Me and my wife had a very pleasant stay: our room was very clean, the beds were fresh, a nice spacious bathroom and the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was tasty. I also used the fitness center and relaxed in the outdoor pool with jacuzzi. It was a great stay for us and we would definitely book this hotel again!!

After reading the positive reviews and hotel offerings, I booked the moderately-priced Hampton Inn & Suites Blue Lagoon for a one night pre-cruise stay. The complimentary and convenient shuttle service from the airport to the hotel as well as a third party for-a-fee to the Miami cruise port was a plus as was the hotel's location close to restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, and a Publix. The shuttle drivers and the hotel staff I encountered during my stay were especially friendly and welcoming. I found the hotel and my room to be very clean and comfortably modern with a cozy bed, pillows, and linens. There were many breakfast buffet options to choose from, and the breakfast areas were well attended. I also appreciated the all day coffee and cold water in the lobby!! As a solo traveler, I enjoyed the hotel accomodations and atmosphere, and I would absolutely stay here again in the future when cruising out of Miami!

Stay: two nights, in town for business. Month: October. Overall experience: I had a good experience, and would stay here again. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine. The gym was sufficient for my needs. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I was not able to use the hotel-airport shuttle, because no one answered the phone when I called upon landing, but the taxi ride to the hotel did not cost much. When I asked about the lack of phone answer, the night desk clerk explained that he was the only one working, and had stepped away from the desk to attend to some guests, so he'd missed the call, which is understandable. So if you stay here, don't get upset if the hotel shuttle is not convenient, because it's an inexpensive and short taxi ride, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and they provide plenty of towels. (A pet peeve of mine is hotels that are skimpy on the towels. The Hampton Inn does not skimp on towels!) The hotel is near a big supermarket, a Walgreens, and other stores for any stocking up you need to do. The air conditioning works! I did not use the pool, but it looked nice. The water pressure in the shower is good. I'd happily stay here again.

It was a great place for the price. It was clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, quiet rooms and air conditioning and decent breakfast. Staff was also helpful and friendly. My only issue was the shuttle service. Seems to run on the half hour except in the mornings when it runs on the hour which resulted in a long wait time when we arrived ( we waited a good 40 minutes for the van) and it also meant missing the full breakfast as it isn’t open until 6:00 am but that is when the first van of the morning leaves and there is not another one until 7:00. Luckily the breakfast area opened up a few minutes before 6:00 and I was able to grab us a couple of bagels and coffee before the driver began loading the van promptly at 6:00 am. The van also has no passenger seat belts. I can’t even believe this is legal. I was told by staff that management has been aware of this issue for a couple of years now but continues to ignore it! Shame on them!

Hamptons continue to be a go-to for consistent quality, cleanliness, and helpfulness. The Miami Airport-South Blue Lagoon was no exception - in fact, they raised the bar! After a long day of travel, we were weary & hungry — Gio at the front desk sent us to a fantastic Cuban restaurant across the street, even giving us a 10% off coupon. Great recommendation! The next morning, due to a crash near the ports, our shuttle to the dock was canceled. The gal at the front desk hooked us up w/ a Lyft ride, gratis! Clean, comfy rooms, nice eco-friendly shower products, solid breakfast buffet, convenient location. Would return and definitely recommend. Thanks, Hampton Miami!

Stay was wonderful, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, clean suite and friendly staff is a plus. Breakfast healthy with different options was wonderful.

I stayed at Hyatt Brickell for just 1 day prior to my cruise. The service was great. They upgraded my room complimentary for my cancer free anniversary. They also delivered a fruit plate with lovely letter to my room. We also got two free complimentary drinks of any kind. The room was spacious with a balcony that had an amazing view. Friendly staff that checked in on us during my stay. They also allowed us to check out a little late. When we pulled up to the hotel, the bellboys were already approaching the car to help with our luggage. There is a cvs & a couple restaurants walking distance . Safe neighborhood . The hotel & room was very clean. They have a little area on one of the floors where you can heat up food which was very very helpful and convenient . I have no complaints. When I go back to Miami I will stay here.

I stayed at Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami with my best friend, and we took advantage of their amazing 305 Memory Makers offer. It was honestly the perfect choice for a girls’ getaway. Our room was spacious, with a stunning view and a private balcony—it made the whole experience feel extra special. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, which set the tone for a fun and relaxing stay. The photo-ready camera rental was such a unique touch and gave us great memories to take home. Brunch was another highlight—the food was delicious, and the 50% off bottomless drinks made it even better. We also appreciated the late checkout, which gave us time to sleep in and enjoy a slow morning. Overall, the package had everything we needed for a mix of fun, relaxation, and quality time together. Highly recommend it for a friends’ trip or celebration!

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip in late May 2025. I used to live in the neighborhood so I knew this was a very convenient location for my client visit. The hotel was excellent from start to finish. The room was fantastic and had a lovely view of the water and the skyline of Brickell. The bathroom especially was exceptional and was quite large. The shower was a really great part with both a rainfall shower head and a hand-held wand - both of which had great water pressure. The breakfast in the restaurant was also quite good and reasonably priced. The room had enough space to work and to relax after a full day of meetings. My only issue was the thin-ness of the walls. I heard my neighbor having a late night 'rendezvous' that was quite vocal. The thin walls left very little to the imagination. While I appreciated his stamina I didn't need to have access to the whole narrative - especially after a full day of meetings. I didn't use the pool but from what I've seen in pictures its beautiful. The hotel's location in Brickell is really great. Being on Brickell Bay Drive puts it in a slightly quieter part of the city but its only a 5 min walk to many restaurants and bars. I'd happily stay here again when visiting for work (but will bring ear plugs).

Property was very clean and bathroom very spacious. They also had a Cuban restaurant in the premises. The view was absolutely amazing and Orlando which was the person who helped us was very friendly and helpful!! He basically offered us a room with better view. Someone else wouldn’t even try to offer anything

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the EPIC Hotel in Miami. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The hotel lives up to its name stylish, modern and with a real sense of luxury. The views over Biscayne Bay and the city skyline from the room were incredible. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, whether it was booking dinner or giving local recommendations. Rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and immaculately clean. The rooftop pool area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with a drink while soaking in the views. Great location too—easy walking distance to Brickell, the waterfront, and plenty of great bars and restaurants. A perfect mix of city energy and resort-style relaxation. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami for business or leisure.

