Got the package that includes valet and late checkout. Free Tram zone only 2 mins walk. Shopping centre nearby if doesn't want to go the CBD. Love the infinity pool and jacuzzi (although it was a bit cold, still loving it). Most facilities were excellent. Staff were nice. We didn't have breakfast there, so I can't comment, but it seems cozy.

Everything was awesome cleaning, service and infinity pool with Jacuzzi was more than great. We spent our anniversary there for 2 days and when reception knew it is our anniversary they gave us a bottle of wine as a gift 🎁 which was really very nice and kind of them. In addition, during checking in you get a glass of champagne as a complimentary which doesn't happen in any of hotels no matter how much you paid 😂. Breakfast was very good with many varieties of food and fruits. Really, thanks for having us for sure gonna go again and again.

Never stayed at this property before but seems my stars aligned with this property. I was booked with another Marriott but for some reasons I was transferred to Marriott Docklands. As a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I automatically got a room upgrade..which I love. Had some initial issues with the housekeeping but I was looked after well with some freebies. What I really loved was the infinity pool at L15 terrace with a built in jacuzzi. With 5 degrees external temperature, sitting in the warm water jacuzzi with a glass of beer in hand was a memorable moment. The staff was great and made my stay memorable. The hotel is just 3-5 minutes walking distance from the nearest Tram station. Since it’s within free tram zone, just hop on and enjoy. There’s not much activity around here so best is to visit the CBD or the waterfront to enjoy. Will definitely visit again whenever the opportunity comes up.

I upgraded to a superior twin room with breakfast included. Room dining service is ok and love the salmon chop. The infinity pool is heated with 28 degrees and Jacuzzi with 37 degrees temp. Nice view of docklands especially sunset view at 8:45pm. With sauna inside women’s bathroom and gym beside. Facilities are clean. Breakfast is a typical australian buffet with beans mushroom tomato egg sausages bacon etc. staff are attentive and friendly overall recommended for another stay and will book once again. Thanks for the lovely hotel and good to experience the highly sought infinity pool and love that i chose the time that its not crowded so spectacular view has been enjoyed

Absolutely awesome stay at this property. We were offered a champagne on check in and the hotel was so quiet, beds were comfortable and room was lovely. The heated pool and Aperol rooftop bar was the standout feature with a stunning backdrop and perfect temperature. The jacuzzi was also fantastic. My friend and I lost track of time just relaxing in this space and nearly missed our dinner reservation. The pool area also had complimentary sunscreen and chilled water and cups ready to keep hydrated. Parking cost was pricey so we parked nearby for overnight stay for half the price. Perfect overnight stay, would recommend and would definitely return!

Amazing hotel, friendly welcoming team, clean and comfortable rooms with a great view and wonderful amenities. This hotel was in a fantastic location with easy access to trams, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores…..everything you need. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant which included a wide variety of delicious foods

What an amazing motel!! From the moment we pulled up for valet parking, to the moment we left, we received 5 star service and especially appreciated the kind and unexpected gift for our anniversary. The motel is the epitome of class. High ceilings, beautiful decor, state of the art facilities. We treated ourself to the high floor room with seperate bath and oh my goodness was it way more than we expected! So spacious, clean & modern, but again, full of class and luxury finishes. The bath overlooking the city, with floor to ceiling windows was just next level amazing! Super comfortable bed, and a well soundproofed room that you wouldn’t know you were right in the CBD! We will definitely be coming back here again

We loved staying at the voco, a beautiful building inside and out right in the heart of Melbourne. Easy to walk to surrounding shopping centres such as emporium and Melbourne central and had the lovely hardware lane to pick from numerous restaurants just across the street. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, made us feel very welcome. Our room was lovely, the view from the deep soak bathtub was gorgeous. If I had to be very picky and find something to whinge about. We found the mattress just a fraction hard- but we are used to a luxe mattress at home, and the pillows were a bit soft for our liking but that’s personal preference. The elevators were fast to use and had a great system for keeping flow happening throughout the day. We loved our breakfast at the blacksmith! Highly recommend during your staff! Unfortunately we didn’t make it there for dinner but we knew it would’ve been good as well.

Very nice hotel in Melbourne. Great service from staff who were all so friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable with very nice beds in. The city view was quite amazing. The hotel is close to transport and the 'free round the CBD' tram (number 35) is within about a 20 minute walk away. Free cooled water was freely available from near the reception area. The breakfast, buffet style, was very well laid out and had an excellent selection of foods.

The hotel location was conveniently located near to the trams and also to Melbourne Central station for easy access to trains. It was walking distance from many food options, malls etc. The rooms were very spacious, clean and quiet too. The staff were very helpful & friendly (Michael and team at Blacksmith Grill, Howard and team at Reception during check-in) and always made our mornings a lovely start to the day. We would gladly be back to stay here again!

