Staff were very helpful, hotel was clean, room was very nice and quite spacious and location was quite central.Enjoyed the jacuzzi too.

We arrived on our 30th Wedding Anniversary and immediately were given a beautiful room called Chief Chambers. The room was very special with a sunken jacuzzi bath, very grand and very comfortable. The room was the cleanest we have ever stayed in! I have asthma brought on by dust and I woke up absolutely fine. When we went to dinner, we were given a special table at the window in a quieter room so we felt like royalty. The receptionist, barman, waiter all were wonderful and the steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. Breakfast absolutely delicious and stayed hot. We will definitely come back - possibly making a special 123 mile trip specifically to stay here again. Don’t change, we will be back!

Not going to lie after reading reviews I was a bit skeptic and regretted booking this hotel even though this was a last minute get away ….I was wrong to a certain extent I cannot complain about any noise but this may be due to the time of year we had went, the hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the centre which was perfect for a daunder, we stayed in the chief chambers and all be it the room and bathroom was absolutely stunning and cosy the money we paid was a little over priced. The bathroom was modern with a large spa bath which was perfect for ‘me’ time, the bed was ridiculous in size I could not believe how much room we had, the bay windows however only one was able to open at night…..breakfast was included for the two days which can’t be faulted on we had the full Scottish breakfast which was luke warm along with the coffee but this wasn’t too much of a concern, all staff were very helpful and informative welcoming us both with a hello and smile each time we passed very professional and answered any questions we had. All in all I would give our stay a 7/10 thank you very much for a great weekend away

Everything. The hotel staff were most welcoming and the service was perfect. Lovely choice of evening meals from the A La Carte menu and generous continental and cooked breakfasts were delicious. I was lucky to be occupying one of the recently refurbished, comfortable, large double rooms with modern en-suite facilities, including a full bath, shower and lots of space for personal belongings. The room was comfortably warm, quiet and with tea, coffee, internet TV and excellent hotel WIFi throughout the hotel. I attended a family funeral tea, provided by the hotel. The service and food was excellent, with generous platters of sandwiches, hot snacks and delicious cream scones for all. The hotel staff and team serve guests and customers with dignity and respect, which made our stay at the hotel and the funeral tea a very nice experience.

The family room was spacious, with a large bathroom and a comfortable tub. While the sofa beds were a bit small, the main room was cozy and well-appointed. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious Scottish experience, and the bar was a nice spot to relax. The staff were friendly, the location was convenient, and there was plenty of on-site parking. Overall, a solid choice for families visiting Inverness.

Could not have been in a better location. Within walking distance to bars, restaurants and the bus station. The hotel itself was so clean. The hallways were well kept and modern. The room we stayed in was fantastic, although not much of a view from the window, the room itself was spacious and spotless. Amazing bathroom, so modern! Heating/air con system worked well too. Parking was only a 3 min walk away, £9 for 24 hours, not bad at all.

Great place to stay to visit Inverness! The location is perfect, with beautiful view of the river and easy access to the city center. The rooms are very clean, and very comfortable. The staff are warm and welcoming, and they have a great breakfast. It’s the perfect blend of charm and modern comfort. As a Brazilian, Scotland and Inverness are places that I will visit again for sure.

The location was very central to bars and restaurants, the train station, shops and the water. Chinmaie (from reception) was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. She answered all of our questions, checked in on us and gave great recommendations. The rooms were very clean, modern and quiet.

Very nice and modern hotel located directly on River Ness within an easy (and pleasant) stroll into the Inverness town center. Everything was as represented, including on-site parking, although I would include the charge in the room charge rather than make it an extra. There is ample room for parking and it seems a bit like a nickel-and-dime situation to charge extra. We ate dinner (very late, in the bar) after having a bad experience in town at the Castle Inn (more on that in a separate TA review) and in the dining room for the included breakfast the next morning. Both were excellent, with breakfast surpassing expectations. And view from the dining room looking across the lawn to the river was lovely. All in all a very pleasant stay at a very nice property.

Enjoyed our weekend in Inverness. The Radisson was a great hotel for our break. Everything in the city was within walking distance. Facilities were good and it was clean and quiet. We had a couple of issues with our room - desk light fun and flickering. Wardrobe door was hanging off its runner and came completely off at one point. But otherwise, the room was great, very comfortable bed. Shower was amazing! Bathroom was roomy and good amenities. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We got upgraded to a room with a private balcony and jacuzzi on it. Our friends got upgraded to a suite with a huge bathroom. Our dining experience at the restaurant was amazing, we came to know that Rocpool Restaurant has another location. We tried the other restaurant as well and the food was just as splendid. We enjoyed our stay at Rocpool so much. We like it's facility and staff especially. Highly recommend it!

