Delicious breakfast and dinner, very friendly staff, fast wifi, clean rooms, nice pool and jacuzzi! Would definitely stay here again. Nice and quiet location, within walking distance to almost every attraction in town. We loved the stay!

The hotel was great. Nice heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi etc. Bonus for complementary breakfast and happy hour between 5:30-7pm. We were offered 3 free drinks and hot buffet food.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are well designed, and the bed is so comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi set on the 6th floor outside under the night sky! If that the time of you have to enjoy it. The breakfast is more than you expect so make sure you get there to enjoy. Don' t for get evening cocktails with appetizer and fresh popcorn. This is the place to stay.

I was travelling on a 14 day holiday with Riviera Travel to the Deep South USA & Texas with tour manager Benita ‘B’ and driver Leo they looked after us on this tour we stayed for three nights at Drury Inn New Orleans, I was pleased to get a lovely comfortable room for my stay I had everything I needed hairdryer,toiletries,iron and ironing board,tv, tea and coffee making,fridge,,bedside clock,WiFi, no safe in the room down in reception, good housekeeping throughout the hotel and staff friendly and helpful, you were issued a card to have free drinks from 5:30-7:00 and a evening buffet, breakfast was buffet style which was very nice, hotel was a short walk to bars, restaurants and everything going on, we had a walking tour with guide Denise around the French quarter and various places of interest in New Orleans then free time, we had lunch in the French market tried Muffulettas and the Beignet pastry, we went on a steamboat dinner and jazz cruise down to Mississippi River and went on the hop on hop off bus with Chris and driver Miss Trudy which gave us lots of information about the area, thank you I enjoyed my stay at your hotel I met up with some wonderful fellow travellers on this trip being a solo traveller I wanted to share my experience, would definitely recommend this hotel.

My family and I were very pleased with the entire staff. Very friendly & helpful. The roof top pool & Hot tub are very well maintained with plenty of towels. Dinner and cocktails were a Suprise, good drinks and dinner was very family friendly for those of us who travel with younger children. Breakfast has a nice selection, (Way more than your typical continental breakfast). Security was Fantastic. Gated and key cards needed for everything. Location is the best. Only a 10-minute walk to the French Quarters & Bourbon Street. The facility is well maintained and the floor to ceiling windows in our room gave us great views of the Downtown area. I have never stayed here before, but we will again.

The Jacuzzi room suite the free buffet dinner. And the free breakfast buffet they even let you sleep in. If you check out a little later, we didn’t check out till 12 and the checkout time was 11. Rooms were very large.

Customer service was great! The happy hour drinks hit the spot. The pool was clean, jacuzzi just right! I absolutely enjoyed myself!

Our room was clean but the drain plug in the sink was permanently stuck so the sink wouldn’t drain. They moved us easily to another room, so no complaints there. We specifically booked at this location because we wanted to sit in a jacuzzi after a long day of traveling. However, we noticed that NO ONE was in the jacuzzi (there were quite a few people in the pool). My husband stepped into the jacuzzi and realized that it was absolutely SCALDING!! Painfully so. He’s the type of person who showers in extremely hot water. Other people noticed our attempt and said that they, too, could not withstand the painful heat of the hot tub. So I was too scared to even try it out. Imagine a little child (of which there were many that night), slipping and falling in! My husbands foot came out bright red, and he’s a dark skinned Asian. Bright red! Even 15 minutes later, his skin was STILL bright red. We were too tired by that point to try and see if there was a way to adjust the temperature. All in all, we really liked our room and everything, the staff was awesome. Just sad about the hot tub.

First time at a Drury and what a pleasure! We drove here from Maryland. Great location for us as we toured several apartments. Very close to the hospital where my son will be working. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Miss Angee at the front desk was my hero as she found my tumbler I left on the counter at check in (it was a long 1200+ miles) and set it aside knowing the owner would be back. The free breakfast was above and beyond. Something for everyone…scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, apples, bananas, yogurt, various cereal, very cold milk, English muffins, bagels, raisin bread, mini blueberry muffins & was kept stocked and always neat and clean. They even had the soda machine open which I appreciated because some days I don’t want coffee. The free dinner wasn’t even advertised on this site, but what a nice surprise! They offer hot food plus three free cocktails or beer/wine per person every night. The first night was a taco spread plus hotdogs…second night was fettuccine noodles, alfredo sauce, cooked veggies, baked potatoes, nacho chips & cheese, spring mix salad & hotdogs . It wasn’t a five star meal, but it was tasty and a very unexpected bonus. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. We were on the 7th floor. It was very quiet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was clean & had a fridge and microwave.

A very spacious room and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little bit pricier than others, but it is worth it. There is a pool and jacuzzi outside. A family friendly place to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay, it was great! No only is it close to the highway for easy passing through access, it's dog friendly (they were helpful as this was our pup's first stay in a hotel and they gave us options for which floor to stay on), they had a lot of snacks and meals included, and they were super friendly and easy to work with! We absolutely would recommend staying here! It's an older and outdated hotel, but the beds were clean and comfortable, we felt safe and welcome in the hotel, and it's pet friendly -- free dinner, popcorn, and hot breakfast all made this a perfect pick that was reasonably priced. Slightly higher price than we expected once pet fee was added, but still reasonable. Highly recommend!

Perfect stop over. Comfy beds and pillows. Clean room. Great breakfast with many greah, hot options. Breakfast area was clean and cared for by very friendly staff. In fact, everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. Felt safe inside and outside in parking lot as well. Easy on and off for travelers. Highly recommend.

We had an exceptional stay here! Beyond the comfortable beds and clean rooms, the staff made the whole stay enjoyable. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There were so many food options! Ms Ruby made sure everything was perfect! We especially loved her breakfast potatoes! 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is in a fantastic location near the French Quarter, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant culture and attractions. While the public transport in front of the hotel wasn’t fully operational during our stay, the convenience of being within short distance of some key spots made up for it. A big plus was the included breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The front desk staff was exceptional—they even upgraded us to a spacious suite with an amazing view of the Smoothie King Center and the Caesars Superdome. Having my conference in the sister hotel, which was internally connected, was incredibly convenient—I never had to step outside to attend my meetings. Restaurants inside the Hyatt Regency were also a great option to grab a quick bite. However, housekeeping could have been more attentive. There were times when our trash wasn’t emptied, and despite multiple requests, the lotion wasn’t replenished. It would have been nice to have complimentary bottled water in the room, especially since we had a small kitchenette equipped with utensils, pans, a microwave oven, a fridge, and a coffee maker. Overall, the friendly staff and prime location made our stay enjoyable, but improved housekeeping services would elevate the experience even further.

