Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Franklin

My favorite part about our stay was the king suite with the jacuzzi tub. The tub was so relaxing, the room and hotel was clean. The staff were extremely helpful and nice.

The large bath room with separate Jacuzzi tube was really nice to relax in after the long day .

The king suite was spacious enough for our family of five plus a dog. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Entire hotel is clean. However, I do feel rooms are just getting more average and plain. No lotion is even offered anymore in the bathrooms, no dish soap for the kitchenette, nothing special for dogs or kids. Bathroom doesn’t have a great exhaust fan especially with the jacuzzi running which kept stopping randomly???

What a beautiful hotel! Super clean and elegant, but yet still feels like home. Pool is super nice and refreshing and splits indoor / outdoor. Hot tub is nice sized and perfect temperature. Food is delicious! Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Fresh, hot coffee as tea, juices and soda available. Dinner is fantastic, too. Different nights have different themes, and the food is really good. The bartenders are super nice and the drinks are quite tasty! Fresh popcorn is available all day and it is such a nice treat. The convenience store has a lot of items (food / not food) and is really nice to have on site. The rooms are spacious and pristine. Shower water is hot and pressure is strong. I had an issue with my A/C on the first night of arrival and the staff was super accommodating, not hesitating to move me to another comparable room and offering to help me move my belongings. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and can't wait to stay again in November.

This hotel is excellent! I have severe asthma, so a lot of times when I travel, I am absolutely miserable because almost all hotels pump horrendous scents into their hotel rooms now, but this particular Drury just smelled like the air was clean and possibly ran through a filtration system! It was AMAZING! The rooms were very spacious and clean, the bathroom was thoughtfully designed and efficient, and the beds were comfortable. I did not hear any noise at all from neighbors in other rooms. The breakfast was GREAT for a free hotel breakfast! The eggs were perfect! The evening "Kickback" meal was awesome as well. I am a pasta lover, so the offering of salad and pasta on the first night we stayed was perfect! Drury will be my go-to hotel now when I am traveling! As a matter of fact, my husband and I have a trip planned to Pigeon Forge, Tennessee in August and we plan to stay at the new Drury there next to the convention center. We can't wait! My lungs are so thankful for a hotel that does not over-perfume the air!!!

They had a pool table. We got to play 2 games one of the nights we were there. Good breakfast buffet. Coffee was good. Plenty of seating throughout the entire floor, with high tops, sofa and tables to choose from. Friendly staff that greeted you coming and going. The restaurant gal was very sweet and friendly and tables, food and coffee areas were kept clean. She was very busy cleaning and making sure the food did not run out. Location was close to everything and in a quiet area. The roll up curtains were very nice with the darkening shade and the filter shade. We have allergies so eliminating material is great and they were very effective. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were good and plenty of them. No carpet in the room which is great. All hard surfaces. Mini refrigerator was great to have. The snack selection was very nice and open located right at the counter and not in a strange room. The shower was clean, large, well lit with large shower gel and body Moisturizer attached to the wall. Overall we'd stay again.

Live staging at Tru locations because they are comfortable, reasonably priced and have some great amenities. The desk staff was very helpful with dining recommendations… Waldo’s Chicken and beer was perfect! The room was comfortable and clean and we slept well. We always appreciate the water bottle filling stations and filled our water bottles for our trip. The breakfast however was disappointing on this stay… neither of the two pancake machines was working, the bread was hard and dried out from the bread box and the toaster after two runs through simply warmed it. I glanced at the settings and they were on high for top and bottom and about half way between light and dark. The scrambled eggs were rubbery and sitting in a lot of moisture, the sausage was dried out and the hard boiled eggs were nearly impossible to peel or crack open - extremely hard boiled I guess. The tea selections were great and the coffee was fresh and hot. We decided on a banana and coffee. The couple sitting next to us expressed their disappointment as well. The complimentary breakfast is always an added amenity which is very much appreciated but today was not as much. We are Hilton Diamond members and stay quite often at Hilton brand hotels so we have other locations to make the comparisons. Outside of the breakfast, we were pleased with our stay.

Greeted by a wonderful staff that was very pleasant and felt they really liked their job. It was a welcome like " welcome home." Upon entering, it was bright, clean and a fun yet relaxing atmosphere. The room was large with 2 queens and very clean. A nice welcome addressing me personally was playing on the TV. (Nice.) Bathroom was spacious and clean. We had 3 adults in the room and plenty of space. We found excellent food and a couple of quick places nearby to stop at and get a great bite to eat and quick shopping. Last min needs of course at a Walmart less than 2 miles away. The hotels breakfast was perfect from delicious hot eggs, sausage, its own pancake maker with the wave of your hand, to plenty of fruit and a variety of coffees. You all nailed this. If that was not enough, the endless snack bar at the front desk where you can purchase about anything provided a great variety. I travel very often and this was a first for me with Tru by Hilton and I will be seeking more opportunities. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and a nice selection. Coffee was always available. The lobby was welcoming and well equipped with a pool table and board games. There was a nice quiet area designated for electronic usage. Location was easily accessible and close to areas I was visiting, I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had an exceptional single-night stay here. Everything was so clean and fresh. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. When we checked in, we were told about certain locations we should try to see when visiting downtown Franklin the next day. After returning late at night, the 24-hour snack bar was really appreciated. The beds were quite comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was better than most other complimentary breakfasts I've experienced at other hotels.

