The room was extremely clean and modern, perfect size for two people. We got upgraded to the jacuzzi suit which was amazing and such a luxury!

An absolutely gorgeous hotel. We had a room with a jacuzzi bath and ensuite shower which was absolutely spotless. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Nice area only a few minutes walk to bus/tube stops. Felt completely safe as a lesbian couple. We will absolutely be staying again!

Amazing spaceous jacuzzi in the room. It was easy to get into the city center, even on foot. The area was nice and quiet with shops and restaurants nearby.

The place has a fresh and calm vibe with decorations being beautiful and comfortable in the lobby, restaurant and bar. The room was very clean with space enough storage space, safe and complimentary tea / coffee. Bathroom was very clean, with shower/shampoo supplies and staff were changing towels every day. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had a good rest every night. Charging you electronics is made easy, as they have the usual 3 pin british plugs but also usb type A and C adaptors integrated in the plugs. Being one of the tallest buildings in the area, for rooms above floor 5, you will probably get a nice view over the traditional brick building below - we had a view directly towards Chelsea stadium at Stamford Bridge. Breakfast and restaurant/bar menus have a fair diversity and they use high quality products so you can expect food to be tasty and well prepared, Location is great, just 5 min walk to underground/overground station West Brompton on the District Line, but also close to several bus stations for easy access around town.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location I stayed here for 3 nights and was really happy with the experience. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was super convenient to the Tube with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. It felt like a great base for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Close to tube but out of built up areas of central London. Feels quite residential. Lovely restaurants nearby. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Room was large with good WiFi and aircon. Beds very comfy and had a quiet’s night sleep. Fridge in room was useful.

The Breakfast was a really wonderful selection and always well stocked. Anna was so friendly and welcoming each morning! A short walk to West Brompton tube station was very convenient for getting around. This neighbourhood is in a quieter location which is good if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. The room was more spacious than I was expecting and the shower was luxurious. Great value for the price.

Clean rooms , nice shower gel, shampoo & conditioner . The room had ample storage in wardrobe and a pod coffee machine along with kettle & teas etc. The bed was comfy and furnishings in the hotel pleasant. We enjoyed a good breakfast choice despite it being busy. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Close to West Brompton tube & the Empress museum for Come Alive the greatest showman circus spectacular. Lots of bars and places to eat nearby .

Very clean little studio with a fully equipped built in kitchenette (kettle, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, hob and microwave, small workspace and a sink with things for washing up). En suite bathroom with waterfall shower and plenty of hot water. Clean fluffy towels. Good sized bed with two pillows and spotlessly clean linen.Quiet, comfortable with air con too. Desk and chair, flat screen tv with lots of channels. Incredibly good value, I would stay here again, and would recommend it to friends. Very close to Queensway tube station, two minute walk to the park. We did get moved from Craven Hill Gardens to another property, but they told us in plenty of time, sent us directions and a photo of the property, then rang to check we'd got everything and were happy. Excellent service

Location was great with tube stations just a couple of minutes away. The room was small but very clean and very comfortable. The staff member was helpful in that he provided us with ice and stored our bags safely after checking out. The surroundings felt safe and were very quiet, and there were bars and eateries nearby too. The building is very attractive from outside and inside from walking in to getting to the room is very modern and clean.

The room was very clean, nice and comfortable. It had everything you need and was even spacious by London standards at this price point. The bathroom was small but nice. Bed and pillows were comfy. AC was great and nice coffee/tea provided every day. Front desk people were really nice and helpful. Check in and checkout were a breeze. Left my luggage at reception when I arrived in the morning. It was in my room when I came back. Location was perfect. A couple of blocks from Hyde Park and a short walk from Paddington Station. Two more tube stations nearby besides Paddington, plus several bus stops

Charming hotel located on a peaceful, leafy street. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout our stay. My room was nicely furnished and spotless. The only minor drawbacks were difficulties with casting to the TV despite the provided instructions, which unfortunately didn’t work, and a somewhat inconsistent coffee machine. However, these were small issues in an otherwise great hotel experience. What I loved most was the location—quiet and safe, situated on a broad, tree-lined street right across from a children’s park. It was a peaceful retreat while still being just a 10-minute walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras and equally close to Russell Square and the British Museum. Overall, a very good hotel well worth considering.

I had a really great stay at the Goodenough Hotel. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful, which made checking in and getting settled really easy. The whole place had a nice, relaxed vibe. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the park – a nice bonus. It had everything I needed, and I felt right at home. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety to start the day off right. The location was perfect – really central and close to everything I wanted to see. I could walk pretty much everywhere, which made things super convenient. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Hotel. Beds and pillows so comfy, shower great. It was Spotlessly clean. We were lucky enough be upgraded to a suite (Thank you.) The road outside was quiet and over looked the park. We had complimentary cans of water and shower/travel items. Dressing gowns and slippers. Coffee machine and biscuits. The room and living area were big and would suit a family staying too. Its around a 7 min walk from King Cross and close enough to walk to Oxford Street and Covent Garden in around 15/20 mins. The breakfast was across the road and was a Full English with fruits, pastries, bagles, crumpets and toast. Fruit juice even Cappuccinos and Teas were included. Reception were friendly and held our case before and after check in. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back soon.

Excellent Gem hotel with an interesting and historical layout. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Wonderful amenities and coffee station in the room. Reception staff is very welcoming and friendly and efficient with last minute requests with 24hr service . 2 breakfast options, both delicious. Lunch and dinner also available. Beautiful gardens. Great location nearby several transports. Calm and peaceful location. Good price compared to other places in same area

Quiet location, despite being only a 12 minute walk from Kings Cross. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was lovely and the breakfast was vast, good quality and served with a smile. The room was decorated nicely, the staff were helpful and friendly. Enjoying breakfast in the Great Hall was especially lovely, the college courtyard and buildings are very pretty, and the square immediately outside the hotel is quiet, relaxing and full of green paraqueets.

What a great find. From the outside this hotel is just a door on a high st. On entering, it opens up into a lovely hotel, clean and modern with lovely, welcoming, helpful staff. It's a little gem. Facilities in the room are great, shampoo and shower gel, USB points, kitchenette area, comfy bed. We were overlooking the main road and could not hear a single noise from out there due to the amazing soundproofed windows.

