Big room plus a bathroom that you could have a party in. The bath was one of those patio sized jacuzzi. Would have been perfect if the restaurant had been open but there are local restaurants within walking distance.

A very nice option in Jasper. A few blocks away from the city center but close enough to walk to everything. The pool, jacuzzi sauna, steam room were excellent. The front desk person was very helpful and welcoming, and accommodated our request for a different room. Would definitely recommend.

We had a really lovely stay at this hostel! The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet getaway. Everything we needed was just a short walk or drive away, which made exploring the area super easy. One of the things we appreciated most was the free parking 2 mins walking to the property. The hostel itself was clean, cozy, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience felt smooth and well-organized. We’d absolutely stay here again — great value, great location, and a truly comfortable stay overall!

This is a fantastic hostel. Shoes off policy at the entrance which makes the hostel super clean and homely feeling (just bring indoor shoes to wear if needed like flip flops). Nice chill out area upstairs with books and board games. Staff all friendly. Our room was perfect, private for two people with shower and toilet located nearby (both of which were always clean and nice). Kitchen was excellent, plenty of hobs/ovens/sinks/other kitchen appliances, spotlessly clean, plenty of seating and fridges/racks etc. A few parking spaces onsite, and is located right in the heart of the town. Hostel seemed very quiet when we were there (which we loved!) but that is probably a reflection of the hard times of Jasper just now (still well worth a visit!).

The hostel is centrally located in downtown Jasper and offers free parking options just down the road after the church. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The accommodation is clean, comfy bed with bedding and curtains for privacy in shared dorms. The dorm that I stayed in had an own bathroom and shower, which was super practical. The common area downstairs was great for watching tv, playing games, chatting with other guests or working. There's a huge kitchen with everything you need, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer in the underground floor. Everything was super convenient! I enjoyed my stay and will gladly come again :)

After 3days train trip, the only thing I needed was a hot shower. The staff were very kind and offered me to use the shower before check-in. This is my second time staying here. The location is convenient and close to many restaurants. The room is comfortable, warm, and clean. Highly recommended!

Fantastic, quiet location just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. Our room was small and comfortable and provided all that we needed during our stay and the staff were obliging. Although we had our own kitchenette, which was very handy, we chose to use the communal kitchen downstairs which was certainly the best one we have ever come across in all our travels. It was modern, very spacious and spotlessly clean. There were four work stations which provided plenty of room for food preparation, and there was also a vast array of utensils for guests to use. We particularly liked how there were literally piles of tea-towels and cloths available for wiping dishes and work surfaces, which after one use went into a container for laundering – such a practical and hygienic idea.

Really great hotel and Pam on reception was first class and got us into a room much earlier then check in time. Rooms are big with great beds and a wonderful shower. The room amenities are great. The pool and jacuzzi are superb after a long day in the cold.

Very pleasant and professional staff. Very central location to the adorable town of Jasper. Super spacious and comfortable room. Big comfy bed. Great water pressure and delicious drinking water straight from the tap. The Terra restaurant was convenient and tasty. My husband had the one time feast breakfast and the elk/bison/venison sausage was to die for. We only wish we made time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. They looked very inviting.

The staff was exceptional, I've never received such great care. I wish I remembered the name of the front desk clerk who was working at 5 pm on Saturday, May 4th. They were so friendly and just made my stay feel so comfortable. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The pool was really nice, and the lighting was perfect. The view was beautiful, it is right by the train track but they provide earplugs if you need them! The room had a balcony which was very nice to sit and drink a coffee or tea and watch the sunrise/sunset. I just have to reiterate how terrific the staff was, just hospitality I'd never received at any hotel I've ever visited.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. We had a big room (the Jasper Suite). It consisted of a large comfortable double bed, a lounge area containing a 2 seater sofa and an armchair as well as a desk and chair. There was a jacuzzi bath and a separate shower cubicle as well as a kettle and a microwave. The underground parking was free which was a distinct bonus. What let this hotel down was its restaurant which only provided a limited selection of Italian dishes and on the 2 nights we were there was understandably empty. By contrast, Whisky Jacks across the road was almost full and served a variety of reasonably priced dishes. We had 3 lovely evening meals there dining alfresco. A lot of their customers were residents of Chateau Jasper. The hotel management obviously needs to review its catering offer,

