We stayed in an handicap room and it was great. Everything was easy access. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Bathroom was spacious and shower was a walk into shower which was great for my husband who has knee issues. The breakfast had many options. They had hot bar, grab and go items. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet area.

Soooo clean!! Every is so friendly. Quiet town so we felt safe. Lots of restaurants close by. Everyone was very professional and willing to help with our needs. Breakfast was busy but the options were endless. Check out was super simple. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great hotel in a quiet location. Hotel was perfect for travel and was very clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and the customer service was good. We had breakfast on our way out the next morning and the breakfast was good for a fast meal. I will say that this hotel has returned some of our love for the Holiday Inn brand after many unpleasant stays at other locations. Thank you to the management at this location for making sure your hotel was up to standard. We will stay here again if ever in the area.

We often stay at IHG hotels, and this one met all of our requirements. Super clean hotel with plenty of parking, comfortable room, and more. The staff was very professional. The hotel had quiet hours which was appreciated. Breakfast featured scrambled eggs and plenty of other choices. The hotel was off the Interstate quite a bit, but the views along the way of the horse farms made it worth the drive. Definitely would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay a lot .They had very spaces room,very clean.The beds were comfortable and it was nice that the rooms got refreashed every day.The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the prefect location for the burbon trail. There local restaurants were great as well as a grocery store close made it convenient . We will stay there again.

From the warm, friendly greeting to the delicious breakfast, to the professional checkout the staff and facilities were excellent. We chose this Holiday Inn Express hoping for a better breakfast than disappointing one we'd had a Fairfield Inn last October. There was a good variety of tasty options and the area was well organized and maintained; staff seemed to care. The cinnamon rolls were surprisingly good. We liked the way people were directed to form a line instead of the "scramble service" elsewhere. And we appreciate the use of "compostable" paperware instead of plastic. We appreciate posting "Quiet Hours" in the lobby. Our room WAS quiet and comfortable and clean. The room and bathroom offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay; tastefully designed and equipped with microwave and fridge. Most of all, in this era of poor service, all the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and seemed to care about customer service.

We were very pleased that we ended up staying here for a couple nights while visiting Lexington. This hotel is very convenient to many of the places we wanted to see but not in the congestion of downtown Lexington. There are many places to eat within walking distance...we enjoyed the Firehouse Subs right across the street for one meal and then drove into Lexington to eat at the Columbia Steak House for the other...both were great. The king suites that we got were large, clean and very comfortable! There is a nice work area with internet connection via wifi or Ethernet cable and a comfortable sofa as well. The black out curtains worked great and we heard very little noise...and our room was even directly across the hall from the elevator. The hot complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff was very attentive and courteous. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we are in the area.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! Having stayed at many Holiday Inns across the country, I have to say this was the nicest one. The welcome cookies and lemonade were wonderful after a long day traveling! The hotel was quiet, had modern decor and very nice amenities. The little extras like a personal grooming kit in addition to the standard make up removal wipes was very thoughtful! The hotel used high end shampoo, conditioner and body lotion as well. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. Then the grand finale was the breakfast! Not just continental breakfast! They had healthy options like Greek yogurt. Bananas, apples. Oranges, a variety of cereals, big hot fresh cinnamon rolls. Cheesy omelets and potatoes as well as several meat options and a variety of good string coffee , decaf and several flavored teas and juices. They even had to go bags if you were in a hurry. Would most definitely stay here again!

Dee was SO friendly and nice! Our room was exactly wjat we booked and check in was flawless. Amazing little area with restaurants and starbucks right there. Even a car wash next door with free vacuums. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Shower pressure was pure bliss. Very cute and safe area. Would stay here again

Very clean, comfortable and good breakfast. The location was convenient to my destination and good restaurants are nearby. (Drake's has fantastic burgers and beer). The staff was very professional and friendly. Would definitely stay again at this location. The only downside was the hotel was more costly than we had hoped.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating; the facility was clean, warm and welcoming. O really enjoyed the veiw of the courtyard and the amzing complementary breakfast, probably the best hotel breakfast ive had! And the shower was awesome! It was very clean and the water pressure was amazing, and the pool wasnt too cold to go for a swim with the kids, even tho it was super cold out during our stay! My family and i will definitely choose this hotel for future Lexington stays!

I was pleasantly surprised.I lived near this hotel for several years and never new what it was like on the inside.There rooms are like very small apartments.Nice floor plan,clean and comfy with a small kitchen with some cooking gadgets and silverware.The breakfast biffet down stairs is absolutely amazing.It has everything hot,fresh cut fruits,on and on.Only negatives was morning desk girl could be a little more tenitive and friendly.She just sat in back all morning eatimg and playing on her phone.The other negative was hallways and pool area are too HOT. needs some a/c control.All and all well worth the money.restairants and grocery stores all around it,safe quiet location.

Really impressed with this hotel! Very very clean! The shower seemed like it had recently been upgraded and was very clean and fresh. Would definitely stay again! The breakfast was alright, but I never expect like a gourmet meal from breakfast buffet. Booked it last minute for the Kentucky 3 day and was super happy!

This is a beautiful hotel, seriously. Beds are comfy, lovely amenities and great location. My biggest complaint, and this seems to be going on with IHG hotels, is the late breakfast service. This hotel is 7:30!! Most are usually 6-6:30am with a coffee bar available 24hrs. I went down this am at 6, and no coffee bar. yes, there is a coffee maker in the room, but on some stays, I don't want to be bothered with that. There are guests who need to get up and get out early, especially contract workers, utitlity companies, and late meal service and no coffee just sucks.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were met with warmth and openness. The lobby was modern and clean. The best thing was the room itself. There was a little kitchenette that I'm not used to finding in hotels like this. The room was clean and spacious. Of all my travels, these were my favorite pillows. The kitchen staff had coffee ready well before the breakfast area was scheduled to open.

