffee, milk, and orange juice to drink. There is an indoor pool. I didn't get to use it but I saw others swimming in it. The room was spacious. I got a room with a king sized bed. It was comfortable.

Clean, quiet, and great service. Breakfast buffet included eggs or omelet served to order. The hotel connects to a department store with a restaurant, bakery, and bar. Easy parking. Only sounds were kids who were excited to enjoy the pool.

Easy to find. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The breakfast was a good value. There are several tables and chairs around the pool area to relax in the afternoon. It was also a surprise to find the small exercise room is open 24 hrs. The lobby area is large and well appointed. We loved the shuttle to the airport as well. The WiFi is strong and the water pressure in the rooms is good. We felt very secure and comfortable there.

OK folks. So, Juarez is weird. Stay at this hotel and you won't be sorry. We started out at a neighboring hotel and let's just say it was GROSS. The Courtyard is - of course - ideal for business travelers but it suited our needs perfectly. So glad we moved. The location makes it nice for anyone with business at the US consulate. There's a nice lobby and restaurant, with amazing staff, and that makes it a great place to while away hours awaiting consulate BS. Please don't stay at ANY of those yucky places closer to the consulate. YOU'RE WELCOME, no seriously guys I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. Those other places are NASTY. The Courtyard is clean, hip, convenient, spacious. No need to look elsewhere!

Nothing beats a brand new hotel. New bed, new furniture, new sheets, new everything. This is easily a 3 1/2 to 4 start equivalent to US standards. Sure the staff just a little green but it’s understandable as they just opened. Nothing abnormal. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good. Coffee quality was good. Perhaps the only thing I didn’t like very much was the high volume in the ambient music in lobby, restaurant, elevators. They could turn it down a couple notches perhaps. All in all I am very pleased with the hotel and I definitely intend to come back as it’s my number 1 choice for Juarez at the moment.

Very clean and modern in an older building. Check in was easy. Rooms were clean, fresh and comfortable. Bathroom and shower also clean. Within walking distance of restaurants, bars and other attractions.

The hotel looks very cozy and welcoming. Everything is new, very techie, great view, all the amenities needed, very comfortable beds, quiet place, super friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed at the Aloft on El Paso for a family gathering/reunion. When we got there, Victor, working the valet desk, was great! He helped us with our bags, our vehicle and even recommended some “to do” things we could do in between family events. Joey, working the front desk was great also. He recommended a great taco restaurant! They were both extremely attentive and personable and helped make our stay very pleasant. The hotel room was a one king bed room and was definitely smaller than I’m accustomed to but, honestly, wasn’t more than we needed for a 2 night stay. It was also clean and comfortable. Good for two people. I wish there was an on site restaurant but they did have coffee and snacks.

Stayed overnight on our roadtrip through texas. Friendly staff, cute lobby with a bar and activities like puting green, mini basketball, lawn jenga, and pool table. They have an outside patio as well. Room was clean and updated. In the heart of downtown area with bars and restaurants.

There are many positive attributes to this hotel. One being the friendly staff. The room I stayed in had a entire kitchenette with stove top, sink refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. There was a separate seating area with a couch, table and a large big screen TV that could be turned to face the king size bed on the other side of the divider. Making it two separate private living spaces. There's a table with chairs for dining or doing your work. The vanity area is large and the shower has good water pressure and many places to put your toiletries. The toiletries they offer are made by Dove and not just a cheap soap that will leave you feeling yucky. The floors are newly renovated keeping it clean and comfortable. To top it off they offer a delicious breakfast with many choices both healthy and indulgent. The coffee is great and even has a button labeled bold if you like a little extra kick. This place is so awesome and the staff is very helpful and friendly ,faculty is clean and renovated but renovated like new ,no complaint so far . I never experienced the breakfast like here before so many option in breakfast and breakfast was warm and very tasty .They have soup ,boiled eggs ,fruits and so any other option like mashed beans and tortillas .I love their place thanks

We were in Juarez to attend a graduation party and needed a hotel close to the ballroom. Many people recommended this hotel and I am so glad they did. The hotel was spotless, the free breakfast was amazing and the price was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I decide to give this one a try. I booked online. The price was 90 bucks for a two bed. It was very clean but bathroom needs a fart vent. You take shower and fogs everything up. Ac worked fine. The only problem is that it’s next to a night club which made noise till 2 o’clock in the morning. You also can hear road noise. I was in the 4th floor. Breakfast was pretty good not the best but good. I give it an 8 out of ten. Parking is private and well lit. Felt safe n secure. They have a guard 24/7

We (husband, sister and several cousins) were in Cd. Juarez for a wedding and we did not want to cross over to the US after the wedding because we knew we were going to make at least 2 hours crossing the international bridge. So we looked for a hotel in a central area were we could drive without any hassles. Not only was the hotel centrally located but it was clean, safe and the breakfast was good. It is a basic hotel but it met all our needs. The parking is gated and supervised by a security guard. What else can you ask for a reasonable priced hotel? Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Mesaluna for 16 days during his immigration process, a stressful period eased by this exceptional hotel. The rooms were cozy, the property was impeccably clean, and the daily breakfast was fantastic with varied hot options. On-site laundry and a well-equipped gym were lifesavers. The staff was warm, professional, and ensured our safety with 24/7 reception and key-only access. Ideally located directly next door to the U.S. Consulate, it’s perfect for immigration appointments, with two major clinics and a great restaurant across the street. For security reasons due to its proximity to the consulate, rooms on that side of the building lack windows, but we requested a room with a window and were promptly accommodated. This hotel became our home during a tough time, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Juarez, especially for consulate matters.

This hotel was right next to the American consulate very convenient to walk around for your consular services. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful they have free shuttle service and great breakfast buffet.