This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was so spacious, had great amenities, the breakfast was nice, and the complimentary snacks saved us many times from being hangry after long days of sightseeing. I really appreciated the in-unit laundry and the jacuzzi tub. The bed was very comfortable too. All of the staff were outstanding and super helpful when I needed assistance. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely stay here again if we return to Melbourne.

I recently stayed at Treasury on Collins in Melbourne, and it absolutely lives up to its reputation as one of the city’s best hotels—if not the best. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The room was huge, far more spacious than expected, and came fully equipped with thoughtful features like a kitchenette and even a washer—a rare and incredibly convenient touch, especially for longer stays. Everything in the room and throughout the hotel was spotlessly clean, which made the stay all the more comfortable. The amenities were outstanding. The food offerings, snack bar, and high-quality toiletries went well above typical hotel standards. The included breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety and top-notch quality each morning—definitely not your average buffet. The staff were fantastic, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They were warm, professional, and incredibly polite—genuine hospitality that really stood out. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. The hotel is within walking distance to everything—restaurants, amazing coffee spots, shopping, and key attractions are all just minutes away. It made exploring Melbourne incredibly easy and enjoyable. All in all, Treasury on Collins absolutely deserves its recent award as the best hotel in Melbourne. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Large apartment style rooms are perfect for self caterers and families. Equipped with microwave, small fridge (no mini bar), crockery, Nespresso machine, washing machine, large flat screen TV, sitting area and comfy bed etc. Check in is at one desk on the mezzanine level, a lift is accessed from the discreet Queen Street entrance. Breakfast is a buffet in the lovely mezzanine of what is called, The Lounge. (Not to be confused with main stream hotels Executive lounges.). Cereals, hot food, toast, coffee machines, fruit etc are of good quality. Small snacks of chips, mini packs of Haribos, skittles, apples, soft drinks etc are marketed as, ‘Complimentary mini bar inclusions’ which can confuse mini bar expectation’s. The calming mezzanine level is also where your one complimentary glass of wine per person, per day is provided. A separately operated restaurant / bar on the ground floor makes up for lack of room service and restaurants within the hotel itself. The staff go out of their way to be accommodating, special mention of Amanda, Front of House manager. The hotel is surrounded by other buildings so not all rooms have panoramic outlooks. Room 404 is huge with plenty of natural light despite an office block being in close proximity. Sheer curtains soften the outlook. All in all, this apartment style hotel is immaculately clean with nice decor, friendly staff snd a convenient location for sight seeing, shopping snd business.

The Treasury was a surprise, a nice one! It didn't have a hotel vibe from the outside. Our room was huge, warm and welcoming, but didn't have a view. The bed was super comfy. There was Netflix on the tv. There was a separate dining and living area, plus a kitchenette, if you needed to make yourself a meal. There is a welcome wine every evening between 4-6pm which is a lovely touch with great balcony areas to sit. There was a pool table. The bar downstairs is fun and trendy (not part of the hotel) and they serve good food too. The hotel breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is a washing machine in the bathroom! The location is great, with the tram just down the road and great pubs, restaurants and theatres in walking distance.

Treasury on Collins is a stunning apart-hotel in an old heritage bank building. Check-in was easy and super friendly. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the balcony over Collins Street was amazing. We'd highly recommend getting a balcony suite (room 706 or 708) Breakfast buffet each morning was good. There are free snacks and drinks available until 11pm at the mezzanine level, which my partner loved. A 'wine-down' two hours each night provides free wine to guests. (2 each if you book direct) We loved Treasury on Collins and would return in a heartbeat if back in Melbourne. The only thing we didn't like was the shower over bath. A full shower stall would be more modern and easier. We'd recommend Treasury to all guests.

Comparing the accommodation to international hotels (U.S./Canadian/European/U.K.) it was was spacious, comfortable, private, quiet and as clean as it could possibly be and everything in the room was easy to find (eg hairdryer), use and worked properly - eg free to air TV was easy to activate and I wasn't forced to use pay TV. The room was a sensible temperature instead of like a sauna which makes sleep impossible. The hotel staff were helpful, friendly and polite and did not intrude. The lounge downstairs was relaxed and had something for everyone. There was also the option of formal dining upstairs. The dining room was fantastic for a delicious breakfast looking straight out onto Melbourne's beautiful historic buildings opposite.

Would highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again. Very luxurious feel from the moment you enter the lobby. Excellent service at check in, check out, lobby bar/cafe and concierge. My entry level room was a tiny bit dated but very spacious and clean. Loved the big armchair and ottoman in the window and the king bed was super comfortable. The location of the property is also so central to shopping and amazing restaurants

The hotel was exceptional in every way. The staff were warm, attentive, and delivered outstanding customer service. The room was spacious, beautifully presented, and offered stunning views. Amenities such as the gym, bar, restaurant, and pool were of the highest quality, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was superb, with an excellent variety and taste that exceeded expectations. Overall, an outstanding experience that I would highly recommend.

