Everything was perfect, especially the heated pools and jacuzzi. Amazing views. The best place to stay if you want to relax.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy and also it’ also the breakfast was varied and the service and quality was great The restaurant of the resort offered a delicious food and the resort area is very quiet its a great place for honeymoon and I will come back again The last point I want to say is it’s better to rent a car to go to the hotel

This 5-star gem was exactly what we needed! Spotlessly clean and incredibly relaxing, with fantastic staff who went above and beyond. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning, complemented by stunning views that truly made our stay special. The facilities are truly excellent. Just a heads-up, reaching the main town does require a car due to a scenic, narrow winding road, but it's a small trade-off for such a luxurious and tranquil escape.

Comfy large rooms with minibar, ample breakfast, guest pool & jacuzzi , bar, free bicycle hire and free wifi. Modern surroundings and friendly staff. Close to the beach.

You can stay on the pool/jacuzzi and enjoy some drinks . They have a bar so you can order even to eat someting. Staff is also amazing , very helpful and smiling all the time . The room is more beautiful in person than in the picture. It is a perfect size . Very clean and the housekeeper clean it every day and change the towels .

Stayed here with two small children and were happy with the stay. The hotel seems all new, it was very tidy and modern. The staff is very friendly and they spoke English at the reception. The room was for four, and had two huge comfortable beds, though, they didn't leave space for much else. The breakfast was good, however it mainly consisted of sweet things. The pool and pool area was nice! The jacuzzi was huge and had space for several families. Also the pool was nice. We were at first worried about the train track being so close, but you couldn't hear anything at night time. The only thing that was not so good, was the location. An ok neighborhood, but quite far from the Riccione center. Taxi cost about 20eur for the 3-5km!! So if you don't want to walk, we recommend to take the local bus nr 11 which goes frequently on the Main Street parallel to the beach. The hotel also organizes free bus lifts, but only at certain times.

Stayed 3 nights in July 2015. Had a fantastic stay there. The very sweet owner and her staff made us feel at home. Everything looked new and decorated with good taste. Very clean room with fridge and air-conditioning, huge shower with a nice blue light, nice private balcony. Bed was very wide for European standards and good mattress. Breakfast: huge choice, espescially to the sweet tooth. Pool is a little noisy when trains pass by, but other than that, extremely pleasant. Excellent location with safe neighbourhood (I kept my car parked on the street in front of the hotel, for free, as I got there early). Hotel is a 5-minutes walk from the beautiful beach and the first restaurant. They offer a buffet-style dinner for 20 EUR per person, which seemed abundant, but we didn't try it as Riccione has a lot of places to eat. I will definitely go back there.

Exceptional luxury at a great price. The staff were extremely helpful and we loved the balcony Jacuzzi!

The King room with private jacuzzi was amazing. Our view of the lake was stunning. The shower had great water pressure and temperature control as hot as we like! The ladies at the welcome desk were so helpful. We loved the snacks they brought to the room with the bottles of wine we bought. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Everything was exceptional.

We were visiting from the United States & stayed in the jacuzzi suite for New Years in 2023 & it was a magical experience. Our room overlooked the lake and we saw fireworks at midnight from 50 different points on the lake - never seen anything like it! The hotel breakfast was also wonderful, and everything is walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel - will look to come back in the summer. P.S if you book directly on the hotel website there’s a 12% discount.

Fantastisk hotel - vi havde booket et af de øverste panorama værelser med Jacuzzi. Få værelser, roligt om natten og kun par på hotellet. Mulighed for solseng ud mod Gardasøen. Frokostkort meget begrænset og ingen mulighed for at spise middag på hotellet. Gratis parkering og personalet utroligt søde og hjælpsomme.

The hotel manager/owner and all staff members were friendly, helpful, accommodating and made our stay wonderful! We were upgraded upon check in to our delight. The bar is a nice place to gather in the evening and chat with the owner and other hotel guests. The view from both sides of the hotel are lake view even though they don’t advertise that it’s beautiful. The pool nice and the in room/balcony private hot tub was a great thing as we had flown all night before arriving and it relaxed us. The downtown area/castle and restaurants an easy walk from the hotel.

