Every thing was so very nice and clean. the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful! All the staff were cheerful and kind. The beds were super comfy. We will definitely stay again.

I like the chain. I also like that you pretty much know what to expect when you book with Drury. The location was clsoe to shops and reestaurants although we had plans elsewhere. Jacuzzi and swimming pool was my daughters and I favorite for sure.

Had a really good stay. Very convenient and central location, easy to get to. The included meals and happy hour were nice, breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. The best part of the stay was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The pool oddly had a divider wall between the inside and outside pools, but was open underwater. It made it a little chilly, but it was still about 70 outside, so not too bad swimming back and forth to enjoy the moonlight and night sky. Hopefully they have something that closes off the outside portion in the winter. Another thing I appreciated was that they had built in dispensers in the shower rather than having less eco friendly mini bottles of soap and shampoo. Overall, pretty good stay.

Conveniently located just off I-75/I-40 which provided us with easy access the next morning to driving south avoiding Knoxville rush hour traffic. This was our first experience with the Drury hotel brand and we found the property to be attractive and well maintained with all of the amenities expected for this hotel class. The front desk and staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and comfortable and despite being on a higher floor we never waited long for one of the two elevators. The “5:30 Kickback” buffet with complimentary drinks was a pleasant plus which we found adequate enough to avoid the hassle of trundling back into the car after a long day of travel for dinner. There are a number of restaurants close by for those seeking a more substantial dinner offering. The morning breakfast buffet was slightly better than we anticipated. An impressive first experience that we will likely choose in the future when possible.

This incredible Hampton was an easy entrance off highway, lots of local restaurants nearby. (We ordered takeout from Wasabi and it was delicious) My husband said “this place is “too” clean” It was perfect and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as well as the staff who worked the breakfast area was so attentive. The hotel was quiet and will stay here again!

We were warmly welcomed and checked in quickly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Honestly, had not had such a great night's sleep in a long time. Morning breakfast was hot and delicious. I especially appreciated how open, bright and spacious the lobby and dining area was, making our travel with our dog seem calm and enjoyable. Tip: If traveling with a dog, ask for a room to the back on the second floor, which is actually on the first floor once you drive to the back which is up on a hill. Very quiet and convenient. There is a nice area to walk the dog. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality. We will definitely stay here again.

Traveling late and the Holiday Inn did not have a vacancy so sent me to this hotel behind their facility. Having never stayed at a Hampton was absolutely impressed with my overnight trial. The room was spotless, larger than expected and the bed ever so comfortable. The entire facility was clean and what staff I encountered, friendly. Did not try the breakfast but did enjoy the coffee before hitting the road.

The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful and kind. I needed a three-hole punch for a late printout for work, and the front desk had one I borrowed. The hotel was very clean, and our room incredibly spacious! We left about 15 minutes before breakfast was served, and the staff was overly accommodating. I cannot recommend this particular property enough. Amazing.

This hotel was definitely a great way to introduce our family to Knoxville, Tennessee. We usually stay in the Pigeon Forge area but we decided to go up a bit further and try out Knoxville for the very first time and The Embassy did NOT disappoint. Upon arrival Kenzie was very welcoming and helpful. Her warm hospitality instantly made us feel comfortable. After providing us with a welcome goodie bag she was happy to give some great food recommendations and things to do in the area for my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. The layout of the hotel is very gorgeous and offers many options for perfect photo bombs . I really liked the conveniency of the elevators and how only guests can access which really minimizes random people entering creating an extra sense of security. The rooms are VERY clean, spacious and decorated nicely. We were lucky enough to catch a free fireworks show from our window. The views are definitely worth the visit alone. The rooms are quiet and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very pleasing especially to our children, they enjoyed making fresh waffles with so many different toppings to offer. I myself enjoyed the variety of food selections and the on site omelet station. We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be visiting again!

I stayed there for two weeks (work). Room was great, clean, good facilities, great view. Breakfast was good.. (ham and chesese omelettes are v tasty). Breakfast staff were excellent. Roof bar is amazing (super views, and seating areas) with some complementary food and drink until 7pm. Also a really good coffee dock close to the street front, adjacent to a games room (games room also within the hotel). I parked my car in a garage 2min walk away...staff will give u directions (very cheap..3-4 dollars a day). Location is the best in town. Overall very hapoy with my stay.

Beautiful and clean! Loved the rooftop bar and pool area...what a view! I liked the "smart" elevators. Friendly service...thanks Cedrick! Has everything you need...coffee bar, cookie store, wonderful mediterranean food restaurant called Kopita, gift shop and very expansive lobby to find a quiet sitting area. I will be back!

This is an updated hotel in the heart of activity and a short walk to Market Square restaurants and shops. I love the elevators that take you straight to your floor. I always book the king 2 room suite and have stayed here 4 times in the past year. It’s always clean. The curtains are amazing and block out all the light in the morning. There is a nice kitchenette and living area. The front desk staff is helpful, there’s breakfast included, and a little shop with UTK gear for purchase. Bottled water is provided and there’s a popular coffee shop and restaurants on site. My only complaint would be that while the valet service is polite and easy to use, there is sometimes a wait for getting a spot in front of the building to turn your car in and the way you pay is awkward.

