Beautiful and clean hotel, all new and luxury. The private beach with free sunbeds is a plus. The pool zone all with mineral water, lifeguard and jacuzzi is a great place to spent a cozy afternoon, relaxing with a nice cocktail from the pool bar. The restaurant food, is fresh and good quality: veal, pork, lamb, chicken, fish, healthy food zone.... The spa zone is nice, we tried Casa di fiore massage and it feels good .. We will definitely come back!

This newly built hotel stands out with its elegant architecture, lush garden full of colorful flowers, and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable — especially the beds, which were among the best we’ve slept in. Everything is well-maintained and clean. Access to all areas (spa, pools, elevators) is easy and practical. The beach is just a short walk away, with the hotel offering its own sunbeds and a beautifully decorated path leading to the shore. If you choose a sea-view room, your experience will be even more delightful. The staff are genuinely friendly and respectful. Every day, a complimentary 1.5L water bottle was provided in the room — a thoughtful touch. We also loved the small details like flower pots on each balcony. The in-room smart TV supports Netflix, so you can log in to your account and relax after a long day. The food was delicious, varied, and made with high-quality ingredients. The wellness and massage services were also excellent. Overall, it’s a perfect place for a calm and comfortable stay by the sea.

The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. You can see the attention to all details, from furniture to flower arrangements, to garden, lobby area etc. Pools and saunas are very well maintained and also very clean. Personnel is very kind and helpful, smiling and greeting everyone. Food is great: plenty of options, including healthy ones. Loved the chia budding and the variety of nuts and fruits for breakfast. My family appreciated the baked options :). There was something to please everyone :). The information about the thermal water in the pool and the different treatment options that were displayed in the pool area were really helpful and great to know. :) The beach is also very clean and nicely arranged. Beach bar is super nice and has drinks but also food options if you just want to grab something on the beach during lunch. Well done! Congrats to the manager, chef and all personnel. The only things we have not tried are the massages....but I can't imagine they are anything but amazing, same as the rest of the facilities and services offered by the hotel. We very highly recommend this hotel. It is the second time we were here and it never disappoints. Well done also for maintaining the same standard over the years!

The hotel is amazing, it is extremely close to the beach - you just exit the hotel and enter the beach, the rooms are clean and cleaning service is provided daily, the furniture is new and beautiful, very comfy bed, and extremely helpful and nice staff. Beautiful garden full of flowers, also there are flowers on the balcony of each rooms which is really pretty. The pools are heated and clean, also the spa area is really nice, with different kinds of saunas and a lot of facial and body treatments and massages. The food is so good and diversified, we liked every dish we tried and you find new options every day. We enjoyed everything about the hotel and about our stay and we will come back for sure.

Top 3 reasons to book here: 1. Thermal pools and saunas. Great no matter the season. Enough to do for 2-3 nighs without the need to leave the hotel. Hot water in thermal pools, plenty of saunas of all sorts. Loved the wood fire sauna ouside. 2. High quality food. Best food in a Bulgarian hotel. 3. Attention to details that make the difference (small things like the right size of bathrobe for our kid, candy on pillows at arrival, allowing 30 min past check out so we can have lunch before we leave, politeness of staff). Other things we liked: 4. Big elegant rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, bathroom with shower and bathtub, quality linen and towels, balcony facing the sea. 5. Free big parking, electric chargers. 6. Great stable wifi. 7. Nice personnel. Helpful and polite. This is something that got better since our visit 2 years ago. 8. Massage was worth it, but schedule in advance. 9. Great hotel for families, the thermal area is basically a playground for kids.

This gorgeous and peaceful hotel along with spa facilities seems like a paradise. The room was very clean, fresh towels and cleaning service everyday. The hotel offers a free breakfast in the buffet restaurant with a huge variety of food to choose from. The outside property and spa area was very neat and well maintained as well. I would definitely recommend visiting this paradise along the beach.

