Very nice hotel. Clean, new with lots of nice extra touches if you have never stayed in a Drury before - popcorn, free hot food at 5.30 and 3 free drinks. Pool area is both indoor and outdoor which is handy if its raining - it was. Jacuzzi very nice to relax in and nothing ever got busy. Everything is nearby - one of those american style roads that has every store and every food outlet.

Overall the Drury hotel was great, clean comfy rooms and quiet at night. Free breakfast is good and the afternoon free food offering, basically dinner, is also good. But if you want to change it up there are plenty of chain restaurants in the area outside the hotel. The fitness room was nice and clean and had plenty of functional machines to workout on and some nice weights and a weight bench. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

First time at a Drury Hotel. We loved it! We plan on staying at Drury Hotels from now on for our vacations and on road trips. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. We enjoyed the hottub and fitness center. The breakfast was great as well.

The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Great parking! The entire hotel; lobby, hallways and dining areas were constantly being cleaned by a Staff member. The rooms are very spacious! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large. The best surprise was the inclusive breakfast, dinner and cocktails. This wasn't just your ordinary hotel "continental breakfast" either. There was a hot station with eggs, sausage, home potatoes, biscuits & gravy, a pastry station with bagels, muffins, toast. Not to mention the cereal bar, build your own parfait and fresh fruit. The coffee stations were wonderful! And ever night there was a different dinner featured. Our first night it was BBQ pulled pork with steamed vegetables, baked potatoes, a salad bar, a nacho bar and each adult received two drinks per dinner (which were delicious and strong). Another evening was fettuccine alfredo with grill chicken and our last evening was my favorite; russet mashed potatoes, Swedish meatballs with gravy. Another bonus was the gym (small but very clean and nice equipment), the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. It was a very pleasant "getaway" from every day life. AND, the entire Staff was on top of making sure each guest felt VIP. They did a stellar job maintaining a relaxing environment.

Full breakfast and dinner-soup/salad/meat/hotdogs/nachos-were provided as part of the room rate. Both were self-service. Food was very good. 3 free cocktails with dinner-amazing perk. Free soft drinks during the day. Coffee was very good. Seating for dining was very nice and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful assisting with clean up and check-in/out. Rooms were spacious and clean with very good sound-proofing.

We loved the complimentary breakfast, popcorn, and 5:30 Kickback (dinner). The buffet-style options, with all their food choices and tastes, exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated the availability of pop and juice options. They also had complimentary lime water, which was refreshing after the pool. I loved that the pool went pretty deep and the hot tub was big. It was amazing not having to worry about seating for the lobby, dining, or pool. Everything was spacious, clean, and luxurious. The staff were nice, patient, and informative. There was a lot of parking as well. The room was spacious, especially the bathroom, and with the blackout curtains, you couldn't tell it was morning! There's a delicious restaurant connected to the parking lot, and it's close to a lot of stores, gas stations (ATM), and food places.

This may have been the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The complimentary evening snack is a full meal, including drink tickets for a bar. The service was amazing and the staff were friendly. The pool is half inside and half outside, my kids enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The amount of breakfast options was perfect, especially with kids, there’s something for everyone.

Unique Indiana-centric decor that was fun, attractive, comfortable. Great location. All service staff were friendly and responsive. Daily housekeeping that left the room clean and tidy. Nice coffee/casual breakfast and lunch restaurant adjoined to hotel. Great value. Will definitely stay here again.

The Graduate hotel in Bloomington has friendly, helpful, attentive staff. It's a great location for walking around town and campus. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The Graduate IU theme is whimsical and fun! Parking easy. Lobby welcoming with many sitting areas.

I love this hotel. I never slept better in my life. The pilllows were the bomb. It’s super quiet. The design is an amazing feat. Combining all this gingham and grandma trinkets with a modern edge. The excellent coffee shop attached. Shout out to the door men who opened the door EVERY SINGLE TIME. Nice fitness machines. 5 stars. Can’t say a bad thing about it. The peonies on the view terrace!! Arrived in the middle of the night and the front desk person couldn’t have been nicer!!

Recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Bloomington. The rooms were so cool and had such and special feel. The valet who helped us out was so amazing and helpful with our bags. I believe his name way Brayden. He was so friendly and helpful. He helped us get ready to go and even give us a great breakfast recommendation. We had an amazing stay at The Graduate and a great experience overall!

The coffee at their coffee bar is excellent. Students are studying when you walk in so it's very quiet. This hotel was by far the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in, and I have stayed in many hotels. I felt safe and at home. The beds are cozy and gives you a grandmas house feel. I loved it. Check in was the fantastic.

Everything!!! Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, clean pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast and evening kickoff were both hot, fresh and delicious and great coffee. Location is close to everything.

It was as good as it gets. Hottub was hot and pool was cool, all staff were kind and respectful. My wife and I will definitely stay at Evansville location again👍

We travel alot and whenever there is a Drury Inn, we always stay there if there's vacancy. We've stayed in alot of Drury Inns and Suites and we're always 100% satisfied. However this one in EVV, not only had an AMAZING breakfast, happy hour, and movie time snacks, but also had a dinner buffet as well. This was a first for us. It was very nice and super convenient!! The beds were sooo very comfortable. And the pool and jacuzzi were both relaxing. And lastly, we had a BEAUTIFUL view on the 4th floor. We'll definitely be back in our future visits.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. The breakfast buffet was nice with hot fresh food served daily but the overall variety was limited. However the freshness and quality made up for that and it was a great way to start my day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a comfortable stay.

Super friendly staff, nice hot jacuzzi, good variety to the breakfast. I booked Drury because I lived down the street from one for a while and it was always a pleasant place, so this was like a strange little taste of home and it was great for that. Drury properties are always comfortable, clean etc.

We decided to take an overnight trip to Terre Haute to celebrate husband’s birthday at the casino located just 8 minutes down the road from the hotel. We chose Drury Inn because of past experiences with other Drury Inn locations. This one did not disappoint. Booking online was simple. Even able to choose a handicapped room. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was on the first floor next to pool and elevator so, yes there was noise but, not unbearable. Quiet through the night. Provided evening drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) along with food was a bonus. Hot dogs, loaded nachos, Mac and cheese were good. Our king size bed and pillows were really comfortable! Handicap bathroom was setup conveniently. Temperature settings in the room was exactly what we wanted. Breakfast, although not as hot as I would prefer, was good. Staff for the evening and breakfast buffet were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back.

