Very clean property that is located in a good location with proximity to Vineyards, Harper’s ferry and restaurants. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was also very clean. Front desk staff were friendly who immediately accommodated our early check-in request. We went to Breaux Vineyard and in the evening went to a nearby Mexican restaurant Adele’s Texmex. Absolutely loved the veggie fajitas and chimichangas. Food was fresh, healthy and very tasty! Today we plan to go on a hike at Harper’s ferry! Would definitely book this hotel again!

The first thing when you walk in,you see how spotless clean and smell nice it is.The staff was helpful as well as professional and friendly.Even though it was a very busy weekend for the hotel,the staff atteneded to our every need.The breakfast items would be running low ,(as it was very crowded) but the staff kept refilling working very hard to attend to everyone..no wait more than a few minutes on anything,always smiling .Real comfortable room with great beds and pillows .Even if the indoor pool isnt heated ,the room is so the water was o.k. to swim in.We will definetley be back!!

Family and I spent three nights here while visiting Harper's Ferry and Antietam battlefield. First of all, the ladies at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean from the room to the fitness room, laundry room, and pool area. The beds were very comfortable as well. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. There was an outdoor patio where u can eat as well. The hotel manager (I assume) made it a point to chat with guests during breakfast. She told us about some of the local history and lesser known places to see in the area.

The property was clean and well maintained. I used the fitness center and was able to take my work outside the beautiful garden area! The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. I slept better here than I have at home in the past several years. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel was very quiet.

Staff super friendly, helped us with local restaurants. Had king room, coffee, hair dryer,tons of outlets-120 and usb, shower large, very quiet and welcoming

Just spent the weekend in Annapolis at the Graduate Hotel. Overall, it was a good stay. Room was clean and a good size. We had a king room with the balcony. The balcony was private and it was nice to sit out there for our morning coffee and at night after sightseeing. The rooms are a little dated structurally. Low bathroom ceiling. But quiet and bed was comfortable. It's walking distance to the Dock but you can take the free Annapolis shuttle which comes every 10-15 minutes right outside the hotel. Valet service was outstanding. Nice little coffee stand for morning coffee purchase. For some reason the bar and restaurant closed on Friday at 9pm for floor waxing. Odd time for that. But plenty of other options elsewhere. We'd stay here again.

The property was so nice with so much character! The staff was so helpful, the rooms were so comfy and clean. Also love the soaps they provide! The restaurant and coffee place in the hotel leaves basically all you need in one place! It’s a perfect location to all the bars and restaurants in the area as well.

The hotel is better than it appears on the website photos. It is an old building that has been well renovated by Hilton. Positives Room is very clean. Mattress is very firm - comfortable - and sheets are fine. Lots of storage space and an empty mini frig so you can put your own things in there. Good counter space. Bathroom lighting is good. The room decor is not as hideous in color cacophony as it looks to be on the website. Location is excellent -- on West. St, about a 6 minute walk to the main drag and about a 15 min walk to the marina dock and restaurants. The gym is excellently equipped and very large; contrary to a review which said that you could not fit 4 people in there. It is a great hotel gym. Negatives Parking is expensive. Shower is a tub, not a walk in, and the tub is incredibly slippery. There is no catch on the drain and I lost an inexpensive ring that slid off my finger right down the drain. "Breakfast included" means that you have a $12.50 credit at a little shop in the lobby that sells breakfast sandwiches and beverages, not a full breakfast. Most rooms overlook the inner courtyard which is a large meeting / party room. The hotel hosts a lot of weddings so there is a lot of loud noise on every weekend night. The rooms around the inner courtyard have their window on the courtyard and the drapes are not very thick so at night your room interior is open viewing to anyone walking along the inner courtyard corridors on every floor.

Beds were super comfortable, fun and well decorated decor, super clean.The restaurant for breakfast had lots of options and the staff was very friendly. Walkable to downtown Annapolis and waterfront.

Great hotel! Very clean room and common areas. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect! Easily walkable to restaurant, bars, shopping and morning coffee!

The suite was great. A separate living room with table for eating too, a full kitchen with a keurig, a full bath with jacuzzi tub, a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a wonderful balcony with a great ocean view

We do like this location and hotel however the pots and.pans should be updated they are very worn and if they are offering a full kitchen service then at least be mindful of quality. Also having jacuzzi combined w shower is not good either

I was there one Saturday night before a family gathering. Staff was friendly and efficient and the rooms and lobby very tidy. Breakfast was worth the money and the waffle maker is easy and fun to use. Only missed not having berries to add on top, but you can’t have everything, right? The Chin was a nice size and very clean with lots of machines. The Jacuzzi in the pool area Was very therapeutic after a 5 Hour drive from New York. Definitely great value for the money!

I had a great experience with the room service, and the front desk staff were consistently welcoming and ready to assist with any needs. They provided convenient transportation for hotel guests attending the 3-day concert that weekend, and the service was excellent. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, and there were dinner buffets available as well. Right across from the dining area, there was a sports cocktail bar that featured a delicious menu. I loved hanging out there every night after returning from the concert to grab a late dinner. The hotel also had a gym opened 24 hours, which was beneficial for me. Additionally, there was a pool, a jacuzzi, and a large lounge area. In the lobby, there was a guest convenience store that offered drinks, snacks, over the counter medicine, and more. One highlight of my stay was the warm chocolate chip cookies from DoubleTree. They were absolutely delicious!