I highly recommend Hotel Mesaluna Short and Long Stay if you are here for your consulate interview! 1.) The hotel is across the street from the medical centers, next to the US consulate, and a 3 minute walk to CAS for fingerprints. 2.) The hotel is super clean. From the moment you set foot in the lobby, to the rooms, laundry room, gym, patio. It is super clean! 3.) The staff is incredible! We were here for 10 days and every single day we were greeted, and asked if we needed anything. Staff is super professional and respectful. Jesus and Aaron at the front desk are a power team! Always recommended the best food places, and activities to find near by. Ricardo was super nice too! 4.) The hotel provides transportation service at no extra cost. Miguel is one of the greatest guys at Mesaluna and always so cheerful and willing to take us anywhere near by. He drove us places several times and he was simply wonderful! We felt so safe with this transportation service. 5.) Safe! The hotel requires key entry from the front. There is always more than one person at the front desk. Key entry is required for gym, laundry room, and also patio. Overall I am so glad we stayed here. After 10 days I can honestly say I will miss the staff and their attentive service. Fantastic place to stay for consulate business. Friendly, clean, staff is helpful and kind, and the location is super convenient. Definitely go for the breakfast option! It really is a fantastic deal. Only issue we had during our stay is the way ridiculous time wait for food from the restaurant. Wait time from an hour up to hour and a half for simple food choices.

We stayed over a week in a room with a kitchenette. We think we got very good value. Beware that many rooms do not have exterior windows. We would have been unhappy in one of those. Breakfast was good, both hot and cold foods, and a nice daily benefit. Hotel price v value is very good. We had no car, and CDJ is not a walkable city, but this was about as good a location as one could get for walkability in this part of town. We felt we were on the "right" side of the busy highway for meeting daily life needs. A major shopping center is across the street via pedestrian bridge. A nice full service grocery store is about 1/2 mile away. We walked to it. Having the mini market right next to the hotel is a blessing. A number of eating establishments are close by. Our kitchen could have been better stocked. There was just a frying pan-not a pot or sauce pan, for instance, and very limited utensils. And, not even salt and pepper. We made a trip to Walmart to better fit out the kitchen for our stay. The room was very comfortable and the place is quiet. The hotel laundramat was very easy to use and good. Staff is good and pleasant to deal with. It's a newish and very clean place.

This hotel is conveniently located to downtown. My room was clean and comfortable, with astonishing view of city. The hotel building itself is old and in need of remodeling. Other than that, there's nothing wrong with this hotel. The front desk clerks were attentive to ours need and every professional, even though they barely spoke English. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had stayed at this hotel a few years ago and I remember the room being nice and comfy. I stayed a few days ago and I had to leave in 3 hours because the room was awful. The room looked old. The bed sheets were super worn. The real problem was the bathroom. For starters, the shampoos were open already, it seem that the person that did the cleaning before didn’t care this was going to upset the next guess. The toilet look dirty. What I wouldn’t expect for an hotel this size and legacy was the bathroom’s ceiling. To be precise on the shower. It was falling apart. The guest on the floor above me was using the shower and the water was coming down to my shower through the ceiling. It was a considerable leak though. When I told the manager in charge she said she could get me another room but at this point I was so let down that I was afraid the next room was gonna be terrible too and I just left. I found this hotel at a good price on Expedia and now I’m thinking if the hotel gave me this lame room because I paid a lower fare on a third party website. I don’t know if they leave the “ good rooms” to people that pay at the hotel because if you pay right there it’s expensive. For sure I won’t come back but also I might not trust Expedia again with these deals because it seems to me the are not hotels that offer crappy rooms for people that pay less and Expedia just doesn’t realize or care about.

The layout of my double queen room on the third floor was even more amazing and spacious that there was no care or need for a room with a view. I slept peacefully and undisturbed every night for two weeks straight, with the airport less than two miles away. Although only one coin operated washer and dryer in this hotel, it is an immediate hotel convenience that met my need. The simple continental breakfast consistently served is comprised of the basics: scrambled eggs, sausage patty sometimes, oatmeal, yogurts, cereal, juices, apples or oranges or bananas, bread or bagel, and condiments. Perhaps it's only a weekend treat when frozen waffle toasts are placed out. At any rate, it is enough to take the morning hunger edge away. The hotel bar is very limited to only a few bottled beers, a couple of red or white wine selections, including specialty drinks. The bar does not serve any type of appetizer or food. However David is a kind and gracious host of a Bartender! There is no pool and parking is not free. Front desk Mariann and Alfie (apologies to the other two ladies, whose names I don't recall) are very kind and friendly. There is no restaurant in the hotel, however there are many restaurants nearby. This hotel is absolutely a great establishment to be a guest!

Three nights in room 514 during Thanksgiving! It was perfect for my family to have booked in this hotel! We stayed in a 2queen suite, the room is very spacious with fridge, microwave and Coffee maker. Both beds are in good condition, linens and towels smelled fresh, and the room was clean! Staff at the reception were welcoming, custodians kept the hallways tidy and collected garbage every so often to maintain the hotel’s neatness! The lobby is spacious and a great space to entertain guests and visiting friends! I highly recommend this hotel for short and long stay! The location is close to the airport and restaurants, too!

Location near airport was excellent. This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in! It was a spacious, modern, and comfortable suite. Everything was outstanding - the cleanliness, facilities, parking, room, amenities, WiFi and USB ports, bathroom toiletries, A/C, lighting, bed/bedding, check-in and check-out - everything. Extremely clean and quiet.

It was a short weekend family trip to visit my brother, and we were delighted to find a SpringHill Suites in El Paso. We trust the brand for its consistency, so booking was an easy choice. The staff was attentive to our requests, especially in accommodating my mom’s disabilities, which we truly appreciated. The room was perfect for us—spacious, clean, and welcoming. The cleanliness was outstanding—absolutely superb! We enjoyed both our stay and the precious time spent with my brother. Thank you, SpringHill Suites, for making our trip memorable.

We were told by family that the area was not the best but we found it safe, comfortable, clean and near the airport which was the most important to us. There was an excellent Steak house and fast food nearby. The staff was excellent, cordial, knowledgeable and always made us feel at home. The hostpatality staff did an excellent job of accommodating us.It was appreciated to have a small bar for the evening and yet a nice breakfast in the morning. Since we will visit family in the future we will return to the Spring Hill Suites.

The staff were friendly. We were a little surprised to see so many dogs in the hallway being walked – but the desk told us they are a pet friendly hotel. But we do like dogs and they were all well behaved. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was comparable or better than a “Comfort Inn” breakfast- but we liked our Drury Inn breakfast much better. The location was nice and easy to access off the highway.

