My recent experience at the Staybridge Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The complimentary breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a variety of options that changed daily, adding a thoughtful and personalized touch to the stay. The staff was consistently friendly, courteous, and eager to assist with any needs. The hotel’s commitment to maintaining a quiet and relaxing environment was also evident. The "lights out" policy was taken seriously, and front desk personnel emphasized that the best way to ensure it is upheld after hours is by reporting any disturbances directly to them. The room itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure—both of which contributed to a restful and refreshing stay. A standout feature was the weekday happy hour offered Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., which included complimentary appetizers, wine, and soft drinks—a thoughtful and welcoming amenity that added to the overall comfort and value of the stay. Additionally, the location felt safe and secure at all times. I never felt uncomfortable or at risk, whether arriving late at night or walking around the area.

Perfect property! Super clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, roomy 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, large living area & big kitchen. More than I could have asked for! And the price was outstanding! Came for my aunt’s funeral. The 2 bedrooms worked great for us, since I hadn’t seen my male cousin in 10 years. Loved the desk for my legal work & living room to reminisce about my sweet aunt. Good shopping& restaurants close by. Easy airport access and quick jaunt to Conway & Maumelle. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Arkansas. Truly can’t say enough good things about this fantastic property.

This was my fourth time to stay at this hotel. I bring my dad to UAMS every six months for doctors appointments and we always choose this hotel. It’s convenient to the hospital and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you! We love the two bedroom suites with two bathrooms! It’s always clean, the beds are comfortable. Safe area. Breakfast is good and on certain week days they have an evening social with free food and drinks. They also have a free laundry mat. They also offer special rates for those who are in town for medical appointments.

First time staying at the Little Rock location. Brand new feel, very clean, quiet, and the reps was very professional, bed was comfortable, the breakfast was okay, didn't eat anything, this will be our pit stop layover when we're traveling east from Oklahoma.

One of the nicer Staybridge Suites we’ve stayed in. Brandon checked us out at 5AM and was cheery, professional, and super nice! Rooms fully stocked kitchen, quiet, comfortable, big room. Shower strong and clean. Highly recommend. And they take dogs so always a plus!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable with all the little details that made me feel at home. The amenities were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the [pool/spa/breakfast—insert specific feature]. The location was also ideal—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

From checkin to checkout, excellent stay. Room was ready (received upgraded room because of Bonvoy status) when I arrived. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the room unexpectedly quiet for being downtown. Located on the Arkansas River boardwalk, with Old State House adjacent, lots of history. Many nice restaurants within easy walking distance. M Club had excellent breakfast, with nice range of warm items & fruit. Exercise room was clean & had lots of equipment.

Very convenient location. Hotel staff members were very friendly, courteous and professional. Especially front desk staff. . Awesome team! Rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms were well appointed and spotless. We booked two adjoining rooms and both were great. Breakfast in the M Lounge was really good and I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel since it was the Peabody, the first time was around 2005. They have upgraded it considerably. The beds are very comfortable the rooms are very clean, maid service is excellent. My only gripe is that there was a bit of noise where we were this time but it didn't seem to bother the kids and I never figured out what it was. The Heritage Grill was excellent where we had breakfast and dinner. The valet is top notch. The staff is friendly and very professional. Staying here has become a yearly trip for us to enjoy the Anime Festival. I could not think of staying at a different hotel. The Mariott is the best in my opinion.

The Front Desk personal were the best I've ever experienced. Helpful, friendly , patient and professional. Wish I could remember their names. They did their job with a genuine warmth. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee was good. I would stay again. Be aware of valet parking. They were also friendly and professional.

Little Rock is not as "little" as it sounds. Traveling from the East to the West of the US, My family found this place perfect for spending the night. The hotel is in a great location, close to Starbucks for coffee lovers. Nearby, you'll find a fantastic place for breakfast—Panera. There's also a nearby gas station, ensuring you can refuel for the next leg of your journey. The hotel is very clean, and our room was fantastic, with a nice view. We stayed on the 5th floor; if rooms are available, I highly recommend it. Even Zaxby's is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. After a busy day, you can enjoy a hot shower and great coffee in your room. The lobby downstairs is spacious enough for quality time with friends or new acquaintances. I would recommend it to anyone.

Overnight stay during travel across the U.S. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Hotel staff were friendly upon checking. Breakfast was hot and fresh and included waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, toast, fruit, and cereal, along with hot and fresh coffee. Hotel also parking accommodated our truck and 15’ trailer. Would definitely stay again.