Excellent stay, clean quiet & great dinner. I walked into the bar area to ask if I could sit by the window, which was in the restaurant area. Sandra was at the bar and knowing I was gonna go sit in the restaurant was still just amazingly friendly and helpful. Gave me a menu pointed me where to go and then my server in the restaurant was I am so sorry. I’m gonna slaughter this name. I’m gonna say MEASEA she was amazing. Super kind very informative about the food options drink options we just talked about fun things for a couple minutes. I wrote her name down expecting to get a Hilton request to write a review but I did not get that so I’m writing it here. The room was clean. I had stayed the night before at a Hilton That just felt a little grimy like it just needed a good scrub. The carpet was dirty. Had to smell bedspread was slightly dingy, but this place the Doubletree was perfect just perfect to go here. It was a super hot day and as I drove up the very shaded drive it was the perfect reading young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly because of being Hilton Diamond upgraded me to a junior suite immediately without me even asking

Spent this weekend visiting family and stayed again at the Double Tree. Check in was quick and thank you for the delicious cookies and water. Room was very clean and smelled clean. Shower pressure was amazing and hot! Breakfast was delicious and your staff were very sweet and attentive! My only suggestion is extending pool time to a little earlier and later. Other than that another wonderful stay! This is now my “go to” hotel when visiting family in Columbia!

Overall a nice stay, however, the rooms (we had two) did not provide a welcome book with information regarding restaurant hours or a menu. We would have liked to know of the nearby restaurants or what to do in Columbia. The elevators did not work properly - very shakey and actually moving before the doors closed! Breakfast and dinner were overpriced but service was very good. The shower pressure was amazing!

I spent 3 nights at the Marriott waterfront with my 2 sisters for a high school reunion. Our flight was delayed and we were checking in super late (after midnight). Despite this our check in was seamless- Pamela was warm and friendly at check in. The hotel is situated beautifully on the harbor with easy walking access to downtown and fells point. Honestly you can’t beat the location. We loved the buffet breakfast on the weekend. They had traditional breakfast options (omelette station etc) but lots of healthy options too - my fav was the made to order juice station. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. The gym is under renovation but no worries- you get access to the MAC gym right across the street. It’s a full service gym and even has a sauna. We enjoyed our workouts there. There are tons of restaurant options in walking distance. The four seasons has 2 restaurants right across the street. Lots of shopping nearby too. Starbucks is right around the corner. Our room was spacious, very clean & comfortable. The daily Housekeeping was excellent. This will become my go to property when visiting baltimore. Loved our stay.

Hotel staff are attentive and courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and gorgeous view of the habor and the city skyline. Weekend breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The coffee cafe made a perfect americano with almond milk everytime. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many great day time attractions and then a vibrant nightlife. Highly recommend this hotel and also the Inner Harbor location!

I got to hotel late night and was exhausted & to receive everyone’s kindness really went a long way! This team at this hotel is top notch! As a Platinum Elite member my expectations were surpassed & I am thankful to have this experience at Marriott Baltimore Waterfront.

I loved this hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed, with a refrigerator and a couch. Views were nice. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. I slept very well on a comfy bed. The room was very quiet most of the time, even though I was by the elevator. Everyone who worked at the Marriott was super helpful and friendly. I would look forward to returning.

The rooms are 4 star quality and 5 star size...1 BR suites with separate couch/desk area. The breakfast is typical, the staff is exceptional and the condition of the rooms are excellent. The jacuzzi and pool are spotless...bring you bathing suit! Overall, the best quality and value in Easton.

We have never stayed in a hotel that was this perfect. Breakfast was hot an fresh every day with choices and the coffee was exceptional. Room was very clean and nicer than expected. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

This is a nice, clean well run hotel. The lobby is very attractive. The breakfast room is spacious. The food set out for breakfast was tasty. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The SpringHill Suites in Frederick is a great new hotel. We stayed in a double queen bed suite for 2 nights. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and linens were nice. The room was very large and spacious. There was a separate living room area with a desk for work, a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. The bathroom was nice and large with a great shower. There was a huge walk-in closet for luggage with shelves. The room decor is modern and nice. Very clean. The hotel is new and very clean with nice spacious lobby/breakfast area. Food was fair, general rubbery scrambled eggs, watery oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, rubbery pancakes, bagels, sausage/bacon. Coffee was good! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great gym and indoor pool.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff was super friendly. Checkin: The girl at the front desk (didn't catch her name) was very welcoming. She walked me through how to get to my room, breakfast hours, and explained/recommended that I check out the rooftop bar. She also offered me a great dinner recommendation. The room: spacious, relaxing, and very clean. Breakfast: surprisingly pretty good. I've learned not to get my hopes up for free hotel breakfasts, but this one was one of the best free ones that I can remember. Overall experience with this hotel was great, and I would definitely stay here again!

After traversing up I-81 through Virginia, we spent the night at a great Springhill Suites in Frederick. Upgraded to the penthouse because of my Marriott points, we found a delightful suite with a spacious living room -- with a table big enough for a meeting -- and an equally spacious bedroom. My wife and I laughed about the luxury of having two bathrooms. We were on the same floor as the Vista Rooftop Bar. We didn't visit, but that was only because we tarried overlong at dinner with friends. The staff welcomed us and was friendly throughout our visit. The breakfast both looked and tasted great.