First off let me start by helping set the record straight. After reading some of the past reviews and comparing them with our experience at this same hotel, I honestly don't know if they were even at the same hotel. We saw none of the issues mentioned in those reviews. The staff were amazing, especially the night shift who we interacted with the most. He gladly helped us with any questions we had about the hotel and location. Provided extra towels for us and was just super friendly and personable. Had some fun discussions during our time there. Very much appreciated!! We also truly appreciated the fact this hotel and it's staff has taken the time to think about our safety and security. There are security cameras inside the buildings hallways and common areas as well as outside all around the building. The entire area and in particular the front parking area are well lit. We also noticed the staff during the day and night would walk out front often and just look around the area to make sure everything was good. We absolutely felt safe there. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The pricing is the best around and matched what we expected. The staff then as stated above exceeded expectations. So much so we even added an extra night stay there. Which, they accommodated effortlessly even as a last minute request and we didn't have to change rooms either.

I like Hotels with the Purpose and I love them when the Property is true to its Identity and do not try to oversell. That is exactly the case at Fairfield Inn & Suites. It is Modern, It is Clean, it is Comfortable, It is Friendly. it takes for former military guys 5 minutes of driving to get you to airport or 10 minutes to pick you up from it. The Hotel is about giving to the guests comfortable night of sleep when you decide to have a rest after the arrival or don't want to stress yourself before the departure. Make sure that you come there with right expectations because this Hotel doesn't expect you to hang around or to have a party there, unless you are airline crew that after long day of work wants to soak in the pol away from home. I can't speak about overall value since I used the voucher to stay there, but I sense that for the purpose this property provides better Value than Downtown JWs. Kudos to Marriott for making travelling America such a comfortable and convenient undertaking.

Many choices for hotels in El Paso on the way to AZ. This was an excellent choice. Great value! Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Comfortable beds, Highway side room yet quiet. Pets allowed. Delicious breakfast. Paid parking ($10) no big deal. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Leo’s Mexican Grill hit the spot, delicious margaritas and food. Will stay again if we drive through these parts.

Fairfield Inn and Suites sets a bar that was exceeded by this hotel. The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. Quite a few restaurants nearby (one walkable as well). Bonus was that they had coin operated laundromat on property which helps people on long road trips. Complimentary breakfast options were detailed and adequate.

I am a flight attendant, so I stay in A LOT of hotels. This one is as nice as any of them, with comfortable beds, HUGE tubs, and amazing customer service. Henrietta at the desk is as sweet and kind as can be, and gave me some great recommendations for some delicious eats in the area. Speaking of eats, the breakfast was pretty good too, although simple. They had English muffins which make me happy. The view of the mountains is lovely, and there are plenty of places to eat right around the hotel. I hope I stay here again on the job! I stayed here for 2 separate nights two weeks apart while passing through El Paso. Great clean, newer hotel. Everyone I met at the front desk were nice and friendly. The pet friendly rooms ($100 fee) were clean, comfortable and decent sized. They charge $10 for parking which is really just a revenue grab. There is no reason to charge for parking at this location. I hope they will add some EV stations in the future. I will stay here again for sure.

The Soluna staff rang up on our behalf and made our booking for us then we headed over to Quality Inn and Suites. The staff were friendly and helpful given our unplanned sudden arrival. Our room was older style, but clean and comfortable, fairly spacious. The bed was comfy for a good sleep. The room had a comfy chair for watching TV in. Reception was OK. The WIFI was a bit up n down at times. Shower was nice and hot, but the basin sink needed unblocking- very slow to drain. Bathroom had no fan so room filled with steam when showering – we had to open the bathroom window with some difficulty- very stiff The older style in wall air con/heater worked well. On site handy guest Laundry –only $1 a wash and $1 dry – nice and cheap – a welcome addition Terrific on site restaurant - La Coa Cantina Y Cocina (Good Coffee Mexican Kitchen and Bar)– ate dinner here – delicious food!! plus happy hour $2 Margaritas All in all a good 2 night stay here. Location is fairly quiet. We only had 1 problem with noise when an extremely loud domestic fight from guests staying 2 doors down broke out – luckily it didn’t last too long.

I've traveled the world and this by far has been one of the most affordable, cleanest, and most amazing hotels I've been at. It was super comfortable, the night worker was so kind and funny. The room was super clean, amd albeit a little older, it was comfortable. I had a king bed, 4 comfy pillows, and the breakfast in the morning was so delicious. I thought I was at my mom's house. If I come back to El Paso, I'll stay here.

I called ahead of time cause I needed a lower level room cause my wife has a amputated leg, and I was astonish by the service they provided for us.. The room was equipped for her personal needs and what they did for her was amazing and the shower had a chair for her iwas awesome. The next day in the morning I went for the tickets for the free breakfast, it was chilly and rainy and my wife was not feeling good, I asked the receptionist that if i can bring a plate of food to the room she called right away to restaurant and they let me bring the food to the room and my felt blessed. I love that hotel and the times I stayed there was by myself but my wife was so happy of the service that made our stay there so pleasant. The trip to Juarez was for two days but my mistake was I tried Expedia got me booked in the Maripina hotel and then I called ahead of time explaining my wife's handicap and all they did was get me a lower level room,there's no handicap parking, the bathroom did not have a door and the air conditioner didn't cool the room. We had a terrible stay there but the pictures were beautiful. It was ten dollars cheaper but not worth it and that's the last time I do that again. Thank you Consulado Inn for her Comfort which matters to me the most important which means that I will stay there from now on cause I travel to Juarez every month.

Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. The staff was very nice. The location is perfect if dealing with Consulate it is walking distance from ASC, Medical, and Consulate if you don't want to use the van service available that is timely and driver really courteous. It is close to OXXO, BBVA bank, casino, and a great24 hr authentic mexican restaurant/stand right next door. The young ladies at the front desk are very accommodating. My husband and I were very satisfied.