Really modern and clean. Friendly staff. Room was really comfortable and quiet. All linen and towels were fresh and good quality. Shower was great. Ironing board in the room and a fridge was a bonus. Much better than I have recently got for hotels around this price in London. I will definitely stay here again. Was about a 35 minute picturesque walk to the zoo.

The hotel location is absolutely perfect: there are bus stops with buses going to the center and Edgware metro station with Backerlo and Circle lines. The room is quite small, but there is everything one can need: fully equipped kitchenette with micro, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishware. There is coffee machine with capsules; there teabags and biscuits. There was something wrong with my machine, or I just didn't know how to use it, any way it was fixed straight away. There was also hairdryer, safe-box and tv. The room was very clean: the towels were changed every day. There is something with sound isolation: you can hear when somebody is walking in the upstairs room, but actually there was so little of it, so it didn't really bother. There is 24h registration desk. The personal was very friendly and always eager to help and give an advice. There are also plenty of food stores and restaurants around.

Great location close to the tube station, we were able to leave our luggage and go explore the city before our check-in. The staff was great and we had a nice chat with the receptionist who recommended some places to eat locally. Access to our floor with a lift, everything was quiet and super clean. The room and the hotel were newly decorated/refurbished and looked great. We had enough space for two, with our mini kitchenette and a 5* shower ! Plugs next to the bed were a great touch for the connected traveler too. But seriously, great shower! I have stayed in 4*-5* hotels before that did not have that quality in the shower. Also the bed was very comfortable and the air con welcome as it was a warm weekend. I will come back next time I am in London!

Amazing experience at this place! Very friendly front staff . Amazing room, spacious clean and tidy. Jacuzzi is on point and roof terrace is lovely with lovely views. Easy access via public transport with attractions round the corner. Would definitely stay again

Cons: - Jacuzzi bath lights didn’t work - Bed was personally a bit too hard for me - Internet wasn’t working so only had local tv/radio (which was fine, I should’ve mentioned it to the staff members but was fine to just chill) - Full English Breakfast was disappointing Pros: - Super friendly and helpful staff - Very clean - Air con actually works and feels amazing - Jacuzzi bath and shower felt incredible - Was given extra pillows as requested and they were super comfy - Food in downstairs restaurant for dinner was delicious, calamari was the best I’ve ever had - Drinks are also delicious, all mocktails are good but will defo try a cocktail next time - Service is really good - Games room only has pool table and arcade fighting machine but both provide solid entertainment - Quality of place overall lives up to 4* standards

The staff were fab. As soon as we arrive at the hotel they helped us sort our luggage out in the luggage storage and when we returned they helped us carry it to the room. Each floor has something different for a library to a gym. Fab roof terrace perfect for a chill or enjoy the sunshine. Room was so clean ! Bed was so comfortable, air con, lovely windows shower was not very powerful but a huge bathroom with complementary products. Very minimal storage space. Compemantry coffee and hot chocolate perfect addition!! Huge TV and plenty chargers, great getting ready space. The breakfast was very different to what we have experienced before. You choose from a menu of maybe 8 options. 6 options were no extra charge and 2 had additional charge. You could also get crossiants which were very tasty, toast and fruit for free. The hot drinks options were nor the best you could get a plain coffee for free but it was awful or you could pay extra for other coffee options. The portions sizes for the menu options were quite small apart from the full English breakfast. Brilliant transport link two tube stations within 10 minutes.

I recently stayed at the New Road Hotel in Whitechapel, London, and was thoroughly impressed. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a well-thought-out layout that made the space both stylish and functional. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight—fantastic variety and great quality. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, with easy access to transport links and plenty of great spots to explore nearby. Whether for business or leisure, I’d highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in London.

The bed was amazing , six pillows and so comfortable I didn’t want to get out of it . Great wines at the bar . Loved the concept of the ring area . Breakfast was amazing , I had my favourite avacado and poached eggs at no extra cost orange juice fresh fruit and coffee , served promptly and looked professional. All staff friendly & helpful. Location perfect for Wembley stadium as well as Central London. Ashbourne pub just across the road if you need a cheaper drink /cocktails/change of scenery, recommended.

I’m currently staying at the Crowne Plaza Ealing, London for a 29-night stay, and this is my 4th night here. So far, the experience has been excellent. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious, and filled with natural light, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Room service has been prompt and reliable, with the staff always attentive to any requests. A special mention goes to Pedro, Britton, Sadie, Saad, and Mani at the reception, they’ve all been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Their consistent hospitality truly makes the stay feel welcoming and personal. Location is next to hanger lane underground station which is very very convenient. If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the food and breakfast menu (same everyday), which currently has somewhat limited options. Adding more variety would make the dining experience even better, especially for longer stays like mine. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay so far. The hotel is comfortable, the staff are outstanding, and it’s a great place to stay in West London

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza London Ealing. The hotel is clean, classy, and very well maintained. The location is perfect, right next to Hanger Lane station, making it easy to reach central London or travel outside the city. Parking is convenient, and breakfast has everything you need. A special thanks to Shain at reception, who was absolutely amazing. Her warm welcome, kindness, and genuine support made our stay feel truly special. The entire team was friendly and helpful, which is why we always come back whenever we visit London.

I arrived at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ealing just after 6pm on Thursday 19th June; my room wasn't available... hotel was full so housekeeping were still preparing rooms. Receptionist Shahin apologised and gave me a card for a complimentary drink in the bar downstairs... went downstairs with my luggage and ordered a gin & slimline tonic with ice... also reserved a table in the Restaurant for 7:30pm... went back up to Reception and my Room #108 was available - received 2 key cards and went up to my room. Very large room, comfortable double bed, lots of storage, great Samsung TV, fridge, large bathroom with sink, toilet, bath & shower and HVAC (air conditioning) was perfect - kept my room very cool throughout day and night. I had breakfast every morning, dinner & drinks on Thursday 19th and afternoon lunch & drinks on Friday 20th and Monday 23rd. Meals were delicious and Customer Service First Class. Some names of the Staff who served me - Ana, Umang, Pedro, Britton and Sadie... there were many more staff who looked after me very well. I used Angel Cars for my trips back from Wembley Stadium, to Kensington High Street on Saturday, Twickenham on Sunday and trip back to Euston Train Station on Tuesday 24th.

