Great location; rooms facing the main street have amazing views of the Riu skyscraper and the Chapalita neighborhood. Room was very modern and comfortable with luxury additions like plush slippers and bath robes. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop has one of the best views of central Guadalajara, don't miss taking the elevator to the top!

I love the concept of the hotel , very pretty property. The people on the reception was very nice . The room was clean and it has everything you need . Even it is a boutique hotel the room was very spacious. The restaurant on the 7 floor was small but very nice for a quick breakfast. I stayed with a friend and for me the only thing was the bed a little hard the mattress; but my friend told me that she didn’t have any issues with the bed . I’m a room safe and stock with water every day great !!! I will be back next year I will record to my friends going to Guadalajara.

If you feel to be a little bit away from the beautiful centre of Guadalajara in an area with a lil' resort kind of feel with all the amenities in a fun and relaxing atmosphere at the same time, this is the perfect location and Becker Hotel provides all you will need for a comfortable stay with very friendly staff and very competitive prices. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful at my arrival. When returning my key, Javier even helped me with my luggage and asked me if I needed a ride to the airport. He offered me de bracelet for the breakfast included with my stay. They had a delicious assortment of Mexican food: hígado encebollado, carne de puerco en salsa verde, chilaquiles, whole fruits as guavas and strawberries, fruit cocktail including cantaloupe, cucumbers, watermelon. To drink they had orange juice) delicious!), jamaica juice, coffee, milk. Between all of that, they had waffles, eggs, hotcakes, gramola etc. This is a buffet type thing that I wasn't expecting All the hotel and restaurant staff was very professional No matter the dust and delay caused by the construction in progress for the future train, the facilities are very clean. Their location conveniently close to the airport and free rideto the departing passengers is a plus I will certainly go back again.

All the staff i encountered were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was actually impressive! Most “breakfast included” hotels have weak breakfasts. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was a very comfortable stay , the free buffet breakfast was excellent and the complimentary ride to the airport was a real bonus. All the staff were very nice. We also had dinner in the restaurant which we both enjoyed our meals. I recommend this hotel

The staff were very welcoming and patient in spite of our weak Spanish. The location is good and you can walk to take in many sights in the area. The rooftop deck was lovely and we met a few friendly travelers out enjoying the night air. The hotel room felt very austere, but very clean. The shower was incredible with hot water galore and high pressure. It's a rainfall type and quite relaxing. The shower may have been the most luxurious part of the room. Given the busy location, it was actually peaceful in our room on the 3rd floor. Overall the room was good for the price and location, but better for a short stay in our circumstance.

Cute hotel close to the metro and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Rooftop terrace was a great asset with nice views of the city.

This hotel has a very elegant and modern vibe. It’s in a good location with many dining options within walking distance, and the city center and surrounding areas are minutes away by taxi or Uber. The rooms are clean and very well equipped. The staff is friendly and very attentive. They make you feel welcomed. And finally, they offer a free laundry, which is a plus if you are traveling with light baggage and need to wash. So, bring some detergent and softener and you are good. As for the cons, the breakfast included with the room is not that good. They offer a good variety of options, but the food quality is poor. They provide a coffee machine that, although it makes different types of coffee that is available to guests all day long, the coffee quality is poor. So, if you crave a good breakfast and/or coffee, you’ll probably want to get it elsewhere. The building is not very good at keeping street noises out and neither are the walls, so you may be woken up by street noises or noises coming from the hallway. So, bring your ear plugs just in case.

Nice hotel room, I loved the comfy bed and linens! Room was pretty spacious and had a lot of storage, desk and sofa. Although it felt a bit too crowded with the furniture along all walls, but this wasn’t a problem at all, just not my cup of tea. Air conditioning worked great! We just stayed there one night, but the kitchenette looked great with stove, coffee maker, big micro oven, huge fridge. Bathroom was nice with warm shower and free products. Breakfast was good, with basic Mexican breakfast, yoghurt, fruits and coffee and sweetbreads. Not much variety, but good enough for a short stay. Only thing we didn’t like was the TV. Which didn’t have Netflix or similar and we understood you could only connect with android or PC, which we don’t have.

