Very nice host and staff, everything clean and comfy. A bit smaller than it can seem from the pictures but in the end it wasn't a problem. The every days cleaning service was a really nice surprise. Including we had the jacuzzi replaced for a brand new one. Absolutely recommended.

What I liked about Blue Corner Apartments was the cleanliness and well-maintained condition of the property. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, which made our stay convenient and hassle-free. The availability of a thorough cleaning service was a big plus, ensuring that everything was kept in excellent condition throughout our stay. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, making it a good choice for accommodation.

My stay was enjoyable! The owner was welcoming, I also liked the suggestions on where I could go to explore the island being sent daily. The apartment was pretty clean, the cleaning services also timely and on request. Good that there's no keys and the apartment is accessed by the password, I didn't worry about losing the keys on the beach. The location is nice - close to public transportation, shops and also it was okay to find parking for the car nearby.

Location was amazing, very clean, well equipped kitchen and close to the beach, city center, shops. The host it's very welcoming and helped us with information about the North of the island. I recommend this accommodation if you visit Puerto de la Cruz!

The apartment is ok, comfortable, very good location everything would be close to max to enjoy if the owner read my message...Before we book, we read the reviews and I noticed that other travellers complained that they booked a particular apartment, but received another, with less facilities/amentities than described. Then I sent a special message to the owner in which I emphasized that I hope we receive the apartment with the Jacuzzi. Well, the story repeated and we also had another one (without). The owner was so bold to behave like we have not understood and booked not the right one(lol, he played dumb), but wenn I showed him my message he said he has not read it. So pitty, if he did not play that way not with us only, but also with so many people, his property would get even a better rating from us. So, be aware, if you really need a Jacuzzi, you will NOT receive such.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at North Coast Apartments and I can't express enough how impressed I was with every aspect of my experience. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we knew this was going to be a special stay. Warm greetings and genuine smiles made me feel welcome right away. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and local attractions. The rooms itself exceeded my expectations. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the terrace room. Waking up to panoramic scenes of Puerto de la Cruz was a treat for the senses. The combination of exceptional service, a well-appointed room, stunning views, and a prime location made for an unforgettable experience.

This place was great, the location was perfect to walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was good having a convenience store right outside and one behind the building. Overall the room was clean and modern. I also liked that the host shared daily things to do in Tenerife over text :)

Beautiful finca close to Orotava, equipped with everything we needed. The Bodega was wonderfully redesigned into a modern place, and the jacuzzi was a great way to wind down after a day full of activities.

We fell in love with the place. It’s just minutes away from the centre of La Orotava but it feels like a safe haven. We enjoyed a few times the jacuzzi with view of the ocean. The apartment is very cozy, beautifully decorated, has all the amenities to be comfortable and a fully equipped kitchen to cook and prep meals.

This was our third visit to the hotel and I already look forward to our next! It is a luxurious hotel and all the staff are friendly and helpful and they really want guests to have a wonderful holiday so nothing seems to be too much trouble for them! We wanted a softer mattress or a topper and we got both instantly! We chose a superior room with sitting area and balcony with a lovely view of the mountain! The bathroom was spacious and the shower brilliant! I also loved having a Nespresso machine in the room! We thought the breakfast was excellent and I couldn’t get enough of the freshly squeezed kiwi juice and vitamin juice! Delicious! I particularly liked the Oriental restaurant so ate there mostly if we were not down at the seafront! There is a very useful regular shuttle bus up and down to the seafront which is always punctual! I walked in the very large gardens every day as I loved watching the swans and the huge amount of large Koi plus families of terrapins ! Relaxing and therapeutic! The spa is also wonderful with a choice of pools and jacuzzi’s! Another great thing is the evening entertainment as there is a variety of music so something different each night of the week! I could go on and on but I would say just go and book it you won’t be disappointed!

The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for us. The Hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained. Luxurious poolside teak loungers with thick cream fabric cushions are covered overnight and we noted they were being re-oiled early one morning. There is a pool attendant handing out fluffy towels. The spa facilities are fabulous. We loved the outdoor Spa pool and the jacuzzi 'hidden' in a glittering cave. We enjoyed a delicious lunch by the main pool - superb food and perfectly presented chilled drinks. There is a fabulous library with billiard tables and a beautiful aviary of exotic birds. The whole resort has an air of unpretentious exclusivity. My husband and I have decided we will retire to this hotel one day, and live out our days feeling like royalty!

