Hotel - amazing! It's hard to believe this is the oldest hotel in Madrid. The renovations that were completed make the space feel modern but still pay tribute to the history. Rooms - amazing! Very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Location - amazing! Walking distance to many interesting neighborhoods, excellent restaurants and bars Staff - amazing! Incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. I would be remiss if I didn't specifically mention Alex at the bar. His cocktails are true works of art, and the conversations were even better. Thank you all for a truly wonderful stay. We have found a new home away from home when we travel to Madrid.

The hotel was amazing. The service was so kindly and friendly. The location is perfect, it’s so close to everything in Madrid. The food in the restaurant was so tasty and the bar is with an amazing atmosphere in the evening. Rooms are large and comfortable with a lot of space and very nice view from the terrace. So thankful that we were in a connecting room with my brother and boyfriend. Thank you all and hope to see you soon!

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance from popular attractions and museums, restaurants and cafes, but at the same time on a quiet, calm street. The hotel has its own rich, interesting history and traditions. Service, staff and attitude to their visitors at the highest level. Comfortable clean room with everything you need. In the evening, you can enjoy wonderful live music in the hotel restaurant in a cozy atmosphere. I want to thank the hotel staff for helping to organize a surprise for my husband's birthday.

The staff and the services were exceptional, everyone from concierge to reception to room service. They were friendly and helpful. The concierge were with me on watsup all the time. Nuria and the other staff were amazing and so helpful. Oh and the welcome lemon cake was soooo delicious. Deff would go again

Modern, luxurious and very cozy hotel amazingly located for anyone visiting Madrid, especially for the first time. Walking distance to shops, Km Zero, restaurants and Retiro Park as well as Prado and Reina Sofia Museums, Puerta Alcala. The staff is super friendly and very professional. Always ready to assist and give suggestions/recommendations. Housekeeping is impeccable and flexible with your needs. We stayed in the Penthouse suite with jacuzzi and enjoyed every moment in a high quality building with excellent amenities. Best breakfast buffet ever!! There is a great restaurant inside the hotel if you don’t feel like going out. Super clean with a nice calm classy atmosphere. You can’t go wrong. I will always stay here when in Madrid. Highly recommended!!

Hotel Regina was exceptional in every possible way!. Great and safe location. Walkable to any point of interest in Madrid. It's located next to a metro station and buses pass nearby. Room are very spacious with comfortable beads, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet served is awesome. Staff members are marvelous, very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

We travel a lot in the US and Europe, and Hotel Regina is now in the top ten of our all-time favorite hotels. We had a splendid stay in this superb property in the city center of Madrid. The location is fabulous, our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast outstanding, but the staff of this modern and fresh hotel deserve the most praise. From the fabulous front desk staff to housekeeping, to the bar and breakfast room personnel, everyone made us feel so very welcome. They recognized us as their guests within a day, and seemed truly eager to help us with a smile. Fabulous bonus: private roof top garden where we brought our drinks from the bar for a special happy hour.

Clean, modern, quiet, safe and the hotel staff members were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Neighborhood surrounding the hotel is quiet and safe. 15 to 20 minutes by taxi to most any tourist attraction including Prado and Plaza de Toros.

We had two adjoining rooms with our children the combined floor space bigger than our downstairs at home. The rooms were so quiet and had black out curtains so we often slept in till late. The pool was excellent so too the food and drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved the reception to hang out and read my book. There is a small supermarket 5 min walk for breakfast items. We had fridge in each room as well as microwave and sink, this allowed us to purchase snacks to prepare. There are some bars/cafe the other direction good for light snacks. The metro is a 10minutes walk that takes you straight down into Madrid. The location of the hotel is 14 stops on metro on outskirts of Madrid in a very chilled and family area. There is a Mall (Madrids first) 12 minutes walk (2minutes on from underground) which is good to explore. Taxi back from town about €12-15 and took 15 minutes in August. I hear Madrid is quiet in August as many locals go away on holiday so traffic was good!

What I liked most about Grupo Mayorazgo was the excellent location. The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. We arrived a bit before check-in, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and professional—they immediately arranged the three rooms for our group of seven. They also gave us great recommendations for things to do nearby, which made our short stay even more enjoyable. And to top it all off, the breakfast was amazing!

