Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in La Paz

This is a great modern hotel within the Multicine building in downtown La Paz. Despite being above cinemas and shopping areas it is an incredibly quiet hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They stored luggage for us while we did a trip to Madidi National park. The room was very bright large and modern with floor to ceiling windows. There were stunning views across the city. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you might need. Lots of storage space, safe, fridge and comfortable chairs. The bathroom was fine with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The buffet breakfast was very good with a wide range of different types of food. They also did eggs to make order. Restaurant staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Everything was great. The staff are so helpful and kind - they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. Location - great, right next to a telefric station. It is also in the same building as a mall so you have access to a food court if you need one. There is a nice chinese restaurant that we went to a couple of times (same street as the hotel). Rooms - the room we got on the 12th floor had a fantatsic view of Mt Illimani and the city. Very comfortable beds and the shower was great. Restaurant - we ate in Terra one night and it was really good. I had the burger and my wife had empanadas. Our son is a very fussy eater but the restaurant staff were amazing, they gave us exactly what we needed. A sweet lady working there even gave my son a gingerbread man cookie which made him really happy :). Spa - my wife went for a relaxing massage (additional cost) and she liked it. Overall, fantastic stay and we would gladly stay here again.

What's it to like? The staff were all super helpful & accommodating - from arranging a taxi to pick us up from the airport at 3.00am, to the loan of a teleférico card, and storage of our luggage when we went off for a 3-day tour of the Salar de Uyuni. The rooms were lovely - well-equipped and with amazing views to the south of the city - and the waiting areas all had free tea along with the obligatory coca leaves....remember, you're at over 3,600m here! Food was great. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of our day, especially trying out all the Bolivian specialities. We ate here once in the evening and again, the food was great and the cocktail bars (even though we didn't indulge) were oh-so-tempting. We loved the location - it was quieter than the central part of town, next to a cable car station and within an easy walk of the Sopachachi district. If you want to be next to places such as The Witches Market, you might want to be more more central...but we didn't.

Everything was perfect! This hotel exceeded my expectations. The view from my room was simply amazing. The staff was really helpful, the room very comfortable, clean and quiet, the food was delicious and the location was perfect for my needs. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was incredible and the chef created some of the most delicious pasta dishes I’ve ever eaten! Staff go out of their way to help and are incredibly kind and caring and thoughtful - a real asset to this hotel!

This is a high quality hotel in the southern part of the city. It is a small, very new hotel, with an excellent breakfast and a jacuzzi pool. Rooms are very large and comfortable.

There are only two words to describe this hotel and they are 'simply phenomenal'. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with attentive, helpful and warm staff who went out of their way to ensure that our stay lacked nothing. We were especially touched with the personal touches like security staff who walked us to the bus station and asked the driver to advise us when to get off, as well as the staff making my sister's birthday so special. The one exception to the above was a male receptionist on duty on 24 October at 5am who was hostile and unfriendly, which was a shame because had it not been for his conduct, this hotel would have been flawless. The hotel's facilities boasted a well equipped gym, a modern pool with jacuzzi, a steam room, sauna and even a cinema. The views from the hotel were spectacular and the hotel offered comfortable seating areas from which one could enjoy the magnificent mountain views. The buffet lunch was absolutely delicious and we looked forward to this each day. We loved this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially if tourists want to escape the hustle and bustle of La Paz for an exquisite retreat.

During my recent trip to Bolivia, I was fortunate to spend several nights at the Hotel Mitru Sur. If it were possible, I would give the hotel 10 stars! Let me begin with the customer service. There is simply nothing like it! Paola, the manager, and front desk staff, to include Ignacio and Caesar, took care of our every need, from arranging transportation, helping us with banking issues, suggesting places to see, and even taking care of our friend when we had to leave her in La Paz for 3 days because she was too sick to travel with us. The hotel is absolutely lovely and situated in a great location within the city! I loved the contemporary architecture and the interior decorating. Very unique. The guest rooms are very nice, and include a refrigerator and safe for your valuables. The bathroom has heated floors and towel rack and an enormous rain shower head. The upstairs bar has a wonderful view of the city. The pool and spa area is very luxurious and a welcome treat. The restaurant serves a delicious breakfast buffet and we ate many dinners there due to the service, qualify of food and convenience. If someday I return to La Paz, I will definitely stay at the Hotel Mitru Sur again! It's absolutely fantastic!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazing with great views. The rooftop bar and spa area are very relaxing spaces. I had a hot tub in my room with was amazing!! The restaurant food is delicious

