Accommodating property with both breakfast and dinner options. I was in town for FAMU‘s freshman orientation. Staying here was both relaxing and productive as I was busy with orientation and looking for student housing. After a busy day, relaxing at the pool and jacuzzi was a great end to the day.

This hotel is very clean, has excellent ubication, is very quite, also free meal option for guests from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The pool area is spacious also has a jacuzzi, as well as a large and illuminated parking lot.

The jacuzzi was very nice even do was cold outside the welcome drinks also great after driving for so many hours

Friendly staff. Very clean. Popcorn in lobby. Free tasty dinner with 3 drinks each. Delicious complimentary breakfast with many options to eat. Excellent WiFi. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Spacious shower. Easy checkout. Close to highway. We'd return to Gainesville just to stay at Drury Inn !

Extremely comfortable accommodations (spacious room and very comfortable bed), plus an excellent hot breakfast in the mornings. We did not eat dinner, but the food looked good (we were actually surprised that dinner was offered!). The fact that our room rate included both dinner and breakfast makes this an extremely good value. It was an excellent location and convenient to the UF campus and Spurrier's Gridiron Grille, where we had a great dinner. We visited the Art Museum and the Natural History museum, which were both very good and we would highly recommend them.

The Kick-back early evening was an added bonus. The food and it's presentation was amazing, together with complimentary bar and soft drinks made for a nice gathering and made for meeting new travelers and making friends. The staff was accommodating and super friendly. Side bar of additional items such as hotdog bar, nacho and salsa bar, fresh salad bar and coffee station complimented the main dishes to allow for anyone's wants or tastes.

If you want to stay near Disney Springs and very close to the resorts this is one of the best hotels if not the best hotel. From the amazing staff who makes you feel like you’re at home to the regularly provided breakfast and evening kickbacks. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome and knowing we had transportation to the theme park was awesome as well. If you want to walk to Disney Springs, it’s only a 10 minute walk. Shout out to the amazing staff go get a pool drink from Matt, Bri or Jo, at the kitchen bar, get a drink from Kayla or Layla, at kickback make sure you say hello to Jonathon making your drinks as well as Jess.

We chose Drury Plaza initially because of the reviews online. I’ve stayed in Disney hotels previously and also hotels on international drive, but this seemed to tick a lot of boxes the others had missing. What a choice it was. I stayed with 5 other members of my family who had never been to Disney before and they were also blown away by the value this hotel offered. From the moment we stepped in everyone was so friendly and could not do enough for you. The hotel perks are endless, free (excellent) WiFi, breakfast AND dinner (if you are back from parks in time), transport (which was faultless), really convenient location just a 15min walk from Disney Springs. Never have I stayed in a hotel which is such good value for money. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless, the maid service and cleaning staff deserve a shout out because they do a really exceptional job (thank you). Staff in all restaurants are lovely, if you love waffles then you’ll love Gina who works that station (miss you already Gina)! The beds are big and so comfy. The pool area is exceptional and pool is a fab size. We just had the best week staying here and cannot wait to go back. We’ve now moved over to our universal week and we all miss Drury Plaza already. If we get to come back to Disney again there is only one place we will stay, thank you Drury Plaza for just being exceptional.

The location couldn’t be better — it’s just a short walk or quick shuttle ride to Disney Springs, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and evening entertainment. Being close to the parks without paying Disney resort prices was a huge win for us. One of the best parts was the free food and drinks! The hot breakfast each morning had plenty of options — eggs, sausage, waffles, and fresh fruit. But what really sets Drury apart is their “Kickback” evening meal. It’s not your typical hotel snack; it’s a full dinner with rotating hot entrees, sides, salads, and even free soda, beer, and wine for adults. We ended up eating dinner at the hotel several nights and saving a ton of money. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. Between the great location, amazing food perks, and overall value, we’ll definitely be staying here again on our next Disney trip!

⸻ We stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel at Disney Springs while bringing my son for the Disney College Program, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—close to Disney Springs and all the magic, but still peaceful and comfortable. The hotel was spotless, modern, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and stress-free, which meant a lot during such an important trip. The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks were generous and delicious, saving both time and money. The pool area was relaxing, and the atmosphere felt family-friendly yet upscale. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Disney—it truly made our trip memorable.

We stayed here last year and loved it which is why we returned for another week this year. Although not on the beach, it is under 10 minutes to get to the beach we liked. We liked that this was in a quiet area, nice for morning walks, away from the craziness of the beach area! Pool was clean, enjoyed by families. Room is very comfortable, nice size, nice seating area and kitchen. Liked the ceiling fan option. Staff very helpful.....again! If I could change one thing, it would be the room cleaning process. They come in late afternoon for the every other day quick clean but we are often back in the room then before heading out again so it is somewhat awkward. Also, clear communication on when they actually change sheets and do a better clean would be helpful. We asked for a sheet change and got it but no other service. Just a small thing:)

We loved the location of the hotel. It was off the main drag of Panama City Beach in the sports complex. The hotel was gorgeous with wide open spaces in the lobby and dining area to sit and relax. It was clean and modern and very welcoming. The room (a king suite) was different than others I’ve stayed in. It was larger and had a very comfortable non-hotel feel. With the full size refrigerator and kitchenette, it felt like such an upgrade to typical standard king hotel room. The staff went out of their way to help. I love that we could text the main desk with questions. The breakfast was wonderful and again, the dining area was so large and welcoming. Exceptional stay.

This hotel was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Kari and Zack, were so helpful and friendly! It was convenient to everything we did, and it was very quiet. Loved the room - the kitchen, the shower, the ceiling fan - wonderful! Breakfast was great as well, and the staff in the breakfast area were all very helpful. The hotel is new, but I hope it stays this wonderful for years to come.

