The Jacuzzi Tub was absolutely amazing. Breakfast dinner and free drinks.. absolutely wonderful. I loved my whole experience as did my partner.

Comfortable beds, quiet room, good breakfast! The inn gave us a quiet room, as asked for, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a large buffet and the food was good. The pool & jacuzzi were good. Pool a little cloudy, but extended both indoor/outdoor. Too many young kids in jacuzzi, although it was Father's Day weekend, so must have had a special going on which we did not get. Expensive.

We love absolutely everything about our stay. When we want a peaceful relaxing weekend, we come here! The staff is very professional and friendly. The free meals and free drinks at happy hour is a bonus. The location to restaurants and shopping is perfect. Also, the indoor pool and jacuzzi is our fav 🥰

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Hampton RiverPlace and how we were able to easily park on Friday and not have to drive anywhere again until we checked out on Monday. The location is perfect for walking to the Falls, the Peace Center, coffee shops, restaurants (both casual and fancier), shops and a drug store. Every staff member we talked to was friendly, helpful and would remember something about us when we saw them again. Breakfast was surprisingly good - don’t miss the Western omelets! - with lots of options including eggs, sausages, potatoes, make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. It was so good we ended up cancelling one of our brunch reservations! We had a riverview king room and the view was amazing with windows in two directions to watch people and dogs walk by the river, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was great, with really nice amenities. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall much nicer than average Hampton Inn. Microwave & mini fridge in room, coffee maker, iron and board. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, hairdryer. Shower, no tub, no room safe. Plenty of bathroom, counterspace (amazing for today's hotels). Lots of towel bars in the bathroom (also amazing). Blackout curtains Lots of electrical outlets and USB ports Quiet -no outside, corridor, or room-to-room noise. Tiny fitness room but does have a Pelaton bike. Valet parking only. Nearby city self-parking pay structures. Great location on Reedy River walk. Lots of great restaurants in walkable distance.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting family and exploring the downtown area. The hotel is perfectly situated along the Reedy River in the heart of downtown. Our room (double queen) was spacious, tastefully decorated and bright. Beds and pillows were most comfortable. The modern bathroom featured a large wall-in shower. The included buffet breakfast was very good - lots of hot and cold options with plenty of healthy items on offer. Staff replenished items in a timely manner and kept the dining area spotless. Front desk staff were most welcoming and professional. Parking is either valet or self-park in the underground, secure garage.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to go. Having the parking garage located adjacent to the property was so convenient. Our room was clean and spacious and the balcony view of the river and Peace Center was just what we hoped for. The only complaint would be that the bed was extremely firm, not allowing for a great nights sleep. We would definitely stay again.

Clean room, comfortable bed and ideal location for visiting Falls Park and the surrounding area. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and Falls Park itself is just steps away from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a cookie cutter hotel and the rooms align with a meet the Hampton Inn standards and overall Hilton family expectations for a hotel of this type. Breakfast is typical Hampton Inn, self serve, Oatmeal, Cereals, Make your own waffles, yogurt, breads, muffins, fruit. Not fancy but certainly sufficient

Amazing, pet-friendly hotel in downtown Greenvillle, 5-10 minute walk to Falls Park and beautiful downtown Greenville. Every staff member that we encountered was very friendly and professional. The hot breakfast was delicious and $11 for all you can eat buffet style. Rooms were updated, large and clean. The bed was comfortable.

First time in Greenville and the overall stay was fantastic! Walter was our first friendly face and he had hospitality the second he greeted us. Since we were celebrating our anniversary he even gifted us a small Moscato bottle. ( It actually was flavorful and sweet). A wonderful surprise. The king size room was spacious, clean and very modern. The shower was massive and the water pressure was strong. ( I know that seems unusual to write but after dozens of hotel stays alot of hotel showers have weak pressure and as an outdoor lady I need high pressure). The breakfast buffet was small but mighty. Everyday it changes but provides a variety of options such as bacon, waffles, bagels, juice and even a milk alternative( oat). That was thoughtful. The distance from main street to the hotel itself was literally a four minute walk. Main street goes both ways and from there you can access all the hops, restaurants, cafés and swamp rabbit trail. The entire staff was friendly and communicative.

Clean comfortable room and helpful staff. The pool was relaxing and the fitness center has a lot of options. I did not eat breakfast, but from what I saw, the food looked amazing. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

I ended up at The Hyatt Place Downtown Greensboro ,N.C. Due to my daughter’s orientation at NCA&T. Upon entering the lobby we were warmly greeted by Amarii at the front desk who desk. She was professional and advised us all the amenities and options the hotel had to offer. As you can tell checkin was a breeze. Being that we traveled all day from Los Angeles we were starving! Amarii turned us onto Nattie Greenes which had a great menu as well as various beers! (Buckshot) was my favorite! Upon returning to our room we were met with an updated room that was clean and comfortable! The bathroom and shower was up to par. Day 2 I decided to go to the hotel bar for a drink and food due to serious thunderstorms and serious rain there I met Servonna of course she is a student at NCA&T and works as a bartender pursuing her PhD. She serves a legit cocktail and offers great conversation. I also met Kerrigan at the front desk who was helpful in helping me navigate the hotel and the surrounding area. I will definitely stay here again and appreciate meeting such dedicated people! This was truly a great experience! Thanks ladies!