We love the Hyatt House in New Orleans! It's where we stay whenever we have the pleasure of travelling to the city. The rooms are well kept, great views of the city, great free breakfast, friendly staff, a noce pool area. Zero complaints. Last time we stayed at Hyatt House they upgraded our room to a suite with an amazing city view - we were so surprised and so grateful. We went to the pool with our kids pretty much every night, which meant we had to go thru the Regency - the Regency is an incredible hotel and MASSIVE, and our kids loved exploring the Regency and riding their cool elevators :). There are convenient public transit connections right outside the hotel, including the NORTA bus line that goes straight to the airport, and streetcar connections. Do not be afraid to use public transit in New Orleans. It is cheap, the vehicles are clean, the app is very convenient - it's a good public transit experience. The French Quarter is a ppleasant 15-20 minute walk. Walk up Poydras or Lafayette southbound if you want a quieter stroll toward the Quarter. There are great restaurants everywhere, naturally, as it's New Orleans. Superdome and Smoothie King Center are a few blocks away. Rouse's Market is a few blocks away if you want to get some fresh food and take a break from eating out occassionally. We can't say enough about Hyatt House New Orleans! They have us as loyal repeat customers!

A excellent set up. We had a one bedroom suite with kitchenette which was very spacious and had excellent views (16th floor). The property is clean, well run and quiet. Comfortable beds and in a central location in the CBD. Good having a laundry facility on site. Good choice of breakfast - perhaps a bit more fresh fruit would be nice but otherwise excellent. My only tiny point was it would be helpful to have a safe in the room. Not sure why for a property of this quality they do not have that. But highly recommend as a great base to stay in NO, only a short cab ride into the French Quarter but nice to be away from the noise.

The front desk staff was amazing. No matter what shift was working, they were all so friendly and helpful. It was like I was family every time I left or came back to the hotel. The room was clean and well lit. We had a view of the city below. The windows were large...a great way to see the view of the city. Blinds were included to either let some light in or there were also blackout shades. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. There were so many choices. No matter what you like for breakfast, I'm sure you can find something here. There is also a 24 hour snack store available. They had the best brownies available. If you need a late night snack, this was great to have as an option. The hotel is SUPER close to the Superdome. We were able to leave our hotel and walk straight to the Saints vs. Giants game. No need for an Uber to get anywhere. There were great restaurants within walking distance and a short walk to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. We were there for 4 days and didn't use a car once. If I find myself in NOLA again this will definitely be my go to place to stay! All around the BEST experience ever!

The hotel was fabulous. Room was large with a kitchenette. Very Clean. I didn't use the hotel facilities but the roof pool looked great. A Bar and also towels provided. The breakfast was good. Omelette made to order was a nice touch. I would have rated the breakfast higher but when I went for breakfast at the Hyatt Regency which is connected to the Hyatt house (no affiliation) their breakfast was incredible. I will say the hotel lacks a bit of exit signage. The Hyatt complex is vast due to 3 buildings inter-connecting. The Offices, House and Regency plus conference rooms and restaurants. You need to get into two lifts just to get to street level from Hyatt house. Great location and it's less than 10 min walk to Canel and the French Quarter or Magazine Street and the Garden District for example. I would stay here again and recommend

Fabulous atmosphere and service. Location is perfect and walkable to shopping and restaurants! Put Peche on your dining list. The Press Room bar has incredible staff that provided a ton of restaurant suggestions around the city. Wish I could remember the bartender's name but he was super friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms facing Magazine are not as quiet. My requests: I wish there was more lighting. The sitting area in the suite rooms are DARK. After dark it's hard to see in the bedroom area and the sitting area. The outside sitting area is noisy - maybe the AC / outdoor equipment needs a tune -up?? It was hard to enjoy the fountain outside due to the noise. Plenty of comfortable seating spaces to gather in common area. Live music in the evenings. Read up on the history - Eliza Jane Nicholson Would stay here again! 10/10

The Eliza Jane occupies a beautiful, historical building, like many hotels in NOLA. It's in a great location 5 minutes from the F.Q. (on foot), near the start of Magazine St., which you can walk for hours. Magazine goes through the Garden District. Hop on hop off bus stop is around the corner on Canal, about a 5 minute walk. The vibe in the lobby area is dark and cavernous, with an outdoor option (still dark). Between the entrance and the elevators and 1st floor rooms thereis a huge, comfortable seating area, with a bar in the middle. The vibe is 20th Century Deco Library but feels a bit gloomy. Our first floor room with two queen beds underwhelmed but was fine. There was no real vibe-- and no snacks or drinks to have or purchase. There are nice C.O. Bigelow products in the bathroom. My bigget complaint was lack of illumination--I could not see to read in bed, and overall the room did not have enough lamps. Our room faced an alley in the back, so that didn't help. Pillows are either very firm and tall or totally soft and collapsed. Staff members were generally very nice if not super friendly. Staff at entrance were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but ends at 10:00 a.m., even on weekend. We booked the hotel because it was one of few offering grab bars in shower and near toilet for someone in our group. Not sure I'd stay here again for the price. I'll likely seek a hotel like Old # 77 in the same Warehouse hood with more interesting rooms.

The room was incredible! Excellent shower, comfy bed, quiet room...I loved that a lighted magnifier mirror, the ironing board, the coffee machine....water was available in the room and the lobby which was excellent since it was so hot outside. I also want to thank the man at the front desk, during the night. My son was in the Little Bar around the corner and someone spiked his beer...then these 2 men followed him back to the hotel and the man behind the counter realized what was happening...the men insisted they were my son's friends, he did NOT know them. The man secured the front desk and walked my son up to his room, making sure he was safe. I am so grateful to this amazing person...please thank him from us!

We stayed at The Eliza Jane during our visit to New Orleans and absolutely loved our experience. The hotel has so much character and charm, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. It’s close to the French Quarter but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxed. The interior design is stylish and inviting, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect home base for discovering the food, music, and culture that make New Orleans so special. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit.

Great hotel. Fantastic location. Hotel & Restaurant/Bar staff were excellent - attentive, courteous, and kind. Food was great,too. Room was comfortable and clean, streetview location was very quiet. We stayed during a snowstorm (!) and you could tell the staff was dedicated to working together to keep everything running smoothly in a crazy circumstance. Manager Michael and front desk agent Princetta were especially helpful in accommodating us when travel plans changed because of the weather. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was big and exceeded expectations for the price. We got the king with pull out couch. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and not bad. Coffee was stellar! Balcony was perfect size Comfy beds super clean rooms Bathroom clean and modern Bourbon street is close enough but far enough for quite nights Decatur was good to park for free and also was a good strip to walk prob my fav.