Tranquil Tropical beauty everywhere you look. Lots of restaurants to choose and some have a dress code…a delicious buffet breakfast with an omelette and waffle station, many brunch items, fresh juice fresh fruit with bread, cheese, etc… you get a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh fruit in your room with a live red rose balcony to sit on it has table and two chairs… bathtub and shower are separate. Dorman baggage handler’s.. housekeeping is always readily available for any problems or concerns. The island is quite large. There are two airports that can get confusing. The north is closer to this location. If you book a transfer, make sure both your flights are going out of the same airport. Chic elegance. Cleverly stated.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Botánico Hotel & The Oriental Spa Garden and had the most amazing experience. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were absolutely amazing the entire time. When we arrived, the front desk staff were very helpful and Antonio (I believe was his name) showed us to our room. Once in the room, he explained several things about the room which was a great way to familiarize ourselves with the space we would call home for the next few days. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional our entire stay. We were able to call and easily get an iron, taxi etc. The attention to detail in the room was superb. We especially enjoyed the pillow menu options and turn down service. The breakfast was outstanding and a lovely way to start the day. We utilized the spa area with a couples massage and played tennis.  I love fresh flowers and the fresh rose in the bathroom was a wonderful touch. We dined at The Oriental and II Pappagallo which were both delicious. The live music each night was a fun treat for a wind down at the end of the evening.  Hotel Botanico is a true Luxury Hotel and I thank the entire staff for making our trip to Tenerife so wonderful.

This is a beautiful hotel set in lovely gardens. We had a very warm welcome from Elena at the reception and we were dealt with friendly and efficiently. Our room on the second floor was very spacious recently refurbished with a view of Mount Tiede. Bathroom very spacious and lots of storage for clothes and shoes. The cleanliness of the hotel and grounds was excellent. Everywhere shone. The shuttle bus into the town centre was very efficient running every half hour otherwise it would have been a steep walk back to the hotel. The area was very quiet and an area of calm around the pool. The staff were amazing well trained and attentive. Juan Jose waiter at breakfast and Mario the breakfast chef were great and at checkout Carlos was friendly and efficient. Special mention to Antonio and Omar at the door. We enjoyed the food at the three restaurants being half board and Raoul at La Parrilla very knowledgeable. A great week

Beautiful, very clean and well-located hotel. I have been to many 4 star hotels but for a 4 star one this one is excellent. There was a buffet breakfast and the receptionists and restaurant staff were amazing. The interiors are very spacious and our room had a beautiful view and a balcony too.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Upon check-in, we were met with the friendliest staff who took a genuine interest in our stay and our comfort. The grounds are beautiful, with two pool areas that featured gorgeous landscaping and views of Teide. The location was ideal, an easy walk down hill (steep coming back up) to the ocean-side restaurants and bars, and a quick walk north to the stunning botanic garden. There were four of us, so we stayed in the suite with two balconies (one with a view of the ocean) and a separate bedroom area. The bathroom could use an update but it was all clean and functional. We had a car and used the hotel parking, which was convenient, though a tight squeeze. With an all-inclusive option (we didn't take, our stay was short), it's easy to see why guests stay a week or longer.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Due to a last-minute cancellation by another property, I was forced to book this hotel only 4 days before my trip. Upon arrival, I received an upgraded room, which had an exceptional ocean view and gave me access to the rooftop patio.

The staff were very friendly. The pool and all day entertainment was super. Breakfast was fantastic but the evening buffet not so good. The room was spotless with a great seaview and the bed was so comfy with lovely big pillows.

Atypicap Hostel was one of the highlights of my trip to Tenerife! Super clean, cozy, and in a great location but what really made it special was the people. The receptionist,Alessandro was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The volunteers were amazing too friendly, welcoming, and full of good vibes.The whole atmosphere felt warm and social, like staying with friends. I’ll definitely be back and 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

Friendly and efficient staff, place was spotless, never had to wait for a shower once in the whole week. Nice Roof Top bar and also a bar/restaurant downstairs serving really good food - as good as you’d get in a 4* hotel. The location was excellent, right in the old town and not touristy.