I have in the past thought of Hyatt Place as a functional business Clientele focused hotel, but the Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown delighted my senses with luxurious touches. The lobby has ultra high ceiling, large windows frames by white linen panels, vast area yet thoughtfully laid out with groups of sitting, each forms comfortable, some times intimate, private enclaves. The modern, linear basalt brick adorned the lower part of the building, river rock adorned the mildly sloped ground. Horizontal wood feel panels clad part of exterior wall and the same material carried though to the inside. Selection of all the finishing material is thoughtful. The subtly textured, soft colored wall covering is seen in the bathroom. It is finished cleanly against an adjacent material. Wide window sill allows you to sit and enjoy a book or a street scene world world in the mix of a modern city. Location is appx 2 traffic light from the bustling Main street that are lined with restaurants, coffee shops, independent book stores and the other side of Main street you walk towards the epicenter of Fall Park on the Reedy. This hotel seems to have elevated Hyatt Place to a new standard.

Our stay was absolutely Amazing! The Grand Bohemian is absolutely Beautiful. I am convinced my husband and I had the best room with the best view in the house. The view of the waterfalls were beautiful and so relaxing. Its Very clean and smelled absolutely amazing. I didn’t know what to expect because they do welcome pets and sometimes it’s not as pleasant. This was not the issue here. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on site Between the Trees service and food was amazing definitely different but it was good. It was the perfect location to walk around for food and nightly strolls. The fact that it overlooked the Falls Reedy Park was a plus. We will definitely comeback.

We had two rooms, 5th floor, for two nights on points, looking over driveway and toward town. Pros: Location can not be beat! Rooms were quiet (which was shocking as hotel was packed) and well appointed with fun art. Did not hear any hallway noise and we were next to elevators. Because we are platinum they were able to provide 4pm checkout, grateful! Dinner and breakfast were both tasty. Recommend walking everywhere, great shopping and eating town (Indaco, Camp and Nose Dive all enjoyable), History museum was fun. Areas to improve: checkin was not helpful nor welcoming, no info on hotel nor stay in Greenville, instead gathered items as we walked around town. Curtains in one room opened and closed on their own each day. One room not cleaned, other one was, had to call down at 430 to get it taken care of. 4pm checkout still resulted in keys being turned off (requiring return to front desk) and actual checkout of one room requiring check back in. Broken hairdryer showed lack of attention to detail and agree with other posts on slippery showers. If I had points I would stay again, if not there are other well situated hotels in town, all walkable. F

After spending a few days in Nashville at a less than stellar but similarly priced hotel, we checked in to The Grand Bohemian in Greenville, SC. What a treat! I booked the room 13 which is down low close to the falls with an amazing balcony overlooking g the falls and park and subtle statues placed around the property. This room is absolutely beautiful, welcoming and warm with a dining area and full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee bar, a movie room with two plush lounge sofas and fur/velvet blankets that feel like they may be a bit weighted. There is a living room with a comfortable sofa and large tv to watch your favorite games or stream a movie. A full bath and a 1/2 bath for guests, we entertained a few friends for a private dinner and drinks in our room. The service from check in to check out has been exactly what I love about Greenville and wish Nashville could duplicate. Kind, welcoming, thoughtful, warm people who make you feel like you are staying at your rich cousins giant home. Every detail in this hotel deserves special mention. The buffalo head coins in the elevators with the textured walls, the crystals around the property, the art, the carpeting…simply beautiful. E

The Grand Bohemian Lodge - Greenville is a magical place and in a perfect location right along the park and waterfalls. Loved the decor and the spicy scent of the property. The room are excellent - if you enjoy the outdoors, make sure you get a room with a balcony, it’s easy to sit for hours among the trees and the sound of the waterfalls. Pure magic. The bathroom was gorgeous - just be careful as the shower floor is VERY slippery! Room had great amenities, even slippers which is a nice touch. The location is unbeatable - you’re a short walk from all the downtown restaurants and shopping and sightseeing as well as a beautiful park. The hotel restaurant is good (not great) for breakfast. Sit outside if it’s not too hot. Server was wonderful. Keep in mind, valet parking is the only option at the property. Valets were friendly and efficient though the employee at check in was inexplicably cold and not very welcoming! While expensive, the hotel is well worth it and I would love to stay again if I’m in town.

The wifey and I were on a tour of Greenville prior to my BMW racing course. We decided to stay in the Grand Bohemian for recommendations. It's definitely a beautiful hotel and a great location. We had great challenges in checking in because they have limited capability for large crowds in that process. That being said every aspect of the hotel was amazing once we did check in. Our room was clean and exceptionally comfortable. The restaurants were amazing. The staff was exceptional and the views were perfect. We would definitely stay here again, but perhaps choose a different time to check in so it was more seamless.

First, I want to thank a very helpful young man at the front desk named Roberto. He said he was new, but he went above and beyond to be helpful. This hotel was a little bit run down, but really a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had adequate water flow for my long hair to get rinsed. The breakfast was well maintained and the usual assortment. It was reasonably quiet considering its proximity to roads/freeways. All in all, a good stay.

Staff was awesome and Johnny on the spot. The breakfast was unbelievable and they provide hot fresh coffee (decaf as well) around the clock. The floors were spotless and it smelled clean. That was just walking in the front door! Thank you for making our home away from home so comfortable! We always come back!! 💋

Check in was easy, and we were welcomed immediately. They were helpful with dinner choices near by. The entire staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The manager was available and welcoming. Rooms were clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!!

This hotel is everything you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had hot selections that changed daily, waffles both plain and often fruit batter, cereals, pastries, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee.

Great price for a spectacular room with magnificent service! The service was outstanding from the moment I called to make reservations. It carried on then to my checking in and checking out. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuine. The rooms are perfectly clean without the trace of a speck of dirt. U walk in the room smiling because you know you’re going to sleep in a nice clean bed! And that’s hard to find! Exceptional complementary breakfast. Overall 10 out of 10 for me!

