The property was clean room was very spacious nice and cozy. There was odor. The sheets were fresh and clean. The bed slept amazing. The staff was very friendly. Dominic was exceptionally helpful and very attentive. Arraon was very polite as well.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Houston, Texas! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I also loved the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Plus, the breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of tasty options to start my day. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Consistent with other Holiday Inn Express and that means this hotel was clean, modern, comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Well located close to the Galleria in an area that felt safe and offered fast Uber and Lyft pickups. Staff friendly and welcoming and breakfast was great. Pool area also great and my kids loved seeing all the cars speeding by on the nearby highway (much better than that sounds!)

Very safe, clean, comfortable and friendly. This was an amazing facility, especially for the price. I stayed here twice in one month (non work related!) Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff was wonderful.

Hotel was easy to find. Parking was easily accessible. Check in was fast and convenient. Room was nice, clean and had a great view of downtown. Pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing and also had great views of the city. The surrounding area was clean, easy to navigate with plenty of amenities to include food options, sports facilities and downtown bars/parks. Great stay for business, staycations or vacations. Loved it. I will book Hotel again.

This is our favorite hotel to stay in Houston. Staff are marvelous, pool and jacuzzi are great, rooms are comfortable, and location is convenient. Only drawbacks are that the $40/over night parking fee is steep for guests and the sky view bar closed an hour before closing hours, so we didn’t get to have a drink up here.

My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had a great view of downtown Houston. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities—especially the fitness center and executive lounge—were top-notch. I also enjoyed the in-house dining options; the food and service were consistently high-quality. The location is incredibly convenient for both business and leisure—it’s connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center and is within walking distance of Discovery Green and many great restaurants. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone—from housekeeping to valet—was friendly and went out of their way to ensure guests were taken care of. I highly recommend Hilton Americas-Houston to anyone visiting the city. I look forward to staying here again

Very comfortable beds, super quiet rooms. We asked for no feather pillows and they upgraded us to an amazing room with hypoallergenic everything and an air filter. The staff was all very helpful and kind and friendly. Beautiful hotel and the pool/rooftop area was beautiful and relaxing for us parents while the kids got to swim. Great location next to Toyota Center (we were here for a basketball game). There’s also a park a short walk away that was perfect for getting some energy out.

Absolutely beautiful place. Had an event at the Toyota center. It was the perfect hotel for that because you just walk across the road and there it is. Staffs were so friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. After my event, we were hungry and visited the restaurant. It's was really good 👍. Breakfast was amazing too. The whole hotel is just classy. I highly recommend. Will definitely visit again ☺️ 😊 🙂

My family always stays here. Mark and staff are friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Enjoyed the workout room to do our daily yoga. Pool and jacuzzi are clean and partially covered. Lots of choices for the free breakfast and dinner and evening social hour. Easy on/off 610 to get to where you want to go. Staff really go above and beyond to make your stay safe and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. Also, the holiday decorations are adorable! Thank you! We will be back.

Drury Inn was very quaint charming place to stay. Located off the highway, but you might almost miss it if you aren’t careful. The inn had very comfy beds and had microwave and mini refrigerator in the room. Shower was good although water pressure could have been better. Room could have been more spacious but had all the basics. Also it was very nice to have a cocktail/dinner hour each evening…a big bonus if you are just tired and don’t feel like going out. Breakfast also was very good with plenty of options. Last but not least, the jacuzzi was excellent and so relaxing. Glad I chose this place to stay when I was in Houston.

I was genuinely surprised by how warm and welcoming this hotel felt. The staff is simply wonderful — from check-in to the housekeeping team and the breakfast attendants, everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. The breakfast wasvery well organized, delicious, and spotless. I was also amazed to find that the hotel offers free dinners with drinks, something I’ve never seen before! It was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. Another detail I truly appreciated was the filtered water station in the lobby. It’s so convenient to fill up your bottle instead of buying bottled water. The entire hotel is very clean, neat, and perfectly maintained. The best way to describe this place is “friendly.” You can feel genuine hospitality everywhere , they really make you feel like a valued guest. On top of that, the location is fantastic, easy to walk around and reach everything you need. I was very happy with my stay, and the next time I come to Houston, I will definitely stay only at this hotel.

Great location and easy to get to. I needed a late check in and having 24/7 desk was one reason I chose Drury Inn. Ashe checked me in and she was the best! Ashe is very pleasant and efficient - Drury Inn needs to work very hard to keep her on staff. She answered any questions before I could even think to ask them! Breakfast was delicious, fresh and there was a good variety of foods. It was not crowded or chaotic like I’ve experienced at other hotels, making this breakfast one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The breakfast staff were always checking food, cleaning or asking if we needed anything (even offering to refill our juice glass!). They were amazing and the food was delicious! Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The A/C was on when we arrived and I appreciated it a lot. Microwave, fridge, coffee pot all available. I will be back when I visit Houston again.

have never been as impressed by all facets of a moderately priced hotel stay as I was at The Drury Hotel West Loop Houston. First the basics, very comfortable bed, hot shower, well supplied toiletries, and a clean room. I have never witnessed a staff that was so visibly dedicated to providing a first class hospitality experience. Each staff member demonstrated that their role was not to limit themselves to performing just the specific job assigned to their particular title but rather to take the initiative to take a moment to anticipate whatever task might be helpful to prepare for a satisfactory guest experience. I was very impressed at how efficient they were making sure that the buffet experience would be as seamless as possible. They kept the area clean, the food well stocked, and the presentation pleasing. They were frequently checking to see if the food needed a stir or some other attention. The coffee was keep hot from the Bunn and not stored in poorly insulated carafes like some comparably priced chains have made their standard. The food quality and variety were very good for a buffet. It was a surprise to me to have a free complimentary balanced evening meal plus free adult beverages. The tables were clean and never neglected and the staff always asked if they could take an empty plate. All of these services were provided by consistently cheery and polite staff. I haven't experienced this type of genuine hospitality

This hotel was definitely a 10 out of 10. It was a whole vibe not to be missed. The front in staff was absolutely welcoming and professional. The hotel is immaculately clean in all areas. The pool was a vibe 😌 ✨️ 👌🏾 Thus hotel was very safe and the parking lot was also clean and well lit. I never once felt unsafe coming or going at all times of the day and night. They provided fresh clean towels in the pool area and it was always clean. I stayed for 4days and It was a so clean. I have never seen such bright white towels and sheets as I did at this hotel. The hall carpets are even clean. If you are looking for a place that super clean, relaxing and safe this is the place for you. They even had out door seating in front of the hotel for a little sun and relaxation. This Hyatt was one of the 👌🏾 best!