The coffee was amazing and the breakfast was hot and convenient. It's not award winning but good enough to tide you over. The location was perfect just two blocks off Frenchman and a 10 min walk to Cafe du Monde. The hotel is brand new despite what you see on google maps street view. The staff were super friendly. You have to remember New Orleans is part of the south so no one is in a big rush. You should slow down too and enjoy. It was quiet and we slept like babies with the super comfortable bed and pillows.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The room was very nice and comfy clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful nice and friendly from start to finish. The food was amazing each day a variety of choices from fresh eggs and bacon sausage to waffles to oatmeal and cereals. A great variety of choices. Fresh juices milk and water coffee hot chocolate and teas. I really enjoyed my stay. There was nothing bad about my experience if I could give ten stars I would.💞💞💞

Modern facilities, clean and delicate. Friendly and helpfull staff. Good breakfast, nice pool, and well equipped fitness room. Complimentary laundry room with Modern machines. Great location, Central and yet quiet and excellent Italian restaurant just one block down. We hope to go back!

Really excellent stay for two nights over a busy concert weekend. Valet and check in were a breeze. Room on 3rd floor was spacious and super clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard with plenty on offer. Staff were all very friendly - especially the valet team. Very well located just out of the mayhem- near French market area at the end of street car line which was convenient. Walkable to bourbon, and casinos, pretty much everywhere you want to be. We walked from bourbon street late at night and never felt unsafe, but best to be aware anywhere in NOLA. This is a great place to set up camp while in town. Highly recommend and will return.

The hotel was beautiful, and our room was comfortable, the layout was perfect and we had an amazing view of the city. Additionally, the beds were extremely comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms felt luxurious. The fitness center was a fantastic surprise, with many options not typically available (medicine balls, weight machine resistance, several treadmills and mats for practicing yoga or doing floor work). The breakfast offered was Starbucks, and though they had limited options the food was consistently good. Our van was too large for the parking garage, and the hotel accommodated us by allowing street parking in front of the valet station.

We stayed at the courtyard Marriott the French Quarter Iberville. This hotel is perfectly located near everything you might want to access in this part of New Orleans. It is close to Bourbon street, but not close enough that you hear all the liveliness. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff is super friendly and attentive. Chantel and Kim were amazing representatives who were able to provide great recommendations during our stay. Both food spots they recommended and clarification about the boat cruises on the river were perfect. We had one issue with a broken window shade, that was repaired promptly and when we needed to call the desk, the response was immediate. We would most definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone interested in going to the French Quarter.

An amazing place, located just at the edge of the French quarter, just at the edge of Canal street and Iberville, one block away from the heart of Borboun street. The staff is super friendly, very efficient and quick, they even made us coffee, Starbucks coffee, out of their goodness. Room service and cleaning was spotless, new fresh towels. Room is in excellent condition, everything is highly maintained. And for sure an excellent value for money. Definitely our first choice every time we come to NOLA.

We loved our stay at the Courtyard. The location is perfect. Right off Canal and one street over from Bourbon. The fact that the hotel is connected to the Ritz means you have access to the restaurants and spa of the Ritz, as well as, nightly Jazz performances at the Ritz. The decor is lovely, and the rooms are the perfect size. We had a suite with a bedroom and living area with a pull out couch which gave us two separate bedrooms at night. The bathroom was great and the shower was roomy and had good water pressure. The only downside was that the mattress was not very comfortable. The valet service was nice, and the indoor garage meant our car was safer than the outdoor parking lots of some hotels. There are a number of great restaurants within a block or two of the hotel which was nice. We would definitely stay there again.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The staff were so friendly and we super helpful, Austin was exceptional and saved one of our days by booking a swamp tour after our original company let us down. Osa was brilliant and took the time to helps us arrange a couple of other tours, Another mention for Deidre who was the friendly face each morning at breakfast. The hotel is perfectly placed just a couple of minutes walk from Bourbon, just enough for us to embrace the atmosphere and just far enough to not be disturbed by the sound. All in all a great place to stay when visiting a truly amazing city. Thank you!

The hotel was so charming. First impression was the lady at the front desk! Southern hospitality at its finest! Everyone was so accommodating. We got there before check in and they had a room ready within minutes The rooms were spacious and comfortable and VERY clean. We had no problem getting a good night's sleep because there was no bothersome noises coming from the hallways or outside. Our beds & pillows were very comfortable. Hot coffee was available at all times (thank you for the Keurig in the room). We enjoyed our continental breakfast on the patio outside, allowing us to soak in the beauty before we started our day. Being able to enjoy a nice dinner at Superior Grill (delicious) after exploring NOLA was a plus. We will definitely add St Charles Superior Inn as our go to hotel when visiting NOLA. It was just so easy! We have traveled all over and the ambiance can't be beat. We have stayed at other NOLA hotels and we can't emphasize the value and exceptional service we received at St. Charles Inn. If you want a laid back, NOLA experience, just go ahead and book the room!

Absolutely everything ! What a great find. The inn is cozy and feels like home. Very nice corner suite with 2 large windows. Comfy King bed. 2 sinks, desk and chairs. And the restaurant down below is delish Mexican ! We ordered take out twice and brought back to our room. We had our dogs and they were very welcoming at this Inn. The parking is free ! And in a gated lot, right smack next to the Inn, with a clicker they give you to open and close from your car. Getting our giant about of luggage to our room was a breeze, even in rainy weather. The neighborhood feels very safe and it is BEAUTIFUL with the most stunning historical homes all within a short stroll. The trolley to French Quarter is right outside. It’s a quiet Inn and we slept like babies. The only quirk is it does have some older fixtures in the rooms, so the toilet was a little crooked (no biggie) and the shower kind of slanted too lol but it’s an old building. Everything was very clean. We added an extra night at the last second and it was taken care of for us so nicely, we got to keep the same room.

This is a nice clean friendly Inn. Secure free parking is a very nice bonus. Our room was spacious ( king with view ) and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. The Inn is walking distance to nice restaurants. The streetcar will pick you up close to the Inn. If you are a light sleeper I suggest not being on street side as the streetcar is a bit noisy. We stayed on the street side and were not bothered by the noise of the streetcar. The Inn is a short streetcar ride to Bourbon St and many tourist attractions. Highly recommend. Would certainly revisit on our next trip to New Orleans.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. It is incredibly convenient. We walked to excellent restaurants easily from the hotel. Though we chose to walk, the street cars in front of the inn would have been another great option for getting around. The fenced in, gated parking lot behind the property made us feel very safe during our stay. And though we were close to everything, it was very quiet in our room, so we got a good night’s sleep. Our only qualm with the inn was that the two beds in our room were small full beds rather than queen sized. They really weren’t big enough for two adults, even teenagers like our kids. So our boys slept on the floor & let my husband & me each have a bed to ourselves. This was probably in the property description, but we missed it until we got to the room. Even with that, though, our kids were fine & we enjoyed our stay. There were plenty of extra blankets for the boys to make pallets on the floor. The rooms are well laid out & well stocked with soap, shampoo, clean towels, etc. Having an extra sink at the entrance was nice for 4 people getting ready in the morning. The mini-fridge & the coffee maker (well stocked) were both really nice. The furniture was very elegant and gave off a New Orleans vibe, and it was nice having a desk in the room. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for Jazzfest. The hotel is well located if you want to not be in the quarter. It was sparkling clean, quiet, with a good Mexican restaurant next to the lobby with a nice bar. There are quite a few delightful restaurants close by as well as a nice grocery store. The staff was warm and friendly as well as helpful. We will be back next year!

