The room was very spacious and very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable also. Breakfast was great!! Hot and fresh. The hot tub was perfect, and all the jets worked. The pool was great too and the area very clean. Staff was exceptional 👌 👏

The breakfast was exceptional. Much more than the website promised. The location was convenient for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was clean and soothing. The room was comfortable and quiet. The price was reasonable.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s always been good. It’s clean, comfortable and offers a good breakfast. Our only complaint this time was that we couldn’t get the shower to work correctly. The shower had a regular shower head and also a wand and moving the adjusting lever, we could only get the wand to work and not the regular shower head. Otherwise, good stay overall.

Best night of sleep here and bonus for amazing breakfast. The room a/c was quiet and effective, with the blackout shades it quiet and dark, those are the biggest factors in getting a good night sleep. The breakfast had a few hot eggs items that they alternate day to day as well as something for everyone, scones, pancakes, bagels, cereal, oatmeal etc. And a little to-go breakfast bag if you are in a hurry and/r to grab for a snacks later.

I stayed for 3 1/2 weeks while displaced from home. Wonderful experience. Every staff member was friendly and teamwork was evident. Great breakfast options. Clean yet not overly scented. Conveniently located near restaurants, grocery store and nice neighborhood for walks. Rooms were comfortable with a modern touch. Highly recommend.

This place was great. Comfortable rooms with the extras to allow a worry free stay. From check in to check out everyone was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast: waffle station, fresh fruit, cereals, fresh coffee and juices, varied breakfast breads, eggs, bacon and home fries for the choosing (son’s favorite part of the stay) it A located near dozens of restaurants but you would never know, because of your quiet surroundings.

The breakfast was fine and your coffee was excellent. Meat didn't look very appetizing, otherwise it was good. The lady who was in charge was very friendly and helpful. Liked her alot. Location was perfect so we could walk at the series of lakes and ponds in the area. Beds were awesome and comfortable. Our favorite restaurant was across the parking lot, D.C. Oakes.

I had a fantastic stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Collins South! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with any questions. The lobby and common areas were impeccably clean and well-designed, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Would make a great future CEO! In town for business and arrived early. Was able to check into room early and get some work and laundry done. Convenient dining, coffee shop across the street. Clean, quiet, friendly. Additionally, this facility allowed our mobile medical unit theo use of their parking lot to provide disability exams for Veterans Thanks!

After a 7 hour drive we needed a place to crash and we found the Fairfield Inn & Suites at Fort Collins. Everything was so tidy, and well taken care of. Love the decor, it's clean but cozy. Staff is very friendly. Next day we went down late for breakfast and they were already breaking down the service but the lovely lady waited for us to get some food and she even makes us some waffles before putting everything away. Breakfast had fresh fruit salad which is always very nice. Love it

This property was such a nice surprise, very clean and quiet. The front desk staff specifically, Donna and Alex went above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, courteous, professional! Cannot recommend enough. First stay ever at an IHG but if others are anything like the Fort Collins IHG will definitely stay there again and again

The staff we interacted with including Dawn at the coffee bar treated us like VIPs. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again. The chairs in the lobby aren’t especially comfy because the seats are very long but otherwise everything looked really nice. No continental breakfast is offered & we didn’t eat anything during our stay, but Starbucks coffee at the coffee bar; we asked & yes it’s run by Starbucks. We happily paid a nominal price for our coffee.

First we got in late and Amber greeted us and was so welcoming and helpful. It was really nice. Then we got to our room and we had a card welcoming us and inviting us to have a cuppa coffee on her. Her name is Zofia. A special handwritten note means she goes the extra mile. Then to finish things off Summer is just amazing. Make sure we had a great breakfast. Served us with kindness and love. This hotel is amazing. The manager really runs a great group and my room was so clean that was even a bigger plus.

I stayed at the Courtyard Fort Collins for two nights and had such a great experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. When I had an issue with one of my rooms, Conner stepped right in and took care of it quickly. He got me moved to a new room without any stress and made sure I was comfortable. His helpful attitude made a big difference. At the bistro, Dawn was wonderful—very polite, easy to chat with, and always smiling. She made my meal and beverage feel relaxed and welcoming. Craig was also fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and even helped with preparing my meal, which turned out great. The service from all three of them really made my stay. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fort Collins.

Had dinner at the bistro and Dawn and Joanell went above and beyond service. I stopped to pic up water and a small plastic bottle of milk and my milk was getting warm by the time I had dinner, love milk ice cold, so Dawn gave me a cup of ice for it with out even asking, she is amazing. Then when I checked in Connor at the desk checked me in and was very friendly professional and helpful. This is by far one of the best Courtyard stays I have had in a long time. And being an ambassador I stay at Marriott chains every week Thank you Dawn, Joanell and Connor for making this stay wonderful

I absolutely love this hotel. The staff is amazing and attentive to every detail - from remembering your name to your favorite coffee. I can’t say enough: friendly staff, very clean, exceptional service. I travel 100% for business and have stayed in several hotels in Fort Collins. The Courtyard is by far the best!

This was a last-minute overnight stay in the area. The hotel was convenient, clean, and comfortable with a limited yet more-than-adequate continental breakfast. Our ground floor room was quiet - the only negative was the location next to the exterior door that opens with the room key. It tended to slam a bit with people going in and out late in the evening. Otherwise, a pleasant stay with a helpful staff.

We stayed here four nights. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows were not the best, bring your own. The breakfast was typical for a low end motel breakfast, very carb heavy. The bedside lamp and the overhead lamp never did work. Most staff were very friendly, one was quite "curt". I asked about breakfast and she told me to read the paper in the key folder. Well ok.

For a budget hotel option, this property was perfect. The room design was excellent, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay! I was visiting my daughter at CSU during a busy weekend, so I opted to stay here just down the road about 20 minutes to save some $$, and it worked out great.

Nothing to really complain about. Place was clean staff was really nice an helpful. Room was spacious well kept an clean. Breakfast on time good selection.

Loved the decor, the rooms were cool with a jacuzzi and the place was well maintained. Staff was very friendly as well.

I loved the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. I also really loved the in-room jacuzzi. Definitely worth the extra money to have that to relax at my own pace in private. I also loved that the hotel had an outdoor pool, which was hard to find at other places. The staff was also super friendly, and helped me when I accidentally forgot some jewelry in the room after I checked out.

We stayed just one night but it was super comfortable, clean, with very comfortable beds. The hosts are the owners and very friendly. They provide a nice breakfast. The decor is very cute with the Southwest theme. Parking was a little tight, but there seemed to be a full house and we did find a space very convenient to the front of the hotel. I would stay again and others at breakfast had stayed there before and stated they are always happy with their stays.

This is a very nice property and we would stay here again but never in the room that we had. We were given a room right at the top of the stairs from the lobby. I told the person at the front desk that I didn't want to be right by the lobby as I knew we would hear everything, not to mention that the food smells from the breakfast would fill our room. He insisted it wouldn't be a problem but it was the problem that I knew it would be. The staff wasn't always quiet late-night and the morning staff (kitchen I believe) weren't quiet either. I had to call down to the front desk two different times to have them tell people to be quiet. The breakfast was very fresh and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend however, getting king size pillows for the king size beds. Apparently they don't have those.

I stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting the area, and overall I had a very good experience. The check-in was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like plenty of pillows and good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast in the morning had a nice variety—eggs, waffles, cereal, and fresh fruit. It made it easy to grab something before heading out for the day. The location was convenient as well, close to the highway but still quiet enough at night for a good sleep. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a solid value for the price.

