Free breakfast and free airport transportation included in the price. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Despite our 6th floor room facing the busy highway, we heard no noise! The beds were very comfortable and each queen bed had 4 pillows, which I appreciated. The free breakfast included refried beans, Chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, a local pork and potatoes dish, yogurts, fresh fruit, danishes and rolls, coffee, teas, and juices. Though it was "self service", the breakfast attendant was pleasant and constantly disinfecting all areas while being quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast was not "gourmet", but still tasty and a wonderful way to start a long day of traveling back home. I speak Spanish so I cannot say whether the employees were bilingual. For airport shuttle service, you must request it at Check-in. It was a quick 3 minute ride to El Bajío airport. Lastly, there is an "Italian" restaurant just across the hotel parking lot that closes easily an hour earlier than what the hotel states. That said, the restaurant service was very good and the "Panini" was prepared on a yummy bread, though it was more like a traditional Torta. One Panini is large enough to be shared by two adults. Skip their regular french fries and opt instead for their Steak Fries. Though this isn't the Ritz-Carlton, I would be very happy to return to this hotel in Silao.

We stayed here one night before an early flight. The desk clerks we very friendly and helpful. The hotel was new, modern, and clean, with refrig, coffee maker and microwave in the room. Desk scheduled our shuttle for the next morning, it’s a two minute ride to the terminal. There is an italian restaurant that shares the same parking lot, very convenient. We left before breakfast but they sent us off with a boxed lunch when we departed. Make sure to specify the HI express Suites closest to the airport for your destination, as there is another HI express a few miles away.

Comfortable, average-sized room, well-lit. Modern design. Tiled shower. View of airport next to hotel Friendly and helpful staff, English spoken. The usual Holiday Inn Express breakfast choices. Well-maintained with tiled floors in the hallways and lobby area. Fast elevator. The key card opens the door but it also activates the lights when you insert it into a holder just inside the door. When you leave you then take the card which then turns off any lights. Energy-saving feature.

The hotel is very close to the Silao Airport. The king size suites are pretty comfortable and spacious. I did not like the fact that even if you out the a/c setting all the way down to 18 degrees Celsius, if never got cooler than 21-22 degrees. The a/c has some type of auto off that when you wake up the system is off and you have to reset it. I guess the cleaning personnel are instructed to remove the room keys from the keypad so very evening when one returns, you have to insert it to turn the a/c back on. The rooms are usually hot and stuffy when one returns. It takes several hours to cool down again.. The breakfast is good overall. Our coffee had dead little coffee/flour beetles. We told the food staff and they quickly took the coffee brewer in the kitchen to dump out and clean.

This hotel was recently built and many people don’t know about it yet. It has modern furnishings and the rooms are very nice. My room had a relatively big refrigerator. It also had a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom had a large shower. Complimentary water was provided each day and the staff was very friendly. A complimentary breakfast was provided which included American favorites (eggs, bacon or sausage, cereal) along with a local selection of food. Fresh fruit, yogurt and juices were included. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

From the lobby to the breakfast room the space was so attractive. No bar or restaurant in the hotel as the Applebees was right next door. Not too impressive to have to stay in an American chain hotel with an American chain restaurant but I was on a tour so had no choice in the matter. The room however was very comfortable with everything I needed from WiFi, toiletries, English CNN on the TV, etc. and breakfast in the morning so no complaints other than it had to be Applebees or nothing for wine and dinner.

Very nice hotel, very clean and has good facilities. We booked another hotel but it was disgusting so came here last minute and it was so nice be in a clean room. The pool is very nice and has a kids pool, it could have benefited from more water in the pool as it was difficult to get out of. There is a kids play park which was a nice surprise and my son liked to use it. The only downside is it’s quite a distance from town, we used Uber to get in and out. We needed somewhere that we can get hot water for bottles and all the places closer we’re unable to provide this, this hotel has a coffee machine so was perfect for us. There was however no ice or fridge so struggled if we wanted cold drinks. They did have drinks for sale at reception but the fridge wasn’t working either so they were warm. Breakfast wasn’t great from a veggie point of view so not much for us. There is an Applebys next door with a kids play frame so we went there for lunch one day and staff were friendly.