First, the evening desk clerk, Laura, was very friendly and took care to meet my special requirements. The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the extra touches, a shelf with hooks as a drop off center, containers hanging in the shower/tub with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, two shelves for other items in the tub/shower, containers hanging in the vanity area with hand soap and lotion, a towel bar under the vanity to hang your hand towel, a basket with other other amenities on the counter. Didn’t have the soap scum from a bar of soap on a dish or vanity. It had a Kuerig coffeemaker in the room. The luggage rack built in was a nice feature. The breakfast was good with a variety of items. The main dish choices were switched up daily. The pool and the area around it were clean. This hotel is within walking distance to downtown with shops and tons of restaurants.

Location was incredibly convenient to downtown. We chose this property due to the great cancellation policy along with proximity to downtown. The check in staff were incredibly friendly as well as the breakfast staff. Everyone we met was amazing. Breakfast was simple but varied and the coffee was fresh. They had fresh fruit as well. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Rhianna at the front desk was the sweetest! Very welcoming. Knowledgeable friendly. The Room Attendant I seen the next morning was very sweet she was gonna be cleaning our room 407. The man that was cooking breakfast was on top of it. Breakfast was great! Beds were sooo comfortable and pillows were cozy soft. When we were coming to check out I stopped to get coffee and the lady was cleaning wiping things down...she was very friendly and showed me what to get. Loved the friendliness all around! Will definitley stay again!

Comfortable and very spacious and clean room with a Keurig coffee maker. Very clean bathrooms. The staff at the front desk (especially Julia) was exceptionally helpful. The location is perfect, two blocks from the busy and vibrant Main Street with shops and restaurants. It takes about 20/25 minutes to walk to the popular Falls Park.

My stay was exceptional! My son and I were checked-in by Julia who was not only awesome to us, but also with the couple who checked in before us. She was friendly, knowledgeable about the Greenville area, and very helpful. She was quick to come to my room when I couldn't get our A/C on. This particular room had recently had some renovations done, and the window unit was now controlled by a wall console. She also came down to the pool to assist in getting the gate opened. The opening mechanism was very well camouflaged, lol, as it took a combined effort and a few minutes from both of us to find it. Our room was clean. Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff was kind and kept items well-supplied. I even heard a staff member offer to make a quick plain omelet for a guest that was allergic to items in the omelets that were already made. Check-out staff the following morning was VERY pleasant as well. I didn't get names, but the gentleman that I believe may have been a manager, was so nice. While discussing the weather (overcast/rainstorms) we discovered we both experienced Hurricane Andrew in Miami in 1992, and had a interesting conversation along with the young lady helping at the desk. Even staff in the hallways were nice, greeting us as we passed. Just an enjoyable staff, all around! But especially JULIA! She deserves being recognized for her great customer service!! Will definitely stay at this location anytime I'm traveling through the area.

Highly recommended. We had an excellent experience as we stayed for 2 nights. The front staff was kind and courteous making our check in / check out smooth. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food and bar service were excellent. The evening reception was very welcoming. The restaurant and bar staff gave us great service and the food was tasty. Great breakfast buffet too. Thank you for all you do for making us feel comfortable after a crazy day of travel.

We had to make this place our home for a couple of weeks because we moved to the area from overseas. The staff was so friendly and kind. Karyna from housekeeping always asked if we needed anything, encouraged us to receive clean towels and said she didn't mind cleaning our room amidst the luggage everywhere for a family of 6. She offered to come give us clean sheets and just made sure we felt taken care of and comfortable. Ms Haddy in the kitchen was such a friendly kind chief who remembered our omelet, pancake orders and was very personable and made us feel loved. Marques would run up to greet us at breakfast and ask if we needed a high chair for our baby. The breakfast team was quick to remove dirty plates from the table and do it with a smile on their face. I'm humbled! Front desk was not as friendly and personable, it felt like business only and more serious but never rude. The place is clean if I saw opportunity for cleanliness was in the common court area downstairs it could have been vacuumed better and swept but its high traffic area so its understandable. All together we left happy and cared for.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was wonderful. We had breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday. The women who cook our omelette was wonderful. She was so friendly and joyful. The omelettes were delicious. The women who was picking up our plates at the table after breakfast also so professional and so sweet. Every single person we came in contact from the front desk to the security guard was so friendly and professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again on our next visit.

I stayed at Embassy Suites Greenville for the SCACA Conference this past month. I love Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach, so I knew my experience here would be great too. My room was spotless, spacious, welcoming, and comfortable. Every staff member I encountered with was also welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely great each morning & I was a short distance from the conference center and many restaurant choices. Looking forward to staying here for future conferences.

First the good - Area is safe. Although dated, the room was clean, quiet and relatively spacious (we had a king suite) and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good (we did the buffet but to order is available and included). Appreciated the free drink at the manager's reception. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Then the not so good - PARKING - It's advertised as $6/day but its actually $7 because they add a service fee despite the fact you pay online. Yes, you have to go online in a totally separate check in to pay for parking and sign a document accepting terms and conditions you would not be able to read in an hour and its not entirely clear how how accept the T&Cs to continue (took me 15 min to complete). If you're going to charge for parking, at least include it with the room, not a whole separate thing. AND they closed off most of the ADA spaces (I'm guessing they didn't meet legal requirements for number of ADA spaces after they closed them off). Then we had to wait quite awhile for a cart to get our luggage to the room. Last, the property is very dated. I think of Embassy Suites as an upscale hotel but that was not my experience at this location, but the stay was ok for the price paid.

