We stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was not huge but very comfortable beds and very quiet. The location is very central, close to restaurants and street food stalls. Subway and bus stops are nearby. We loved the onsen facilities and the delicious breakfast buffet. The staff members were super friendly and helpful.

Comfortable hotel with helpful staff and great facilities. The public bath was well maintained and relaxing, and the washing machines worked well. Appreciated the umbrellas they lend to guests. Location was convenient near to the subway and bus stops, relatively quiet even though it was quite near a few nightlife spots.

Love everything in this hotel. Staff are quick to address any concerns and issues (extra pillow, extra towel, SDB code not working) Check in and check out is very easy and convenient. Breakfast has good selection and is affordable. Location is very accessible to train station, easy to locate for taxi. Shopping and eating within the area is also very convenient. Drugstores, Dongki, Convenience store are within 5 minutes walk. Ichiran is located 1-2 blocks away. Onsen is clean and convenient. There is ice cream on the same floor. Vending machines for drinks and ice are available as well. Coin operated laundry is very convenenient for family who need to. do laundry. Love that we get to choose toiletries at the lobby. Love their Shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well

Very spacious room with all facilities you may need during a long stay. Very modern, comfortable and clean apartment, easy instructions for all appliances in the room. Decent WiFi speed for making phone calls and could be used to work too.

Everything is clean and tidy. The room was spacious and perfect for families. The tranquility gives you a relaxing experience. Convenience stores and restaurants are within waling distance.

Spacious, clean, friendly staff, easy check in and out process. Wheelchair available for borrowing. So useful as our daughter sprained her ankle on the first day and the wheelchair made it so much easier to rest and heal. The shower water pressure , bathtub 🛁 facilities were so good. Just the right water pressure.

An amazing amount of space for Japan including a large terrace with Shinkansen views, great kitchen and bathroom, all very clean and at a reasonable price. Our family of four plus two young kids was very comfortable.

Our room was very spacious, great for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Great air conditioning, lots of room, and thoughful layout of the room, the kids enjoyed hide and seek in it. Fun view of the Shinkansen coming to and from Fukuoka - and did not notice any noise. Short walk to some good restaurants and convenience store. Easy parking. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Cosy&comfortable hotel , right in the middle of great restaurants and shops in the Hakata area ; easy walking to the train station with clean and safe environs. Our Room is clean , lobby is small but comfortable. There is a parking with reasonable rate , ¥1,500 per car per night. The staffers are polite and very helpful.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is perfect, and the bathing area is clean and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It's about a 8mins (depending on how fast you walk) walk to Hakata station or a 2mins walk to Kushida shrine station. There's plenty of convenient stores, coffee shops, food places around. There is also a 24 hour supermarket about 5mins walk away. Canal city is just a stone throw away. Room were clean, spacious (for Japan standard), well equipped and the hotel came with coin laundry area as well as bathing rooms. If you are looking for a quite yet convenient hotel spot, this is it.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They are also fluent in English. Great facilities in the room that made us feel comfortable, such as free use of washing machines and detergent, space and utensils for cooking, lots of toiletries. Spacious beds and convenient location . Able to leave our luggage there when I went to Nagasaki.

The big room, big beds, fully furnished kitchen and the laundry detergent is provided. The staffs are very friendly and kind. The restaurant at front of hotel is very tasty and the restaurant's staffs are very helpful because my daughters are allergy to many food but, a little bit high price, it is acceptable.

The staff was very helpful! Really appreciate Michael helping us on restaurant selection! The location is perfect for us. A lot eateries are walking distance. Parking is easy and the rate is reasonable. Room is perfect for family of 4 or 5. It is an apartment style. So you can cook and do laundry! The room rate is great!

Washer provided. Separate bathroom, toilet and washing basin. Small kitchenette provided. Small balcony for drying clothes. The apartment is v clean. Shampoo and body wash are super good n fragrance. FOC.assessories and drinking water. Helpful reception.

The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It’s in a great location—just a 10-minute walk to the station, with many convenience stores and shops nearby. Everything was great. The room was more spacious than other places. The laundry machine was a bonus. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful at the check in.

The room was big enough for a family of four. It's a family-friendly property with essential facilities such as a fridge, microwave, etc. The bed was big, so the children slept well. The neighbour is so quiet and peaceful.

Apt was big & comfortable for us 3 adults. Loved the location & facility was clean. My adult kids loved the bathtub!

Amazing apartment with everything you may need. It is located on highest floor and has nice view. It is not big, but very comfortable. Bathroom very comfortable and has both and shower and bathtub and also hitter inside of it is cold. Laundry machine with all the chemicals. Room has two comfortable single beds (we easily moved them together), a lot of space for stuff and luggages. Also a big balcony. Around a lot of food places and 5 min walk metro station and 6-7 min away big mall.