I was on a 18 day Rockies & Alaska Grand Discovery holiday with Titan Travel and stayed for two nights at Chateau Jasper, I had a spacious comfortable room with sitting area, tv,bedside clock,all toiletries in the bathroom,hairdryer,kitchen station with sink, kettle and coffee maker, fridge,safe,iron & ironing board, shower over bath, very good housekeeping. Staff friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a good location nice stroll to shops,restaurants,bars,supermarket and everything to see in Jasper. We had really good itinerary whilst in Jasper and saw some spectacular scenery as we travelled around, we had an excellent tour manager Darren on this holiday he looked after us all and was very knowledgeable,friendly and approachable, our coach driver Richard drove us all around and got us to our destinations safely. We all had a evening meal at Lobstick Lodge next to our hotel and Chris gave us a very interesting talk after dinner. Jasper is a lovely quiet alpine town, we saw the devastation from the fires in 2024 which caused damage to homes and businesses, I would definitely recommend Chateau Jasper I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Jasper! Our double room with double beds was clean, quiet, and very spacious — perfect for a relaxing stay after exploring Jasper. The room was great value for money, with a microwave and fridge that made it so convenient for heating up food or preparing simple breakfasts. We stayed in Chateau Jasper for two nights recently. It is a very comfortable hotel with a fantastic team of staff on hand to help with any queries. There is ample parking for cars at the back of the hotel. Our room was overlooking the main road and was very quiet. AC kept the temperature just right. The room was neatly divided into the sleeping area with a very comfortable bed, TV, and large desk, a mini kitchen with kettle, coffee machine, fridge and microwave and a well kitted out bathroom with bath/shower toiletries and a hairdryer. The window opened and had a fixed screen to prevent insects from getting in. Facilities in the hotel included an on-site hairdresser, vending machines on each floor with snacks and drinks available 24/7 and a spacious pool area with pool, hot tub and comfortable seating area. The food was tasty and we had the breakfast buffet in the hotel ($28pp). The walk into Jasper was an easy flat 10 min walk on pavements and the linear streets are easy to navigate. The staff in the hotel were very knowledgeable about local attractions and were able to book tickets if needed. Taxi ordering service available. We would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travellers for the comfort and location.

We loved the rooftop hottub, the pub downstairs was full of live music and pool games, the Italian restaurant was really quite delicious, the location could not have been better. 24 hour front desk staff is a huge bonus, and we were able to check in early and change our room sort of last minute without any fuss- the staff were so friendly.

We recently stayed at Whistler's Inn in Jasper for two nights and had an exceptional time! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff who helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The inn itself was impeccably clean, with spacious and well-appointed rooms that provided the perfect blend of comfort and style. The beds were cozy, no noise even on the train tracks side, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. The inn and the pub exude a cozy charm that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the food at the inn's pub, we enjoyed their burgers and soup. It should be noted that Whistler's Inn is an iconic building and place in Jasper, centrally located with everything within walking distance. This made it convenient to explore the beautiful town and its surroundings. Only the parking situation can be a bit tricky, luckily you get all information in advance and staff is there to help out. Overall, our experience at Whistler's Inn was exceptional. The combination of service, cleanliness, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and delightful food made it a memorable stay. We can't wait to return and enjoy more of what this wonderful place and Jasper have to offer.

Price was reasonable for being right on the main drag with a spectacular view! Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and so was our room. Decent size room, very comfortable beds, nice hot shower. Restaurant attached to the bar has friendly bartendars and the french onion soup was delicious!

Location was great as dropped off by our bus from Calgary at the train station across the street from the hotel. Girls on reception were friendly, polite and professional. Room was a good size for one night. Bed was comfortable with nice linens, snuggly doona and a good size. Bathroom had a bath with overhead shower. Nice fluffly towels. Heating was good as it was very cold and wet when we arrived and -2 when we woke in the morning. Our room had a nice view of the park across the road. The hotel's Italian restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. Great, friendly staff, good fresh food, good size portions with a good menu and wine list.

