Late arrival by car and had to make some manoeuvres before understanding that you just drive to the parking hall 3rd floor and take an elevator to the Lobby at 7th floor. Convenient once you understood it. One of the best and most helpful & polite receptionists I've met in any hotel. Not just one of them, but all the staff. Got a high floor room with a city view - fine. Found out that there is Aventura mall just under our window, but still need a car to get there. No problem. Hotel was or looked brand new. Large common areas. Live music in the evenings at lobby-level. Great service at poolside restaurant. The dishes were of high quality, beautifully arranged and refined. The pool area was stylish and in the right direction, so it was worth taking a sunny moment of rest after breakfast. Breakfast was not included to the room rate and it was not of buffet-type, so prepare for queuing. If you need it fast, use the small coffee shop in the lobby. Room was modern and super clean. Coffee machine and silent air conditioning system.

We stayed at Hilton Miami Aventura hotel a week ago. Awesome experience from the time we arrived. Hotel check-in staff was welcoming and courteous. Our room looked recently updated. The hotel was super clean and had a modern look. We enjoyed time at their beautiful pool. Best of all was time spent with family. We were at the hotel for a wedding. The ceremony and reception were beautiful, the food delicious and staff helpful and polite. So convenient to stay at the same place at the ceremony/reception. There is great small convenience store on premise with Starbucks coffee and quick grab snacks. Bar area looked awesome. Wish we had more time to check it out. Hint: the LOBBY is on the 7th floor. Thank you Hilton for a wonderful weekend!

Everything was beautiful! The room was perfect and so was the scenery! The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was so helpful. The pool attendant was very nice and helpful as well. This property was absolutely stunning! I love the fact that it had a restaurant and bar on site and right across the street from aventura mall.

Everything about this property is the reason I keep coming back! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the morning coffee station is so convenient, and the Hilton hospitality truly shines here. My favorite part of every stay is the exceptional service from Mr. Caesar at the Front Office. He is always sincere, helpful, and knowledgeable — whether he’s answering questions, giving spot-on directions, or making sure every detail of my stay is perfect. I travel often for work, and I only wish all properties offered the same level of care and consistency as this one!

Staff was wonderful. Place was spotless. Quiet for miles. Cute coffee shop and beautiful 7th floor pool. Drinks at bar were yummy and bartender was attentive. Many places to spread out and work with a view as well.

My recent stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach was fantastic from start to finish. The property itself is stylish and welcoming, but what really made the trip special was the service. Jacob Rivera went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing beach day, from set-up to small details that made us feel cared for. Absolutely Spectacular Stay! We had an amazing experience at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach! The hotel is absolutely stunning—place clean, and beautifully designed. The service was top-tier from start to finish. A special shoutout to Mr. Rolando Blandon, who went above and beyond to help us with the lights and shower in our room. He was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to come across such attentive service! We truly felt cared for throughout our stay, and the attention to detail made all the difference. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting South Beach!

Hotel is conveniently located close to most things in south beach. The rooms are spacious & clean. They have a shuttle cart service which drops you to south beach & near by areas, Denise is an absolute delight. Shes really friendly & helpful, took me around ocean drive like a perfect tour guide. Miguel is also extremely helpful with bags & always steps up to greet & help with the elevators & doors. Highly recommend the hotel

Just wrapped up a long-overdue family girls trip, and the Kimpton Palomar Miami delivered in every way! • Warm welcome & stylish vibes: From the chic lobby to the airy rooms with those Instagram-ready bay views, the hotel felt equal parts boutique-cool and relaxed-luxury—exactly what we hoped for. • Pool & rooftop moments: Morning coffee by the rooftop pool, sunset cocktails at the bar—10/10 ambiance. Plenty of loungers, fluffy towels, and zero stress about “saving” seats. • Location: Quick rides to Wynwood, Brickell, and South Beach without the constant bustle right outside your door. Great balance of action and retreat. • Service that wowed us: • Miguel with the hotel staff and Denise on the shuttle team are absolute rockstars. They made every ride feel VIP—offering flawless restaurant tips, extra bottled water after a long day, and genuine conversation that felt like old friends. Timing was spot-on; we never waited more than a couple of minutes. • Front-desk and valet staff echoed the same upbeat, can-do attitude throughout the stay. While staying at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar we have been having our breakfasts at their restaurant the Palomar Cafe. They offer a good selection of food - all very delicious. We received a very friendly breakfast service from Facundo and chef Cristian. We were made to feel very welcome. In fact all staff in the Palomar cafe as well as all the hotel staff have been very polite, helpful and efficient. The Kimpton Hotel Palomar is a great hotel with a roof top swimming pool and lovely touches such as daily complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate between 7am and 11am and complimentary wine, sangria and lemonade every day between 4pm and 5pm. The location is also great - close to the sights, shops and restaurants. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stay was wonderful, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, clean suite and friendly staff is a plus. Breakfast healthy with different options was wonderful.

