Excellent range of breakfast food and drinks…something for all ages, and staff on hand cleaning and restocking. Comfortable tables/chairs and high chairs available. TV was on…not intrusive and also view of swimming pool from breakfast area. Clean comfortable room. Option to access gym and small pool…both looked clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking and luggage trollies available.

The breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for us. Nice to have coffee in room. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

WOW forget about points earned, they have a self-serve PANCAKE MACHINE, which should merit 5-stars alone! This crowd pleasing miracle of culinary automation is one of several nice surprises at this HIX. Just beyond the front-desk is a very well thought out breakfast bar which is furnished nicely, perfect for people watching and relaxing. Assigned staff are constantly replenishing the incredile selection hot/cold items. I was truly impressed by the 5-star stellar service I received from every employee I interacted with here. I had far more genuine and thoughtful attention than recent stays at higher end chains. HIX Indio CA is literally just down the road from Fantasy Springs Casino, and this location would be convenient to stay for Coachella Music Fest, Stagecoach, BNP pro tennis, etc. and is close to Palm Springs. I was disappointed by the small pool and patio area. However...the rooms are larger than other comparable chains.The bed was verrrrry comfy with those nice "hotel" sheets with a great mix of large pillows. There is a desk, TV unit with drawers, tables. and large easy chair that had uncomfortable fabric. The bathroom is ok. Every room has a NICE MINI-Fridge with a drawer in the bottom chill area and..a separate FREEZER section. Now if they only had a microwave.... This HIX does allow pets for $30 per night. Note: all guests with pets will be on the first floor. I was surprised by all the good things here.

The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly & courteous. We felt safe there. My only negative remark would be they don't offer recycling containers in the rooms. Breakfast was a standard hotel hot breakfast.

Easy check in with friendly staff. The property was clean and well kept. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Everything was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was sparkling clean. The breakfast had a lovely variety and all that I tasted was good. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Excellent service. The check-in clerk was friendly and super helpful. Aurura with housekeeping was also incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I'd stay here again if I were in the area. I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my stay was.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Homewood. Everyone clearly works very hard to make the hotel clean, well maintained and comfortable. The hotel was incredibly busy as it was between Christmas and new year and that meant breakfast was slammed but they worked hard to keep up with demand! Recommend for families. The pool area was fun! Very clean!

The entire staff was friendly and attentive. I usually wont book a pet friendly hotel but i didnt realize it was until i arrived. However, I would stay there again because if the amazing staff. From the front desk staff who greeted us with a huge smile and warm welcome, to the employee ensuring breakfast items were replenished while engaging in a friendly conversation with us, to the lady vacumming the hallway and quickly stopping to let us pass by. This is the type of service that one wishes for but rarely attains

Everything, I love everything from this place , extremely clean, great location, parking onsite available, easy access to stores, restaurants, etc. pool clean and with enough space for the families, BBQ area very clean, staff friendly and always willing to help , front desk kind explained details, gym small but basic and clean, shampoo and conditioner great, pet and animal service welcome, I had my best weekend in La Quinta and Hilton hotels never disappoint, 🐶🌸❤️

Bed was comfortable and the room had lots of space. Pool/Jacuzzi very nice. Breakfast was good, but could improve on the pastries-they looked sad and dry. The orange juice was not very good. Could add more fresh fruit to the spread. Staff is always outstanding. Especially Henry and Jasmine in the breakfast area. They are truly exceptional. Good walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a park across the street. I did not use the spa but if I had more time, I would have gotten a massage.

What a fabulous hotel . We’ve stayed here before but this was even better than the last time . Room 231 had a Mountain View and a great patio to have our early morning coffee . Breakfast was great with a wonderful selection as you’d expect of ES . I had toast with avocado and fresh tomatoes . Omelette and wonderful fresh eggs . Henry at breakfast and Isaih were so friendly . We stayed in for dinner one night and had fish & chips which was cooked just right although 5 small pieces of fish was far too much and we could have shared a meal .The Canadian server was so friendly . Great pool with lots of pool chairs and umbrellas . Stunning views . Fabulous area where you walk into old town La Quinta in the evening for a meal . Couple of small niggles . They give you breakfast tea bags in your room but no milk . When I enquired at reception I was told they don’t do milk and I should use coffee creamer !! Can’t say that to an English woman . ! So I asked Seymour at the bar and he gave me some . And there is no kitchen towel in the room so nothing to wipe the sides with when you make coffee .(They don’t do that either apparently ) So I used a face cloth from the bathroom instead Michael & Seymour at the bar were great . All in all a fab place and we will be back