Hotel is brand new, modern, our park view room had a side sea view (block 2), rooms supplied with Rituals cosmetics, Dolce gusto coffee machine, pods topped up daily. Bathrobe, slippers, pool towels for all guests. Towels and sheets changed daily. Free access to hotels Spa facilities with indoor and outdoor (1 heated) pools, saunas. Once a day access to next door Aquahouse Water zone, giving the view of the coastline. Food is disappointing, juices from machine, alcoholic drinks are poor quality. All inclusive (they call it All Inc Ultra Plus!!) only runs 10:30 to 23:00. Out of these hours only free is coffee/tea/soft drinks. Snack bar only has cookies and couple of sandwiches served. Games room - 1 billiards table, 1 fooseball table. Dining area gets very crowded, not much seating to accommodate all. Bar staff are nice, but the rest need to be taught how to talk to guests as most of them are so rude, esp in the dining area. Words like "sorry", "please", "thank you" are just non existent.. We had an issue with the room couple of times too (doors moved off wall, no hot water), it took hours to sort things out, without any updates and sorries given. I personally wasn't feeling as a valued customer and despite some positives there's a lot of room for improvement for both staff and hotel itself.

We had been surprised by our daughter for our wedding anniversary with a stay in Aguahouse Hotel & Spa and I cannot be more than happy to leave a review for this amazing Hotel. The design is magnificent , clean, spacious, beautiful room ( standard over 40sq m ,we had deluxe one comes with a private balcony). The Spa facilities are absolutely stunning. What should I say for the Food? A variety of the best cocktails in the bar, restaurant grill, salads,, sea food and so much more. And the staff just brilliant service. Special Thank you to the two lovely Managers that were on top of everything during our stay. Definitely coming back soo. Thank you

Atmosphere and staff and everything was absolutely amazing! For the price you pay for is just smashing! Very posh, clean hotel. Whole staff who is work there is very friendly and caring they look very good after you. Second day we are have little present from the hotel plate of fruit and exactly what we are was needed after long hot day on the beach. Hotel is was very quiet and is really very good for rest and sleep. Bed is was very comfortable pillow as well, very clean bed and towels. While room and Bathroom was very clean. Have free bottle of water for us, also have mini fridge with some drinks if you want to have some extra but you need to pay for it also some nuts. My rate for you guys is 100 out of 10 ! I’ll be there again for sure! Thank you 🙏

The staff were all cheerful and friendly including the cleaning ladies. I personally would like to thank Boris who was a brilliant and enthusiastic ambassador for the Hotel. Knowledgeable warm friendly and an excellent communicator. I very much enjoyed my conversations with him when partaking of a Zagorka Beer in the evening. The car park was brilliant as parking in Varna with its Blue Zone is a pain. The Hotel is perfectly situated close to Beach, Station, Opera Roman Baths as well shops Restaurants and all you are likely to need clise by within walking distance. Hotel was kept perfectly clean throughout and daily room servicing was excellent, thank you. The decor furnishings and ambience was very nice and the Hotel looked great illuminated at night. Breakfast was taken daily and was always fresh and cooked ready for my required time. I had the English Breakfast but another 3 options are available. Having stayed in many Bulgarian Hotels in the 21 years that I have owned properties in the Country thus is as good as they come, mainly helped by the enthusiastic and warm approach if the staff, Boris Danni and my apologies but the remaining reception make member whose name I did not know. As other guests have commented a nice touch was the welcome gateux , fruit and snacks. Much appreciated. Very happy with my stay and service provided abd would stay again 100%. Thank you all.

First of all, I like the sheer luxury of the place. Love the Roman theme. Rooms are always clean and always that little extra something: the little bonbon on the fresh towels, the box of bathroom kit items, the STACKED minibar. Breakfast has a lot of options and is really good value. They have a nice terrace with a fountain and cafe concert music playing. Location is very central and you can easily explore the rest of the city center from there.

