All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great with a balcony over looking the sea. We loved the jacuzzi bath! Great that the room for 4 had 2 showers. Very clean with a nice and relaxed pool area.

Our suite with front sea view and jacuzzi tub is priceless! I definitely recommend getting this type of room. It has a fully functioning kitchen with a full size fridge. My partner and I are both chefs but we are on holidays so we didn't cook. But it's important for us to have a kitchen at our disposal - to be able to mix drinks, make a quick salad or snacks, make coffee, cut fruits etc.

The suites here in Sol Bahia are perfect for 2-4 people per suite, it is so clean, the reception and bar at so polite, the facilities are perfect, relaxing,, amazing view from the pool and a beautiful sunset on the doorstep, maximum 5 min walk from Mambos, greats shops along sea front and restaurants, fully equipped kitchen in the suites and you have a long balcony spacious, the food from the restaurant is lovely and good priced, the beds are so comfortable, Fantastic stay thank you so much and thank you to Mario from reception and Maria from bar and kitchen are so polite and have great customer service

I stayed in 2014 and the hotel has been refurbed since and wow, what a transformation! The whole experience was brilliant, the staff are super friendly, the hotel is clean and modern. Nice and peaceful, despite being so close to the sunset strip. The newly refurbed rooms are brilliant; really well laid out. We had a lovely side sea view which also overlook trees, listening to the crickets chirping. It was very relaxing! The room layout was great, with a fully fitted kitchen, big sofa/sofa bed, good sized balcony and bathroom and lovely bedroom with a lighthouse mural on the wall. It was really well thought out, really clean and modern and super quiet. Loved it! Highly recommend the food and drinks too - excellent quality but not expensive and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Coming many years two three times to Ibiza mostly in bigger Hotels , this was an absolutely positive surprise . At beginning sceptical to that Hotel , it turned out to be a great choice. Location of Hotel perfect , peaceful , quiet and yet everything nearby good reachable. The apartement was big with a sleeping room , one could sleep in the living room on the sofa , fully opereating stocked Kichenette , big bathroom and terrace reachable from both rooms. Not only the Apartement was kept very clean but the entire Hotel is very , very clean and well managed. You will find a Restaurant where you can have excellent Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. But the most highlight was the entire Staff , very seldom saw such a friendly , allways smiling ,accomodating staff throughout the entire Hotel regardless which Departement. Vincenzo, Maria, Ashraf , Mario just to mention a few of them it was truly a pleasure to get this friendliness and professionalism. Definetely will be back in this Hotel for my next visit to Ibiza .Well done

The place was very nice, the room we had was wonderfull, it was with high floor jacuzzi. The food was great and allso the drinks. The 8'th floor view was amazing. You need to go there to listen to music and watch the sunset. We did not wait much for the drinks like others said. The service was good, not perfect. The guy from the buttler team was very kind and he helped us when we needed.

Amazing hotel! The all inclusive component did not disappoint. Absolutely amazing buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The other restaurants were also amazing but you had to make a reservation prior. Beautiful pools, delicious cocktails, amazing view from our ocean view room. Could not fault this hotel and will definitely be back one day and will be recommending to all of our friends and family. Great value for money.

Stunning setting, especially the views from the gravity bar. All the bars were nice and stocked with whatever drink you’d need. Food at the restaurants we tried was really good (breakfast, lunch buffet, Helios for dinner, pool snacks etc). Staff generally super friendly and try to be helpful. Nice pools, not too busy (May) but with atmosphere. Signature level was decent, especially for the dine all around (Ibiza restaurants included within the all-inclusive), but no obvious other ‘must have’ benefits (nice terrace tables reserved at breakfast but still a bit of a queue, some poolside Bali beds but not enough shade on them; clubs included are on the less popular nights/venues).