We have been coming for years and simply love this hotel. Perfect location in the CBD. Close to shops, trams, restaurants, bars and the theatre. Large and spacious room. Comfy bed. The room has everything you would expect and need. Friendly staff. We love the foyer and enjoy a cocktail before heading to a local restaurant. Small gym and great pool. We will be back again soon.

For two years I have stayed at The Westin Melbourne during business trips and had very good experiences overall. As a Titanium Elite Marriott member, I appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift upon arrival—a nice touch that made me feel valued. The service was attentive and professional, with the staff ensuring my stay was smooth and comfortable. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Melbourne, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure activities. My rooms have been spacious and comfortable, with fantastic bathrooms that stand out for modern amenities and design. While the furnishings were slightly dated, they were still functional and well-maintained. Overall, The Westin Melbourne delivers reliable quality, great service, and a prime location. I’d certainly recommend it for business travelers and would happily stay again.

Spacious rooms with a porch or balcony, well presented and exceptionally well looked after. Beds were very comfy, pillows were a bit lumpy but we still had a great sleep. Breakfast was amazing with a huge, fresh and hot selection as well as cold selection and great coffee. Catering staff were very nice. Even though located on a very busy road it was very quiet to sleep even on a Saturday night. Great selection of venues to eat close by and right near the airport. Loads of parking if you bring your own car. Free wifi worked well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard, comfort and cleanliness of the hotel considering the rate. The amenities were great, the associated restaurant was fab and perfect for our needs. Comfy beds, solid shower, very clean. Location was perfect for an early run to the airport. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

What a pleasant stay. Checked in late , was greeted promptly by a friendly young man Stephen I think his name was. Room was spacious extremely clean &warm on arrival. Normal coffee tea etc supplied but a coffee pod machine in room which at a cost of $2 per pod thought was a nice added extra for those that prefer a better coffee. Noticed in a room on 2nd floor a washing machine, I believe a small ice machine & a microwave which we used as we checked in at 10pm &was able to heat some food up . King bed was super comfy a very happy stay

Our room was fantastic - clean, comfortable, spacious and super quiet despite it facing the main road thanks to the double pane sliding doors. The bed was comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The furnishings in the room were clean (no stains on the carpet or upholstered chairs) and the bathroom was absolutely pristine. I honestly thought the room had recently been renovated and was surprised when the lovely receptionist on check out said it hadn’t been for several years. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We stayed in the deluxe family room. It was super spacious, clean & very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was lovely. Shopping centre right next-door was super convenient, as well as 2 servos & maccas.

Gorvett and his friendly smile welcoming us, answered any questions I had with kindness. When I walked into rm 1015 WOWSA the view magnificient couch comfortable for sitting and lying on, beds comfortable. The balconey has sliders all round so you can block the wind off somewhat and still see the amazing view of the docklands and the city skyscape :) beautiful, beautiful! I enjoyed everything about turnkey especially the easeability of getting there and travel via tram at your doorstep. Perfect for my appointment across the road at the Royal Melb hospital. I will always choose Turnkey 1st. Thank you for making my stay in the BIG SMOKE so comfortable and friendly. Great cafe just around the corner french pastries, baguettes, pies, toasties and really good coffee with welcoming smiley customer service.

We liked everything about the accommodation very much. Gorvett was the perfect host- prompt, helpful, friendly and a good communicator. The apartment was spacious, completely self contained, clean, quiet and with a lovely view over the pool to the cbd. Access was easy. The parking secure and dedicated to the apartment. The amenities were wonderful- pool, spa, gym and garden etc. Great location- short walk to tram stop. Cafes, restaurants and small supermarkets were close by. Everything was exceptionally good for our 5 night stay, thank you.

Overall happy with our stay. Checkin, checkout and communication during the stay was helpful and easy. Our apartment was modern with a balcony overlooking a great view of the city skyline. Generally pretty quiet apart from occasional helicopter noise from nearby hospital. The pool area was great although the spa was “closed for essential maintenance” all 5 days of our stay. The apartment had everything we needed including washing machine and dryer. A few more towels and more toilet paper would have been good for a 5 night stay given the apartments are not serviced during the stay. There is a basic IGA within walking distance but we didn’t find a supermarket nearby. Cleanliness was ok - there is a bit of wear and tear, and some more attention needs to be paid to some aspects - there were fingernails in the bedside table and the sink and shower in the bathroom needed a good scrub - there was mould/discolouration in the sink and the shower floor was very slippery with slimy scum when first used. If that was resolved, I would be happy to recommend.

Amazing view! Good location with plenty of restaurants & convience stores near by. Easy access to public transport and ride share. Security Access to the building which was excellent. Facilities inside the apartment was good. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and well maintained.

Hotel 115 is the perfect abode to base yourself for exploring Melbourne. Nestled in a leafy enclave of Kew, but still within walking distance to a number of incredible cafes, restaurants, and bars, from casual to high end. City trams just minutes away. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and well appointed with a plush bed, TV, desk with executive chair, a small table and lounge chair, as well as a balcony with an outdoor setting to take in the fresh crisp autumnal breeze. The bathroom was expansive and equipped with a lovely rain shower with excellent water pressure to ensure complete relaxation. Room service is also available 24hrs. Highly recommended for couples, singles, and business travellers.