OMG that breakfast was absolutely AMAZING… on Sat my honey made me go to a diner and we missed it but on Sunday we went and it was the absolute best meal of our trip! we went to some fancy restaurants but i loved the hotel breakfast! all u can eat… fresh cut fruit… pancakes with so many toppings.. i had coconut walnut pancakes WOW so delicious… my honey took the eggs/bacon route… on sat they had omelettes and sausage which we missed! never stay there and not enjoy their breakfast… best breakfast i have had in a long time! THANK YOU

We had a wonderful experience here. Ashanti at the front desk was especially welcoming, and even remembered me by NAME the next morning at check-out! The breakfast was great and the attendants were friendly and kept the area stocked and clean. Our room was clean and spacious, and I like this newer style of bathroom which is completely contained vs the old style with the sink outside of the shower/toilet area. We also enjoyed the top floor outdoor bar area, it was a lovely space to end the evening. Highly recommend this hotel!

Superior quality from the time we walked in the door! When we got there we were met by a friendly group of employees at the front desk, jason and the shuttle driver were joking with me, the girl at the desk brianna was amazing! Girls smile and attitude brightened the entire building she was so welcoming and helpful got us up to our room with ease, our room was perfect everything as it should be and clean, when we went to checkout the poor girl who checked us in brianna was still working? I guess someone called out but she was just as welcoming after being up all night, breakfast was great! The gentleman at the bar served us drinks super fast and was very nice, A++++ all around, i never have experiences without somekind of problems so i was shocked this went so great thank you holiday inn

We ate dinner in the dining room. I had salmon, rice pilaf and asparagus. I asked that the asparagus be done crisp tender, and it was perfect. My whole meal was delicious. My husband had a cobb salad with chicken, and it was delicious. Service was really good. We would definitely eat there again if we stay there. Otherwise, the employees at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean. We liked that there are dispensers with lotions, body and hand wash and shampoo. Nice perk. The morning shuttle to the airport was right on time with a very friendly driver.

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Restaurant was convenient for late arrival staying open till 11pm. Food was good and many menu choices. Staff very friendly helpful. Transportation to the airport was very convenient. Could use some updating of rooms and halls etc. but not a deal breaker.

I had a small issue checking in at the hotel as I was told by the clerk that my booking date wasn’t correct and that I needed to contact Hotel.com to resolve the issue and trying to get in contact with a live agent from hotel.com was extremely difficult. So difficult that I wasn’t even able to reach anyone, but the manager from the Hotel was quick to step in and resolve the date issue. The room was clean and very spacious. No matter what hotel I go to, I will always check for bed bugs, spiders and other insects to make sure that Im safe and I was so pleased to not find any bugs in the room, or hallways of this hotel. I did not eat any dinner there although the menu had a lot of great items. However, the breakfast was so delicious. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness and problem-solving skills of the manager and the spacious comfortable room that Im already about to book my next few stays with them. Lastly, the cost was another big selling point for me since this stay was all about relaxation for me and my partner, just something extra for quality time and we wanted more nights for a decent price and that’s exactly what we got. overall, this was a great stay :)

Tanya was so wonderful in the breakfast areas! All the employees were friendly and professional! The bed was so comfy. The breakfast was the best I've ever seen. Freshly scrambled eggs, freshly cut fruit, thick bacon, fresh oatmeal, bananas, non-fat greek yogurt in addtion to berry greek yogurt, potatoes, coffee and tea 24/7, cereal, fresh juices served by Tanya. Decor needs to be updated-but I would rather have great food and bed and a great room price then to pay more and compromise everything else. And free shuttle to the airport! Roomy bathroom also!

Convenient parking, the mall is right down the street you have everything you need in this area ...and it's quiet family friendly location for sure, they have an indoor and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi and they have life guards working when the kids are in the pool it's amazing so bring your bathing suits and the rooms are awesome with seating area it's dope you'll love it

We love the hotel. Our state was great. We have the same complaints as everyone else. Does the happy hours a little hectic and not sure, if the bartender and the waitress get along or work well with each other? But that's a different story and like everybody. Else complains about the pool with the kid. Swimming lessons and the pool and the Jacuzzi. Being a little outdated otherwise loved the hotel

Breakfast was Amazing Maria G the attendant was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. So the whole experience was not met. BUT I will say this about this hotel. After bringing my concerns and what went wrong the management comped my room which I didn't expect. Yes, things weren't great but on the flip side, they offer some great perks ( Free 2 alcohol drinks and a free appetizer) indoor and outdoor pools, a Hot tub, and an Amazing complementary breakfast. I think training on customer service should be done for the whole staff. You as a guest should not have to ask for condiments for your meal. The restaurant staff at least the night staff needs to check on your guests after they receive their meal( 2 minutes 2 bites check) As for the rooms they were clean the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths, condiments ( shampoo, conditioner, body lotion were all very nice) Now would I recommend this hotel to friends, family, coworkers? Yes I would but also call ahead to make sure you get the room you booked and ask about parking, breakfast, check in and check out. The prices to stay at this particular.hotel is what I would say very high. If I was to grade this hotel 70% out of a 100%

The moment we arrived our experience was exceptional! Our room was clean and comfortable and we loved the quiet. Breakfast was delicious, we checked in and my fiancée made herself a Belgian Waffle and I had a full breakfast of fresh scrambled eggs, hickory smoked bacon, red potatoes with onions and brown sugar oatmeal! We will definitely be staying again, thank you! Everything was amazing! We even had a 12 o’clock checkout time without asking for an extension!

