Everything was perfect, especially the heated pools and jacuzzi. Amazing views. The best place to stay if you want to relax.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is clean and tidy and also it’ also the breakfast was varied and the service and quality was great The restaurant of the resort offered a delicious food and the resort area is very quiet its a great place for honeymoon and I will come back again The last point I want to say is it’s better to rent a car to go to the hotel

This 5-star gem was exactly what we needed! Spotlessly clean and incredibly relaxing, with fantastic staff who went above and beyond. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning, complemented by stunning views that truly made our stay special. The facilities are truly excellent. Just a heads-up, reaching the main town does require a car due to a scenic, narrow winding road, but it's a small trade-off for such a luxurious and tranquil escape.

The King room with private jacuzzi was amazing. Our view of the lake was stunning. The shower had great water pressure and temperature control as hot as we like! The ladies at the welcome desk were so helpful. We loved the snacks they brought to the room with the bottles of wine we bought. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Everything was exceptional.

We were visiting from the United States & stayed in the jacuzzi suite for New Years in 2023 & it was a magical experience. Our room overlooked the lake and we saw fireworks at midnight from 50 different points on the lake - never seen anything like it! The hotel breakfast was also wonderful, and everything is walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel - will look to come back in the summer. The hotel manager/owner and all staff members were friendly, helpful, accommodating and made our stay wonderful! We were upgraded upon check in to our delight. The bar is a nice place to gather in the evening and chat with the owner and other hotel guests. The view from both sides of the hotel are lake view even though they don’t advertise that it’s beautiful. The pool nice and the in room/balcony private hot tub was a great thing as we had flown all night before arriving and it relaxed us. The downtown area/castle and restaurants an easy walk from the hotel.

Perfect location 350metres from cwntrale ski school and lupigno kids park, cosy rooms and vwry clean. Breakfast was great with good fresh food variety. Dinner was very tasty too. Friendly staff, cark parking with access to the pedestrian area available.

A very pleasant, if fairly basic, three star hotel. Our room was on the small side, but sufficient for our needs. We received fine service from very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a good restaurant for dinner and a fair buffet breakfast. The hotel is in as superb location for shopping and night life. It's in an okay location for skiing if you aren't addicted to ski-in ski -out. It's about a seven minute walk to the nearest ski lifts, a five or six minute walk to the nearest ski-bus stop, and a one minute walk from a good ski rental shop. The hotel has a mini spa (a dry sauna, a hot sauna and a couple of small hot-tubs). I didn't go, but my daughter went once and said that the sauna wasn't hot enough. The whole area was beautifully lit up for Christmas. The only big problem was how cold the reort was. This was the second time we've been to Livigno in December and both times it was freezing. On three of the days we were there it was 21 degrees (celsius) below zero in the morning when we started skiing. But the snow was good and the pistes were great. And the Italians are wonderful people. I took a bad fall one day and sufferred a minor injury.. A skier stopped to help me within seconds, and the ski patrol was there within less than two minutes and everybody was warm and kind and helpful.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Compagnoni in Livigno for a week, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional: The owner stood out with his warmth, kindness, and willingness to accommodate our every need. Breakfast was a treat – both delicious and of high quality. We truly appreciated the provision for bicycle storage, which came in very handy for us. The hotel's location, right in the heart of Livigno's pedestrian zone, was perfect, making our explorations of the town a breeze. The option of having cocktails at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful touch. The dinners served were mouthwatering and left us looking forward to our meals each day. Our time at Hotel Compagnoni significantly enhanced our stay in Livigno. The memories we've made there are truly precious and will be cherished for a long time. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and can't wait for our next visit!

The hotel is in the middle of the limited vehicle access pedestrian zone, is well located between ski lifts. Although I have seen it advertised as ski in ski out - that’s a bit of stretch one does need to walk around 150m to the nearest lifts. The ski room is down some stairs but is well warmed at night to dry boots etc. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a large spread. The staff are friendly and always ready to make a cappuccino at breakfast time. There is a party scene at the bar downstairs - even over new year celebrations we were not disturbed by it given the good insulation of the rooms. Parking was free in a nearby outdoor lot.

Perfect location, excellent facilities, great newly refurbished rooms and professional, friendly, helpful staff who all aimed to please. Food and service were also great and the best bar snacks in the whole of Livigno served with a smile and always a warm and friendly welcome anytime of day or night!