We enjoyed an evening and early morning at this comfortable hotel. The lobby, restaurant and elevator with a view of the restaurant while inside are all beautifully designed...appears to be recently remodeled, is pretty and spotlessly clean. The same can be said for our room. We had a nice, hot shower and comfortable bed to sleep on. The complimentary, full breakfast with made-to-order egg dishes was appreciated and enjoyed. And the staff at check-in and at the breakfast were friendly and helpful.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. A few rowdy residence at the hotel, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. But I think it’s realistic not to expect a great breakfast at the Embassy suites. It was nice that they have snack time in the afternoon where you had fresh vegetables, some dips, coffee, and random snack snacks. The setting is very comfortable and cozy and clean. The pool was not very clean, but I don’t think they can help it due to the amount of trees around it and the bugs in the area.

Comfortable, clean, the room was definitely large enough to move around well. The pool & Jacuzzi were enjoyable. Breakfast was great, nice variety of food.

Great value for the money. We stayed for a week. Location is just off I-10 and convenient to everywhere in the valley. Room A/C works great ( it was 118 degrees outside). Breakfast buffet was extremely well organized and maintained. The lady in charge of the buffet constantly keeps the multiple offerings stocked, coffee replenished, tables cleared, etc. Room was very clean with high ceilings, lots of cabinet space, great water pressure in shower. Dog owners; this is the desert Southwest. In the Summertime, it gets extremely hot. You can walk your dog in areas surrounding the hotel, but they are not grassy. An excellent city owned 'University Dog Park' is within view of the hotel. It is grassy and fenced in for big/little dogs @ 74802 University Park Dr Palm Desert.

+ We stayed there for only 1 night within our roadtrip. Perfect location. Central and near from most of the activities. The Main Street of downtown Palm Springs, the Indian Canyons, Living Desert and highway between LA and Phoenix were just minutes away by car. + The guy at the reception was really friendly and helpful. He got us a baby crib as requested. + Room was very big and huge bathroom. Everything was Clean, modern with big comfortable bed. + Free parking lot with lot of available spaces. + Breakfast included was OK. + Pool that we could not try it because of the season. + Few restaurants/fast foods around the area.

This property is very new, fresh, clean and spacious. The king room, although facing the road was so quiet and everything from bed linen to shower amenities, coffee facilities and in room safe/refrigerator were all welcomed features and very much appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day and although Technology Drive is an up and coming area with some areas not yet built upon, the area is perfect for a road trip stop off but also an affordable stay in an otherwise affluent and wealthy suburb of Palm Springs. Would recommend this hotel 5****

Just got back from an incredible weekend getaway at the JW Marriott in Palm Desert, and I’m already itching to go back! This place is totally amazing. The facility is stunning—super clean, modern, and just has that luxe vibe without feeling stuffy. The staff? Everyone was so friendly and on top of things, making the whole stay seamless and relaxing. The highlight for us was the gorgeous lake right outside the hotel. It’s connected to the property, and you can hop on a boat ride that starts inside the lobby—how cool is that? We took the boat at sunset, and let me tell you, the views were unreal. The sky was all pinks and purples, reflecting on the water. Total magic. Food-wise, the hotel’s got some solid options. We loved Rockwood Grill—highly recommend grabbing a table there for dinner. The sunset views are next-level, and you get to watch the swans gliding by on the lake. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to linger with a glass of wine. Honestly, this place nailed it for a quick escape from LA. It’s the perfect mix of chill and fancy, and we’re already planning our next trip. JW Marriott in Palm Springs never fails. I’ve stayed here over the years—13 years ago, 6 years ago, and now—and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The rooms have been nicely updated, and the bathrooms were fully renovated, which was a great touch. Modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff? Absolutely top-tier. Everyone had a smile, and the energy was genuinely warm and welcoming. What really stood out was how they treated our kids—with love, kindness, and real respect. That kind of vibe is rare, and it’s exactly why this resort has my loyalty. A small moment that really impressed me: my kids wanted to play soccer, so I asked if they had a ball. Not only did they hand one over with a smile, but when I offered my ID as collateral, they simply said, “No need—just enjoy your time and bring it back when you’re done.” That’s the kind of service that feels old-school in the best way. That’s gangster in the most respectful, classy sense. I loved it—and my kids did too. The pool areas were super clean and well maintained. Yes, service poolside could be a bit quicker, but overall, no complaints. Our rooms were connecting, which made it easy for the kids to hang out together while the adults snuck off for a well-deserved drink at the bar. Win-win.

