The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is quiet. There are lots of birds in the morning and a view from the balcony of distant mountains. A good hotel if you like bird watching. It’s a bit of a walk into town along the river, but it’s okay if it’s not too hot — or call a Grab, it’s a short ride and not expensive.

The staff were exceptional in their attitude, service and disposition. The male staff even helped us to carry our luggage into the boot of our Grab driver when we left for the airport and waved us good bye. The place was beautifully decorated, the arm chairs were comfortable and it was relaxing to sit in the foyer space to wait or read. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was big and the shower head was of good quality with strong pressure to have an exceptional bath.

The room and facilities were clean and beautifully decorated, staff was friendly and the room was comfortable with a selection of movies to watch. As there were only 2 other rooms occupied during our stay, the hotel was quiet and peaceful and had none of those children running around outside or noisy people as you'd have at other hotels. Sadly, we couldn't stay longer as we had to checkout prematurely to return home for an emergency, but the host and staff were understanding and agreed to refund our unstayed night. Will definitely choose to stay in Tudor for future Ipoh trips.

The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The Tudor had beautiful decor and the room was extremely clean, cosy and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone travelling to Ipoh to look into staying at the Tudor.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is spacious, spotless, and complete with all the essentials — fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a comfortable living area. Parking was convenient, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The host was very helpful and welcoming. Great facilities including a big swimming pool and hot spring Easy access to Sunway Tambun Lost World Waterpark.

Everything! Perfect location to the Lost World Park 2 minutes walk! Check in easy and check out. Me Benjamin so helpful and friendly. Apartment very nice, most comfortable bed better than 5star hotel! We want to live here because it’s sooo nice and the views from the balcony beautiful. Pool is very big, cold and hot pools.

The whole unit is so spacious and airy even with minimal aircond or fans . The view is superb with balcony facing the Lost World of Tambun. Wifi, water dispenser (very helpful because you do not need to buy drinking water once at home), microwave, big fridge, comfortable sofa, good beddings in all rooms, open cupboard with cloth hangers, washing machine and good entertainment on TV. Good parking location. Walking distance to Lost World of Tambun entrance/exit. Worth for money.

An excellent visit here! Such charming and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and made easy storage for our bikes. The room is very spacious and clean, with a big bathroom and shower with a separate screen. A very comfortable 2 night stay.

The location is super convenient, the downstairs has Texas Chicken and Family Mart which are 24 hours, including a few restaurants. The staffs are friendly and helpful, he provided some useful information to their guests. The king bed is extremely comfortable for a good sleep.

The surroundings, swimming pool and jacuzzi

The pool is good except it is too crowded. The water in the area for jacuzzi is not clear so I didn't go in. Since we are in a big number, we were asked to go to the behind area during breakfast. The floor is uneven, and the food is not topped up on time. The juice has limited choice. It is not worth the money.

They gave us simple instruction for check in and the place was easy to find, You have to enter the guard house to get to check in at B Block. The staff are friendly and efficient so checking in was simple and fast. The concierge came to handle our luggage. There's ample parking either covered or uncovered. The apartment allotted to us was on the 19th floor mountain view. The apartment was spacious and very clean and neat. The apartment is well equipped with a small pantry, necessary cutleries, a coffee making machine, microwave, cooking top, Coway hot and cold water dispenser, fridge etc . The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean especially the sheet and pillows. The necessary amenities are provided in a cute little recycle pouch, a nice thought. The beds and pillows are so comfortable which I have slept in so far. The mountain view apartment is rather peaceful and quiet compare to pool facing apartments. I did not use the pool but its looks like an infinite pool of good size and rather crowded at the time I was there. I used the walking track which was serene, lots of greens, well maintained pathways, but no sight of monkey though. There's also a children playground and a petting zoo for the kids. It is a well planned all rounder resort suitable for all ages. The breakfast was superb, wide spread and lots of choices. Will definitely stay again and for more nights.

The resort’s location is absolutely stunning — surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained with all the modern amenities. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy throughout our stay. Front desk staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. The resort had excellent facilities — the infinity pool was a highlight, and we also enjoyed the spa treatments, which were very relaxing and professionally done. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Breakfast had so many options and was beautifully presented.

The family room was of a decent size, could easily accomdate three adults. The room and bathroom condition was modern and very clean. Upon arrival hotel prepare ‘welcome drink’ which I really appreciate it as I’m travelling by motorcyle. It was such a relief plus it taste so good. Staff are very polite and helpful. I get voucher to have tea time around 4-6 pm. So before we went out we just have a cup of coffee and delicious sponge cake. We also get a RM15 voucher for dine in. Room that we booked is awesome, lot of space beside have two toilets, two televisions. This hotel location is very strategic, close to most of the attraction in Ipoh like Tasik Cermin, Concubine Lane, Gerbang Malam, Uptown, Pasar Karat etc. We had our breakfast and everything is so delicious. Lift service is excellent and fast.

Breakfast and High tea were included and we enjoyed both. Had a pleasant evening with drinks in their lounge/bar. Good selection of restaurants and Kinta City Mall just next door. We had a delicious dinner at Dozo Japanese Restaurant which is next door to the hotel. Would recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent right from the free carparking, checking-in and out! Room was simply clean and stylishly designed. We were welcomed with pleasant and friendly service staffs, delicious 'semi-buffet hi-tea' and 'tasty wholesome morning breakfast'! I highly recommend everyone to experience this hotel's hospitality to believe. Lastly, thanks to all the front service staffs for their pleasant professional service. Keep up the great job!

Limited choice of breakfast, but they taste good, and I'm not a big breakfast eater, so I really don't mind. The staffs I met were all really friendly, kind and helpful. Really appreciate the complimentary high-tea. The staff there (a lady) is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The pastries were also good.