The room was spacious and very well appointed, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were perfect. The room and hotel were spotless and inviting. I was also impressed with how quite the rooms were. I enjoyed my meal in the restaurant and all of the staff were polite, welcoming and helpful. I loved staying at Hotel 115 and will stay there again.

We found the Hotel to be a great location. Lovely decor, friendly and helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable had a great night sleep as I had had a medical procedure done I needed a good comfortable bed and we were not disappointed at all. We sat out on the Balcony had a wine before going done to the Hotels Restaurant. Again staff very friendly meals were beautiful, My husband had the steak and I had Calamari, Nice Glass of House Red followed by yummy Sweets Sticky Date Pudding and Apple Crumble YUMM!

The room was spacious and very clean. The very comfortable lounge chairs and desk chair were appreciated. Nice having a small balcony to sit on and fresh air. The parking garage is easy to access and park. A number of large 4X4 vehicles, including ours, that could park easily also. Good eateries nearby (Town & Country) Tram to city, Kew or Hawthorn shops. We will definitely continue to stay here on our visits.

Wow, where do I even begin? I don’t usually write reviews, but I just had to share our amazing experience at Laneways by Ovolo. My friend and I stayed here for our birthday weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Having staff at the front desk 24/7 really made it feel like a home away from home. The team was always friendly, approachable, and ready for a good chat. A special shoutout to Delilah, who greeted us on arrival and was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay—she truly made our trip extra special! Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a great bed, spacious lounge area, and a good-sized TV. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and it was always a treat to return to a clean, welcoming space after a day out. The location is unbeatable—everything we needed was within walking distance. There were so many amazing restaurants nearby, most of them just steps away. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend Laneways by Ovolo to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

A wonderful experience. Rooms were decorated beautifully, so comfortable and exceptionally clean and welcoming. Little touches like the complentary drinks at night and lollies whenever you passed reception. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made us so welcome. Location was perfect and the staff booked us for dinner at a fabulous restaurant and recommended great coffee close by. We want to thank Alla, Louisa and Gitta who were the best hotel staff ever. We were sorry to say goodbye and can’t wait to return. Thank you all so much. A perfect stay in every way.

The hotel is a perfect spot to stay in Melbourne city and surroundings. It's in the area were the tram is free of charge and in the hart of the city. The rooms are spacious and very clean. In our room was a lovely bench to sit on, a comfortable bed and a shower that did it's job very well. The hotel staff is very friendly and they helped us very good so we could easily and fast find our way in the city. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but that's no problem at all. Within 5 minutes walk there are a few breakfast locations that serve a very good breakfast. We preferred the one round the corner in Springstreet.

Wonderful from start to finish. Megan was super helpful and friendly. She epitomised great service and made our stay so much fun with brilliant suggestions of things to do, places to eat at and bars to try. The AH restaurant and bar that is attached to the hotel was also a highlight. Ren seamlessly blended professional service and great banter from behind the bar while we partook in the Eucalyptus Smoked Margarita and Wattle Seed Negroni cocktails.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and the attached bar/restaurant was just gorgeous! The room itself was clean and stylish, comfy bed. And location was perfect. Walking distance to most of the city with tram stops close to get around too and just next to chinatown.

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Modern but homely, clean, comfortable. Room was extremely clean, bed comfortable and bathroom great. Even the robe was so soft and cozy. Amazing black out blinds, which gave us a long peaceful sleep. In a convenient location that will be my new go to if I need to stay near the city. Most city car parks cost $50-$70 a night and don’t fit 4WDs. Here we paid $35 and fit in easily.

Was very good comfortable 3 meal course and very close to the wedding venue that we were attending restaurant very good breakfast dinner etc the people in reception very helpful we enjoyed the entertainment area board games and relaxing pool table so happy and. Blessed the Reception very helpful and welcoming.

The buffet breakfast was so lovely! Delicious coffee, so much to choose from! The bed was absolutely amazing, by far the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and cosy. We would definitely stay here again, cannot fault at all!

Great location. Very comfortable beds, linen and pillows. Smallish sized room but perfect. Coffee in the bar was excellent. Reception staff and bar staff friendly and prompt professional service. Ask for a room on back side if you are sensitive to traffic noise.

Everything was wonderful but it was the buffet breakfast that blew my mind!!!!! Totally exceeded expectations and beyond better than any buffet breakfast I have ever had. The two beautiful ladies (staff) that made the waffles / pancakes were the friendliest staff members ever and made my stay complete. I had two days of buffet breakfasts and the second day they welcomed me back like old friends and already knew what I wanted. They were the best! The food, the quality, the freshness, the presentation was second to none! I will stay again just for the buffet breakfast alone. Regarding the room - the bed was comfy, the sheets felt clean thank goodness, I loved having two couches in the room. The marble bathroom was beautiful. I was wanting peppermint tea which wasn't in the tea in the room, but before I raced out to buy some, I asked a staff if they had any and then a bunch were delivered to my room which was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect, I got to walk everywhere I needed.