The staff was OUTSTANDING... especially TIONEV!!! TIONEV was the representative who checked us in and gave an exemplary explanation of the services available and when breakfast AND dinner aka the KICKBACK was taking place. We stayed at this Drury Inn because we were visiting family but they were staying at the new casino/hotel. Our room had extremely comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. We had a fridge AND microwave. As I mentioned, breakfast AND dinner were included. The family who stayed at the casino had NONE of these LUXURIES. We payed less and were BLESSED to have such kind and attentive staff looking after us. The property felt safe and quiet the whole week we were there. We were on the same main road as all the restaurants and we were close to the shopping areas. The family that stayed at the casino were disappointed they payed more for less. I highly recommend. If I ever go back to Terre Haute, I know exactly where we're staying.

We were so impressed with the Drury Inn in Terre Haute! After driving 7 hours, three of which were in the dark, we came into a clean, well-equipped hotel, with friendly service and that clearly cares about our Earth by using washable and refillable things instead of throw-away plastic. Sadly, we arrived too late for the cocktail hour! (What hotel has a cocktail hour?!) The beds were comfortable and TV actually had a clear menu. The next morning, the breakfast was incredible -- with real plates and flatware -- with a full and generous and tasty buffet. The woman keeping it stocked was quick and attentive. I couldn't have been more impressed, (and I am a little difficult to impress!) The next day we continued our journey and stayed someplace the opposite of this great Drury Inn, giving a good contrast, but sadly a sub-par night's stay. I'm all in now for Drury Inns!

The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The overall feeling of the motel is one of a well maintained, clean, comfortable facility. The breakfast was very good. Items (eggs, sausage, etc.) were fresh cooked. The sausage, in particular, was some of the tastiest I have had at a motel breakfast. The coffee was also quite good. The complimentary supper was also very good, definitely an unexpected surprise.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I asked her if there was special motorcycle parking, and she said that I could park directly under the canopy in the front to protect from rain, and that if I did need some thing to clear off the condensation from the motorcycle, she would provide a towel. She provided a good dinner recommendation. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean.  The bed was very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was much better than usual.

The hotel was clean and in a quiet location, very close to the French Lick Resort. The breakfast was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked bacon on Monday morning. The breakfast area was kept well-stocked by a very organized woman who also kept all of the tables clean Our room was spotless, and we appreciated the friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable! Staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked and staff kept the hot foods full. Waffle maker, sausage, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins and much more. Plenty of parking and nice lobby. Front desk suggested OHana’s for dinner and it was excellent!

The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was very good. The breakfast attendants were friendly and helpful. I personally valued the make up mirror and hair dryer in our room. It was also nice and quiet.

Great place to stay when visiting French Lick and The Polar Express! Friendly staff. Comfy and spacious rooms. (Beds/Linens were soft and comfortable.) Fun indoor pool. Fresh and hot breakfast. Super close to The Polar Express and Casino. We return every year!

Was able to check in early which is always a plus when traveling. Room overlooked a couple ponds. Everything was clean from the parking lot to the lobby to the room. Bed quite comfortable for a good night's sleep. The restaurant and bar (Burger Theory) was just the right size for a hotel of this size. Food was tasty as was my drink. Went back in the morning for breakfast before my flight and had sane quality meal. No buffet like many Holiday Inns but no issues. Shuttle driver professional and helped with my bag when I departed. I'd definitely stay there again.

The man who checked us in was friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable, We had dinner at the Burger Theory restaurant that is inside the hotel. The burgers were very delicious and the lady working was very nice with a great spirit for as busy as she was.

Excellent beds. Excellent breakfast! We enjoyed how clean it was and how friendly the staff was. You could really sense the pride in their hospitality. Another perk was a bar/restaurant right by the lobby open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Outside was a fire pit and chairs to enjoy some evening moonshine. Lovely pool and workout room available.

Hotel is clean, well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Has a little restaurant and bar. The food and drinks were excellent. Staff is very friendly. Has an indoor pool and cool patio with a fire pit. We had a 7am flight to catch. It’s really close to the airport with a free shuttle. Very convenient for us.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The facility itself was clean and the beds were super comfy. The lobby area and outdoor firepit area was so nice. The onsite restaurant was amazing. The parking option was a great idea.

I came for a grad school interview at the University of Evansville. I liked the downtown location of this hotel, it is very walkable to nearby sights and restaurants. Despite my room being near the elevator I found it to be very quiet, clean, and comfortable. I was able to prepare for my interview without any distractions. The shower had great water pressure. The property was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good, much more food than I expected! Parking was easy with a safe outdoor lot. I was also able to check in a few hours early with no hassle, and the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. This location felt very safe for me, as a woman traveling alone. I ultimately was accepted into the grad program so I will stay here again when I return to Evansville!

Staff really worked to make sure our needs were met when our room wasn’t available. We were very satisfied with the outcome and could tell front desk worked hard and were very dedicated. Herbert made the best espresso martinis as he tended bar and checked customers in! Our room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We also liked that the location was within walking distance to good restaurants, river walk and bars like the speak easy on main st. We found a live band playing on the street and enjoyed a drink from the local bar that sponsored them. Nice casual yet energized environment within about 1/4 miles the hotel.

The hotel, itself, was VERY clean and the staff was inviting, friendly, and helpful. Beds were comfy, and the rooms were spacious and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. The lounge area outside with fire pits for warmth were clean and very cozy, as well. My only complaint was that the outside noise was awful and kept us up most of the night. Never heard a peep from the rooms next to us; however, the noise from outside the hotel was unbearable! There were police and ambulance sirens three times at midnight and 2am, people bumping loud music with bass at 11pm and 1am, then a couple of cars revving their engines in between the other noises. This hotel could really benefit from soundproof windows. I've stayed at hotels in/around airports and never heard this much noise. If that doesn't bother you, this is the hotel for you. I only stayed one night in Evansville but if there was a second night on my agenda, I would have checked out and stayed elsewhere.