I had to stay in El Paso for almost 2 weeks for a medical emergency with my mother; the Downtown Courtyard was in a perfect location so I stayed here for the first time and it was a magnificent hotel experience in every way! First off, the location couldn’t be better as virtually every area of the city is located with a 20-25 minutes drive. The room was impeccably clean, well appointed, and everything worked as it should. This made the perfect environment to sleep, relax, and even get some work done online. The Internet worked flawlessly, as did every other amenity I had occasion to use. The gym was clean, safe, and all exercise equipment worked exactly as it should. My room was cleaned every day and I was highly satisfied with the service. The few meals I took in the hotel were tasty and served hot in a timely manner; Starbucks coffee was available at all hours in the lobby, as were drinks in the evening. The lobby atmosphere was very relaxed and amicable. Every employee I dealt with was courteous and efficient, and as a longtime traveler to El Paso I feel this is the best hotel in the Sun City.

What a great hotel. The people are phenomenal you walk in the greet you that make you feel welcome. Location is awesome. There’s a AAA baseball field right across the street. I was able to watch a game from the pool deck. It’s walking distance to downtown El Paso. Downtown is really starting to come to life. Several really good dining areas. My favorite was Elemi. The rooms in the hotel are big. I had a great view of Mexico. The beds were comfortable pretty typical for courtyards. European style showers are nice. You don’t have to worry about a stinky shower curtain. The Internet was fast. Lots of plug-ins so you can make sure all your devices are charged. Various lighting in the room so you can adjust to your comfort level. Heating and cooling system worked well. Easy to operate thermostat. The rooms are clean. The towels are clean the remote control to the TV worked. The parking garage is a little bit tight just drive slow. If you’re hauling a trailer, this is not a hotel for you. There was a person trying to get into the parking garage with a U-Haul… yikes! I do like the parking garage it adds a level of safety. You don’t have to worry about your vehicle being tampered with. I just can’t say enough about how friendly and inviting the staff were, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was extremely nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice and the staff was very helpful when we asked for towels and sheets for the pullout couch which was also very comfortable. We did not have to wait very long when requested things. they were very professional and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Microtel was fairly close, walking distance from the consulate, medical center, and finger-print office. Not to forget great restaurants close by, coffee shop and local mall at a walking distance. Microtel, helped with my stressfull trip, making it easy.

Positive reviews: beds are very comfortable. Personal is friendly. We had to prolong our stay and they were very helpful. Cleaning service is very nice and friendly. Room and bathroom are good size. Very close(walking distance) to American consulate and plaza. Free breakfast. In overall, good and safe place to stay. Need to improve: carpet smells. Internet connection, breakfast was very salty most of the days, need to add toast, yougurt, cereal, granola, waffles. Add coffee all day 😊 not just for breakfast. Maybe open a deli restaurant for lunch and dinner.

My stay with my family was very comfortable. The place is clean. Nice to have a complimentary breakfast everyday in the morning. Our stay was very central to the places we needed to go for our stay in Cd Juarez. Walking distance to Medical Facility which was next door. Fingerprinting facility CAS is next to the American Consulate which both are walking distance as well. Mall across the street with food court. Convinience stores walking distance. 24hr Denny's next door. Hotel very clean. Room service very friendly. Front desk very friendly. Everyone very helpful. Many food places close by. Lobby has outlets to charge phones and bathrooms. Also a kitchen with tables and microwave to sit and eat. Only thing the second floor did not have working washer and dryer. Did not check the other floors. There is a tour bus that picks up people at the front of hotel that lasts about 2-3 hours and brings you back. There are many hotels around that are more luxurious but this one is very central to everything. I recommend stay at Microtel 100% if you need be at Cuidad Juarez to go to the US Embassy.

The Best Western El Paso Airport Entrada was excellent. It featured a large clean room, comfortable bed and easy access. But there were two special features we really liked. Right across from the lobby was a room with two computerized messaging chairs. Boy, was that wonderful, especially after a 9 hour drive across Texas. Unbelievably relaxing! In addition, and this doesn’t sound like much, but there was a soda dispenser in the main lobby. This was great to get a sip of one’s favorite beverage without haven’t to deal with making change or getting a full beverage. The clerk Brenda was extremely friendly and helped us find several good places to eat nearby. The included breakfast had an assortment of hot dishes and waffles. The only issue was that the property is on a service road to Airway Drive and it was a bit tricky getting into the property, even with a couple of GPS’s working on the task. After a while, we figured it out. Overall, a very nice and relaxing stay on two non-consecutive stays.

The people were super nice. The moment u entered they treated me well. They made me feel comfortable. They treated me like they knew me like an old friend. It was an excellent customer service. They were very polite and helpful. The room was super clean and the was very comfortable. When I went to breakfast they person super polite and they were very friendly. All I can say is that overall an pleasant experience.

We hadca smaller room, but it was very comfortable. I like tge shampoo/conditioner/body was dispensers in the shower and tge walk in shower. The staff very friendly and the Zen/Relax room with the absolutely amazing massage chairs was a total bonus. I will stay there everytime we are in El Paso just for that reason. The breakfast was also pretty good and the free fountian drinks another plus. Overall my husband and I were very happy with our stay!

I’ve stated approximately 5 different cities this year. The BW nearby the El Paso airport was by far the best stay I’ve experienced! Staffs are extremely friendly and breakfast is thoughtfully prepared. Free soft drinks and coffee are also very nice. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would stay again when I am back to El Paso.

Since I sleep with an eye mask and ear plugs, I didn't have any issues with noise or light. This is NOT a 'high-end" hotel, but it is basic, clean, safe and right off the 1-10 Freeway at Mesa Road (West Side). No breakfast, but a reasonably good tasting coffee machine. The small refrigerator and microwave worked fine. For the price, it's a very hard value to beat. There is a Taco Cabana within walking distance and a Walmart .5 miles away.

I've stayed at several Motel 6 locations and this is absolutely my favorite. For $47 a night, you aren't getting the Ritz - but you are getting a central location and a GREAT deal. The construction nearby isn't ideal, but this is still prime location for a low price. The best of El Paso is at your door, and the staff is very friendly. I don't have a swim suit with me but anytime I even drive by the pool, I find myself relaxing and cooling down. Mattress is posture-friendly, and better than the one I have at home (possible high quality foam top? not sure). Shower took a minute to figure out, but the water is hot and pressure is good. I LOVE the décor, personally. I can comprehend being disappointed if you're used to continental breakfast and suites, but if you're like me and broke and needing somewhere with AC and Wifi where you can sleep in a locked room for a few nights, this is absolutely the place. Spend the extra money on burritos.

