We stayed club. Room service was great. We were also roof top and pool was great view and very enjoyable. My brothers room had jacuzzi on top level. Entertainment night to night was excellent. We really enjoyed the lucadors lol. Wish I was back there right now

The room (once we got in a room with a view) was outstanding - a junior suite, with a king bed (super comfy and spotless) and open full bathroom (separate jacuzzi tub/shower). Then a sitting room with a twin murphy bed and a 1/2 bath that you can close off. Spacious, huge furnished balcony. My daughter had to stay out of the main bedroom/bathroom while hubby showered and vice versa, but it was immaculate. Entertainment every night that was a blast (a White Party with fire jugglers, etc.). The whole resort was manicured to a T. And the employees were so very accommodating and nice.

We travelled to Cancun for the last stop on our honeymoon and had the best time in this hotel. The room was incredible - we had a room with a rooftop jacuzzi. The unlimited trips to the a la Carte restaurants was a brilliant touch that I have never seen anywhere else before - there were 6 different restaurants plus the buffet. The Japanese and Bistro were highlights. The pools were a lovely temperature and all the staff were friendly throughout our stay, going the extra mile to make our holiday as relaxing as possible. We would love to return!

It’s a very beautiful place, with a nice beach that is like it was private it has a lot of sun beds on te beach , also the drinks and cocktails are made with high quality liquor and are unlimited ! , the food is exquisite with top quality ingredients also our bedroom had a hub , a jacuzzi and all the amenities with a full bar fridge and a champagne bottle all was fantastic

The grounds are beautiful! We loved the pool and the jacuzzi tub on our balcony. The food was AMAZING. The Zentropia spa was incredible. One of the best massages I’ve ever had and the hydrotherapy circuit is top notch! Highly recommend the jacuzzi terrace loft room. We had so much space. Every single worker was absolutely amazing and took care of everything. We were spoiled all week. Love TRS!

Everything about this place is luxurious - from the space to the amenities to the staff to the food and beverages. The pool area, the beach, the restaurants, the beautiful grounds... All of it was gorgeous. I just wish we had spent more time at the hotel rather than go do activities. The bathtub and the jacuzzi on the balcony were especially fun, and our personal butler Naysin (and the rest of the team) went above and beyond for us. I also appreciated the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. This is not a party hotel by any means, but if you are looking for a good time you will find it easily.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. I liked the fresh juices and all the pastries too but a station for made-to-order omelets and eggs would be super The property is kept immaculately clean, all employees were friendly and eager to assist our Loft jacuzzi suite was very spacious, loved the Nespresso coffee machine and had all the necessities needed for a relaxing enjoyable stay

We spent 4 days and 3 nights at TRS Coral which were so luxurious with delectable dinners especially at the French restaurant Le Boheme. Our room was immaculate with all the necessities imaginable even one of my favorite brands Loccitane in our bathrooms and our butlers were amazing setting up our jacuzzi one night with rose petals and all. Everyone should go see the Chic cabaret dinner show which was really spectacular and made my husband's birthday celebration extra special.

The facilities amazing! I would recommend to add some jacuzzi’s but the pools were great , awesome place . The service is superb!!! The workers make this place so different!

We loved the room we had the most we had the most beautiful views our room was the room with the outdoor hottub. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean compared to other hotels we visited on our stay. The food was delicious we even decided to eat at the hotel for lunch and dinner. The vibe at the hotel was super relaxing they played music by the beach and pool overall it was a very relaxing stay.

The Izla Hotel is a luxury hotel in a quieter area of the island. It was a 10-minute, $10 taxi ride from the Ultramar ferry terminal. The hotel has several dining options: a casual restaurant, an upscale restaurant, a beach/pool menu, and room service. Food and drinks were typical prices for tourist areas. Yoga classes were offered (8 am) on the beach three times during the week. The friendly staff immaculately cleaned the pool, beach, and entire property daily. Tap water is not potable, so you must buy water from the hotel or local convenience stores. Ice is available via room service or the beach bar. Free coffee to all guests, including those without the breakfast option, during the morning in the café. You can rent golf carts through the hotel or from local shops, and gas-powered mopeds (require a motorcycle license) are also an option. It's about a 20-minute walk into town, which felt safe for evening strolls and meals. Our air-conditioned room had a balcony perfect for watching the sunset, and the king-size bed was very comfortable with daily cleaning service. Overall, the Izla Hotel is an excellent option for those seeking a non-inclusive option located away from the chaos of the Playa Norte.

Staff is kind, attentive and well trained. Extremely clean and well maintained property. The balcony and comfy beds made for a nice stay. Pool areas and the gym are great. Food was very good with nice variety. Breakfast buffet had wonderful selection. Also had pool menu and the shrimp caesar salad was so excellent, had several times. Beach dinner options with entertainment and other activities such as salsa lessons were fun! Sky Lounge was a lovely adult lounge area to hangout and watch the sunset. Angel at the Sky Lounge and Anna at the front desk were both standouts!! Ask for Rosa in the spa. The BEST! Quiet location but had restaurants and famous ice bar nearby. Also, good area for a long walk.

My partner and I had our first trip to Mexico and it was one of our favorites out of all of our trips in 8 years together. We visited Finest Playa Mujeres to celebrate our anniversary and Valentines days and they made it extra special for us. When you first arrive they take your luggage and gift you with welcome drinks of champagne. You also meet your concierge who is very helpful with any of your needs. Our concierge was Alfredo! Our room was very spacious with a king bed, rainfall shower, and ocean view terrace. Also, an in room jacuzzi and fully stocked mini bar! We loved the 24 hour room service included. Throughout our days we would indulge in the activities like beach yoga, trivia, sip n paint, coco loco lessons, and so much more. We made friends with Kevin and Govanny who made these activities so fun! We spent most of our time on the beach on the Excellence club side. The water was beautiful and the sand was very clean. One thing about this resort is that they are very conservative and environmentally friendly. We really appreciated the amazing service from Gustavo, Ricardo, and Victor on the beach. They made our days even more relaxing and enjoyable. Our nights were spent indulging in the restaurants! There was a versatile of options available like Shoji (Asian Fusion), Lizo (Tex-Mex), Dukes (Lobster house), Le Petit Plasir (French), Surf and Turf, Brass Steakhouse. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. There were so many delicious food options and a wide variety of activities to enjoy. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. It’s both family-friendly and perfect for couples who want a bit of alone time without the kids. A special shoutout to Hector, the activities specialist—he’s amazing! We had so much fun with him learning archery and rifle shooting, and he also offered bike riding and pickleball. He’s super funny and made everything a blast. Check-in was seamless and welcoming thanks to Manuela at the Excellence Club. She truly made us feel at home. Check-out with Enrique was just as smooth and pleasant. At the beach, make sure to check in for your beach chairs with Eduardo—he’s not only efficient but also brought great energy and humor to the process. We also booked massages, and they were incredible! So relaxing and calming. Mayra and Norma were outstanding—professional, kind, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience. Overall, our stay was absolutely amazing. Many staff members helped make it special, and while everyone was great, the names mentioned above really stood out. This hotel exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

This property is beautiful and modern. Lots of pools and the beach is gorgeous. Bars are located in ideal places all around the property. It’s very spaced out, which can be good and bad. The tropical Juice bar is literally on the opposite side from the beach, so you can’t enjoy a fresh coconut on the beach. Maybe have another bar that offers fresh coconuts??? Food options are great. Lots of delicious restaurants to choose from but make sure to keep up to date on the app cause it also seems like one is closed one day and open the next. Then the other one you want to try is closed and a different one is open. There is no night time entertainment. Like non- existent. No fire shows, acts, traditional dances, nada. Just live music and some characters in costume for the kids. Definitely need to work on that. It’s very chill and great for families with young ones. Not ideal for folks looking for a party vibe or teens looking for activities. Which is perfect for us The staff and service is excellent and top notch. Noe from Duke’s is the best waiter we’ve ever come across at any AI. Munther Shawa is in charge of dining and it was wonderful and nice of him to come and get to know our family while we were just hanging out in the main lounge. Very friendly and professional. I’m sure he had a busy schedule so it was much appreciated that he took the time to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The guy has a cool backstory about how he ended up in Cancun from UAE.

