Drury properties are the hotels I look for 1st. Stumbled upon one in Frisco, TX and was impressed. This particular location's pluses and minuses are: Plus: Clean, moderately priced, friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfy beds, indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and fabulous free breakfasts and dinner buffets with something for everyone. Challenges: Hotel is awkward to get into and out of because of its location at the intersection of regular streets and one-way streets; The intersection has a lot of noisy traffic. All I can say is "wow". You should try it.

The property was very clean. All the staff was very accommodating. The facility was modern up-to-date and beautiful inside and outside. I enjoyed the inside Jacuzzi and pool that were heated. Absolutely was impressed by their breakfast mid afternoon meal and drink ticket. All included in the very reasonable price for this hotel.

First Timers with a smile First time ever staying at a Drury It is located on the campus of Northern Arizona University. The interior decor is not modern, but it is nice, well-maintained, and clean. The rooms were clean [not just touched up] large and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great! The only issue was the room was hot. I lowered the temperature an even after 5 hrs. I had to crack the outside door for an hour as it was cold [38] outside. The hotel provides a great (included) breakfast and kick back/ cocktail hour (3 drinks) with food enough to make it your dinner. Quiet area and easy walking to downtown or other areas. Parking is very tight in that area. They have a free parking garage next door with direct walkway access from the second floor [Room Key] Madi, at the front desk, was helpful and friendly - the entire staff was excellent [Day & Night]. Dan S. - General Manager, was friendly, professional and welcoming. He made us smile a little more @ checkout. Also Personable - Dan came during the breakfast time and chatted with the guests. We had an excellent stay at the Drury Inn Flagstaff.

Breakfast is great with several choices and served from 7-10am (longer than most hotels we have stayed at.) The pool was very nice with plenty of clean towels and indoors so you could enjoy year round and had a hot tub as well with restroom facilities in same room as pool. All restrooms had babies changing stations. The hotel had a very close free parking garage with 2nd floor covered access, which was convenient for us, especially with a ton of luggage and kiddos. Washers and dryers came in handy and were only $2 per load. They had a nice snack bar (but pricey) so I recommend making sure you have plenty of your own snacks if you can't make it to the great complimentary dinner and snacks they serve from 5:30 to 7 which came with several different choices and also had three free alcoholic drinks for adults until 7:00 (which is phenomenal after a 1200 mile drive with young kids.) Every single staff member was polite and courteous, and the tables were quickly cleaned after someone ate to allow for other families to eat. Staff around the entire hotel was simply amazing. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Room had walk in shower with large pivoting shower head along with a 2nd removable hand held shower head and a foldable drop down seat to sit & accommodate handicap guests or parents needing to hold young babies to shower (since there is no tub). Water pressure was great and showers hot.

The hotel was inviting from the moment we stepped into the lobby. It just kept getting better, friendly people Che king us in, evening snacks, pool and exercise areas were clean and well kept. Our room was spacious, inviting and the perfect temperature. The bed was perfect and supported us for a great nights sleep. The shower was very warm and relaxing. I loved that the bathroom had ample space for each area so you did not feel crammed in the bathroom. Breakfast was laid out nicely and so many delicious choices. Then we had to check out and get back in the road. Oh the coffee for the road just reminded us one last taste of the goodness we just experienced.

The common area was really great, the fire pits and cornhole are awesome. My kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. All the facilities were well kept. Rooms were clean and it was so nice not having to ask for the room to be serviced. Though small I can say the bed was comfortable as far as"feel" was concerned.

We loved the modern vibe of the hotel and decor, and the staff, especially the front desk and coffee shop, were very friendly and accommodating. The murals behind the beds in each room and along the hallways are a nice touch. The hotel is set back from the street and backs to NAU with a tree buffer, so it's very quiet. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Loved the walk in shower. Parking was convenient and ample.

I travel at least twice a year. This is my second stay and I will stay here from now on when traveling. The hotel is on the new side. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. There is a pool, jacuzzi, workout room and mini mart in the lobby. The hotel is away form the main road and is quiet. The free breakfast in the morning has scrambled eggs, plump sausage, waffles, yogurt and many other things. They allow animals. There are discounts available when booking through Wyndam that make this place very reasonable.

The Hotel is just beautiful, the rooms were great, loved the laundry service. I didn't have any coins just to find out you can scan a QR code that is affixed to the both the washer and dryer and pay with your Card :) and I loved the fact that there pool and Jacuzzi area offers lift chair for the disabled. Breakfast was very good and lots of room to sit. one of the best hotels in our travels from Florida. Staff was very pleasant and willing to help your stay be as good as it could be.

This is a great hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. My granddaughter who has traveled with her other grandma to some very lovely places told us she thought this hotel had the best breakfast of anyplace she has stayed. It is pretty amazing for a free hotel breakfast with pancakes, waffles, eggs, along with all the usual cereals, bagels, fruit, yogurt. I really can’t list it all. The pool is relaxing with lots of cozy seating areas. The rooms are well equipped with all the amenities although a little limited in drawer space for a week long stay but there is a convenient laundry room available. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were very kind to my granddaughters.

It was a nice hotel to stay in. Enjoyed the indoor hottub. Restaurant was nice but a little over priced. Location was near to other restaurants and businesses. Staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommend Double Tree hotels.

The breakfast was good too, it is Ala Carte and got good options to choose from. The bar and hibachi grill downstairs were good too. The room was clean and spacious, though I could hear people outside in the corridor. The hotel has a heated pool and jacuzzi. Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

This was my second stay at the Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Flagstaff. The staff was excellent, always welcoming with a smile. As stated in my prior review - the rooms are small but nice. They did update the TV system and now has capability to stream and add an HDMI cord to watch from a computer or other streaming device. The TV's looked larger too since my last visit. The bathroom was very bright and very clean. However, there were a few glaring negatives in the room. My room was completely missing the sheer curtain and only had blackout drapes, so I was stuck with an exposed window or covered window with no natural light. Second, the rooms are in need of refurbishment, but it's not horrible enough to make me not want to stay there again. The dresser/credenza had quite a bit of the varnish rubbing off on the front and the carpet had waves in it where it was coming up. Finally, the bathroom tub/shower combo did not drain properly and I was standing in an inch of soapy water every time I took a shower. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was quick and delicious. When I left around 8am there was a line of about 5 guests for breakfast as one server didn't show up, but everyone understood they were short staffed. The employees in the restaurant were just as friendly as last time and made the morning start off great. Yes, they need to update the rooms to match the rest of the hotel, but it wouldn't keep me from staying here again.

This isn’t a 5 star luxury resort, but it’s a GREAT value! Cozy lobby with fireplace and lounge. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, and the carpet seemed new. Great water pressure in the shower, and the bed was super comfy! The hotel was safe, quiet, & had no weird smells!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Everything offered in description was there in the room. Loved the coffee bar and fridge that worked as it should! (Many others dont!) Staff was quick to help and friendly. I had checked in a bit early, yet they put me in a room right away! The staff on check out was quick and helpful. Coffee in lobby was wonderful and hot. My sleep was not interrupted and hotel was quiet! The AC was amazing and loved the option to crack open the window in the morning to take in the fresh pine air! Location was very close to the FT TUTHILL park that I was visiting as well! Pet areas were both in front and back, so you could feel safe when using it in the evening hours. Bags were stocked for use if needed. Very welcoming!

A no-frills hotel right on the edge of Flagstaff town very close to restaurants and retail stores. It’s located close to the university. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is an indoor pool, but we didn’t use it. There are elevators situated conveniently close to the front desk. Checking in was fairly easy and staff were helpful about where to park and how to access our room. The room was neat and clean with a TV, fridge and coffee machine. Hair dryer and ironing board was also available. All in all, would recommend for a short stay.

We reached the hotel on 20th Dec evening and stayed for a night. The location of the hotel is close to the main road and in the town center, easily accessible. There are multiple restaurants around if you do not want to eat at the hotel restaurant. The location is on the main road and fast-food options are available nearby. Ample Parking space was available, but chargeable. The standard room was on 2nd floor and had 1 king bed. The room was clean, had all the amenities like pantry and neat bedspreads. Bathroom was also clean with basic toiletries. The view from the room was scenic. There was no buffet breakfast option at the restaurant. So we did not have food at the restaurant. Staff were friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and quiet. Starbucks bistro in dining area, however no breakfast provided. There is a small market for convienence that includes a microwave. Enjoyed the fireplace outside and perfect views of the changing of the leaves. Front desk friendly and informative.