Loved how modern and updated this property is. Staff was very friendly and helpful and area surrounding the hotel was super quiet and accessible. There is 24/7 security so felt super safe as well. House keeping wasn't as great as we expected it to be but it was decent- they were very quick and attentive when we noticed our room wasn't cleaned very well.

Room was really clean and comfortable. The moment you step into the room it smells like clean and new. Bed and pillows really comfortable. They offered a lot of options for the breakfast. Also another thing that I liked is that overall it was quiet in the room.

The property was a convent until a few years ago and has been entirely renovated within limits set by the city. For example, there is no elevator because one would not fit the building's historic character. The exterior is modest, but the interior courtyard is beautiful, and there is a roof deck with views of the city. To the management, I'd suggest some tables and chairs up there because it is such a pleasant place to sit. The staff was friendly, helpful, available at all times, and spoke fluent English. There is a very nice restaurant on the grounds (El Particular) that is open 8-5 approximately. My room was spacious with a cool tile floor and A/C, functional but not opulent. It overlooked the street but was very quiet at night. Calle Belen is one-way with limited traffic, and it really empties after dark. The crowds and activity of the central plazas are a 10-minute walk. The immediate neighborhood feels a bit frayed with graffiti and a few deteriorating buildings. The sidewalks are rough. I walked every night until 9PM and never felt unsafe, but normal urban precautions are in order.

What I loved about this hotel was that it’s brand new and every inch of the property has been renovated. The staff was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The rooms seemed very quiet and the decor was unique and different in every room. The view from the rooftop patio was also beautiful as you can see the tops of the surrounding cathedrals. The historic center was only 4 short blocks away and you can Uber anywhere you desire. I traveled with my wife and two kids and felt safe walking the surrounding streets during the day. The only negative thing I found to this hotel was the area was deserted at night and I wouldn’t be comfortable walking to nearby locations, this was also a plus for me as I didn’t have to deal with city noise all night like other places. If I ever come back to Guadalajara I’m staying here as it met all my requirements and is the first time I had a great nights rest in a major Mexican city.

This was an excellent place to stay in Guadalajara. The hotel was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the "Centro" of the city. Shopping, museums and restaurants are within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to visit Guadalajara.

Really nice hotel. The property use to be for nuns. The rooms are named after them. So don't sin in the rooms. (lol). Really.. really... really nice staff. Did I mention the staff was really friendly. The area is off the main street but easily walkable to most major areas. It is soooooo quite. Like church/library quite. Ate at the restaurant several times. Great breakfast. Allowed early check in for a small fee. $15.00. Staying there again.

We had an incredible stay here. The staff were very welcoming, the attached restaurant was great, and the location was perfect. Very close to the historic center and mercado alcalde. We had a choice of metro stops and the area was very walkable. And the hotel was so cute and i loved the history and room naming

Unique views of the Barranca de Huentitan! Multiple pools, with views and outdoor seating. The beds were firm and because I suffer with back pain it was one of the better nights of rest! We had a jacuzzi inside the room with Jets and it made for a relaxing night. My family lives close by but to not burden them with taking care of guests we decided to stay here and I will Definitely do the same next time I visit!

We loved our stay at La Villa del Ensueno. The property is gorgeous, very comfy and beautiful. Love that there are two pools and a jacuzzi for lots of relaxing. The welcome drinks and breakfasts were very generous as well.