Nice, clean and spacious room and bathroom. Plenty of space to keep your luggage, nice options to sit in the room, nice closet. Comfy beds and good lighting (blackout curtains for better sleep). Quiet at night. Good temperature control with the AC. Nice, helpful and accommodating staff. Quick to respond to inquiries. We were able to check in early and keep our luggage safe there after checking out. Great location. Excellent value for money.

The Hotel was within walking distance to the palace and most historical/tourist landmarks. The hotel let us check in early and store our bags the last day of our stay so we could enjoy the city prior to our flight. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice. The A/C was amazing after a heat wave in Madrid. Breakfast buffet was also good with lots to choose from. Definitely recommend

The staff were fabulous, very helpful, friendly and multilingual. The room was comfortable and the style was much appreciated The bar fridge could easily be used to chill water and hold snack food purchased elsewhere. Towels are changed daily if you leave them in the shower, or even if they are not! A table and one chair to be able to use The lication very near the Grand Via means you can walk to many tourist spots. Take the time to see a show, the hotel is in the theatre district!

Had a room with jacuzzi, the tub wasn't working properly initially, but the staff was very helpful and fixed it by the second day. Room was ok. Right in the city centre, close to shops and bars.

I had an amazing stay with my teenage daughter. The room was superb, featuring a terrace with a jacuzzi. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to all the key attractions in Madrid. The beds were very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly, and the breakfast absolutely delicious. We truly had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place.

A very well located hotel for exploring Madrid. Many attractions are within a reasonable walking distance, plus there are buses right outside the hotel. Our room overlooked an internal courtyard, so no view, but it meant it was very quiet. A big comfortable bed. The lobby to the room gave us somewhere to put the luggage. The bathroom was small, but with a large shower. It had a hand held and rainfall heads. However the toiletries didn’t work although appeared to be full. A good hairdryer right next to the mirror. Plenty of wardrobe space. A kettle was useful, not always found in Spain. Breakfast was served in the restaurant. There was a good choice including an omelette station. Small amounts put out on heated trays so kept fresh. Good choice of teas. The reception area was small only a problem if there were several groups in the hotel trying to assemble to go out in the morning. The bar staff were helpful as was reception.

Great staff who is friendly and helpful. Very clean room and hotel - well designed. The hotel breakfast is so good and a lot of choices. There is also drink vouchers they give for the bar which was great and came in handy for a midday coffee or any other drink. The location of the hotel is perfect as well. Walk-able to the sights and shopping. I would recommend this hotel and stay in this hotel again. When we arrived to our room, the room was a queen, but we wanted 2 twins, so they sent someone up immediately to change it and the person they sent was so efficient, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, look no further.

We had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and modern. There was a comfortable lobby to sit in. The staff was super helpful and polite. Our room was ready even though we got there early and we were able to get a late checkout (for a small fee). The room was a nice size. We had the basic room and it was larger than rooms in other hotels. The location was perfect. It was right in the heart of the city. Walkable to many restaurants and attractions and a very short cab ride to others.

The hotel, a Leading Hotels of the World member, is well located, next to Margaret Thatcher Plaza. We booked a Red Level Deluxe room which included Club Room access and separate check-in on the 7th floor. Room had an entry hallway and bath with door separating the bedroom; it seemed small and cramped. The bed was very comfortable. The RedLevel Club Room offered complimentary buffet or a la carte breakfast till 10 AM and snack buffet starting at 13:30 every day, with standard Spanish style offerings. Premium spirits are freely poured, including Moët Chandon champagne; service is excellent. The Club Room is unexceptional, joining space with Aduana, a limited-menu restaurant; there is access to two uninspiring outdoor terraces, one for smokers. Hotel lobby, adjoining bar (Balmoral) and terrace offer old-world luxury. The other restaurant in the hotel, Zuma, offers Japanese gastronomic fare. Restaurant prices are astronomic, and we avoided them. Note: only some rooms of this category have walk-in showers, in the event a shower-over-tub doesn’t suit, you must specify.

We just have the most amazing experience at the Felix Gran Meliá, the instant we arrived were greeted very friendly and caring. We had an overnight flight and went to the hotel to leave the luggage, instead had the lovely surprise that the rooms were ready and could leave our stuff and get settle for the day-something we really appreciated! The buffet breakfast had a great selection, the space is gorgeous, comfortable and the service it’s EXCELLENT. Every single staff person were extremely helpful and welcoming, suggestions for activities, places to visit, timing, they offered help with reservations. A nice token is that the hotel has a car for guest services, it was available that night and it gave us a ride to the restaurant we made reservations that evening. Location is unbeatable!, in a very safe location, 7 minutes walking distance to Alcalá door, terrazas for dinner, 10 minutes from the Prado museum and 15-20 puerta del sol. Definitely a place to stay!!! And we are really hoping to come back very soon!