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. Check in was a breeze. We booked a room with a balcony. The balcony overlooked the courtyard and had a nice breeze. We took advantage of the lobby bar, and the bartenders were awesome. We also ordered coffee in the morning, which was great and so convenient. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Highly recommended!

Hotel is a bit weird to locate. to find but, once there, is welcoming and cozy. Rooms are big, quiet, and clean. Disappointed by lack of microwave in the room as there is no onsite restaurant. Workout area is clean and the equipment works well. Parking was fine but there's a 6.00 per night charge. Also...the blow dryer is in the closet.

This property is not fancy, there are no amenities, the shower in our room was about the size of an RV shower and we booked a king-size room. There was no bathtub, nothing fancy at all. What you are paying for is the atmosphere and location of this hotel. This is a historic hotel with charm, it takes you back in time and allows you to experience Flagstaff back in the day. I stay here because of the coffee bar/ cocktail lounge Rendezvous! The cocktails and coffee are incredible, I love the Whiskey Chai. The staff is very nice and the star room where you can sit and drink your coffee/cocktail is enchanting. I just love it! The hotel staff is hit and miss, the person who checked us in was not friendly, and she continued to be not very accommodating throughout our stay, however, the second day when I went to request a room change due to an issue with the shower in my room, the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodated our room change. I recommend calling the hotel when you book and asking for what kind of room you are looking for, do you need a bathtub, do you need a large room or are you okay with a smaller room? Each room is very unique and they do not show you what you are booking when you book online. I do recommend this place, it's great, you just have to know what you are booking when you book it.

I chose this hotel because it's nearly 100 years old and has a charm and character that modern hotels lack. My friend and I stayed in the Queen Suite which had a stellar view of downtown Flagstaff and two comfortable queen-size beds. The girl at the desk was very helpful when we checked in, and apologized for the lack of parking available for hotel guests (there are roughly 20 designated spots...if you park on the street this time of year be sure to move your vehicle before 3am, otherwise there is a public garage available which costs $35/day). The hotel has two wonderful bars that serve cocktails and incredible coffee drinks. One of the bars had a great live band performing that evening. The location is optimal - right in the middle of downtown Flagstaff. There are dozens and dozens of great restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance. The room was cozy and spacious and dated - but that's entirely the point of staying here. The television is a bit on the smaller side if you intend to watch sports, bit luckily there are many great places to watch a game in any direction. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Monte Vista, and we would definitely stay here again.

We came into town for a wedding. We chose The Hotel Monte Vista because of its location and amenties like onsite bars and restaurants. The room and voew were great. Walking distance to several stores and bars restaurants. The parking was a bit of a nightmare. They only have 2 rows of available parking for fuests. The receptionist wasn't helpful with trying to find free parking since the onsite parking was full. She slapped a map in the counter and refused to help anymore than that. The hotel has a great coffee bar and bar with a dj at 9:30pm. I wouldn't recommend the draft beer it tasted funny like lines hadn't been cleaned. They were helpful with switching out to bottle beer.

Old hotle , seen better days, attenbtion seems to be towards coctail bar and back bar than rooms. Featureless rooms, no coffee making facilities NO USB powerpoints, ( but we found one on the back of the telly and on desk lamp in the lounge downstairs.. ..no food / breakfast - staff totally uninterested - main insterest seemed to be to get a comfortable lounging position in the chair... simply no idea how to run a reception. poor houskeeping, bedside drawer had underwear and "lubricant" from previous guest, maybe up to a few weeks old as evidence of Valentines day in drawer, zero wifi in rooms.. generally not the friendliest of staff, even after 4 nights staying there and visiting cocktail bar each night and generous tips we were greeted on each order as if it was our first..just seemed overall staff not engaged......... This is a quaint, historic hotel, built around 1927, in downtown Flagstaff. All of the rooms have the names of celebrities that have stayed there. Personally, I prefer old hotels that have not been terribly modernized so that they no longer look old. This one falls under that category. My room had an old oak dresser and nightstand. I liked the old wooden doors. The bed was comfortable, the window view was of the street, across from the Petit Marche, a great little place for coffee and pastries or snacks. My room, on the third floor , was directly above the Monte Vista lounge so at night things could get noisy. And, there is the train a few blocks away. But, that wasn’t too bad. If you are hoping for a microwave, fridge, coffee in your room, iron, robe, this place, or at least this room, is not for you. The TV, hair dryer, tub, shower were all fine. A The front desk lobby area is beautiful. Overall, a great place to stay, close to local tourist attractions and nice shops and restaurants in Flagstaff within walking distance. And, about 2 blocks from historic Route 66, where you are sure to “get your kicks.” Don’t miss the Flagstaff visitor’s center for a nice selection of souvenirs at prices better than other shops.

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is good with enough variety for all. Hotel is clean and updated. Rooms are average size but clean and comfortable. Fit our family of 5 with hideabed couch that was comfortable enough for my 12 yr old to like it. Bathroom was clean and had the basics. Only 2 things to mention, had to pay $8 per person for breakfast pwhich we didn’t know beforehand and $7 for parking which I didn’t mind because the snow had been plowed from the parking lot and cinders put down. Lastly, it is conveniently located for people who don’t know Flagstaff well, which I do, so made grabbing dinner or any other needed items a breeze. Enjoy!

Our stay at the Flagstaff Hyatt Place was absolutely wonderful! Everything exceeded our expectations—from the clean, comfortable rooms to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Big shout out to Brooklyn at the front desk for being so friendly and helpful—she truly made our stay even better. One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly the hotel is. They even gave our dog a welcome treat when we checked in, which was such a thoughtful touch! We felt so comfortable here that we ended up extending our stay by another night. We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Flagstaff. Highly recommend!

The property is very under rated on google. it is a hidden gem with a good price and great location to do things. The breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the staff is very accommodating. Loved my stay of 4 nights here.

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was a big hit. The breakfast provided a good variety of choices. The pizza place next door had the best pizza ever.

Breakfast options were great coffee could have been a little stronger but it was good that there was some available. Even took the time to enjoy and relax in the pool and jacuzzi.

This is an excellent value hotel! Yes, there may be some things wrong with it–a broken outlet, no breakfast, etc. But it's clean, safe, comfortable, quiet, and the room is sleek and modern. There were no critters, the room smells nice and clean, and the staff is attentive. If you're looking for luxury, look somewhere else! If you're used to staying in dumpy motels for the same price, try here instead. You'll be much happier.

The shower is amazing. There's no bath and it just has a ceiling shower. I prefer this completely and it's actually really nice. The bed was very comfortable and clean. I prefer a room with a desk, which some of them have. This does have a microwave and coffee maker and refrigerator. It has outlets as well as USB ports. I had an issue because the only room they had available was on the second floor and I have a leg injury. Without charging me more they upgraded me to a king on the ground floor. They didn't say they did that but I only paid for a queen and the bed was a king bed. There's another motel in Flagstaff and I won't say the name but they had an overbooking and they had to upgrade me... But they charged me for the upgrade. They didn't give me the room I paid for and they made me pay more for a room I didn't ask for. Not hotel Aspen. Hotel Aspen upgraded me to a king without even saying anything. I deeply appreciate them.

This property is a jewel - it's across from a golf course and in front of a mountain, and has access to miles of trails so if you're traveling with dogs, this is the best. The rooms are large, have a full working kitchen, and full bathtubs. The pool is large and the pool/hottub area are clean and inviting. The central building/breakfast lounge is the same - clean and inviting. The breakfast is good. The best part about traveling through Flagstaff on business is knowing I will get to stay here. Oh, and the staff is above and beyond when it comes to accommodating weary travelers and our many extra requests and needs.

Very pleasant stay. Room was very clean, spacious and breakfast was excellent. Worth the price. Beds are very comfy and cozy. Breakfast was typical continental but offered more with their fun pancake maker. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Sonesta is reliably clean, comfortable, spacious and convenient to the best attractions in Flagstaff. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Excellent value. The beds are great quality and the room is well designed and very quiet. We will definitely return.

It was a King Suite. Bathroom area exceeded expectations. It was a large luxurious suite. Coffee was excellent. The jacuzzi was open early morning. We enjoyed the soak.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, very clean, and the shower was fantastic – just what we needed after a long drive. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day off right. Everything about our experience was excellent. We stayed here twice: once on our way to our destination and again when returning, and both stays were consistently great. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay!