The young lady at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the breakfast bar was also friendly and was keeping the area very clean. As a Hilton Honors member the digital check in and out is very convenient and was working well. Overall it was a pleasant experience. We will definitely stay here again when in Little Rock

My husband and I stayed here on our way out west on vacation. The hotel was in a nice and safe area convenient to many restaurants and coffee shops. Room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice desk service, with friendly staff. Clean but bed a little too firm. Small kind of crowded room(1 king bed), but nice bath room and shower. Slow elevator. Good coffee, but didn’t get to enjoy breakfast bc we had to check out too early. Convenient location to heart hospital. Decent overall, 3.5 to 4!

Due to bad weather, we were stuck in Little Rock overnight and needed to quickly book a room for the evening. For the price point I thought this hotel looked good online and was so pleased to find out it was just as nice in person. We had a great room, 2 queens with a pull out bed in the sitting area, which was perfect for our family of five. The front desk was always super nice and helpful. We had no luggage with us and the front desk was so nice in getting us a bag full of toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, deodorant, etc. After a really long hectic day of traveling and getting stuck somewhere we didn't want to be, we were so happy to get a comfortable night of rest in a hotel that felt clean, comfy, and super friendly. The guy the shuttled us from the airport to the hotel was also one of the friendliest and helpful people ever!

Right next to the airport and yet it wasn’t noisy at all. The proximity made it easy to get to the airport. It was clean and comfortable and had the amenities we wanted. The staff were very friendly. They served breakfast early starting at 4:30 am which was great for us early fliers. Breakfast included coffee, tea, orange juice and several food options to choose from. There was no extra fee for WiFi or parking. We didn’t use the gym but they had a nice hotel gym and a pool. We will stay here again when we return to the area.

Great hotel that’s as close to the airport as possible. Mattress was comfortable and the room was clean. The only terrible thing is the low flow shower head. Completely miserable experience. A bucket with a small dipper would remove soap with more vigor. Shuttle service was amazing. Restaurant was less than appetizing but friendly folks.

This hotel offered excellent attention and customer service, with great housekeeping. I stayed one short night and left on an early flight. Like all Marriott properties, free WIFI. This one offers free on site parking and EV charging. I love the free breakfast and was able to get a breakfast as I boarded a 5am shuttle to the airport!! Weekends breakfast starts at 6am. Clean, secure, and wheel chair access rooms available. There's even a fire pit!

This hotel is awesome and clean and the staff is very friendly. The parking lot is well lit so it’s a safe area. 2 minutes from the airport. Get a drink or some food at the bar after a long day of work or travel. When you check in the staff is very friendly and informative.

One review I read stated every room had a balcony. NOT TRUE! Every room DOES NOT have a balcony. The room I booked didn't and we wanted a balcony. I called the office and they graciously switched us to a room with a pool view balcony! Super friendly, super helpful staff! Beds are so comfortable. Would recommend!

It's a clean and nice hotel with spacious rooms. Bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and grounds were quiet and it is right on 630 and University so it's very conveniently located to restaurants and hospitals. The staff was very nice and the evening shift desk person was extraordinary and helpful with a very pleasant attitude.

Stayed one night with wife and family to attend funeral nearby. We got together in the bar/restaurant. Jesse was an amazing bar tender/server. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Good value. Pool looked nice and refreshing but didn’t have time to get in.

I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Hotsprings, Ar. I stayed here on a vacation with my wife and we both loved this hotel. I recommend getting a room with a lake view, as the balcony was relaxing and the view at night was beautiful. The room was well stocked and included dishes, cookware, and a stove. For the price you will not find a better place to stay. Staff was also extremely helpful.

A very pleasant weekend stay. Comfortable rooms; friendly, helpful staff (request for extra pillows taken care of immediately). Easy on/off to/from I-630. The highlight for us: the incredible bartender at the hotel: Crystal is a true expert mixologist who crafted some amazing cocktails for us. Our advice: just tell her the 'base' liquor you want and let her surprise you. She's the best.

Stayed overnight. Easy check-in experience. Stella at front desk was friendly and helpful. Nice older hotel with clean, comfortable room and convenient to downtown Little Rock. Nice view of city skyline from 6th floor. Parking was safe and affordable. Restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Second year in a row to stay here for Big Dam Bridge 100 bike ride. We requested a room near the one we had last year on the 4th floor facing the river. The night lights on the river makes for a really nice view. If you plan to stay, ask for a river view. The History of Arkansas museum is next to the hotel is extremely nice and free admission. If you need to be at the convention center, it's a 100 yard walk. Plenty of places to dine within walking distance. Suggestions are Flying Fish, Bruno's Little Italy and @ on the corner just two blocks from the hotel. This area around the hotel is clean and has plenty going on. Highly recommend staying. We'll be back in 2025.

All the staff made me feel like home in Little Rock, from the reception to the breakfast personnel. The room was spacious and really comfortable, and I was lucky to get a nice view. The Southern breakfast and the coffee were good, and I really would like to thank the reception lady on Saturday night who gave me a freshly baked cookie when I left to catch my midnight Amtrak train!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who promptly checked us in and gifted us a fresh cookie and complimentary waters. She was able to provide recommendations for entertainment also. Our room was clean, the bedding was crisp and the view was beautiful, especially at night. We had a clear view of the river and the colorful bridge. The noise was minimal and allowed for a restful night.