The greeting from Hava set me at rest as I rarely travel on my own. She was so kind,friendly and professional. The room was large and so clean,lots of towels too ! I slept so well. Oh the shower was hot and powerful too. I came from Dorset and was surprised at the engagement! It was very near the venue I was visiting too,so perfect location. I did have the "breakfast" bacon bap ,cereal bar and a lovely coffee ,brought to my room. ALL your team were so friendly and kind.it made a pleasant change .thank you !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ordid Epsom London, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the afternoon reception staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their friendliness and warm hospitality set the tone for a great stay. The hotel room itself was lovely—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. It featured both a bath and shower, which was a great touch and added to the comfort of the stay. The beds were beautifully presented, making for a cozy and restful night. Overall, my experience at Ordid Epsom London was incredibly positive. The warm and attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and lovely amenities made it a stay worth remembering. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

The whole Team at The Orchid hotel was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They were particularly kind to my aged parents making sure they were comfortable and had a refurbished room on the ground floor with a walk-in shower. My husband and I were allocated a very large room which suited us well. I understand that all rooms are due to be refurbished/upgraded which will be an added bonus. I was a bit sceptical when I heard the breakfast option was 'Grab and Go' but it was OK and satisfying enough for a casual breakfast .There is a pub/restaurant alongside the hotel which is very convenient especially if you do not have a car, although carparking is free which is definitely a plus as another well known group hotel close by charges £15 a day!!

The staff was so helpful, friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and very comfortable. We also had a 2 year old and did need the cot that was requested as the room was spacious with a double be and a single bed which was more than enough room for 2 adults and a child. I would 100% stay again

Booked the Double Room with Jacuzzi Bath and what a fabulous room it was. The room was equipped with a kitchenette and the jacuzzi bath was fantastic. Watched Netflix on the TV which was so good. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Located right near the river and restaurants and bars. Excellent value for money! Highly recommend

Location, Good value for money, nice friendly staff, Jacuzzi bath, modern sleek design, comfortable hide away, little kitchen in a cupboard, slippers provided, kettle, plenty of tea bags and coffee, fridge, iron, hair dryer, was able to leave luggage to collect later, 11am check out time, Chosen hotel because I'd been to hospital in the morning, wanted somewhere to relax in the evening with a bath, a stroll around town and walk by river. About 40mins on train/tube from London, 10 min walk from Richmond train station, with plenty of food shops to stock up on snacks and breakfast for the morning. Bars, cafes and restaurants in easy reach, 24 hour reception with key code, I've been to other NOX hotel before in Bayswater and enjoyed my stay

Great location 5 minutes to riverside, a lot of coffee shops, restaurants around,freshly refurbished hotel, clean room, comfy beds. Nice clean bathroom. Small kitchenette if you want to make breakfast yourself with frying pan, plates, cups, coffee, tea bags, etc. There is ironing board and iron as well. Well done. A/c in the room. !!! Just be aware that TRIPLE rooms are only on the ground or basement floor, and it is not listed anywhere before booking.

The hotel is situated away from the main attractions in London (close to Kew Gardens) which suited us fine as we were in London to take part in a parkrun event in Richmond Park (20min walk from the hotel - can get a lovely stroll there!). The hotel was very stylish and modern. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful (had twin shower heads!). Great to have a kitchenette tucked in the cupboard - had a hob, microwave, saucepan, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Richmond appears to be an affluent and quiet area but the hotel was very reasonably priced for our stay. Would happily stay there again

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my recent stay at Staybridge Suites London Vauxhall. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. A special shoutout goes to Gabriella at check-in, who was not only warm and professional but went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from the start. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail really set the tone for the entire stay — thank you, Gabriella! The suite itself was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could need for a comfortable short or extended stay. The kitchen area was fully equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in a central location — perfect for unwinding after a busy day in the city. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a pleasant surprise, offering a good variety of hot and cold options, and the communal spaces were modern and welcoming. The little extras like the evening socials and the on-site laundry facilities made the experience feel more like home.

Came to London for a wedding, my first time in London, and stayed at this hotel for 7 days. This hotel is fantastic - clean, spacious, affordable, and in a up and coming, queer-friendly and trendy part of London. While most hotel rooms are shrinking, this hotel’s rooms provided amenities like a full kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, iron/board, safe, chaise, closet and dresser. They also have a business center and a large lounge area with coffee/tea and snacks. Arrived around 1pm and had no issue checking in early. Free breakfast and WiFi. Great, reasonably priced food in walking distance, including Black Dog pub on the corner (excellent food and worth visiting even if you’re not a Swiftie), the Tea House Theatre for a traditional English tea experience, a Nando’s by the train station, and other delicious local spots. Popular LGBTQ dance clubs in the area, Beefeater Gin factory, and the Pleasure Gardens park. Walking distance to a major bus depot and the Tube to get around the city and see the sights. There are grocery stores within two blocks as well with prepped food like pastas and sandwiches that can be reheated - convenient with the room kitchen. The staff are really sweet and accommodating, they were able to provide a plug converter, call a black cab at quick notice, and print something for me. If I ever return to London I will 100% stay here again.

From the moment we entered the reception area we were greeted and welcomed genuinely and professionally. Our booking was found instantly and processed with no hick ups. We were assisted with our luggage and introduced to our new room. Lovely design, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. During our stay we met several of the friendly staff who went over and above to make our stay stress free and comfortable. Booking excursions or enquiries about travel were so efficient with the receptionist helping us with directions bookings and printing of any of our tickets. The rooms were discretely cleaned to a high standard. The breakfasts and happy hour days were fantastic. Kitchen staff and supervisor were very friendly and helpful. There is an amazing area if you wish to have a quick snack or buy a bottle of drink for your room at reasonable prices. This is situated a short walk to trains and busses that can take you all around London and beyond. Wonderful little pub on the corner called the Black dog (featured in Taylor Swift song). Restaurants and cafes all a short walk away. We felt very safe and so glad we managed to book such a fantastic place. highly recommended.

I chose this hotel based on reviews, as it was not in an area I was familiar with. This stay was a “night before meeting tour group” stay. -Our room was comfortable and spacious, a comfortable bed, had a nice kitchenette with a big refrigerator. Laundry basket, hair dryer, iron, & kitchen equipment in room. -The lobby has a meeting room, lounge with TV & games, and a large meal area. Self laundry also. -We needed to leave hotel early at 07:00 (breakfast time) and they were very accommodating to have the hot and cold buffet breakfast ready before 06:30. -The food was hot, fresh and plentiful. -The hotel is across the Thames & a medium walk from the tourist attractions, which made our stay relaxing without the crowds. -Definitely a win for us.

