The hotel waa absolutely delightful. The room was exactly as it looked in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a lovely treat at the end of the day. The hosts, Ash and Brock, were warm, welcoming, and very responsive. We would definitely return!

Room is small, bathroom is smaller but the view of the harbour is absolutely beautiful; it’s mesmerising. No room service, no balcony, no minibar, always understaffed and no shower gel (soap bars only). Room condition is very good, fittings and furnishings are great as well. The room heater didn’t seem to work but it was comfortable and warm inside the room probably because it was early March when we visited. It’s an old home nicely renovated and turned into a private hotel; it’s sort of a home feeling staying there with fireplaces in every room if that’s what you’re after. The property has stairs to the rooms on the first floor with quite a few steps; be prepared to carry your own luggage up and down the stairs. The parking is off street ie. council 2 hrs street parking restrictions from 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays; the property does not have its own parking facilities. The location is excellent with everything in walking distance; the view is awesome and the surround is nice and quiet. Would stay there again provided the water view room prices come down a bit.

Lovely hotel in Battery Point, near good coffee (Kombi), a venerable pub (Shipwright's) and a great baker (Jackman). The views of the river and hills from room #7 were fantastic. The room was spacious. There's no bathtub in this room; shower had good water pressure and very hot water. There's a fridge, kettle, Nespresso, sink, and microwave in the room, and you're near the very lovely kitchen which offered lots of breakfast supplies and afternoon snacks. The location is an easy 12-minute walk to Salamanca Market. I chose this location and lodging for the quiet and found that they were indeed very quiet. No noise at all from the street; sound does travel a bit from one room to the next but that was not at all an issue -- I'm highly noise sensitive and found the room very tranquil. I had to store my luggage for a few hours after checking out and the managers were very helpful with that even though they are not on site.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Grand Vue Hotel. I booked this hotel for my Partners birthday and it really exceeded both of our expectations. Everything provided was of excellent quality, rooms were spotless and the owners had clearly thought about every last detail to make a guests experience amazing. The bedrooms and living areas are beautiful and we particularly liked the front room with the fire place. The view from our room was also superb! The kitchen facilities were fantastic and there was fresh bread, home baked goods and croissants put out every morning (which were amazing!). We arrived in hobart really early but the owners let us check in to our room really early which was very much appreciated. I thought the guest information provided (e.g. scenic trips, restaurants, bars) etc was extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top quality, comfort and a luxurious stay.

Ash and Brock made us feel right at home and pretty spoilt at the same time. First impressions: we were in awe, it is grand and beautiful, yet warm and inviting. Our suite had phenomenal views where we loved watching the weather or an ocean liner making its way to the harbour. The bed was soft yet supportive, perfect! Other options besides the quilt were in the cupboard. Fresh air, you can open the windows! Great mini kitchen in our room plus access to the main kitchen downstairs (especially to check out the freshly baked afternoon tea which also smelt wonderful while it was cooking) Strong, hot shower. Very quiet, completely dark with the heavy curtains drawn. No barking dogs or traffic noise at all. It is an intimate hotel, yet you feel completely private and unable to hear neighbouring guests. However we did enjoy chatting to them at the long dining table in the morning (You can choose to have breakfast delivered to your room as well). Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Luggage is taken upstairs for you or out to the car. We would stay again in a heartbeat, thank you Ash and Brock.

Clean, spacious, modern. Fabulous service, friendly staff. The room has all one needs, plus more. Comfortable beds, coffee amenities, bathroom with a bath and shower, plus private balcony. We had breakfast, great variety of food, barista coffee, orange juice!

The building itself is gorgeous. It has been beautifully cared for. The room was spacious with the best bathrooms I’ve had in a hotel. The shower was so good. I loved all the artwork the owners carefully selected from local artists. The bed was really comfortable and we had an amazing view. All the staff were very friendly and so accommodating. We also got a complimentary breakfast and it was top tier considering it was complimentary – it was cafe quality. Also one of the best coffees I’ve had in Hobart. I highly recommend this place for a welcoming comfortable stay in Hobart.