It is enormously large facility with restaurants, Starbucks, excellent fitness, golf course and a few activities for children. The breakfast buffet was nice enough and room was clean and spacious. The hotel basically offers everything to make stay comfortable and fun. The location is easy access from Palm Desert and many shops are nearby. Our family really enjoyed staying.

Called and was able to check in early. Adam was very helpful. Able to put us in 330 which is far from the street, elevator and ice machine noise. Had a nice view of the mountains too. we arrived on Thursday and Adam noted that the Village fest was Thursday evening in answer to where we could go and walks around and see what the area was all about. Village fest was just what we wanted, people walking around with arts crafts and food booths in down town Palm Springs. The place is brand new so everything if fresh. We only stayed for two nights so no housekeeping. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was ample however being new they are working out the kinks. For instance Friday morning hot breakfast was scrambled eggs and two breakfast sandwiches with cheese, egg and sausage one on croissant on on bagel . Tasty for sure, however on Saturday the hot breakfast scrambled eggs, as Swiss cheese quiche and a Swiss cheese and eggs bagel sandwich. No meat. Seems like they could have flip flopped an item. This wouldn’t keep me from returning. I loved the place and hope to return when in the area.

Love the Residence Inn in La Quinta! This was our third time staying here - second time with our pup. Everyone is so friendly, lots of space and storage in the room, clean, and probably the nicest shower I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Full cooked breakfast in the morning was so-so, but the coffee is wonderful. Dog friendly huge plus too. Close to La Quinta Spa, Jackalope Ranch, Shields Date Shack and a lot of golf courses. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very easy to get to. It’s very clean outside area is a large pool area fire pit area, golf putting area and it’s very nice. The room was very clean very comfortable very large. The staff is very nice all of them. The breakfast they offered was so many choices And the people that were preparing the breakfast were so nice as well and very clean.

Honestly one of the best smaller hotels i been to. Only downside i can say is the pool is kind of small. Other than that the breakfast was great and easy to get. The rooms were nice and modern. The hotel itself was clean and kept up nice. Good amount of hangout spots to chill or do work. Nice ballroom if need for any occasion! Don’t be fooled it may look small but this hotel beats a lot of resorts i been to. For reference I'm mid 20s and was here for anniversary and it was perfect. This hotel is amazing for the older audience as well!

I booked a very last minute reservation while driving from LA heading to Tucson and I’m very glad we stopped by and chose this hotel. The check in was very smooth and the person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. My toddlers wanted to check out the pool and he gave us the room closer. The room was actually very spacious and my toddlers were so happy! The common area such as pool/jacuzzi, dining area and gym are very clean and it was actually very nice for the price we paid for. The pool was even heated and I wasn’t expecting it at all. Bonus! They even got comp breakfast with hot items including omelets and 2 different flavored waffles (plain and cinnamon) and we couldn’t be happier! We are so satisfied and will definitely be back if we ever drive to the direction again in the future. Thank you!

I would definitely stay here again because all staff were polite friendly professional I felt welcomed and whenever I needed to ask a question they always had a smile on their face and was happy to answer my questions I check for bed bugs and how clean the beds are because we travel a lot due to my girlfriends cousin being a rapper and I was impressed no bed bugs white sparkly clean bed sheets I was overly satisfied with that the way you offer Natural soap in the shower and made it short friendly plus plus plus the rooms are big a lot of space the gym pool ironing board bbq grill vanity mirror and chair I was so impressed if you could fix those 2 small things I would give you a perfect score and let me just say the waffle process DONT ever get rid of it that was one of my absolute favorite things and the juice and coffee stations I loved it oatmeal and muffins were so yummy the girl that checked us in she needs a raise she was awesome and so amazing she shocked me with how helpful and nice she was to us because you can’t find people like her at any other hotel because they are usually not nice and I’m sorry I can’t remember her name because I’m bad with names but you can check the date and time and know exactly who I’m talking about DONT ever let her go she is what helps your hotel she helps the customers to keep coming back because I will definitely come back because of her so wonderful she is truly 🤗 ❤️❤️🤗

Stayed here for weekend 2 of Coachella. Hotel was very clean and very quiet even though it’s next to a motorway, plenty of free parking onsite. 24 hr self serve laundry at cost of $1:75 per wash. It was a godsend. Room was pretty spacious and had a decent shower, tv, fridge and microwave. Only room gripe was there was no in room safe. Good choice at breakfast however plates, cups and cutlery were all single use throw away so was not a very green option. Would prefer if proper plates etc were used instead. Staff on front desk were very welcoming and helpful. Large Walmart, general shops and coffee shops all in short walking distance.