We took our daughter here because she had a concert in downtown Houston. Upon checking in, the lobby was completely packed with people checking in for another conference. Amazingly, there was no weight, and our check-in went very smoothly. We got to our room and we were surprised with an imperial suite upgrade. The room was huge, and having two bathrooms was extremely convenient. Even though the hotel is a little older, the rooms were spotless, clean, and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of downtown Houston skyscrapers. Breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is very convenient to meetings or conferences in downtown Houston. It is not far from NRG stadium, which is where the concert was held. There are tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! From check-in to check-out the staff was really friendly and helpful. The property felt clean and well taken care of. The room was a good size and better than we expected it to be. They gave us a high floor as we requested, which was wonderful. The bed was very comfy and had plugs for the gadgets (we loved the light strip on the headboard). We had a king room which had a comfy couch and nice desk area. The bathroom wasn't huge but it suited the 2 of us. The only thing we didn't love was the shower, which is an open walk-in shower with no door; we just aren't a fan of that style. The hotel was quiet overall when we were there, even though it seemed like there were lots of people coming in/out; once in your room we didn't hear any noise. The bagel shop downstairs was great, made good lattes and had friendly service. Not a on of stuff in immediate walking distance but if you go a few blocks there are some options, and its super close in driving distance to all the things. Overall, we were so pleased with our stay and would definitely come back.

Let me start off with the good, the hotel was texting me info days before we got with info and suggestions. It was my hubby and I anniversary! They were gracious and left us and a bottle of champagne in our room and on the actual day 6/20 Adrian gifted us the breakfast buffet , downstairs and it was delicious and the severs were amazing! Santos the server was amazing and the lady at the omelette station made the best omelette ever! The valet team was exceptional Yahya! Was always quick, efficient and very helpful! The black older gentleman at night was nice as well . We appreciated the valets hard work. The parking lot was jammed packed for different events all wkend long. And they handled it extremely well. Now the not so good stuff. For me the hotel is dated, the room was clean and kinda modern but the lamp shades had stains on them , the bathroom needs a reno. The pool is small, a lil dirty with a few fly bugs and they were broken tiles around the edge of the pool. The pool lounge chairs need to be changed. Sometimes the elevators took a long time to arrive to our floor. Overall it was a good stay. Thanks to Adrian and Camden for making my stay a pleasant one.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. As a bonus, I had a nice view. Workspace in the room was a little small, but was adequate. TV was a little glitchy, but I did not use it much. Cocktails in bar downstairs were delicious. I did not use the restaurant, but did grab quick breakfast in the market there, which was good. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Houston,

Liked the atmosphere of the place also how tje pool/jacuzzi area is inclosed we went when it was a little cold out and was able to enjoy the jacuzzi.

Very spacious room including a bath. Nice little swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Breakfast is also good, but some vegetables would be nice to be included. Friendly staff, close to city center.

jacuzzi is wonderful but could be open late for guests if there’s no disturbance on the property or with other guests

For a 3 star hotel, it was quite neat, clean and silent. I could only give some suggestions for improvement. First, there should be some soft drinks and water in the refrigerator that hotel could charge. Rooms have microwave but don't come up with microwave friendly plates. There was iron table but not iron. Also, pool and the jacuzzi should be much cleaner. Breakfast was just okay. But there should be more types than just eggs and bacon. Staff were friendly and nice. In total if you are visiting for a few days for business and you don’t wanna pay so much this is a good place. Rooms are also spacious.

I have stayed in plenty of hotels and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this one. I arrived late in the evening, just after midnight. The security guard promptly directed me to the EV charging spot. It was well lit and felt safe and parking is free! Check-in was quick and efficient. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, TV had tons of channels on DirecTV, water was hot in the shower, mini fridge worked well and they had a couple of free bottles of water waiting for me. Breakfast was about what you would expect, but there was plenty of it and I noticed they did not seem to be rushing people, even 15 minutes after breakfast was supposed to be closed. One nice thing was they left the napkins and plastic utensils out after breakfast which came in handy later in the evening when my dinner I had delivered without any way to eat it. The napkins were oddly nice and the plastic utensils were the good stuff as well. One thing I have to say is, everyone I interacted with was very friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. It was like being in a 5 star hotel from that perspective. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great stay at Blossom Hotel again! Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful atmosphere, pleasant accommodations make this hotel one of the best we have visited. It was especially nice when we checked in. My husband was on crutches from major surgery and the valet team got him a wheelchair and brought all our things upstairs and made us feel like it was a pleasure to help. Shuttle service is prompt and very attentive. At check-in Shiv was very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very comfortable and so quiet and welcoming. We come for medical reasons: beds are comfortable, ac is perfect, room is always beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable, the bathroom is large and very well accommodated. Love the shower! I can say that we have not had one reason to find a different place to stay and we will be back at Blossom for our next stay in Houston. We always look forward to staying at this hotel. Great job Blossom staff!

A luxurious stay for my birthday. Thank you to the very kind and professional staff who ensured me and my sister were comfortable. Special shout out to Melvin at the front desk, for making my big day perfect! During my stay I enjoyed the pool most of all which was spacious, clean, offered pool side service, plenty of seating, and towels. I also ate at the restaurant on site which provided a pure sense of high end dinning, and again the staff and service provided was nothing short of spectacular. My room was extremely clean, spacious, and the radio, t.v., and fixtures in the bathroom worked. The bathroom was also stocked with smell goods, a dental kit, and if anything room service was quick! I would choose the Blossom for any in Houston and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The improvement I would recommend is access to a free microwave on site.

We arrived and departed via Uber. The parking attendants were helpful and friendly. Check in staff members were welcoming and efficient. Appreciated the ease and banter. Our room was beautifully appointed with a spacious bath. Lovely and relaxing poolside ambience with a spectacular view of the NRG/Astrodome and medical centers corridor. The mixologist made a delightful Cosmo. The downstairs lobby is stunning. You should make time to sit and enjoy. And our breakfast was an unexpected treat. We ordered a traditional American meal of ham , scrambled eggs and whole grain toast accompanied by the seafood congi and dim sum. Truly, a delicious way to start our day. This repast was matched by the two servers smiles each time they checked on us and refilled our water glasses and coffee cups.