I’ve stayed here many times but this time I was in fantastic Room 506. (501 is also wonderful, by the way!). I’m London born and bred but now live overseas and Staybridge has become my London ‘home’. It’s perfect, for me. It’s in a quiet street but in a very accessible location. The suites are fantastic and very well equipped. Everything is mega clean and comfortable. The toiletries are super. The lobby shop, breakfast, manager’s receptions and the comfortable work / relax lounge area (with power outlets and great WiFi) are all perfect. Even though there’s plenty to do in London sometimes I just don’t want to go out as Staybridge is so lovely! And I never want to leave at the end of my stay! All of the staff are brilliant but this time, a special thank you to Florin for ‘going the extra mile’ with everything from my parcels to laundry to printing. It’s very much appreciated. Highly recommended!

This was my first time ever in London and we stayed at The Sofitel St James. What a beautiful hotel so grand and beautiful. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They gave us a tour of our hotel and received complimentary champagne and sparkling tea. Of course I told them its my birthday so I can collect on my perks in the UK. So far lots of treats on the plane, hotel gifted me drinks, a time capsule box, scented candle exclusively made by the hotel, $50 credit to use on my stay, every day breakfast (not provided by hotel but a package I got from booking my stay) and everyday use of private sauna and jacuzzi for 30 mins. We were given a tour by Christina. And our bags were brought up by Bramian. He was sweet. Our room was small but comfy. It was decorated with royal blues and had checker floors. It even had a heated towel rack, soaking tub, and shower combo. I didn't want to pack any bath bombs because of space, but i did pack bubbles bath products, which i will definitely use tonight. Overall stay was comfy and I did enjoy the breakfast spread. The location was perfect and in the heart of shopping district. I would definately stay here again.

Unforgettable experience at Sofitel Saint James, a hotel that exceeded all our expectations. We had the chance to enjoy three wonderful nights at this magnificent hotel, coinciding with my 40th anniversary and my professional retirement. The hotel's location is simply perfect, in the heart of London, just a few meters from Piccadilly Circus and with walking distance to many of the city's main attractions. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable , providing a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's team of professionals was magnificent, always attentive and willing to help with anything we needed. The Guest Relations team, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making our stay truly unforgettable with welcome amenities upon our arrival and the following day. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options for all tastes and an impeccable presentation particularly with their eggs benedict. The hotel's bar and restaurant are also worth mentioning, with a cozy atmosphere and a drink and food menu with special menú formula. In summary, our stay at Sofitel Saint James was an unparalleled setting to celebrate this very special occasion for us . Thank you to all the team members for making our stay memorable.

Not long after we came back from our last trip, we booked again for my birthday as we loved our 1st stay so much. The staff are just great, no email I sent them is a bother and replied to quickly. Concierge were great this time with hubby when he went behind my back to get shoes bought from Chanel for my birthday. The birthday cake was delicious (woke up during the night and had to sneak another slice!) - it was a great surprise to find everything in the room after what felt like walking the whole of London! I asked for the same room as last time as we loved it - nice and cosy. The room was quiet and we slept well. I left the a/c on during the night on low and managed to sleep well (noise normally bothers me). Breakfast was plentiful and we were looking forward to the breakfast before we even left our home for London! everything was freshly cooked and really tasty. Staff in the bar were very helpful and nice too. Location is great - very close to Piccadilly Circus, the shops and Buckingham Palace. Very central. Piccadilly tube line is very close and Charing Cross tube line is not that far away either. We hope to stay here again at some point as we seriously wouldn't stay anywhere else when in London. We just love it here and hate leaving.

We recently stayed at the Sofitel St James. We have been to London several times, but this was our first stay at this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. You cannot ask for a better location. Just steps away from many of the most famous landmarks of the city. It felt like everything was right at our doorsteps. The hotel exudes luxury. the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. But, what sets this place apart is the exceptional level of service. The front desk team greeted us warmly, and gave us a tour of the hotel when they noticed it was our first time staying there. We truly appreciated their attention to details. Unfortunately, their Michelin-starred restaurant, Wild Honey, was closed for the season, but we had a wonderful meal at their casual restaurant, Bistrot on the Terrace. Seating at their outside tables in the afternoon is a great way to have a cocktail or snack while enjoying people watching at its best. Finally, I was surprised at the rates. I thought they were very reasonable considering all the amenities, and size of the room in central London. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay at Sofitel St. James was perfect. The building is elegant, both of the rooms we had were chic and very comfortable, and the location is arguably the best in London. One night, we had an excellent dinner at Wild Honey Bistro, and our daily breakfasts were also very good. The St. James Bar is a real gem, staffed with knowledgeable, talented and friendly bar professionals. We’re not going to forget those Bee’s Knees cocktails! Most importantly, not only the bar team, but every staff member we encountered was gracious, warm and very efficient. At the end of our initial five-night stay, we decided to add one final night following a brief trip to Ireland. Although the hotel was almost full, the reservation desk was able to find a room for us. When we returned a few days later, we received the warmest of welcomes and discovered that we had been upgraded to a suite. We really hope that we’ll be able to visit London, and stay at the Sofitel St. James, soon again. Merci mille fois, Sofitel St. James!