We stayed at TRS Ibiza for a few days and honestly didn’t want to leave. We booked the Signature Level package and it was absolutely worth it – everything felt a bit more special, from the priority check-in to access to exclusive areas and the extra little touches throughout the stay. The hotel itself is stunning – super clean, modern, and really well thought out. The adults-only vibe made it feel calm and peaceful, even when it was busy. The pool areas were lovely (never a fight for a sunbed), and the views, especially from the rooftop, were incredible – sunset up there is a must. Food-wise, we were really impressed. The à la carte restaurants were all great, and even the buffet was a pleasant surprise – loads of variety and everything tasted fresh. Service throughout was friendly and genuinely helpful – you could tell the staff actually cared. The location worked well for us – quiet enough to relax but still easy to get around and explore a bit. Overall, it felt like a proper treat of a trip. If you’re considering the Signature Level, we’d definitely recommend it – it made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

We LOVED the Hotel Torre del Mar. It's probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff without exception were polite and friendly, going out of their way to help. The decor at the hotel is very impressive and it is immaculately clean. The location on the sea front is fantastic - a bit of a walk to Ibiza town but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, we ate in the Figueretas beach area a few times and had great food. We stayed in a junior suite which had a balcony with panoramic views, comfy beds and a great shower and complimentary drinks were delivered daily which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection and all beautifully presented. The swimming pool area is stunning. I could find no fault with the hotel and didn't want to leave. I very much hope to return and would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect location for the bars, restaurants and beaches. 15 minute drive from the airport. The hotel was spotless and the food at the pool bar was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Would recommend the sea view rooms, woke up to the beautiful view everyday.

Amazing hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean, amazing pool area and entertainment was great.. last day we had a saxophonist .. he was amazing.Breakfast and dinner was outstanding. What a stay! We did our mini-moon at the Barcelo and enjoyed our stay very much! While booking we upgraded for the room with hot tub on the balcony and we were not disappointed by that choice. Wonderful sunset from our room. The food at the bar by the pool is EXCELLENT, it's a legit restaurant. All the staff is super friendly and very well trained. Cocktails are delicious, breakfast and dinner are buffet style with plenty of options. We took advantage of the wellness center on site and it was great as well. Overall, it was amazing, recommend 10/10. Special shoutout to Javi & Jose at the Bar, and Michael in the lobby who were extra friendly and so good at what they're doing. We'll be back!

The hotel was great and all of the people I met who worked there were very nice, friendly and helpful (at the front desk, pool, bar and restaurant). I was on crutches (and there are a lot of stairs but there are also lifts so it was no problem for me) and I was offered a lot of help to carry things etc. For food I thought the breakfast was very good and had gluten free options. Dinner was also good but not as good as breakfast and was a bit lacking for gluten free options on some evenings (although the food was well labelled for allergens). I found the room I was in (B203 - with sea view) very comfortable so I will be coming back (hopefully without the crutches!). Gracias and hasta pronto!

Very warm welcome with attentive staff that went above and beyond for us. Hotel was clean and well laid out with a large spacious room with great facilities- very comfortable bed, coffee machine, both indoor and outdoor showers. Lovely view from the room and a fantastic breakfast buffet with plenty of choice.

Incredible experience at Nobu. We were upgraded to the rooftop jacuzzi room, so special! Spectacular room, views, food and location. Close to old town while also feeling like it's own oasis. Clean and tidy property. 10/10 would stay here again.

Beautiful experience, Nobu is a stunning hotel with the most amazing staff, Nobu restaurant is truly amazing with a fine detail we had the tasting menu which I am still dreaming about, breakfast is also amazing a big shout out to Randy one of the nicest persons you could meet, the only downside we had was the location of the room with a view of the back side entrance, it would have been nice to have had a sea view with balcony as there was a lot empty but apart from that we cannot fault it.

We stayed at the Nobu for 4 nights. We got an upgrade (technically the amount paid was high and would have normally meant getting a great room to start with). The hotel staff at reception and at the concierge desk where really helpful and nice albeit quite commercial. The Chambao on the other end is disastrous. Greasy food, no salads whatsoever, the tuna steak we took was an overpriced darn, fatty and unedible. The service there at breakfast is lame, coffees as cold as the food. The only highlight is the lovely Argentinian girl in charge of placing customers. Again, just as for lunch, breakfast doesn't feel refreshing, no salad buffet or even on the menu. Do not dare asking for a tomato/cucumber/lettuce salad, it seems it is completely impossible. There is a fruit & yogurt attended bar and good breads and pastries. Be aware that the minibar prices are an absolute rip off. You also need to book the restaurant Nobu well in advance as it is famous and excellent. You get the table for two hours only although service is a bit slow, which caused an issue resolved by the hotel in our case but still a bit annoying. The rooms are good, not overly big even for junior suites, and not well soundproofed. Also they tend to do your room only late afternoon even when you left the sign at 9am. There is a turndown service. The hotel is separated from the beach by a path used by many people who watch you as they go by. Swimming in the sea is uneasy due to an enormous amount of seaweeds