Excellent isn't strong enough..Fantastic might be getting close...This was an exceptional hotel. Wish we stayed longer! The location next to the ballpark within walking distance to do many shops,bars,and restaurants..abd within a 5 minute drive to others madevtge choice for dinner difficult. Pamela at check in was SO helpful..The room was spotless with a comfy bed and plenty of space. A buffet breakfast with tons of options should please anyone..the staff kept all the areas stocked with fresh itens...yummy.and all the outside doors except the main lobby requiring room cards to access added to the security. We have found our go to place to stay in Greenville

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and found it to be in a good location across from the ballpark and close to good restaurants and bars, and within a short walk to main pedestrian area, plus it has an attached self-service parking garage and a good breakfast buffet. My 4th floor room was clean, quiet, and had a nice view of the outdoor pool area, that has many seating areas. The hotel is newer and the King Suite was large with a kitchen including a full sizecook top. microwave and 2 burner cooktop. I was recognized as a Hilton member upon arrival and found all the staff very friendly and helpful.

The positives, first...The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds, comfortable. The Staff was very nice and responsive to all our needs. The hotel felt safe and was in a good location. We enjoyed eating at Old Europe Bakery, Sabor Grill, and Tadoro Pizza, all close by the hotel. The negatives...At all the Homewood Suites and Hamptoms that we have stayed, there is always fresh coffee, several kinds, decaf, lemon water and the occasional, fresh baked cookies in the lobby, a small thing we enjoy, but definitely missing from this hotel. There are coffee makers in the room, but that coffee is not as good. Also the waffle maker needs to be replaced as it was shedding massive amounts of teflon. Also, the weekday evening appetizers were only on Wednesdays at this location. The pool is smallish if that is important to you. Overall we were pleased with the hotel.

Great location and beautiful downtown hotel! We loved our stay and wished we would have been able to stay longer. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom suite which had a ton of space. The only downside of the room is the location of the second bathroom being right next to the tv in the living room with no door to the sink so everyone can watch what you do at the sink. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We loved the floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms overlooking the local baseball field. Very convenient location to the river and restaurants. The breakfast was ok but always nice to have. Will definitely return to this location

Will simply say I arrived btwn 12a.m.-1a.m. due to a very delayed flight via bad storms. The staff did not miss a beat. Everything went very smoothly. I checked in, received all the info needed re the hotel, the room was ready, was given the name of a restaurant willing to deliver at 1 a.m., etc. That was a sign of things to come. From that point on, everything went very smoothly. The people at the hotel are ‘to a person,’ very nice [i.e., entire staff] , and they understand the concept of hospitality, not to mention ‘southern hospitality.’ Even the team that services the rooms is very helpful and always quite pleasant. Another memorable thing the hotel does quite well is the wonderful breakfast every morning, which you can have in your room or in the dining area. The only thing I would change is the hours for breakfast. 6:30-10:30 wkdys; until 11 wknds. One other aspect I particularly appreciated was the location. Everything you might need is in walking distance (e.g., museums, groceries, pharmacies, boutiques, etc.). Note, while downtown and on the main street, the hotel feels simultaneously off the beaten path. You can be in the center of things with a five-minute walk, and away from that center in another five minutes. In other words, it was in a quiet and lovely location, especially for a restful sleep after a long day. Finally, If you need to be in the area at any time for work or for relaxation…this hotel, its staff, and its location are unsurpassed.

Great location downtown easy walk to shops and restaurants! The hotel bar and restaurant were good. We enjoyed Sunday brunch it was pricey but food was really good. The staff was friendly and welcoming! We forgot our umbrella and the front staff loaned us 2 to use while going out to dinner. Parking garage or valet parking available. In room breakfast available at cost we did not use but nice to have that option

This was our 4th stay here over a 12 year period. We live in the midlands of SC and stay here or at the Courtyard by M. for a short escape or passing through on travels to the mid-west. The only time we were disappointed at the Hyatt Regency was when the pool was closed for renovations which was a while ago. We like this hotel for a summer stay when the rooftop pool is open. We’ve been here in the summer when pool is full of a wedding party, when the pool is full of a variety of people including families, and this last stay had the pool to myself. We love a clean, well-kept pool. The rooms are clean and housekeeping staff are friendly. We’ve stayed in a pool side room, atrium facing room, and a room facing an alley. All rooms nice if you don’t care about the view. When we checked in the staff member wasn’t super friendly/welcoming as we expect in being from SC but she wasn’t rude. Just simple responses to our check in facts. Surprised the Starbucks closed on the property. We’ve had breakfast at the Roost in the past and it’s good although we usually bring our own food. Our room had a refrigerator and there is a microwave on each floor near the ice machine.

This hotel is in a fantastic location - North Main Street. You are in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The room was very comfortable, with exceptional mattress and pillows. It was very roomy and had a small refrigerator and coffee set up. The room was very clean and housekeeping did a great job each day. All of the staff the we interacted with were very professional, welcoming, and intent on making sure our needs were met.

Everything was perfect! Great food, service and the room was very clean and quiet. Attractions and many shops are within walking distance. Hotel is in the perfect location. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

The room was very clean. The hotel atrium is beautiful! The location is walkable to Reedy Falls Park and we felt safe in and around the hotel and in town. Only one person camping out in the courtyard and as we were visiting from Charlotte that was nothing! Their restaurant was under going renovations and nothing was mentioned about limited hotel dining options during booking or when checking in. The mini version of their restaurant was overrun by tradeshow participants, they could have been relocated to another room. There are a lot of restaurants in town but many of those were either closed for the day or also undergoing reno. A nice hotel stay overall despite the bad timing on dining options.