We have just returned from a 1 night stay at Bankside hotel……..What a fantastic stay we've had. We have stayed several times and each time we come back we are greeted as though we are family. Our stay is made extra special by the amazing staff, nothing is ever to much trouble and always go over and above. From the minute you walk in to reception you are greeted by smiling and helpful reception staff, bedrooms were spotless, comfortable and lovely and quiet, beds were amazing too. Breakfast was really relaxed and had delicious, amazing choices and catered for every need. So lovely to come to back to the hotel to get away from the crowds. Just a 5 minute walk to Blackfriars train/underground station. Perfect location for walking to all the tourist spots and near to the river. We look forward to coming back in June. (Special mention to Richard who went over and above and Leena who was really helpful)

The rooms were spacious, the bed very extremely comfortable and it was so quiet. The breakfast was very fresh and tasty and the team in the restaurant were extremely good and helpful too. I cannot express enough how amazing the customer service is at the Bankside Hotel in London. If I could give a 1,000 stars, I would! It's really hard finding genuine, kind, caring customer service nowadays and the staff here exceeded all of my expectations. From arriving, during, and especially afterwards! I left my wallet in the safe and didn't realize it until we had checked out. The hotel staff went well above to help get my wallet back to me in the USA!!! Exceptional service. The hotel is very modern (which I loved), welcoming, quiet, and set within walking distance to the River Thames. We were able to walk to all of the iconic London attractions. We also walked from the Eurostar train station. The room was outstanding! Very spacious, clean, accommodating, and the bed was quite comfortable. We did not get a chance to eat in the restaurant, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was anything less than great. I do not have one complaint for this hotel and just can't say enough about the wonderful staff! I hope that everyone stays at this hotel! Thank you to all of the staff, when we come back, it will be an easy decision to stay at the Bankside Hotel!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bankside Hotel, and can’t say enough good things—especially about Richard. From the moment we walked through the doors, he welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. It was my son’s 10th birthday, and Richard went above and beyond to make it magical. He surprised us with a traditional British Caterpillar cake, champagne, lemonades, and balloons waiting in the room. But it wasn’t just what he did—it was how he did it. It’s rare to meet someone so naturally kind and thoughtful. Richard is truly a gem and made our trip unforgettable. The rest of the staff was also wonderful—special shoutout to Mohamed, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is immaculate, modern, and beautifully designed. The location is perfect—quiet yet central, with most major sights about a 15–20 minute walk away. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious. Fresh, beautifully presented, with great variety and attentive service. A perfect start to each day. We couldn’t recommend the Bankside more. It felt like a true home away from home, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Stayed here before going to the 02 Arena - so a very convenient location for this & all of Central London. Check - in was friendly & efficient with complimentary drinks- nice touch. The room was perfect - very clean , comfy bed & great amenities. We also received a complimentary bottle of champagne. I didn’t manage to catch all of the names of the staff that work here but Andras Goldsbrough was particularly helpful. Breakfast was excellent - lovely & fresh with great coffee. I would certainly recommend this hotel . We will stay again the next time we are in London .

The hotel is located across from Hyde Park and near excellent restaurants and pubs. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were quite large compared to most hotels. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was included daily and the service was exceptional in the dining room and bar. We especially enjoyed visiting with Filip in the bar during the evening.

I think the title says it all. Quiet hotel, in a beautiful area across from Kensington Gardens near Hyde Park Gate. Walking distance to Kensington Palace, Victoria and Albert Museum and Museum of Science, Harrods good restaurants and just 8 minute cab rides to Mayfair area and Piccadilly for theatre and food and shopping. Bar at the hotel was a nice respite at the end of the day or after theatre or late night dinner somewhere. Staff is Italian and very attentive. Food is excellent. Didn't have a bad meal. Concierge Donato is THE BEST . Well run hotel, comfortable rooms and beds and lovely decor

The staff at Hotel Baglioni was fantastic. Incredibly helpful from the door manager to front desk to housekeeping to the wonderful staff in the dining room. They were simply amazing all around. Though some of the interior feels dated with dark wood etc it has a charming cozy feel that you don’t get at larger hotels. It truly is a boutique hotel with all the charms and superb attentive service that you could ever want. We were upgraded to a larger room without even asking. Emails were responded to within hours. Location is amazing.

We stayed here for 8 days. The Baglioni is in a perfect area for exploring London while also quiet - it’s right next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The largest Whole Foods in London is 5 minutes away along with any other shop you might need on Kensington High Street. The included breakfast is a great value. The staff are excellent and helpful. Note that only suites have a park or street view - other rooms look into a courtyard which is very quiet. The spa and gym looked pretty good though we didn’t use them. Buses and underground stations are very close to get around easily. Plus several of the main museums are walking distance.

Incredibly modern and instagramable hotel! Staff are all very attentive and friendly. Room spacious, clean and devices/lights/heating controlled by an iPad. It was my daughter’s birthday and the staff decorated the room which was a lovely surprise for both of us. The attention to detail was amazing! We used the gym and the bar which were all very welcoming. A lovely hotel, centrally located with very attentive staff. Would recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel with very eclectic interiors.Location is right at the gate of china town and between Piccadilly circus and Leicester square.Right in the middle of the action.If you dont mind all the chaos around you once you walk out of the hotel and want to be bang in the centre of touristy london,this is the place.Chinatown at your door,Soho just across the road,the theater district is 4 minutes walk and you can practically walk around most of central london from here.Perfect as a base to explore central london for first timers and also there are 3 underground stations which would take you anywhere in the city or beyond. Despite the crowded area the rooms are pretty quiet and you have a good nights sleep. The rooms are of a very unorthodox design with the basin and make up counters being in the center of the room.Nothing wrong with it,just seems very odd. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful.We arrived a bit early and the room was not ready so they offered us the use of the Spa to freshen up. the concierge is very helpful and will remind you to take an umbrella if chance of rain,which is quite often. will surely recommend if you want to be near all the main tourist areas and dont mind the crowds being around and dont mind the cost as its not cheap.

Stayed at the W London for a quick city break and really enjoyed it. The location is unbeatable – right in Leicester Square with everything from theatres to restaurants just steps away. The room was on the smaller side, but really modern and fun to be in – great lighting, cool design touches, and a comfortable bed. We had cocktails at the bar in the evening – they were excellent, but the atmosphere was surprisingly quiet given the hotel's lively reputation. Overall, a stylish and energetic place to stay if you want to be right in the middle of everything. Would happily return!

W London is in the heart of SoHo, great location for party people. I was there for one night with my sister for a friend’s party at a nearby private club. The hotel is easy to find, has great security and is modern and fresh. We had a studio room and you should know that this means your restroom and shower are in closet cupboards: literally! So there’s no ‘bathroom’ as such and therefore limited privacy. Room was quiet at night, which is remarkable as we were on the 2nd floor. Yaksai at the front desk was helpful and kind and the concierge booked a restaurant with care and interest as to what we were looking for. Lovely staff at this place. Very cool vibes, no issues with anything.