Everything!! The hotel was clean and in a great location not far from the beach and shopping. The staff was friendly and the pool, breakfast and room was perfect. We stayed in the King Suite and the kitchen area had all the necessary things for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be booking again when I visit this summer. The evening and morning staff was very pleasant and the staff helping keep things rolling in the breakfast area was phenomenal. Kudos to all responsible for making our stay wonderful.

The room was SO modern, spacious, clean, and all around comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, best FREE hotel breakfast I've had in a long time! Friendly staff, & they even had games in the lobby, which was a plus! Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day long in the lobby was also great!

This Hotel satisfied my trip, I wasn't disappointed by it at all. What I saw online is what I got. Very nice neighborhood and closed to the mall and shops, restaurants. I needed to get some rest for few days and this hotel gave me that space to rest without being disturbed by noise. The hotel is far away from the main road which I loved, no noise at all. The breakfast was great. I definitely going to stay here again. I recommend this hotel if anyone is looking for a quiet neighborhood, clean and convenient to everything. This is a really nice, new looking, Hampton Inn. Very clean, and very, VERY well cared for and maintained. The staff is extraordinarily nice and helpful. And if you’re lucky, you will meet Gladys at the brekkie in the morning. She is spectacular!!! She treated me like family. She cared for the food and cleanliness of the serving area better than any 5-star restaurant. I mentioned how delicious the muffins were, and her reply represented exactly how she went about her job when she said, “Nothing but the best for our guests.” If I owned a hotel or restaurant I would steal her in a minute!!! What an amazing asset she is to this excellent property.

We stayed her overnight and it was fantastic. Walking into the hotel is a clean fresh smell. Check in was fast and friendly. I need assistance with printing my cruise tags and the front desk printed them out for me. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the body wash and lotions are high quality. Breakfast was a hit and we had a great stay.

This is a clean and nice place which offers great value for a reasonable price. The location in the South of Miami is a convenient starting point for tours into the Everglades. The rooms, facilities, including a gym with modern equipment, a simple but quite enjoyable breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff added to an overall excellent experience.

Every room has Gulf of America view!!! Sunset, balcony, pool, lazy river pool, extra large hottub, indoor pool also, private beach, white sand, walk out to Gulf, saw dolphins from our balcony in the morning

It’s not cheap. Let’s get that out of the way. I’ve learned that with most things in life, you get what you pay for. This particular hotel/resort offers beachfront views, a quality breakfast buffet included with the stay, plenty of parking, an incredible pool area including the pool itself and a lazy river with an adjacent poolside bar and grille, as well as a hot tub, beach access right off the pool area (you’re basically on the beach), spacious rooms - the largest I’ve seen in Panama City at this price point or less, clean common areas and rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, and friendly, prompt service from all staff members. We always find ourselves debating whether to save hundreds of dollars and stay at a less expensive hotel but almost always end up staying here, simply because of all the things this place has to offer which I listed above. There truly is a lot of value in all that this place provides. They even have a large projector screen and show movies (typically Disney or family movies) once the sun goes down. This most recent visit, they also had an island dance performance which included fire sticks. If it’s in the budget, this is the best place to stay in Panama City Beach.

Exceptional! The staff? Friendly and respectful. The property? Pristine. The room? Clean, modern, comfortable. The amenities (pool/gym? Great. The complimentary breakfast? Tasty. Proximity to the beach? Super close! Return factor - you bet! There is also a wonderful rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the Melbourne Airport. The food and drinks were decent and not terribly priced. They make a very nice sunset margarita and also a lavender margarita. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a sofa/lounger. We enjoyed the pool as well. There is a parking fee but it was only $7 so not too crazy. The breakfast area did not offer waffles so if you’re a waffle person be advised. But waffles can be purchased offsite and should not deter you from this wonderful location. Enjoy your stay. We sure did!

This place is clean and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool, grabbing coffee downstairs at their bar, the free breakfast served daily and the rooftop restaurant. The gym looked like one of the better gyms I've seen in a hotel, but we didn't use it. Our room was spacious with a comfortable sofa, fridge, coffe pot, ironing board, iron and the bed was comfortable. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport; we didn't use it. Parking is an additional 7$ a night, which I felt was fair considering how economical the rooms are. At the last minute a family member of ours needed a room and the front desk staff was very accommodating and even let them check into their room early. Definitely a hotel I recommend and would consider staying at again.

I recently stayed at a Hyatt Hotel, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel valued as a guest. My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. The hotel offered excellent dining options, with delicious meals and a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the convenient location and the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Hyatt truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their hotels to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

This place is clean and quiet with a friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was good and fresh. Airport noise was none! Roof top restaurant is a good vibe with unique view.

My family and I enjoyed our recent stay at Hyatt Place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast bar was delicious. There is even a bar, dining, and snack area if you choose to take advantage. I'm giving the property 4 stars only because I reserved a crib for my son days in advance of us leaving for Florida. I was assured that we would have one waiting in our room when we got there; however, upon arrival we were told that all of the cribs were given out already. We were told that we'd have one for the following day, which didn't turn out to be true. I had to makeshift a safe space for my young toddler to sleep on the pull out couch instead, which led to the both of us not sleeping well during our stay. I'm pretty bummed about it because I was looking forward to great sleep on the hotel's comfortable beds. Lesson learned for our next trip: bring your own pack 'n play just in case! Overall, our stay at the hotel was really good. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay there again!

I spent 8 days around Cape Coral picking different hotels daily! So far Drury had the most amazing front Desk. Super welcoming and friendly! The room had great sheets and pillows. The shampoo made my hair so shiny. Also the pool and the super hot Jacuzzi…Perfection! Not enough it sits next to so many restaurants. Panera bread is just steps away!!

