Everything you need to enjoy the local area. We got one of the ground floor Jacuzzi rooms. That was wonderful.

This hotel is a true gem. Quiet yet 5 minutes away from bustling marina with plenty of tavernas and bars and 10 minutes away from the town centre with even more choices of food, drinks and entertainment. The swimming pool is lovely, the view from the restaurant on site is so relaxing. Breakfast was amazing, too. If I ever come back to this part of Crete, I will choose this hotel again. Jacuzzi are an additional bonus as well. So relaxing after the whole day of sightseeing.

Great hotel in Kissamos to visit Crete’s best beaches Elafonisi, Balos and Falasantra. Breakfasts are delicious with lots of local pastries and sweets as well as cheese, eggs bacon and jams. We didn’t feel like eating anything until dinner. Our room was very spacious, kitchenette was well stocked with everything one would need; bathroom and shower were also good. Our bed was a proper double and comfy. We had a nice balcony and the view was amazing! We wake up and went to sleep with the sound of waves. The beach in front of the hotel is not sandy but there is a organised beach walking distance. There are great restaurants also walking distance to the hotel; we particularly liked the Aretousa (dolmadakia, large beans, mussels were delicious), Eviva, Pixie, Sunset and Maria’s Beach restaurants. We definitely recommend Christina Beach Hotel!

The Gold villa was amazing. So much attention to detail in the styling, decor and a high quality finish throughout. Plenty of outside space including a large balcony terrace as well as the breathtaking downstairs patio and pool area, with the addition of an indoor jacuzzi and shower room. 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suites, a large and stylish kitchen/diner and a comfortable and homely tv lounge ensure this property has absolutely everything you need for a luxuriously comfortable and relaxing stay.

I booked and it looked to amazing to be real. I arrived and it was as if a dream come true. The villa is exactly like in the pictures and so much more it has a unique charm located in the small village drapanias. The Host is such a nice and friendly guy, we was always there when we needed something. He even showed us a few places we could go and they were absolutely worth it. The jacuzzi is great to enjoy the evening and don’t get me started about the cats. If you’re ever lucky enough to get to know Creta Love the small cat that wants cuddles all day long than you will know what i mean. My rating 10/10 because more isn’t possible. We will most definitely come back.

Warm and friendly welcome by the owner. We loved staying in this place which felt like home. High-quality accommodation which was really cosy and clean. The owner is a very sweet lady who makes everything possible to satisfy her guests. It was one of the best accommodations we have ever had during our vacations. We will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

A lovely villa with everything you need to relax and have a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well looked after. We would stay here again if in the area.

We had a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, was spacious. We had a baby and everything was organised very good for us, we had a highchair, baby cot and toys) and it was very clean. Need a car for traveling. Only one flat upstairs has jacuzzi, ours didn't have

We had the topmost room with the jacuzzi, it was great, a penthouse-like experience. The city center is close, parking is adequate and the staff is great: we did not even meet anyone except the cleaning lady during our stay, but everything was in order for us.

Everything! The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable. Quiet area, a short walk from the city center. The staff has been simply amazing. They managed to solve a small issue we had with the safe box (not their fault) in the fastest and most efficient way.

It was a great apartment building. I felt at home. Modern, spacious, balconies and every room airconditioned. Very clean, kitchen well equiepped. Really friendly staff. Provided some local complimentary gifts, which is a very kind gesture.

A Dream Holiday at Petronella Villa Petronella Villa is the perfect getaway—whether you're on a family holiday or a peaceful solo retreat. Nestled in nature and far from the crowds, it's incredibly quiet, with only the sounds of animals and the scent of herbs in the air. The house is spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need. We were warmly welcomed by the wonderful owner, Kostas, who treated us to fresh fruits, vegetables from his garden and of course local wine and raki. The villa also has two friendly cats that kept our kids company all day—a lovely bonus for animal lovers! Every window offers a stunning view, and the area is safe, serene, and full of kind, helpful locals. The nearby restaurants serve amazing food at very affordable prices, and if you're looking for adventure, Kissamos has plenty to offer. Truly a magical place to relax and recharge. We will be definitely back there again.