We just returned from a 2 night stay at Embassy Suites in Knoxville. We stay in Knoxville a few times a year. This hotel is one of the best, if not the best, Embassy Suites we've ever stayed. We were greeted by Mark upon check in. He was so nice and explained everything. Like all other Embassy Suites, there is the evening reception and complimentary breakfast. The evening reception is at the rooftop bar. Breakfast in the morning was very good and offered just about everything: made to order omelets along with scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, make-your-own waffles, yogurt, pastries, coffee, juice, milk, soft drinks, etc. We stayed in a 2 room corner king. It was spacious and very clean. There are 5 elevators and we never had to wait. The location is perfect, right beside Market Street, everything is walking distance. This is our new favorite hotel in Knoxville and we will absolutely be back!

I stayed at this hotel for one night with two dogs and the stay was perfect! The hotel allows up to two small dogs, and with the dog fee and parking in the parking garage, I paid a total of $50.00, which was not bad at all for the two. The room was clean and the king size bed was so comfortable! The toiletries by Beekman 1802 were a nice touch as well. The room came with cable channels, a Keurig, and plenty of space! The extra fee for the breakfast was worth it as the breakfast options were excellent and tasty! I would definitely stay at this hotel again! Thank you for a comfy stay!

The location is key. Easy walking distance to easily 10 amazing restaurants and even more good restaurants, coffee shops and more. Staff was amazing. Special shout out to Robert who was great to help us rearrange our trip due to the recent hurricane. Room was clean and comfortable for the price point.

This hotel has the best location! Walking distance to Gay Street and Market Square, in the middle of it all! Parking was reasonably priced and plenty of spaces! The hotel staff was excellent and very accomodating! The room was the best part, spacious, modern, and clean. The bathroom was wonderfully renovated and clean along with the room fixtures! Loved viewing my bill on the TV and being able to check out on it as well! The one thing that kept this from being a five star review was the breakfast.... The restaurant staff was rude and it was bland.

The hotel was amazing! Staff was excellent, the restaurant was perfectly priced and the food was great! Our room was spacious and VERY clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels, and a variety of coffee and teas to choose from.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent, we walked to every restaurant that we ate at.. The only thing was the noise of downtown, a train,construction close by. several roads close to make it difficult to get around.But overall it was a great trip and when we come back to knoxville we will stay there again because it's so convenient. Staff was absolutely fabulous, friendly,courteous ,so helpful.

-The location was perfect, just steps away from Downtown and the Market Square. -The hotel is gorgeous. They've maintained the cool historic features and vibe while providing all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. -Park in the State Street garage behind the hotel. It's free on the weekends and $7 on weekdays. If you park on the 3rd level, there is a covered walk way that takes you directly to Gay Street and the hotel. -Our room was spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were excellent quality. It was quiet and private. It had a minifridge. It did not have much of a view but we knew that since it was in a downtown location. -The rooftop patio and bar were gorgeous! We enjoyed a drink and appetizer while taking in the views. We returned later to enjoy the sunset. It's a big, open patio with lots of comfortable seating and shade with huge pots of colorful flowers that make for a relaxing, romantic ambiance. -We opted for the breakfast to be included and it was definitely better than the average hotel offerings, both in quality and quantity. -It was more affordable than some of the other nearby hotels and I can't imagine any of those providing anything better than the ambiance of this hotel.

I’m terrible about writing reviews, but after leaving I felt it necessary to let others know this Hyatt Place is such a gem. This is by far the best Hyatt Place we have experienced. Check in quick & easy. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Lobby is beautiful. Room was spacious and clean. Location in downtown Knoxville is perfect for walking everywhere. Rooftop indoor/outdoor bar had nice views and was perfect spot to grab a happy hour drink. Easy walk to Market Square for dinner. Grabbed ice cream at Cruze Farm on the way back. Nice little fitness center. Not the typical Hyatt Place breakfast. Pleasantly surprised by the additional upgraded selections (mini frittatas, gluten free bagel option, yogurt bar). We did not opt for valet and used the tip from other TA reviewers and parked at the State Street garage, which is a short walk away. We were only there for a night to check out the University of Tennessee and parking was somehow only $2.00!?! Just a great experience overall and will definitely stay here again when in Knoxville!

Loved our stay at the Hyatt in downtown Knoxville! The hotel was super clean and comfy, and the breakfast was so good — definitely worth waking up for. You can walk to Market Square, great restaurants, and plenty of local spots to explore. Plus, it’s home to the Five Thirty Rooftop Bar — the perfect spot to end the evening with amazing drinks and city views. Definitely our go-to place when visiting Knoxville!

This was the perfect location. My sister and I had a dinner reservation at Tupelo Honey in Market Square before a Henry Cho comedy show at the Bijou. After the show, we went up to Five-Thirty for a nightcap and dessert, which was lovely and delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were very good, and the temperature was easy to adjust. Breakfast was very good, with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, fresh fruit, and coffee. We were very pleased with our stay and will certainly return to the Hyatt the next time we stay in Downtown Knoxville.