Good clean upper market hotel, interior starting to feel a bit dated now and many fancy electric controls from the bed side don't work. The bathroom is especially out of date, and don't use the Jacuzzi as it hasn't run since 1985 and produces only rusty water. Hotel has a definite business/corporate feel and restaurants are over priced compared to near by options. Great location, central La Paz and parking under ground (Although this was full with Dakar crew when we stayed). For an upmarket hotel I was disappointed with the service from staff. No options for help with our bags and reception staff we largely unhelpful especially when organising a prebooked shuttle to the airport.

Great location, clean & comfy room, very comfortable beds! I was in the upper room and the view of La Paz was great! Good kitchen staff! Very good room cleaning crews! Thank you to Rosario for her help for calling La Paz Golf Course and coordinating, arranging for my tour guide - she was very helpful. But I also like to say thank you to two front desk staff members (ladies work in morning shift) who were also very helpful!

The staff were super friendly.I want to mention Rosario and Vanessa at reception and Jeremy,Santos,Jorje,Erickson and Juan-both of them-in the dining room.Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean,comfortable and serviced daily....Sleep quality was perfect.

Reception was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Wifi was very good. There was plenty of hot water in the shower / bath. Beds were clean and comfortable and housekeeping was good. Room service was also available and very friendly. Room was large with plenty of cupboard space. There was also a well stocked fridge in the room with water and snacks.

Spacious and well-appointed room, large and clean bathroom. The room even has a small fridge/minibar inside. Staff were always friendly and helpful and we benefited also from the good laundry service (additional charge). Breakfast was Buffet-Style.

We canceled at a different booking because El Rey was so much better -better value, so clean, spacious, terrific breakfast, less touristy location yet super convenient, and very friendly staff. Highly recommend this for the value and even regardless of value.

It’s a totally New Hotel with everything fresh. Hotel is well decorated that each floor has a different theme beauty of Bolivia. Location is super, close to all must visit viewpoints, many bar & restaurants, souvenirs shops & service around. Clean room & cozy bed + nice shower. The owner & staff are all friendly and very helpful, felt extremely welcomed. Nice breakfast with different options, hot tea served in lobby 24 hours. There’s oxygen tank for Emergency, it's absolutely a psychological safety. Reasonable charge for taxi to Todo turismo.

Very individually designed (Bolivian "themed floors and rooms", e.g. Tiwanaku, Salar de Uyuni), large apartment (2 rooms with large bathroom with window). Breakfast room with fantastic almost panoramic view of La Paz and viewing terrace. Good breakfast buffet by Bolivian standards. Central location. Very attentive, friendly staff. (They were very helpful when we felt sick). Very good massage organised by the hotel.

I was a bit concerned with the neighborhood when the taxi dropped us off....didn't look like a very safe location. However, after staying for two days we fell in love with the neighborhood....as lot of energy, great restaurants, and good shopping. The hotel itself was fantastic....each level is decorated with a Bolivian theme, which provides some interesting decor. The staff were very helpful, from getting us a tour to Lake Titicaca at the last minute to arranging a taxi to the airport. The room was very clean and modern. Overall, the hotel was a great pleasure to stay at. There are some great restaurants nearby.

- Perfect location: right in the very center of the city. The Witches’ Market, all the main attractions, and most city tours start just a few steps from the hotel. - Cute design: each floor has its own theme inspired by different regions of Bolivia. + We were given the themed room I had asked for in advance, which was a nice touch. - Spacious rooms: the rooms are large and comfortable. - Friendly staff: everyone at the reception was welcoming and helpful.