Everything was so good! We were given welcoming drink upon early check-in, they provide us with complimentary hi tea which was delicious. Room is spacious, also located nearby to many local eateries, breakfast buffet not so much but wasn’t that bad either, probably just lack of choice but they serve everything right. staffs were also super friendly and nice, parking was easy probably bcs its weekdays, but they do have parking for guests. Good value for money. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean, and we had a balcony too with huge sliding doors (Executive Deluxe Triple Room). Hand soap, dental kit, shower cap, snacks and drinks can be bought at the reception. Ample public parking in front of hotel. No in-house breakfast available and no eateries in the immediate area ie. in the same block, but you can walk to nearby Petronas convenience store and McDonalds. Short drive to shops and restaurants in Taman Canning area. We had a comfortable no frills stay. Good value for money.

Overall, the location is excellent. However, there are a few areas for improvement in the room. The pillow could be more comfortable, and there was some visible dirt in the jacuzzi. Additionally, the breakfast service could be more efficient, as guests have to wait in a 10-15 minute queue before being seated due to the crowd. It may be helpful to consider offering a separate dining area for 12th-floor guests during peak weekends or seasons. Despite these minor issues, it was still a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it.

Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). Our room on the Concept (12th) floor came with a jacuzzi, and overall it was spacious and comfortable, but with some hits and misses. Hits was the large 2 person jacuzzi, the smart tv with screen mirroring, comfy king size bed, powerful water and, uniquely, a drinking water faucet in the bathroom. Oh and also the complimentary breakfast buffet, 5pm-7pm predinner fingerfood and drinks on the lounge within the floor and 11pm supper Misses was our room's vertical blinds in the windows (that had come off-track so we could not enjoy the views), lack of wardrobe space and no small dining table for in-room meals, though the room definitely has space for it. Have bookmarked this hotel as our go-to on our next Ipoh trip.

We arrive at the Hotel at 5.15pm. We check in 6person that is 3 Twin Room. They gave us 7th & 8 floor they could not put us on the same floor as they were running full house. Check in the rooms were very clean and spacious do was the bathroom. The bathroom lights were not bright enough hope they could do something about it. There was coffee, Tea and mineral water and they offer free snacks comes with coffee and tea. Breakfast spread was great they have full spread of breakfast. In the night they also offer on the house supper from 11pm to Midnight. Fresh Soyabean Milk with porridge and dessert and also Coffee or Tea. We are very happy with our stay the staff they very helpful and friendly and warm. We will come back again soon to Ipoh.

The Weil Hotel is located well the new’ish end of town adjacent a convenient shopping mall and famous hawkers food strip. The roof top pool has amazing views, pool is a nice temperature perfect for cooling off after a days touring and the decor and room facilities and bed are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with great western and traditional options available. We were very happy with our choice of hotel and stay Ipoh.

This is my 2nd time staying at Weil Hotel. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very spacious, with a huge shower stall that includes a rain shower. The hotel has everything to keep guests happy - a well equipped gym and, selection of restaurants. The breakfast buffet spread was generous, offering both Western and Asian dishes. In the evening at 11pm, guests gathered to enjoy a free supper of porridge, green bean soup and soya bean milk. An added plus is having a mall - Ipoh Parade - located next to the hotel which offered shopping, dining and spa/hair/nail services at very affordable prices.

From the beginning we were welcomed very warmly by reception. The person in charge was super helpful and friendly, and made the check-in process very smooth. There was a lift which is great when travelling with children as there are many things to bring up. The room was super spacious, a rare luxury, especially great for families. The bed was big and comfortable, with ample pillows and soft sheets. A nice partition separated the bed from the desk/cupboard area, which is nice to get ready and not disturb anyone sleeping. The bathroom is very clean with all the toiletries you need. Definitely worth staying at again.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel is located closer to all the iconic places in Ipoh. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We forgot one of our bags in the hotel on the day we checked out. When we were at the railway station the hotel called us and informed us. And they were even willing to ship by themselves, to where ever were going.But we decided to go back and get it. The lady kept our bag safe secured. They were very good people. I will definitely stay there again if I visit IPOH.

The staff are great. The location isn’t in central Ipoh but the price is great. The carpets in the hallways desperately need steam cleaning. It does detract from the overall ambience and it could be so easily fixed. We stayed 2 nights. Make sure you stay on a Wednesday if you want to enjoy the Night Market located across the road from the hotel. Rooms are good size, modern and importantly clean. To get around , use GRAB . It’s great. WiFi is good . Would like teabags in room.

Excellent hotel just directly at the Lost World Theme Park. We stayed for 2 nights. It was just so convenient to walk over to the theme park and back after playing on the rides and water areas. The breakfast area is over at the theme park entrance as well and that was really convenient. Breakfast was ok, although it could have been better with more variety etc. The toaster machine was rather slow and a long queue started to form. They could have just left the hardboiled eggs in a tray for guests to pick up, rather than having us to wait to ask the staff for it as they were so busy cooking the eggs. Another grouse was that there wasn't any sheltered linkway from the hotel to the theme park as it was raining on one of the days that we were there and we had to run back to the hotel in the rain. The service was excellent and the staffs were so helpful and friendly to the guests. There is a MacDonald's nearby that had recently started operating 24 hrs. It was good as there wasn't any eateries inside the theme park after 9pm and the last order at the hotel was 1030pm. Had placed a RM200 deposit using my (prepaid) Youtrip card. And the money was locked in. Had to wait till 7 days before they released the money and I could use the RM200 which my trip was over by then. Was a bummer as I didn't have much cash on me and the Youtrip card was my only source of funds (apart from CC). My advice would be to just use a RM100 cash deposit or a dormant credit card for the deposit.

Their family room was spacious and comfortable, they supply good enough towels, shampoo, drinking water and their delicious in-house coffee and milk tea too. We enjoy their good breakfast with opening ceremonies by Sunway Lost World group too. Definitely will come back again when we are free. Definitely good for family and friends come in a big group. Lastly, we really enjoy our fun times in Lost World Water park and their very very interesting small Zoo with full of animals. My kids like it so much.

We love to stay here for our anniversaries as we love the hotspring. Room is very spacious. Nasi lemak with fried anchovies for breakfast would be lovely. The temperature of the hot shower in the room is below our expectation. Some unpleasant guests came from other planet with cow brain do not know how to close the door properly. Was so so annoying with the banging noise and the wall vibrate when we were sleeping. Probably staff need to remind all guest before they stay though it is a basic mannerism and common sense. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Immediate action been made after notify some issues. Overall this is a good hotel.

