Stayed with my 2 daughters. They loved the room. Rocky Horror. Jacuzzi bath was brilliant and shower. Dark in the room though so take a good light n mirror for makeup. We were warned it was noisey due to nightclub. Would stay again

Great location and good size room the only issues we had was the bathroom and absolutely no info in the room regarding he heating or air con. The jacuzzi we didn’t use as the tap had fell off and we couldn’t get the water to heat up , no shampoo or anything in the bottles

A very warm greeting and a smile from the 24hr reception team on arrival who always had a smile and were always on hand throughout the stay to help with queries. As a group of 5 we checked into the room and found that we still had so much space, the beds were super comfortable and the 'massive' shower & jacuzzi tub were a nice plus. Perfect location (about 30 seconds to concert square), parking nearby. A perfect place to stay in the heart of everything. We'll 100% be coming back to the Arthouse.

I booked this for my partners bday We both enjoyed our evening went for food and drinks before checking in. Loved the room, size is amazing, we both enjoyed the bathroom spent time chilling in the jacuzzi/bath The only thing I forgot to mention is the noise coming from the vent. The noise was all night and did keep us awake I would return with my partner or for a girls trip

I have never stayed in such a friendly hotel in all my life. The staff there are amazing, Rosie at reception and the manager Fay were lovely and helpful. I think its safe to say we will be back! The room was amazing, can't wait to come back😊

Well laid out, with a jacuzzi bath & rainfall shower in the room we stayed in, a fantastic Thai Fusion restaurant and professional yet friendly staff. A boutique hotel with a homely feel that hasn’t skimped on the refurbishment.

Jacuzzi bath was an absolute plus. Bed was comfy, room was clean to a high standard. Excellent location on Hope St. Friendly and helpful staff.

Size of the suite was fantastic and the jacuzzi spa bath was out of this world. Impeccably clean and brilliant & helpful staff.

Stunning room, decor was absolutely fabulous, 6 beds in our room , room was spotless. Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly, stayed for a hens wkend but are 100% planning to stay again. Full buffet breakfast which was also fab. Jacuzzi , large rooms well worth the money and a visit

Gorgeous room loved the space two massive beds and two massive sofas. Lovely bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and power shower. Kettle tea coffee milk supplied. Hairdryer and toiletries supplied. Breakfast had loads of choice excellent.

Really nice and quirky hotel. The whole place has plenty of character. Stayed in a double room with a jacuzzi. Really spacious rooms, with large bathroom, large tv, good air con and all amenities that you need Breakfast was an all you can eat buffet, with a good selection and ample seating

Overall a good experience. The location is perfect if you intend on doing some shopping and want the restaurants and bars during your stay. I received an email stating check-in was at 12:00. However, when we arrived at 14:45 we were told check-in is at 15:00. So it was lucky we didn't arrive earlier. The bar is reasonably priced and although we did not eat at Lock & Key the food looked and smelled great. We were celebrating a birthday and received a complimentary glass of Prosecco in our room. This was a very nice touch. The room was clean and spacious. There was very loud music being played until 00:30 on a Sunday evening. This was the only downside to the visit. We could not determine where the music was coming from though. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location near the main train stations, Liverpool One shopping district, and the university is convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a small desk for working travellers. Although there was no iron or board in the room, the staff promptly provided one upon request. The bar, which also serves breakfast, offers a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Breakfast was a la carte and of good quality. The hotel's conversion from an older industrial building gives it character but will present accessibility challenges for some guests. Additionally, there was some noise, but it wasn't a major issue. The staff stood out for their exceptional helpfulness and friendliness.

Great breakfast, not the cheapest though. Good decor in room. Sadly room 11 was like an oven and no way of getting any fresh air in, even with the window open 24 hours a day. So sleep was terrible for 2 nights. WC/shower room, had no where to place my shower gel, shampoo, face wash etc. No toilet roll holder either. Had to use towel rail for that. Area got soaked when showering. Was very noisy also. Hotel recommended car parking was £30 for 2 days, so bear that in mind if you are driving. Luke was amazing and very helpful and welcoming as was the blonde lady. (Sorry forgot name)

Cosy hotel in excellent location for central Liverpool. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, the room was comfortable but the shower wasn't very powerful and tended to leak out of the shower base which could get annoying if staying longer than a couple of days.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, very central. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and wanted to make my stay as comfortable as they could. There is a small but good restaurant and over all the place is very quirky. There was a good fan in my spacious room. They take a £50 deposit on credit card but hopefully that will be returned to my account as I left the room as I found it.