This was my third time staying at Blossom Hotel in Houston, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—especially during such a busy time. They even provided breakfast vouchers, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was absolutely beautiful—spacious with great lighting, and the restroom was spotless and modern. The entire hotel has such an elegant and calming vibe. My sister and I really enjoyed ourselves and felt so relaxed during our stay. The lobby is stunning, and the bar is a perfect place to unwind. The food is a solid 10/10—you’ll definitely want to try it! You can even catch a glimpse of the hotel on TikTok if you’re curious before booking. Special shoutout to Josp Sacurs, who was AMAZING and sooooo helpful. That level of service made our experience even better. If you’re visiting Houston, I highly recommend staying here. I thought I would have a problem, as I booked two queens, but as a special request asked for a room downstairs (as I am mildly disabled). The hotel got back to me promptly and said they could accommodate my request but only with a King bed (vs the 2 Queens i requested). I emailed and called to let them know i needed to two queens and definitely not 1 king. Hotel staff was understanding and patient (I was, unfortunately, terse with her, but she handled it like a pro!). She made sure the hotel was aware of my request for the two beds. The hotel, again, promptly emailed me back letting me know that they would have the 2 queens for my party. Their responses were quick and most definitely professional! As was the front desk clerk I spoke to on the phone. We didn't get in until after 9, but the front desk clerk at that time was very helpful and also very professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were a little on the softer side, which was nice after a long drive. The location was excellent. Near many restaurants and the grocery store we needed. Check in and out was a breeze and the price was reasonable for the quality of the room (which was excellent). Will definitely stay again and recommend to all!

Best sleep I had in a long time and the coffee was great. Great staff and clean rooms. The breakfast was tasty and coffee was hot! Great stay and Manager was helpful with all of the local area attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Nice looking hotel right across a number of restaurants and down the street from City Center. Rooms are clean though we did have trouble with the toilet (never auto filled the tank). Check in and out were a breeze. Gym was enough for any basic workout. Unfortunately the TV didn't work - it just said (in Spanish) that the Chromecast wasn't set up. TVs on the equipment didn't turn on either. No headphones so if those did work you'd likely need your own. Breakfast has all the holiday inn basics but ours was missing oatmeal, ie the healthier option. Milk was MIA for a while too but coffee was good without it. Two 8oz bottles came with the room which was nice and good for in room coffee. Safe in room was great.

I absolutely love this hotel. I stayed in February for a conference I was attending about 10-15 minutes away (on Scott Street). When I arrived, I actually did not have to go to the desk, I was able to use my digital key to open the parking garage gate, and go straight to my room. I got settled and went to the gym. The gym was clean with great equipment. The room was clean and fresh. It was also pretty quiet on my floor as well. It was quite busy at the hotel, but also quiet as well. I slept very well each night I stayed. There is plenty of parking, but the garage is a little tight, but serves its purpose. There is a restaurant onsite (breakfast and dinner). They also have a market near the front desk with a variety of snacks, beverages and sweets. The staff was great, but I also did not interact with them too much. The interactions that I did have were pleasant and they were very attentive to my requests. I did not have ANY issues during my stay, it was pretty much perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Pleasant stay. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Hotel and room were clean for the most part, though whoever cleaned my bathroom was a bit sloppy. There were a few hairs (either from a previous guest or the cleaning staff) that were on the walls of the shower and on one of the clean towels. Not something I wanted to see. The smoke detector also emitted a flashing light timed at a regular interval. You don't notice it during the day or at night when the lights are on, but you'd definitely notice when all the lights are off and you're trying to go to sleep. You can request that the hotel do something to block out the flashing light. You can also request that the bathroom be cleaned to your satisfaction. I didn't like the idea of waiting around for the hotel staff to show up or having them come into my room when I wasn't there. So I didn't make either request. The food in the lobby restaurant is okay--nothing to write home about--but it's convenient to have a restaurant downstairs when you don't have time to leave the premises. Location is convenient, though be careful about taking a stroll nearby. Some areas are nice but if you walk in the wrong direction, you'll sense a change in the neighborhood right away. Check with the front desk first if you'd like to explore on foot. Front desk was very helpful. So I quite appreciated that.

Convenient for staying near the medical district, especially the VA. Upscale; happy vibes throughout the property. Really perfect if visiting someone at the VA, easy to go back and forth. Was booked for a queen room but was “upgraded” to a junior suite - I personally did not enjoy the layout of the room as I could not see door from the bed. Although very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and welcoming and a restaurant open in the evening was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the view all night with the curtains open.

Hilton Garden Inn Houston Medical Center has been a convenient location for our trips to MD Anderson. All of the staff have been kind and helpful, especially Carlos at the front desk. The dinner menu in the restaurant is pricey, the breakfast buffet for $10 has lots of options but pancakes or waffles are extra. Garage is attached to the hotel but there is a $15 fee. No other parking is available. We have stayed in several different rooms on different floors and all have been clean, with comfortable beds and nice pillows.

We have stayed in the Home2Suites side of this hotel 3 times due to medical visits and have had an excellent experience each time. The staff at the front desk is very courteous and welcoming. They have also been helpful in arranging future stays. If you are coming for medical reasons, they do have special medical rates but the rates I found as an Honors member were less than the special medical rates. All areas of the hotel are extremely clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds in 2 of the rooms we have stayed in were softer than I preferred but I’m sure would be perfect for those that like a soft bed. You do have to pay for parking but the parking is in a secure, covered area. I did not mind paying to have the peace of mind that my car would be safe. Each time we have stayed here, we have used the shuttle service to take us to our appointments. The drivers, Gabriel (AM) and Victor (PM) are very personable, giving information about the area as they make the needed stops at various medical facilities. The shuttle leaves the hotel every 15 to 20 minutes. The drivers give you a phone number to call when your appointment is complete and you are ready to be picked up. When you call, they will let you know your approximate pick up time. They have given us excellent service! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the Houston Medical Center area.

Location was very convenient. Close to the Finn food court and location of my interview. Literally, a 2 min walk. Transportation rail right infront of hotel. While in the room I couldn’t even hear noises from the rail line. Hotel room was spacious and had everything I needed including an ironing board. It was aesthetically pleasing yet simple. Linen smelled very clean and AC blowed cold. The GSA front staff (Jonathan) was extremely helpful. I forgot toothpaste and he brought some up himself to deliver to my door, so I didn’t have to. I got restaurant recommendations and a free voucher for breakfast. Love the Starbucks in the building!!! Great experience. Oh! And even security was very welcoming. Will be staying again.

I usually never write reviews for hotels, but this specific hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the fact that the only way you could access a floor was if your room was on that floor, which is very safe. The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious; I just wished they had more hot options. This was one of my best hotel experiences, and you can tell the hotel is well-kept and well-maintained.