I stayed at Hyatt Brickell for just 1 day prior to my cruise. The service was great. They upgraded my room complimentary for my cancer free anniversary. They also delivered a fruit plate with lovely letter to my room. We also got two free complimentary drinks of any kind. The room was spacious with a balcony that had an amazing view. Friendly staff that checked in on us during my stay. They also allowed us to check out a little late. When we pulled up to the hotel, the bellboys were already approaching the car to help with our luggage. There is a cvs & a couple restaurants walking distance . Safe neighborhood . The hotel & room was very clean. They have a little area on one of the floors where you can heat up food which was very very helpful and convenient . I have no complaints. When I go back to Miami I will stay here.

I stayed at Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami with my best friend, and we took advantage of their amazing 305 Memory Makers offer. It was honestly the perfect choice for a girls’ getaway. Our room was spacious, with a stunning view and a private balcony—it made the whole experience feel extra special. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of bubbly, which set the tone for a fun and relaxing stay. The photo-ready camera rental was such a unique touch and gave us great memories to take home. Brunch was another highlight—the food was delicious, and the 50% off bottomless drinks made it even better. We also appreciated the late checkout, which gave us time to sleep in and enjoy a slow morning. Overall, the package had everything we needed for a mix of fun, relaxation, and quality time together. Highly recommend it for a friends’ trip or celebration!

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip in late May 2025. I used to live in the neighborhood so I knew this was a very convenient location for my client visit. The hotel was excellent from start to finish. The room was fantastic and had a lovely view of the water and the skyline of Brickell. The bathroom especially was exceptional and was quite large. The shower was a really great part with both a rainfall shower head and a hand-held wand - both of which had great water pressure. The breakfast in the restaurant was also quite good and reasonably priced. The room had enough space to work and to relax after a full day of meetings. My only issue was the thin-ness of the walls. I heard my neighbor having a late night 'rendezvous' that was quite vocal. The thin walls left very little to the imagination. While I appreciated his stamina I didn't need to have access to the whole narrative - especially after a full day of meetings. I didn't use the pool but from what I've seen in pictures its beautiful. The hotel's location in Brickell is really great. Being on Brickell Bay Drive puts it in a slightly quieter part of the city but its only a 5 min walk to many restaurants and bars. I'd happily stay here again when visiting for work (but will bring ear plugs).

Property was very clean and bathroom very spacious. They also had a Cuban restaurant in the premises. The view was absolutely amazing and Orlando which was the person who helped us was very friendly and helpful!! He basically offered us a room with better view. Someone else wouldn’t even try to offer anything

My wife and I recently stayed at The Miami Beach EDITION and we can’t say enough about this hotel. Location, location, location! It was just far enough from the busy parts of Miami Beach, so it was peaceful and relaxing without being too far from everything. Thank you to Paola for the restaurant recommendations. Our dinner at Japon at The Setai was one of the best experiences we had. The show was incredible, and the food was delicious. We also want to give a special thanks to Nico and Codi at the front desk for upgrading us to a suite with an ocean view. They were also helpful and made sure our needs were met. The beach staff were also great. They greeted us by name every day and the overall service was top-notch (including food and drinking service). Thank you for the cleaning service by giving us new towels twice a day, cleaning our room and turning down the bed each evening. We are missing people by name, but we want to acknowledge all staff at the Miami Beach EDITION. My wife and I highly recommend staying at The Miami Beach EDITION.