Nestled along the pristine beaches of Cancun, this all-inclusive resort is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. First Impressions & Check-In The grand entrance, with its beautifully designed architecture and warm welcome from the staff, immediately set the tone for a relaxing stay. Check-in was smooth, with a refreshing drink offered upon arrival, making the process feel effortless. The staff ensured every detail was taken care of, and within minutes, I was ready to begin my vacation.The Room: Pure Comfort & Elegance My room was nothing short of breathtaking. Spacious, elegantly designed, and offering a stunning view of the ocean, it felt like a private retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room amenities—from the fully stocked minibar to the spa-like bathroom—made the stay even more enjoyable. The private balcony was the perfect spot to unwind with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Dining: A Culinary Delight One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible variety of food. With multiple restaurants offering everything from Mexican and Italian to Asian fusion and seafood, every meal was an experience in itself. The gourmet dining options, paired with top-tier service, made every bite unforgettable. The beachside dining experience, where I enjoyed fresh seafood with the ocean breeze, was truly magical.

Stunning views, excellent customer service, quiet and easy walking distance to Punta Sur! The team at Casa de los Suenos went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of! We booked the family room with a kitchen which was handy to do basic prep and a refrigerator. No microwave but the front desk said they would be happy to reheat leftovers if needed in their microwave. Filtered water supplied in lobby to refill water bottles. Very quiet area and very handy to have full access to Kin Ha beach club below, which would save you front row seats on the lounge (no additional cost) and food/beverage service which can easily be charged to your room if you do not want to carry $ with you. The included breakfast at either Kin Ha or Mayan beach club was fantastic! Full, large breakfasts that held us over most the day very filling and delicious. Beds were very comfortable (medium to medium soft) and additional bedding/blankets available and a roll away bed for kids was also available upon request. Bikes were newer and updated and it was about a 20 min walk to Punta Sur (a must do). Couple of other restaurants and food carts (the espresso Volkswagen bug one block away is super fun!) within walking distance, cabs easy to get, or the front desk will order in a delivery order of food if you desire. Did I say the view is unbelievable? Highly recommend snagging up this gem before the new fancy hotel next door drives up the price. Thank you for an amazing stay!

My husband and I came here for a quick 4 days. We had visited the property many years ago and vowed to come back to stay. We were not disappointed!! We loved the beautiful, quiet property. Eating the delicious (incl) breakfast every morning on the water was perfect and eating dinner a couple times at the restaurant Ulan, right across the street was so comfortable and easy. Enjoyed good food and live music there! Roger and Carlos took care of everything for us at the hotel during our stay. We enjoyed our own infinity pool and extra space in the Presidential Suite. The bed was comfortable and shower was open and had nice pressure. We rented a golf cart for our stay, which you would need to get around the island. It was easy and fun zipping around. We ate lunch on the beach every day and ate dinner either at Ulan, mentioned above or up at the north end of the island where all the action is. We had great seafood every day. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!!

This boutique hotel has an amazing view of the ocean/gulf with an infinity pool, the interior is also very beautiful and the service is great. The rooms are clean and spacious with rooms on the first floor right next to the pool. It's on the south side of the island, away from main activities and beaches in the north, but you can rent golf carts to commute daily. Of course, taxi is 150 pesos and will take about 15 minutes to get to the north. At the same time, the hotel is closer to major snorkelling locations and has access to an amazing area by Kin Ha restaurant, which is tied to the hotel, so you can get snorkeling, and kayaking gear for free. The breakfast is also in this restaurant which has three more pools with a small water slide for kids, in the pool seating near the bar, swings in the water and a small pier. All in all, it's an amazing place.

The hotel was great! Beautiful views, clean facilities, friendly staff. Room was basic no coffee maker/ tv. We had a fridge and a safe. Gorgeous views from lobby and our balcony every day. Morning coffee in lobby appreciated. Access to Kinha easy, breakfast good every day. Snorkeling great off the dock. Surrounding area had walkable eateries, pharmacy. Transportation options - bus or taxi right at door step. Can book golf cart if needed. Can walk to Garrafon and Punta Sur if you are a walker.

The hotel is lovely, low key and quiet. The hosts, Carlos and Roger, are so welcoming and helpful. The view is beautiful as claimed. And the on-site restaurant is terrific. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides, breakfast is included with lots of delicious options. There are also a few walkable dining sites around the property. If you are looking for a restful vacay, this is the place!!

I recently stayed at Beloved Playa Mujeres in Cancun, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was beyond exceptional. The resort is all-inclusive, but the attention to detail and personal touches made it feel like a true luxury getaway. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the whirlpool tub on the balcony, perfect for relaxing while taking in the stunning ocean views. Each restaurant offered a unique dining experience, with menus that were diverse and full of flavor. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were always comfortable and had everything we needed. They remembered our preferences, making every interaction feel personalized. As for the resort itself, it was incredibly peaceful, with lush landscaping and pristine beaches. The pools were clean and inviting, and we never had an issue finding a spot to relax. Whether you want to explore the beautiful surroundings or just relax by the pool with a drink in hand, Beloved offers the perfect balance.

This resort is beyond exceptional, and it is the service that truly stands out. Beloved provides an elegantly quiet and romantic experience. The resort has just over 100 rooms, so even at full capacity there wasn’t a single time or place that this resort felt full, quite the opposite. We never waited for, or saw anyone else wait for anything including the reception and concierge desks, a table at any of the restaurants (and no reservations needed), room service, beach service, poolside service. This isn’t because Beloved is a smaller resort, it’s because of the ratio of amenities and truly great employees to guests- 3 pools, 4 full restaurants, the Cafe, taco truck, bars, etc. all for about 200 people…The staff here is incredibly friendly and plentiful. Beach service as an example- at least two beach concierge employees from morning to evening ensuring everyone had a fantastic beach experience. Beyond setting up and maintaining loungers & daybeds, and providing towels, they got to know everyone’s preferences. In addition to the beach concierge employees there were also 2-3 waiters on the beach taking care of everyone with drinks and food throughout the day. Speaking of the beach experience, we never once had any issue getting a palapa with a daybed or loungers. The spa is beautiful, and the included Hydrotherapy circuit is fantastic. We’ve been to plenty of large and small resorts, and this one is special everyone has a VIP experience.