This property has been upgraded/updated tremendously for the better! All employees are so welcoming and truly care to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Breakfast is awesome and stays fully stocked with a variety of fresh hot foods, juices, coffee, cereal, fruit etc. Rooms are very clean and cozy!

My room was spotless, the bed & pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast choices were amazing. Keith was at the front desk when I checked in, and he is a treasure - so friendly and welcoming, making sure I knew where everything was and that I felt safe. I can’t say enough good things about him.

The name best at the front, describes it all! The comfort exceeds the price! The safe is awesome, normally you get them ok but one with a bad manners, and rude but this property I can say everyone goes beyond and help, is very polite and my children loved them! Jessy is my favorite you gone get a laugh while checking in! This is my go-to place for Arkansas when we come for sure! I can’t think of one staff that didn’t help, late check outs are accepted, pet friendly and clean and the breakfast is tasty, fresh and hot! You pay half the price of the expensive hotels and you get allll the comfort!

The price for our night was very decent! We needed a room last minute & this hotel was near where we were, so I read some reviews & decided to book it. I was a little concerned since it's a best western...they've seemed to go downhill in the last decade or so, but we were VERY decently surprised! Our bed was so comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom was in good order & the breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly too. On our drive to the hotel, we did go through a questionable area, so I started questioning our choice, but when we arrived, it was out of the ghetto & well lit. There were cameras all over the building too, so that was nice. (Whether they worked or not, I don't know, but it was a comforting thought!)

Clean, fun rooms and super friendly staff. I came with my dog and there was lots of grass and space to walk around with him, and dog treats galore! The loft style rooms are really fun. Fun bar event with live music was happening the night I stayed there. Definitely a fun vibe. It’s in a suburban area so very quiet

I've not been thrilled the last 2 times I've stayed here... however, my third stay was the charm! Ryan at the front desk was helpful, professional and very thorough. The computer system was down and the first room wasn't finished being cleaned but Ryan didn't skip a beat and got me quickly checked in to a nice, quiet corner room. This was my best stay so far. I am in town often and stay at the Aloft because it is the closest hotel. They have fun things coming up, too, like food truck round ups, hot breakfast, etc. Anyways, great job, Ryan. I enjoyed stay, appreciated your customer service and am looking forward to my next stay!

This is a wonderful Marriott hotel! We stay at a lot of Marriotts, and we really like this brand. Most Alofts that we have stayed at are great, and this one is one of our favorites. The price was very good especially for a Saturday. We were able to walk to dinner (Sullivans Steakhouse) which was nice. They had a live band that was entertaining, and the bar area was really fun. There are all kinds of board games, shuffleboard, and a pool table. The room itself was clean with modern decor. This was night 79 of an 80 day roadtrip, and this was one of our favorite stays. Highly recommended!

Justin was so friendly and he had us smiling and laughing during the entire check in process! We stayed in 420 and the room layout was so cute and colorful. The entire property has a clean, modern look that really made the stay unique. The location is also a huge plus for this city! The lobby area was excellent, with options including the bar, live music, and so many game stations. The outside area was the perfect hangout spot! Service was prompt and really held up the Marriott standard. Thanks again Justin for being awesome!

We stayed at this property for me week while traveling on business. The property is updated and comfortable. For the most part I’m a remote worker; I found the desk space in our two bedroom suite very comfortable to work from during our stay. Our rooms were very clean and well appointed and made our stay very comfortable. We travel with our German Shepard and really appreciated the grassy areas around the property. The 150.00 pet fee is a very reasonable charge and worth every penny to have her traveling with us. The biggest reason for our review is the team that GM Alaa Williams has put together. Her kind and consistent leadership and customer focus is a 👩‍⚕️ bing factor of this property’s success. Her staff are caring and detail oriented and exhibiting outstanding customer service and care. The morning breakfast was an absolute treat every day of our stay. The options accommodated almost every dietary need. Miss Rita who prepares and runs the program is a true blessing to everyone. This was an outstanding stay. We are grateful for the experience we had at this property.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. During the week, they offer hot options with their continental breakfast but weekends are cold only. There is a large selection of individually wrapped foods. They laundry facilities are priced well. The pool was a comfortable temperature and no more than 10 people allowed at a time. Reservations for the pool are made to help ensure this. Overall it was a great stay!

We had a lovely day at the residence Inn in Little Rock. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. We especially give high marks to Rita in the kitchen who prepared a wonderful breakfast, including gluten-free options.

