My favorite part about the property was how close to the beach we were and how caring the staff was. The valet service was an amazing everyone a part of that team was great front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. The abundance of restaurants near by was amazing a lot of selections for food. We also stayed here to go to hard rock stadium and the distance from the hotel to the stadium was perfect and a straight shot

The property was top notch… from the room, to the amenities, to the location. The room was stunning. The terrace was the highlight of the room, our family ate so many meals out in the terrace over looking the bay. The resort amenities were way more than expected. The rooftop pool was stunning. There were movies on the rooftop, free yoga classes, etc. We also took advantage of the free bicycle ride for an hour a day and the kids loved it. The location is right by the beach and boardwalk, super convenient. We spent many nights strolling down the boardwalk for food and entertainment. There are so many amazing food restaurants in short walking distance from the property. We did not have a vehicle during our stay and did not find ourselves needing one for anything. We were with a group of 26 (had multiple rooms throughout the property) and all 26 of us did nothing but rave about the property!!! We cannot wait to come back!

The hotel is very nice it’s the 2nd time I’ve booked. The apartment was a great size and cozy. The rooftop is amazing and has a great bar. Also if you stay on the weekends on Friday or Saturday they have Salsa night where locals and tourists dance. I love that it’s right on the Hollywood strip where there is many restaurants for you to choose and you’re close to downtown Hollywood for clubs and bars. I would recommend 100%.

Beautiful beach right in front of you, great balcony strip, w convenient stairs down to broadwalk/beach (I was on the second floor). Privacy was easily attainable w one large window shade. Plenty of dressers and night stands and closet space. Super handy long counter space was so awesome to put things on. TV is wall mounted. Bed was comfortable, room temperature control was easy, water pressure amazing. Absorbent towels, nice hair dryer. Balcony chairs comfortable. Doors close securely. These were the things most important to me, perhaps my mentioning them will help others to decide in Diane's favor. They would be picking the right place for the right price. I was very happy at The Diane, and would stay there again. The room size alone is worth it. Note the room lighting, wow you can really see.

Diane’s Oceanfront Resort was highly recommended to me and all I can say that this was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The staff professional, always friendly and ready to answer questions or offer suggestions. Nothing was too big or small for them. The location was perfect right on the beach and boardwalk, we were never bored. The beach and ocean right there to view and just people watching was fun. Plenty of eateries and shops to browse, free music at the bandstand Thursday thru Sunday, bands always great.Our room was perfect, . We cannot wait to go back. Thank you Hory and staff for a great vacation.

This is the second year our family has stayed at this hotel. The hotel staff are amazing. They called me several times before our arrival just to make sure we were comfortable with our room option. You cannot beat the location of this hotel being right on the beach. The beach is extremely clean and there are places to eat or grab drinks everywhere around the hotel. As some other guests have mentioned, the bars next-door, including a new bar called Señor frogs, can be loud particularly during certain nights of the week. However, the rooms seem somewhat soundproof and it didn’t bother us. Amazing hotel, location, and office staff!

You cannot beat the location right on the beach. Lovely and clean and comfortable beds, the view was amazing. Numerous places to eat on your doorstep. There is a bar right next door with music but it did not bother us. Tables/beds & chairs outside every room for you to use. You can hire a chair for the beach at 10 dollars per day. If you hire a bed off the beach (nothing to do with the apartment, independent company) you are paying 20 dollars per day.

Our second time here. Mercy at the front desk was wonderful again. Makes us feel like family. Very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and maintenance staff does and excellent job. Very helpful and friendly. Great location. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Bands at Margaritaville stage are a nice bonus. Beds are comfortable and kitchenette is very nice. Love this place.

From check-in to check-out, the staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome at every turn. The entire property gives off a relaxing vibe with a fun, upbeat energy. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a coastal-chic feel and a private balcony. The beach is just steps away, with loungers and umbrellas available for a worry-free experience. The food and drinks were a big highlight! Whatever you desire, it's here and within walking distance. There’s live music almost every evening, which adds so much charm to the experience. Although i didn't take advantage of the spa, it looks like a beautiful experience. There was always something to do without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the Florida coast in style, this is it. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, Margaritaville Beach Resort is an unforgettable escape. 5 stars – Highly recommend!

If you want to relax, this is the place to go. This was our third visit, and we still loved it. The beach is clean, and guests get two lounge chairs and an umbrella as part of the 45 dollar resort fee. There are three pools, one of which had a hot tub that did wonders for my back. The 11th floor rooftop pool and bar was a favorite hangout spot with terrific ocean views, and no kidsThe pool was nice and cool. Very refreshing! Note: The pooling water at the Broadwalk entrance, where the showers are, is a potential hazard. While the food wasn't exceptional, the coffee shop was awesome. I had fresh Caesars salad and fruit yogurt parfait. Both were very reasonably priced and delicious. Note: Jessica, who works at the café is an exceptional employee who went out of her way to help me. I could eat at this place three times a day. We ate at the Margaritaville restaurant a couple of times, mostly out of convenience. While the prices are high for what you get, the service was great, and the ambiance was airy and cool. Landshark Bar and Grill was a favorite because of its view of the band shell and beach. Mixed drink prices are exorbantly high. Burgers and finger food served here. Overall, the service was great at every turn. You don't have to leave the resort, but you might want to check out the pizza at several places, one block over from the resort.

Everything from reservations to checkin to checkout was exceptional. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. As far as the food and drinks? Wonderful! Check out the Mahi Mahi tacos at Landshark, breakfast at Margaritaville, or coffee at the coffee shop. Our room was clean, comfortable, and fun! We’ll be back!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, we have stayed in Margaritaville resorts previously but still this was better than expected. The room was lovely and great sea view, the several restaurants and bars were all really good. Live music in the main restaurant and water taxi from bar across the road. Right in the beach front so easy accessible to walk to restaurants and live music on the beach in the evening.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times now, and it's always been a good experience, The rooms are bright and have a great beach vibe and many have views of the ocean or the intracoastal waterway. The bed is very comfortable, and the hot water in the shower comes on very quickly. The staff at the bar and restaurant are friendly and eager to help. I recently had the fish tacos and they tasted so good! The hotel is right on Hollywood Beach and it's a 10 minute or less walk to restaurants and bars down Hollywood beach. We haven't used the pools but have used the beach towels and chairs that are included in the daily resort fee. Get to the beach early to ensure you can grab some chairs.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable and in the perfect location! Beds were super comfortable and the shower and water pressure was amazing! Views off the balcony we’re gorgeous. We were located in the perfect spot close to pool, beach, shopping, restaurants. It was fantastic!

To start, Sharon at the reception desk is a treasure! She is exactly the person you want to see when checking into a nice hotel! In a world where customer service is waning, Sharon is a breath of fresh air! I wish the customer service was the same at the outdoor bar. As someone who has bartended in my past, I know my tips are directly related to my service and personality. Two barmaids at the outside bar just lack the personality to be good bartenders. I sat for 16 minutes with an empty glass in front of me, while all the staff was busy chatting. When we sat down at the bar, it was dirty. When we asked for the bar to be cleaned, the bar made wiped side to side so all of the food scraps wound ip in front of my wife and I. Another patron became so disenchanted with the barmaids that he got up and moved to another table. This was a big blemish in an otherwise very good hotel. All of the bellhops, reception staff were great with big personalities. The bar staff was less than average. The food at the bar was good. I am usually a big tipper. 20-30% for good service. More for exceptional service. I left the bar staff less than 10% just to send a message.

All the hotel staff are polite, friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. The front desk is well managed, well staffed and guests are responded to very quickly. The hotel is clean and has easy access to the beach. Access to towels and beach chairs is fast and efficient. The champagne and snacks offered every afternoon were a really nice perk too. Hotel balcony partially faces the ocean/beach which is amazing.