Stayed in a mobile home with Jacuzzi, lovely clean place, stunning views over lake in a peaceful location with easy lake access. Heaps of facilities provided, all spotless and well maintained. A popular site, I can see why!

amazing view of the lake from our Jacuzzi, it was a really good size cabin, everything you could need to enjoy not only the site but the lake. an easy flat walk along the side of the lake, to numerous coffee places. There were loads of facilities, we didn't use them as we enjoyed walking by the lake and using our Jacuzzi. place was very clean and comfy, we would stay again.

It was perfect stay in this place. We have stayed in Tent 7 for 5 days. Tent has it’s own bathroom, toilet, kitchen, two bedrooms and terrace. Tent is fully equipped with all necessary equipment, stuff and utensils. All furniture is new and clean. Very big territory with parking near the tent, two swimming pools, playground, gym etc. Great lake and view, very friendly and helpful staff! I highly recommend this place to everyone who likes nature and calm rest!

Really nice, clean and cosy house. Calp is totally clean, everyone is very helpful, nothing is problem, nice beach, pretty gym, activities for kids whole Day with perfect animators. Really recomend it to everyone! 10/10!

Where do I start?? This place is a beautiful gem in an idyllic location! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the facilities are immaculate! Unfortunately, the weather was less than ideal when we stayed, but we still managed to spend some time in the gorgeous pool, and the kids loved the sports and electric scooter facilities. The location on the lake is amazing...unbelievable views and only a short walk from our accommodation to the lakeside. The food in the restaurant is fabulous, and very reasonably priced. We loved every minute of our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone considering booking.

This property is second to none! The views, regardless of where you stay, are absolutely incredible! We had a hot tub room and a balcony room and both were equally amazing! Although the parking situation is a little weird, it’s not terrible. Just be aware that if you don’t buy a spot ahead of time, you have to park in a parking garage and the shuttle picks you up in downtown Limone at certain times. But you have a shuttle to take you to and from the ferry to get around the lake very easily! This is the only place we will stay when we come back! And we will be back!

Everything: the exceptional view, the delicious food, the friendly and helpful people, the comfy rooms (get a lake view) - there wasn't anything not to like. Pilzone is a quiet area, but Iseo is a 25 min walk away (more restaurants, bars and the ferry), and there is a fantastic big bench hike (google it if you are a hiker) just behind the hotel and plenty of hiking options, so for us, the location was perfect.

The hotel is very nice and tranquil. The very quiet atmosphere might be because our visit was out of season (we went at the end of September), and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are decent size, with high ceilings. We had a partial lake view, but next time would book a lake view room as the view is absolutely amazing. The hotel has a very nice bar with a selection of local Franciacorta sparkling wines, offering snacks and a few lunch options. The restaurant next door is really great with good a la carte options + seasonal dishes (we were lucky to try truffle ones). Had dinner there twice and absolutely loved every dish. There are a lot of activities one could do in the area (hiking, cycling). We did not try those, but we did hire a motor boat in the place advised by the hotel - and it was absolutely amazing. The hotel has access to the lake, but we did not try it as it was late September. The water in the outdoor pool was quite chilly as well, which was not too bad for us as we were the only people swimming. But the ladder leading to the swimming pool needs fixing (not stable at all, maybe even dangerous), as well as thermometer showing the temperature of the water. Another thing to mention - the small heated whirlpool had a strange smell, which put us off it. Not sure if it is only us, but did not see anyone else really using it. The personnel was very nice and helpful, most speaking good English. Would like to come back again

Hotel is in the perfect location, and booking a room with a balcony makes a difference (it's a small outdoor area but so nice to have the views). Set along a quiet part of the lake but also close enough to town and other restaurants. Staff was very friendly and happy to answer all questions. Useful to have a car here to get to other locations but train stop is very close as well. Bikes are also available Breakfast had many options and the restaurant on-site has a beautiful dinner menu.

We love staying at Lago d'Iseo, and this quality hotel really added to the experience. There's a pool, a bar, comfortable lounge with library, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Parking is free, breakfast is included, and the bar snacks are generous - a good thing as the associated but independent restaurant is pretentious and cuisine minceuse. Never mind - there's a great local pizzeria/restaurant within 400 metres that caters for all tastes. As for the area itself, it's beautiful and largely untroubled by crass tourism. Go for it!

Room 11 is truly amazing - a small suite with a sun deck and private jacuzzi at a very reasonable price. It was not clear from the booking so we had a lovely surprise upon arrival. The staff is very friendly. We will go back for sure!

Awesome junior suite was perfectly made with vintage staff and modern techs, was very clean and well furnished, great jacuzzi! Very good quality breakfast has been of fresh and tasty with fresh juice, yogurt, aromatic coffee. Overall best experience! Highly recommend.