Loved this hotel! Stayed here with my husband and 3 children under 10. Our room was spot on clean and spacious. Breakfast was perfect! Honestly never had such good free breakfast at a hotel, they had fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, mini donuts, cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon and other stuff. Just great start for our mornings. Staff was great too, so helpful and friendly. Pool was nice and warm. Just excellent stay I definitely recommend this hotel, five stars

Great location close to the lovely town of Franklin yet close to all the shopping like the mall and Walmart. Super quick jaunt on the expressway gets you right into Nashville! Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious and clean Breakfast was wonderful- fresh and nice choices. Custom omelette was wonderful! It was laid out nicely and very clean. We actually looked forward to breakfast each morning! Nice job! Live music in the evening was nice to listen to. Exactly what you want being so close to Nashville!

The room was very clean. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the pool/gym were great, fully stocked with clean towels and enjoyable.

I loved the customer service received from front desk and the breakfast staff. Tree and Malik greeted us so kindly during our stay. Walter from the breakfast staff was super friendly and you can tell he works hard. I hope they all get a raise soon! I enjoyed the breakfast but wish they had the inlet station like before. I liked the coffee and creamers. The facility overall was super clean and bed was pretty comfortable. Good water pressure and enjoyed the soap/shampoo/conditioner provided. I think next time if we can get the suite since the room we had was a little tight fitting but was fine overall. The pool was nice and I saw a lot of people using the workout room which looked nice.

The shower door in our room was incredibly difficult to open. My wife couldn’t do it and I had trouble. Fortunately, the day clerk Becky was very accommodating and allowed us to switch rooms to a kitchenette at no cost. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The bartender was incredibly friendly and the drinks were strong. The bar claimed to have a kitchen but it was closed all 3 nights we were there which was disappointing but there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was pretty good. The outside deck was VERY nice with several fireplaces and grills to cook on if you desired.

Found this hotel while looking around on Trip Advisor for something near Nashville. It's conveniently located south of music city in the suburb of Franklin. The hotel's exterior, as well as, main lobby are welcoming. Rooms are fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no bugs to worry about. Our room (328) had a mini fridge (no freezer compartment), comfortable king bed with larger pillows, standing closet, and nice shower. Evening parking is in the parking garage below the hotel. Guests can access their rooms directly from the garage to the desired floor. The breakfast buffet was very good with both hot and cold food choices. Good price, good value.

Allison was so helpful when we checked in! Super friendly and accommodating. The place was spotless everywhere. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean... Dove soap is a huge plus. Water was hot, shower pressure was good, bathroom was clean and room size was great.tv was good...

The hotel was close to the highway and was easy to reach. It was at the quite and peaceful location. Shell gastation, Pulix grocery store and some restuarants were next to it. The room was newly renovated and was very clean with good design, practical and sleek. The bed was very comfotable and the white sheets were new and clean. Outside and garage parking were free. The complimentary breakfast is very basic and good. I ended up booking another night with this hotel and canceled the original booking for the back home trip. Meggie at the front desk helped me booking the room for the back home trip. All the people at the front desk were very friendly. Strongly recommemded it.

The staff was fantastic! Terri was very pleasant and so helpful and informative! Everything, from the parking garage to the check-in area to the room, was spotless! The rates were very reasonable and the room was great with a very comfortable king size bed, great lighting, very spacious, just overall GREAT!! Quiet location, and just a short drive to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions !We will definitely stay here when we go back to Franklin!!!

Cleaning staff didn’t bother to come into our room to remove trash or make beds in middle of our stay. Posted signs said breakfast open til 930 weekends and 9 am weekdays. Down before that time and staff had already cleared away breakfast items. Disappointed. Pool was small. Like large jacuzzi- temp of water was tepid, not cool and refreshing and not warm and relaxing. Somewhere in middle like someone had just peed in it

This hotel was perfect for our quick trip from Florida! The location was central to Nashville (only about 15-20 min away) and Franklin. One of the managers, Venus Mancera, went out of her way to make sure our Memorial Weekend was the BEST and it was! Our room was great - spacious, clean and comfortable! We had 2 queen beds and the pullout sofa which was perfect for our family of 4 including 2 grown teenagers. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had enough choices for my hungry teenagers. Not to mention never ending coffee which we indeed needed! Loved having this hotel as home base for a few days and would stay again in a heartbeat!

This property is located near shopping, restaurants and close to get back on the interstate. It is not noisy at all though. We were very impressed with everything. The lobby where the breakfast is served looks so nice and modern and lots of windows. It looks like a restaurant you would visit. The rooms were extremely clean so much so that I had to ask the maids what they used on the glass shower doors! The room was very spacious and modern. The TV was especially nice because you could sign into your prime or netflix to watch. The gym was very nice and the pool atrium area was heated and a very nice area. The room design takes advantage of every square inch and the closet in built into the wall. I left some of my hangup clothes there and I was able to call them and they held them for almost a full week until I was coming back through and could pick them up! We will make a point of staying here again when passing through. It's out of our way about 10-15 minutes but we just love the area and this hotel actually has free covered parking. I gave it 10 stars because we will loved it!

Great location, easy on/off I-65. Plenty of free parking both covered and open. Rooms were very nice and well kept. The hotel was very clean and quiet... there was even a sign in the elevator letting guests know it was a quiet zone after 10:00 p.m. and failing to adhere to this could result in eviction from the hotel. Within walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Breakfast was great with lots of options and food was fresh! Team members were very friendly and the small convenience store at the front desk had many options. The hotel was very well laid out with an open floor plan with multiple floors where you could sit and have a conversation without being in the hustle and bustle of other people.