I had an incredible stay at Iskanwaya thanks to Rodrigo, the most friendly and helpful host in all of La Paz. The location is close to the main attractions, lots of shops, bars, restaurants and local markets. The room was big, had a lovely view of the city and the bed was super comfortable. Hot water was available all day which is a luxury in Bolivia. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious. Rodrigo helped me with money exchange, booking tours, advice on shopping and lots of other tips to make my stay very comfortable. He also let me use a spare room for free when I arrived very early in the morning. I really can not recommend this place enough. Thank you Rodrigo.

Loved my stay here. Rodrigo was an amazing host, so helpful, so welcoming and very responsive, answered all my questions and worries about arriving late on the bus, and how to book my onward travel. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal. Felt safe and in the thick of La Paz. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

Nice, clean hotel. Location is very central. We were on the 3rd floor and didn't have any problem with noise and had a brilliant view of the city. The host is very helpful and spoke perfect English. We arrived very early after a night bus and we were allowed to use a spare room until our room was available to check in which we are so grateful for. The mango juice at breakfast was lovely, the rest was simple bread and eggs but very nice and usual in Bolivia. We got our washing done with the hostel and it came back very quick, clean and smelling very fresh

Good location, close to shops, restaurants and local sights. Rodrigo the manager is amazing and super helpful, I really appreciated his attentiveness and kindness. My room was spacious and had a nice view of the city, the bed was very comfortable and hot water was easily available. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious.

We loved Casa Fusion! It is a charming boutique hotel decorated with beautiful art – all part of their gallery in a quiet, safe neighbourhood of La Paz, offering great value and comfort.  Our room was on the larger size with a comfortable bed, a sofa and desk, and great bathroom (good water pressure). Extra bonus that we could even see the famous La Paz sign from our window. The location is very convenient—you are just 3 minutes from the Sopocachi teleférico (cable car) station and close to restaurants, ATMs, and park. Breakfast was delicious and served in their sunny cafe area that also turns into a dessert spot in the afternoons . Their inhouse coconut bakery makes delicious cakes and pastries! The staff were very friendly and helpful and all their recommndations and help really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Casa Fusion is well situated in a neighborhood 1 block from the yellow teleférico station. The hotel is very comfortable and is currently highlighting the beautiful artwork of Bolivian artist Orlando Arias. The rooms are not overly decorated, but the beds are comfortable, the comforters are cozy, there’s plenty of hot water for the shower, and the room is very clean. Breakfast is included and excellent. I like the unique way of ordering the night before - we receive a WhatsApp link to an order form where we indicate what we would like to order (my son especially likes the included pastries!), what time you would like to eat your meal, and whether you want ro eat it in the cafe or your room. The breakfast is then made to your specifications the next day. While all of this is wonderful, what really makes Casa Fusion shine is their staff. Without exception, every single staff member we’ve encountered has gone above and beyond to help us and answer our questions with such kindness. Communication before and throughout our stay has been outstanding. Highly recommend.

Lovely clean hotel in safe neighbourhood with easy walk to many restaurants, supermarket and teleferico station. Heating in rooms overnight, hot showers and comfy beds. Generous breakfast. Staff were really helpful, particularly Pablo, and kept our bags while we went to Uyuni, allowed us early check in when we got back (for a fee but so so worth it after overnight bus) and helped with whatever questions we had.

We stayed 4 nights and everything was perfect. The rooms are spacious and very clean. You can choose your breakfast the day before so it can be varied and adapted to you. The staff is very attentive from start to finish, we sincerely thank them. The hotel is located 30 seconds from the cable car which is very practical and you feel completely safe. we recommend 100%

We LOVED this place! We want to give a special shout out to the girls at the reception! They were so so friendly and nice when we arrived super early. They also stored our luggage when we went to Uyuni for a couple of days. They generally did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable! ❤️ The beds are very comfortable, the shower is amazing, the breakfast is delicious, its quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. We would give this hotel 100 stars if we could. Great job guys 👏👏👏

I loved the beauty, charm and peacefulness of El Museo - every detail was wonderful! The rooms were spacious, warm and very comfortable and I appreciated the 24 hour coffee and coca tea bar that was available. Breakfast was also delicious and there is a lovely terrace patio as well as the dining room and cozy living room to enjoy at your leisure. Everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful, answering all of our questions and helping us to book transportation to and from the airport or bus terminal.