Another amazing family stay. This is like our home when we come to Melbourne. Our rooms were on the 18th floor this time, the river view is still amazing from this floor, the beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious. The staff were all amazing on arrival and through out our stay, they are always happy to help. We are always excited to see Jimmy, from the moment we step out of the car on arrival, he makes our day with his big welcome smile. He also keeps us up to date daily on things happening in Melbourne, places to see and great places to eat. We highly recommend having a chat with him. The buffet breakfast is the only way to start the day when staying at the Grand Hyatt there is so much variety you just don't know where to start, and those freshly baked cookies they bring to the tables are delicious. We will definitely see you again soon

My daughter and I stayed in a Club room at Grand Hyatt Melbourne to celebrate each of our birthdays. The Club is a great asset to us as our time there was a working holiday. We were able to enjoy the substantial breakfast each day, refreshments as we worked in the lounge throughout the day, and a great variety of canapes each evening as we relaxed with our wine. On 2 mornings we enjoyed the breakfast buffet in Collins Kitchen. It is a beautiful room and the selection of foods is amazing. We found the staff throughout the hotel to be friendly and helpful. The location at the top of Collins Street is perfect for shopping, visit to the Art Gallery, Theatre and close to beautiful Fitzroy Gardens. Our room was quiet, had a beautiful view of the city, and we were thrilled each morning to see hot air balloons take to the sky. Loved it and look forward to returning.

This was the most incredible hotel experience we've ever had. I booked the stay for my wife's birthday and the standard well exceeded anything we could have imagined. Firstly, Hannah who checked me in did an amazing job, even though she's still in training she was extremely attentive & informative without any assistance; even offering some nearby bar suggestions. The room upgrade to a city view was simply breathtaking and we spent most of our stay just watching the world go by, it was so peaceful. The marble finishings in the bathroom & Balmain amenities are beautiful touches but the showstopper was definitely your breakfast. We couldn't pick our jaws off of the floor with the vast variety of fresh, healthy, made-to-order options that you had available. I've never had 3 breakfasts in a day but I certainly made an exception! The waffle that was made for me was perfect, the immune juices were to die for and i couldn't thank the team enough for the extra mile they went again with making my wife a special birthday plate. Everything was truly 10/10, we only wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed here and I booked a corner king room, expecting the room shown on website with the rounded view, did not realise there are other king corner rooms, so just a FYI you might not get the one shown on website. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. Location great and we walked everywhere enjoying the interconnecting walkways between all crown properties. The room cleaning staff very nice and friendly and acknowledged us every morning saying hello. Reception staff were also friendly with check in and out very efficient and easy. View ceo, room is very lovely and made 4 day stay enjoyable. We ate breakfast at all the many cafes around the area and the south Melbourne markets an easy 10 min walk.

The room was fabulous with amazing view of the city, so location was great as it was close to lots of entertainment and restaurants, the rooms was beautiful and clean and the facilities was amazing, the mini bar had lots to choose from and reception was happy to help out collecting Uber eats if you ordered in. Bed and linen was very soft and comfortable and a great size bathroom.

We had a great stay that the CP, the staff were amazing especially with my allergy requirements and provided me with an Allergy card which is the first time I have been made feel so safe to eat in a restaurant, and welcoming to accommodate my Allergies, and they even had the head chef come and talk with me which was so comforting. The hotel was clean, great location and our entire experience was amazing, we will be staying again soon!

Hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel is walking distance to the casino, restaurants, shops and fast food. All via covered walkways. Price wasn’t bad either. They had the Mesh restaurant in the hotel which is only open for breakfast buffet. The buffet wasn’t bad for the price but you do only have an hour to eat per booking.

Great location and price for inner northern suburbs of Melbourne. Central to the main roads and the tram right out the front! Family room was spacious and beds were comfy. Having a water jug in the room was great and the tea/coffee and milk was appreciated. Whilst on a main road our room was quiet and except for a few noisy people next door it was relatively peaceful. Car parking was ample and the vending machine downstairs well stocked. We did not eat breakfast in but the choices were varied and very reasonable. The electric blankets on the beds were very nice esp after being out on a cold Melbourne winters night and coming back to a warm toasty bed! Bathrooms have been renovated with nice big rain shower heads and good water pressure but the open design and lack of door on the shower meant water went all over the floor and soaked the bath mat. Danielle at Reception was lovely, helpful and accommodating when we misplaced our key. We will happily book this place next time we come down from Brisbane without any hesitation.

Room was neat and clean. Washroom was like brand new, clean and spotless. We started our morning with the bright sunlight through our windows, wow..... Staffs were friendly, polite and helpful. I always liked people who welcome their guests with a great smile, doesnt often happen nowadays, even in 5 stars hotel. Nowadays, people judge you by your looks, car, clothes, etc. But, St. George Inn was not like so, great smiling staff, David was there, at the time reception, friendly and professional.