The hotel was excellent - equidistant from the beach and the centre, not on a main road so it was quiet at night. It was close to local shops and restaurants although the hotel itself serves breakfast too (unable to comment as we didn’t eat there). Very clean and there’s someone at reception 24/7 which made checking out early in the morning super easy. The hotel staff were exceptional - very friendly and smiling at all times. Very approachable and they brought up a treat (frape, water, refreshing juices & watermelon) to our room every day, which was sooo nice. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t recommend the place enough. Looking forward to staying there next time we’re in Varna

My recent stay at Hotel Imperia was absolutely delightful. From the warm welcome at check-in to the cozy and immaculate room, every moment was a pleasure. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I opted for the classic English breakfast, and I was blown away by the quality and freshness of every ingredient. The eggs were perfectly cooked to order and the bacon crispy and savory. Accompanied by a steaming cup of rich, aromatic coffee, it was truly a breakfast fit for royalty. With its prime location and exceptional service, Hotel Imperia is definitely my go-to hotel for future visits. Highly recommended!

We visited family in Varna and used the hotel for a 5 night stay in December. We booked an executive double room with a sea view. Check in was easy and reception staff were helpful & friendly. The hotel is situated a short walk to the centre. Our room was on the tenth floor 1003 and had a panoramic sea view. The room was large with a walk-in wardrobe, large bathroom with bath and separate shower, and spacious bedroom with large TV (no English channels worth watching). The king size bed was comfortable, bedding was changed regularly and plenty of clean towels were provided daily. Rituals toiletries are provided including shampoo & conditioner, and there is a decent enough wall mounted hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a tea making equipment, free safe and mini bar and you get a complimentary bottle of water every day. The hotel is quiet and we didn't hear any noise at night. Breakfast was served in reception as the restaurant was undergoing renovation and this may have affected the options available as food choices were limited. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent stay at Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel in Varna. The room was very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with foptions to suit every taste. The hotel’s location is right next to the Sea Garden, just a short walk to the beach and the city center, yet in a quiet and relaxing area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.

There are a few things that we enjoyed very much in our short stay at this hotel: -the room: spacious, clean, with big dressing, with bathtub&walk-in shower, amenities. Big windows, excellent lighting&sea view, complimentary water, minibar- fully stocked -the pool clean and heated, nice sauna -the staff- very kind and helpful - Many thanks to Konstantin, our waiter, who reccommended us some excellent dishes. The food- extremely tasty and well cooked- compliments to the chef! -underground parking. -hotel location: near the park&the sea, very close to the zoo&dolphinarium

The hotel itself and the room were great—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the staff could be a bit more friendly, especially the lady at the swimming pool and Jim, who were not polite at all. On the other hand, the restaurant staff, outside of breakfast hours, were very polite and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast was good but could be improved by offering more choices. Additionally, the orange and apple juices were not freshly squeezed and were served very warm, which was disappointing. Overall, Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel offers a solid experience, but with some improvements in staff friendliness and breakfast options, it could be even better.

We stayed at the hotel in 2023 and enjoyed our stay very much so on returning to Varna we didn't look at any other hotels. We once again booked a Deluxe Sea View room for our 6 night stay as they have the most amazing views over the Sea Garden and had a room on the 6th floor. We took the 409 airport bus for only 2 lev each and it stops over the road from the hotel. The check in was smooth and the receptionist very friendly and professional. Breakfast is currently being taken in the lobby bar area while the Sea Garden Restaurant is being refurbished so it is a little cramped and quite busy but this is only temporary. I used the swimming pool and thermal spa a few mornings which I enjoyed but like last year I find the pool temperature a little chilly compared to other indoor hotel pools I have used. The hotel is just over the road from the Sea Garden and we were able to have plenty of walks in the park and it's only a 10/15 minute walk to the centre. Thanks once again for a wonderful stay.