Absolutely loved our stay! From arriving we were greeted by the wonderful staff and Fernanda made our check in easy and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm along with her smile made it so welcoming. Our Junior suite was spacious, cozy, and full of amenities. Everything from a fully stocked refrigerator with sodas, water, beers and snacks to extra pillows and blankets, to house slippers, robes, beach bag, and even an umbrella for a rainy outing. The atmosphere at this boutique resort is quiet and relaxing, the beach is awesome and plenty of lounge spaces unlike the bigger resorts. Food was phenomenal and a large variety of food options available at all times. We enjoyed the lobby bar every evening and Juanito and Gilberto were great and even remembered our names and drink orders from our first night there. Definitely a more intimate experience and personalized service. We enjoyed our time at the beach and Luis and Benito made sure we had drinks, food, and clean towels at all times. We would end our day with some time at the pool and enjoyed drinks at the swim up bar with Abner, who was great with keeping our drinks full and also recommending some specialty drinks. The spa is a MUST when staying here, beginning with our complimentary hydrotherapy massage to us booking a couples 75 minute “beloved” massage. So relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend this smaller boutique resort and you will definitely not be disappointed!

Before I stayed at the property I seen a lot of reviews saying it’s an older property, but so well up kept. This is very true! We stayed in the two story ocean view casita. Where I seen wear was the indoor hot tub and the outdoor pool you could tell they were older and had been painted over, but it didn’t take away from the beauty of the room. In our opinion the ocean view is just as good as the ocean front if you didn’t want to pay the extra money. The bed was amazing! We’ve stayed in Mexico 12 times and this was the first time that we both slept amazing every night! Loved everything about the room, the upstairs pool area and the stairs going up to the pool can be slippery. Really the only big con is they haven’t upgraded to the key card bracelets, so you have to carry around a room key with you. Which for us we kept demagnetizing it and having to go get new ones almost everyday. Good thing it’s a smaller property! The food was surprisingly very good and some delicious! The clam chowder at el mar was amazing! The sushi and ceviche yum! The taco truck delicious! Good portions too! The drinks are delicious and good variety. The cafe has great coffee drinks and delicious pastries and sweet treats. The staff is amazing and very hospitable. They have some activities that were very fun, we did the sip and paint, bracelet making and watched the magic show and the liquid show. The liquid show is absolutely amazing!! Will definitely be returning!

We were here for a 5 year anniversary-early 30s couple for 5 nights. Loved the feel of it being mostly just couples. Beautiful resort with well kept grounds. Our rooms were made up twice per day- restocked fridge and bar daily. Housekeeping is great. Food was hit or miss. My husband and I are foodies though who are used to fine dining with lots of flavor. The most flavor was at Lupitas-we had a tasty special menu anniversary meal with great staff. Beautiful beach dinner. El Mar had tasty guacamole and ceviche-did not like the breakfast there. Le Bisou had a good breakfast buffet and pretty good dinner-certain items we enjoyed more. La Isla food was ok. Such a beautiful and relaxing spa-would definitely do the spa again if we came back-Gustavo was great. We enjoyed doing the hydrotherapy as a couple and did the aqua viva add on. We loved the musicians and performers, especially the chellist. We did not really enjoy the retro performances though. Good service and staff. We did want to tip extra for certain staff. If you come mid August strongly advised to bring some sort of mosquito repellant/wipes etc. Not many resort activities. Next time we would book 4 days max or do a split stay with another resort. We overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend as a nice quiet place to reconnect with your partner.

This property is new, nice structures. Beach is regular with some sargassum. breakfast (for no-club) only the buffet with short staffed cook by orders. Chez Isabelle French rest. was my favorite Milo s is tasting, Kanpai I had Yakiniku: steam egg /rice were hard. The Grill the steak was cold and overcook. Las olas was decent. Lobster house was regular. Jacuzzi at the pools last 2mins for every press. The room was good designed. TV channels are poor for English speakers. Activities are ok. The staff are friendly.

Just returned from a one-week stay at Excellence Coral, and I can honestly say everything was simply perfect! Resort Grounds & Layout: The layout of the resort is incredibly convenient. The lobby and restaurants are centrally located, making it easy to get around without a lot of walking—everything you need is just steps away. The grounds are beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. Room: We stayed in a Club Pool View suite and couldn’t have been happier. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning walk-in closet, a beautifully designed bathroom, and a large balcony perfect for relaxing. Every detail was spot-on. Dining: The food across all the restaurants was consistently delicious. Pool & Beach: Both the pool and beach areas were fantastic. We especially loved the beach beds—they were extremely comfortable and available daily, which made relaxing by the ocean a breeze. Service: The service at Excellence Coral is truly next level. Every staff member we encountered was fast, friendly, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ricardo, one of the managers, who went above and beyond to address any concerns we had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Experience with a Few Minor Issues We had a truly enjoyable stay at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres. The biggest highlight was the staff—everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Samuel, our bellboy, welcomed us with a smile, and Federico took exceptional care of us each morning at breakfast. Their attention to detail and kindness really stood out. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with consistently great service in every restaurant. Entertainment was another strong point—there was always something happening poolside during the day, and the evening shows were fun and engaging. We especially loved the Cinco de Mayo celebration on the beach and the high-energy Pure Energy show. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom featuring a huge walk-in shower. The gym had all the equipment I needed, and the resort grounds were clean and beautifully maintained—sure to be even more lush in the years to come. There were a few drawbacks: a strong sewage odor in the walkway to our room (resolved by our last day), limited vegan/plant-based options which impacted a member of our group, and a dress code that felt too strict for breakfast and lunch—especially in 90-degree weather at a beach resort. Still, these were minor in the context of an otherwise wonderful trip. We would absolutely return.

Omg where do I start !!!! From the walk up cold towel and champagne, to the friendly staff and specially Carlos, inviting and courteous, checked my fiancé and I in an hour early. And please if you are waiting stop and get some beef tacos you’ll be happy you did. And then to Israel our bellman was amazing. Then Francisco the pool bartender and Jesus the pool attendant that took our order. I don’t drink so he made me a beautiful pineapple moctail to the spa day my fiancé booked the staff there was exceptional. Our fav restaurant was definitely the breakfast buffet and spice the Asian restaurant. The grille was also exceptional too many service members to name but they were all and I mean all exceptional nice and pleasant. But to really top it off was Eduardo my fiancé came down with a scratchy throat because the of the room temperature was too cold for our liking even turning the temp up. He ordered some medicine for her and brought it to us while we were at dinner. You can’t buy that type of service we will definitely come back to visit.

We recently spent time at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres, and overall, it was a beautiful, relaxing trip. The resort grounds are stunning and very well maintained, with a layout that’s easy to navigate. You’re never too far from a pool, bar, or restaurant, and it all just makes sense. Resort Grounds & Pools The landscaping is lush and tropical, and the beach area is a highlight—with plenty of tiki huts that provide a nice ocean view and lots of shade. There are several pools, including an infinity pool by the X-Lounge, and they all had ample loungers, umbrellas, and towel access. You could easily find a spot that felt quiet and private or stay near the action with entertainment and music. Kenneth, one of the pool attendants, was always around just before our drinks were empty—he made sure we stayed hydrated and happy. Activities & Entertainment There was never a shortage of things to do. From beach and pool volleyball to air rifle shooting, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, paddleboarding, and even water Zumba and spin classes, the options kept us moving. At night, the entertainment ranged from impressive circus acts to tribute shows (Michael Jackson, Freddie Mercury, Bob Marley), plus silent discos for those into that. We also did the hydrotherapy circuit at the spa, which was a perfect way to end the day—especially the scalp massage overlooking the resort. I honestly don’t think we will ever stay in a nicer hotel in the western hemisphere. We stayed in the serenity suite and the tripsdcisor photos don’t do it justice, it’s massive and the view from the jacuzzi and shower is incredible They reserve the premium seats on the deck for hotel guests The food was incredible The staff could not do enough for you, especially Carlos and the owner when I couldn’t make the parking brake on my golf cart work.

