The room and the bathroom were spacious. While the furniture may look old school, it was very well-maintained and very clean. The room is equipped with a mini kitchen, although we can’t find any kitchen equipment. Maybe you can request it from the receptionist. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. We noticed it was always packed at dinner time during our weekend stay. The breakfast buffet is amazing, a lot of choices and also some different homemade stuff every day.

I had a lovely room with spacious bathroom in this very clean, we-run hotel. My room had a small refrigerator, cooktop and bar sink, and I loved the little patio off the bedroom. All of the staff members are wonderful - we especially commend Bishnu who was always very patient with our questions! The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection - something for everyone. One night our large group ate in the hotel restaurant and everything was absolutely delicious! We also enjoyed our time spent in the hotel Biergarten. Also, the hotel is located within easy walking distance to Meppen’s main square.

We were thrilled at the elegantly appointed room with such a lovely balcony and little touches like lights in the closet that automatically came on when one opened the doors. It was really a pleasant room and a wonderful stay. The breakfast is certainly 4-5 stars! Whether freshly baked gluten free bread, coffee selections and delicious juices, a wide array of meats, cheeses, warm and cold, healthy and tasty items - -the breakfast was indeed something to write home about!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, but if you arrive from the airport with S1/S8 use the Isartor station, not Marienplatz because it is much easier to navigate and it is closer to the hotel. The hotel has a feeling of easy going youth, the staff is very friendly and relaxed, seemingly their motto is "Make the life of our guests as easy as possible, and don't stress during the process. It will all be good in the end". Breakfast is standard but tasty, they have the mandatory weisswurst and sweet mustard with pretzels, accompanied by various other tasty snacks and delicacies. To my surprise the standard scrambled eggs/omelette was way better than the ones we have tasted in other hotels. The room had a modernist twist to it, with some elements of industrialism which helped us settling in easily under the pipes listening to Alexa telling us jokes. The best part of the breakfast is that you literally can take the plates to your room, tea from a samovar just like in old times, freshly brewed coffee (delicious espresso) from a high end coffee machine is included by default... but we preferred sitting outside on the rooftop terrace and enjoying the meals in the friendly company of pigeons.

The Haus im Tal is absolutely my favorite hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming—they greet you with a smile and even offer you a drink upon arrival. They are always helpful and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The showers are fantastic, adding to the comfort and luxury of the experience. I also love the rooftop terrace, which is a perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start your day. The hotel’s location is very convenient, easily reachable by taxi and public transport, making it a great choice for travelers

Great hotel in a great location. Our room was a king bed with a sofa bed. Big room, minimalistic in decor but made up with it in amenities: coffee machine, teas, ice in the bucket with a welcome cocktail mix and waters. Plenty of towels. The air condition worked even in the fall cold weather. Upstairs bar was welcoming. Came in after hours, they email me clear instructions for check in and room key pickup. Friendly staff. Location was amazing near the main plaza. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and a grocery right at my doorsteps.

Fantastic hotel, just a stroll away from Marienplatz and the clock towers. Room had a balcony which was a great size and got the sun all afternoon. Staff and service were incredible - really friendly, attentive and helpful. Rooftop bar was very cool and amenties were great. Provided a bed for our dog and lots of information about Munich and its bars & restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Am Markt Hotel in Bacharach. The room was clean and comfortable and our hosts were personable and friendly with great English skills. The location is great, right in the middle of town. We had great meals there too. Our first night we went out somewhere else and on the second night ate at the Am Markt and quickly discovered we didn't have to leave "home" for one of the best restaurants in town. We received particularly great service from Jana in the restaurant who always remembered our favourite Riesling. She took great care of us each time. Breakfast each morning was a great buffet selection of meats, cheeses and fruits as well as fresh baking and perfect scrambled eggs. We would recommend both the hotel and restaurant without hesitation.

Spacious clean hotel within walking distance of small local shops and restaurants. Quiet location. Room was large and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great. Small negative in that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Amazing service experience. They really went the extra mile for us. We arrive late because we were driving there. Not a problem! The room was big, clean, andc comfortable. They offer breakfast. Location is great right in the middle of the small town! Parking is accesible and close to the property. Beds are not as big and comfortable (two twin beds together with separe, twin blankets) as we are use to but nothing really different from others in Germany. Bacharach is a beautiful, cozy, and charming town near the Rhine. The people is amazing! We loved everything about it.

Stayed at hotel 4 nights in April and used as base for day trips on the Rhine. Bacharach is lovely town, hotel is centrally located and had been fully renovated - maintaining historical charm with modern conveniences. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Enjoyed our 2 evening dinners in the restaurant. Owners are helpful and suggested places for us to visit. Our room had stained glass windows, mini-fridge, modern bathroom, large flat screen television and was very elegant. l

Very nice Small hotel, very good connections with a Trainstation directly next door, whirlpool was amazing, room was very spacious, rainshower nice aswell, staff was very friendly, bed extremely comfortable, the room was furnished beautifully with love to details, as well as all the small little thoughtful things, such as a minibar with drinks and snacks, extremely comfortable Robes, Umbrellas free for use, enough towels for everything, bath salt for the wirlpool, a bluetooth music box, and a lot more, as well as the great service going beyond everything. Questions unrelated to our stay were friendly answered, and emails regarding travel tips, and such aswell.