Traveling with my family (2+2), we had the chance to stay in beautiful and picturesque Flagstaff. We found a hotel that seemed to be the best available, and indeed, I have to admit, it’s probably one of the best hotels in this price range in Flagstaff. The room was huge—practically big enough to skateboard in. The hotel is very clean and modern, with a central location. It’s within walking distance to downtown, where you can enjoy delicious food and fantastic coffee. We couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel staff were excellent, and the breakfast was very good. It was quiet and peaceful, with stunning mountain views from our room. There are shops, a gas station, and cafes nearby. Don’t forget to visit Galaxy Diner to experience the 1950s vibe. We recommend it to all travelers looking to rest and relax during their journey and maybe even stay a few extra days at this hotel.

Feels like an older hotel although in good condition. Nice lobby with plenty of seating. Room has basic type furniture but functional, neutral decor. Bed is firm which is great - so many hotels fail the bed test, always too soft. Bathtub with shower. Noisy air conditioning. Lots of flashing lights in the room maybe the wifi box. Not bad blackout blinds however. Microwave and fridge and a hot water type machine good for coffee or tea (Supplied paper cups only). Coffee/tea service in lobby with very tasty cookies in the afternoon. Ok breakfast with seating outside on a raised patio. The usual fare - sausages, diced potatoes and prefab omelets with cheese inside (the next day no potatoes but the bacon was very good and crispy). Not great pastry/bread selection but Chobani yogurt if you like the thick kind, and Quaker oatmeal packets. Location is good - a couple blocks to downtown, very convenient for that access with free parking - covered part is a bonus as it could get really hot. Right on corner of Rt 66. Gas station across the road has the cheapest gas prices all around.

They have coffee, tea, and cookies available all the time in the lobby. The breakfast offered a good variety. Parking is easy. The location is a five minute walk to the downtown area. The lobby was inviting. Easy location to get to many places.

The hotel was calm and usually quiet. And it is very well located, so with multiple restaurants within walking distance and options for shopping.

Property is clean, breakfast was awesome - full buffet, there is an amazing sitting area for both dining and hanging out (rustic/cabin feel), large fireplace. Staff is very friendly. They were doing some renovations in the room next door - during the day and later in the morning - just keep in mind, walls may be a little on the thin side? No one was above us or next to our room, so all we heard was the cleaning/renovations (nothing major at all, and again, appropriate hours). We'll definitely come here again, we did bring our dogs and they do have an area - with doggy bags - to take your puppies....please make sure to clean up afterwards so we can enjoy this accommodation for future visits.

Staff are friendly, supportive, knowledgeable. The place is clean, comfortable and appealing. Care is attuned to the area. The breakfast offering is tasty. The only issue I have, which is true for many hotels, relates to those clients who feel it is appropriate to laugh and talk loudly very early in the morning (think 5am). Maybe posting a notice asking them to use "indoor voices" would be helpful.

The hotel amenities was just what we were looking for, especially the indoor pool and hotub.

From check in to checkout everything was handled beautifully. Warm entry way and interior. Simple, clean room. Four pillows on each bed. Less than one minute from both 40 / 17 / and 89A. Perfect location. Breakfast was the absolute average affair. Cereal. Bagels. Eggs of a type. Muffins. Bummer that there wasn't a waffle maker as we are used to this at all the other Hampton locations we've stayed in. Coffee and tea were available 24/7 which was quite convenient. Didn't have time to chill in the pool or heat up in the jacuzzi but it certainly looked well maintained. So - verdict - we will enjoy a repeat stay here on our next visit to the Flagstaff area.

Rooms did not have enough light. Breakfast was tight and congested. Who ever designed the food area should be flogged. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Loved the coffee being available. Pool, laundry, and exercise facilities were clean and safe. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Very much appreciated their professionalism and responses to our requests. They made the stay enjoyable.

Best value for your buck, the place is gorgeous, excellent food and drinks. Also you can see the stars from the patio while by the fire. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool as well, although the pool is not heated.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay here, it was conveniently located in Flagstaff. The bed was very comfortable and enjoyed the great coffee available in suite. The pool is not heated, but jacuzzi was very warm which was great. Unfortunately the pool towels ran out, many families were there that weekend for a kids baseball tournament so it was noisy and busy. The lobby/bar/restaurant were thoughtfully decorated, and the vibe was cool and even had access to a coin laundry on site! I would stay again when visiting Flagstaff.

I absolutely loved the High Country Motor Lodge - the whole design of the hotel from its lobby to the rooms to the extra amenities which I took advantage of (hot tub/jacuzzi and gym). I also took advantage of the main lobby's restaurant to remote work during my check-out date, which was comfortable and easy to work in and order a delicious lunch at! I definitely hope to come back the next time I'm in Flagstaff.

A nice clean room and a very comfortable bed. It’s an older, quiet property that has been very well updated. The room has a fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker as well as the usual TV — everything you would need as a base for a hiking or sightseeing trip. No restaurant but LOTS of walkable choices for eating, drinking, and entertainment as it is near NAU. Historic downtown also in easy walking distance. Not luxurious but also not luxuriously priced. Perfect. We’ll definitely return.

We recently spent four nights here, mostly riding out a snow storm. We've stayed here in the past in their king suite upstairs, and this time we had a double queen room on the first floor. The property is older, however it is very well maintained. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable for sleeping. Our beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water, heater worked great, fast wifi, huge TV channel selection. Very nice high end toiletries. Great location near markets and a half mile walk to Old Flagstaff. Right next door to a coffee shop with breakfast options. The motel staff removed the snow as it accumulated and when they had someone in to plow the lot the advised us ahead of time so we could move our car so they could plow around it. We have stayed at other places where they plowed our car in. Highly recommend.

This inn is conveniently located near downtown Flagstaff with a fantastic coffee shop right next door. We loved the ease of walking to all the restaurants and bars in downtown Flagstaff. The room was a good size and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was equipped with all the amenities to enhance our stay, including a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and pods, TV, and additional bathroom essentials. The friendly and kind staff made our experience even better. We would happily stay here again.

This is a simple, no frills but very clean and very comfortable place to stay. I love the laminate floors because it makes everything feel so clean. Just fyi- This is a motel and there is no elevator to the second floor. We were very comfortable after 11 hours of driving. Woke up refreshed and ready to face a new day of driving. Also, it is located near many restaurants and shopping. There is a coffee shop right next door.

I appreciated the quiet during my stay - clean, quiet, with very comfy beds. The staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitley stay here again.

We scheduled last minute due to changing hotels from a dirty hotel we had already booked, and Budget Inn had a room available and was actually cheaper than the first hotel! The staff member when we arrived was friendly and handled check-in quickly. The room was clean! Bed sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet! I was afraid it was not going to keep us cool because of how quiet it was, but it worked well! Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Tub/toilet area was small but not horrible. The fan in that room was fairly loud and after a minute or two it would make a grinding noise every other second. It is attached to the light so light had to be off for noise to stop. We were in Room 211 I think. That was the worst part of our stay but would rather deal with that while showering than a filthy room! Overall the room was quiet. (Second morning we could hear neighbor shower turn on but wasn’t overly loud) Area was quiet and felt safe. We were pleased with our stay!

I had an excellent stay at Budget Inn. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a safe, quiet area with convenient shopping nearby. Everything about the stay was comfortable and hassle-free, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cool and safe place to stay.

This is a nice location for walking to “old town” and the many restaurants and shops (less than 2 miles round trip). NAU is very close as well. Galaxy Diner is right behind the motel and BunHuggers bar/restaurant is next door. Both are excellent. There is also a little Thai restaurant and Mexican spot in the next block. We asked for a room on 2nd floor in the middle and it was very quiet. You can request ice from the front office. There is also a coffee maker, microwave and fridge which was handy. The AC/heat was very quiet which is always a huge bonus when staying in a motel. There aren’t any sheer curtains so we didn’t open the shades, making the room very dark during the daytime. Adding sheers would be a really nice touch for those of us who need daylight but don’t want guests looking into our room when walking by. Overall this is a nice motel, good location and pleasant management with a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here in April for 4 days and 3 nights. The beds were super comfy and we all enjoyed our stay. The AC was super loud, but I sleep through any noise. My 8yr old son loved the welcome cookies. Gym and indoor pool open at 6am and close at midnight which was fabulous. We were in the jacuzzi every night and slept like babies. Breakfast was good. Every day they had different meat options. One day was sausage, next day was bacon, and last day was sausage gravy. There were always eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, danishes, and toast with juice options and coffee. We took our skewers to make s’mores in the outdoor bonfire, we wanted to grill some hot dogs too, but instead opted to eat out each day. Overall it was a great hotel for the price.