A great place to stay in the Sopcachi area of the city. The place is on a very quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. It’s a lovely property, wooden floors, nice patio area and even a little museum! There are free drinks in the dining room that you can have at anytime(coffee, tea, coca infusion, hot chocolate). The room was perfect, comfortable, clean and spacious bathroom. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful.

Amazing personnel, very helpful and friendly. Location is nice with good cafes around. Room is clean and spacious with a beautiful view in a mountain. Breakfast is varied and good. Water, coffee and tea available all the time at the lobby.

The hotel is in good walking distance to the city center and most of the "must see" places. A quiet area, we felt safe there when walking home even in the night. The staff is amazing and so very sweet and friendly - they were helpful at any time (e.g. early or lat check in). They prepared us breakfast bags when we left the hotel early for a tour. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, bread, cheese and freshly made eggs.

One of my best hotel stays ever! The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything so well thought out. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the atmosphere quiet, and the individual heating/cooling in the room made the stay perfect. The staff is incredibly professional, kind, and helpful, always going the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The breakfast buffet is delicious and varied, with an amazing view of La Paz. The location is convenient and safe, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. The hotel was also value for money. Overall, a fantastic experience — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff were super friendly, the room was spacious, clean and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! They even had an egg station where they would make eggs any way you wanted with whichever ingredients you wanted. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant for dinner as well. The food and views were perfect. The hotel is also located quite close to some main attractions like the Murilo square and the cable cars

Spacious room with two comfortable double beds, plenty of storage, rain shower with strong water pressure and hot water, good bathroom amenities, and really good satellite tv. Restaurant on top floor with fantastic views - good breakfast options and we had lunch/dinner a couple times too. Staff were very friendly and reception was helpful in organising a taxi to airport. Our flight was early morning so we got a boxed breakfast to take with us. We also could leave our larger luggage when we went to Uyuni for 3 nights. We could buy water and other beverages and snacks in reception too.

Everything! Location quiet, clean,comfortable rooms. The breakfast at the rooftop with an amazing view of La Paz;was delicious and different everyday. They stored our luggage when we went for the 3days Uyuni trip and also packed breakfast for us. The staff were so friendly and help and the last day we had to leave for the airport at 3:30am and arranged taxi for us. Really amazing stay :)

The room was amazing. We had the familie suite and the bed was super big! The bathroom was very clean and worked amazing. The breakfast was basic but good! the lady that works there asks you every day what kind of eggs you want. In the evening the breakfast area turns into a crepe restaurant that has amazing crepes! All of the staff employees were super friendly and very helpfull! If im ever in la paz again i would come here. The location was very safe aswell and close to some restaurants and a good supermarket.

I arrived at 10pm and was warmly greeted by the night security. After checking me in and carrying my bag up to my room, he very kindly brought me a flask of hot water and a mug - as I'd asked. It was no trouble for him and he asked if I wanted tea or coffee instead. I had the hottest shower of my life - having to use the cold tap too! (Hot water at the sink too.) I had a very effective heater in the room, and with the comfortable mattress and pillow, and top quality bedding, I slept very well. Breakfast is served from 7 - 9. There was plenty of choice: Cereals (cornflakes for gluten free). Fresh fruit (kiwi, melon, watermelon, banana) Fresh fruit juice (pineapple, papaya) A variety of breads (all with gluten) Tea, coffee, hot water. Milk, yogurt. Eggs cooked to order (fried, scrambled, ommlette) The staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a garden area to sit and relax. It's a 10 minute walk to Plaza Sucre (Plaza san Pedro by the prison) where you can take a 3 hour walking tour for 20 Bolivianos. Being out of the centre is more inconvenient than I'd have imagined. It's a lot of effort to pop back to the hotel after a day of sight-seeing and before eating dinner, and the tours won't collect you from here. So it's either a lot of hilly walking or taking taxis - or as I did, a combination of the two. Taxi from the centre is 15-20 Bolivianos. At $54 per night (which includes a 10% discount) I think it's overpriced.