EVERYTHING!! The location was perfect. The room was spacious. Staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. The receptionist allowed us to check in early as we were here to celebrate my husband's birthday. Bed was comfortable. Restaurants on site were perfection! We had drinks along with BBQ sliders and chicken/sausage gumbo at the bar. I had the signature Wood Grilled Redfish with Louisiana Crawfish Tails; my taste buds are still tapdancing on the flavor; Louisiana Crawfish Dip and Honey-Crystal Shrimp appetizers were superb! Sitting on the balcony was a nice vibe. We always felt safe. Off site and directly across the street is the Hot and Cajun Boil House; if you love seafood boils, this is a hit, especially when walking back from Bourbon Street. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

We loved our stay at the hotel and the room we stayed in was real quiet. If you can spring to have breakfast included with your stay, the choices like the neptune, shrimp and grit, french quarter breakfast, and the alligator omeletes were really good. Also highly recommended to do valet, but beware that taxes will be added onto your bill at the end, but still worth it, because the staff is attentive and we only waited no more than 15 minutes for the car to be brought around, and this process can start fro. The time you are leaving your room with a simple text. As for the area around, we were only 1 block from Bouron street for partying and drinks and two blocks from royal for some amazing shopping. You are also about an 18 to 20 minute walk to Cafe Du Monde and Jackson Square. Please note we were there during St. Patricks Day weekend/Spring Break and after Mardi Gras. If you have to drive anywhere you should be no more than 20 minutes out, depending on where you are going. Also looking for some coffee and baked goods, just walk across the street to Victoria's Cafe(not vegan friendly but she would know of some places for the people who are vegan).

Very comfortable spacious room .. shower was good & toiletries provided nice. Small furnished balcony on 2nd floor .. we sat out with a nightcap at the end of each evening watching the mayhem as it left Bourbon St .. noisy and funny, but as soon as you close the balcony door and the heavy drapes it’s hardly audible. Really pleased with our choice, it was a great location. We had inclusive breakfast rate and were glad we did, choice was good, service prompt and very friendly. Choices were great too

We came to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and choose Hyatt Centric because it is perfectly located, easy to reach restaurants, bars, and shops, all within walking distance. The room was great, very comfortable bed and super clean. The staff at the front desk was very kind, very helpful in advising tour options, and even the bellhop was so kind and helpful. The drinks at the bar are really well made, nothing to complain about that. "Chapeau for Hyatt Centric! Will definitely recommend it!

This hotel was beyond my expectations! The hospitality was 10/10. Staff always smiling and helpful! Jarrod and all the bar staff were great! Central location, booked a king room with balcony over looked the pool. There was a DJ at the pool and the bar was open on Saturday. Rooms were cleaned. Israel was helpful in booking the swap tour. Would come back! Service definitely made this location 5/5.

Returned for our second visit, primarily because we had such a fabulous time last year. The hotel is gorgeous. Had a beautiful two room suite, which was very comfortable. In room coffee, fully stocked mini-bar. Hotel pool and hot tub are very nice and there is a pool bar there too! Enjoyed breakfast everyday in the Fountain room - either blueberry pancakes or the waffles with pecans and both were delicious. We also picked up some light snacks at Teddys and most nights had a drink (or two) at Sazerac, which is absolutely beautiful! Our server, Courtney was so very friendly and wonderful to talk to! The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Frederick and once again, Ashley went above and beyond to ensure our trip was so very special and memorable! She was always available to provide recommendations and tips. She also ensured we were able to fully take advantage of our FHR AMEX and Hilton Gold perks. She really made our stay so very special and memorable!

Beautiful historic hotel in a perfect location right outside the French Quarter. Rooms were clean, comfortable and stocked with amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Multiple onsite dining facilities offering something for everyone. Historic Sazerac Bar offers cozy ambience and incredible craft cocktails.

Very busy hotel, but the floors and room were quiet. Front door staff/valet and baggage doorman were extremely friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and very quiet. The bed was super comfortable. All very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel was the place to be at Christmas for visitors and locals alike, with the entire block-long first floor decorated in Christmas trees , lights, tinsel, the works. Great latte/coffee to go and a varied breakfast/lunch menu in the large cafe. Domenica restaurant is a local foodie favorite and worth a visit. Terrific location across the street from the theater where The Nutcracker ballet was performed.

We usually stay further in the French Quarter in some of the historic hotels, but we decided to try the JW on our latest trip to New Orleans. It did not disappoint! The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The drinks and food were excellent with great service at the bar. Janet, the concierge was particularly warm and helpful, even though my husband and I have been to New Orleans multiple times. Our room was particularly large, very comfortable, quiet, clean, and relaxing. We will definitely consider the GW on our next trip back to New Orleans..

What a lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are beautiful. We stayed in a room with two queen beds on the 26th floor and it was quiet and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was updated and clean. There was a fridge in the room and complimentary water. There was also a nice desk space and a cute window seat. The staff at the lobby bar are great and there is a lot of comfortable space there for business meetings. The area the hotel is in is along the main Canal Street drag in the business district close to the French Quarter and lots of coffee shops and restaurants.

The good: -Rooms big and clean -Housekeeping everyday -Coffee/tea/biscuits/water restocked daily -breakfast was enough to keep you going. As standard there was bacon/sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bread, bagels, cakes, oatmeal, fruit, yoghurt and granola. -Breakfast and door staff were particularly friendly and welcoming -good location close to French quarter and good location for mardi gras parades that pass right at the end of the street. The not so good: -No kettle in room (I appreciate this isn't standard out of the UK but it would make our lives easier and cause less noise than boiling the coffee machine 5 times to fill a cup) -The noise- it is a noisy hotel. You can hear through walls, when someone opens their blind in the next room it feels like they are in your room. Not the hotels fault, but sirens, ferries, motorbikes can all be heard very loudly and clearly from outside. Did not sleep well at all. -I don't understand the 25 dollars a day charge. Granted this is exchanged for credit to be used in the hotel but I don't understand why guests have to pay this if they don't want it. Baffling. We didn't use our credit for 2days as we were out so effectively lost 50 dollars. -I didn't like the layout of the overspill breakfast room which was being used due to busyness of mardi gras. Large round meeting tables.... -could have done with the option of a thinner bed cover as I was too warm with it on and too cold with it off

Stay was really relaxing, room was very cozy, I went for an early morning swim and workout which was amazing, breakfast for two was reasonable, the bar was perfect food was delicious, and all great staff, I would definitely stay at this location again.