Our room was clean and smelled nice when we walked in, which is always a good first impression. The bed was really comfy, we both slept like babies every night. The AC worked great too which helped cause it was hot outside. Bathroom was also clean and had plenty of towels. Breakfast in the morning was better than we expected—eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal and fresh fruit. Coffee could be a little stronger but still did the job. Location is great, close to shopping and some good places to eat nearby. Felt safe even walking around in the evening. Would totally come back here again, nothing to complain really. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay so nice!

Breakfast was delicious, staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and lobby were very clean, gym was clean and had lots of equipment. Plenty of lighting in the room, TV swiveled, free wifi, comfortable seating, soft clean beds with a mini fridge, microwave and keurig. Grass around the building well maintained.

Quiet location and convenient to restaurants. Front desk and breakfast staff friendly and helpful. Glad you allow pets which is great for us and our room was at the end of the hall which was perfect for us.

Hotel is in a very nice residential area, front desk young man was very friendly and welcoming. room was clean and bed was comfortable. There is construction on Harmony road so it took extra time to get there during rush hour. There are several restaurants walking distance from the hotel, and the included breakfast was decent. The only problem was that my toilet did not flush, so we had to get a plunger from the front desk. They were too quick to give me a plunger, that I suspect this is an ongoing problem!!

This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at this Quality Inn. I love the friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms. Amanda (Employee of the Month : ) and Susan were so welcoming and helpful. The free breakfast is a super plus! This place has all the amenities: pool, work out room, fridges & microwaves in the room. The location is convenient and the prices are very reasonable. A big thank you staff at the Quality Inn!

We stayed here for three days and enjoyed our stay.The hotel is in a good location but it is on a very busy street.There are many places to eat and shop around the area.Its also about 30 minutes from Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains.The room was very comfortable and came with television, microwave, comfortable bed, refrigerator and coffee maker.Breakfast was a microwavable Jimmy Dean sandwich and other snacks along with coffee and juice.Plenty of parking.Friendly staff.We recommend.

Our room was very comfortable. The room was clean. It could use a few updates, but overall we enjoyed our stay, and would stay again when in the area. Breakfast choices were limited - Breakfast sandwiches, waffles, cereal. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

They’re undergoing a remodel May 2025. Pool not accessible and the water temp in the shower was warm at best. They responded kindly and fixed the shower issue during the third day of our 3 day stay and we were not offered a different room. The room was nice, clean and beds comfortable. The coffee is watery at breakfast and the containers ran out both mornings.

We had such a wonderful experience at Holiday Express. The front desk clerk Kasi was so friendly, polite and suggested great restaurants nearby. It was such a positive welcoming experience. Kudos to her. The cleaning ladies were so nice. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and very quiet without kids running around. I don’t usually write a review however the experience exceeded above my standards. I most definitely would stay again. Kasi was such a breath of fresh air after a long travel time.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful regarding nearby restaurants. The breakfast was decent and seemed fresh. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed one night here on our way to Denver airport and ordered Door Dash so wasn’t able to check out the area.

This THE CLEANEST motel (or hotel for that matter) I have ever stayed at. I was even in a pet-friendly room since I brought my dog. There were no hairs anywhere...even baseboards were clean. The bathroom was spotless! The bed was so comfortable and the clean, dark, cozy atmosphere was very conducive to a great night's sleep.

Location is perfect to walk or drive to CSU or to historic downtown shopping & restaurants a few blocks away. Staff is super friendly & helpful! Rooms are clean. Complimentary breakfast 6-10 am. Pool & hot tub available. Preferred place to stay when visiting my CSU student.

This motel deserves better than those I have seen on Tripadvisor. The rooms are small but very clean, the staff friendly and the facilities seem well maintained. Some have written of the thin walls between rooms and that is the case. One hopes for quiet neighbors but expect noise from the main road. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and informative. The location was perfect for visiting my son at CSU. T he room was clean and everything worked as expected. The facility was well maintained and has modern conveniences such as card key locks and good WiFi, but it is ready for a remodel.

Start with the staff here, they are just as friendly and helpful as can be (somebody must be paying them top-dollar because everyone here is so cheerful, even at dawn). Breakfast is a nice spread: strawberries/bananas/oranges… scrambled eggs and sausage, as well as a different egg-type sandwich each day… tasty bagels and breads… oatmeal… individual yogurt cartons… 2% milk in cartons and self-serve coffee in the lobby slightly before breakfast (6:30 weekdays, 7 weekends). Laundry room has 2 washers, 2 dryers ($2 each). Fitness room has some free weights (although to the mystery of all, somebody apparently took one 15-pounder home as a souvenir), couple machines and a doctor’s scale. Loads of towels for indoor pool/jacuzzi. We were fortunate enough to get the massive (765’) 2-bedroom (King, Queen)/2-Bathroom (tubs in each) Suite with an oven and screened windows that open for a breeze. Very safe parking surrounds the property. This hotel really should be No. 1 in all of Fort Collins. Nicely done, GM Patty and your fantastic team!

This property is located in a very nice, safe, and quiet area. It's extremely convenient to shopping and dining. The staff was very personable, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The negative I would comment on is (1) the couch is not comfortable (I realize it's a pull out sofa, but was very uncomfortable to sit on), (2) there were no condiments left by the in-room coffee maker, and (3) there was no soap left by any of the sinks. I would definitely stay here again when needing separate bedrooms, but would know to bring my own soap and condiments.

Perfect cozy, clean, spacious room. I stayed with my husband and son and the king studio worked perfect. Great price. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, not excellent, expected waffles. But the rest of the options tasted great. I will definitely being staying everytime i visit family there. I highly recommend.

We stayed for 5 days and it was updated, clean, comfortable and safe. We were traveling with our two small dogs and loved our pet friendly room because it was clean and ready for us. The daily breakfast was nice and this property is close to a Safeway and places to eat. The location was very safe to walk both early in the morning and in the evenings. We loved everything except the Wi-Fi which was non-existent in our room. Even with that issue, we would stay here again when visiting our Ram at CSU.

We arrived for Thanksgiving week. Before our arrival we asked for a ground floor room near an exit door due to some pulmonary issues and only able to walk short distances. Kaeleigh made sure that it was noted in our reservation and when we checked-in, our room was perfect. Only problem was that our room didn’t have an oven and we decided we wanted to cook Thanksgiving dinner in our room. Went to the front desk and spoke with Christopher who not only changed our room but upgraded our 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suit right next to our original room. The service here is one that I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Everyone has been helpful, professional and kind. Thank you for making our stay better than we imagined!

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable, The outdoor jacuzzi was relaxing! The breakfast was just OK and the coffee was not good at all so down the street to Ziggie's we went.

This is one of my favorite places to stay. It's clean, quiet, comfy beds, and lots of pillows. There are many breakfast options. My kids love the pool, hot tub, and waterslide. There are walkable restaurants and a Starbucks across the street. I look forward to staying here.

My son and I really liked the hotel, we were finally able to get some sleep after our 3-day trip from Dallas. Parking is free, the hotel is further away. The highway is located and not at all noisy. The beds are comfortable, the shower is also comfortable, there is soap to wash your face with. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. We checked in late at night after 1 am and a clean room awaited us.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Check in was a breeze, and my Silver status earned an upgraded room on the 3rd floor! I booked a Mountain View room, and it was absolutely stunning! I didn’t think I would have much of a view of the mountains when parking, but when we got up to the room, it was a gorgeous view! The breakfast was decent, they offered waffles, bagels, English muffins, sausage, fried eggs, yogurt, and more! My son had a great time in the pool, and the hot tub was actually hot unlike some places where they are only lukewarm. In our room, the closet door was broken and the bathroom lock didn’t work, but maintenance was more than happy to fix the issues for us. Downtown Fort Collins was maybe a 5 minute drive. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were very clean. Something that I found super cool was the fact that you can open the windows! I’ve never been to a hotel where you can actually open the windows. While the property was booked completely full, it was still incredibly quiet and everyone was friendly. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again!