Amazing and friendly staff. From the moment I walked in to get checked in I was greeted with a warm smile and friendliness. Upon check-in I was told about the other offerings, breakfast and the kickback event that they had going on right then that evening, which worked out perfect for me and my guest. The room was really nice,clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Had to make a call down to the front desk after I spilled water on the comforter. The staff member was very friendly understanding and sent someone right up with extra bedding. Perfect stay, perfect location (close to dining options, gas station, interstate, movies and retail shops). I would definitely return to stay again at this hotel.

From checkin to checkout, everything was great! Free drinks, dinner buffet and breakfast buffet! And FREE parking!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Clean spaces, clean rooms and clean bathrooms! The cherry on top was the flavored coffee creamer! I'll be back!

We recently stayed at ft myers hotel this past week. It was wonderful! From the moment we walked in to register to the final goodbye, the staff was friendly, helpful and supportive . This was exceptional in service at breakfast and bar service . There was always enough hot menu items to choose from and constantly refreshing. The Pool and spa were relaxing , clean plenty of towels and welcoming! Highly recommended all the Drury properties

I liked the look of my room as it was spacious, modern in style and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was bright with its granite counters and lighting was very inviting. The shower water pressure was amazing and I liked the set up for the kitchenette area. It provided K- Cup coffee options and a good size microwave and refrigerator to use. I also loved the selection of breakfast available every morning that was included with my stay. It was high quality food and the area was kept very clean. The pool area was small, but inviting. The staff was polite, friendly and accomadating when needed.

This hotel has been undergoing new renovations for several months, as I understand it. When we arrived to check-in, they were in the middle of installing a new lobby check-in desk, which looks very nice and in line with the other decor that has been installed so far. Nice colors of blue and white. One dining room is still under remodeling, however, the breakfast bar was excellent and we were able to sit in an adjoining dining area. I was pleased with the ample food choices available for the breakfast. It was more than a standard, meager continental breakfast! You could make your own pancakes, and their were fresh and hot egg & cheese folded omelets, French toast sticks, plenty of fresh fruit options, drink choices including coffee and various juices, and much more! Since breakfast was included in our reservation, I was happy to see that it was not a meager offering that had been hobbled up by other guests by the time we made it down to eat. Excellent and very soft NEW bed mattresses and pillows made the stay so much more relaxing. The last hotel we stayed in somewhere else had firm bedding, so this was an extra touch that I MUCH appreciated after a tiresome trip to Clearwater in heavy traffic.

Myself and my two kids (9 & 10) flew to Tampa for 6 days just before the end of Summer break. We started our trip at another property of a different brand nearby for 2 nights, which was clean, but definitely aged, and not as comfortable. We moved to this HIE for the last 3 nights of our trip. I chose it instead of other HIE properties in the area, because it was a better value. We got here early, and no rooms were ready yet. I asked if we could get a room close to the pool, because that's about all the kids want to do, and Christina put us in the closest room possible to the pool, then called when it was ready, which was still before the standard check in time. In typical Holiday Inn Express fashion, the room was perfectly clean and tidy, very spacious, and comfortable. The pool was crystal clear, but it is small. The sign said maximum bathing capacity is 12. That said, we were usually the only ones in the pool, as I believe most staying at this property are here on business. It was never an issue for us. Betty prepared the great HIE breakfast each day, and was super friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay, and only wish we started it here as well. It's close enough to the beaches to be an easy drive, but far enough away to represent a good value. Dining and shopping choices nearby seem good.

After my Sister and Niece arrived from NY to checkin to the Courtyard Marriott located in the Oldsmar town center in addition to the rate paid for 5 nights were told they would have an additional $200 per night incidental hold ($1000) placed on their card which we double checked w a supervisor which was ridiculous. I walked over to the Holiday Inn Express suites and spoke to handsome Caleb who had a room w 2 queen beds available. We believe in divine intervention because when i tell you this hotel was the bees knees! First of all your greeted to a wonderful citrus smell in the lobby area which is clean and modern, and a huge glass thermos of lemon water opposite a 3 level tray of fresh macadiaman nut cookie. The rooms are modern clean and sanitized . But the kicker is the complimentary breakfast every morning. Biscuits and gravy, egg w cheese omelets, pancakes a host of fruit and yogurts, danishs, toast white and wheat bread, turkey and pork sausage ,apple, cranberry & orange juice drinks and a wonderful breakfast area to eat in. My family felt so blessed to stay there and were so comfortable. the service staff for the rooms were pleasant and accomodated to any needs you had. Definitely recommend this hotel for a restful quite stay.

Check in was easy, and the attendant was very smiley. The room is clean and spacious. Shower could use a little work is when you pull up to pull the shower on half the water still comes out the spout so water pressure wasn't the greatest but temperature was easily controlled. Breakfast was above average for a free breakfast. Beds were comfy

The staff is super friendly and helpful and the property is beautiful. However, I didn't give this a 5 because the building is hard to find. There are some reserved spaces in front of the building and you have to enter through the parking garage to take the elevator to go to the lobby to check in. This was confusing and took a bit to figure out. The front desk staff was friendly but they gave us a handicap accessible room which I did not request which was odd to me. The room is nice and the beds and pillows super comfortable but the sheets were sandy! It wasn't us as it had rained and we didn't get to the beach until the 3rd day. The morning breakfast was decent. The coffee was surprisingly good. It was odd they didn't have toast to go with the eggs but there were other food options available so there was a good variety. The pool area was clean and a lot of fun.One hot tub wasn't working and a sign saying so would have been helpful.The bigger hot tub was working fine and was kept clean but was often filled with unsupervised children. Some were even snorkeling in it. It concerned me. There's a beautiful fire pit and the pools light up at night which is really cool. Fisheads restaurant is steps away and they supply the food at the bar. This restaurant is amazing and worth checking out. All in all this was an enjoyable experience and we would stay again.