We just got back from a two night stay at the Hampton Inn in Indio, California. It was an excellent stay. The property seems very new. Check in was a breeze. Check in time was 3 PM but we arrived early - about 12:30 PM . The front desk clerk checked and they had a room available – the room was actually a bit of an upgrade as it was on the top floor. The room was very large – the bathroom was well lit and had lots of counter space. TV was large and worked well. Bed was king sized and very stable – we loved it. Wi-Fi worked perfectly and was quite fast. The A/C and heat both worked perfectly - easy to adjust with a wall mounted thermostat. The room was clean and very quiet, Breakfast was typical Hampton – small omelettes, hash browns, sausages, porridge, cereals, toast and bagels, and a waffle maker. Coffee and juice. Lots of parking. Lots of shopping and restaurants within about 1/2 mile. Probably a bit too far to walk. The only complaint was that they only clean the rooms every other day. That’s fine for making the bed, but we needed replacement towels. When I phoned the front desk in the evening, they had fresh towels for us within about 5 minutes. So all in all a great stay.

We always stay at this hotel for just one night on our way from LAX to PHX, and we love it here. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, the beds comfy and clean. Air-con is working properly. The breakfast is slightly better than in other hotels, with options such as warm porridge and fresh fruit, as well as the option to make your own waffles. It's also very well located for our purposes, not far from the highway (but still very quiet and peaceful) and with free parking.Everything is nice and of good value for your money and if you want to explore the area, the location of the hotel is a good starting point.

This is our second time staying at the hotel, first time after the renovation. They did a great job with they style, decor and service. Our only complaint was we booked a villa so we could have a jacuzzi and it was broken half the time we were there. Once they fixed it, it still had algae in it and we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Other than that the staff was great, helpful and very nice. The resort fees are insane so make sure you calculate that into your stay.

We had at great stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. They had a crib setup for me upon arrival which was nice! We enjoyed the pools, slides and relaxing around the lazy river. We had 3 kids so renting a cabana was worth the money to escape the heat and rest! Brunch was delicious and we felt affordable Valet - they work so hard and had our car ready quickly after texting. Check out was a zoo but I felt like they kept things moving as best as they could with people coming and going We do wish the restaurants were more kid appropriate. Menus were unique with kids options but not a deal breaker for the single guest visiting

Nice, large resort with transportation to and from the Indian Wells tennis tournament in March. Perfect location for the purpose of our trip. Our room was mid century modern room with a sunken living room and patio overlooking one of the pool areas. Coffee shop was an easy way for us to get good coffee and quick breakfast every morning. Parking is an absolute rip off- only complaint. Would stay again.

The property was great for families of all ages. We had teenagers and they had an awesome time! The pool staff was very attentive, even in the 115 degree temperature. On site restaurants were delicious, and location was perfect to great restaurants at the El Paseo, and super easy to get an uber to downtown Palm Springs. Can't wait for our next stay!

Everything was great. The only thing that could use improvement is the dining options. The pool restaurant for lunch was great. The market was good for snacks, but I feel like more options for breakfast would be an improvement. Dinner was ok, but not amazing. There are lots of great restaurants close by though.

What I liked about the property is that is was clean, service was excellent, quick and prompt service always. My one bedroom studio was a nice size and the walk in closet was super helpful to keep my luggage and hanging clothes. The surrounding area of the hotel was good location and views of the mountains were great. What I would change - I was surprised that the pool area was only 3 feet. I didn't see that stated on the website and may have been a deal breaker for me to stay at this hotel with a family of all adults. The hotel needs more jacuzzis with less kids in them or adult only time. Too many small kids dominated the jacuzzi's including kids with diapers which was a huge turn off. (btw- I'm a mom of two boys). Also, more options for dining than just Cava and My Place which I never ate at becuase it never seemed to be open at the right times. Need to have a buffet breakfast.