Wonderful hotel! The property is amazing! We booked an ocean view room and the view was stunning. The property also has an infinity pool with just as gorgeous view as the site’s photos. If not better! The hotel is connected to a lovely restaurant, Kin Ha, that has a gorgeous dock and water front lounging area. It is very nice as the best loungers are reserved for hotel guests. The breakfast that comes with the room is excellent. You can eat at Kin Ha or go to Mayan Club at Playa Norte (the downtown busy part of the island). The staff were all so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I liked the no edge (infinity) pool. I loved all of the Talavera and traditional details. The entry is beyond beautiful. I liked the plants. Thank you to this boutique property for being pet-friendly and including a big breakfast each morning available to you until noon! The room was just perfect as well, all you need. And last and most importantly, the staff are fabulous! The beach club, Kin Ha, below staff are exceptional. Shout out to Carlos at check in and for any want we had. Shout out to Juan and Sol at Kin Ha beach club!

First of all the location is perfect. Despite what we had heard, Isla Mujeres was not at all “laid back”…it was the most crowded place we visited on our trip to Riviera Maya but Casa de Los Suenos, at the southern end of the island was away from the hustle. It has a local flavor and most of the people using the pool and beach were not guests of the hotel but rather nearby regulars paying per day use. We loved this about it. The beach/pool/dining/bar area was a lot of fun, very lively. Excellent food there with multiple levels and activities we all enjoyed. It just had a great vibe and energy. The little rope swing and decent snorkeling were highlights

One of the best locations on the island. Presidential Suite is expansive, large clean beautiful private pool, million dollar views. Staff is very friendly and professional. Included breakfast has 8-10 options and is freshly prepared and delicious.

This is my best “all inclusive” experience ever! First of all - the hotel is Spectacular! The location is beautiful and quiet, very romantic, everything is clean and fashionably designed. The pools are fun, the food was beyond all expectations! We stayed at the signature suite which was beautiful, large and had a jacuzzi at the balcony that was facing the ocean. My only turn off was the slow service at the hotel restaurants (depends which server is working at your shift), and the pushiness of the staff to sign you up for the hotel group membership. I literally had to say “No” 3 times before they left me alone. But overall - definitely recommend! We will probably be back!

This hotel definitely lives up to its 5-star rating. I don't even know where to begin! Firstly, the design of the hotel is amazing. My favorite parts were the massive hotel rooms (private balcony/jacuzzi), the lobby, and the roof top deck. The staff were very attentive. The best part -every hotel guest gets their own private butler. I stayed for a week, and I had a butler 24 hours a day. They were available via text. I felt so spoiled! I used my butlers to book a golf cart, grab things from the room that I forgot, and so on. My friend's butler went to grab cold medicine from a convenience store! I've never seen such great service. It was definitely the cherry on top. There are so many pools to choose from and again -drink service was amazing. No complaints. While this is mainly a "couples hotel", I went with friends and still had a great time. We made several friends on the hotel premises! It was conveniently located to all of the tourist destinations in Isla Mujeres. Lastly -I loved the private boat that takes you to and from the hotel to the dock area near the airport (when you begin your hotel stay and when you leave). The entire staff lines up and waves hello or goodbye to you at the end of your trip. It was really special. I will definitely be coming back!

We stayed at Impression for 4 days as a romantic getaway and the entire experience was incredible! It starts with the semi-private Catamaran hotel transfer from Cancun which was incredibly beautiful. When we arrived at the resort, we were greeted with drinks and met our buttler who was so helpful the entire stay. The hotel is really as beautiful as in all the photos (or better in person)! But what's even better is that even though it was at 70% capacity, it felt empty to us! We never had to reserve lounge chairs, had to wait for a table or a drink. Because the hotel has a beach level, the main pool which is 3 levels, and the rooftop pool, guests are more dispersed which makes it a very quiet and peaceful getaway! Food-wise: we loved the Mexican cuisine at Mercado (although all restaurants were great) and the 24/7 coffee shop. Finding good and strong coffee in Mexico can be tricky but the coffee shop here was amazing! We were there 4 times per day! Staff-wise: the staff has been incredible! We were treated so well throughout our stay and our buttler was so helpful! A special thanks to the pool staff for always putting away our shoes, helping us with towels, and being super attentive in general. Also thank you to the coffee shop staff! You made our day - every day! Overall, this was one of our favorite romantic getaways. It's so easy to get to and feels like you're on a different planet.

The place is beautiful and quiet, nice staff and clean, unfortunately only one restaurant really good cause is not much to choose from , Italian restaurant excellent service and quality food. Manager on charge not helpful and need to learn how to improve himself to give the best possible results for guests. ( he wasn’t helpful at all ) and to mention the head butler was so nice and helpful and really on top of making sure everyone was happy and enjoying their time in the hotel , our 2 butler was very professional and super helpful, coffee staff super nice and always with a smile, cleaning staff fantastic the hotel always nice and top clean, waitress in beach area , super friendly and fantastic service

WOW!!!! Let me just say that this is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been to and I have traveled all over the world for 40 years. It is perfect in almost every way imaginable. Peaceful, gorgeous, roomy, romantic, spacious, clean, high end, charming.....all the very nicest adjectives describe this amazing hotel! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every request even before we anticipated it. We were waited on hand and foot. I've never been so in love with a hotel before. From the moment we stepped off the boat and saw the resort, I knew it was going to be a special stay. I cried when we had to leave because I thought I was in paradise. The thought of leaving truly saddened me. It truly was one of the most amazing experiences in my life. All I can say is you have to go there to understand how special this place is. We are already planning our next trip in October. We will be back! A big shout out to Zaira in Unik restaurant who greeted us every morning with the biggest smile and served us our breakfast. This hotel with beach club (Guru) is simply outstanding! We stayed here for a week in late August 2024 and it is on the most beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres. The staff are friendly, helpful, attentive and deliver 5 Star service at the bar/restaurant, beach club and hotel. The hotel rooms are gorgeous and have zen-like decor. Very inviting, comfortable and impeccably clean! The manager, Alexander, and the assistant manager, Ulysses, are so helpful with recommendations, are very friendly and are there to meet your every need. The atmosphere around the pool and beach club rivals clubs we have visited in the Mediterranean and it has a wonderful chill vibe. The music, the food, the drinks, the service and the beautiful sea make this resort so special! We travel frequently to many destinations near and far and to put it bluntly, we've fallen in love with this place and can't wait to return!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and it was even more amazing this trip! For this vacation we booked 3 rooms for family to join us and they LOVED this boutique hotel! It is so dreamy to wake up on Playa Norte and take in all of it's beauty and peacefulness before the crowds arrive. Karen worked with me to get a golf cart rental and have a prosecco welcome set up in each room as well as decorate with rose petals for my daughter & son in law's 2nd anniversary. She made sure everything was expertly taken care of for our arrival. She was so lovely to communicate with and see each day at the hotel! Thank you Karen for pampering all 6 of us! You made this a WONDERFUL and memorable vacation! The food and drinks at the adjoining restaurant/beach club, GURU, is fresh and delicious and the service is AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! We all felt safe and comfortable with our rooms and service! This beautiful hotel is such a gem and we can't wait to go back!