Whole set up. Fab for dogs, very private, beach close by and Jacuzzi was so relaxing. Lots places in New Brighton are dog friendly.

This retreat is such a beautiful place, was spotless and had everything you need in one place down to air con, internet, massive TV with use of Netflix and even a bonus of a jacuzzi and use of a garden. The host Simon who was lovely was so quick to respond to my messages and even come down to show me how to use the jacuzzi. I'm hoping to return in a few weeks again as i enjoyed my stay that much.

Arrived here for the night as on a road trip holiday visiting from Australia. Met host Simon who was nice and friendly for a chat and showing us our room for the night. He was also helpful explaining what eateries were nearby. We chose Chinese, which quite tasty. Location is nice and peaceful, no traffic noise to bother you. It was also lovely having a quiet yard outlook on with the deck seating to sit on out in the sun. Friendly dog Bailey came to say hello which we loved as we really miss our dogs back home when traveling abroad. Location is great for a short walk to the end of the street to see the water edge for a stroll along and see a view of the city across the water. Inside the room itself we enjoyed having the nice lounge set up with a couch and large TV with lots of channels along with the Quirky bar (with handy microwave, sink to wash up and a drinks fridge) plates, wine glasses, cutlery, etc Lots of ‘man cave’ collector items were displayed on the walls, which we also liked viewing. The shower next morning was nice and hot. Parking out on the street was ok with spots not too hard to find. All in all a nice overnight stay. Would recommend to others.

This is a very good equipped, very clean and comfortable unit in Wallasey. I felt myself safe and calm, because the apartement is in a quiet Street near the Mersey River. The bed was comfortable, I slept so good! There're kitchenwares and toiletries, clear towels and bedlinen. I can't try the hot tub and the giant TV, 'cause I'd no time, but other costumers loved theese extras. The host was nice but I haven't got to ask him anything, 'cause I'd got everything for a perfect stay. The public transport to Liverpool and Chester is very good. I enjoyed the long walks by the Mersey on the promenade to New Brighton. I loved everything there!

Perfect location about 15 minutes away from the city centre. But also in an area which had plenty of great bars and places to eat. The home was modern, had everything you need and was very clean. Beds were comfy. Television with Netflix etc. Hosts were very easy to contact with any queries, and responded rapidly via What’s App. Will definitely be returning.

It's a great location for visiting my daughter. We love the Baltic Area. With a great range of pubs / bars and restaurants. The house is perfect for us as it has enough room for the 4 of us (can sleep up to 6 adults ) it is clean and comfortable with everything you would need for your stay.

Clean and comfortable place to stay in Liverpool. We were only in town for a day so can’t really comment on location. The neighborhood is a bit gritty but we felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Kitchen was decently equipped. Overall good stay.

Property was in a great location. Checking in was well documented and easy. Staff were super helpful. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything required for our stay. The location was great, overall the accommodation was OK for what we needed it for, it was clean and we'll equipped, towels and bed linen were provided too, beds were very comfortable, more than enough storage space in the bedrooms, free WiFi which is great,( user name and password on WiFi device,) key collection/return a short walk away, nice, enclosed back garden, which had a barbecue to use, damage deposit was returned before we even checked out,

It was convenient to airport for early morning flight. We got a bus from a stop quite close to the property. We could have walked or got a taxi but bus was handy. Room was clean and comfortable, we did turn down the heating on the first night. We were also able to get a bus nearby to city center and a quick change of bus got us close to Anfield for a match. Coffee/ teas in the room but not suitable for meals. There’s a Premier Inn nearby also where we ate on one evening. There were other restaurants nearby but again this was handy. Host met us on arrival and was friendly and helpful. It was good value for money for us.

We had an early morning flight back to Malta and decided to travel to Liverpool Airport the night before so that we could at least get 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep before the flight. This was achieved in great warmth and comfort in a very cosy self-catering annex on the ground floor at Gateway Lodge. Our host, June, could not have been more helpful and obliging in selecting our room. We were able to walk to the airport in around 15 minutes the next morning, arriving fresh and unflustered after our sleep. The private annex had everything we required, including a very comfortable bed, a modern bathroom (with a Shower unit), a well-equipped kitchen and a restful lounge area (with multi-channel TV). The bus stops to and from the airport and Liverpool City centre are located 4 mins from the accommodation.