My stay at AC Hotel downtown Houston was amazing. The hotel itself and my room was clean. Being a woman, traveling alone I felt safe at this location. There were a few people hanging out front as this is the downtown area, but nothing that made me feel uncomfortable. Every staff member that I encountered was friendly and professional. The guy that checked me in (I forgot his name) was very helpful, he assisted me with catching the train to the rodeo, since this was my first time in Houston and on a train. I was constantly asked if I was okay and if I needed anything. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a perfect location for my needs. The train was right there, so we could take it to the stadium. We were in town for a football game. It was also perfectly located for the ghost tour I purchased which started in Hermann Park directly behind the hotel. The morning coffee buffet is wonderful, and right outside my door. The view from my balcony was breath-taking! something I've always wanted. The valet service was wonderful. The valet staff was friendly and extremely helpful and very pleasant. The shuttle service was a wonderful plus, very convenient. The night manager was very helpful in finding local points of interest. The hotel restaurant was great. We had delicious room service as well as dining in. I loved the afternoon cookies, they were delicious! I love fountains and I was very pleasantly surprised to see the Mecom fountain right next to our hotel. The pool area is gorgeous! Wish we were having warmer weather during my visit to use it. The area is called the museum district and I wish our stay was longer to be able to see some of them. The hotel was perfectly located to see all of them. Hermann Park is beautiful! I hope to come back someday with our granddaughter to see the Houston Zoo. My stay was wonderful!!

Hotel ZAZA Museum District was such an amazing experience! The atmosphere as you walk in is so FUN and welcoming! Rich colors with fun over the top photographs of famous stars having fun! The staff however were the real stars! Everyone was there to help assist in anything we needed! All the little extra perks, from complimentary coffee in the morning, to home made cookies in the evening, excellent! A house car to take you to dinner and a ZAZA chef who will custom make a healthy meal for you! You must stay at a ZAZA Hotel, the experience is like none you have ever had! Many rooms are custom designed with themes that make you smile or laugh! The views in the Museum district Houston are breath taking! Looking for green space, it is right across the street! Bring your dog because they are dog friendly!!! A must stay at ZAZA!!

Hotel ZaZa is one-of-a-kind. I've visited four straight years during rodeo season with a group of college students from out of state, and staying here has routinely been a highlight of our trip. From the moment you arrive, you feel like royalty (seriously...they greet of-age guests with a flute of champagne during check-in!). The elegant decor, the classy bath robes, the incredible showers with perfect water pressure, the luxurious beds, the iconic Moon Pie turndown service, and even the free coffee in the hallways and goodies in the lobby make every day a deluxe experience. A stay at ZaZa is always full of pleasant surprises, just to make sure you know they "love ya", as they say. Special shoutout to Carly Cortez and Iris Rivera of their group sales/conference services team, who have been wonderful partners of mine in coordinating this trip each year. They always go above and beyond in customer service (which is the ZaZa way overall) to make sure our students are taken care of and my employer's sometimes complicated business protocols are followed. All of this plus the tasty ground-floor Monarch restaurant (get the breakfast tacos!) and a convenient location right beside Hermann Park and the Museum District light rail station? You just can't beat it. Thanks, ZaZa...my students and I love ya too!

We had an amazing stay. It was my husbands bday and I wanted to treat him to some place walking distance to hermann park and all the museums. So we stayed at Hotel Zaza at the night but totally got the most of Rice Village, the Zoo and the park. Loved the cool temperature of the pool and enjoyed food and drink while the kids swam. Hotel Zaza is so thoughtful, they give light bites for free in the afternoon in the lobby, free coffee in the morning. The front desk lady Savannah was so sweet and helpful. Thanks Hotel Zaza for a memorable and awesome stay. The room was beautiful and clean. The parking attendants so friendly and helpful. We will be back!

We were so impressed by this hotel! From the cool decor to the staff, everything was perfect. Kevin checked us in, and he was so awesome that we knew it was going to be a great experience. Our room was nice and cool, spacious and comfortable. We ordered room service the first night and it came quickly and was delicious. The fitness center had a lot of cardio machines, some weight machines, a cable system, a full set of dumbbells, and yoga mats. A morning coffee bar was set up on every floor, and there were afternoon snacks and drinks in the lobby. The hospitality was amazing! I will be booking Zaza again on my next trip to Houston!

We had 4 nights, 2 nights in 2 queen (437) and 2 nights in a king suite (432)! In. Both rooms have full kitchen with enough utensils for a family of 4. Beds are comfy, linens are clean, and the rooms are well-kept! Except, the King suite does not have a dining table. Isaac, receptionist, is the BEST! His restaurant recommendations were awesome! He also made sure, as Marriott Titanium, that we’re taken cared off… Jose, a staff, was always on the go, keeping the premises clean and presentable!!! Great job, JOSE!!!! Patricia, breakfast staff, was very attentive to the needs of very client that had their breakfast in the lobby! Amazing staff, nice location, close to the airport and many great restaurants!

This hotel took me by surprise. This was just a quick stop off to sleep the night on our road trip. Staff were super friendly and helpful upon check in, giving us tips about where to go. Our room was so spacious and clean and the breakfast was really tasty. Its absolutely perfect for a budget stay and staff were great.

I recently stayed at the Townsuite Marriott Hotel near Hobby Airport for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The property is now under new management, and it shows. The outdoor areas are well-maintained, and the gym is in good condition. On the day I checked in, they were cleaning the carpets, which was a nice touch. My room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job staying on top of things. Breakfast was simple but decent, more of a quick grab-and-go option. It was nice to see the new general manager, Jay being attentive to guests. He is helpful to his guests. I would recommend this hotel and am looking forward to staying there again!

My main things I look for in a hotel stay is, breakfast, pool, and the bed. This hotel checked all my boxes! They had a good selection for breakfast, the pool temp was very warm outside, and the bed was a bit stiffer than my choice of comfort but not to where it gave me back pain. The walk in shower in the room was very nice and the kitchenette was a plus and super convenient! The interior design of the room/furniture was very nice as well.

The hotel was clean and bright and central to all of my appointments downtown. Love the view from the rooftop bar/restaurant. The food was great and the service was friendly and welcoming. The workout room had plenty of equipment and was clean and temperate.

The hotel was nice but the bartender was very rude. The hours at the bar showed open until 10pm, however, we walked up to the bar at 9:50pm to grab one cold drink to take back to our room after walking back to hotel from attending an Astros game and were told last call was at 9:45pm. There were still many people sitting at the bar and our room was on the 16th floor next to the bar. The bartender didn’t greet us at all and just waved his hand at his throat like the cut off sign when we walked up. I said I thought y'all were open until 10pm and he said last call is 9:45pm. Wasn’t friendly, did not offer an exception as we weren’t trying to sit at the bar even though there were still many people there with full drinks. We left the hotel and walked to another bar to get ONE drink since we could not get one at the hotel bar even though it was not 10pm.