We stayed for two nights in connecting rooms as a family of 4 in town for a wedding in mid January. We were welcomed by Mandy who was so pleasant and helpful. She advised us on restaurant options and told us about the area. She was so delightful and really made our stay enjoyable. The other staff we encountered were also very friendly. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The hotel appeared newer and we enjoyed the layout of the room which included a spacious walk-in shower and living space with refrig and microwave. While we didn’t partake, the morning breakfast offerings looked fresh and delicious. We would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area. Highly recommend!

However, I must admit that the pillows could use some improvement. They weren't the most comfortable, but this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by all the positive aspects of my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Its fantastic location, attentive staff, and cleanliness make it a top choice for accommodation. Despite the minor issue with the pillows, the overall experience was exceptional. I would gladly return to this hotel on my next visit and encourage others to do the same.

Highly recommend! This was our fifth stay here and it was as great as our previous visits. All the folks working here really make you feel at home; they’re arguably the best hospitality staff in this tier. The entire hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with a large, nicely-equipped gym. Breakfast is decent and always piping hot. More importantly, they keep the coffee fresh. We always get a king room and it’s spacious and very comfortable.

this property is very large, inside pool, with restaurant attached. the shuttle will take you almost anywhere. the pool was very warm and clean for the month of November. we stayed with a soccer team and the staff was very friendly . The rooms are very much outdated but were clean.

Fantastic experience from check in to check out. The staff were attentive and kind. We had an amazing dinner and delicious cocktails at Juniper, followed up with a late lunch and drinks at Paloma the following day. We stayed in a king balcony room. The room was modern, quiet, clean and comfortable. The balcony was spacious and offered great views of Main Street.

I was highly impressed with my recent stay at the AC by Marriott in downtown, Greenville, South Carolina. From the time you arrive and give your keys to valet parking, you were greeted with a smile, and made to feel extremely welcome. I was greeted by friendly front desk, agent who quickly check me in and got me on my way to my room. Upon arrival in my room, I was greeted with a very spacious modern room, including a large screen television comfortable bed excellent view and very nice bathroom. During my entire stay, the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My only disappointment is the breakfast they offer, which is very minimal compared to other Marriott hotels . It took approximately 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee at breakfast time. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel.

Recently stayed 3 nights. Check in was swift and staff was friendly and helpful. Valet available but I self parked with easy access to the hotel by an elevator. Room was immaculately clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was on the third floor and there was some mild traffic noise. Rain head walk in shower was nice with adequate water pressure. I had a suite and HVAC was a little wonky - had to set at 74 to get 70 - I assume this is just because the suite was huge and there is only one thermostat. I attended a meeting at the hotel and the facilities were excellent. Had one meal in the restaurant and found it odd that I was unable to charge to the room. Chicken sandwich was very good and fries excellent. Breakfast was not included and the buffet style spread had good choices - eggs, cheese, charcuterie, fruit, juice. Coffee was Starbucks. Great location - went to Hamilton at the Peace Center which is just across the street. Definitely will stay here again.

Corner balcony room is where it’s at! Clean, modern, roomy, LED lights on the balcony, mini fridge and a good size tv. The front desk was very friendly and helpful, both restaurants are top tier, and it’s centrally located by other restaurants, the falls, trails, and other local shops. There was always something to do and going on within a 1 block walking distance. YES!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and had a block of rooms in this hotel. They were great with our welcome bags and our check ins for all our family and we were easily able to add more rooms as more people booked and our block filled up. In addition, I booked the Broad and Main room with them for my bridal suite the morning of the wedding. The service was fabulous and they catered to our every need the morning of the wedding with coffee and mimosas as well as lunch and breakfast which were fabulous! The window view of the city and the location made the day just perfect! The only issue we had was that we booked a corner suite and the one they gave us the bride a groom was the handicap suite. It was spacious but the shower is super unappealing and got water everywhere. We were missing the nice glass sleek door shower the rest of our friends had! It would have been nice for them to think ahead about that and assign a bride and groom a non-handicap suite :)

The room / bathroom were EXCEPTIONALLY clean and exceeded expectations. Everything felt very modern and updated and well taken care of. Bedding was very comfortable, room was quiet despite there being a large presence of guests in the hotel, breakfast was convenient and overall good, staff was super friendly and helpful. The app was a nice touch and very convenient! I loved the amenities (pool/ pool table) and proximity to downtown.

This is a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was happy that coffee and breakfast were available extra early. The only thing that would keep me from staying again is that I’m a light sleeper, and the noise from trucks on I-85 kept me awake.

The decorations were FUN! The soaps and lotions were great smelling! The beds were comfortable. Everything was neat and clean. The orange juice at breakfast was delicious. The pancake maker was a fun interaction.

We were traveling from CT to Florida. Silly us, thought we would drive straight through. Well, lo and behold, we got exhausted once we hit I-85 in SC. We had our 2 massive dogs with us, 2 kids and myself & husband. I researched hotels in safe areas and this one popped up. Gave them a call at 10 pm and they were more than accommodating!! The hotel & room were clean, staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was perfect & quick so we could get back on the road. Hotel grounds were well manicured too and the surrounding area was well lit and safe. Would absolutely stay there again with our kids and pets!