This was the end of hands down the best vacation that I’ve ever had. This life changing trip culminated with a 2 night stay at the best hotel room and resort I have ever stayed at. The studio room with balcony and jacuzzi view of ocean was absolutely magical. Most importantly, the hotel staff did an excellent job of helping me coordinate a stay at similar room for someone who is very important to me. This help to provide gift for my friend, is SO very important to me, and I am forever grateful for this! MUCH LOVE! 🙏❤️🙏

I recently upgraded from a Deluxe Room to the Studio Gold Room during my stay, and I must say it was well worth it. The upgrade brought a noticeable difference in comfort and space. The Studio Gold Room had a modern touch, more amenities, and a very cozy ambiance that made my stay feel more luxurious and personalized. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains a very high standard of cleanliness. Both the room and common areas were spotless, and housekeeping was consistent and attentive throughout my stay. Food: The food at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety available for breakfast and dinner. The ingredients felt fresh, and the presentation was also on point. Room service was prompt, and the staff made sure everything was to my liking. Overall: The upgrade to the Studio Gold Room definitely enhanced my stay. If you’re considering it, I highly recommend the investment for a more premium and relaxing experience. The hotel’s commitment to cleanliness, service, and quality food makes it a great choice overall.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and the overall vibe of the hotel with the rock theme and the DJ in the pool area. The breakfast was well worth the additional fee; it exceeded all other breakfasts we have had on other trips to Ibiza. Room was very quiet and the bed/pillows were so comfortable it was very hard to get up in the morning! We had tickets to an event at Ushuaia and the location was therefore perfect for us. We also enjoyed the convenient access to the beach and loungers. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved my room facing the sea with a tub and shower facing it as well. The hotel has a very fun vibe and the location is great. I especially liked the rooftop bar. I prefer this hotel over Ushuaia as it’s more quiet and peaceful yet just one block over for fun parties.

Great hotel. Have stayed before before and would recommend it. We added Breakfast; lots of choice, even the fussiest eaters would find something to eat. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size, spotless. King size beds really comfy with the best pillows! Recommend a sea view.

My husband and I have just returned from a week at Aquas De Ibiza with our 6 month old baby and we had a great experience. I had read some bad reviews before travelling but this was not our experience. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly reception staff and offered a glass of cava, we were checked in but our room was not quite ready (understandable) and so we made use of the pool bar/restaurant which was lovely. Our room was huge, very clean and had a fab view of the marina. There was daily complimentary water in the room and the maids were very efficient. Breakfast is excellent, so much variety to choose from and all so fresh. There is the buffet as well as the A La Carte menu to choose from. We ate in the pool bar a few times and the food was also amazing in there. The only thing i would say is that drinks are quite expensive. We also ate at the Peruvian rooftop restaurant one evening which was also delicious and has fantastic views of the marina. The marina is only a short walk from the hotel where there are numerous restaurants, all of which are delicious. Santa Eulalia itself is very quiet, clean and great for families or anyone wanting a chilled break. All in all we loved our week at Aguas De Ibiza. All the staff from receptionists, bar staff, waiters and cleaners were all so helpful and polite. We would definitely return 😀

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service provided by all the staff. The reception team was welcoming, the valet parking was seamless, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations and bookings. Every interaction made us feel like valued guests. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar, where we spent many evenings enjoying the stunning views and delicious cocktails. It was the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the island. The ambiance was simply unbeatable. The hotel's location is also excellent, especially if you have a rental car. It offers a peaceful retreat while being conveniently close to many charming restaurants, all within a 15-minute drive. This made it easy for us to enjoy both the tranquility of the hotel and the vibrant dining scene nearby. Aguas de Ibiza also boasts top-notch facilities that added to our experience. The gym is well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with our fitness routine during the stay. However, the real gem is the spa. The serene atmosphere, combined with a range of treatments, left us feeling completely rejuvenated. Whether it was the soothing massages or the relaxing sauna, every moment spent in the spa was pure bliss.

Good buffet style breakfast with a choice of everything you would expect, and items cooked to order if required. A little hectic at times. Tables outside were plagued by seagulls swooping in if tables werent cleared quickly . Staff did the best they could to prevent this happening. Spacious room with good sized shower bath and balcony and comfortable beds. Cleaned every day by friendly staff. Really Really excellent spa and gym. Excellent bar and restaurant facility near pool, with excellent service for drinks and food delivered to sunbed.