Located near lots of restaurants, safe area, clean. Very helpful staff, especially the day time front desk lady working on MLK Day. Comfortable room and bed, and spacious bathroom. One night, we briefly heard the TV in the next room but that did not last long. (I think they were as surprised as we were, when the TV came on.) Breakfast had many selections. What surprised us the most, and perhaps it's a southern thing or that there were several older guests there, was how pleasant the other guests were. We said, "Good morning," and other guests replied. A few wished us and other guests, "Have a good day!" (Of course, there is always that one person who hasn't learned how to say Good morning.) One evening, tired of driving in the snow, we were standing outside trying to determine the closest place to go for dinner, and a nice couple told us about the Mediterranean restaurant on the other side of the hotel. (Good food.) These are the kind of people you want to meet when travelling, or have as neighbors. We are a mixed race couple and we felt welcome here. One thing to note, it's near the hospitals so one hears sirens. (Stay calm, say a prayer, carry on.) But we did not hear any other road noise in our room. We would stay here again.

We found the perfect place to stay while visiting in Lexington KY. The Hampton Inn staff were friendly and kind. We brought our Fur Babies and there were convenient quiet grassy tree areas to walk them and let them run and roam past the pool in the back. They loved it. Only asked to pay a one time pet fee of $75. Breakfast included many options to choose from & food was fresh. Beds were comfortable. Not easy to always find at a hotel. Room was clean offering a refrigerator and microwave oven.

This is one of the nicest Hamptons I've been to. Very spacious and comfortable room and comes with a delicious hot breakfast which has just about everything you'd want for a breakfast. I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful.

It was a good experience. Place was clean. Attendants were really polite and helpful, that includes the cleaning lady. Very convenient location. The only two things I should mention is that the heating unit was too loud when turned on and the handle at the shower, was placed wrong. I kept hitting my arm when taking a shower. Perhaps a little closer to the shower head will be fine.

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the comfortable room. But what really made our experience stand out was the incredible breakfast and, more specifically, the amazing chef, Cory. Cory truly went above and beyond. Not only did he prepare a delicious, custom-made omelet each morning, but he also took the time to come over, chat with us, and share some of his cooking tips and personal recipes. It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality, and it left a lasting impression on us. Cory was a huge part of what made our stay so memorable. The hotel’s complimentary evening reception was another pleasant surprise. From 5:30 to 7:30 every night, we enjoyed complimentary cocktails and snacks — a rare perk nowadays, and one that we truly appreciated. The bartenders were excellent, friendly, and made great drinks. It was such a nice way to unwind after a day at the Kentucky Three Day Event. The location of the hotel was perfect, putting us close to everything we wanted to do and see. The onsite restaurant offered great food as well, and overall the facilities were clean and comfortable. Between the delicious breakfast, the evening receptions, and the incredible team — especially Cory — this hotel exceeded all expectations. We can’t wait to come back and will be recommending it to friends and family!

Everytime i come to Lexington, I stay at this Embassy because of how welcoming the staff are and because the hotel is located right next to the mall, tons of restaurants and a huge bookstore that you can easily walk to. I really appreciated Cory, the breakfast chef, for taking the time to get to know my brother and I enough to give us recommendations on fun things we could do while visiting Lexington. His omelets and pancakes were also great! Cory greeted each guest as they approached for breakfast and worked very fast to get through the morning rush while still being able to chat with guests. The breakfast crew members Phil, Angela, and Sheryl were all also super nice, personable, and efficient! The restaurant/ bar staff are all amazing as well, thank you so much to Jeni, Tyler, and Amy, bartenders, for all taking the time to chat with my brother and I during happy hour each day during our week-long stay! Special thanks to Tyler and Jeni for being vigilant even during the happy hour rush and checking in on me and intervening when another guest tried twice to kiss me. The situation was handled very well by them and I was grateful that they were there! Also, I noticed that the nighttime cooks would walk out and check in with the bartenders to better prepare for the rush and to see if anyone needed anything else! Thank you again to Cory, Jeni, Tyler, Angela, Phil, Amy, Sheryl, and the nighttime cooks!

We had an excellent stay at this property. When we arrived, we were upgraded to a premium room. As a Diamond Hhonors member for many years, I appreciated this. Upgrades used to be very common but have all but disappeared at most properties. This property also has quite a few reserved parking spaces for Diamond members, something that is also disappearing at many properties. Anyway, the staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. The shower was large and very clean.....no mildew stains could be seen. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. This property provides daily housekeeping without having to make a request.....as it should be! They should place bar soap in the bathrooms without having to request. The evening reception was standard for Embassy. The breakfast was above average. The choices were good and items were replenished promptly. There is a fairly large fitness center. On the morning of check out, I had already received a preliminary copy of our bill, which I could review before using the check out feature on the app. Again, this is something that doesn't often happen at other properties. This Embassy Suites continues to provide the high level of service that used to be standard for this brand. They are doing a very nice job.

Loved this place. Room layout was awesome with a separate sitting space from the bedroom so it felt very spacious. The hotel was an interesting/different design that we loved. Location was in a popular area with so many stores and restaurants near. The breakfast was fantastic with the highlight being the omelette station. The young man cooking was excellent! Everything was clean and all staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. The bar area was a fun space to hang out with a giant tv wall. Lots of options on the menu; the couple things we tried were so good! Would absolutely stay again!

Chick trip. Friday nights outside the back patio, local band plays. Clean. Breakfast was still the great omelette breakfast, perfect! Outdoor pool. Very nice staff. Chef Cory from breakfast circulated the room after the breakfast and was very friendly. The happy hour is 2 drink per person limit. New from my last stay. Happy hr hordorves were lighter than they used to be. Update or/newer.

Not sure what previous 1 star rating person saw. My experience at the end of March was fine. The room was clean and quiet (away from I75). I was told that the breakfast opened at 6:30am. It actually opened about 6:00. Wish I had known as I had to leave at 6:15 and would have set the alarm a little earlier to enjoy the hot eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, etc. The in room coffee tasted better than the breakfast room coffee that I got to go. Not sure why that would be. I did use the bottled water to make the in room coffee. I would certainly return if my travels take me to Lexington again.

This hotel was a great experience for a one night stay traveling the Bourbon Trail. Very clean and reasonable rates. Convenient location near a main road, but quiet, well-lit and safe. Great location to visit the local distilleries and breweries. Our room was well equipped...comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice breakfast in the morning--hot and cold items, with something for everyone (waffles, cereals, eggs, breakfast meats, bagels, toast, yogurt and fruit. Also many beverages) Check-in/check-out were simple and quick. We will stay here again when we return to the area.