We have stayed at Lotus several times and we love everything about it. They are located on the beautiful beach but within walking distance to the market area for shopping and restaurants. The beach club which is part of the hotel has a nice pool with delicious food and drinks. The staff is amazing, they are very friendly and work non stop keeping the hotel clean and comfortable for the guests. Alexander the General manager is awesome, he spoke to us everyday making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Lotus Beach hotel!

Only 6 rooms in hotel made you feel you had the whole place to yourself. While people do come to hotel to use beach club, they don't arrive until afternoon and gone by 6ish. The staff is amazing!!! Dave and Ingrid went out of their way to make everything perfect and made sure we wanted for nothing. David the night manager reached out before we arrive to give me a ferry schedule, asked he could arrange anything for me.. really wonderful service. Ingrid arranged our golf cart arrival and took care of everything for us. Great service!! Love it's adults only! The hotel is small and intimate which is exactly what we like .. not big crowds. The drinks and food were really good. I can honestly not find a fault with this hotel. The rooms are quant and individual. Not too fancy but that is the charm. Rooms have patio with chairs and plunge pool. Rooms are a good size with excellent coffee maker! It was great! Bottom line we are 53 and 68 and don't want a huge party hotel .. loved the privacy after beach club time was over and if we wanted more action we walked down the beach to other beach clubs to bar hop. You can not beat this hotels location at mostly north tip of Island!!! I loved that the hotel across the way created this shallow warm lagoon and the water was warm and up to your chests at the deepest. We already book a return trip in March before we left!

We stayed at Lotus Beach for our honeymoon for a week and it was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, and the hotel and staff members are awesome. Everyone was super friendly and helpful for whatever we needed. It was very clean and everything seemed to be very new/well taken care of. It has a beach day club that ends up drawing in people not staying at the hotel, but we didnt mind as we were able to meet some really nice couples and learn some new key places and restaurants on the island. The hotel also allows its guests to reserve the beds so that you dont have to worry about not having somewhere to sit throughout your stay. The food and drinks at the hotel were also great. We booked with the continental breakfast as part of our stay, and it was probably one of the best included continental breakfasts we have ever had. I highly recommend Lotus Beach if you can fit it into your budget!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at hotel Beló. The food at the restaurant was really good but they needed more variety. Especially needing more vegetarian / gluten free options / different options for dietary restrictions. We found that some of the servers didn’t really want to ask kitchen to make accommodations. It would be nice if the menu had more options and / or different menus daily since there’s only one restaurant. Mateo was amazing and was very helpful with whatever we needed. He went above and beyond and offered us whatever he could to make our stay better. We loved our servers Hugo, Jorge, Alberto and Samuel they were the sweetest and so enthusiastic and made our dining experiences amazing. The drinks were also really good and the bartenders were great. The rooms were beautiful and housekeeping kept everything spotless and had a great attention to detail. One thing about our room was that it didn’t have any hot / warm water. We talked to the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it but the issue was never resolved. A couple other guests we talked to had the same issue but it was resolved for them so I’m not sure what it was with our room. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and very clean and modern with beautiful views. It was very relaxing and the perfect place to unwind. The gym was also great with very new and updated equipment and a beautiful view.

Staff is very nice and engaging. The food was tasty and good. They have a main restaurant, a pool side grill, and they also have a rooftop bar upstairs. They have various types of food offerings there. The pool has a swim-up bar. Note, there is no buffet option that I saw. There is also a pool next to the upstairs Rooftop Bar. The pool is beautiful and provides a nice view. However, I wish the bar and pool upstairs, at least the bar, was open one more hour, but the downstairs restaurant and bar is open much later. So there are options that go much further into the night. The beach is small and adjacent to other hotels with similar size beaches. So mainland beaches might be larger. They do offer a spa and massages. The massage was quite nice as were the masseuses. The hotel, food, staff are all very good. I would go back.

Hotel Belo staff were amazing! The dining options, however, got old very quickly as they were limited. I would highly recommend breakfast only and eating at the property only one or two nights. Hotel Belo has ok dining. They lack consistency in creating the dishes but it was never bad food. What Belo lacked in dining options they made up for in quality of staff and service. Belo had a very quiet location compared to the party area on Playa Norte with plenty of transportation options and a few other areas to explore at neighboring resorts and beach clubs. Fernando, Luis, Matteo, and Hugo did not disappoint with their great service. The rooms were clean, the drinks were good, the people were interesting, the atmosphere was quiet, and the views of sunset were spectacular. One thing that Belo exceeds other properties on is the fact that you do not have to wake up early to get a spot in the shade either on the beach or by the pool. Plenty of sun and shade to relax in while enjoying your tranquil vacation at Hotel Belo. Thanks Hotel Belo staff for an amazing first trip to Isla Mujeres!

The hotel is on the quieter south side of the island, offering a peaceful escape from the busy downtown and ferry terminal. It’s a charming boutique property with a large main pool, a rooftop pool, and a calm nearby beach, though not ideal for swimming compared to North Beach. Restaurant options are limited, but the staff is attentive and professional. We had two spacious connecting rooms, each with a super king-sized bed (two full beds combined). Overall, a great choice for a quiet, relaxing stay.

We absolutely loved Hotel Belo. The staff was amazing, super friendly and always went above and beyond! Food was always so fresh and the property was super clean. Every day they prepared the pool area and cleaned all the common areas. Even getting on ladders and cleaning high up in the hard to reach places. My husband ended up with a migraine one evening and we had to order room service. I ordered 2 chicken Caesar salads but forgot to order one without tomatoes. My husband hates tomatoes. Yet when room service delivered the order they remembered our request from recently eating at the restaurant downstairs and put the tomatoes on the side! I was so surprised. It's really the little things and they definitely pay attention to those details to ensure your stay is the best it can be. Rooftop pool was surprisingly dead and we suggested they add loungers. It didn't happen during our stay. I'm sure there is a reason behind that but it definitely would have more inviting and we would have spent much more time there if they had. They used to have round bed loungers in the pool, which would have been perfect, but sadly they were no longer there. We had an issue on our 5th night with a group of loud young girls who checked in next door and were up until 2:30am. The next morning we asked if we could possibly move rooms as we are not night owls. The front desk staff immediately took action and offered us another room with a beach view. Overall SUPER impressed with Hotel Belo!!

This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort. I want to thank the staff for an exceptional stay at Almare. Jose and Jorge provided a fun boat ride to Isla Mujeres. Edgar checked us in and showed us around and offered a welcome drink. Bryan and Julian at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. Being on the beach was of primary interest and I want to especially recognize Karen for her friendliness and taking the time to speak Spanish with me. She made great food and drink recommendations. She and Alejandro made us both feel so cared for. Reyes provided so many memorable activities. He added a kayak trip that was a highlight for my daughter and me. Seeing a sea turtle was special. Istak took us on a sunrise walk that I loved. The mescal, salsa and chocolate experiences were amazing. The chef, Carlos Vega deserves high praise. All the food was beautiful and delicious. Every waiter made us feel welcome and served use well; Renaldo, Barulio and Hector. The drinks were delightful. The tasteful decor and tranquility of Almare I valued. Not a single person was anything but kind and welcoming. Almare Resort staff and leadership should be commended. Every aspect was five star. I recommend this resort for anyone wishing a tranquil beach get away with terrific food.