Wow!! One of the best Hyatt Place Hotels ever!! So many positive comments, but as I sit in The Placery this morning… I am overwhelmed by the quality of the breakfast experience. Everything was perfect… and well prepared in a pristine, spotless environment. That has not been the case for several recent stays at other HP properties! The bacon was crisp, the eggs were hot and tasty… presentation was flawless. I was so impressed I had to ask to talk to the Chefs, as I wanted to thank them. That’s a first for me as a top tier member for well over 25 years at Hyatt, and at 130 qualifying nights this year alone. They were both charming and lovely… Bravo, ladies! You deserve an award!! Other hotels should be required to visit your property to set the standard for all others to follow!! This is what Hyatt advertises…. And you deliver it perfectly. Wow!!! My room was immaculate. Comfortable. Pristine. Hotel had some of the largest and nicest common area assets I’ve witnessed in a Hyatt Place. Large, spotless gym area. Large pool area. Tons of comfy places to relax and/ or work in the sprawling lobby area. Charming staff. Great location in the downtown area. Walkable and safe just blocks from the waterfront and Casino. Evansville is a lovely small city… and this Hyatt Place is a jewel! I’d never consider staying anywhere else when returning to Evansville!! Visited Sunday, October 19th. Room 317. I’ll be back….

I loved the location, especially being in the downtown area where everything looked clean and older buildings were renovated. It was easy to get on the expressway to go to retail and restaurant areas. The entire Hyatt hotel looked new and clean, was well maintained, and smelled fresh. Towels were not old, dingy, or thin. Bed was very comfortable. I loved having a sofa to sit on to watch tv or read a book.

We stayed here for 2 nights, with the Indiana Marble Club. The staff could not have been nicer and the hotel was just beautiful. Our room was very modern, clean and very comfortable. Our room was not well lit, however the higher priced ones with the kitchenette were brighter. There was an exercise room and pool that we did not use. There is a bar in the lobby, that the desk clerk manned, so sometimes he was not immediately there; Greg-very friendly and chatty. The lobby is big and very open with lots of nice seating. We often congregated there in the evening to talk. Breakfast was a little better than average, but certainly did the trick each morning. This hotel is in walking distance from a few restaurants and there are stores close by. Overall, this place is very very nice.

Love this place. Modern comfort. Breakfast was wonderful. Amenities were great for adults and kids. Staff was just perfect. “The Shore” (a lake/park) and activities behind the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Romantic walks with hubby and the time spent with friends in the evening just relaxing and chatting by the water was really nice. The water pressure could be a bit stronger or maybe a better shower head otherwise just perfect!

The breakfast every morning was incredible! They have Several options toppings for the waffles fresh fruit, etc! Plus the hotel itself was very clean and hosted some kind of reception at their bar in the evening great atmosphere to socialize and just relax! Room was clean and very comfortable bed spacious loved the trundle beds.

Hotel is very new, clean, and nice. But the SpringHill lobby side of the combined SpringHill/Renaissance hotel is closed, making you go over to the other hotel for anything other than your room. The room is then a pretty long way from the desk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room is laid out kind of strangely, with too much space in the huge bathroom, which leaves a weird arrangement for the rest of the room. TV is placed so only one chair can view TV easily, and it's difficult to look sideways enough to watch from the bed. Our biggest complaint, though, is that the hotel seems to have VERY low water pressure, making a shower a somewhat iffy proposition. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection of foods and drinks. Several good restaurants just off the parking lot, even though the hotel is in a business park area.

I was vacationing with my youngest nephew and Godson. It was easy to check in and check out. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We asked for extra towels, and they brought them right up. My nephew thought they had a great workout room. The pool is nice size but cold. The room very much met our needs. It was clean. The location allowed us to get everywhere in Indy easily. The breakfast was very good with many selections. They had a pancake machine and a waffle maker. They had scrambled eggs every day. Then they had sausage, biscuits and gravy, Canadian bacon, and sausage patties with breakfast potatoes. They also had cereal, fresh fruit and pastries, bagels, and other items. It was a very enjoyable stay.

I stayed at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, and it was the perfect choice for such an exciting weekend. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even with the hotel being so busy for the concert. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the lobby felt modern and clean despite the rush of guests. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy after a long night of singing and dancing, and I really appreciated the large bathroom and quality amenities. The hotel also had great soundproofing—I was able to get a good night’s sleep even with other concertgoers coming and going late at night. The location is another huge plus. It’s right in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, making it easy to grab dinner, drinks, or snacks before and after the show. There were plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, which made the weekend even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic home base for the Eras Tour. Between the friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and prime downtown location, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d definitely stay here again for another concert or event in the city!

If you are going to a conference at the Indianapolis Convention Center, the Marriott is a good option. The rooms were spacious, clean, with a lot of nice amenities (robes, toiletries). Check in took less than 5 minutes and I had a nice room on the 11th floor. There was almost never a wait for an elevator. This hotel is connected by a sky bridge from the Convention Center. So, less than a 5 minute walk. Bed was very comfortable and shower had plenty of pressure and hot water which was a complaint at a couple other of the hotels. Plenty of hangers. There is a restaurant in the lobby and a small convenience type store who sells some hot food. It was ideal to pick up a snack and a drink on the way up to the room. The only negative for me was they did not have the basic ESPN channel so I could not watch a particular Monday night football game which was disappointing. All-in-all the hotel is very comfortable, service is good, and I would stay here again.

Our room is very spacious and comfortable with an unbelievable view. The hotel is located within easy walking distance to everything you need. The front desk person Marco R was extremely nice and helpful, he was so polite and welcoming. I’m really glad he was the one that checked us in and that we decided to stay at this facility!!!

Ms. Shay in the M Club was amazing and provided exceptional service to me as well as the other members for breakfast this!!! She was very polite and hospitable. Ms. Shay made sure that we were comfortable and had all that we needed! Thank you for all you do and continue the amazing work!