The people who work at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. After a long day of travel, it is so nice to be met by friendly people. Everyone that we encountered and spoke with who works at the hotel was that way. Nice and happy to help if we needed anything or had any questions. Most industries (not just hotels) have staffing issues these days that affects the quality of everything, but this hotel is doing something right because they have better staffing than anywhere I've stayed in the last few years. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast offerings were restocked all throughout breakfast, so that later sleepers in my family had the same breakfast options as the early risers did. I only travel a couple times a year to visit family, but this was the best hotel experience I've had over the last few years and this will be the first place I look for a room next time I am visiting family again. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

First, I want to rave about the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and kind. They make you feel at home from check-in to check-out. The hotel, including the rooms, is clean and spacious. The refrigerator and mini kitchen were perfect for our one-week stay because we made dinner there since my husband was recuperating from surgery. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The choices vary a few times a week, which I liked. The food was good, better than most hotel breakfasts. I strongly recommend the hotel.

Free breakfast great location near restaurants and Walmart quiet area rooms were inside so I felt safe. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Great stay for a great price. Small pool but it was quiet not crowded and perfect.

A smoker's corner outside with chairs and roof protecting from rain (to whom it may concern). Quick and easy access from/to highway. We were travelling from Virginia to West Texas, so the Hampton Inn in Maumelle, on the Western outskirts of Little Rock, was convenient for getting back on I-40 without having to go through town. Not super direct on and off from 40, but not mired in in-town traffic. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming to travelers who had been on the road 9 hours or so. This is either a very new, or recently updated hotel. The rooms are very clean, and quiet despite being on a fairly busy road. I found the bed very comfortable, and macro-photography of local wildflowers on the walls (local artist?) was nicer than typical hotel art. Very modern shower with massage settings. One interesting thing I especially liked- they participate in a program that collects all the leftover slivers of soap from hotels and motels, and processes them into new soap bars to distribute in impoverished communities around the world. There is a center across the street with a great little bakery named Shipley's that has great doughnuts as well as breakfast items like kolaches and breakfast tacos. Grampa's is a good catfish restaurant very near by.

had to recheck in and the man at the desk was alot more friendly than the women. Didn't get his name but tall red headed guy. WAY more helpful too. I asked about a room in quiet area and he was VERY helpful and placed me in room 308. that was a lot better than 217 and on back of hotel and quiet. Alll way better till took shower the soap container did not work??? had to step out get the Bar of soap to use. The kleenex box I didn't even want to look at shoved tissues in there no new box. When I come to stay whether fun or like this medical I am wanting to have stress free. when the housekeeping doesnt care then thats a problem.

Rooms, beds, and linens are clean. Special care is taken to ensure breakfast room/coffee station are clean too (cups and utensils are individually wrapped and gloves are offered at the buffet station). Breakfast was cheese filled omelettes and maple glazed sausages - a twist on the normal Hampton Inn eggs, potatos, and sausages.

My priority was finding a safe place to stay near Little Rock. The hotel is located in a great area and I felt very safe. We were super excited to be greeted by friendly staff and yummy fresh baked cookies. We asked the front desk associate to recommend a good place for dinner and she gave us an AMAZING recommendation that far exceeded my expectations. This hotel was also a great value for the money.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was a clean and comfortable stay. The lady in charge of breakfast was diligent in keeping everything available and tasty. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the pool wasn’t open, traditionally pools open Memorial Day weekend. Our boys were disappointed to not be able to cook off in the pool after their ball tournament. I would stay here again if the pool is open.

This was a nice, quiet hotel in the center of downtown. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was average for a hotel breakfast. It is in a good location with the river just a short walk away. We also tried the restaurant next door called Dizzy's and it was fantastic. I highly recommend their cheese dip! The parking was a little confusing as it in around the block in the back of the hotel, but there was a pathway that lead straight to the hotel. We just had to find street parking to check in before we could go into the parking garage. Overall, this was a nice hotel in a good location.

Great location. The cheapest in the area and best bang for your buck. While this hotel is certainly showing its age, other “fancier” hotels in the area are in similar condition and charge $40+ more per night with no meals included. The free breakfast is always a nice bonus and the main reason we chose this hotel over others in the area. It’s very safe as you cannot enter any door nor use the elevator without a key card. The staff was all very kind. The breakfast offers more items than I’ve seen other places offer in quite awhile. The hotel over-all was quiet, clean, and comfortable. All the furniture squeaked and that was a bit annoying, but not a deal breaker. Parking is $15 per day in the garage behind the hotel or there’s a cheaper parking garage ($12 per day) a very short 2-block walk.

When we arrived, our room smelled awful! It smelled like a chimney bc whoever stayed in that room before us smoked & that smell was embedded everywhere. Although the hotel is nonsmoking, the front desk staff apologized & immediately got us into a different room. The accommodations were good from there. Quiet, not noisy so we were well rested. No doors slamming late at night or early in the morning waking us up or interrupting sleep. Beds were clean & comfortable. Bathroom was spacious & plenty of linens. Breakfast was very good & clean & staff was kind & accommodating.