Pretty Modern setup, cool and clean capsules. The staff are very friendly and useful. The location is good, close to everything but also mean it’s getting busy at night and quite noisy from outside. I didnt book for breakfast but then I tried to pay to have breakfast, it turned out to be at another hotel that partnering with them, not bad but gotta walk up there.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We cannot fault it in any aspect. It is situated above the town, in a very quiet area with parkland nearby. With only 70 bedrooms, it is large enough to offer great facilities but feels small and boutique. There is secure parking at the hotel if needed. There are lovely views from the property especially at sunset. Our room was large, very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the amazing garden. Well appointed bathroom, excellent linen, spotlessly clean. What other small hotel offers 30 clothes hangers in the wardrobe, extra pillows without needing to ask, multiple mirrors at the right height for all?!! The staff were, without exception, professional, but also friendly, helpful and cheerful. The family management were visible and engaged with the guests, as well as hands on in the smooth running of the hotel. The history of the hotel is fascinating; the gardens are exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the tour given by Ursula of the plants there. Thank you. The outside tables and chairs for sitting and the pool area were spacious and uncrowded. The breakfast buffet was again exceptional, freshly cooked hot food with extensive choices of cold offerings and breads. We ate twice in the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed both meals, a smallish but good choice of menu, very nicely cooked. Congratulations to all concerned… and thank you.

Wow! We have had 10 days at this hotel and cannot fault anything at all. It’s spotlessly clean everywhere and the facilities are superb The heated pool is just lovely with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The large hotel gardens are beautifully maintained and we enjoyed a guided tour of these. We stayed on a half board basis and both breakfast and dinner were plentiful and tasty. It’s a steep walk downhill into the centre but taxis back are cheap. The hotel is located in very peaceful surroundings and the hotel is relaxing and quiet. Don‘t expect loud or lively entertainment The staff are really friendly, helpful and professional. Fresh flowers in the bathroom, beautiful views from our Teide facing room/balcony to enjoy. Really sad to go home and certainly hope to return as many of the guests seem to have been coming for years. We are not surprised!

Amazing surroundings – lush palms, beautiful gardens, and expansive green areas. The atmosphere is extremely quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Our room offered a lovely view, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed every single minute of our time there. We especially appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and the beach towels, welcome drink, late check-out, etc...

We had an incredible stay at hotel Tigaiga. The location was perfect, offering stunning views at El Teide and the sea. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant was fantastic, with a diverse menu and delicious food. Breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, featuring a wide array of fresh and tasty options.

A lovely friendly family-run hotel. The location was good, away from the noise and bustle of the town centre, but an easy walk down to the main square and other tourist spots. A taxi back up the hill was only €5. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent and varied. We stayed half board and the dinners were very good although the fish dishes could possibly have been a bit more generous. The Reception and Restaurant staff were excellent - professional, helpful and very friendly. Some have been there for decades so obviously like working there. We had a superb view over the beautiful sub-tropical gardens from our comfortable balcony. A highlight for us was the guided tour of the gardens with Ursula, the granddaughter of the hotel's founder.

The hotel is easy to find on a quiet road about 2km from the TF-5. We arrived around 23:00 to a warm reception and a cold drink from Brigitte who told us that as we'd missed the evening meal, a plate of cold meats, cheese and salad had been left in our room. After a long journey, this was an unexpected treat. The hotel staff were efficient and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, a separate bathroom with a good shower, a balcony, good WiFi and TV with a wide selection of European channels. There was a good-sized swimming pool (supervised), table-tennis (we couldn't get our son away from it), tennis, mini-golf, a squash court, a gym, an outside bar serving hot and cold food throughout the day, and very well kept gardens. There was a wide variety for breakfast and dinner that included local produce (notably cheeses and wines) as well as catering for other European cuisines. There is a small store only 50m from the hotel but we tended to walk two blocks to a bigger supermarket that had more choice. Note to self next time we visit: Happy Hour at the bar is between 5.30 and 6.30pm. I didn't notice that until the last day of our stay!