We loved our 4 night stay here! Our room was clean and spacious. It’s set up like a small apartment building with outside common areas. Parking is close and convenient to your room. The room has everything you need. Our room had a kitchen with sitting area with T.V. Perfect for 2 people. Bathrooom and bedroom. We reserved one with a queen bed. It was comfortable and also had a T.V. The hotel provided beach chairs which was a huge plus! It is just a few steps to boardwalk and beach. It’s a 2 1/2 mile boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants on a beautiful beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a well kept area. The staff was accommodating. We had a beautiful stay. We would love to return. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was outstanding for the price. A short walking distance to the beach, there were restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and had a small kitchenette which was convenient. The staff at check in was wonderful, kind, and accommodating. We were able to check in a little early which was very helpful. My one word of caution is that being so close to the beach/nearby restaurant meant we could hear the music until at least 12am. This is by no means the fault of the hotel but something worth noting for people wanting to visit with kids. My toddler was exhausted and was able to sleep thru the noise with no problem. My only other wish is that there was an outside sitting area or chairs to sit near our room.

We were looking for something close to the beach, clean, and updated. This resort met all three expectations! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Beach access was super close and included our towels and chairs. The rooftop bar made the best frozen drinks and the wait staff were quick to help with your order. The views up there were amazing for viewing the ocean or the intracoastal waters. There is a Tito’s market on the property that we were able to grab necessities for the room and beach.

I booked this motel after my reservation at the double tree got canceled and then asked for way more per night. This location was very affordable and close to Hollywood beach boardwalk. 1st driving up you may be sketchy but it's exactly what we needed. The area is very quiet and the traffic is much better than the other tourist areas. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable enough. Angela at the front desk was very sweet. The pool area was nice & open late. Again very quiet and peaceful. Big mini fridge and microwave. The lobby has vending machines and there is a laundry room. My only complaint is the linoleum floors could be cleaned better. I definitely recommend coming here You wont be disappointed.

This place is so clean and peaceful. The garden is beautiful. The pool is clean and heated. The rooms are updated contemporary style. The laundry is available 24 hours. And conveniently located. The ice machine is clean and full the walkways are clean and no prowlers or solicitors. There is a designated smoking area. There are newly installed vending machines at inexpensive rates.

Hotel prices the night before our cruise in Miami and Ft Lauderdale were astronomical. I found this gem for a fraction of the cost of other hotels ($140 vs $300) and I was not disappointed. I chose it because of the great reviews combined with the price, and it was just an added bonus that it was close to the beautiful Hollywood Beach Broadwalk (3 mile drive). The room was small but clean and updated and the courtyard (gated and locked) was absolutely gorgeous. In January the pool was open and heated. I didn't swim but I did put my feet in. It was only 15 minutes south of the Fort Lauderdale Airport and only 20 minutes from the Port of Miami. My only complaints would be the parking and the bathroom mirror. The parking on the left side of the building feels sketchy but is probably just fine, and the parking on the other side is well lit but it is tight. The area wasn't busy at all so we didn't have to worry about traffic. The bathroom mirror is hung high so that if you are less than 5' you can't see your face, or less than 5'2 and you can't see your hair. There is a full length mirror outside of the bathroom but it would be nice if they could flip the bathroom mirror to be portrait instead of landscape. We arrived at the hotel around 7:30pm, checked in and put our bags in our room and then we drove to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Parking was $4/hr I think and the beach was lined with shops and restaurants plus we could put our feet in the water even in the dark.

We were looking for a place to stay between the cruise ports of Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. This location was perfect for us. The property and rooms have been updated and are very nice. We stayed in a 1st floor king room. The room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The courtyard pool area have been nicely landscaped. The area is fenced and you need a room key to access the property. The front desk staff were nice and printed out 2 pages of travel documents for us. There are many nearby restaurants, some in walking distance, and a Publix supermarket. The only possible downside is parking. We were there early so had no problems but when we went to leave in the morning all the spots were full and others were parked on the street. The space is small and near the sidewalk curb. We suggest looking at a areal view of the property if this might be a concern for you. If we travel out of Port Everglades again, we will definitely stay here. We did not take pictures for those advertised are accurate.

The elevator was a bit stressful. You van easily get stuck between floors or have to go back to lobby if your code was not read correctly by the elevator. The Olivia restaurant attached to the building was extremely rude. The restaurant was empty, understandably if they were treated as we were. She was very condescending and arrogant. The Lady at the front desk was sweet and very friendly when we got there and when we left. Clean and very comfortable. Not crazy about the shower head in the bathroom. It was a full rain shower head, to good when you don’t want to get your hair wet with no shower caps, almost immediately to NOT get your hair wet under the rain shower head. All and all we would definitely stay there again (I’ll be sure to bring a shower cap though). We found many other restaurants that were welcoming and a full grocery store below was very convenient too for extras for the room, as there was no water for the coffee etc. the vending machines in the lobby did not work.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at the Sonder in Young Circle. The room was amazing including the balcony to take in the great weather. All the amenities were updated and worked effectively including the flat screen TV that has local/ national networks & movie channels for when you’re not out on the town. The free wifi was also good to have for your devices, but the spacious bathroom all but exceeded my expectations. The rooftop pool (although small/ not deep) & bar was pleasant and relaxing. With Hollywood Blvd just a couple blocks away you’re right near all the excitement and thrill of what it has to offer including the restaurant & lounges that enhance the night life experience in the area. There are a few breakfast/ lunch options all within a 5 min walking distance and with Publix connected to the hotel as well as Walgreens a short walk away you can get anything you’ll need for your stay. Hollywood beach is only a 6 min drive from this location and Lyfts are very affordable if you’re not driving especially if you’re going to anywhere in the Miami area.

I was there for 4days and I loved the whole place, excellent location, hollywood is very beautiful Beautiful modern, quiet, spacious, upscale ish restaurant on first floor and one by the pool. We had an amazing trip. We definitely want to stay here again. We had everything we needed for our four day stay. We made it work because I like to clean and organize anyway so I kept our room together. The gym and pool are on top floors with stunning views over the city. Everything was clean. The service of all the staff was excellent, especially that of Houseman Alex and Beautiful. 😍

Pool area very relaxing with very nice view. Workout room and lobby lovely. Absolutely loved the coffeeshop...very helpful staff.

What a great little gem. We booked this property because we wanted a beach front hotel with a view from our room and walkable to coffee shops/ beach. Parking was a breeze, check in was great. The lobby isn’t anything fancy, and is undergoing some Reno’s it appears which is fine. The elevator/ hallways are blah BUT the room was wonderful. Beautiful view from our room, great size tv, good shower, clean. The beach chairs and umbrella, and coffee machine in the room were a wonderful surprise. I recommend this to anyone not looking for anything fancy but wants to be close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops. We walked the whole boardwalk. It was wonderful. Great value hotel. No amenities but wonderfully clean and welcoming.

Location is phenomenal, very clean (the rooms are cleaned daily), and amazing customer service. Near many good restaurants, bars, and steps away from the beach. The furniture was nice and modern. 24 hour front desk. All of the front desk staff and housekeeping are extremely friendly and accommodating. All rooms come with beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. They are currently doing renovations but this didn't inconvenience us, I'd like to come back to see the improvements after! Also, the frozen yogurt place connected to the building has delicious acai bowls. They play loud music all day, so I imagine a room above them (facing the beach) may be loud, compared to the city view room we got.