Pros: clean, quiet, and great central location. Small lobby bar, beautiful rooftop bar with an interior bar and two exterior small bars with lots of seating areas, great views. Decent lower level fitness center. Cons: valet…approx. $45 a day and they don’t even unload or reload luggage.

We got in very late and rang the bell to be let in due to the time. Good safety measures. The front desk person, Charlie made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The lobby was cheerful and clean and our room was very comfortable and very clean. The shower was great, hot water and a fantastic shower head! Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was really good. The person in charge kept everything full and clean. Great experience!

So many little things add up to make a great stay. Best water pressure of any hotel I've stayed at. Clean. A/C worked great in the room. The outside pool was clean and the lounge chairs were in good condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast seemed to have quite a few things to offer although I didn't eat there. Fresh booked cookies are offered in the afternoon and coffee all day.

The property was clean ,and everything in the property was up to date. The fresh grind coffee was delicious. The person that made breakfast was over the top hospitable and friendly. She packed two Go bags full of food for the grandkids! The breakfast was great quality! I would highly recommend this site.

Angela at the check-in desk last night was wonderful. We arrived late and she had everything set for us being an IHG member not knowing my number while we were driving. She was able to pull it up for us. The room we were in was very nice. The beds were great. The pills were soft and the bathroom was clean. We did not take time to eat much at the breakfast bar, but it was a wonderful looking breakfast bar and the coffee and juice filled our tummies just as we needed it and my very quick bowl of oatmeal gave me just what I needed to get my day going. Thank you for your hotel. It filled our needs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They had free water bottles chilled waiting across from the check in desk. The breakfast was fresh . One of the best at any Hampton Inn that we have ever stayed at. Tofer and Andrew had a beautiful presentation hosting breakfast. There was fresh cut up fruit that included blueberries and RASPBERRIES , and strawberries. Not the ordinary wrapped green apples and bananas at most Hampton Inns. There were FOUR different varieties of milk! 2%, whole milk, fat free, oat milk. Extraordinary! I sheepishly asked if there were any gluten free muffins or bagels. 98% of the Hampton’s we stay respond with a puzzled look of , no, even though there is a sign posted in all of there breakfast buffets to Ask about allergy options. Andre and Tofer when asked presented a delicious UDI gluten free blueberry muffin . My eyes literally welled up with tears that someone actually cared and prepared for guests like me with Celiac disease. A heartfelt hug ensued and praise to all who wore a Hampton Inn uniform at this location.

The hotel was well maintained and easy off and on the highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The maid service took time in the details to make you feel special. The breakfast crew of Mike and Tofer did a great job in preparing a wonderful breakfast. They were very friendly and helpful.

Our grandchildren live in Fountain City & we have struggled to find a place that is close. In the past, we have stayed downtown, but then have to deal with parking and traffic and if there is any event - sports, school, ect going on, the prices are insane. My daughter suggested we try the Hampton on Pratt Road. Our grandson's 4th birthday was this past weekend, so we chose the Hampton for our overnight stay. I will say - if you want to be close to Fountain City, this is the place - it took us only 10 minutes to get to her house - how did we not find this location sooner!! We arrived around 4:00 PM and were checked in by Randy, who was personable and quick! We had room 130 & it was very clean and spacious. They had fruit, cookies, coffee and tea in the lobby, and a beer on tap situation that looked interesting, but we did not try. They also had a selection of games & puzzles available. The bed was comfortable, and had no issues at all with our room. The breakfast the next morning was much nicer than expected with a very broad selection. They had omelets, bacon, biscuits & gravy, bagels, ect. I am not a breakfast person, but they had a good yogurt selection & the oatmeal was very good too.! The location is very close to many restaurants and there is an Ingles grocery store right next door, which was very covenient. This will most definately be our "go-to" hotel now for our future visits with the grandkids. Thanks Hampton!

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk was very courteous and helpful. There was a small market downstairs for snacks, drinks and necessities, and a restaurant and bar. We had breakfast before we headed out and it was delicious. Super close and convenient walking distance to downtown area and UT campus.

Cumberland House Knoxville was a nice spot for our overnight. Lobby appeared very clean and welcoming. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, room could have been cleaned better (food wrappers in garbage can, tags from clothing on floor, stains on rug). Carpet needs a good cleaning as it has a few very visible stains. Bathroom was pretty clean, shower pressure was excellent, broken tile in shower should be fixed, bathroom door had loud squeak (in need of wd40!). Food/drinks in restaurant was good. Bar area very nice! Overall, very nice hotel! Would stay again!

The room was so nice and roomy. Design was beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The bathroom was amazing. We loved the balcony and the view. Felt like a little home. Small kitchen and fridge, comfy couch, nice tvs and lighting. The staff were all so friendly and one gentlemen went above and beyond to help us check in and get parked. The room was just soo nice I can't even describe. So classy and clean. Even the parking garage was roomy!!! We usually use the Graduate when in town but price and comfortable wise..Cumberland House won us over!! A little farther but only 10 to ride share to campus.