I stayed in a two queen bed room. The room was a little small for two people in my opinion, but worked perfectly for a solo traveler. Breakfast was perfect every morning. The woman in charged maintained the space clean and replenished with fresh food. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive. I didn’t explore other facilities during my stay. Free parking. Location was perfect. Right off of Route 66, downtown Flagstaff and highways that took me to the Grand Canyon. FYI the Grand Canyon is about 90 minutes drive from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Highly recommend this hotel! If I ever return to Flagstaff, I will definitely stay there again.

The room is clean and well arranged. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and complete. The cookies and coffee in the lobby are a nice homey touch...who doesn't love the smell of fresh baked cookies? This is my second visit to this location. Rooms are affordable, clean, well appointed and pleasantly decorated. Linens are high quality and spotlessly clean. Bed was truly amazing and incredibly comfortable. Enjoyed having a chair and ottoman to watch TV. I really like the later check out time of Noon, it makes mornings less rushed if you are not a morning person. Front desk staff are nice and helpful. I did not partake of the pool/spa or the breakfast provided, but I did appreciate having decent in room coffee as well as coffee and cookies being available at all times of the day and night in the lobby. Will definitely stay again.

In the morning, we came down at around 9AM and the front desk staff kindly brought out some bagels especially for us as they had put them away already, along with cream cheese and coffee. The coffee and milk are refillable. Small but functional continental breakfast area. The staff was doing a great job cleaning the area as well as we finished our breakfast.

Extremely clean, comfortable room. Very large, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, large TV, fridge, microwave, a desk and several lamps in addition to overhead lights. Bathroom seemed new with large walk in shower and brightly lit vanity. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was nicely stocked. The Wi-Fi was excellent —better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

The hotel has been completely renovated. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They had the cutest restaurant/bar in the lobby with the sweetest bartender. The bar has uniquely named beverages paying tribute to the area. I highly recommend if you are traveling through Flagstaff. Even our two teenage daughters (the biggest critics) approved. ;)

The location was excellent, a short walk into the centre of Flagstaff. The room was large, clean and everything worked. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, constantly re-stocked and conveniently located in reception. Coffee and juice were available in reception at all times. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus, all the facilities were a little dated they were clean and usable.

Considering the location right at the street, it was quiet in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean, staff helpful, breakfast delicious and quite the selection ranging from cereal to pancakes to toast and fruit, and the pool was clean too.

You’re close to everything – Walmart, tons of restaurants, and anything else you might need is just around the corner. The view from the hotel is beautiful, and the pool was clean and relaxing – a real bonus after a long day. The only thing I’d suggest is to reconsider the parking fee. With so much parking available around, it feels unnecessary to charge for it. If that small fee were removed, this place would be absolutely perfect. Still, that doesn’t change the fact that I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone. Super clean, amazing service, and overall, totally worth coming. A solid 5 out of 5 from me!

The check in process was streamlined and smoother than most other locales I've stayed at. The hotel location was easy to access, the lobby clean & staff welcoming. While there seemed to be a few repairs in progress, overall the property is well-maintained. The suite did not disappoint w exception to the extra linen for the pull-out sofa & trundle, which was not fresh, (long strands of hair & a few spots), but w/o hesitation the staff sent up clean linens. The staff was attentive, friendly, and absolutely thoughtful.. from the simple birthday card w free treat for my little guy to breakfast hostess Melissa's attentiveness & knowledge of the menu items offered. Our family and I were pleasantly surprised & satisfied with our stay. If any suggestions could be made, it would be to expand the "fitness center's" equipment and the pet's area by another parking spot or two. We look forward to our next stay.

Whereas, the morning staff scowled at our request that the night staff said was complementary. The Green Tree was the best budget place we've stayed at. Breakfast was the usual carb overload with waffles, toast, and cereal. No boiled eggs, but they provided a bagged hot breakfast that was enjoyed for lunch.

This hotel was exceptional! I was very pleased with everything this hotel had to offer. The location was prime, lots of restaurants and stores very close. Walmart is right across the street! The room was nice. Walking around on the laminate flooring made feet filthy which means floors are dirty or cleaned with a product that doesn't clean very well. Check in went well. The breakfast is pathetic. Carbs, carbs, carbs. You can ask for a breakfast burrito or breakfast bagel, but the eggs in them are disgusting. They ask you if you want bacon or sausage and if you request bacon, you won't even taste it in the burrito and the bagel has a tiny amount of egg on it with one tiny sliver of microwaved bacon split in half. Your other options are waffle, plain bread for toast, plain bagel, yoplait yogurt, cereal. That's it. No danishes, muffins, etc. Then you have to chase down someone at the front desk to refill the milk or to ask for your burrito or bagel. They often are not at the front desk but sitting and chatting in the office. The breakfast area is very small and people often have to either take their breakfast to go or find a seat in the lobby because all tables are taken. The room was good, but most interaction with the front desk was not the greatest. Oh, and I was there for two nights and they only activated my key card for one night so I had to go back and get it activated on the second day. I don't think this place is a do over. I've stayed at the Sleep Inn next door and it was better.

For what I would consider a budget motel, the Relax Inn is one of the best I've ever stayed in. Obviously not too long ago they've refurbished the place, so everything looks very nice and more modern. The room was spacious, had everything I needed, good refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and was in good condition. Good wifi, parking right out side my room. Very close to Fry's grocery store, literally 2 minute walk. The staff were also super friendly and helpful. Will definitely look to stay again next summer.

I discovered this motel about a year ago and I have to say, I am really impressed with how the proprietor and employees run this nice establishment. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Comfortable bed and room and bathroom nicely appointed. It is very quiet and I have never had any problems with noisy neighbors in the motel. It seems everyone who stays here just wants a nice relaxing rest and is very respectful of the other patrons. The location is wonderful, too. Just a little east of downtown, and Buffalo Park is very close and easy to get to for a nice local hike/bike ride.. Lots of places to eat nearby or within a few miles, and easy to get to Butler Rd and the I 17 if the main drag/ route 66 gets busy during morning and afternoon/evening traffic times.

the Relax Inn was a very nice motel. Check in was easy and very friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Rate was outstanding. The only thing I would have liked better was coffee. There is none in the room and none available in the office until 7am. I am an early riser and would have liked the convenience of coffee much earlier.

We visit Flagstaff regularly - this was our first time staying at the Relax Inn and we will come back! The king size bed was comfortable, the property was clean and tidy, and the room was comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. A great value too.

I was looking for something clean, affordable, and breakfast included. This location didn’t disappoint. It felt good to rest on clean, comfortable beds, have a hot shower and feed my kids in the morning. As far as the breakfast, it was just what we needed, various options to satisfy anyone, pancakes, bagels and toast, meat and egg, yogurt. As far a I , a mother, am concerned, it was one less meal I needed to buy on the outside. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was my first time using a kiosk to book but in today’s world it was very easy and professional. While I was booking through the kiosk, the front desk staff had already brought me out extra towels for my kids. As for noise, I didn’t hear anything. I will stay here again as my children will be attending NAU next year and this was a quick 15 minutes down the road.

We had a fantastic stay. Room was clean and spacious. Perfect for us and our pups. Yes, it is near the Pilot truck stop and there are train tracks nearby BUT it was very quiet for us. Whether you’re looking for a quick stop on your road or wanting some spent a few nights out here to be closer to the forest, it is a perfect spot and the staff is exceptional! 10/10 stay and we can’t wait to come back.

The room was quite spacious and very clean and quiet. I had a bit of trouble getting the TV to work, but the friendly staff quickly helped me resolve the issue. I didn't get a chance to eat the buffet breakfast, but it looked well appointed when I peeked at it in the morning. While not within walking distance to the historic downtown, it was worth the short drive to get a better rate on the hotel. Would stay here again.

This place was so cute and super clean! As soon we walked in it smelled clean something that is so rare. The bed was comfortable also smelled clean! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, 8 minutes from downtown and there were nearby restaurants to eat. Highly recommend

Book here!!! It’s doesn’t look like much from the outside but the rooms look newly renovated. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The bathtub was a fancy walk-in shower with lovely tile. There was working air conditioning and a Smart TV. The family who owns and operates it seem super cool. It was a father and his adorable little son. The ice machine didn’t work so, the owner went and got ice for us. He made sure all needs were met and was a very attentive owner. It was a nice location. When I go back to flagstaff, I’ll stay here again. It was such a surprise because affordable hotels are on the decline and if they are affordable they are nasty inside or in a bad part of town. This property was neither….but it WAS affordable. We were only there for a night.