-Most important of all, staff is at the glamping buggy car counter there is over friendly, very kind and helpful, because of them my stay very comfortable, please give them bonus for their excellence performance -Breakfast is simple but acceptable -Feels like VIP when you stay inside glamping -The sightseeing, environment, nature and the river fish, i purposely sit car go out market buy food for the fishes

It's just that I wish the room for 3 persons (Deluxe Twin Room) are a bit wider . I do enjoy my stay, no offense, but for one night stay it is okay comfortable but if you travel for three people maybe I would recommend the Two Bedroom Apartment instead.

We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who efficiently checked us in for our three night stay. Our room was compact but had everything we needed,the bathroom small but very clean. Breakfast was of a good standard and we enjoyed the dishes on offer along with the egg and noodle station. It was a bit noisy with large groups of Chinese guests the first morning but afterwards it was ok. We sat in the small outside area as it was peaceful. The complimentary shuttle was helpful and we made use of it,the drivers knowledgeable and friendly and we quickly became orientated to the area. We enjoyed our stay,visited local temples along with the old town etc and there was just one day when we returned at 4pm and our room still hadn't been made up. There was no roof top bar,or any other bar,which didn't really bother us as we were site seeing most of the time. Other than that all was good. Restaurants / street food is close by and it is walkable to the night market. Grabs are easy to get although the guy on reception did help us out. We would recommend if visiting Ipoh.

Staff at check in counter is very polite and helpful. We arrived early at 1pm and she guided us with a map and provided water when requested. We managed to tour Ipoh town on foot while waiting for check in time at 3pm. We love the location. It's surrounded with many famous restaurants and biscuits. All on foot without driving out! We stayed in a 4 bedded room. It's spacious, super clean, quiet, comfortable and relatively new. A special mention on the yummy buffet breakfast. Although it's a small area but the spread was full fledge western and eastern combo. The waiters were also friendly. Food were replenished asap. Nice!

The hotel looks modern and very clean. Interior finishing is awesome and elegant. Overall the room is perfect for two and Nice. The shower water pressure is superb, excellent hot water and with full utility. The hotel underground car park is guarded and safe. The breakfast is very tasty with lot of varieties of Asian and Western food. The environment on food serving area is simply calm and beautiful. The staff at recipient and cafeteria is humble and polite. There is nearby Chinese restaurant with nice Chinese food which located within waking distance less than 100 meter.

The MU Hotel in Ipoh is a nice little hotel which is located in a quiet neighbourhood less than 20 mins away from the airport. The room is clean and the beds were comfortable. We did not take the breakfast option because there were local eating places to have a good meal. At night, there is a streetfood corner where you can get all types of local delights, like cha kway teow, bbq chicken wings etc. If you want something better, there is a Korean restaurant across the road. If there is anything I want to feedback is that the hotel wifi is unreliable. There were several times when the wifi signal suddenly disappeared, and we had to use our data.

The two things that matter most to us in a hotel is it needs to be clean and quiet. They got a perfect score on both of these. Lifts were fast, staff very helpful & friendly, and breakfast was good. It was just over a km to the historic area, so the location worked fine for us. Rooms are quite small and there are some stains here and there on the carpets but those are just picky things and the rooms, and the hotel in general, are overall very comfortable and we would stay here again.

Very friendly staff and an efficient check in. Very well located within walking distance of the major sites, restaurants and cafes. The local area around the hotel is interesting to wander about early in the morning when the market is open. Large spotlessly clean room with comfortable beds, good hot showers and excellent wifi. Power sockets by the bed and the room had 2 international sockets. Small fridge and electric kettle in the room. Windows are double glazed and the rooms are quiet. This hotel is excellent value.

The location was very convenient, in the city center and not far from the main attraction. There are many restaurants in the area, including vegetarian, which was important for me. Breakfast was available at extra cost, nothing special but enough to eat. The room was spacious and quiet. I liked the bathroom with a good shower and really hot water.

Great location, just adjacent to memory lane where the Sunday flea market happens. Lots of eateries (KFC, pizza hut, cafes, restaurants), within walking distance. The hotel cafe serves breakfast at 10RM, the quantity is a bit less though. Cafe is beautifully designed though. King size beds are huge and super comfortable. The staff is super helpful. Very central location and walking distance to Mural Lane and concubine lane. Grab taxi is immediately available and normal taxis are always stationed in front of the hotel. 7/11 is just besides the hotel as well. The Perak cave and the Sam Poh Tong cave complex/Mirror lake are sort of equidistant from this location. Wifi was quite good too.

...in the new town area of Ipoh, less than a 15mins drive from Ipoh airport. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by the staff, and Debbie was the perfect host. All the recommendations were spot on for what I was looking for. As a solo traveller this was very much appreciated as Debbie knew what would be ideal for me, and so it was! Breakfast was east or western and was prepared on demand, along with a selection of pastries. And the rooms were comfy and spacious, with water and coffee machines. Walkable to the old town and the lanes (20 mins), and less than a 10 min walk to the pedestrianised area with restaurants and shops to stock up on gifts for back home, plus the famous Ipoh white coffee! Plus a two min walk from the Woong Kee bean curd stall! After having left an item in the taxi to the airport, Debbie and her team got it back to me in Singapore - hand delivered once I managed to track it down. The team went above and beyond and provided a truly end to end service. I would definitely stay here again.

Only 10 rooms in this boutique hotel. The interior is elegant, staffs are friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and the staff directed us to our room, briefed us thoroughly on the amenities. Huge room, spacious bathroom with shower area and bath tub. They have a guard to patrol around as you need to park your car along the roadside. Their breakfast is cook on demand. We were late for breakfast in the morning, but they were nice enough to offer coffee, toast and croissant.

We had a very nice 3 night stay at this hotel. Breakfast was fine, staff were very friendly and helpful, a/c was excellent, bathroom and shower were great, bed was large and comfortable. Very convenient to restaurants, a reasonable walk to old town. Grab is very cheap if you don’t want to walk there.