The Maylands is in a beautiful old building that was very recently redone, retaining its beautiful original features and tasteful modern updates. It was extremely clean and with excellent amenities. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was very good. We stayed in #7 which was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. While not located in the CBD, the Maylands was very convenient,with secure parking and very quiet. I would recommend the Maylands very highly

Timeless and modern. Extremely spacious rooms and bonus to have a large bathtub and seperate shower and a newly renovated bathroom. King bed (very comfortable), large balcony and TV. Only 10 mins drive to Salamanca place and everywhere else. Free on site parking is always a plus. Everything about this stay was great. Friendly staff and quiet surroundings. Would definately stay here again!

From the moment we arrived staff could not have been more helpful. The woman who greeted me when I arrived early was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was beautiful, with the option to use a heater/fire place as well as a heat pump. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was stunning. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and the service was again impeccable. We will definitely be coming back, perhaps even next week! :)

Central location on waterfront near plenty of good cafes and restaurants. Attractive, stylish building sympathetically restored. Spacious room with attractive old beams. Big comfy bed. Large bath/shower room including jacuzzi. Valet parking, saving time and hassle. Very helpful concierge.

A truly funky hotel that has tried and succeeded in taking a 1870's jam making factory and turning it intro a lodging. The quarried rock walls are exposed, the old woodwork remains and attempts made to light by electricity are mostly successful. Right smack dab on the Hobart waterfront, 3 blocks from downtown shopping and 4 blocks to the art district. Tons of really great restaurants and coffee shops just right there. Tour pick up across the street. Scenic harbor views. Access to miles long bike path with an option to ride over the Hobart Bridge (too scary for this dude) for another miles long bike path by the coast. Saw absolutely no homeless anywhere near hotel and the area is clean - Tassies have higher standards there then we do in the USA. Staff are super helpful. Never ate in any of the on-site restaurants but the morning to go coffee was excellent. Rooms are very clean and for us, big as we stayed in waterfront facing rooms where the view is spectacular. The art part is not a plus; the art is ok but local amateurs mostly, too much of it, poorly lit, poorly displayed and clutters up the place. Stay here and just rent a car for a few days to get up to Cradle Mountains otherwise this is your base. Cons are poor lighting, especially in the rooms (bring your flashlight) and lack of plug in your your devices. Beds are pretty downscale for this class of hotel . Plenty of closets and space for your gear.

Having never been to Tasmania we did not know what to expect. Our entire trip experience revolves around our 5 night stay at the Henry Jones. Simply magical experience. From check-in to check-out. The staff could not be more accommodating and friendly, always available to reserve transportation. The room was wonderful. Nice and quiet. Comfortable but not too soft bed. Great waterfall shower. We could really relax in the room. Great view of the harbor. Nice sitting area. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern but not cold. The location of the hotel is not to be understated. Fantastic location on the wharf for walking around Hobart as well as for bus pick-ups for our pre-paid day trips outside the city. Safe. 100 percent entirely safe. And yet so close to the action. Within walking distance to Salamanca Square and Elizabeth-Collins St. shopping. And a ridiculous amount of restos and bars. Even in the bad weather, the hotel has an umbrella stand filled with their umbrellas for loaning out. This is our place the next time we are in Hobart. 5 Stars!

Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel. Rooms were huge and the decor 👩‍🍳 💋. There were 3 couples in our group and each of our rooms was unique but all large, comfortable and beautiful with original artworks everywhere, and for sale, so you are literally staying in an art gallery. The hotel has kept a great deal of its former jam factory heritage and modernised just enough to be authentic but modern. The facilities are superb with a cute bar and hotel restaurant downstairs and another great casual restaurant within the complex for coffee, breakfast and lunch called Jampatch. Gorgeous views out to harbour and perfectly positioned near great restaurants, Salamanca Markets and city centre. I honestly could not fault a thing and loved every minute of our stay in this hotel and Hobart in general, which is also gorgeous.

Excellent location in the wharf area, we had a view out to the boats and street and was lovely to see people wandering up and down the area. The buildings are beautiful inside and out. Comfortable and spacious rooms (we had Harbour view). We also tried the restaurant (booked well in advance) and bar which are well worth a visit. Staff all very friendly and helpful, quick service.