Staff was friendly, helpful, and respectful. We asked a maid to replace our towels and clean the bathroom. She did this to our complete satisfaction. Front desk were professional, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast staff were very nice and prompt in replacing food items when the quantity became low. The only complaint we had was the quality of the breakfast options could have. Een better. were

I've stayed at the Hampton Inn in Easley on multiple trips when visiting family in the area. It is convenient and located near a variety of restaurants. It's clean, the staff is courteous and the free hot breakfast is generally good for a simple quick option versus a local restaurant. As of February 2023 they accept pets (with a fee) which is great as previously I had to choose lesser quality places when traveling with my dog.

But expected that so we brought our own anyway. Location was very convenient and easy to get to with 2 great restaurants right next door.

The first thing I noticed upon arrival was how very clean the property is inside and out. Usually hotel carpets have that "smell". This one did not. It was not overbearing, rather it was very pleasant and soothing to the senses in the hallway. My room was on the first floor just across from the beautiful courtyard with the swimming pool. The curtains when pulled provided darkness so that we were not awakened by the sun until we were ready to get out of bed. The pool was clean with fresh towels provided. The shower in our room was amazing! I love the drain - very innovative. I had the best night's sleep on an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The staff was very accommodating and personable. Great AAA rate!! We will definitely stay there again.

This Marriot was basic. There is nothing outstanding about it other than it is close to the Haywood Mall and plenty of resteraunts in close driving proximity. But I would like to complement the workers. Mike made check in very easy and made sure that I had the room I asked for. Cindy was amazing. Her customer service skills are top notch. She was very accomidating when I arrived and didn't get impatient with me when I asked her to switch my rooms around. She was informative about the amenities in the hotel and was very helpful when I asked about extra blankets. There is both a nice sized microwave and fridge and coffee maker in the rooms. But they do have a bar that has Starbucks drinks and alcoholic drinks. The kitchen is available for ordering breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a pool and pit.

This hotel is finishing up renovations - inside is beautiful but the outside is not quite polished yet. Everything inside is updated, modern and fresh looking with comfortable and functional rooms. The lobby area had lots of nooks for hanging out or doing some work while traveling and the table areas have their own flat tv screen! There is a bistro in the lobby with happy hour specials. Perks include friendly staff and a free shuttle service to downtown Greenville that’s very convenient. Would love to stay here again!

Clean and comfortable, had a suite with a King bed so not sure how the other rooms rate, but it was very accommodating. The breakfast included scrambled eggs , sausage , biscuits and gravy, which was delicious, alongside the usual hotel breakfast items. A nice fresh grind coffee maker for delicious coffe. First time at a Best Western Plus and it was impressive 😀

The location is perfect. Two out of the three rooms were clean and comfortable. My room had trash behind the end table The breakfast was exceptionally good. I didn’t have to go to Cracker Barrel or any other place for breakfast

We only stayed one night, but staff was friendly, breakfast was good, bed comfy and area was safe. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower. It was terrible !! Other than that, a great stay !!

The property itself is just fine, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and the attendant was really nice also. Plenty of room for parking. The room cleanliness was excellent- no complaints there. The only negative at all was a little mold around the tub enclosure which could be fixed with some Clorox, if not handled soon it will become a much larger problem. All in all a nice place to stay and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Staff was great and pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Blinds did not work in my room so I couldn’t open them. Elevators need a little updating. Restaurant/bar is not open for dinner/evening service. Market doesn’t sell wine, so bring your own if you want a beverage after a long day at work. Breakfast was good each day with main dishes different from the prior day. I felt safe traveling alone on a business trip. I will stay here again as I have many times. It is convenient with easy access to 385, restaurants and shopping. The airport is close by as well.

This was an amazing stay. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. Very modern and stylist. The bedding was so good. We took a nap and almost missed our show. The hotel was very clean and the staff was professional. The breakfast was better than your average continental breakfast. I will book again.

Very clean and modern. The decor in our room was amazing and very spacious. I love the fact that they supply body wash instead of the little bars of soap. The staff was always friendly and very respectful everytime we went to the front desk. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and I look forward to staying there again.

Everything was great and my children loved the breakfast. This location was close to everything. We originally came for my son AAU tournament and the staff was also amazing and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The WiFi worked really well with all of our gadgets I was able to do my homework.

This is an extremely nice hotel. As soon as you walk in, the lobby area is clean and modern and smells nice. There is valet parking out front and they pull your car into a lot in the basement. However, there is a public city parking garage across the street that’s only $7 daily. The hotel was busy but never felt crowded. Never had to wait on an elevator. There was always seating and plenty of food at the breakfast buffet. Room was very nice and offered plenty of space for what we needed. The 1 bedroom suits had modern appliances, full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. The king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was very modern. Nice view of the pool and patio area below. The pool is smaller but never felt crowded. The patio area had plenty of seating and open rock fire pits for ambiance. Hotel is very convenient downtown. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and other entertainment are all within walking distance or a short Uber ride if needed. I took one star off because housekeeping didn’t come take out the trash during our 4 days and was quite full when we left.

This Residence in is awesome! My husband frequently travels to Greenville for work and as a family we have been staying at this hotel since it opened in 2019. The rooms are spacious and equipped w/everything you would need! The lobby is decorated beautifully. The restaurant is delish with fabulous cocktails. A new addition of the tiki bar at the pool is out of this world! Definitely stop by and see Jay and try whatever delicious cocktail he’s serving up at the tiki bar! He’s outstanding and so fun to chat with! The GM, Derek Cooper and staff at this hotel go above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing stay! This is a great location downtown and is in walking distance to all of the downtown attractions/restaurants! You can even grab a bike or pedicab right outside! Don’t miss staying at this hotel!