Oh man, I can’t say enough good things about The Westin Indianapolis! My niece, nephew, and I stayed there for Indy PopCon at the Indiana Convention Center (ICC) right next door, and it was an absolute blast. This place is my go-to whenever I’m in Indy for an ICC event, and it never disappoints. From the moment we walked in, Roshika at the front desk was an absolute gem. She got us signed in super quick with a big smile, making us feel right at home. The whole check-in process was a breeze, and her friendly vibe set the tone for an awesome stay. The hotel itself? Top-notch. The rooms were comfy, clean, and perfect for crashing after a long day of PopCon fun. The kids loved the cozy beds, and I appreciated how quiet it was despite being so close to the action. The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the ICC, which made it so easy to pop back and forth with my niece and nephew. The vibe at The Westin is just right—modern, welcoming, and with all the amenities you need to feel pampered. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Whether it’s the awesome service, the prime spot next to the ICC, or just the overall chill atmosphere, The Westin Indianapolis is a winner. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in town!

Lovely hotel with a great location downtown. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated and maintained. The staff was very helpful, in particular Susan with security went out of her way to help us fix an issue we had. Minor disappointment- breakfast in the bonvoy lounge was subsumed into a breakfast buffet that was being put on for a large convention. While higher status bonvoy members were given free access to the buffet, many standard items like bread, bagels, toasting oven, fresh melon, oatmeal toppings, etc that would typically be in the lounge weren't available on that buffet. Overall would certainly still stay there again.

My recent stay at the Westin was excellent. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment throughout my visit. The accommodations were both relaxing and thoughtfully prepared, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. I would also like to commend Nothile for her outstanding professionalism and attentive service. Her warm demeanor and dedication greatly enhanced my overall experience. I highly recommend the Westin to anyone seeking a refined and enjoyable stay.

Ryton was amazing! Took such great care of us at breakfast. She went above and beyond and the breakfast was great too. Overall visit was great! The rooms were clean and bed was super comfortable. Every staff we encountered was outgoing, helpful, and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Restaurant for dinner and convenience store/breakfast was great. Room was very updated and comfortable. Bathroom was exceptional. Would highly recommend. Within walking distance of tons of restaurants and bars too.

This hotel is well maintained. The room was clean & had great air conditioning. The pool was very nice. My baby's played until closing time. We received late check out & as soon as the pool opened. The manager informed us so they could go play before we left. The breakfast was simply amazing. Fresh hot cinnamon roll or plain waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, fresh fruit, cereals, toast, muffins, etc. The cleaning staff maintained the eating area very well. Unfortunately none of the breakfast meat was kosher so I couldn't partake. I would love for them to add turkey or beef breakfast meat options. I would definitely stay here again.

Great comfortable beds, very clean room, efficient amount of nice clean heavy towels. Again the food was delicious 😋 😍 and well stocked. Hot fresh coffee 24hrs. I missed breakfast 😩 on last day. But one of the service staff got me 2 cups of yogurt 😋 and front desk staffer got me a muffin and with my hot delicious coffee ☕️ 😋 😀 l was extremely happy. I am definitely looking forward to my next visit. Just curious if l 🤔 collect rewards when l go through booking.com?

This motel was fantastic in every way. The staff is helpful and super friendly. I am physically challenged and walk with crutches, the breakfast staff was eager to offer assistance without me having to ask. They have a full hot breakfast that was delicious, well maintained, and fully stocked. I had a nice conversation with the lady at the front desk, sorry, I can't remember her name, but she has been at the property for over 20 years, although the Comfort Inn was totally renovated 6 years ago, and is maintained well by Bob. We have friends at the Hammond, IN Comfort Inn!!!

All the staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. Free breakfast was standard with bacon, eggs, waffles etc. Attendants made sure there was plenty of everything and kept the breakfast area clean. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff and accommodations here were excellent. We used the hotel as a home base while visiting Chicago. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable. Every staff member from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and super fun for our kids. We would definitely stay here again!

I don’t really have much to say from a negative side. The staff was fantastic, the room was very comfortable, the location was great and the breakfast was better than the “normal” free breakfast you’ll find. You walk out the front door and there are what seemed to be dozens of restaurants and shops within a 100 yard walk. Looked to be a fireplace with seating outside that would be nice during the spring/fall. The breakfast had a very nice selection including fruit, yogurt, cereal, donuts and different breads, bagels and of course scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and biscuits and gravy(did mix it up from day to day on what exactly was available). Along with coffee and juices(blueberry juice was really good). I’d gladly stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone. Now there were a few things I must be critical of. None of which makes me want to give lower than a 5 star review because none were egregious. The room was spotless yes, but someone had left some food in the fridge that wasn’t thrown away by housekeeping. And for some reason the room seemed noisier than others. But what was weird is I almost think it was housekeeping cleaning rooms around us. After a reasonable hour it was quiet and stayed quiet until around 8ish. The first night I was concerned about it but it ended up not being a problem.

The facility was beautiful and had many amenities that were useful. The staff was very professional and courteous. I chose the hotel because it was pet friendly. It was very easy to enter and exit, several elevators so we never had to wait, numerous grassy areas to accommodate the dog, and pet waste bags. It was quiet but centrally located to many enjoyable restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel had numerous places to lounge inside the hotel and outside. The breakfast was different each day, delicious and the area was spotless.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. But, the star of the show was the complimentary breakfast. I have never had such an array of choices at a hotel breakfast and it was all delicious.

Location is perfect! Across the street is the Pacers stadium which is great to catch a game or concert when in town. The hotel is located in walking distance of various venues, restaurants, n things to do! The parking n valet is great right next door n connected to the hotel. The hotel lobby n building is stunning! Front desk service employees informative, friendly, n well dressed. The room is decorated beautifully, modern but not over the top! The room had everything you want n needed. Large kitchen area, table to eat at, appliances, silverware, just like home! The living room couch was very comfortable and large. The bathroom - one of the most updated I’ve stayed at and n amazing shower! The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Large big screen that turned so it could be watched in either room! I highly recommend the downstairs bar area great selection, prices, and bartender! I didn’t get to try the hotel restaurant I had other arrangements elsewhere, but definitely give it try next time I’m in town! Everything from the garage, the hotel lobby, hallways, room were very clean! Highly recommend and treat yourself!

Location was perfect. 500 m to Conference center. Breakfast was fine - not luxury - but it was fine. Reception staff was nice and helpful. Cleaning and bar staff was very polite and friendly. Parking arranged and paid through hotel was very convenient. The outside terrace was super cozy.