The staff were great, friendly and ready to help. Had the breakfast which was amazing. I did pay for the city view but our room just had a single street view, other than that the room was a nice modern place to be. Control your lights, tv and climate control via an iPad, the mode lightning was a very nice touch. I would highly recommend.

We've stayed at the hotel on two occasions now, both have been amazing. Most recently, we had the most amazing experience celebrating our anniversary at the Hyde. From the moment we checked in we were treated with such kindness, the front of house team were super friendly and helpful. As a surprise, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a suite to make our special occasion even more memorable, and Matas the duty manager personally showed us round the room to make us feel welcome. To make the experience even more special, we were greeted with a thoughtful fruit bowl, delicious chocolates and a hand written note from the team, adding a personal touch to our celebration,they really went over and above to make it an unforgettable experience. The suite was absolutely gorgeous,super spacious to make you feel at home and it had a lovely view of St Pauls. Despite it being on the main road the room was incredibly quiet, so we were able to completely relax, the bed was very comfortable. I remembered from my last stay that all the toiletries provided in all the rooms are so luxurious, and smell amazing so you truly feel pampered throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!

So pleased I booked this hotel as a special birthday surprise. Reception & restaurant staff were so helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. They gave a lovely upgrade I had hoped for and put a hand written card with fruit & sweets to mark the birthday. The room was very clean, looked out on a church, lovely decor and lighting, Lavazza coffee/tea maker and a mini fridge with milk & water. Towelling robes & shower flip flops provided plus toiletries & hairdryer. Very comfortable bed. Well organised luggage store (ticket assigned) available before check in / after check out which we really appreciated. Breakfast was amazing! £25 each credit from Al a Carte menu, which was extensive with English, continental & Turkish options. The Turkish breakfast & granola with yoghurt were both fabulous. Complimentary newspaper. Good location-5 mins walk from St. Paul’s tube station & the Cathedral, 15 mins walk to Blackfriars Pier/walk along Thames, 25 mins walk to theatre district. Felt a very safe area to walk in.

The location is excellent, close to St Paul’s and in the city. For us it was also close to the Barbican center, which was at walking distance. The hotel is conceived to be different from the usual format: it is elegant but also romantic, it is formal but it has a dash of good eccentricity. The restaurant is very pleasant and welcoming. As per the staff, they are wonderfully welcoming and helpful. In particular Kate at the reception is very professional and really kind, with a smile for all the customers. Martin at the restaurant was really professional, gentle and gave good advice on the breakfast menu.

Fantastic, central locaion, quiet room, staff exceptional. Very nice restaurant downstairs. Breakfast not a huge selection, but very good and more than sufficient. Bianca at the reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Considering this is central London, the rooms were also quite spacious. Gym was tiny but well equipped for a good morning workout. Very happy with the stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyde London City Center, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The prime location of the hotel makes it incredibly convenient for exploring London, with easy access to key transport links and attractions. The rooms were well-designed, cozy, and offered a luxurious feel with stylish fixtures and fittings, making for a very comfortable stay. While some may find the room sizes a bit snug, the cleanliness and attention to detail more than compensate for this. Stayed at The laslett and the service was excellent. The bed and bedding was very comfortable too. We had one of the entry level rooms which was well designed and our bathroom was surprisingly large too which was a nice surprise. Our room was located at the back of the building so didn’t have a view of the nice street but it was very quiet at night so that was great too. We only ate at the restaurant once but highly recommend the breakfast. We didn’t have a chance to try the dinner but I’m sure it’s great too. The location was the perfect place to get used to the time change. It’s still walkable to different areas and restaurants and very close to the tube so we found it to be convenient and peaceful! We will stay here again!

We stayed here as a family and were so impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t do enough for us — welcoming, helpful and genuinely attentive throughout. The hotel is modern, comfortable and full of character. The interiors are calm and well thought out, with art and books that make the place feel warm and individual. Everything was spotless and well looked after. Our rooms were quiet and beautifully laid out, with very comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Dinner at the Henderson Bar & Kitchen was excellent — the beef cheeks, sea bass and mushroom dishes were all beautifully cooked. We also tried Henderson’s Rum Punch — dangerously good. The location is great, close to Notting Hill Gate and Portobello Road, and an easy walk to Westbourne Grove with independent shops and cafés. It’s very sad to leave The Laslett. Hopefully back soon!

I adored this hotel, and I loved its convenient location in Notting Hill, which I think is one of the most charming and walkable neighborhoods in London. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife within an easy walk (plus the Tube stop and the Portobello Market is right around the corner!) yet the hotel is located on a relatively quiet street, which feels nice, peaceful and safe. I loved their breakfast on the terrace, and they had so many thoughtful details and amenities in my room, including an extra phone charger cord in case you forgot yours (I did!). The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, and the whole hotel felt new, clean, stylish, and special. I would certainly stay here again!

We only stayed for 1 night. We found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a meal in Henderson bar and kitchen. The food was delicious, great to be able to choose a small or larger plate and a short but nice selection of wine by the glass. I had the sea bass which was perfectly cooked. The staff in the bar were friendly and helpful. Plus the cake of the day, chocolate and banana, was very good, Our room was a good size with everything that we needed. The bathroom was clean and had lovely toiletries. The mini bar had a good choice of snacks, sweets and drinks and there was a coffee machine. All in all we had a great stay and will definitely choose to stay here again.

This is my second review for my home away from home in London, near my daughter's place as well as all the shops and restaurants of Notting Hill and elegance of Holland Park. Less than a block walk to Notting Hill Gate tube station. Don't overlook the lobby cafe - wonderful coffees, breakfast (including a coffee-and-cake-of-the-day special) and an easy place to grab a cocktail or dinner. My room on the 1st floor (2nd floor for us Americans) was well laid out, immaculate, and well-equipped (bar, umbrella, adapter, healthy snacks, etc.). As always, a friendly and professional staff - there was a huge festival going on in Notting Hill during my stay, but the Laslett team and lobby were calm and serene. If you need to be in or near Notting Hill, this is the best place to stay.