We were greeted by a warm and friendly hotel staff which created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. The room was spacious, meticulously maintained, with modern furnishings and cozy bedding. The amenities such as the balcony view of the gulf, (which we booked), pool with a lazy river and on-sight bar and restaurant (Fish Heads) were equally impressive. The beach gave us a relaxation and rejuvenation we so desperately needed. The location also placed us mere steps away from restaurants, grocery and other retail shops. We will definitely return!

Location, location location! Facility is so comfortable, view of the pools and ocean from our balcony room was perfect! They cleaned our room every day! Lobby is open & bright with floor to ceiling windows viewing the pool areas. Breakfast was good - loved the spinach quiche & egg frittata- hubby like the breakfast sandwiches- otherwise all the typical breakfast offerings- cereal yogurt bagels eggs sausage etc coffee was very good - bananas for fruit. OMG the lazy River pool was just wonderful. There were lots of young families staying here. We never experienced any rowdiness or anyone causing any commotion. The music throughout facility was nice. There were plenty of lounge, chairs and umbrellas. Also have an adult pool and hot tub area. Recommend daily piña coladas from Fish heads! Every single person working on property was extremely friendly/helpful. Annaleese gave us complimentary perks for our 40th anniversary! We didn’t want to leave

The pools, lazy river, and hot tubs were spacious and nice! The restaurant was delicious. It has many places to relax, and enjoy the spectacular views. The bed and pillows were comfortable! Having breakfast every morning included is very convenient, and having the dining room beachfront is amazing!

Excellent location, spacious, clean and had everything needed. Breakfast was good. Off licence right in front of the hotel. Access allowed to sister hotel next door. Good size car park. Nice bar with access to the beach and pool area. Pools were excellent, nice touch with the lazy river. Right on the beach, so access there was good too. Each day a different liquor deal. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Hotel was great. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and good quantity, quality. Hotel staff was welcoming and polite. Rooms well cleaned and comfortable. Wanted to mention Mia specifically. She was professional and pleasant. Very helpful for someone like me who was new in the area. Provided helpful tips for my stay from eating to beaches. Sincere and welcoming. Quadre was also helpful in my early morning departure. Even though he had night shift, he had day personality and also polite and professional. Great staff, but super hats off to Mia and shout out to Quadre in my one experience with him in checkout.

1:45pm 103 Park Ave. Suite 300 Dunkin Donut STAY HERE! This is a must stay if you're in Jacksonville or stopping through. Asst. GM Telissa Andrews and her staff are welcoming, helpful, and always available. The cleaning crew keeps your room spotless. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The interior design of the rooms, seating areas and breakfast are upscale and cozy. The warm breakfast options are delicious (yes...options. they have plenty to chose and the food changes daily). Parking is very sufficient. The pool, fire pit area, and weightroom are a big plus.

Great Hampton Inn! Super friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, lovely outdoor seating area and fire pit. Seating in the breakfast area was surprisingly uncomfortable--they should consider adding some armchairs to the mix instead of just straight back dinner chairs. The rooms aren't brand new and fresh, but everything worked fine and was perfectly clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Lots of interesting places to eat in the area and a short 15-20 minute drive to Mayo Clinic. My only complaint is that the fitness center could use some attention--weight bench doesn't adjust, universal machine is missing pieces.

A well-located hotel convenient to major roads, with dining options from upscale to fast food nearby. Friendly and helpful staff and a better than average breakfast buffet. I was upgraded to a whirlpool tub suite, which while comfortable and very impressive at first glance proved to lack necessities like sufficient charging points for phones and other devices. I needed to pull bedside furniture away from the wall to plug in the tablet serving as an alarm clock since the room lacked that amenity. It also required patience to wait for hot water to slowly arrive at this top floor room in either the whirlpool or the shower.

We stayed just for 1 night. Check in was easy. Tamara at the front desk was so pleasant. We asked about places to have dinner and she gave us a list and told us how far they were. Gave us a choice of what floor we would like to stay on. The room was very nice, very clean. From when we walked in the front doors, you could see how clean everything was.Plenty of towels and I like that they had body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall in the shower. The free breakfast was amazing. They have coffee in the lobby 24/7. So many choices and the food was very good. Everyone of the employees were very nice. I would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent one night stay. New hotel, very clean, modern, up to date. We were upgraded to a studio kitchenette room - very spacious! The airport shuttle worked great! The man who was at the front desk who checked us in, wish I'd made a note of his name, was fabulous! So nice, fun, gave us some great recommendations. Love the bar and food area, lovely pool with fire pits at night. Comfy bed. If you choose not to eat in the hotel, World of Beer (such a name!), is a very short, super close walk - food was very good with a fun lively atmosphere. Hotel itself was extremely quiet - no outside sounds at all, nor any sounds from within. We'd priced the hotels closer to the Riverwalk area, read the reviews, and all in all, staying here was a great decision!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House Tampa Airport, and it was an excellent experience overall. The hotel's proximity to the airport is a major convenience, making it an ideal choice for travelers in transit or for those who prefer staying close to the airport. The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were not only helpful but also displayed a genuine willingness to assist guests with any needs or inquiries. Their friendliness and professionalism added a personal touch to my stay, making me feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout. The complimentary breakfast provided a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The quality of the food and the overall dining experience were both satisfying. Regarding the room, it was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchenette, which I found very useful. The room's cleanliness was noteworthy, and the furniture was both functional and comfortable. The beds were also comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The common areas of the hotel were equally well-maintained and comfortable, offering nice spaces to relax outside of the room. These areas were clean, well-designed, and conducive to both relaxation and casual meetings.