This was a good place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. The air conditioner was quiet, which has been a rare experience for us in hotels! The sink was located outside the bathroom and was surrounded by a large countertop, which I liked. The shower was large, too. However, there were no cups or an ice bucket in the room, so something to be aware if that's something you want, and the refrigerator was off, so it's necessary to turn that on if you need to use it. The hotel is close to several restaurants and stores. We were there on a weeknight, and we noticed some of the nearby restaurants closed rather early in the evening.

This is definitely an older motel, but the owner has really fixed it up nicely. I normally would shy away from older properties but the reviews made me feel confident that we would be okay. We were only there for 1 night and our room was spacious and clean. The heater worked great and was quiet. The property is kept up nicely. I only encountered one staff member and he was super friendly. There are several eating establishments within walking distance and the parking lot seemed safe and secure. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, friendly staff and owner. Convenient. Great location, safe area, quiet despite being on a busy street. Only nit is low water pressure makes showering a bit of a challenge if one has thick hair.

Our deluxe two bedroom unit was perfect. And they accommodated my need for no stairs because of knee replacements. The staff went above and beyond. There was access to a Jacuzzi on site. And exercise room,Pickleball court, and the restaurant at the country club close by. They also gave us some coupons for free ice cream or coffee and reduced rate at some good restaurants in Flagstaff. Beautiful setting and close to so many southwest treasures. Northern Arizona Museum in Flagstaffis a must. Conveniently located for some day trips to many beautiful national parks and monuments. We visited ancient Indian cliff dwellings at Walnut Canyon, the pueblo ruins at Wupatki and Sunrise Crater National Parks. Went to the Grand Canyon on a fun Old West train ride from close by Williams, Az located on historic Route 66. Had lunch in Sedona one day with its beautiful red rocks and trails. And we were in awe at the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert National Park.

Loved the property. Literally has all that is needed (from pots and pans to a little salt and pepper shaker) which we took advantage of during our breakfast feasts. Fireplace was lit when we walked in, which was absolutely fabulous and such a nice touch! I had read many reviews about there being thin walls and such, but I never heard anyone else the entire stay. Jacuzzi tub and nice two balconies facing a great view was just amazing. Staff was great. We were able to shy away from the possible time share pitch without feeling too awkward. The staff pitching was not pushy at all about it, which I appreciate. Would be a great timeshare though, if one wanted that type of thing. I am completely.. and can say even more than satisfied with our experience. Good choice. We had a chance to drive in to nearby Sedona and that drive is amazing and that town is oh so very cool. My teens even approved!

It was a quiet neighborhood. The scenery was nice. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The condo was cozy and very clean. I wasn’t able to use the club rooms, however, I did tour them and they were clean and had a lot of fun options. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. And I WILL be back soon!

The room was cozy and clean. The activity center was awesome and we enjoyed an afternoon playing pool, chess, and basketball. Staff was very friendly and helpful everywhere within the resort. We did not get breakfast at Wyndham but the toasted owl down the street was great! The oakmont restaurant was also great.

Very nice place. Two-bedroom suite was spacious. Nice to have onsite restaurant and clubhouse with activities for kids. Only two things weren’t great—our bathtub wouldn’t hold water and there was not a great breakfast option on-site. Only coffee and muffins at the clubhouse and brunch starting at 11am. Not a bad place to stay if heading up to Grand Canyon. The rooms were standard and clean. No safe in the room, but microwave and small refrigerator were handy for leftovers from nearby Oreganos restaurant. Front desk staff were pleasant, but not very friendly. The breakfast was alright: scrambled eggs with sausage links/patties, waffle machine, cereals, pastries. The girl who worked the breakfast area during our stay deserves praise: she was constantly in and out of the kitchen replenishing food items and supplies all the while, keeping a nice and friendly demeanour. Coffee and tea offered all day and replenished by front desk staff if requested. Elevators were a bit strange in that there's a noticeable "bump" before coming to a stop and opening the door. The hotel was one of the more affordable options in the area with easy access to the highway.

Newer property. Well maintained and very clean. Very typical of this generation of Fairfield Inns. Nice staff. Room was set up well and comfortable. Room/place to unload/load 2 suitcases. Small fridge and microwave. Desk was on wheels (like Courtyards version) so it adds flexibility. Could use more than one wall hook. There are beds for 4 people, that should be the minimum number of hooks. Could also help if there was at least another chair. Well lit bathroom. Nice, large walk in shower with well identified soap & shampoo dispensers. The first Marriott property in a few years with that clarity. (Gratefully, no stupid bathtub.) For breakfast they had hot and cold foods including sausage and egg croissants instead of the dull (disgusting) scrambled eggs, A great improvement.

Great hotel! Super welcoming staff who greeted us every time we went in or out. Even the housekeepers were very friendly. I feel good staying somewhere with a friendly staff because I know that attitude trickles down from the top! Breakfast is great, there is something for everyone. (Only thing I would like to see is a dairy free option for my coffee) People who complain about the parking charge haven’t traveled much, it is a very nominal fee and the fact that there is a free breakfast more than makes up for it!! I will make this a regular stay when in Flagstaff!

Just off the 1-40 freeway, this hotel is spotless, friendly, generous and an unexpected treat in every way. The rate quoted when we arrived was much lower than we had imagined, the breakfast was abundant, the staff were kind and helpful and the fitness center was big enough (though the swimming-pool was small). The $7.50 charge for parking was a surprise and the restaurant next door might not be to all tastes, but this was a far cleaner, more stylish and more welcoming place than its place near the freeway suggested.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and what I would normally expect from a Fairfield Inn. Decor was fresh, hotel was clean, included breakfast was typical (with hot and cold options), staff were all very friendly and helpful, area was quiet, and the hotel is fairly close to the National Parks/monuments we wanted to visit. Also only about an hour or so from Sedona, so an easy place to use as a home base to reach several popular tourist areas.

The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked well. In room coffee set up was nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. I often stay in smaller, family run motel/hotels for work, and this one is definitely one of the best in the area.

To start let's just say our room exceeded our expectations. It was spaciously huge with a refrigerator and a microwave. Ample space for our luggage so the room didn't feel crowded. Considering there were four of us, the hot water stayed hot after each shower. Cleaning service were on point. Every morning Irene provided fresh towels and when we returned from sightseeing our room was clean and beds turned down. Thanks Irene you were the best. Armando (Bog) and Sandy are wonderful people. Helpful with suggestions on where to go, what to do and must see. Our group had a grand time. They are located on historic Route 66 and close to walmart, other shopping, eateries etc. There's a view of mountain on the side of the hotel as well as behind it. Our first time in AZ was amazing and Americans Best Value Inn was the best choice for comfort and value. We would stay here again. Armando (Bog) and Sandy thank you again for your hospitality, suggestions and smiles. Our trip was a success.

Very quick in and out arriving late last night and having medical procedure in the morning. Not far from the hospital and lots of food choices were available but not within walking distance. Large room, no carpet a big plus for me. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a large chair (again no fabric which i hate in hotel rooms because you always wonder how clean), a desk and chair, fridge, and lots of places to put things. We did not use the shower but the bathroom appeared clean. Staff was helpful. It didn't look like there was much for breakfast but we weren't eating so didn't check it out fully.

Clean and comfortable rooms with lots of parking and really friendly guests and staff. Safe and convenient for a one night stop on our interstate move. Plenty of room to set up our baby’s travel crib in the room. We were happy to be able to have easy parking for our truck and trailer we were towing.

I spent 2 nights in mid November the week before Thanksgiving. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable, but my room didn't face Rt. #40 so that may have helped. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and gas stations and less than 2 miles from the Amtrak train station, which I used after dropping off my rental car the night before. Both nights, I ate at the Denny's restaurant which is just across from the parking lot. The staff was friendly, professional and helped me find transportation to the train station which I appreciated since I had to leave at 4:30am the last morning. I did use the exercise room during my stay and found it to be adequate. Breakfast begins at 6 am for those wishing to get an early start as I did the first morning. But, the hotel does charge $5/night for parking - this didn't surprise me however since most city hotels are now charging for parking these days - especially in larger cities. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying there again if I ever returned to Flagstaff.