Knoxville is such a cute and quaint city! The area was clean, quiet and beautiful! I felt very safe walking around the shops and walking back to my hotel room. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly! The food was very good! I ordered take out for dinner and then had breakfast before heading out of town. My room was very clean, the bed and linens were very soft and comfortable. Excellent experience!

Cumberland House is a gem right in the heart of downtown Knoxville. The hotel has a stylish, modern vibe and the room layout was both functional and inviting. I especially loved the balcony with beautiful views of the Sunsphere and World’s Fair Park—perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Knoxville!

The property is clean, well appointed, and right next to the airport. There rooms surround an atrium that has a bar and coffee shop that sells travel items. (The front desk will provide a toothbrush and toothpaste if necessary.) The rooms are large, well decorated, with a bed with side tables and charging units, a desk, a large tv, and a large armchair with ottoman, and art. There is an actual closet with a safe. There is a coffee maker and small refrigerator. The bathroom is also spacious, very clean, and comes with toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful.

"Cooper's Restaurant at the Hilton Knoxville Airport was a delightful start to our day! Opting for the menu instead of the buffet was a great decision. The vegetarian omelette with hash browns and fresh fruit was highly praised, and the bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato breakfast sandwich was top-notch, also with fresh fruit. The service was exceptional. The waitress, Bianca, was warm and engaging, making the experience pleasant. Her friendly and helpful attitude enhanced the dining experience. If you're ever in the area, be sure to ask for Bianca – she's a true gem!"

Wonderful experiance. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Pool was visually very pleasing with waterfalls and live vegitation Indoors, main pool was too cool to enjoy but, hot tub was great. The bar is very nice. Tina, the bartender and waiter was amazing. She is the perfect lady for this job. Super friendly, easy to chat with and constantly attentive to all of her guests no matter how busy it got, and it got busy! Two flights had canceled and the hotel had many more guests than expected. Tina was responsive to the guests needs and requests, even making my wifes custom low carb, restricted sugar drink with a smile and a happy chat while she made our drinks. Tina helped make our totally unplanned night in Knoxville a good experance.

It is convenient to the airport and really clean. They have an amazing restaurant and the beds are so comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.

I had a very positive stay at the Hilton Knoxville Airport. My king room overlooked the interior, which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and came with a refrigerator that made it even more convenient. The bed was comfortable and everything felt fresh, which is exactly what I look for when traveling. One unique detail I appreciated was that each floor has its own microwave—much better than having just one for the whole property. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with a covered walkway that connects directly from the airport to the hotel, keeping you out of the elements. Hilton continues to be my favorite brand for their consistent cleanliness and comfort, and this property was no exception.

I stayed 1 night in a first floor, double queen room. It was clean with a fairly comfortable bed. It had a fridge and microwave. While my room faced the parking lot, there were high hedges along that side of the building, so there was a level of privacy with the curtains wide open. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was above average and offered a waffle machine, hot and cold cereal, fruit and hot items such as biscuits & gravy, sausage and eggs..... The lady tending the breakfast area worked hard to keep everything stocked. This hotel offers only an outdoor pool, but when i was there, it was in the 90's and a quick dip in the pool was very refreshing! The pool deck and furniture were clean and well maintained. My only complaint was, like another Best Western Plus i stayed at on this trip, the pool towels were very small and chintzy.... Location was good enough for me as i was heading to Nashville in the morning. But if you want to stay near downtown Knoxville, then it probably isn't for you as it's a good 10-15 minute drive away....with no traffic.... So, overall, the Cedar Bluff Best Western Plus hotel is a solid lodging option if you don't mind staying away from downtown Knoxville.

Hands down one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at. Heck, I would choose this place over some of the more luxurious ones I've visited! Everything was clean and modern, and all of the employees were delightful. We all know that hotel breakfast has gotten pretty skimpy during covid, but NOT here - full hot breakfast plus yogurt bar, waffles, pancakes, cereal, bagels, and a variety of coffee styles. If you're passing through knoxville, ditch the mess downtown and stop here instead.

We were greeted with a wonderful front staff upon arrival. The rooms were on the large side, extremely clean and very welcoming. Breakfast was way above the standard hotel breakfast. Great little coffee bar area and a yogurt bar , plenty of seating for people to get themselves set up with their families. We only stopped p for one night on our vacation down south but definitely have it written down for future travels as it was a very pleasant stop.

The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful, eager to help, accommodating always appeared to be peppy. The entire facility was clean and there were always people about working to keep it that way. It was very accessible friendly. The lobby was inviting, comfy, and we enjoyed relaxing there with a coffee in the afternoon between activities and suppertime. Will definitely stay here again if we are back this way.

The entire hotel is shiny and spotless. The beds are nice and cozy and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Despite being off of a busy highway and next to the airport, it remains quiet in the room. Good access to the airport and there are back roads to get you to some nice shopping and restaurants so you don't have to get on the busy highway. Ample parking. Right next to a Starbuck's. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here during a family trip and it was exactly what we needed—clean rooms, friendly staff, and a super convenient location just minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport. The free shuttle made arrivals and departures easy, and the breakfast had enough variety to keep everyone satisfied. Indoor pool and pet-friendly rooms were a bonus, and everything felt safe and well-maintained. Great value for a short stay or overnight layover.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff at check in and that evening were very friendly, professional and polite. The breakfast had a very good variety of items. Coffee was hot and fresh. I really liked having the almonds and granola to add to my oatmeal. Overall nice facility and lodging.