This hotel is very Conveniently positioned to all restaurants and bars. Located in downtown Houston within walking distance of the Minute Maid Field. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I he staff is very friendly and went avocado and Beyond to ensure our safely and comfort. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s now one of my favorite places to stay in Houston and I highly recommend it.

I liked the updated modern feel and look. It was comfortable. Everyone was very nice and answered all of our questions. The snack bar and coffee shop were nice. Breakfast was good except for the eggs. Seemed like powdered eggs. And the bar upstairs had great food, good views of the city and great bartenders and servers. When one of our drinks didnt taste right, he redid it.

We were very satisfied with our stay here. It was close to the ballpark as well as other entertainment venues. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities I expect from a Hyatt. The included breakfast was well done and added to our positive experience. I would happily stay here again.

I loved everything about it the room was beautiful and clean with a walk in shower with two showers heads. Those big luxury square head and the other one you hold in your hand. We were up on the 20th floor with a view facing Houston North side it was beautiful. Destination was great connected to the Galleria Mall and a host of restaurants all around us.

Amazing property! Everything close and fantastic staff. I would stay here over and over and over again. Views were amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Extremely relaxing and pleased with this location.

Convenient to local restaurants outside of the mall, but no shuttle van. Had to Lyft everywhere. While the hotel was pretty on the inside, the outside of building was old and run down including the windows & doors leading into the lobby. The rooms were nice, but the popcorn ceiling and drop ceilings were outdated. Looks like this is where you cheaped out. The restaurant the White Oak was good, but they were out of 3 dishes including pancakes, but they could make waffles. Overall though the service was good the housekeeping was great and the fitness center was very nice and clean. Having mall access was very convenient.

The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The decor is modern and gives a first class vibe. I enjoyed the availability and cleanliness of the fitness center and the 3rd floor hotel restaurant. I felt safe and secure in this hotel and i appreciate the security system connected to the entrances and the elevators. My only real critique is that the 4th floor roof top pool need furniture and decor upgrades and there is far too much room in the pool area for so much of the space to be empty and unused. There should be more atmosphere around the pool area. There are speakers everywhere around the pool area but no music, no sound at all. I really enjoyed this hotel and my executive king, corner room was perfectly decorated and smelled amazing. I loved the space and the separate sitting area. I will be back.

We stayed from Tuesday to Saturday at the hotel. The reception was very kind at our arrival. She offered to keep our luggage until it was time for our check in. We arrived too early. The room was ready in an hour. It had an amazing view and it was all renovated and beautiful. All the compliments ( shampoo, conditioner, hand cream ) as usual, my favorites. We had an amazing vacation combining shopping, museum, and going to Saint Vincent de Paul’s Saint Jude chapel. We hope to comeback next year.

The entire hotel experience was a 10/10. From the time we were greeted by the hotel staff to when we checked out to leave, the hospitality and service were exceptional. I enjoyed everything I ate and drank at the Urban Star restaurant in the hotel lobby and would highly recommend it. The hotel room was clean and welcoming and the bed was comfortable. We received professional valet service from all of the attendants. I had the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning and it was delicious and the waitress staff was friendly and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the Hyatt Regency Galleria Houston and would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would return in the future.

My bed was really comfortable and quiet. The room was comfortable. I did not feel like I was staying in a hotel room. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I loved the breakfast. They had a nice variety of breakfast items. I was grateful that it was easy to check out of the hotel as we were in a hurry and I did not have a lot of time. There were a lot of restaurants near by as well. The hotel's location is in a great area.

This was just a quick night stay before we headed back home. This was a lot closer to the airport than where we were staying the rest of the week, so we opted for this property since it was about 20 minutes to Hobby. The property was well kept, clean, staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We were upgraded to a Regency Suite, which was very nice. We didn’t get to try breakfast, since we had to leave before the restaurant opened at 6am, so I can’t comment on that. But the area for breakfast looked nicer than most Lobby restaurants. If you’re going to be in meetings in or around downtown Houston, attending an event at one of the many venues, or just need quick access to the airport like us - then this is your spot!

Very satisfied with the hotel and location. I was visiting for a friends birthday and we booked two rooms. It’s walking distance to the mall for those who enjoy shopping. The location has a full bar and restaurant/eats available and room service. The rooms also come mini fridges, which was a great surprise as i had gotten my friend a bottle of champagne for her birthday and was able to chill it ahead of time. The AC worked great and didn’t turn off at night when we were sleeping. The shower worked great and got hot very quickly. The counter space is a bit small for my liking, but it’s okay. Uber drop off and pick up was easy and convenient. The pick up area was covered so you didn’t have to worry about weather conditions. We never had any issues with someone being able to find it, which was nice. The staff here were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked one gentleman for recommendations for a place to grab a drink outside and he walked us over to a nearby area since we weren’t familiar with the space. They also sent up a complementary bottle of sparkling and a slice of cake for my friend‘s birthday, which was such a kind and generous gesture. Even the doorman were incredibly polite and friendly when we would interact with them as we were coming in and out of the hotel. This was my first time staying at this location and overall I had a wonderful experience.

The pillows were so nice and fluffy! I was pleasantly surprised as I first arrived. I was a bit skeptical as it looked like any average roadsidemotel at first. I arrived super early, but they were able to accommodate me for a small fee to check in right away. Upon entering the room, I was very surprised at how clean and nice and fresh and spacious it was. Everything seems like new and it was a nice smell as it was freshly cleaned. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable and everything in the room actually worked (which you don’t find much sadly these days). Even the bathrooms were very nice and very clean. It’s also in a good decent area and close to shopping centers as there’s literally a Walmart across the street and a shopping center and a gas station. Also next-door, other restaurants and establishments and it’s walking distance to many other places. They also serve breakfast in the morning, which is just a simple continental breakfast except that it also has real fresh eggs and sausage! So All in all, I really enjoyed it and I would definitely go back and stay again.

I stayed at this hotel before last year and the first time I walked into the lobby and saw how clean it was, I thought to myself I wonder if the rooms are the same and sure enough they where. The. counter personal was very nice and greeted me in a welcome home manner. I love the room very spacious and clean although the sofa bed looked like it needed to be replaced. The location is good there's a gas station across and a Walmart so I love hotels where you can actually walk to get things you need although is a bit like hidden but it's not important and the hotel alone looks like it's safe no sketchy people and it's quiet and the rooms are big and spacious and clean so I love it

Staying at the Baymont has been one of the cleanest, nicest, and most comfortable hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The room was spotless—no bugs, a clean tub, and even the corners were pristine. Both the microwave and refrigerator were clean and fully functional. There were plenty of towels, and the huge bed, combined with an air conditioner so cold I eventually had to switch to heat, made the stay even better. The hotel staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, and the parking area was well-lit. Conveniently located, this hotel is close to shopping, gas stations, restaurants, and anything else you might need. Best of all, despite being on a busy street, it was remarkably quiet. If I could have stayed longer I would have. I highly reccommend.