Reception personnel, Naomi & Leesa were very friendly and helpful, as it was my first visit to Melbourne, and stay at Club Laverton, I had a few calls. Loved the shower, as the water pressure and heat from the shower head melt away your pain. I was also impressed with the cleaning staff being attentive and friendly. Eating at the Bristo was delightful as were the attendees, meals, well sized and affordable. Thank you to all for helping to make my first stay in Melbourne memorable.

The room was faboulas, clean & very well presented The Shower omg we've stayed in a few hotels & motels but this shower has to be the best 👌 On arrival the Receptionist was very welcoming & thorough The Bistro & Bar were excellent Breakfast was delicious & the Staff were Excellent their Customer Service went above & beyond for our small requests. Very very impressed. Will definetly return to this establishment

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and they graciously gave me an early check in. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped, it even had an iron and ironing board available. Despite its location next to the freeway, the room was quiet and peaceful. I was able to get dinner and drinks from the adjoining club delivered to my room.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom facilities were adequate, and the room fit my requirements nicely. A king bed still had enough room for me to set up my portacot on the side. The hotel is attached to the bistro/restaurant. Whilst I didn't eat here this time, I've eaten there before and the food is great. Location also has a Thai restaurant and Italian restaurant close by.

Perfect location to city and surrounding suburbs. Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was quite spacious and enabled the three of us to each do separate activities without tripping over one another. Bedroom was quiet and bed was comfy enough. Bathroom was also well set out and I enjoyed the walk in shower. The pool and jacuzzi was an awesome addition, bonus we didnt have far to walk to and fro from our room. I commented positively on the water/ garden feature in the main entry- great little addition for people of all ages! Very well thought out. Games room was also a nice touch.

Car park was great to have, private carpark. Lift was good to have, made it easier to go up and down. Has a restaurant for breakfast which was good. Love the garden area, very relaxing. Big thanks to Jenna and the team at the Como Melbourne. Just back in Sydney after a wonderful weekend and stay at the Como. The check in and welcome was seamless and super professional, along with the delicious welcome drink. Our room was gorgeous and well appointed with everything we needed and more. The bath tub in the room was seriously next level, you have to see it to know what I mean. During our stay we had room service breakfast and dinner, both of which arrived promptly and were beautifully prepared. We also dined in the restaurant for breakfast which was superb. The room also had a perfect work space with fast internet which was perfect to finish work meetings when we arrived. The hotel pool which is indoors (but has a retractable roof for sunny days) was the perfect temperature. The gym also well equipped and super clean. Great also to see a hotel still very focused on cleanliness and hygiene post pandemic. Everything from the arrival, the lovely scent in the lobby, through to the accommodation, food and beverage, facilities and luxury bed exceeded our expectations. The perfect place to stay when visiting Melbourne. Fantastic location, quality and size of the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Clean rooms that are well maintained. Highly recommended.

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in - and I'm 63 and have stayed in a lot over the years! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. My daughter booked us a king room with spa for our wedding anniversary. When we got to our room, we were wonderfully surprised to see that they'd upgraded us to a king suite, with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a lovely hand-written card. The suite was perfect and we're sad we were only staying one night. Breakfast was amazing as well - buffet here! What was a lovely addition that I've never seen anywhere else are Nespresso stations all throughout the hotel, free for guests! (Just a shame George Clooney wasn't there to share one with!!) Will definitely be back.

We had not stayed at the Como for a quite sometime and was blown away with our fantastic upgrade ! The Gold suite ! So much space and luxury. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a la Carte . My 3 yr old granddaughter who is a fussy eater loved her breakfast . All staff very attentive . The pool was slightly too cool for me for autumn weather .This is the only small thing I would say as a slight negative .

Good facilities with a restaurant and bar. Being close to the airport terminals a restaurant is a must and this one has Italian meals and ok standard. Nice bar next to the restaurant as well as a further casual bar which also does bar snacks. Well appointed rooms. A five minute walk to terminal 4 so convenient location if you are travelling.

Great room, we had a corner room, with huge windows overlooking the tarmac of Tullamarine Airport. My partner LOVED the view! Very quiet considering proximity to planes. Had dinner in the restaurant; lovely modern Italian. Buffet breakfast was sensational.

We booked a Superior Room with 1 queen size bed with breakfast included. Spacious accommodation. The Novotel is a short from the airport terminals (no longer than 10 minutes) which was a good way to stretch after the flight. Room was very comfortable and well appointed. There are a number of on-site restaurants/cafes. Breakfast was very nice with a good range of food. Staff on arrival and leaving were very helpful and accommodating.