The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I want to give a special thanks to Arida I hope I’m spelling it correctly. She was in charge of the front desk in the evening and she was always very attentive and helpful in every aspect of making our stay unforgettable from always arranging transportation (taxi service was top notch, friendly and honest) recommending restaurants and places to visit in the evening and making sure my family was safe since we were a bigger group and had to use multiple transportation. Thank you Arida.

My stay was amazing, from the room being perfect for our stay to the breakfast. The staff was amazing. I definitely would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The pool, the auto laundry service, although the laundry machine wasn't very clean, we liked the beds and pillows, the location, parking spot, the buffet breakfast was ok, and the restaurant was pretty.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Transportation: The convenience of the hotel’s transportation service from the airport was a huge plus. After a long flight, it was comforting to know that a reliable service was there to take me directly to the hotel without any hassle. Breakfast: One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, with something to suit every taste. Fresh fruits, delicious pastries, and a range of hot options made for a perfect start to each day. Room: The room was simply perfect. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the decor was modern and tasteful. Overall, Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and attentive, the facilities top-notch, and the location ideal. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Has been staying here since 2013 by the "Dia de los Muertos" and never will going to forget that one of the front desk girl take her time to explain to me the "Altar" culture meaning. Service team always friendly and very sharp. Breakfast, Gym and lobby are always enjoyable. Laundry service is one of the best, convenient snack kiosk, Location is convenient any direction you may want to go. Applebee's next to it personally don't visit anymore but is not bad restaurant. Kudos for Hugo and his crew!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is directly connected to the restaurant next to it which makes it very convenient. The morning breakfast is excellent with many choices.

The property is well located a block from the main square. It has only 10 rooms. Ours opened onto the narrow street to the square. The rooms and facilities were modern, clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was prepared to order with a good choice of items including several fresh fruits, fresh juices and brewed to order coffee. There was a nice courtyard for sunbathing and relaxing. We really enjoyed our nine nights here and highly recommend it. The only thing that may be an issue is noise from the downstairs restaurant and street. Ear plugs are available in the rooms if needed. We did not find this to be a real issue.

Our visit to L'Otel Casa Arca is one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had. First, it is located in the pedestrian-only part of Zona Central. There are parks, shopping and restaurants ALL around. and it is clean, clean, clean! The staff is extremely competent and very friendly. And the restaurant is top notch. Food tasted great and the presentation wss supurb. I want to qualify that by saying each of the many, many restaurants nearby seemed like the best restaurant I'd ever been too. Maybe I just don't get out enough.....

Me and 2 other friends stayed there from 12/15/16 to 12/17/16. We would have arrived a day earlier, but our delayed flight caused us to miss our flight connection. L Otel 1218 we was very nice in rearranging our pick up at the Queretaro airport the following day, and they were there on time to pick us up. All the staff was VERY helpful, and Jose Luis was so attentive during our breakfast, and offered us helpful advise about about what to see while in SMDA. The property is gorgeous, and the property service is top of the line. The included made-to-order breakfast was SUPERB, OUTSTANDING, and so delicious! I miss their breakfast. This property is also super central and within walking distance to everything. You will not need a car. We will defiantly return to SMDA, and will definitely stay at this fantastic property. WOW! Oh, of course, SMDA is also a beautiful colonial city, and we regret not staying longer.

The details that went into this hotel were amazing. The room overlooked the walking only street with views of a gorgeous church. The bedding was incredible and the bathroom was clean, modern and beautiful. Everything you could ask for under one roof. Hotel, gallery, design house, restaurant, bar, food court, and more. My favorite thing about this hotel was its amazing staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and always ready to take the extra step to make our stay effortless.

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the hotel entrance/dining area was vibrant and beautifully decorated. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was the perfect pressure! We wanted to take the shampoo, conditioner and soap home because they smelled so good. The hotel left little treats in the room at check-in and once again in the evening, which was a lovely surprise! Finally, the hotel front desk was very helpful in arranging a driver for our trip back to CDMX and one of the hotel staff insisted (despite our protests) on carrying our heavy suitcase to the end of the street for our pickup, and he refused to take a tip from us. We were blown away by this hotel!