Absolutely amazing. Extremely accommodating the staff was extremely kind and helpful through the whole stay. Our waiter at the restaurant seda was absolutely fantastic she gave us amazing recommendations and was able to answer every question we had about the drink menu and the food menu she was very nice and made us feel very comfortable throughout dinner! our valet Jean Baptiste was extremely kind and quick with our car. The room was extremely clean and beautiful! The view from our balcony on the 30th floor was beautiful as well! The hotel is beautiful and clean I would say very worth your time and money!

My stay at the Kimpton Epic Hotel in downtown Miami. The experience was an amazing one. The hotel was beautiful and with amazing staff. The front desk staff was excellent with my needs or concerns. I want to point out one of my favorite experiences was with the valet staff Jean Baptiste. Mr. Baptiste, was extremely helpful and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view. The pool deck is beautiful and the spa treatments are amazing there. I would totally be returning very soon with my friends and family. I’m going to recommend the Kimpton Epic Hotel to everyone I know that’s visiting Miami.

Last week I was in Kimpton Epic Hotel downtown Miami Florida with my friends for the purpose of business. Perfect location and amazing views around. My experience was amazing there. The valet and from desk staff had delivered excellent and exceptional services. Specially Jean Baptiste was very professional in his duty. From checking in to check out, all was amazing. Jean Baptiste was kind and friendly with us. My friend and I received impeccable attention at Kimpton Epic Hotel downtown Miami. I highly recommend this place to other people.

Amazing location, just a short drive from all the main attractions. The room was spotless, very spacious, and the view was simply stunning. What I appreciated the most was the pool — even in July, it never felt crowded thanks to the two separate pools that help guests spread out. We also really enjoyed the attentive service: we ordered delicious food and drinks right by the poolside, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.

This Hotel I must say is excellent 10/10 the staff first of all are very friendly. I had a lot of stress due to flight cancellation and when I arrive at the hotel, my greeting was meet by Mr Conrad Baguisa who was very attentive and friendly, accommodating and compassionate he listened to my concerns and help me get settled in with a special accommodation to help ease my stress me and my family was very pleased at how understanding and supportive he was the Hotel ambience is impressive the Rooms were clean the place in the atmosphere was pleasant and it helped make my stay in Miami excellent my family guess was able to have a cigarette in their smoking section the pool was a whole vibe with neon lights around the area at night. We had drinks in a nice time in this area, which was surprisingly 24 hours that helped make our stay pleasant breakfast every morning could’ve been better, but the staff were friendly and welcoming so if you’re looking for a clean safe friendly environment to stay in Miami choose this hotel it’s pet friendly kid, friendly, and an excellent place for fun and safe for a great week in Miami.

We spent an unforgettable holiday in this hotel. All the staff were very attentive and friendly, reception, cleaning staff, restaurant and bar waiters. The hotel has a very tasty and varied breakfast. Near the hotel you will find everything you need, parking, grocery stores and restaurants. It is convenient to get from the hotel to anywhere in Miami by car. The area where the hotel is located is clean and safe. We got the feeling of not just relaxing in a hotel, but being welcomed by a family. The hotel management does an excellent job and the quality of your stay at this hotel exceeds expectations. We have also stayed in identical rated hotels in Miami but did not have the same personalized service as a customer. We highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and holidays with children.

A wonderful hotel with exceptional service from start to finish. Stayed 3 nights in a club room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool. Check in was very friendly and welcoming with IHG Ambassador status recognised immediately and full explanation of the lounge and other facilities. The room was very clean and nicely presented and kept immaculately clean every day by housekeeping, the bed was super comfortable that every time I laid on it to watch some tv I kept nodding off. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and well stocked. The bathroom was generally very good but it did take some time to get hot water through and the shower head had seen better days but it got the job done. And the toiletries as always were very nice. The club lounge is really good, in part this is due to the attendants who were all very welcoming and provided exceptional service that was appreciated after a day in the office. The pool and terrace is great and loved taking a swim to cool down. Overall highly recommend this hotel and already booked for a couple of nights before our cruise.

The rooms at the venue were spacy & comfortable with a good TV, free efficient WIFI. The bathroom in the room was clean and light. My room was serviced every day. The property is close to Local Bars, Walmart & fast food if you choose, although the bar and Restaurant at the hotel are both exceptional.

Quiet and convenient location in proximity to airport .. and restaurants are available within a short driving distance. In-house restaurant available. House keeping is excellent! Breakfast was good with limited but adequate choices including scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, ordered to make omelets, fruits, pastries, juice, etc. hosts in the restaurant are good and goes extra lengths to meet each clients needs. Parking at $18 per night is cheaper than other similar hotels. The only complaint if I have is that the double beds barely accommodate two average weight people. All in all a good hotel!

The hotel was very nice and modern. The balcony views were amazing and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. The restaurant was very good and we had some of the best service from Aurea! She was attentive to our needs without being overbearing and she was so personable. So sweet.

Christina and Frank you are truely one and a million, your professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality and sincere care made a lasting impression. deserve particular recognition. A heartfelt thank you as well to Chef Miguel for the delicious meals. We were also delighted to see New Zealand wine on the menu—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Every interaction with the Marriott Biscayne Bay team reflected a commitment to excellence. The level of care and service we experienced will stay with us. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami and look forward to returning again in the future.

Amazing hotel and restaurant experience. Aurea and Frank are amazing servers at Gold Coast Kitchen. Delicious food! The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The views are beautiful!!!!

The hotel remodel is nice. We had stayed here once before. It is so close to the cruise ship terminal and has good taxi service. The restaurant/ bar on the main floor was good, and the marina is right outside the restaurant door. We had one problem with a gal at the restaurant desk when we went to breakfast. I said our breakfast was included in our Expedia reservation and showed her a copy of our reservation that clearly stated the fact. She stated she was sorry, but our name wasn’t on her list and we would have to go to the front desk. We sat down and were eating when a waitress heard of our concern and looked at our copy from Expedia. How sweet she was! She said she would clear it for us as it was clearly stated on my copy. She was one of those wonderful employees who go above and beyond. I suggest you always carry a copy of your reservation. Expedia had everything we needed.