What we liked - In good condition, Clean, fresh and comfortable, hot tub. Parking available for 10 euro a night (probably limited number of spots). What we didn’t like - Poor water pressure - if you offer a rain shower, you should also provide a good water pressure. The pressure wasn’t good enough even for the normal shower. Took a while to wash off the soap.... !?!? Warning: The rooms are at the ground floor, so do not expect a view. In general we enjoyed our stay, but I think the hotel is overpriced, so we probably wont book it again at this price (150 euro).

Just a 5 min walk to the train station. Lovely hotel, spotless clean. Bathroom very modern and spacious. Stayed in a single room. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff very friendly and attentive. Bed was comfortable.

Good location just a 6-minute walk from the train station, and an 8-minute walk to the Münsterplatz. There are about five steps outside leading into the hotel, then two more batches of stairs inside to reach reception. A luggage ramp would make this easier for many travelers with rolling suitcases. Check-in was easy by the friendly staff. The hotel has one swift lift. The room was small but adequate. In the closet was a mini fridge, safe, electric kettle, coffee, and tea. The bed was very comfortable and had all non-feather pillows--excellent for allergy sufferers. There were nightstands and power outlets on each side--perfect for two people to charge devices at bedside. The room had a desk and chair. The bathroom was very small but well lit and there were bits of storage space spread about for toiletries. The shower (only) was a good size and the water pressure was ok. The towels were large and thick. The wall-mounted magnifying mirror was a great addition! The WiFi was strong but not password protected (boo!). Love the sustainability of this hotel! I have stayed before and will return again.

We had great experience. The staff made it all to feel us welcomed. The front desk team was very friendly and efficient, ensuring that our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. In addition to that they have been very helpful during our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s situated in a vibrant part of the city, close the restaurants, shops, and attractions. Whether you’re looking to explore the local culture or just relax, everything is within easy reach. The neighbourhood felt safe and lively, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. I also want to give a special shout-out to the housekeeping staff. They apparently are doing an outstanding job to keep the room and the whole facility clean and comfortable every day. One additional feature I appreciated was the hotel’s charging stations for electrical cars. They were conveniently located and offered a reasonable price. Do not forget to make your reservation if you need to charge your car.

Fantastic hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Free tea, coffee and fruit and local travel on public transport was really welcomed. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was super. We even got given a free bottle of water for our onward travel. 5 minute walk from the main station.

Being only 250mtrs from the train station, we found it quite easy to get to, even with all our luggage. The hotel is very nice, old world, and homely. The staff are lovely and helpful. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were extremely comfortable, with a large bathroom. The bar "Hemingway" was downstairs at the hotel, and was very inviting, and had a massive range of drinks to choose from. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! Thanks for a wonderful stay. :)

We stayed at the Mona Lisa apartment house, which is part of the Central Hotel Binz. It was wonderful. Very nice, cozy, and comfortable apartment. Located at the beginning of the Fußgänger zone, we could walk to the beach and promenade in 10 minutes. Central Hotel is located with the restaurant Plattduutsch, one of the best in Binz and the island of Rugen. Great breakfast and friendly service.

Binz is definitely the best town in Rügen to stay in, a very nice promenade, a pleasant main street, a gorgeous wide beach strip, houses with beautiful architecture, many good cafes and restaurants, a beautiful lakeside in addition. The accommodation was in a very lovely house, the apartment was large, the whole apartment was covered by a carpet that seemed new and was very nice and soft underfoot, balconies in both rooms, lots of windows, very cozy lighting, we were very satisfied. Parking in front of the house or in the parking lot 100m away. Cafes for breakfast right on the same street or make your own breakfast in your room - all possibilities are available.

We stayed for two nights and three days, the familyroom was in a very nice shape, suited our family (two kids 13 and 16) very well. A large double bed and bedsofa for the kids. Very Happy with the flat Mona Lisa. Close to the beach and to all nice resturants. The breakfast was nice located possible to eat outsider and good varaity of options. One small area for improvement is the service level of the restaurant personel at breakfast, not a smile, no welcome, seemed painful when we asked for hot water to tea. We liked the pot of coffees serviced on the table, nothing missing. More on the how the services was conducted.

A pretty big room on the first floor. On-site parking was a bit tight but ok. The location was brilliant as everything was in front of the hotel. The restaurant food was really good & the staff were friendly & helpful.

Excellent outdoor areas for swimming and lounging. Sunsets at dinner were nature at its best. Food always high quality, fresh and beautifully served with a wide selection for all tastes. For breakfast, self service was easy and quick. Table service, for breakfast and dinner was fast and professional. Those serving us were very friendly and very capable. Our room was lovely. Beautifully desecrated, spacious, with a two person bathroom (separate Loo) and very large Smart TV's. Super comfortable bed. Cleaners left everything spotless. Birkenhof is a tribute to the professionalism of its owners and staff. Five stars are not enough. What more could one want?