Our room was large, clean and very comfortable, with a great king-size bed and good WiFi. The property/building was cute and very well-maintained. All of the staff were super nice!! The best surprise was breakfast- really quite amazing for a hotel breakfast with the option of a fresh hot omelette! Also, the kitchen space is a French creperie at night. I don’t think it’s part of the hotel but the crepes are amazing and very authentic, so be sure to eat there. I would definitely stay at Anami again!!!

Our room was relatively large and very clean. The hotel staff were able to accommodate our request for a room with a queen-sized bed, which was quite comfortable with lots of blankets. We visited in the winter so it got cold at night (below 0C), but a provided space heater helped keep us warm. The bathroom was extremely clean, and the shower had very quick hot water. The provided breakfast was tasty and a welcome start to the day. The hotel itself is an old home, which makes for a very cool space. The outdoor area was also lovely, and if we weren't spending all day exploring La Paz we would've enjoyed spending some time relaxing in the courtyard. The staff were all so kind and friendly, and were willing to go the extra mile storing luggage and calling taxis for us. The location was perfect, just a couple blocks away from the best dining in Sopocachi and about a ten-minute walk to the nearest Mi Teleferico station.

I can't Rate Anami highly enough. the staff were amazing so nice and helpfull. the room was big and spotless. hot showers, towels provided, tasty breakfast & free tea/ coffee constantly. Nice location, walking distance to restaurants as well as the San Pedro Plaza. Beds were so comfortable. felt like luxury.

I chose Rosario La Paz primarily for its location. Illampu area is where you'll find the Witches Market, loads of tour agencies, enough restaurants to keep you going, an English pub for a quiet beer and the walk to the Red Line of the Telerifico is only about 20 minutes. Of course strolling downhill from the hotel area to the centre of La Paz is easy. Coming back it's naturally all uphill though! The hotel itself has permanent doormen for security, its own travel service based at reception. It has a lift (elevator) which is great for a hotel of this altitude. I chose to carry my bags up a couple of flights - mistake as I was sucking for breath afterwards ! Room was spacious, bed comfortable, in room safe worked well, shower eventually turned hot. The restaurant served an ample choice for breakfast and I ate there for dinner twice in my five days. The restaurant was very good, loved the llama in mustard and pea sauce accompanied by quinua risotto. You can go much cheaper than this with so many hostels in LaPaz, but If looking for a well located, secure, mid range hotel option, then Rosario deserves consideration. Would I stay agin there - absolutely yes.

The staff were always attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean, pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the pre 6.30am option useful, however fresh milk in a thermos would have been nice for tea, coffee and cereal..... the provision of the latter without milk seemed an oversight. The restaurant food was reasonably priced and nicely presented, however some dishes did not live up to their menu descriptions, were overly sweet and the taste balance a bit out.

Loved the location. As soon as you step outside the hotel you are in the hustle and bustle of downtown and a 5 minute walk to the Witches Market. The reception staff were absolutely amazing so kind and helpful and very good English. Such a comfortable, clean hotel and peaceful inside. The breakfast was also really good. The only downfall was the coffee however there is a little coffee stand 1 min from the hotel and Cafe Del Mundo 2 blocks away.

When we arrived in el alto airport the altitude made me a little quesy. 13200 feet. The hotel is 1000 lower so I felt a little better. The street appearnce wasn’t inviting but the moment I stepped inside I knew I was in a great hotel. Exceptionally clean! The staff was very efficient, and friendly. They have matte de coca for altitude sickness . always brewing. Great WiFi, the best WiFi since home. They woke us up on time, 3:10 am and breakfast was ready. After a quick breakfast we went to the lobby and our taxi was waiting as planned. They screen the taxi drivers and use reputable ones. The ride to the airport was without incident and the negocated price paid. We look forward to staying again. Two thumbs up

Hotel staff were friendly and responsive to our requirements. They helped us to arrange for an early check in (which is a paid option but that's fine I guess), along with a reasonably priced airport transfer. They even offer a breakfast box for guests like us who had an early flight and couldn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We had issues with a leaky shower head and unstocked shampoo but those issues were resolved very quickly. The hotel also has a nice lobby lounge with an assortment of tea which is very nice. Wifi was strong. Location is very central.