Its even more then we could expect. Yes you can prepare yourself a little judging on the photo's. But its the vibe that makes it a stay to remember. With just a small turn from an intersection you turn into a wood of olive trees and there it is: Petronila Villa. Surrounded by just the trees and amazing view all around. But within just several minutes you have any supermarket, restaurant etc within reach. Even the beach is no more than 10 minutes driving distance. The welcoming from the owners is very kind and personal. We were welcomed with a very clean house and even some food! The house has literally everything to enjoy your stay without having to think. Towels, good beds, sunbeds, outside fridge, dishwasher.. its all there if you need. The pools was cleaned regurarly and the house was even cleaned midway during our stay with fresh beds and towels. I can go on for a while but in short: its everything you can possibly need from a vacation house. The house, location and hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Petronila Luxury villa! The hosts Kostas and his family were incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming – they truly made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious cretan homemade food they prepared for us, which added such a special, personal touch to the experience. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained – everything was tidy, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

Perfect location, in a quiet olive grove, with amazing pool and everything you need for an extended stay. The house is well set up to work remotely from if you need a desk and space for quiet work. The nearby town of Kissamos has plenty of shops and restaurants and all of the attractions of Western Crete are only a short drive away. Kostas was an unbelievably welcoming and generous host and looked after our every need. We would definitely stay again.

Kostas is the best host ever! he welcomed us with a fully loaded fridge and he was always ready to help with anything. on the last day we received lovely cheese pie fresh from the oven. the villa is spacious, very comfortable even for 9 people. beds are really good, kitchen fully equipped, a very nice bbq building next to the wonderful pool with everything you need to prepare your own dinner. I would give >10 points to bring his average rating to 10, he deserves it! the pool area is first class, it is difficult to leave for the wonderful beaches of the area. and to top it off it is in the middle of an olive grove. unbeatable

The Villa is so lovely, I can’t find the words to tell you, if you’re looking for cosy home close by to the majestic trips to Balos, Elafonisi and closer still Falasarna, this place is ideal for you. The family who own it literally take you in as their own, so kind and helpful, we will miss them!

Just a short walk from the town square. Bars and restuarants with the perfect mix of locals and people on holiday. The charm of a real working town, not a plastic resort. Accommodation was without competition. The villa is brand new, clean and excellently and modernly furnished. The collection and delivery of the key went without any problems. The host was nice and accommodating. The kitchen has everything you need and extra things like a capsule coffee machine, preso coffee machine, toaster, and a coffee maker. A pleasant surprise were the attentions from the owners in the form of fruit and other small things. The bathroom had everything one needs. You don't need to carry any toiletries in your suitcases. Every room has air conditioning, a comfortable bed and a TV. The surroundings are also very tastefully decorated. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the garden. The pool is divided into a smaller part for small children and a larger deep part. In the evening, when everything is lit up, it is even more beautiful than during the day. The children played in the pool until night. One cannot move without a car. It is a little further from the center of Falasarna, that is, from the market and the beach, but at least it is quiet. There was construction going on among the olive trees in the area, but that didn't bother us at all. When photographing Falasarna from the hills, the beauty of the bay was disturbed by the foilhouses, which are numerous there. The children liked the sandy beach inFalasarna the most out of.