Location is great, well maintained property, good size rooms, good bathroom, shower and jacuzzi. Staff is super friendly and speaks perfect English. Enough staff available to provide service.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the grounds were beautiful and the view of the valley of the temple was amazing. I also ate at their wonderful restaurant and the chef out did himself with the tasting menu. It was outstanding. The only disappointment I had was the pool was very cold. There is no heater which in the summer months makes sense but by October it is cool. I would definitely come again and next time book a room with a private jacuzzi. 🤣

Everything about this place was amazing. The view was amazing. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and good-sized. Everything was very modern. We had a room with the two-person jacuzzi tub, which was awesome. The bathroom has an amazing shower. Robes, ginormous towels, lots of accouterments. There is a fantastic restaurant on the property that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you really don't need to leave if you just want to lounge around. The pool area is really nice and overlooks the valley. You can see the Temple of Juno in the distance from any of the rooms. The Valley of the Temples is only about five minutes away.

An beautiful and unique location for a hotel that will continue to evolve as a true 5* with the improvements they are currently making such as a separate breakfast room and other minor updates. Things to rave about: - friendly reception and dining staff - breakfast delicious - view from general, common area - amazing! - cleanliness in rooms and general areas are top-notch - proximity to the Temples and beaches - parking at hotel easy - drinks from bar were artfully made Things that could be better: - not all views are equal from rooms - it's a working olive farm/vineyard, so you may see equipment/buildings for that purpose - - dinner is good, but would be nice for some simpler options in the evening, even if paying a premium for it - a few items that are not so high-end gastronomic - - the pool towels are HUGE - as such, don't dry well - would be better to have smaller pool towels and then turkish cotton style beach towels that one can take from front desk for the day - - the decor could be a bit 'warmer' in rooms - as some reviewers have mentioned, the lighting is harsh / cold - Overall, would definitely recommend as a place to stay in the area!

Wow! Loved this hotel. Exceptionally clean, modern, stunning hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. Upgraded to spa suite. Huge balcony, overlooking street. Could shut out any noise when you shut the balcony doors. Good sound proofing. Bathroom wonderful. Bed so comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant. Cafe staff took order and we could have what we wanted. I cannot say enough positive things about Popula. Everything about my stay was outstanding. The rooms are stylish, immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The location cannot be beat, in the heart of the city with access to everything. Don't miss their beach club for sunset and dinner. They take you over in a shuttle and the food was delicious. Cafe for breakfast downstairs is also great for a bite to eat all day and evening. Most importantly, the staff is beyond kind and helpful. They are so professional and patiently answered all of my questions and ensured I had a great great stay. I can't recommend highly enough and will certainly return.

Very comfy location. We got a modern room which had a specific Venetian vibe and really enjoyed it. The jacuzzi was great and we really enjoyed it, especially after a long day of walking all around Venice. The breakfast was also good and tasty.

We had two rooms. Honey moon sweet and a close by room with twin beds for our kids. The jacuzzi on the top floor could be converted to a bed for the kids, easily. That would have been amazing

We got a high floor room with outdoor jacuzzi. The room size is good compared to other Venice hotels. The location is ideal. It's right on the canal with water taxi very close by. You can reach central Venice by foot very easily but the hotel itself is not on the most touristy part of Venice. Ideal location to have quiet sleep and close to get to the central Venice to see all the tourist spots.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Sassi area. Restaurants and bars were very close by. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful, the taxi arrangement with the local parking worked seamlessly, the room was out of this world - we stayed in room 8, a very spacious cave room with a bath in its own little separate cave. The view from our room and from the terrace is amazing and breakfast was very enjoyable too. Everything was spotlessly clean and all amenities were could have needed were provided. Very highly recommended!