This is a lovely property. The rooms have all been updated and are tasteful, large and comfotable. The bathrooms large and the shower terrific. Beds and linens topnotch. Unfortunately, the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors who woke us up for two mornings and during the afternoon. The staff are amazing - friendly,warm and competent. The bakery is excellent especially for a light breakfast - the only thing missing is fresh orange juice (which they also did not have in the restaurant.) The Restaurant "Cava" is OK - servers are excellent, especially Oskar and Verigin. But the food is hit and miss - some dishes very good, others, not so. The sushi in "The Place" is excellent. Major problem is that they allow smoking on the patio outside theplace and we were driven away by the cigar smoke which also drifts onto the pool deck so that we had to move chairs because of the odor. We were very surpised thatbtis is not a non-smking facility as we have not been in ahotel with smokers for a very long time. Finally, music is played incessantly - in the restaurant (we could not hear our converation on eevening) and around the pool. It should be quiet music and lower if at all. The grounds are lovely but there is nthing within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a large resort style hotel and there is a lot going on. The rooms were great, spacious and beds comfy. Nice views. The general areas and pool area were very nice. We were travelling with children and they loved the pool, hot tub, the ping pong and football tables, tennis and basketball courts and the arcade (it is not huge). We didn’t try the escape room, bike hire or kids club! We found it a very lovely and relaxing stay. The bakery is really handy and yummy for a quick breakfast, there is a choice of complementary refreshing waters near reception as you arrive. We ate at the bar for a light snack and the food selection although limited was nice, and the breakfast buffet at Cava was also tasty.

This was the perfect resort for a conference. It is beautiful, there are plenty of restaurants and bars on site and there is plenty to do if your family tags along. The rooms are nice, quiet and comfortable - but nothing fancy. We had a pool view king with "balcony" (narrow and no chairs). I might have been a big disappointed if I'd paid $700 / night for a family vacation - but for a conference it was great. We didn't spend much time in the room and happily checked email and worked in the shade of a palm tree by the pool. The resort is fairly secluded, so you'll need a car if you want to see the Aerial Tramway, Living Zoo, Indian Canyons, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, shopping, etc.. You can only walk or bike to a few restaurants across the street. Consider TURO where you can reserve a car for part of your stay and have it delivered to the resort. We weren't traveling with kids - but it looked like there were lots of things for them to do with the pool, Camp Esmerelda and all of the games like Ping Pong Tables around the property. It's about 30 minutes from the PSP airport. Enjoy!

Room was beautiful and clean, amenities were high quality. Bed was comfortable but pillows were way too soft. Service at restaurant The Place was just okay - two entrees were served 15 minutes before another entree, and another time we were just ignored after we sat down for 10 minutes until we moved to the bar. The breakfast buffet was amazing, location was amazing, housekeeping was fantastic.

I searched for weeks for a hotel with a seating area, heated pool and free hot breakfast within my budget that had decent reviews and I was so excited when I found it!! Throughout the whole weekend visit i was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly and accommodating!! For breakfast they had waffles, eggs and sausage or bacon (the next day), bread, muffins, bagels, yogurt and hardboiled eggs and an assortment of juice. There is coffee and tea available 24 hours. The pool is very small and jacuzzi is big!

Great place to stay, the room we stayed was 2 queens and a sofa bed, room is very clean and has a small fridge, coffee machine and microwave (a plus). We loved it. Checked in lady was very nice and checked out lady was nice as well. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. We all enjoyed the breakfast as well. The hotel is near a grocery store and restaurants as well. Its 30 minutes away from the Tramway but still so worth the stay. We would stay here again.

Staff is incredibly kind and efficient. Breakfast is nice. There were some items in my room, broken valance, broken stool an ripped carpet, Noticeable items in the hallway as well. Lastly the jacuzzi and pool both need resurfaced, badly damaged and damaged my swim suit. I recommend Desert Paradise pools in your area.

I stayed here for a visit with friends in Palm Sprigs, and totally forgot this was Coachella weekend, so the hotel was full of twenty-something concert goers. Nonetheless, the staff at the hotel were prepared, and the hotel was quiet throughout. There was security walking the hotel grounds constantly, my room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel is very convenient to the Interstate. This is a decent property, and is well-maintained. My only complaint was that the pool was a bit dirty and you really could not swim in it. as a result. Plenty of parking, and an above-average breakfast (which they kept open late the next morning to accommodate all of the hung over concert goers.) Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good wifi, spacious room, and I had a very comfortable bed. I would happily stay here again.