After our previous experience at a Holiday Inn Express, I was unsure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The property was undergoing a renovation, but the crews were quiet and considerate as they moved items in and out of rooms. Despite the work, the place was very clean. The bed was perfect, and while we didn't eat there, breakfast was available 6-10 am. There's also Denny's adjacent to the hotel. Ask for a room with a view of the mountains! I also want to mention that the staff were awesome! My only negative is that the shower only got lukewarm. I recommend this place.

A pleasant place to stay. This hotel is close to exit 198 of the I-40; it is accessible both from Lucky Ln and E Huntington Dr My room was clean and comfortable, helped by a sensibly large area to place my suitcase, microwave, fridge, a desk chair that was comfortable enough to use as a casual chair and the largest TV I have had in a hotel. The bathroom had a huge walk-in shower with two separate shower heads. Breakfast had the usual hot and cold choices that you see in the major chains. The front desk staff were efficient at check in and check out. Two small grumbles, small enough not to stop me from staying here again: Having to pay $5 a nght for parking despite hving a large car park, and there being no way to fill the basin as there was no plug - very strange and a good way to waste water.

Friendly staff, quick check in and out. Not sure if the room was completely clean, bathroom didn’t look clean, it was a pair of socks hanging in the shower curtain. Shower tub with hairs. Beds clean.

My room with double beds was spacious, clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was large and worked well. The bathroom area was large. In the shower, the raisin shower fixture was different but had nice pressure and plenty of hot water. My room was quiet like I requested. Breakfast had the usual eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee, juice, and a fruit. The front desk staff were friendly.

Spacious, Clean Room with a "like-new" mattress on our king size bed. I Individual soap, shampoo and conditioner containers provided (not the ones attached to the wall & refilled). In fact, we stayed 2 nights and were asked if we wanted house keeping to come in and clean our room. The included Breakfast was Great with fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit and of course coffee and tea. Tables were cleaned as people left. Perfect place to stay a night or two or more!

The location was great, right next to restaurants making it easy for grab and go. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the staff was friendly. We received a call in our room after we got settled in to our room and asked if we needed anything and if it was to our satisfaction to ensure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. We highly recommend!

Clean, fresh smell in the tidy room. Extra touches like fancy folded washcloths that show wonderful housekeepers. The bed was so comfortble! We loved the pillows so much I found the manufacturers label to get some for home! The breakfast was wonderful with variety for all. The staff were all helpful, friendly and courteous. The no pets, no smoking policy was helpful for me as I have pet allergies. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Flaggstaff!

Great place for an amazing price, very affordable and the staff are so incredibly friendly that they even remembered my name. Dropping off the key is always easy and if you catch a staff member outside they are always more than happy to pick up the key from you to save you some time. The room was comfy and always has clean beds in a decently sized room with a fridge and even a microwave.

Good value for a budget stay on a road trip. Checkin was fast. Lots of parking. Safe neighborhood. Restaurants and coffee shops within a ten minute walk. Fridge and microwave were great. Lighting is a bit harsh but hey :) shower pressure awesome.

Great location, nice staff, safe area, good breakfast. Exterior looks older and worn, but room was nicely decorated and clean. The hotel was clearly booked with tour buses, but it was still quiet. The location is convenient to any area you want to travel for tourist attractions, and is walkable to some nearby restaurants.

We have stayed many times at the Beulah location over the years when traveling from Santa Fe to LA with our Whippets. It is OK, but this location is newer and superb! It is modern and clean, with plenty of areas to plug in and charge your modern devices. The room was large, quiet, and ideal for our dogs: bottom floor, room 101, beside the side exit. It made taking them out easy. I love the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner (Dove) in the large, clean shower. The room had a large bathroom with lots of storage space for all our travel accessories. It's a very comfortable bed. Even though there was a large street outside our window and a train, I didn’t hear anything at night (I am a very light sleeper). Staff was good, friendly, efficcent. Lots of places to walk the dogs. There was a dog fee, the days when it didn’t cost anything at La Quinta is over, but we are happy it wasn’t too high and the hotel will accept dogs for those of us travling with them.

Comfortable, clean and felt new. We were very pleased with this La Quinta. Breakfast was good - rooms very clean and comfortable. Loved our stay here before flying back home from Phoenix. Lots of choices for restaurants nearby and felt very safe and family friendly. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub after a long week of hiking.

Lovely, modern and clean hotel. We were greeted by staff! Our bed was fresh and comfortable. We had a new walk in shower. A full hot breakfast was available to enjoy in a large, open dining room with huge windows with a mountainous view. Hope to stay here again!

We were just passing through for the night and needed a reasonable place to stay. We checked the online reviews and saw that it was a good value for the price point & booked it We arrived to find the staff very friendly and pleasant. The hotel seemed relatively fresh new. Room was prepared perfectly & the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was what you would expect for a free breakfast at hotels. All fresh and relatively good.

Good, hot breakfast and clean, comfortable rooms. Close to restaurants and Walmart. The rooms with the living area are very spacious. Friendly staff to help with needs. There are several homeless people around that will approach and ask for money.

The Americana Motor Hotel puts the “stellar” in interstellar! Every detail of the place is an experience that will make you want to come back before you’ve left! From the welcome beverage at check-in to the long list of amenities, you won’t want to leave! I mean, there’s an on-site dog park with dog wash, a restaurant, a cocktail machine and an array of canned beverages with and without alcohol, cornhole and bocce, a heated pool with a poolside bar, fire pits, hammocks, bicycles and telescopes to borrow, and board games in the cheerfully decorated lobby! Then there are the fun little details in the spotless and perfectly appointed rooms! Playmate coolers to make getting your snacks and drinks from place to place easy and convenient, cute ceramic mugs for your complimentary morning coffee, disco balls, and cozy robes. There are also eco-friendly details like dark sky friendly lighting, EV chargers, and toiletry dispensers. The price was astoundingly low for all that you get too!

We absolutely loved this hotel and were gutted we were only here for a one night stopover on our road trip! The location is excellent, with many restaurants and shops around it plus plenty of free parking for your vehicle. The staff were welcoming & friendly and we appreciated the complimentary welcome drink. The hotel has an outdoor pool, fire pits & plenty of benches for you to sit outside. There’s also a laundry service, a restaurant on site that serves Mexican food and complimentary coffee in the mornings from the hotel reception / lobby area. The room itself was clean and smelt fresh upon entering, very cosy, a VERY comfortable bed & pillows and it felt very homely. I appreciated the amount of mirrors & full length mirrors in the room when so many hotels have just one small one where you can’t see what you look like which is always irritating! As for the theme; this is the best bit. It’s all Americana themed and the rooms are so unique and quirky, it’s different to anything else simple and minimalistic that any other 4* hotel would offer. Well worth a stopover if you’re in the Flagstaff area or travelling route 66.

The vibe was so fun and every detail was perfect. The room was so cute with all of the extras and perfectly themed items. The front lobby was so cool and we loved the free Pabst Blue Ribbon we got when we arrived. Bed was comfortable and everything was super clean, but the decorative rug in our room definitely needed a good cleaning (visible small stains). The room had everything we needed. We were only in town for one night so we didn't get to spend too much time looking around. Pool was closed because it was still cold out, but it looked fun as well. Overall it was a very cute and fun place. My only suggestion would be for the lobby with the coffee to open before 8:00. Several people were waiting and looking for coffee a little earlier, so that would have been nice.

We had such a fantastic stay! The hotel’s space theme was so creative and fun — every corner had something unique to discover. We loved all the little extras, like the telescopes, bikes, and board games available to rent. It really added to the experience. Our dog had a blast at the on-site dog park, which was such a nice bonus for pet owners. Cove, the front desk agent who checked us in, was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The atmosphere of the hotel and our room was both cozy and distinctive — you can tell a lot of thought went into making it special. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing getaway!

Wow! What an amazing dog friendly hotel! Not only are the entire grounds aesthetic retro perfection but the amenities are endless and the staff were all so kind and helpful! The rooms are styled in such a fun and immersive way, inducing a push to start disco ball! The dog park area was a HUGE bonus for us. Loved to be able to let the dogs roam free in the fully enclosed space. Baja Mar was such a delicious and convenient food option. The pool is also so cute and a nice relaxing space. 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to book another trip back!