My brother & I had a wonderful stay here. We arrived at night and were warmly greeted by Nico. The hotel looked so welcoming with lighting, courtyards, pool, and fountains. Breakfast in the mornings were great. Try the green juice - it's delicious! Plenty of coffee refills. Order from a menu. Pool had cold water as did hot tub. You need to give them 3 hours notice for the Jacuzzi to warm up. Location was great - we walked over to the stores and restaurants of Tlaquepaque, a highlight of the trip. Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in room 4 not far from the pool.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. I needed a fridge for my mom’s insulin and the front desk was very helpful and promptly provided a mini fridge and place it in our room. The pool and jacuzzi looked very inviting i regret not bringing my swimming suit. Our room was very clean and smell nice. Very close to the parian, great location.

The entire experience staying at La Villa with my girlfriend was wonderful, charming, relaxing and enjoyable. The atmosphere was amazing and our accommodations were the best! We were located near the pool, bar and restaurant. Our room was spacious with everything we needed. The housekeeping staff kept it tidy and cleaned it thoroughly every day. The staff were exceptional, from the front desk to the bar and maintenance. Always attentive, helpful and friendly. I want to specifically give extra attention to Carlos and Edgar. They always greeted us and ensured that we were comfortable and happy. The location of the hotel was convenient to travel in and out of town. The front desk was always willing to help and give extra attention to our needs. I highly recommend La Villa del Ensueño for your next stay!

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel Portobelo in Guadalajara. The location is truly excellent – it's incredibly central, making it easy to walk to many of the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. I especially appreciated being so close to the historic center. The hotel itself offers great value for the price. My room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I found the service to be a real highlight of my stay. The hotel also offers convenient amenities such as free Wi-Fi and parking. While I didn't have the chance to dine at the restaurant, I heard positive feedback from other guests. Overall, Hotel Portobelo is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a well-located, comfortable, and affordable hotel in the heart of Guadalajara. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again on a future visit.

The entire stay was wonderful. My husband was traveling for business, and I was able to come along, which meant I spent a lot of time at the hotel, There was plenty to keep me occupied. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Everything was fresh and authentic, and I loved the omelet/ egg station. The gym and pool were great and there's plenty of outside seating, which was nice because the weather was beautiful. The on-site restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend their salads. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint is that with this being a business hotel, geared towards longer stays there should be guest laundry, At least one washer and dryer. They send laundry out, and the cost is outrageous. I believe we had 12 clothing items, and it was $60 usd.

Almost everything exceeded our expectations. We had a flight out the next day, and originally tried the hotel at the airport - it was very expensive, parking cost extra, and not even a free breakfast. We found this Ramada through Booking.com and were quite impressed, especially since it was half the cost of the hotel airport. Ramada is minutes from the airport, and has a well-lit, gated parking lot. The hotel is only a few years old, and still looks very new and well-appointed. Rooms, halls, elevators, and common areas were extra clean and quiet, and the bathrooms had great water pressure. Every member of the staff with whom we interacted was friendly, helpful, and very professional. The free breakfast was bountiful and tasty, and even the free drinks we were offered were good (my wife loved the margaritas). I would absolutely stay in this hotel again!

Breakfast was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my omelette and the fresh fruit. Their margaritas are also very good. My kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel is well maintained and our beds and sheets were fresh and clean. I loved it here! Would definitely come back. The guard outside who monitors the parking lot was so professional and made me feel confident our rental vehicle would be safe. He took down license plates and approached everyone who entered the parking lot to introduce himself and take down their information.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was small but comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious food and attentive staff to serve guests. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. We accidentally left the car rental’s lights on and drained the battery, but one of the receptionists kindly helped us get the car started. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 10 out of 10. The only issue (which isn’t the hotel’s fault) was the difficulty accessing the parking lot due to road construction. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide guests with a map showing the best route from the airport during the construction. If you’re driving from the airport, be sure to map out your route in advance, as you’ll need to go around and circle back to reach the hotel.

The front office reception was very friendly and attentive to our needs, they asked if we needed an airport shuttle, which we did. The check-in process was easy and fast. The breakfast buffet was great, 5 stars! They had a great selection of chilaquiles, eggs, an omelet station, and a wide selection of drinks, like coffee, green juice, and Jamaica. Delicious. The gentleman who drove us to the airport was very friendly and made sure we got to our destination quickly.