For a 4 star, top 100 hotel in the world, there were some experiences I had with it—good and bad. Bad: the WiFi goes in and out quite a bit. Not sure if it’s just a bad connection or too many people using it at once but it has been down for multiple times during our 8 night stay. Make sure to have some shows and movies downloaded. Bad: the shower floods easily. My wife used the handheld shower head since it spread less water onto the floor than the rainfall shower head. Whole bathroom floor is soaked if you use the rainfall head. Bad: I’m not sure if it’s the hotel or if it’s because I’m American but there was no microwave anywhere in the hotel. If you got leftovers from one of the amazing restaurants down the street, you can’t heat it back up since there’s no microwave or toaster or anything of the such in the hotel. So if you go out to eat, make sure to eat it all or trash it when you’re done. Good: the spa was absolutely fantastic. Everything was priced fairly for what you get and how long you get it for. The care of the massages and spa was unbeatable. Best spa my wife and I have ever gone to. Good: although there are no microwaves in the hotel, there is breakfast buffet from 0800-1030, an outdoor bar open after that, dinner buffet from 1815-1945 or 2015-2145, and an indoor bar with live music each night at the same time. So there’s honestly no need to eat out sometimes and worry about driving or parking. Good: the staff knows multiple languages.

I had an exceptional stay at Riu Garoe. The breathtaking views from my room made each morning a delight, and the hotel's overall ambiance was truly relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. What truly stood out was the excellent customer service. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The dining experience exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was the best l've had, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and dinner was even better-every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. I highly recommend Hotel Roy Garoé to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. I can't wait to return!" Everything was amazing! Our family opted for half board and was a really good choice. Breakfast and dinner were superb with a wide range of choices. All was very tasted! Staff was super friendly (Rachel was extra helpful) and they accommodated our requests, especially for the baby. Room was super clean (thanks Domi!) and was the perfect size for us. The balcony had an incredible view especially during sunrise and sunset. We had few SPA treatments as well and the people were lovely and price was a deal! Swimming pool was super well organised and there was a swimming pool for children as well. My baby had great fun in it! We will definitely go back in the next years. Very satisfied 🙏❤️

Good Bits. We had a great stay. All the staff were excellent, from the Reception, the Dinning Room & the Cleaners, what a 1st class job they do. The food in the restaurant is the best buffet food we've had, the choice is great & it's hot, with hot plates. The whole hotel is clean & well maintained, though it'll be interesting to see it next year after the refurbishment. Hopefully more plug sockets & USB sockets in the bedrooms. The standard bedrooms are clean, comfortable & spacious. Bad Thing. Noise Thanks to the reception staff who moved us after our 1st night, from above the restaurant & the noisey fan that kept us awake a lot of the night. 2nd room a lot quieter except for other guests. A sign in all rooms requesting guests to respect & show consideration to fellow guests that they would expect to be shown to them , especially between midnight & 8 am? Don't slam doors, keep TV volume low, Don't shout, Don't have your phone alarm go off at 5 & then 5.10 & then 5.15 etc. Unfortunately all our 4 nights sleep were unnecessarily noisey due to inconsiderate guests. Come on Riu, a small polite sign would go a long way Without the noise this place is 5 star & we will return next year, hopefully in a top floor, sea view room, as we were promised this time, but unfortunately didn't get.

Really enjoyed our stay here, friendly staff, modern clean room and great shower. Perfect location and no need to worry if you have a hire car, huge free car park on seafront 5 mins away, google Explanada del Muelle Best part was breakfast each morning, sitting on roof terrace enjoying an excellent breakfast. You could have one thing freshly made to order then, cereal, fruit, pastries etc and nice coffee and usually a nice freshly made cake Puerto de la Cruz is a real town, still busy and lots of restaurants but less nightlife than Playa Las Americas, though there is an Irish bar Molly Malone if you like old Irish men singing traditional songs! As we had a car we drove around the north coast and found some nice beaches and natural pools (bring a mask and snorkel): Playa El Bullullo - Nice beach, rough sea, last 500m road is very rough and tight & 5 euro parking, can do a nice walk from hotel approx 4km - San Diego grill nearby is a good restaurant Garachico - cute town and nice natural pools but busy, town beach to south is nice Playa de la Arena - nice curving beach and natural pools around corner. Steep windy road but room for two cars Bajamar - small town with big natural 50m swimming pool and small beach La Laguna - nice historic town TF-12 road through the Anaga forest is cool, very twisty but perfect tarmac and places to stop and hike, finishes at San Andres beach, big man made beach near Santa Cruz, lots of free parking