We are a family, parents and 4 kids, and stayed 2 nights. The place is charming and special. The rooms have an antique and very special design. The room surroundings were quiet, the lake view room had an amazing view, and every morning we enjoyed inhaling the fresh air outside. The beds were comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Everything on the breakfast table was tasty and the assortment was large - the only small change I would recommend is to add some vegetables. The owner of the place was very considerate, always eager to help, and full of energy. In our last night we chose to dine in the hotel's restaurant, and then too everything was tasty and our whole family enjoyed the meal. Really one of the best accommodations that I experienced in my life - all of our kids enjoyed it too.

Amazing hotel, even though we arrived late the owner gave us something to eat because we were tired and hungry from travelling all day, the view is also amazing. The breakfast was really good and tasty, the hotel rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable to sleep in. The owner is super friendly and sweet, if you’re looking to sleep a peaceful night and wake up to an amazing view of the lake then i totally recommend this place.

The hospitality of the owner and the employees is super. They are very helpful and explained us where to find the nice hidden beaches. The room is very nice. We had a room with a huge balcony we used to end each day with a local beer we got from the bar. The breakfast is super forschte piece. Fresh bread and fresh orange juice, ham, eggs and good coffee. All we wanted and more it offers a good view of the lake. The hotel is located in a quiet area at night. During day there might’ve Construction going on but that did not bother us since we wanted to explore the region and not stay in the hotel during day. Also very nice are the big parking spaces. No problem to find an empty space and big enough to park even our big SUV.

The property was beautiful and located in a calm area, just 10 minutes from the city center. The room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking Lake Garda. The pool area was perfect with plenty of sun beds and one jacuzzi as well as a spacious swimming pool, which could have been a few degrees hotter. Breakfast was perfect with plenty of choices including fresh fruit, different pastries, scrambled eggs as well as a coffee bar which you could order anything from at any time.

Everything really… Our room was impeccable and cosy, with air conditioning, a safe and a fridge. Great location - only a 10 minute walk to the town centre along the stunning lakeside. Amazing choice for breakfast! Great value 4* hotel Spa with sauna, steam room and relaxation area, and outside pool and jacuzzi All with very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay - thank you to each and everyone of you!

Excellent location with absolutely beautiful views, especially enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi! The entire hotel was extremely clean and the bed was particularly comfortable. Our experience here exceeded our expectations and we hope to return again soon!

Set in large grounds the hotel was modern with very comfortable rooms. Excellent restaurant serving tasty dinner and breakfast. I particularly liked the outdoor seating area which is a wonderful place to eat dinner. Secure underground parking was a good feature.

Hotel looks very nice. The stuff both on reception and at the restaurant were kind and friendly. We came an hour before check in and it was possible to get the room earlier, which is great. The room was spacious and clean, bed and pillows are very cosy. Bathroom is also spacious. For an additional fee of 35 euros, it is possible to use the Wellness and Spa. You have various things to do, such as a small pool with different kinds of hot tubs, finish sauna, hamam, aromatic showers, relax zone etc. Towel, bathrobe and slippers are also included in the price, as well as complimentary water, tea and nuts. We were the only ones in the spa which was great, and they have the rule that maximum of 12 people are allowed in the same time, but considering the size of the spa, it's more suitable for like 8 people. For us, the location of the hotel was good, since we were looking for a good hotel which is nearby to Malpensa airport.

I was very impressed with the spaciousness of the room—it was truly huge. I also appreciated the option to park a car right by the room, even though I didn’t have a car with me during my stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the friendly atmosphere made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was both tasty and plentiful, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were always willing to help and very attentive. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of being able to borrow an umbrella on rainy days. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Location was good. Close to highway but very quiet. Rooms were newer and very clean. Breakfast was good but a little limited. Coffee was served from the Barista. Parking was close to the rooms. There is a new Aldi close by.

I liked the changing colours of the LED lighting in the room and all the switches. It was a very cool and fun Motel with the drive up to the door and also with the garage door I could close when parked. The room was serviced every day and to a high standard. Chatted with the staff at breakfast and they were very welcoming and made me feel at home. It made for a lovely stay for this Englishman while working in beautiful Italy. I will stay here again.