The room was surprisingly large, the beds were comfortable and other than some unavoidable dust, everything was pretty clean. It is located directly across the route 66 from the main train line, and there is a lot of train noise....which, for us, is a great thing, we were there, in part, to enjoy the trains. Fridge, microwave and table made it easy to relax in, and the grocery store is just a few doors down. There are several walkable food options, but not the hubub of right downtown. Oh, and good wifi!!!

We had a fantastic stay at L Motel! We stayed in the family room, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, much larger than we anticipated for a motel, and spotlessly clean. It looked like it had been recently remodeled, with a modern and fresh feel that made our stay even more comfortable. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His warm hospitality truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel, it was a fantastic place for me to stay in Flagstaff as a base to visit the Grand Canyon nearby. Quiet, clean and comfortable, the place also seems to have been newly renovated. The manager was very friendly and accommodating, and I particularly appreciated the in-room microwave and fridge. I also appreciated being able to be accommodated at the last-minute, when the Canyon Inn a few doors down the road disregarded my booking made on booking dot com four months prior to my visit, despite having already paid for it. Thank you to the L-Motel for saving the day! (I do not recommend the Canyon Inn at all).

The front desk clerk was cheerful and professional. The room was clean, I did need to ask for extra towels but everything else was well stocked. The shower was clean and had great pressure in the shower faucet.

The staff was very nice and helpful with my situation. The room I had was actually awesome and the air conditioning worked so awesome as I love the room cold. Easy check in and out. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The sheets smelled nice and fresh. The pillows were not pancakes but nice and fluffy. It was only $20 for my two furry babies to be with me. The coffee was pleasant and hot.

The room was large with a nice, clean king bed. The bathroom was also large and clean. Clean bathrooms appear to be an exception in hotels. It’s pet friendly with a small deposit. Staff were friendly.

AC is quiet. Windows open for fresh air. Shampoo and soap provided. Plenty of towels, not real thick or soft just regular towels. Chairs outside the rooms. There are no ice machines which is a negative. No coffee pot in the room or offered in office. Trains do go past frequently. I can imagine this is more of a problem for the rooms closer to the road. All the hotels along this road seem to be the same distance from the tracks. Checkout is at 11:00. We are pleased with this hotel and would stay again. We feel it is a good value compared to the cost of the other hotels in the area.

I love the location of this hotel. It's only about 3 mi from historic downtown Flagstaff on route 66. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the bed very comfortable and the pillows were great. The hotel is near the train tracks, but if you turn on the fan for the air conditioning unit you don't hear anything. You can back your car up right to your door and unload your luggage and gear. A laundromat is less than a mile away, and great restaurants are everywhere including the Eat and Go which makes fantastic breakfast choices. I'm usually running around and very busy so I just need a place where I can sleep comfortably. This hotel checks all the boxes especially the price point. If you get a chance, talk to the housekeeper, Margie. She is a delightful woman with wonderful stories to tell.

Staff was friendly and didn’t get any issues. Room was clean and the bedsheets were clean too. No bedbugs unlike other motels and locations from what I heard so this was a relief. My only critique would be that the cleaning crew spend a couple minutes cleaning a little the under the bed and behind the nightstand. This and the mattress was showing signs of wear and tear as when I sat in I started sinking so maybe time to either rotate or change the mattress The toilet didn’t have a lid so there’s also that but it’s not a big deal. My controller didn’t have any batteries but again not the end of the world. Top it off there was no fridge or microwave which was a bummer. Shower was clean and lots of hot water. Overall there was more good than bad and that’s ok with me

The stay was amazing! Staff was super friendly and helpful when checking in. I had a dog with me and they even said hello to him. I was nervous because I read previous reviews, but none of those were true for me. The room was comfortable and we had no issues. Only thing would be the outlets in the room, there’s none next to the bed so we should’ve brought an extension cord.. Overall I would recommend!

Booked this hotel many months ago but had read the poor reviews and considered cancelling the reservation. We went ahead with the booking in the end and I do agree that the rooms are in need of updating but for the time we were in the hotel was comfortable. We had chosen the family two bedroom, two bathroom suite and it was suitable for our needs. The staff were helpful including the barman during the evening reception, he was a character. The breakfast was adequate to get us on the go in the morning, usual egg, bacon, fruit, cereal, juice, hot drinks etc I had read reviews of issues in the car park. It may not have been a busy period but I drove a big SUV and always try to park away from other vehicles, there were vehicles next to mine but didn't experience any issues. I have stayed in many luxury and budget hotels worldwide and didn't expect anything luxurious just a pleasant place to stay whilst touring the area. Other than the rooms being a little dated and requiring a refurb our stay was fine. (excuse the ruffled bed sheets and towels in the photos, taken upon leaving)

This was a so so hotel. The room was clean, the bathtub was very clean. But… if you’re looking for a luxury stay, you’re looking in the wrong place. The best part was the breakfast- made to order omelette and avocado toast, waffles, eggs, potatoes, bacon, pastries, cereal, and yogurt. The kids were in heaven. The worst part was the pool and hot tub. They were both filthy. The hot tub smelled like a dirty dish rag. They also only had one ice machine… on the second floor! Otherwise, it was a standard hotel stay.

The breakfast is great and very tasty! More then enough for my big family. The staff is very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Location is great, very close to all shops and has a lot of close food locations for dinner. Room size was good and very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and our room overlooked the pool and was quiet. The coffee and breakfast was perfect before hitting the road.

The location and price were right on point. Understanding we were staying in a Quality Inn and not an Omni I felt the rooms were clean, and common areas were clean, the front desk staff was friendly and kind. It was a great place to rest our heads at the end of the day. The breakfast was lacking but I was not expecting a full meal, coffee was hot which is sometimes all a tired mom needs.

To start with, the restroom in the lobby was dirty -- dirty mirror and toilet, no soap and no toilet tissue. The room was fairly clean, although there were strands of dark hair on the stained lampshade. The bathroom was rough with a hole in the wall. There was a space around the front door that let in cold air so we had to keep the heater on all night. The breakfast was minimal -- packaged muffins and donuts, two kinds of dry cereal, milk, coffee and yogurt. And, of course, the waffle maker and syrup. No frills here. The place just appeared in poor repair and dirty. Not an attractive, welcoming place to stay. Certainly not much 'quality' at this inn!

The Comfort Inn was very "COMFORTABLE." The staff were professional, helpful and courteous. We needed to extend our stay for an additional day and they helped to make this possible, easy, and without requiring a move to another room or floor. The breakfast had many options (food choices), there was no TV blaring, the pool, jacuzzi, and fitness room were warm and clean and the entire Inn was well maintained. We would return.

We stayed here a month or so ago and decided to come back. The clerk even remembered me as I came to check in. Both check in and out was a breeze. Not the fanciest place I’ve stayed, but it has everything you’d need is comfortable, clean, and feels safe.

They were The process of remodelling and we stayed in one of the freshly renovated rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and big. My wife liked the sliding barn door for the bathroom. Over all it was a great room and we would gladly stay again.

I was in town just for a quick weekend trip to beat the desert heat and this was perfect. Walking distance to all the nightlife in downtown, super friendly staff, and a clean room. Would stay here again.

Complaints about lack of parking and no free breakfast don't make sense for an older downtown property because there's no room in the facility for a meal room, and no possibility of expanding parking in a downtown location. The downtown location is a plus, but plusses often come with tradeoffs. Many reviews complain about cleanliness and water heat/pressure, but my room was clean and the shower came on hot immediately. Yeah, the street and railroad tracks are noisy. It's a downtown location. Everything worked fine in the room except for very weak, pretty much useless, wi-fi. Management should address that. Also, the heating unit in the window isn't old but the interface makes little sense, and it's overly loud. Makes me wonder whether a better choice might have been made. Other than the problems noted the downtown location is a major plus, and makes the facility a choice to consider.

Staff is great...room is clean...bed is comfortable...I have stayed here alot. Weeks at a time. they have a mandatory cleaning of your room every 3 days other than that they don't bother you. I have read other reviews that say the place is run down. You want better pay more elsewhere..Good place at a good value..PPeople review about the train and traffic noise..You will have that aat any motel on Route 66.