The breakfast was amazing. There were so many things to choose from. Fresh fruit, bagels, scrambled eggs sausage, oatmeal, yogurt etc The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. It really was an exceptional stay.

We stayed at the Hyatt House in Indy during a midwest roadtrip. We chose it because it appeared to be one of the newer hotels in town and it was centrally located. We had a great stay. We walked to a lot of great restaurants and entertainment venues. The room was clean and spacious with a nice city view. There was a late night snack bar with a great selection available for purchase, and the free breakfast and coffee hit the spot before getting back on the road the next morning. They offered valet parking onsite, but I just parked in the underground mall parking lot a block away for $30/nt. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location — just a short walk to restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and check-in was fast. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice city view. Near to the arena as well

Our stay was very pleasant. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We knew there were others around but the halls were quiet. The breakfast was very filling with a variety of choices. Was very glad to see hot food instead of just bagels & juice. I made a point to thank the staff for the breakfast. They did a great job of keeping up the breakfast food and keeping it clean. No one else seemed to notice their hard work and effort. Coffee was good as well-and kept up 24 hrs. Noisy chairs on the floor every time someone scooted forward or back. Became a laughing matter as we purposely joined in the scooting. The surrounding area outside was not a picturesque view as the establishment was set behind businesses and all. Noticed, but not our concern. The price was decent. We had a good laugh when we noticed the back lighting around the bathroom mirror creates a visual of a lighted square around the pupils of your eyes when viewed at the right distance. Kind of a sci-fi alien look.

After staying in different hotels for several weeks across the country, if we could have stayed here longer, we would have. It was fantastic! The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming, the decor of the hotel was new and freshly done, and clean. The hallways and elevator were clean. The downstairs check in area looked like a great meeting area to visit with other guests or larger groups of people with lots of couches and sitting areas. Our room was spacious, and my family enjoyed it the most out of our whole trip. We did laundry and I was thrilled there were two washing machines and two dryers, that were clean and didn't smell bad. The hotel was conveniently located to food, shopping, interstate, and attractions, and felt to be in a safe area. Parking was great, and the outside grounds were clean and nicely landscaped. You could tell the staff felt good working in such a nice hotel.

Did a 1 night stay just to get out of my apartment as we don't have any hotel chains close by. Wanted to use the pool but it was packed due to several different travel ball teams staying. That was a bummer but overall my stay was nice and relaxing. It's within walking distance to restaurants and in a more quiet and not so busy location. Beds are durable and pillows are comfy. Room was very clean. Breakfast is good and the tendant to it was smiling and friendly. The stand in the bathroom had paint chips on it and the water temperature doesn't get very hot either. Those things dont bother me like it might others though. Only issue I had was I think the front desk should limit peoples time in the pool especially when there are travel ball teams. This isn't the 1st La Quinta I've stayed at and ran into the same issue. While I believe kids should get a chance to have fun after playing sports, it's not really fair to all the other guests staying here. I VERY rarely get a kid free weekend and was looking forward to using the pool during my stay

Overall, a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was friendly and attentive. Building is a new construction so everything is new and clean. Lobby is really nice; bright, comfortable, big. A great place to read, chat or play cards. Room size was large; we had two queens and a sofa. We were there for seven nights so having a large room and a nice lobby made things quite enjoyable. Terrell at the front desk was awesome. Staff at the breakfast area and housekeeping were very efficient & helpful. Only issue we had was the reliability of the WiFi; glitchy connection issues during our stay. Hopefully they'll get that figured out soon.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 9 times and it is always a good experience. Comfy beds. Breakfast eggs are REAL EGGS which is so great plus the shredded potato is nice. They serve tiny muffins which is nice because who needs a giant cupcake of bread in the am? (Because you’re probably having the potatoes too). Walls are thin. Shower pressure is better in the rooms that have a bathtub. Front desk staff is nice though turns over a lot (to be expected I think). Breakfast personnel are very fast to refresh everything. Microwaves provided in rooms. Great location - WALKABLE to nearby restaurants (try the Thai place) and grocery. Good workout room and pool. Nice decor. Things I would change: switch out or diversify yogurt options, people don’t necessarily want activia if they’re going to do business meetings all day, you know what I’m saying? Fix water pressure to be good in all rooms. Provide better hand soap that doesn’t leave a sticky film behind when washing hands. Add flavored low calorie ice tea options to convenience / vending area.

Hotel was spotless throughout. Felt very homie. Love the baseball theme that had a very modern vibe. Room overlooking the baseball field and was still quiet inside. Complimentary breakfast was 5 star amazing! Lots of seating, staff kept it cleaned throughout serving hours. Ate dinner at the Burger Bar, delicious! Everything is in walking distance.

We stayed in the Hampton Inn and Suites by the baseball park bc we were moving our son into college that weekend. It is very close to the University so that was convenient. What was Not convenient was the parking. The communication about that was not good until the girl with curly hair ( I can’t remember name) explained everything to us. We came in on a Thursday evening and there was a ballgame. We’ve only ever been to Fort Wayne 2 other times and have not ever stayed at Hampton Inn there. So to get there and have all the parking spots taken up and have to drive up to the 4th level was not great. There were sign’s everywhere that said you had to have a card or you won’t be able to get out in the morning mon-Fri starting at 6 am. We took a chance and parked there anyways as there was not one spot left where we could park. We got lucky and the girl at the front desk told us what we needed to do if we got stuck! I appreciated that! The breakfast was one of the worst Hampton Inn breakfast ever. A lot of items were cold. I don’t expect a top notch breakfast but I’ve stayed at Hampton Inns before and they’ve been better than that one. The coffee was terrible and cold. The room was clean when we got in there but house keeping never came there in 3 days to replenish wash clothes. We are ok using the same big towels but would like new wash clothes daily. Other than that , it was fine. I would stay there again bc of proximity to campus but know the breakfast does not cut it.

I enjoyed this stay here with Hampton. I was able to do check in on the app and pick my room. I was greeted with a great person who worked that even shift of me checking in who was very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were nice spacious and clean and many upgrades around the hotel. The fitness center was also clean and spacious and was 24/7 which I enjoy since I was here for work and had a busy schedule. The location of this hotel was perfect for my trip as well and had many different food places and was close enough to downtown to walk(when it was warm enough).