My husband and I stayed one night with our 2 golden retrievers at the Pyramid Lake Lodge 1wk after they re-opened since the fires in Jasper. All of the staff were so welcoming, thankful and happy to be back-to-work. The property was beautiful, and our room had an amazing lake view with parking right beside the room. We loved the in-room fire and balcony, and the Rocky Mountain Soap Co. soaps in the shower. The water pressure was good, the bed was very comfortable, and our stay was peaceful. The only complaint was that someone had spilled lettuce on our balcony and it was not swept off prior to our stay. With dogs they will eat absolutely anything it is preferred that the room AND balcony be fully cleared of any food debris. We at the Aalto for breakfast. We were there for their first day re-opening, and were their very first customers to try their new menu. The breakfast (Benny and Classic) was absolutely delicious, and the service was great! Would highly recommend dining there during your stay. All in all it was a great experience. We would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic location, easy to find with fabulous staff who were friendly and exceptional. We greatly enjoyed the room which had everything we needed and was very clean and luxurious. We enjoyed being able to park right outside our room which made it super easy to move our luggage in. Special mention to the friendly and excellent reception staff and excellent and friendly restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner. Excellent location for both our room around the lake and also the view of the lake from the restaurant. Lovely hot tub and washing machine and tumble dryer room which was cheaper then a laundromat. The lake is beautiful and so is Jasper National Park. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property and surroundings are so beautiful.The room was clean and bright, modern yet rustic, we were totally impressed. Every room appeared to have an incredible mountain and lake view. Plenty of comfortable seating around the entire area, out on the docks and around the property. The hot tub and sauna area was very clean and well looked after. The cleaning staff were very efficient and responsive. However, I DO NOT recommend having breakfast at Aalto. For what is supposed to be a five star restaurant it certainly lacked. The greeting hostess was wonderful, but our server was very uninterested and not once tried to top up our coffees. Also for a five star restaurant it had only lukewarm, soggy cheap diced potatoes on the side of our breakfasts. I understand the need to be cost-efficient, however it would be nice to see maybe some sliced tomatoes or a cup of yoghurt or a pancake or fruit or something else being offered if a guest does not want diced potatoes. Overall it was a beautiful resort and a very enjoyable visit to the Pyramid Lake Lodge.

Loved loved the location! Beautiful views from the room and porch. Loved that you included a free kayak rental which I took advantage of for over an hour on a clear calm morning. I kayaked all over the lake. Food in the restaurant was outstanding. I had the B.C. imported sable fish and my husband had the duck. Both were amazing. Our server was very friendly and gave us excellent service. She brought the chef out to meet us and we praised his culinary skills. He told us he had recently returned from working in Denmark at a two star Michelin restaurant. I would eat at his restaurant again and again! We hope to return to the resort with our kids and grandkids some time. I would definitely recommend this lodge to everyone wanting to take advantage of privacy in a tourist town. Perfect time to visit seemed to be at end of summer season, as crowds were minimal and fall colors were gorgeous! Hike to the top of the mountain in back was challenging but well worth it when we got to the top overlooking the town and surrounding lakes and mountains.

The only real hotel in the Jasper area Construction going on but it doesn’t affect your stay as it’s in a closed off area far away from all of the open rooms. Pool and hottub inside main open area which is very weird.

The pool/jacuzzi was one of our favorite part of this stay and the fire pit outside has been one too. The main hall is really quite amazing too, and it definitely looks like what you see in the pictures. The room was great and the bed was comfy, and we loved the Hearthstone Lounge restaurant for dinner. The staff was really nice and we ate so nicely.