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough!!! The service was the best we had experienced in our 3 months in Italy. The staff were friendly, professional and quick to respond. I explained that we were there for my husband’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. They helped with suggestions and reservations for dinner as well as tours. They were happy to help with any questions we had and you get a free map with suggested routes to see all the sights. You get much-needed cold water upon arrival. I requested a bottle of Prosecco in our room for my husband’s birthday and they happily obliged and provided a fanatic local bottle of Prosecco. We stayed in a private suit and the room was fantastic! It was spacious, with a huge bath and shower and seperate toilet. It had a TV, coffee station and air conditioning (which we didn’t need to use despite the extreme heat in Matera as the room is nice and cool as it is in a cave setting). The breakfast was fantastic and the view from the terrace is incredible! I also love that they have eco-friendly processed in place to minimise their footprint. We will definitely be back when in Matera!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were able to easily communicate with the staff through Booking.com, and they were very attentive and accommodating. We had requested a cave room, and they kindly facilitated it, the view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the stunning cave houses of the 'Sassi'. The room itself was comfortable and cozy, and the staff went above and beyond by helping us find the best authentic local cuisine to try. They also arranged taxi services to and from the main city center, which was incredibly convenient and helpful, especially given our tight schedule. The breakfast was amazing, featuring a variety of authentic savory and sweet options, we absolutely loved it! On our last day, we had a very early check-out, and the staff even arranged breakfast for us much earlier than their usual serving time, which we truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to all the Caveoso and Barisano attractions. Overall, it was a flawless stay, we would highly recommend it!

Stayed in Mid November 24. Loved the hotel, loved Merano. Upon check in we were upgraded to a large nice modern room. Design was fab, with a large walk in wardrobe and large lounge area. View of apple groves. The exterior of the hotel was well landscaped. The spa facilities were comprehensive, with a good sized heated pool, saunas, ample quiet chill areas. We had a massage session- the masseur was good. Service was very good; breakfast and dinner was good too. The steak was especially memorable. Merano is beautiful in autumn with the hillside walks and walks by the river with the autumn colors. The hotel is a nice 10-15 minute walk into town. Wonderful stay

All the spaces are very intimates, flowers everywhere. The Hotel is not in the center so they provided bus ticket, which make the center of Meran very easily accessible. The property is clean and the staff is friendly. Bed is comfortable. The whole place is quiet, well thought and nicely decorated. The breakfast was really nice in an open air restaurant. At arrival we were invited for a special drink which was delicious. I also enjoyed the shop they have selling a lot of small items you can find in the property. Great experience, will definitely go back and recommend.

If you are planning to visit Merano this is the place to stay. It is a family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We first stayed there two years ago and it was great but since then it has had a major renovation and it is even better now. We were upgraded to a Garden Suite which had a fantastic view over the great pool area to the mountains. There is a good choice including cook to order egg dishes at breakfast and the included afternoon cake buffet is an added bonus. Since our last visit more English is spoken but we did wish we could understand the daily news letter as we felt we might be missing out on some interesting facts or activities. We’ll definitely return if in the area again, it is a fantastic hotel.

The hotel was an amazing boutique hotel and exceeded our expectations. Our friends we travelled with had stayed there before and said it was a fantastic stay and it really was. The rooms were spacious, beds and pillows super comfortable and it was in a very quiet location. The breakfast is outstanding and even offered the most delicious cakes such as homemade apple pie, cheesecake and macarons and cream cakes which we couldn’t resist trying as we were on holiday! Why not… Fresh squeezed orange juice, make your own pancakes and boil your own eggs were delicious. We hired bikes for €4 per day to see more of the area. The hotel is decorated in a classy and elegant fashion and it feels so grand for a small hotel. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and were exceptional in helping you have the best time. The pool and gardens were stunning.

Lovely hotel in an ideal position to enjoy Riva del Garda, just a short walk to lakeside and not too far to walk into town centre with many lovely restaurants and bars. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just out of this world and set us up for the day! Room was bright and spacious (we had comfort room), lovely and quiet and the bed was so comfortable. One small gripe, shower cubicle was a bit small although actual shower was great. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Loved the fact that parking was free, and plenty of spaces. We both enjoyed our stay at Parc Flora and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the park and surroundings were beautiful and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – everything you could possibly wish for, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and great coffee. Pool towels were available, which made things even more convenient. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

The reception staff is so helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. They had an omelet station and fresh squeezed orange juice along with a variety of lunch meats, pastries and breads. This hotel was excellent so if you’re looking for a great place to stay I highly recommend it.