Everything was fabulous. Modern, clean, light and spacious. Quiet and views from rhe balcony. Extremely convenient location with a 1minute walk ro bars, restaurants and market on the pier. Full size kitchen and spacious bathroom. Parking and beautiful restaurant/bar on site. There were 3 of us in a 2 bdroom unit. All perfect. Hope to stay again soon! It provides a comfortable and welcoming feeling. It's the Goldilocks touch - not too big, not too small, just right Quiet location but so close to all that Salamanca Place has to offer. A comfortable bar next to a very good restaurant is great if you just want to eat in. The suites are well furnished and very comfortable. If your first priorities for a hotel room are a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower, then look no further. But these suites are so much more and allow for self-catering if that is your wish. We have stayed here before and have recommended it to friends as well. As you can guess, I am a big fan of The Salamanca Inn.

The perfect location. Near to the city, shops, tour buses, wharf, restaurants and the wonderful Salamanca market on your doorstep. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable with everything you needed. King size, comfy bed and plenty of streaming choices on the big TV. Large table and chairs were a bonus as many places don’t have them at all. Elevators always magically there when you pressed the button with no waiting time. Staff were always helpful with our queries and room cleaned daily. Would highly recommend Salamanca inn.

We loved our two nights at Salamanca Inn. We took our Mum for a weekend away to visit Mona etc. we had an extra bed added to the room. The king suite was super large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean, quiet and modern. Staff were lovely and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect to get to everything we wanted like the Mona ferry and cafes/restaurants. Definitely recommend Salamanca Inn and will stay there again on our next Hobart visit.

I actually stayed on the Good Friday - Easter weekend in April 2023 (ignore the May 2024 pre-set date, couldn't change it). The location was fabulous, right in the city and adjacent to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the famous Salamanca Markets. The bathroom was spacious, modern and my room had a lovely view of the city. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The lighting in the hallway (on my floor) was very dim, don't know if this has changed since my visit. I did comment to the reception staff. Buffet breakfast was delicious, the dining room very spacious. I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant, food was delicious in generous portions. Overall, enjoyed my stay here. Friendly, helpful staff, great service.

This was our first time staying at the Crown Plaza Hobart and we had a great stay. Our room was very modern, had all the amenities we needed for our 5 night stay, the automation of the curtains, blinds and lighting was amazing. The king bed was just perfect and so comfortable, the bathroom was so nice and the rain head shower felt so good. The Happy Hour between 4-6pm was great my only comment to have more staff to ensure guests don't have to wait for long periods as the young guy did his best with the long line waiting, this did happen for the times we were there. Also a little more guest friendly would have been nice. The breakfast staff were excellent, so friendly and more than happy to assist you to ensure your breakfast was a good start for your day. Reception was also very friendly and helpful. House keeping staff were lovely ladies and did a great job in cleaning our room. Location was perfect for us an easy walk for getting around Hobart on foot. Overall we would stay again without hesitation.

This hotel is just great! been coming here since it opened and will continue to do so. The hotel is deceptively large compared to its tiny entrance almost like you unwrap something interesting. On this occasion I had some noise issue . Preeti at reception is golden and a true asset to the hotel . She resolved it with a smile and ensured my vacation was smooth and enjoyable. I hope she never leaves . Other noteworthy staff include David duty manager and Ian in the lounge so polite, welcoming and friendly. This seems like some kind of HR review but it’s only because the staff make this hotel more enjoyable and relaxing. The restaurant area is warm and inviting and with a comfortable and spacious bar adjoining . This opens out to a large el fresco area for those summer afternoons and evenings. Those guests who don’t get lounge access should book the afternoon tea on Saturday which represents good value and has incredible views of Hobart.

We stayed for 3 nights. The service from the staff was excellent. The food at the restaurant for dinner was superb! Breakfast was pretty ordinary and the coffee was really terrible. I ordered a coffee to be delivered by room service one morning I wanted a later start and it was delivered in a takeaway cup, that was unexpected, And nobody wants to be assaulted with Vittoria coffee any time of the day. The beds were double not queen. Other than those 2 things its a very convenient place to stay right in the city centre and the valet parking was very convenient. I would stay again, if the room had a queen. Theres so many other places in hobart to get fabulous breaky and coffee though

We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza hotel. The hotel is central to many attractions, shops and restaurants. We can walk to many places. We love the hospitality and service at the Club lounge. Staff are attentive, personal, welcoming and helpful. Our room and the facility are clean and modern. It is a great hotel at a central location.