We had an amazing mini flat with its own entrance , large terrace and magnificent views of Lake Garda. This part of the lake is very peaceful and there is direct access to the lakeside where you can sunbathe and swim. There is also a small swimming pool with plentiful sun loungers. The grounds are very lovely with lots of four poster beds dotted around to relax on. The train station is three bus stops away and from Desenzano you can get direct trains to Venice and Verona. The breakfast was very nice, with home baked goods available abs lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

A perfect location with a beautiful lake view. Very friendly staff, very tasty food, a very friendly Romanian lady who served us. The restaurant on the corner has a very nice atmosphere and you don't have to go further into town to have dinner. We arrived very late but anyway we were met by a person and taken to our room which I really appreciate. We will definitely come back at the first opportunity.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent—close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was spacious and featured a jacuzzi, which was a nice luxury. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. However, there were several downsides. The staff was not very helpful, and although we were told that parking was included, we ended up being charged for it. The jacuzzi, while enjoyable, made the room quite humid, and the floor became slippery, which felt unsafe. Also, the promised lake view was a bit of a letdown—it was mostly a view of the parking lot, with only a small glimpse of the lake on the horizon. Overall, the hotel has potential, but a few improvements in service and clarity of information would make a big difference.

Modern and comfortable lounge and bar. Rooms are to be refurbished over winter but were very roomy and comfortable. All the staff ( reception, cleaners, breakfast staff, bar were very pleasant, accommodating, professional Hotel is only short walk from the old town but still away from the bustle of the tourist crowds. Breakfast room lovely and food very fresh, tasty and plentiful. High standards of cleanliness.

Stayed here for 5 nights in August/September 2025. The staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous. Benjamin and his colleague in the pool bar were exceptionally friendly and very nice to our young daughter when she was unfortunately stung by a wasp. Our room was comfortable and cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels delivered daily. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice with the area outside and inside spotlessly clean. The hotel also has sky sports and showed the premier league game in the bar area downstairs. It was mentioned that the entire hotel is due a revamp soon. This will really help improve and update the decor. Swimming pool area on roof is a nice place to sunbathe. Pool is shallow so be careful. Overall we had a very nice stay. Thanks to all the super staff. The best restaurant in Sirmione in my view (Barracuda) is directly across the street.

We stayed at the Alevic for a week and found it to be comfortable, clean and a great base for our holiday. The staff on the front desk were very friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there was a great choice of food for breakfast. A special thanks must be given to Benjamin who looked after us at the bar. He was very friendly and made us feel like VIP's every time we saw him. If you are staying in the area I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location ,breakfast was fantastic plenty to eat .Roof top pool was great and the bar staff by pool were helpful and very friendly Benjamin the bar man in the main bar helpful chatty and friendly overall our stay was lovely with all staff helpful and reception, Staff also there to help.

What a great little spot! Ranco is a very small quiet place with only a couple restaurants, one of which belongs to the hotel. We didn't eat there except for breakfast, which was lovely. We especially welcomed having fruit and savoury options on the buffet after traveling in Italy and often getting mostly sweet foods. The room (with 'limited' lake view) was cozy, very clean and the bed was huge and comfy. The balcony was lovely to have though quite small, which I think would be different in the other, slightly pricier rooms. We really enjoyed our picnic at the waterfront park a few steps away, and option to check out a bit later than we were used to. There were lots of towels and such available, as well as coffee, tea and a minibar in the room. Would certainly come back and recommend this quiet spot. Could be an awesome starting point for Lago Maggiore explorations if you want to stay away from any tourist crowds.

Beautiful location near Lago Maggiore. Terrace for meals overlooks lake. Near a public park and marina to walk along the lake's edge. Hotel and restaurant are co-located. Plenty of on-site parking that was free of charge. Only 5 euros for my dog and they were very welcoming to him. Elevator access to upper floors. Nice sized room with balcony. Great buffet style continental breakfast. It looked like the restaurant also serves a good dinner; however, I had already eaten dinner before I arrived so I didn't eat dinner with them.

A charming small hotel in a quiet location overlooking Lake Maggiore. Onsite parking, down a set of steps, and attached to a restaurant. Our terrace overlooked the pool and the lake, and was overlooked by all other rooms but was nice, quiet and comfortable. It proved to be a great base for our four day stay in the area, close to attractions but away from the grotty tourist strip at the southern end of the lake. Although we did not try the pool, I had some pleasant swims in the lake from the public beach about 100 metres away.

The location is stunning! Very peaceful and quiet location. Hotel restaurant was good, but very busy. The pool area was lovely. A small shop is 2 minute walk away and there is a restaurant and bar next to the lake. Parking was safe and secure for our party of 9 motorbikes.

Everything was perfect. Very beautiful property mixing old with new, everything was clean and well kept, the grounds and gardens are lovely, staff were super helpful and friendly. The spa is well- equipped and again, very clean. The pool area is fantastic with lots of lounging options within a lovely garden area plus showers, modern changing area and a bar. The restaurant is great, beautiful location outside with a view of the mountains, again with professional and friendly staff and the food was amazing (vegan options were great, ask the waiting staff as not all is on the menu). Breakfast was really nice also with quality vegan options. Overall the facilities were well-designed and a pleasure to use. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, my friend and I loved it.