GG Villa was outstanding! The villa is new, absolutely gorgeous and tastefully decorated! We were living in complete luxury! Our host, Gianni was incredible and could not do enough for us - welcome pack including pasta, wine, raki and coffee pods and even a beautiful parting gift at end of our wonderful stay! There has been so much thought, care and attention given to this amazing property and guest experience that it was faultless from start to finish! You can watch the amazing sunset every evening from the pool, your balcony, the outside dining area or even from your ensuite walk-in shower! The surrounding area of Falasarna is beautiful with lots to see and explore by car. Lots of lovely tavernas with delicious food and one which is in walking distance. If you want a villa to die for and in an area of exceptional beauty, then this is the place for you! We will definitely be back as our time at GG Villas Falasarna was complete magic and has given us lots of wonderful, happy memories! The views in this property were the highlight and they positioned the pool well to enjoy it! Rooms were clean and comfortable in size with each room enjoying the view either through their own balcony or leading directly to the pool. Another highlight was how thoughtful the team were in terms of providing sufficient groceries, toiletries and the staff were responsive (and flexible). Very happy with this stay!

Everything was perfect. The location is beautiful and the was property was immaculate with luxury facilities. The view is stunning and the villa is only a short drive to the beach, shops, tavernas and a bakery. The hospitality of the owner was wonderful and we felt really welcome. A really family and we were so grateful for the basket of goods which set us up for the stay. We would love to stay again!

This villa is very well equipped, really! Probably the best equipped villa I ever stayed in. The hosts have been thinking of everything so the place was like a home - you have everything you need. Ironing board, emergency kit with painkillers etc, very good kitchen utensils, local good olive oil, herbs, local wines and even raki as a gift for guests arriving from airport. Chess boards even :). All else can you see on photos. There is a grill outside in the yard, we did not use this, but you can go there and live like at home, you would not miss anything. Breathtaking sunsets, quiet mornings, nice private pool, very calm surroundings with local, authentic vibes. Not a big complex with many other tourists around you but a very beautiful, calm getaway to chill, rest and enjoy. Falassarna is a good staying point to visit the lively Chania side of the island and the more laid back and wild Southern side as well.

The hotel is exceptional. The location is perfect, not in the crowd, and close to everything. There is a big parking so it's perfect for travelling by car. We had a room with a sea view, a great terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner watching gorgeous mountains and beautiful sea. The room has everything needed for cooking and resting. It's also perfect for travelling with kids as we had a personal playground for only our kid. It's near a beautiful pool that is available for usage. The territory of the hotel is really amazing. We're delighted with the best staff and we found more than we could imagine. Highly recommended! We're beyond grateful 🙏

The hotel we stayed at was truly a lovely place. It stands out for its beautiful, large swimming pool, which is perfect for children, and its peaceful surroundings. The windmill-style design adds a unique and special touch to the atmosphere. It was an excellent base for day trips to some amazing destinations in the area, such as Elafonissi, Falassarna, Kedrodasos, and of course, Balos, which we visited by boat from Kissamos. It's worth noting that having a car is necessary to get around. However, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and restaurants are all within a short distance from the property, making everything very convenient. The staff were wonderful, with a special mention to Mr. Giorgos, who was exceptional. He helped us with everything we needed and answered all our questions—whether about the wind or anything else we were curious about. Another highlight was the lovely balcony, where we enjoyed our breakfast or lunch, and in the evenings, it was the perfect spot to relax with a drink. We truly hope to return one summer again. It was a wonderful experience!

The room was clean, the terrace was very nice, the crew was hospitable, and it’s 5 minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach that was clean and quiet. And such cute and child friendly pool!!

Very nice creation and concept. Clean and cozy room. Bed was tough but overall it was fine. Management needs some more professionalism and organization. George the owner was very welcome and friendly. Very nice place to visit and close to all amazing beaches there.

Great structure, really appreciated the little terrace under the mill. Large for two people, in particular the bedroom. The kitchen had the essentials to cook basic meals. The position Is good because you can reach every famous beach of the coast whitin 30-40 mins ( the furthest is Elaphonisi with and affordable 1 hour by car). But the thing we loved the most was the company of a Little cat ( that we named Mylos but who knows) who loved napping on our terrace and asking for cuddles and food. If you see him or any other cat please be kind, they are very friendly. We will miss u Mylos.