Customer service always makes or breaks an experience, so this was positive because of this. The staff go above and beyond to be help (particularly those working the lobby area, helping with bags and transportation). It was a clean hotel, with useful amenities (though the prices in the shop were outrageous). I enjoyed spending some time at the restaurant bar (and appreciated being able to apply some of the resort fee to that bill). Walking around outside was a bit more difficult. There's not a clear walking path within the drop-off area, and the hotel next door (where we went to check out some shops and grab a bite to eat) was under construction, also making the area difficult to navigate. Our room was large, and clean, with a fun view of the bay. And it as Easter weekend, and they had a bunny on site offering free polaroids and treats.

Context: My 8 rating is in context of me needing a well priced place for a family of four to sleep near the airport with breakfast and free parking. It met all of those expectations. Not a hoyell I would stay in for more than 1 day. Convenience, close to airport but their other location (there is a Hilton PlaceEeast) is much closer to rental car center if that's what you need. Difference of 20 min in morning traffic! It was basic, but met our expectations. Clean, comfy bed, big room for family of 4, had microwave and small fridge in room. Clean (although I will never understand carpeting in hotels, it is just gross!) Price included breakfast for 4 which was good value, not out of this world but met basic need to eat and grab a coffee before heading to airport. Free parking too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Checked in late and had to call front desk a few times to ask questions and he was helpful every time. Even called me back when he missed a call.

GREAT STAFF!! Very helpful and attentive to all needs. Staff is constantly cleaning and working when not needed at the desk. They are also very friendly and smiling. They are awesome! great room and comfortable bed and very clean. Air condition worked as it should and shower and bathroom were clean and all amenities were in place.

What a view all around!! Exceptional location and stay. The hotel smells amazing on every floor. WOW ...It is my must book every time! Location is perfect 👌 The breakfast was buffet style, had a variety of options, and the taste was amazing.My room view was breathtaking day and night!

Refurbished hotel with a modern style. Large room with plenty of space for baggage. Comfy beds. Quiet area, ideal for sleeping. You hear the planes but it is not a big deal, since Windows are sealed. Views from the room and the restaurant are so beautiful. Breakfast is just great - variety and quality. It is one of the best breakfasts I have had in USA. As I said, the views from the breakfast room are a good way to start the day. The pool area is lovely, ideal for resting. I was very happy at the hotel.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was great, nice variety. I appreciated that breakfast was served in an actual restaurant atmosphere and not in a lobby packed with customers. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days prior to our cruise and did not find the hotel lacking. There was a family room with games and a bar upstairs. The hotel was minutes from the airport, restaurants and shops walking distance. Overall, Would stay again.

Room was clean comfortable and had a great nights sleep, the Argentinian girl (I think mimi but we had a few drinks) up in the bar was amazing fun and helpful and made our night so enjoyable! As a Scot I like a good Aberdeen Angus steak burger however the burger I had here was the tastiest burger I have ever had, compliments to the chef!

Well what can I say? I am glad we didn’t take any notice of some of the negative reviews. The staff, some of the most inviting staff we’ve ever encountered (which I also feel is a rarity in Miami). Super helpful with getting us checked in, with questions around shuttles etc and always had the biggest smiles. The rooms are so spacious and meticulously clean. Very modern and in great repair! Plenty of parking available too! The FREE shuttle from the airport worked amazingly, couldn’t have waited more than 5 minutes and was at the hotel in no time. Overall we had an amazing stay for two nights prior to our cruise, and would 100% stay again! Great value for money and the perfect stay.

Convenient dining choices on property. Pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and also nice welcome to Miami close to airport. Firm mattress where we prefer softer but clean room. We’ll be back!

We prefer the Marriott brand and chose this hotel because of their “park and cruise” program. They have a package rate for cruise passengers and although they do not have a complimentary shuttle to the port, they have an agreement with a private taxi company that was prompt and affordable. On property parking is ample and convenient. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view of Miami. Desk staff was helpful and professional.

I was impressed by the amenities at this hotel. I go to many hotels, but this was exceptional. The breakfast I opted for was a complete-cooked meal made for you, or you can choose the buffet. I loved the Spanish French Toast! There were also Starbucks drinks located at the other Marriott across the courtyard, as well as other food options. My room was comfortable and quiet. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes and a board in the lobby has the departures to let you know if they are on time or not (just like the airport). I would come back to this hotel without any thought and would look forward to it.

Very convenient especially shuttle picknup and drop off. Dinning options are good. Friendly staff and check- in was quite easy. The room had zero view, no garden, no hiway, no nothing. Just a white wall. Not really complaining since its just a night stay. But the room is spacious and bathroom is huge. Super clean. Ill book this again.

Very clean room, love the 2 bottles of water as amenity, after my long trip was very refreshing. Bar at the lobby super, all the staff amazing very friendly. Bartender very nice person I don't remember his name, but he has afro hair. Also I would to recognize the Front desk, very smile and friendly.

We stayed in a double queen room, large and spacious with comfortable beds. The room was very clean and had a bath which was handy having young children. Large impressive lobby upon entry to the hotel. Front desk staff were polite and very helpful. Hotel is in the heart of Miami and about a 20 minute drive to South Beach and 10 minute drive to Miami Port. Great Wifi access throughout hotel. Large and delicious selection of breakfast options in the restaurant buffet.

Hotel manager nick was fantastic. Checked in at 10 pm and our room was unavailable until nick intervened. Dinner on the house while we waited. Didn’t like the room initially provided. Nick searched and got a better one and personally greeted us as he opened the door to the new one. Gave us a late checkout as well without hesitation. Very professional. Everything he took upon himself to make amends. And he did. ( Nick even personally tried to find me some over the counter medication over the phone when i could not. ) Thank you. I will come back. By the way, the hotel lobby is quite spacious, comfortable chairs with nice view of the river. The in-house store, with muffins, cakes, bagels, pizza and fruits and orher assorted goodies is quite handy and complete. We bought 11 slices of their cakes to take with us! Rooms kept clean and were spacious as well. Hotel well located downtown next to lots of good restaurants. In the end, what mattered most here was the hotel manager. Congratulations Hyatt, you can be sure this Regency is in good hands. He took a very delicate situation where the hotel had made a horrible error and turned it into a pleasurable stay.

The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Checking in and out were a breeze. My room was extremely clean, with housekeeping checking in daily. We also had the best view of the bridge and river. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially on the side where you can view the river and bridge. Such a beautiful view, and moreso at night. We had a panoramic room on the river side.

Hyatt Regency is a lovely hotel with great views in the restaurant. The food is delicious, waitstaff are welcoming and attentive. The rooms are clean, well appointed and the Hyatt beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job with the beds. My sheets were crisp and clean. Great hotel for your overnights.