We stayed here around a decade ago and have since decided to sample other locales when visiting Madrid so this was our first time back in a long while. We’d stayed because we wanted a more central location and did not feel that the price premium for 5 star service was warranted. After the impeccable stay we’ve just experienced we will reconsider and plan to make this our base in Madrid going forward. The staff were friendly, flexible and attentive to details with an anticipation we neither expected or would have thought we wanted. The “red level” lounge was a huge perk that we did not really count on prior to arrival drive many hotels promote such lounges but do them so poorly or cheaply that we skip them. The red level lounge is the exception and with the beverages, curated snacks and coffee with at least one dedicated, professional attendant all day until 11pm. The room was very confortable, quiet with great/quiet AC and soundproofing that made the stay posh and cozy.

We traveled to Spain to celebrate my birthday. From the moment Gemma warmly greeted us until the day we left, everything was perfect. The hotel is lovely and the service even better. Gemma and Gaston were so kind and helpful with giving us directions and making dinner reservations. We enjoyed a couple of visits to the bar (Balmoral) where we were taken care of by Mariia. She was so personable and friendly and took the time to recommend things for us to see while in Madrid. The location is perfect since you are away from the crowded areas but can easily walk to Retiro Park and the Prado Museum. The rooms were elegant and spacious. My husband said it was the most comfortable bed he’s ever slept in. We will definitely be back to this gem of a hotel!

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Salamanca, Madrid. It is not a very large, nor a small hotel. The concierge is always keen to help, the reception desk is attended by charming and professional staff, the bell boys are always at your disposal, there are always a couple at the door, and there is also security and it makes you feel very safe. The ambience is very European, the library is just fantastic, you can seat and enjoy your meals, and drinks or just relax after a long journey. The bar is quite good, although I had higher expectations but, was ok, has a terrace which is lovely. The rooms are beautiful, classy and elegant, also very quiet, the air conditioning works well as it always should be, especially during this season of the year. The bed mattress is quite comfortable and the linens are clean and well pressed, everything works well in the room. The rooms are not quite large but fair enough. I highly recommend the Hotel Fenix Gran Meliá

We were in town for a few days and the central location of this hotel allowed us to enjoy much of the city in between meetings. The room was spacious and comfortable. The Shower had massage jets, which was a fun surprise. The view was of an interior court. We were fine with that, weren't looking for anything fancy. We didn't take breakfast as we both start the day with just a coffee. There was a fun coffee shop right around the corner. The hotel has a rooftop bar and seems to have spa facilities. None of this fit our schedule and wasn't why we booked. Overall, quick and efficient service; a clean and spacoius room; a good desk to work at. We were happy.

I recently stayed at the ME Madrid Reina Victoria, and while there were many positives, there were also several downsides that left me disappointed. First, the good: the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Madrid, close to major attractions, amazing restaurants, and vibrant nightlife. The staff were friendly and professional, and the rooftop bar was a definite highlight, offering stunning views, delicious cocktails, and a great atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptional – fresh, varied, and clearly prepared with care.

Excellent hotel! Everything was absolutely amazing for us. We asked for quiet room so we had one facing to to the inside without any view but really quiet which was best for us. The room was big - lots of space, bed was very comfortable not too soft. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was amazing. We also had bottle of champagne and macaroons waiting for us. The staff was very helpful always with perfect English. The location is the best you can ask for. And finally - there is an amazing rooftop. If we ever get back to Madrid we definitely stay here again.

Stayed here on a recent business trip and was very pleased overall. The room offered a great balance of function and comfort, with a modern, slightly luxurious feel—ideal for working and relaxing. I was concerned that my room (1st floor overlooking the square) would be noisy at night. It wasn't at all. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to start the day. The only downside was the gym: it’s very small and must be booked in advance, which wasn’t clearly communicated at check-in. I later discovered I could use a nearby partner gym, but had to figure that out myself. Despite that Service overall was very good—staff were helpful and arranged dinner reservations smoothly. The hotel’s location is another big plus: right in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and cultural sites. It also has a rooftop bar although it was closed during my stay - which may have explained the very reasonable cost. Would definitely stay again, whether for business or a personal trip.