I will definitely book this hotel on our next visit to Houston. The street behind the hotel has restaurants and stores for shopping like Burlingtons, Marshall’s, Ross, Dollar Tree and so many more. Restaurants like Chick Fil-A, Wendy’s and more are behind the hotel and it’s all in walking distance if necessary. A plus, Walmart Super Center is directly across the street. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady, old man and his nephew. Our room was so comfortable and huge. It was me and my 4 children we had a room with 3 double beds. Never seen that before and we loved it. I had read previous reviews about room 206 and was hoping I wouldn’t get that room it was said it had roaches in the review. I was praying I wouldn’t get that room for the review stayed it was a 3 double bed room. Guess what, that was the room we where in. And it was the only room available. It was 12 o’clock at night when we arrived so I was like lord please don’t let this happen to us. But the room was awesome. I checked the room before we brought our things in. The beds was clean and I moved furniture around searching for roaches. We stayed for 2 nights not one roach or issue. Thank GOD they handled that problem. Now what I didn’t like is they didn’t honor my price that was reserved for the two nights because one was a weekend night (Friday) they raised the price to the weekend price. Which is ok but to 50 dollars more plus tax. Overall it’s was a wonderful stay.

Convenient location (close to food, Houston space centre, shopping etc), very clean and extremely comfortable room, everything in the room was working (tv, wifi, air con etc), staff were friendly and the owner put us in a quiet room so we could recover from our jet lag after coming all the way from Australia! Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Houston!

The Houston Area Association for Bilingual Educators host an event at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Airport and I was thoroughly impressed. The venue is really nice and spacious, offering the perfect setting for professional development and educators gatherings. The décor is beautiful, with modern lighting fixtures that add warmth and sophistication to the room. The high ceilings and beautiful chandeliers gave the space a luxurious feel. A Big shout out to Jose Sanchez -General Manager, Apple Bell -Sales Manager, and their entire TEAM. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional throughout the event. From setup to tear-down, they ensured everything ran smoothly, and any last-minute requests were handled efficiently. The in-house catering was exceptional, our guest absolutely love the Italian lunch buffet. Delicious dishes that were beautifully presented! The ballroom’s layout was well thought out, providing ample room for the keynotes, and panelists. Additionally, the hotel offers convenient amenities like on-site parking. Parking was added to package. The parking validation was a breeze! Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn Houston Hobby Airport Ballroom exceeded our expectations. It’s a fantastic venue that blends style, functionality, and exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for anyone planning a memorable event!

Very convenient for anyone transiting through Houston Hobby Airport. The hotel offers ample amount of free parking. The hotel itself is very clean and quite well maintained. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and professional. They also serve a good cook to order breakfast. There is also quite a good selection of food available to choose from. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The rooms have a microwave, fridge and a coffee maker. The beds are very comfortable. Overall good hotel to stay.

It was a nice property and staff was very helpful. It just didn't seem like the quality of a Hilton Garden Inn. The shower wasn't great. A little grimy in the corners of the plastic surround. I also hate a shower that you have to get fully in to access the controls. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We did not see any restaurants close enough to walk to. But very convenient to airport.

We arrived much earlier than check in time. The front desk rep Russel was more than kind and friendly about it. We were tired from getting off our cruise and his gentle demeanor and voice made all the difference. The lobby is large, bright and clean. Breakfast was being served, and the options were more than plenty. The rooms were spacious, and just as expected. Comfortable clean beds, a hot shower. We booked this hotel not knowing the car rental place was right next door! We were able to drop the car off the night before and just take the hotel shuttle the next morning. We did not have to deal with the hassle of dealing with car drop off and the kids and all the suitcase early in the morning. We will definitely be utilizing this hotel and the car rental right next door next time we are in the area

I was very happy with my stay at Hilton Garden inn. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the airport transportation and the driver was also willing to take us to the nearby barbecue restaurant (Pappas) one evening, (the restaurant at the hotel was limited for lunch and dinner menu) They did had a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning. It worked out so well for a reasonable place to stay before our cruise which left from Galveston. It was a 6 minute shuttle drive back to the airport on cruise day and then we took the Galveston Shuttle from the airport to the cruise port which took about 45 minutes. Galveston hotels were much more expensive, so this place worked out great!

Pool was clean and nicer than expected (the waterfall feature was fun!). The jacuzzi worked well and was nice on a cool evening.

I was warmly greeted by Joshua and Isiah when I checked in. My flight was early but I was still able to check in before 3pm. Joshua and Isiah were very friendly and inviting. The room was spacious and very cozy. The hotel was walking distance or a short Uber ride for the galleria and other local attractions.The breakfast was excellent and I loved that they stayed open til 11am because I'm a later riser. They have a hotel store which I found very nice they provided chips, beer, candy and even some hot foods. The workout center was great! they have a peloton! the pool was beautiful and clean it even had a waterfall and a jacuzzi. The staff were wonderful! 10/10 recommend.

Myself and wife stayed in this hotel recently for six nights. The hotel itself is in a good location and has all the facilities you require for a business or pleasure trip to Houston. Plenty of restaurants nearby, you could walk to the Galleria Mall. The staff in the hotel were exceptional, the room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, special thanks to Mr. Gael for providing excellent service at the breakfast restaurant (Garden Grille Restaurant & Bar). Would definitely stay here again.

My room was clean, inviting and cozy…ideal for just me. The breakfast is Impressive; everything is fresh, at least a dozen choices of hot and cold yummy food. The staff is helpful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend for a quiet stay away from home. Very close to The Galleria and a great selection of restaurants for a short ride.

I quite often visit this hotel during my business trips and I always happily come back. The room is extremely spacious, which is important to me as I'm a big guy. The facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym) allow me to relax. The restaurant offers a nice selection of good quality food. The smiling, positive staff always welcomes me back. When you see employees happy, you know that the employer takes care of them - which means you will be taken care of too. The truly Texan hospitality provided by Miss Denise, Mr Sal, Mr Mo, Mr Marcelo is one of the reasons I'm more than happy to recommend Marriott Westchase Houston hotel to my friends and colleagues. I'll definitely return during this year.