Had such a relaxing time celebrating my husbands birthday. From arrival to leaving the staff from guest services, all management, all bar and restaurant staff members made sure we were always taken care of. They were so attentive and by the time we left they felt like family. The attention to detail was impressive. The food was perfect and restaurants had plenty of options to choose from. The memories we made at Almare will last a lifetime.

I’ve stayed at multiple properties on Isla Mujeres and this one is by far the best. The entire property is very well maintained and the staff were so anttentive and friendly. I really liked that this was truly an all inclusive and there were no up charges aside from spa services. There were plenty of waiters, bartenders, and loungers by the pool and on the beach. It was also nice that all of the restaurants had menus and the options were based on local ingredients. I’m a picky eater and I don’t think there was a single thing I tired I didn’t like. The breakfast at Boga… chefs kiss. Special shout out to Reyes, the activities coordinator who kept up entertained throughout our stay. I will definitely be back and I have already recommended this property to multiple friends and family.

Beautiful and elegant. The staff were amazing, food and beverages were a delight. The room was gorgeous, bed and linens so comfy. Quiet and relaxing. The spa was wonderful, massage was just perfect.

Jose was wonderful. First room was having an issue with the AC and Jacuzzi, but they immediately moved me to different Room, an amazing view! will definitely stay here again. Ashton at the bar was awesome as well. Great breakfast with a wonderful view. Good prices.

My first time at Isla Mujeres and Ocean Drive was the perfect spot to unwind. The King Size option with ocean view and jacuzzi are definitely worth it. The Isla Mujeres sign where everyone takes pictures is downstairs from the building.

Recently stayed for a week in the property’s most basic room (private w/shared bathroom). Found out upon arrival that breakfast is not included with this room type, which was not mentioned prior to check-in. Our room was clean and comfortable but had one small window and almost no ventilation. Room included two queen beds, a nightstand and a very basic cabinet with no hooks or drawers. Nowhere to hang wet clothes after a long day at the beach and nothing would dry inside the room. The AC worked well. There was no view from inside the room but had a beautiful ocean view the moment you stepped out the door. Overall the room was very inexpensive and definitely a great option for a day or two; for a longer stay, consider an upgrade. The location really can’t be beat! Extremely walkable and close to everything in the north end; shops, restaurants, tours and the best beaches. Just far enough to be a peaceful oasis steps from all the action. Being situated right on the boardwalk also makes for a great oceanside stroll to some quieter parts of the island. Staff was always helpful and shared spaces were always kept clean. Large open spaces were underutilized, with spaces that would allow for co-working or amenities but no tables or chairs provided. The pool was clean and quiet; offered a great alternative to crowded beaches. Overall the property has a lot of potential but lacks amenities. Depending on what you’re looking for, it may be a great option.

This hotel is beautiful and the price is right. It’s perfectly situated on the Malecon and in close walking distance to the beach, the Super Aqui(super market) and all the downtown restaurants and bars. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the hotel has a great vibe. The staff are super friendly and the Managers are all incredibly kind and so very helpful. Abigail, the General Manager, is wonderful and approachable and goes above and beyond in everything she does and she never misses a beat. Alex, the Booking Manager, is also absolutely wonderful and so friendly and approachable and really goes above and beyond to ensure the guests are having a wonderful stay. Allen, the late afternoon/evening Manager is also awesome and very helpful and had so many suggestions and recommendations. These three employees are all very focused on guest satisfaction and that is reflected in everything they do. This dream team made my stay so much more enjoyable due to their care, concern and attention to detail and all three of these exceptional employees deserve raises and promotions because of their hard work and dedication to their jobs. I’ve stayed here several times and these incredible staff members are the reason I decided to re-book. If you’re looking for an affordable hotel with the perfect location and incredible staff, than look no further!

I stayed at this hotel in 2020 under different ownership and loved it then. I thoroughly enjoyed this stay, even more so than I did five years ago. The staff were all amazing! The hotel manager(s) were beyond helpful and understanding and were always ready to answer questions or lend a hand no matter the inquiry. The bar and restaurant staff, the front desk staff and the house keeping staff were super friendly and were all very attentive and they were also all so very friendly. I love the location of this hotel and it’s in close proximity to everything you may like to access with walking distances to bars, restaurants, the beach and the super market. I prefer staying on this side of the downtown because when you look out over the ocean, you aren’t looking at Cancun. You’re able to stare out into the beautiful turquoise waters and not be distracted by the over development on the main land. Having read some of the limited reviews that have been posted about the Mint since opening, I think it’s important to comment on the repeated comments regarding the fact that there are no blanket on the beds. While this is true, I would suggest turning the air conditioning down or simply requesting a second sheet. Nothing more is needed and it’s important to remember that the temperatures in Mexico are blazing hot to begin with. This hotel exceeds all expectations, it’s absolutely wonderful on every level and I loved everything about it. The staff all deserve raises!

Gorgeous property. Rooms a bit dark although nice moody accent. Everything is a quite a bit of a walk or needs golf cart to get to. Very large main pool with plenty of cabanas and loungers. Good water temperature and super clean water. Didn’t leave the skin feeling nasty. Facilities throughout the property always kept top notch - we saw the same area being painted and worked on for the whole time we were there. The pool waiters were the best - shoutout to Gilda. Small detail but it’s all about the details: they provided the most comfortable resort bracelet I’ve worn bc it’s made out of soft quick drying fabric and best of all you can take it off at your leisure. This bracelet serves as the room key. Plenty of food options to choose from when it came to restaurants, including a comprehensive room service menu. Spacious showers and fun use of mixed raw materials, lighting, and space in the rooms. Good selection of liquor from the bars (Johnnie Walker Black and Red Labels, Glenfiddich whiskey) and lots of restaurants and places to eat to choose from. Fun places to snack like coffee shop, smoothie bar. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever encountered! Rooms always super clean. Thank you to our maid she made our stay so clean and comfortable.

My stay truly exceeded my expectations. The decor is stunning—modern yet warm, with a perfect blend of style and comfort. Every detail, from the sleek furniture to the thoughtfully designed lighting, adds to the overall ambiance. There’s a real wow factor when you first walk in The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was seamless. Whether it was offering local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, their customer service was top-notch. The pool area was another highlight. It’s spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax after a busy day. The loungers are comfortable, just make sure you grab an early breakfast as they get claimed quickly Speaking of relaxation, the cocktails at the hotel bar were absolutely delightful. Expertly crafted and refreshing, they provided the perfect way to enjoy an evening by the pool or indoors. You can order anything you can imagine and they hit the mark every time There’s a premium “Inspira” add on you can purchase but it didn’t seem worth it. You get spirits in your room minibar,exclusive use of the small rooftop pool and a section of the ground floor pool but stick with the standard all-inclusive. You won’t be disappointed I’ll definitely be returning!