Parc Hotel Flora has beautiful views of palms and the mountains from it's back garden. The breakfast buffet is large and in a nice patio room with views outside. The pool has lots of chairs and umbrellas, and the lake is just a short walk down a path by the hotel. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was well sound-proofed. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of closet and luggage space to spread out a bit. There was also a safe large enough for laptops. We appreciated the complementary bruschetta and salami when we ordered drinks by the pool. While we were there we took advantage of a free yoga class one morning and free appetizers and live music one evening. The gelateria in front of the hotel was delicious, and you can also walk in the beautiful gardens of the Hotel du Lac et du Parc next door.

Beautiful 5* hotel set in cliff top overlooking the Bay of Naples. Historic feel to hotel with terrrace restaurants looking out to sea leading to some great sunsets. Breakfast buffet is extensive and varied. Restaurant food quality is good and service excellent. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Small fitness room, good massage facilities and paid use of jacuzzi. Has its own beach area (more rocky than sand as is typical of this part of coast). Short walk into Sorrento itself (10-15 mins) also not far from train and bus stations.

This hotel Ambasciatori is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. The staff Ermalinda and her team were so welcoming and helpful from the minute we arrived. They also made arrangements for us for our departure to Capri.,The hotel hangs over a cliff with beautiful views of the sea. The hotel has its own private beach club that you access from an elevator with lounge chairs, umbrellas and provides food and bar service. The beach club service was first class. There is also a pool area on the lobby floor with gorgeous gardens, statues, and an outside dining area with delicious food and impeccable service. The dining room breakfast buffet is outstanding with lot’s of variety and also has stunning views of the sea. We also dined for dinner and had a fabulous meal. It was moderately priced and not very expensive. We had a lovely sea view room with a large balcony. The bathroom had a delightful rain shower. It was a 15 minute walk to the town. We loved the hotel so much we barely left the hotel which is not in our nature. We stayed in four other five star hotels over 3 weeks from Capri, Positano to the Almafi Coast and this one was the most outstanding.

This hotel is amazing! All the staff are polite, efficient, friendly, always there to help in any way possible. The junior suite I booked was spacious, beautifully furnished with a massive comfortable bed, large bathroom with lovely toiletries, balcony with view over the bay and Vesuvius and a huge television with many international channels. We had half board, so after a plentiful and tasty breakfast, we had a snack on the “beach” during the afternoon and enjoyed a delicious dinner in the outside restaurant overlooking the bay. I had booked a trip to Pompei one afternoon, which was all arranged by the hotel, private transportation and guide included - both were perfect. Special thanks to Ms Ermelinda De Simone at Reception, with whom I organised the whole stay, and who has been so helpful, efficient and kind.

We loved this hotel. First, location is great. It’s on a cliff overlooking the Bay of Naples and the views are amazing. It is a short walk into the old section of town, but enough out of the way to be quiet. The lobby and grounds are beautiful with many cozy places to sit. Service, from the front desk to the waiters, was excellent. We booked a Junior suite and it was a very nice size with a couch and a great view from a small balcony. Room has Nespresso maker and a fridge. Bathroom was very spacious with 2 sinks, separate bath and shower. Breakfast is included and is exceptional. There are some hot choices, and an omelette station, beautiful fruit, cheeses, meats, breads, and more pastries than I’ve ever seen at a breakfast buffet. We had drinks one evening overlooking the sunset and service was great there as well. There is a pool, and then an area down by the water to lounge. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel overall, we had a great time. Very quiet and very clean. Room was perfect size and very clean. Could hear the rumbling of the elevator from the room, but muffled enough to not impact sleep. Otherwise very quiet. Breakfast had the usual options, very good quality. Sea / jetty area was clean and the sun loungers were comfortable. The staff at reception was extremely helpful with recommendations and sorting things out. Staff by the jetty not so much, helpful when asked but won’t come by at any point to ask if you need anything or collect stuff. Location is stunning and overall the hotel is amazing. Mainly families and couples staying, but it felt very quiet even mid August.