Friendly, helpful staff, (Wren, Sydney,Lena & Ezzy), in particular. Clean room and hallways including the stairways which were well lit and also clean. Breakfast was well supplied until its closing time with staff attentive to keeping the areas clean as well. Comfortable room. Good location. Ample parking with lights on in lot.

Pool heated just enough to cool you off from the hot tub and the hot tub wasn't too hot, enabling us to enjoy it for over an hour on a cold night. Very fun. The all day and night fancy coffee service was great, and the 3-6pm Happy Hour with all you can drink, basically wine and beer, was a very nice touch. The white was really good for a freebie! Location is FANTASTIC for walking the shops and the holiday market which was open while we stayed there. You are right next to a ton of restaurants and Whole Foods, as well as shops and the Cherry Creek Mall.

Excellent location in old town Fort Collins, within walking distance of the university. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Very friendly , helpful staff. Great restaurant on site serves dinner/drinks. Easy parking. Cafes, boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants all around this charming hotel. Will definitely return.

LOVE this hotel....the ambiance, the food and drinks at Ace Gillett's, the front desk staff.....all 5 stars in my book. The front desk staff makes you feel like you are royalty. They greet you each time you walk in the door, they make you feel like your special and are so helpful with whatever you need. The room was perfect for my husband and I to have 2 cozy nights while we were in Fort Collins for a wedding. Ace Gillett's is a MUST as far as we're concerned. We always sit at a bar when we go to a restaurant because we enjoy the experience of eating at the bar and watching the staff do their thing. The bar staff is incredible at Ace Gillett's. They have all been there for a long time which means they know their stuff and the food.....if I could put a picture of me doing the "chef's kiss", that would explain my feelings. You won't be disappointed by your experience at this great hotel and restaurant. We can't wait to go back. We only live 2 hours south of Fort Colins but haven't been up there in about 25 years....and now we have a reason to go back. We love this place.

I was upgraded to a king bed which was a wonderful surprise. The room was beautiful and cozy. Loved the decor and style. They had a sound machine playing chirping birds when I walked in which set a lovely ambiance to the room. The cocktail lounge/ restaurant was great! There was a live pianist which set the mood. The bartenders were friendly and welcoming and the cocktails were unique and delicious. I lived in Fort Collins for many years and was back visiting. I decided to treat myself to the well known Armstrong Hotel and I'm extremely glad I did. I would definitely stay here again!

We were staying for one night at the end of a 3 week road trip, before flying home from Denver the following day. The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was in a really good location, with dining, bar, coffee bar and self parking lots, within very easy walking distance of restaurants in the downtown area. On arrival the staff were very welcoming. Ed upgraded us to a king room, which was exactly as expected, clean and comfortable. We will stay again if we’re in the area and flying from Denver.

The stay was for an anniversary getaway. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The entire property has so much class and character with a lot of cozy nooks and corners full of retro furniture to hang out in. Being a music-themed hotel, you can find records all around which you can take up to your room and play on your own personal record player. The hotel also has a unique bar that features live music, as well as a separate full restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are amazing, they are not the biggest, but just right in a comfortable way. Also for those who prioritize their fitness, there is a gorgeous gym that can accommodate your fitness needs. It is situated on the corner of the second floor and offers a nice floor to cieling view of the city. The hotel has created an amazing ambiance that makes you just want to spend time there unlike other generic standard hotels which present no reason other than to just sleep there. On a side note, for a hotel with a bar that features live music from 8-11, we did not hear a tune from our room on the second floor which was nice to know we could relax and get some good sleep in a quiet room.

The location in Old Town Fort Collins is ideal within walking & biking distance to everything I was interested in. I didn't need to drive after I arrived at the hotel & parked in the hotel garage. Instead, I biked all around exploring Fort Collins historic neighborhoods, Historic Old Town with public art, gardens, shops & dining. Just 1 block from hotel & Old Town Square is access to the Poudre River trail system where you can walk &/or bike for miles along the tree-lined river corridor. i brought my own bike & the front desk staff stored it for me in the lobby level Bell Room which was super convenient & secure. I also enjoyed the Boutique hotel vibe, original & creative interior design throughout & especially in the restaurant/ bar- the amazing signature tile floor in the Emporium Bar & Restaurant, the wine collection, the 2nd floor huge outdoor terrace level. Cocktails menu was great. The winding marble staircase is the hotel's centerpiece but not pretentious, just classic & cool. My 2nd stay at the Elizabeth & highly recommend it.

We were in Fort Collins for a concert and needed a nice place to stay. Never having stayed at this hotel before we thought we would give it a try. Its location to old town is great. Just a few minutes walk and you are pretty much in the middle of it. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff are all very helpful. It has a nice cocktail lounge in the 5th floor with some outdoor seating. While the drinks were pretty average the space and service was good. Restaurant downstairs and a cocktail lounge with live music ticked most of the boxes for me. The rooms themselves were unremarkable but clean and well appointed. Pretty typical business hotel vibe, even if the rest of the hotel was trying for a bit more funky boutique look. Price point when we stayed there was about what you would expect for a ‘nice hotel’. Neither a bargain or overpriced. All and all a great hotel that will be my go to when needed a room in Fort Collins.

We arrived in the early hours and the staff were so accommodating , warm and friendly all the way through our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. While we didn't try the instruments and LPs, we did try the restaurant for brunch and it was delicious. The room was spacious and very cool with the A/C. The A/C is loud if it's on, but that's to be expected. It was easy to turn it up/down/off. The curtains did allow a little light from the patio in, but it didn't bother us as the bed was incredibly comfy! The location is excellent - a few minutes walk from plenty of shops and places to eat/drink.

If I am back in Ft. Collins I will definitely be staying at the Elizabeth again. It is in a perfect location & the staff is phenomenal! Debbie was incredibly helpful for our group at check in & all of the staff during our 3-night stay was on their game. The rooms are great (we stayed on the terrace level) & the entire hotel is kept very clean. The sunset lounge was a great evening hangout with awesome views of Ft. Collins. The parking was $23 per day & the garage is right next door & clean. There were many walkable options for food and drinks. This was one of my favorite Marriott hotels.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. We have a daughter going to college in Fort Collins. We enjoy the cleanliness of the property. We like the rooms with the 2 queen beds sofa sleeper. We enjoy having complimentary breakfast but it isn't very good, unfortunately that is pretty typical. We bring our dog, so it being pet friendly is nice plus I like the fenced in dog area. It would be nice if the other guests picked up after their dogs, but that isn't the hotels fault. We like the location, close to the school and convenient to shops and restaurants. The pool is nice but the hot tub isn't working and hasn't worked for both our stays. The hot tub would be a great perk. The sofa sleeper this time, was quite uncomfy. The last time we stayed, it was fine. A slightly thicker mattress would be nice. There was a young woman who worked the front desk in the afternoon/evenings and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The young lady who worked the mornings....not so much. Recommend this hotel, especially if you are visiting CSU! This will probably be the place we stay every time we visit Ft. Collins, especially if the hot tub gets fixed!

The property was clean and the room spacious with good amenities (coffee maker, large fridge, cups, towels). Staff were very helpful and breakfast bar was more than adequate. However, the window AC unit would not cool down regardless of setting. There was loose garbage under the beds. TV station selection was poor.