We came here for two weeks to unwind and relax and we were very happy, definitely could stay longer. Absolute top class stuff: - Interior design - the rooms, the restaurants, the lobby, all absolutely fabulous. Beatufil, high-quality furniture. - Fantastic food - all restaurant cooked absolutely delicious, some are just a notch bellow Michelin star. El Suspiro is best in our opinion. One caveat - don't expect "geographically accurate" food. E.g. the Italian restaurant is no match for a good restaurant in Italy, it's rather "inspired by Italian cuisine". But that doesn't mean the food is not tasty. Other really positive things - Beautiful pools and sunbeds, beach area with sunbeds and bar - The animation team is nice and friendly. The resort is absolutely gorgeous. Staff is great, the service is out of this world! In particular, Damarys at the pool and Roman at Maria Dolores were fantastic! I wish I could remember everyone's name because the service is what truly makes this resort exceptional. Food was amazing at all of the restaurants we tried and even the room service food was great (except the pizza)! Drinks were very good everywhere, generous pours and any type of drink you want is available. Our room was huge and had everything we needed with a very comfortable bed. We had a King suite on the 2nd floor in Bldg 2 with a balcony, so we were pretty close to everything. Building 3 was the furthest away and we did hang out there one day at the pool and ordered food. Bldg 3 is the quiet area so it's very peaceful and again the service and food were wonderful. Pool area at ours was more lively with activities and music, it's really fun! Beach and pool area were both clean with comfortable seating. Our room and really the entire resort was spotless. Very happy with this vacation, would come back.

Simply phenomenal! Me and my family have just spent 12 days in Ateliér Playa Mujeres and our rating of the resort is easily 11/10. Rooms are extremelly large and spacious, even the bathrooms. They have great amenities even mouthwash and different Molton Braun product. All of the staff was EXTREMELLY friendly, helpful and kind. Above all was Carles who we met at the relaxing pool and later on at the Beach. He made sure that everyone had a great time, brought us towels and really cares about our experience. Orlando at the check in area was beyond helpful and even change our room from one king size to two queens. Pleasure to work with! Completely separate chapter is the food - simply delicious- there are more than 12 restaurants that you can choose and go to. Steak house Los Abrazos with the waiter Juan and even Angel was our favorite! Second favorite was the italian restaurant. Overall, we are extremelly happy to be able to spend almost 2 weeks at this exceptional resort. We hope to be back soon! This was hands down the best all inclusive trip I've ever had and Ive had a bunch. Top notch service, hard working, friendly people, great food, clean place. What else do you need? My only regret is we didnt stay more than 4 nights. We also didnt get reservations to the steak house and Takeshi but we had great food at El suspiro, the whole lobster and the surf and turf were great. We also ate there for lunch once. Lunch by the building 2 pool Lemon and salt was always perfect! The chicken bao and the thai salad were my favs. Dinner at the italian restaurant was great too, along with Kopai, the sushi restaurant. We also did pay to have dinner at maria dolores which was wonderful. The tuna tostada was really good and the steak was cooked perfectly. Building 2 was a great building for us since it is right by the pool and beach. Building 3 is too far away. Service by the pool is exceptional! Someone is always asking if you need to order drinks, food, if you need towels. Definitely tip them. They work hard! Don't miss the jacuzzi by the building 2 pool, past the bridge and near the bathroom. Loved it! The gelato in the building 3 cafe was great too. That's where Kopai is, right next door. I had coffee every morning at the cafe by our building. They have pastries and other things like fruit and sandwiches too. If you're looking for a party scene though, this isnt the place for you. The dance club only had a fee people there. I would come back in a heartbeat.

What an absolutely amazing resort. White sandy beach, warm water, friendly staff and amazing food. I highly recommend dinner at Takoshi. I would have eaten every meal there if I'd tried it first. We ate lunch by the pool at El Suspiro. The baja prawn tacos and coconut shrimp were definitely a hit! Most of our breakfasts were at Mercado 19. They make fresh food on the grill while you wait. They are very fast. There's a great assortment of omelettes, heuvos rancheros and buffet style bacon, sausage sweets ect. Room service was great as well. The beef fajitas were yummy but we didn't try much else as there were so many restaurants we wanted to try. All the other guests we encountered we very nice. Everyone seems to have a pleasant aura and we're just happy to be at this incredible resort. Our days were spent relaxing in a cabana by one of the enormous pools. Drinks came and went. We would casually walk the beach which seemed to go forever. There are many activities if you want to join. Nights were fun. We saw a great fire show on the beach. There are acrobatic shows, Latino dancing shows, live music, bars and clubs if that's your thing. Remember to bring fancy clothes. The women wore nice cocktail dresses and gowns for the evening. Men wore button shirts and pants, nice shoes ect. There's no dress code but if you were to show up in shorts and a t shirt you may feel a bit under dressed. 10/10 Gracias Mid Nov. 25-29°C

We had the very best time celebrating double birthdays on our couples trip! Overall, the resort was everything we hoped for. It was beautiful, clean, and full of friendly staff eager to greet us. We stayed in building 2 on the 5th floor. It was a very quiet floor, although I wouldn’t say we had any noise concerns anywhere on the property. Our room was wonderful, stocked with drinks and snacks, and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and tried nearly every restaurant during our stay. Our favorites were the steakhouse, the breakfast buffet at Mercado 19, and Takashi (just reopened!) The shows were entertaining and the spa was amazing (vitamin C facial!). You can also book only the hydrotherapy portion separately if you aren’t interested in a full spa service. Make sure to head out to the front of the resort to catch the sunset, and don’t sleep on the Sunrise Stretch class on the rooftop! We thoroughly enjoyed the tequila master class with Sergio ($65/person), and I also attended one of the art classes (included). Above all, I have to mention our newest friend, Damarys. She was our server at the pool for two days. She was the absolute sweetest, so much fun, and amazing service. She took care of us by name and checked on us even when we weren’t in her section during our last few days. She was such a joy and so, so amazing at serving guests! We miss her already. Overall, we will return! Atilier was just perfect for our trip!

The food overall and specifically the menus for vegans were incredible! A special shout out to Javier for making my husband a special vegan breakfast! The kindness of the staff at the larger buffet was incredible. The aqua sports team were great- I had so much fun with the aqua fit, the spinning and the board classes . My master class tequila tasting was perfection! The Cielo Bar is magical at night and there is no cocktail they couldn't make! The beach staff and pool staff were always present and attentive with menus and drinks. the night entertainment was fun. I heard from some reviews that the hotel is on the quiet side almost boring! We couldn't disagree more . There was a great 80s band one night, karaoke another night and the other night I went there was the silent disco which was a blast! We loved this hotel so much that we're going back for my birthday in October . Thankyou Atelier....see you again!

I had to come on here a write this review based on the exceptional experience I had at ATELIAR PLAYA DE MUJERES. First I need to thank Consuela at the Don Fernando Bar who kept checking in on me, while I waited for my friend to arrive. (Flight was delayed )The Resort is absolutely stunning. From the all the aesthetics, the decor. To the art from the locals. It’s so beautiful. The love, warmth, care, and attention that I have received from everyone, I’m truly grateful. This is my home away from home. I’m home and already planning a trip back. lol. The beach was the spot for me. This is where I spent most of my time during the day. My beach concierge Andres Bernardo made sure we were happy and taken care of. Christopher our waiter on the beach kept those BBC flowing. Those BBC’s we’re cold and delicious. The food at Cilanto, Takeshi, Suspiro, Azucal and CALA DE LUNA Were all amazing. Breakfast was so good at the Consentida with fresh omelets and fresh fruit. Your servers were the absolute best. All of them. They all go above and beyond for their guests. This is literally a 5 STAR RESORT WITH 5 STAR SERVICE. Please be sure to extend these shout-outs to your employees, bc honestly they work so hard and do deserve it. Guests, please be sure to tip these ppl who go out of their way to make your stay a little more brighter. I will be going back soon for sure. I miss seeing their smiling faces. See you again soon. We enjoyed a fabulous week at Secrets Playa Blanca! The property is stunning and the view upon arrival set the mood. Our check in was quick and easy and our butler, Adrian, gave us a short tour of the resort on our way to lunch. Adrian provided excellent personal service throughout the week, even through Tropical Storm Helene, and on his day off. He was always available through WhatsApp and made sure we were comfortable and happy! Our room was spotless and luxurious (preferred club tropical view). We overlooked the preferred pool and even had a bit of ocean view. We loved the soaking tub on the balcony. We also enjoyed the preferred club bar, especially during small rain showers. The various pools allowed us to experience various environments (quiet, active, fun, etc.) and we had good drink service at each. Elias provided great concierge service at both the pools and the beach and we appreciated his personal touch. We also had great service from Rafa, Alonso, and Daniel! Meals were all delicious, but we particularly enjoyed Portofino (arancini, spaghetti carbonara), El Patio (empanadas, crab enchiladas, tableside guacamole, pork shank, and bunuelo dessert), and Himitsu (spicy tuna and tempura shrimp sushi, gyozas, and gai pad entree). We had excellent service from Leoncio and Victor at Portofino, Jonathan at El Patio, and Omar at Himitsu. Fernando and Leonardo took good care of us at the breakfast buffet too. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary trip!