The Rocpool Reserve is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very attentive. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Their breakfast was amazing. Although it isn’t really that far from restaurants and bars, it wasn’t real convenient or adjacent to them. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to most restaurants and bars.

What a great find, great location close to the town centre but quiet and with ample parking. This small but perfectly formed hotel was very welcoming with great extras - afternoon tea included ( one of the best I’ve had ) also early evening tasting spoons ( delicious taste of Scotland) with free drinks - there’s really no need to go out for a meal after these two things. Large luxurious rooms and beds for a great nights sleep and an amazing breakfast included ( try the Arnold Bennett omelette it’s incredible) all topped off with amazing service from Vicky - Nothing was to much trouble, making our stay one of our most memorable. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

The staff were fantastic, helpful, and friendly. The room included breakfast (which we didn’t make it to 😂), afternoon tea (was out for that as well), and a cocktail & canapé hour in the bar (which we did make). The cocktail and canapé hour was great-the nibbles were tasty and there was a good selection of drinks to choose from. We were even offered a second drink! The best bit was our room had a balcony with a hot tub-which I had no idea about when I made the booking. We had a fab couple of nights there and highly recommend this hotel.

A back country road lead to this ex-farmhouse, it is clean, tidy, quaint and very welcoming on the outside but the road IS a farm road and a but bumpy but short. Inside the house is very well decorated and in excellent condition with Neil and Angela taking great care of the house and the guests, the daily room clean was what I get in a 4 star hotel and not usually in a B&B, the tea making facilities catered for everyone with 5 different teas and coffee plus biscuits. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the location ensures no traffic noise in the morning. A vast array of breakfast cereals/yoghurts/fresh fruits etc was a welcoming sight every morning and a freshly prepared fried breakfast if required to round it off. The house is 2 miles from Loch Ness, and an easy drive to Inverness after the 200 yard farm track, so makes for a perfect base to visit nessie or even over the Dornach bridge and further north...I drove the length of Loch Ness and kept going onto Glenfinnan and THAT viaduct and it was an easy drive and back in time for Inverness at night.

Do you need a break from the city, noise and fast-paced life?? You have found your perfect B&B. This is exactly what I needed, such a relaxing place. The B&B is surrounded by green fields and the Loch Ness is very close (you can go either walking or driving). Inverness is around 25 mins away and the airport around 30 mins by car. I’d highly recommend you rent a car for your stay as I’m not entirely sure how the public transport connections are and by car you can travel to all the towns around. The Innkeepers, Neal and Angela, made our stay even more unforgettable!! They were both very helpful and friendly, giving us recommendations of places to visit and restaurants/pubs where to eat. The breakfast was outstanding. You have a buffet of cold food/toasts and, in addition, one hot option (when we stayed the options were: Full Scottish breakfast, Scottish Porridge, Scrambled eggs and the special of the day Pancakes!). Everything was sooo good! Last day we were checking out before the breakfast was served but Neal and Angela were kind enough to leave some toasts/yogurts/fruits/etc for us in the dining, we really appreciated this! If we come back to Inverness, we would definitely stay here again. Tip! if you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend you get with you ear plugs as you can hear the other guests when opening doors or using hair dryers for instance.

B&B is located very conveniently in a quiet area, beautiful scenery, easy to get to, near enough to Inverness. Angela and Neal are super friendly and helpful. Their hospitality far exceeds any other we have come across. The room was stunning with a great view. Spacious, comfortable, clean and just perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Buffet breakfast included fresh strawberries and pancakes with an array of toppings. Cooked breakfast from the menu was thoroughly enjoyable, especially a unique local twist of a sausage. Room was very clean, modern and boutique-like. There were picturesque views of rolling hills and roaming cows.

Fantastic hosts, who were not only friendly and welcoming but also gave great directions to various places, suggestions for places to visit and even got in some haggis for my husband to try one morning. Breakfast was really good with everything you could possibly want. Everywhere was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable with coffee and tea making facilities. The location is stunning but you are off the beaten track (which we loved) and the nearest pub is a 45 minute walk (which again we loved), making it a very peaceful and tranquil stay (just what we wanted). The only thing I would say negatively is that the rooms could do with a little updating and maybe some new carpets as the stairway does suggest the number of visitors they get here (hence not giving five stars) This doesn’t take away from the fact that this is a great B&B which we highly recommend and would stay in again.

