Comfortable beds, clean and updated rooms, spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable but the pillows hard, sheets were kind of thin and had a bit of pilling. Room and bathroom (king room) was spacious, updated and clean. Amenities f, bathroom was minimal- fluffy thick towels bar of soap, shampoo and conditioner, 1 makeup remover towel. No lotion or shower cap. Breakfast- scrambled eggs, sausage, toast/breads, cereal/oatmeal, yogurt, juice/coffee and pasties and make your own waffles (good) a few fruit selections. Checkin and out fast and smooth. One of the two elevators down, super long waits when trying to leave via the elevator.

I loved the bar, coffee station and the cookies, so good. The gym was nice and clean. Our room was so comfortable and clean. The shower and shower products were so nice. The breakfast was great!

Very good hotel. Friendly staff, the bartender Karina was very nice, love the lobby and bar area, very comfortable. The rooms are a little dark, could use more lighting. My only real complaint is the bathroom door, it’s a slider, semi see through, and doesn’t lock. We have 14 rooms for a business trip with 2 staff to a room, they don’t like the bathroom door. Otherwise we really like this hotel. It feels safe, it’s clean, good breakfast and overall a great choice!

Fantastic property in a great location for visiting Yosemite. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Free on-site parking was a big plus. Everything was spotless and well maintained — we couldn’t fault it.

Very welcoming, clean, organized. I appreciated the fact that breakfast was put out early enough for the girls to eat something before heading to our tournament. Usually we are gone before breakfast is out out and never get to enjoy it . Delicious breakfast bar by the way . Special shout out to Lena and Amy in the breakfast bar Sunday morning very attentive to our Softball family. Definitely will be staying when in town again :)

I stay at a lot of Hotels and can honestly say this was the nicest stay I've had in a long time. The staff was attentive & friendly, the service was excellent. We had a broken toilet set, & they came & put a totally new one on within an hour. The ladies at the breakfast were so friendly & food was good & everything was spotless. The girls at the front desk saw I was looking at the coffee machine & she came & made a fresh pot for me & even had poured the cup for me when I came back in to see if it was ready. It's the little things like that, that make the difference! We highly recommend!

Very clean room, bathroom, and property. nice spacious room and delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff! Absolutely zero complaints and would definitely stay at this Hampton Inn in Madera, California again!

Few things in area open late, clean but pool and jacuzzi closed. Area a bit run down but overall a secure clean place in Madera that is JUST off the freeway. 5 stars for excellent staff. 4.5 for overall really.

Stephanie greeted us at check in, she noticed there were 4 of us and immediately offered an upgrade to a 2-queen top floor suite. She was friendly, welcoming and very nice. Being an IHG Spire member I am often upgraded to suites, however this suite must have been one of the most spacious in any HIE I have ever stayed at. Everything was clean and in great shape, which is no wonder since the hotel was completely renovated two years ago. We went to refresh in the pool, which was being cleaned by the maintenance gentleman. He later brought pool towels and was friendly and curteous, too. Breakfast in the morning was actually ready before posted time, the vast majority of the guests that night were workers, who obviously required an early start. Being an older property in original design meant the breakfast room was somewhat small and got full immediately. Luckily, there was additional (multi-purpose) seating available in the lobby just outside breakfast room. All in all a great stay, I will gladly visit again.

Had a great stay in a king suite. Room was very comfortable and roomy. Enjoyed the 60” shower stall and modern decor and lighting both in the room and in the lobby. Bed was very comfortable and had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing evening. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Cinnamon rolls were hot and soft plus they had bacon and sausage instead of sausage only... very nice as I can’t eat the sausage so nice to have other options. Staff was very friendly and professional. Check in was smooth and I was greeted each time we walked past the desk. Only negative was housekeeping knocking on the door. Hotel should be able to know when a guest has left without having to knock on the door almost 2 hours before check out time. Definitely will stay again the next time we travel through Madera.

Room was very comfortable and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was appreciated and better than we've had at some hotels. Our room didn't have a view, it only looked out at another wall, but that was okay since we didn't come to Madera for the views. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and maintained, but it was too cold to swim. We would stay here again.

Excellent location. Easy off and back on freeway. Property is in very good condition. New, contemporary furnishings and very clean. Nice hot breakfast (Omelette and sausage/bacon, pancake maker, oatmeal, plus pastries, cereals, yogurt, coffee/juice. Breakfast room was immaculate. Quiet, large rooms. Very comfortable overnight stay. I was just passing through on a road trip. Would definitely stay here again. Incredible value.

I am a person that enjoys traveling and staying in a nice hotel is a very special experience. I gave this hotel a 5 star rating for many reasons. I will start with the first reason, when you walk in the environment feels welcomed. Secondly the room was clean and spacious. When I asked the front desk for more towels they provided them without hesitation. Third the pool and jacuzzi were at a cozy room temperature. And finally the continental breakfast was delicious and had many options.Thank you SpringHill hotel by Marriott for doing a great job!