If you're looking for a hotel on Hollywood Beach, you need to figure out what your price point is going to be. Are you going to be shelling out $600+ a night? Or do you want something under $250? For the price, you're not going to find better accomodations. Clearly this hotel was built in the 50-60's. It has had several layers of renovations. But it was clean, well appointed, and had the best location. Beds were firm but comfortable. Lots of clean towels. Microwave and mini fridge in room with a 65" Samsung TV. Black out curtains, decent closet, and nice bathroom (small but appropriate, like a European bathroom). Our friends stayed at hollywood Beach suites down the road. That place was a dump. Also, there was fresh coffee every morning in the lobby. We had a coffee maker in our room too. The best part was that every room had two tommy Bahama Beach chairs and an umbrella (like what they sell at Costco), so you didn't have to rent from someone off the beach. Parking was ~$21 a night. AC worked great.

We loved it and the location was absolutely awesome right in front of the beach with the best beach view from room that enabled us to lay in bed and look at the ocean. It was very clean as well, though I think the cleaning stuff for the floor needs to be watered down a little more cause it made the floor a little tacky but I felt comfortable cause I knew it was clean. I think they need to rid of the entrance chime cause you can hear it every time in the bathroom but not in the room. You can hear the guests walking/talking in the hallway but not once they are in their room so I suggest better sound insulation doors. Parking was $33/day which is a little too much but whatever. We couldn't hear anything coming from outside. The place seems to be undergoing some renovations, but it was still very nice. No breakfast. Comfortable beds. Will be coming back here! Full of restaurants and the best tiki bar right outside the hotel to start off your vacay with a drink. Loved it!!

A well kept secret! Room was right on the beach with beach towels, umbrellas and chairs provided for you to set up as desired. Room was up to date, spacious and pristine with microwave and mini fridge. Lobby is undergoing construction and a mess but who cares. No need to hangout in a lobby as you are right on the Broadwalk with restaurants and music venues galore, not to mention the beach. Love being able to set up your own chairs/ umbrellas as you can use them as early or late as you desire. We watched the sun rise every morning in our chairs at the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly. Told us about a free bus ( circuit) we could use to travel to other parts of the island. We will be back next year!

This was our first time in Southern Florida. We weren’t sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. The Dolphin is GREAT! The location is perfect. I didn’t realize we’d be as close to the beach as we were. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Parking was not an issue. We had our parking pass so we were able to park in the designated area every night without issue. I felt safe the whole time we were there. The room was cozy. The bed was comfortable. The shower took a minute to warm up but I can’t complain. Everything was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and will be back! This is our new go-to place when we are in the area.

I have always wanted to stay in one of these iconic beach motels. Everyone should experience a beach holiday this way, before big corporations gobble up the land to build more high rises. Stress-free. Reserved parking, a block from the beach, avoid crowds. Kitchenette makes it convenient and lowers costs. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants.

Came into town for a couples get away before the holidays. Very clean, so very close to the beach, sat and had coffee looking at the beach. Staff handled our small problem quickly. Excellent customer service. Did have available sand chairs and beach towels for us to borrow, which was really nice. Rooms were very comfortable with lots of shelves/dresser for storage, kitchen was nice size. Housekeeping was daily. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location was perfect. It’s just steps to the Boardwalk and Beach. The room was very comfortable. The person who runs it is so nice. She was very accommodating to us needing to check in early. They even had beach chairs and beach towels for our stay. The room was clean. We felt it was a very good value for our stay.

From the outside, we weren't sure it would match online pictures, but once inside, it did, was spotlessly clean, perfect amount of space for our family of 3. Comfortable beds and pillows. A great little place, friendly staff, specially at the Tiki bar (Thanks Guys) ...We had a small, well equipped and very comfortable room , overlooking the pool.(208) and we loved it. One line back from the beach but so close you'd almost call it front line. A beautiful beach, wonderful broadwalk along the front, dotted with shops, bars and restaurants. Loads to do and see ... This is a hidden gem! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a full kitchen and was very clean. The location was perfect! It was steps away from the Boardwalk shops and restaurants. The tiki bar on site was a lot of fun and gal working the bar was very friendly. I will definitely be staying here again!

We didnt receive breakfast. I'll have to look and see if that should have been included. Hopefully we didn't miss something that was included. And no one mentioned it at check in. The location was so perfect! I loved the nature like set up with palm trees. The tiki bar and tables and chairs equipped with huge shady umbrellas. We sat at our special table several times a day and at nite! It was quiet for the most part and quaint. Literally minutes away from the beach, boardwalk and all the restaurants and stores. And close to walmart! Perfect location. Place was small but perfect for a couple! Clean. With a stove, microwave, refrigerator. Pots n pans. All the essential amenities! The price was unbelievably reasonable!

The property is centrally located in Hollywood Beach near a ton of bars, restaurants and shopping. They also have a Tiki Bar on site. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. We had a hot water issue and a toilet issue and both issues were resolved within an hour of contacting front desk. The bed was very comfortable and the efficiency worked out great. We were able to cook on our room to save money. The property and rooms are kept very clean and well-maintained.

We had an amazing time! We went as a family vacation with 3 kids and it was the perfect location super close to the beach, practically right on the boardwalk. The staff was so friendly, rooms were perfect size, and the tiki bar was a great addition something to do at night while the kids are sleeping. Only thing we’d like to point out was there was a stronger bleach/cleaning product smell when we arrived and some mold in the bathroom and inside the ac. If you can get past that then this place is great for the price. & our host when checking in was so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

We come to Hollywood often. This was first time booking/staying at Riptide. Communication was excellent. My VIP status got us an upgraded room with an ocean view and a bottle of wine! Air conditioned room was large with a kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is a bit dated but was clean. Ali at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. We got there at noon; our room was not ready. She held our luggage for us so we could walk the area and get some lunch. Our room was ready 1.5 hours later and earlier than check- in time. The hotel is right on the beach/broadwalk and convenient to everything. The tiki bar (their signature bar) located on premises was crowded and is obviously a hot spot in the area with live entertainment. Some reviews mentioned hotel bar was noisy; that was not our experience. Although we vaguely heard some music, etc, we had no trouble sleeping. There is coffee in the small lobby until noon. Ali gave us each a beach chair to use for the day. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would definitely stay here again. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel!

Our second story room was directly above the very busy promenade with a great view of the beach and ocean. No elevator, but the checkin gal arranged to have our bags brought to the very spacious room. Looks like the place has had an upgrade and was very clean and comfortable. We did not use the range in the kitchen and took advantage of the full sized refrigerator. The bed was super comfy. The Tiki bar was a riot, an absolutely unforgettable marvellous visit. Great karaoke by the local senior denizens of the area. I loved it. The office was closed at checkout. This place and the surrounding area is a wonderful place to stay and visit. Super close to many bars and restaurants just a stroll down the promenade or through the back neighbourhood meandering through old 2 story funky motels and apartments. The Italian joint Florios already added 18% tip, so I accidentally double tipped the shady waiter

Annabella at the front desk was very sweet, nice, and helpful and that was the perfect start to a maxing stay! The location is absolutely amazing! The location to the beach and being right on the boardwalk couldn’t have been better. It had a quaint little bar/restaurant with live music right at the beach. It was right on the boardwalk and very close to tons of restaurants and entertainment. The room was nice, no major dislikes. It was a little older and comfort could have been slightly better, but overall an amazing place to stay.

Location, location, location. The view is absolutely impeccable. It’s like waking up to a picture perfect frame. 180 view of the beach and the Board Walk.The shower water temperature is perfect, pressure is deficient. There is a kitchen and room 24 easily fits 5. The booking promised a bottle of wine but we did not get one. Air conditioner is only a window unit. So it gets very warm during the day, and “comfortable” during the night. Linens and towels are are very clean. I would stay there again… for the view.

The hotel is right across the walking/bike path from the beach. Our room opened into a courtyard with a tiki bar and live music every day. This was the best vacation location on the strip! Easy 30 ft walk to the beach or to exercise walking, blading or biking on the beach walkway. Rooms were very clean, our had a kitchenette, fridge and microwave. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The bar also had food available for guests, such as chicken wings, nachos etc. We will be returning to this wonderful hotel.