This time I tried out the Master Suite, and it exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious, stylish, and simply perfect in every way. It was quiet, the bed was firm, the pillows were soft, and the water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. The jacuzzi was exceptional. My 2nd stay at this hotel, and I hope not my last.

I first booked this hotel thru a third party website and the the main reason was its because it was the only Boutique Hotel in the area I wanted to stay at at a very reasonable price. I always try to choose boutique hotels when I travel, but this hotel being so new I was a little nervous. To my surprise, the hotel surpassed and over exceeded my expectations. The name sets to its reputation, a First Class Hotel with a lot attention to detail. As I walked in to do my check in I was greeted as if I was walking home, and thru out my stay every employee made me feel the same. I stayed at the junior Suite and it was larger then expected, the bed was super conformable and to my surprise it even had a Rainfall shower with a massage shower. The room comes with complimentary water bottles and a Nespresso Machine for my morning coffee while I got ready. The room has everything you need to make it an incredible stay even if you just want to say in the room and relax. Also walking distance to a lot of very popular restaurants and coffee shops, I even walked to have a Torta Ahogada at my favorite joint Tortas El Toño, only a 10 minute walk. If you want to eat at the hotel the restaurant is super cute, at very reasonable prices which I hope to try at my next stay. I will be back in my next trip and really recommend for anyone that is looking for a 5 star boutique hotel.

The rooms are clean and have all the essentials. The area is quiet and relaxing, and I never felt at risk. Away from downtown but yet close enough to enjoy all the attractions. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and I had all the answers to any of my inquiries. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance or just have a drink or coffee. Initially booked for one night and ended up staying 7 nights.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Estancia! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. We got there earlier than expected due to attending a nearby wine festival and were so pleased that early check-in was offered at no extra charge. It made a big difference to be able to get settled, freshen up, and change without any hassle. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and very clean. Our room exceeded expectations — spotless, with plenty of pillows and a very comfortable bed. The entire space felt thoughtfully cared for. The pool area was also clean and inviting, with families enjoying themselves in a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. We had breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant and were warmly greeted by Reina, our hostess and waitress. Despite a bit of a language barrier, she was incredibly kind and attentive. The food was delicious, and the coffee was excellent — a perfect start to the day. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Hotel Estancia for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing stay!

Ramada Encore was an excellent Hotel. They have free breakfast with your stay. City tour that will take you around Guadalajara, an different city per day. Shopping center, restaurants, and a movie theater right out side the door. Front desk is very helpful and went out of their way to satisfy me when I need something. The Hub, the restaurant in the Hotel was always there to make your food and drinks very enjoyable. Thank you Ramada very making my stay so amazing.

After reviewing several of the airport hotels,I’m so glad I chose this one! This 2 year old hotel surpassed my expectations . Easy check in-very comfortable room-nice bed-great A/C-wonderful huge shower-the breakfast buffet was incredible-so many choices-24/7 room service-a bar-indoor pool-and a free hotel shuttle-all at a very reasonable price! You won’t be disappointed here!

The best part of staying at Ramada Encore was the staff. They are attentive, caring and professional. The breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday. My cousin was getting married the weekend we stayed and they accommodated all the requests we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Quinta Don Jose is a lovely, comfortable and friendly hotel located close to the main areas of Tlaquepaque. Recently, I stayed three nights and found my Quinta Don Jose stay a wonderful place to be. My room was quiet, comfortable and nicely appointed with everything I needed. The refrigerator and water machine were especially nice. Of note, my room was across the street from the main building (I had to "buzz" in/out of the property which was fine.) Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast and maybe a drink or two at the bar (Charlie was so welcoming and friendly!) One night, I ate at the restaurant and had an excellent meal served by my new friend Carlos (he was so nice and attentive!) While the pool water was a bit chilly, I used it 2/3 days and enjoyed the beautiful courtyard - it was a great way to relax from the hustle and bustle beyond the hotel property. Love Quinta Don Jose, would definitely return! 5 stars