I have been to several 4 star hotels this doesnt feel like one. The front desk we spoke to was kind of rude. After checking in the bed we saw near winow was almost touching the AC went which was making that side icy cold as soon as the AC blows air.. The view we had was coutyard which was not bad. The jacuzzi was kind of ok but there were many small kids toodlers playing in pool splashing water everywhere. Nothing weong in that but i wish the hotel would have spme hours dedicated for peaceful time to just relax and not get spash of water on your face while relaxing in jacuzzi. Therr were 2 guys going crazy in the jacuzzi doing back flips/ falling in water and doing all crazy stuff in that water.. Anyway.. In the morning after getting up me and my spouse had some red marks on my leg and on his back. Here is the worst part when we were checking out their elevator lobby was so busy with mattresses and workers. May be they are replacing some or all mattresses? Bed bug issue? At that time my husband noticed the two guys doing things in jacuzzi might be workers as they were working on moving new mattresses. So i dont know exactly what to feel right now! I wish they could care little more for their customers. I definitely need refund.

We recently stayed at Forest Park Hotel and had a mixed experience. When we first checked in, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned or serviced. There was also no pre-check-in contact or welcome communication, and despite calling the day before to confirm if our room had a kitchenette, the first room we received did not. Thankfully, the front desk moved us to the newly renovated wing, which was very nice and did include a full kitchenette as promised. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable—with a great balcony/patio to sit out on, which we loved. The beds were also very comfortable. That said, the room was missing towels. When I went to the front desk, I was only given one bath towel and a foot towel. I later found a room attendant who couldn’t provide any extras and made no effort to help. Service throughout our stay was friendly, but lacking follow-through and initiative. Directions to the room were also unclear and made arrival confusing. There was a slight smell in the room upon entering (balcony door screen was open, and door unlocked), which I assume was being aired out—understandable when there's a full kitchenette, and it cleared quickly. Great location, comfortable space in the end—but service and attention to detail definitely need improvement.

We stayed at one of the riverfront cabins for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it!! This is such a special, beautiful place among nature but still a short convenient drive to Jasper town centre. The cabins were warm, clean and spacious yet still cosy which we loved. Also we had our own private parking space and fire pit which was perfect (and we definitely spent time roasting marshmallows over the fire). It’s also got a great walk and view of the river/mountains just outside the cabins where we even spotted a beaver swimming by one night!! The staff were all very kind, helpful and informative!! Wifi signal wasn’t great but that’s the whole point of it (disconnect and be in nature) but if you really need internet, our phone network still worked ok! This was one of our favourite places and we would happily stay here again!! We loved it!

The bungalow was facing the river and had a picnic bench at the front of the bungalow. We had our dinners, played cards, and read books by the bonfire every evening. It was an amazing stay overall. Very comfortable bed and facilities, the bungalow had everything you could need for cooking own meals. The shower gel smelled beautiful, and I had many baths as the bathtub was very comfortable. Many wildlife around the bungalow, we had elk walking right beside us while sitting outside on the picnic bench. There's a walk by the river and many benches to take in the breathtaking views of nearby mountains and the fast anthabasca river. I would love to come back if I ever get the chance again.

The location was perfect, a short distance out of town but as we had a car this was not a problem. The site was large with the cabins well spaced so felt very private. It was a wooded area on the banks of the river. The cabin was great with a large bed, easy chairs, dining table and well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was clean with a good powerful shower. The views were exceptional of the river and mountains. Outside there was a picnic bench and chairs plus a fireplace with daily log supply. We used the onsite restaurant for breakfast, pricey but worth it as the quality was very good. Craig was a great waiter.

Everything was just phenomenal - truly the absolute best hotel/accommodation experience I've ever had! Such a warm and helpful, personalized welcome, incredible facilities, so luxurious and yet with such a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. All the staff were so wonderful, were all excellent at their jobs but so down-to-earth too. And simply the most amazing jaw-dropping-to-me room/cabin (with free upgrade - thank you so so much), and gorgeous expansive grounds and views with paths galore. Oh, and thanks to excellent room service, I enjoyed an amazing omelette breakfast including the freshest mix of berries I've ever had in the middle of winter, and their margerita pizza was truly exceptional. Could not have asked for, or imagined, more. I've already booked a return visit!