Wonderful time at a well cared for hotel! This was our second time to stay with these very kind, and caring folks! Exceptionally clean and well maintained! Location is ideal - 5 minute walk to Canal city mall - and even closer to 7-11 and a wonderful grocery as well. ( fresh fruits etc) Very easy to catch a taxi to and from wherever you want to go:) The beds are firm but comfortable and the setting is very peaceful. In the morning you can hear cranes & other sea birds calling nearby. This is a lovely central location to all that you might want to see in Fukuoka & convenient to train stations as well. The hosts are on site if you have questions, and also speak mandarin which is a plus! We will always try to return to Tenjin Minami when we visit Fukuoka city!

It's a clean and spacious accommodation. 1. Clean - The room was well cleaned and didn't smell bad. 2. Location - It was nice that the Canal City was close and there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. And it's a good location to walk to Hakata Station or Tenjin in about 10 minutes. 3. Room Size - It's wider than normal Japanese rooms and there are doors between the kitchen and the room so you can stay quiet. 4. Kitchen - Well equipped with a gas stove, electric rice cooker, frying pan, pot, plate, cup, etc., you can prepare meals. 5. Other - Towels were not enough, so I washed them with a washing machine and used them. There was a washing machine, so I could wash the laundry conveniently during my trip. I asked for a quiet room in advance, so I stayed in a quiet room for 7 days. And when I said it was a trip to celebrate the special day, they prepared a small gift (water, orange juice, beer) in the refrigerator. Thank you.

great location - can walk to canal city and supermarket within 100m . lots of good restaurants in the vicinity. ubereats offered lots of delivery choices too parking lot available infront of building at nominal fee washing machine and simple kitchen amenities - good news for families staff in charge of the check in and check out was super friendly and welcoming as well property was well maintained and quiet

Spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath, shower wet room and washing machine. Super comfy bed. Balcony. Storage space. Secure. Superb location opposite Canal City and close to Lushida Shrine and lively streets. V helpful staff.

I didn’t get the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that—but I can definitely say the room was excellent! It was spacious and very clean (as expected in Japan). It had two queen-size beds, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, and even a bathroom dryer fan (which I just discovered—super handy!). They also provide a complete set of kitchen utensils and laundry detergent, all complimentary. There’s a big-screen smart TV for streaming YouTube, Netflix, or other services, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Oh, and I have to mention the toilet—it’s the full automatic Japanese-style toilet. The lid opens by itself, the seat is heated, and you can adjust the water pressure and temperature. It’s such a nice touch that adds to the comfort. This place is perfect for families, especially if you’re staying near Hakata Station and want the option to cook or do laundry during your trip. Super convenient and comfortable—I’d definitely recommend it!

The apartment is very clean, and spacious. Netflix is a plus too. The separate toilet and vanity + bath area is also very conducive for big groups, and doesn't wake everyone up. Location is perfect just a short taxi ride from the Hakata station. Also walkable if it wasn't raining.

This is a self service property where you check in on an iPad and have to pay an accommodation tax of ¥200 per person. During check-in, you will have a short conversation with a staff member through the iPad who will give you the code to your room I liked the self check in, but I thought the FaceTime call with the staff was a bit frustrating as they didn’t answer on the first call. Aside from that it was easy and getting up to our room was a breeze. This building is two stories and the rooms are huge. This was the biggest room we had our entire stay and we loved it. The room comes with the kitchen, including a two burner stove, kitchen, sink, dishes, pots, and pans, and a good size refrigerator with a microwave on top. Our room had a couch table and TV two full beds a large bathroom with a washer and a separated toilet. The shower was like a traditional Japanese shower with a deep tub and had a feature where you could hang dry your clothes and turn the bathroom into a dryer room. It was very cool. The hotel is a short walk away from the train station and there are lots of konbinis and places to see nearby

Our apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It has everything you may need: washing machine, microwave, kettle, kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, TV. In addition to two very comfortable double beds, there is a small living room where four people can sit. In general, everything was very comfortable for our family. The hotel is located in a quiet street, but very close to the center. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

Apartment 201 , Large spacious modern apartment with 4 beds. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Lounge seating area. Very Clean. Location was great. Convenient to shops, Main Street, canal city. Looks exactly like the pics.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and subway. Unit was very clean and newly updated. iPad had instructions for everything in the unit which I used often. A few suggestions…unit needs a small table between beds and some luggage racks, without these items we had no choice but to put all our belongings on the floor. Also having a couple of comfortable chairs or small couches instead of the table would’ve made the unit much more comfortable, I dreaded coming back to the unit to sit in those chairs to unwind and catch a bit of TV. Overall a nice stay, thanks!