Nice room with everything you need . Microwave and refrigerator . Sofa couch with bed was a plus . Bed was comfortable with extra comforter in the closet . Good location near 99 exit .Big Bear Restaurant next door . Breakfast was okay . Coffee was cold and was out of cream . Burger King and Carl’s Jr near by also Gas and liquor stores. Nice Swimming pool and jacuzzi it has privacy wall around it . Friendly staff.

This hotel is by the hospital and some nearby areas are a little sketch, but the hotel itself is nice, clean and the rooms are big. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast area kept clean. We used the pool which was also very clean and they have plenty of tables/chairs and loungers. I didn't try the cafe next door but it's convenient.

Friendly, welcoming staff. 4 pillows per bed. Living room & desk area were partitioned off from the sleeping area. Sink was outside the toilet/bath area, & had plenty of room for toiletry bags on both sides of sink. Comfortable beds, blackout curtains. Black Bear Restaurant next door, which was great for dinner. Continental "full" breakfast. Would highly recommend this property. Easy on-off Hwy 99.

I found the property clean, comfortable, and very convenient. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and very professional.

My stay was overall the swimming pool was the size of a jacuzzi the front desk was trying to charge me for the room which was paid already

Peter and his ENTIRE STAFF were exceptional. We actually live in Madera but our home was being fumigated over the entire weekend and we needed someplace to stay. Peter went out of his way to make us feel at home. Our experience started when he completely understood our situation and gave us a very reasonable price. We checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday. They offer a free continental breakfast and for the most part it was very nice. I think the highlight of our breakfast every morning was Peter's little dog, just as friendly and playful as our dogs are. I really appreciate everything. Our room was exceptionally clean and the housekeeping and maintenance staff were all very friendly. My family and I really appreciate the top notch service that we received.

The staff are very friendly. Excellent location. Nice clean rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. The towels were some of the best! Breakfast in the morning was great with a few choices to choose from. Really good coffee in the office in the morning. Nice big TV. Refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee pot all included in the room. We will stay here every time we're this way. Thanks for the get away!! See you soon!

I used to book rooms every time I came down to visit Madera, CA which was every month some years ago. I returned and it's nice to see the manager hos lovely wife and his son, who are extremely courteous friendly. There is lots of parking free. A swimming pool and close to every kind of store you may need? Restaurants as well. Close to the freeway. If you happen to smoke there are smoking rooms which is unheard of these days in any hotel? There's complimentary breakfast of toast waffles coffee and danishes. What I loved about the the hotel was that it has a washer and dryer located in the hallway outside. Everyone is friendly and polite and I will definitely be returning for another visit.

Convenient location with delicious breakfast place next door. Quiet and comfortable. Surprised by the full size bed but not bothered. I would happily stay there again.

I stopped for the night while on a business trip and I am glad that I did. The hotel has been recently renovated and is very nice. Even though I did not use the indoor pool or Jacuzzi, it looked very tempting. The location is very convenient to highway 99 and there was a Denny's next door. There is also a vineyard across the street. The room was very comfortable.

The staff were excellent and very responsive to requests, clean room and nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. My family met me here with our RV and we were allowed to park it in the back of the hotel without a problem. If you are traveling through or staying in Madera this is a good reasonably priced choice. Added plus there is a discount available at Denny's Restaurant next door when you show them your room card.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel I was at the back of the hotel because I got a smoking room I was pleased with the air and heat refrigerator microwave TV would like to have had coffee in my room but the continental breakfast was pretty good they had pastries two kinds of bread for toasting oatmeal several varieties three varieties of cereal orange juice and plenty of coffee I would have liked a thicker blanket but I get cold easily I just took a blanket off the other bed for the night and I was fine the staff is very friendly and courteous and very helpful she immediately gave me the downstairs room because I had a back brace and it cane sure wish I had not been so tired because the pool and the sauna looks very inviting I had plenty of towels the amenities the soap the hand lotion hair conditioner Etc smelled good and there was plenty of it I have no complaints I would certainly visit again five stars from me

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Really helpful reception. They give us a lot of useful informations about our upcoming trip. Big parking space. Breakfast, juice, coffee included in room prize. It's great for one day stay as well as for longer period. I really recommend it!

Excellent amenities at the price. Staff was very helpful. Serve yourself breakfast available until 9:30 a.m. Other guests were quiet. Plenty of parking in front and desk is close to the rear door. Handicapped room was well equipped, near the desk. Staff was professional and helpful.

Very neat and clean, great staff, full amenities very large bed and clean crisp beddings, bathroom are so clean they have renovated all the rooms so beautifully, the lady at the front desk was so knowledgeable and so helpful for all my needs and I would definitely recommend to all my fellow travelers please don't let other reviews on for your stay they are tremendously hard working and very supportive.

Nick and his whole staff were very accommodating very humble very down to earth and helpful in every way the rooms were clean housekeeping was great and my wife and I will definitely be visiting more often.

It was nice and clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. They allowed me to have my room 2 hours early. Their TV was huge and the cable TV was awsome.