The breakfast included was abundant, a step above the usual continental breakfast. Coffee and hot water was available 24x7 in the lobby. Nice lobby where you could meet people. The hotel was centrally located and close to downtown restaurants a short walk away. There was a "burger bar," restaurant and bar conveniently located right next to the hotel premises.

This is a great hotel with a great location! I attended a 3-day Christian writer's conference just across the street from the hotel - SO convenient! My room was large and comfortable - a very comfy bed, nice bathroom with thick towels and a good shower. I loved the fact that my big picture window faced the town's lovely baseball field and I was able to watch fireworks two different nights!! That was a special treat. The breakfast area is spacious and the food choices were good. The woman at the desk was very nice and I was able to check in to my room at noon after I arrived from the airport that morning, which was such a blessing.

We have stayed at airport hotels before to simply have a place to sleep before a flight. Often, the facilities are tired and dated and the staff seem disinterested in making a stay anything more than a stopover. The Hyatt Place Indy Airport, however, was definitely a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Our flight was at 6 am so leaving at 4:00 we expected no breakfast, however, we were very surprised to find lots of grab and go, fresh options. Overall, we had a very short, but excellent stay. Will definitely return when flying from Indy. Thanks Hyatt Place!

We stayed here during the Smackdown/Royal Rumble weekend & chose it because it was a close distance to downtown, yet far enough it was more affordable. Did not disappoint. Check in was smooth & easy, staff was friendly, & the room was wonderful. You can tell the rooms have received updates & the size of a standard king option was perfect - more space than most rooms. Bed was comfortable & everything was really clean! No traffic noise & though 1 elevator was down for continued renovations, it didn’t cause any issues. Breakfast was pretty good by way of free hotel food - good options, fresh options. Very easy drive to downtown & will definitely stay here again in the future!

The room was great. Clean, tidy, fluffy bed, large TV, nice sitting area. Breakfast had a good variety and the coffee was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at what a great hotel this was for such a reasonable price. I rolled my eyes when my daughter booked it for us and told me the price. They proved me wrong!

We love this place for a friendly, clean, and quiet stay with a great breakfast. This is our go-to place in the area. We stay here a few times every year for family gatherings. The rooms are clean and comfortable (wish I could get one of those beds for home), and the staff is awesome! The breakfast includes a wide variety of options and a specialty coffee machine, kept clean and appetizing by a caring staff. Bonus! There is an indoor, heated pool! It all comes down to the amazing people and management. Although we were visiting for Thanksgiving, the lady at the front desk remembered us from our last visit, months ago, for a family funeral. That's an unexpected throwback to a simpler time, when people mattered. Note: we also like this hotel because it is pet-free, which is perfect for us (recent dog bite incident). So if you want to bring Rover, please go with one of other great choices in the area.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel was located very close to the toll road exit and there was plenty of parking available when I arrived (and there seemed to be plenty still available when I left in the morning). Check in and out was very simple and easy. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I felt very safe staying here alone. Breakfast started at 6am on the weekdays (I am not sure of the weekend start time). There were waffle makers and a special hot coffee machine that made more specialty coffee drinks on demand. I enjoyed having bacon and a premade french toast. There was a pool but I did not utilize this amenity. I was very pleased with my stay and I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

This hotel is located right off a toll road so it's easy to get too. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We booked an accessible room and it definitely met expectations. Besides being the first hotel on our trip to have accessible rooms with two beds AND a roll in shower available they also had bed frames that were higher off the ground than other hotels we've stayed at which was super helpful for the specific mobility needs in our family. The mattresses were insanely comfortable, the room was clean and had a microwave/fridge. The pool area was lovely and they have a water refill station next to the ice machine which I've never seen before but now I wish it was something more hotels had. Super cozy building, no complaints whatsoever! Would stay again if I ended up back in the area.

Hotel and rooms were very clean and up-to-date. Bed was very comfortable. Service was great! They were happy to keep my cooler cold packs in their freezer overnight. Breakfast had individually packaged Udis gluten free blueberry muffins and what looked like Cheerios also separately contained from other food. Perfect for me with Celiac Disease and a rarity in my hotel breakfast experiences. Scrambled eggs were from a package and front desk person happily showed me the package ingredients—which were gluten free. Also a rarity in my hotel breakfast experiences. Hotel was a great find in an area of small towns where there were only a few hotels. Highly recommended.

People at front desk check and check out we very very nice and helpful. Got great advice for local restaurant for dinner. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was kept neat, nicely presented and great variety. Only negatives were the carpet on the 2nd floor hall could use a cleaning and our room smelled like the carpet and drapes had not been cleaned since smoking was ok. Would stay again in a room that did not smell like long ago cigarette smell.

The hotel seems to be recently renovated or built. Clean hallways. Spacious and clean room. There was a standing shower (not a tub) in the bathroom which I prefer. There was a bench in the room that was helpful to lay out our suitcase and miscellaneous. Great breakfast selection (did not try the pancake maker). Front desk and breakfast host were very hospitable. Did not try the pool or gym.

From our arrival to the day we left, the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. I had stayed here before a number of years ago and noticed the upgrades to the lobby and rooms. Very nice! Since we tend to stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we travel we knew what to expect at breakfast, which we enjoy, but this time we met Joyce! She was fantastic, helpful, funny, friendly and efficient. Loved the room. Lots of space to stash and store belongings and bags and to plug in and charge electronics (in the lobby too). What a relief to be able to empty our arms of belongings somewhere other than the beds when we came in! We had 4 adults in this room and it was comfortable and roomy. Wish i had an extra pillow. But that's it for complaints! One thing i really liked is the Dove products in the bathroom ... none of those tiny little wasteful bottles of stuff. And there is a Krispy Kreme directly across from the hotel ... keep a look out for the 'Hot and Now' sign! I highly recommend this hotel.

Quiet stay. Comfy beds. Good shower. Nice breakfast with personable staff. Close to many restaurants and convenient off the expressway. Would definitely stay again. Close enough to Louisville to see all the sights there. One thing Holiday Inn could differently- leave more room between the bed and the wall in double rooms.