The staff at reception and in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and helped with any requests we had. Room was simple but was comfortable and had everything you need. Breakfast was always very nice. We had dinner one night and this was excellent.

I stayed there for three nights. It was a travel for work. Excellent room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, enjoyable breakfast, good free WiFi. The staff was kind and efficient.

Nice hotel, very convenient as it is close to the highway. However, be ready to be charge 10 EUR per day for the parking (safe). The room is not huge but comes with most of the anticipated comfort. The breakfast is the usual buffet. For the dinner, there is a shopping centre at a walking distance, with a wide range of cuisines.

Stayed here for nearly 9 weeks can't complain staff very friendly, rooms very clean, my only complaint is the Internet other than that give it a go 20min walk into centre, very close to shopping malls with food court and couple of bars, big thank you to Jamie Valia Gema bar staff for making us so welcome and Manuel from reception hope to see you again soon 👍

The hotel is in construction at this time (7/7-7/10). We were on the second floor which is the top floor. From about 0800 until 1700 the noise was really bad. I mean really loud. We were so jet lagged the first two nights that it didn’t bother me that bad but my wife isn’t as good a sleeper as me! So I’d caution about staying there if the construction is going on and if you’re on floor 2. That said, the room was nice, the bed comfortable, and once we got our bearings, we found places to eat and things to do In the vicinity. We were in that area to be near family but then moved downtown Madrid. Which of course is a more happening place. The hotel restaurant was very adequate. There were some hairs on the shower walls but at least they weren’t in the beds haha! Basically clean. Additionally, I left some personal items in the bedside table drawer and when I called they retrieved them and I was able to go pick them up. So generally, hotels.com got me a good rate for a decent hotel with honest staff. It’s not the Ritz but it is a fine place to stay! Bottom line: I do recommend it if you are in this area!

Location is good for Metro stations and walking distances for the main attractions in Madrid. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby as well as grocery shops. The studio apartment was larger than expected and clean. It consisted of a dining area table to sit 4/5, a kitchen supplied with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, kettle and associated cookware, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery. There was a sitting area with sofa, coffee table and TV (all Spanish channels) an area separated off with two single beds and a sofa and access to a very small balcony. The main bedroom had a double bed (which we had requested) there was also a jaccuzi in the room. A separate bathroom consisting of toilet, basin a full bath with shower over. Air conditioning in main area and master bedroom. The accomodation is split between two buildings across the street from each other. The key was obtained from the main hotel reception area and you are given a pass number to enter the annexe building. Whilst Booking.com show the name as Madrid Central Gran Via Suites, the actual name of the suites is Abalu Hotels.

Great place, value for money is perfect. The apartment is very spacious, spotless, and modern. Located in the very center of Madrid, within a walking district to the main attractions as well as to any mode of public transport. We enjoyed this apartment very much. The reception staff was also very kind and helpful.

Location, just next to a nice park having statues of Don Quijot and other beautiful views and works of art , very close to the center, near bus station of Madrid tour, a very amazing entertainment show on Saturday night at the hotel bar started from 21:30 until 3:00 am, reviewing musical legends of 60’s to 90’s, free of charge for the hotel guests. Various and satisfying breakfast open buffet, big clean with up to date apparatus rooms. The only weakness to be considered is asking for 10 Euro for using hotel jacuzzi or charging for requesting plate or eating service by room service which didn’t suit a hotel in this level.

A reasonably central location with a business hotel vibe. Easy to find from the Plaza Espana metro station. Our room was large and comfortable, quiet at night. We appreciated the daily replenished coffee capsules. We did not take the breakfast offered as it was €35 each but found a Dia supermarket where we could stock up on simple breakfast foods to have in our room. There is a cafe nearby, a little like a UK Pret, which also had more economical breakfast options. We stayed in early September and even though it was super hot, the swimming pool was firmly closed for the season on September 1st. The roof top bar was also not as good as we had hoped as it was noisy, smoky and the cocktails were mediocre. Much better to be had elsewhere in Madrid. Staff were helpful and courteous. The wifi did not work on our floor, the 4th.