Hotel was conveniently located in central New Orleans. Very walkable location to shops and restaurants. Rooms were well maintained and clean with minor wear and tear. Daily housekeeping was provided. The executive lounge was not on par with other Marriotts. The food selection was very limited and repetitive. The coffee machine kept running out of milk during the morning breakfast rush. The addition of an unwanted mouse that crawled out from under one of the refrigerators was an unwelcomed surprise. The gym was large and had plyo boxes and a rower.

Homewood Suites is my home when I am in town for Jazz Fest! I have stayed here the last 3 years and we will continue the tradition! Friendly employees, clean hotel, 24hour coffee, and a delicious breakfast that changes daily. I also really love the indoor pool - although I do wish there was a jacuzzi (pro tip - take down your own towel to dry off..the ones provided are more like hand towels). Location is very walkable! Caesars, Outlets, Mississippi River, Bourbon Street, many food choices...and Rouses Market (get food to leave in your room for late night snacks or jazz fest snacks!) I miss NOLA already!!

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about guest comfort the way she does—she is truly a gem! The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. My room was comfortable and quiet, and the location was perfect—close to great restaurants, local attractions, and the heart of the city. It was above exceptional! The staff were attentive, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a fantastic location to Canal Street and Bourbon Street. A simple trolly ride away from French market. The room was Awesomesauce from top to bottom extremely clean soft cozy beds icy cold air really helped with the humidity. Extremely spacious full size fridge and dishwasher fully equipped kitchen area. Cozy living room with large windows and a selfie light. Adorable little balcony not mentioned online but definitely should be because the view was amazing. Hearty delicious breakfast served in the morning. Fantastic indoor pool; my granddaughters first time swimming. Definitely will stay there again. Thank you Homewood suites by Hilton in New Orleans you treated me like a queen and I appreciate it.

We had a great one-night stay to ride the Polar Express (station about 1/2 mile away in walkable area). Hotel was clean and well maintained. Our son loved the shuffleboard table in the lobby. Our 1-bedroom suite was spacious in both rooms, and the sofa and sofa bed were brand new (I literally had to take the heavy plastic off the mattress to put on a fitted sheet for my son to sleep without crunching all night.) All bedding for sofa bed, including 2 pillows, was already in the room, which was very convenient. I requested 2 additional pillows, and housekeeping delivered promptly. Breakfast was a decent selection, well stocked and typical quality for an included breakfast. Valet parking is $50/night; however, we lucked out and found street parking adjacent to the hotel for free (1 night weekend stay). Staff was friendly and helpful when we asked questions. Pizza Luna right behind hotel was decent bar food for a quick bite. Highly recommend the Homewood Suites on Poydras. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The area was pretty decent. Pretty central to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The staff was nice and knowledgable. The breakfast options each day were nice. I loved that the breakfast area wasn't cramped. I stayed in a double queen. The living room area was nice and spacious as well. The fridge however stuck every time we needed to open it so we had to use some force which caused it to slide out of place each time. The beds were ok not the most comfortable. Also the fitted sheets seemed too small for the mattress. The bathroom was probably the most neglected part of the room. It could really benefit from a makeover. The showerhead fixture was coming apart from the wall. The shower curtain was torn around the rod openings. The door which separated the toilet and shower from the sink was severely damaged at the bottom. The toilet was coming detached from the wall. And the water would splash back when you flushed. Overall an ok stay but probably wouldn't stay again for the cost and lack of upgrades.

All the rooms are newly renovated. The king suite we stayed in was perfect. Corner room. Spacious. Clean. Checkin was fast and easy. Never had issues with our key card (like we've had at other hotels).Breakfast buffet was satisfying. We were within 20 min drive to the french quarter. We stayed 3 nights. A thur, fri, sat. Paid a little less than $600. I was much more than satisfied with the entire stay. Price, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, saftey and parking. I would highly recommend staying here.

We live in Baton Rouge and had to fly out of New Orleans, and didn't want to wake up in the middle of the night to get to the airport on time. So we drove in the afternoon before and stayed overnight at this property, leaving our car parked there and taking the hotel shuttle to the airport. We liked the place so much we decided to make a reservation for the evening of our return so we wouldn't have to drive back home at night after a long day of travel. We liked it very much the second time too. Here's what we liked: (1) Very peaceful and quiet. No "scene" going on and no airport noise. We didn't hear a peep from our room at any time. (2) Very functional room furnishings with plenty of counter space and a minimum of sharp edges or clutter. Plentiful lights when we wanted lights and effective window shades when we wanted darkness, with a minimum of blue or red lights from devices. (3) Hot water and great water pressure from the well-designed bathtub and shower. (4) A very good breakfast spread with an attendant who actually cooked the food and diligently monitors the area. (5) Friendly (one-person) front desk. (6) Parking very close to the front entrance. (7) Reliable airport shuttle. Leaves every hour on the hour, picked us up on hour return 20 minutes after we called. We didn't expect such a nice place. It motivates us to consider flying out of New Orleans more often.

The breakfast was great! Far more than expected. The attendant (breakfast cook?) kept everything well stocked. Food was very tasty and hot. Lots of options to choose from. There wasn’t a dog park, but there were areas of well maintained/mowed grass to walk a dog. The shuttle van driver was friendly and helpful. He knew the area well and was very knowledgeable. The front desk clerks (at night and the next morning) were very pleasant and efficient.

This is a great hotel. The people that work there are nice and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast was wonderful and the new coffee machines are awesome! The airport shuttle is so convenient and the drivers are friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip to New Orleans.

Every area of the hotel exudes class and elegance, from the beautifully designed lobby to the relaxing common areas. My room was remarkably clean and well-appointed, offering both comfort and luxury. Every amenity felt thoughtfully curated, and I truly appreciated how spotless everything was. The staff was attentive in every area of the hotel, including the gym, where they ensured guests had everything they needed for a great workout. Dining at the hotel restaurant was an unforgettable experience. The food was phenomenal—each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The wait staff provided outstanding service, and the light jazz music playing in the background added a charming New Orleans touch that made the meal even more enjoyable. Even the valet parking service was exceptional. The associates were prompt, courteous, and incredibly efficient with both drop-off and pick-up. Exceptional hotel in the middle of hell. Ya, you heard me!! Bourbon & Canal Street’s are chaotic busy, proliferated with drug attics, filthy & unsafe. The Ritz offers an oasis of safety & sanity after a day of taking in NOLA. Clean, dual floor elevators to gain room access with key required. Exceedingly professional staff and wonderfully kept property. Obviously well managed. Great room service with exceptional food quality. Steaks were perfect and still sizzling hot upon arrival. Davenport Lounge is THE place to be for the finest jazz. Comfortable and fun!! Beautiful open atrium so you can enjoy an evening outside without tolerating the chaos unfolding on Canal Street after dark. Fabulous spa!! Valet as wonderful and friendly. It’s my humbled opinion this is the only respectable place to stay in NOLA. Rooms are spacious & spotless. I’m obviously not a NOLA fan but I really do love this hotel. It’s quite lovely.