Everything is amazing, except the temperature in the jacuzzi, the water was too hot

The staff was extremely polite and they assisted us with everything we needed. All the facilities are very modern and comfortable. The whole hotel was very luxurious. The fact that the spa was included in the price really makes it worth it. The spa has all the things one would want like saunas, a steam bath, a salt room, an indoor pool and a relax zone - loved it there. Also we were given a complimentary sea view room which was very nice of them. There is a piano bar and nice restaurant. The breakfast which was included in the price was rich and tasty, we liked it.

KingBed is awesome, it's big, it's perfect for...whatever dreams you have with your partner. Seaview room is what you want, the balcony is big, the view is perfect. Bathroom has all, you don't have to bring anything from home. The shower cabin is perfect for two, if you know what i mean. The staff is too feiendly sometimes, but this is a 5* hotel. The lobby bar hs almost everything, the pool is great, heated.

The pool, the water temperature was perfect, saunas were great, the food was very tasty, the staff was great especially at the eating area, but not just there. Very nice, helpful and smiley. The room was big, clean and comfortable, it’s a pleasure to see the sunrise from the balcony.

The hotel was very nice, the swimming pool area was clean and silent. The inside spa area very cozy and relaxing. You could go to the beach by minivan provided by the hotel, they were always on time and no one was ever left behind if space was not enough, more vans would be sent. The food was good, varied, plenty of options to choose from. In the evenings you could enjoy the music and a drink, or have a walk around the big complex, was a safe area.

We came from the United States.🇺🇸 We visited a lot of different resorts in many countries but SH Dolce Vita Hotel was one of the best . First impression was great. This hotel has very modern style, rooms are clean, cozy.with the balcony. We were on the 6 floor that had amazing views of the hotel snd of the sea. At night the hotel illuminates with different colors. Personal are polite and very attentive to us, all our questions were answered very fast. Amazing stuff in the hotel! Food was very tasty with a good choice! There are two authentic restaurants Bulgarian and Greek with the homemade food and music. Swimming pool was clean. The animation team did a great work, helped the kids stayed busy. We were pleasantly amazed with the compliment from the hotel! Even the hotel was full, the service and quality were with the high standards Electro car brought us to the beach very fast. There are a lot of small supermarkets and shopping boutiques nearby. This hotel has a private beach 🏖️, that was clean. We saw people from many countries : Romanian, Bulgarian, Czech , Polish, Ukrainian, Serbian, German .The different shows were every night! Definitely want be back! Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay very relaxing. I especially enjoyed the three swimming pools – they were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both kids and adults. The aqua park for children was also a big plus. The food was varied and suitable for all tastes. Overall, I would recommend SH Dolce Vita for families looking for a fun and relaxing holiday. With just a few improvements, especially to the beach transport schedule, it could be even better.

We did enjoy our stay in Dolce Vita. We liked the hotel, the swimming pools and the aquapark.The room was spaceful, clean, with a nice view. The food was very tasty and various. Regarding the wellness place, it was just amazing. We appreciated a lot the Bulgarian and Greek restaurants. Staff is smiling and helpful. The reception girls were nice and always ready to help. We would like to thank the animation team - Micha, Vladi, Clara...they were so funny, full of energy, original and creative. They spread a good mood. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to our friends and family. A beautiful place to go on vacation. We hope to come back again next year.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who helped us with a late check-in. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The buffet had a huge variety and was delicious. Loved our stay at the Dolce Vita. Our room with sea view was lovely and spacious and the cleaning staff kept it spotless, in fact the whole hotel was spotless inside and out. George and Masha on the animation team kept us entertained everyday and were a great laugh, George has eight years of experience in his role and it shows. The food! All three of us enjoyed it and we tried food we hadn’t eaten before, we like this on holiday, but for those with more traditional tastes that was covered too. The only criticism of the food would be the fruit selection as we would have liked more variety, a small criticism. The beach, was easy to get to and shuttle busses run throughout the day. The beach bar had a limited stock of drinks but the lager was good again staff here were great . All in we had a lovely holiday and would recommend the Dolce Vita x