This is a beautiful property located in a peaceful, secluded area. We were truly able to unwind and unplug from the world and just enjoy one another’s company in their immaculate spa. The facilities were SUPER clean. We booked the half board and thoroughly enjoyed our 5-course dinner. The bar area was a nice place to relax and enjoy a drink after dinner. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This has to be considered one of the best spas in the world! The amenities and features are out of this world. The property is absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We loved the clean and comfortable room! We hope to be back soon.

My Husband and I needed a little getaway and we had some kind of expectations, but, all details and things of the hotel were higher than any expectation we had. We had a super super great stay and we really enjoyed every part of the hotel. From Breakfast to Dinner, Wine and Cocktails. From Spa and Wellness to Pool and Sauna.. Everything was just more than great. Also the Massages are really great. They made everything to have us a warm and welcome stay. Sadly we just had 2 days in this Hotel but we surely will be coming back. Huge Thank You. 15/10 !! Ps. Try the 5 Course Menu with a good glas/ bottle of red or white wine. Its not food. Its Art with an good taste in an good atmosphere. Just enjoy the journey. 😊😉

I really enjoyed my stay at Naturion. The room was very clean and nicely decorated with beautiful views of the mountains. The location is great with some excellent walking routes just minutes away. The breakfast was excellent and the host very welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast was good, but dinner was fantastic. All rooms have some type of balcony/terrace.

Cosy room, we had a small living room area separately which was nice. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed the use of the sauna, which was relaxing. Breakfast area was very nice to sit in.

Quiet location, close to all amenities and walks, clean, private parking, rooms spacious enough and pleasant decor, comfortable bed and good cushions.

I spent just one night in this hotel during a business trip. It was absolutely ok, friendly staff, clean and spacious room, great breakfast. Also the wifi works properly. I will use it again.

When arriving at this hotel it looks a little run down, however once you go inside it is homey and comfortable. The rooms are lovely with amazing views, the restaurant is outstanding and they have a pool and spa facilities also. It's also run by a family who went out of there way to look after us. Would definitely stay again.

Was clean and tidy, Staff were nice bit not a comfortable hotel for a couple stay.

We were upgraded to a spacious suite with a balcony right above the pool — a fantastic surprise. Perfect for families! There’s always something to do: tennis, ping pong, a playground, catching baby frogs on the nature trail, swimming in the pool, working out in the gym, relaxing in the spa or sun room, and even berry picking in season. The breakfast was delicious, and there’s plenty of parking. It was the perfect two-day break on our drive back north to Denmark. Special thanks to the evening receptionist who checked us in — super friendly, clear, efficient, and helpful. Thank you! 🙏🏻

Hotel stop enroute to Denmark. We really liked that it had a playground and a pool to burn a bit of energy off for our daughter. It was a short turn off from the main roads but in a quiet location. It has a sauna and steam room plus a gym you can use, all included. Tennis courts are outside. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and for breakfast both times the meal was great and staff very friendly. Room was good with the sofa bed set up for my child. Room had lots of extra you don't see in modern hotels such as robes, slippers, sewing kit, flannels etc. They provided a free bottle of sparkling water too. If you're staying a bit longer there is a forest path from the hotel.

Cozy, interesting hotel, with large comfortable room, all very well set it for a family of four with a baby. Very beautiful and quiet environment delicious food for the dinner in the restaurant and breakfast as well. Great amenities.

My School friend and I visit this Island for more than 25 years, always two weeks before easter for 10 days, when all the restaurants are already open but the island is not yet crowded. Since 3 years I stay in the renovated Inselhotel Koenig, with a modern and contemporary flair, nice size rooms, friendly staff which is always willing to go the extra mile. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. The location is as well very good. Everything is nearby, shops, restaurants and the beach is easy to reach, 10 mins walk. The hotel is in the center and easy to reach. 5 min from the Bus station. All bus lines are reachable here. My room had a view to the backyard and it was very quiet because of that, which I appreciated.

We have spontaneously decided to visit Norderney for 2 nights beginnig of June 2019. We chose this hotel according to its Tripadvisor rating. Everything in this hotel was nice, also the bar of the hotel. Personnel was very friendly and we got a nice room in the roof of the building. We slept with closed windows because the restaurants below where quite loud. Since the windows absorbed very well, this was no issue for us. Very positive was the very nice looking and well maintained breakfest buffet. You should be hungry in the morning!!!!

A true 4* experience. We were perfectly taken care of, including our little baby. 🍼 We had a very clean baby bed, including super cute bed linens and towels. 🍱 Breakfast was very rich. The staff made sure to make us feel very comfortable and took care of us and our baby. They even gave our baby a little snack! 🛌 The bed was awesome. Nothing to complain there. Our room also came with a HUGE balcony!