Our place was very clean and our king bed was very comfortable. The shower head was amazing in our unit! The keyless entry was wonderful because you didn't have to worry about losing a key. It was a block and a half from the boardwalk/beach. Just perfect! Very close walking distance to an array of delicious eating establishments. Great place. We will be back!

This was a clean and quiet efficiency accommodation that was beautifully outfitted with all sorts of thoughtful touches (extra hooks for hanging cloths, beach chairs and umbrella, etc.). Love the fact that it was 1/2 block from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and stores. WiFi was also good - which was important for me as I had to do some remote work.

The place is nice and cozy very clean. The staff is excellent on-call when needed 24 hours right close to the beach. The only one thing was I wish their curtains would’ve been dark girl to keep the light from coming in other than that the place is amazing. Would recommend the place.

Standing on the terrace the views are absolutely gorgeous. This little place was clean and had a little kitchenette. Air conditioning worked amazing. Staff were incredibly kind. Beneath the room are restaurants and shops. We couldn't hear any of the noise upstairs in our room. Everything is convenient and a couple steps out on to the gorgeous beach.

Absolute best value on the beach. 30 seconds and you’re on the beach. Terrace was large with plenty of seating and that amazing beach view. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beach towels & chairs provided upon request.

The place is great for non-demanding travelers, and the best is the location: the motel is located right at the heart of the Hollywood beach with 20 seconds to the boardwalk and the beach. The view from the window is amazing: refer to the photos, they are accurate. Also, they offer on-site parking (free), which is another important thing to consider: parking in this area is a truly pain. They offer reserved parking space, so you don't have to worry about going around. The check-in check-out process is simple: you call them, pick up the key from a locker, and upon departure just drop off the key. Simple. Fast. The room is big and has kitchen (fully equipped with everything you need). The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned daily. Overall, the room was clean upon my arrival. I think while considering this place you need to think about the value it offers: location, price, beautiful view, parking, convenience. In my opinion, the value is great, but still, this is a motel-style place, so keep that in mind. But the place is simply beautiful! The communication with the hotel was also outstanding - you can reach them out if you need something.

The room was perfect for my husband and I. A comfortable bed, couch, snd dining set to use with a cute kitchenette equipped with coffee maker (and coffee!). The staff member was very friendly and easy to work with. Parking was available in back, but make sure to let them know ahead of time. Parking is a hot commodity at that end of the strip! If you enjoy excitement and music, this is your place. Music is loud and goes until about 11 on the weekends. After that it’s very easy to tune out. The only part of this place that was a little disappointing was the unfinished construction that must’ve stopped midway through. A bit of an eyesore and took some of the fun away from being on top of the shops looking out over the beach. Another key note, access to the rooms is only by stairs and they are somewhat “aggressive” for those with bad knees or other physical limitations. Overall, a very nice place and great location!!

Read this review if you don't know where to stay in Hollywood for a beach stay. This is an absolute wonderful place to stay in Hollywood beach. Directly on the ocean. Nice quality beach chairs for use right at the property and plenty of them. The key thing we learned about this place is that it is walkable to the Broadwalk area for tons of food, shopping and live music we found on the weekend. The parking was next to the building. We rented a car but did not need to. It's about a 10 minute walk to the first area for food and shopping and about 30 minutes for the heart of the area.Definitely did not mind the walk because this place is in the quieter part of the beach and the heart of the beach a little ways away is busy and crowded beach..more of the public area that's good for people watching but not for staying. Very quiet beach at this hotel. Maybe a dozen couples out in front of the hotel so not crowded at all. Early April, 80 degrees and clear all weekend. The outside common area of the property is fantastic. You can tell they spent a ton of money on the exterior due to the quality of the tile work and railings around the courtyard. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. We will be coming back here again for sure. If you want a great place to stay with a great beach and close to amenities, stay here. Downfalls- the TV's are a little older but had great cable service with tons to watch at night. The smart TV in the bdrm couldn't cast to maybe bad batteries?

Steps from the beach. Easy Parking. Quiet. Safe area. Very comfortable space. Lots of room for our family. Views from room were fabulous! Linens were clean and crisp. Lots of storage space for your luggage and hooks for beach stuff. AC cold in the hot Florida heat!

The location was amazing and the area was very relaxing. Even though we didn't use them because the weather was a bit cold for swimming, they even provided beach towels. There were also lounge chairs provided for use on the beach. The staff was attentive to our needs. The location was also along a great walking path. Great stay.

The Shore View was recently remodeled. It is right on the beach, very beautiful, peaceful, clean, and within walking distance to many amenities. Antonio at the front desk was very helpful. He was easy to contact and always had a quick response. It's a little Hollywood gem.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ocean Drive Villas for a one night layover in Ft Lauderdale and was so pleased - since I was arriving after the front desk closed they emailed AND texted me full directions for accessing my room including wifi code - very considerate. Since it was New Year's eve they also left me a cold bottle of prosecco and chilled wine glasses - wow! that's 5 star service. Also note that the room is spacious, the pillows fresh and clean (a pet peeve of mine), kitchenette and bathroom equipped with all needs (hairdryer, coffee maker, iron and board, etc) even refreshing face towelettes which were very appreciated after a day of travel. There are several charming outdoor seating areas where I could enjoy my glass of prosecco under the stars by a tinkling fountain. I felt like Inwould be happy staying there for a week or more. And I didn't even get to check out the beach less than 1 block away. Very good value!

I needed a last minute room on the beach & EVIE made it happen. Great price too. She was very helpful, professional & Delightful. Walking distance to the beach ⛱. Large clean rooms, clean towels & linens & an accomidating/economical parking. Evie at the front desk also helped me arrange some activities on the beach. She's super. I would highly recommend this boutique style Hotel to everyone.

This was the perfect getaway! This is our 2nd time coming to Hollywood Beach and we will be back. It's about a 4 hour drive for us, just enough to make us feel like we are on a mini vacation! We stayed at Caribbean Resorts and it was the perfect spot to relax. It is right off the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. Once we parked the car it never moved and we walked to everything. The Resort was very clean and nicely renovated. There is a cute little pool and a nice tiki bar on the premises. Staff was friendly and we really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back! I would have expected to pay much more for this location, it is a real bargain. You can't go wrong staying here. The pictures i took of the beach area are right by the resort. Thank you Caribbean Resorts for a fantastic weekend..

This is a great little beach hotel. Clean and located just a few steps from the ocean. Our room had a full little kitchen which we did not use for a short stay but would be nice for a longer stay. The pool was clean and we loved the upper deck where we sat in the afternoon enjoying a cocktail and the sun. The location is perfect. The staff was very friendly. We got off a cruise ship early in the morning and arrived way to early for the check in time. We stopped at the office just to see if we could park our car and go to the Boardwalk to wait. We were surprised that our room was ready (of course this is a slower season) but the girl at the front desk was very friendly and we were able to check in and go to our room to unpack. If you are looking for a clean place to stay right at the beach, this hotel is for you.

Great hotel in a great location! There really wasn't anything bad to say about our stay here. They have a nice pool, aTiki hut and grills that you can use. The room was perfect as there were five of us. It had a kitchenette. In the front living room there was a queen bed and a futon that made into a bed. Then there was a bedroom with a queen bed. Everything was up-to-date and very clean! Although it isn't right on the beach, it's only about 50 feet to the boardwalk and the beach. A perfect set up! Plus the coffee shop was right next-door and places where you could rent bicycles as well. Hollywood Beach is a great place to enjoy a beach vacation and we're glad we stayed here.