This unexpected staycation getaway was what we needed for our anniversary. The property is beyond gorgeous. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by front desk. My husband and I celebrated our 12yr anniversary in style thanks to these amazing people... from the GM Christopher kapatais who left a nice welcome surprise in our room on the first night, to the director of rooms Michaella Braddy who made sure our room was nice, elegant and had a beautiful view of the city and the Director of security, Fernando Espinales and his security manager Paul Jean-Baptiste who made us feel like true VIPs and very safe letting us know that this property is very well secured. My husband and I couldn't feel more happy with this year's anniversary celebration. Evens and Carlos who are also part of the wonderful security team made us feel safe throughut the property making sure we were escorted to different parts of the property. Jesus, at the amazing Basement bowling Alley made sure our bowling experience was phenomenal. We danced and bowled the night away in style. Our dining experience at the Matador was nothing but pure elegance. The executive chef T. Wilson has the magic hands because everything that was ordered was a 10 out of 10. Our bartenders Maxx, Hendrix and Jean made our drinks and let's just say ALL of the drinks were SOOOO good. I highly recommend the EDITION Miami Beach to anyone looking for a romantic, relaxing and luxury filled hotel experience.

I recently stayed at the Miami Edition Hotel, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel has a beautiful and unique style with elegant décor. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The customer service was outstanding, the staff were friendly, understanding, and attentive to every detail. We loved the pool, the stunning views, and the beach access. The valet service was exceptional, they paid great attention to every detail, even opening doors for us. Also, the cleaning staff went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfect. Everything was top-notch, and we enjoyed every part of our stay.

I’m a Miami local, and this was my second stay at The Miami Beach EDITION — this time for a staycation to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and you truly feel like you’re in luxury accommodations from the moment you arrive. Before our trip, I reached out to let them know it was a special occasion, and VIP Host Sergio Rijo immediately stepped in to make sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and amazing attention to detail. Having people like Sergio on the EDITION team is such an asset — A+ service all around. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I was also impressed that everyone from Sergio to the front desk thanked me for my loyalty and made me feel genuinely appreciated. Those small gestures really stand out. One detail I especially love — and that you don’t see often — is the complimentary coffee in the lobby. Most hotels only offer it early in the morning, but I went down around 11 AM and it was still piping hot and fresh. It’s such a small but meaningful touch that adds to the feeling of true hospitality. I’ve stayed at other EDITION properties, and this might just be my favorite so far. Beautiful spaces, exceptional service, and that signature EDITION vibe — all right here at home in Miami.

The Edition is amazing! We had such a great stay - the hotel is so comfortable, relaxing, clean, and has great amenities. We enjoyed our time at the beach and pool, and the in-house restaurants are awesome (the Market is delish)! The spa is excellent and the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was pristine. We felt like valued guests the whole time and will definitely be back!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the EPIC Hotel in Miami. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The hotel lives up to its name stylish, modern and with a real sense of luxury. The views over Biscayne Bay and the city skyline from the room were incredible. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, whether it was booking dinner or giving local recommendations. Rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and immaculately clean. The rooftop pool area was a highlight—perfect for relaxing with a drink while soaking in the views. Great location too—easy walking distance to Brickell, the waterfront, and plenty of great bars and restaurants. A perfect mix of city energy and resort-style relaxation. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Miami for business or leisure.

Absolutely amazing. Extremely accommodating the staff was extremely kind and helpful through the whole stay. Our waiter at the restaurant seda was absolutely fantastic she gave us amazing recommendations and was able to answer every question we had about the drink menu and the food menu she was very nice and made us feel very comfortable throughout dinner! our valet Jean Baptiste was extremely kind and quick with our car. The room was extremely clean and beautiful! The view from our balcony on the 30th floor was beautiful as well! The hotel is beautiful and clean I would say very worth your time and money!

My stay at the Kimpton Epic Hotel in downtown Miami. The experience was an amazing one. The hotel was beautiful and with amazing staff. The front desk staff was excellent with my needs or concerns. I want to point out one of my favorite experiences was with the valet staff Jean Baptiste. Mr. Baptiste, was extremely helpful and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view. The pool deck is beautiful and the spa treatments are amazing there. I would totally be returning very soon with my friends and family. I’m going to recommend the Kimpton Epic Hotel to everyone I know that’s visiting Miami.

Last week I was in Kimpton Epic Hotel downtown Miami Florida with my friends for the purpose of business. Perfect location and amazing views around. My experience was amazing there. The valet and from desk staff had delivered excellent and exceptional services. Specially Jean Baptiste was very professional in his duty. From checking in to check out, all was amazing. Jean Baptiste was kind and friendly with us. My friend and I received impeccable attention at Kimpton Epic Hotel downtown Miami. I highly recommend this place to other people.