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL 4-day stay at Casa de Sierra Nevada. All employees were very kind, friendly and helpful. Our waitress, Angeles, was so sweet and she took great care of us every morning for breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and very delicious. Our room was great, very clean and spacious. We even had a little court yard sitting area which was great. The concierge answered all our questions and was very helpful. A special thanks to Joel Echeveste and Isaac Marquez for all their help. The hotel is situated right in the middle of San Miguel which made it very convenient since we went for long walks every day. We definitely recommend other visitors to stay at Casa de Sierra Nevada.

Seven couples (all 70+ active seniors) rented the Casa Vida Encantada at Chiquitos #2, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico for nine nights October/November 2025. The building is an amalgamation of several buildings making it both fun and interesting, with lots of common space and a variety of bedrooms. Wll maintained. Very lovely. A convenient location two blocks from the central square. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The staff was exceptionally helpful with dinner reservations and other arrangements and bringing in chefs for two dinners. Breakfast was always a treat. It was very nice spot and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Absolutely no complaints.

Overall stay was nice and enjoyable. Service was excellent with most of the staff, but at times some staff members were not attentive. On a couple of occasions, I had to complain just to get waited on in the restaurant. My largest complaints were that the parking was extremely far away from hotel and we typically had to wait more than 20 min for our car; there was extremely low pressure in shower and it barely dripped out; and the mattress on our bed was extremely worn out, lumpy, and uncomfortable. Other than that, facilities were very nice and beautiful and most of staff was very attentive and pleasant. Rooms were very clean and location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Spa was incredible. One of the best massages I've ever gotten. With the exception of the steak we had the first night, food at the hotel was very good. Again, Overall it was a nice hotel but I've stayed at much better places in San Miguel.

The hotel is phenomenal, the staff is personable, helpful, and friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect. We didn't have any complaints. The hotel is pet friendly. I took one of my dogs and the staff pampered her with dog beds, food and water bowls, and bottled water. Every detail was attended to. The vehicle that picked us up at the airport even had what looked like a brand dog bed waiting for her after the long flight. I especially liked the large soaking tub and bath balls. San Miguel de Allende is a walking city so, a long soak was a perfect way to end each day.

What can I say about this amazing hotel... they went above and beyond for our 3 night stay there. We were celebrating a special anniversary and we were upgraded to a beautiful studio suite and arrived to a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. We enjoyed breakfast every morning there and everything was delicious. The pool was delightful and the rooftop bar was stunning. We joined in on the margarita class in the bar and had a great time. We can't wait to return here on our next trip.The staff really make this hotel what it is and they go the extra mile to provide an amazing experience.

Staying here for 1 night and nothing to regret. I recommend this hotel if you want to spend your time in San Miguel de Allende. The location is not so close to the center, you need to walk about 700 meters. 1. Check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 This is normal time, but you can arrive earlier to park the car at the hotel for free since it is difficult to find free parking. 2. The room is big and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is fine, but the hot water seems like it's not hot. No AC no problem since the weather is chilly at the end of October. It was raining last night. 3. The staff is quite friendly. 4. Our booking is breakfast included in the price. It is not a buffet. They will give you bread, fruit, coffee, or tea. They give a plate of fruits, yogurt, bread, and a cup of coffee. 5. The building of the hotel is beautiful and has a garden near the restaurant. 6. Free parking for the hotel guests. 7. Free wifi. 8. Entrance accessible for wheelchairs.

The hotel is so beautiful. The pictures do not honor the reality of the well-cared place and common areas! We were only one night for new years eve and will totally go back. Nice and spacacious three double bed room which accommodated our doggies. Everything was spotless clean. In the lobby there was hot coffee and tea, even during the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast was good. Parking was quite tight and maybe limited, but was very convenient and gated. A little bit of a hike up hill to the center but the walk was enjoyable. About one and half block away there was an convenience store (oxxo). We simply enjoyed our stay! Thank you the awesome staff for making it great!