From Vancouver to Calgary with multiple stays in between, our stay at FJP was by far the best. This lodge is stunning. It is like a small village with cottages and suites so strategically placed. The staff were the most friendly and accommodating. The front desk and information stations were so helpful. The rooms are so clean and the beds are the most comfortable. Drinks on the patio with a spectacular lake view with vast mountains in the back. I don’t know where to start with the food. It was fantastic and most enjoyable. We ate in the more casual restaurant, I think it was called the Great Hall. We rode bikes and were so pleased with the paved road and even the small dirt path that we started our journey on. We tried to go horse back riding. We paid and got a taxi to take us to the stable. As we were about to pull in the stables called us and canceled our ride. They reported a “glitch” in their system, whatever that meant. Our money was refunded but not for the taxi. This is no fault of Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge as this stable is off of their property and out of their control. Instead we went to the charming town of Jasper. What a hidden gem all of Jasper is. So much better than Banff. I want to return to FJP and have already looked into room prices and flights. I fell hard for Jasper and the FJP Lodge. In my opinion their reviews should be a perfect 5 star.

It’s my second time at JPL. I have been in awe to experience that each and every staff member that we have met, is professional, friendly and ready to help and make your stay here as pleasant and comfortable as possible. They pay attention to details and details matter to me. Not once have I heard “ I don’t know “. I can’t say enough about the JPL team of staff members. They are a group of Incredible, talented, passionate individuals. No matter if you are seeking help of a front desk staff, concierge , house keeping, shuttle staff, restaurant staff, gift shop or the gallery, each and every experience was warm, friendly and pleasant. I commend the management!!! JPL provides fun and exciting options like photography workshops, picnic baskets, yoga, Pilates and AquaFit classes to enhance your experience and helps you create unique memories. Even if all you wanted was to just go for walks, there are some nice trails and the concierge is there to assist. Simple pleasures like watching the sunrise is an experience in itself. I had the pleasure of dining at their restaurants and every meal was delicious. You can’t go wrong period. Their Spa experience takes you to whole new level of rejuvenation. It provides a relaxation haven and surpasses expectations. I can keep going on and on … Simply put, it’s a heavenly getaway!

Very helpful valets when we pulled up, the flowers outside were gorgeous. We were lucky enough to get upgraded with our 3 rooms to a cabin with a fabulous view of a lake and mountains. Beaver dam in the lake and an evening swim by the beaver was very entertaining for the kids and adults. Room amenities were first class Le Labo. Great walking trails around the property. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet is busy but well-organized Could have had more vegan options. Room service first night was great, tasty and delivered to our cabin in good time. Unfortunately, the last night was Canada Day and room service/kitchen obviously overwhelmed. Our order was so late we had to call twice, and ended up feeding the kids apples, toast and nuts for dinner and putting them to bed. Order arrived after almost 2 hours! Nonetheless, fabulous stay. Would love to return.

But for what hotel rooms cost these days it was amazing. The room was so incredibly clean and so was the bathroom!! I was very impressed. It was tiny but that was expected. It was so cute and my daughter and I had a wonderful night there. The lobby has so much character and was so much fun. Earls Restaurant was right across the street for dinner and we had breakfast at the hotel in the morning. We had EXCELLENT service and the food and coffee was amazing. I will for sure stay here again the next time we're there...hopefully in one of the larger rooms with a private bathroom!!

The room was extremely cozy. We had a room with shared bathroom which was very clean. Perfect for a few nights and a very good deal. In no way luxury but very central, friendly staff, a bustling vibe.

It is rated a 2 star hotel, and based on the photos and rating I was not expecting more than a cheap place to stay. It turned out the decor was purposefully dated as it looked recently renovated. The room was small, but very comfortable, and this was the most cost effective accommodations in town. It was priced less than a private room in the hostels, yet it is a hotel with a private room... I didn't mind the shared bathrooms, they were sparkling clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, and parking was included, which was a bonus. Location was fantastic, right in the middle of Jasper town centre, surrounded by lots of great eateries and pubs.

A really good hotel located about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Jasper. really large rooms with all the facilities we needed and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi after our walks. The staff were really nice.