Only stayed one night. Room, bathroom and grounds were very clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. Perfect location. We did not try the breakfast, so not sure how that was. . I did have the coffee. It was always available in the lobby which was very nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

This property is nicely located for shopping and dining. Quiet location. Ice machines are at one end of the hallway so it's easy to have a room away from them and the elevators. Staff friendly. Property lobby needed a facelift with worn carpets, torn wallpaper, wall scuffing, glass in need of a good clean, etc. Our room, however, was clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had nice variety of eggs with burrito fixings, potatoes, bacon, french toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, frozen fruit mix, hot and cold cereal, toast, bagels, coffee and juices. Because of the better looking hallways and room conditions, plus the above average breakfast, I give them a 4 rating.

Booked this hotel last minute and it did not disappoint! The staff was welcoming and check in was easy. Located in a quiet area near a mall, off the interstate with lots of eateries nearby. 30 mins from Nashville which is great! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Breakfast options were better than most with a variety to choose from- eggs hash browns sausage oatmeal waffles cereal fresh yogurt (and not yogurt cups) fresh fruit muffins coffee and juices! Small selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase. I extended my reservation without any issues. I would highly recommend! One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at over my years of traveling.

We had a double/double room. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Check in was easy, fast and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I love that they had the tv channels on a handout. I would definitely recommend staying at this facility.

We stayed here 3 nights and overall it was a positive experience. Check-in was friendly and fast. They were very polite. Our room was in the 6th floor and had a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Extra coffee pods given on request. Breakfast was included. Hotel is in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again. A very pleasant stay.

This is a great Hyatt Place! The location is convenient but tucked away so it's quiet and feels safe. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was great - not sure how they made their reconstituted eggs taste better than others but they were! Comfortable, spacious room.

The hotel was clean from the inside to the outside. The desk clerks were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. We slept so good! I loved how clean the beds were! I like that you don’t have the bedspreads that get recycled over and over. It really felt clean to have a fresh white topper. The pillows were also very comfortable. The breakfast bar had many choices and was good for a hotel breakfast. All in all I would stay again, and recommend. Also this was in a nice area that feels safe. There were also nearby places to eat within walking distance.

This hotel is a little off I-65 but well worth the effort to get away from the highway grind while traveling. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the breakfast tasty. The breakfast area was well maintained and Jeffrey, even though it was only his 3rd day on the job, was accommodating and helpful. I found it worth the extra $$$ to upgrade to a suite. The extra space and the chaise made for a comfortable, relaxing evening.

We were visiting family in the area and chose this hotel for our stay. It was a bit higher than I wanted to pay for the area but we needed a clean, comfortable, relaxing place to stay. And HIE Spring Hill gave us just that ! The room was clean and quiet and we had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices … healthy and otherwise. The staff we encountered were very pleasant. Things in the room were in good working order. If in the area again, we will certainly consider another stay here and would recommend it for other travelers. It is not far from a busy shopping area with a number of stores and restaurants. Good job, Holiday Inn Express!

I like this hotel because it is clean, affordable and pretty much everything works, The front desk is super helpful and friendly, the breakfast included is well above average and free underground parking is a real bonus given the window-frosting annoyance of a January cold snap in Nashville. Minor issues? Housekeeping does not come everyday unless you ask. We asked, but only got a cursory "freshening" - no replenishment of coffee supplies nor attention to a bracket hook that had come off the wall. Went to the front desk to get coffee supplies and the attendant ended up "breaking into" a vacant room to scavenge some pods because the front desk supply had also not been replenished. and at that she came up one short. I suspect the hotel was suffering from the downside of a just-in-time inventory system, another example where the accounting department delights in pennies saved while ignoring the marketing dollars lost! Do also note that the pool is outdoors thus closed in the winter. Finally, while not situated right on the Interstate, it is close enough to hear the trucks gearing down for the nearby hill starting around 6 am. Ask for a room on the side opposite the highway. Bottom line: the pluses far outweigh the minor negatives. Great value for money. I would stay here again.

My daughters have never stayed in a hotel, and they love to swim and I saw that this hotel had an indoor pool and we were going to be visiting family nearby for the holidays. We got a double queen, bedroom, and the beds were very clean. The shower was clean. The pool was clean. my only complaint was the sink kept backing up when we were trying to brush our teeth. The water was hot in the shower, we needed two more towels. The lady from the front desk brought them. The Continental breakfast had many options to choose from.

We got a few rooms for our wedding weekend for guests and my new husband & I. & it was incredible. They upgraded our rooms and the room was absolutely clean and incredible and very spacious. We got the suite with tubs and living rooms & it’s the nicest place we’ve stayed at. Not to mention the hotel is just beautiful & connected to an amazing coffee shop and restaurant. The bar at 1799 has amazing cocktails and great live music at night! I’ll try to stay here as much as I can if we ever need a hotel in Franklin. Thanks to Chris at The front desk who has been wonderful and really made our wedding weekend perfect!

Love this hotel. And the bar, and the 1799 restaurant, and the location. All perfect. Cute, boutique vibe. Clean rooms. Great location with convenient walk to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Very attentive and helpful staff. Every single one seems to be striving to make sure our stay is pleasant and perfect in every way. Going over and above seems to be the norm rather than the exception. Great live music in the lounge too.

This hotel is all class from the second you arrive. The valet gentlemen are very friendly and helpful. Especially Jackson from Texas! Class act. As soon as you walk in you will feel at home and relaxed. Beautiful lobby and bar areas. Friendly check-in staff. We had a room with a balcony over the atrium. Beautiful room, huge bathroom and shower. Delightfully decorated. They offer a bottled water refilling station with small bags of ice on each floor. Quiet and peaceful hotel with the charm of Franklin. This has become one of our top 5 favorite hotels and we will return often.