The location is fantastic, steps from the beach, the Broadwalk (no wood, so it's not called a boardwalk there), and the Hollywood Beach stage. Pool was very pretty. Even though we got a suite, we felt a bit cramped, barely any room to get around the bed, especially with luggage (no place really to put it because there is only a stand up closet and no dresser). Everything was clean, bathroom was nice but a bit small and no counter space to get ready. The kitchenette is nice to have if you're there for an extended stay. Sadly, there are no grocery stores or corporate gas stations within walking distance, just a couple of private convenient stores (that are VERY expensive to purchase anything from, even water is way overpriced). We encountered a few staff on our short trip, only one was nice, the rest behaved as if they were inconvenienced by having to speak to us, wasn't happy with that. No guest ice machine, told to go to the tiki bar and ask; the bartender was not happy the front desk sent us and only offered ONE cup of ice because they had to buy the ice at the store each morning because the bar ice machine is broken. Very little parking, but there is a paid public parking garage located on Garfield St. It's a bit of a confusing walk from the front desk to your room if you're in the suites, it's all outside and uncovered walkways which are but confusing at first and are not fun if it's raining (no luggage carts or assistance available either).

Clean rooms,we had suite so nice to have the extra space. Full kitchen, so we could make breakfast or lite dinner. Close to beach and beach walkway, lots of resturants. Heated pool and nice sun deck to relax. Very enjoyable, would recommend and come back. Staff friendly. We stayed in Suite 204 for 6 days end of January, beginning of February.

There was a water problem in our room on arrival, so they moved us to a better upgraded room at no charge. This a very friendly, "old school Florida" low-rise "boutique" style hotel with all modern upgrades only 2 short blocks from the Hollywood broad walk and beach where everything happens -yet far enough away to be totally quiet at night. Fast & friendly check-in and out. We were a couple hours early yet accommodated without extra charge. Rooms and beds very comfortable. Free beach towels, chairs, toys etc. Cozy intimate outdoor seating areas for conversations and reading. FREE HUGE MARGARITA daily at happy hour (Henry made them awesome) at the adjacent Mexican restaurant which also has a great low-cost menu at 20% discount when you stay here. The nachos with choice of protein and the grilled mahi-mahi salad were generous and unbelievably delicious! Perhaps a 1/4 mile walk down the broad-walk you will find the Hollywood pavilion which hosts nightly bands for great free entertainment. In summary you could spend a ton more $ to be right on the broad walk/beach but why? This place is the best 3-star value you will find at Hollywood beach. Unless you are a 4-5 star hotel snob, you will be very happy here!

Honestly I was so worried based on the rating... but in reality the room I got for the price is AMAZING... THE BED IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE, TV is direct TV, bonus of stay 1 min walk to beach and boardwalk, not even. You get happy hour comp margaritas and 20% at the taco shack .. EVERYBODY IS SUPER NICE and I'd come stay back here in a heartbeat ... so clean so relaxing. I got the 2 peas in a pod room, keep in mind you will not get a view for the price but really I'm a solo traveller this is well worth your money if you are here for the beach and something to have a quick stay ..♡♡ thank you , also bonus my room came with a bathroom with stand up shower a mini kitchen with microwave and sync with cupboard and mini dining table with hanging shelf for clothing... everything in a small room also FREE WIFI. ♡♡ The only con they don't hold bags which is understanding for the price you pay. Also they provide beach chairs and more to guest to borrow 😀

I loved my stay at the Hollywood Beach Suites! The staff was absolutely incredible — kind, attentive, and always willing to help. My friend and I had to adjust our plans and extend our stay a few times, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. Their helpfulness truly exceeded all expectations. The room was very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we could possibly need — a blow dryer, iron and ironing board, mini fridge, coffee maker, and even a toaster! The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly (I spent a few hours working online with no issues), and the space felt fresh and inviting. Having a washer and dryer on-site was also a huge plus. The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the beach, boardwalk, and great restaurants. Overall, a wonderful stay — and most importantly, heartfelt thanks to the amazing team of property managers and housekeepers. You’re all doing an excellent job!

My friend and I stayed here for a week in March of 2025! We got an early flight into Florida and they were able to make accommodations for us. The staff is so extremely friendly and helpful. They are always in communication with their guests ensuring their safety and satisfaction. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is just steps from the beach making it easy and convenient to make your vacation what you dreamed of! There are various different rooms fitting the needs of everyone. It is a great location with various attractions including Margaritaville, water taxis, bike rentals, restaurants, ice cream and much more. They also can provide you with beach towels and chairs! I would 100% recommend this hotel time and time again and would definitely stay here again. It was the perfect location for a week long get away. I throughly enjoyed my stay.

Extraordinary experience at Hollywood Beach & Suites. First off the hotel is conveniently located, so you can pack your car and forget to drive until the check out. Tons of restaurants, liquor stores, shops, so everything is a few feet away. The staff is super friendly and provide quick service; they are very responsive. The facilities are great, the hotel is literally a few steps away from the beach and you can borrow beach chairs, sand toys etc to spend the day at the beach with your family. The rooms are clean, comfy and spacious; we stayed at the room with capacity for 6 people and we had bulk beds, sofa bed and a room with a queen bed, all mattresses were great! We will definitely come back soon!

PERFECT location for a beach getaway. Walked out of our room, and we were steps to the beach- exactly what we wanted. Was right next to multiple restaurants, had a beach side bar (at margaritavilles property) in between the hotel and beach, and was super close to the beach entertainment stage. We loved our stay. If you need a fancy room, I’d skip, but if you are in for simple, this was it. The staff were super helpful and friendly; they let us keep our luggage in the office while we went to the beach on arrival, and provided us with beach chairs and an umbrella. And we love Maurice the cat. Would stay again 8.5/10

We had a very good stay at the St. Maurice Beach Inn. The location is perfect, right next door to Margaritaville and right next to the Hollywood boardwalk. We felt safe walking the surrounding area. Police were present wherever we walked. One thing to be aware of, that has nothing to do with the St. Maurice Beach Inn, is the tip scamming those other businesses in the area get away with. When you are presented with your bill, REVIEW IT! You will see a line for at least an 18% gratuity. If you pay the bill with a credit card, there will be a line to add a gratuity! This even happened in all the bars we were at. A $5 tip for 2 drinks with little alcohol is a rip off. Anyways, back to the St. Maurice Beach Inn, the staff were excellent! All, were friendly, even the orange cat. The room was an average size, but the bathroom was small. This is normal for this older motel/inn. But to make up for this, the room had a great refrigerator and microwave. They do have larger rooms. Just make sure to read the description on their website. The pictures on their website were accurate as well. For the price, it was a perfect choice. Best of all, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We highly recommend this Inn for a stay on the Hollywood Beach.

This place is a hidden gem! We decided to stay an extra day in Hollywood and needed a place immediately to stay after we checked out of our other hotel. Walked in the office and greeted kindly and was accommodated with a room! It is a small little bungalow style hotel that had two nice little landscaped courtyards with tables and chairs to relax. Steps away from the beach (not quite waterfront) right next to margaritaville! Same location for way less than margaritaville! Unbelievable! Our room upon entering was fresh and clean! It had a small kitchenette with a full size fridge, big bed, clean shower..chairs for the beach in the room, beach towels and bicycle were available too! Way above my expectations! Very impressed and I felt like it was a place I was completely satisfied at one at! I will keep coming back to St. Maurice every time I go back to Hollywood beach! And thank you Marco Polo and the nice people that were at the front desk and housekeeping that we engaged with!

What a beautiful stay we had at the St. Maurice Beach Inn in Fort Lauderdale. We were shocked at the location, it is truly ON the beach. The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful to us, and our room was incredibly clean. It was a perfect one night stay before our cruise left. It is walking distance to the Hollywood beach walk, with tons of restaurants nearby. We went to Le Tub for dinner and stopped at the Margaritaville resort for a drink and watched music, and it was a lovely time. HIGHLY recommend. We cruise a lot so we will absolutely be staying here again.