Fantastic value for the location - 10 min walk to the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff - check in and check out was very easy. Rooms were clean and tidy, nice range of tea and coffee in the room and then soap/towels in the shower was useful so I didn't have to unpack mine! (Awesome power on that shower too!) Excellent for parking too - £15 for 5 nights so close to the airport is a brilliant deal (although I didnt drive there in the end for other non related reasons). Would definitely stay again if I ever fly from John Lennon airport.

Exceptional. Exceptional. Exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed by the owner. Room was spacious, clean, simply beautiful. Had a twin room with wood floors, plenty of natural light. Large bathroom with mansion of a shower. Genuinely wish we had more time, as we only stayed one night. Short and easy walk to the airport.

My husband and I have just stayed for 2 nights at The Halyard and had a wonderful stay. We stay in Liverpool regularly when visiting family and this was our first time staying here. We usually stay at The Titanic but decided to stay at The Halyard after reading the great reviews and a very competitive price. The hotel is centrally located being a short walk from the main shops and tourist attractions. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Our room was comfortable, stylish and clean with a queen sized bed, complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar and also biscuits, tea, coffee pods and machine, fresh milk in the fridge which were all replenished daily. Plenty of space to store clothes and luggage, nice dressing area, lovely robes and Temple Spa products in a compact bathroom with great shower. The restaurant and bar areas are really stylish, well designed and and comfortable. We booked room only and went out for breakfast, just our preference when staying in a city with lots of choice on offer. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful, special mention to Ronnie who is extremely friendly and welcoming, he recommended some great local bars to try! We shall definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends!

From the moment we stepped inside to the moment we left, everything about our stay was absolutely amazing and perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. When they noticed I was on crutches, they immediately arranged an accessible room without me even needing to ask. It was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. A special shoutout to Emily, Peter and Billy, who were all so friendly, approachable and always smiling. Their warmth and positive energy truly made our stay even more memorable. The room was pristine, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I’m usually a die-hard duck and down feather person, but I was so impressed I actually purchased the exact same pillows to have at home. The mini bar was a lovely touch, and I really appreciated the excellent coffee and tea service in the room, along with the proper glasses. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety was impressive, everything was fresh, and it all tasted delicious. The small details made a big difference. The vanity pouches, plush slippers and soft robes were unmatched. Every aspect of our stay felt thoughtful and genuinely enjoyable. This will absolutely be our place to stay every time we visit Liverpool. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

This hotel is the perfect blend of stylish and hip while being immaculately clean — a rare and wonderful combination. The service was excellent, with friendly, attentive staff who made us feel right at home. We stayed in a suite with a balcony overlooking Liverpool, and it was absolutely worth it. The views were stunning — even from the freestanding tub! Honestly, we didn’t even want to leave the room. It was that comfortable and thoughtfully designed. They were also very accommodating to our dog, which we really appreciated. Our pup was provided with a bed and a treat, making the stay extra special for all of us. A couple of notes: parking was a bit tricky, so give yourself time to figure that out. And while breakfast was delicious, service was on the slower side — so plan ahead if you’re on a schedule. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for something modern, pet-friendly, and relaxing with amazing views.

We've stayed in many hotels in Liverpool and Manchester an this hotel is now our favourite. Every staff member we encountered was great, service was second to none. Special mention to Manos on reception, he was great, very informative, friendly and professional. Whole hotel is spotless and feels brand new for being just a year old. Beds are super comfy, pillows are great, showers perfect. Great selection of glasses in the room aswell as complimentary water in the mini bar aswell as a small glass bottle of milk, something I've never seen in a hotel room before. Room safe can be found in one of the drawers in wardrobe unit. Theres a dressing table with mirror and chair, enought space to hang clothes and the room comes with bathrobes and slippers. Toiletries smell amazing in the bathroom. A neat little addition was a low light in the bathroom, perfect for not waking anyone else when needing the bathroom during the night. Not many hotels have this much attention to detail in their rooms. Televisions also have chrome cast and Sky sports and movies. Breakfast was also great, selection of breads, pastries and continental breakfast plus choice of one of the options on the hot items on the breakfast menu. Coffee and Hot chocolate were great too. Couldn't fault a thing an looking forward to returning already! Thanks Halyard!