My stay at the Harpeth was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so friendly and helpful. It’s in the perfect location for exploring downtown Franklin! Our room was very comfortable and clean, and I was a huge fan of having a full length mirror! The lobby and bar area has such a great vibe, and the cocktails were delicious. The courtyard area is beautiful and such a great spot to relax. I will definitely stay at the Harpeth again next time I come to Franklin!

Super nice hotel! Everything was very clean, spacious rooms, fluffy pillows, comfy mattress, lovely bar and restaurants are superb! Not to mention and EXCELLENT staff! They pay attention to detail, quickly resolve any issues with friendly professionalism! Natalee R. And Autumn W. are 5-star employees! They were amazing!! I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

When driving to Florida from the Midwest, my husband and I find that Franklin is the perfect halfway point to stop for the night. After trying several other hotels in the area (including others at this exit) this hotel is our favorite. It’s located right off of the expressway, feels very safe, has a great bar for a quick dinner, and complimentary coffee in the morning. If you want to venture out there are bars/restaurants nearby with live music and downtown Franklin is a short drive with great stores and restaurants. We’ve stayed at this hotel at least six times and will return. Rooms are modern and always very clean with comfortable beds. And LOVE the remote check-in and room key access so we can bypass the front desk for checking in and out.

We always stay here when coming to Nashville area. It's convenient and consistent. They have a really nice breakfast. Buffet or order off menu. Their coffee is the only hotel coffee I can drink. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We left my daughter's Nintendo and tablet with chargers in the room this time. We were 15 min out when I realized it and called. They offered to ship or could have it at the front desk if I came back for it. So, your belongings are safe there as well. Love that the check out time is noon, so you don't feel rushed to get out either.

Great friendly staff location off the interstate was very convenient beautiful Franklin Tennessee cool springs. Had lots of shopping venues and restaurants very close location to the hotel. The room was well laid out and clean very comfortable. Bar was a fun time after check in.

Was attending a conference at a nearby hotel, and had to adjust travel plans at the last minute due to bad weather and canceled flights. The Hilton was very accommodating. Upon finally arriving at the hotel a day late, the front desk was very kind and personable. Was given the room I checked into online (something that doesn’t always happen), and it was a terrific, quiet location. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. I used the executive lounge a couple times and enjoyed the quiet and amenities there. Spent an enjoyable couple hours relaxing at the bar one evening. Also found the free shuttle to be very handy and easy to use without any hassle. I will be back!

Every part of the hotel experience was great. Drove it and went straight to the pool, it was so relaxing and chill. We decided to cancel dinner reservations at a restaurant and have a drink at the bar and had dinner at Harth. Woke up had a complimentary cup of coffee then used the gym. All in all a very great experience

We were looking for an affordable and clean option for our stay in Nashville. I had mistakenly booked the South Nashville candlewood suites I had previously stayed at the north east Nashville Candlewood suites, and really liked it. I was a little dubious because South Nashville is a little loud typically. However, we had no issues whatsoever at the candlewood suites in South Nashville. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and very close to downtown. Despite morning traffic, it only took about 10 minutes to get to downtown Nashville. You will have to factor in traffic time (anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes to reach the downtown area), however, since traffic in Nashville has gotten pretty bad over the years. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the Candlewood Suites for families and couples traveling to Nashville, who are looking for a good hotel, but not one that gauges your wallet. I am originally from Nashville, and consistently disappointed with the cost of hotel stays in the Nashville downtown area. This was a fantastic option for us, and one that I am likely to repeat. In addition, each suite has a little kitchenette with a sizable refrigerator, cutlery, plates, etc. If you are staying more than a few days, it will save you a lot of money if you do some shopping and prepare some meals and pack lunches. Overall, I highly recommend the candlewood suites in South Nashville.

My stay was Amazing! The rooms are clean the halls are quiet and the beds were so comfy. I appreciate the kitchen area and full size refrigerator. The front staff is always helpful and friendly. Susan gave me an extra pep in my step this morning and made my check out experience quick and easy. I’ve stayed here three times and this is the only hotel that I will use when I come to town. Please continue to maintain this wonderful property.

This Candlewood Suites opened four months ago. Everything is fresh and clean. We loved our kitchenette which is fully stocked. It’s a spacious room. Drug store and gas station next to the hotel which is also convenient. It’s an easy 10 minute ride to downtown Nashville. Convenient to Franklin as well, which is a wonderful 1/2 or whole day trip.

I've never stayed in a Candlewood Suites before, but I came to visit family who live nearby. This hotel was the closest to my family, and we didn't want to stay in a tourist area. This area seems safe enough. The location was fine for us since we were driving. It's a convenient location if you have a car. We appreciated the free parking, which is rare in Nashville. We had a quiet stay. We used both the heating and cooling. Both worked well, and the fan provided a nice amount of white noise that helped lessen any outside noise. The room was large, and it had a great closet. We didn't really need a kitchen, but this was a nice one if you are looking for that. The room could have been cleaner. The tub, sink, toilet, and kitchen were clean enough. I'm not sure about the floor. I think the shower curtain was clean, but it was ragged on one side. The walls need to be cleaned. I was surprised that this hotel is not that old. Our room looked like some guests had been rough on it - maybe pets? We didn't have any problems during our stay. I don't know that this is definitely the place we're going to stay whenever we visit Nashville, but it would be okay.