I stayed there for two days. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is cute and in a good location. It was easy to get to downtown and a few hiking spots. It was quiet at night. Breakfast selections were decent, and the staff were friendly. I will definitely stay again.

Pros: - very clean - very comfortable (if somewhat firm) bed - softer than heaven sheets, other bedding very nice and cozy - loved curtain between bedroom area and sitting room - I didn't have to make my bed when I had guests - bathroom and shower was nice and well-appointed - I actually loved the shampoo and the body wash was good. - Good light-activated nightlight made finding my way to the bathroom at night very easy without causing too much light disturbance in the room. - Mostly quite, but for a small amount of dog barking in a nearby room (really wasn't bad, as the owners took him out as soon as he got riled up). - comfortable sitting area with couch (hideabed I didn't use) and ottoman plus desk chair. Made for a nice gathering area for 3 people. - pool was lovely and not heavily used (max people in the pool was 6, and my party was 3 of those) - decent breakfast. Good waffles, standard selection otherwise. I didn't prefer the eggs for the most part. The oatmeal with all the fixings was my go-to. Coffee was good. The only day the breakfast area was really busy was when the All State High School Orchestra was in town on Saturday. Otherwise there were plenty of people but they didn't make the area feel busy. - Did I mention friendly, helpful staff? Really A++ Cons: - not the best TP. Not the worst, but less than average.

Hotel is in great location near restaurants,grocery stores and main streets. The staff are friendly and polite. The entrance door looks small but it opens into an open and inviting modern space. Generally, clean with hand sanitizers and wipes available for guest to use in every floors. Our room was spacious with great layout and modern fixtures. Very clean including the carpets , kitchen & bathroom tile floors. We particularly love the kitchen with all the modern appliances and basic dishware. There is a dishwasher and a sink ( but no stovetop). Great storage and shelving for clothing & stuff. Good day and night room lighting. We love the sofa as extra seating and mini table. Sheets and linens were clean.

Good shower and bathroom setup (no tub though). In an area that is close to restaurants etc. Very easy parking. We didn't use the breakfast service, but it looked good and the common eating area is nice - airy and spacious.

We stayed at this hotel 2 times in the span of 3 days. The first stay was exceptional. The second was exceptional with the exception that the shower didn't work. We were leaving and mentioned to the front desk staff at 5:00 a.m. and they were very courteous and wanted to go up to the room with me to check the shower out. What wasn't apparent to me was that in order for the shower to ACTUALLY work you had to pull out both handles and then turn the valves.. Didn't have to do that on the first visit. I wasn't going to unpack my car in order to take a shower before driving home. These shower valves need to be either be replaced and or information in the bathroom area how these particular shower valves actually worked.

This property was in a beautiful location. Easy to get to and away from anything crazy. The hot tub and pool were extremely nice. Loved the Mountain View from our hotel window. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy and other classic breakfast foods. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Felt very safe as a woman the entire time and staff were extremely friendly.

Clean, friendly helpful front desk staff, nice breakfast buffet and a comfortable big area to eat, soothing hot hot-tub, easy parking and lots of space, nearby shopping and restaurants. We’ve stayed at other Wyndham’s and although the rooms are standardized, this particular hotel is still the best!

The breakfast was very nice. It's larger than most free breakfasts and had multiple hot food offerings. It's not far from a number of restaurants. We opted for an UBER ride to and from the hotel to a nearby restaurant because it was stormy and not many streetlights. The sidewalks are nice and wide though. There's Bonefish Grill and Lazy Dog restaurants and a Mexican restaurant nearby plus an assortment of other smaller fast food restaurants.

The bed is so comfortable, shower is nice and warm. They have a little store, I do wish they had more frozen dinner choices. But overall stay was great I felt very safe, which is most important. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Much appreciated

Overall, a great hotel but bring earplugs. Staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was tucked off the main road and was nice a quiet. We didn't use the pool but it looked very well maintained and clean. Our only issue was how thin the walls were. We could hear the neighbors wash their hands, take a shower, shuffle across the room, alllll the noise. It wasn't just a loud room, we could hear both rooms on either side of us and the room above us. Great hotel though, just bring earplugs and you'll love it.

Clean, safe room with coffee, microwave and refrigerator. They have a good clean pool and hot tub. Great breakfast with excellent coffee and water available all day. Kind people with great service. No safe for valuables.

The room was exceptionally comfortable: central air was great, bed very comfortable, shower and bathroom wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, great stay, hotel in great shape.

The staff was very nice, personable and helpful. Chris got me checked in, I arrived quite late at night and he made sure I was completely situated and satisfied with the room I was placed in. The room I stayed in was lovely. Comfortable bed, roomy shower and bathroom, and of course the basic amenities you'd expect (fridge, microwave, coffee pot). I did have a problem with one of the shower bottles falling off the wall, so I notified the front desk and they made sure to have it remedied immediately. The breakfast buffet is small, but in a good way. Simple choices that are kept at their respective temperatures, and very yummy too.

My favorite place to stay on the foot of windsor and right next to the interstate for convince. The pool and jacuzzi are always free and the breakfast is always hot.. this place rocks. Been staying for almost 10 years .

It's was a pleasure staying at AmericInn. Staff is always great. Fruit and cookies in lobby. Pool and jacuzzi is open til 11 pm. The location is great for me. I love Windsor! Breakfast served until 10.

Location is very convenient to Fort Collins, Greeley, and Estes Park. Rooms are very clean and our king suite with a jacuzzi tub was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Breakfast is basic scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, pancakes, etc. but sometimes that's all you really need to get the day started. I highly recommend and will stay here again on my next trip to the area.

This was just for one night, however, the staff were all very accommodating as I came in early to meet with my son in college and was allowed to do an early check in. The dining option was so helpful and convenient as a walk up and order so I could get dinner and a glass of wine to go and bring to my room. In the morning had a lovely swim in the perfect temperature pool and then jacuzzi. Room was a great size with a view of the mountain and bed was very comfortable. Everything was great!

We loved our stay at the FoCo Marriot. They were very accommodating of our early check in request. And we found the room to be spacious, clean and had a nice view. I was happy to see they are dog friendly and family friendly. The only thing missing was a dresser. i like to unpack into drawers and not feel like I'm living out of a suitcase. Breakfast was great and the coffee shop/ bar had great service too.

Very comfortable beds and comfortable room. I made my reservation months ago and still needed to ask for my preferences at check in - luckily they were able to find a room that fit my needs/requests. The hotel is under renovation which was a little bothersome at entry and front desk area. I asked for some items to be printed - not a lot and a $5 charge was imposed although not disclosed. Slightly annoying when paying over $300 per night. Breakfast was excellent and service at restaurant is top notch. Loved the granola and fruit was high quality. First floor feels retro / could be upgraded for the price also parking lot was full at night so had to get creative. Bathroom soap is very lux - indoor/outdoor pool is fun just super chlorinated. Overall comfortable and service was more professional than most. Extra fees for printing - not good.

We were here as part of wedding celebration in the mountains. Our king room was spacious and clean. The bathroom set up was different with the closet inside the bathroom. We enjoyed breakfast in the dining room. We were surprised that neither the bar or the restaurant were open for lunch. The bar opened at 3pm and the restaurant reopened for dinner. Nice area and lots of parking.

My check in was fast and easy. The room was comfortable and very clean. I was pleased that even though it appeared there were other guests it was quiet and peaceful at night while I slept. My first morning I had a issue with the shower (broken diverter) and I let the front desk know as I was headed out for my day, with in just a few hours I was contacted by the maintenance person to let me know it was replaced. I was very impressed they repaired this so quickly and I knew I would be able to shower at the end of my day. I highly recommend La Quinta Inn when you travel. I know every time I have stayed at any La Quinta it has been a very good experience.