I had a fantastic three night stay at St Maurice’s. A lowkey gem amongst the massive resorts and condominiums, and it was exactly what I wanted. It is the perfect location on the Broadwalk, in walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and most importantly - the beach! The Inn provides beach chairs, coffee, and a comfortable bed. The staff is all extremely friendly and they even stored my bag after check out as my flight wasn’t until late. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great little place in great, quiet location. 1/2 block to boardwalk and beach. 5 to 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Only 9 rooms. You check in a sister inn, the Dolphin, which is a very short block away. Walk to office is shorter than from room to front desk in most chain hotels. Desk is occupied from 9:30 to 6:30. Our flight was delayed so we had to arrange for a late arrival and that went very smooth. When staff is away from check in desk, the office door is locked so be flexible if you need to talk to someone. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our cruise was delayed and we were able to store our luggage in the office for a couple of hours. Free parking in front of the inn. There are 3 to 4 fairly steep steps to the courtyard. We would definitely stay at the Dolphin again. We stayed 3 nights. The Sun Beach Inn would also be a great place for an extended stay.

This little beach hotel was a wonderful place to stay for us. Our room was clean and you are literally steps from the beach and Broadwalk. It doesn't have many amenities but thats not what we were looking for. We simply wanted a place to stay that was clean and safe and close to the beach and Sun Beach Inn hit those marks. We had groceries delivered and used the little kitchenette. We also met our neighbors and sat in the mornings and evenings on the patio area visiting with all of them which was nice. I would definitely stay here again! Picture 1 is standing on the steps looking toward the beach. My husband counted the steps one day and it was 88 steps to the beach!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sun Beach Inn on Hollywood Beach. Our room was spacious, clean, cool and quiet. Just what we were looking for. The owner & staff are friendly & very accommodating. We were very close to the beach, but not in an area where it is very crowded. Stores & restaurants were all within walking distance. We will definitely stay at the Sun Beach Inn when we visit Hollywood again.

Perfect 2 nights stay before our cruise. Clean big room with kitchen. This is more like a small guest house not a hotel. Few steps away from the beach. Much better compared to Miami beach small hotels for price/value ratio. I would definitely stay here again. Also liked the area, lots of bars restaurants, bakery. The only thing which was missing is a proper supermarket. There are some small stores around with limited selections. Wifi was working fine. Only down side is the reception in case you need any assistance. There is nobody on site. You have to walk to the next street where the office is. For us it was not a problem at all.

We discovered this gem our last visit to Hollywood Beach. The studio was comfortable, clean, and very quiet for being next to the beach. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware. They also have parking on site, very convenient. It is close to several restaurants and shops, our favorite place is The Taco Spot. They have a great deck to sit and people watch while enjoying some tacos and margaritas. There are more resorts being built on the boardwalk, but we prefer to support family owned businesses. We will always chose to stay there when we come to visit our family.

Do not follow the negative reviews. This is the perfect location for a quick trip to Florida. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to all my needs. I had no issues. The elevator had water as described in the review but the hotel has a pool, jacuzzi and is steps from the beach so I mean, how do you not expect that? … Parking can be tricky because they are in a small location but they do their best to accommodate you. I loved it and will stay again.

The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly and professional, the service is very good, and the amenities are perfect. The pool is clean and nice to be there for a swim or just to be in the water. The hotel is close to the beach, and between hotel and beach there is a boardwalk that has plenty of places to eat and buy souvenirs, so the location is great. Special thanks to Sam, the guy in charge of the parking. He is very nice and has all the info you need about good places to eat around the area. He is friendly, professional and very courteous

Personal care is what we experienced from Peter at the front desk to the pool side restaurant cooking your order on an open grill to perfection. It was like we went back in time to when service was service and the staff and management made you truly feel like you were special and on vacation. Right on a beautiful beach close to great restaurants and a beautiful boardwalk spanning the entire Hollywood beach coastline. Rooms were great, clean with superior ocean views from our room. Located on a quiet part of the beach even on spring break there is lots of room.

Excellent location, by the broadwalk facing a quiet spot of the beach. Very close to the more lively part of the beach with restaurants and stores. The only thing I disliked was the decoration with its various mixes of colors and patterns, but besides that, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and the swimming pool was clean..

We had Room 206 and the only (negative) surprise was that the only sink/water source was in the bathroom. The room had a small but excellent fridge, a coffee pot, and a microwave; but no stove top. There was a portable grill if we wanted to cook though. Bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine. The room was just about a minutes walk from the beach, and our car was parked right by the office (which we didn't move during our 3 night stay.

Smart thinking, left the refrigerator door open (mildew stopped). Mattress GREAT. Nice breakfast, ample. Would I go again - - - oh yes! They own several buildings in a cluster, so pool swimming is shared. Atlantic was a tad brisk yet as I was just in from Jamaica where it warm. Great place for reading. Older crowd of 40+++ with a few twinks and tweens They have a small convenient store but I would strongly recommend that you stop at one of the large stores (WinDixie or WM) off the freeway and load up IF you are getting a kitchennete with your reservation. Might pick up or bring along a kettle, frying pan and whatever else you will need. Listen, don't complain about utensils. I have had rentals and guests would take the flooring if they could I had one guy take a toilet seat. Go figure. Enjoy. The beach is very close and 500 feet may not give you a front line view but it gives you peace and quiet because the walkway and beach and become quite noisey. Sorry no photos. If you are considering a "Motel" then you hopefully are not expecting a brand new room at a Holiday Inn. I stayed in room 23, lots of space, one queen and a full bath in the master and then 2 single beds and a full bath. nice living area. It was really like a small apartment. It is old but it was clean, new appliances and fixtures and everything worked. There was coffee and enough stuff like paper towels to get you through a couple of days. Bring your own soap though. It has window A/C units and it is a little stuffy but it is the beach so that is normal. Location is awesome for walking to beach boardwalk bars restaurants, etc. I was alone on business so it was perfect, if I were going with a spouse or girlfriend, personally I would spend more and stay at a resort like Margaritaville. But this place was perfect for what I needed and I would certainly stay there again

I had a very pleasant stay at Silver Spray Motel. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach and close to restaurants and stores. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The staff was helpful and polite. It’s a simple, budget-friendly place, but it had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, quiet. Turned on TV. Only three channels, all french. Bed was semi cozy. Only needed one night in between bookings so all good. My room faced the street directly but I did not hear any traffic noise nor did I hear any room noise from the neighbours. Bathroom was clean, a little dated but fine for price. Included working mini fridge and microwave, sink, and counter. I liked the stay. I liked the office manager. Very nice. Explained that they were going to have a power outage due to city work on the street. No bother to me. I had a meeting before power was cut. She told me before I finalized my stay. Parking was 10 bucks. My room was on the second floor so I had to carry luggage to the floor. Location is great, very short walk to beach. Boutique discount comfy hotel. No bugs, no dirty sheets, clean place. Nice folks. Makes a good alternative for the expensive hotels in the region. Florida charm.

This motel was easy to find from the airport. We had a rental car and did have to pay the$10/night parking. This motel is only a block from beautiful Hollywood beach that is just perfect (not crazy busy, pleasant travelers and plenty of great food and shops along Broadwalk which it a block behind this motel). When walking back at night to the motel we felt very safe and could spot that green sign from a few blocks away helping us find our way back from a long night walk. The rooms were cute, comfy and clean. They even had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. There were a few imperfections on the ceiling but I think they do a decent job with the overall upkeep. Great for the price and would definitely recommend.

A delightful little family owned property. A spacious room with a huge shower, appliances in case you were staying for a week or more. We were only there one night, and didn’t get a chance to try the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The place is quite nice, cozy, comfortable and very clean. A couple of things if the owner can work on, can further enhance the customer experience - add few more cutleries, glasses, cup, bottle opener, paper towel, etc. Television in operating condition, although, I was out most time of my stay, for those who prefer to stay indoors can find it handy. But, overall, great experience. Can recommend to anyone.