The Cabin was so cosy and relaxing and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The hottub was so relaxing and it was an excellent wee place to unwind.

A lovely quiet, peaceful and very comfortable pod in a fabulous location just outside Inverness - hot tub was delightful after days out exploring and even though in close proximity to hosts home it is very private Lots of nice little extras provided and the fluffy robes were very much appreciated 😃 Great shower, comfy bed really nicely decorated and good parking provided Communication with Hosts was great

Beautiful, well thought out pod. Extremely comfortable bed and sofa. The Hot Tub was just fab after a long days drive, and the gorgeous thick towelling robes for going to and from the hot tub was perfect. The surroundings are extremely peaceful and relaxing, just a perfect retreat to help recharge the batteries!

We had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing hosts. Joy was really helpful and provided us with everything we needed for a great few days. The room was clean, warm, and cosy. The bed was very comfortable (we even helped ourselves to delicious tea provided in the room), and the mattress was as good as new. The breakfast was truly delicious and had fantastic options - whether you want to experiment and get something different every day, or simply enjoy the one thing that blew you away. The location is perfect, we didn't have a car so we arrived by train and it was just a short walk from the station. We also booked a tour with a meeting point even closer. But apart from the good accommodation Joy showed us a friendly face and a warm welcome to our home away from home. He was super positive and extra nice. So remember: if your host's name is Joy, you are guaranteed to enjoy.

The Guest House is in a quiet location close to the river where good restaurants and pubs can be found and also the centre of Inverness. The room was perfect, cosy, spotlessly clean and a very comfortable bed. I didn't book breakfast with this stay though it was available. Joy, the owner, kept in contact about my arrival time. He was very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at the Carisbrooke guest house. The rooms are comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and they have everything you need. The bathroom has a really good shower and all basic amenities are provided. The location of the guesthouse is perfect as well, a very short walk from the river, cafes and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and they provided me with gluten free bread option. Joy was an amazing host, he looked after us well and provided us with some useful tips about the area as well. Overall we had great experience and a lovely stay

The property was located just across the river and within walking distance of old town Inverness. It was very comfortable and the host Joy was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were big delicious! We were given two breakfast times to choose from which accommodated our daily schedule. We were able to relax in the living room with our friends (the weather was rainy so outside was not an option). The bedrooms were comfortable and the connected bathroom had modern facilities (no bath, just a shower). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic guesthouse. The rooms were spotless and the bathroom was big with a shower and separate bath, both super clean and nice. When we booked we were told there was no breakfast during our stay as it’s off season but they managed to make us breakfast anyway which was delicious. The hosts Joy and Elci were very friendly and helpful with plenty of recommendations. The location is ideal - just walking distance from town. The bed was very comfy and I slept so well. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Kenny, a lovely gentleman who is a "jack of all trades" owner/manager/chef/receptionist, was absolutely charming and wonderful. He welcomes his guests and shows them to their rooms PLUS makes a terrific breakfast. Bluebell House itself is very lovely and my room had a very impressive 4 poster bed with heavy damask drapes and many beautiful touches such as antique furniture. The bathroom facilities were modern and impeccably clean. The breakfast room is gorgeous and the menu includes the full Scottish breakfast (or parts thereof if you can't stomach haggis) as well as fruit, granola etc. Bluebell House is located in a quiet neighborhood on the opposite side of the River Ness from the center of town. It is a quick walk over a bridge to get to the middle of Inverness.

Bluebell House is a lovely old home with 8 beautifully decorated spacious rooms and all the amenities, like fresh flowers, bathrobes, chocolates, and still and sparkling water in the fridge. Kenny, the host, makes your breakfast to order at the time you request the night before. My husband especially liked the salmon and eggs option. I am a gluten-free vegan, so there were no options for me, but Kenny provided a bowl for my own granola and oat milk. The location is convenient and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet so that you don't hear the traffic on Kenneth Street. You are only a few minutes' walk from a Tesco grocery store and Inverness Cathedral and downtown Inverness is only a few blocks farther away across the river.

The lady looking after the B&B was the perfect friendly and welcoming host. The rooms were fantastic, and so comfortable. Breakfast fantastic. Location ideal for city centre and just across the bridge to all main bars, restaurants and train station.

The location is perfect, only about 5 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, bars! The place is very clean with a very tasty breakfast. The host offered to make dinner reservations for us.