I was pleasantly surprised to walk in my room and find it so spacious, including a full sitting room with couch and chairs. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated having so many pillows. Everything was very clean and the room temperature was easy to control. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, pointing out a wonderful bbq restaurant just steps from the front door. I actually went to my booking emails soon after arrival to confirm the price I had paid. It truly was an incredible value.

Breakfast was good and fresh. There were hot items including sausage, potatoes and eggs. Hotel lobby and rooms were stylish, modern and very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Anthony at the front desk was very personable and attentive - and he even helped us figure out how to turn on the hot tub. Pool and hot tub were clean and a plus for us. Property is close to CSU and right off highway 25.

An excellent stay at this property, perfectly located off I-25 and major roads to all areas of Ft. Collins. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with housekeeping on duty throughout the day. Every staff member is friendly and helpful! Our room was large and fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, good workspace, and storage. The king bed was super comfy as were the pillows - a nice surprise. Again, spotlessly clean with plenty of towels. The hotel has an awesome indoor pool and hot tub, which we enjoyed several times - again, very clean! The small fitness center was adequate, and the laundry room was very convenient. The price point was very reasonable and the beautiful outdoor lighting display was a nice touch. We look forward to returning!

This hotel really impressed me. It is a newer remodeled hotel compared to the other Quinta Inns. This is the first I have stayed at that has a bar/room service! The location is great, you have a gas station on the side and a Mexican restaurant right across the street which btw was very delicious! Staff was great, they let me check in a little early with no additional fees. Room was clean, comfy, cold and spacious. We slept great! They have 2 pools (indoor/outdoor), fitness center and the bar in the front lobby.

The Hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was nice and the king bed was extremely comfortable. What made the experience the best was our morning breakfast experience. We had breakfast vouchers which allowed us either the buffet or from the menu. The waiter was helpful and informative during the ordering process and then the true service began. While we waited for our food the waiter was interactive but not overly so, kept our drinks topped off and kept us informed of the status of our meal. When he delivered our meal, buttermilk pancakes with bacon, he had personally wiped up a fresh batch of whipped topping to go with our strawberries. The service was that of a 4 or 5 star restaurant, except it was a $20 continental breakfast. It was a pleasure to leave a 100% tip for Paul.

This place is great rooms are clean and comfortable. And all the staff are nothing less that friendly and over the top. Derek is nothing but helpful and goes out of his way to make your experience memorable and outstanding. Brittany at the bar is none the less just amazing. Food is great both for dinner and breakfast. Seriously check the breakfast out.

Big room, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast with both cold and hot options. Staff at breakfast was friendly and very attentive. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to local restaurants and brewery. Lots of parking for our car and trailer that we were towing. Would stay here again. Were able to accommodate us so we could see our car from the room we were staying in just so we would keep an eye on our trailer.

The room was very comfortable; we liked the sink area being separate from the shower/toilet (which had a fan which is hard to find in many hotels). The staff gave us a map of the trail system that runs throughout the city. The trails were located close to the hotel and we found a beautiful natural area. The hotel is also located close to restaurants making dinner very convenient. Breakfast was not a favorite, especially having to microwave premade eggs.

One of the best low-cost establishment agents I have and will again stay. Clean and the staff is friendly and.very professional. And AWESOME BREAKFAST AND FRESH COFFEE 24/7

For a 2 star hotel, the Days Inn at Fort Collins was very good. The hotel was very clean, beds and pillows comfortable, towels nice, breakfast nice, coffee pleasantly good, cleaning service was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is located right next to the main road that leads you into downtown Fort Collins about 12 minutes away by car. Across the main busy road is a Dennys.

Convenient to CSU and Hwy 25. friendly staff, dated property however very clean and room was spacious. The bed was way too soft and bounced with any movement. Breakfast selection basic, we were able to get protein with mini omelette, dining area was clean. There is a small gym and would have taken advantage if I had more time.

Just my fav stop in Colorado. We’ve stayed here many times. Animal friendly. Exceptionally clean. I mean insanely clean rooms. Hallways, common areas are all constantly spotless. Staff is so cheery and helpful. You literally can walk across the quiet street to a movie, multiple great neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. It’s quiet and relaxing. We just love this hotel & neighborhood

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with great free parking and walking distance to downtown that had plenty of everything. Public transportation was available too. The beds were comfortable. Very nice towels. It was convenient to have the kitchenette. The room was overall very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good. The 4th morning breakfast had very good crispy bacon and I was pleasantly surprised.

Gorgeous hotel. Our room was spotless! The beds and pillows are comfortable. Front desk staff and kitchen staff (for breakfast) were very friendly and helpful/attentive. Walking distance to many restaurants/pubs in quaint downtown Loveland. I also love that this hotel is pet friendly! The back outdoor patio area is gorgeous. They have a fire table that is lit each night, and it's so pretty!

Frankie checked me in and was accommodating and helpful giving me a lay of the land around the area. I ended up with a smaller studio room but still was fine. Lobby has coffee tea and ice water which was nice when needed. Breakfast was basic like other reviews but it’s plenty to get you through if you’re not looking for anything special. Eggs bacon sausage fruit toast waffles the usual. Woman manning the breakfast area was very attentive and everything was perfectly in its place. Gym is small but did the trick with 2 elliptical, 2 treadmills, and free weights. Nice outdoor sitting area with fire pit. My wife is picky with mattresses. They’re not the high end Marriott but definitely comfortable enough for her and the pillows passed the test. Our room was on the busier street side. Definitely can hear the occasional motorcycle or loud truck but really didn’t bother us, if it does for you try to get the quiet facing street. Parking right across street in small garage I’m sure a big plus in snowy winters. I checked my folio no added charges as I read in a couple other reviews but was a good heads up to check it. I give this a hotel a 5 in relation to the Marriott brand. If this suits your needs with additional kitchen area etc this style of hotel passed my tests. Being platinum I like the large Marriott with lounge access etc but for this trip this hotel did just fine. Hence the stars for with brand, price, staff, and value

This is a GREAT place to stay! This hotel is well managed and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and decorated well. They had high quality linens and towels. The front desk checked to make sure I was comfortable which was much appreciated. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely will be back!

The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The lobby was well appointed with comfortable tables, chairs, and spaces to relax. The breakfast was phenomenal. Had several restaurants within walking distance.

Recent stay at Cambria hotel was nice… the hotel is in a nice area and the area is quiet. The bathroom was clean but the towels seemed to be getting thread bare. The sitting area of our suite did not have the most comfortable couch, the chair was a little more comfortable. We had a mini fridge which was nice to place our water and cokes in.., very cold refrigerator!!!!! The beds were comfortable with no complaints. Wi-Fi worked great as did the mounted flat screen TV. I would definitely stay at this Cambria again!!

Breakfast was excellent , was fresh hot and delicious. Highly recommend staying at this hotel, if your into getting a good nights sleep, great breakfast, and overall pleasant experience book here.Thank you for a great evening.

Very convenient to CSU campus.. you can walk if you are in decent shape. Executive lounge is only open M-F but they have a great breakfast buffet on the weekends that they will comp you if you were supposed to have the executive lounge experience. Lobby bar staff is great, we always have fun there. If you are looking for a place that is convenient to CSU this is it. Also a very nice and cozy Italian restaurant across the street.