Very nice modern 5-star hotel in the heart of Madrid. Pros: - Good size modern rooms with wooden floor and views over Plaza de España - Walking distance to all major attractions and 5 metro stops from the Bernabéu stadium (metro stop nearby) - Rich breakfast budget - 24hr decent Gym - Swimming pool - Great rooftop bar (Gingko bar) overlooking the city - family friendly Cons: - Busy area - Need a dedicated drop off/pick up taxi point - Bathtub and open rain shower next to each other does not give a luxury feel All in all definitely a hotel to recommend to all.

This was a modern well appointed hotel with excellent staff. The room was spacious, and clean with the latest bathroom fittings and lighting accessories. Having a comfortable sofa was a major asset. Breakfast was a well laid out buffet, well maintained, and with something for everyone. The hotel was located in the centre of Madrid near plenty of cafe, restaurants and bars and also near the Royal Palace and Cathedral

Beautiful old-world charm hotel. Similar to a Ritz Carlton boutique hotel, maybe even better. Nicer than being in American 5 star, you didn't have everyone holding out their hand for tips. Obviously, the staff get paid by the establishment. So much more relaxing for a holiday. You only pay once, then it's totally up to you if you tip. And they were worth tipping. It was wonderful not to be stressed if you didn't have euros or not and not be shamed. In the US, it almost spoils your holiday. The hotel was elegant and in the most gorgeous part of Madrid. Everything you need is within walking distance. A selection of restaurants both high end and mid range. The only Asian restaurants they have are Japanese. It was very refreshing that there were mainly European restaurants. And who doesn't like Japanese food... the club floor was worth every extra cent paid. Relaxing with 1st class snacks, drinks and sevice. Breakfast till 12 pm!! Now that's civilised. Considering you eat dinner at around 10 pm, plenty of time for a late relaxing breakfast. I would stay there again if they fixed the mattress situation. Spain is officially the best country in the world, and this hotel is stunning

Executive double room - large size, very clean, super-comfortable bed, quiet with no street noise. Excellent room facilities (apart from only one coffee cup and one tea cup). Hotel location is ideal - 2 minutes walk to Retiro park, 5 minutes to nearest Metro station and plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was in a lovely dining room, staff were terrific and the huge, varied buffet was high quality and very wide-ranging in content: ideal for all tastes.

The hotel rooms and the public areas are very lovely. The bed linens and towels are top quality. The housekeeping staff are kindly and meticulous in their attention to the guests. However, the swimming pool area is mostly unattractive. One reason I say this is that it has too much shade in the afternoon and it was cold in mid-September. I suppose that can’t be helped. But the area surrounding the pool really needs upgrading. The approach is gravelly and blocked by some large projection and it has an awkward approach. Parts of the hotel, where there is construction should be blocked off from view. The breakfast does offer Laurent Perrier champagne at breakfast but the food itself is average. Quite disappointing for a venerable old five-star hotel. I speak from our experience in many Spanish hotels, including the Paradores. However, the staff, as everywhere in the hotel, are kind and attentive. I feel mixed in my review. This hotel is really lovely but overpriced if you include breakfast, which costs about 26€ each! If you want to experience a fine old hotel, go for it. However, find breakfast elsewhere. To sum up: beautiful hotel with attentive service but a disappointing breakfast. But we really enjoyed the stay and we loved the Barrio de Salamanca. Thank you.

The hotel is in a good area surrounded by beautiful buildings and leafy streets. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was very comfortable and was nicely furnished with a large, modern en suite. Breakfast was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit but there was a huge choice and lots of staff on hand to serve coffee etc.

Everything in the hotel was really nice, from the delicious breakfast to the cool swimming pool! You can´t beat the great location, we walked everywhere, there are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. And if you have to get around to another point there are taxis just outside the hotel. Staff are super friendly and the room was very big and comfy.

Super modern, comfortable and spacious rooms. Very good WiFi and Air Con. lovely reception area and bar. Great location with walk to shops, bars & restaurants. Super reliable shuttle bus to the airport for family members who needed it and great parking for us. Woukd definitely recommend.

Clean room, nice big king size bed and a nice little wooden crib with a comfortable mattress for the baby. Breakfast was very nice, delicious coffee. The staff was pleasant and the hotel was 10 min away from the airport. There is a shuttle service for 9eur each way.

