It really lets you be in contact with nature. Angela is a very good and polite hostess. The daily meals are varied and always delicious. The facilities are clean and beautiful.

It is an amazing location, seclude and in the middle of the nature, perfect to diconnect from the hectic life. I really enjoyed that the animales of the glamping could go around, they are part of the ecosistem.

Beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and Angie was a wonderful host.

A fascinating and picturesque place. A place fit for rest and quality time with your beloved one.

A jacuzzi normally uses Warm water not freezing water, as yours do. Another thing that can be improved is the menú at your restaurant. It is very limited. A stair to alllow elderly and limited mobility persons to access the pool would be a great improvement as the only means to enter it is by jumping into it.

The hotel grounds are stunning with super gardens. The main pool is surrounded by beautiful mango trees (among others) which provide welcome shade. The staff were wonderful, very attentive and helpful. The food in the restaurant is not exceptional but perfectly good enough to keep us well fed.

Beautiful property, breakfast was really good, all food ordered was good too. Our room was spacious and clean! Would definitely come back and stay here!

The staff was great with us. The room so affordable and clean. The pools were clean and so delightful.

I liked almost everything. The only thing I didn’t like was that the restaurant was full at breakfast time.

The hotel is beautiful and very romantic. It feels more like a resort than a hotel. The pool is huge! We love it, stayed in all day. The staff was so friendly and very attentive and available.live music at night, beautiful property, safe and did I mention, romantic! The room is dated. I love the hotel and don't want to say anything bad but it could use some renovation. Small TV, clunky shower, hard bed. It doesn't feel 5 star for that reason. The cute parts of town are quite a ways walking. There's not much around the hotel. BUT I want to reiterate that this is a romantic place that you don't want to leave. The weather, the palm trees, the pool, the staff, the music. I loved it. Just trying to manage North American expectations

The hotel is showing its age, but it still has the charm of the regal hotel of its heyday. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the pool area is beautiful. All the staff were extremely friendly.

EVERYTHING! The pool was so big and the staff was amazing!!!! My parents felt like kings, everyone was so kind and always made sure you were okay. If your drink was full if you needed anything. SO I loved loved lovedddddddddd the staff!!!!

The swimming pool was clean, the breakfast was great, and the hotel was close to shops and restaurants. Car park opposite the hotel. The staff was friendly and eager to help, especially the person in charge of the pool.

It was very good, we were pleasantly surprised. very clean and cute. The breakfast was spectacular and the atmosphere in the pool was calm and relaxing.

Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, all in all an enjoyable stay

The only thing I did not like was to have to pay for extra plate of soup during a brunch breakfast which was included in my stay.

Spacious room with a great view of the pool area. Food was good and the staff was great. Best part of the hotel is it's location. Although it was just a short walk away from the nightlife area of Melgar, it was just far enough away where the loud music and noise weren't a nuisance.

Nice room. Clean. Quite big and spacious. Two chairs and a table were a nice addition. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool was good as well. Good location for reaching town. Everything close by yet far enough to not be noisy at night. It was really quiet actually. Secure, locked parking, which is always a must for us.

Everything was according to or better than expected. Will definitely consider it again if i ever come back to Melgar.