While we didn’t have dinner at the hotel, we noticed many people crossing the bridge to dine there. The staff were friendly and welcoming at check-in.

Short notice booking en-route Black Forest to Hook of Holland. We stayed for two nights. We arrived relatively late, hot and tired in motorcycle leathers after a very hot ride (30c+). We were greeted with a friendly smile by one of the staff who was very busy in the restaurant, but dropped everything to book us in. The room was large with a large side of hotel covered veranda, perfectly suited to dumping our helmets and boots outside of the room! Despite the hotel being full and needing to keep the door open due to the heat (there was no air conditioning, but a quite efficient fan provided), the room was quiet both nights. We ate in the hotel the first evening. The food was delicious and generously portioned.... the beer was cold.... yippee! Breakfast was typically German and plentiful. Parking is available (payable), but you need to reserve as it is fairly limited. We hadn't reserved but were shown where we could put our motorcycle, free of charge, just outside the hotel courtyard. The hotel is on the south bank of the Mosel, the touristy bit of Cochem is on the north... that required all of 5 mins walk across a bridge located right next to the hotel! Overall a very friendly and comfortable two nights!

The location was excellent, specially with the room with balcony towards the river. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was cozy with nice view.

The decoration was modern with a touch of german rustic furniture. The apartment felt newly renovated, which might be the answer to why the reviews were so mixed. We were very satisfied with our stay in Bad schandau and Apartmenthous Saxonia. The area closes early at nights, on weekends too (around 8pm). So we had nice evenings on the balcony with the lovely view of Bad Schandau and the forest (and the local vintage tram). Easy access to the national park and the spa, but it was also just really nice walking around the area too.

The entrance i on this 2nd floor apartments well kept. The apartment was stocked with all conveniences. The modern Kitchen had little extras like pepper and oil to cook. The bedroom was simple but chic. The bathroom had a large modern shower area. There were two terraces on this second floor apartment looking over to the Kurpark and the Kirnitzschtalbahn stop.

Nice modern and comfortable room with everything you need. There is a small mini bar with fridge and free treats (coffee, tea, snacks, drinks). The room windows overlooked the courtyard and it was very quiet. Convenient and clear contactless communication system.

The room and the bathroom are modern. The online staff was prompt and helpful. The hallway entrance is very cozy to spend time and relax, good also that there are lockers. The hotel is at the main street,close to a bus station that takes you to the railway station. There are restaurants and shops around. Wi-fi was good. You can find parking on the street around. I liked that there were complimentary drinks and chips in the room,including tea and coffee. The room also had a safe.

The hotel was modern, with a nice decor and spotlessly clean. It was quiet, bathroom was really nice and had a walk-in shower and the beds were very comfortable. Location was close to both bus and tram, so it was easy and quick to get into the town centre. The booking procedure and getting the Passcodes for the rooms was really easy and convenient, and it was nice not to have to queue to check in or out. Would book again in a heartbeat.

The location was excellent, due to the accommodation being right outside of Winterberg, we were able to avoid most of the extremely crowded roads when driving to the pistes. Temperature regulation was excellent, the jacuzzi was phenomenal, a great shower, a great sauna. We could not have gotten a better accommodation in the area at our time of booking.

It was a very modern and spacious apartment. We were 9 and very comfortable with amazing views. We really liked the sauna.

Spacious apartment, very clean, magnificent view. Excellent location literally on the slopes. Ski school pretty much next door, ideal for the kids. Not much going on in the village but there is a nice restaurant and bakery within 50m.

This is a friendly family-run hotel which isn’t flashy but does what it does perfectly. It feels a little old fashioned but my son and I felt so welcome from playing table tennis to chilling by the pool to having a delicious breakfast on the terrace every day. It’s really good value and a stunning location - we rented the e-bikes and did the circuit to Wolfach and siltach which was fantastic.

A fantastic, family run hotel in the centre of the Black Forest. Everything was beyond our expectations. The size of the room, the terrace and all the meals. Despite the number of guests, including young children, all was blissfully quiet for the entire day and night. All the staff were first rate in every respect. An added bonus for us, was the light lunch, provided at no extra cost between 1 and 2pm. We cannot fault this hotel and shall return again soon. Wonderful walking from the doorstep or at short distances in every direction.

The hotel is completely secluded off the main road with plenty of parking. The pools are warm and inviting. Included in the room price was a five course dinner which was very acceptable. All in all a good hotel and we’re sure to return.

Very nice and very clean modern rooms. Besides the coffee, the breakfast buffet was good, a lot of food , a good variety (cold, warm, fruit....). The staff friendly and helpful. Free parking! I would not hesitate to stay there again!

You couldn’t ask for anything more. The room was clean and comfortable at a good price. Reception was super helpful. The breakfast buffet scrumptious. We asked about a recommendation for dinner and they recommended the steakhouse across the street. We ate at a Extrablatt just two blocks east, and had the most amazing, authentic German meal. All around wonderful stay for one night before river cruise.