Means the property is very easy to keep clean. - Location. It's only steps from the boardwalk and Hollywood Beach - but north of the larger resorts & commercialized area that produces the noise. This means the property is quiet at night AND the beach isn't sun-blocked via tall buildings mid to late afternoon! - Dog friendly. - Kitchenettes / hot plates / Courtyard with gas grill, gas fire pit and tables. Makes it easy to save $$$$ by cooking own meals. Going out to eat for a couple in the area can easily run $50 to $100 per meal with tip. Dream Inn offers most everything you need to avoid such costs. - Near Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park. Only $6 to enter. Amazing beaches and features. - Kobie (tireless on-site property manager) is awesome and very helpful. He keeps the property spotless and is a font of knowledge about the local area. - Plenty of hot water & strong wifi. We've stayed at places with bad water pressure, little hot water and/or spotty to non-existent wifi. Dream Inn has them all in spades. -On-site parking ($20/day). It's a bit cramped, and a bit of an adventure getting back onto the road given the blocked view by the hedge, but still nice to have!

Location was great!! Check-in is a nightmare!! The "lobby" is half a mile away and the tiniest little room. At most there are 3 reps trying to check in people for at least 14 different properties. The area can fit 8 people max and that is being squashed together. If you are driving, there is a fee for the parking pass or you get towed. We did not drive, so I'm unsure what the fee is. Once in our room, the bleach smell was so strong that we had to leave the windows open and leave the room for an hour. The room for the suite is exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. There was even a small beach chair in the closet as well as spackle materials. The "breakfast area" is at another of their locations and outside under a pavilion. The tables are covered with sheets and towels as tablecloths. B-fast consisted of fresh, whole fruit, cereals, bagels, toast, p-nut butter and jelly, sunny D, milk and coffee. But, I did not book because of the b-fast. I booked for the location and that was perfect! You could easily walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, etc. You do have access to at least 4 small pools at their other locations. All pool areas were small and decks with dirty with trash and debris. Luckily we came for the beach!

We booked the Dream Inn but like the reviews said you have to drive to the check in office. Even though we were allowed to use all the other properties pools, I asked for a room in a hotel with a pool. They switched us for $15 which was worth it. They do charge $18 for parking. They offer breakfast for all properties guests in a central location in walking distance. When you book make sure book a room in a hotel with pool. Those are all close to the beach. We ended up at Seaside and loved it. Sweet pool, very clean. The room was clean and super air-conditioned. I loved the building, old timey and sound proof. It's not the Hilton but you can't beat the location, big and cooled apartment, clean pool plus breakfast for that price, just count on paying $18 for parking.

Cozy rental close to the beach, you literally walk about 2 minutes to the beach, family environment, beautiful beach, accesable parking for free, because the rest of the beach they charge 20-30 dollars to park, perfect location!

Minutes away from the beach you will have everything you need in this little cozy studio apartment home. From kitchen to beach chair, cooler and umbrella everything was thoughtfully available to enjoy your experience and make wonderful memories at this cozy beach house

The place was small but everything functional, conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options. We were lucky enough to have family borrowing beach stuff, there is a beach rental place next to the rooms but I feel would be nice from the hotel to provide beach towels and a broom to take out beach sand since room service is every 3 days. Very comfortable bed so overall was a nice stay at an affordable price.

Love it. The customer service at check in was amazing. The Room was great. There is no luxury but all you need is there. A/C good. Room-clean. Kitchen-Great. Bed and the pillows-perfect. Parking-perfect. Staff was really nice.

You can't beat the place ... it is literally oceanfront! And it I seemed like recently renovated, as of july 2025. Beds are amazing and comfortable, as well as the pillows and the linen, which were very clean.

Also, there is a couple dollar stores, a little ceasars, a subway restaurant, and a 7-11 within one block! Pool was very clean as well.

This Motel had a major up grade in last year. It used to be a mid grade now it is a excellent stay. Our feet did not stick to new carpet, and bed was comfortable. The breakfast could be upgraded a little bit.

When arrived March 1, I was given RM 8 at Casa Pellegrino. Wilson and Maria was very professional and very friendly and delevered exceptional guest service! They definitely get a 10/10! The room was beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and brand new. It was so quite no matter what time of day it was and only 45 second walk to the beach Broadwalk. I really enjoyed my stay and definitely will book again with them. Shawn.

The property is very cute, but we didn’t end up staying at the Casa Pellegrino, after all. At check in, they asked if we minded upgrading to their ocean front hotel (Casa is just one block off beach) and we said as long as it’s a clean room, we don’t mind. They gave us a 2nd floor room, at the front of their Neptune hotel, which was right on the Broadwalk! We had GORGEOUS big window views of the beach and ocean, from every window!! We were delighted! The room is nicely upgraded/remodeled and was beautiful. We were just staying one night to catch our early a.m. plane home, after our cruise, but I’d LOVE to stay in that room for a whole week!

The area was super beautiful so we loved having the beach so close yet not the noise of the board walk. We loved having breakfast on the property and parking was super easy as well. Although our room was a small one bedroom, we did not mind as we were walking at the beach exploring the sights. For a couple who wants to explore the area and is not concerned about a big room, this is perfect! We enjoyed our stay in Hollywood Beach.

When we arrived at the Hotel we were a little skeptical, but the owner (Mark) was amazing he gave us a free beer while he checked us in, we went to our room, nothing fancy or new, but it was clean. We had the small pool all to ourselves. The neighborhood was very quiet at night, perfect spot for a vacation. We did have to request additional towels and toilet paper as they were not restocked daily. The Hotel is very close to the beach, about 1 city block away. We enjoyed walking the boardwalk and eating at the local resturants. We got an amazing deal on the place and couldn't ask for anything more.

The front office ti check in is kind of not easy to find. The room I had was comfortable and clean. Front office guy was very friendly. We had a pool in front of the room, very clean and quiet. The location is great, about 2 minutes from the beach and the broadwalk. Will return for sure.

My sister and I stayed here for a week to be near the beach and family that lived in the area. We loved the location and the decor. The apartment was bright, airy, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, linens, dishes, extra blankets and pillows, even washing up liquid and kitchen towels. We didn't use the kitchen much except to reheat things, but we could have. We found the portions so large in restaurants, we'd take half of our dinner back to the apartment and reheat it the next day for lunch. It was less than 5 minutes from the beach so was very convenient. We could go back and forth between the beach and apartment several times a day. Parking on Hollywood beach can be difficult to find and expensive. Parking at the apartment was a life saver. I would stay at Hollywood by the Sea Hotel again.

My husband and I flew from CA to attend the Raider/Miami game. Most places on the boardwalk were more expensive. We took a red eye flight and arrived at the hotel at 9:30AM. The hotel allowed us to check in at that time for a small fee. We were so tired and thankful! There is a great working AC and a fan above the bed. There are pots, pans, coffee maker, towels, and a hair dryer. The bed is very comfortable. I was incredibly pleased. I could hear the person snoring each morning though. There is also a lot of construction going on but if you're out and about during the day it's no big deal. Parking- You get one assigned parking spot which is great considering how busy this area is! The space is spacious and nicely maintained. The TV is in the living room but at least there's a TV. The boardwalk is so close. There is an amazing taco spot in walking distance as well. I would happily stay here again! It's affordable, comfortable and in a perfect location!

We stayed for a couple of nights before our cruise last week. I should say we had a wonderful stay at this property. Dario was just a message/phone call away. Wonderful service. Literally 20 seconds walk to the Hollywood beach. Two cute beach chairs, a nice umbrella, couple of beach towels in the closet made the beach day a perfect fun. coin laundry and irons are shared but it's a very small property so that's not an issue. Will definitely come back to stay here again!!