The layout of the room is smart and elegant. Room is very clean, two sinks a plus, big shower stall also very nice. There is also a hot and cold water machine, and the coffee machine is upscale. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated. Staff service is excellent! Breakfast is simple but adequate. The location is not prime but pretty convenient to restaurants and shops.

Location is strategic, many restaurants are nearby within 5km drive. Convenient stores and petrol stations also along the road. Accessible to North South Highway, made convenient for our trip to Kuala Kangsar and back to Selangor. Beds are comfortable and we are allowed to add in additional bed in the room. Staff is helpful when we need to fix the bidet in the washroom. Self check-in process is convenient and admin staff is helpful to assist via phone call when we have trouble to enter the hotel at first time.

The host made sure our stay was comfortable throughout right from check in till check out. Shout out to them. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing with hot water. Would definitely stay again here.

So in that respect we can’t complain, it was good! The hotel and room were definitely a bit tired and rough around the edges, but then again, it’s not pretending to be anything fancy. The breakfast was ok, but we ended up going out for dim sum after eating some fruit at the buffet (we really recommend a dim sum breakfast, lots of great places nearby!). The location was great for us. Outside the hustle of the east side of the old town but near lots of great Chinese eateries and night market. Great for a short stay (we stayed for one night), not sure I’d want to stay for longer than a couple of nights

Nice small hotel. Staff were friendly, easy to checkin. Room was clean, cozy and aircon was in order. The toilet wall paper not so nicely done as wear off. Once you shower, the whole toilet flood with water. A bit of flies in the toilet, like those you find near banana. Toilet have all the things you need like toothbrush, hairnet, shampoo etc. Room was clean up daily. Breakfast was good. Had Nasi Lemak, roti prata, noodles, bread with jam, coffee/tea, fruits etc. Go anywhere by grab was cheap average life 5 ringget

I liked that the hotel is well-maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It was not difficult getting to the hotel too. I'd prefer if the front desk staff were more knowledgeable about the dining choices near the hotel instead of giving a familiar place to them. The bathroom floor lining seemed to be peeling off and at certain areas it felt slippery. The bathroom was clean nonetheless. The staff at the restaurant can be better trained and organise the seating area better. Instead of saying, "You have to wait at the lobby," it is better to say, "Please wait at the lobby while I prepare / organise a table for you." The food choice was adequate and tasty. Overall the experience was pleasant and I would come stay at this hotel again.

Staff are helpful friendly and flexible. Allowed us to check in early at 1 pm. Security guards at the carpark very helpful especially the Indian guy. The executive suit room is spacious and clean.

We stayed at the M Boutique in Ipoh for two mid-week nights in November. Overall the experience was nice, the hotel is beautifully decorated and clean. We stayed in a bigger room (which is fully worth it, as the standard rooms appear to be very small). The decor is nice and we had enough space. It is a brick facade, which is blocking the windows, so kind of odd to be in a room without any view. Many rooms in the M Boutique either do not have a window at all, or a blocked by the facade. It did not bother us really, as we were largely using it for sleep only. Bed was comfortable, Bathroom is nice with two sinks. Shower pressure is always an issue, and the temperature is not stable. The White Coffee in the building has closed in October, so no coffee bar around any more (which is a bit of a drag). There are plenty of local food places around the corner for breakfast. The biggest obstruction (and others have voiced it) is the very noisy bar across the street (with Karaoke etc) - open long into the night. Very noisy. If you are a light sleeper, you need to avoid this side. I am sure the hotel is aware, but this is a kind of drag for the entire stay. The hotel is south of town, probably a 10 min walk (or a short grab ride). So not too bad. All in all, a good stay. Good value for money, a nice loft style hotel, friendly staff, (just the noise down the street that is a bit of a drag).

Small bar fridge for keeping things cold and fresh towels each day. Great Japanese restaurant next door together with a coffee shop as part of the complex. Spacious, comfortable beds, clean, plenty of toiletries, clean towels and bottles of drinking water provided regularly. Great little gym and the facility to wash and dry laundry was particularly helpful. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Family of 5 spent one night in "Family Package" of twin room plus adjacent queen suite. Rooms are a bit small for Malaysia. Sheets and towels nice and clean. Since there are 5 of us - I took yet another room on the same floor. This "windowless" cabin room is actually quite good. Clean bathroom. Excellent clean linen and no noise from the Heineken bar across the road. The restaurant served a good local breakfast at low cost.

The M Boutique Hotel was very clean and had a rustic-chic vibe, with reclaimed floorboards and an eclectic aesthetic vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful, and the rooms themselves were very nicely styled, if a little small. The close proximity of the two restaurants in the lobby was also greatly appreciated, particularly the coffee shop for early mornings.

I had a very good 2 nights stay at this hotel in Deluxe King Room. It is located strategically near to the Lotus@Tesco, nearby highway and it made us commute from the hotel to Ipoh town very easily, and the attractive places such as Lost World of Tambun, was just about 15 minutes away. It was also very convenient to stay in the hotel which 7E cafe and Mamak stall are just down stairs and fronting the hotel, surely can "ngeteh" and "lepak" with friends and family. Checking in processes was fine, the staff was so helpful, namely Meena and she made the registration for our group (13 of us) smooth as sailing, the wash room for the guess in the lobby was immaculate and the hotel have a very pleasant smell. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, the room was so comfy, spacious, neat, and cold, the staffs was friendly but in terms of appearance of the staffs, there is room for improvement to make them look more professional with proper uniform. Overall i can say, this is affordable, comfy, calming ambiance and very strategic nice place to stay for those who are planning to go to the Lost World of Tambun but refuse to spend so much on accommodation.

The parking also had been given towards the guest but first come first serve basis. Furthermore, there's a lot of shops nearby like nasi kandar,cu mart, family mart and more, very accessible.

Hotel is newly refurbished, and the rooms are clean and tidy, modern looking, and cozy with a great view overlooking Ipoh city and the Kinta river. The sheets and pillows were spotless, the bathroom was clean and well stocked with basic toiletries, however, the room does not have a mini fridge. Check-in and out was a breeze, and the staff and receptionist were incredibly courteous and friendly. All in all, a perfect hotel for a quick getaway in Ipoh with easy access, comfortable rooms, and perfect location.