We landed at Tampa International, gave the hotel a call to send a shuttle to pick us up (Red 1 area). Friendly driver and a short 6 minutes to the hotel. The hotel was lovely and really easy to check in. Our room was clean, spacious, good shower, and had comfortable beds. The hotel is located with a few other hotels and a WOB (bar & restaurant). The hotel didn't really cater vegan for the evening, so we headed over there and had a build your own beyond burger (it was really good), fries/tater/tots/handmade chips and a beer. The hotel was quiet with no noise from the area. Breakfast was better than I expected, all the usual, cooked, fruit, cereal, bread, muffins etc., they even had OAT milk (music to this vegans ears). I would definitely book this chain of hotels again.

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend for his birthday and I must say, the hotel was very nice to stay at.. The property was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful in giving us different places to eat and have fun, and the breakfast was phenomenal which included a full breakfast (eggs, pancakes/waffles, fresh fruit, cold and hot cereal, juice selections, yogurt, pastries, and even bacon or sausage).. Very close to mall and for adults looking for that bar scene, also close to bars and Ybor City (Great bars and food).. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel was very clean. The room itself was fantastic. Modern, full kitchen thoughtfully designed into small space, bed was very comfortable. Lots of outlets and convenient charging locations. Free breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts at a hotel I’ve had. Lots of healthy options, fruit was really fresh, eggs were fluffy, hash browns delicious, they even had my favorite sourdough bread, oatmeal…it was great. Very impressed, would stay here again. Cons were that the dining and bar were limited hours. But there is a world of beer restaurant walking distance.

This is a comfortable, modern, well located hotel. The gym is huge and well equipped for any type of exercise. The pool/jacuzzi area is easily accessible and of an appropriate size for the property. The outside gas grills are complementary, and the cooking utensils are provided by the front desk staff.

I traveled with my young adult son, visiting Gainesville and the University of Florida. I have nothing to express other than high satisfaction and praises. They granted an earlier check-in; the room was immaculately cleaned. Beds are comfortable, and the covers are cloud -like soft. I have pet allergies and was grateful for the deep cleaning to the room (standard service). Marcel, Asst. Manager is simply outstanding all around, his smile is warm and inviting. He sets the tone for the hotel by welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism. Pam and Cheryl, breakfast attendants, are pleasant and eager to make your stay more enjoyable. The gym is always clean and has bottled water, towels, and clean wipes. The jacuzzi is always clean and not overly chlorinated. The breakfast buffet has healthy options - the Chobani yogurt with crushed nuts and fresh berries are my favorite. They also have hot and cold food options. The hotel always has a relaxed and pleasant ambiance, encouraging guests to grab coffee/tea (available 24 hours) and lounge in the open areas and intermingle. While there's no restaurant on site, there is plenty of easy to cook foods like pizza, mac & cheese, and burritos available for purchase. I somehow managed to resist the ice cream, chocolates and tasty snacks (available for purchase). It's wonderful to stay in a hotel that feels more like "home". We look forward to our next stay at Staybridge Suites in Gainesville!

last minute decision not to drive straight through to Naples from Michigan Staybridge suites Gainsville Florida was the best place. It’s off I-75, very clean throughout, slept great shower stuff in pumps ( shower ) & soap, lotion in pumps all on the walls very nice touch if you forget those things. I had a Kitchen in my room clean we didn’t use, but breakfast in the morning was hot and good, coffee was good. Staff kept everything clean .. Washer & drier were like commercial size free all you need is detergent or buy it there. The weight room was amazing wish I would have had more time to use it. Pool looked nice never used that either but we sat outside at breakfast that was clean & nice. The staff was friendly kind very knowledgeable and accommodating Marcel Carter assistant general manager assisted us at checkout was full of energy very helpful we will definitely be staying there again. One thing is that it’s connected to the Holiday Inn it’s one big building which confused us when we pulled in. The area around there was nice lots of restaurants The Ford garage was recommended upon arrival it didn’t disappoint they were open until 11 staff was great there to. Gas station and car wash right around corner we used both before heading out. Staybridge is perfectly located we will definitely be staying there again. I rate our stay 5 star!! The price was great!!

We had a great experience at the Hyatt Centric in Fort Lauderdale. The hotel is ideally located right on Las Olas Boulevard in downtown, so we were within steps of steps fabulous dining and shopping. If you don't mind a beautiful scenic walk, the beach is about 2 miles from the hotel, directly down Las Olas. Otherwise, a fast and cheap Uber will get you to all the beach action. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and the staff was super attentive and helpful. Many of the rooms face the Andrews Ave drawbridge which provides amazing views of the boat (well, yacht) traffic. We were upgraded to a suite which had a large balcony providing some incredible views of the river and the adjacent park which is nearing completion. Our visit coincided with the tail end of the Fort Lauderdale Int'l Boat Show so the flotilla of enormous yachts passing by was really spectacular. Rooms are spacious and clean with wood-like tile flooring (no carpet which is a plus as they do allow pets). Bed was great, too. There's a nice pool on the 9th floor with a small bar for beer and cocktails. We also had breakfast at the lobby level restaurant (Harborside) which was very good, too. Off property, we loved Louis Bossie's (on Las Olas) and also recommend The Shorely for beach/marina cocktails. Overall, the Hyatt Centric is hard to beat for its location, great rooms and attentive staff! Highly recommend!