Great hotel! Staff is friendly and helpful, hotel is spotless, rooms are comfortable and very clean! Great location! We’ve stayed many times and when we go to Miami, this is the hotel we always stay at because of the cleanliness, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great restaurant, and perfect location.

Reception were very welcoming . First impression was that the hotel was very clean and functional. Small shop for essentials . Room spacious , bed super comfortable ~ every need for the stay catered for. Breakfast buffet was perfectly fine; staff friendly and helpful. Concierge helpfully arranged a cab for us to visit Miami Beach , which arrived within 10 mins

Staff at desk was welcomi g. Room clean and modern. Bed soft and comfotable. Goid pillows. Dove bathroom products good. And those breakfast sweet rolls!!! So civilized to have washclothes again, looking at you EU countries. How do they shower and get clean? Recommend this lodging. Safe, closet, iron and board. Place to open luggage and large work desk with comfortable chair. Small frig with freezer, microwave and Keurig.

Property was nice and check in was easy, we were even able to checkin early. Staff is so nice, friendly, and helpful. They have amazing amenities, the free breakfast was wonderful they had a lot of choices and everything at the buffet was delicious. We only stayed for one night so we can board a cruise the next day, the best part was the staff made us aware that they had a shuttle available to take us to and from the port for a very reasonable price so of course we opted for that and it cost us less money to do so. All in all great place to stay for a pre-cruise stay or even to explore Miami!

Stayed one night before a cruise. The free airport shuttle was nice to have plus we scheduled a shuttle to take us to the port & pick us up after the cruise & take us to the airport ($12 fee each way)...so convenient! Since I have a background in hospitality I tend to be over critical but this hotel was great! Our room was very clean, beds & pillows were amazing. The staff was very welcoming, friendly & helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. Loved our stay!

Good points: room was a good size and bathroom too, plus Dove shower products. Coffee available in the food area. Close to the airport. Very polite and helpful staff - they organised for us to be in early to the room and also put our bags in their store. Next door to a petrol station which has Subway and only 500m walk to an excellent Cuban restaurant. Negative Points: the Shuttle to collect us from the airport was diabolical. It's shared with the Best Western Hotel. Stuffed full, suitcases on laps. Only runs once per hour so if it's too full you'll have to wait for it to come round again. Most were waiting over an hour (like us). Goes all over the place. To take us to the airport worked fine (at 6am) as it was not full and we went straight to the airport. Breakfast by UK standards is rubbish. Plastic cutlery that bends. No chopped up fruit or healthy options. But US breakfasts are pretty diabolical in hotels anyway. If you want to get fat, be diabetic, etc then eat a US breakfast. We would stay here again due to the proximity to the airport but it is hellishly expensive for what we got for the price.

This property was amazing ! I am extremely picky about hotels but still price conscious- this hotel was both up to standard and cost friendly. I arrived early than expected and the staff held my luggage for me and even checked me in 3 hours early. The room was clean and spacious ! The bed was comfortable ! A/C and heating were great (I have low iron and just had surgery so I was adjusting it every second). Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. Last but not least… the breakfast was AMAZING. Fresh fruit, hot everything, pancakes, bacon, sausages, etc. I’m not saying that this was a 5 star brunch/breakfast… but it was seriously really good. For the price, location, and overall quality- this is my new go to hotel for any Miami vacation!

We arrived well before check-in time for the day because we’d just gotten off of a cruise, but Alex at the front desk was friendly and efficient at getting us into our room right away, which was truly appreciated. While the hotel is by no means new, it is well maintained and in good condition. Our room was clean and spacious, and everything worked well. While we didn’t go into the pool, we did spend time in the pool deck area and enjoyed the atmosphere there, it being quiet and comfortable, with a variety of seating choices. While the breakfast that was provided was by no means gourmet, it was very good and had quite a few options, which was wonderful to have since so many hotels no longer provide breakfast or charge far too much for it (this one was free, as an added bonus). There are many restaurants and shops within a short walk, and that was also great to have, especially on the day before Christmas, when we were unsure if we’d have anything at all to do. Over all, I really liked this hotel and would stay there again.

Location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. The breakfast offered is quite substantial and fresh. Staff are friendly and the hotel offers a guest laundry (coin operated machines) which is helpful when travelling (when the machines are working!). Plenty of eateries a short walk away for evening meals which was convenient as the hotel has no restaurant. Bed very comfortable with a choice of comfort level pillows. Rooms are well appointed and roomy. Hotel provides drop off and pick up shuttle to/from Miami International Airport free of charge.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the members of staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The location was convenient for exploring the area. My only disappointment was that the swimming pool from all indications appeared to be unavailable, which was a letdown as I had been looking forward to a swim. However, everything else was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay was amazing from the minute we entered the door, Alex at the front desk was super friendly and extremely professional, gave great advice about places to go for food and entertainment wise. Hotel and rooms very clean. There was always a bell cart available Rooms were very spacious.

The front desk was very polite. They allowed us for an early check in and a room upgrade! Room is very spacious and clean with kitchenette. Theres coffee available 24hrs if you want to at the lobby. Breakfast has variety of food from bread, cereals, juice and fruits. The property is clean, quiet and very near the airport with a free shuttle transfer! Restaurants are walking distance. If given the chance to visit miami again, i will definitely choose to stay here.

Hyatt House Miami Airport is an absolutely amazing property! Every stay is wonderful. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shuttle service is a huge bonus and the breakfast including the omelet bar is amazing. Everyone here is absolutely amazing and treats you like family. If you are looking for a hotel for one night or multiple nights in Miami this is your place to go to! You will not be disappointed!

We rented one of the two bedroom units and it was an exceptional experience. Beds comfortable, blackout curtains, separate showers and vanities. Full kitchen and a value as it was less than 2 - one bedroom units. Great for two couples, families, or simply those who prefer to sleep separate. Breakfast was pretty good. Not many gluten free /egg free options so one in our party brought their own breakfast. The other was delighted by the breakfast options. Both showers had great water pressure and plenty of cupboard space. Staff super helpful and our ride two /from the airport was easy. Will book again on our next overnight stay in Miami.

I am a regular at this property. The property is well kept and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are the most spacious I have ever experienced (full size kitchen!) and the nights are quiet and uneventful. Pharmacies, restaurants and shopping are just a short walk away. The shuttle to and from the aiport is very accomodating too. Breakfasts options are also pretty decent. There are only pros and zero cons for this hotel in my book!