This is a lovely hotel. It looks wonderful and has great outdoor space. The beds are numerous and the pools well maintained. The rooftop bars have wonderful views The rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. A bit pricey for drinks but that's to be expected There's just a strange vibe about the staff at breakfast. It's not a Welcoming environment and the staff aren't as helpful as they should be. But overall I had a really nice time here

This is such a wonderful hotel, what an amazing find! Very accommodating front of house staff, and super welcoming for families, however my only flaw was that some bar/restaurant staff aren’t that friendly or helpful, and you don’t want a room facing a the building site opposite currently!! Spa is amazing, and the kids hour is such a bonus. The kids club itself is fantastic too! Would recommend the rooftop restaurant as the food was amazing.

Lovely location overlooking the sea. Bedroom has a wonderful balcony fitted with a cabana and jacuzzi bath. Snack bar options and breakfast were fantastic quality! Spacious rooms

3 night stay pre-season. Lovely newly renovated room with a stunning terrace (only a few rooms seem to have these) looking over the cove. Great pool, splash park and indoor pool with sauna and jacuzzi (fairly cold). Bland and inconsistent breakfast. Didn't see or hear any evening entertainment but kids activities were on in the day.

The views are great: you can see the pool and the sea from many areas of the property. It’s located right by the sea, although there isn’t a nice beach directly accessible. If you book one of the higher-end rooms, you’re rewarded with a massive balcony complete with a private jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing in style. The food selection is varied and inclusive, offering meat, fish, and vegetarian options at every meal. Breakfast (included for all guests) is especially popular and often busy, while lunch tends to be quieter since many guests don’t opt for the all-inclusive package. They have nice evening shows for kids and the other guests.

Enjoyed the hotel, it was about a 10 ins walk to the marina. The reception staff were a pleasure to deal wtih and offered us a fabulous upgrade on arrival for a decent enough price so had a great room with jacuzzi and huge veranda in a great spot. The fridge didnt keep anything cold and when this was looked at by maintenance the answer was it was poor design and leave the cabinet door open and the fridge pulled out..this made no difference. It was extremley frustrating that towels were put out from 7am so you had no choice but to set your alarm to get up extremely early if you wanted a sunbed. Often many sunbeds reamined wth towels but unoccupied for long periods of time, blocking beds. Very poor choice of bar snack menu for all inclusive and nothing healthy! Entertainment at night for children above aged 6 was poor, adult entertainment average.

A good hotel for families with everything on site should you not want to venture out. The swimming pools are great, the kids club well run and the playground on site. The apartments are good , spacious, clean and with plenty of storage. The kitchenette area is slightly cramped but adequately equipped. The mercadona supermarket is 2mins walk just beyond the grocers store....just like an asda or tesco where you get all provisions and fresh food too, so you can easily buy fruit veg bread fresh on the day rather than have to stock up. The walk into town is about 10mins and scenic if you go past the marina...there's a wonderful kids playground there. The beach is awesome, really clean which our 3 yo loved....nicer than the one in ibiza town which is busier and less clean. The riverside walk is well worth it for the waterfall and natural reserve. The walk up to the monestry gives stunning views.

Had a wonderful 10 days here. Lovely apartment (607) very spacious and clean. Walking distance to a lovely beach with a most needed sea breeze. The hotel gives you vouchers to use at the beach bar for drinks through the day and you get free kayak hire if you book via reception. we found all the staff really friendly and helpful, particularly Alessandro and Hanna. They work very very hard, so a smile and a bit of Spainish is appreciated by them. Cleaning staff are brilliant. I slept like a log in my comfy apartment which was up the back. We took local buses to Ibiza Town and Es Canar and taxis to Benirras beach. Like some say not much going on in the evening in resort but we were happy on the beach most evenings. This resort is not for those with mobility issues.

Apartment was very spacious with a double balcony , bedroom, kitchen/ living area and beautiful views of the sea and surrounding area which was very pretty . It had two swimming pools , well tended gardens and the food in the buffet restaurant was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly .The resort of Puerto San Miguel is very pretty with a family friendly beach and walks through pine forests.