Lexington was our designated halfway stop en route to N Carolina from Michigan. This Hyatt Place property fit the bill for location along I-75, nearby dining options & some hearty breakfast choices. The check in process was smooth & friendly. Room was roomy clean & comfortable . Air conditioning unit was functional but loud. Numerous dining options within walking distance of this Hyatt. Breakfast room was well maintained with options to fit our tastes & needs. Plenty of on-site parking.

Conveniently located hotel relative to 75 and Lexington at a reasonable price. Especially as it includes breakfast. Staff are very friendly. Nicely designed room makes the most of the size. Living area has a foot stool that doubled as a table. We used it to play a board game on. Drinkware is real glass or ceramic, rather than plastic cups. Makes the wine we bought taste like it should. TV rotates between the living room and bed area. Shower has large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bed is firm, but comfortable with thick sheets. The only downside we had was the lack of charging ports. Just two that are on the clock (easily missed). Pool was clean, though could be a little warmer. Also needs a repaint. Relatively quiet hotel with good sound deadening to the other rooms.

Did not have breakfast. Room was spacious. Liked the little bar in the lobby too. That was nice. Great that we could walk to Malones for dinner. Bathroom and shower were clean and neat.

Outside needs to be cleaned up a little bit. I have been going to this hotel at least once every year to stay for my anniversary but this last stay, we found they removed all the in-room jacuzzis which was one of the reasons we visited. Also after COVID, the menu changed and the food quality has dropped so we will be looking for another location that has a jacuzzi and room service.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived at the DoubleTree in Lexington, we were treated like valued guests. The lobby is stunning—bright, clean, and welcoming—with that signature warm cookie waiting at check-in (such a nice touch!). Our room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the little details—soft lighting, great water pressure, and plenty of charging outlets—made the stay even better. The staff truly went above and beyond—friendly, professional, and always ready with a smile or suggestion for local dining. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the bar area in the evening was a perfect spot to unwind. The location is ideal—close to downtown Lexington and just minutes from horse country and Keeneland. We felt safe, relaxed, and well cared for from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lexington, this is the place to stay. Elegant, clean, and filled with true Southern hospitality. We stay here usually 20 plus times a year and it’s the only place we stay at.

This Doubletree Suites makes you feel like New Orleans has come to Lexington, KY. The hotel is tucked away in a small shopping center off of a busy highway. While the outside gives you Kentucky Derby look the inside gives you New Orleans vibes. The inner facing rooms have balconies that face out onto an inside courtyard styled lobby. The lobby is actually The Atrium Bar and Lounge. They have breakfast, dinner and cocktails. The staff never fails to greet you if you are arriving or departing and offering you a warm cookie. The rooms are spacious, well designed and quiet. The black out curtains are great for late risers. The dual shower head and water pressure were the most relaxing I have experienced in quite some time. You are not far from several fast food and restaurant spots within walking distance of the hotel. This is a hidden gem in Lexington that might not stay hidden for long. If I return to Lexington, this will definitely be my hotel of choice.

The hotel was great. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We splurged and got the atrium view balcony room, and it was pleasant to sit on the balcony. The only disadvantage is there are no exterior windows, so the room was dark, and I had to use my phone to see what the weather was like. Breakfast was good, and the atrium restaurant was pleasant. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Amazing hotel. Absolutely amazing hotel, very nice, modern, clean, safe. It’s literally feet from Rupp Arena, a block from the Mary Todd Lincoln House. I really don’t think you can go wrong with staying here. I am very impressed and happy I chose this fine, outstanding hotel for my stay in Lexington. The staff was amazing and very helpful and friendly. Above and beyond, I think should be their moto because that’s what they did for me. I easily would stay here any time I stay in Lexington and I highly recommend you do the same. Thank you to all the staff, you did very well.

My partner went to school at UK, and we stay at this hotel every year when we come to visit. It never disappoints. It’s next door to the RUPP arena, Lexlive (bowling/movies/bar/restaraunt) is across the street, the college bars are all walkable, the university is right there, it is SO convenient. The hotel itself has a beautiful bar and restaraunt, the staff is very friendly and the room are clean and really comfortable. It is very worth the money

Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, room was spacious and equipped with needed amenities! The bar and food service were great; staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for walking to meetings and local restaurant's without having to drive.

TO start, the staff was AMAZING!! The people at the front desk, specifically Diana, were absolutely wonderful and welcoming and very helpful in helping us choose restaurants and activities in the area. The bar staff were also terrific! Anthony and Gaby were so fun and made some delicious drinks! Our room and view were beautiful! The location was ideal to be able to see all of downtown.

Great Location in downtown. Next to Rupp Arena and the Convention Center. Hotel is clean. There is a nice lobby area and a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were good sized, bathrooms could be larger. Nice counter space in bathroom. Water pressure for shower was good. Rooms had a fridge but no microwave. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Lots of bars & restaurants walking distance from hotel. Lexlive entertainment complex with arcade, movies & bowling right across the street. A great hotel in downtown Lexington!

Very new, clean, and safe hotel. Love the giant body mirror in the room & good lighting in bathroom. It is perfect if you have any kind of online school or work to do, as the room had a nice spacious desk and chair. Huge tv with couch seating and turns toward bed too. Kind staff. I love this location due to the walking-distance shopping & restaurant plaza; very foot travel friendly. About 5 minutes away drive time is a huge mall and more restaurants. Will be back for frequent lex trips. Much much better than staying downtown.

Clean, quiet, and friendly staff! Exceptional hotel! I would stay here again and again. Only thing that could be better is I wish the breakfast ended a little later. 9am is super early to end breakfast

This is a brand new SpringHill in a busy, but great location. Just out the front door of the property is an attractive pedestrian-friendly shopping area with many dining options, stores, and a Whole Foods. There are numerous other restaurants, a mall and a Walmart within a short drive. The hotel is quiet and clean. The manager and staff are very friendly. I'm so glad that we chose the SpringHill at Fritz Farm!