Teresa who checked us in at the front desk was fantastic!! She helped us with so much letting us know when breakfast is served and where the pool was at. Best breakfast! The person in the morning who was in charge of the breakfast buffet did a wonderful job. She was so cheerful and thanked everyone for being their guests. Beds are very comfortable. It has been a long time since I have been at such a great hotel. Thank you so much!

This new exceptional hotel is comfortable, convenient and well organized. The staff is personable and accomodating. We were very pleased with the attention to detail. Whether it was the head of housekeeping checking in with us on our satisfaction with how our room was serviced or receiving text messages from the front desk checking to see if everything met our needs. Our room #317 was quiet and had a Keurig coffee maker, security safe and small fridge. The smart flat screen TV also allowed us to sign in to Netflix so we could continue a series we were following. There is a great chilled water station near the elevators providing both still and sparkling water. The fitness center on the first floor was clean and spacious, with weights and cardio equipment. The hotel fronts the Nickle Plate fitness trail which passes many spots to grab a coffee or drink. There is no charge for parking which s directly across the driveway in a covered parking deck. There are a number of restaurants of all price ranges and cuisines within walking distance. We unfortunatel did not have the chance to sample the in house restaurant, but the menu looked very inviting. We will definately plan to make this our home away from home when in Fishers.

From the moment my husband and I walked in the hotel I knew I had picked the right place to stay for a little get away. Jamal who attended to us at the front desk was so nice and checked us in very quickly. He also checked in on us throughout are stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious! I had the spicy chicken sandwich and my husband had the chicken salad sandwich. We walked around the Nickel Plate district and it was just adorable and very family friendly. As we turned in for the night we noted that the room was very spacious and clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. This is a beautiful hotel with the perfect amenities (I didn't even mention the water station!!) but the staff and especially Jamal is what made it stand out for be the perfect get away. This was our first time to Indiana, we went to a concert at Deer Creek (Ruoff Music Center). It was a quick drive from the hotel to the venue so a perfect location for us, including free parking in a deck next to the hotel which is a nice bonus. We could easily walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel is new so the rooms and public areas were very clean. The bed was SO comfortable, the room sizable with a couch/table, and the bathroom is very modern and nice sized. There are tons of outlets with regular plugs, USB and USBC. That's such a nice touch because we travel with so many gadgets that need all 3 of those plugs. I especially liked the glass bottles in the room for filling water at the water stations on each floor. These are all great amenities that made our stay really nice and we will absolutely stay here again if we can come back to this area. Thank you to Eric for the helpful info when checking in!

My wife and I stayed here last weekend for her birthday, and the hotel, staff and location were all amazing and wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, clean and the beds and pillows were great. The 24 hours fitness center was also the largest and best hotel fitness center that I have ever had the privilege to use. The location to all of the amazing restaurants and stores was perfect. But the best thing was the staff. When we checked in Eric, and Jamal were wonderful with the information they provided and their wonderful attitudes. Artamus who works the 3rd shift desk was Top Quality!!!! We had some great talks and he made my early morning workouts even better. Hilton comes through once again, and the company did it right having employees like these working for them!!!! Just another reason why Hilton is my preferred Hotel of Choice!!!

The suite was amazing and very clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. It's a dog friendly hotel, so that was awesome with our two dogs. The free breakfast was delicious and included an omelet station! We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was good. The Happy hour reception was a great perk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the on site restaurant.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. We were there for a concert at the music center which was just a mile or so away. The next morning we knew there would be breakfast but did not know how nice it would be. The room was clean and very comfortable.

The staff was AMAZING and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast was excellent, as usual. The location was very convenient to shopping, food, etc. The room was huge.

PHENOMENAL!!! The two of us were attending a continuing education course at a nearby facility. We realize this true Hilton hotel was amongst approximately 20 within a close range. We were so blessed to have just happened on choosing this particular hotel, which was literally freshly built August 2024, we found out. Ambience was art deco and parking was free easy to access. All were welcoming. All areas were comfy, colorful, with elegant fashion. Everything was automated, accessible, and functional. The welcome by the night receptionist/concierge/helpful Laura was deeply appreciate given our tired, weary body and souls. The extra amenities, free water, accessible ice, and Eco friendly water system, and complementary breakfast, which was totally tasty and had cute amenities, such as freshly made hot pancakes on a first time seen conveyor belt was remarkable and memorable. The next morning we were greeted by Annette, who was a phenomenal hostess and the day Shift concierge/receptionist Kira, and manager Steven. Everybody was helpful and friendly, and we even got to see their interactions with other hotel customers which was equally welcoming and they were extremely kind and attentive. Although this hotel is not by any downtown Chicago like recreational activities, such as museums or plays,they do have a wonderful announcement board, which includes nearby activities, concerts, & the Southlake shopping mall which we visited. Therefore, we will be returning soon for leisure.

We stayed at Tru by Hilton due to water issues at our home, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The Guest Service Agent went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed it was such a relief during a stressful time. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The interior colors are vibrant and calming, creating a cheerful and welcoming vibe. Even with a pool on-site, there was no strong chlorine smell, which is rare and really appreciated! Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. You can tell they take pride in this property, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend this location whether you’re traveling or dealing with a home emergency like we were, Tru by Hilton made it feel like a mini escape.

The beds were clean and comfortable. I did find hair on one wash rag. The staff was friendly, maybe a bit too friendly. Although the breakfast lady did ASK if she could hug me. The hotel looked clean overall, but the entire first floor reeked of chlorine. Saturday, the pool was closed until 5pm. This website will tell you there is "room service", there is not. Another website says, "coffee maker in all rooms" & "microwave in all rooms." This is not true either. I had to request them. The front desk said they didn't have such things. When I mentioned the online claim, they said they would get them. Although we had just seen the neighbors get a microwave. I had to request them twice, but they were delivered. The coffee pot did not work. As we were packing out, the security lock engaged itself and were unable to open our door from the outside. The person at the front desk DID NOT have the tool to open it. My husband eventually got it open with a phone charger cable. I was glad we got in but not happy that front desk couldn't help us and now I question security. The shower handle fell off in my hand. Overall not impressed by this NEW hotel.