The people at this hotel are terrific. Welcoming, helpful and go above and beyond. The facilities were clean, in good repair and spacious. You can walk to restaurants, shops. A big plus is the free shuttle to and from MIA. Kudos especially to Dody and Nicholas for great service and warmly welcoming guests.

The property is very close to the Miami Airport Intermodal Station, which gives you easy access to the airport, trains, and buses. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Despite the proximity to the airport, it’s quite soundproof and the plane and train noises are not bothersome (I’m a light sleeper). The hot breakfast and evening socials are lovely gestures, with a good variety of tasty food options. The staff was helpful and friendly, very welcoming. I will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Hotel is modern and clean. Room was very clea and confortable. Social hour and breakfast were excellent. Staff was uniformly warm and welcoming, especially front desk staff. Location is a five-minute walk to airport train center where you can take trains or buses to Downtown or Miami Beach for $2.25 each way - no need for expensive Ubers. Only restaurant option nearby is Cuban place by the airport which was very good; otherwise Door dash, GrubHub etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and modern. The full kitchen in the room was a very nice amenity. The free breakfast was much more than a Continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, etc. Were excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, in particular our shuttle driver was outstanding. He was friendly and personable and a good ambassador for the hotel.

Check out 12md Room was large and spacious. Very clean and equipped with fridge and microwave. Coffee making. TV. 1 comfortable king bed clean. Bathroom is ensuite and clean with toiletries. Would stay again if price right and use free shuttle.

The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was strong—slightly noisy, but it did the job well. There’s a small 24-hour grocery store nearby, which was convenient. Overall, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have much in the way of hot food, but the pancake machine was a fun highlight! Special shoutout to the airport shuttle driver, Raul, he scooped us up from the airport like a pro and was super friendly and helpful!

I choose this hotel because it has an early morning shuttle departure; I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel as a whole. The hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was included with a hot and cold selection. This will definitely be our hotel of choice when visiting Miami.

The facility it was really nice plus the relaxation that you get because of the are its amazing. Even better at night time, which is more chill and relaxing. The room was amazing, it was big and spacious, really clean and comfortable.

Stayed one night, and was very satisfied with this hotel. Shuttle pick up and drop off worked well--the drivers were both excellent. Again, I forgot cash to tip, but when I asked the driver if they had venmo, I was able to use that. The room was clean and very quiet. Good wifi and tv selections. Breakfast the next day had plentiful hot and cold options, and the other hotel guests & the few children I saw were quiet and courteous. If needed, there were some restaurants within walking distance, and a convenience store called 'Downtown' nearby. Though if you want to walk there, don't walk on NW 36th Street with the traffic whizzing by; stay on Fairway Drive, and it's a pleasant enough walk. A good option for the airport that is fairly priced.

The morning breakfast selection was very fresh and delicious. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperatures.

This is my second (maybe even third) stay at the Embassy Suites Miami Airport, and each visit has been consistently excellent. I often recommend this hotel to my company for meetings because the staff is always friendly, the service is dependable, and the overall experience never disappoints. Jasmine at the front desk deserves special recognition! She’s always warm, professional, and incredibly efficient during check-in. She even takes the time to share great local recommendations, which I really appreciate. Chris is another gem—always cheerful and helpful. He makes sure I know about the complimentary breakfast and evening happy hour every time I visit. Both of those amenities are fantastic and really add to the welcoming atmosphere here. The hotel’s location is perfect—just about five minutes from the airport and close to Pollo Tropical and other great local restaurants. The on-site restaurant and fully stocked bar are convenient, and our meeting spaces have always been set up exactly as requested. Overall, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Embassy Suites Miami Airport continues to be my go-to hotel for both business, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at this hotel in September and my experience was truly wonderful. The facilities are comfortable and welcoming, but what made my stay extra special was the restaurant. The service provided by Yasiel was outstanding — always attentive, friendly, and making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. We came here for the night before our cruise. We had arrived early. After a short wait, we had a room available just before 3 pm. Jasmin did a great job welcoming us and providing information for the manager reception and morning breakfast. We had room 720 , a king bed suite. The room was clean and near the rear elevator bank. It was comfortable in the room They had a free shuttle to nearby restaurants and stores. The manager reception had a nice selection of snack food and drinks. It was a Friday night and they had a singer in the lobby providing entertainment. In the morning, we went to the breakfast buffet. We had made to order eggs and other foods. There was a wide variety of foods available. We were very pleased with our stay They had a shuttle service for people going to the cruise port for $12 per person. They started at 9:30 am running the shuttles.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely hotel prior to leaving for our transatlantic and European cruise. We found the staff to be professional and efficient and want to thank Christopher, Yamelin and Jaqueline for their expertise. The Suites were clean, spacy and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, and they gave us linens for the second day, that we didn't need to use. The bathroom was well stocked and spacious. We had delicious made to order omelets, hash browns, English muffins and some fruit. Orange juice and coffee were plentiful. At happy our they served fresh vegetables with dip and chips and salsa. Everyone received 2 drink coupons that could be redeemed for alcoholic or soft drinks. This was a wonderful stay, and we can recommend this property.

We stayed there for two nights before a cruise. The hotel accommodation was good, quiet and there were no problems with reservations. The front desk was friendly and helpful. When asked he offered suggestions for local eateries and directions within a short walk. We used two shuttles. The wait for the airport shuttle was longer than anticipated. The front desk also arranged for a shuttle driver to the ports. She was on time, very friendly, and professional. The rooms were clean, including the sheets. The bathroom was sparkling clean. I especially liked the tub surround that was just like, newly installed. The breakfast attendant was there the whole time, and the breakfast area was fully stocked with fresh food and very clean.

The property was very clean, the rooms had all basic amenities such as microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer which was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked perfect. The pool was fabulous. There is also coffee & chocolate tea at the lobby 24/7 which we enjoyed. Breakfast was almost the same every morning but it was delicious and there’s a wide variety. We arrived really early and the wonderful staff gave us an early complimentary check in which we really appreciated.

It was a great hotel for our overnighter. It had a free airport shuttle, with a friendly driver. We arrived at 7:00pm, & were happy to just walk next door for tacos. Spacious, clean room & very comfy king bed. The breakfast room was lovely, & the buffet was excellent! A really nice pool & lounge area, as we had a 6:00pm flight & were able to hang out for a few hours after checkout. Staff were really friendly & helpful too.