Very clean hotel, in a quiet setting, just far enough out of the hustle & bustle of the downtown area to make you feel like you have grass, trees & some open space around you, and places to walk. This hotel is comfortable, the beds are great, and the whole hotel has a relaxed vibe to it. It's also close to shopping and some bars and restaurants, as well as only being several minutes from the expressway. There are continental or full cooked to order breakfast options every day, at a reasonable price, served in an upscale & comfortable dining area, plus there's an outdoor patio area and a pool. Parking is free and right at the hotel. We've stayed there several times now - great place & I'm sure we'll be going back again...!

Friendly, clean, convenient. This hotel was spotless. Every employee was friendly. Our room was fresh and adequate for our two night stay and was quiet when we visited on the weekend. We were able to walk to a few places to eat and shop.

I loved the location -- half a block from wonderful shops, restaurants, smoothie bar, and near my client in Brentwood. The room was comfortable -- including the oversize chair for reading. Good plugs for all my electronics. Bed was comfortable, mattress firm, room very clean. The manager was wonderful when there was a simple mixup that needed to be resolved (not their fault). And the breakfast was GREAT.

We regularly visit family in Brentwood and are looking for good places to stay nearby. When we visited a local restaurant in a very nice dining/shopping area, we noticed this property. After seeing the many positive reviews, we decided to stay. Glad we did! Beautiful property. Very well managed. 10 out of 10 rating. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was outstanding (we purchased add-on breakfast with room). Great location. Great management. You won’t be disappointed with anything.

The communication was great even before the check-in. At check-in Tim was very helpful and made the process very simple and provide insight to the local restaurants. Housekeeping kept the hotel clean and provided us with fresh towels and coffee. Overall a great stay, keep up the great work!

This was our first stay at this hotel. We travel through the Nashville area several times a year. I read the reviews, which were mixed, and decided to give this hotel a try. We were greeted by a very friendly front desk gentleman. Checking in was quick and easy. I had requested a ground floor room as we were traveling with two small dogs. Our room was clean and the decor modern and current. Yes, the hotel is older, but updates have been made and our room was clean. There is some wear to the hallway carpet and the hallway walls are a little beat up, I’m guessing from cleaning staff carts. The bed was very comfortable. The location of this hotel is set off the main road so it was very quiet. No road noise which was a bonus. Now the unique/interesting piece. Yes, this hotel charges for their breakfast. $10.00 per person. We did not eat at the hotel as we left early in the morning before they started serving. Would we? I don’t know. Hotel breakfasts are usually hit or miss as it is. Would we stay here again? Probably yes. The location was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Charging for a hotel breakfast is odd, but not a deal breaker.

This is an excellent Hampton Inn with a luxury hotel feel. The lobby, especially the breakfast area and the grounds are appointed with a sophisticated touch. The pool area, and outdoor seating are well-maintained with a resort feel. Staff is caring and professional. Above all, the location is unmatched. The property is located in Berry Farms development, which is one of those replicating the 1950's downtown-living revival projects. The hotel is only a few minutes walking distance from the cute little downtown that has various businesses, such as high quality restaurants, ice cream, coffee shops, a grocery store, veterinary clinic, a salon, art store; well you got the picture. All in all, this hotel will provide you with a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is better than what other typical Hampton Inns offer. The front desk staff is attentive and appear to be caring. My housekeeping request on the second day of our stay was fulfilled even though it was later in the day and even though most Hilton properties offer housekeeping only once every four days. Bottom line If you need to stay in Nashville area, you can't go wrong with this property. (No, I am not a fake reviewer or a reviewer paid by the hotel. If you read my other reviews, you will see that I am pretty objective and informative about the hotels I stay at.)

Beautiful hotel in convenient location. Super clean, peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was very good and staff friendly. Great value for the money. Would certainly stay again. Pool are is very nice. Outside with gazebo. Bed was comfortable and bathroom nice and spacious.

The location was convenient right off I65. The room was clean and roomy and comfortable. The breakfast and coffee was delicious. The entire property was well kept and very clean. Our dog was welcomed by friendly staff.

We needed a hotel that was close to Fairview, TN where we would be dropping off our daughter for camp. This seemed like a good one, based on pictures, reviews, amenities. My family found it to be comfortable and fun - there is a nice pool and plenty of restaurants in the area for dinner, breakfast and coffee... We ended up eating lunch at a pizza place a stone's throw from the hotel. Nice area. The front desk team who checked us in were very polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was okay too.

This was a beautiful and clean hotel. It was quiet and the beds weee so comfortable. Easy check in and parking. The staff kept the rooms so clean. Breakfast and dinner available at the hotel. Beautiful area and shopping and good restaurants near by. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for one night while traveling onto the Gulf Coast. We booked this hotel because of the good experiences we had there a few years, ago, and I can say we are just as as happy now as we were back then. Now that we travel with a child, suite hotels appeal to us, so that youngsters can have a bed of their own. First off, the place is clean and the front desk was professional. The lobby is gorgeous and well-kept. A bonus -- we traveled near Christmas, and the hotel was not nearly full. We scored an upgrade. Yes, there is a $8 fee for parking, but it's not the first nuisance fee in travel. I don't care since the place is clean and well-run. Yes, our housekeeper did not speak a word of English (but the supervisor did so no real problems). We tip housekeeping regularly and saw the joy a modest amount brought her. Clearly, a deserving and decent person. Now for the dangerous bit -- we dined in at the bar, -- The mixed drinks --my old fashioned, whatever the pink drink Mrs. March Traveler had and the cosmopolitan mocktail for Junior was so good, we ordered a second round, somewhat blowing the dinner budget. The food -- veggies pasta, chicken wings was good as well. The only caution is that it's more or less twisty-turney to get to this hotel. Nothing a GPS can't handle. though.