The pool was good sauna was kinda grunge and the hot tub. Was located in good spot jets seem to not be the great the room we had was great with the two kings oh and would have been nice if the hotub in side was working also

Our third annual ski/ snowboard trip 3 generations my son and grandson. We loved the kitchen suite ability to make breakfast, lunches and some dinners. The outdoor hot tub and indoor pool ,sauna ( clean and good working condition) mandatory after a day on the mountain. Beds super comfortable hot shower very clean bathroom room. On site laundry was very helpful as well. Parking on site easy access to room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Minutes to centre of Jasper town enjoyed restaurants and shops. All around a very good casual hotel experience checked all the boxes for our family trip will be back next season Steve and family Toronto/Fort McMurray

I had a great stay at this lodge. My room had been newly renovated and was beautiful, with a fireplace, small kitchenette and modern bathroom with heated floors! Our stay in the Bear Hill Lodge was absolutely fantastic. The room was perfect, with a fireplace that made it super cozy. The bed was very good and the kitchenette came with all the amenities necessary for our stay. Jasper doesn't have a lot of options for food, so the kitchenette was definetly a must. We would stay again there for sure!

The location was convenient. In town , but on the edge. So it was quiet but still within walking distance to services. The room was cozy and very welcoming as well. Staff were very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. They even loaned us a broom to sweep off the truck as we forgot a snow brush!

Good location in Jasper. Centre of Jasper with restaurants and bars as well as shops within short walking distance. The apartment was very quiet. Parking directly in front of the building. Good place to start your day trips. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice.

This is a great spot for travellers. Close to Jasper down (walkable), lots of areas within the hostel to hangout and lounge, and super friendly staff. Hi Jasper was the most clean and convenient hostel I ever stayed in Canada travel. It is new and modern. Most of all, very clean. I strongly recommend hi jasper to all travelers and backpackers especially to korean traveller. The location is slightly far from downtown but still walkable, about 10 mins walk.

All the staff was friendly and helpful when we got checked in and checked out. I found that with the hostel being fully booked it was very quiet and could barely tell that it was fully booked. It was very clean and set up very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife likes a place that you can feel safe walking in your bare feet in. Passed that test. I like eco friendly options. Passed. Clean, functional, great price, friendly staff. Still quite new, tasteful decor. Would recommend it, or will stay again ourselves.

No elevator - might a problem for seniors and anyone with physical limitations. Staff ported my bags up for me which was nice. Good quality restaurant and bar adjacent to the main lobby. On site guest laundry was very helpful. Good location near center of town and restaurants and shops. Municipal bus stop is nearby as are two information offices, the post office and two bank branches. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of town and we were offered free parking in the area across the road from the hotel. We had a lovely evening meal in the hotel restaurant and breakfast the following morning (the oatmeal porridge dish was absolutely delicious and there was an endless supply of coffee). The staff at reception, in the restaurant and in the bar were courteous and helpful.

Nice hotel with incredible staff! We had a minor health emergency and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Truly grateful to them! Through my own devices, we stayed in two different rooms. Both were perfectly clean and the linens and bed were comfortable. The mountain view king did have a view, AC and a fine size bathroom. Here's where the staff were so good to us. The hotel was sold out and had many rooms to turn. They had our room ready and luggage moved before check in, so when we finished at the hospital, we could rest immediately. This room was smaller, especially the bathroom but was clean and comfortable. Thank you again!

Astoria Hotel is a well located budget hotel in Jasper. The hotel was built in the 1920s, is it clean and well maintained. It is at the end of the restaurant and shopping precinct. It is a great budget hotel to base your holiday. There is no parking for the hotel, there is council paid parking across the road. There is no lift or elevator, which might impact people with mobility issues or lots of luggage. There was a discount voucher associated with the restaurant next door. The D'd dog bar & Grill also adjoins the hotel. We enjoyed an evening with the locals watching the Stanley Cup. Would recommend the chicken wings !! There is an excellent selection of restaurants and a supermarket on the same block.

Location is great, in the heart of jasper and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Jasper train station. Room was spacious and clean, bed was super comfy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and helped take my bag up the stairs.

Motel was grreat for a 2 day stop over with family. Complimentary wine on arrival was a lovely touch. Our fridge wasn't working and they moved heaven and earth to get a replacement that evening. Pool was cold (not in the sun to get heated) but was fine to interchange with the hottub. There was a nice cafe attached. We didn't use it but the coffee from there was in the room and very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Maligne Lodge and were very pleased with the location and the room. The staff members at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, despite handling a number of incoming calls from travellers looking for rooms. They quickly checked us in, providing us with our room keys and relevant information about Jasper. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The cafe next to the hotel is really lovely, with great coffee and nice breakfast options.