We spend a night end of April 2019. This is mainly a business or short stay hotel very convenient if you need to be close to Basel and with a very good quality/price ratio. Our romm was huge, modern, probablu recently refurbished, well appointed and very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect in this hotel category. The property is situated with a shopping mall on floors 5, 6, 7 and so is is a little confusing at first, but signage is consistent in order to reach the reception and restaurant on floor 6. Parking is free of charge in the mall parking lot another plus. We had both dinner and lunch at the hotel and while dinner can be a bit overpriced, breakfast was huge and very weill priced at 10 € pp. We enjoyed both! Staff are nice and welcoming. In all a very good choice for a short stay.

We had a wonderful week-long stay during the Eurovision Song Contest! The room was extremely spacious and very clean. All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was very tasty. While it wasn’t a huge deal, the shower had issues regulating temperature, going from very cold to very hot when not adjusting the faucet. Given the amenities of the shopping area attached, and the great connectivity into Basel, I would not hesitate to stay here again when my travels bring me back to the Basel region.

Das Hotel war super. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und ist auf "spontane" wünsche super eingegangen. Das Zimmer (Sylt Suite") war sehr sauber. Der Whirlpool und die Sauna waren ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das Frühstück aufs Zimmer für einen Aufpreis hat sich gelohnt, es war sehr reichlich und alles war frisch.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch groß genug. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool auch sehr sauber und groß genug. Die Dusche hätte etwas größer und ebenerdig sein können. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder

War alles toll. Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben leider unsere Zahnpaste vergessen und es wäre toll wenn es möglich wäre ein Kleine Tube von der Rezeption zu bekommen. Aber sonst haben wir unsere Zeit dort genossen.

We stayed here for two nights in December. It is a very easy to get to from the main train station. You just need to take a quick ride on the S train and then it is a very short walk to the hotel. It is also about a 10 minute walk to several sites. The building itself is beautiful and unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night. The food and service were top notch. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We recommend that you try the restaurant. Our room was outside of the main building. The room was unique, romantic, clean and quiet. The amenities were appreciated. The room was smaller than what we would expect here (in the US); however, it was larger than most in Europe. The bathroom was large and included a tub and shower. We had a nice view of the patio and the koi pond. We would definitely stay here again and recommend both the hotel and restaurant.

I forgot to book a hotel at the airport. Looked on line for hours and finally found this hotel. Apparently they had a cancelation and I am so glad. Hotel is probably not convenient for walking around and doing tourist things (possibly, I did not try but immediate impression is no) but to go, stay and eat, it is perfect. Old style, small hotel with extremely modern bathrooms. Parking on site but very limited. No elevator so pack light (3 floors). Staff extremely helpful especially the older gentlemen who checked me in. He arranged a last minute reservation in the restaurant which (according to him) is one of the best in town and possibly in Germany. A big claim but I must say I had a wonderful pre fix dinner with wine pairings. After traveling there for 28 years It was one of the best meals I have ever had in Germany. Wine list looked excellent, but when possible I like to do the suggested pairings to try new things, anyway, a bottle alone is a bit much - possibly 500 ml but not 750. Restaurant says no laptops or cell phones which I appreciate, however, an iPad helps when dining alone and I must take photos of the food and send to my wife so she can (somewhat) enjoy! Sorry, I broke the rules (discretely) but was not thrown out!

Very quick check in and good service starting with the staff assisting with luggage. The room was clean, and very comfortable with a lovely patio outside the room. Beautiful bathroom. Amenities included a mini bar with options for purchase. A delicious apple was at each bedside. Enjoyed a German breakfast in the onsite restaurant. Convenient to the Mercedes museum. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay here was pretty good. I thought the hotel was beautiful. I stayed in a "castle room" and it was decent size for one person. I found the shower strange with the glass partition over just half of it so a lot of water ends up on the floor. I think this is a Germany thing though because my next hotel in Munich had the same partition. Bed was soft and comfy, another Germany quirk is no top sheet but just a duvet. A/C worked well. Breakfast was just ok, lots of breads and cheese and the waitress asked if we wanted an omelette and it was a decent cheese omelette but honestly, we skipped the breakfast the second day because we were underwhelmed. The Koi pond in back was beautiful! A nice surprise. Parking was TIGHT so if you have bigger car good luck. Onsite parking was great to have though (for a fee). I didn't have an ipad in my room but my friend did and she said it didn't really do anything. I also didn't know I had a mini bar in my room until checkout... probably a good thing ;) All in all enjoyed my stay - staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights over the May Bank Holiday. The hotel is a bit dated but still comfortable. The spa and pools were lovely (although the latter were very small). The buffet breakfast was excellent. Our only complaint was that there seemed to be a problem with the air extraction from the kitchen and the hotel smelt in places of old fat oil which was somewhat offputting. Hotel location is good if you have a car. Otherwise it is in the middle of a small village with no decent restaurants.

Very delicious restaurant , top breakfast, nice hotel, we enjoyed the wellness , sure we come back !