The hotel is in a good location. About a 15 min drive to downtown. Area was nice, quiet and safe. Hotel has a restaurant inside. The staff were amazing. Easy check in process. Hotel was clean along with my room. I would give this hotel a 10/10 and will be staying here again.

I have stayed at many hotels in this area. I am so glad that I happened upon this hotel - which will be my go-to from now on. First and foremost, the staff was so incredibly helpful and polite. They accommodated last minute changes to my reservation from the road, met all of my specific requests, and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quiet, clean, smelled great, and had comfortable and clean bedding. It was nice that they had free water and coffee in the lobby all day. I also liked the locally-themed lobby decor and optional hot breakfast which can be a time-saver on the road but is not always needed. Everything about this hotel made my business trip easier. The location is also nice- it is tucked away from the busy road but just minutes away from the interstate and lots of restaurants and shopping. I actually looked forward to returning to the hotel each night. I had not stated at a Holiday Inn for years but this experience has won me over. Wonderful stay and great price to boot. Will definitely be back!

Exceptional facility. Lovely room; fluffy, comfortable bed and bedding. Just feels more luxurious than your typical roadside hotel, even others also rated "excellent." Staff helpful and friendly. Note: breakfast is available at hotel's restaurant at a reasonable cost, as are dinner and lounge.

Everything from check-in to the most comfortable bed, the spacious room, the details in the room to our check out was amazing! The front desk personnel were not only extremely helpful but were most personable. The lobby and outdoor deck were so very clean and comfortable for just hanging out. Unfortunately we were there in April so outdoor pool was not yet open, however the area looked amazing!

Our stay was for a baseball tournament. Newer hotel. Clean. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Comfy beds, nice cotton sheets and soft pillows. Rooms have a small fridge and microwave. Laundry facilities small but available. Pool area with a grill. Our group was able to hold a cookout on the pool patio-lots if tables and chairs to accommodate us. Nice, comfortable, and assessable indoor and outdoor spaces. Free breakfast was better than average with decent sources of protein. Located close to the highway, close to almost any kind of shopping and restaurants you would want- chain and local, as well as close to the historic downtown. About a 20-30 minute drive from Nashville. 10/10 would recommend.

I needed to book a group of 3 couples at the Springhill Suites and Autumn at the front desk was fabulous! She found the best available rate for us. She was very efficient at booking us all on the same floor, helping us with dinner reservations and informing us about the hotel. We felt very welcomed by Autumn. We met for drinks at the bar and Austin took excellent care of us! He was friendly, efficient, and a great bartender! He and Autumn were both incredibly personable, caring, and welcoming! Springhill Suites obviously hires great employees - and our room was clean, comfortable and met our expectations too! All in all - it was a five star experience!!

I spent one night at the SpringHill Suites Franklin Cool Springs while I was in town for a business meeting. The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious. I was on the 5th floor and my room had two queen beds, a sitting area with a sofa, coffee area and a large closet. Bed was comfortable. The staff was very efficient and friendly, making check in and check out a breeze. Would stay here again.

The hotel looked recently remodeled or just built. Beautiful landscaped, our room was super clean with two queen beds that were very comfortable. It had a small refrigerator and coffee maker in room but no microwave. Well stocked with necessities and towels, etc. Door to room was heavy duty which kept out any noise from hallway. Never knew if other people were next to us it was so quiet. The free breakfast items included waffles, fruit, yogurt and cereal. The microwave in breakfast area could be used by all anytime one needed. Carpet in room and hallway looked new. No odd smells in room.

Bright and clean room, comfortable beds and good looking hotel in general! Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel very close to I-65, so a great night stop-over option. It being pet friendly and the $25 fee for the first night is better than most of the other places. Many restaurants within 1.5 miles radius.

The room(bed and shower) was great, very clean and comfortable. Very limited options for breakfast, and single waffle maker caused a backup in the dining area. Night staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Every time we are in the Nashville area, we stay at Clarion Point in Franklin. The people are so friendly, rooms are spotless, the area is safe and convenient to everything. The pool is always crisp and clean when we are there in the hot months. We do not stay anywhere else in that area except Clarion Point. Delores Mullings

This was my second stay at Hyatt Place. I find the location to be about the best in terms of accessing shows I play in the area, including in Nashville. I like that there are outlets nearby and a Target across the street to pick up things when needed. The staff here are courteous and professional. They take a genuine interest in their guests and ensuring their stays are enjoyable. I wanted to compliment Zara in particular for welcoming me when I arrived after a tough journey from Asheville, due to detours related to I-40 being closed. I also appreciate that the parking lot has overnight security because I am a traveling musician. I don't leave gear in my car, but there are speakers and other accessories I leave in the trunk. Nothing would derail a tour anymore than having your car broken into. The only caveat I'd offer is that one of the elevators was down and it made waiting longer especially during busy times and the several times I had to load out and load in gear. I appreciate the Hyatt having a complimentary buffet and fresh coffee in the morning. Staff for the buffet are outstanding. You even have oat milk, which is rare in my stays and my choice for my coffee, so thank you! Oh, and fresh fruit every morning.