The breakfast buffet was great! Bed big and comfortable Minibar in the room is a nice touch. Great place for a night before the flight. They offer shuttle bus service for 9 euro per room, very convenient. It takes about 20 minutes to reach T1 from the hotel. Has a Burger King next to it Nice staff.

The room was great and spacious, with a lovely bathroom and the air-conditioning was a lifesaver. I got lucky and got what appeared to be the only balcony room on the back of the building and the view was lovely. It was very relaxing and I will definitely stay again.

This was the top option through a sports travel agent, and it was a good choice. A very good central location in the old part of Madrid city center, but very nice area full of nice restaurants and small wineries and tapas places. Close to Gran Via (2 min walk) and also down to the main boulevard and cross it and you were by Prado museum or the edge of the huge park. Nice and cool ambienze and atmosphere of the hotel. I really like this type of internal decoration and style. Small hotel but cozy. The bar is small, but also cozy. Very nice staff, and the front desk manager, "Pepe", was just as good as they should be. Perfect customer service minded and very nice. Room was the dark style that I like and very high up to the ceiling. Great space with closets and bathroom was big, with a seperated toilette and a bidet (who uses that these days??). Mini-bar was complementary and re-stocked daily. A HUGE selection of TV-channels, but only a handful in english. Nespresso machine for coffee. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, and did not try restaurant at all. Neither the bar. Went up top were the pool is, but could not find it, but a very small gym. See pic. Overall, a very good hotel and for the price it was deffinately worth it. Only little minus was that our window was facing just a wall with huge pipes for ventilation, I believe. So not that much light coming in, or not any view. See pic.

I booked this hotel as I wanted to surprise my husband who is very picky for hotels and restaurants. The location is perfect close to main attractions. Once you enter the hotel you are submerged in a quiet sophisticated environment that automatically takes you to a magical experience . The staff specially Patricia at the reception was friendly and helpful beyond expectations. The suites are beautifully designed and full of details to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. A nice bar at the terrace and pool is perfect for chilling moment watching the sunset. Breakfast also outstanding . In all a perfect choice of hotel for a romantic weekend in Madrid .

Hotel urban is a nice boutique hotel. The BEST thing it has is its service. Everyone is incredible nice and attentive, super detailed oriented and available to give you recommendations and make reservations for your. The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable. a/c had some issues but nothing that ruined my stay. Theres a small bar with very good drinks, and a michelin stared restaurant. Its location is great, about 8 min walk to Puerta del Sol, 10 min to Gran Via. Many restaurant options near by. Great shopping in the area. The only thing i did not love wss the gym, its basically a closet and doesn’t have a treadmill. Recommend signing up for breakfast it is delicious and coffee is amazing. Highly highly recommend.

Loved Hotel Urban. The staff is amazing, so friendly. Everywhere is beautifully decorated and so clean. My room was large, such a comfortable bed with loads of pillows, large tv, nice mini bar fridge. Bathroom was spacious, and loved that there was a bathtub with the rainfall shower. Large windows, good A/C, very quiet, great walkable location. The pool and rooftop bar were super nice also. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our family of 8 stayed at the Urban for 6 nights - 4 rooms - most helpful/friendly staff - breakfast was consistently amazing - rooftop bar super fun and serves up great cocktails - mojito was A+. Well appointed rooms with extras - free mini bar - handcrafted chocolates, turn down service. Very small gym but serviceable. Access the concierge - so helpful - set us up for an incredible seafood feast at a non-touristy restaurant that was fabulous. Hotel Urban we will be back!

Rooms are good sized and comfortable. Breakfast buffet a good way to start the day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fitness room has everything I needed and a sauna room if you want it. This hotel is right next to a mall so shopping and eating is super convenient. Also very close to the reginal train station.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and check in was very smooth and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable and i liked the mini fridge which came with two bottles of free water, which was a lovely touch. The maids keep the rooms very clean and organised.

Super clean. Everything looks new, very comfortable room. I stayed for 5 days and really enjoyed the facility and the location. Is next to a shopping mall with grocery stores, restaurants and close to train stations and transportation. Best location in Fuenlabrada.

The staff at Bless was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean and operable. If you like comfortable beds, wonderful views from the rooftop pool and restaurant, hookah lounge, spa, and showers that keep the steam from fogging the mirror among many many other things then book this hotel. You may see that the staff at the bar pours you a generous drink. You may have your luggage carried to/from your room and nobody complains when you don't park in the perfect place in front of the hotel. I love this hotel.