Room 603 - River & City View. Parking is extremely limited but the guard supervising the spaces were very helpful and efficient. Room is bright, clean and spacious. Water dispenser is available in the common area of the floor. Location is excellent. Walkable to all areas of interest in the city centre. Coffee house/restaurant located in the 12th floor offers excellent view of the mountain range.

All of the staff were amazing, lovely and friendly. They made us feel very welcome for our short stay. The hotel employed security guards which made us feel safe. The location is great, a short walk to the old town and the river walk. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Plenty of space to unload bags. There is a 7-eleven in the lobby. The shower was nice and hot.

Newly refurbished in modern understated design, the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was nice and I slept well. Housekeeping was excellent and everything was very clean. The checking desk and cafe on level 12 look beautiful and stylish, with views over the city. Convenient location within walking distance to all the attractions in the old town. Clean, well maintained hotel in good location for all activities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of dishes. Although very busy all dishes were kept topped up by kitchen staff and the waiters did an amazing job keeping the breakfast room running smoothly. All in all a great place to stay in Ipoh.

hotel was located in the central of the city, it was so convenient. There are foot reflexology parlour, established restaurants, Food courts, famous street foods street within walking distance. We have booked 2 twin bed rooms and one family room. The rooms were spacious, clean and bright. We have one minor problem with one of the twin room. Toilet get choked and we quickly called for housekeeping service, problem was solved within half an hour. In the family room, we were given 2 Queen beds, it was spacious. toilet were spacious too.

I’d booked a quadruple room since there were 4 people. The room is clean and spacious whereby we can opened all our 4 cabin size luggage which still ample room to walk around. There is a bathtub as well as shower space in the toilet. It’s located in the old town and many eateries within walking distance. The staff is friendly and attentive to our requests such as putting our luggage, gave us suggestions upon our enquiries how to go to our desired destinations etc.

Our stay at Hotel Excelsior Ipoh was wonderful. The location is perfect, with countless restaurants within walking distance. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back!

Had such a great stay here! The host, Sam, was super responsive and helpful — I texted him on WhatsApp about an aircond issue in the living hall, and he got it fixed right away. The hotel have lift even though they have only 4 levels. They provided iron board and iron outside of our rooms and water filter so we could refill cold water as we wanted. Aaa loves it 😋 In our room, they provided a big mirror outside the toilet and in the toilet so we could use it at the same time, which is very convenient for us, have hair dryer and many plugs points to use also they have a lot of lamps which are in front door, toilet, both sides of bed frames, headboard bed frame and in the middle of room. They also have a lot of WiFi, but the coverage very slow, I hope you can improve the WiFi coverage.

Every year on julai i was stay here for personal stuffs, staffs are very friendly, the place is very clean and tidy. Surrounding have some malay shops and mamak restaurant and beside hotel have 99 speedmart, if u choose this hotel for rest, very suitable.hotel facilitates and staffs never disappointed me❤️

All the facilities were absolutely amazing. Mineral water and towel for all guest capacity’s. Extra handkerchiefs for more hygiene. Soft bed and pillow. Television works fine. All clean including under the bed.

The room is in good condition, cozy, and suitable for work trips. We reserved a few rooms for other pax, and they had no complaints. The food prepared throughout the stay is absolutely great. The timing of the tea break is up to us, and the hotel has prepared it well. The coffee house's eating area is equally cozy. The seminar hall is comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 19 people. The seating arrangement between passengers is ideal in a u-shape. A projector is provided. The technical crew swiftly resolved the air conditioning issue. It's only that when another event is held next door and the group use microphones, it really disrupts our conversation. There is also work on the outside, which disrupts the discussion. PIC, Mrs Samantha is extremely helpful from beginning to end. If something needs her attention, she responds quickly and takes action immediately. Overall, the stay and seminar at Impiana Hotel Ipoh were excellent, and we would suggest it to others.

The breakfast was superb. Varieties of choices, from english breakfast to Malaysian dish/breakfast. The hospitality & the staffs all friendly and welcoming. The room neat & clean.. the ambiance of the lobby was nice.the corridors smells good all the time.

Our stay at Impiana Hotel, Ipoh was truly memorable, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Villasini and Sivanesh. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was smooth and enjoyable. Always pleasant and helpful, they assisted us with transport in and around Ipoh and even stepped in to secure alternative transport when our original plans to Cameron Highlands fell through. Their dedication, professionalism, and passion for their work made all the difference. They recommended places to visit, where to eat and what to explore. Meeting them was a real highlight of our trip. Highly recommended, and we hope our paths cross again sometime soon! And yes, breakfast was delicious!

On arrival the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the suite was clean and comfortable and had a view overlooking the golf course and pool area. It had lovely modern decor, a good fridge and kettle. The cafe where we bought breakfast (croissants and coffee) was good and we were able to sit outside on the terrace. We also ate both nights in the restaurant which was busy as it was Chinese New Year, but the meals we had were good and the staff worked hard and were helpful and friendly. It was a last minute booking as we initially had booked 4 nights in Cameron Highlands but then realising there wasn't enough to do there, so Ipoh looked to be the next best place to stay on our way to Georgetown. We were very pleased with everything and we took a taxi into Ipoh to see all the street art which was amazing. A good choice for a 2 night stay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly especially Harris who attended to us when we checked in. He even escorted us to the villa to show us the amenities. Zane at the grocers who served us beast with a smile even though she was alone manning the cafe. View from bfast terrace was soothing and relaxing. But the toilets lacked hooks for hanging clothes, had no shower spray but only the attached to the ceiling shower.

The environment of the resort is chill and relax. There is a restaurant nearby, so it is convenient to get our breakfast and dinner. The unit is spacious and well equipped. There was raining during our stay, the resort uses a buggy to send us to the restaurant.

Love the location as it seems secluded from the hustle bustle of the city. So quiet and serene. We also love the view of the golf field, spectacular. The room was also clean and comfortable. They also have a kids room (even though not that big and doesn't have much variety), but it still can make the kids happy to play there. They also provide bicycles for guests to use. Buggy car service was also provided if you want to go anywhere inside the resort, really helpful.