It was an odd time to go, because they had some kind of situation, in which there was a problem with the elevator, and also things were being repeated. However, the staff was super nice, responsive and accommodating. The pool was nice and clean, the beds were a little smaller than I thought they'd be, but comfortable. The bathroom was small. The breakfast buffet made the largest impression on me, though, because it was outstanding. Best hotel breakfast buffet I've ever had. Kelly was a particularly helpful and friendly staff member.

Haven’t been to Nashville in nine years and came back to the same Hotel in May 2025. The basics were all covered. Comfortable bed to sleep in, hot water to take a shower, and one of the best breakfast bars in Nashville. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful.

I will stay here again. Close to highway. Easy parking. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Beds are great and so are the pillows. The carpets need to be changed but that is the only thing I noticed. Bathroom is small but room 305 is spacious. Signed up for the rewards program. Very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

This property is in a nice location in Franklin. All staff was great; very friendly, helpful, and caring. The rooms were nice and the beds were super comfy! They have Neutrogena Clean shampoo/conditioner, which I LOVE. The breakfast was great serving omelets, breakfast potatoes, bacon or sausage, bagels, toast, yogurts, fruit, coffee/juice. I also loved the waffle maker. They have some nice seating areas outside on the patio surrounding the gates pool. The pool is nice, clean, and there are 6 lounge chairs. There is a restaurant “Jonathan’s” across the parking lot. They have a robust menu and the food is delicious. They have indoor and outdoor seating options.

Nothing fancy, but did have a comfortable stay. Hotel was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was above average for similar hotels. Walkable to the mall and several restaurants. Only small downsides I noticed were a slight musty smell in the room from the air conditioning and the pool and patio were fairly small for the size of the hotel.

Check in was easy and friendly. The location is great. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and lasted until 10:00am. Check out was easy, quick and friendly. They gave us bottles of water as we left. Our room was extremely quiet. At check in my husband asked if they might have a razor, and she handed one to him one with in seconds.

Nice fitness center. Located in a beautiful area right off 65. I will stay here again. Only negative is only one elevator per side. An extra elevator would be helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was clean and bright and the staff was exceptional. I had a problem caused by booking.com and the hotel did all they could to make it right. We received a discount for our room for the first night and breakfast for both days. The breakfast would otherwise have been available for a charge and it would have been worth it. It was delicious, plentiful and the staff was attentive and courteous. I used the pool both days and it was very clean and quiet. The room was also clean and had everything we needed. We didn't want to be in the heart of Nashville this trip and the location was excellent. Shopping, restaurants, and the highway were close by, making it very convenient for the quick, quiet getaway we needed. I was definitely stay there again!

The Staff and amenities exceeded our expectations. We were kindly greeted by Chad as he escorted us to the front desk for our check-in. He was professional & courteous . Chad also gave us information regarding restaurants in the area. After a 14 hr. drive from Florida, we decided to eat at the hotel. It was happy hour & the $8 burger with fries was tasty & cooked perfectly. Our bartender, Randy was friendly & mixed a great cocktail! The hotel was crisp, clean & comfortable. The shower was exceptional with the perfect temperature & flow of water. The bed was super comfy.. We will look forward to our return to this location!

The Hilton Garden Inn, Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs was the host hotel for our family reunion event. The hotel provided a wonderful experience and the staff was amazing. It was a pleasure working with Tyra (sales and event coordinator), who was very professional and attentive to the needs of the family. The entire front desk staff (Autumn, Katie, Amy and others) really took the time to make the family comfortable and assist with any hotel issues. Housekeeping played a vital role in the success of our reunion as they were timely and courteous as they maintained the rooms. The family was impressed with the breakfast personnel and their complete attention to detail with the increased number of patrons. A real big shout out to the Head Chef for his tireless efforts with providing the banquet menu and other duties as assigned. He really made our banquet an enjoyable event. As a family, we highly recommend this hotel for all of your travel needs.

Attended a conference on-site, so much of our time was spent in the hotel - but found many great restaurant options nearby. Convenient to the interstate, but far enough away to eliminate road noise. No free breakfast, but breakfast/dinner available at their restaurant and free coffee available all day!

We had a great stay. It is clean, comfy, and in a great area. The only downside is they charge $14 for a standard breakfast that you would get at any hotel. I can get a much better breakfast for around the same cost at a nice restaurant. Continental breakfast for $10 is a travesty. If you’re going to charge for breakfast, at least put more thought into it.

I always forget how big and spacious these hotel suites are, which is always a nice surprise when I open my room door. They're more like an apartment than the standard hotel room, with the bedroom having it's own separate room, a small kitchenette with a nice sized frig and plenty of storage and closet space throughout. Bathrooms are large and roomy with a great shower. A large grocery store, restaurants, Dollar General, and others were within view of our room and just about a 60 second drive away. Very convenient. Ina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to us and made our check-in a breeze.

Our stay at Candlewood Suites Nashville-Franklin was a complete delight; the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional, the room was amazingly clean, comfortable and quiet, and convenient to get to from I-65. We have definitely found our go-to hotel for future visits!

Needing a place to stay as my family and I were headed south, we came to this beautiful hotel on a rainy cold night. Such a very friendly beautiful hotel. The lobby has a pool table, shuffle board and a large TV to watch sports or whatever. The rooms are very nice, clean, very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice. Only issue there was NO hot breakfast, yes they had a little pantry where you could buy items and microwave them, but for the price we paid and no breakfast was sad. It was cold, dark and raining so we stayed. I understand it is usually and extended stay so I think explains the no breakfast.