My stay at Bless Hotel Madrid was truly exceptional. The location is perfect, the staff warm and attentive, and the room design refined — every detail was so well thought out. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and quality. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the spa and the rooftop terrace with the pool, but unfortunately it was closed due to the weather. One thing is certain: on my next visit to Madrid, I’ll be your guest again.

Amazing Premius Room with lots of space, a separate dressing room, huge bed and biggest bathroom we have had in a city (sinks, toilet and shower/bathtub are separate small rooms connected to one another). The breakfast is healthy and wonderful, service is great, lounge/bar very stylish, and the location in Salamanca is perfect for shopping and getting anywhere quickly.

First of all the hotel is amazing & the location is perfect for me & my husband! very nice area & classy! few blocks away from Retrio Park! We stayed at Premium Velazquez View room. The room was spacious & all our 5 luggage fitted into the wardrobe! the bathroom is large as well and the bathtub made a difference in our stay. We also enjoyed the SPA there as it was included in our room rate! So, I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying for 5-7 days!

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms and comfy beds. We loved relaxing by the rootop pool and then venturing in to the city for dinner. It was a great location we mostly walked everywhere.

The hotel is situated in Getafe, just outskirt of Madrid: very QUiet environment and clean space. There is ample parking space, so it will be perfect if you want to consider renting a car. There are buses and there is a metro so it is easy to move around. The rooms are really spacious, the bathroom is so clean and the staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was decent as they had coffee machines, fresh fruits and a typical European menu. There are supermarkets nearby and some nice restaurants within 1 or 2 km walking distance

Convenient hotel for an overnight stay. Our room was pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice, and the free car parking at the hotel was a nice plus.

I loved the complimentary water,apple, and marshmallows at the reception. Spacious room and bathrooms equipped with grooming kits were great. We had amazing help from the receptionist, particularly the one in the afternoon (after 4pm) on the first day of our stay who was very friendly and gave us great advice to move around the city. There was plenty of available parking where security is a number one priority.

The room was very small but extremely comfortable, quiet, clean and renovated. The breakfast was amazing, very tasty and had a wide variety of options. The hotel was incredibly central and overlooked a very quiet little square. There was a taxi stand right in front of it. So I felt very comfortable.

The location was great, I walked everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room while small, didn't feel tight. It was perfect, super clean and comfortable. Someone mentioned the water pressure in the shower. Wow! I too wish I had that water pressure in my shower at home. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I normally use a hotel chain that gives me points, but I will definitely stay here again

I booked a 3-night stay in this hotel with my wife and my teenage son in the first week of December. Location is great since it’s walking distance to attractions (3 mins to Puerta del Sol, 7 mins to Plaza Mayor, 15 mins to Palace Royal etc.), restaurants and other amenities (i.e. shopping and grocery stores). Best of all, it has an excellent service from the reception, cleaning, service and breakfast staff. Shout out to Silvia at reception who was very helpful with our requests and inquiries. Thanks Sylvia! We also enjoyed the good breakfast included in our booking. Note that breakfast area is a bit small so can get crowded during peak time. Room is a bit dated but it’s spacious and well-cleaned by housekeeper. The only areas that should be improved are bathroom ventilation (bit of odour at times so we close the bathroom door) and room soundproofing. Though there is soundproofing, it’s not very effective since we can still hear the people in the restaurant patio below and garbage truck so could be a problem if you’re a light sleeper. May be more quiet if you get a room located in back of the hotel. Also, the hotel safe is a bit quirky. To use, you need to swipe it with your credit card (but no charge) and not your hotel key. We had issues at the start but service staff arrived within 5 mins to fix it. Overall, the hotel delivered a good value for our 3-night stay so would recommend it.

Great small hotel. Nicely appointed and very clean. Staff were helpful and communication was excellent. They allowed us an early check in which was much appreciated after an overnight bus trip! Room and bed comfortable and shower room spacious and well equipped with toiletries towels. The location is excellent, very central and on a pretty square with local bars and restaurants close by. A great stay and good value.

I really appreciate how friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable the entire staff was. We felt welcomed and very comfortable. The Hotel is clean, the breakfast plentiful and the location of the Hotel is convenient to all the sights you wish to explore! And we were even sent off with breakfast to go as we were headed to the train station before breakfast was being served. Thank you to everyone, we really appreciate all you did.