Amazing little hotel with friendly staff! You can’t miss at this new build, one year old hotel. I came to visit an elderly friend that resides about 15 minutes away from the hotel and it was so convenient. I’m so glad I selected this hotel. Jonathan from the overnight / night audit shift was so kind and assisted me during my stay. All rooms are clean and towels and linens are super white. Immaculate hotel throughout with fresh coffee and tea 24 hours a day. Ample parking in flat lot throughout entrances of hotel. Convenient little shop adjacent to the front desk with just about everything you might need. Breakfast was delicious, and runs from 6 AM until 10 AM daily. The breakfast attendant Loretta was very kind and hospitable. Overall, 10 out of 10 I would stay here again.

The perfect place to stay with clean rooms great amenities and amazing staff. We stayed here when our new grand baby came early. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The staff are always friendly and kind. They made us feel at home. We loved every aspect of our almost 2 week stay. The gym is fresh and modernized and spacious. Breakfast is excellent thanks to “chef” Cory. You will enjoy this place. Kids will love the indoor trampoline park and there is an eat in movie theatre. Every restaurant you want to eat in!!

We were really happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn by Hilton. My husband and I stayed in a King suite, which was very affordably priced (at the time of our stay). The room was modern and new looking, and more importantly very clean. The room included a mini fridge, microwave, in room coffee maker, hair dryer, liquid hand soap (a big plus to us), and your typical toiletry amenities. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet, minus when the heat kicked in that was on the louder side. Everything at this Hampton Inn location seemed new and was very clean. There was a lovely and delicious hot continental breakfast - toast, cereal, muffins, waffles, cinnamon waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, potatoes, oatmeal, and a selection of juices. The breakfast area is also very nice and clean, as is the lobby. The parking lot is also well lit. Another plus to staying at this Hampton Inn is we were able to check-in via our phone and use our phone as our key. We never had to go to the front desk. It was all very quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Nicholasville, KY, as an overnight stay on our adventure. I highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Nice and modern! Prime location in downtown Lexington! Everything in walking distance! Bed was ULTRA COMFY, but not too soft! Coffee maker in room was a plus! Shower worked GREAT! Pool was super clean and REALLY WARM! It felt like a warm bath! Perfect for sore muscles after traveling! The restaurants and bar was nice with VERY GOOD FOOD! I recommend you get the Buffett, ask for Chase as he’s a PHENOMENAL server! Best one I think I may have ever had! Parking is easy, I chose to Valet my car. Every time I called (both times) for something they got it for me right away! Their gym is state of the art, and the pool ALWAYS has clean towels! I will absolutely stay here again! Oh and the front desk staff was AMAZING!!!

Very close to Rupp Arena. Grabbed a cocktail in hotel bar before walking across street to concert at Rupp. Enjoyed buffet breakfast with made to order omelets. This was not a free breakfast bar. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Free WiFi only if Hilton Honors member which frontdesk staff were no help getting sorted out for us but otherwise nice stay. You do pay to park in garage.

This was nearly perfect for my needs. Coming to bring my daughter to Rupp for her first game on her birthday. Was surprised how close it was and we didn’t even have to leave the building. Which was great because it was pouring today. There is a walkway that lead to the Hyatt and then to Rupp Arena. PERFECT! It was a little tough to figure out the parking and valet at this hotel. We ended up self parking which was fine. The garage is very tight if you have a larger vehicle. (I have an F150). We went to the very top where there was more room. Taking some of the corners it was tight on the way up! Check in was a breeze. Got a room on the 13th floor. First hotel I have ever been in that had a labeled 13th floor I think. No worries though. The room was large and comfy. Window faced directly toward Rupp Arena which my daughter got a kick out of. If you looked really closely there was some wear in the room, but it’s only in the very fine detail. One problem, our bathroom toilet ran all night and we had to shut the door because of the noise. Room was quiet even though the hotel seemed to be at capacity. Breakfast at the Triangle Grill was fine though expensive. $40 for both of us breakfast buffet. Getting to game was a breeze. Overall a great stay and convenience was key here!

The location was perfect for my conference at the Central Bank Center. The room had a great view and was very spacious and clean. It was very quiet on the floor at all times. The desk help were very knowledgeable and cooperative. Check-in was very congested, and the staff was more than equal to the task. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and intend to use it on my next trip to Lexington.

Rooms are very well designed studios with well-equipped kitchens, work/desk areas, and very comfortable sofa/chaises, We greatly appreciated easy access to hdmi ports at the rear of the tv so we could easily stream from our phones. Fabrics and colors are restful, up to date selections selections. Everything about the room was well-designed. We stayed twice while en route on a trip. Staff is fantastic - welcoming, helpful, great restaurant takeout recommendation. Cleaning staff is meticulous-our room was impeccable on both stays. Breakfast room was large enough for comfortable distancing and selections were good. Small gestures matter: the hotel manager even opened doors for us to roll a luggage cart in. Sidney and Alexis definitely understand hospitality. Last and certainly not least, this hotel takes Covid precautions seriously. With two stressed out medical professionals in our family, the attention to mask wearing and safety was greatly appreciated. This hotel was an exceptional home away from home. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in an area with lots of food & shopping choice so definitely a plus. Property is nice & has a small residential community next to it, so it’s nice not to be in an all commerical area. Front desk care taker was nice at check-in. We requested a room on the top floor (I’m a light sleeper) & were told ok but when we went to our room it was on the corner of the 3rd floor right next to the stairwell. Room was nice & clean. There was damage to the chair at the dining room table, looks like a cat may have clawed it. We booked a king suite with the spa shower. I wouldn’t go heavy on the “spa” a shower head that has 2 different sprays & some complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash isn’t what I had thought. Nonetheless it was a huge shower & plenty of hot water so that was a plus. Coming into the side entrance from getting our bags, you were knocked over with the smell of weed. I’m not knocking the hotel for that but it was there the whole evening when we were coming in & out. The beds were nice, I would have loved the pillows to be a bit more firm because my head went through 2 of them. Overall, it was a quiet nice above us & no late nighters coming in being loud. We could hear cars racing up & down the street in front of the hotel. Breakfast was a good assortment & the attendant was good at making sure things were cleaned & stocked. My only thing was the coffee was extremely bitter. Overall would stay or recommend.