In addition to the great service, we also loved the restaurant and the lounge, including the incredible live music that they offered. The location couldn't be better. One side of the building opens directly into the French Quarter (without it being too close to all of the action on Bourbon Street to be too noisy) and the other side of the hotel lets you out onto the city side where you could shop and enjoy other restaurants. Needless to say, due in large part to the Ritz’s staff and incredible accommodations, our trip exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning to The Ritz-Carlton.

We were travelling to the US on our honeymoon from Australia and the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans was a highlight of our trip. Our room was beautiful, it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room and overall hotel had old school charm mixed with modern luxury. The ameneties within the room and the hotel were fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure every need was met promptly. The staff also kindly arranged champagne to celebrate our special stay. The location is ideal—right in the heart of the French Quarter, with every sight within walking distance.

The Hampton suites are a perfect home away from home. The spacious suite kitchenette has a table, microwave, sink & mini fridge. The ability to close a door between the bedroom/bathroom from the kitchenette & sofa (sofa bed) was an extra plus for a quiet place away from the main door and hallway. Plus both spaces have separate wall thermostat for heating & cooling. (Plus, rooms cool down to low 63 degrees which is key for night sweats), Spacious bathroom vanity & all lamps in both spaces have plugs for charging cables. Extra plus is hotel is dog friendly with plenty of green space around the hotel with poop bag stations to pickup after your fur baby. Extremely comfortable beds & great breakfast options, A

Clean, safe, ample parking, breakfast good, staff friendly and accommodating. A shout out to Kara at check in for her help to make our stay much better, she has a great customer service attitude! Never had an unpleasant experience with any staff and each time we were in the hallway a passing staff member would acknowledge us with a greeting. Well maintained property, quiet area, number of eateries nearby, easy access to west bank, east bank, French Quarter. We stayed here for about a week in June, returned for a week during Xgiving and will be returning for 7 days during Xmas week all times visiting family in area. Last visit we needed to change rooms as our room did not have a tub to bathe granddaughter who was staying with us some nights. Not an issue, given a different room and returned keys to first room. We’ve stayed at other Hilton properties in this area over the years, this is the better property for access, parking, nearby restaurants/stores and for convenience.

Top notch service. The staff here was friendly and very helpful. Kara (I think that was her name) was very kind and professional. Even the cleaning staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was secure, very clean, and close to a lot of amenities. If you are staying in the NOLA area but you don't need to stay close to the Central Business District, this is a great option. We had business near City Park, which was only 15 minutes away.

It’s essentially a glorified motel, but the rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean, with good quality modern furniture and a sumptuous comfy bed. Breakfast was free and whilst not brilliant…. well, as I say it was free. The reception staff were all pleasant and helpful.

My husband and I selected this property for our wedding block due to the relative proximity to our venue and based on the friendly service we received during our scouting visit last summer. We were not disappointed! This was an excellent choice that started with friendly, helpful service from the Sales Manager Brittany Stone. She took care of coordinating every detail for my guests and me from start to finish. She made coordination of the check-in and stay much easier for me considering the number of rooms I personally covered. The property itself is located in an ideal area close to shopping and many food options. You aren't too far of a drive from the city either. We wanted somewhere close to our venue but allowed our guests to go sightsee if they wanted. This hotel was perfect for that. The property is kept nicely and was always clean. Our suites were beautiful and had everything we could possibly need to accommodate wedding prep. The staff at the front desk are just jewels! As a diamond member, I travel quite a bit for work and see a lot of hotels. The service here was up there among the best I've had in a while. I appreciate everything to make our wedding experience that much better.

This hotel is ideally located in the French Quarter. Everything you'd want to experience is right outside the doors, within easy walking distance. The staff is welcoming and efficient. Crystal and Jazmonique are particularly lovely. We reserved a suite, which was clean and well appointed. Our only concern was that we faced a wall, which made the suite quite dark. Apparently, the suites are all inside- facing so there was not another option. I would have appreciated knowing this upon making the reservation, but lesson learned. Despite this, we enjoyed the room's very comfortable bed and linens. The sitting area was comfortable, with a fridge and coffeemaker. The room was clean and housekeeping was efficient and reliable. The pool area is very pretty. The gentlemen at the valet desk are quite helpful and friendly. Our stay was incredible and we would definitely return!

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our father-daughter trip! It was very clean and the friendliest staff ever! Concierge was very helpful and the security made us feel very safe. We didn't use the pool, but the area was a very nice courtyard. Our room was bigger than I expected and the beds were really comfy. The downsides to this property are so minor they're not even relevant: painting is chipped/dinged up & needs a new coat, hallway carpet is kinda gross, and room bathroom was small. Would have been nice too to have a coffee bar in lobby for early risers. I would certainly recommend!

The location of the hotel was perfect. 1 block from Bourbon Street and walkable to Decatur Street. My room was very comfortable and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were helpful with any questions I had. I also appreciated that during my stay, security walked the halls of the hotel making me feel safe. The only downfall is that I felt I heard everything that was going on outside and next door of my hotel room. It is New Orleans so it didn't bother me much but wanted to note it in case you were looking for a quiet space. I would stay at this location again.

Love this location for exploring the French Quarter. Easily accessible to so much without the noise of Bourbon Street. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, and we love sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee.

The location is the best part of this hotel. Just far enough from "the action" to not be too noisy, but so SO close. We rented a room with a balcony. While not technically a private balcony, it is so helpful when sharing a room with others and wanting a bit of privacy when you wake up early or are up a little later than your friends. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff seems nice. And it feels safe. (this most recent was a girl's trip)

We were there for my daughters dance comp that was at the Hilton Riverside a few blocks away.....the Hampton was a VERY nice hotel, historic feel, convenient to walk to most all that we did- daughter was performing at the Hilton Riverside which was double the cost of this hotel which was only about a 6 minute walk, also convenient to convention center which was across street, felt very safe and a few nights we walked back after 10pm, if you don't mind walking it is also walkable to cafe du monde and French quarter and bourbon st, canal etc, about a mile to cafe du monde, only about a 3 minite walk to the riverside outlet entrance . Nice clean area. Bed was comfy, air worked great (thank goodness because NOLA is HOT in June), didn't feel over crowded even though I know there were a lot staying there, valet was usually really fast (only once because there was a problem with another person's car), we didn't use the pool but looked nice but small, housekeeping was fast getting us extra towels and we were given a late checkout, view was great, we stayed on the downtown side and had view of park below and downtown , door dash delivers to your room (some hotels do not allow this)

Lovely historic hotel convenient to the convention center and surrounding sites. Cierra at the front desk was wonderful and helpful! Reggie, Front Desk Manager, has trained his team very well. We enjoyed our beautiful Premier King Suite (wanted to move in permanently!!) ;-) It was quiet, spacious and beautifully appointed! The breakfast staff were diligent, though they had a hard time keeping up with the crowds. Suggestion for breakfast staff: Please have a non-dairy substitute for coffee like oat milk or almond milk. All the Hilton properties we have stayed at in recent stays have this now. Our housekeeping staff was excellent, and when we needed anything, blankets, etc., they were fast and efficient!! Lee in account management was helpful with some issues with our bill. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back to see everyone in the near future!!