Wow, this our first stay with Hyatt’s Centric brand, and we are blown away by the Fort Lauderdale Las Olas property. First impressions are wonderful as you enter. This entire property feels very upscale! Friendly encounters with valet, front desk,lobby bar and housekeepers. No issues with housekeeping, mind you, we immediately took showers after the long plane ride, and wanted extra for tomorrow morning. Our double queen room and bath are spacious ,airy, sparkling clean and smell great. We are also loving the comfy centric robes that are in each room. Our room on the 14th floor has a great view of the pool and river! The personalized welcome letter at checkin is a very nice touch as well and we took advantage of using the complimentary Tesla car service mentioned in it. We are here for one night and hopping on a cruise, so really disappointed not to be staying long enough to try the Room Nine 01 cocktail experience or the rooftop pool and bar. We decided to stay in and have dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was great! We also enjoyed a refreshing cocktail at the lobby bar and speciality coffees in the morning. Slept well in our quiet room and the mattresses were so comfortable! Special shout out to Alex, our bartender/barista! We will be back soon for a longer stay!

Couples staycation. Let me share my wonderful experience. The Hyatt Centric rooms were unexpectedly spacious and modern room. The beds were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Every area was clean (room, hallway, lobby area etc.) Basic hygiene essentials were provided. The bathroom decor was modern (a plus). Common areas were not populated. The prices, service, and menu at the restaurant on the first floor were great. The location of the hotel was convenient for our little perfect weekend getaway.

My wife and I were excited for a weekend away in Fort Lauderdale. As we are fans of Hyatt properties and nearing our Globalist status, we were very excited to visit the Hyatt Centric Las Olas. As we were greeted on arrival, the desk agent confirmed our length of stay, acknowledged our World of Hyatt status and answered any questions prior to us heading to our room. The room was clean and very comfortable with a wonderful view of downtown. Looking at amenities. There was a decent size fitness area and a very relaxing pool area on the same level. As we headed out for dinner, we were greeted with have a great evening from the front desk staff. After a fun evening out, we headed back to the room and the bed was extremely comfortable. After a good night sleep and a morning workout we headed down to the coffee bar downstairs and were welcomed with a smile and a “good morning” from Alex who made our delicious morning coffee drinks and were also greeted by Jeff at the front desk. Overall, this was a fantastic stay and my wife and I look forward to returning to the Hyatt Centric Los Olas.

The staff at Drury was outstanding! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed! Breakfast had a variety of items. Happy hour included drinks and simple dinner items too! Pool and jacuzzi were just right!

We stayed as a family of four in an upper-floor suite with two rooms and two queen beds. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the adjoining door was perfect for letting the teens sleep in! Overall, we were really impressed by the property: The location is ideal for exploring Universal and International Drive. If you're driving, parking is easy and free right outside the hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. A standout was the restaurant team, who made a point of stopping by each table at breakfast to chat about your plans for the day and offer helpful recommendations on things to see and do—great tips for making the most of your stay! The pool area was clean and a great place to unwind after a busy day. Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless and in excellent condition throughout our stay. Breakfast was a hit with our teens, especially the “make your own waffles” station. The afternoon kickback was also perfect for grabbing a pre-dinner snack—or even making it your dinner! I think this would have been an awesome option when our kids were younger, too, since sometimes they’re not in the mood for a full meal and would have loved the hotdog station. Thank you so much all at the Drury, we had a fantastic stay and will be back! Might try the Drury Plaza by Disney springs next time!

Brilliant experience all round! From the the first member of staff we met on reception (with a pumpkin on his shoulder) being very friendly/helpful and informative, to the rest of the staff including reception, food/breakfast clean ups and managers. Everyone was so friendly and always asked how we were and what we were up to each day. The free breakfast was a godsend and saved us a lot of money, the coffee/sodas/popcorn was also much appreciated after a hectic park day. We didn’t end up using any of our alcohol drink vouchers but definitely will do if we go again. The rooms were slightly dated but the bed were so comfy and the pillows were so amazing that I have ordered 2 to be delivered from the US to the UK! The only downside to the hotel is the traffic noise outside, it’s loud and goes on all night so I slept with a white noise app on my phone to drown it out! Would I stay here again? Absolutely!! Staff - amazing Free Food/drink - amazing Beds - best ever!! Thank you to everyone who made our first stay a pleasurable one 😊

My suite was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, and also quiet, which I was grateful for given that it was a high-season week. My room was refreshed several times during the week which was more than enough for my needs. The iron and ironing board seemed brand new and were welcoming to use. The kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was super comfortable. The room had literally dozens of power outlets, which made device charging easy. I appreciated the offerings of eggs, fruit, yogurt and other healthy options at the complimentary breakfast buffet, as well as the opportunity to eat breakfast outside on their patio where there was lots of fresh air and a nice view. The location was conveniently accessible via ride share to my daily business meeting destination inside the Disney World area; the hotel also offers free (I think) scheduled shuttle bus transportation to the Magic Kingdom, etc. Some of my colleagues appreciated that there is a Target within short walking distance. The front desk staff are very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

You are immediately greeted with a wonderful smell throughout the lobby, seems like such a simple concept, but one I've personally never before experienced in a hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the entire hotel is spotless, feels brand new. The room was fabulous, you can't beat a suite, the pool, restaurant, bar, breakfast, all the facilities were exceptional. The location is walking distance to a Target, and some nice restaurants, and a 20-minute drive to the Disney parks. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with our 6-night stay, just an amazing place to stay.

I love this hotel, the suites are so comfortable and spacious, and they allow you to bring your dog, which allows me to have vacation. The pool is gorgeous, outdoor bar and grills. Flamingo crossings has some great restaurants, Lime fresh mexican is awesome. Target is right there if you need something. Dunkin donuts for your coffee fix, wendys is open late. So close to disney and not too far from universal either. Very affordable and modern compared to some others. Lobby and room smelled great, everything was clean.