The Staff was very friendly. The apartment was very clean. The restaurant where the held breakfast was expectational. The do a fabulous breakfast with plenty to choose from. Swimming pools and Gym lovely and clean. Bonus was the gave you two free drinks at the bar on a special menu which was a lovely touch.

Indoor and outdoor pool, would be great if there was a jacuzzi available as well. Walking distance to great food options and activities.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. Suggestions for Improvement: Free Breakfast: Having a complimentary breakfast would significantly enhance the guest experience. It’s a nice way to start the day without the hassle of finding a place to eat. Bigger Outdoor Pool: The outdoor pool area is lovely, but it could benefit from being larger. More space would allow for a better experience, especially during peak times when guests are looking to relax by the water. Beverage Kiosk: The beverage kiosk is a great addition, but providing hot water at all times for tea or instant coffee would be a fantastic touch. It’s a small detail that can make a big difference for guests who enjoy warm drinks. Front Desk Presence: While the staff were friendly, having someone available at the front desk at all times would be helpful. This would ensure that guests can easily get assistance whenever needed.

I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing environment. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view—waking up to the sight of the ocean was a real treat. The direct beach access was incredibly convenient and made it easy to enjoy the sand and surf without any hassle. Plus, being right on the boardwalk meant everything I needed—shops, restaurants, and entertainment—was just steps away. Overall, it was a perfect location for a beach getaway, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay. Stayed in the king bed with oceanfront view. The view was amazing. Room was clean and the air conditioning was cold. The bed was comfortable and the blankets was nice and warm. The bed could fit two people with plenty of room. Can’t comment on breakfast but the pool is nice and clean. Not too deep only up to 4 feet. Outdoor pool closed. Close to good places to eat. Pretty far from the Ferris wheel and main attractions. But not bad of a walk. Beach not that crowed with the time we went. Would go again, hopefully next year.

I didn't know about the room fee. Staff was ok, beds comfortable, shower was nice, the glass doors could be cleaned better. View from balcony was great. The pool could use some fresh paint. Many stores and restaurants near by but this time of year not many places open. Now I have to say the breakfast was very unpleasant, eggs, bread and coffee were good, everything else was gross, French toast cold and burnt, fruit was not fresh and turning brown. No utensils and no staff to help. No hot water for tea and hot chocolate.

I had an excellent experience at Hyatt Place! The customer service was top-notch—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My room was spotless and very well maintained, and the view was absolutely stunning—overlooking the river with a clear sight of the Ferris wheel lit up at night. The location was perfect, within walking distance of several great restaurants, yet the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. I had no issues at all during my visit. Overall, a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

We had such an amazing stay at this Hyatt location. We’ve stayed at Hyatt’s in many locations around the United States and also out of the country but I would say this is one of my favorite locations. The hotel room was spacious and clean. It had a nice little sitting area that you could work at or eat from. The beds were soft and comfortable and the room temperatures were perfect. The bathroom was clean and big. The toilets flushed properly and the water was nice and hot in the showers. The shower actually had doors that closed all the way and that was such a huge win to be able to walk out and not have wet floors. The towels were soft and fluffy and the soaps didn’t dry out your skin. If you get a water view, you’ll be able to see the harbor and pier. The ferris wheel on the pier makes for a very nice view in the evenings. The area around the hotel is really nice. It is a small town meets chain restaurants. The small area is a walking area and there is a large convention center near by which probably brings in a lot of the foot traffic.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to return. Afternoon and front desk staff I had the pleasure to meet on Sunday 2/23-Monday 2/24 were extremely kind and helpful. I checked out before breakfast, but did get to dine in the hotel restaurant. Delicious food and drinks and reasonably priced for the area. The waitstaff at the restaurant were friendly, kind and attentive. My room had a breathtaking view! Clean room and public spaces. Felt completely safe and slept really good. Can’t wait to return!

The hotel offered room service but we did not utilize. My family and I went to DC for the Rock n Roll run. I’ve stayed in National Harbor many times, and this hotel once. The associate that checked us in was very kind, friendly, professional. He even gave us adjoining rooms which was unexpected but perfect! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Breakfast was very good. All staff were very friendly. Area felt safe to walk around. Restaurants, casino, shopping were within walking distance. Parking was pricey!

The location and views from the Hyatt are terrific. It is located next to the water and in walking distance to many nice restaurants. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. It had a refrigerator, safe and coffee machine. They have breakfast. The staff was helpful at the check-in. You do have to park in a parking garage across the street from the hotel and the cost is not included in the cost of the room. The MGM casino is across the highway but there are walking paths to get there.

Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the pool was clean and fun, and the breakfast was bangin'. Being nitpicky, the breakfast area could provide a better flow, as it was PACKED...but that's what I get for sleeping in until an hour before breakfast ended. Overall, I'd definitely stay there again.

Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! Very walkable to the beach, literally across the street. (Just note that it is only walkable to the beach, not the boardwalk). The hot breakfast was good. The pools were fun! I was happy about the Dove products in the bathroom. Only complaints are that the room was not very spacious, and that the housekeeping could try a little harder. We returned to our room after a day at the beach, and our trash had not been taken out, bed was not made, and towels were not replaced. We had to go to the desk for more towels. But I’m sure that was just a mistake, and as I mentioned before overall, we were pretty happy with our stay.

Staff were friendly, super clean, quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower head water pressure was very good. Everything was walking distance and the beach was super close to. The food around the area is walking distance and very good.Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel was very clean ,staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Housekeepers were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was good .. sausage biscuits eggs cereal . Pool was clean . Very quiet at night … we were on first floor close to the entrance. Good location 1 block from beach . Would stay again !