Super convenient location...literally steps to the beach. The dedicated parking spot is valuable because other resorts charge ridiculous amounts to park your car. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The A/C works great!!! Full kitchen...fridge is nice to store drinks and things. The pull down Murphy bed is nice for children or another couple. Beach chairs and towels are available for your convenience. The downsides are minor: the TV is in the living room area so you can't watch TV from the bed, the shared iron and board are in the laundry room so you have to go borrow them--not everyone irons like we do on vacation :). Lastly, check out time is 11:00 am so on check out day we went to breakfast early and came back and they were already cleaning our room at 10:30. They threw away all the snacks we planned to take on the plane. Overall, a very nice place at a good value.

Great location! The boardwalk was right there, less than a minute walk away. And the beach was great - good swimming, beach volleyball, lots of shops and restaurants and live music. The property was pretty basic but felt safe and comfortable and was everything we needed. If we were to go back to the area, I would definitely stay there again.

The room surprised me because the prior night we stayed at another of their hotels they owned and we didn’t like it… but the room we got here was amazing, almost wanted to stay another two nights lol free breakfast was clutch (bananas, granola bars, cereal, bagels, cinnamon rolls, coffee juice and water)

After arrival, we were actually offered to stay at the Neptune Hotel for a little more money. So glad we did because we were just steps from the beach. With a beach view in front and pool view in back. Beautiful stay. Thanks!

I had a ground floor with a view and it was perfect! City and building parking right next to me and I can see the beach from my room. Everyone is very nice and respectful and maintenance is hard working always.

We loved how convenient it was to walk the boardwalk or the ocean. The ocean front view was excellent. A few nice to haves: Each room had a coffee pot but no filters or coffee. When asked about it, it was brushed off. They also didn’t have some of your basics most condos would such as apart towels. We weren’t there to watch tv by any means but when we wanted to in the evening the wifi connection wasn’t great therefore we didn’t watch tv at all. There wasn’t a good place in the bedroom to charge our devices. Our friends stayed in another room and did have a small area on each side of the bed, and their tv had good signal. Our room had central air, however the room our friends stayed in had two window units. They advertised 5 pools, two of which had swim up bars. It wasn't clear as to where those were and how to use/get to them. The free breakfast in the morning was basically toast or a bagel, cereal, and some fruit. All in all, the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Staff at the front desk and in the store was helpful and made us feel welcomed, the room was very clean and smelled wonderful, very close to the beach and Hollywood Broadwalk restaurants, felt safe and area was quiet, awesome air conditioner, nice shower, clean floors and large comfortable bed

9/10 I just wanted somewhere quiet that I could sit by the beach, read, & relax. I didn't choose to come to Fl, so I could at least pick where I got to relax at. This is right on the boardwalk, off of the beach, so if they're loud out on the boardwalk, or they're doing work on the beach, you hear it. (Not the hotel's fault, just something to keep in mind.) My issues: the electrical outlet next to the bed didn't work, the floor was covered in a fine layer of sand from the moment I walked in, if not before (& strands of fake green hair from Halloween), & there were still handprints on the headboard from the visitors before me. Otherwise, the room was spotless. No bugs. The shower was great: fantastic water pressure & hot water. The bed was comfortable. I had zero issues with the wifi, & I didn't use the parking.

The property has been around for many years. Some rooms have been upgraded. Our room was ocean front on the boardwalk. Sunrises were amazing which is what we wanted. It had a kitchen but you have to pay for the kitchen "box" to get silverware, plates, pots, etc...we didn't pay but made do with the fridge and microwave. The bed was wonderful and the room was clean. We arrived about 2 pm and the room wasn't ready, check-in is 4 pm. We finally got the room about 6 pm. The other guests had asked to keep the room until 4. Staff was nice and helpful. They went out of their way to see that we were ok. They speak English, Creole, and Spanish. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The beach was clean. It drops a bit when walking into the ocean. I still recommend Neptune because it's old Florida to me.

Great room right on the beach!! Room lacks in a few amenities but the view of the beach makes up for it. Bathroom has no shelves for belongings. There are no kleenex or papertowels eventhough there is a full kitchen. Staff for the most part is great! Check in staff is friendly and accomodating. Security staff is amazing! The lady at the breakfast area is excellent at her job. You better not grab more than one yogurt or you will get a scolding from her! Overall our stay was great due to the location!

I spent a week with my lady friend at the Caroline. It was great! Nice comfortable rooms, clean, well-kept grounds, and a short 2-minute walk to the beach and the Hollywood Broadwalk, which is full of restaurants and shops and tiki bars. The manager, Mr. Enrico, was friendly and very accommodating, as was the rest of the staff. I would definitely come here again.

Check in was easy and smooth. Cathy at front desk was very friendly and extremely nice. Mr. Enrico went out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home.we reserved 3 rooms for one night only, but I wish we would’ve stayed for longer. The location is one block away from the beach, so not bad for the price we paid. Me and my friends decided we’ll stay there next time . I highly recommend Caroline to everyone who wants to be near the beach and be treated with respect. Cleaning crew was also amazing!they were not rushing us to leave, they waited patiently to clean the rooms. Thank you Sr. Enrico!

Price and quality correspond to each other. The apartment is located almost on the beach, there is a lot of greenery on a clean territory. Friendly staff, cleanliness in the room. Located in a top. There is parking for cars, There is a kitchen for cooking food, there is the necessary equipment for cooking, there is an electric grill, a coffee maker, glasses, dishes, a large refrigerator, a gas stove and a microwave. The bed is clean, the air conditioner works perfectly, hot water.

Friendly staff, great location, simple hotel. Kitchenette is a bonus for avoiding restaurants all the time. Pay attention to the check in! The office closes at 6:30 pm and you can’t get in after that. Overall would recommend if you want a simple clean room with fantastic access to Hollywood beach and the boardwalk

The area is located right next to the beach and a restaurant. Perfect walkable distance.

Everything was great except for the fact I had a delay of two because the office hours... I thought because of my impression at booking there would be no pertinent showing up to check in anytime but the office closes and I was stuck. Just be patient, because once I did get in touch they did all the right things. A perfect weekend spot next door to Nick's one of the best Italian restaurants in the city with views to match... a wonderful vacation

The location is perfect, right in the center - close to restaurants and entertainment. The staff is friendly - by mistake I booked the room for 2 adults instead of 2 adults +children. The staff was able to provide us with the room for 4 people despite of a very busy weekend and full capacity.

Quiet, great accessibility to beach and restaurants. Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Tayler and Marya was so friendly we walked in late and they got us a nice room, very close to the beach and restaurants too

Arrived late but had no problem getting checked in. Old property could be maintained much better. Breakfast was not impressive although the bagels were fresh.

The location was amazing! The bed was new and comfortable. Very dated, tiny bathroom. Great to have coffee maker, toaster and refrigerator. Oven handle falling off, did not use stove. Central AC works well, but is noisy. Nevertheless convenient, and away from loud music at night. Given the cost, a good choice for beach access.

It was perfect! Beach & Boardwalk was around the corner walking. Full kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, large refrigerator, dishware, etc... Room was pretty large. Very quiet. Very close to amazing Boardwalk restaurants. Would stay here again. Ceiling fan and shower tile needs a good bleaching other than that we would definitely stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sparkling clean. Wonderful, old Florida field. Everything you need for a stay by the beach. 1 minute walk to the beach is accurate. Right by great beach dining. Seconds from the "boardwalk". Great value.

Very friendly staff. They were kind enough to allow an early check in. While the place is dated (around for awhile), it was clean, relatively quiet, and comfortable. Beach towels included in the room! A nice touch. Close to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and all that it offers.