Here at the Hampton Inn was so lovely I enjoyed everything from front desk to breakfast to shopping let me start by saying Viviana….her service was superb. The first day of checking in to the Hotel she was so detailed,mannerly and helpful on how to get around she even went out of her way to make sure I got an Uber driver for Mum and I when my card wouldn’t work to get to Walmart and malls close by. Breakfast was so delicious and lots of choices my favorite were the waffles loved them, the breakfast station is always well stocked with different choices.Viviana also showed us there is a plaza next door to get different types of cuisine for dinner from Chinese to Colombian etc…..so good I must say. Viviana should be promoted because her customer service was excellent from arrival to departure and my next stay will be here at the Hampton Inn again 10/10.

The staff service was very helpful and friendly also, the driver for the shuttle which takes you to and from the hospital was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.

I traveled with my wife to visit my father in an elderly facility very close to the SpringHill Suites, about five minutes walking distance. We just stayed only one night there. As we arrived to the hotel from the airport mid-morning, it wasn’t the check-in time and the front desk allows to keep our luggage until the time comes. Coelo, the Front Desk Attendant/Concierge at the moment we arrived was very kind and professional. Then Thomas took care of us when we checked-in at the afternoon. I ask for a room overlooking south (I prefer those rooms, since I checked the other suites overlooking the Dolphin Expressway/I-395) and the view was really nice. Our suite, number 321, third floor we found it very clean, sanitized and plenty of space. I found convenient the separate toilet room from the shower room. The shower cabin had good water pressure and we found very spacious, even for two people. The closet had some wood hangers for shirts & pants, lots of space to keep clothing & shoes at hand. The breakfast in the morning was plenty of stuff; scrambled eggs (very tasty), pork sausage, bagels galore, great coffee (both bold and decaf), sweet apples and oranges; in fact, both my wife and me found the food very delicious. I gave five stars to the food. When the check-out time came, Coelo once again took care of us with a great smile. We return in a near future to the Springhill Suites Miami Downtown/Medical Center with high expectations. Kudos for all the staff. You guys rock!

Natalie at the front desk was excellent, kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and modern and the room was comfortable. We were staying overnight for a medical reason so the location was perfect. The restaurant/bar is good with basic pub meals and drinks and the complementary breakfast was great.

Room 412 was immaculate, lovely, totally quiet, spacious with good surface space, comfy bed, great quality towels and linens. and good water pressure. The only negative was poor WiFi. Did not have breakfast there so cannot comment on the food.

Regular business traveler here. This is my first time staying at a SpringHill suites and I really liked it. The hotel has a restaurant that serves dinner so no need to find food on your own. Breakfast is included. The room was roomy and perfectly comfortable and clean. Bed was more comfortable than most hotels, which was a nice surprise. I was given two bottles of water and a snack at check in, but this may be because of my status with Marriott.

Even Hotel is in some ways bare bones - there are no pictures or artwork of any kind in the corridors or rooms. But, at the same time the room was spacious with plenty of flat surfaces and desk space for working, spacious bathroom with walk in shower large enuff for two, and comfortable bed. The air conditioner was not too loud (other hotels usually have much louder ones), very powerful and cooled down the room very quickly. The best and most surprising aspect of the hotel was the IN-ROOM workout equipment: TRX bands, yoga mat and other items - in the room. To assist, one can watch a large number of good work-out videos led by professional trainers on the room's large TV. This keep fit opportunity is in addition to the good hotel gym on the ground floor and a swimming pool large enough for lap swimming. The hotel has a dining area serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had the Club Sandwich and Cuban sandwich both were very good. The menu choices are not large, but one gets the impression that the folks who work here have a lot of pride in their work. I would definitely stay here again. This is not a luxury hotel, but it earns 5 stars for the innovative addition of workout gear in the room, plus large selection of work out videos, plus the good gym, and relatively large (for an airport hotel) swimming pool and gym.

We loved the breakfast available. My grandson enjoyed the waffles and fruits. The restaurant staff was accommodating and friendly. The Hotel smelt exceptionally fresh and clean throughout the hallway, Elevator and the rooms. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved that they had a little area in the room where you could workout if you wish to do so. The Front desk staff was welcoming as you entered.

I stayed here one night in advance of a cruise leaving from Miami airport. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and modern it is. There's a free shuttle bus leaving every half hour from Miami airport to the hotel - super convenient. It's clean and modern and there's even a cute little exercise station in the room! Room size is large and generous. Comfy beds. Check-in night staff is friendly and efficient. The bathrooms are huge and I love the premium toiletries included. There are lots of little touches throughout the property that let me know they are really thinking about the experience of the traveller. Most of all, I want to give a HUGE shout-out to the compassion of manager Tamika, who helped me fix and deal with an unexpected circumstance I experienced w a family crisis that resulted in me booking the wrong date. She was kind enough to allow me flexibility, which I really appreciated. Thank you SO MUCH for this!! I'll definitely be staying here in advance of my next cruise out of Miami!

Close to airport with free shuttle. Has a pool, gym and small restaurant. (The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner daily and also for lunch on weekends. There is grab and go food in a fridge for weekday lunches.) Room was clean and comfortable, with a personal yoga / exercise station! Perfect layover hotel.

Hotel stay was great. Unsure why there was no way to get coffee in the restaurant in the evening. Coffee pot was broken in the room. We had been offered to get coffee at the front desk because then restaurant was not open at 6am. Once we left I noticed a charge for the coffee. That wouldn’t have been so bad but it wasn’t drinkable and tasted like it had been in the pot all night.