This is an exceptional hotel which seems to have been recently renovated and is superbly decorated in every way. If you can, book a room near the roof top with a jacuzzi on the terrace. It makes for a very special treat. Very friendly service and good value considering the quality and the location. A great breakfast too.

This place is really good, and gets the full five stars despite a couple of gripes I'll get to later. The location is fantastic, a couple of hundred yards from the main square. The building is beautiful, apparently renovated about 8 years ago but looks fresher. We had the jacuzzi room - on the top floor with a balcony and hot tub with views over town and to the countryside beyond. There's no bar or restaurant but the breakfast selection is good, and the room it's served in spectacular. Staff are generally very pleasant and helpful, particularly in handling the logistics of parking and luggage. At £240 a night including breakfast and parking it's not cheap but still good value I'd say. It's not quite perfect, though. Service at breakfast is patchy, with coffee often taking ages or not showing up at all. Then at checkout, despite asking, I was not offered the option to pay in Euros. The rate I was charged to pay in £ was worse than the card company rate, and the lack of choice cost me around £25. That was a shame as otherwise it was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Locanda della Posta. The location was superb, and we were able to walk everywhere in the city. Our deluxe room was so comfortable with a state of the art Jacuzzi shower and a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking Corso Vannucci. The staff at the front desk went out of their way to be friendly and helpful (everyone was fluent in English) and the breakfast area was so inviting, with a wonderful breakfast that included many choices, including scrambled eggs. We were able to easily walk to the MiniMetro to take the train for day trips to other towns. We easily walked to the bus station for a day trip to Gubbio. Restaurants were all within a few minutes from our room too. Everything was just perfect!

Just the best hotel room ever! The jacuzzi in the room made all the difference.

This was a "blow the budget" trip for me and I was not disappointed. The hotel is built into caves and has fantastic views of the city and over the ford (you can walk over). My room (a cave in itself) was huge, a large jacuzzi in the centre (would likely accommodate 4 people) and a modern wet room at rear, decor and lighting was perfect. The restaurant was also built into cave, was beautiful. Staff eager to assist and pleasant to chat to. Overall, fantastic - 1 minor criticism, the water in jacuzzi was not warm, no doubt refreshing in the sweltering summer but uninviting in a cooler October! Did mention to staff and it was being inspected when I left. Formidable place, thank you.

Where to start, our stay at Palazzo Del Duca was amazing. Firstly, all of the staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel couldn't be better with amazing views of Matera on your doorstep. We were lucky to get upgraded to the room with the pool, which was a fantastic treat. We had both breakfast and dinner in the hotel, and both were delicious. For those with a car, they work with a local carpark who will take your car, keep it safe, and drop you off at the hotel. It was such a smooth process. We really loved our stay.

Wow! We booked a suite with terrace and the view from our private terrace was unbelievable with views over the Sassi and the caves. The room was very spacious, gorgeous decor with a roll top bath in the room and a separate bathroom with walk in shower. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. We used their partner company to park and taxi to the edge of the Sassi where we were greeted by a porter to take our bags and guide us through a short walk in the winding old world to the hotel. They communicated in advance of our arrival to arrange everything! This stay really made our trip and was my favourite part of our holiday. This beautiful city is right outside your door and you’re able to forget about the modern world the entire time. 10/10 thank you!

Amazing Hotel with amazing views. Tricky to get to but the hotel staff took care of our luggage do we didn’t have to carry anything. We probably had the most beautiful suite with a hugh terrace. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were so friendly and kind. I can’t think of a better place to stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Sublimis. Exceptional staff , great breakfast and relaxing sun lounge area with jacuzzi. Well appointed room with lovely view - just a few steps away from the beach. Please note that there is no pool despite it being listed as an amenity.