The hotel has been renovated and it is in a quiet area, near several restaurants and shops. The room we had was spacious, with a kitchen area and two windows ( as it was by the walkway). The gym was well equipped. The pool area looked attractive. Breakfast choices are packaged items, due to Covid procedures. We ordered Jets Pizza, (as it was a severe rain storm outside) and it was delicious. We also enjoyed the fact the hotel is pet friendly.

Stayed for 1 night on our way to Tennessee to avoid storms. Was very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Pool was closed but had a very nice patio to enjoy. Bed was extremely comfortable, we had a 2 bedroom suite so very spacious. Bathrooms were also nice and clean. Would recommend and stay here again!

The hotel was super clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. The hotel even offered a free hot breakfast, with fresh fruit. This was the first hotel that we have stayed in since Covid that has actually offered a real breakfast. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the great stay!

We loved everything about our stay! Initially we were planning to stay for one night only, but we ended up staying for three nights, because we loved it so much! Great location for visiting the Ark Encounter too! (about 20-25 minutes away) Nice, clean, inside pool, and the best staff! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Soft towels and nice toiletries in the bathroom. Good size fridge, microwave, and a little coffee machine in the room, plus coffee and tea available all day long downstairs by the Reception/breakfast area. Breakfast was included but we didn’t go to breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. The other people seemed to enjoy it though. We had a really lovely stay, and will stay there again when in the area. Thank you guys for the excellent service! :)

This is an excellent hotel & pet friendly. Very clean. Staff friendly. Beds very comfy. Great hot breakfast…not just muffins & coffee, but scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, biscuits & gravy, pastry, juices, and, great coffee. Pool area was clean. Highly recommend this hotel

The rooms were reasonably priced, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The guest laundry dryer was out of order but the night staff offered to dry our clothes for us after I washed them. Great safe location, close to many food options, Walmart, and gas stations. The indoor pool was clean, warm, and open until 10 pm. Breakfast was good, and included waffles, sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, cereal, muffins, bagels etc. (I'm not a fan of eggs tho). The 2nd floor button on the elevator kept sticking, and the grandkids and I kept getting off on the wrong floor, but the little ones thought it was funny so it wasn't a problem for us. It was also a little difficult to figure out the channels on the TV, but that wasn't really a big deal for us either. We were all exhausted from the Ark Experience (30 mins away) and Creation Museum (about 1 hour away) so after we got back, then swam and showered, we didnt stay awake long enough to watch much TV anyway. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Would definitely book a room here in the future. We stayed in a studio with 2 queens beds. Fully functional kitchen and nice dining room table. Large bathroom and we slept great. Some kids upstairs were making a decent amount of noise right up until we turned off the lights and we heard nothing else the rest of the night. Loved the shower. Tons of water pressure and flow. They provide a large bottle of shampoo and body wash mounted in the shower. However our body wash was empty… The BATH TOWELS WERE AMAZING! Large and extra thick. You could use them to pad carpet. lol Overall the hotel was immaculate. I’ve stayed in a lot of places as Covid restrictions have eased and many hotels were not cleaning vacant rooms adequately. Not the case here. The place was spotless. Bright and modern. Large breakfast area with a nice selection.

Everything about the location was excellent. I traveled for work and added the weekend before my work engagement to explore Lexington and surrounding areas. The property was conveniently located close to the airport and the city and some of the sights we wanted to see. The staff was very pleasant and friendly even when we checked in really late. I called the morning before our arrival to make sure they would be able to accommodate our late arrival and the person helping me on the phone was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and the staff was constantly restocking items that we're low as the patrons we're enjoying breakfast. The room was a nice size and the kitchenette was well stocked.

This hotel was great! Everything was really clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was arranged nicely with the kitchenette, table, couch, and bed. The bathroom was roomy. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of choices. It was close to restaurants and gas stations.

The breakfast was 20 out of 10 because I have never seen such an array of options for a hotel breakfast that was constantly full and hot. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, and a the kitchenette was perfect with a full size fridge. My family definitely would stay here again!

Luxurious! This hotel is fabulous. The suite was spacious, with a kitchen and a shelving system in the closet. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, with great pillows and a real comforter. Eco-friendly amenities, so there was actually enough shampoo and conditioner! And a hot breakfast.

Very happy with our overnight stay on our way home from NC. Our room was updated, very clean and comfortable, and I am very picky about clean! The beds were fresh and comfortable and the hotel itself was clean and updated as well. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and the price was right.

Hotel is located in a great area for shopping and many restaurants.I highly recommend Malone’s for a wonderful dining experience. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, clean and the breakfast in the restaurant is delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous. This is my go-to hotel when I’m in Lexington.

This Hotel is immaculately clean from top to bottom. When you walk through the door there is literally a fresh clean smell that hits you and stays with you. There were absolutely no cleanliness issues with our room and just a couple of maintenance items that are easy fixes. As a Hotel Manager for IHG, this property impressed me. The location is perfect. I would like to brag on Brandon, the Guest Service Rep on duty over the weekend. Brandon was attentive and super helpful at all times. Good luck in aviation school Brandon and thank you so much for your hospitality. My only regret, not having cash with me to leave tips for the Housekeeping attendant and for Brandon. I will be back in December so I will catch up with them then. Thanks for everything1

Stayed here one night after traveling all day and not enough good words can be said about how great this hotel and location are. The location is so convenient. It is located adjacent to the interstate and is surrounded by many restaurants and food options. There is ample parking and everything felt safe. This Holiday Inn is gorgeous! The decor in the lobby and in the rooms were amazing. The hotel room was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and no noise could be heard from any other guests. You can tell that the owners take pride in their hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The front desk staff are beyond kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and not a spec of dust anywhere. Bathroom was clean and neat. Overall a very clean place to stay, price was amazing and the atmosphere topped it off. The little bar and dining area was very cute as well. Lots of parking which I liked. You’re around so many good food spots and things to do. I definitely recommend going to Churchill Downs as it’s maybe an hour away from the hotel. So historic and beautiful.