I loved that they were very welcoming! The hotel is very clean and smells great! Besides the one rude ass vallet attendant that was working on night shift, the staff was very friendly and efficient! The rooms were very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Their pool was clean, and even had a towel station for us to dry off after swimming. The breakfast selection has a large variety of food to eat as well! I would definitely book again!

Breakfast was awesome! By far the best complimentary Breakfast we have ever eaten. Gym was very nice and extremely clean. Pool was exceptional. Pool area was very clean and lots of lounging areas. Room was very nice. The lobby had a very nostalgic feel. Beautifully decorated. All staff we came in contact with were very helpful. Valet parking was very convenient and reasonable.

Friendly, helpful staff with all my requests. Room was nice and the kitchen was perfect for my needs. Room was comfortable and clean. Door needs to be repaired, did not close completely when I exit. Breakfast was nicely laid out with items I rarely see at other locations like grits and breakfast tacos. Miss Jackie is welcoming and does a great job keeping the area tidy. This location also has a nice Wednesday evening reception with complimentary wine and light snacks.

Beautiful, clean, spacious well appoint suites, great fresh breakfast, love having pet inclusive, no smoking facilities! Comfy bed. TV had MSNBC-yay! The only thing that could’ve been a problem was that the complementary toiletries in the shower leaked and when I stepped into the shower, it was a slippery as glass. This definitely needs to be remedied by putting some kind of shelf under the toiletries. Special thanks to DRIKA for attending to the safety of my bicycle and the depth of my uninterrupted sleep! Thanks to Security for looking after my bike as well. My rating: overall awesome!

First was the guy that checked me in. Very Very friendly and professional. The room was huge and amazingly clean. The bed was SO comfortable. THAT BREAKFAST!!! was absolutely Delicious. The housekeeping staff were always very friendly when I saw them in the hallway. I will definitely be back next year

Room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, even the sofa. The breakfast had many self-serve options, fully stocked, and tasty. Coffee was very good. The staff were all very cordial and friendly and helpful.

Finding a room that’s affordable as well as safe and clean for my family of 6 is no easy task but our stay was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was delicious both morning and the lady preparing it both days was extremely kind making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean as well as the entire property. Should we need a room in Shreveport again we will definitely book our stay here.

Hotel very good, but not as grand as Hilton riverside. Breakfast was nice but it is not on the usual Hilton breakfast buffet scale!! It’s service at your table at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Excellent service and staff. Rooms are large but older however clean tidy good house keeping. Great peaceful sleep and good service at front desk. As a diamond Hilton member was able to check in at 11.30am no issues really impressive customer service! Thank you. Thank you Hilton!!

Me and hubby went for a birthday weekend. The room that we stayed in was spotless, clean, bed was so soft it was quiet and for our surprise it had the best view. Staff is very helpful and friendly. A great place to stay. We did enjoyed. I recommended 100%

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Hilton St. Charles was the perfect home base for our wedding weekend! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm smile at check-in from Tori, instantly making us feel welcome. Our rooms were spacious, ready, and beautifully comfortable. Cris, the Convention Services Manager, was nothing short of phenomenal. The Hilton St. Charles is a great property that is central to everything! Quick walks to Bourbon St., French Quarter, French Market, shopping, and restaurants. Check is was super fast and easy. Staff were very friendly, the property is very clean, and safe. This will be my go-to hotel from now on when I’m in NOLA.

Loved this hotel. Our room was big, clean and quiet. Reception staff were very helpful. Loved the security at the main entrance. They have a nice workout room and the restaurant, Luke, attached to the hotel has wonderful cocktails. I'd return anytime!

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, we walked to all the sights. Our room was huge, on the 14th floor with lovely views and was very quiet. Bed was comfortable and good shower. I requested a kettle so was able to drink real tea. Coffee machine does have green tea though. We had breakfast included in our room rate which great. I still miss the freshly made omelettes and beignets. We had to sign for the service charges but they were not on our final bill and they also gave us a $20 credit for the restaurant/ bar. The gym was good and the pool lovely (looked larger in the photos). As we had a late return flight we were able to have a free late check out which was really appreciated. Definitely would recommend.

We stayed at the InterContinental New Orleans in late July and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and efficiently checked in by Ludovica, who made us feel immediately at home after a long day of travel. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant and were served by Steve, whose friendly attitude and attentive service set the tone for our visit. Later, we had a great chat with Assistant Manager Mark, who was both personable and genuinely interested in making sure everything about our stay was perfect. Concierge Billy went above and beyond—he managed to secure us last-minute reservations at a fully booked restaurant, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Throughout our stay, Breanna and the front desk team sent helpful text messages checking to see if we needed anything or if all was going well—a thoughtful touch that really stood out. Every interaction reflected a staff that takes real pride in their work. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and ideally located, but it’s the people who made this visit special. We had an excellent stay and will definitely return on our next visit to New Orleans!

This property was perfect and we will definitely be back. The hotel is stunningly, beautiful and the staff are unbelievable. They are extremely helpful, very polite and very friendly. We were in New Orleans for our first Mardi Gras and were pleasantly surprised that one of the parades passed right in front of the hotel so it was convenient to partake in the festivities. We’ve been to New Orleans before and stayed in alternate hotels, but this will be our new favourite motel. The restaurant for breakfast was outstanding. The food was great and the coffee was second to none. The hotel is very walkable to Canal Street and the French Quarter but far enough away that you get a good nights sleep congrats to all the hotel staff during our stay and our vacation you made it perfect.