From the moment you walk into the room, you could see and feel how wonderful our stay here would be! From the king sized bed, great sofa (with “footstool”), side table, good sized TV and bar fridge all set out in a very spacious room with plenty of storage space and the best bathroom - complete with a walk-in shower. The crockery supplied was clean and of a size you would expect; there was tea and coffee supplied but also hot chocolate sachets and several types of tea, perfect for those of us who don’t drink regular tea or coffee. The toiletries were lovely and the towels luxurious, so big, soft and fluffy. Shower pressure was perfect, as was the temperature. Bed was super comfortable; plenty of lighting and room to spread out. Individual air con too. And, there was a beautiful little balcony with a table and two sturdy chairs to sit and eat our meals. Ice was available for our cold drinks, a laundry if needed and a small gym.

Very comfortable and quiet even in buzzing Richmond. The river is very close and offers great walks in a calming green setting. The rooms are great, and the outside balconies are great for morning coffee or afternoon drinks. On the first night we met at the large bar area and had drinks and bar snacks-thought they were hardly snacks as we enjoyed well priced and delicious grazing plates. Very convenient for a variety of dietary tastes.

loved the location. Easy walk to MCG with a lot of eateries on the way and a tram stop right out front. Hotel is modern, clean and quiet. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a balcony that was not private and anyone could easily access it from the next door rooms. Some negatives, no complimentary milk or bottled water in the fridge.The bed was one of the most uncomfortable we had ever slept on and on further investigation we found 2 single beds pushed together with the mattress protector not even on the mattress and a very lumpy underlay. We went down to the Breakfast Buffett which was one of the best we have had. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

I arrived at the hotel so late, the gentleman at reception was very kind, his greeting was genuine and he explained the facilities and cutomer services availanle. My room was very comfortable and roomy witb a balcony. So clean with tea & coffee making services, ironing board and iron and lots of hangers. I opted to go green, so no service requirec in my room,but the staff still came in and emptied my very full bathroom bin Thank you for doing that, it was most appreciated. The staff at tge desk, the bar and room service staff were licely and helpful. I think I have found my go to place to stay whenever Im in Melbourne, thank you so very much for providing a wonderful place to come back to at the end of each busy and stressful day! It was a delight to rest here! I even got to cast my phone and relax with my favourite ebtertainment.

Great customer service provided by everyone, food & bar service, reception & housekeeping staff. Wonderful choice & type of good food & drinks available all day @ reasonable prices. Loved the dinner special nights, enjoyed the pasta & delicious steak & chips. Very comfortable seating in great layout with privacy within the reception area. Outdoor areas & surrounding garden environment including the river walk were very attractive for simply relaxing, exercising or leisure walks. Good location to nearby Victoria Gardens shopping centre.

We really enjoyed our recent one night stay at Novotel Glen Waverley, the room was modern and the beds were comfortable. We had a quiet room on Level 2. The pool facilities were clean and the water was warm. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was high quality and plentiful. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and late checkout. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in the same building as some restaurants, Village Cinemas and Strike Bowling, with numerous restaurants also in the street outside, and The Glen Shopping Centre within 10 minutes walk.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and very friendly welcoming staff. Easy check in and out. Highly recommended. Room was better than expected, very spacious. Our room faced Springvale Rd but was still quiet enough to get a great night sleep. Onsite car parking was easy and safe as well.

Our stay was brief but fantastic! Louise made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to provide us with a comfortable and pleasurable stay. The train station was a short walk from the property, has ample parking, easy access, breakfast and room service available and fantastic staff. Louise even noticed that we booked last minute and when we told her we were there to see a show on our first romantic trip together, upgraded our room complimentarily. We had the disabled suite which was very roomy and certainly suited to someone with mobility issues. The room was very clean and well appointed. Road noise was minimal except when certain people seemed to want to wake the whole world. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Causeway 353 is a great central location to shops and restaurants in the centre of Melbourne. It is very comfortable and clean and perfect for a city getaway. We have stayed here before and will stay here again.

From the moment we walked in, we felt wrapped in luxury. Check-in was a breeze, and Carlos at reception made us feel genuinely welcome right away. We were blown away when we arrived at our family room—it was huge. The king bed was absolutely massive, and the two additional beds were perfect for the kids. There was a lovely little table and chairs for meals, a generously sized TV (great for watching the footy!), and the bathroom? Total luxury—large shower with excellent water pressure, a deep bathtub, and even plush bathrobes. The daily hot buffet breakfast was a highlight. Everything we asked for was there—eggs, bacon, little pork sausages, five types of bread, and even some healthy options. The morning staff were incredible—friendly, helpful, and always happy to accommodate any request. We also dined at the Hop Garden restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. Location-wise, you can’t beat it—just a two-minute walk to the tram, and Ubers pick you up right at the front door. This Hotel was a fraction of the cost of other hotels in the area and way above expectation. Honestly, we have not one complaint. Thank you, View Melbourne, for making us feel so welcome and special. We’ll definitely be back

My stay at View Melbourne was exceptional! The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with stunning city views. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The location is perfect, close to vibrant cafes and public transport. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, though slightly pricey. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne!