The views were stunning from our balcony room. The location cannot be beat. The room was comfortable and spacious with a walk in closet. We stayed in room 303 and had a jacuzzi on the balcony. Close proximity to great restaurants, train station and this hotel has direct beach and promenade access. The staff were simply amazing and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I highly recommend a cocktail by mixologist Veronica, she made amazing cocktails for us. Cannot wait to comeback!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with items like assisting with parking our rental car (which is not easy at this location) and somehow getting us a reservation at a restaurant that was completely booked. The hotel itself was beautiful and new with unbelievable views of the Mediterranean which you see through a huge glass wall as soon as you enter the hotel (and I think every room is facing the water with the same view but would check). The hotel is located right above the Camogli boardwalk (more of a street along the water) that have dozens of restaurants, bars and shops as well as access to the several beaches. Those going to the beaches should be aware that these are pebble beaches instead of sand beaches. The pebbles are smooth and easy to walk on but different than a typical beach. Breakfast was also very very good and had a variety of filling options as opposed to the typical Italian breakfast consisting of just coffee.

I fell in love with Camogli! Our stay at Sublimis was absolutely amazing! The staff were friendly and so helpful but what made this place really stand out for us was the room and the location. We had a room with a balcony and large sliding door that gave us an amazing view of the ocean. We watched the sunset and also got a great view of the moonlight reflecting off the ocean at night. Our room was also located near the stairway that gave direct access to the promenade, restaurants and beach! They also had Molton Brown toiletries which smelled so good and the breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there one night which was also very good. Nice location in Camogli for accessing the town/beach/restaurants. Beautiful view overlooking the water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. They held our luggage and provided shower and changing area to use after checking out if you stay in town to go to the beach, etc.

We stayed 2 nights with my fiance in this beautiful hotel. We were welcomed very friendly, we had a great, very clean room with a beautiful sea view. The spa area was great. There was really everything: different saunas, a indoor pool and a great little jacuzzi, little snacks, a tropical shower. Both the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant "Le Cupole" were very tasty. There is simply nothing to complain about. I really recommend this hotel to everyone. A little paradise on the Portofino Coast! Thank you very much.

Couldn't be happier with my one night stay. Staff almost TOO attentive as they couldn't do enough for me, it was really nice as they also remembered me and my room number when going to breakfast or into the spa. Those little details make a stay that bit nicer. Room was very nice. Great views across the bay, welcome chocolate treats and complimentary mini bar (soft drinks only). The spa is amazing. A maze almost of different rooms and 'attractions'. More than just a sauna, steam room and pool. The pool has music and some incredible paradisical drone footage on a projector. Lovely warm pool with submerged Jacuzzi beds at the end. The self service tea room was great too with loads on offer with nuts as snacks and seats to relax. Breakfast buffet was good as far as buffets go. View from the breakfast room was lovely anyway but can imagine it's incredible in better weather. Wasn't able to use the outdoor pool as it was sadly raining for most of my stay.

Amazing stay, we’ll definitely be back! The staff at the Bristol Grand Hotel were absolutely amazing, super friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the first moment. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible view that we couldn’t get enough of. Breakfast was great, lots of options, everything fresh and tasty. Lovely common areas, classic and elegant feel, wonderful vibe, attentive and friendly staff, amazing view, somewhat easy walk into town, easy parking, top notch spa facilities. Room balcony had a panoramic view of town and the ocean. Wonderful breakfast offering with an amazing sea view. Such a nice touch to offer dog beds, food and water bowls and food treats. They felt like pampered pooches. The welcome drinks, Prosecco and sweet treats and complementary mini bar along with a hand written note made us feel very welcomed.

We found this beautiful hotel thanks to it being mentioned in a review of a nearby hotel where they wished they stayed at La Residenza! We looked at it online and never looked back. The experience at La Residenza was nothing short of exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly and hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Ignacio helped us to check in and provided us with a list of recommended restaurants. The reception can organise a table for you if you wish which is a great service. This was a 5 star experience and we found the hotel very friendly and not pretentious like some 5 star highly quality hotels. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. I found the lunch menu specifically the burger to be very tasty. We booked a sea view room and we’re delighted to be upgraded to a suite. It was extremely spacious and with a very large terrace. I would highly recommend the suite option. The bar at the entrance to the hotel is very elegant and tasty drinks to enjoy before going out to dinner. I also paid to use the ironing service for some shirts which was great they were returned the same day. Also recommend to take advantage of the luggage moving service as the streets of Capri are busy and awkward with luggage. I’d like to thank especially Ignacio, Pierandrea, Vincenzo and Fabrizio for their amazing hospitality and making our stay so fantastic.