San Miguel is a gorgeous Unesco site with miles of cobbled sidewalks. Bring your walking shoes! That makes its central location important. The rooms are exceptionally beautiful, grouped around a quiet park and garden. Continental breakfast is free, or you can buy hot meals. The restaurant is only open at breakfast. The staff were friendly, albeit with little English. We loved the hotel and plan to return next year. There's so much going on in the town, and inexpensive taxis are in abundance when you get tired.

Staff were very helpful: organising laundry, taxis and an early breakfast on our departure date. Beds were comfortable with cotton sheets - essential in the hot weather. Rooms were cleaned well, daily. Breakfast was a small meal, but fresh and tasty. Courtyard was beautiful.

The outdoor patio and green grass is what sold us, we were traveling with our 8-year old and it was wonderful to have the additional space to roam about instead of just a regular hotel room. A nice continental breakfast is included (sweet bread, coffee and juice) or for 85 pesos you could have a more filling breakfast. The facility was a 200 year old hacienda, the 1st & 2nd story are original to the dwelling and the hacienda was on the outskirts of Old Town. It has a very nice charm to it. The rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is located in an area of Old Town where there are many locals, you see more everyday life and it is a quick 7-8 minute walk from the Mercado Artesania which has more affordable items to buy than the high-end Centro.

I loved the jacuzzi tub in my bathroom, the fireplace, location, I could walk to everything, valet parking and free breakfast.

It was wonderful there! It's a great location, close to the markets, and close to downtown. Traveling with a group can be stressful, and it was easy to stay in contact with the hosts with any questions or directions needed. There was almost always someone available whether in person or online. The terrace is great to relax and enjoy a drink, and everything is very walkable. They were very accomodating and flexible and available for questions. I'd love be come back here next time I'm in town as its a perfect getway spot. *Extended breakfast hours are nice, even if the menu is limited (eggs, bread) *If you are cold there is a fireplace available, just make sure to ask for help to use it. *The jacuzzi is available, however check before using it as ours was missing a cover. *Terrace is very cozy with chairs to lounge in, you'll likely receive cell reception from here.

Good value for the cost. Location in the historical zone of the city is perfect. Quiet, yet only a few blocks to the central Jardin. The artisan market is across the street. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Staff were wonderful and attentive. Breakfast tasty (if limited to eggs).

A small hotel. However, a little oasis in the centre. Very quiet with a secluded courtyard. Also has a roof terrace reached via a spiral staircase. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful. Very close to undercover market and restaurants. Would stay there again.

The staff are very pleasant and welcoming and the location is ideal. The ladies made me a beautiful fruit platter and delicious coffee for breakfast. They also have eggs and sausage if you like. The deep soaker tub with hot water was fantastic. It warmed me on a very cold day. It is located a lovely couple blocks from El Jardin and right beside two indoor markets with lovely regional crafts, traditional breakfast and lunches, and souvenirs. I was very impressed with the catarinas. The price was reasonable for Mexico. The English/Spanish library is a block away.

Really cute boutique hotel that is very centrally located. Easy walk to the center of town. Staff was friendly and very responsive to all requests. Rooftop bar has amazing views, and the little bar in the lobby facing the street is great for a nightcap.

The beds and linens were supremely comfortable and high end. There is a very nice bar on the roof of the hotel with a great view, and somehow we heard zero noise from there! The entire staff were very professional and accommodating. The hotel manages to feel hip and also homey at the same time. Loved it!

I really enjoyed my stay! I was not too sure about it, so I only booked one night! After staying there, we de used to extend our time here. It is very convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming, and beds are super comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar! Andar, our bartender was great! The front office suggested we go try Las tias restaurant for lunch! We did, and we were super satisfied! Strongly recommend this place!

Most modern and close to main attractions hotel we could find. The pool was more like a kiddie pool - shallow and no more than 12 people would be comfortable. The restaurant was out of most menu items when we went for dinner (only went bc it was raining). It makes me think that they don’t keep it stocked bc they aren’t busy. But the staff were great and really helpful! Overall, we’d stay again for the clean, modern rooms and proximity to the downtown area.

We recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, and your staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. It was truly a pleasure being there, and we would recommend your hotel to others. One of the main reasons we chose our particular room was for the private outdoor jacuzzi, as we were looking forward to relaxing in a private and peaceful setting. Unfortunately, on our second day, we had an unexpected and unsettling incident that affected how we felt about the room. A raccoon entered our room through the back door connected to the outdoor area. It startled both of us, and when I tried to scare it off, it stood on its hind legs and growled aggressively. After about five minutes, it finally exited, but not before knocking over several items and creating a great deal of stress. After this incident, we no longer felt comfortable using the outdoor jacuzzi or the patio area, which was one of the main features we were excited about. While we still had an overall positive experience at your hotel, this incident unfortunately impacted our comfort and enjoyment of the room we had specifically selected.

Gorgeous place. Staff were nice and try to be accommodating even tough mostly of the time either the forgot or didn't solve the issue. Buffet breakfast is great and convenient. Our room was located in a zone of the hotel that smells like sewer 24/7, also they were having some type of conference and they did a couple of parties above and near to our bedroom which was annoying. Our Jacuzzi was malfunctioning and they came to "fixed", but they did not do a thing, so that was also annoying since we got this type of room because the Jacuzzi. Bed was comfy, shower a big plus. Gym a little small and basic for such huge complex. Pool was cold.

Great pool with comfortable lounge chairs. The rooms were lovely and spacious with beautiful tile bathrooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the record player in our room. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was mediocre and pricey. I ordered yogurt for 175 pesos (about $9)...was expecting yogurt in a bowl and maybe some fruit but got a cheap packaged yogurt from store and 2 teaspoons of granola. There are lots of great restaurants nearby (Panio, Garambullo), stay at the hotel, but dine out! Location was convenient, safe, and beautiful—easy to walk to the nearby craft market, restaurants, the central square, galleries at Fabrica La Aurora, etc. We also enjoyed the free valet parking offered through Expedia.

Our stay at Live Aqua was great. The hotel is like an art gallery. Sculptures, lots of art in common areas and in room. Room was beautiful (modern but functional) Beds and linens were top of the line. Our family of four were there for four nights and we loved it. Husband and I went to spa and got a private room with its own steam, sauna and mini pool. (Upgrade) Our boys got to go to kids club (a resort service). We didn’t go to outdoor pool because it was a little chilly for us ((60s) but it is heated. We wanted to enjoy all of San Miguel has to offer so we mainly ate out. There are two coffee shops in Fabrica La Aurora (multi-use art gallery) about 7 minutes away walking.worth the walk. Rooftop dining in San Miguel is the best. Quince and Luna Bar @Rosewood were our favorite. We had one problem at the Live Aqua and that was the Zibu Allende restaurant. The space is nice but the food and service were subpar. No cocktail list (you choose your liquor and you can add a juice for an up charge) No kids menu (they actually charged us from room service $$ One thing to note, Live Aqua is about 15 minutes walking downhill to main plaza/church) On the way back you should take a taxi/Uber because it is uphill.

Personnel make you feel extra special and comfortable. You feel the welcome the moment you step out of the car.. every single stop around the hotel is spotless clean not to mention our room, WoW breath taking. Our room was kept clean all the time. As soon as we stepped out of the room, every single time we would come back into the room, it was clean and picked up again. They really make sure the time you spend there you are well relaxed and comfortable. Definitely my favorite number 1 choice hotel from now on.

I had a wonderful experience at 1850 Hotel in Guanajuato. Upon arrival the front desk attendant Alex Hidalgo made us feel valued and welcomed. He greeted us with a genuine smile, checked us in efficiently and made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. The bellhop Omar was also very welcoming and handled our vehicle and luggage without any issues. We stayed in the Alexia room. The room was clean, comfortably air-conditioned, well prepared and comfortable bedding. I enjoyed the L’Occitane bathroom amenities. The scent is amazing and leaves your skin feeling refreshed. The location is centrally located in the main plaza and easy walking distance to all attractions. The rooftop bar offers a great variety of cocktails and amazing views of the city. Our room included breakfast at Casa Valadez. They offer fresh made bread and many delicious breakfasts entrees. I personally enjoyed the mole with chilaquiles and green juice. I highly recommend the hotel to singles, couples and families.