Amazing location, just a short drive from all the main attractions. The room was spotless, very spacious, and the view was simply stunning. What I appreciated the most was the pool — even in July, it never felt crowded thanks to the two separate pools that help guests spread out. We also really enjoyed the attentive service: we ordered delicious food and drinks right by the poolside, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel was very nice and modern. The balcony views were amazing and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and rooms very clean. The restaurant was very good and we had some of the best service from Aurea! She was attentive to our needs without being overbearing and she was so personable. So sweet.

A heartfelt thank you as well to Chef Miguel for the delicious meals. We were also delighted to see New Zealand wine on the menu—a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Every interaction with the Marriott Biscayne Bay team reflected a commitment to excellence. The level of care and service we experienced will stay with us. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami and look forward to returning again in the future.

Amazing hotel and restaurant experience. Aurea and Frank are amazing servers at Gold Coast Kitchen. Delicious food! The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The views are beautiful!!!!

The hotel remodel is nice. We had stayed here once before. It is so close to the cruise ship terminal and has good taxi service. The restaurant/ bar on the main floor was good, and the marina is right outside the restaurant door. We had one problem with a gal at the restaurant desk when we went to breakfast. I said our breakfast was included in our Expedia reservation and showed her a copy of our reservation that clearly stated the fact. She stated she was sorry, but our name wasn’t on her list and we would have to go to the front desk. We sat down and were eating when a waitress heard of our concern and looked at our copy from Expedia. How sweet she was! She said she would clear it for us as it was clearly stated on my copy. She was one of those wonderful employees who go above and beyond. I suggest you always carry a copy of your reservation. Expedia had everything we needed.

Customer service always makes or breaks an experience, so this was positive because of this. The staff go above and beyond to be help (particularly those working the lobby area, helping with bags and transportation). It was a clean hotel, with useful amenities (though the prices in the shop were outrageous). I enjoyed spending some time at the restaurant bar (and appreciated being able to apply some of the resort fee to that bill). Walking around outside was a bit more difficult. There's not a clear walking path within the drop-off area, and the hotel next door (where we went to check out some shops and grab a bite to eat) was under construction, also making the area difficult to navigate. Our room was large, and clean, with a fun view of the bay. And it as Easter weekend, and they had a bunny on site offering free polaroids and treats.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable and has its own beautiful private beach with umbrellas, chairs, towels included with the resort fee. A rooftop breakfast is a delightful and delicious experience. You can order amazing food and drinks from onsite restaurant Kalypso Beach to have poolside or beachside, or eat “in” at their charming open air restaurant that overlooks the pool and ocean. The staff here are very friendly and attentive, speaking several languages and knowing most guests by name. Everything you might need is within walking distance for a wonderful beach vacation. Cute eateries, like Heart Brunch which I also highly recommend is across the street as well as many others reasonably priced places to eat or drink. Walgreens and Publix just up the street for anything you might want to have in your room, which does have a refrigerator. You can also easily take the bus, or Uber/Lyft to Biscayne Bay for boat tours, restaurants, shopping or to South Beach for some nightlife among many other nearby places. This is in a very safe and quiet part of Miami which was important to me while traveling solo. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back again very soon!

MB Wyndham is a beautiful property directly overlooking the beach on Miami Beach. Additionally our spacious room came with a big beautiful balcony with an unobstructed view of the water perfect for gazing @ the full moon or watching the sunrise 🌅 This property was recently renovated so the common areas looked new and fresh. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast on a gorgeous rooftop terrace overlooking the beach. There was also a casual restaurant on the first floor overlooking the pool that served light fare like salads and pizza 😋 The only drawback to this property was its location. It was not in walking distance to any of Miami’s attractions other than the beach 🏖️ so a car is definitely needed. There was a strip mall across the street with a super cute brunch restaurant as well as a nail salon and liquor store