Lovely hotel. It’s very close to the central plaza, but removed enough to provide a nice sanctuary from all the activity. The breakfast was fabulous. Eggs and beans, fruit, sweet muffin and bread, OJ and coffee. We didn’t eat dinner there, but the restaurant appeared well loved by visitors and locals. They even have a great bar (and bartender) for a nice night cap. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

This hotel is in a great spot in Tlaquepaque. Comfortable walking distance to restaurants and stores where the livelyness of the town is. I traveled for work alone and I felt safe walking around, always alert to my surroundings but safe. I recommend restaurant 1910 which is about a 5 min walk. I stayed in the room with the outdoor shower which was awesome, the room was large and comfy with a cultural vibe. I rated a 9 because the room had mosquitoes. I was bitten all over. I had to keep the AC low to keep the mosquitoes hidden but had to request a blanquet because the one on the bed was thin. They have a guava tree which you can ask to have one, they are delicious and sweet. There was a hammock in the patio, pool chairs, courtyard. It has it's own restaurant, Tlaquepasta, I did not eat there but my coworker who stayed in a different hotel was looking for vegetarian options ate there one night. The room has a small fridge and a filtered water dispenser. Includes continental breafast after 8am but they have more optiosns for an additional fee. I think that this is a great place in a great location close to where Tlaquepaque is known for. Bring mosquito repellant and you'll be just fine.

This is a quaint and clean colonial style hotel that is well located close to the city center of Tlaquepaque and close to Guadalajara. The staff are amazing and the continental breakfast offering was good. Fresh fruit, coffee, juice and eggs. The adjoining Italian restaurant and bar are convenient and the menu is very hood. Pool area and grounds are well maintained

I must first start off by saying that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff is all very attentive and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. The room that we booked included four free drink tickets, and free breakfast for the entirety of our stay. We did not know this when we booked but were pleasantly surprised upon becoming aware. The breakfast options are vast and also include an amazing fruit plate and an assortment of sweet bread. The hotel from the room to the bar is modern and chic. The young men at the front desk are always making sure you are taken care of and even asked that we let them know if we need anything, even offering to make a run to Oxxo down the street. The wait staff and kitchen staff, including the lady making the tortillas were amazing. The night bartender was also very nice and even opened the rooftop canopy so that we could try to see the fireworks from the Centro. The room is stocked with fresh coffee, toothpaste, toothbrushes, robes, and slippers upon arrival. Pastries were even left as a welcome gift. The staff comes by your room and shows how to use everything from the safe and coffee pot to the remote that opens the curtains. I will only be staying at Origen 438 anytime I am visiting Guadalajara.

This is a hidden gem in the middle of downtown Guadalajara. All the other hotels do not compare to this beautifully designed hotel. It has a spa, restaurant, bar. Everyone from Check in to check out is very friendly. Drinks at the bar are great. Inside green area is great for relaxing. Rooms are spacious. Bed is comfortable pillows are soft sheets are also soft. Bathroom is a good size. Everything is top notch. Free apples and water coffee in the room. Would definitely stay here again. Location is also great.

What a fabulous hotel. New, clean, modern - top spec facilities (electric curtains, top spec nespresso, spa - which we didn’t get the chance to use). Very friendly staff. Breakfast was superb - and just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, on Sunday there was live music for a brilliant brunch vibe. We also ate one evening at the restaurant (Alba & Celeste - same place as breakfast) and can highly recommend it. Overall just 10 out of 10. We had a brilliant stay at this lovely hotel.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel provided a wide range of amenities. The a la carte breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The location was convenient for sightseeing. The interior of the hotel was quiet and peaceful, even though it was in a busy downtown area. The security was excellent.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to metro station. The apartment was clean, quite spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were incredibly cordial. Polite. Concerned with their guests. An employee knocked on my door one morning to check on me. I was in the shower and missed two calls from the main desk. The guy seemed genuinely concerned when I didn't answer the calls, so he made the effort to ensure I was ok. Class act these people. The beds were super comfortable. The maids were effective and efficient.