The hotel staff made up for the horrible time at Miami airport. I hope to never fly to them again. But the staff at this hotel was exceptional. They were kind and professional, and I will come back to stay there again. The tacos were amazing. The drinks were amazing. The room was beautiful and spacious. I am disabled and they brought my bags to my room. I was not expecting that and I am so appreciative of that. This is my first time traveling as a disabled person and traveling to Miami. And the employees at this hotel made me feel so comfortable whenever I need something, they didn't make me feel like I was bothering them, anything I needed they were so happy to help me. I was there to go on a cruise, and they made me feel so safe. If you're a person who's disabled or you're traveling with someone who's disabled. This is the best hotel for you. They had a Starbucks there I'm not a coffee drinker, but they had pizza, and that pizza was amazing. And the gentlemen there. They were just as nice as the bartenders and the reception desk. Everybody was exceptional. I was nervous about taking this trip by myself as a sole traveler and being disabled. But all fears we're gone once I got there. Thank you so much of making the beginning of my trip. Such Amazing time for me. And I appreciate it. I am no longer scared to travel by myself. The team at the hotel really made me feel loved thank you

Hesitant at first because of the reviews but glad we decided to book with our stay. Check in process was smooth and received a friendly and warm welcome from Carlos Hernandez. He answered all our questions and was very helpful. The room on the 7th floor was beautiful, modern, spacious and clean + had an amazing view! Pleasantly surprised that this old hotel is updated and very well maintained. Hotel had amenities like food, services, restaurants, pool, free shuttle service and more! Free shuttle service is available from Miami airport and from the hotel. All you have to do is be in the designated spot, wait for it to arrive and they pick you up - they came every 15 minutes. Cane Fire Grill (onsite restaurant) had delicious food and good staff service. MIA Pantry's (onsite convenience store) had everything you will need! Super glad we decided to spend the night with Miami Airport Marriott hotel! Highly recommend this hotel!

When we travel we typically stay at Hyatt Place. The layout of the room makes it a good fit for my family. This one was really nice. The location wasnt my favorite bc there was nothing around that was walkable and getting out of there to drive anywhere was also inconvenient with the heavy traffic. However, if you're looking to stay close to the airport, its a great option. The staff was wonderful, very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious -- honestly probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The room looked a little worn, but we were travelling with 3 kids so that didn't really bother me except to question the cleanliness of the carpeting bc kids like to roll around on the floor. I think the only big bummer was that this location advertised an on-premises restaurant and even the welcome sheet they gave me at check in noted the hours of it and their website. But we were told there was no restaurant it was only breakfast. That was super disappointing especially bc getting out to get food was at least an hour bc of the hotel location and traffic. It would have been nice for us to just relax at the hotel restaurant with our kids after a long day of adventures. I also really appreciated the person who checked us in asked our preference of floor we'd like to stay on. With kids, staying on the main floor makes life so much easier so it was nice they considered/asked our preferences to make us most comfortable.

Room was clean , comfortable and big with a nice view. Shower was ok, not so much water pressure. Airport was close by, but you need a car or uber to get there. They offer breakfast, but I had an early flight and couldn’t have it. Check in and check out was easy. Their Staff were very nice and friendly and had good recommendation for a restaurant.

The room looks very clean, spacious and comfortable but the community areas needs renovation; the furniture is noticeably deteriorated and the carpets and floors look a lot dirty. We didn’t use the pool. The breakfast was okay. This hotel is perfect for stay and catch an overnight flight. It has a convenient location close to the MIA airport.

Convenient to the airport, comfy and quiet rooms. The staff, especially Eddie Morales were friendly and helpful. Power outage handled well by staff. Lobby area dated and could use a freshening. Would stay again. Did not use pool or gitness area. Comlimentary breakfast served from 6 to 9:30.

The Sheraton Miami Airport is getting better and better. A hotel doesn't have to be new, it has to look new. It is a very well-kept, clean and very well-managed hotel. The location is excellent, with free shuttles every 15 minutes to and from the international airport and a 5-minute walk to the metro, train and bus stations. The room is comfortable, very bright and with an excellent bed. The bathroom has a strong shower with good amenities. The hotel has a very well-equipped 24h fitness center and an outdoor pool with warm water. The breakfast and the service in the club lounge are much better, with excellent quality and very good service, the result of the excellent work of Mrs. Claudia Busaniche and her team. I had to make some changes and was very well attended by Mr. Clifford Clegg, director of accommodations, who was always available. The staff is to be congratulated, they are all very attentive, helpful and friendly. A park with a professional Soccer stadium is being built behind the hotel, which will host the 2026 World Cup, as well as a shopping mall and attractions. The development is peaceful, quiet, and when completed it will be a spectacular attraction. Excellent cost-benefit, I recommend it.

An outstanding one-night stay. All staff were extremely friendly. I had an upgrade to the club floor, which allowed for great snacks and a good breakfast. The room was very spacious and comfortable, quite nicely updated. I also arrived on a Thursday, when they had a lobby reception with complimentary cocktails. Staff at the pleasant restaurant and bar were also great. And the location near the airport was extremely convenient: not only do they operate a free, frequent shuttle from the terminal, but the hotel is also just across the street from the MIA Mover and Metro station. For someone flying in and out of Miami, it's hard to image a better option.

We booked a room before our cruise so we could fly in the day before. The hotel is very. Lose to the airport. Our room was not ready, so we checked the bags with the concierge, changed into bathing suits and went to the pool. We then had a delicious lunch. The Caesar and Greek salads were wonderful, as were the tostones and the pasta. We went to the room until dinner which was equally good. We had the Cuban sandwich, chicken quesadilla and pizza plus asparagus. All were fresh and cooked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was not expensive by Miami standards, and the meals and service were amazing. We also enjoyed their cold draft beer.

We stayed at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel just for one night before our flight, and it was perfect for what we needed. The location couldn’t be better — only about 5 minutes from the airport with a convenient free shuttle bus that runs frequently. Check-in and check-out were both super quick and efficient, which was great after a long day of travel. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep before our early departure. Overall, a stress-free and enjoyable stay, we’ll definitely choose this hotel again whenever we need to be near Miami Airport.

I liked the pool, I loved the breakfast restaurant buffet! I enjoyed the iguanas and the lagoon in the back by the pool. The room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed myself. The tri rail station is also right across the street. With $6 a day per person you can literally go anywhere and back. This helped when we wanted to adventure all day Saturday and then when we went to the dolphins and patriots game we didn't have to pay the taxi 90 bucks! Still got back at a decent hour and had time to eat and make our flight back home! It was great!