Very pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The room had great views of the city, and it was clean. The shower was also clean. The breakfast was good, and there were good choices. The staff were friendly and competent. Location perfect for us. If the hotel would like constructive feedback, here it is: As far as bathroom amenities go - there were 4 bath towels and one face washer for two people (a couple). I requested a hand towel and another face washer, but instead what came (while we were out) were 4 more bath towels. Also, there was no shower cap, which is always a nice touch in hotels. The soap was from a dispenser, which I do not mind and think it’s better for the environment, rather than those little hotel soaps that could be seen as wasteful, however my partner prefers the soaps! So a choice would be good! We will be back, and hope housekeeping will provide the necessary towels for a couple (we did not need 4 bath towels, nevermind 8 bath towels).

I stayed at The View prior to surgery at The Alfred, and it was exactly what I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and caring, and the room had a calm, welcoming feel with soft lighting. Although I wasn’t able to enjoy all the amenities, the mini bar was well stocked for those who like a little indulgence. The highlight was relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset over the city. I highly recommend The View for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Melbourne.

It was clean and quiet and in a great location. Not too far from the town center either. There is a great restaurant down the street and great views of the harbor and downtown. We were given a breakfast basket when we arrived which was full of delicious goodies and the place is also well stocked with tea/coffee/sugar etc. plenty of towels and bathroom accessories also. Very comfortable place and would stay here again.

Melissa is a delightful hostess, who you meet when you collect the key to Bay View Apartment 1. She provided a pleasant, cheerful greeting, a first day breakfast hamper, guided us to make unloading easier and gave very helpful details on how to safely get in and out of the shower, which is above the bath. The accommodation had two comfortable bedrooms, a separate well-equipped kitchen/dining room and a separate loungeroom with excellent heating. The balcony would provide a very pleasant spot to sit and watch the world go by, in the right weather. The included undercover parking a little distance away, was greatly appreciated. Williamstown has many restaurants conveniently located to the accommodation, and Melissa can arrange the booking for you, or if you prefer eating in, an enjoyable meal can easily be created by a visit to the Hot Golden Bakery in Williamstown North where delightful roasted pork belly, with crispy crackling can be purchased whole or diced. Add a tray of microwavable mixed vegetables from Woolworths next door, and pick up some hot scallop potatoes from Hot wings charcoal chickens in Ferguson St, alternatively dine on Hot Wings roast chicken and a selection of their salads.

The location was amazing. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The view over the bay was wonderful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Reception from the ladies was warm and friendly. We felt very welcome and loved the touch of the breakfast basket.

An absolute treat to stay here. The location is perfect, even if it’s on the main road, the garden and room feels very private and secluded. Easy walk to heaps of cafes and restaurants. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, they also communicated excellently. Our room was of the highest comfort! The joint facilities was spacious and inviting. We also met an beautiful and friendly cat who we spent some quality time with.

Fantastic location right next to the airport. No need for a shuttle bus - just a walk across the connecting walkway. A well appointed hotel with good food and facilities. Very close to car hire - just on the ground floor. Nice indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

We had a very early morning international flight so opted to say here the night before. We got to unwind before our flight. I had booked a business suite but we were upgraded to a Spa Runway suite on arrival. I am a discovery gold member so as well as the upgrade got a room discount and breakfast and dining discount. It was lovely and seemed newly renovated with great runway views. Large with a separate bedroom. The excellent runway view was a huge plus as my husband seemed to spend all his time runway watching. He only wished for binoculars in the room. Tried out Bar Ario in the evening. Very nice bar. The food was really good. As we were leaving so early in the morning we didn’t get to try breakfast. Before our stay Rohit was really helpful - he organized coffee, juice and a breakfast take away bag for us to pick up on check out. The bed was very comfy and the room was quiet. Check in and out was easy and all the staff friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at the Parkroyal Melbourne Airport for a long overnight layover between flights. Hotel is a short walk from the airport. Is well signposted, therefore easy to find. Room was modern, comfortable & clean. Bathroom was a little dated, but was clean. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Restaurant food was excellent & reasonably priced. With an extensive menu. Service from the restaurant & reception staff was welcoming & friendly. Will certainly stay again when next on a layover in Melbourne.

We stayed overnight on our journey from Perth as we were picking up a car the next morning. Very lucky we did too as our luggage did not arrive when we did (another story entirely). The hotel room was very large and comfortable. There was a couch which to my mind is always a bonus. Very comfortable bed and nice bedding. The bathroom had both a shower recess and a tub so was quite large for a hotel. Coffee and tea making facilities available too and some storage. All in all ideally designed for travellers with suitcases and other travel detritus. The price was very reasonable when you consider the facilities and the location in relation to the airport. I am sure we will be back. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was also very good. We ate dinner and breakfast was included in the price of the room. The breakfast was simple but with a broad number of choices eg. Scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes with a bread/cereal selection and a fruit and yoghurt section. Well done - everything we had was delicious. Overall good job.