The reception team was very friendly and efficient — both check-in and check-out were smooth and pleasant. The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel provides two outdoor parking areas, and there seems to be security personnel around, which is reassuring. However, since the parking is uncovered, it might not be ideal on rainy days. That said, one of the lots is right next to the hotel, so it’s still quite convenient. The hotel itself is very new, with spacious, clean rooms. The bed and pillows were absolutely amazing! My aunt, who usually struggles to sleep anywhere but her own bed, had no trouble sleeping through the night here. We ended up buying the pillows... It was extremely comfortable — I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is one star in the Booking, making me worried about the quality and facilities. However, when we checked in, we were surprised by the cleaness and well equipped room, it is much better than a 3 star hotel. Hotel is new, room is clean and comfortable, you can have all you need. It is not located in the old town but just 15 min walking; the bonus is that the night market is just in the corner, a lot of local food, famous chicken noodles, all the traditional biscuit shops. Very convenient for night life. All the staff, from reception to the security, are very friendly and helpful, help us settled the issue we were facing with Grab. Highly recommend

There were a few things that could have been better provided for our 2 night stay. Toilet roll (not a new roll and no spare) Tea/coffee/milk powder enough for 1 cup per person per day only. The shower was very good but fixed low on the wall. Only local TV channels Staff very friendly. Exceptionally clean room, with comfortable bed and very good pillows. Great location and availability of parking. Nice touch of a gift when checking out.

The Hotel was newly renovated and it looks great! Everything was clean, room was spacious and had everything you need. Staff was very kind and helpful at all times!

This hotel is a great find. It is within walking distance of any old town sight you’ll wish to see, Concubine Lane included. Much of the Heritage Trail is also very nearby. The hotel is, thereby, very close to many eating places, places to take a coffee, etc. In short, a great location. The hotel is a short walk from that area and has great facilities itself, including, sadly infrequent for South East Asia, hot water in the rooms. And high shower pressure! The rooms are quite large too. Mine didn’t have a chair but had plenty of room for one. The hotel staff were all very attentive but also chatty. They are happy to order you a Grab should you need one and to give advice on the location of sights and how to reach them. Finally, this hotel is exceptional value for money.

I booked a private room here which had a ncie view of the river. The front counter staff were really friendly and often asked me how my stay was going to ensure I was having a good time. The hostel is a 15 minute walk from train station and a very short walk to Concubine Street, you can also walk 15 minutes up to the main area of the Kinta Riverfront. My only suggestion would be getting a mini fridge in the rooms so you can keep snacks fresh as there is no bar/eatery in the hostel, but the room was clean and the shower water pressure was surprisingly good too.

The view from my room was beautiful over the river and mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a couple of problems with the air con and the kettle. Both were sorted immediately by the staff. The best though was that the owner offers tours. You can take a car and driver by the hour. This enabled me to visit Tempurung Cave and Kek Lok Si Tong Temple as well as Kellie's Castle. I wouldn't have been able to see them otherwise. The tour was fantastic.

Took a long shot and after looking for the right hotel, I am pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Service was attentive, value for money, clean, comfy and spacious room through my 5 nights stay here. Just 10mins away from the town, it is a quiet place in Mengelembu among the industrial area and has the most beautiful sunset view from my room. Room had powerful rain shower, amazing bed with fluffy yet big double pillows. Daily complimentary water bottles, and clean towels. Good lighting across the room and are working well. The cafe downstairs too had a killer iced mocha and they accept all E-payments. Too bad the bar is closed due to RMCO otherwise would have considered to patronise their infamous cocktails. Plentiful of parking space and walking distance to AEON/AEON BIG mall.

The hotel is almost exactly what we need, friendly and efficient staff at the lobby, a spacious and clean room with perfect beds, work desk and sufficient international sockets. All very clean. The bathroom is also very clean and equiped with "walk in" shower, with strong water flow, a sink and a toilet. There is some noise from the road and the airconditioner blows quite strongly, also in the lowest position. We miss a breakfast facility but in the neighbourhood within 1 km are coffee shops and a food market. Wifi is free of charge but a little slow. The large flat screenTV has many channels to choose.

We selected this hotel based on our need to be near a family which we were visiting. Decision were made based on review on TripAdvisor. We were not let down. It is a very simple and very very clean hotel. 3 storey hotel with lift. Easily assessable from Ipoh town. Not much amenities for you but a good place to rest without disturbances. The cafe at the lobby only opens at 12noon so we had to take our breakfast outside. There is a Chinese restaurant at the ground floor level but it’s outside the hotel. Rooms are simple but very clean. No cupboards to hang your clothes, bar fridge & safe, but other general items like tv, hair dryer, etc are there. Bed is comfortable and toilets are clean. Good for a return stay.

I would recommend this hotel to those who travel with family.As you can see from the actual picture I have posted, the room is really spacious and it is very cosy. The toilet is clean and the shower pressure is great. It has the basic toilettries (shampoo,body bath,shower cap, sanitary bag). The family room also have an inroning board and iron.Hair dryer is also provided in the room. Accross the street from this hotel is Aeon Falim. Along the block of the hotel, there is a clinic, chinese restaurant, hot pot restaurant and also a cafe inside the hotel itself. The hotel is just a short distance drive to famous eatery places such as Thean Chun, Tong Sui Kai etc. There is a huge Giant supermarket nearby as well. Parking is free but first come first serve along the street infront of the hotel.

Ample council parking spaces with Chinese restaurants just a few steps away from the hotel or an in-house restaurant. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby area is spacious with a relaxing ambience. Room and bathroom are clean and tidy. A plus point is the power outlet socket caters for different countries. Late check out at 12 p.m.

everything was so good.. staff so friendly.. but one thing that they need to improve was the floor was slippery.. on the first day, the bathroom floor was so slippery till my husband fell and scratch his elbow.. but the next day it just fine.. so to me that was the only problem.. other than that everything is awesome.. hati-hati ye dengan lantai dye mse mule2 check in.. 😊

The hotel overall is comfortable, the room is clean, and the staff are friendly. Although the parking is paid, it's okay because it's right in front of or close to the hotel. Easy to find places to eat, next to a TF value mart and close to Lost World of Tambun.