The property is situated in an up and coming yet quiet area, close to DisneyWorld. There are plenty of local amenities such as a Target and eateries within walking distance of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with excellent facilities for our stay. The hotel includes breakfast and parking during our stay which provided excellent value for us. The location is amazing! You're never more than 15 minutes from any Disney Park and the area doesn't suffer from much traffic congestion. The staff were very friendly and attentive as well.

I liked everything about my trip from start to finish the staff that checked me in was very friendly, very courteous. The rooms were very very clean exceptionally well. The view of my room was very great and the beach area was not far away. The breakfast was phenomenal. There was a great variety of foods, fresh and hot daily along with water, juices milk and fresh fruits Anything you can think of for breakfast was there I loved it.

Great location on Grand Boulevard. Easy access to visit friends in Baytowne Village. Modern, new and clean. Excellent WiFi and Google Chromecast option on room TV makes it easy to take your entertainment with you. Fitness room is basic but adequate for a short hotel stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast at reasonable hours. Room was clean and comfortable. Every second day room cleaning service was good enough.

Our household LOVES Hyatt hotels, so when my husband had a job training event lined up, we knew that we were definitely going to be looking for a local Hyatt to stay in for a couple of days. The hotel staff is definitely what makes it stand out - from front desk employees to kitchen and cleaning staff - everyone was friendly, warm and approachable! The hotel is nice and clean, has a spacious lobby with ample seating. There are two elevators and, in the three days that we stayed here, there was never a time that we had to wait for an elevator for longer than 1 minute. The free breakfast was delicious, offers many options, coffee is very good! I only wish there were pastries available as well, but there's Black Bear bakery right there in the building of the hotel (entrance is separate and is accessible from the street only). The area is super walkable, while my husband was at the work event, I never felt a need to drive anywhere - my toddler and I walked down to the Grand Boulevard Plaza every day where there are tons of shops, cafes, a park and a Publix. There's also a pool, which was super nice to have and we totally made use of it!

The location isn't in the hustle and bustle, but it's close to everything you need and you're not fighting traffic. When we walked in, you can smell how clean it is. It is brand new. The room is super clean. It was the first time ever not getting the heeby-jeebies at a hotel. The bed sheets smelled and appeared clean. The bathroom was spotless. The breakfast - WOW!!! We were blown away. They had every option you wanted from cheese frittatas, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fresh food, bacon, pancakes, chocolate milk, regular cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, hot coffee... The staff was so friendly and was constantly cleaning and sanitizing. They were very accommodating and always replenishing the food. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed one night, but our basketball team won the Sun Belt Tournament and we extended another night. Then we won again (GO GA STATE PANTHERS) and we extended another night. Then we won AGAIN 🥳 and we didn't extend again because the rate went up significantly. So we had to head to another hotel, which was just pale in comparison. So anyway, we just felt so pleased all the way around with this hotel. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very nice hotel with great views and beach access. Staff was friendly and efficient, check in was fast. Room was clean and comfortable. Table and chairs on balcony. Good lighting, each bed has a reading lamp. Tile floors, but they did have a rug between the beds. Pool area looked nice, it was too rainy during our to use it. Free parking in lot. Breakfast area has nice gulf views. Breakfast food was ok. Lots of choices, but bagels were rock hard and stale every day and coffee is not good. We should have tried the in room coffee. Noise level fair, you can hear hall noise through the door. I would stay here again.

Wonderful 2 night stay! Topnotch. From the quiet room with very comfortable bed to the very enjoyable breakfast, my wife and I's stay was great! Very young hotel in a great location in Gulf Breeze area. We stayed here for a 2 day beach vacation at Pensacola Beach. Travel to and from the beach was a breeze, parking very accessible, and of course the beach is outstanding! Rates are much higher of course for the beach front hotels. Did that a month ago. Staying here and driving 15 mins to the beach was so easy and was just as great.

The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool area is very nice, and breakfast was wonderful. The location is just a short drive to Pensacola beach. It’s also walking distance to a Walmart Market, and a few chain restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. My daughter has a special stuffed bear, a blanket , and pillow from home that she left on her bed when we left for the day. When we came back in the afternoon Brittany (our room cleaner) had folded her blanket and placed her pillow and bear at the head of the bed in a cute pose. I know that doesn’t seem like a big thing, but my daughter thought it was the coolest thing ever. She even left her a note at the end of the stay thanking her. We are very pleased with everything about our stay and will definitely book here again.

Top notch Holiday Inn! Super clean, quiet and comfortable. It’s fairly new and still in great shape. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wifi worked well enough to stream shows. Nice breakfast and coffee in the morning. Perfect for our family visit. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom units, these units are the best. Plenty of space for 8 people to spread out, in unit washer & dryer. Plenty of closet space and pantry space. We cooked breakfast all week and a few dinners. Full kitchen made it simple. Their pool was nice and warm, a salt water pool, with a jacuzzi and kids pool. The Pool is closed if there is lightning within 10 miles. which was almost every afternoon the week we were there. The playground is ample and games in the courtyard was so enjoyable for the kids. The lake was so pretty and calming to sit and look out. Didn't see any gators nor snakes, just lizards and birds. Staff was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We traded into two rooms at the Grand Beach Lake Bryan Resort for an extended family event. HAD A BLAST! > Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. > Everything was sparkling clean! > Lots of activities, although we were too busy away from the property to take advantage of them. > Staff were helpful, kind, and resourceful in meeting our requests. > Prior to our arrival, we saw occasional reviews that complained about constructions noise. Personally, our group never heard a single hammer or saw cut a board. PEACE AND QUIET! > The grounds were lovely and well-appointed. Playgrounds were definitely cool. The giant checker/chess was a big hit with the kids!! > The screened veranda/porch was wonderful in the evenings -- played family games out there! If you want bars and night life...you probably don't want Grand Beach Orlando. BUT, if you want a family-focused property away from the noise and bustle... this is your spot!. WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIIN!