The location was very good, abt a 5 min walk from main retail/restaurant/entertainment area. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Reasonably quiet, at least on upper floors. Good quality casual restaurant and bar onsite that served full breakfast (not included). Also had a coffee shop and patio area. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet parking quick and convenient. Room rates were some of the more reasonable in the area. Overall nice experience and would stay again.

Lovely facility, wonderfully pet- friendly, very accommodating, and ALL the staff workers were SO very friendly & helpful. Pamela, David, & Isabella at the front desk were most helpful & informative. Ayesha (? spelling?) with Housekeeping was so sweet & pleasant to talk with, and provided us the needed supplies promptly. All of the Starbucks & Firefly servers and greeters were very friendly & helpful. And ALL of the guys at the Valet stand (too many to name - a bunch of J names & others) were so pleasant, fun, and informative. Almost all of the other visitors there were so nice, and kind to our pups (1 or 2 exceptions); so that was very nice, too. This was an easy and exceptionally pleasant stay, and you should be quite proud of your staff at this location in Knoxville, TN. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodations in Knoxville. Thank you!!

I booked a room for one night for an event in Knoxville. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping and would have been walkable to the concert if not for frigid temperatures and icy sidewalks. Hotel appeared very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable with 4 pillows each. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly. I recommend this hotel if you need a place in downtown Knoxville.

Great location with clean comfortable rooms. The included breakfast is actually a restaurant where you can order off the menu. Best breakfast I have ever had at a restaurant. There is a chef and they try to use locally sourced food. Lobby is beautifully done with seating areas and a fireplace. There is even a Starbucks on site.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The best part is that the staff is super friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and it's clean. Overall the hotel is a bit run down. No microwave in room; AC/Heat unit in the rooms is insanely loud; toilet flush incredibly loud; no water bottle fill station/water fountain unless you go to the gym. My stays have been to attend a festival so it was quite expensive. The location is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and pretty comfortable, and the staff has been great both times I have stayed here. But, could use a few upgrades (especially the loud AC/Heat).

We had just checked-in to the hotel, after a long 9 hours of driving. We wanted some kind of comfort food to eat, and we looked over the in-house restaurant's menu. It didn't look very appealing to us. But that was before our server, Mandy, listened to what my wife really wanted to eat, and she said that the chef would whip it up. What did the chef, Fabrittzio, whip up? Penne with Alfredo Sauce, Carrots, Broccoli, and Cauliflower. It was accompanied by Cesar Salad, and Garlic toast. The way Mandy described it, I decided to have the same thing. We were blown-away by how generous a portion, and how delicious the meal was. A ten-star Italian restaurant couldn't have made this taste any better. We asked to speak with the chef, Fabrittzio, and he came over to our tale where we praised his excellent culinary skills. The hotel manager came over to talk to us, as did the front desk clerk. Each of them is a caring professional, keenly interested in the guests they host in the hotel and the restaurant. It turned out that this was among the best meals that we have had in quite a while in a restaurant. The hotel itself is situated near I-75 highway; we got a nicely-redecorated double queen bed room. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. We'd like to return to this hotel again one day.

My wife and I were traveling when our son's truck broke down, and the Holiday Inn, the closest nice hotel, selected for us by default. The staff was generous, allowing us to use the lobby while making the phone calls to get the truck towed and into a repair shop. We ended up getting a room and staying the night. The room was spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and very pleasant. For dinner we ate at the hotel bar/restaurant, where the drinks were good and the bartender very pleasant. The food service had an unexpectedly diverse menu, and our dinners were excellent. As others noted, there is not a free breakfast, but the buffet had a nice selection and was reasonably priced. To a person, the staff was pleasant, efficient, and very professional. This was a great place for our unexpected stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were quiet. Front desk receptionists were very welcoming. Parking was convenient. The bar/restaurant was an added bonus! Kavon was friendly and the food was good. Get the French 77 and the brownie.

Super clean Hotel and super friendly staff. We live in Knoxville and our power went out so we stayed at the hotel. The restaurant food was awesome and the entire staff was super friendly. The breakfast bar was very good as well.