Excellent location right in the historic center. The hotel is located on a beautiful little plaza with a gazebo garden at its center. At night, the mariachi all gather so it's quite magical. It's also a pedestrian area so that makes it super quiet and charming. The staff of Hotel 1850 are wonderfully helpful. We also loved the breakfast next door at Casa Valadez, an elegant old world eatery with the best service and a variety of delicious breakfast/brunch packages. Coffee in the room was appreciated since breakfast doesn't start until 9am - but there's also a Starbucks right next door that opens earlier. Rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable, the shower amazing and we loved the Occitane toiletries provided.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely kind and supportive every time we needed them. We needed a taxi at 1 am to get back from a wedding party and they were beyond helpful. The room was extremely clean, amazing bed, great shower, the hotel itself is beautiful and localization is just perfect. Breakfast is offered at a restaurant nearby and the options are just delicious. We had to check out before breakfast and they offered us to get coffee to go at Starbucks (which we did not take, but thought they were so thoughtful to offer).

Everything. Perfect location, cute balcony overlooking the Jardin, close to everything. Comfortable room, luxurious bathroom, waterfall shower, luxury amenities. Wonderful, very helpful staff with excellent English and good recommendations for things to see and places to eat. Very tasty, large breakfast (loved their mole!) in a nice restaurant two doors down, or a voucher for Starbucks next door.

My husband and I stayed here for Valentine's weekend (3days) this Feb 2025 and we loved our stay! It was the perfect, central location! I LOVED the Starbucks next door, and the AMAZING Casa Valadez! The staff was fabulous, service top notch, and loved the welcome drink of wine or mimosas. Front desk was responsive (via WhatsApp) even days/weeks before arrival and suggested some tours and activities. They reserved the callejonadas evening tour, as well as arranged our ride from hotel to airport. The rooms are VERY pricey compared to the rest of the area, but we went with this hotel because in pictures, the rooms looked very modern and cloean and property seemed upscale, with it's decor and furnishings. Another reason why we reserved this hotel is because of its rooftop bar, which their pictures online just boasted about! Sad to say, we did not experience the bar mentioned as it was under construction (I was a bit disappointed about this) and there was no mention that the bar cannot be accessed anywhere. The price per night averaged to about $250 with all taxes and fees included. For this price, the hotel could have included complimentary breakfast or complimentary "something." Overall, it was a good stay because of the unique rooms and charming spot... Will I stay here again if I were to return with our daughters, probably not. I did not enjoy the very tiny bathroom sink and this would only be recommended, imho, for singles or couples staying for a short time in Guanajuato.

This hotel is marvellous! The photos on the booking site do not capture the beauty of this hotel (and I couldn’t do it with my own photos either). Lovely luxury, beautiful rooms and grounds, deep warm pool, great food, quiet nights’ sleep & the service from all the staff was warmly professional and welcoming. We especially mention Omar as we had most interactions with him and when he reserved the best restaurants for us we received top tier welcome upon arrival. The valet staff took great care of our car during our stay so that we could be free to use Ubers to get around the city & it was at the front door when we needed it. We loved every minute and wished we had reserved longer than 2 nights. I kept thinking what a wonderful place this would be for a couple to celebrate an important marker in their life.

Nice spa facilities. Breathtakingly beautiful art and architecture. Overall very well maintained. Immaculately clean and ship shape everywhere. Rooms and bathrooms kept to a high standard. Helpful and friendly service. Very quiet neighborhood— the location is prime.

The property consists of many superimposed buildings combined into a single continuous complex. It is very interesting, well maintained, cozy and friendly. Restaurant on site is gourmet. Pool is heated, lots of public space, parking is valet on street.

Even though this is a bit of a hike from the historic center of town, we loved how peaceful it was compared to the chaotic city! The property is really a beautiful oasis. Staff was really nice and helpful. We loved the heated outdoor pool, as well as the thermal pool / spa inside. The bed was comfy and the sheets were soft. And we really appreciated that there was an on-site restaurant, though it's very expensive! (There are some great places to eat very close to the hotel, which are a better alternative.)

The break fast was delicious!the personal was professional and really friendly! Will see you next year