We loved this apartment . It is spacious, modern , comfortable with everything a family needs to travel . Small kitchen plus a washing machine and drying room is the shower room . Excellent drying ! You can easily get a number of buses too and from Hakata station just use google maps to give you the best time and bus stops . There is a 7/11 5 minutes walk for food and several small other restaurants . The secret to easy check in is to read your confirmation email and check in on line. This will give you your access code to the front door . When you get inside you complete check via a phone call made through the check in screen . The attendant gets you to scan your passport and put the tax in a box so have these ready .

I love this place! It’s perfect for a family. comfortable room/ bed. It has a great kitchen area with kettle, fridge and cooker. the bathroom was spacious, clean and we even had a washing machine which was so useful.

Huge comfortable room. Small kitchen and laundry. Big shower room with tub. Nice lighting. Easy check in. Great wifi, and power connection and usb sockets at all beds. Ground floor, means it’s easy to get luggage in and out.

The place is 11 minutes walking distance to Hakata Station. You can even walk to Canal City if you fancy walking. The room was spacious enough to accommodate our family of 7. The washing machine and bathroom/clothes dryer were so helpful. The amenities were an additional plus factor.

Nice leisurely walk to Hakata station. Location was in a quiet area, with lots of konbinis and food places along the way. Room was large! Kitchen was a nice surprise. Loved having the dryer option in the shower room.

Overall I had a great experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and many were fluent in English. We had dinner and it was tasty and not super expensive. Room service was quick, but the. The prices were higher. The cost of the nearby spa was prohibitive, as was the 2500 yen breakfast. I especially appreciated the late checkout and shuttle service to Hakata station.

This is a beautiful hotel/resort restaurant dinner and buffet were excellent . Beautiful pool the beach looks close but I was here in the off-season . A little overpriced but the rooms were the largest I stayed in the 10 days in Japan . Very comfortable beds .

We chose this location because it has pool & beach view. The view really didn't disappoint! We didn't check before booking but our stay was a week before the pool open for summer, I think it is much nicer with the pool open now. Staff was nice, variety of breakfast options, the hotel was clean and has super huge surrounding area. They provide parking ticket for hotel guest so you don't have to pay Times parking. No doubt I will repeat if I'm coming back to Fukuoka during summer.

Super helpful, welcoming team members. We liked our spacious twin room, the wellness spa is gorgeous for relaxation massage and facials, the main restaurant serves delicious, well prepared meals. Location is alongside parks, walking/biking paths, beaches.

It's a pity that we couldn't stay longer than a night because the place was gorgeous. We had a beautiful view of the water from several windows and generous balcony (which we unfortunately didn't have time to use) The rooms were spacious, well appointed with amenities and had a real luxury feel. We loved the place and highly recommend it.

Hotel&Co was truly a fabulous place to stay for so many reasons! Not only was the location (a 3 minute walk from Yakuin Sta.) extremely convenient, it is located on a quiet street and close to many cute cafes. The place was quiet and well decorated with a very sophisticated feel - All of the facilities were quite clean and the layout felt sensible and comfortable. I would absolutely love to stay here again on my next trip to Fukuoka!!

Nothing to complain about the stay. Walkable distance to almost everything I need....subway, supermarket, cafe, 7-11 and plenty of restaurants. Room was clean with 2 TVs and a good size kitchen. One small window but at least it can be opened. Equipped with a washing machine was the best part on my 7 days stay with kids.

The location is very convenient. Very close to Fukuoka subway. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, including two convenience stores and one supermarket. 10 minutes walk to Tenjin. Spacious in Japan standards. Self check in and check out.

Everything was great at TKP Sunlife, the friendly staff, the location of the hotel is across the street from Hakata Station. The shops and great food is all just a couple of minutes away. The room was amazing and it was very spacious, the view of the city was great. Will be staying here again very soon when in Fukuoka. 10/10

The location is excellent, it offers great value for money, and the staff are nice, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and fully functional. They set a schedule to fully clean the room, which made me feel more comfortable with their room.

Breakfast was not part of the room. Location could not have been better. Just across the road from railway station and all restaurants and enclosed shops. On same side is also bus stop for Fukuoka International airport.

This hotel is placed right next to entrances to the Fukuoka airport subway line, making it an extremely convenient location if you're just flying in, or about to fly out. The single room is the standard cramped hotel room. The room seemed clean enough.

Very close to the Convention Center, so it is an excellent choice if you are attending some event at that venue. The apartment was big and clean.