Restaurant Grapefruit Basil was great. The outdoor patio was beautiful, surrounded with mature olive trees and lanterns hanging from the trees to provide the perfect lighting. -So cozy and perfect ambiance. Our server Felipe was friendly, knowledgable about the menu and resort, and provided good service. The food was delicious. Can’t wait to come back again to enjoy another dinner!

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a laid-back island vibe that instantly set the tone. The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I had an amazing experience! I loved my room — it had a comfortable king-size bed and was located in Building 8. The view was beautiful, with citrus trees right outside. The food was fantastic as well. We had lunch by the pool, and everything was delicious. The spa was another highlight. I got a massage, and Juan was absolutely great — professional, respectful, and made the experience truly relaxing. Highly recommended!

Good location, clean and modern hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive. We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa and loved everything about it. Everything you need is included. Grounds are clean and pretty.

Cons: daily parking pass charge. Ridiculous this not New York City or South Beach with limited parking it’s a wide open desert. Also lots of construction noise due the water slide park next door being built. This will be a year long project. No filtered water stations. Restaurant only open for dinner. Other than that it was nice. The rooms are nice, comfy and a stocked kitchen so you can cook. Bed is comfy. I was able to plug in my streaming tv box and watch my own content. It’s right along the awesome Desert Willow golf course so I was able to practice putting 😉

The Westin Desert Willow Villas is a stunning property. They called a few weeks before our arrival and asked if we had any special requests. They offered to place us by the quiet pool and that was an exceptional choice. Our suite was very clean and comfortable and we loved the location. Highly recommended!

Stay was just for 1 night but I wish I had more time as room was spacious and clean and the view was amazing. I will opt for this facility next time I’m in Palm Desert.

The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The pools are beautiful and well-maintained, offering a relaxing spot for both adults and kids. I was especially impressed by the food and beverage selection—plenty of delicious options for all tastes. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and never too crowded. The kids’ area is a standout, with a great variety of fun and engaging activities that kept the little ones happy and entertained. On top of it all, the overall value is excellent—you really get a lot for what you pay. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Absolutely love the Shadow Ridge and love that its tucked away on its own area away from the DT City of PS. I fly in twice a year to just stay here with my husband and have family outings here. We flew in for my Daughters Graduation party that never happened due to Covid. Every time I have stayed here, I have been lucky to get the building number that I have asked for, and the rooms are big, spacious and crystal clean. We get the suite with kitchen to hold 6 guests or more. My family loves the Pools and all the activities, tennis, biking, crafts and painting class and Aqua Aerobics. You have to bring your room Yellow Bath towels to the pool as they do not have towels. They have bar and grills at both pool locations, Chuckwalla and Snake. It nice to grab a cool mixed drink and be in the pool with it. They don't allow float devices in any kid's pools, so no floats, but you can have swim floaties on your arms. The adult only pool allows floats. I have a torn ACL as being in the pool and walking close by has helped. The Starbucks at the Clubhouse is perfect to get that early drink before Tee off for Golf.

Stayed here with my 2 kids. The 1 bedroom villa was superb. The kitchen had all the things necessary to cook. It even had a sponge and dish soap. The room was right across the pool which was perfect for the kids. Movies played at the pool were kid friendly too. Transportation was excellent. They give you a number to text and the shuttle picks you up right in front of your room or close enough. Walmart was about 8 min drive. There are many restaurants near by (5-10 min drive). My kids didn't want to leave. Perfect getaway for families. We also enjoyed the magic show on Tuesday evening. The only thing I wish they had was a dine in restaurant. That would have completed my stay. Will definitely be back.

We had a 2 bedroom suite. Nice view of the course which is gorgeous. Kitchen well stocked and had condiments for coffee and small salt/pepper. Everything you’ll need to cook or serve is there Lots of living space - we had two couples there and were very happy. Lots of pools and amenities easy to order food. Not many options for breakfast - and no restaurant for dinner. Note - NO PETS!

Our Spring break vacation at Shadowridge Enclaves villa was wonderful! The 2 bedroom villa was clean and spacious. Beds comfortable. Staff friendly.the calendar of activities was a nice touch. The pool servers were friendly and nice. No complaints! We will be back.