I booked this stay, just hours before arrival, while on the way as we weren't sure how far we would get that day to our destination in Columbia, SC. We arrived at 8:45 pm to a cheerful front desk team. Our check-in was pleasant and swift. We had time to enjoy a few beverages in the lobby lounge. Thank you, Summer, for staying a little longer to serve us! We arrived too late to order food, however, they have snacks available to purchase. Or, order ahead of restaurant closing and they can hold your food in carryout containers until you arrive. The room was a King Bed Suite. Very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a quiet night's sleep here and free coffee in the morning. The room has a K-Cup coffee maker, so you could bring your own K-cups if you prefer. Housekeeping is "on demand", which I like since I usually keep my "Do Not Disturb" sign out during an entire hotel stay so no one enters the room until I check out. There were USB outlet plugs to charge devices. I would choose this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel the night before flying out of TYS. It was the least expensive option I could find, but it was a good value. The outside looks a bit old and tired, but step inside and everything is just fine. The decor and cleanliness is inviting, and the room was also clean and comfortable. The bed was a bit soft (and I had to sleep avoiding a bit of a "hole" in the mattress) but I actually got a good night's sleep. Hopefully, they will update the mattresses in the near future. The breakfast in the morning was surprisingly varied and perfect for a pre-airport meal. The kitchen/dining area was clean and comfortable. The downside is that we no longer had a rental car and had to walk to dinner. The choices are grim, mainly fast food type places. We ended up at a very friendly Appleby's, which worked out ok. Also it's on a main highway, so driving into and out of the street it is on is a bit harrowing. Finally, the shuttle driver was just great. Very friendly and he can navigate that harrowing highway just fine! The trip to the airport was less than 10 minutes, so very well located.

This is a great property with updated rooms at a very reasonable price. Breakfast staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room Linens were clean and comfy. Parking was convenient. 9/10 based on price. Cleanliness is the missing 1/10.

Room was clean. And front desk staff were awesome! They were friendly, polite and helpful. Several times I observed them going above and beyond for not only me but others as well. Breakfast was your usual hotel breakfast fare. Pool is indoors but a bit chilly. My only complaint is the wooded area next to the hotel is filthy with liter and sometime it seems like a homeless encampment. But this is a county issue and not on the BW property. However, if I were traveling alone it would make me uncomfortable since the only parking for the hotel is in the back of the building by the woods.

Clean, comfortable room. We booked here for the convenient location to the airport as we had a really early flight out. The shuttle was prompt and drivers friendly. There is an indoor pool that we did not have time to use and we left too early for breakfast but would stay again.

Good place that was clean and affordable and made you fill like your home. Nice restaurants close by the pool was nice and heated. The staff was wonderful and would stay again soon. The breakfast was a full hot bar and was delicious.

Hair dryer decent. Location was quiet, even in our accessible room right next to the elevator. Nice having a K-cup coffee maker in room. Overall the location was clean and staff very friendly. Nice size indoor/outdoor pool, nice workout area. Did not use the hotel bar or restaurant. Only complaint was the water temperature. It took forever to get hot water in the sink or shower. The shower water was either super hot or cold, not sure if it was the control or just the way the water worked. A fan in the bathroom would have been nice.

I loved the friendliness of the staff. The lobby was very welcoming and warm comfortable feeling. It was kinda a last minute book for my birthday on October 9th 2023. I got up the morning of the 10th for my birthday. Got my eat on with the amazing buffet breakfast I had. Tina the server was so friendly. Then went for a nice peaceful swim in the pool what was indoor outdoor. The hot tub was relaxing. I will definitely be staying at the Holiday Inn on Cedar Bluff in Knoxville TN again.

It was very clean and surprisingly comfortable. The shower pressure was good and the rooms had a cozy feel. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. There was a small bar like area where you could eat a dinner for a good price. Will stay again.

Pros: good customer service, clean, well maintained facilities and room, comfortable bed, AC that wasn't too loud, plenty of parking spaces. and in a good location with easy access to other stores, restaurants, and entry/exit off freeway. Cons: ice machine on my floor wasn't working, no FREE breakfast. Breakfast buffet at the onsite restaurant was $15.

The property as a whole is modern and well-maintained inside and out. It is very convenient to the interstate, yet set back far enough that there is no noticeable road noise getting to the rooms. The front desk associates were welcoming, courteous, professional, and helpful both at check-in and check-out. The room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The wi-fi worked fine, and there was plenty of room for both working and relaxing. The breakfast layout was ample, with plenty of healthy options, and the coffee was good. All in all a very restful night's stay on a long road trip. Highly recommend!

Great hotel right off the interstate and we loved that they were pet friendly! They even have free pet treats. Rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. All the staff were very friendly as well. Restaurant across the street was also good and convenient walking distance. We will be stopping again when we are back in the area.

I came to the area to visit my son. This hotel was the perfect location, as it was only 5 minutes away from him. There are restaurants and the interstate close by which makes it really convenient. The lady who checked us in was pleasant and had us checked in quickly. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the property was clean and taken care of. I will definitely be back.

Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. This property is easily accessible from I-40 in Knoxville, and is an easy drive to campus, shopping, and restaurants. The property was clean and relatively modern, even if lacking the polish of some other properties. Beds and rooms were very clean and comfortable. On-site breakfast is well-stocked and good for traveling families. Indoor pool and fitness center are small, but clean and serviceable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the noise. The property is on a frontage road immediately parallel to the interstate. Rooms facing the interstate have a lot of road noise. Rooms facing the back of the property are much quieter. Noise dampening curtains would go a long way.

The staff here were the best. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were in for a Paul McCartney concert and they all humored me while I talked on and on about it! Our room was clean and per our request they gave us a ground floor due to mobility issues. Breakfast was fresh and the cinnamon rolls excellent. Parking was easy and convenient. We will definitely be staying here again, mainly due to the excellent staff. Thank you everyone!