I love the new decor. Lobby chairs were extremely comfortable. Love the new barn doors that open for breakfast bar. Coffee bar was clean and offered my favorite creams. Grateful for the variety of dietary options provided for breakfast.

room was very spacious, super clean and comfy, bed so comfortable . the bathroom was exceptional - great shower - the controls were at the opposite end of the shower from the shower head - so I could step in the shower and adjust the temperature without scalding myself :) - there were many many fabulous shelves in the bathroom, plus a wonderfully spacious countertop. A terrific space - loved it!

Great experirnce. Clean and quiet rooms. Free parking. Laundry on site (fyi: $4 per load; hotel had change). (Did I mention clean, quiet rooms?!). Free breakfast, and amazing, helpful staff. Shout out to Chandler at the front desk: thank you for being you!

Clean, spacious room. Very quiet. Shower was great except tub was very slippery and safety bar was not well-placed. Breakfast buffet was good quality except oatmeal was too watery. Over all a place to which I would return.

This Hampton Inn was excellent. Its in the center of everything. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The two young ladies that checked us in addressed all of our request. Special thank you to Orlando and Andrew. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. An ice cream shop is directly next door. Food Lion is behind the ice cream shop along with a chinese take out. Across the street from Food Lion there is an adult beverage store. The location is directly across the street from the outlet which has a movie theater and several stores. There is also a go-cart track next to the outlet. If you enjoy walking, you can walk to the beach. The drive to the beach is roughly 5 minutes. For the angler in your family, Homer Gudelsky Park is close by. We caught several flounders. In all, this is a great location. I will stay here again.

This is our second stay at this great Hampton Inn and Suites. What sets this apart from other Hampton Inn Hotels is of course it’s in a beautiful setting in Ocean City, MD. It’s directly on the bay. The views are amazing! The outdoor pool area is huge, the pool very large and overlooks the bay.! There is a nice bar in the pool area. The hot breakfast I very good, but the breakfast staff makes it better. Joe was very personable and helpful. The front desk staff are also exceptionally nice. My only complaint this 3 night visit iAugust 25, 26, and 27 is that the beds in room 206 are quite bad. My back was very uncomfortable upon getting up. I’m sure the management will read this review and remediate this problem. We plan to return next year and find refreshed beds.

This isn't a luxury hotel with spacious rooms, etc., but the accommodations are comfortable perfectly adequate. I looked at reviews online before booking and saw that many reviewers raved about the breakfast buffet. The options are indeed broad, but don't expect gourmet food. I was very happy that they provide lots of fresh fruit, though, and the coffee is quite good by hotel standards. *Best thing* about the hotel: the staff are wonderful! Friendly, welcoming, helpful, made me feel like they think of visitors as their personal guests, not like they are just performing hospitality as part of their jobs.

Conveniently located close to Little Italy, Harbor East and Fell's Point, pretty walkable to the harbor and downtown. Very clean and modern rooms (but no drawers or enough hangers, and no bathtub) with comfy beds and a great TV. No coffee-maker in the room but a 24/7 coffee bar (also hot water and hot chocolate) as well as a water fountain in the lobby. Very welcoming and cheerful staff at the front desk who were able to help if needed. On weekends, the parking garage right across the street offers very affordable rates ($5 per day).

This is a place with a young and hospitable vibe. Comfortable but not luxurious, generous but not over the top. The staff is friendly, accommodating respectful and professional. It was clean and welcoming. We needed a place to stay overnight while visiting relatives, this was clean and comfortable as we had where to go and what to do. Good basic breakfast.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. All my interactions with staff were the best I've ever had in a hotel - people were friendly and helpful. I requested a quiet room and was happy to find that I was on a high floor, at the end near the stairs. Not only did I have a lovely sunrise view, but the room was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was easy to navigate with lots of well-placed lights (with dimmers!) and outlets. Breakfast was good too - bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, fruit, waffles. Fantastic stay!

Great location, minutes walking from the harbor. Spacious rooms and spacious fun shower! Beautiful window to the view, great breakfast included. Ice machine and water fountains everywhere, and 24 hours coffee station - I love it when hotels are generous :)

The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle. So glad you have your own parking lot. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice! A lot bigger and roomier than I thought it would be. Coffee was always hot and delicious! Glad you had flavored coffee creamer. Although the gym was small, my son used it the few days we were there and it was always available. Very clean Hotel and modern.

This was my first time staying at a Home2 Suites with my family and I was so impressed. The staff upon check-in was super attentive and friendly and made us feel so welcomed. Everything about the hotel was modern, fresh, and clean... the rooms were spacious, the breakfast (and staff there) was great and I would certainly return again if in the area! Thanks for going above and beyond and making us feel special.

We have stayed at this hotel before. This was our 2nd time and everything was great again! Here is our list of positive things during our stay... Big shout out to Angie at the front desk for helping us check in. She is awesome! The hotel was super clean. Everyone was so nice! I mean everyone! Even the other guests... Great price. Very spacious room. Nice pool. Quiet location. Decent free breakfast. Pet friendly. Easy to get to and easy access to everything. Very clean! I know I mentioned that, but I feel that is very important! Ect ect ect! And now the negatives... ZERO! We will continue to stay at this hotel when in the area.