My parents recently stayed at La Quinta Resort, and I can’t thank the team enough for the truly unforgettable experience they had. From the moment they arrived, every detail was so thoughtfully curated. The upgrade, welcome wine, handwritten card, and desserts all made their stay incredibly special. They left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so grateful, and as a hotelier myself, that means the world to me. It was deeply rewarding to see how cared for they felt. They absolutely loved the resort, especially the beautifully maintained grounds and the newly refreshed adult pool, which they described as fun and relaxing. Their spa experience was also outstanding. They raved about how welcoming and attentive the team was. They shared a photo with me that truly touched them (and me). It was a small moment, but full of heart, a reminder of how impactful thoughtful guest experiences can be. Thank you again to the entire team for making their stay so memorable. They had nothing but amazing things to say — and I wholeheartedly.

I had the chance to stay at La Quinta Resort for just one night while visiting a friend who was there on business—but it was enough to leave a great impression! I would absolutely return, either with family or for a relaxing girls’ trip. The resort is huge and beautifully designed. It almost feels like its own little village, with a variety of room styles—casitas, townhomes, and condo-style accommodations that reminded me a bit of the nearby Legacy Villas. Unfortunately, we did encounter a disturbing incident at one of the pools (which I won’t go into for privacy reasons), but I have to say, the way management, hotel staff, and security handled it was outstanding. They responded immediately, made sure we felt safe, and even moved our room to ensure our comfort. Their quick action and professionalism made a big difference. Aside from that, everything about our stay was wonderful—the pool areas were clean and relaxing, the room was cozy and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. I’m looking forward to coming back for a longer stay!

it’s a beautiful property in Spanish style. I loved our room. we had a deluxe king suite with patio. the room was clean, I loved the design. bed is comfortable. there are two restaurants at the property. I recommend you go to the Spanish one for dinner and American for breakfast. there’s a market place where you can get yourself a coffee with yogurt or croissant. the property offers remote check in and wireless key from your phone which is very convenient! make sure you download the Hilton Honors app to get the access.

We stayed here for 4 nights recently and went in with fairly low expectations. Based on reviews we were expecting a dated property, and somewhat subpar rooms. We booked a private patio king room and it was absolutely great. There was an ice cold refrigerator in the room which was restocked with water by housekeeping daily. The room was very clean, stylish, and had a comfortable bed. The staff were all great for the most part. And the overall property was outstanding and beautiful. You may have to wander to find the right pool if that is your thing, as you will find many that are inundated with kids and inattentive parents, but there are plenty of pools to choose from. The cons: we got locked out of our room multiple times because the digital door lock overheats in the sun so we had to wait for security to show up to pour water on it - frankly not acceptable to wait outside in triple digit heat, and a regular problem according to security - figure it out La Quinta. And all of the restaurants and room service were great except Morgan’s - overpriced, bad food, terrible presentation, horrific cocktails, bad service with servers that don’t want to be there. Never eat here. Go to the Mexican restaurant instead, far better and cheaper or head to off property for dinner.

Our stay at La Quinta Resort & Club was the perfect mix of relaxation and elegance. The adult pool was a quiet oasis with stunning mountain views—ideal for unwinding in peace. The restaurants on-site were excellent, with great food and warm, attentive service. The concierge team made everything easy, from dinner reservations to local tips. The grounds were beautiful, and every moment felt calm and unhurried. A truly tranquil escape—we can’t wait to return.

The location was close to Agua Caliente Casino and that's where we were going. The facilities were clean and the room was quiet. The breakfast in the lobby was amazing.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast were delicious and the gathering on Wednesday night was great. The manager Miguel was extremely helpful as was Debbie Bianca, and all the staff they went out of their way to provide wonderful service. The place had a very homey safe feeling and any request we made was immediately taken care of if I needed extra pillows or something they were Johnny on the spot. The location was great for us, and it was so very convenient well lit and kept up very well. I can’t say enough about how the new manager who only been there a very short time was so efficient and everybody was so caring and would welcome you every time you came back to the hotel. The kitchen and the eating area was always spotless and there was coffee 24 seven and water was freely given to people who had a Hilton account, it was a pleasure to stay there and it was certainly convenient for us. One of the nicest places we have stayed for a long time for a longer stay than normal. I would stay there again in a New York minute minute. Five stars🤗❤️

With well equipped suites and a pet-friendly policy, Homewood Suites makes a perfect home away from home base. While I didn’t have my dog with me, lots of other guests did, and it was fun seeing those doggie smiles. Everything was clean, quiet, and efficient. My room smelled funky despite being very clean, and the internet was poor. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and the fitness center was nice.