I've stayed in a lot of Candlewood Suites and this one exceeded my expectations. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet. I love being able to use the washer & dryer free of charge, that's a plus. Every staff member is so friendly & helpful, really made me feel welcome & that my needs were being met. What really surprised me was the breakfast in the morning. Cereals, fruit, bagels and even a pancake machine. But on Monday & Thursday nights.........a hot dinner. And the menu varies each week. That is definitely something I've never had at any Candlewood. I loved it.........loved the whole experience. This definitely my place to stay when I'm in El Paso.

The Good: Clean. Suite room included kitchenette and fridge, with cookware, china, cutlery, etc. Fairly roomy, decent furnishings. Everything worked. Gym had good elliptical and treadmill. Business center. Free snack buffet evening time. Nice staff. Pet friendly. Good rate considering all the extras. The area itself had restaurants and shopping close by. Handy access to major road. Not-so-good: Bed was a bit soft. Carpet needed replaced. Room was close to lobby, so we got LOTS of breakfast noise (parents -- control your kids, please; hotels are where people go to sleep) and office noise. Will definitely stay there again, just in a room away from office.

Pros: It is a clean and safe hotel, the maintenance personal is vey nice, free tranportation to consulate, free continental breakfast, have only one computer but it is always availabe. Cons: front clerk desk very rude and stubborn, no nearby soriana or Xmart so you are force to order something or go to 2 nearby restaurant but they are kind of expensive. Also the "federales" where staying at that hotel but supposely its like that in evey hotel due to the high percentage of federales in cuidad juarez. OH & if u do take a taxi the most they can charge is 120 pesos I was charge 220 pesos I felt for that ripe-off becuase I did not know. Good Luck & be Safe! :)

well first of all i had tried to make a reservation with a different hotel by internet & then by phone, they were not very friendly or forthcoming with all the info i wanted. so we accidentally ended up at hotel colonial, yes it is a little more costly than some of the others but you can't beat the service, atmosphere & security that this hotel offered to my family & i. not to mention the continental breakfast, we stayed for the whole week. i loved it there! Luis in reception gave outstanding service! the whole place was clean. the whole staff was friendly, not one of them was rude in anyway, even when i went down to them over & over asking for things! if you do happen to be in Juarez looking for a place to stay i highly recommend the colonial.

The room was very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. The food option was delicious! If you book online you pay for your own food but if you book in person it includes free food.

She received us with a smile and made sure we had all the info we needed. The location of the room was convenient. We had a studio with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The room was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The fan is constantly working in the room and it was a little annoying at first while sleeping but didn't cause any issues. The bed is comfortable. The little kitchen is equipped with plates, cups, spoons, etc. which is nice. Complimentary breakfast was great. It provided a variety of options. Hot egg/sausage/cheese sandwiches, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, delicious coffee as well as different juices. The dining area was very clean and the lady taking care of it is really nice, her name is Letty. She was making sure of refilling the food and cleaning around. Everything was great at this hotel and would stay here in the future. It's my favorite place to stay in the are of El Paso so far.

I had a wonderful experience at the Home2 Suites by Hilton El Paso Airport. The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from the airport. The suite I stayed in was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean—offering plenty of room to relax and work, peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to start the day right. The service at the front desk was welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. A special shout-out to the Chief Engineer, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay—outstanding service! Loved it here. Clean, large room with good kitchen facilities (dishwasher, paper towel, large fridge etc). Plenty of bench space and a desk. The room was spotless, like really clean. The rooms are modern and we loved the modern shower with quality soap and shampoo dispenser. Good security and even though it's near the airport we didn't hear any aircraft noise. The rooms were well sound proofed. Elevator so you don't have to carry your 40kg suitcase up stairs ... that's always a plus. Wished all hotels we've visited on our road trip were like this. Good price too. We had a Queen suite. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very comfortable and very clean. The water pressure in the shower was great and I loved how they serviced the room every day. The breakfast had hot food and great choices. My only complaint about breakfast was that they didn’t have gravy. The beds were really comfortable.

We selected this hotel for an overnight stay to break up our road trip to Dallas. We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. Breakfast the following morning was more than adequate. A variety of eggs, breads, juices and plenty of hot coffee. We would definitely stay at this hotel in the future if our plans called for such.

An issue during my stay was the breakfast I paid for on the Hotels.com app when booking. After I’d sat down for breakfast the hostess came over to say the front desk had said I wasn’t signed up for breakfast. I showed her my receipt and went to the front desk myself to clear things up. Then, after finishing, I was given a bill for breakfast and told the front desk would remove the charge. On checking out, I had to wait a while while the front desk and restaurant straightened things out. Throughout, the hotel and restaurant people were very courteous and professional. However, this seems like a system glitch. Way to much off putting rigmarole for this level of hotel. Breakfast was good but left something of a bad taste.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The bar is awesome. The informal dining for breakfast was very good. Quiet, clean, good staff. Transport to and from airport was very good and timely and complementary. Was able to walk to a meeting at the Federal Building no problem. Good restaurants in walking distance.

This is a beautiful historic hotel, and clearly the management takes a lot of pride in the public spaces, especially the lobby and bar/restaurant areas. Our room was large, clean and generally comfortable but certain maintenance issues were noticeable - the HVAC in the room was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. The staff at this hotel is very helpful and friendly. There is free on-site parking. Self-service washer/dryer ($2.00 for 30 min wash or dry). There is an outdoor pool and a fire pit with outdoor seating. They offer a grab and go breakfast. There is free unsecured WiFi. There isn't a safe in your room. Due to covid, a face covering is required in any public area of the hotel. If you need anything call the front desk. Cleaning service will only come into your room to clean if requested. This hotel is located right next to I-10 which can be very loud. I would suggest you request a room on the east end of the building away from the highway. The entrance driveway is off of Goodyear Dr through a bank (One Source Federal Credit Union) parking lot. There is no sign directing you to this entrance so that was a bit frustrating when we arrived. This hotel is located less than 2 miles away from several restaurants.