Exceptionally clean. Comfortable, soft towels and tissues attractively shaped. Kitchen fully and nicely appointed, and, breakfast was very plentiful with attentive staff. Only retractions were lumpy bed and pillow and sliding door to bathroom without a knob (by design) and; similarly, sliding door on shower without inside knob (only one side slid open). Not great shower pressure and sink took a while to get to hot water. Better to have provided two-ply toilet tissue. Overall, a great stay and would recommend highly. As good as it gets.

I love the home 2 suite hotel clean and comfy big room and the kitchen is amazing u don't see hotels today with big refrigerators and dishwashers and real silverware and porcelain plats Evan when it's pet-friendly need to work on more options for the breakfast but the bottom line is all was good, the staff is friendly

Finally a decent hotel in Ocean City! If you have spent time in OC, you know a good hotel is hard to come by. Most hotels are dated a bit moldy. This Hilton is recently renovated with a modern room - mostly wood flooring instead of carpet, modern standing shower. I had a beautiful view of the ocean from my room on 7th floor and balcony with two chairs. No moldy smell. It was a fresh, clean, modern room. Easy beach access. Beautiful lobby and friendly bellmen. My oceanfront king regular room would be good for 1-2 people. My only complaint is that there is no complimentary water. Why don’t hotels give any water - at least 1 bottle per day. Sheesh! 5 stars for OC standards! This will be my go-to hotel for my OC travels!

Clean and airy environment, right on the beach. We went as a baseball team for a tournament and they were very accommodating. Walking distance to breakfast/coffee (or onsite breakfast) as well as dinner. It was great to use the back deck to order pizzas for the boys for dinner one night while the parents hung at the bar. The rooms are spacious and clean with a beautiful ocean view/deck. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

Property was well maintained. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Staff okay. My only complaint was that we received a free chip for a drink at bar/ restaurant. We decided to use it at the bar and gave chip to bartender and he said oh you can only use this if you have the Hilton app! I was like what are you kidding me we spent so much money here already and we can’t use this chip? He said no. So we were charged for the drink. So be aware of this it’s not true no free drink unless you have Hilton app. No other complaints hotel was very clean and comfortable stayed were super comfortable very nice balcony and view . Will stay again hopefully in August.

It was too cold to enjoy the porch area, with rocking chairs to watch the ocean. My only real and very minor complaint: the refrigerator was lacking a freezer area (to refreeze our ice packs). While I added my Hilton rewards number, the stay doesn’t count as I booked thru Expedia at $10 less per night than the Hilton site listed, I’d rather save now than get a “free” night later.

The rooms are spacious with a great view. The only negative are the bathrooms. They need to be updated with modern toilets and need to do away with the Jacuzzi tubs and replace with a large shower. The tubs are extremely hard to get in and out of with the potential of being injured.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! We paid extra for a higher floor room for the excellent balcony views, and it did not disappoint. Check in was quick and easy, and staff was always friendly everywhere we encountered them. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable- far better than other area hotels we've stayed at in the past. The hotel is in a pretty walkable area for restaurants and activities, but we chose to drive over to the beach and park in the free street parking so we didn't have to carry everything. I ate the complimentary breakfast every morning, which had a nice variety of food that was kept well stocked by staff. The gym area, with select cardio machines, a bench, and dumbells, was great for a quick workout. The pool area was also extremely relaxing with amazing bay views. We will absolutely stay here again.

Stayed here for our second year in a row during OC Bike Week. The location is perfect, rooms are quite spacious, clean and functional. You’ll have everything you need to feel right at home. Add in the magnificent view while enjoying your complimentary breakfast, and you may never want to leave. The lounge area is very peaceful, kept impeccably clean and is available to guests 24/7. The outdoor and indoor pool areas along with your personal balcony offers you the most breathtaking sunsets! But what really sets this property apart though is their professional, polite, and hard working staff. From the front desk, to the breakfast room, to the restaurant and all the way to the housekeeping and maintenance team, you are always greeted, and with a smile no less! That alone gives you value for your money, as kindness is simply priceless!

We liked the bay view from our suite with the balcony. The room was spacious and had 2 TV's, sofa, table/chairs and a desk. The kitchenette had a with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooktop, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The room was clean and the carpet pristine. The full breakfast was delicious with many options. One of my biggest issues at some hotels is the sink is located outside of the bathroom (like a motel). I was glad to see the sink and the mirror inside the bathroom where it should be with the shower and toilet. It's not functional and unsanitary to use the toilet then to touch a door knob handle to open a door to get to the sink to wash your hands. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

This is a beautiful Marriott property. The lobby area is trendy and comfortable with a huge fireplace, aquarium, bay views and a great bar area that has live music in the evening. There is water, cold brew, fruit, and coffee available all day long. Gluten Free breakfast options were available. The outdoor pool overlooks the bay and has its own bar! The staff was very accommodating and helpful (early check in, and we blew a fuse and maintenance took care of it quickly). We stayed in room 809 which has an incredible view from the balcony. Although the beach is technically across the highway, it could be a challenging walk for young families or anyone with mobility issues. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our second year in a row at this hotel while visiting for a music festival. The reasons why we returned are the reasons why will return in the future, should we travel to OC again. The rooms are fantastic -- comfortable, clean and spacious. Plus having a balcony to take in the great views and get some fresh air is much appreciated. Also, the staff is above and beyond friendly and helpful. Even when breakfast was a bit chaotic with all the festival-goers, they maintained their professionalism and managed to keep things refilled very well. A special shout-out goes to Carolann (sp?) for her friendliness and going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.