The hotel has a very convenient central location near the witches market, not far from San Francisco Plaza. My room was comfortable, a good size and had a great shower. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but Lili is a superstar and made my stay so much better with her expert knowledge of the hotel, the city and the tours available and she is a lovely person too. Thank you Lili! The hotel has a restaurant, but I only had breakfast there. Breakfast is quite basic but there is a nice view of the city from the restaurant. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The hotel is located on a very busy, loud, chaotic yet fascinating street. There is some noise no matter which room you have but hey, that's La Paz! My room was comfortable, clean, modern and certainly big enough. A great shower with no shortage of hot water and even a heater for when the nights got chilly (which they do). Breakfast, while not the Ritz, was certainly plentiful, fresh and filling. You will definitely enjoy eating your breakfast on the 9th floor with great views of the city! The staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. Would not hesitate staying here again.

Really amazed by the warm hospitality of the staffs at Qantu. Roger was so helpful during check in, he patiently helped us set up wifi on our phones, connected us to travel agency which makes booking tours so convenient and helped us arrange taxi to go to bus station. We felt so well taken care of during our stay at Qantu. The breakfast was phenomenal with amazing view of La Paz city. Great selection of breakfast with made to order eggs! Centrally located. We appreciate water and coffee are available at the lobby. We fill up our water bottle everyday before we go out to explore the city, this help us save up a lot of time to buy water. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Rooms are modern and clean. Very comfortable beds! Loved the bathroom - excellent shower with great pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived at 6.30am and our room was ready - we just had to pay a little extra to check in early. They helped us arrange a taxi to the airport after our stay too. Good location and we could walk to wherever we needed to. Delicious breakfast! Drinking water readily available at all hours in reception.

bathroom is very clean, water pressure is stable, I feel comfortable when taking a shower.the bed is comfortable. the breakfast is delicious, I live here for five days, every day I really looking forward to enjoy breakfast!

I liked the location. My room, on the 5th floor, had French windows on to the street below which I loved. The views were amazing. I had to accept that it was a bit noisy but ear plugs sorted that. My room had a double bed but it could only really accommodate one person once you have your luggage etc. only one side if the bed had a bedside table. There was sockets for charging items. There was a heater for cold days & nights. The shower was hot and powerful. The hotel itself was quiet. I used the stairs to get me used to the altitude. The hallways and walls had lovely colourful murals. The breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. The staff every morning were very busy and helpful. The breakfast room is on the top floor with a colourful balcony with an incredible view of the city. All staff were very friendly & helpful especially Luis on the main reception. There’s a kettle in reception for on tap hot drinks. Plenty of sofas and a library too. The lift is very useful for a 6 story hotel. The cleaners were great. I loved my stay here. I could walk everywhere from the front door. So much so I stayed longer. I couldn’t be bothered to go to Uyuni.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast at the terrace with beautiful view. The room was spacious with nice bathroom and hot water. The staff was amazing and spoke English. When I had health problems they helped us to call a doctor. Downstairs you can always get coca tea and buy bottles of water. Location was also perfect. And wifi was working great

Amazing breakfast with a great roof terrace. Very tasty with lots of great options. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Great shower. They kept my bags whilst I was out for the day before checking in which was much appreciated. Also arranged me an airport transfer. Late check out time.

Great location (minutes away from Witches market and lots of nice restaurants!). Lovely breakfast and gave us a takeaway breakfast for our early departure! Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Lovely views from breakfast area!

Staff were friendly and really helpful. They helped us arrange multiple taxis with safe drivers, and there was someone at the front desk 24/7. We used this hotel as a base for a week while we explored La Paz, Uyuni, and Copacabana. It was very affordable and we really enjoyed unpacking here and then taking small overnight bags for our other trips. We had lots of early morning starts and there was always someone to help us at the front desk. The room was clean with a good shower. The location is excellent, right by the witches market, which has lots of restaurants and bars.