Recently came to Lexington for work meetings and stayed here. This is a big, nicely decorated and furnished Marriott in the center of downtown Lexington. The staff was friendly, especially the valets. Checking in was handled nicely too. The rooms were a newer design which is done beautifully! The rooms are kept nicely cleaned by the housekeeping staff too. Bed was comfy and the TV worked fine. They have an M Club on the main level, which was decent, but not one of the better ones I’ve been to. Coffee machine had issues and the coffee urn was empty after breakfast time. The food selection was mostly fried and wimpy (fried and sat out too long), thus not very good. The main restaurant is in the middle of the lobby and it’s a completely open (open on 3 sides) kitchen, which was really wild! There’s a bar in the lobby and that was nicely staffed as well. Definitely an excellent stay was had here… I’d most definitely return!

The hotel is in walking distance of restaurants and bars. The room was clean and quiet, staff was friendly. The only negative is the shower has a eco friendly timer and u have to keep pushing it for water.

We were very happy with the location, parking and the cleaniness of this hotel. We had issues with our keycards, it was resolved quickly. We also had issues with our TV, losing it's internet connection. We reported this to the front desk upon our departure. The location of this hotel is very central to many restaurants and activities. We especially enjoyed the Rooftop Bar in the Residence Inn side of the hotel. Service was wonderful! We were given a corner room, the view was amazing! The rooms were very clean and updated! Overally, enjoyed our stay!

Great stay in a nice location in Lexington. Convenient to walk to Rupp Arena, and local bars and restaurants. Valet was on the spot at both check in and check out. JoJo, at check in, was getting dumped on (by others) because rooms weren't available prior to posted check in time, due to the hotel being full the previous night. But she told me to check back with her at a specific time, and I did, and my room was ready. She was the best! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable.

First: Thank you to Manager Amy Witham for helping us. Due to several changes in our travel plans, we had three reservations in succession for five nights. She alerted her receptionists so all went smoothly while remaining in the same room. Services by the team were friendly, helpful and professional. Check in was fast and friendly. *** When leaving a housekeeper tip on the bed, also leave a note that it is for them. Location is very convenient to many businesses, shopping and restaurants. Facilities continue to be upgraded, without noise and interruption. Room was modern, roomy, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was varied daily and tasty, hot and plentiful.

My swim & dive team stayed here for our conference championships, and everything was great. - The hotel was clean, and we had no issues getting more towels when needed. - The continental breakfast offered various options, and they even opened 10 minutes early for us on the final day, as we had to leave at 7:15 a.m. to get to Danville, KY, on time. - The 24-hour coffee/tea machine was great for the staff and bus driver, who were working late and up extra early. - Due to changes in our travel roster, the Regional Sales Director (Eddie) we worked with was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating with our adjustments. - The entire hotel staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. - Corey was especially helpful in providing extra trash bags for the evening when they allowed us to use the breakfast area for our Olive Garden dinners. He even tried to help us clean up. Such a great experience for our student-athletes and staff. Much appreciated.

The rooms and hallways looked like they were remodeled recently. The rooms did not have carpet which was a nice change. You could see the floors were very clean. We were at the very end of the hall on floor 2 which was a very quiet area. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. Employees were really great. Check in was fast and the employee called up to the room 15 minutes later to make sure we had everythIng we needed. The woman running the breakfast area was super nice and helpful. The room and lobby area were clean. We will definitely stay here for future visits to the area.

This hotel is very very good the bed and pillows are very comfy they have good breakfast. the staff is very friendly and Kristen is very nice she’s my favorite by far we have a lot of good conversations while she’s is getting my room and very friendly she does very good at her job. they have a nice pool. very quiet hotel and very clean has everything you need

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything was clean and we love the new renovations, looks great! The Continental breakfast was nice, provided a lot of different selections. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Pool area was splendid and relaxing. Only thing we noticed was that the patio from the pool needs an updated table and chairs, the one there is quite rusty. Other then that all was good! We'll definitely be back! 🙂

Upon arrival the property look clean and maintained smelled fresh and clean everything worked as it should, the room was fresh and clean the bed was comfortable the breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly and proper, the only thing that could have been better was the pool could have been a little warmer. But all in all we have zero complaints we will definitely stay here again

We arrived after a long day driving from Tampa and we were greeted by a friendly fron desk staff. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed a delicious, fresh breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, when we were leaving, we discovered a flat tire. The front desk clerk and breakfast staff were quick to try to find an available mechanic. They went over and above trying to help us and we are thankful to have met them. We have decided to always choose Holiday Inn Express as our first choice when traveling!

This hotel was amazing. I usually stay in Marriots but book this instead. The room was clean quiet. AC was quiet. Bathroom shower was great. Really neat light in mirror to. Couch was comfy. I will be staying there again for sure.

We stayed one night for a concert we were seeing in town. The hotel was very clean, first thing I noticed was how clean it smelled, that’s a great start! The room was clean as well, smelled great. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The king bed was very comfortable and also the pillows! We would stay again. Thank you!

Beds were comfortable, breakfast had numerous options, room was spacious, location was perfect for where we were going and convenient to the interstate, and staff supplied the extra things we needed.

First of all, the Diamond Member parking spots were just across from the hotel entry- nice. Reception by Jessica and Morgan was efficient, nothing was a problem for them. We were in our top floor room in minutes. The room felt really clean. The lighting in the normal bath tub and shower bathroom was very bright. There were plenty of power points. The king bed was also comfortable with really soft sheets. We were able to sleep really well. The breakfast buffet was the better of most new HGI's where we've stayed recently, with the fresh cut fruit, yoghurt, cereals, bread,etc. We ordered vegi omelet and French Toasts with bacon. Both dishes were well presented and perfect to our taste, such that my wife went to the kitchen counter to compliment the chef on both mornings., Our hostess, Tabitha was terrific, cheerful and friendly, and knows what real service means. She looked after us on both mornings of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this HGI and will certainly stay here again when next in Lexington.