The welcome by the front of the house staff was superb. Very friendly and helpful and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants and cafes. Booking in was quick and efficient. Room was lovely. Fabulous hot shower. Walking distance 5 /10 minutes to John Lewis which you can see from the hotel. 10 minute walk to Central station. Lots of cafes/restaurants/bars close by. We had a drink in the hotel bar which is very nice decor. Prices reasonable for a hotel. The bar staff were miserable and not friendly. At 9pm staff started setting the bar area up for breakfast which did not do anything for the relaxing atmosphere. Apart from this the hotel is wonderful and I would definitely recommend.

It is the second time I have stayed here to enable me to meet up with old work colleagues. The pub restaurant looks very nice but save for breakfast I did not eat there as we were meeting elsewhere. Food I saw being delivered looked good and a nice friendly atmosphere. The first time I stayed was pre COVID-19 and had a very friendly personal greeting. This time was a very friendly COVID-19 safe greeting. Very nice room, very clean and nicely furnished. Nice clean bathroom albeit on the small side. I would would have no hesitation in recommending it. Breakfast on both occasions excellent with very good local produce. I will no doubt stay again in the future.

I stayed here for 4 nights recently, the staff were all friendly, polite, helpful and kind. My room was huge, cleaned to a great standard and the bed was super comfy. I ate dinner in the bar on a couple of evenings, as a lone female guest I felt really comfortable sat in the bar. The food was hot, well cooked and delicious. Breakfast was great, a fab choice and again all served piping hot. I will be travelling to the area regularly in the future and The Jug and Bottle will be my first choice of places to stay.

Our room was comfortable and cosy, and had great views over the garden and beyond. Breakfast was exceptional, with plenty of choice. We had an evening meal on two nights and the food was delicious. We would like to thank the team at the Jug and Bottle for making our stay so enjoyable - everyone was so friendly and professional, from the moment we checked in to the moment we left.

The staff of the Jug & Bottle were very welcoming from the moment we contacted them to tell them we would be late. We were completely wasted when we arrived due to late flights and horrible driving conditions, and Jonty and Alice, and the rest of the staff, rescued us. Dinner that night provided a delicious means to recover from our trip. Andy, the Manager, welcomed us at breakfast, which was lovely, and provided us with a number of delicious options. We had a great dinner to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday with family, who lived nearby. The room, though a bit small, was very comfortable, clean, and made our stay a great experience. I can't say enough nice things about this property and its staff.

This was my second stay in 18 months. I was staying for business & the property was easy to locate & park for free. The room/ensuite was comfortable & spacious. The shower & bedroom were spotlessly clean. The pillows were medium/firm & the mattress very comfortable. Good Wi-Fi signal-essential for work planning! I ate pan fried chicken on the evening which was delicious. At breakfast, there was a great choice. Due to me needing to leave for work I only had porridge, toast, juice & tea but they were lovely. It was very cold weather & the heating wasn't on full. However, there was an electric heater in the room which I used. All the staff were friendly & approachable. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything. Could not fault any part of our stay, we enjoyed it so much we stayed for an extra night. The staff were amazing friendly and very helpful. 24 hour reception, I messaged and asked about having the room set up for my partner as a surprise and they instantly got back to me with offers for this to which I chose a balloon bottle of Prosecco and a cake left for us on arrival. Communication was fast and no misunderstandings. The rooms were clean, lovely big bathroom with beautiful powerful showers, comfy beds. Breakfast was perfect standard full English, cooked beautifully very clean breakfast. Value for money is amazing. For anyone wanting a football themed stay this is the perfect place to be, very very short walk to the stadium. I can’t wait to come back

Becky and Jade couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our flight home was quite late in the evening and Jade offered to go out of her way to give us access to our room until we were ready to leave. Although we didn't take her up on the offer, I felt it was a simple example of how the girls were willing to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs and it was very much appreciated. Our room was spotless. Rooms are a little on the small side but were perfectly adequate for our needs, with a smart tv, fan, kettle and lovely bright fresh bathroom with an amazing shower! The bed was extremely comfortable and our room was warm and cosy and very peaceful. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious. The hotel is perfectly situated with newsagents, a pub and Anfield Road stadium all within a stone's throw. Regular and frequent bus services to and from the city centre are a mere 3 minute walk, taking somewhere between 15-20 minutes per trip depending on traffic. We'll definitely be returning guests in the near future.

Fantastic host (Ryan) met us on arrival and he helped us so much with getting around the city and - suggestions on bars and gave Taxi numbers. He was great- a credit to the hotel. Full english breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly, welcoming and really helpful. Location is absolutely perfect, if you go to see football on Anfield. Quiet street. Room and bathroom was extremely clean. I would come back everytime!

