The room was awesome. The view and the lighting were great, and the jacuzzi was the best feature of the room! We really enjoyed staying there! Nice view from the restaurant too! Perfect place to rest and find a peaceful and calm time for your vacation.

Our room was big and comfortable, we loved having the jacuzzi. Staff is wonderful. Great location just a few blocks from the plaza. Good breakfast. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Jericó.

Excellent experience. We got a free upgrade to the balcony room with a jacuzzi ..from.booking.com. huge room, stocked with free water, coffee, tea. Huge breakfast included. Superb view of the mountains from the room, balcony, and outside the room. The bed was huge. Everything was very comfortable, super clean and gorgeous.

The hotel has a great location. The rooms where we stayed were corner units, which had a jacuzzi and plenty of room. We really liked the semi-open shower. However, we did look at some of the other rooms and the ones with a single window seemed a bit on the small side. That said, our rooms were great and the staff was very attentive. The rooms that face the outside have great views. The hotel has lots of stairs which could be problematic for older adults.

Delicious breakfast, stunning location (but one has to keep in mind that the accommodation is only reachable by car and the driveway leading up to the accommodation is not asphalted) & great staff.

The Cauca Viejo Town where the Hotel is located is beautiful, peaceful, very well maintained, extraordinary colorful. The archicture is beautiful. The hotel (acacias) was decorated with all sharm and elegance. The be room ( La Pintada) was great. Big and nice mattress. Very big bathroom with jacuzzi. You can hear the roosters at the sunrise time 6:00 am and hear and watch a big variety of birds. The food was delicious. The restaurants very good.

Only issue was that our diner turned into a bit of a debacle, with the entree disappearing from the promised 3 course diner and about 40mn for all mains to be delivered (granted, to our group of 9 adults). The worse bit was that the owner thought it would be best to make up stories rather than just say sorry, which we'd have been happy with. Breakfast was good but rest of the food was ordinary, worth exploring other places e.g. La Majoria in Penalica Overall a very pleasant stay though. Good amenities with a well maintained pool, which the kids made extensive use of. The house is absolutely beautiful - the whole town is stunning. The staff was friendly and our room was spacious with a private balcony overlooking the square. The pool is beautiful.

We had an excellent stay. It’s a beautiful property, our bed was so soft, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The jacuzzi at night was an added bonus- just note that you’ll have to reserve it an hour ahead so it has time to warm up. Would stay again next time in Jerico

The staff was unbelievably helpful, with recommendations on activities, restaurants, and most importantly, the right path up to Las Nubes. The jacuzzi and the 2 dogs are a great plus.

This hotel is located centrally very close to the town square, and all the restaurants/shops are within walking distance. The hotel is unassuming on the outside but is amazingly beautiful on the inside with so many details, and an amazing view from the terrace, along with a hot tub jacuzzi. I wish I could have stayed another night but it made an excellent rest stop for 1 night, with late check out at 12 allowed us to browse around town for quite a while. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I loved this hotel. The staff was very nice the owner was very helpful getting me signed up for a coffee tour and to horseback ride with a local. The views were beautiful and the location is just a street away from the main plaza. The breakfast was great and consisted of granola, yogurt, bread, arepas, fresh fruit and eggs cooker per request. There’s a jacuzzi you can reserve due to them needing to warm it up first but I didn’t have a chance to try it. All the rooms are different and wonderfully unique. wouldn’t think twice about staying here again!

The stay at this hotel was exceptional, highlighted by the excellent service from the warm and attentive staff. We loved the tastefully decorated bedrooms and common areas where there was a lot of attention on small details, which took it to another level. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right on the Cauca river in a quiet part of Cauca Viejo, yet only a short walk to the Square. Perfect location! We also met and talked to the owner Don Juan Carlos. He was very pleasant with us and you could see he has all the vision (together with his wife) in creating Hotel Jacaranda as it is now. Congratulations to the owners and the whole team! We will be back for another visit in the near future.

From the moment we got to the hotel the service was amazing. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. I didn’t expect the hotel to be located in like a little private town with other little boutique hotels in it. It was super nice. 20/10 recommend.

It was an exceptional experience, mainly because of the personnel, namely señor Leonel, the owner. He was very accommodating, and helpful, especially in helping plan our trip around Jerico. He also helped us in an emergency situation, where we could not get transport from a neighboring village, and drove for us to get us home. We were so grateful.

Great location, a few minutes from town square. The staff is amazing the dogs on the property our so sweet. The location is safe and secure. The room is comfortable. Included breakfast was homemade and tasty. The price was good for this area. Jerico is a great town to visit.

This renovated hacienda is simply magnificent. It has many decorative details making it feel so cozy. The gardens in the property are beautiful. The staff is charming. Breakfast with a splendid view! Best hotel we had so far in Colombia!

Breakfast served on the terrace. Serene atmosphere. VERY local bar just 2 minutes walk. Town just 20 mins walk or 10 mins Tuk-Tuk. The town is very interesting especially at the weekends.

Beautiful spacious room, with dining table and sofa and Fabulous comfy beds, fridge, cook top, kitchen facilities including blender, pots, plates, cutlery etc, large TV with cable and streaming. Safe and secure with the most amazing hot showers. Excellent local area with beautiful rural views, shop across the road, 15 to 20 min walk to main square or 5k in tuk tuk....we loved it and would recommend!.

Fantastic hosts, in a very nice and quiet part of Jerico. Duverney and Pedro are exceptional people, who are very caring and attentive. The accomodation is very well appointed and kept immaculately clean. 10 minute walk from the park. 5500 peso in a tuktuk. There is a local shop next door that sells everything you need. Highly recommended as the best value in Jerico and amongst the nicest places we have stayed on our travels.

A traditional yet modern aesthetic studio flat. Very bright with lots of natural light and spacious. The facilities were great and well supplied. Hot shower. Lovely views and pleasant stroll into town which was a short 10-15 mins walk away.

Very comfortable and cozy suite with good beds and pillows. Though we only stayed one night, it is equipped enough to cook and enjoy longer trips. Located at the town's entrance (about 1 km to main square), it provides a quiet place to rest compared to the noisy hotels in the center. The suite looks new and is very clean, with ample parking space outside.

The room was impeccably clean. Kitchen was fully equipped . The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. This was great as the nights were cold. The beds were very comfortable.

Our stay at El Quixote for surpassed our expectations. Hugo was an excellant host, very accessible, accommodating, and attentive to our interests and needs. He gave us recommendations for good restaurants and coffee shops, and shared his contacts for a really nice coffee tour and horseback ride. Hugo met us in person for a super easy check/in, and check out. The location is absolutely perfect, just a few blocks from the central plaza. Quiet, relaxing. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, super clean and well attended-to. Our 2 bedrooms had comfortable full beds/pillows, situated near a nice shower/bathroom with hot water. A well equipped kitchen sits adjacent to a covered open-air balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view of the mountains, valley and town. This entire apartment was very creatively designed, with beautiful lighting and artistry in all the details- a very unique and tranquil space. We extended our stay, absolutely loved the apartment, as well as the town. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at El Quijote in early December. The apartment was an easy walk to the center of town and on a quiet street in Jeríco. Hugo was a great host and was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the views on the balcony overlooking the mountains were beautiful in the evening! The apartment was an amazing value and we would absolutely stay here again. The decoration of the property is impressive. They put a lot of effort in every little detail. The kitchen area is open so you can connect with nature. Very quiet yet close to everything. Hugo was extremely helpful and was a phone call away.

The place have a soul, it is very comfortable, clean and beautiful. The host is very nice and cooperative. Very good value for money.