Our daughter was graduating from CSU on Dec 14, so unlike our other visits, we decided to go with the closest hotel to campus since we didn't know what the weather would be like. Since we did not have a rental car, we wanted to be able to walk to the graduation. We booked this hotel months ago for 3 nights and got the breakfast deal added on, so we could have breakfast every morning in the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised when we entered the hotel. I always imagined this hotel as having long dark hallways, but it was actually a huge open atrium with all the rooms overlooking it (much like an embassy suites feel). The bottom floor had the restaurant where breakfast was served, a Starbucks, and lots of little seating areas. It was decorated very cutely for Christmas when we were there. Our room was a King room. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space in the room and plenty of seating. The bathroom had everything we wanted. There was also a coffee machine, which is always appreciated. The breakfast turned out to be a buffet all three mornings, which was adequate, but not excellent. I cannot remember how much extra we paid for it, but the convenience was nice. There are a lot of nice hotels around Fort Collins (many at a better price point), but if you don't have a rental car and need to be close to campus, this is a very good option.

My husband and I had the best hotel experience while staying at the Hilton Fort Collins. The front desk staff (Rami) was exceptional. He was able to check us in very quickly and explained all the amenies of the hotel plus tips on local attractions in the area. The room was spacious and was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to relax in the comfortable seating area after a 12 hour travel day. The food in the lounge and breakfast area had a very nice selection and the staff was extremely attentive and very courteous. We highly recommend staying at the Hilton during your next visti to Fort Collins.

The Hilton was close to CSU where we needed to be for a graduation. Old Town is about 10 minutes away by car. Many stores to visit and it’s charming. The staff at the hotel were great! They were friendly and helpful. There is a cafe, a restaurant and a bar which made it easy if you didn’t want to go outside of the hotel to eat or have a drink. It is very clean and our room was very comfortable.

I booked this hotel for a little getaway with my grandkids. Kevin and Jade made my checkin very welcoming. The 2 bedroom with trundle bed was perfect for the 3 of us. Beds very comfortable and room nice size. Coffee in room was pretty standard so not great for me but it was easy to make. Hot and cold serve yourself breakfast in lobby was very good overall and the staff worked hard to keep up with the crowd st 8:30 am on Sat morning. Pool (only an indoor) was very small but the kids still enjoyed it. Towels available at the pool. One thing to point out was that the pool deck tiles could get very slippery when wet. Be very careful. Checkout staff were very friendly.

We just moved here to Colorado and we had our dog with us. The room was spacious and convenient and quiet and beautifully kept! Was conveniently near a lot of restaurants and businesses and not far from our new house. The staff was very helpful and courteous and very engaging. Would stay here again! The breakfast was quite nice and had a variety of choices for every taste! They even had dairy free milk!

Fairly modern hotel. Elevator floors were replaced while we were there. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and nicely appointed. Really enjoyed when breakfast included fresh pineapple, however the eggs are definitely powdered. Didn't use the pool. Area is safe and close to the Event Center. Not a super easy walk there (about a mile and some lights are out/there is construction), but definitely convenient if you have a car.

Very happy with our stay. It was a stop over on our trip from Santa Fe to The Black Hills. Easy access to I25. Multiple dining options near by. Immaculately clean lobby and room. Very comfortable king size bed. Nice breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Our room was on the second floor, which could be a challenge for anyone who has trouble with stairs. It's a fairly steep, narrow staircase to carry luggage up and down. The room was nice and comfortable, but not particularly quiet. Old windows, noisy A/C unit. There is a refrigerator/wine cooler in the room, stocked with water and coffee creamer, and a counter with a sink, but the coffee is a common Keurig unit downstairs. It would be much nicer if there were a small one in the room itself, rather than having to go down and stand in the small foyer to make coffee.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location. Everything was easily walkable. The room itself while cozy was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The parking situation was a little less than ideal with the "designated lot" being public parking located 2 blocks away. However, there was plenty of street parking as long as one paid attention to the date/time. The coffee station outside the room was rather unusual but was fine. A microwave would have been a nice addition even if it was shared among the units like the coffee station. I'd absolutely stay again.

Check-in was easy and friendly. Beautiful & clean building and room, loved the design. The ground-floor room was convenient and quiet, but be aware that there are a few stairs. Room was a bit smaller than expected, including the bathroom being a tight squeeze. Comfy bed! The in-floor power outlets didn't fit our phone chargers. This location is excellent for CSU and very walkable. There's currently roadwork on the street, making GPS directions a challenge, but we parked on a side street and we were fine (note the 2-hour restrictions).

Adorable brick unit with modern amenities and contactless communication, check-in and check-out. Comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, food selection of TV options, hardwood floors, mini fridge with water and creamer for the free (shared) coffee station located in the foyer. We were afraid the on street location would be too loud but the brick building insulated it well and we slept very well. The only downside for us was there were no wine glasses or wine key in the room so we had to improvise. We stayed mid-week and found plenty of on street parking. It has a 2 hour limit from 8-5 but we didn't arrive until 4pm so it was perfect for us. Very well located to super cute downtown, maybe 4 minute drive. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the town. I guess we'll just have to come back again sometime. We would love to stay here again.

What didn’t I love about the Flats? Besides the aesthetic, cleanliness, the water pressure in the shower, the magnificently comfortable King bed with cloud like sheets, the cold bottled water in the fridge, the selection of teas and coffees, timely communication, and easy check in/out, it might be safe, easy street parking or the beautiful building on a tree lined street and 1 block walk to a beautiful coffee shop and grocery store. There’s so much to love! This will be my go to every time I’m in Ft Collins. Just book it!

We went to go visit my family in WY for Christmas and stayed at this hotel while traveling up and we liked it so much, we stayed again coming back. the rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. Clean beds, clean bathrooms, clean furniture...and a nice breakfast. What really stood out to us was the staff. Alex checked us in both times and he was awesome and very caring (we came in with 3 sleepy young children). Savannah served the breakfast the next morning and she was so joyful and friendly. I can't remember the name of the lady who checked us out (I wish I did to give her proper credit), but she was just a friendly and kind as the rest. Highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel.

The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The room was spotless, the free breakfast was delicious, and the location was near everything we needed. This is the third time we stayed here and we’ll never go to another hotel while visiting Loveland. I want to give a special shout out to Mel, the breakfast manager, she was great.

I liked the breakfast in that it was a full breakfast. It was typical of full breakfasts provided by other 3 star hotels. The coffee is excellent. I keep a healthy diet with low simple carbs and sugar and higher protein so the choices to maintain my type of diet were very limited at the breakfast bar. ( Maybe this comment is better placed in the “What didn’t I like” box) I liked reading the history and seeing the related photos of the Connection of the Loveland site to the Marriott family. They are posted in there reception area. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean.

We always enjoy staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Loveland/Fort Collin’s area. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to our needs. We especially enjoy Mel the breakfast hostess. She is friendly and welcoming every time we visit. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. The new manager is doing an excellent job. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Sure enough she did and when I heard another guest ask for a restaurant list, I got one as well. Had a nice room on the 3rd floor (thankfully there's an elevator as we had 3 suitcases) w/gorgeous view of the Rockies - incredible sunset view :-) They have a little area with drinks (beer, beverages) and other conveniences you can purchase at front desk. I did wake very early (4:30?) hearing noise from a truck down below and it did not stop for an hour. Room was clean, spacious, and we would return. Close to many restaurants and convenient facilities. Would stay here again.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious(we were upgraded upon arrival to a 1BR suite) and having the extra space was nice. The front desk staff were so kind and welcoming. The shower was good(nice water pressure) and the bed was comfortable, if a little soft. The free breakfast was standard but fine. We definitely recommend staying here either over night or for multiple nights.