Room had everything we needed, including a toaster! “Breakfast-to-go” was readily available, beds were comfortable, room was quiet, woman at front desk was very helpful. The restaurant we wanted closed early, so she suggested several others to the us. Andale was close to the hotel, and we enjoyed it.

I loved everything about this place. The staff were amazing. It was clean and super comfortable. It felt safe and it was clear in that they designed the building with considerations for persons traveling with disabilities. (And our dog loved the view from the large windows lol)

I stayed here with a group reservation. They service from the reservation all the way to our departure was top notch. Not only was the airport shuttle helpful, but they also shuttled our group to dinner and shopping. EVERYONE during our stay made it a friendly and comfortable stay. I have stayed at many hotels and this one ranks right there at the top from a customer service standpoint. Aside from that, the rooms were nice, clean, comfortable. If you're looking for a hotel in El Paso this is a great choice.

We had quite a few challenges during our trip to visit family for the holidays. We made a stop at El Paso and this hotel was one of the highlights. The shuttle picked us up promptly from the airport. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a nice selection and the staff was extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and be as helpful as they could with the challenges we were experiencing. I am very grateful and happy to find people in the service industry who still go the extra mile for their guests! On our way back home, we stayed there for two more nights with the same results. Great facilities and service. Will stay there again for sure! Thank you!

Carlos the shuttle driver set the tone for this visit. He was so nice! Found out my spouse was having surgery and refused tips! Who does that? Tip him, he deserves it!!! Very sweet, helpful and anticipated needs. Front desk staff was always helpful and friendly! The maids and breakfast staff was extremely efficient. This is the best holiday inn express I have ever been to. I’ve stayed at many. They work hard and are well staffed. The outdoor pool is great (heated) and the workout room is well equipped. Everyone is nice and says “good morning” goes out of their way to be friendly. Stayed here twice because of the excellent treatment!

Was in town for a few days visiting family for the holidays and had an incredible stay at this hotel. Front desk receptionist greeted us immediately and was very friendly as well as the other staff we came across. Tom was modern, clean and had an incredible view of the mountains. Location was perfect as it was not too far from the family I was visiting. Hotel is very close to the airport with several restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

Hotel was clean, in a clean safe area and close to Fort Bliss. Only complaint is that the self-service coffee bar was limited to one coffee carafe that always seemed to be empty.

The rooms are renovated. The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly! I love this hotel. It was quiet, pleasant and safe. The shuttle service was great! I had an unusually early flight and was able to get to the airport fast with no issues.

It was very comfortable and they have very big rooms. There was a kitchen and a huge closet to hang your things. The bathroom was a little small. Only thing that was disappointing was that online it said there was breakfast so we came in expecting a lot of food. The breakfast was more a breakfast bar rather than a continental breakfast and the food and coffee was always almost empty. There was only granola bars, a couple muffins and some oatmeal packets. Other than that, it was comfortable and the staff were helpful.

Upon my arrival the gal that check me in was very friendly knowledgeable, asked if we needed anything else that to just reach out to her. Morning coffee bar was very clean, coffee was hot, fresh muffins, breakfast bars, and oatmeal.

I liked how quiet it was up until some idiot most likely pulled the fire alarm and it was LOUD around 2 AM. We spent two days there and it was nice apart from the alarm. The staff were friendly and such as well. The breakfast piece is just coffee, Tea, oatmeal and a few pastries and breakfast bars. Which is just fine for the price we paid to sleep there.

Place was clean, staff were kind and friendly, and rooms were comfy. Our bed was right next to a big window so we could here loud trucks and traffic going by, but we were so tired from travelling we just turned on our blue noise app on our phone and crashed. Good place to stay overnight if u need a comfy clean bed and hot shower.

Classy room, beautiful clean and spacious. The only issue I experienced was when I was checking in, the computer system was having a glitch accepting the card, I used a third party so I almost lost my money. But over all some amazing miracles it worked out. The stay was great I wish I would've stayed for continental breakfast. My date was more of a motel6 type I didn't stay because of that. But the room and hotel was premium what I signed up for.

Everything was perfect. The room was spotless and the staff were super helpful. Everything was so clean and everything worked. The landry room was a great bonus. I will be staying there again in the near future.

The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel also has a laundry room, pool, and gym, but I didn’t use them, so I can’t give an opinion about them. The only downside is that every time I stay here, there isn’t enough toilet paper in the bathroom. This time, there was only half a roll for a two-day stay for two people. I had to ask the staff for more paper, which is not nice, and it has happened every time I’ve stayed here. This is the only reason I’m not giving five stars. But overall, very good for the price.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is right across from a shopping mall and many restaurants. Walkable to most things in this area. There are no pots and pans in the room so if you are planning to use the kitchenette make sure to ask the front desk about renting a set. Great hotel!

Stayed here for exactly one week while doing my consular process. The room comes with everything you might need I.e. microwave, refrigerator, stove(didn’t use). The room was clean, however they do not over daily housekeeping. I recommend going to Soriana and getting groceries, some cleaning supplies for daily upkeep. Get plenty of water, the laundry is a bit expensive but clothes came out clean. Recommend doing large loads. The pool is okay, but can’t really complain for Juarez. Close to the mall and walkable distance to all appointments no need to pay Uber or taxi for that. Front desk was friendly.

You can take the new Juarez Bus from the airport to here for 12 pesos after buying a card for 30 pesos. You can buy the re-loadable card at any station. You can also go to Centro Juarez on this bus. The room was clean and had vinyl flooring. Shower was hot and strong. There is a Del Rio convenience store across the street where you can buy beer with free ice. Staff was friendly at the hotel reception.

A very clean and well run hotel close to ELP. Staff are friendly and bend over backwards helpful - woman who shuttled me to airport offered to wait to make sure a rental car was available. Rooms are quiet, new, well maintained and clean. They are also well cooled! I ended up having to extend a business trip and chose to stay here a 2nd night. Highly recommended.