This was our third and fourth stay at MB Hotel around a cruise, we now consider it a home away from home. We upgraded our stay for our last night to the ocean view balcony room, the view is stunning, the room is modern, spacious and luxuriously comfortable. Angelo is the true hidden gem at this hotel, whilst all staff we encountered during our stay were friendly, positive and helpful. Angelo is an earth angel who is passionate about his job and goes out of his way to ensure his guests are treated like family and catered for in every way. Whatever this man is paid, it isn't enough for the amazing energy he breathes into this hotel and he is one of the main reasons we keep coming back! Amazing location, beautiful pool, right on Miami North Beach, stunning views, ideal location and Angelo ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On June 11th - 14th 2025 I stayed at Mb Trademark Miami Beach ( stayed in room 103 last year)for the second time. My last visit I stayed on the 4th floor. As my first review of the hotel it still is amazing and in a great area for a relaxed vacation. Many different food selections in the area. I would definitely recommend walking near the beach in the morning. It’s a really nice calming time in the area compared being south of Miami Beach. In addition I will add my previous review to this review. It was nice to see some of the staff from my last stay and still in great spirits and still friendly from my first visit. I stayed at th MB hotel on April 24th- April 27th 2024. When arriving to the hotel it has a nice outside area where you can people watch, smoke, and drink. The lobby is straight to the point but has a bar to order drinks before going  to the pool. I arrived after 3pm, i didn't want to pay the extra $40 to get in early. The rooms are nice and have string AC units. I loved every bit of the machine. I qould definitely recommend to use the tub jets if you get one.  Beds were comfortable, I didn't select the room with a view or balcony so I can't  give much of a review on that. Once I explored and went to the pool and saw the balcony view it's nice but to pricey. Atomposhere was great and in close range to Publix, and resturants. Staff were great and I would definitely return.

I think this hotel is underrated based on it's public ratings on booking and gmaps. The location is extremely good if you want to enjoy the beach. The hotel is right on the beachside with a very nice pool area. There's also a big, shady playground right next to it. The big buildings nearby are apartments, which mean the coast is a lot less crowded than as if they were hotels. There's wildlife on the beach, we saw a dolphin and a giant ray among other things. The sand is good (almost white, so not too hot) and the water gets more shallow after an initial deep part, great for snorkeling/picking seashells with kids. The restaurant is good, has a nice atmosphere, they were also quick. Breakfast is great too, with a very nice view. Most complaints I've seen are about the rooms (no windows, small and neighbouring buildings are nearby) but you can avoid these by picking a city view or seaview room. Those are spacious, and have a balcony. We were on city side, the road in front of the hotel is busy, but sound insulation was good. You have to pay for parking, but it's conveniently located. They do charge a deposit, but I got it back the day after we've left (I have a USD account led in a Hungarian bank) Overall the hotel felt cosy, it was not crowded, the location is extremely good, and we were happy with the services/amenities.

My husband and I stayed at the Kimpton Angler for our baby moon, and we absolutely loved it! I would go as far as to say that it is one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed at. We stayed at the spa room because we needed a bathtub for our toddler, and the room was great! It had a huge balcony, and was a good size room. We requested a couple of things for our room (pack and play and small fridge for milk), and those were already there when we arrived. The staff was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Luciana, Mohamed, and Gaston were great throughout our stay! Their customer service was 10/10. The location of the hotel was central but on a quiet street with may restaurants within walking distance. The beach was only a couple of blocks away, and the hotel offers free umbrellas, beach tote bag, towels, and sun block, which was very convenient. We spent a lot of time at the rooftop pool, and it was really fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay at Miami Beach!

Staff were very good, very helpful . Nice furniture in the room but room needed updating. Not cheap in Miami, we had a room for 4 which is difficult to find in a good location in south beach area but it was in an older part of the building, no balcony, no view, no windows that opened. Extra beds were a sofa bed. Cleanliness in bathroom was a bit lacking, hair in the bin, someone had previously been cutting hair and on the bathroom floor. Didn’t bother complaining. We were only there for 2 nights. Shower was old . Not enough towels left for 4. Free coffee in reception, self service from 7-10am which is a nice touch, not to be confused with coffee from bar habana which is not free. Also have free wine 5-6 (I think) in reception which is a nice touch. Pool area is nice, chair covers, towels and sun cream available, plenty of umbrellas for shade. Breakfast at bar habana is very good quality, it’s not cheap but that’s because Miami is very expensive. El patio is nice too. Artwork is nice and the whole place smells lovely. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a short walk to ocean drive. Would stay here again but maybe look at alternative room. Think we were in room 201.

I had a very nice experience staying at this hotel in Miami Beach. The customer service was excellent—staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Breakfast was very good each morning, and the hotel’s restaurant also served delicious food. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would definitely come back!