VIP room excellent for couples! VIP room contained hot tub, dealbreaker for us for a relaxing stay (a bit shallow just FYI). We received 2 sets of towels each: very soft and nice! Bed in VIP room was comfy and big! Also comfy bedding and hotel pillows (would maybe add regular pillows for sleeping comfort). There is a tower fan in the room that creates circulation which was nice, please note it is no AC. Note that there is privacy buttons near your room-door. If you turn on the privacy button your room will not be cleaned. For cleaning, turn on the house keeping button. A red/green light will illuminate in front of your door to let the personnel know if you want privacy or cleaning. Room exactly like in pictures! Recommended and will come back if we are around the area again :)

We liked the decor, the friendly staff, the ease of check in and the secure parking. The room was clean and very comfortable and had everything that we needed.

The room also was warm and the heating was controllable. There was also a heated towel rail in the bathroom that we could switch on when having a shower. Even though there is a lift there are plenty of stairs, which did'nt bother us as we'd asked for a high floor. If not too mobile a lower floor should be requested. I would have liked coffee making facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Augusta. We were slightly worried after reading previous reviews about having to lug suitcases up the stairs but this was not an issue. There is a nice man, Joseph I believe, who escorted us to our room and took care of our luggage. All of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of in-room amenities. Very close access to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. We stayed here with our 2 children and all of us were satisfied and happy with our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good location; easy to get to main sights via subway which was located very nearby. Staff was wonderful! Room was super clean and very cute (a pleasant surprise as they were much better than photos online - newly renovated). Common areas don't look like they have been renovated yet, but are still fine and clean. Restaurant next door is a must.

Perfect position for my short stay in Berlin. Ubahn 1 minute walk & 100 & 200 busstop 5 mins. Friendly & helpful staff & good selection at breakfast bar very reasonably priced.

The location is great, close to the old town. The room was very quiet and clean, with very complete kitchen facilities, and modern furniture and appliances. The balcony was wide and had a great view.

The accommodation completely exceeded our expectations. Me and my colleagues were absolutely delighted, the breakfast was perfect, the apartments very comfortable. We also had a problem finding accommodation quickly (one was canceled at the last minute), we appreciate the friendly communication positively. We highly recommend and I hope to return sometime.

The room was huge and very comfortable with a really nice terrace, a very comfortable bedroom, a small kitchen with everything needed as well as an electrically adjustable bed. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked this location for longer. Very friendly staff. I also booked a massage here and the facilities and massage were really nice.

Very friendly, sustainable, full use of resources, no unreasonable waste. Good feeling of the stay. Nice location and as new facility (2018) very good fit to existing historical environment. 5 stars out of 5 :-)

The expression "Der Gast ist Koenig" (the guest is King) fits Passau Suites. What an incredibly thought through accommodation. First of all we would like to thank Mrs Braun and Herr von Jaruntowski for your exceptional welcome and taking care of us after our accident in Passau. The accommodation is very tasteful, luxurious and comfortable. Close to the river with various restaurants, but also nothing missing in the suite. Minibar, dressing gowns, little biscuits, lovely bathroom amenities, balcony, coffee machine, etc etc etc. Mrs Braun met us on arrival, explained everything to us and took care of us. She is an absolute gem. If you want a truly comfortable stay, this is the accommodation to book.

The suite was absolutely amazing! The best was then view of the river. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We loved everything. It was an exceptional stay, large, elegant rooms, modern bathrooms, clean, fresh, tempting. Very smooth check in process. I have never been to a place like this, where every tiny detail is carefully and tastefully designed. Practical, smart and tasteful solutions. All the minibar drinks were included in the room price, what is also a nice gesture. Congratulation to the owners! We felt like home.

Excellent way to spend a few days in Passau. Ideal location. Apartment is modern, clean and tastefully decorated which makes for a pleasant stay. Staff is wonderful and very responsive. Quiet despite location on main road but you are next the the Danube so view is good. No breakfast but there are plenty of bakeries around the corner. Overall would highly recommend. A+

The apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Our room was the duplex suite with sauna and whirlpool. A large modern and clean apartment, located in the Old Town and easy to walk to the restaurants , sites and train station. Staff were extremely professional and helpful.The photos of the apartment are very accurate.

This is going to be my go-to-accommodation when visiting my childhood home. I have been staying here a few times and it always is an experience! Mrs Sass is a wonderful hostess and supportive if ever needed. The breakfast is very special and I absolutely understand why the other guests gush about it. The member of staff who is responsible for setting breakfast up is just lovely and you can see the effort and love put in the trays. Little tip - book well in advance as this is a highly sought after location.

A hotel at the Burg Stargard … you literally enter through the lower gate of the castle to get to the reception. Extremely kind and helpful service! You can walk around the castle after closing hours. And we found it very charming that we needed a small carriage to bring suitcases to the hotel. Bring cash for parking and coffee.

Superb quality apartments, the finish and overall standard of the furnishings was amazing. Had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, all wrapped up in a stylish, spacious and modern apartment.