Wonderful up to date facility. Friendly, helpful staff. Very nice daily breakfast buffet with real orange juice. The king suite was very spacious. I have read that requesting a handicap bathroom is a benefit, but I’ve never done so to maintain the availability but those who need it. However, our room did have a handicap bathroom which was very large and had a wonderful shower.

The breakfast and the coffee was delicious. I had previously stayed at a Holiday Inn a few weeks before that and the coffee was horrendous. This location's was very good, and my daughter loved the breakfast selection. She keeps asking to go back to the hotel because she had so much fun.

Room was clean, pool and jacuzzi is what me n my son needed. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast looked good, but we had to leave, so we just grabbed juice to go. I will definitely come back!

This is the nicest hotel for the best price in Knoxville, Tennessee.. Sherri, who works? The front desk is so sweet and always is very helpful. And the hotel rooms are so clean and nice there is a Jacuzzi tub and breakfast. I've stayed here a whole bunch. And I love it every time I come in town I feel so welcome. It feels like my second home when i come in town. The house Keeping staff does such a good job because there is never anything out of place.It always looks good

This hotel is fantastic! I stayed here twice for more than two weeks each time when my husband had surgery and it was exceptional! Immaculately clean in rooms (both times), hallways, lot and lobby. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms with all the amenities to make a long term stay comfortable. The property was in excellent condition and smelled clean and fresh. It is a quiet hotel day and night in a very safe area close to Kroger, Starbucks, laundry, great restaurants and both Parkwest Hospital and Patricia Neal Rehab Center. The full Breakfast was well stocked and delicious every day and the compassionate and capable Sherry at the front desk is incredible! The whole place is run with efficiency and kindness that define good hospitality. I plan to come back several times as he needs additional surgery and this is the only place I would even consider staying in Knoxville. This hotel is exceptional and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well maintained good night sleep. Keep up the great work Sherry and all the amazing staff at Cedar Bluff! You made a stressful time in our life so much easier and made me feel like I was home when I stayed there. This place is truly exceptional in every way. Thank you for all you do to be the very best!

The hotel was better than expected for the price, by far! I'd rather stay at this Red Roof and save $200+ to spend around town, which isn't a far drive to anything. Regal Cinemas, Walmart, Texas Roadhouse, etc... are all just a 5 minute drive from here. Let me start with Sherri at the front desk. She was amazing! So helpful and showed respect for those staying here, or just passing through to find another location. We do a lot of hotel staying with our travels and all, and Sherri has been the best front desk/guest service we've had at a stay. If she's not management, she certainly should be. She definitely should be the highest paid employee! She was doing her job and still able to go above and beyond. Bed was comfortable to me, and it's hard for me to be comfortable with my lumbar broken. My L1-L4 are all fractured, but I slept great on these beds. Shower wasn't bad either. I didn't have to squat or sit down. Not all are friendly to those over 6'. Bath was relaxing for my fiance. The hot tub and pool were nice! I'd choose this location over any of the others. Even the other Red Roof locations nearby.

We stay here on a regular basis. Our daughter is a student there at UT. Rooms are unlike any other. Very cozy and almost home like feel. The entire property is always clean and all staff very friendly and professional.

Best hotel for staying on campus and walking to most restaurants and other events. Bonus is the restaurant/bar inside the property very convenient.

The Peyton Manning themed hotel was perfectly decorated. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The heater/AC was loud when it ran and there was no fan in the bathroom. Saloon 16 near the hotel lobby was convenient but frigid cold. Staff was friendly. I am not a huge fan of being essentially required to pay for the $40 valet service and then tipping on top of the cost. All in all a nice stay. The theme of the hotel is definitely a must see for Volunteer fans.

Great staff….friendly, helpful folks that desire to make one’s stay as nice as possible. I was offered a couple of bottles of water,for the road, at checkout. A cheery come see us again sendoff. We loved the cooked to order breakfast too! Orlando whipped up a couple of excellent omelets from the kitchen and we were served plenty of hot coffee. Again, friendly service! Our room was clean and quiet; public spaces were decorated nicely, well lit and welcoming.

The hotel is very clean. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff is better than average. The beds were very good imo. Lots of amenities nearby. The breakfast is not good if you want to limit carbs. There was absolutely no protein except a little wrapped in a tortilla. Plenty of bagels, toast, etc., as well as the obligatory waffle maker. So scrambled eggs, no meat. Not even hard boiled eggs. Coffee was not good. Overall, it’s a great place. Just take into account the extra money you will have to spend on breakfast if you are trying to limit anything that will spike your blood sugar.

Excellent staff! Everything was very clean. The Hotel was perfect for the time we stayed. The room we stayed in had a king bed and the room was very spacious. The king bed was clean and very comfortable.

I frequently travel between North Mississippi and Northern Virginia. Knoxville is half way. I have tried several properties on both the east and west sides of knoxville and this is my favorite. I have stayed here most of my trips since the early 2000's and I continue to return. The primary attraction is the staff. Robin (General Manager) and her crew always make me feel welcome and appreciated. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and I always sleep well. The breakfast never disappoints. One of my favorite places to stay in all my travels.