The apartment was very tidy and newly renovated (we rented the newer ones, instead of the older ones with sea view). It had a central AC system, so both the main room and living room were very cool (instead of just having one AC unit). The AC broke at one time, but they came right away to fix it (it was a broken fuse). The pool was great, with music and animation for the kids (ping-pong, drawing, darts, etc), very entertaining. Plus a family activity every night. The food was amazing! Both breakfast and dinner. Every night dinner was a bit different, so something new to taste. It also included water (and flavored water), which wasn't the case in other half-board hotels we've been to. The staff was very nice and professional, always willing to help. Overall, a great hotel!

Recently returned from a week's holiday here. On arrival our one bedroom apartment was upgraded to a sea view room. We had a brilliant view of the bay and the surrounding pine trees from our balcony. This was our first trip to Ibiza and we enjoyed a few trips out, our favourite being a Jet2 organised day out on a catamaran. Despite the many steps to our apartment we really enjoyed our stay and thought the food was good and was pleased with what was included in our all inclusive package. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed swimming in the upper pool which was close to our apartment as was the pool bar. All in all a very good holiday.

The comfort two - bedroom apartment was just perfect for the party of four people. It is modern, spacious, with a big terrace, has also two extra sofas at the living room, which were very useful. Room is the same as on the picture. Convenient room lication- close to the parking, reception, restaurant for breakfast and swimming pool.

The jacuzzi was broken. The whole time. They ignored us basically. On the last day they refunded us the difference of the room for having a jacuzzi outside. But I would rather it have worked. Nice people overall. Food was good

Just got back from an amazing stay at the Grand Palladium ibiza and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! We booked a junior suite with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect touch. The room was spotless and super comfortable. The staff were SO friendly and helpful, especially Christina at reception who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was another standout – really fresh with tons of variety at every meal. Plus, the location couldn’t be better. Close to everything but still felt peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone heading to ibiza – I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing... Amazing....Amazing....we stayed in Junior suite for 5 nights in Apr 22... Checkin was smooth, no issues, reception explained services well..... The room was very clean... Junior suite had two rooms with Two tvs and surprisingly Two bathrooms (one had a jet bath)..Mini bar with free water, aerated drinks and beers... The house keeping was simply amazing with the room been cleaned promptly when we left for breakfast each day.....(never seen housekeeping so keen to offer turndown services Breakfast was simply outstanding every single day with live omelettes counter the feature, amazing fruits, desserts and cheese spread. We mostly had lunch buffet at Portofino, which has amazing views of the bay and good vibes.... Food highlight were the ala carte restaurants, La Donna, La Pallazo and Portofino, (you have to queue at Guest services at 07:45 to book) All drinks served, including cocktails, were of good quality....we could got to Four bar locations over the two properties (including two poolside) The Animacion team are simply outstanding , they tried to coerce everyone in various activities near poolside, including darts, ping pong and fitness sessions.... Last but not the least, the amazing hardwork put by the staff to keep the outside spaces super clean.... Overall true 5 star services.... Will definitely plan for next year....keep up the good work 👍👍👍

The resort is absolutely gorgeous palm trees, stunning beaches, and perfectly manicured gardens. From the moment we arrived, we could tell we were in for a treat. On our first night, there was a bit of a mix-up with our room. We were given the wrong one, but the staff quickly made it right by upgrading us to a room with a hot tub! Not only that, but they also made us VIP guests as a gesture of goodwill, which was a nice touch. I have to say, they really went out of their way to make sure we were happy, and it made the whole experience that much better. What we loved: The Food: The food was simply amazing. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or dinner at one of the à la carte restaurants, everything was delicious. We couldn’t get enough of the fresh seafood by the beach! The Room: Our room was spacious, comfortable, and having that hot tub was the cherry on top. Plus, the view from our balcony was stunning The Staff: The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile, whether it was fixing a minor issue or just offering a smile and a greeting. We will definitely be coming back again.

Everything! The relaxed can do attitude of the staff cannot be underestimated and (in our view) is exceptional. The staff meet your eye and want to help with whatever you need. They all work so hard to ensure your stay is memorable…..and that you’ll want to come back! They also look fab in their white clothing! The setting, views, bright airy atmosphere, bars, roof top for sunbathing and dining. All make this the perfect place for rest and relaxation. You can be as elegant or casual as you like. Enjoy the music and chill. Get the shuttle bus to Santa Eulalia town in the evening or wander down to the next little cove/ beach for dinner next to the moonlit sea only metres from you.

modern, nice layout, good pools including rooftop pool bar, two beach options. some external unconnected beach restaurants nearby made exceptional daytime seafood meals. the staff were without exception, outstanding, warm, friendly and professional. each staff member seemed to own any issue and quickly resolve. they were also very gracious with us on an extended checkout.