I recently stayed here, and although the rooms have a bit of wear and tear, we really enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. The staff was exceptional. All of the people working the desk, maintenance and especially the woman in charge of breakfast in the mornings were warm & friendly. Breakfast was actually really good every morning. Great coffee options. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

We arrived just as they were cleaning up Happy Hour. They kept it up and allowed us to partake. Had fresh chocolate chip cookies at check in, and doggie treats (my wife has a service dog). But they are very pet friendly regardless. Made excellent suggestion for dinner and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've experienced in a Residence Inn. Made some very enjoyable sightseeing recommendations as well.

We stayed here the night before we drove up To Rocky Mtn Nat’l park. Convenient location off Interstate 25 but not all the way downtown. In the morning it was an hour drive on 34 to the park along the Big Thompson River. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast good selection of choices and fresh bananas and oranges.

Perfect hotel for us having landed in Denver that afternoon before starting out on a road trip to SD. the staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable, price was excellent for what you got and the breakfast was perfect for us, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee.

My husband and I needed a place for an extended stay while we were in the process of relocating. The hotel is close to everything in town! Very convenient! The staff are the gems of this hotel! Front desk and housekeeping are all gracious, friendly and accommodating! Alina, Niah, & Chastity are always happy to help and make you feel welcome! They even have laundry service which was a blessing when we were working crazy hours! Rooms are clean and comfortable and they are pet friendly. Highly recommend!

The place is clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice. However, it is old. The carpet in the room is super old and I didn’t like it at all and always had shoes on. Walls are kind of thin at first we were a little creeped out because we could hear the people next to us. The bathroom was clean as well. However, there’s no real curtain or door so kind of gets everything wet. There was no fitness room like advertised and the laundry was through the front desk, which was actually kind of nice. So the bed was fine and we did fine for four nights. Also, it seems as if there’s a lot of people who live there, which is fine but odd to me. Lots of dogs too. However, if you want a nice place this isn’t it, but if you’re fine with clean and old at a good price, then you’re good.

The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was because they charge $6/night for self parking. It’s just a normal parking lot, nothing special. I’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn before where they charged for parking. I thought that was a bit ridiculous. But that being said, I would probably stay here again when passing through because everything else was great.

Absolutely will stay here again very friendly staff clean and I’m a clean freak very quiet I felt special I walked in my room and the tv said welcome and my name beds were cozy and my kids loved the pool and they had an excellent breakfast with different things that why I chose the hotel I absolutely loved this place kinda pricey but it was short notice and I will stay here again when I travel.

Great place to stay! The staff is very friendly and attentive! The lobby is extreamly clean and very welcoming! The rooms are nice and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the large assortment of both hot and cold choices for breakfast and the hot tub was a great way to end the day!

Lots of clean white soft fluffy towels and spacious counter areas on either side of bathroom sink. Overstuffed pillows, comfy bed, clean sheets & duvet. Coffee, tea & water available in the lobby all day. Staff was extremely friendly & genuinely concerned that we had a great stay. I am clueless as to why this hotel is rated 2.5, actually better than most 3's we have stayed in.

The room was spacious and I loved the kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shower was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was your typical hotel fare with 3 hot items, waffles and various other items. Coffee was good too!

Front desk staff was friendly, the snack room and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Our room was clean, pleasant, comfortable, and fairly quiet, although the neighbors' running water was somewhat noisy. Parking was convenient and the area and hotel itself felt safe. We had to leave early and did not have time for breakfast so I can't comment on that, but they did have fresh apples and oranges available so I was able to grab an apple to go. We would stay here again.

Our stay was pleasant and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a variety and was well stocked. My only complaint was the coffee at breakfast was very watered down and the only coffee offered in our room was decaffeinated. Other than that we enjoyed and would definitely stay again!

I feel it was a good place and would recommend it to anyone.

Here’s the low down…yes this motel is in an industrial area and because the rates are low, maybe the lowest in town, there are some very questionable guests, but everyone was in the same boat, just looking for affordable lodging and a place to rest at the end of the day. At the front desk “Ashley” is a rock star. She put me on the first floor near the front door where I felt safer. She was super nice and very professional. My room was extremely clean and there was someone at the front desk around the clock. A little sketchy yes, but clean and comfortable and affordable with very nice and helpful staff.

Staff are super friendly and my room was very clean. The building is showing its age and my only concern was my bathtub the white coating was peeling and chipping but other than that it was a great stay. Side note the internet is not the best. I was in room 202 and I had no coverage or on bar of wifi and it would cut out.

Very surprised by the size of room. King bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Directly next to a Denny’s and a Mexican restaurant with decent food. Check in ladies were very nice and professional. Free breakfast Great experience and for the price can’t go wrong.

Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the non congested location. West side rooms have view of front range. City bus stop across the street (free for everyone) - one hour schedule cycle. Denny’s and Hacienda Real restaurants next door as well as Waffle House few steps further. McD is other side of interstate. Room was huge with comfy chair and nice bed. Plenty of outlets. Excellent cell signal for Verizon and ATT. Washer/dryer available. Facility has been around a while but had reasonable rates.

We recently stayed at the Marriott Courtyard Loveland Fort Collins and had a lovely weekend getaway. This Courtyard is delightful—sparkling new (2019), spotless, and welcoming, with its warm inviting fireplace and comfortable lounge/lobby and Bistro. It is a perfect place to plug in and do some work, or have drinks or wine and a snack or dinner. Breakfast is available daily. There is a well equipped fitness center and nice pool. Our room was spacious and lovely with a very comfortable bed and large screen TV, refrigerator, coffeemaker and well-appointed bathroom. We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the Candlelight Dinner Theater where we attended a play. This hotel is also a short drive off I-25 close to the scenic and charming city of Loveland and not far from Fort Collins, home of Colorado State University; Greeley, home of University of Northern Colorado; as well as near the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel staff was especially friendly, pleasant and helpful. Clean hotel. Great service. Ample parking. Centrally located. Felt safe. Docked off one star for breakfast. We were there for a softball tournament. Courtyards usually do not provide free breakfast. Since we were staying because of the tournament, the hotel included free breakfast which we were grateful for. However, the breakfast was subpar. It was provided in brown lunch bags with processed breakfast sandwiches or processed peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with other processed snacks. What was offered wasn’t healthy and was redundant after the 3rd, 4th, etc days. Otherwise, this was a fantastic hotel!

It’s clean, the breakfast is great as well as the Wednesday social hour. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Overall don’t expect this to be a 4 star hotel because it’s not. Everyone will have their own opinion and some maybe more picky than others. Things to note if staying here would be. The jacuzzi is out of order and according to management probably will not be back in service for another year. The trash cans as well as the dog area poop dispenser was not emptied until I mentioned it to the front dest staff. I also noticed a broken window on the property which management stated could take time to replace. Other than that, again this hotel is a very good place to stay.

Very nice room. We were given a corner unit and it was so spacious! Living room, kitchen and separate bedroom with the queen beds. Beds comfortable, shower great, everything very clean, very quiet looking area surrounded by other hotels; we arrived at night and got back on the freeway first thing in the morning so didn’t see much. Front desk guy was awesome & Breakfast was very good!

Staff was very welcoming. Dillon went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family!!! I had 3 rooms, they were clean and cozy!! Thanks for the amazing service!! Breakfast was good, but a little cold. Facility was clean, and tidy. We will definitely be back!