Although the rooms at this location are looking tired, they were clean and the beds were comfortable. I can't say enough about the front desk clerk, Brent. Upon arrival, he greeted us as if we were family. He was eager to suggest dinner locations, and provide anything we needed. The location of this property is great - many good restaurants and shopping nearby. Some within walking distance. Although this was an HGI, and we are Honors Members, breakfast was not included with our stay, which was disappointing. It was available for a fee, but we chose to go elsewhere - there are many choices nearby. Overall, a comfortable night's sleep plus great customer service made our stay a pleasant one - we will be back.

Would stay here again. I travel for business up to a couple weeks at a time every few months. Generally speaking, my visit was as expected… Was pleasantly greeted upon arrival. The room was clean and comfy as usual. Dinner service in the hotel restaurant was average, menu was small but had variety. Breakfast service & menu was better. Morning reception clerk was surprisingly a little bit curt. She was smiling but she wasn’t happy about it. Asked for a printed receipt but was told I didn’t get one since I booked/paid online. First time I’ve ever heard that (and we use this hotel chain loyally). At any rate I would stay here again. Nothing bad happened that I wouldn’t return.

Check-in was so easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. This is a great hotel for travelers with pets. We had a room on the first floor right by and exit to take the dog outside and there was ample room for her to walk around in the grass. Breakfast was delicious and at a decent price. We will stay there again when we return from Florida.

Disappointed that whirlpool, jacuzzi, was advertised, but was filled in with concrete 😢

Beautiful new Courtyard in North Lexington KY, inviting lounge area with comfortable sitting areas and numerous charging areas for devices. Contemporary clean rooms, with luxurious soft bed linens. Starbucks coffee and great simple selections for breakfast, and lots of cocktail options in the evening.

Wonderful room a beautiful lobby. Waitress at breakfast was just so kind and friendly. Everyone in the dining area was cheerful and appeared to enjoy their stay as well. Shower was amazing. Rooms are recently updated and clean. Tv volumne wasnt adustable and we couldnt hear the news.

Service was excellent, friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the quiet.

Older (mid 1980s) Courtyard that has been fairly recently refreshed. Nice room overlooking a courtyard with mature landscaping. Room had sliding door with balcony with 2 chairs and a table, not often seen on newer hotels. Nice bed and excellent shower pressure/volume. Easy parking near the door. We did not use the restaurant, lobby or pool. Hotel is quiet and trees/terrain block the view of the nearby interstate. Easy access to highways and area attractions. A/C-heat was one of those annoying, somewhat loud wall mounted units that is hard to get dialed in. Room was cleaned per request (otherwise no service). Rates were quite elevated due to horse race event. Overall a good choice in Lexington area.

We stayed at this hotel as a last minute change of plans. It suited our needs for sure; we just wanted an indoor pool. Indoor pool was nice and clean! The room was surface clean but could use a deep clean. The bathroom door is a sliding door and kept coming off track and there was a very loose floor tile in front of the toilet. This is not a complaint, just something management may want to address. Coffee was pretty good and the breakfast was just your average free hotel breakfast. Overall good stay! We'd go back :)

Book this location accidentally...I usually stay on the East side of Lexington but enjoyed my stay. The King Suite was clean, had acomfy bed with plenty of fabulous, down filled pillows. Large bathroom with walk in shower with hand pump soaps and lotions on the wall (my favorite). Plenty of fluffy towels. Room came with large frig, microwave, sink, D/W and real dishes. There was a pull out couch and even a privacy curtain to separate from the bed. I bring my dog and there was a ton of parking lots all around the property (and some grass) so lots of space for walking...not full of restaurants but businesses ...so empty in the evening/morning. Trader Joe's however is within a walking distance. Comp breakfast was good with sausage/cheese bisquits and all the other quick grabs plus cereal/bagels/muffins/coffee and juice! You will need your key to ride the elevator so security is great!

I liked the size of the room, the fact that there was carts to take up our luggage, the kitchen in the room, and how close we were to UK Hospitals as we were there for surgery for my husband the convenience of being able to to leave the hospital and relax and shower and have a meal in peace and quiet was amazing to thank you, the staff was friendly and quite helpful ,

To say i am pleased with my stay is an understatement. Contactless checkin very convenient. I did not utilize contactless entry and the staff was very helpful, friendly, and most respectful. A breath of fresh air. I felt secure and had privacy. Cleanliness is absolutely to my standards. 100% smoke free building, yet there is a beautiful fire pit out front. Eco friendly of course.

My nephew and I went to the Lexington Comic Con this year. We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the venue. We stayed at this hotel last year when we attended the same convention and enjoyed the free breakfast and clean quiet room. So it was an easy decision to return. Staff was friendly and helpful. A great stay.

Huge thanks to Candi and the amazing staff at The Courtyard Lexington South. Easy access for driving and a huge parking lot. The lobby was clean and check in was smooth. Our double Queen room was amazing. It had a walk out deck!! The beds were so comfy and it was stocked with all the amenities we needed. Refrigerator, coffee pot, huge flat screen TV and business area. I made my way down to the fully stocked bar and had a very nice Gin and Tonic. I sat in one of the cushy booths and relaxed for awhile. Next to the bar was a Starbucks for food and coffee needs. The hotel was very quiet and a good nights sleep was easy to get!! We worked out in the fitness center which has a ton of equipment. It was also clean, and well maintained. It also looked to have meeting/banquet rooms. I highly recommend this hotel. There are also a bunch of food and shopping options right across the street. Thanks again we can’t wait to be back!

Stayed here for one night and we were pleased with this Courtyard. Room was nice and quiet (asked for a room away from the interstate side). Like the big walk in shower. No continental breakfast but they have a bistro that serves breakfast so grabbed a bowl of delicious oatmeal. Shout out to Gordon in the bistro who was super friendly and helpful. Room rate was reasonable but several add on taxes. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for a quick getaway. The area is full of restaurants and lots of shopping, and many are within walking distance. Also easy access to the highway for Bourbon Trail tours. The rooms are typical courtyard and well kept. Bistro food was tasty and served with a smile. Of note, front desk Haley (and I believe MOD at times?) was very helpful finding us a room with a balcony. Not all rooms have them & I really wanted one, so thanks again! It faced the back and was a little extra peaceful place for morning coffee. Thanks Haley! We will stay again!