A wonderful modern hotel. All hotel staff are extremely friendly. The reception is open 24/7 and will help you with any question. The rooms are very clean, daily thorough cleaning and change of towels. Delicious breakfasts on the roof terrace with a view of the volcano, the city and the ocean. Very tasty pastry. Warm scrambled eggs or toast will be prepared to order without additional payment. In the evening the terrace works as a bar, you can have a pleasant time there. The pool with sunbeds is also wonderful and comfortable. Central location, quiet street and 10 minutes walk from the beach and bus station. There are a huge number of restaurants and shops around for every taste. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Our stay at the DWO Nopal was fabulous. The location is perfect: quiet but close to all the amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional. Our room was spacious, well-appointed and beautifully clean. The breakfast buffet was extensive with changing options; the outdoor terrace with views of Mount Teide was a great place to enjoy the first meal of the day.

The location is very good, the room was clean, the bathroom was big, the interior of the hotel is very interesting as it is yet modern but also with a slight touch of, I’d rather say, oriental architecture. The breakfast is served in a restaurant with a balcony with nice view over the mountain, the town and the ocean. The breakfast was tasty and rich.

Amazing historical building sets up an atmosphere of time travel. It's pretty quite and the terrace with magnificent view (over the roofs of La Orotava to the ocean) assists to relax. The hosts are nice and helpful people. Thank you very much for our stay! Very central and yet very quiet and with wonderful views The architecture is very authentic and reminded us of the riads in Morocco. It is a small family place with a pleasant atmosphere and only handful of rooms. No luxury but plain, clean and simple with a wonderful views from the terrace and sun in the late afternoon The nice breakfast is served in a unique setting at the ground floor of the riad like building

The man at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. We loved all the house which is kept and decorated in a historical style. There is a thought behind every detail, all the decors are chosen carefully. Room was spacious and very clean. Great balance between the historical and modern. Interesting solution about bed on the "second floor" in the room. Nice view on the terrace, beautiful surroundings although it might be challenging to park your car on such a steep streets. Tasty and fulfilling breakfast served on such a beautiful set of dishes. I am usually very tough on breakfasts in accommodations but here I loved it - something for everyone, local delicacies and you are set for the day in those steep streets or in the mountains.

the staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is modest but delicious and interesting. We had a selection of Canarian cheeses, fruit, bread and sweet pastries, homemade jam and coffee. Breakfast is not a buffet but is prepared separately for each room. The room was clean and tidy every day. The accommodation is located in the city center. I personally prefer more quiet places, especially when we had a car and spent virtually no time in the city center, but that is a matter of personal preference.

The ratio of price to value is exceptional. I didn't rate "comfortable" as good, but this should only affect longer stays. We were there for two nights and therefore I would still, gladly recommend it. The breakfast is prepared by themselves every morning. Consisting of a variety of bread with sweet and savory options as well as always some fruits from the local market. Asking for preference and allergies on arrival underlines their quality of service. The rooms are nothing special, but the shower is warm with good water pressure and all appliances work. Floor (and everything else) is clean and the windows are exceptionally clean. I have to mention this because I nearly broke my nose when I tried looking outside once haha Overall great experience and perfect place to be if you want to visit Orotava and/or Puerto de la Cruz.

The hotel is located in the centre and had an amazing terrace view with a jacuzzi to the hills and the sea. The receptionist and all staff very extremely nice and professional. The breakfast that you get worth more than the daily price of it. Great time!

Dog friendly and in a great location in Puerto de la Cruz. In a quiet street and in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. We loved using the rooftop jacuzzi too. Paco the Pug says thank you.

Great location, nice staff, good coffee dispenser and comfy couch in reception. Room was small but clean, fridge was handy. Upstairs terrace was lovely, Bali bed was my favorite, jacuzzi very pleasant. Bed linen, good quality cotton - very smooth to sleep on. Air con worked perfectly.

Excellent facilities provided all modern equipped. Toiletries, air cin, roof terrace, jacuzzi, free tea coffee etc amazing too. Only missed an outside space as it was my 60th celebrations.