I went into like 10 different motels in the immediate area, even though I already had this reservation, lol, just to compare. I can probably recommend the one at which I stayed. It wasn't Caesars Palace, but it was reasonably inexpensive, especially compared to the others. Also, the people there were very nice. I think it's one of the many, many motels in the area, including many of the ones that I checked out, that are run by a family of Indians. (India) they also, it appeared, ran the adjacent party store. so, they were very nice. and, the location was convenient and close to a number of other places i needed, some within walking distance - gas station, party store, mexican restaurant, sports bar (i had to watch a game) with great tv choices, decent chinese buffet, mcdonald's, jack in the box, texas roadhouse, others. very nice!! also, reasonably close to the venue for the event that i was attending. logistically awesome. i applaud myself! i probably should have graded it excellent, but i'm a tough grader. thanks addendum. it was a motel, right off a main highway, so couldn't expect it to be too quiet. one thing, i asked about senior or other discounts, and they just said, no. i think most of these places all charge about the same, more on weekends and last minute. they wouldn't survive a price collusion investigation, lol.

Comfortable bed, convenient microwave and fridge, really nice to take a hot bath and get cleaned up after camping. Also quiet and dark.

Staff were lovely! Rooms were clean and comfortable and the WiFi signal was great!

I liked how it was so clean and a tiny room for just 2 people.

I loved the customer service, the furnace heater in the room, the value and the location.

Recently we did a Route 66 trip and the Bespoke Inn in Flagstaff was a three day stop over and it was PERFECT. The pictures do not do it justice - it is beautiful, clean, fresh, relaxing, perfectly located, helpful and friendly staff, well appointed... As I said - PERFECT. We stayed in the Olivia and Marcel Suite and could not have loved it more. The pour over coffee set up in the room was my favorite part of my mornings - I'd never done it before but the picture/instructions made it so easy that after my first cup, I was a pro. The beds are like slipping into a dream at night and while I would have liked a bit more counter space in the bathroom, there was plenty of options for me just outside the door (and that was probably more about how I like to keep things than an issue of fixtures/storage space.) From the Inn, we traveled to Sedona and the Grand Canyon and the location made it easy to reach the main highways to both. Parking was a breeze and the snacks and supplies in the main house were perfect. The fire pits and outdoor seating are inviting and everything is just so well maintained that I would have been content to stay longer if we had planned to. Thank you Samantha for making our stay in Flagstaff one of my favorite stops along the way!

My husband and I stayed at the Bespoke Inn on two separate occasions while visiting our son in Flagstaff in November 2023. We were extremely impressed with the property, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room on our first stay was very clean, cozy and nicely decorated. We received an upgrade to a suite on our second stay and it was perfect. It was also cozy and very clean, and the option to close a door while one person slept and the other watched TV was appreciated. Each room has a pour-over coffee setup which was very nice, and the main room has a Keurig and snacks. There is a lovely area to sit outside on nice evenings and enjoy a propane fire and glass of wine. The location of the inn is perfect. The neighborhood is attractive and safe, and it is a very easy walk to the downtown area. Free parking is available in their lot, and we could even fit our 20' camper van easily. But the most impressive part of our experience was meeting Samatha. She is the epitome of a great inn keeper! She learned our names upon arrival, greeted us with a smile every time we walked in, and made sure everything was perfect for us. And I have no doubt she treats every guest the same way. From now on the Bespoke Inn will be our home away from home while in Flagstaff since nothing could possibly beat it. We can't wait to return. Thank you Samantha!

My mom and I had the pleasure of staying at this delightful property for one night during our journey to the Grand Canyon, and we absolutely loved every bit of it! **Rooms:** We stayed in the charming Louis & Clemence suite. The room was wonderfully decorated, complete with delightful touches and upscale bath products that showed they've thought of everything. Making pour-over coffee following their detailed instructions was a treat, and the tea selection was excellent. The vanity area and designer prints on the bathroom walls were just adorable. While the beds were a bit too firm for my taste, and the sounds from neighboring rooms were noticeable (it is an old historic property, after all), the provision of sound machines was a thoughtful touch. **Parking:** As some reviews mentioned, parking is a bit tight, but there was sufficiently enough space for each room. **Lobby Area:** Absolutely adorable! The patio was especially magical, creating a perfect ambiance for working outdoors surrounded by delightful snacks and drinks. **WiFi:** The WiFi connection left a bit to be desired and might not be ideal for video calls, but it was adequate for my work needs. **Location:** The location is perfect! Nestled right in town, it’s an easy walk to numerous charming coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants. I highly recommend this adorable place for a stay—its quaint charm and thoughtful amenities make it a wonderful escape!

What a charming inn - the décor and amenities made for a charming weekend getaway. The room was well appointed with modern and tasteful décor. Our room had a claw foot bathtub facing a fireplace and a tv. The coffee, tea, and snacks were great. Being in such a central location was so convenient to get to a plethora of restaurants, but was tucked into a residential street so was nice an quiet.

Everything is great except for the shower which looks beautiful but has no water pressure at all and literally drips . It’s impossible to wash your hair and you can hardly get clean. The bed and bedding is fantastic, extremely comfortable. The fireplace is beautiful and relaxing . The hotel is quiet and safe, close to everything . Overall the hotel gets high ratings except for the barely functioning shower.

It was comfortable clean and quiet room with plenty of space for toiletries and clothes, excellent hot and fresh breakfast, strong hot shower, fluffy towels, quietest fan ever, two porches with comfy seating and a well supplied kitchen area for snacks, reheating pizza, having tea or coffee. Strong wifi, adequate toiletries. Unique: a Game Room! And TV with streaming services. Breakfast tables set apart so could converse with other guests, or not. Friendly proprietor showed us the new ground level spacious room which would be perfect for anyone who can't climb stairs where the four rooms are. Location perfect, away from sounds of train but close enough to Flagstaff's amazing restaurants and hiking trails. Great recommendations from proprietor for both trails and restaurants. You can tell they have taken great care to create a beautiful bed and breakfast with colorful artwork throughout.

We got in late so didnt meet our host til the next morning. Entry was easy with the door code and the room was beautiful and welcoming. Kim was so friendly and accommodating when we got to know her at breakfast. U rarely find a b n b these days that actually offers breakfast so this was a specially nice feature and the breakfast was delicious! We probably would have enjoyed joining other guests for breakfast. Its always fun to meet new people. We also enjoyed the unique decor at 303 bnb. There were just interesting pieces and wall decor everywhere.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was the first time I didn’t miss a thing. The silver room was spacious, the bed comfortable, all amenities were there, plenty of space in the closet and bathroom. The game room was equipped with many fun games, the breakfast was delicious, and Kim was very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. With its 4 rooms total and location 10 minutes from the city center, it was a the perfect choice for us. Highly recommend!

This BnB has 4 bedrooms and 4 parking spots at the front (one for each room). I stayed in the silver room (they are color coded). It fit a king size bed, table, build in closet and a bathroom. The room also had a large TV, coffee maker and robes for the guests to use… and there were clear instructions for everything you might think of in the room. There was also a game room/kitchen on the same floor with the bedrooms. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and a home made breakfast was served by Kim, one of the BnB owners, at 8am.. avocado toast, fresh fruit, egg casserole and coffee… all delicious and very filling! they also provide wine daily in the early afternoon which I missed due to later arrival. Kim was absolutely lovely and made sure everyone had what they needed. I will definitely stay again here during my next trip to Flagstaff! I highly recommend you do too.

David was the most congenial host and he had great instincts about when people wanted to talk and when they wanted to be left alone, breakfast was offered every day. I’m sure it was delicious. I just don’t eat breakfast. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and the bathroom shower was very large. There was an outdoor patio that I did not use, but it was nice to know that I could have.

Nice quiet location, owner was friendly, accommodating and attentive. Had everything needed and the home was clean and tidy. Good value for the money and in a great location to enjoy the area's sights, shopping, dining and natural wonders (Grand Canyon, Sunset Crater, Flagstaff, Meteir Crater, etc.) Highly recommend for a short our extended stay. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Will stay again.

This is the perfect retreat for people looking for peace and rest. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, clean, silent and confortable. The host is a quiet, peaceful, kind and intelligent man that makes you feel at home.

My husband and I stayed at David's property during our road trip through Arizona and Utah. It was the perfect location to visit Sedona AND the Petrified Forest! We got the master bedroom which was nice and clean and with garden view. The house is very nicely decorated! The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and other guests in other rooms behaved very respectfully. On request the host will make you a breakfast. We will come back.

My main purpose for staying at this property was a place to sleep and wash myself while I was recreating in the Flagstaff and Grand Canyon area. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower was clean and very pleasant to use with plenty of hot water. The accommodations are far better than can be found at a hostel for very similar rates. David is a great host, and I would happily stay here again!