My stay at The Mandrake in London was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt as though I had stepped into a fantasy world. The hotel’s moody vibe perfectly complements its location in the trendy Fitzrovia area, creating a unique and immersive environment. The room was nothing short of luxurious, with high-end furnishings and a well-stocked minibar that made my stay even more comfortable. The en suite bathroom was a dream, featuring a rainfall shower head that added a touch of spa-like relaxation to my daily routine. The greenhouse terrace and central courtyard are absolute showstoppers, draped in hanging jasmine and passionflowers that infuse the space with a captivating fragrance. The rich textures, vibrant dark colors, and theatrical lighting throughout the hotel made every corner feel like a work of art. The amenities at The Mandrake are exceptional. The restaurant on site served exquisite dishes, and the bar was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. A special mention must go to the staff, who were nothing short of top tier. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The Mandrake is not just a hotel; it's an experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, style, and a bit of the unexpected, I highly recommend staying here. I can't wait to return!

We have just had the most amazing stay at The Mandrake. It is an adventure as soon as you enter the hotel. So much beautiful artwork everywhere. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and when we arrived in our terrace room there was a cheeky gift waiting for us. Such a lovely touch.The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. We had amazing cocktails in the bar and there was a DJ playing. Had a great night and there was a really good atmosphere in the bar. Breakfast was outstanding with excellent produce. The Apple juice was so good. All the staff are really friendly and helpful but we have to give a huge shout out to Simone. She really made our stay extra special. She is so attentive and went above and beyond. I have honestly never received such fantastic customer service and I have stayed in many London hotels. Thank you so much Simone for making us feel so welcome. You are a credit to The Mandrake. We will definitely be back soon.

Hip spot with mystique, but price is perhaps a bit hyped unless you really want to take advantage of the cool bar and restaurant scene. Rooms are tiny but quiet (in terms of street noise) and dark which was nice after a long flight—however, you can hear voices easily in the hallways and our neighboring guests were rudely loud and drunk in the wee hours, speaking at very loud volumes in the hallway. Bed was ok, shower was amazing! Shower was probably the best part. Breakfast was ok, nothing memorable and a simple menu but the English breakfast was satisfying. However, the waitress told us the 5 pound orange juice was fresh squeezed but it was absolutely not, it was from concentrate. The front desk staff, porters, and room service staff were very cordial and friendly and we appreciated their service.

I simply loved The Mandrake in London. In early October, two friends of mine had an intimate commitment ceremony at this magical hotel. I decided to book my room there to be central to all of the activities. I had seen pictures on the website of the place and was so thrilled to have ended up in a room that perfectly fit my vibe and resembled what I saw online. The room was.cozy, clean and stylish. Amazing art adorned the walls, the bed was so comfortable, the walls a moody black (not all rooms are painted dark so if you want this request a room with this color palette). I saw other rooms too, as I had friends and loved ones who had booked here as well. All had their own special vibe. The hotel rooms are off a central interior courtyard so you can sit outside and see the stars while in the hotel. There is a nice bar on the first floor as well as a restaurant that has a great breakfast. Try the Eggs Florentine. As strange as it sounds, check out the restrooms downstairs. The sinks are so cool. It's also worth mentioning that The Mandrake is near quite a few shops and great restaurants, and is on a block with many art galleries. I loved my time at The Mandrake. I will definitely be back. Thanks to all of the lovely staff that also made my experience a great one. I truly loved my stay here.

We stayed at the mandrake during our wedding celebrations. We are so happy we did. It is stunningly designed. In the morning it is peaceful, sitting in the terrace, looking at the jungle they've managed to create, and the breakfast in delicious. In the evenings, we'd come back to a lively, vibing hotel with brilliant DJs. The room - ours a terrace - was perfect, especially the spacious bathroom and bathtub. Big shout out to Zoe for welcoming us so warmly, and also for Simone for being so kind, compassionate and caring - we talked about all kinds of deep and light things - and felt the opposite of a commercial hotel.

We had an outstanding experience during our stay at Threadneedles! The staff exceeded our expectations with their friendliness, attentiveness, and accommodating demeanor. They prioritized our satisfaction and even offered suggestions that I didn’t even think of that enhanced my overall experience. I often travel with my son around the world, I was pleasantly surprised by how warmly and courteously everyone treated him, despite him being one of the few children staying there at the time. They went out of their way to make him feel special. The room was spacious room, the biscuits delicious, the shower was always hot, and the bed was so comfortable that I felt restored after long a day traveling through London. The hotel has a peaceful ambiance that is nestled in such a busy part of London. Its convenient location allowed us to easily explore the city and dine at excellent restaurants. We had easy access to the tube stations (Bank, Liverpool, and Monument) and the close bus stops gave us other options for exploration. Threadneedles truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at and made our stay in London memorable and enjoyable. I would like to thank the housekeeping staff as well. They were always pleasant and did a great job. Thanks for the thoughtful ans excellent service! I only have good things to say about our long stay at your hotel.

Its central location makes it incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the Bank underground station, making it perfect for getting around the city effortlessly. The interiors are tastefully decorated, blending modern luxury with a welcoming, elegant atmosphere. A special thank you to Harsha at the front desk, whose warmth and professionalism made my stay truly memorable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—her attention to detail and kindness elevated the whole experience. Booked this Hotel as a surprise for my Partners Birthday. Overall the experience was very good. The room was lovely, clean and very comfortable / luxurious. The power shower was outstanding, the bed very large / comfortable and the staff very attentive. However, as a 5 Star Hotel there were a few little issues that just took the edge off of the experience for us, such as the pop-up waste in the sink not popping up, the shower door leaking all over the bathroom floor, only 3 pods for the coffee maker, a hairdryer that you have to hold your finger on the button of and no blackout blind in the bathroom meaning that light streamed through the opaque door glass long before we were ready to wake up. Silly little issues, most of which would be easily rectifiable. I would probably still recommend this hotel, particularly for its location, but the overall experience could have been exceptional rather than good if it weren't for these minor yet major issues.

Absolutely love this stunning space. The hotel lobby is calm, peaceful and relaxing to have a drink or coffee or even meetings at. The vibe and aesthetics are beautiful and the staff here are all very kind, helpful and attentive. I especially want to THANK Ram from the bar / restaurant area who is always super kind and helpful towards my orders. He deserves a lot of credit and acknowledgment for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you visit this hotel soon :)

We traveled as a couple and stayed in Threadneedles, Autograph Collection during the Easter Holidays, and were super delighted to report that we found a gem in the city of London. All the staff members, including the front desk, the restaurant, housekeeping and any staff we walked by would greet us with a smile, no exception! We were treated like their family members with great respect! Sam, the Supervisor was exceptionally helpful in resolving some glitches on the payment with Marriott Giftcards and credit card. I subsequently had a couple of phone calls with Sam after I came back to Canada and each time she was very professional on her call in updating the status of resolving the matters. It was a nice customer service experience. And the location of the hotel is perfect for tourists like us! Walking distance to nearby attractions and Tube stations including the Elizabeth Line from Heathrow Airport - with a bonus that it is in a quiet, clean and comfortable neighbourhood! We for sure will stay in this hotel again!