Amazing location, friendly check-in, but most of all excellent room, clean & comfortable. Loved the contemporary lobby with swinging chairs & comfortable couches. The atrium with modern, sleek firepits was especially inviting! Off site parking is just across the street & easy to navigate. Within walking distance to everywhere & anywhere downtown, Close to restaurants, breweries, bars, & nightlife. Will definitely go back again!

What a clean, vast hotel with surprises around the corners. Rooms are spacious (it’s a residence for goodness sake) and clean. I would suggest an upper floor as Greenville is a vibrant, active town that can be loud being that close to Main Street. Staff is extremely courteous, especially the wait staff and housekeeping. This facility seems to take great pride in hiring friendly, mindful employees and invests time training them. The breakfast room is one of the large surprises. Decent food but large selection and coffee is hot and tastes good. Pool area and courtyard surrounding it is also extremely nice. Finally, the hotel is two blocks from all the restaurants and shops on Main Street, almost smack dab in the middle of the action. Book and enjoy!!

This hotel room was spacious & comfortable with adequate drawer & closet space (although more hangers would have been nice.) It had 1 of the best hotel bathrooms I've ever been in with a great curved glass shower door - much better than a shower curtain & roomier than a straight shower door. The mirror was lit in a warm way that allowed for great make-up application plus there was a mirror at the desk area. My only complaint was the too-tall height of the hand soap & lotion dispensers. The A/C worked well & was easy to adjust. There was plenty of good lighting & the queen beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular hotel & would stay there again when visiting this area!

Breakfast was very good. Woman working at breakfast buffet kept it clean and filled. The gentleman working the front desk was very nice, helpful. My room, 323 was exceptionally clean. Very pleased.

Seventeen of us stayed for 7 nights while on a golf trip. Rooms were clean, quiet and Morella took good care of us at breakfast. Rooms are spacious and I liked the walk in shower. I have no complaints other than they could not get us all rooms in the same area. I was at the one end and some were on the other and some were on the second floor. I thought I made the reservations plenty early.

A lot of HIs seem to be getting 'long in the tooth', this one was an exception. Clean room and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Pillow-top bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the usual HI stuff. Could not connect with wifi on my phone, but I didn't call the front desk as I had fast 5G service from my carrier and didn't need more.

For this category hotel, it was as good as it could be. We are Hilton Diamond members, so post- COVID accommodations are such a disappointment in general. Gone are the concierge lounges and enter inflation and paid parking. I can’t believe we had to pay for parking here. It is not on the Hilton app but parking is now $6/night. You do receive a $15/night(day) food and beverage credit to be used for breakfast or dinner or drink at the bar. Breakfast was a buffet with hot items offered. On to the good. Unlike some recent stays, we WERE thanked for our loyalty and Diamond status to Hilton. We asked for and received a room on the top floor away from the elevator. The room was clean, comfy and quiet- our 3 standards. We both agreed that the mattress must have some age to it as it could have been more comfortable. We opted for no room service. We called a couple of times for new towels and extra soap and those were quickly delivered to the room. Yes- we would most definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant and bar. The spicy margarita was delicious and expertly crafted. The halibut was fresh, and the lobster risotto was perfectly cooked—full of flavor and just the right texture. What truly made the evening stand out was the service from Kally. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and respectful throughout. I appreciate her outstanding work both as a bartender and a server. Thank you, Kally, for making the night so enjoyable!

Stayed over LDW. Checked in via the app so my time spent at the front desk was minimum. I did not partake in the breakfast due to it being an additional cost but it certainly smelled really good. The room was very clean, nicely appointed, and in great condition. The best was very comfortable. The ladies I encountered at the front desk were all very friendly, helpful, and responsive. I communicated several times during my stay via the chat feature in the app, and all requests were promptly answered, as is usually not the case with other hotels which was reassuring. I would definitely stay here again.

Dog friendly. Desk chair not comfortable for us. Could use a plug near the closet mirror for hair drying. Hallways and elevators not cooled.

Definitely recommend this hotel! Friendly staff and clean! Our family arrived late passing through the area. We were greeted and helped by Jackie. We had mistakenly booked the wrong date but she was friendly and very helpful in getting our error corrected. The lobby and room was very clean. The following morning while checking out the manager and front staff greeted us. Asking if they could have done anything better for our stay. Our family travels often and stays in hotels from 5 stars to 3 stars. I can honestly say that the staff made this hotel a 10 star!! Refreshing to stay in a clean and friendly environment!!

We arrived Sat., 9/23, to attend a relative’s wedding. Our room on the third floor was fresh and very clean. Our king bed was extremely comfortable. No complaints of any kind or nature. The Keurig coffee maker and coffee was a really nice touch. Thank you guys. I’d be remiss if i didn’t mention the excellent Hilton staff I encountered, especially Nicholas at reception. I’m 68 and He is the most helpful and personable employee i’ve ever encountered, anywhere. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay. Good job management.

The brand never fails to deliver top flight service in a beautiful well kept building. Great restaurant and bar. Marriott does not miss. You can get great pool visit meal or cocktail in a clean safe relaxing environment. However the breakfast is not free but it is definitely good and worth the money

Clean rooms, excellent front desk staff, excellent free shuttle service to and from airport & local restaurants. (You must pre-block all your shuttle times at the front desk upon arrival or no rides for you ) The pool is wonderful. The on-site restaurant is very pricey & open just for dinner . However, free breakfast is included in your stay. They do include a large water bottle in your room for the coffee maker. It's a $6.00 charge for that water bottle. A/C works very well in the room.