Hotel staff a very nice. Lobby is clean & welcoming. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious and clean but had damages. Refrigerator light was busted and falling down, stove burner was broken and disconnected. Flooring in the bathroom grout was breaking out & chunks on the floor. Shower took 5 + minutes to get warm. And some of the wash cloths smelled like they sat in the wash over night. Cannot say I would recommend, as there are other hotels in the immediate vicinity, that we have stayed at, with the same price point & amenities . Hate to think this is a ‘specific room’ they reserve for bookings thru travel sites.

We were in town looking for a venue and decided to stay here since it was a convenient location. The hotel rooms themselves are a bit dated but overall it was a nice stay. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating which is always a plus. The rooms were kept clean and were comfortable which is all that you want at any hotel that you stay out. The location was perfect as it was near plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in case you needed anything. We had a great stay here and would definitely stay here again.

I was staying for a school/nursing trip. I don’t need a pool, free breakfast or anything. It was a very enjoyable stay. The front staff is friendly & willing to help you with whatever you need. The room was very clean as was the hotel itself. Got a good night sleep both nights we were there. I plan on staying at this hotel in the future.

I was looking for a cheap place for a short overnight stay. This fit the bill perfectly. It was clean, quiet (I think. I didn't hear anything to bother my sleep) and a good place to sleep, shower, and leave.

The receptionist was excellent, so friendly and helpful, even as I made my booking as I walked in the door. Check-in went well, room was exceptional, clean, large, bathroom was great, water was hot for shower, bed comfortable. Had a really good nights rest, could not hear others talking, very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was good, sausage, eggs, waffles and more. Good way to start our day.

Loved the close proximity and ease of access to I-25 and Highway 34. The girl working the front desk when we checked in was amazing. She was very friendly, explained necessary details about amenities and services the hotel offered. She provided insight for family friendly dining options within close vicinity, and was happy to engage and converse with my children about their stay. She definitely showed great customer service and honest dedication to her job. Great first impression when walking in the front doors. Room was very clean. Sheets, blankets and pillows were all clean and neat in presentation. Amazing A/C. Very comfortable bed and decent sized room.

From the start the employees were friendly and went above and beyond to help or give local suggestions! They even let us choose between 2 rooms. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were great. We used the pool and hot tub which were both great! The maintenance man was there everyday testing the water chemicals! I have never seen that before so very impressed with that! Grounds looked great too. Hotel was in a good location with lots to eat around it. Felt safe in the area. Hotel was very quiet and we slept well during our stay. Breakfast was very good both days. We would gladly stay again!

Our family was evacuated during a fire near our home... 3 adults, 1 infant and 2 cats. Travelodge had availability, at a great price and in a convenient location. Originally reserved 3 nights, but they let us extend that to 7 nights until evacs were lifted. Altho this property does not have a pool, shared management with adjacent property allowed us to use THAT pool, which made it feel more like a vacation than an evacuation! 😊 Laundry machines onsite, great for our extended stay with the minimal clothing we had been able to bring. Housekeeping was available on request rather than automatic, which was fine for our situation. Anything we needed was provided with a smile. Staff was always kind and helpful. Breakfast was included, and altho the same every day, the scrambled eggs and breakfast meats were delicious. There was also always cereal, fruit, coffee, juice and a pleasant dining area in which to eat or just hang out.

What I want to recognize first is the lady at the front desk. I didn’t get her name unfortunately, but she was incredibly polite and helpful. I reserved a room online that some how got double booked, so we had to change rooms and she offered several options to make the booking mistake right for us. Thank you for that!! The physical condition of the room we were in was pretty sad. Torn up carpet, busted tiles, dirty carpet… but, the bedding, all surfaces, bathroom, and linens were clean. My family was comfortable for one night here. Breakfast - meh. No milk, and minimal choice for breakfast food. Definitely think this is an area for improvement. WiFi - worked great! I’m an online student and had no lag while working on homework. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Overall, it was okay. The room seemed to be clean, but there was a musty smell when you came into the room. The furniture has seen better days for sure. The room didn't have a coffee maker or a hair dryer, but we've seen a few in a utility closet in the hallway, so I assume that if we wanted/needed one, we could have asked for it. We only had 3 towels in the room; 2 large and one medium. I assume that we could have asked for more if we needed, but it would have been nice to have at least another small one and a couple of wash towels. The windows didn't block the outside noise, but they did have blackout curtains. The bathroom was clean, but it was old and stained. We didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that, but they did have coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. There is no elevator on this property, so get ready to use the stairs if you get a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Check-in is precisely at 3 pm and not a moment sooner. We arrived at 2, and they said they couldn't check us in because they were fully booked and none of the king-sized rooms were ready. We didn't fuss because we went to grab something to eat, but really, none of them?? The location was good overall, and our stay was pleasant regardless, but for the price of this room, I would have expected a better mattress and overall an updated room.

The staff was very attentive, and the location was perfect. However, the accommodations were out of date. Definitely needs to be updated with carpeting, decor, coffe bar area

There is a great Mexican restaurant a few bldgs down and several other restaurants. Breakfast was provided as a bag full of a perfect assortment to satisfy anyone. I25 was suddenly closed, and we were not planning on staying, so it was a last minute booking. We were provided a bag of toiletries to include toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream etc. Once remodeled, the hotel will look amazing. The rooms need to be touched up, but the fresh clean towels and bedding was nice and enjoyed in room coffee.

The shower did not drain. The breakfast was a to go bag. Not the breakfast buffet shown on website

I was disappointed that there was no stopper for the bathtub and the restaurant and bar were closed, but room and facilities were nice.

The staff was amazing, anything we needed they were on it ASAP. The rooms were neat & comfy. The scenery inside.... beautiful! Definitely returning!

This is a functional hotel for a functional price (and there’s nothing wrong with that!). I was stuck in a snowstorm, not looking for a luxury vacation. The room was comfortable and I appreciated the microwave and fridge because i had food with me. The coffee was good but the rest of the breakfast was marginal. Like I said, it’s a functional place. The staff people were very nice.

My stay was for business and only stayed for 2 nights. During the time there, the place was clean and neat and kept well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with everything. There were a couple of restaurants around in walking distance that was super nice, after a long day at work.

A comfortable bed, decent shower, nice-sized fridge and friendly/helpful staff.

My husband and I are currently staying here, after being in a very horrible car accident. We're to heal up before we move out of state. I have to say our experience has been great. The staff is really nice and has been extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and the bed is comfy. We have absolutely no complaints

Managed to get a good deal at the desk as I hadn’t booked online. From outside , reception and pool area property looks dreary . Don’t let that fool you , staff are very friendly Room was clean bed comfortable and exceptionally quite , other guests also seemed friendly . I did not try their breakfast as I left at 3AM , but there is a 24hr Waffle House 1 minutes away. Young man at reception was highly attentive and very friendly. I asked for best route to Salt Lake he recommended a scenic route (good to have local people working with local knowledge) after I left and pulled into get gas I realised I did not have my phone , I called them and they search everywhere including parking lot. Who could ask for more. Well done to all .

Easy check in we stayed our last couple days of vacation nice hotel reasonably priced room could’ve been more clean looked like some kids destroyed the room with coloring markers or paint overall the stay was good pool was great kinda cold and really dirty things were floating everywhere would stay here again! Super nice staff I can’t remember her name but she was probably the nicest lady ever! So polite and very friendly! The breakfast bags were great for on the go!

We like staying here because of their pool! The kids love it and the living plants all around that area make it a fun place for the grown-ups to hang out. There are two restaurants opening in the hotel in a month or two. Excited to go back!

We had a great stay except for the loud rumbling we heard in the middle of the night. It almost sounded like a washing machine but must’ve been the generator. I’m a super light sleeper so it woke me up, but my boyfriend barely heard it. Bed was comfortable and clean room.