The room is really nice and cool. It was clean, bright, comfy. The jacuzzi next to the bed is amazing! The location is super super good. Many nice restaurants and bar around. If I coming back i will stay again for sure.

Nice cosy, clean room. Got to use the jacuzzi after a long day of walking! The restaurant underneath was very convenient for a morning coffee and meals.

Lovely room with plenty of space and loved the jacuzzi in the corner, everything seemed fresh and clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay. Great quiet location. Friendly staff.

Very comfortable bed. Really spacious room. TV was a great size and the fact it was moveable on the wall was great. Jacuzzi bath was a great size and a real added bonus that made the stay feel luxury. Really easy check-in with no faff. Location was very nice. Excellent value for money.

What an absolutely stunning place to stay. Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean, so comfortable and staff so helpful and welcoming. Room was amazing. Everything thing you could wish for. We were well provided for with complementary biscuits and tea making facilities, toiletries, soft luxurious towels, ironing equipment and so much space. The bed was so comfortable and the room so quiet and cosy, with comfortable chairs to relax in, with so much space.. The location was fantastic, set in acres of beautiful countryside with plenty of free parking available. It was perfect for quiet relaxation and perfectly situated for going into central London on the underground trains from nearby (5 minutes drive away) Cockfosters Station, where there is a large car park. However, just be aware, this can get busy and we were unlucky not to be able to find to space, by 11am on a Saturday, so had to hurriedly find an alternative on the Just Park app and park 30 minutes walk away in Sainsbury car park. Obviously absolutely nothing to do with the excellent hotel stay at all but thought this might be useful to bear in mind for future visits. We would love to stay here again and would throughly recommend it

The question what did you like is hard to answer as I loved all the components on my stay. I had dinner in the quiet and comfortable restaurant one night and I had room service dinner on my second. The room service was brilliant and the meals that I had were very tasty and filling. Breakfast was brilliant and really hearty too. My room was so comfortable and the way it was arranged meant you felt you had a mini suite as the room was so spacious. The heating was perfect and you could open the windows to get in some fresh air when ever you needed it. The bed was really comfortable and the table seats were comfy too. The reception staff in particular were lovely and really friendly which was such a refreshing change and I a have encountered a few grumps in my time travelling. To top it off the hotel grounds were beautiful, you can hear the road sometimes but are really transported into the country when walking around. I was hoping the hotel would be good but it has been my best stay in the UK for a good few years. Service at it's best!

From the moment we were greeted at Reception the staff were helpful, friendly, polite & efficient. We were attending a private party ( Margery & Tony Dey’s Golden Wedding) & that was a superb occasion, a pleasant room, delicious afternoon tea & excellent service. Our room was comfortable clean with good facilities , an especially good shower & the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a very good breakfast before returning to our home in Devon & we would certainly stay again & encourage friends with business or family in the area to stay with you too.

Fantastic breakfast, well cooked and good quality ingredients. Clean room, comfortable and great water pressure in shower! Dog friendly with little courtyard off our garden suite made travelling with our little dog painless. Very warm and friendly staff, especially at the bar and restaurant.

I stayed here the day before my wedding and for my wedding night and I cannot go on about how lovely and amazing the staff were! Bless them in the run up to my stay they answered all of my many queries, ensured I had everything I needed and really put me at ease so I didn’t have to worry about anything! I stayed in the spacious garden lodge room which had plenty of room for me and my bridesmaids on the day to get ready with a gorgeous patio space outside - and the amount of facilities were fabulous with a great bath, good minibar and coffee station. I had such a wonderful stay here I didn’t want to leave with my husband and it was very comfortable and get v luxurious! Thank you so so much for a memorable stay!

The staff at this property were kind helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spacious with bedrooms and bathrooms for 5 adults. It was very clean with comfortable beds. Location is perfect for walking to many sights. The kitchen was helpful for coffee and warming foods. We were there 3 nights and found it to be a very comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!

They hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned the rooms everyday, fresh towels everyday. Beds was super comfortable. Location was amazing, right I’m the center of London where you want to be. Convenient right next to all the great shops, restaurants and Hyde park. Thank you.

The best part about the stay is hands down the location. It's right there in Central London: 5 minutes from buses / the tube, 15 minutes from the major parks, etc. Pubs, supermarkets, restaurants are all within walking distance. The apartment was really spacious with a fully-stocked kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom. There are also separate TVs for the living room and bedroom. I love that it comes with an automatic washer/dryer two-in-one so that I don't need to spend hundreds of pounds having my clothes dry-cleaned. My only complaint about the facilities is the insufficiency of power outlets. The only one in the bedroom is hiding behind the bed and was impossible to reach. There weren't any outlets near the dining table and the sofa in the living room either. Maybe this is a british thing? The apartment staff has been welcoming and helpful with extensive knowledge about the surrounding area. They are also willing to help with local culture/POI recommendations, etc. The only problem with the apartment itself is the view (or the lack of it). Living on the 1st floor (2nd in U.S. terms) there was no view outside the window except massive scaffolds in a construction site.

Excellent in every way. The apartment was perfect, very spacious, comfortable beds, fantastic location. My only issue was that they should remind you that the coffee and tea service is just a starter pack and you need to purchase your own from the corner store. The front desk staff were not the most welcoming to begin with and when we asked if we Could purchase a bag of the coffee, we were very rudely pointed to the shop Down the street. All in all I will definitely stay here on all future trips to London.

Our apartment was bright, clean and large. The daily housekeeping (except for Sunday when there is no housekeeping) did a good job. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The apartment is very quiet; while in the apartment, can't hear any noise from the restaurants or pubs on the street. The area has a small grocery store and a newsstand as well as the mentioned pubs and restaurants. The property has many size apartments to fit one's budget or number of people in one's group.