Front desk or any other employee(with the exception of 1) were amazing. We had a larger family group with 5 different rooms. They offered us use of the lobby to gather and play games. The outdoor seating area was also perfect for our loud bunch! Room AC didn’t cool. Front desk attendant sent maintenance right away and then offered a fan or a room change. Next room was wonderful! Sat morning breakfast attendant was amazing. She was very friendly, attentive, and wore gloves and upheld sanitary conditions. Sun morning attendant was a young gentleman who was RUDE, didn’t wear gloves, used his bare hands to push down the trash and then restocked the bread box. He also used same rag to wipe floors then tables and counters.

We checked in on 8/12. It was quick and able to get the keys to our room, even if we arrived before check in time. Breakfast service ended a few minutes after our arrival, but there were still a few sausages and a couple of eggs available. In fact, we were the only family in the dining area. A gentleman who worked there saw us and offered to make fresh scrambled eggs. We have 3 young and hungry kids that morning, so we appreciated the gesture. In fact, they let us finish eating before they put away the remaining food and drinks. We didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but would like to make sure his act of kindness is acknowledged. The rest of the staff that we talked to were equally kind, helpful and friendly. The room we stayed at was clean, including the rest of the facilities. I highly recommend staying at this Fairfield location.

Staff was welcoming and helpful during late night check in. Room was clean and everything worked well. Bed was very comfortable after a long travel day. Breakfast had plenty of options. Beware of an unexpected and undisclosed parking fee. Spoke to staff at check out and they are working on reversing it as I was not told about this during check in or given an option to park elsewhere.

We had an appointment at the consulate and this hotel was close by. We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the hotel. The staff was wonderful. They were all very nice and helpful. I liked the fact that the hotel had free breakfast and free transportation to the appointments I had. All we had to pay the taxis was a tip. Even the taxi drivers were very nice and helpful. Yes the beds were a little stiff but with all of my back issues I can actually say while I stayed there my back did not hurt me at all. Yes the breakfast did not have a large variety but it was free. I felt the prices in the restaurant were reasonable and the servers and restaurant employees were amazingly nice too. This hotel may be a little outdated as others say but it is a quiet quaint location. If I had to go to Juarez for any other reason I will definately book a room at this hotel again in a heart beat. All of the staff here made my family feel at home.

I only stayed a couple of nights but the room was clean. Not crazy about the decor, all brown and the TV didn’t have very good resolution, but it was the best deal on the days I was there. The receptionists were fantastic, very helpful and kind. You can always get a taxi right by the door. The room was clean, the beds comfortable but the pillows were lumpy, like if they were old, not very good. The free breakfast was barely ok, the refried beans were too watered down, the eggs were bland but the chilaques were good. You can purchase off a menu too if you want, which I recommend. Their fruit shakes/ juices were very good. The papaya milshake was delicious! All the servers were really nice. It’s also pretty close to the American consulate and they have a free taxi/shuttle that can take you for free.

All the GOOD information that everyone is saying...it's definitely TRUE. ROOMS: CLEAN SERVICE :GOOD FREE WiFi FREE BREAKFAST (restaurant is part of the hotel..it's convenient so you don't have to go wondering at night. If I ever go again to this hotel I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I where in town for a consulate stay. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excelent. They could add more channels to the television. Not many options in that aspect. If we are ever back in town I would most definitely stay there again with my family. The US embassy is in walking distance.

I got a good deal for a week and the staff was pretty attentive and helpful. If you're planning your Consulate activities, all of the facilities are at walkable distance. I'd recommend the management to include dining options for their little restaurant Mestizo.

It is also walking distance to Sawgrass and just a short drive to Texas road house and many other food options.

I really want to say this is a 4.5 or even 4.75, but we can only leave 4 or 5 stars and I had a few small things that keep it from getting a 5. One thing I really did not like is that the pillows on the bed are square. This is so unusual and basically means you only have enough room for your head. I would please like a regular rectangular pillow. Also, they still use swiping keys instead of scanning, and the keys don't work well. We had to ask no less than 4 times, maybe more, for the front desk to reprogram our keys because they constantly didn't work. Sometimes you could jiggle them to get them to work, but overall, they need to be replaced with scanners. Ok, but now, let's get to the good stuff! This hotel was chosen because it has an indoor pool. And it will be chosen again! This pool is not only indoor, but heated! It was glorious! Just an amazing experience. In fact, it was actually hotter than the hot tub, so I would have liked the hot tub to be warmer. The pool was perfect! I understand that because of covid you have to serve us breakfast, but I will be happier when we can get back to serving ourselves. However, the lady in the breakfast room was lovely and I enjoyed having her service. It was wonderful having a fireplace in the breakfast room. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, and the water pressure decent. I will come back here again.

Nice clean hotel, welcoming service and good attitude, positive workers and nice pool. Cookies were free and fresh. Come stop by and have a nice realaxing stay. Also includes clean gym and clean floors and clean restrooms.

This hotel had all the amenities, nice seating area in room, microwave, coffee pot, and refrigerator. Also extras...roomy suite style, oversized trash cans, Cat 5 cable, easy TV remote WITH guide. This hotel is close to many restaurants as well as having two steakhouses within walking distance. Check-in was fast and friendly. Very quiet room, and comfortable bedding.

It’s so worth paying a little extra more compared to rates of other hotels nearby for the superb cleanliness, sumptuous buffet breakfast, safe and adequate parking space, good size indoor pool, and comfortable and spacious bed for a company of three (couple plus 6-yr old boy). We’ll definitely come back!

Great property, it’s very nice and clean. If I’m back in El Paso, I wouldn’t mind at all staying here again. Sulayka (I believe that was her name) was very fun and welcoming! The staff for breakfast was helpful and the breakfast was great. The king bed room was spacious and clean. The only thing that bothered me was the hot water in the shower took about 10-15 minutes to heat up! I think that’s something that staff should look into (room 302). Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

We stayed there twice - going to and coming home from a trip to AZ. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, soft sheets and thank goodness - good, HOT water! And they have bathtubs - which is important to me. The had all the usual amenities, and an OK breakfast. There are lots of places to eat and shop very close by, and the view of the mountains was lovely. The staff was pleasant and eager to please, and it was quiet! Easy on and off the interstate - I'll definitely stay there again, and enjoy it.