Hotel in an excellent setting & lovely grounds . Quite easily found from main road even without SAT NAV only using a real map ! Staff very helpful & welcoming. Restuarant only used once but good food & good service. Buffet breakfast really, really good! Coffee was found a bit pricey compared to smaller bars/ cafes but it is what is expected at a hotel of this standard . Although there are weddings at the hotel it did not detract from our stay & posed no issues to us at all. Rooms very comfortable. Grounds & facilities (pool) very nice, well maintained & very photogenic especially at night when grounds & castle are floodlit.

Amazing grounds and spa. Breakfast outside is the best way to start the day, with beautiful fragant flowers and overlooking the pool and grounds. The food in general is delicious. The whole place is really well maintained. The reception, cleaning, dining and spa staff are all welcoming and professional. It is a nice relaxing place in a beautiful setting and very close to Como.

Beautiful! Great pool area clean and karge enough with great lounge areas and awesome waiters at the bar. Food is amazing if a tad expensive, wine even better but I think all in all it was pretty much perfect price considering. Staff were lovely super attentive and fun. Immaculate place easy to find and perfectly located a short drive to Como or other areas. Lots of parking.

We found the Expedia directions a bit confusing. On the road out of Como follow the signs for Lecco and Bergamo. After the Bergamo road goes off to the right, its then 4.5K to a set of traffic lights where you turn right and the hotel is 100 yards on the left ,just past a church. There is a petrol station on the main road on the right just before the traffic lights The hotel is good value--- excellent,if expensive,food, fabulous setting with attractive pool and grounds. Although the rooms in the castle are atmospheric, our experience was they were too small . After 2 nights we switched to a villa room which was much larger. Hotel staff were variably helpful and the staffing of the bar was eccentric--2 bars, 1 barman and,when we were there, using only the outdoor poolside bar,which was not convenient for late evening drinks But overall good value and a convenient location for visits to the Lake Como towns (Bellagio and Varenna were our favourites) and also for the old town in Bergamo.

The place is perfect, sizeable and comfortable room. Didn't try the breakfast, but looks quite basic Italian style. The manager is very friendly and chatty, speaks excellent English, and knows the area very well - he was a great help to us. Some nice restaurants and a huge supermarket a few kms down the road. Only caveat - the central heating system emits a trickling water sound 24/7 - some may find it soothing, but personally, it woke me up more than a few times at night, which made the next day a bit painful.

Freindly staff, clean & tidy room & wifi. More motel than hotel & not too much in walking distance so car required to reach most places other than restaurant across the road.

Slightly isolated but very comfortable rooms with sun screened parking for car outside. Felt very secure. Restaurant not open but several options quite close by , none very upmarket but ok.Nice breakfast. Reasonable value for money we felt.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. The sea view is nice. You can stay with your dogs. Breakfast is good. The city center is 2,5 km walking. The receptionists are very helpful and pleasant girls.

We had a fantastic time. The hotel was clean and easy to find. Customer service was impeccable. Daniel was excellent at helping us get around. He went out of his way to make our stay here perfect. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends and can’t wait to come back.

Great food,exceptionally friendly staff. Beautiful view of lake. Extremly rich wine selection. Rooms with sauna and jacuzzi. I will definetely come again

It’s an exceptional place to stay. The view to the mountains and lake is hypnotising. We had a junior suite, two rooms and two bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. The stuff is very friendly, the food was great. We took the degustation menu, wagyu tartar and pasta tartufo just amazing ❤️ my son was having lots of fun in the swimming pool. They have different equipment for kids in the pool house for swimming or playing in the water, which is en extra touch. The jacuzzi was also nice and relaxing. I would definitely like to go back there 💖

The hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels I ever stayed. Enjoying the view of Lake Garda, from room or at the terrace while having tea / breakfast. Rooms are good size, not big, but very comfortable. The staff are very attentive and friendly. To deive to the hotel, listen to the direction given by the hotel and not your GPS, otherwise you will be taken on a discovery tour.

The nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at! The room was huge and spacious with the most amazing views of the lake. We used the hot tub in the room at night with prosecco and it was perfect. The restaurant and food was beautiful and the staff are so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful villa with spacious garden and pool, all with amazing views over Lake Garda. Staff were friendly and professional, the on site restaurant was excellent and we loved our stay above the bustle of the lake shore.