Location was only about 1.5kms from central Hobart. Check in details were provided day prior and even though access code failed to work, there was a contact number on front door and someone came and opened up within a few minutes ( as caretaker/ staff ate not on site ) . We had a two bedroom apartment, one bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable and good size kitchen as well as balcony. Breakfast was simple but adequate- help yourself downstairs each morning- juices, cereal, yoghurts, toast and tea/coffee. Evening port and chocolate was also nice. Staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Parking on site really great. , i would highly recommend a stay here.

This lovely old house is a real home from home with excellent off-street parking, a spacious entrance and a cosy communal sitting room. It was useful having access to the kitchen as well. A very good breakfast was on offer with wonderful fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, cereals, different types of breads and teas/coffee, juice. My room (no. 6) was spacious and comfortable with fridge, kettle and tv (netflix worked on day 1 but not afterwards) and a good heater. The owners/managers were very friendly and accommodated an issue with my bank card, which was appreciated.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast is self-serve and quite nice (fresh fruit salad, toast with different spreads available, cookies, coffee/tea, etc). You can fill up quite nicely before a long day exploring beautiful Tassie! The building is beautiful. Eating fresh Tasmanian produce for dinner on the balcony or on the outside garden is a very nice experience (we recommend getting food from the Salamanca Fresh shop close to the harbour - especially local cheese!) - makes you feel right at home in Tasmania!!

The breakfast and the port and chocolates in the evening were great. The housekeeper serving breakfast remembered how we liked our coffee and gave some helpful recommendations for activities in Hobart. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The games in the lounge and umbrellas for use if it rains were lovely additions to the guest services provided. The whole ambience of the property is charming and provided for an enjoyable stay.

The check-in process was seamless, and the room was clean and comfortable. The accommodation’s convenient location near shops was a bonus. We appreciated the delicious complimentary breakfast and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic location, staff helpful, and clean. We had a twin accommodation, with two King size beds. The bathroom had good size hair dryer, toiletries, abundance of towels. Shower was huge with the option of a rain shower or smaller shower head. Both bathroom and bedroom were clean, neat and tidy on arrival. There are double doors if you are a light sleeper to block out any noise. The window in the room can be opened, if the air conditioner is not preferred to use. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar (we didn't use) Handy location if you are disembarking from a cruise ship. Plenty of cafes, within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Baaa Bar, has happy hour with a great selection of Tasmanian gins and whiskeys.

A 2 night visit for my birthday mini getaway. 2nd stay. (2023) Friendly staff, relaxing ambience, delicious breakfast buffet. Thank you for the discount for breaky for my birthday. The loft room was perfect. So clean, everything you need. Lots of towels, bathtub, laundry. Housekeeping so friendly, accommodating and efficient. Late check in but Room Service was amazing quick AND delicious. Easy access to wharf and town. Walking distance. SkyBus from airport dropped me straight outside. Can order a taxi from reception. Love the history. Highly recommend! Thank you

Nice clean and warm studio apartment room with well stocked kitchenette and minibar. Opening doors to small balcony (fresh air!). Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Very clean and quiet. Bus stop for airport shuttle is outside the hotel so it was really easy to travel to and from the airport. Short walk to Harbour, Salamanca and to Elizabeth street. Had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was excellent. Didn’t try the breakfast so no comment on that.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the apartment was serviced daily; we hadn't expected that! The amenities in the apartment were excellent and if we had planned to cater for ourselves we would have been very comfortable. I wish we had thought to ask for them mini-bar and snack selection to be removed, as they were a constant temptation! The couches, though comfortable, were slippery and pillows kept falling off! It would have been nice to have a couple of smaller, lighter throws to use when relaxing in front of the tv. We pre-paid for breakfast but I'm not sure we were able to eat our money's worth - self-catering may have beena better option. We dined at the restaurant on one night - it was delicious. Reception staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect - we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

2 night stay mid week. Easy to check in and park with pre arranged parking, even though the computer system was down (quite normal for tasmania) the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable, and very quiet considering there were a number of tours at the same time. Walked to Salamanca for dinner, and also to the museum. Would have liked to have dinner in the restaurant but did have a drink in the bar which serves small snacks as well. Tip is to book parking in Hobart - this was the most accessible parking we have had, and to book the restaurant if you want to have a nice meal.