Great location great breakfast and Wednesday evening cocktail party. Very friendly staff very accommodating with any needs that you had that came up. Would stay here again as it was clean comfortable and they changed breakfast menus frequently well done management and staff work great they knew your names when you came back every day. Well done.

The King Suite was spacious, clean. I loved that there was a complete kitchen available, full size refrigerator, microwave, even a stovetop with double electric burners, dishwasher. The breakfast was great, not just bagels, muffins, fruit and yogurt. But a hot breakfast! Scrambled Eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, coffee, tea, yogurt, juice and I may have missed an item? I had planned to use the gym, but didn't. Plenty of free parking, within walking distances to other arteries if you chose to. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

Mixed review. The bad: An entire lobby full of people who couldn't check-in because the rooms weren't ready, for 45 minutes. And we were all going to the same event at a nearby arena that started in about 2 hours. The check-in clerk was kind, apologetic and offered us all waters and updated us that she was still trying to sort it out with her general manager and the housekeeping manager. Her manager however, was less than apologetic and seemed unconcerned about the problem. The bed was very firm, pillows flattened out to nothing. The a/c struggled but was ok. The good: The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was delicious. The wifi was reliable. Most staff was nice. I would return if staying in the area again, but only if I had more flexibility in my time.

location of hotel was close to shopping area, freeway, and close to family visit. Great views from hotel, affordable, clean, quiet area. Staff was friendly and welcoming even at 1a.m. and they received us warmly and had rooms available at the last minute booking decision, like their 24/7 desk and booking service. exceptional!

It is a very clean hotel and modern.,Has stove top built in counter for cooking, full size refrigerator and kitchen sink so has everything you need. Room is very nice and clean and staff is very nice and professional. The only thing that I would improve is the bed. It sits on legs so not as comfortable as a bed that’s on the ground but overall an excellent hotel to stay at and will be staying there again.

I had such a great experience with this hotel. Super clean and new. Very convenient area with grocery store and many food places nearby. We stayed here for Coachella and were very close to venue and nearby for shuttle pickups. Staff was nice and helpful rooms were clean and comfortable. Only critique was not having an iron but they do offer downstairs if needed. Otherwise had a wonderful stay! Definitely recommend.

The place is brand new, and very CLEAN! I've stayed here 2 times before and the stay was very nice again. The hotel has nice accommodations for an extended stay. It has a complete kitchen, with a big refrigerator, a large kitchen sink and a two burner electric stove, so you can prepare your own Breakfast , lunch or dinner, on a long stay, instead of going out all the time. It also has plenty of cabinet space. It also has a very nice 65 inch LG TV, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms is decent size with a large granite counter top. Sink, included. There was plenty of hot water for showers and the shower was very nice.

We have stayed here one other time. Room is clean, we used the jacuzzi, that was also clean. Good breakfast.

The toilet had a leak, and the staff fixed it right away. The room was comfy and the pool and the jacuzzi are really good. The location was really great! Breakfast has good variety!

Key system is terrible. Constantly having to get it redone. Pool needs updated. Especially the jacuzzi. Great breakfast lady. Staff good. Room clean.

Booked the sands hotel and spa for a mother and daughter weekend getaway, I booked the kings suite and it was the perfect suite with style and plenty of room with a full size tub and shower. The Sands Hotel has a charming Moroccan Style decor inside and out of the hotel room.. Gift upon arrival in our room such a nice touch. The Sands Hotel and Spa offers morning coffee outside by the pool and early rise you can take advance of the pool and jacuzzi which we did all weekend long. They have a spa onsite, unfortunately we did not use it we booked at another day spa in Palm Springs . There is also a lovely Restaurant called the Pink Cabana, with delicious food you can also order and sit by the pool or in your room, our room had porch area for sitting and enjoying our food. We did take advantage of the fires pits by the Pink Cabana, first come first served… nice touch at the end of our days to relax next to the fire pits and enjoying our drinks from the Pink Cabana . The Sands Hotel Staff was amazing and made our experience truly a wonder weekend getaway … and do not forget to try the complimentary Moroccan tea ….its delicious All rooms come with Robes for the Guests and flip flops just in case you forget yours. Thank you to all at the Sands Hotel & Spa