Loved the space in the room. The pool was a huge hit with our family. Parking was spacious and had many options. Hotel is in a really convenient spot, less then 5 minutes from many shopping and food options. Rudy’s is across the street if you want a fast and good option. Front desk staff was a little on the edgier or abrasive side. however the cleaning ladies and staff at the breakfast were so kind, helpful, attentive, and respectful!! Overall 9/10 would recommend!! We go to El Paso almost once a month and have tried so many different hotels. overall I think I have liked this one the most for our family.

This property served its purpose by providing us with a clean and conveniently located place to sleep before catching an early flight the next morning. The front desk person I dealt with was a helpful woman, the airport shuttle convenient and the breakfast sufficient with enough hot options to make a decent egg and sausage sandwich. As others have noted, the place could use a facelift and they should definitely have the weird flickering outside light fixed. I was told that its been malfunctioning for years but it definitely creates a unsettling vibe upon approach. Especially after driving by the more welcoming facades of the other hotels in the area. Overall, this place is probably overpriced but better than the cheaper options in the area and not horribly worse than the moderately more expensive options around the airport.

The shuttle driver was amazing,,as she was also front desk,,it ALWAYS smells so good and has always been clean!! The maintenance man,,who's been there for years,,was EXTREMELY HELPFUL,,I am a disabled senior and he helped me with my luggage and was just sooo nice!! Quite a valuable employee to say the least!! We love staying at Best Westerns, this hotel showed us why! The hotel night staff was very helpful and attentive, the complimentary breakfast was really great, and the room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot with a strong water stream!!

It was so convenient to find and in a great area to get to everywhere needed. Very clean and exactly as pictured. They have fresh breakfast every morning and one of the coolest waffle makers ever! My kids loved everything. The pool was clean and open from 9 to 9 which was a plus! Definitely will be going back for future family trips. Will definitely recommend to anyone passing through the area as well.

We live locally. We came to this Inn because we had some leaky pipes and decided to let everything dry out and stayed here because it also was pet friendly. There aren’t any bells and whistles to this Inn but it is clean and very quiet & extremely reasonable. I also had a procedure done that required a room that was disabled accessible. The bathroom was really large and had a nice large shower in it. My only complaint is that the rubber gasket around the refrigerator was weak and so we used a slipper to.prop it shut. After that, it stayed extremely cold and nothing spoiled. The microwave worked very well as well .All the hallways are monitored with cameras. A super Walmart is across the street, as well as several restaurants, shopping centers etc. The desk help was very helpful and respectful.

The room was as advertised: Clean, no smoking, spacious, and practical. For the price, I felt I got a little more than expected. The A/C struggled to work, so I was a little hot initially, but I woke up comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. If I’m ever in El Paso again, I’d return.

I stayed here on business and found it clean and comfortable. I was pleased to find many convenient electric plugs and usb plugs, something rare even in much more expensive hotels. It’s popular so reserve early. The location is great. There is a Walmart across the street, and a cinema and many restaurants within a block of the hotel. 24 hour coffee is available next to the elevator.

The room was very clean. The check-in was smooth. Staff was friendly. Walmart is a simple walk across a non-busy street. It was quiet during the night. The bed was comfortable. Not to shabby for an inexpensive place to stay.

Location is on west side which is the quieter side of El Paso but lots of places near by. Front desk staff was the best. She was nice, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean.

They’re in the process of remodeling and it looks great! We stayed in a new room, it had updated carpet that matched the hall, new paint, new beds, and new room decor. The beds were the best we’ve slept on this entire trip! Everyone in the family agreed on that. The only thing we didn’t like about the room was it appears they haven’t put curtains back up yet, so the light from an outside street lamp shined bright all night, and the sun wS bright this morning, but other than that the room and bed was great. The breakfast area is on the 3rd floor which we’ve never seen before, but it was large and the most spacious one we’ve seen yet. I saw reviews saying the breakfast staff weren’t friendly, but the one this morning was very nice. It was clean in there and had a good selection of things. The hotel is right off i10 and was easy to get to. We did not check out the pool, but it’s November, and was 50 degrees. The other amenities were great! Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We will stay here again next time we pass through!

It is an older property, but they are doing a lot of remodeling and even with that it is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great breakfast options. This is one of my favorite places to stay when I visit.

The Gardner hotel was super cute, nice, and budget friendly! I wanted to stay downtown and preferred a place that's locally owned, which is exactly the Gardner Hotel! The whole staff was super friendly and had a nice list of restaurants and bars to try, as well as discounts for the places right next to the hotel. The room was super comfy and cute, with historically inspired furnishings (stayed in one of the renovated rooms). Coming from Austin, the price was great and as first time visitors to El Paso, we felt quite welcome! Would stay there again if my travels take me to El Paso again!

Efficient, helpful, pleasant front desk. Attractive old lobby. Rooms small and old but clean and functional, though no control over heat. Could use a chair, and electrical outlet at small table. Sink in room was clean and worked well. Toilet and shower rooms (2 on my floor) clean but unheated. Generally quiet while I was there, but neighboring rooms can be loud. Well equipped and large self-serve kitchen and dining area, and small laundry, in basement Good place.

My favorite place to say whenever I'm in El Paso. This hundred year old hotel has a lot of history so if you love history and all things vintage this is the place for you. Convenient location close to restaurants, coffeeshops and bars. The staff is friendly and helpful and do a great job at keeping the hotel clean.

Everything about my stay was great! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The downtown location was convenient and just a quick streetcar ride across downtown to both the Greyhound and Amtrak stations. And the community kitchen and lounge were a huge bonus as I was able to cook food and store leftovers. I loves the history of the building (huge Cormac McCarthy fan) as well and will definitely stay here on all future El Paso trips!

This is an old hotel with quaint details remaining, such as a light switch consisting of two round buttons where one pops up when you push the other one. The lobby is much as it always was with antiques such as an old telephone switchboard. There is no kind of breakfast with a fee for a cup of coffee in the lobby. The room was small and featured a closet, ceiling fan, antique dresser, comfortable bed, good shower, and small bathroom with the sink located behind the door when it was open. Internet was good as was the tv. There was an evaporative cooler on each floor which works well in the dry climate. Cool air enters from the hallway through the transom above the room door and exits through a grate on the wall of the bathroom thus removing shower steam as well. I enjoyed the old fashioned feel of the place. It is an affordable option.