I was meeting up with friends over a weekend in June 2023 in the Little Rock area and had decided to book a room at this Hilton Garden Inn. (I'm a Hilton Honors member, tend to stay at quite a few Hilton properties, and like the bar that's a typical amenity at any Hilton Garden Inn.) I stayed here on a Friday night and a Saturday night. I arrived early on Friday afternoon and had a pretty smooth check-in experience. The room that one friend and I were in (#432) was clean and comfortable... no problems there. I appreciated the business center because I was able to use one of the computers for a bit, and we had breakfast at the hotel on the Sunday morning before we checked out. Breakfast was pretty good. Plus, a couple of us got to enjoy some drinks at the bar on Saturday evening which was great! The bar seemed to close a bit early on Saturday evening but we were able to have some drinks which worked out fine. Altogether, this is a nice hotel... a bit of an older property but my friends and I enjoyed our stay. We would have liked to see a hot tub in the indoor pool area, but we understand that hotels are gradually doing away with those. The only other thing was that we wished we'd had actual mugs (rather than the disposable cups) for our coffee with the sit-down breakfast at the hotel on Sunday morning. Not a huge deal, though. It was a pleasant stay overall for us!

We had reserved a suite, which was spacious, modern, and very clean. Staff at check-in were over-the-top friendly and helpful. The lighting in the room was excellent, way better than the usual HGI fare. There were some small flies buzzing around the breakfast area, so we skipped it after the first day — but otherwise, this was a flawless stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Nikia is an excellent front desk agent. She's very professional and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty. The hotels location was convenient. The rooms could use a deep cleaning because of the past pet guest.

Awesome Staff and property! Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great girl's trip! All the ladies at the front desk and the Sales team greeted me by name every time they saw me. The restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere, and the pool was very relaxing.

I stayed in this hotel many times as a child when it was a Crowne Plaza. It has been renovated, apparently recently, and it is as comfortable and clean as you would want. The best part of the experience, however, was the staff of this hotel. Christy at the front desk was incredible. She was so friendly and welcoming, even in the midst of a large conference crowd checking in on her shift. She's an incredibly pleasant person. I ordered room service late one night and the front desk clerk was attentive and the food was fast and delicious. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and quick with a hello in the halls. I will stay here any time I need to be in Little Rock.

Awesome service with Smiles from the moment you walk in. Check in was exceptional. Very courteous & extremely helpful. I had a little trouble with my key not working. Housekeeping manager was in hall checking out the rooms available tgst ea we’re ready for check ins & helped me get into my room & personally went diwn with my pass key to have it reset. Everyone on Staff were helpful & went out of their way to insure your stay was relaxing. Each greeted you with a good morning/day/night if met in halls or lobby etc. always helpful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an immaculately clean hotel & impeccable service!!

When we first arrived - Guest Services was very professional, up beat and welcoming. Our room was clean, bed soft but we did have an issue with the internet connection. Darrin came up and attempted to troubleshoot the problem. He also gave us another room nearby and unfortunately it had the same issue. Darrin checked several rooms, then found us a room on another floor as it appears the network issue was impacting multiple rooms. I appreciated his willingness to help and friendly service. Thank you Darrin. The shower is always the highlight of any hotel we visit and the shower here did not disappoint.

We spent 1 night on trip home from vacation. Our 1st room TV was not working and the tub drain plug had matted hair around it. The front desk had us moved to a new room with clean bathroom and working TV but shower converter wouldnt work. For just one night we took baths and crashed. Beds were comfy and otherwise a quiet night in a comfortable room.

Rooms were clean, modern appearance hotel did have a few areas that seemed worn but within the 3 - 3.5 star class. Beds were comfortable, friendly staff, only negative was the free breakfast but would definitely recommend.

This is an older (but renovated) property. Liked: quiet, convenient for appt at Arkansas Heart Hospital early the next morning, comfy bed, large bathroom, a balcony. Disliked: Sign at front desk said to contact them if you needed ice. But the ice machine on our floor was working fine. Signage in the elevator had a couple mistakes regarding the hours of the restaurant and when breakfast is served. Needs to be updated to reflect actual hours. Overall, good stay at reasonable price, clean comfy room in a convenient location.

I stayed at the Courtyard Little Rock West for business and I must say the experience was a good one. Gary Stubblefield provided great service. He was super friendly, helpful, shared some great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do while I was in Little Rock, and even upgraded my room to a two-room suite! The hotel was clean; my room was on the third floor and was quiet and had a comfortable bed. I had dinner in the outdoor lounge area and actually took a dip in the pool. Highly recommend this hotel and make sure to ask for Gary- he is the real deal and will do everything he can to make your stay a great one.