Aloft was a great 2 day getaway for our family. You walk in and right off the bat it just has a cool vibe, you forget you’re in a hotel and feel more like a resort. The pool was great for the kids, and the bar there made some great drinks. There is a private beach next to pool to kayak in the bay or paddle board. The rooms were clean, comfortable, the balcony overlooking the bay provided a great view. The shuttle service from the hotel to beach was so convenient, and the worry of trying to find a place to park at the beach was not even a thought becasue of the shuttle. It runs whenever you want a ride to and from. The area of the hotel is in a prime spot near many restaurants, mini golf, ice cream and only 15 mins from the inlet and the rides at the boardwalk. We will definitely be back and this will be our spot.

The hotel was bright and colorful as you entered the lobby. It had a fun vibe to it. It was clean and in excellent condition. The property has a small beach and able to go on boat tours from the hotel. The room was spacious. The view of the pool and ocean was great from the room's balcony. The hotel is located near multiple restaurants with a bar and grill next door. Mini golf and ice cream/candy store are also nearby. The beach is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel but the hotel offers shuttle service to the beach across the street.

I stayed here for just one night but enjoyed the property, even though it was a short stay. The rooms are organized a bit oddly, but it worked for me for this trip. The square footage of the room would have been a bit small for a lengthy stay. The shower water pressure was good but the shower was oddly shaped in that you had to stand sideways to bring your arms to your head. Another odd thing about the room was there was a microwave by the elevators for communal use, but the rooms did have a little fridge. The pillows and bed were comfortable, and the balcony was fine but not a big draw if you are on a low floor. The hotel sits bayside and has a small pool with loungers and there is a bar in the lobby. The sunset at the pool area was gorgeous. In terms of location, I liked the area the hotel was in as it was convenient to Fenwick Island Delaware restaurants and just a little removed from the main Ocean City drag. Perhaps my all-time favorite thing about this hotel, $0 Pet Fee! My least favorite thing about this hotel was the breakfast, definitely ship the breakfast included rate and go elsewhere.

The hotel & our room was beautiful. The staff was super friendly & attentive. The location was great. The atmosphere was so lively & fun. The Oceanview was worth every penny! There is a ton of bars, restaurants & stores right in the vicinity. The beach is literally 1 block away. A great bar, heated indoor pool, beautiful outdoor patio with pool and a Tiki Bar, indoor gym & breakfast vouchers, pool tables - the list goes on & on! You will love it here & I can't wait to go back!

Great location and cool vibe. This is a pet friendly hotel, so I was worried about noise and odors in my room. I did not notice anything in those regards. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient at check in. Lobby was open and well decorated, reminded me of a more mainstream Moxy vibe. Room was clean but carpet was showing some age, but I'm here for the beach and a comfortable, clean place to stay, so no major fault here, but I hope it will be swapped out in the off-season. The parking situation is not perfect and you'll often be required to park a decent distance from the entrance in a far part of the lot. Again, this is a result of the beach location so I can't fault that too much. Overall, an enjoyable stay

The Residence Inn in National Harbor Washington, DC is a great hotel. The room was spacious, parking easy, and the breakfast was satisfying. I have Celiac Disease and I was able to find food to eat at the breakfast buffet. The location is absolutely amazing. Our four year enjoyed feeding the cat fish by the dock, playing on the beach, and walking along the waterfront.

Stay was great. Nice rooms, comfortable bed and quiet( no hotel or outside noise). Hotel very pet friendly, the pet fee was higher than expected but I understood the cost after it was explained. Felt comfortable leaving pets in room alone while taking advantage the sightseeing. The complementary breakfast every day was also great which provided so many choices.

Overall, this was a pleasant experience. The room, sheets, towels, etc. were all very clean. I had a view of a parking ramp across the street, but I guess not every visitor is going to get a great view a staff or friendly, breakfast was acceptable, and it was a great location.

The main important things like cleanliness and saftey of location were a 10/10. Parking was easy, over night in a garage located right behind the hotel. Even visible if your room is located towards back of hotel.Walking distance from the water and all restaurants. Room/bathroom very clean no complaints and hotel space clean as well. Staff was super helpful and always someone at front desk. Ill be returning if in the area again.

Went to see the Titanic Experience and stayed there. The hotel was within walking distance to the event as well as many restaurants and shops. We would like to go there again in the spring or summer and visit National Harbor again. The hotel had complimentary breakfast that was excellent and the whole building was clean and very modern. Loved it.

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and very polite. Dani the front desk lady was phenomenal, you can tell she loves her job because she wants the guests to have an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast and bar access are a nice addition, and it was very quiet/peaceful. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Baltimore.

The facilities are spacious and clean, the breakfast offered a large variety of items and drinks. Our room was spotless and also spacious, it was home away from home. The staff is friendly, approachable, and informative. I recommend this hotel and will also stay there when I'm traveling to the area again.

This property is less than a year old and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Breakfast was included. The only thing I would change is the Bar/food menu. Of course you can always go to one of the local restaurants. We arrived close to 9pm and we just wanted to grab something at the hotel for dinner. Very small bar food menu.

I was here for a solo staycation. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and you use your card to enter the building for security. I had a lake side balcony king room which seemed recently updated. Very tastefully decorated, simple and serene. The balcony would have been better with a chair. Note also that the room views a lake but on the other side of the lake is the highway so if you leave the window/door open, you do get a lot of background road noise. The free wifi was good enough for streaming videos. The location is excellent, with a lake to walk around, a playground and carousel, restaurants, coffee shops, Target etc all walkable in the development. There is a nice indoor and outdoor patio lounge on the second floor open at all times, but open for limited hours with a coffee shop, bar/restaurant. I would absolutely return again, and send visiting friends and family!