The staff are fantastic. So friendly & helpful. The hotel is clean and modern. The room was very clean. Nice fluffy pillows, comfortable beds, tea & coffee station, bathroom compliments and plenty of toilet rolls!! Nice large smart TV. Only a 15 minute drive from Liverpool city centre. There is also a convenience store right next door. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning 🥰

This is one of the best places we've ever stayed 😊 the location is so central, close to the Albert Dock and right in the middle of a huge shopping area with amazing boutique shops as well as all the High Street favourites. The imax cinema is a couple of minutes walk. The hotel is so easy to come and go from with key card access. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, they made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel being dog friendly was a massive bonus and complimentary treats and a water bowl were supplied which was a lovely welcoming touch. The room was gorgeous, clean and spacious. Very comfy beds and I can be hard to please with that! Gorgeous shower room with soap and shower gel. There was an iron, ironing board and mini safe in the wardrobes and a desk for getting ready with complimentary tea and coffee. There was everything we needed and more. The reception area has a well stocked fridge that you can charge to your room plus complimentary breakfast of pastries and coffees which was another excellent welcoming touch. We are already planning our next stay 😊 we paid £75 for myself, my son and 2 dogs which I thought was incredibly reasonable. On arrival we paid a £50 deposit which was returned almost immediately after check out. We travelled by train and it only took 15 minutes to slowly walk to the hotel via St John's gardens, which is right next to the station, where our dogs enjoyed a walk.

The location is very central, yet we found it to be very quiet! The room was spacious, bright and spotless clean! The complimentary breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our day (although the coffee machine was not working on the second day, which was a shame). The staff were very friendly and answering all our questions about transportation and restaurant recommendations. We will definitely visit again!!

Clean rooms with great facilities. I loved how the light switches at the bedside turned off/on all lights so you didn't have to get up to turn them off/on. Plenty of plug sockets in convenient places. Toiletries in bathroom were lovely and spa-like. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Able to store luggage safely until check in. Delicious range of pastries and condiments every morning with tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel right in centre near shops, bars and restaurants.

Fabulous hotel in the centre of Liverpool. A short walk from bus stops. It is right in the centre of Liverpool One with all of the bars, shops and restaurants in close proximity. The room was very spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Complimentary tea/coffee and pastries are served in reception before 10am. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

The room was spotless. Staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. The pub downstairs had an amazing atmosphere and transport links into town and the football grounds were brilliant. On arriving Paul met us and took us to our room, the rooms were spotless and the attention to detail was impeccable. Have you ever been in a hotel and thought? Oh I wish they had this.... Well, here we didn't think that once. Everything was there. From hairdryer, iron, even extra tea/coffee supplies on the reception. The room itself was absolutely stunning. It had a natural sky light which gave the room a gorgeous orange glow each morning, very romantic to wake up too. The staff were amazing too. Diane in the bar downstairs was such a lovely woman and booked us a taxi every time we needed, all whilst providing a friendly wel owing atmosphere.

We loved our stay, we were given a room close to reception as I have mobility problems & the staff were all so friendly & helpful. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable & clean. The facilities were great, TV with Netflix, kettle, hairdryer,iron. Nice shower. Perfect for our 3 night visit to see our son at university to celebrate his 21st birthday. We'll definitely return when we come back to Liverpool for his graduation next year. The hotel felt really safe & secure too. Also the building itself is stunning!

Excellent staff-Abdul was always on hand and available to help if needed. I had to check in late at the last minute and that wasn’t a problem. I was able to park right outside the hotel on the street without any issues. I felt very safe and it was lovely and quiet in the room. The room was amazing! Set over 2 floors with 2 bathrooms it was very comfortable, had original gothic features of the building, was clean, modern, and had all the facilities you need.

Paul was very welcoming and even checked in with us via telephone beforehand. Room extremely comfortable and clean. Loved the decor. Massive stag fan! Night staff available so you can come and go as you please as long you remember to respect others. Access to tea, coffee, toilet roll etc 24/7. Bar downstairs, locals and staff very friendly and had live music both Saturday and Sunday. Will definitely visit again.