Onsite restaurants and bar were very good and reasonably priced. Free coffee and wine at points during the day. Very helpful staff. Beach towels, bags and umbrellas available. Short walk to Ocean Drive and the beach and lots of good restaurants nearby. Rooms and communal areas clean and fresh.

Like much of South Beach, the building(s) of the Kimpton Angler's are old and charming. But unfortunately the guestroom we stayed in was not charming, just old. Old and tired. Our room was certainly clean, but showing its age and wear - along with the hallways, stairwells, and ancient elevator (2nd building) that was in fact out-of-order. The website shows some really nice rooms, but I have no idea where they are, every hallway we trod through looked worn and old. That said, the common areas like the lobby, restaurant, rooftop pool area, as well as the service levels from staff were legendary Kimpton quality. We had an amazing day hanging at the rooftop pool where we lunched, and we ended up through circumstances to have dinner in the Kimpton's restaurant (Le Patio) twice, and were treated to an excellent meal and service both times. We are loyal Kimpton Rewards members, and we have stayed in numerous properties in various cities (most recently Barcelona, Spain), and this is the only experience that was not a solid 5 stars. Overall we had an enjoyable stay. We're not big fans of South Beach (or Miami in general), so I don't think we'll be back. But if happenstance takes us there again, I would consider staying here, but I would insist on an updated room.

I recently stayed at AC hotel Aventura and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and the rooms were comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. One of the best features for me was the pet-friendly policy, which allowed me to bring my furry friend along without any hassle. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the accommodations and the amenities offered. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area, making it easy to explore the local attractions and dine at nearby restaurants. The only downside was that poolside drinks were not available during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and pet-friendly place to stay at a great price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just a short distance from Aventura Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. Parking was hassle-free, thanks to the attached three-level garage. The hotel itself has a spacious and stylish lobby, complete with a cocktail bar—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The amenities were great, including a well-maintained swimming pool and gym. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary late checkout until 2 PM, which we really appreciated. The air conditioning runs 24/7 throughout the hotel, which keeps things very cool. However, while there is a control panel in the room, it didn’t allow us to fully adjust the temperature. Even when set to 75°F, the room never got warmer than 63°F, so we had to turn it off at night for comfort. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Given the excellent location, great amenities, and welcoming staff, we would likely stay here again on our next visit to Miami!

My husband was staying here for a work trip for three nights, and I decided to tag along. It's not in South Beach so if you want to stay by all the action, this hotel is not the one for you. South Beach will be at least a half hour drive, and that's without traffic. It seemed that most people staying here were on business. Here are some of the pros/cons: Pros: -They let us check in early at around 10. Of course, this is based on availability and we were checking in on a Sunday, so that might have helped -Nice outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs -Two free bottles of water each day -Mini fridge -There are a few restaurants across the street, including a Starbuck’s. That was nice since we didn't have a car. I recommend Bartaco -Rooms are clean and spacious, with a separate seating area, an extra bench area to put all of your stuff -Good wifi - I worked from the hotel one day and had no connection issues Cons: -Pillows are not comfy and the bed is quite lumpy. My back and my neck were hurting after the first night. The second night, I called to request additional pillows. No one came after half an hour so I had to call again. Someone finally came another half an hour after that -There was a used bar of hand soap by the sink when we checked in. It’s minor but it also makes me wonder what else they didn’t clean

We spent a week here and were completely satisfied with everything. Loved the heated pool with the nice sunbeds. Pool bar is available until 5 pm. Lemonade is for free at the pool. The location is great, near to Aventura Mall (by car of course) , great restaurants nearby. Free purified bottled water in room and at the reception. Our room had a view to a tiny little cute pond, 6th floor, totally quiet, soundproof window, AC works well, no noise, warm water for bathing with normal pressure. Wifi working well. Bed comfortable, room is clean. Free starbucks coffee at the bar downstairs in the mornings. I guess Cleaning everyday, but we put privacy sign on for days and noone entering, respecting privacy sign.

Nice hotel. It is well situated on a quiet street but near restaurants, Aventura Mall, etc. The spacious lobby has a nice bar. The room was very nice but basic. There is not a separate bathroom—rather, a shower off the bedroom and a separate toilet "room." The sink is right in the bedroom. It is perfectly functional, although not super luxurious.