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and welcoming. We were greeted with cool towels, our luggage was taken care of by the bell staff, and we were escorted to the Preferred Club check-in office. The process there was quick and smooth. We were offered champagne and water, which was a nice touch even though I don’t drink. After a brief tour of the hotel, we were in our room within about 25 minutes of arriving. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous. We loved everything about it. When it came to dining, Bordeaux, the French specialty restaurant, was hands down our favorite for dinner. For lunch, we enjoyed both the buffet and Oceana, the seafood specialty restaurant. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The entire hotel is stunning, and it is clear that the staff works hard to keep the facilities clean and well maintained. Coco Café was another highlight and a must-have if you stay here. Having 24-hour access to snacks and coffee was incredibly convenient. Our butlers were very attentive and made our stay feel personalized. We communicated daily through WhatsApp, and they kept us informed about the day's activities and drink specials. It was great to have both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options available. The spa is also a must-do. The experience was relaxing and luxurious and definitely worth booking during your stay.

The most beautiful resort I’ve been to, the staff was so welcoming, nice, helpful; our room was not only beautiful but it was clean and cleaned daily, the sheets smelled amazing not like other hotels where the bed sheets smell like bleach. Beach was amazing and a walk out. All the food was amazing and drinks were packed and not watered down at all. Everyone from our butler to our housekeeper to the restaurant personal and pool boys were so helpful, nice, and courteous.

I stayed at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres from March 10th to 11th, and I cannot say enough about how beautiful the property was, how exquisite the rooms were, and how attentive, excellent, and professional the staff was. The spa was absolutely amazing – the best I've experienced across all Secrets locations. I've been a loyal guest since 2015, visiting top locations including Secrets Cap Cana, Secrets Akumal, Secrets Maroma, and Secrets Playa Mujeres. Secrets Playa Blanca is now, by far, my top favorite Secrets and the best of them all! The food was excellent! Another level and my stay in the Preferred Club Ocean View was simply spectacular. Shoutout to the pool concierge, Anuar, for his attentiveness, amazing pool bed/cabana setup, and even fixing my sunglasses – they were missing pieces, and he repaired them for me! Also, kudos to the Preferred Club Manager, Omar Gutierrez , for his exceptional and professional service. When I left the property, he was super professional and courteous , asking about my stay, if there were any issues, and giving me his contact information for my next visit. I loved the property so much that I decided to come back at the end of May for five days for my birthday! Secrets Playa Blanca is a paradise!

Location is about 45 minutes from Cancun airport, just to be aware. Food is good overall. Breakfast buffet was consistently great with lots of options for many kinds of dietary needs. Dinner restaurants were good. Himitsu had the best apps and loved the teppanyaki. Bordeaux's entrees were delicious as well (especially the filet!). Oceana was confusing with 5 non-seafood entrees on the menu and only 3 seafood options. Preferred lounge and pool were great, though it would be great to have more menu options at the restaurant. They were underwhelming. Service was great at all places - restaurants, pools, bars.

What's not to like... This is a beautiful hotel that ticks all the luxury boxes. The staff is superb: they were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was delicious and accommodating to all food requests. The room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The beach is lovely and private to the resort. There is a little channel of water to wash your feet after the beach, it's the small things that make a big difference to this lovely resort. The pool was clean and beautiful with a great ambience. The spas are set up so you can enjoy the privacy and overlook the beach, they were also nice and warm. The gym was world-class with an incredible morning view.

Beautiful hotel room and bathroom. The rooms are very nice and the beds are super comfortable. WiFi and AC worked like a charm. I loved the large pool with swim up pool bar and access to the beach with comfortable loungers. Had a lovely massage right on the beach. Great little hotel gym. Staff was excellent, so helpful and nice. It’s on a quieter part of the island but there are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance and everything else is just a short golf cart or taxi ride away.

The staff was amazing. Always welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. The food was excellent. The views from the room were tremendous, with beach view room having the sunset views. Would definitely recommend the Hotel Belo with all inclusive option. My wife and I are talking about returning again later in the year. If you want to relax without a lot of the normal resort craziness, this is your place.

I booked this hotel for my friend who was planning a surprise proposal to his girlfriend and they LOVED every moment of being there. The staff were fantastic at helping to organise spa treatments for them, and the wonderful sunset beach set-up for the big night meal was amazing. This hotel went above and beyong with so many special little details for my friends throughout their trip and on the proposal night, that it made it such a memorable life event for them both. Thank you to everyone of the staff that helped organised everything and for giving a professional and friendly service. THEY CAN´T WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!

Loooovvvvveeeddd everything about the resort. I went for a last minute birthday trip. Front desk was very accommodating and friendly even when I arrived after 10PM. Was able to indulge in the silent party by the pool bar Aqua that night and get some food from 24hrs sports bar. The property grounds were amazingly clean and refreshing. There is a lot to do here if you stay for a week. Between the spa and riding the boat up to my room gave an unforgettable luxury experience. The food was amazing. Poiseidon and Sumptuori was my favorite. I will definitely return to Grand Palladium for another vacation to indulge in the other thing I missed out on. Overall great experience and fun people.

Absolutely stunning surroundings. Spacious, and gorgeous to walk around. But if you want a hand to get around the resort you can pick from a golf buggy or boat taxi to take you where you want to go. The beach was absolutely beautiful and well looked after. The beach staff were fabulous and really looked after me. My room was in the main hotel building. I had a suite with 2 double beds. A beautiful hydrotherapy bath and separate rainfall shower. My balcony had amazing views of the water and boat taxi stop. I could see for miles around. The room service was good and staff very attentive. I can't wait to return.

very spacious, clean, well kept - I like my room especially, it had great bathroom and was big, staff mostly was very helpful, close to the beach, few options for restaurants, thematical which was a great addition to normal all inclusive, few drink bars, generally they do care for you during all stay, everyone speak english, I would recommend the place

Fantastic food quality and selection, wonderful staff, amazing location and beaches, only 30 mins from the airport, great kids activities, amazing restaurants, great bartenders who are actual mixologists, beautiful facilities including a proper gym, great main pool along with equally great smaller pools, no shortage of chairs/umbrellas, and everything was walkable.