There are also free activities like billiards, PlayStation, and table tennis, which make the recreational side of this hotel truly excellent. • The meal and snack times are well-organized and generous. Everything is located close to the rooms, and the long snack bar hours mean you never feel hungry during the day. • Drinks and cocktails are of high quality and taste great. The bar service is excellent. • The hotel is located just an 8-minute walk from the beach and the central Golden Sands area, which is very convenient. • The snack bars, especially the pizza section, were fantastic. Fresh and tasty! • Our room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job throughout our stay. • The value for money was great. Considering the services and location, the price was more than fair. • Cold drinking water and coffee were always available throughout the hotel, which we really appreciated.

Fabulous, loved the hotel, the water park was great fun for the children, they had the most amazing time , food was incredible, delicious, very generous and available all day long , pool food was amazing, freshly made pizza chips plus’s many many other choices plus treats cakes biscuits tea coffee ice cream. The children played hard and burnt off energy and enjoyed all the snacks plus breakfast lunch and dinner in the restaurant plus more snacks with the evening entertainment, just amazing. The location is also great for the beach and promenade, the children enjoyed the sea and making sandcastles😁👍

The staff was very polite, the room was clean and spacious. I loooved the food, extremely varied, they also have a kids buffet. I also appreciated the hygene. The pools are clean and the water has a good temperature. There is also a kids entertainment room, where they can play, color or do facepainting.

Spending the Easter Holidays in this location was the best choice, among many other spa options that I had. The all-inclusive system, which is not an option for me, usually proved to be extremely welcome, considering that in the off-season, the restaurant offers are reduced. Everything was far beyond expectations. I say this because at the beginning of the season, the managerial start can be difficult. This was not the case here. From the reception, where we were greeted with kindness and perfect professionalism, to the clean, impeccable and warm-colored room, to the spa and the diversified cuisine, everything was perfect. A model of good practice for hotel services, I would say. I am crazy about swimming, and the water warmer than the thermal baths, the sauna, followed by a bucket of cold water, on the Icelandic model, gave me the relaxation and good mood that we all need. We don't drink alcohol, but I saw many tourists satisfied with the diversity of drinks. I want to congratulate the entire management team, not with the claim to be an expert in HORECA, but with the claim to have had the chance to travel to 4-5 stars, some disappointing. So beyond expectations. It's worth it, especially if you want to take advantage of Schengen and arrive in 4 hours, for mini-vacations or weekends.

I parked in the private parking lot in front of the hotel. Hotel that is 5 minutes from the beach. The room was very nice, spacious and equipped with everything you needed but still not very clean. The food was enough for everyone, good food but not great, the outdoor pool was quite clean with enough sunbeds.

The room was big, very clean. We had a sea view room but the rooms with sea view from floors 1-4 are not worth paying extra for because the trees in front are very high. The food was very good, diverse and tasty. Services very good.

Big hotel with sea view, close to beach (you get out from hotel, direct on the beach) A lot of varieties for breakfast (meat, vegetables, fruit, coffe, juice, pancake, pizza, etc) Some free parking in front of hotel, I think in full season you can't have it :-D Big rooms, ok beds, quiet and relaxing view from balcony! Close to Varna city (15-20 min by car) where you can eat at good restaurants.

It has a very nice view and an amazing terrace. The staff was very friendly and doing the job pretty well. The food was also okay, however it was more or less the same food each day with small changes. I loved that the hotel was on the beach and the pools are looking amazing.

Beach near the hotel, food at the restaurant was good. View from the room was lateral view. Pool was very clean, the entertainment for kids and music from 9 to 20 p.m was really nice. There were two pools in the complex, both with mineral water. One at 29 degrees and one hotter. This was the big plus of the hotel.

Location is amazing; The food was very good and lots of Variety. We liked the hot pool and spa a lot too. The view from the south room was beautiful and very quiet, the staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the water slide too! it is not just for kids.