This hotel was comfortable, clean and convenient. What made it special was the kind, courteous service at the front desk. While every employee we spoke to was helpful and friendly, the front office manager, Marion Brayboy, was particularly wonderful, a true professional epitomizing the concept of hospitality and going that extra mile to ensure that our stay went smoothly. Hotel was very nice. Pretty clean and maintained. Staff was fabulous! Friendly, accommodating, and quick to meet my needs. On the downside, my coffee maker broke the first day I was there and didn’t get replaced during my stay, which was a week. A work order had been put in on day one. Housekeeping was limited as well. I was told they would only come by every couple of days. Requests to have clean towels and garbage emptied had to be made twice. Nothing was done on my first request even though housekeeping was on my floor and by my room (one room away). The location of the hotel was very convenient. A shopping mall across the street, Walmart and Target just down the street. Starbucks was a two minute drive; very good restaurants within walking distance. Only 10 minutes from downtown. I would stay here again as I think the pitfalls are due to staffing shortages experienced across the country.

This was an impromptu stay due to my husband’s vehicle breaking down on his way home from working out of town. Completely exhausted from multiple back and forth trips to Greenville in a span of 6 hours and half asleep, we arrived at the property around 1:30am. We had to wait in between the double doors to be let in by the receptionist. This is because they lock the front doors at 11pm which is an understandable safety feature. However, I was able to see the receptionist sitting in the back area with her back to the door, either watching tv or online, purposely ignoring me after I pushed the bell to be let in three times in a span of about 5-7 mins. There was minimal conversation with her, as she seemed slightly annoyed having to check me in. For a second, I contemplated staying at another property because of that negative first impression. But I stayed, and I’m glad I did. The rooms and the portion of the property that I saw at that time was very clean. The bathrooms were clean, and the beds were super comfy allowing for my husband and I to have a well rested stay. Even though we didn’t eat breakfast, the breakfast staff was very warm and inviting. She greeted us good morning with a smile. That was the first true welcoming gesture we received from the staff during our stay. We received the next as we were exiting our room by the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Thanks to the morning staff, the cleanliness and comfort level, I would stay again.

All front desk staff were excellent! The room is a little tired but renovations are underway. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, coffee was passable. Really should be using Warpath Coffee for a delicious cup of coffee. It looked like employees were all striving for excellence! Bravo! Absolutely would stay there again.

It was newly renovated on the 5 th floor and was comfortable, clean and the shower was great (did not run out of hot water and had great water pressure. The bathroom amenities smelled good and the shampoo did well for my hair. The complimentary breakfast was great.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Within 5-10 minutes of whatever you could need- restaurants, shopping, downtown, petrol. The hotel is obviously dates, but we loved the huge rooms. Hot showers, cool air, heat and lots of space for suitcases and storing clothes. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and single pod coffee maker. Quiet locations too. Included breakfast is your typical continental breakfast. The staff were super friendly and professional.

I only stayed the one night and did not indulge in the breakfast due to the time available to me for my obligations that day. I liked the easy access, the location relative to downtown, the quiet enviornment, the well lighted parking area, the polite courteous and friendly staff. I like the cleanliness, like-new room with comfortable bed and quietness. I was very very quiet. The TV worked fine, there were plenty of outlets for my devices, the air-conditioning was quiet and effective. The price was amazing!

The room was clean and there was a good bit of room. We had a couch that was comfortable and a table with an office chair. An extra chair for the table would have been nice. The mattress was very firm and not uncomfortable but not the best. The toilet was uncomfortable. Sitting very low to the floor was challenging but manageable but the water level was close to the seat and parts of me got wet when using it. I was unable to wipe without submersing my hand and toilet paper in the nasty. There was no liquid antibacterial soap to wash with, only a very small bar. The breakfast was good but they seemed to be out of a lot of items except the essentials, coffee, eggs, waffles, sausage and gravy. I liked the breakfast! The staff were very nice and professional. I am grateful that my dog was allowed even at a higher rate, as this was the purpose of our stay. He had heart surgery nearby. I hope we never have to stay here again. I will say too that the grounds were not well kept with an incredible amount of cigarette butts everywhere and the dog owners apparently don't pick up after their pets which makes walking your dog for that purpose unpleasant. No smoking was overemphasized which leads one to suspect that might be a problem with the guests. Our room did not smell like that but a room next to us was cleaned and the smell of the cleaners was overpowering and easily perfumed our room at the time.

I got there very late but the front desk guy was very helpfull and nice. In the morning the staff was very nice too. For the first time in a hotel I like the waffles, the breakfas had a lot of options and the girl serving it was so nice. Lobby was clean and very spacious. There is a pool and the area was nice! It's pets friendly so I was very happy. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious. Everything is close to the hotel like restaurants and stores. They have a nice gym. Lots of parking space.

Booked a king suite and stayed 5/6/25. Overall a pretty ideal experience. I checked in after 8PM and was up and out by 9AM. The room had a few pieces of furniture that had some small dings, but the room and bathroom were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The A/C worked flawlessly and the shower water pressure was fine. The breakfast was standard, but good. The one thing I would like to see changed is the blind in the bedroom portion of the room was either too far from the window, too narrow, or a combo of the two. There was a lot of light coming through at 7AM, This was not an issue with the window in the living room portion as the track was set closer to the window and the blinds seemed to be a lot wider. I likely would have gotten an extra hour of sleep if that hadn't been an issue, especially with how quiet it was in the room. I'll try to book room 618 again the next time I'm in town.