We stayed at Candlewood Suites in Franklin for 5 nights. I used digital check-in and our room was ready early. The hotel is located conveniently off the interstate and close to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping. The room was quiet and clean. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen was stocked with adequate dishes and supplies for 2 people. The grounds were neat and spring flowers have been planted. Front desk staff were very helpful even before we arrived and welcomed us when we checked in. I sensed teamwork and pride in their work. Ina greeted us like family and said hello every time we came through the lobby. Brad was always smiling, and more than happy to provide fresh towels and other supplies. Jackie was professional and pleasantly answered questions. Selena paid attention to detail in taking care of the pantry area and expertly extended our stay. This was our second stay at this Candlewood Suites and we will stay here again.

Overall a good stay. It was not up to Marriott standards that I have experienced in the past. We stayed two nights. we asked the front desk to replenish the coffee in the room for use the next morning. It never arrived. The hallway to the room was very cold, probably low 60 degrees and blowing strong. The buffet breakfast was okay. The buffet lunch for our group could have been set up at the entrance to the dining area instead of the breakfast food area for better and faster serving of the food. The line to get to the food was quite long and moved slow due to the layout. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

When you go out of your way to spend your money with one brand and maintain loyalty to that brand, it’s nice to be recognized once in a while for that loyalty. Being an ambassador elite status with Marriott there’s nothing worse than checking in and being treated like a Hotels.com customer. When I checked in I was greeted pleasantly by Jenny, and informed they had upgraded my room thanks to my status and loyalty. Amazing!! I stay here every October for a charity event I come to town for. The hotel is always clean, the bar in the lobby is always good energy, and has great food. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. And an Uber downtown is only $20-35. Great place to stay!

My wife and I went for a night out to celebrate our 38 anniversary. When I called the hotel and told the desk clerk what was going on she was very helpful and suggested some champagne and chocolate strawberries. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was fantastic and the champagne and strawberries were there waiting on us. My wife loved them. Had a great nights sleep and had a wonderful breakfast in the hotel restaurant the next morning. Fantastic The staff was excellent and very helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Neatly situated, close to lots of shops and restaurants. Short walking distance to a fun little bar that stays open til 3 am. Clean, nice rooms and facilities. Best hotel fitness center I’ve ever seen. Staff is accommodating and professional. Hotel bar could use a few more draft beer choices and most of the usb chargers in the lounges don’t work but that’s no biggie. Great laid back quality spot for “hotel therapy” for those too busy for a real vacation in these weird times. That’s why I went anyway.

Stayed at the Marriott for a conference that was held there. The hotel and room was very clean, had everything we needed. Every staff member that we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and drinks at The Stave (the hotel restaurant) were great and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying when in the area!

From check in to check out, I had a pleasurable experience. The room was clean and I liked my balcony. The hotel was in a quiet area yet it's surrounded by great dining establishments. The pillows and bedding was so plush and comfortable. On my next company trip to Brentwood, I will plan to be back. The staff gave me great referral to dine at a restaurant down the street for chicken wings. The restaurant was operating it's last day in business when I dropped in but the food was great! Parking was free and I felt safe leaving my car in the parking area overnight. Just a quaint, quiet enjoyable experience and everything (literally) is on the strip in front of the hotel. Once you head down the street for about a minute, you'll see it open to lots of places to shop and eat. This hotel made my stay super enjoyable. The breakfast was good too.

I spent a lot of my Marriott Bonvoy points for a free night here and man alive was it worth it. The hotel room was clean and all of the amenities I needed were here and ready to go! Not only that but the lobby was large and spacious for a gathering (I didn't have one, but it's there if you want) and the bistro during breakfast time was top notch! Not only that but I was given a room with a balcony and let me tell you, having coffee while taking in the fresh air on the balcony is an experience worth coming down for if you can make the trek. Overall a stellar stay and the next time I'm in the area, this hotel is first on my list of spots to stay!

Location was the best!! The staff was friendly and made sure you knew they were glad you were staying with HI. The bar/restaurant staff was excellent. When the hotel isnt at full capacity the bar is the restaurant. The bar tender and staff did a great job providing drinks and food. I had non stop Yuengling's and the fruit salad for dinner-and both were excellent. The shuttle to the airport made things easy and the lady driving clearly explained to those who "parked and ride" how to find their way back upon their return. Very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel without regret.

While hotel is a little dated it is very clean and staff is so friendly! Maid service did a great job leaving fresh towels each day and making our beds. While not a free breakfast, the Starbucks is very good with items not found in regular Starbucks. The food was hot and coffee delicious. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone in the Brentwood area!

The hotel's atmosphere was vibrant and had a modern lobby. Hospitality was great, they made us feel welcomed from the minute we arrived. What makes this property is its people, everyone including housekeeping is warm, friendly, and helpful. The price was good and the room was relatively spacious and clean.

Had a great time here. Staff was friendly, hotel clean, room clean, bed somewhat comfy. Breakfast was adequate- small selection with decent variety. The pool was the highlight of our stay. The temperature was perfect. We did not have to "get used to it." It was comfortable from the moment we got in.

The room was clean and spacious. I loved having an almost full sized refrigerator/freezer - super convenient! The wi-fi worked really well in the room. I enjoyed the curtain divider to give some privacy at night (we had 2 kids in the room). Great location - close to the Galleria mall, Target, and restaurants. Shout out to India Cafe - we walked there for dinner - super good. One of my favorite features was the free charging stations for hybrid/electric vehicles. It was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Staff was friendly. No complaints from this family!

The property is impeccable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I slept for 9 hours totally uninterrupted, it was heavenly! The bed and pillows were amazing. The linens were spotless and thread count was up there because they were very soft.