Clean & friendly. There are two individuals who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. First is Ms. Sharon. She has the best southern personality and greeted us with open arms. Like we were family. And the other individual was Billy the cook and oversaw the breakfast area. They both are the best. They both should be recognized by the Hilton Hotel for outstanding employees!

Hotel is conveniently located just off the interstate near a number of restaurants (mostly fast food but there is a Cracker Barrel restaurant). Large rooms, good sized TV with free Showtime, hot shower with good water pressure, form mattress. Continental breakfast is pitiful though…instant oatmeal, kids’ cereals, packaged muffins, fruit, frozen breakfast sandwiches, protein bars, nothing hot. Friendly staff, clean hotel.

Traveling from Texas to our next destination, we only needed a room for the night. The girl at the front desk was friendly and answered all our questions. It’s always nice to meet a hotel attendant who has a smile on their face. The area was nice and we felt safe. The hotel is in walking distance to a very nice Cracker Barrel. The room we were given was clean and a nice size. The bedding and bathrooms being clean are a big thing for me and I would assume most people. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The noise level was really good. We did not hear any outside noise. We do travel with a sound machine, so that may have helped. Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Knoxville area.

The front desk was available immediately when we arrived at 2:30 PM. She was wonderful and let us go to our room before 3 PM. She also let us choose our room. Also, she asked if we wanted housekeeping services daily and we said no. She gave us extra towels and told us if we needed anything to let them know. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Every time we saw a staff member they always smiled. We are going to stay there next year when we come down to visit our son and his family.

Our room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our travel needs-- kitchenette allowed us to cook our own meal and store everything in the full-size refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and willing to give us information about the hotel and the area. We enjoyed our stay!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! For extended stay purposes, this is the perfect place. The rooms are spacious and the staff is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Knoxville! My fiancé and I moved to Tennessee and we have been staying in hotels until we can choose the best apartment or house for us to rent in the area. The MainStay Suites off Cedar Bluff has been exceeding our expectations every day since we got here and we hope that we're able to stay here until we venture off into a more permanent situation

Every single time we come and stay here it’s always amazing! Every one is always so nice, the rooms are always spotless, and it’s always quiet! I haven’t stayed any where better than this location. My husband and I will continue our weekend getaway here at least once a month as long as we blessed to be able to come. I recommend this location if you are ever in the cedar bluff or Knoxville area!

We stayed for 1 night passing through on a road trip. Kandy (Candy?) was WONDERFUL. Very nice, attentive, and calm. I say calm because a different customer had just screamed at her for a mistake in their booking (not the fault of super 8). The beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Room smelled musty and had cigarette burns in the bed. Bathroom also looked like it hadn’t gotten a thorough clean in a while. Juice machine was out of order and there was only dry cereal (no milk) for the “breakfast” option. Honestly, for the money spent on the room I was surprised at how well our stay went. At the end of the day, it’s a budget motel. I wasn’t expecting very much. However, I was concerned from the reviews about bugs. I can happily say that besides a spider in the shower (again, bathrooms need a good clean) there wasn’t a cockroach or bedbug in sight! And I definitely checked. Rigorously.

The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke,even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The front desk person was very helpful, apologized, and got us another first floor room that was clean and fresh. She was very friendly and seemed to really care.

Great choice if you are looking for an economical accommodation. If you are looking for a comfortable bed, shower with good pressure and a quiet stay, you should probably keep looking!! The bed left a lot to be desired. The pillows were flat and we didnt even have a blanket. Fitted sheet, flat sheet and some drape ttpe thing that laid across the foot of the bed. The tub/shower was dingy and seemed it could use a serious scrub with some bleach! The water just drizzled from the shower head; the pressure was terrible! All night we heard doors opening and closing, the constant slamming of a room or car door. Definitely not a place for a good night's sleep.

The staff is really nice and they greet you when you come onto property they are very easy going with getting you checked in and getting you to your room. It’s a nice area and quiet area and its safe surroundings. Rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable and it’s one of the cleanliness hotels I been too. Definitely will be staying more often.

Check-in Staff was super nice and friendly the pool was so relaxing after driving all day in 90 degree heat. Beds are comfortable only down side no microwave or coffee maker in the room I was in other than that everything is great.

Easy and fast check in. The employees were friendly. But the hotel overall needs major improvements. Turned the shower on and the shower head blew off, no big deal we just went to the store and bought one. The ac controls was a guessing game (the marked setting were worn off) all night it would continuously make weird noises and keep cutting on and off like it was about to kick the bucket. If owners would do updates this hotel has potential. We just slept there so it served our purpose. Overall it was clean and reasonably priced.

This was the best service I have ever received from a Travelodge! The management honored all of my request! Everything I had asked, they took care of immediately! I was pressed because a gentleman named Chet (I hope I spelled correctly) was very polite and installed a new shower hose...immediately. wow, I have never been treated this good at a Travelosge and will now be coming back this week. My plans were at another hotel, but after this type of congenital treatment, I am changing my plans to stay here again! Also the gentleman who.checked me in was so.polite and helpful. I do not know his name but he had a beard. Again, the people are very nice and the place is safe.