I had a fantastic experience at the Pullman Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their genuinely friendly and attentive service. Every interaction—from check-in to housekeeping—was warm and professional, which really made a difference during my stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international, with everything beautifully presented and constantly replenished. It was the perfect way to start each day. Another standout feature was the gym, which was always open to guests. As someone who likes to work out on a flexible schedule, I really appreciated having 24/7 access. The equipment was modern, clean, and well-maintained—ideal for keeping up with fitness routines while traveling. Overall, my stay at Pullman was comfortable, enjoyable, and exceeded expectations. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and convenience with excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Although the room was a little dated it was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. I loved the bathtub, the bed and the view from my room was amazing!! Jesse on reception was so welcoming and friendly, he really made me feel at ease after a long and complicated journey. The lobby is stunning, very art deco with a fabulous cocktail bar. The ladies at the breakfast buffet were really sweet, the breakfast was a good selection although quite small. Would 100% stay again

Only staying one night but we enjoyed it. We missed the dinner in the restaurant but you can order at the bar at 5:30pm we both ordered the salmon & had some drinks & everything was delicious. We loved the cuty view as well, our room was #1023 & you have views of bith tge airport, city & river! Plus the planes taking off go right by the window & that was fun to watch as well. Our stay was pleasant, quiet & relaxing. The property may be showing its age in places but its still nice & the added touch of security from the front gate is nice.

We really appreciated: 1. the location - it was quiet, safe, and close to the airport, restaurants, strip malls as well as a bus stop; buses pass every 30 minutes 2. the airport transfers - a free shuttle goes to the airport and returns every 30 minutes 3. the pleasant staff - we especially loved Michel and his Haitian countryman who served us at breakfast; they were very pleasant and attentive 4. the buffet breakfast - there were enough choices not to get tired of them during our 7-day stay 5. the bed and pillow - we felt like were sleeping on a cloud 6. the view - we had a spectacular view of the lagoon and pool

I stayed at the hotel for a family event wonderful experience with excellent service and had a great experience. The service and attention from Mr. Andree Lopez were excellent—he was incredibly attentive and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. The rooms were very clean, and the view of the lake was just amazing. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. I would definitely come back!

The breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner the night before at Tradewinds was excellent. (Thank you, Jorge, for your wonderful service!!) Our room was immaculate and cozy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The decor was fun, and the whole feel of the hotel was inviting. We spent the night in Miami because we chose an overnight layover rather than spending a whole day traveling. The Sonesta was the perfect place to stay, and the airport shuttle service was outstanding.

everything was exceptional, the front desk staff helped since the beginning answering all the questions we had, for breakfast there was a huge variety of food, the pool was in remodeling condition, so they offered us to use the regency hotel pool, it was next to Sonesta. the location is very convenient we had amazing food in a Cuban restaurant that is just crossing the street. we want to stay longer; we didn't want to stay in the airport for 2 hours so front desk staff offered a late fee to stay up to our flight check in time and we used the shuttle, so it was very beneficial and safe. English and Spanish speakers in the hotel is a plus. Definitively we will back soon =)

Everything! The whole place smells good, it's new, clean, beautiful. The breakfast options are amazing and delicious 😋 The free shuttle to the airport was a nice surprise and helped us a lot! The room was comfortable and clean. Not my only time there for sure!

Finding a good quality airport hotel in Miami is always a struggle for me. I usually only book 4/5 star hotels but most of the 4 star hotels are old and worn out. I reluctantly booked with Sonesta as it is classed as a 3 star, however the reviews seemed to convince me to give it a try! I’m so happy I did! The property has been recently renovated so everything is clean and comfortable. The room was modern, the bathroom was clean and the bedding was comfortable. I could smell the sheets were fresh. I received my complimentary drink and discount on food as my vip benefit. I was also given extra time to check out as a VIP member. I ate from the restaurant twice and both times the food was delicious. This has now become my MIA airport hotel of choice. My only complaint was initially waiting longer than expected for the shuttle bus from the airport . Luckily I wasn’t in a rush so this didn’t affect me. Hopefully this doesn’t happen frequently.

The room is quite nice, very comfortable bed, tons of towels, keurig comes along with coffee, def, green teas, and other fun herbal teas, the rooms are quite large (even their cheapest rooms) and the layout is very nice and cozy. The front desk employees as well as entire hotel staff are incredibly accommodating and kind and go above and beyond. Their pool is undergoing maintenance or something for I think another month but even so, they have a pool at their sister hotel right next door (barely a 1 minute walk from the front doors) that's available for guests at both hotels and is very easily accessible (no questions asked, no hassle). The pool has beach lounge chairs with fresh rolled up towels so you know what hasn't been used. They also permit you to pay in cash at the property including for the security/incidental hold of $100 that's typical of most hotels. Franconia was absolutely incredible at the front desk, and helped me out a lot when I made a mistake with my check out dates and need to renew a new reservations. She was really outstanding and so sweet with only complete kindness, she was very helpful and easily so. Everything was fixed very quickly without the slightest amount of stress or hassle. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you Sonesta and a big thanks to Franceina at the front desk!

After some research for a place to stay for my family pre cruise I found the Sonesta Miami near the airport ! I spoke with the most helpful and nicest Marisol in reservations who is actually in house and not just a person on the phone a million miles away ! She answered all my questions , assured me our stay would be perfect. We checked in very late and the next morning she gave great suggestions on some last minute pre cruise shopping within walking distance. We went to Target and they everything we might have forgotten before the cruise …. Grandsons snorkeling mask and etc etc ! She graciously held our luggage and locked it up for us and gave us a tag ! The room we stayed in was immaculate and beds were soooo comfy ! Surprisingly we didn’t hear any airport noise at all ! Hotel is newly renovated and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Marisol even got to meet with us and made us feel like family. If you are looking for a getaway, vacation or pre cruise stay that is safe , convenient to cruise port, has transportation or easy uber or lift cheap ride to port and want to feel like your family staying there with extra personal attention….this is the place to stay. Plus is so reasonably priced ! We will be back ! Thanks again Marisol for all your kindness!!!

If you have an overnight layover at Miami airport & want a comfy, clean, & convenient hotel…this is it! We had an unexpected overnight layover & the hotel was a breath of fresh air after that snaffoo. Literally. Smells SO good! There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we wanted to make the most of our unexpected adventure, so the staff offered recommendations about restaurants nearby. We chose the Cuban one across the street & would eat there again! Only issue was there are no crosswalks close to the hotel, so we safely played frogger to get there. All in all, 10/10 experience. Love & highly recommend!

I was stranded at Miami airport and stayed at the Sonesta for 3 nights. The whole stay was great, comfy bed, quiet and good meals in the restaurant. However, the stand out feature was the excellent warm, friendly and helpful service of the front desk staff: Franceina, Antrice, Allen, Rick , Jasmin, Krystyn and Davian.