I have had the best experience in this hotel. The staff at the hotel are super friendly, nice and very helpful. The room is very nice, clean and very comfortable. I had a balcony room and it was very convenient. One thing I’d like to add. Oswald the friendly member of the IHG team was so kind and helpful throughout my whole trip. He is an asset to IHG New Orleans. I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotels it’s close to Canal Street, Mississippi River and not too far from French Quarter. Also it’s not too far from Garden District. A streetcar ride will take you less than 10 minutes. 10/10.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby was very elegant and inviting. It was much nicer than I expected for the price. There was a quick check-in. Staff were professional and helpful. I had to come down to get complimentary toothbrushes because we forgot ours and it was an easy process. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. No issues with maid service each day. I liked the location. It was very walkable to good restaurants and city happenings. It was also very easy to get Lyfts/Ubers within a matter of minutes. It was also close to Stop #9 on our Big Bus Tour, so we were able to Hop on and Hop Off. I also had very good food at the happy hour. I had barbeque shrimp and gumbo that was as good as any outside restaurant. The room could have a refrigerator instead of the stocked mini-bar with a sensor. This would have made a huge difference. The water downstairs and at the convenience store cost $10 for 2 bottles. We didn't have anywhere to store our leftovers or to keep our water cold. Not having a microwave and refrigerator in such a food town is the only real negative.

The rooms were so clean and the whole staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly and courteous…wonderful customer service! We ate dinner and breakfast at here, the young lady Andyn Kate (I think) for dinner and Tye for breakfast! Amazing!!!

The hotel is in a great location. It is roughly a fifteen-minute drive from the hotel for anyone interested in attending the annual Festival Internationale, held in the downtown area every April. It is also close to many shops and department stores as well as the mall, Barnes & Noble and plenty of restaurants and businesses on Rue Johnston. The rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant on the first floor serves great meals for breakfast and dinner; if you don't want to drive around looking for a meal after a long day. The bar is also a plus, serving a variety of beers, wines, etc. There are cafe tables on the hotel grounds where you can enjoy a cocktail on a sunny day.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were hesitant after reading some reviews about the beds as my wife suffered two compressed discs after a fall a few months ago, but she slept well and said the bed was quite comfortable. Reasonable pet fee and breakfast was awesome, and inexpensive if purchased at time of booking. Quiet area and we felt very safe walking our dogs.

The service from the manager Timothy was excellent. The service from Brooklyn at the restaurant/bar was excellent. I loved her Bloody Mary! She was off one night and I did receive a totally different (and awful) Bloody Mary from another employee. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room furniture is uncomfortable- that straight backed chair and awful hide-a-bed loveseat. The bed was just ok- not great! The toilets, showers, and our AC was all so loud!! The water temp would scald you whenever someone else was using their toilet or shower in the morning or afternoon and at night, there was rarely any hot water at all. Also, my fellow coffee drinkers, there is only fresh coffee in the morning. I want to reiterate that the service was great! It’s the hotel itself that isn’t great.

Extremely well-kept hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very pet friendly! The breakfast offerings in the morning were an excellent value and well prepared. This property is obviously well-managed. If you're passing through town as we were, the location is a bit off the freeway. Don't let that be a deterrent as it's worth the few miles to find it.

I was in New Orleans for a conference. The Hilton was like a ten minute walk to the convention which was convenient. My room on the 27th floor was comfortable and clean. I had no problems. King size bed was comfortable and bathroom was a good size. The room was quiet and I was able to get work done at night. The staff is very nice and helpful! Close by on the second floor was a an entrance to the river walk. Few good restaurants in the hotel. I really enjoyed Drago’s. The walk to the French Quarter was about a 15-20 minute walk which was not bad at all. I did not get a chance to enjoy the free breakfast but it looked very good. As a Gold member, not sure why parking is not discounted. Maybe the management can work on that for Gold and Diamond. Definitely will come back on my next stay!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also ideal for easy access to all the busy areas of New Orleans. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast space on the first floor. Not only was the food delicious, but the wait staff's friendly greeting and service were very impressive. After enjoying the delicious breakfast, I was able to head to my meeting in a happy mood.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton in New Orleans for a weekend conference! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my room was spacious, clean, safe, and had amazing city views. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to the French Quarter. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

The property was satisfactory and close to the outlet mall and convention center. Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean but are showing signs of wear and could use some updating. WiFi was supportive for my work needs. Restaurants have a satisfactory selection of options but nothing really stood out. I’d say a visit across the street is a nicer steak restaurant at 4 seasons if that is what you’re looking for. Not bad for a quick stay.

This truly is the best place to stay in New Orleans. The rooms recently went through a Multi-Million $ renovation and they did a fabulous job. I particularly like the new showers. Very comfortable rooms, backed up by impeccable housekeeping, and commanding views of the Mississippi River. Many of the staff have been here 20 to 40 years, which tells you something about the great Hilton management. You must have the breakfast buffet, probably the most extensive anywhere with eggs and omelets to order. I recommend the alligator sausage and the best croissants ever, according to renowned hotel restaurant critic, John Eidson! A very short walk to the French Quarter, directly across the street from the casino. Our home away from home when in New Orleans.

After driving for 10 hours and beginning to search for a hotel in Meridian, Rosa answered my call at about 1:30 am. She was so friendly and was so happy to help me. She took my name and told me she would hold my room for me. We arrived about an hour later. She was behind the desk waiting for us. She was just as friendly in person. In the morning, as I was getting coffee in the dining area, Amanda asked how I slept and if there was anything I needed. She was incredibly genuine. I highly recommend this hotel, not just because the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had amazing pressure, the breakfast was hot and tasty, but the friendly staff made our stay special. Rosa and Amanda, Thank you for that!

This Holiday Inn Express New Orleans hotel is great. Beds are comfortable, television is updated, the carpet was clean without stains, and the bathroom was very clean. The lobby is very nice upon entering. The breakfast area was very well kept with delicious self-service food. It's in a nice location, quiet, well maintained inside, and the grounds outside as well. The entire staff, front desk, dietary, housekeeping, and maintenance are an exceptional team.

Everything! One of the best hotels I've been to in a very long time. Everything was clean, I mean the room was perfect. The bed was very very comfortable, I wanted to take the mattress with me lol. The breakfast was amazing as well. Very safe hotel, felt comfortable in the hotel and the location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Give 20+ stars if I could.

Clean, good location and would recommend for anyone! Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms nice and clean and they even had Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We stayed in a handicap accessible room and loved the shower and shower chair! The staff were nice and would definitely stay again!

The hotel has an extremely hospitable and helpful front desk group,.especially. Raina. She took care all of our requests in an efficient and friendly manner. One afternoon, my wife asked her where the fresh cookies were,.and Rains replied that they hadn't had a chance to bake them yet. She then asked my wife what type of cookies.she would like, what time we were in, and asked.for our room number so she could ring us when they were ready. Raina called us after a bit, and told us the cookies were ready. I went down and got them, and they were warm. Its things like this little personal touch that keeps us coming back. Kudos to Raina! The hotel is very nice, clean, and parking is great. The breakfast is on time and satisfying. The rooms are very clean, and housekeeping does a great job.