This is a beautiful old building, not too far from the centre of Hobart. As with any old building, room sizes vary and we had the misfortune to get a pretty small room (room 7). The bed was comfortable, but there was no question of unpacking bags because there was hardly any storage. Indeed, it was difficult to find places to open our two bags without getting in the way, although they did helpfully provide folding suitcase stands. The shower room was also very small, with no space to put stuff and a small shower. The room was reasonably clean (although a couple of corners had been missed, notably round the base of the shower) but the decor was beginning to flake. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room as well as in the communal areas. The communal lounge was more generous, with free port in addition to tea/coffee. The buffet style breakfast was fine. The hotel has no parking of its own, but there is space in the side street alongside the hotel. The free wifi worked well. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and they have a good range of tourist information. All in all, we would be prepared to stay there again, but only if we were offered a bigger room.

Everything about our stay here was wonderful. Friendly and helpful hosts, delightful breakfast, comfy bed, hot shower/spa bath, peaceful courtyard garden and city centre and North Hobart bars and restaurants within walking distance. A fantastic welcome to Hobart and Tassie!

We stayed at this b&b for one night but wished it was longer! Jeff was a fantastic host; he put on a varied continental breakfast and was very helpful with local restaurant suggestions within walking distance. The location is very convenient; a 5 minute drive to Salamanca, otherwise, a 15 minute walk. The room was clean and wifi signal good.

Beautiful old hotel with quality classic furnishings and decor. Warm, comfortable and quiet with friendly, helpful owners and staff. A little historic garden oasis, right in the middle of all the busy restaurants and bars.

Lovely hotel for our short stay after a late arrival into Hobart. Staff were very helpful for our late arrival and had the key ready to go. Room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Nice quiet area with a view of the water.

We stayed in Room 7, a quiet room at the property. Staff at reception in the original, historic building at the rear of the property were polite at both check-in & checkout, & prompt in providing a replacement electric jug for the faulty one in our room. Included parking at our front door was appreciated. The room itself is dated, with peeling wallpaper & worn carpet, but clean. Spacious room with a 2 person lounge chair, small table, 2 dining chairs & t.v. included. The furnishings are period style & charming, in keeping with the main building. The queen bed was pretty good, however an upgrade on the mattress would be fabulous! Heating in both the room & ensuite is provided & appreciated. One bedside lamp is provided, worked well. 2 wall lanterns above the bed not working. Ceiling lights & ensuite lights worked well. Blockout drapes in room appreciated, for a sleep in, after our fabulous night attending the Eagles Greatest Hits concert at Wrest Point. Bar fridge in room works well, tea, coffee & sugar provided. 2 x serves of milk provided, would be helpful to have a few more. We purchased extra milk from the corner shop 2 blocks walk from our room, on Hill Street. The shower over bath tub worked well, hot water available. Good stay for 1 night, for the price we obtained through Wotif, AUD$89.55.

Location was great with views over the city and river. Restaurants and cafes only 1.5 km away. Rooms clean and comfortable, with good beds. Staff friendly and helpful.

I stayed in a quiet large room with a kitchenette (sink, microwave and fridge) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large bath tub. There are nice views of houses above on a hillside. From the motel's entrance there are lovely open water views. Good cardio exercise to walk up and down the hill to/from the motel from/to the CBD. (There are busses too.) Very helpful staff.

Mayfair on Cavell’s first impressions were a little bit underwhelming, with old world charm being straight out of the 70’s - however, it was warm, comfy, cosy and safe. The bathtub was lovely, the room spacious, the staff even put the heaters on for us as we had organised a later check in. Great value for money, centrally located - Cavell grew on us & we can’t wait to book again.

Possibly the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at. Super friendly staff and very very helpful. Responded very quickly to messages. Older style rooms but very quiet and very comfortable and spacious. Honestly could find no faults.

I really enjoyed many aspects of this hotel. Firstly, the location is absolutely convenient—just a few blocks from the CBD and only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Secondly, the room was perfectly clean and tidy, with all the essential amenities provided. Finally, I want to highlight the amazing receptionist, Michelle. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and very professional. We arrived super early in Hobart, but that wasn’t a problem at all. Michelle kindly called to let us know our room was ready by 12 PM. That’s truly outstanding customer service. We felt very comfortable and happy with our stay at Allurity Hotel.