I was traveling with a one year old which at times can be difficult because he’s always on the move. But the staff was so interactive and sweet with my son. Gary (I think that’s his name so please forgive me) at the front desk helped keep my son entertained while trying to check in which helped at ton and also recommended a fun little park to take my son to so he good get some energy out and upon check out even offered to meet me at the door for check out to make it easier on us which I really do appreciate. Tracy served us breakfast and was so sweet and accommodating to me and my son’s needs. Over all 10/10 recommendation for a stay at this hotel. If you have a little and are traveling on your own this is the place to go. The room was spotless the food was great and the staff went beyond my expectations. Thankful to have had such helpful and friendly people to help us on our journey. We Will most definitely be staying here again if I find myself in Little Rock ☺️ may God bless y’all and your amazing staff !!

Stopped here for 2 nights on or way to Vegas. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I would criticize was that the landscaping and clutter around the pool needed some attention. Other than that the pool was clean and enjoyed by all.

The location was perfect. The staff was great, especially Vanessa. She was over the breakfast. She was friendly and very helpful. I forgot my purse and she immediately had it locked up in the office for me. She reassured that I got it back. We were there for a medical visit for my 5 year old. She reassured her with a hug and told her she would pray for her. She checked back on us the next day. She genuinely cared. That really meant a lot to us. Another person was extremely rude to Vanessa, she graciously responded to him, “I appreciate your patience with me.” She explained the reason breakfast was just a moment late was because the omelets were not quite ready. She did not seemed bothered at all by his rudeness. She continued working hard and being pleasant and friendly. I admire her work ethics and her positive spirit. The breakfast was hot and good with a nice selection. We enjoyed the biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, and good coffee. There was plenty more selection too. The hotel was clean and nice. Boston’s gourmet pizza was 400 feet from us and I got take out from there. It was fabulous! They had a great selection of food, not just pizza. The convenience was great. The dining area of holiday express was also great. It was clean and comfortable with nice furniture and a large screen tv. We enjoyed eating at the table and letting my child color in her new activity book.

This hotel has added modern features, more plugs new bathroom sink etc. it was nice to see that breakfast is good. The dove soap bars are beautiful. It’s a very comfortable bare bones room. Very safe and cozy.

My first experience at a pet-friendly hotel. This must be a relatively new facility. We were given a ground floor room, close to an exit. There was nice grassy hill for the pup. A dog waste station would be a good addition but there was a trash close to the exit. And it wasn’t overflowing, as so many seem to be these days. Decent free breakfast buffet. Just need lids to fit the take away cups. All staff were helpful & friendly; I wish I knew everyone’s name but would like to acknowledge Kevin & Joy for their professionalism.

We chose this hotel because it was pet-friendly and just off the expressway during our trip. From now on, I will always try to reserve at this hotel. It was a great experience all the way around. I loved the chaise lounge with the little movable table next to it. And the room had a long bench for both of our suitcases. In most places we stay at, one of ours will have to go on the floor. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Super clean and neat. Perfect!

We selected this motel while in Little Rock for a convention. Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. We had a microwave, mini-fridge and in-room coffee maker. The bed linens were clean and the bath towels were pleasantly thick. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We didn't have time to swim, but the pool area looked clean and inviting. We were pleasantly surprised at the excellence of this budget-friendly motel and give it high recommendation.

My husband mentioned the room was very clean, and look like renovated, comfortable. Even thought around the hotel does not look so nice, he recommend to stay at this place. The staffs is very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was great. Price was good compared to other hotels nearby.

Nice, clean and spacious room. The bed was big and firmer than my liking but I slept well. The AC unit gets very cold. Room has micro, fridge, coffee maker, and a large sitting chair with TV table. Very large television, nice size working desk. What I loved the most was the quietness of the floor. I didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t speak to it but I know there’s coffee.

We just recently stayed at Guest Inn and Suites in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our stay was wonderful and extremly comfortable. One of the reason it was so comfortable and welcoming was made possible by our desk clerk, Latonya. She is extremely friendly and welcoming!! I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Little Rock, especially if you are needing to visit CHI St. Vincent Infirmary, which is in walking distance from the hotel!!!

Traveling cross country, I was looking for an inexpensive motel that was clean, had a good bed, a working shower and tv, and felt safe. When I drove up to this motel I was greeted with a well tended spring garden which told me that this was a cared for facility, and indeed it was! Front staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you just want the basics.

The property has recently renovated its rooms, giving them a fresh and modern feel. However, the building itself still shows its age. While the beds were very comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean, I did notice a faint smell of smoke near my bed. I’m unsure if it was coming from another room or perhaps lingering in the walls, but it was subtle and not overly disruptive. The receptionist was soft-spoken, welcoming, and provided great customer service. One downside is the lack of a continental breakfast or nearby breakfast options, which would have been a nice convenience. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement.