Comfortabele beds, great shower, nice big terrace, perfect for a stay with kids. We enjoyed the infrared sauna. The bike/ski room was very handy too, and a parking space in front of the door. Magnificent view of the valley.

The location's highlight is it's tranquility and proximity to nature, making it a great spot for relaxation and outdoor activities like hikes, walks in vineyards, and forest exploration. 13 min walk to the center of the city where multiple bars and restaurants are, as well as shops. The room an hotel feels like it was renovated yesterday, with everything working perfectly and looking new. The wifi was fast and reliable. The elevator is spacious and works smoothly. There is a vending machine with local and international juices, beer, wine, water, snacks and sweets. The restaurant was perfect, nice ambiance, no loud, dimmed lights, and the food was absolutely delicious. We had 5 dishes and 2 deserts and they were all prepared to perfection. Wide selection of local and international wines and cocktails and drinks. Both food and drinks had good prices, not cheap but not too expensive either, and the view of the restaurant is calming and taking all he stress way.

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. Our room was comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with lots of variety. We had dinner one night at the restaurant as well (reservation recommended) and the food was really good. The location is great, we were able to go on a hike through the forest directly from the hotel on foot. We also appreciated having a charging spot available for our electric car.

Bathroom was modern and exceptionally clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner in the Courtyard was wonderful. Menu selections were very good, very good quality, and service was very good too. Breakfast was great, nice selection, good quality, and having breakfast in the Courtyard was a great experience too. It’s an authentic Castle which is pretty cool to stay in. Views from my room and the walls around the castle were beautiful.

This was the most amazing place to stay! Our room was so luxurious and beautiful. The view was amazing. The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We will definitely book this castle again on our next trip to Germany. It is in nice proximity to Rothenberg on der Tauber as well as Nurnberg. This was one of the highlights of our trip.

Everything about our stay at Burg Colmberg was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and well furnished. The castle itself was very beautiful, with many, very nice antiques throughout. It was very nicely decorated for Christmas throughout as well. The restaurant offered outstanding meals and the breakfast each morning was very pleasant. The hotel is also pet friendly and our dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel.

Burg Colmberg is a beautiful mix of old world charm and modern convenience. The views around the castle are exquisite. The location is convenient and easy to find. Breakfast was great with delicious coffee. The service was excellent.

We have always wanted to experience staying in a castle in Germany. We chose the Tower Suite room for our family of 5 and it was the best room at the top of the hotel with balcony access to the outside of the top of the tower (of course we can’t get into the tower). It was very cool. Even though the castle was ancient, our room was completely modern and new and had very modern facilities and a fantastic view over the castle grounds and the town below. The room has a queen fold out bed downstairs and a queen bed upstairs plus single bed upstairs. Toilets are very modern with fancy automated toilet seats. We came on Christmas Day and had the special Franconian Xmas dinner with venison from the local forest and roast goose. Even tried their locally brewed dark beer The Dark Knight specially brewed for the castle. We also had a walk around the town the next day and enjoyed it. We took the opportunity to explore the rest of the castle by going to every floor and went into the wedding chapel and so on. Can really then tell the age of the castle with the timber stairs, very old floors and doors and ancient furnishings (deer heads mounted on walls, old doll cradles, etc all around) / at times spooky as we explored this at night!

Strategically well located next the bridge connecting mainland and Usedom. Good place for overnighting for travelers to the island who arrives very late. A lovely room in a beautiful building! We loved our stay at Der Speicher and our time in Wolgast. Property is centrally located within easy walking distance of the train station and close to all amenity in Wolgast. We would happily stay at this property again when next in Wolgast.

As another plus was a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Nice touch (for guests) - little packaging of Haribo, ear plugs, travel toothbrush and eco coffee mug as a gift (one only). 5-Star stay. The house and location was great. The website claimed it was only suitable for 3, but 4 would have fit. I would suggest this be updated. Overall though, the room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The self check in was excellent, as we arrived late.

The location was awesome in the old city. The view from the windows was amazing. Quiet at nights. Access to restaurants and cafes. Renovated building and the apartment. Great shower cabin with rain shower.

The location was great, right next to the old bridge so the view is lovely, as is the little patio area out the back. The castle and high street are also nearby which is convenient though I would avoid Excelsior. The bed was comfortable though the duvet and pillows kept coming out of the cases, shower is a great size with large shower head, water pressure could be better. Sofa is comfortable, we pulled it out into a bed to lounge on while watching TV one evening, was lovely. Overall a lovely apartment to stay in, had no trouble while there and walked to anywhere nearby we needed to go.

Great location, all the sights, restaurants and shops in the old town right on the door step and beautiful views of the river and bridge from our room. A few small toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) and hairdryer provided. Also small amount of supplies in kitchen (jams, milk, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets). Comfortable beds and on the whole apartment was really nice. Would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Heidelberg old town.