We only stayed for one night on route from Banff to Vancouver. Check-in was quick and friendly. Was delighted to see complimentary tea, coffee and lemonade available at reception - great inclusion! Our room was a reasonable size and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. My husband went to the pool but found it too cold to stay in, preferring to make use of the hot tub. In the meantime I took full advantage of the free laundry provision to wash and dry my clothes. While I waited, I sat on the outdoor patio upstairs which was lovely. However, my stay was cut short with the arrival of a smoker - not the hotel's fault! Breakfast was not included but we ate at the adjoining cafe. It had an excellent selection of both food and drinks and everything we had was delicious. The hotel has a good location and it is only a short walk to the main street for restaurants and shops. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to others.

The White Brick Inn was an absolutely amazing place to stay! Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The space was beautifully designed—spacious, modern, and full of thoughtful details. The heated bathroom floor was such a luxurious touch and made the stay even more comfortable. We truly wished we could have stayed longer than just one night. Would love to come back again—highly recommended!

Breakfast was not included. Other than below, the stay was quiet, comfortable. The unit was very clean. Very convenient location in town. Supermarket just around the corner.

The place was really nice, fully equipped if you wanted to cook, had a reeeally comfy an huge sofa and a big and comfy bed. I wasn't expecting the place to be as big as it turned out to be, it was a nice surprise. You have your own entrance to the property. John was really nice and helpful whenever you needed something. I couldn't have asked for a better place. Jasper itself is a town which is rebuilding after the fire on 2024, but it has kept its magic and the people there is amazing and really kind.

I liked everything about the property. Great location, close to the Main Street with shops, supermarket and restaurants. It was so cosy, clean and had everything we needed. The shower had great pressure and the heated bathroom floor was delightful when it was snowing outside and John was the host with the most.

We were lucky to be able to book this last minute because of a cancellation. We booked it just 30 minutes before arriving and were able to check in immediately. Claire and her husband were so friendly and helpful! The place was super clean, bed was amazing, the washer and dryer were a bonus. It's close to restaurants and shops and enough space to park your car for free. We were very thankful for this amazing stay, after a horrible experience at another hotel in town.

Clean, comfortable and cozy! Great location, easy access to restaurants and nature. Modern amenities and full kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals. Bonus washer/dryer available. Hosts are incredibly nice!

The suite was clean, spacious and cozy, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The brochures about activities to do in Jasper were helpful. It was quiet despite being a basement suite with people living above, so it was easy to get a good night's sleep. The suite is a <15 minute walk to the grocery store and walking trails in the forest.

Cozy, but spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Well-equipped kitchen, features a washing machine and there's also a cozy front porch to spend some time reading in the shade if you need a break from sightseeing. Town center is just a short 10- to 15-minutes walk away. Short car ride to main attractions like Pyramid Lake / Pyramid Island. Claire welcomed us in person upon arrival and gave us some great sightseeing tips for our stay. We really enjoyed our time in Jasper. Can only recommend Roche Bonhomme Rustic Suite.

The flat is super comfy, clean and quiet. We could wash our clothes and dry it as well, after many days travelling, I should mention this saved us haha I had the chance to meet the owner, who was very kind and helpful!! No doubts we would stay again with them :D Auto check in - super easy and well explained.

On the first day I met the owner, he said our house was simple and that the key was in the door. It was indeed that simple. We left our used towels out in the morning, and they were replaced when we came back in the evening. There was no need to meet the owner, and our three-night stay was comfortable. We were very satisfied.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is located on the top floor of a cottage, private entrance with quiet street parking in front. Very large and well-kept, with 3 sofas and a very comfortable bed. After a tiring day of sightseeing, it's like coming home. Supplies: bathrobe, slippers, plenty of coffee and infusions, excellent wifi. Self check-in and very private family. A stone's throw from markets and restaurants. Very pleasant stay.