Oh my gosh. This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely friendly & always accommodating! Breakfast had a wide variety options from meat & cheeses to yogurt & cereal to fruit & pastries, they also had gluten free options! There is also a laundry service available if you need it, kind of pricey but its there and my clothes came back smelling fresh & neatly pressed and/or folded. The location is perfect. 5 minutes from the main piazza, near the Via Krupp and streets full of shops, but also tucked off the road far enough so that you feel like you’re far away from the busy-ness. THE VIEW. UGH. It’s amazing from the tanning area, restaurant, and suites with views! When we arrived, we had been upgraded from a standard suite without a view to a deluxe suite with a view. The view brought me to tears. It looks East/southeast of the island over the waters past Marina Piccolo. Breathtaking honestly. The windows were equipped with automatic shades that blocked the sunlight (because sunrise starts at 5AM & is very bright). The pictures online don’t do the hotel justice as the bathroom and room were very nice, clean, and fairly up to date. Lots of outlets all around the room, which is a rarity in Europe. If you arrive by ferry, there will be someone waiting for you to get off of the ferry and will take your luggage to the hotel for you for a charge of 13€ - 100% worth it. If you’re staying in Capri, you have to stay at Hotel La Residenza. It’s just too perfect for the price.

We spent our honeymoon at La Residenza Capri and loved every minute of our stay! It was made perfect by Giuseppe in concierge, who was absolutely wonderful. He handled everything for us, from our transfers, a cooking class, to restaurant and beach club reservations. I reached out to him in advance and upon our arrival he had our full itinerary printed out. He was so accommodating and assisted us with everything we needed, even with a last minute reservation at a fabulous restaurant. We stayed in an executive suite with a sea view, and the room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with an amazing balcony and view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet at night. Breakfast was perfect for us, and we also enjoyed the hotel pool and sundeck. We thought the location of the hotel was great as well. We definitely would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. We are so grateful to Giuseppe for making our stay so wonderful!

Our second visit to this wonderful hotel in Capri. This year we upgraded to a suite and were not disappointed. We had a wonderfully large balcony and enjoyed an aperitivo with a view of the famous faraglioni rocks. We noticed lots of little changes to the lobby and loved the new bar area at the front which I believe may be open to non residents too. Great music playing. The staff were kind and welcoming as always and the breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. Service is fantastic and the setting by the pool is beautiful. There is a nice sun deck terrace with great views and the hotel is decorated with amazing art works throughout. Aside from the hotel itself, it has the most perfect location which is close to everything in Capri with amazing views and walking distance to the shops and sights. Our experience was faultless and extremely enjoyable. 10/10 and we are looking forward to going back

We had the best experience at Hotel LaResidenza! From the moment I booked, the communication and attentiveness to the moment we left - they went above and beyond with an available upgrade to allowing me to shower in a room as we stayed at the pool after we checked out. Everything was super clean, delicious breakfast, the lobby smelled beautiful of fresh flowers everywhere. The toiletries also smell amazing! The bed was sooo comfortable and a comfortable plush robe for both guests always wins me over :) You won’t regret this stay! They also have a restaurant and bar right outside the front (super cute spot) and it was delicious!

Upgrade on arrival to the Presidential Suite set the tone for an outstanding stay at the We.Me Suites. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was amazing, beautiful terrace with hot tub. The breakfast was also fantastic, fresh food and hot food cooked to order. Outstanding customer service throughout our stay, thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. Location, right in the centre of the town, so fabulous.....and only 10 minute walk to the beach. Valet parking too!

Perfect location to stay in riccione, the suite was amazing and the breakfast as well. If you want to go to the beach, their beach club is super convenient, few minutes of walk from the hotel!