The location is excellent, right between the main train station and the old town, with easy access to both. Prager Straße runs next to the hotel, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Check-in was smooth, and as an IHG One Rewards member I was upgraded to a larger room, which felt spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the modern bathroom with a well-designed shower. Only downside was the lack of a minibar/fridge in the room. Breakfast is simple with only cold items, but it was enough to start the day. The breakfast area can get crowded on weekends, though staff was helpful in finding a table. Check-out was flexible – I was allowed to stay until 2 PM thanks to my membership, which was a big plus. There was also a (false) fire alarm during my stay, but staff handled it quickly and professionally. Overall, a practical and well-located hotel with good value for money.

It was amazing! Best hotel in Berlin definitely! If I’m in Berlin, I would book only at this hotel! Perfectly clean, very spacious, very comfortable bed, super beautiful clean location with park nearby! Kitchen has everything, even mini fridge had drinks and chips for free. Coffee was there, milk too. Bathroom and design are stunning! Perfect ideal room! Shower is sooo gorgeous, so spacious, so new! I give it 100 out of 10! Bed is huge for 2 people! Very comfortable too! I’m more than impressed! I always stay at Numa chain of hotels! So safe, so perfect!

The hotel is in an excellent location near to the Brandenburg gate and the remains of the Berlin wall. Our room was on the 11th floor of the hotel, with stunning panoramic views of the city. The hotel was able to honour my requests after I contacted them prior to my stay of a balcony and a room with a high floor. The quality of the room itself was exceptional. It was very spacious and had a lounge area with seating and a table. It also had a kitchen, with a dishwasher, fridge freezer cooker and coffee machine. The gigantic bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom had a large walk in shower with a big sink. The only thing that let the room down was that we didn't receive housekeeping on the last day and there was a few small maintenance and cleanliness issues like scrapes on the walls, cobwebs in the corner of the lounge and the balcony needed cleaning. Reception was informed of these issues and apologised. They stated that they will endeavour to rectify these issues. Overall, though an outstanding room, with amazing views in a great location. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We stayed as a large group and the hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The staff really make this place, they are all so helpful and friendly, no ask was too big. Check in was really quick and easy, we arrived early and they made sure we had a room available for us all to store our bags and freshen up. We had a few apartments across a number of floors and they were all spot on. Really spacious and literally everything you could possibly need, the kitchen was better equipped than at home! The beds need a special mention as they were so comfy with unreal pillows 😴 The art decor feel to the hotel is super chic, the bar, restaurant and garden are all absolutely stunning. We didn’t get a chance to visit the spa, but some of the other guests we chatted to did give it good reviews. They offered a great continental breakfast that is open until 11am, there is something to cater for even the pickiest of eaters, and we had a few 😆. I practically had a 3 course meal every morning, it was delicious! It’s perfectly located within walking distance of lots of the big tourist spots of Berlin but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you get a great nights sleep. I would definitely recommend a stay here if visiting the city.

Great value, cool decor, beautiful garden and superb location, but the aspect I want to focus on is the exceptional service and staff on duty on 16 and 17 August 2024. 1. Check in was busy and the staff were efficient, professional and friendly. 2. Our tv wasn’t working and within 5 minutes (truthfully!) some came up to sort it and replaced the remote batteries. 3. The breakfast selection is beautiful and because it is a large restaurant there were a lot of people. The staff (and manager in particular) were incredibly well organised and kept on smiling 4. Later in the day before we left for the airport we had some lovely cocktails in the bar and the bartender and manager were great fun and sorted out charging my phone.

This new hotel is fantastic. The rooms were elegantly furnished with lots of thoughtful touches such as bathrobes and slippers, and an amazingly comfortable bed. The shower was also powerful and hot - always a must in any stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and a special mention must go to the fresh bowl of hummus, which was out of this world! There was only one small fly in the ointment and this was the wait for the two lifts, I gave up on the second attempt and used the stairs. Maybe they haven't quite got the programming right yet. All in all would thoroughly recommend this hotel - it is only a 5 minute walk to Potsdamer Platz and the attractions of central Berlin.

Stayed for several nights, on a business trip. Apartments are above the restaurant, and one I stayed in was beyond the expectations. A very comfortable and tasteful mix of traditional and modern, old wooden beams, with a water bed and hot tub in the room. They don't serve breakfast, BUT the room is equipped with a kitchenette and they will leave a variety of tasty options for breakfast in the fridge.

Nicely renovated spacious room in an old building. We had the top floor room, which meant climbing up 3 flights of stairs. Breakfast is complimentary (diverse items in fridge, coffee/tea etc). Very central location in Biberach, close to the central square (beautifully!). We had the luck of coming on a local feast day, with lots of activities on the square.

The room had everything we needed to have a nice stay. The location was walking distance to the town square. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner outdoors at the restaurant. In the room's refrigerator, the host provided a German breakfast of drinks, bread, ham slices, and yogurt.

Everything except WiFi. Very cozy and authentic, warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We absolutely loved our stay at Residence Ente! The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations. We had the business suite and it was huge. We enjoyed making tea and coffee in the room while looking out at St. Martins church. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to from the train station.