The king room was excellent with a huge brown marbled shower. Beautiful new, stylish and comfortable furnishings. Fresh and clean floors, walls and countertops. Great storage closet with hangers. At least two full body mirrors in the room. Endless channels with great sound and picture quality. The staff was very accommodating and made me feel as though it was their pleasure to have me stay with them. You can't beat the price, quality or convenience with a Taco Bell right outside your window. I love it! Thanks for reminding me of what a hotel stay is supposed to feel like. Keep up the great work!

I would give this hotel a good rating because there was no deposit. It was a fast check in within like under five min. For the most part, my first night it was really quiet, but the second night was a little loud. Just the crowd that it brings for the prices. And I was able to park in good space. The neighborhood is not sketchy is just not near any other businesses sold to outsiders. It might seem sketchy, but just on the side of the highway. The prices for the night was really good. The bed and the room was clean and everything was working. They called themselves doing a maintenance check during my first day. There wasn’t so bad but it shows that they are trying to keep up the hotel and make sure people are just breaking stuff or not bad and like the rules of the hotel I’m sure. I like the fact that the air was really cold and it blew really well because it was so hot. The first two days I was there the air was really needed. And the shower head is the only thing that probably I have to complain about it needs to be fixed and the water pressure a little higher cause I like a lot of water pressure but they did every day they took out the trash and new towels and soap

It's an older building, but very well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the new Covid world some amenities were not available which I was already aware of. The room was quite and beds comfortable.

We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi tub that was in the room, and we loved it. The room was huge. It was comfy also. The rooms with the jacuzzi tubs are on the first floor. Its connected to a really good restaurant too.

Everything we needed was in one spot. Rooms were very clean and I liked the fact that they had hard floors. Beds were so comfortable! Parked for an overnight stay to go to a concert at the arena that was a block away. The restaurant downstairs was great for dinner, drinks, and breakfast. Alcoholic drinks were not watered down and priced decent. I had the fried shrimp and hibachi chicken and rice for dinner and they were really good! The salad bar had loaded pasta and potato salads as well. Breakfast was good! They have an omelette and waffle station that’s included with the breakfast buffet. A lady was making them to order. My omelette was huge! I would definitely stay here again. We didn’t even have to move our vehicle to go anywhere. And were able to walk to the venue.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and always smiling. Staff was always eager to help and answered all questions without hesitation. Our room was clean, comfortable beds, soft linens and towels. Breakfast was hot and of a good variety. The hotel was also located within a 8 min walk to our venue so it saved on parking costs there and we were able to enjoy fresh air and a bit of scenery before and after our event. Check-in & Check-out process was easy and fast and the staff did a wonderful job considering a lobby full all arrived at the same time to check in. They stayed professional and courteous and never showed any signs of stress. Overall this was a great stay and would highly recommend. I did not get to experience the bar area or the sushi restaurant but will definitely be trying those out my next stay. Great job Wyndam Staff!!

This hotel was excellent. From the gal at the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We felt very safe staying here. The breakfast was awesome. They had a lady cooking eggs anyway you'd like them. I had an omelet with ham and cheese and mushrooms. They had a list of options for your omlet. Plus, a breakfast buffet. You need to eat at the Riverfront Steakhouse in the lobby area. It was the best steak we've had. And the salad bar was amazing! The server, Alex, was awesome! They also have a bar in the lobby that also serves food. We'd definitely stay there again.

Easy check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved our view. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was wonderful! Hot buffet with bacon, sausage, ham, grits, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, biscuits/gravy. Cold buffet with cereal, yogurt and fruit. Variety of bread, muffins and rolls. Marie at the omelette bar was such a delight. She was so sweet and kind.

We stayed there in May for my wife's 40th birthday. We stayed for two nights and it was amazing. They don't specialize in breakfast and I realize it's not a Buffet but I have a big appetite in the morning. The hostess was very accommodating and brought extra french toast, fresh fruit and bacon until I was full. They even wrapped up breakfast in a To-Go container the second morning and my wife dropped it off at my work. We stayed the second time for our anniversary on Sept. 25th. Everything was wonderful accept the breakfast. Once again, I realize it's not a buffet but my wife can't eat egg yolks and they didn't offer any other options. I believe the guy who brought out the food (Antonio maybe) didn't seem too accommodating so I didn't want to ask for more breakfast. I ended up going to The Root cafe to get some pancakes to fill me up. We love almost everything about the Empress but the breakfast and service in the morning needs a little work. I spoke to Keith (property owner) on the phone and she's always very kind and helpful.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Empress. The property owner and on-site resident is Antonio and he checked us in. He was friendly and accomodating. I spoke to Keith over the phone who confirmed our reservation. Keith was very helpful and asked if we had any dietary restrictions. Ty was our server for breakfast each morning. Ty was very kind and helpful. The Empress is beautiful and has a rich history in Little Rock. We stayed in the Ernest Hemingway suite which I highly recommend. It is the most expensive but totally worth the price. The breakfast was delicious. We had waffles, fresh fruit, orange juice, bacon, and sausage. We will definitely be staying at the Empress again, very soon.