I booked the hotel, so my husband and I could get away for the weekend. The hotel location was excellent as it was very close to a variety of restaurants, a movie theatre, shopping stores & trails. No need to drive around. We enjoyed walking around the waterfront shopping center. Public parking was available near the hotel and it was free. The water view and boardwalk were amazing. The front desk staff was friendly and very courteous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Location is very convenient. Close to many activities like stores,restaurants and recreation places. And close to freeways. Nice view from hotel rooms facing the Rio lake. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Place is quiet and sound proof.

First time in this area and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views, downtown ‘city’! There’s a boardwalk w a so many restaurants and shoppes, a lake w a carousel-which could see from our room. The hotel offers a nice outside area for cocktails and dining on the 2nd floor. Our room, floor 9, had a balcony which offered additional views. Highly recommend.

Check-in was smooth, facilities were clean, room was spacious and well-maintained. Attached restaurant served excellent food. Shower stream was a little weak. Adjacent mall has a lot of amenities and parking was free and easy. Overall,, a very good stay.

I was disappointed. I always thought Hilton was better than Holiday Inn. Not in this town. Only got 1 towel, need 2 one for hair. I thought there was a jacuzzi, there was not. Kids took over all pool areas,it was crazy. No pressure in shower. Won't be back.

Check in was great. This is my first time at a DoubleTree and the cookie was a nice touch. The first room we were assigned was dusty and the outlets didn’t work. We requested a new room and the front desk person was extremely apologetic. He gave us two days worth of breakfast for free at the restaurant ($18x 5 people x 2 days). The second room was also dusty but not as bad. The shower was clean. The beds were fine. Lots of pillows. The mini fridge is not cold. It was fine for drinks but I wouldn’t use it for food. They must have been adding decor because by the elevator were about 6 boxes and all the trash that goes with it, laying on the floor. The hallway carpets to the rooms were not vacuumed. We passed the same peanuts in the floor all three days. The pool didn’t have towels on their shelves the two days we went to it. When I asked the front desk they quickly gave us bath towels to use and asked housekeeping to come down to restock the towels. The pool is heated but the room it is in does not appear to have heat so it was freezing. The bar was great with a variety of options. The restaurant breakfast was great, too. The food was hot and the server was efficient. She was managing the entire space. When we went that was 6 tables of people. It is buffet style. The parking lot had plenty of space and the hotel has easy access to shops and food and major highways. I’m assuming it’s off season and they are operating with skeleton crew?

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Heater was a bit loud but the rest of the hotel was quiet. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. They had a pretty decent breakfast buffet. My only issue was with the bathroom door, which was a sliding door rather than a hinged door. This offers very little privacy in the bathroom but seems to be the trend with every Hilton hotel now.

I had a truly great experience during my recent stay at the DoubleTree. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Stephen at the front desk, and I can’t say enough good things about him. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine pride in his work immediately set the tone for the rest of my visit. Stephen went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable from the start. It's rare to come across someone who brings that level of courtesy and care to their role—what a gentleman! Definitely a five-star front desk experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was the people—especially Stephen—who made the stay memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

The rooms were spacious ,comfortable and clean. Bathroom had a nice size shower . The outside balcony is small but a nice place to sit and read. Breakfast was a nice surprise , with good choices and constantly replenished. The staff from housekeeping to the breakfast area and the front desk were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect, just a block and a half to the beach / boardwalk and easy walking distance to a few restaurants and miniature golf

We had a great stay at the Fairfield for our long weekend. The location was perfect, near a few bars and restaurants and right on the main road for easy access to the buses and the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Felicia for her help and hospitality, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway!

I love the breakfast and the view from the breakfast room. And the shower was so great & spacious. Beds were super clean and comfortable. There was a great view of the sunrise and you could see the water from the balcony. I also love that there is a Dunkin’ Donuts and a 7/11 right next to the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is very clean, well-maintained, and incredibly convenient just a short walk to the beach with easy parking available. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about both the hotel and the local area. We were on a roadtrip from the NC coast and this worked out perfectly for our overnight on the way home. The hotel is clean, modern and updated and the front desk staff are super friendly. It is a quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, as well as to some restaurants nearby. It is also adjacent to a canal where there are homes with boat docks that access the bay, which was wonderful. We had a balcony and could see the ocean, also nice. We were glad that included breakfast buffet so we could get a quick breakfast early and hit the road. Great stop!

People were helpful, pool was nice, property was clean and felt safe. Friendly staff. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very prompt and on top of things. I was here because my Mom was in the Hospital. I didn’t check in until late in the evening so I was very tired. I was checked in and resting in my comfy room in a few minutes. I had a wonderful nights sleep. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff was helpful and very friendly. . Up and grabbed a delicious coffee and back to the Hospital. Thank you Hampton !

Whole facility was very clean, view from room was amazing, staff was so kind and helpful, breakfast had so many options, was fresh and tasted amazing!

Our room was amazing! It was spacious with really nice furnishings and windows on two sides (we were on the corner). Breakfast was easy to grab and go or sit to eat. And we really enjoyed the pool! The staff was super friendly, helpful, cheery and welcoming!