Breakfast was really good. So much choice, fresh and delicious. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The consierge/valet parking team were next level helpful. They asked politely each day our plans and then added heaps of helpful tips and advice of how to get there, where to park, where to eat, what time was the best time to visit the attractions and if there was anywhere else they suggested.

My wife and I came here on our honeymooon and stayed in the Beyond Me with Sea View suite. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. We were greeted with smiling faces and champagne, as well as a private, early check in which was hugely appreciated as my wife is pregnant. Every single staff member seemed to know who we were and offered their congratulations, which was a very nice touch. The suite and its views were immaculate. Even on the days when the weather was less great the room was so comfortable to lounge around in. The spa was as increcible as always and every meal was aboslutely fantastic. On the days the sun was out the view from our private terrace was divine. If you get the opportunity to stay here take it, it's a wonderful place. Ibiza can get a bit of a bad rep these days, but having been coming to the island regularly since 2011 I honestly wouldn't say anywhere else. It's heaven on earth.

This hotel has exceeded our expectations on all fronts, and has easily been our best holiday together. We paid extra for the signature level all inclusive package, which provided access to further drinks and selected areas within the hotel. This allowed us to integrate with other guests and maximise the experiences of the hotel. The signature level also provided access to either a restaurant or club night per day, which we fully maximised. All three restaurants, including the gourmet truck (eight course tasting menu) and the buffet were of excellent quality compared to other all inclusive experiences. The highlight for us was Helios, where the food was delicious and well portioned, to the standard of our local restaurants in Edinburgh. The staff were amazing, especially Jennifer and Paula from the butler team who were on hand 24/7 through WhatsApp. They managed all of our bookings, and any additional requests almost instantaneously. Plus they were always full of positive energy, and it was a pleasure to be greeted by them each morning. The pools were great and drink selection was above any previous all inclusive we’ve attended. The waited drinks service was slightly slower, but we just popped up to the pool bar and it would arrive within 5 mins - not a deal breaker or issue for us. The pool team, specifically Santo and Alfonzo were also very attentive, professional and helpful. The hotel was a 10/10 experience and we look forward to our return! xB.

We had a fantastic stay at TRS Ibiza signature level. The staff were great, especially our butlers Paula and Jennifer. The food was amazing. The hotel grounds and the pools were superb. The only negative is that there's nowhere to get a snack after 10:30pm. There is 24 hour room service but this is at a cost.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and really enjoyed being signature level and having a separate pool to ourselves. I think the service by the pool could be improved

This was an idyllic, peaceful location surrounded by beautiful pine trees. It felt a world away from the craziness of San Antonio but in reality it was only a short car journey from most places of interest on the island. The pool complete with day beds, hotel room and food were top quality. Dinner was a little on the pricey-side. We had two courses with wine and water and it came to 90 euros for two people. This is comparable with other restaurants on the island though. The food itself was tasty and rustic and the hotel were able to accommodate a gluten-free diet. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They booked restaurants for us and arranged a hire car. Our room was perfect with a great view.

There is one word to describe our stay at Can Lluc...magical! From the moment we entered the property, we were welcomed with open arms by the amazing staff. We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a spectacular view. And the room...so charming! We ate most of our meals during our week long stay at the exceptional on site restaurant (almost all of the food is locally sourced and some ingredients are grown right on site). The pool area is so peaceful and serene and you are surrounded by sights and sounds of the property’s enchanting nature. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond their call of duty to make our stay that much more special. The owner, Lucas has created a truly wonderful retreat on the land that once was his family’s farm. Thank you Can Lluc for your hospitality and graciousness. We will be back!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel located in the middle of the island. The hotel grounds are lovely. There are several different types of rooms. Ours was a bit on the small side, but it had a modern bathroom and large roof top terrace. It is helpful if you know some Spanish to communicate more easily with the helpful staff. The food was delicious.

Amazing hotel! Lots of greenery and very calm. The relaxing music by the swimming pool is a great idea and different from moved beach clubs. Good breakfast

Such a gorgeous and tranquil place. I was concerned about Taxi's and access to clubs/restaurants, but they came within 15 mins, and Can Lluc is handily located for all areas of the Island. The staff were lovely, personal and efficient. I felt they really cared about your stay and comfort. The best thing about it was the relaxed attitude to breakfast times, and checking out times etc, which made it all the more a perfect stay.