The hotel was clean & quiet. The toilet also clean, got water heater with strong water pressure Love got 2queen bed in 1 family room But the space in the family room was limited We need to adjust bed to have some space to pray

It was sooo CLEAN!!! First place we've stayed in Malaysia that isn't afraid to clean properly, it really doesn't take much! The facilities were fantastic, good night's sleep and comfy beds.

Location was very near to Lost World of Tambun as it was just a 3 minute drive from the hotel. Close proximity to other places like Johan seafood restaurant and Petronas. We went for our wedding anniversary and had requested for simple decorations but they went above and beyond for our room. Not only did they decorated the bed with flowers and towel swans but they had also prepared the room just as we were about to check in with the aircon and lights already on. Staff was friendly and helps with information about the area. They even feed stray cats around the hotel area which is very nice and thoughtful of them. If there is a small black kitten meowing at the front door, its them greeting you. 5/5 will stay again

It was located in a quiet area so my stay there was peaceful. Marts and food places were within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. My request to have both units on the same floor was also met.

We had to stay indoors a lot due to heavy rain but it was nice as we can Netflix and Chill. All the staffs here are very friendly and always ready to help. Parking space behind the hotel is spacious. Lovely hotel, modern and clean, comfy bed and Aircon, I had a room with two windows and it was quiet. Lovely details like the decorative cushions and runner on the bed. Kettle in the room with tea, coffee and water (bottles in room or refill in the lobby). Clean bathroom with good shower and fluffy towels - the staff is lovely, I had a great stay! It's slightly out of the city centre and walking there is not possible due to rail tracks, I used Grab and it was perfect and super cheap.

the location was good, near town but there was building works that prevented this route be taken and this will be ongoing till end of Jan I believe. however, I usually take grab to places I wanted to go to this visit so this was not an issue and the alternative route afforded me a view of Ipoh that is different. staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet.

We stayed here with my wife and toddler and were very satisfied. The room was smaller, but very comfortable, super clean, and well maintained. The owner was very respectful and helpful, which made us feel welcome. Another plus point – just opposite the hotel there’s an Indian restaurant with really tasty food 👍🏼.

We had a super comfortable short stay at Casa Colney! The bed, linen and towels were all plush and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious making the shower really nice and refreshing. Wifi was fast and easy to connect to.

The bathroom has powerful hot shower spray and the basin and toilet are extremely clean. We have been staying at this hotel each time we travel to Ipoh for holidays. The hotel is also quiet and peaceful as it is located away from the main road hidden from a very tall building. I think this is the best hotel in Ipoh for a budget stay. Very highly recommended.

Welcomed by courteous staff and a sweet scented rooms... I came with a family of 7; so I booked two family rooms on two different floors... Room amenities and toilets were basic... Though I had a leaky shower heater, the staff were prompt to react to it... Breakfast is not provided but there were nearby local food eateries that we enjoyed so much... For laundry service, need to drive up abt 1 km for self-service washing... There is one upcoming shop closer to the hotel called Coin and Wash... Do look out for that... Overall, the stay was comfortable with courteous staff round the clock and spacious beds to rest..,

We stayed 2 Nights at this hotel. We had a nice view down the main street. The room was clean and comfortable. Has a nice shower, beds are a little firm for us. The breakfast is a fixed menu (limited) with Western style available in a nice rustic style cafe. The location is central, with good eating places close by and in walking distance to the old town. There is a convenient money changer across the street and 7-11 store nearby. This place is good value for money and the staff at reception are very friendly and helpful with our requests. If I was going to be a little critical, even on the higher floors there can be street noise and we could clearly hear a band playing live music across the road late into the night. Overall, would stay at this hotel again.

The receptionist Weneasa is exceptional good. Very pofessional yet helpful. She'll go to the extend to meet all your needs as far as possible. Following the food trail provided is not impressive as like stores 12 & 13 had closed. There are now a tobacco shop & optical shop now. So frequent checks must be done to update the list. No entertainment around the area at night. Rather quiet. You have to travel far like the distance for the food trail to look for them. Once it rains you have nothing to do but stay in your room as nothing attractive is closeby. Thus using food trail to attract tourist is good if more detailed info about the individual store like rating them will be better guidelines to their quality of good. Update on what's good & delicious like instant production of chee chong fun as per request at coffee shop which was delicious but omitted in the list. Other like Seremban Siew Pow around the corner from MacDonald is freshly bake. It taste so yummy & crunchy even when you have it next morning.

The location of hotel is good and convenient, close to the old town and some attractive places even famous restaurants. For those drive the car, actually hotel got provided free parking, just sometimes you will feel unsafe due to the public parking but better than find parking. The room is clean and comfy, especially bathroom is very nice and clean also. The receptionist very friendly and helpful. Overall, I love this hotel for my first time came to Ipoh and stay at here.

First of all, thanks to the staffs and they are responsive and friendly. Room is clean and bright, very comfortable, just a bit small. The bed is OK, but the pillow is rather too soft, personal preference anyway. The shower is not hot for the first day, it worked as normal only at the second day. One thing bad is, the aircon is very noisy. Very very noisy. All in all, a nice comfortable place to stay. Recommended to those who come ipoh for few nights.

The hotel is overall cozy and clean. Water is the only problem. When I tried to wash the fruit, I found the water was yellow. I mean, YELLOW. So I called the staff and told them about the situation. The staff was polite and said will have someone to come over and check the water. However nobody came. We ended up letting the water flow for about 1 hour (felt guilty to waste the water) and eventually it turned clean.

Thankful for kind staff, namely Reena, Rueban and Jue. Great location and clean quiet stay

The Indian male staff was friendly and updated us after finding out that we plan to hike Bkt Kledang. He suggested places we could have breakfast before the hike and also direction to Kledang Hill. In the morning, the Indian lady staff helped us to pay parking online and we payed her in cash. Later we say the Ipoh Majlis guy on a motor checking our parking and other cars.

Clean, simple and value for money. The receptionist also good. The location feel safe. All facilities function well.