Everything was great. Restaurant has great food and great value. The taste is excellent

This hotel provided an excellent experience! Check in and check out were quick and easy. The staff have great customer service skills and are friendly. The room we were assigned was greatly appreciated!!!! It was super clean, had good quality linens and towels, nice furniture and decor, good lighting, a comfortable bed and selection of pillows, great amenities (including a mini fridge and a safe, and more), nice bathroom, hot water and good water pressure, and an excellent ambiance overall. It feels like you are staying in a "nice bedroom" and not just a generic hotel room. The common areas were equally clean and pleasant. The swimming pool was very clean and had a nice water temperature. The hotel is located near major areas (stores, plazas, restaurants, expo, services) but it is on a quiet, residential, side street that provided a perfectly quiet night for great sleep (no loud city traffic, no loud bars or other noises). Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel and how well it is managed, and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from Plaza del Sol. Parking is easy, with spaces available right in front of the hotel or across the street. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, especially the bellboys, who are always ready to assist. The room was spacious and very clean, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh. It was also quiet, and the large, comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight — the omelette and Mexican-style eggs were especially delicious, thanks to the skill of the excellent cook.

We stayed in room 115. It’s so worth the extra $ to have so much space and a big terrace. Comfy bed. Super clean building and the staff were excellent. We had breakfast included which was coffee, fresh juice, fresh fruit and 4 entree choices. The woman running this area was fabulous. So friendly and helpful. The toiletries were very nice. My husband enjoyed the soaker tub. It’s a cheap DiDi ride anywhere. There is a mall close by with an outdoor food court (get the pastor tacos) and a Soriana for wine. And no kids!!! This is why I chose this hotel. Wonderful all around.

We had a wonderful experience. This was a very nice hotel. The room was very big, clean with comfortable bed and had both soft and hard pillows for your preference. The staff were all helpful and we really appreciated Carlos Lopez’s hospitality and his amazing service. He's the best of the best. We also asked him to recommend some of the restaurants in the area and he recommended very good restaurants. He also gave us discount coupons for the Brazilian steakhouse "Mr. Pampas". We enjoyed staying at this First Class Hotel Expo (Adult Only) near Plaza del Sol. The hotel was very clean and we were very satisfied and will definitely be coming back. We highly recommend this hotel

The staff was cheerful, friendly, happy to help and eager to practice their English or let you practice Spanish (mine is terrible!) The room was large and comfortable. A good breakfast buffet was included. There was free internet access, a large desk and comfortable chair for work. The bed was comfortable with choice of pillow firmness and the bottom sheet stayed tucked in! The AC worked fine, there is a remote that is easy to understand and use to set mode, fan speed and temperature. Large flatscreen TV with local channels + US CNN/Fox News. There is a large shower but no tub. There is a local pizza place (Il Tono's), Army Wings and a taco place next door. A Starbucks across the parking lot. All have good food at reasonable prices, but no sit-down restaurant within walking distance. There is a no shopping within walking distance either. RE: My points - I very seldom give "5" point in these surveys!!!

Hotel is just awesome. Humongous standard rooms larger than any other hotel of its kind. Clean, smells great. Comfortable bed. Nice restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores just outside the hotel. Conveniently located not too far from airport, but not far from Expo Area and downtown Guadalajara. Easy access to hotel from Periferico. Super friendly staff. Congratulations!

It´s located on a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Rooms were always tidy up and clean. Great breakfast. Nice co-working area near the lobby. The staff was always friendly and helpful no matter the hour. Has some nice coffee shops/fastfood options around just in case.

I stayed for two weeks. It was all excellent: very quiet, very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I had (by far) at any Holiday Inn (and several other hotels). Highly recommended.