Clean and well-run hotel. No issues in check-in or check out. Location near the Southlake Mall. Fairly new property. Typical Tru, with grocery store in the lobby and a few microwaves for those who eat frozen dinners. Clean room and shower. I was not bothered by road noise, even though it seems close the I65. Bed was good, slept well. Breakfast was typical Hilton, adequate. Staff was very friendly, if not over the top. Many corny sayings on the walls and encouraging words. Breakfast attendant wanted to hug me, big Good Mornings, and how are you. Smiles all around. I generally want a quiet breakfast, or at least subdued. I appreciate the energy of the staff and not critical. Perhaps a little less volume. I will stay here again. Recommended.

Best experience I have had in quite some time. Met Annette, I believe the breakfast room attendant, at breakfast. She asked my name and showed me what all was available. Went back upstairs to finish getting ready for the day and when I rounded the corner from the elevator, she saw me and called me by name with an infectious smile and positivity. While I did not feel like I looked unhappy, she sensed something was up and asked if she could give me a hug. Don't call HR on her because it was meant in the most genuine way to comfort another person. She knew that I needed a little comfort in my day. You see I spent the prior day at Franciscan Hospital down the road for my 82 year old father who was not doing well and I was going back up to see him before flying home. All the staff that I encountered made me feel welcome and inviting. The young man who checked me in late on Sunday night and the desk clerk who checked me out on Monday morning. The hotel was very clean and I felt very safe. The room was spotless and clean. Breakfast was prepared very well with plenty of options. I will certainly stay at the TRU hotel the next time I am in the area and hope to cross paths again with Annette as she is a blessing to be around.

Very, very nice stay! Clean and nicely furnished lobby. Fast check in by friendly staff. Hallways look to have new carpeting and fresh paint. Our room was a king suite, quite large and spacious with comfortable furnishings. Our bed was most comfortable; barhroom was roomy with fresh, clean smelling towels. Bathtub was a bit slippery. Breakfast was terrific; biscuits/gravy, eggs, meat, bagels & breads, good variety of fruit. The pool & hot tub are out of commission but it had no impact on our stay. Great location & convenient to everything. We highly recommend LaQuinta Columbus!

This hotel provided us with a comfortable, quiet, and relaxing experience. The front desk staff was very professional and our room was comfortable, clean, and offer a spacious spot to enjoy our trip. I was a little dissapointed that there wasn't a hot tub. The pictures indicated that there was a hot tub. I also wish the breakfast offered more options. We stayed for two nights and the only difference between the first night and the second was that they offered sausage the first morning and then bacon the second. I also wish they offered fresh fruit as well. Overall, we had a really nice time and will definetly be back when we are in the area.

This was a short last minute booking while driving home. It was reasonably priced for a weekday and it was pet friendly. Being pet friendly is what sold me on booking it as I had my dog with me. Coffee at breakfast was good (although I wish there was more than 1 option other than regular & decaf). My room was clean (I did find a used washcloth in the shower) but other than that it was nice! Check in and out was easy and efficient. Would recommend and I’d stay again.

Nice place. Comfy beds and excellent breakfast. Friendly from check in to check out. Helpful and accommodating. Sorry the pool was out available....under construction. I was looking forward to some pool exercise! Fitness room looked nice and clean but did not use it. Got in late and left early after a fabulous breakfast.

All team members were friendly and very professional, One of the best if not the best smelling hotel I have stayed in recently, very fresh and clean. Breakfast was great and their coffee is some of the best. I will stay there every time I attend an IMS race.

The hotel was in a good location, close to bars and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a good buffet breakfast with quite a bit of choice. The staff were really helpful and one of the young ladies working at breakfast was really friendly. She complimented me on my makeup which was a good start to the day. We had a drink in the downstairs bar which was very pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

very clean, convenient to concert location. 1 min walk across the street to the Field House. All of the staff was super nice from the moment I walked in to valet parking. The bartender, restaurant staff, front desk staff, housekeepers were very polite and courteous. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for makeup application. I had the Salmon & Brussels for dinner and it was absolutely delicious. I felt like it was cooked with love. The morning breakfast was awesome, hot choices and fresh fruit and delicious coffee. I couldn’t ask for a better stay. next time I will stay longer so o can use the pool.

We chose this location due to its proximity to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for a concert. If I ever go to another event at that location, I will definitely pick this hotel first. It is walkable to several different restaurants within a block in either direction. The only small issue we had was that several of us were told breakfast is served until 10 am (we stayed Sun- Mon) but when we arriived a little after 9am, they had shut down at 9. The front desk took off our valet charge to compensate for the error. It was very appreciated! This hotel was very clean. The outdoor area was relaxing. The room was spacious and very clean.

Excellent location close to Gainbridge for Fever game! Parking is pricy and a confusing system to newbies. Staff was friendly. Pivot bar was very delicious. We ordered it late at night. It took over an hour for two meals, we ended up having to go get it ourselves. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Overall would absolutely recommend, especially if you’re going to a W/NBA game across the street! The breakfast was also delicious.

Third time staying here. Lovely hotel, clean, good staff, comfortable beds, hot water, cold AC. We had a room with shower but not accessible room. Location of room down hall off lobby. The shower was easy to get in & out of. They provided us with a shower chair. Want to give a shout out to Francisco tending to breakfast buffet. He kept everything filled, went around taking our dirty dishes & disposing of them & kept tables clean as people finished eating. Had last call before 10am & closing. Coffee is good. Our go to hotel when in Indianapolis.

Friendly check-in clerk. Large parking area, Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Bed had quite the screech. Shower water drained very slowly. Complimentary breakfast buffet in lobby. Nice variety / many choices of both hot and cold foods.

I chose this hotel because I had a rental car and wanted to stay somewhere which offered free parking and was straightforward to reach from downtown Indianapolis and the airport. The hotel is also located in a quiet area with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. My room was spacious, clean, quiet and had a fridge and microwave. The room decor is on par with several downtown hotels I’ve stayed at previously. Free coffee is available throughout the day near the reception desk. Overall this hotel proved to be a great choice!

My wife and I had a 5 night stay. The hotel was clean and people were friendly. Room was nice and comfortable. Jun at the front desk was very polite and professional. He quickly learned my name and showed a personal interest in making sure we were ok. I was greeted each morning with a smile from Leslie in the breakfast section. The food was good and she was polite and helpful. Great experience. Would stay there again.