Location is great, right on the beach and next to a summer/outdoor cinema. It is a more family oriented and quiet and not a party place. Food was tasty and good quality, never had any issues. The pools were also very nice and with mineral water. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very nice.

Neli is fantastic. Always helpful. She navigated me with the convenient buses. Normally, the check out is by 12am and she allowed me to remain more. The hotel is near by the place where my son had exams. I really enjoy my stay there and highly recommend the Paralax hotel.

We had a very warm welcome from the reception, and were very pleased to find a full kitchenette in the bedroom. There was always loads of hot water, and if we'd wanted to put a wash on...there was even a washing machine. A particular highlight was the glow-in-the-dark wall paper!

The room was pretty spacious. The bathroom was also great. Great value for money.

Room: It was quite big and clean. The beds were decently comfortable and there was no problem with the surrounding noise. THe AC works fine in case you need it. Bathroom: There was running hot water and the the toilet flushed properly. It was quite clean. Breakfast: You will get a selection of ham, cheese of variosu sorts, a cucumber, a banana, coffee, butter and jam Staff: They were very helpful and very nice. Location: You have a sueprmarket nearby and the Grand Mall of Varna is a 10 minutes walk away. You are 30 minutes from the city centre on foot.

Im happy to be the first to describe this amazing experience. After a tough travel, finally arrived. I ordered a single room and got an upgrade, and what an upgrade the apartment was amazing, the staff was amazing and soo kind that i allmost decided to stay 😊 The place is very well equiped and have a very cozy bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. On the day we arrived, Dorothea was the receptionist, who explained everything and welcomed us well to Varna. Dorothea booked us a taxi too and it arrived very quickly. Dorothea spoke English too which also helped! The breakfast was also a cold selection of meat and cheese, and was tasty. Great location, either 15 minute walk from the bus stop (direct from the airport), or about 15 leva by taxi to the airport. The hotel is very close to a large shopping centre, perfect!

I booked a single room and was upgraded to a double studio. The room was quite large, with a sofa, coffee table and dressing table. It had a balcony bit but the view was of apartments. This didn’t bother me as I was only overnighting. There was a minibar, toiletries and a hairdryer (in the wardrobe) It was handy for the airport 6km away but not much in the immediate vicinity.

The room was comfortable and spacious and the hotel is in a good location near to bus stops, restaurants and a mall. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful to us, despite us having some particular requests. The little bar in the lobby is also very nice. Highly recommend!

The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on check-in and check-out, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great, actually first line on the beach. Perfectly clean, safe and comfortable. All the staff, in front desk and room attendants, are very friendly, helpful and professional. They helped us with all our arrangements. We plan to continue staying there for all our furniture trips to Varna.

Good value! I loved the big room I had with the nice terrace; I took advantage and sunned myself there, plus I used it to dry out my swimming accoutrements from the beach. Awesome location, close to the walking area with all the restaurants and shops and to the beach. Really great staff; super friendly, patient, and accommodating!! The manager, Gergana, took time to help help me with my Bulgarian language. I WOULD say the staff was the best part, because they made me feel so incredibly welcome, EXCEPT for the small fact that they get trumped by the BREAKFAST!!! Has to be the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten!!! One of the days, it was not a buffet, and instead, the woman prepared it custom for me and served me! Would love to book again!

Perfect location, walking distance from the beach and just off the main street with all of the restaurants and coffee shops. Clean and quiet room. The staff is doing everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is really comfortable, clean and pleasant. The staff met us and they were easy to approach and communicate at any time. The parking was arranged by them in the hotel. The studio was spacious, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything that's needed. The location is just metres from the sea garden and 5 min from the beach, which makes it really convenient.

Love the location of this hotel. Very close to the busy pedestrian zone which takes you directly to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and other food options in the immediate vicinity. The room was amazing, spacious, and clean with all everything we needed, as well as a lovely, very large, terrace/balcony.