Great value for money. It's not flash or modern but for the great price (I shared a room with my 2 daughters) it was fantastic, beds were comfy and clean, and very well located in central Hobart. Reception were friendly and helpful. Would stay again. We loved the Bagel place over the road for breakfast too.

Nina is such a lovely host and looked after us very well. The room was beautiful, comfortable and large. The bathroom was spacious and had a nice jacuzzi spa which we relaxed in a couple of times. The complimentary breakfast was lovely, and Nina made delicious home made bread and also a different treat each day. The breakfast parlour room is beautiful and I loved the fancy table set up. The property location was right in the heart of Hobart so very convenient. We also appreciated the late checkout. We would stay again, thanks Nina!

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful “house” (more like a mini mansion really lol), loved the ease of private 24/7 entry with the electronic locks on the front door. Nina was so welcoming and helpful. Including providing us with an extra early breakfast before we had to fly out. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. There was a very nice looking breakfast menu for those with more time than we had. Everything you could want in a continental breakfast though plus the softest and most delicious homemade brioche bread for toast - so delicious. The dining room is available 24/7 to make/bring meals etc in. Beautifully decorated with period furniture and appropriate fittings - don’t expect a generic city hotel. Lots of character here 😀 It’s very private and clean though, similar to a bigger hotel with each room having its own ensuite. There is also a lovely large communal lounge area to relax in - stocked with books, board games & cards etc You’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time!

Orana House is a beautiful, well maintained historic house with a lovely garden. It is in a quiet part of Hobart and short walk to local shops. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good combination of historic and user friendly features and a nice view. Orana House is topped off by Nina, who is friendly, very welcoming and an excellent cook. We enjoyed her hot breakfasts, freshly baked cakes and her Yuletide log. Thank you Nina for all your efforts to make our stay enjoyable. We are looking forward to returning.

Orana House is a delightful & very comfortable accommodation, exquisitely furnished and maintained. Our Friendly host, Nina, is so kind, professional and attentive. The Linda Pearce room was just lovely, with everything we needed, especially the spa bath! Convenient access to outside, as well being close to the breakfast room. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options and we were also treated to some homemade delights. We enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to return soon!

Great Location on the Eastern shore for Hobart. HIghly recomended. A blend of traditional high class comfort and modern facilities. I can honestly say, one of the best places I have ever stayed at. Service from Nina was top class and always with a friendly smile. The location is great, a large block overlooking the Derwent River to Hobart and Mount Wellington, Lovely walks around the Bay along the river. The house is large and built in former high class style but fitted with Modern facilities. It is relatively convenient to the city (across the main Hobart Bridge). The complimentary self serve breakfast was exellent with a large selection of breakfast items, including delighful muffind cokked by Nina. YIu can have a full cooked breakfas if you want (extra cost) but the laid on complementary brekfast would suit mos people. Included is a lovely old fashioned lounge area with with cards and a player piano for guests use. Plenty of on site parking.

Had a slight issue with the front doorpad entry, which was quickly rectified. Hosts were super helpful and quick. House is beautiful, amazing morning view, large bathroom and shower. Very clean and cozy. Would be nice to spend a couple of nights to fully appreciate and experience the view.

Great location with bus stop directly at the front. I didn't have a vehicle with me, but the parking looked fairly tight and limited. The apartment has shared general spaces, I was in one with a private bathroom. Everything was clean and the area relatively quiet, which was important for me. Great shower pressure, which is always an added bonus. Amazing view from the shared balcony and very easy check in/out process. I would stay at this property again, it definitely fitted the purpose of my visit and was priced reasonably for what you get.

Spacious house with comfortable common areas and the room was very comfortable. Clean big shared bathroom and kitchen with everything you need. Stunning views over Hobart. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended. Good value for money.

Stunning views, very comfortable bed and coach. Well maintained and clean. The kitchen has all the utensils needed and even a free coffee or tee.

Convenient location. Really big place, beautiful view of the city from the second floor balcony. Place was spotless too, living room was comfortable to catch a movie or two. We ended up extending another night. Check in was also fuss free, great communication with hosts.

View over Hobart is spectacular. Facilities were extremely clean and provided everything to be able to cook. Bathrooms extremely large and clean. Amazing value for price.