We had a great time there. Staff are very professional and friendly. Room was very clean and comfy. We had a city view but was quiet room. The hotel design is making the possibility of having a sea view room much difficult. Breakfast was amazing. Gym is very good. Pool area is nice too despite that the sun doesn't last all day because of the hotel design, but you have the roof top pool which is adult only anf access to sandy beach. The food is great and have good verities but its a bit expensive! But I think this a common thing in Ibiza.

Overall excellent experience here - friendly, helpful and attentive staff in the lobby and entrance, pool area and restaurant area. Great morning breakfast buffet and something for everyone on the pool menu. Parking attendants were always able to get us a cab quickly, which was super helpful. The hotel is right beside the beach and lots of dining/shopping options; many other notable restaurants and towns are a 20ish minute drive away.

We had a great time at the W hotel in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach with nice views of the sea. You are only a short walk to old town, to lots of restaurants, stores and the marina. The staff is amazing! From the spa, to the front desk, restaurant, rooftop, pool… they are all professional, kind and ready to help you with anything you need. We ate a couple of times at their pizza restaurant; the food was absolutely delicious, that’s why we kept going back! Thank you to the W team for a great vacation!

Had a great stay and hope to return soon. The hotel location is perfect with beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel has a comfortable vibe with nice lounge areas. I only used the main pool because the roof top was closed. Staff was wonderful and the room is efficient & comfortable/ except the shower / bathroom could use a shelf… but everything is there to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Really nice hotel and rooms, food and cocktail options were great. Staff were lovely and it’s in a really nice part of Ibiza. Theres a little taxi rank right outside the hotel too. I arrived early and they had upgraded our room to a sea view and ready before normal check in time which was a bonus. The room was really nice (although I’d hardly call it a sea view), the balcony did smell of stale cigarettes so I didn’t spend much time out there. There was also a €200 daily charge on the room which I’ve never experienced before so it would have been €800 for the four nights we were there. A bit excessive in my opinion. I was also really disappointed that there were no beach beds by the beach when there’s an image showing some. Loved the loungers in the pool.

pros- clean/modern, great pool. room spacious. bed is comfortable. cons- they charged $18 euro to use the jacuzzi each time- which is ridiculous. free if you booked the room through their website. they shut it down from 2-5 PM for kids.

This hotel is beautiful. As the taxi drew up we couldn’t believe our luck!! The view from the bedroom is magnificent. The place is spotless. We didn’t eat there but the bar was good. Loved the jacuzzi

Absolutely Loved Our Stay! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking, waking up to that scenery every morning was a dream! The hotel itself is stunning, beautifully designed, and well kept. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for a mid-day dip. The spa was also a great touch, spa pool had jets and was well-maintained. There were plenty of loungers scattered around the property too, so it was easy to find a quiet spot to unwind and soak up the sun. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The buffet dinner each night was fantastic, a great variety and consistently tasty options. We also tried the on-site restaurant and were blown away by how delicious the food was. Can’t recommend this place enough, we’ll definitely be back!

Great customer service, clean beautiful hotel! Super friendly & helpful staff, i was able to do eveything speaking English. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with so many options, from fresh fruits to delicious chocolate doughnuts! I enjoyed the fresh pancakes and chocolate con curros!! Pool and pool area was georgous, was always able to find a chair poolside! highly recommend a pitcher of sangria to enjoy by or in the water! Spa service was amazing, i throughly enjoyed my relaxation massage by the water. Loved how i could ask the front desk to order me a cab and they would show up so fast, made it so easy to hit the town. All around great hotel with beautiful amenities! Highly recommend!!

The hotel location was prime to get into town and as well to travel to the airport. The physical features mean it's nice to look at, the place was clean and the staff was overall very friendly. The rooms were also quite spacious, clean and comfortable. We had more than enough toiletries for our stay and on the occasion where I swapped rooms with my friend who left early, the housekeeping staff was very efficient in making the room habitable again for me (they had previously packed up as they thought she was not coming back). The breakfast was adequate with many options - fresh fruit and omelet station but I would not recommend the dinner buffet. Everything was cold and pretty much tasteless, unfortunately. When requested, one of the wait staff was kind enough to warm some soup for me but the overall experience was not great.