I had an amazing time staying here with my kids. The room was very comfortable, wifi and other amenities worked great, the pub downstairs was also convenient. Paul was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. My kids looked forward to chatting with him each time we came and went. Lovely place and we look forward to our next visit.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Trueman Court for the weekend, whilst visiting Liverpool. The rooms were very spacious and airy, giving the whole room an open and modern feel. The combination of luxury, whilst also being in a prime location (walking distance from all of the shops, bars and restaurants) fitted the bill perfectly for our weekend. One of the things we most enjoyed that most other places seem to lack was a proper functional kitchen. Everything was shiny and brand new, with a very good coffee machine and modern amenities. My stay at Trueman Court, was simply perfect! Room 14 is super spacious, with modern and cozy decor. I loved the comfortable bed, the full kitchen, and the huge dining table - perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Liverpool. The fur rug in the living room added a super special and cozy touch to the environment. The location is great, close to everything, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend! Oh, and the fur rug in the living room is really a charm, super soft and stylish!

We loved everything about it! It was spotless clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect, in town and close to trains,buses and taxis. Great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Really could not do enough for you.

Our in these luxury apartments was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning interiors and high-end finishes that exuded sophistication. The spacious layouts provided ample room to relax, and the modern amenities, including a fully-equipped kitchen and state-of-the-art appliances, made my stay incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to fine dining, shopping, train station and cultural attractions. Overall, our stay in the luxury apartments was a delightful escape, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a blend of comfort and elegance!

Great location, very much walkable to the central locations. Extremely modern and clean flat with kitchen. Comfortable sofa, good shower, really perfect flat for a city break.

We had such a special night away at INNSiDE Liverpool! I stayed with my mum and everything from start to finish was perfect. We were kindly upgraded to a stunning townhouse room with amazing views—such a lovely surprise and made the stay feel even more special. The half board option was well worth it. Dinner was a delicious three-course meal at ginos restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was just as yummy with a great selection. The 360 Sky Bar was a highlight too—great atmosphere, brilliant service, and breathtaking views of the city. Can't recommend this hotel enough for a memorable break. Thank you to the team for making it so perfect - you were so lovely and friendly and it meant so much.

I am an independent travel agent and often review hotels i stay at. We stayed here this week and I honestly couldn't rave more about this stunning hotel.Perfect location for our River cruise and shopping in the city centre.The staff went above and beyond for us ,nothing was too much. The interior is beautiful. We stayed in a king size room,which the bed was huge. The view was exceptional from our window,we had a river view. The 360 sky bar 🍸 was amazing with stunning views and definitely worth a visit. 1st time staying here and won't be my last.The rooms were spacious, clean and a free mini bar with soft drinks. The 12pm check out was a great way to have a lie in and relax in the morning 🌄 Can't wait to return to this beautiful hotel. There isn't parking on site but there is a NCP 2 mins away which you get a discount for once you check out,We were in the car park for 14 hrs and was £16 after the discount.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We are fans of Melia hotels and so we booked directly through the website and got a members discount. We chose the half board option and a room with a river view. Car parking is nearby and Melia offers discounted parking. The hotel is walkable to the docks and centre. Our room was nice and clean with free soft drinks. The shower was large and everything was clean. We visited the Sky Bar for one drink prior to our meal and enjoyed the incredible views of the city. We ate downstairs in the Gino restaurant. Half board gives you access to a 3 course set menu or £25 p/p off the bill. The set menu was nice and we certainly felt full. Drinks are more on top but the hotel gives you a 10% off voucher. The breakfast was really enjoyable. Full English, continental, fruits and pastries all available and the staff were helpful to boot. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Came here for just a 1 night stay for my wife's birthday. Check in was quick and young lady was friendly and most helpful. Lovely room overlooking the river and a surprise gift to acknowledge my wife's birthday. Room was spacious and a very comfortable bed. Had a drink in the Sky bar which has incredible views especially on a lovely summers evening. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. All in all an excellent stay and all the staff we encountered were, friendly, courteous and professional.

Staff were so welcoming on arrival, couldn’t fault them, nothing was too much trouble. Room had everything we needed including a free non-alcoholic mini bar (lovely touch). Very comfy bed and everything was very clean. The added addition of having Gino’s Italian restaurant and sky bar on site was fantastic. After a long drive to Liverpool it was lovely to be able to have dinner on site and then relax in the sky bar watching the sunset afterwards. Highly recommend doing both. Hotel is in a great location, close to the docks and a 10minute walk to city centre, NCP capital carpark is just around the corner. Lots of little cafes and restaurants around too. We look forward to coming back to Liverpool soon and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again. 10/10 from us.