The hostel was very cosy, clean and quiet. The mattresses, the pillows and the blankets are super comfortable. I had a private bathroom, who was very clean and comfortable. I was almost 3 weeks there. The whole hostel was all the time very quiet and I slept very well. There is a rooftop-restaurant and -bar. The food was nice (there are some vegetarian options) and there is a beautiful view on La Paz. The staff on the reception was very kind and all the time very helpful. They were open for all my questions and all the time, when I went somewhere or when I came home, we had nice conversations in spanish and english. They offer a laundry service and you can buy water in the hostel. There is 24/7 reception and the staff was all day and all night kind and helpful. I can really recommend the Iskay Boutique Hostel!

the location is perfect and so is the view from the bedrooms - panoramic view over the city of la Paz. the breakfast/bar area is very cosy, always light, it’s very relaxing to come read a book or have a drink there. opposite to other comments read we found that the included breakfast was nice and tasty - and for those raging not to have a bigger one you really only need to pay 10-25 bob extra to get a fantastic huge breakfast that you could even share with 2. laundry service and luggage storage available.

The hostel is in a very central part of La Paz, very clean and with the rooftop having an amazing view of the city. I arrived earlier and since I was leaving before the breakfast time the following morning they offered to give me the breakfast the moment I arrived there. All people were very kind and ready to help, but the free walking tour of Johnny should not be missed! It is well surrounded with the historical highlights and locations, and I would have definitely missed if not following him! He would even do the tour with me alone, which I find amazing(on the way we found one of my former cotravelers and we were two). Amazing stories, thank you so muchhh!

Highly recommend Iskay! Comfortable, clean rooms; great rooftop restaurant with a solid breakfast included; central location close to bus terminal; really kind and helpful staff at the front desk. We also did same day laundry priced by the kilo and found it really convenient. Good wifi as well. Would happily stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Boutique Vivenzo, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The hospitality was truly amazing from start to finish. The facility is top-notch, with spacious, impeccably clean rooms that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast service was a highlight, offering a wide variety of dishes and fresh juices that made every morning delightful. Special mention to the breakfast crew, especially a young lady whose name I unfortunately don't recall. Her warm smile and eagerness to assist guests were remarkable and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to acknowledge Alvaro Huanca for his exemplary customer service and communication skills. His command of English was impressive, especially considering how rare it was to find English-speaking staff in La Paz. His enthusiasm for learning and communicating in English was truly commendable. Alvaro also provided invaluable advice on what to do and avoid during our stay, ensuring we felt comfortable and well-informed. Overall, Hotel Boutique Vivenzo excels in both hospitality and service, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting La Paz. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, heating, hot water, left luggage, nice breakfast, nice views from breakfast room. Staff helpful. There is also a nice coffee shop, restaurant, bar on the corner called Bronze. Tour groups know hotel for easy pick up. There are tour agencies and laundry near by.

Location of the hotel is convenient for walking to all attractions. La Paz is at a high altitude, so it is advisable to take it easy for the 1st day. We stayed 3 days (3rd day was a late check out at 8 pm and the hotel charged a pro-rated room price that we thought was reasonably priced) Breakfast staff is very cheerful and helpful. However we thought the breakfast room need 2 staff when there are more guests. It is tough for one staff to take egg orders and still need to make toasted ham & cheese bread. Quality of breakfast is more important than quantity. The fruit, coffee and tea were very good. We interacted with 3 front desk staff , all could speak good English and the best is the one who worked at night on 23 November. She served with a pleasant smile and even went out to the street to get us a taxi at 7 pm. The hotel room is spacious with adequate furniture. Shower pressure is good, just a bit tricky to balance to the right water temperature. The hotel has many local eateries close by. Overall, this is a good value hotel and we recommend it as your base in La Paz.

The room was large and spacious and the hotel exceptionally clean. The location was super, just a few blocks from the main Square and all of the attractions in the downtown but on a very quiet street. The breakfast was exceptional with a great selection. This hotel provided us with exceptional value and in fact we have already rebooked our next day.

The location is on a side street, but close to the palace and within walking distance of most restaurants and sights. All the staff could speak good English and were helpful with any query I had. Special thanks to Velasquez who helped me purchase a ticket for the football game I was going to, as the website wouldn't accept my cards. There was breakfast every morning and the lady there was helpful and friendly, good wifi, which there isn't too much of in Bolivia and for the price I would definitely recommend. The only thing was the walls are quite thin, so if you are a light sleeper it may be difficult, but not really the hotel's fault :-)