Breakfast was server as if I was royalty. The warm biscuits taste as if they were made from scratch. Just like my grandma use to make. Also served with creamy scrabbled eggs and perfectly made gravy. Location is a typical downtown area but felt safe. The house is unbelievably perfect and maintained so well its hard to believe it was from the 1800’s. House was very clean and makes you feel so special. Even the gardens are very well planned and well kept. The whole place in magical and the owner is a delight to converse with. Best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed!! I would definately go back if in the area.

We loved our stay at the Empress of Little Rock. The house was a gorgeous time capsule! In addition to our room, we had five immaculate, incredibly decorated rooms to relax, read, have tea, etc. Our hosts provided a very comfortable and friendly environment. Breakfast was on the porch (perfect weather!) and was hearty and delicious. We enjoyed walking in the historical neighborhood and staying in our lovely room, the Miss Eliza room.

Great historic house in a good location close to restaurants and bars. It’s a step back in time with all the modern conveniences. Breakfast on the wrap around porch is always great and a highlight of the stay. Antonio is always helpful with recommendations too!

Recommended by a friend. A little off the beaten path but worth it. Let’s talk about what matters: Lobby was clean and modern and front desk clerk was prompt and friendly. Atmosphere felt safe. Hallways and room are modern and seem to be recently remodeled. King bed room was super spacious and clean. Modern decor and furniture and a/c worked well. Bed was comfortable. Shower head was amazing with excellent water pressure and temp. Fitness room was clean with several cardio options and a weight machine. Breakfast area was clean and modern with a bright decor. Variety of breakfast items with great detail paid to keep warm things warm and cold things cold as needed. Highly recommend and we will be back I’m sure. Oh outside pool area looked well cared for and clean but we did not use it.

I was very pleased with this Best Western location. Quiet. Clean and good staff. Convenient to Downtown - wasy to find. VERY affordable. I was very happy with the value and the room. Comfortable beds. Spotless breakfast area. Great water pressure for my shower. The hotel was very clean overall. I will not hesitate to stay again, and recommend it without reservation.

It was a really good stay. checkin was fast and friendly. the pool is outside. there is soaps and shampoos installed in the shower. breakfast was hot and constantly being checked on. we had a little trouble with our room keys staying activated through our multi day stay, but not a huge issue. we were in town for a funeral so it was nice having a clean room and hot breakfast with comfy beds and clean working baths to come back to after an emotionally rough day

We booked this hotel last minute as we were traveling so I was not expecting too much. What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be. We were greeted with smiles as we checked in late at night. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. The shower had great water pressure. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was hot and plentiful. We felt right at home with this hotel.

This hotel was very clean, easy access to interstate, many nearby restaurants, plenty shopping venues, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. We were only in town for one night but have decided that this is the hotel we will book for future trips to this area.

Truly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the suite. It was so relaxing. It was clean, well placed so I could see my show and the jets had great pressure. Just what I needed after my week at work.

Some of the "plus" properties are not helpful for that designation, but this one shines above the others. Recently renovated, modern and clean. Friendly staff and N Little Rock has a nice little stretch downtown with interesting and fun restaurants.

This was a pleasant hotel to stay while traveling through Little Rock. The room was very quiet and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The wifi and refrigerator worked just fine. They have upgraded the halls and they look very nice. The doors into the rooms and in the rooms could use some TLC. The breakfast buffet was good.

In an age where hotels are ridiculously overpriced and their offerings are less and less, this hotel breaks that norm. Everything was of great value, the property was well maintained and well-lit, the rooms were spacious and modern, the complimentary hot breakfast was great, and the staff was phenomenal. Tracy at the front desk overnight was so incredibly sweet, caring and helpful. She is an exemplary customer service person, and did her best to make us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make us feel special. If I could copy this hotel and paste it at all of our stops along our trip, I would. Truly a great, well-rounded hotel for an amazing value.

The hotel is either relatively new or has been updated; the lobby is beautiful and sparkling clean! Check-in be Di Vaughnte (spelling?) was wonderful (he also had some very good suggestions for dinner and the next day); room 418 was very nice and super clean and spacious. It took us a while to find the outlets built into the night stand lights that are on the wall. The A/C was very good and quiet! Breakfast was great; 'fried' eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, sausage patties and finally a choice of three different teas! Very easy on and off I-40 and very quick to get to downtown Little Rock.