Located just SE of Beltway 8 off Westheimer Road, this is an excellent Marriott property. From pre-arrival communications by AGM Noreen to friendly check-in by Lauren at the front desk, I felt welcomed and recognized as a Bonvoy member. My 9th floor room was comfortable and spacious, with nice bedding and plenty of lighting. The fitness center provided for good workouts. There is also an indoor/outdoor pool. Juan in the Republic Grill restaurant provided great service during my two visits there, and the chef prepared delicious fare each time - a juicy Marriott burger and a triple decker club sandwich; don't miss the sweet potato fries! I had access to the M Club Lounge - for nice breakfasts, evening hors d'oeuvres & desserts, as well as fresh-made Starbuck's coffee anytime. In the evenings, both Rosa and Amber provided friendly greetings, service, and conversation. Very nice atrium and they have a conference center as well. I also liked the free parking.

I had a great stay at the Marriott Houston Westchase. The room was super clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the entire place felt well taken care of. The service stood out, everyone was friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Cammie at the front desk who made check-in a breeze. She was welcoming and made the whole process smooth. The food downstairs was surprisingly good too, and the lounge was a perfect spot to relax. Overall, it was a nice, clean experience with a great vibe. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The staff was amazingly wonderful. So Friendly and Helpful. My dining experience. at breakfast time was top tier. Our host "Jose" was attentive, friendly and professional. He made sure to check our table several times to see if anything else was needed to make out breakfast better!!

Hotel was very good, breakfast was delicious, spacious and clean room, good pool with jacuzzi. Great location. A few minutes walk from the hotel is the Houston Visitor center, where you can book a sightseeing tour of the city, as well as a tour to the NASA Johnson Space Center. Thank you very much, everything was better than we expected.

This was my first stay at an Embassy Suites and I was really happy in choosing this Hilton property. From the lobby to the rooms all of the facilities were clean and impressively well maintained. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and attentive. The breakfast buffet was 100/10. Delicious and hot food options with fresh ingredients. The evening happy hour social was a nice end to the day. The cocktails were great. The pool and hot tub was a nice way to relax and socialize. The pool area was clean as well. The laundry room was easy to use to go back home with a suitcase of clean clothes. Joel the Hilton Grand Vacations rep onsite was very knowledgeable and shared information with us regarding the perks of Hilton membership. Engaging with Joel made the trip very personalized. The onsite hotel restaurant the Hearsay the decor was simple and elegant with a menu that had something for everyone. The bread pudding was AMAZING!!!! I give that 1000/10. At the Hearsay Restaurant, Jonathan B our server made the meal even more enjoyable with great service and recommendations. Overall a great stay, I will return. I am sold on the Embassy Suites as a brand to look at for future stays.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The view was amazing. The hotel staff was engaging and friendly. The cleanliness was top notch. The breakfast was the icing on the cake. It was buffet style and had everything from made-to-order omelets to the standard eggs and breakfast meats. Plenty of side items, plus all the toppings for waffles and pancakes. Wide variety of juice, milks and coffee. 10/10 recommend. Free happy hour in the afternoon with drinks and snacks.

The location is great, right down the street from the House of Blues and other great venues and restaurants. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the staff were amazing. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices and was a wonderful plus. The cocktail hour was really great and the bartenders are really friendly.

Location was perfect, construction was annoying. Valet very attentive and efficient. Reception was very polite, helpful. Some noisy guests but security was visible every time we came and went. Room spacious, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast area was beautiful, natural light and well stocked. Very nice options.

The La Maison was a very nice bed & breakfast! Very quiet nice looking French Style decor, with common living area and kitchen for the provided breakfast on 1st floor, then two additional floors with about 5 private bedrooms on each floor. Our room had a comfy king bed with desk/chair, addt. chair, TV, closet and nice size bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub with shower. Iron/board, hair dryer, and robes were furnished. Location in Midtown of Houston, great place to stay for all downtown events, a short 8-10 ride to downtown, we UBERed... Very welcoming cook the next morning for breakfast, came down earlier in the morning for coffee (Keurig, coffee, creamer) then told the cook when we would be down for breakfast. He was ready when we arrived. The cook served us eggs, bacon and waffle, coffee, orange juice and cranberry juice. Again, breakfast is included, gave the cook a nice tip! My wife and I were very pleased for find this gem!

This intimate bed and breakfast was the perfect choice for us as we faced a grueling day in the nearby federal building passport office. Our room was quiet and luxurious with upscale bath amenities and extra touches. On the second floor we found a 16-seat conference room with a coffee station and wet bar, ready for small meetings during a business retreat. We were served a hot breakfast: sausagey baked egg dish, fresh and ripe melon with toast, coffee and two juices served at our table by our perfect hostesses. We will stay here again and again when we visit Houston.

La Maison was such a lovely place to stay during our first time visiting Houston. Our room and all its amenities were great, really comfortable, and it was very quiet at night. Its location in midtown was great, as it’s a little further away from the city centre (which was very corporate and not very interesting). The owners of the b&b were very polite and kind. The breakfasts were amazing - The dish being served for breakfast changes daily, and is fresh cooked in-house. We had some really great food during our stay (blueberry pancakes, quiche, waffles). The B&B isn’t situated too far away from the metro which was quite convenient for us as we were visiting without a car. There were also some nice bars and restaurants located within walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Houston.

We had a fabulous one night stay here for a mini getaway! From start to finish everything was amazing. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and had all the necessities & toiletries (bonus points for a cute balcony right off the room)! We had a warm welcome when we arrived and the next morning we were served up a delicious breakfast by their chef! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this cute B&B that’s in the heart of Houston (midtown- such a convenient location) if you’re planning on staying in Houston but want more of a relaxing stay! Perfect for couples or even a solo traveler! Thanks again!

The nicest owners. Very helpful and thoughtful. They have cameras on property so they knew when we arrived and held doors opened for us. Beautifully decorated, loved the Library! Wine every night from 5:30-6:30 pm. A very, very quiet property that is close to Spec’s, St.Joseph hospital, restaurants and bars. A hidden gem! Excellent personal chef made breakfast. Huge selection of coffee, hot tea, delicious honey for the tea. The bacon was perfectly crisp, French toast with fresh blueberries and eggs were superb! Julia is also a trained vegan chef. She loved her job and it shows.

I wanna thank all morning staff for doing a great job, breakfast was good, our stay was truly enjoyable. The service was attentive and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and offered everything we needed for a relaxing stay, than you so much Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Another great stay at this Crowne Plaza in Houston. The updates and changes they have made since last year are amazing. The rooms and lobby are gorgeous. It is great to come back to a hotel year after year and see some of the same smiling faces. The restaurant and bar team, are so welcoming, Selmi & Javier were great at getting our drink orders and the other restaurant staff such as Humberto, Christiana and Andres were kind and always ready to wait on us. Thanks to Chef Damien and his entire crew they are wonderful to work with our group and the food was delicious. Wish we could list the whole staff as everybody were all a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Ms. Maria who always has a smile on her face while cleaning. And a big, big thank you to Edelma, Varuska and their entire team we know we kept them busy. Thanks to Cherish, the sales team is great at making sure our event goes off without a hitch. We can't wait to come back next year and see everyone again and the finishing touches on the ballrooms .