I stayed at this hotel with my family, overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious for our family. The bathroom was modern with a shower which was nice. The beds were a little soft but overall it was a nice stay for our family.

I found my stay at the Courtyard Hamburg Place better than expected during my stay especially since the hotel is being renovated! Everything is clean, safe and the wonderful staff goes above and beyond anything expected to make sure the guest are not inconvenienced any more than necessary during the remodeling. The cafe is not only convenient but the food is very good.. Upon completion of remodeling, there will be a very nice conference room as well as lounge/tv area. There is also a nice outside area in which to sit and plenty of safe parking. This hotel is a winner not only by location but by such a pleasant stay..

The check in staff was amazing and were very efficient. We had an issue with ants in our room (first floor) so we notified the front desk and she immediately moved us to another room (2nd floor). This room was very clean and we didn't see anymore bugs. The facility is dated but is clean and comfortable. The pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax for the evening. This hotel is close to food options which is very convenient. We would stay here again.

Convenient location, right off the highway. Lots of restaurant and shopping in the area. close to commute to the Kentucky Horse Park. Rooms were very clean and beds and pillows were super comfy. Appears to have recently been remodeled. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. One downside was the homeless population in the area and a tent encampment across from the hotel in a wooded area.

Traveling late at night decided to call to find a vacancy to rest. The young man working that night assured me he had a room for us and was upfront with the price w/ tax. When we arrived, he was very efficient and did his job very well. He got us in a clean room quickly (traveling with a 5 month this was important). They had a nice breakfast w/ many choices. ALL the staff members were kind, helpful & efficient with their jobs. It was nice to rest in a clean space where we felt safe & welcomed.

Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was professional and friendly at check-in. Room had everything it was supposed to and was clean. Only complaint was parking. There are only two handicap parking spots. They are around the side of the building from the entrance, after the two EV charging spaces. It made for a long and difficult walk to the entrance. I would think they would give guests with disabilities greater consideration than EV drivers. Just my opinion.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating of our needs. The rooms were clean and the breakfast delicious. Anything we needed the staff was on top of it. The beds were also very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. I don’t think there is anything bad to say.

We were looking for a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay while on a long trip. This was the perfect place! Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Room was of good size and well-appointed. My wife's service dog was welcomed. The price was right for what we needed.

My wife and I went to a convention in Lexington, KY. The rooms in town were out of our preferred budget. We were pleasantly pleased by the clean quiet facilities. The staff was attentive, professional, and friendly. It's just outside of Lexington, but totally worth the 20 minute drive to downtown. No frills per se, just a very nice place to lay your head.

We had a great stay at Days Inn on Athens Boonesboro over the past week. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The rooms were covert clean, comfortable bed and convenient location. Included Continental breakfast needs upgrading, was lacking. However, I would still recommend this location, staff was lovely.

We rented the suite and it was such a a great deal. It was only 114 bucks on Expedia and that included the Jacuzzi!! The gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Ryan (maybe Josh ) was super friendly, nice, and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and had everything we needed while we were there. (Thank you again for the lighter!) I will say they have done a massive amount of remodeling to this place and it looks amazing!! They are still working on it so if staying somewhere where there is still MINOR updates being done would bother you just know there are small things still being incorporated into the property. I wish they allowed pets or had a select few rooms that were pet friendly because I would like to go back and stay for more than one night and take my dog. The only thing that I really didn't like was that there isn't a bathroom in the lobby, other than that I was completely satisfied with my stay and the staff. Thanks so much!!

The staff is wonderful - very friendly and accommodating. They are trying to update the rooms as money allows. My room was clean, the bed was very comfy, the shower was great and the wifi was fast. What more could I ask? Well, the information about the place said there was a free breakfast and showed pictures of the spread. However, there was no breakfast or even lobby coffee/tea. They need to change the advertising right away OR start serving breakfast. To the good, there was a good carryout place next door for dinner and an even better place next door for breakfast. It would be good if the motel worked out a deal with the breakfast place to give the guests a place for the free breakfast we thought was included with our room. The outside was clean, but needed mowing and sprucing up.

Our stay was nice the desk attendant was very polite and accommodating. I was a little surprised that they do not clean rooms daily on multiple night stays and bring fresh towels. I asked the attendant about it and she said, " guest complained about them coming into rooms when they are not there". So they stopped doing it, which I found odd. She did give us fresh towels upon request. Also it stated on your website that breakfast was included. No breakfast. I asked about that. She said, "we have not served breakfast in a very long time". She apologized again. I told her not your fault you just work here. Overall the stay was good.

Location was perfect for what I needed. You could tell it was an older hotel but it was perfect for what I needed. I chose it because it was in walking distance to where I was going. The staff was very friendly. Not much of a breakfast but I didn’t want breakfast. Clean just needs updated. For the price and location I will definitely go back.

Nice room. Clean, comfortable beds. Great shower with hot water and had great water presure. The hotel staff very pleasant and accomodating. Had fresh cinnamon swirl bread for breakfast! Yum! Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was so clean and the room so spacious! I would definitely stay here again! Front desk staff were helpful, and the beds were comfortable! I have no complaints or suggestions!

I very much loved the room, the gym, the outside area, the lobby, and the coffee they have at the reception. It was a perfect place for us to stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, with the slight exception of one gentleman at the reception who, though friendly, basically didn't care to help with an internet problem. The lady who replaced him in the morning easily solved that issue, though, and was very nice.

I was a little worried about being on the ground floor near the front desk, but it was amazingly quiet! The staff was welcoming, the bed was really comfortable, and it was very clean.

Easy check in, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Jacuzzi tub was clean, very comfortable. Cookies and coffee in the lobby. Close to restaurants.

Love that it had a pool hot tub and jacuzzi sweets. Pool was open late . That’s why we went 20 miles past our destination to stay here. Breakfast was very good.

Everything was perfect! Since the doubletree Hilton got rid of their big jacuzzi tubs and replaced them with walk in showers we’ve been searching for a new hotel and we’ve finally found it! Spend a little extra and get the whirlpool, you won’t regret it! Great water pressure on shower and whirlpool, comfortable bed, prime location, plenty of parking, very clean