The hotel location is not far from the centre, and the good things is there’s nearby small market like speedmart 99 and etc.the room is spacious and pretty, very comfortable to stay, just it don’t have elevator, agak tinggi lah nak naik tangga.Overall terbaik 👍 highly recommended.

I really like this hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room also very spacious and comfortable. Located near to MAPS, one of the attraction in Ipoh, only 5 minutes of driving. The variety of menu provided during breakfast are good and delicious.

It is really clean and the windows are full height from the ground to the ceiling, so you get a complete view of the mountains. Darvin was very communicative and attentive to our needs. Was able to understand The circle ground in front of the hotel has a night carnival with car racing, bouncy, castles and ebikes to rent. There is a lot of food to try around, if you are willing to eat under a makeshift shelter tent. The natural view is terrific from the hotel, the natural areas within 5 km like the eco park should be visited.

Its a good get away holiday hotel.out from being too close to the busy ipoh town. Loves the front 'bulatan' park ,a very nice weekend night family recreation. There are a good numbers of eateries and weekend night market nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. My suggestion is to have a bit more different variety of food for breakfast buffet. Thanks.

Were given room at 5F that's been newly refurbished... The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. However, breakfast was so-so and not many choices. The chee cheong fun was good. Overall, pleasent stay there. Cheers

I stayed in the studio suite facing the highway. Room is very comfortable, the sheets are clean n fresh, the TV area with sofas are very cool. Except the lightning at the doorway is a bit dark unable to use the mirror on the closets

Delicious breakfast but make sure you confirm at reception you have complimentary breakfast included in your booking, if not written in booking confirmation. We were not told and ate out the first day. Surrounding shops also have nice breakfast. Hotel has free WiFi and parking.

The location is great. Ample indoor parking space. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The check in was fast but a deposit of RM50 in needed. Room is clean and spacious but wifi is terrible. Breakfast is good but the coffee is “burned”. Overall a good and comfortable stay and frankly exceeded our expectation considering the price and “age” of the hotel.

From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk staff (special thanks to the kind Kak who checked us in with a smile!). The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly our dining experience at the Dulang Coffee House, where Ms. Sumanthi Menon, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and gracious hospitality stood out. We would also like to thank Mr Hashim and another Encik, the lovely team members at the coffee house who served us so kindly and made every meal enjoyable. The hotel is located in a great spot, within walking distance of many local eateries and shops, which made exploring Ipoh even more convenient. Thank you once again to the entire team at Hotel Excelsior for making us feel so welcome. We hope to return and stay at this lovely hotel again soon!

Location was excellent, right in the heart of ipoh. Property is old and obviously dated. Bathroom had been renovated, but shower door could not close, and the ventilation fan was blowing hot air into the bathroom rather than sucking it out. Led to the Aircon condensation dripping in the room. Service staff was very prompt when alerted, and came immediately to clean up. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive.

This is a basic budget hotel but it is comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff are really pleasant and helpful. The location is a little way out of the town centre however this means nearby car parking is available. There is a quite reasonable food vendor directly across the road but the nearest convenience stores and laundries are a 15 minute walk away. All things considered, good value for money.

Very nice place to stay in Ipoh! Price is very low for the level of quality they provide. Nice, spacious rooms. Air conditioning worked well. Very clean everywhere. Reception was always available and was very friendly. Cold drinking water available. 10/10 in my book!

The perfect location for nearby the Ipoh parade, and some cafe, souvenir store and Ipoh famous location, just few min drive will arrived.

Upon checking in into room 1532, room wasn't clean actually (rubbish not cleared, towel not replaced, bedsheets not changed, toiletries n coffee items n water bottle none. But thumb up to HOUSEKEEPING TEAM for quickly stepping up n doing it within minutes. Room was ambient, very comfortable n clean. Lift was prompt n functioned well.

Love the proximity of the hotel with the popular food places. The room was clean and comfortable. Stayed for 3 nights for work and it was convenient and comfortable.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was acceptable. Parking was a challenge. WiFi was slow. Swimming pool was small and crowded. Front office staff, Ms Elyamira was helpful.

Spacious room. Great air conditioning. Great free breakfast. Very affordable buffet dinner. Will surely stay here again.

Hotel was perfect. Modern, clean, helpful staff, excellent view of Ipoh city and free parking on site. It is also within a 5 min drive to eating areas. The only thing that the hotel can’t seem to solve is the water pressure on the 10th floor and the hot water. It fluctuates between low and high pressure and the water is at most lukewarm.

We absolutely loved staying here. A charming hotel in a great location, so close to yummy food and easy to get quick and cheap Grabs from to go elsewhere. The bed was very comfortable, shower fantastic and the hotel was very clean. Free guest self-service laundry was a handy bonus. My only issue was with the hours the rooftop was available. The place is called the M ROOF hotel, you’d think they’d make the most of it! But it’s only open 8am-7pm, and that’s where the pool, gym and laundry all are. Why?! It’s not like they have a lifeguard on duty?! The area is so pretty with great views and lovely lights but you can’t even use it at night to see them? And who wants to do their laundry during the day? I would absolutely stay here again if in Ipoh once more, I was just frustrated that the main reason I booked it — the rooftop pool — had such limited opening hours. Added points to the staff for taking a photo and messaging us to check on clothes and books we left behind. We had done so deliberately, but what wonderful service to follow up on that.

Fantastic , bedding, ambience very clean and fresh smelling, making our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Keep it up. We will come back when we travel to Ipoh.

Stayed for 2 nights in December for business. The room is big enough but the quality is bad. There are paint peeling from the walls and ceiling and my tv has a line across the middle of the screen. The 3 lifts also takes ages during peak times. I like that the shower and WC is separate and big bathroom. Clean nice big towels too. Within walking distance to the stadium with lots of places to eat. There is also a white coffee place on the ground floor for quick breakfast. Good hotel but definitely needs updating

My regular hotel for Ipoh. It’s 10 mins from town and comfortable, clean, modern. Sliding door at bathroom slides past into the coffee making area so be careful if anyone is standing there when opening it. However the open air parking is always very full, often parking on the raised roadside kerb, so it is an inconvenience. Though there is a security guard.