Comfortable beds. Working appliances. Overall it was a clean room. Except the desk was dusty. Coffee area still had coffee stains from previous guest and was also dusty. Front desk was not welcoming.

A beautiful place to stay, you feel that vibe of a palace/Quinta. The staff were very polite and friendly. I loved the big variety of the buffet in the mornings. Everything was so delicious. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. Their service is exceptional. It has amazing views around the property and is very green. Their restaurant is big and their bar has great services and also variety. Highly recommended this property. Not too far from Guadalajara centro.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable and the hospitality was excellent from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. We had dinner on Saturday evening and everything was tasty, service was exceptional. Sunday before departing we enjoyed their buffet, the options of foods were phenomenal, food quality was great and the ambience so enjoyable. To add to this, if you need to get to a location or need a driver for the whole stay the staff are really helpful in contacting a taxi or a personal driver.

The food and bar was amazing. The breakfast buffet on the weekends was outstanding, with great variety with something for everyone. The service from all of the staff from registration to concierge, to the dining room and bar was impeccable! Every interaction was so helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect! The people who work for the hotel were very friendly and had wonderful service. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant is also very delicious. Thank you and when I return to Guadalajara I will be there. ¡Todo estuvo perfecto! Las personas que trabajan para el hotel fueron muy amables y maravillosa atención. Los cuartos limpios y amplios. I felt safe, the hotel is very pleasant. Staff is very courteous and very helpful. Overall room was clean did NOT find any hairs in bathroom or bed. It was nice and quiet. Room was very spacious. I had iron board, iron, a safe a mini fridge. Big TV . Loved this hotel!💕 pricy but worth it.

La habitacion estaba muy grande, teniamos 2 camas, 1 queen y una King. Eramos 2 adultos 3 niños y pues con esas camas estabamos bien. Nuestra habitacion tenia una sala recibidor que solo usamos para poner las maleta, teniamos acceso a una terraza con jacuzzi arriba de nuestra habitacion, y uno dentro del baño. Las instalaciones se miran bien y limpio a pezar de los años del hotel, aunque si se miran muchas partes deterioradas, si recomendaria una remodelacion en algunas areas como en el baño de la habitacion y los muebles, se miran y se sienten muy sucios los sillones del cuarto y los del recibidor. Con respecto a las distancias la localización del hotel es perfecta si lo que se quiere es descansar y conocer el centro historico de Guadalajara.

The location was amazing, couldn’t ask for a better place right in the center of the historic district! They have a terrace with a higher viewing area for gorgeous views of the cathedral and the Degollado theater, day or night! The hotel itself is beautiful with a very comfortable and inviting sitting area in the lobby! We had the standard quadruple room with a balcony and views to the government palace and the iconic Guadalajara sign. It was a dreamlike experience to see the balcony and hear the city sounds along with various musicians drift into the room. And the staff!.. They were very attentive, hospitable, and were there for you whenever you needed anything! Overall, amazing people and great hotel!

Very pleasant staff, historical building with a nice atmosphere, absolutely downtown, short walk to restaurants, bars and museums, roof terrace with an incredible view to City and Cathedral, a movie with Charles Bronson was filmed there, for breakfast you just go through a door into a local breakfast restaurant with full food, fruits, juices, coffee, hotel organizes tours to Tequila,

The staff was friendly. It is a nicely conserved building despite it being more than 400 years old. It comes with the basic amenities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is AC in every room. It is a few meters from the center of the city. There are good restaurants nearby, museums around the corner, shopping all around that area, and the area is walkable. Taxis are always available outside the hotel ready to take you anywhere you want to go.

The personel is very friendly room is nice and clean, well located. I have stayed many times at this hotels, room are clean, the only thing i dont like about the hotel on this trip is that the chandelier at the entrance is not on anymore, there is no live music and the bar is closed, there is no lights at the terrace at nite only at your entrance doir and is very dim, the tables doesnt have chairs anymore