We had an overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza. We arrived later in the afternoon and were welcomed with a nice lobby area. The room we were assigned was on the top floor, which was a quiet location, comfortable and clean. The staff were also attentive and generous to making sure we were cared for. The food service for the breakfast buffet was plentiful and many choices.

Celumy is amazing!! The best service . I had the best old fashion! The food was excellent too! She was very attentive. What a great hotel and restaurant. Great service and the food was delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Love that the gym is open 24 hours

Very quiet considering the location. Conveniently located beside a major highway. Pool on the quiet side of the property. The staff were all friendly and helpful except for one front desk man, who was rather rude and short with me when I asked where the gym was. I was also a little disappointed there was no fresh fruit for breakfast, but I attribute that to inflation. All in all exactly what you would want and expect at a La Quinta.

We stayed 4 days for a family weekend wedding event. The staff was wonderful and on top of the busy weekend they had. Shay was wonderful keeping an eye on our dog that we had to leave at there hotel while attending wedding events. The room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly and great. An electrical storm hit on Saturday night and took out the cable, elevator and other random things like our AC but everything was going by Monday morning. We were gone mostly with the events so it really didn't effect us much. The hotel is only 2 stories and we take the stairs mostly anyway. A fabulous stay with a great breakfast as well. We'll done La Quinta!!!

Great hotel, clean beautiful rooms, free safe parking, very nice and helpful staff. Dry nice breakfast, gym, place to BBQ and many other amenities. Location is great close to Hwy. I loved the design of the hotel and the lobby great atmosphere and a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

I love this boutique hotel. It’s in a great part of Houston - I believe is called the Montrose district in the 4th Ward. It’s about 30 mins from IAH and 5 mins from an Enterprise. From the hotel, you can easily walk to restaurants (I especially loved Guard and Grace). I was able to drive to Pilates (using my ClassPass), a Sephora, and a mall really quickly. The shower was luscious and hot. The room was spacious, clean, and gave a curated vibe. The windows were wall to wall and ceiling to floor which was nice. The bed was comfortable. Everything about the hotel felt unintrusive and the artwork and art installations are chef’s kiss. Kayla, Hanifs, and Marisol from the front desk were really helpful. Every morning I went to the little coffee shop and a guy with loads of personality prepped a great decaf latte for me. I wish I remembered his name - I just remember he’s Venezuelan and had great hair. One of the best features is their valet team. They were efficient, kind, and very helpful. I spent a lot of time driving in and out with lots of bags and luggage. They were always there with a helping hand. I especially remember Justin, Solomon, Khalil, and Mebratu. I thought the rate of $62 a night plus tax was outrageous but, there really aren’t better options in the area. This hotel is perfect for short or long stays. I would definitely return!

I had an incredible stay at the C. Baldwin, Curio Collection by Hilton in downtown Houston. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth — valet service was quick, and check-in was effortless. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. The gym was one of the best I’ve seen at a hotel — spacious, modern, and spotless — perfect for keeping my routine while traveling. The Good2Go market was convenient for grabbing quality food and coffee before heading out. I also appreciated how close the property is to The Allen Parkway, Discovery Green, and great local restaurants — ideal for business or leisure. A big thank-you to the entire C. Baldwin team for their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The combination of style, comfort, and genuine hospitality makes this one of the best stays I’ve had in Houston. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip.

The property is beautiful and guest services / staff were amazing. I spoke to everyone from the front desk to the valet casually and often. I enjoyed lounging in the lobby area and the bar. The pizza was good but it was rather large for one person so I recommend people plan to share. The coffee shop is a must!!! I started my days with an iced caramel macchiato. Again the service is 10 out 10. I didn’t use the complimentary car service but they did offer it. They drop you off anywhere within a 2 mile radius. They offer valet parking but I found it pricey but it’s convenient for those who rented a car or drove in. You also have the option to park in the public parking space across the street. The rooms are huge! So spacious. Clean. Modern. My only issue was that they do not have a vending machine or store on the property. So for those who may have flown in late, please know the restaurant will most likely be closed and you would need to find a nearby store to grab a snack or other items. You can also order from uber which is what I did.

Our room was absolutely spotless and the view of downtown was breathtaking! The hotel food at the Rosalee restaurant was so delicious and the staff excellent. The breakfast at the hotel was scrumptious and our server so great! We sat at the bar for that. The hotel lobby staff was friendly as well. The valet parking guys were so speedy and efficient. One tall young man especially was always so cheerful and willing to help! We loved this hotel!

The hotel was very nice aesthetically--modern finishes, beautiful bar area. The bed was quite comfortable, being the firmest of the three hotels during this trip. Loved that there was an ice machine on every floor. The room was spacious, and though we didn't have a downtown view, I'd argue the view from our room facing away from downtown was much better. The location was excellent--relatively quiet corner of the city with access to the park and attractions downtown. The hotel was also essentially on top of the Tunnels which came in handy on a particularly hot day. There were also ample cheaper parking facilities nearby (much cheaper than the valet offered by the hotel) if you're willing to lug your bags one or two blocks.

Good location. The reception desk staff obliged by allocating a bathroom with separate shower cubicle as I reported that I couldn’t climb over a bath for shower. The beverage bar at reception with disposable travel mugs with lids was a great help to have coffee or tea on the go.. breakfast basic but adequate. Bed comfortable, pillows soft , good. Clean . Plenty of clean towels. Altogether got value for money,

Very clean and quiet except for the idiot above us who stomped around (not the hotels fault!) Great free breakfast, very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Walkable to many places. Very happy with our stay.

The property was very clean and well maintained from what we could see. The staff were very helpful, and although it was after 11pm when we were checking in, they still had smiles on their faces and just a good attitude. The room was really nice, super clean, smelled good, and it had literally everything you needed to cook a small meal....pots/pans, utensils, plates, etc. The fridge was a good size, a nice microwave, and a two burner glass stove top. The bed was super comfortable, the linens were clean, and the standard white, including the towels, AC worked perfectly, and there was even a small couch to watch TV. There is also a table to eat at. They provide a laundry basket if you need to wash, a ironing board and iron as well as a hair dryer. I will definitely rent a room here again when in town on business. And it was affordable.

The staff was very friendly as well as very helpful. They allow me to check in early even though it was a busy weekend. The breakfast was very good hot and cold breakfast buffet. The pool was great the facility stay clean at all times. This was a great experience at the hotel.