Excellent stay for families. Cute and comfortable. Huge villa / condos. More than enough space for everyone. We stayed in a three bedroom condo on the third floor and had a balcony corner view of the man made beach with hammocks, walking trail and lake. Housekeeping / office staff and ground crews were very friendly and attentive. The pillows and mattresses were firm but not too firm. Perfect and I got a great night's sleep. Plenty of parking and if you're fortunate, you can snag a spot in the open air garage. Kitchen and appliances were top notch. There is a pool, etc. The only drawback were all the "Do not feed / be aware of alligators and snakes" signs along the pathways! This New Jerseyan stayed inside and let my Floridian brothers and sisters handle all that. Except for when we hit the Disney Park less than three miles away. Universal was super close as well. Go and enjoy!

We have stayed at Grand Beach many times over the past five years. The 3BR units are spacious, and the huge veranda is my go-to place in the early mornings. The resort is situated on Lake Bryan and provides hammocks and chairs in shady areas along the shore. There are tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, mini-golf, and the fitness center is being renovated and expanded. Service is phenomenal across the board, the resort staff is courteous and friendly. The grounds are well-maintained, and there is a cool playground for the kids. We have already booked our family vacation for next year.

What an amazing place. Beautiful, amazing, clean, and giant apartment on the lakeside. Amazing view, the only shame is that there are alligators and you can't swim in it... Very short drive to the Universal and Disney parks and to all the outlets. The maintenance team was very quick to fix any issue we had (including an issue with the AC). Front desk was super helpful with requests. Early check in worked fine, and they also agreed to give us a grace of 2 hours in check-out. Will definatly come back if we are in Florida

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Easy access to and from the airport via shuttle. Plenty of restaurants close by although we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was great. This was our last stay after travelling for more than 3 weeks and it was the perfect place to rest up and refresh before our long haul flight home. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hyatt House Orlando Airport – August 2025 From the moment we walked into the beautifully designed, spotless lobby, we felt welcome. Our room was just as lovely—clean, comfortable, and spa-like. Breakfast was fresh and flavorful, with vegan choices and great coffee with oat milk. The friendly, efficient staff made our stay a pleasure.

Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, location was wonderful. Felt safe in the area. Restaurants in walking distance with new ones being built. Breakfast was delicious and a different option every morning. Pool and pool area was clean.

There was a buffet breakfast offering scrambled eggs, potato cubes, French toast, a selection of cereals, juices, breads and bagels, as well as fresh fruit salad. The hot food was replenished frequently so tasted nice and hot and fresh. A fantastic overnight stay, from the free shuttle bus pickup from the airport, the well furnished room & bathroom, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast, its superb value for money. My stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton was perfect. My friend and I found the hotel to be clean, very organized, with good room service and a great breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi stayed open until the evening, making it a more pleasant day for summer nights. All the staff are very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist Gift, she is incredible and kind.

My family Loved staying here. We typically book suites since we’re a large family plus our service pup. This was one of the best picks for out of town stay. It was super clean, the hotel and rooms smelled so fresh and clean. It was actually clean. Although the fridge could use some baking soda to rid the food smell but was cleaned. The hotel was fully booked but we wouldn’t have known. It was quiet. We brought our dog and he felt right at home. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. Would of been nice to have pancakes or different variety each day but my family was satisfied. I absolutely loved the overnight oats and Chia pudding cups! The location is perfect with a short distance to the beach and Okaloosa Island. Joes Crab shack is a walk 1 min away with the track on the other side. Our stay was just absolutely perfect! The staff were nice and calm. We will be back soon!! Book here. It felt luxurious at a reasonable price. Oh and the pool area and kids water park area 10/10!

This hotel is very clean, its location near town center is convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants, has free parking and felt very safe. Comfortable bed, good strong AC, functional room, friendly check in and front desk clerks. Fridge and microwave worked fine. TV was large and clear but remote was quirky. Breakfast was satisfactory although both days I went they ran out of my favorite items. Both USB plugs on one bed end table didn’t work. There were several others available, however. Overall, a clean, nice hotel in a convent safe location that was budget friendly. Would return again, 4.5 stars.

This hotel is located in a quiet, safe and lovely location, while still close to everywhere you'd want to go. I was met with a friendly staff who took the time to check in with me and ensure my stay was going well. While this particular location does not offer in room coffee, the machines in the lobby were ready day or night with really great, fresh ground deliciousness. More importantly, the beds were a dream and I slept like a log each night! The breakfast was also lovely. My stay was short and I unfortunately wasn't able to use the pool, but it appeared to be well maintained and clean. If you're planning on a trip to Jacksonville, I highly recommend this hotel!

It was very easy to get to the hotel and in a safe area. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and modern. Small complaint, the shower water is a little slow for me! Another small complaint would be the breakfast buffet, although it was very typical. It was good, but some of the food wasn’t very hot. But overall, very acceptable.

My intent was to just book an inexpensive hotel room for a quick visit to visit family in Jax but was blown away by the service and quality of this hotel! The staff was amazing (shout out to Ashley that works the desk during the day….she consistently went over and above and anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them!), beds and pillows SUPER comfortable and the entire facility was impeccably clean. The location was perfect: right off the highway and within a mile to numerous restaurants, shops and activities yet off the beaten path so quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be going back to this hidden gem!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly at checkin and breakfast had many choices. Staff kept the breakfast area very clean. Loved the costa coffee brewer!!!