Reception were very welcoming . First impression was that the hotel was very clean and functional. Small shop for essentials . Room spacious , bed super comfortable ~ every need for the stay catered for. Breakfast buffet was perfectly fine; staff friendly and helpful. Concierge helpfully arranged a cab for us to visit Miami Beach , which arrived within 10 mins

Staff at desk was welcomi g. Room clean and modern. Bed soft and comfotable. Goid pillows. Dove bathroom products good. And those breakfast sweet rolls!!! So civilized to have washclothes again, looking at you EU countries. How do they shower and get clean? Recommend this lodging. Safe, closet, iron and board. Place to open luggage and large work desk with comfortable chair. Small frig with freezer, microwave and Keurig.

Property was nice and check in was easy, we were even able to checkin early. Staff is so nice, friendly, and helpful. They have amazing amenities, the free breakfast was wonderful they had a lot of choices and everything at the buffet was delicious. We only stayed for one night so we can board a cruise the next day, the best part was the staff made us aware that they had a shuttle available to take us to and from the port for a very reasonable price so of course we opted for that and it cost us less money to do so. All in all great place to stay for a pre-cruise stay or even to explore Miami!

Stayed one night before a cruise. The free airport shuttle was nice to have plus we scheduled a shuttle to take us to the port & pick us up after the cruise & take us to the airport ($12 fee each way)...so convenient! Since I have a background in hospitality I tend to be over critical but this hotel was great! Our room was very clean, beds & pillows were amazing. The staff was very welcoming, friendly & helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. Loved our stay!

Good points: room was a good size and bathroom too, plus Dove shower products. Coffee available in the food area. Close to the airport. Very polite and helpful staff - they organised for us to be in early to the room and also put our bags in their store. Next door to a petrol station which has Subway and only 500m walk to an excellent Cuban restaurant. Negative Points: the Shuttle to collect us from the airport was diabolical. It's shared with the Best Western Hotel. Stuffed full, suitcases on laps. Only runs once per hour so if it's too full you'll have to wait for it to come round again. Most were waiting over an hour (like us). Goes all over the place. To take us to the airport worked fine (at 6am) as it was not full and we went straight to the airport. Breakfast by UK standards is rubbish. Plastic cutlery that bends. No chopped up fruit or healthy options. But US breakfasts are pretty diabolical in hotels anyway. If you want to get fat, be diabetic, etc then eat a US breakfast. We would stay here again due to the proximity to the airport but it is hellishly expensive for what we got for the price.

We stayed in a double queen room, large and spacious with comfortable beds. The room was very clean and had a bath which was handy having young children. Large impressive lobby upon entry to the hotel. Front desk staff were polite and very helpful. Hotel is in the heart of Miami and about a 20 minute drive to South Beach and 10 minute drive to Miami Port. Great Wifi access throughout hotel. Large and delicious selection of breakfast options in the restaurant buffet.

Hotel manager nick was fantastic. Checked in at 10 pm and our room was unavailable until nick intervened. Dinner on the house while we waited. Didn’t like the room initially provided. Nick searched and got a better one and personally greeted us as he opened the door to the new one. Gave us a late checkout as well without hesitation. Very professional. Everything he took upon himself to make amends. And he did. ( Nick even personally tried to find me some over the counter medication over the phone when i could not. ) Thank you. I will come back. By the way, the hotel lobby is quite spacious, comfortable chairs with nice view of the river. The in-house store, with muffins, cakes, bagels, pizza and fruits and orher assorted goodies is quite handy and complete. We bought 11 slices of their cakes to take with us! Rooms kept clean and were spacious as well. Hotel well located downtown next to lots of good restaurants. In the end, what mattered most here was the hotel manager. Congratulations Hyatt, you can be sure this Regency is in good hands. He took a very delicate situation where the hotel had made a horrible error and turned it into a pleasurable stay.

The staff members were very welcoming and helpful. Checking in and out were a breeze. My room was extremely clean, with housekeeping checking in daily. We also had the best view of the bridge and river. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially on the side where you can view the river and bridge. Such a beautiful view, and moreso at night. We had a panoramic room on the river side.

Hyatt Regency is a lovely hotel with great views in the restaurant. The food is delicious, waitstaff are welcoming and attentive. The rooms are clean, well appointed and the Hyatt beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job with the beds. My sheets were crisp and clean. Great hotel for your overnights.

We’ve stayed many times and when we go to Miami, this is the hotel we always stay at because of the cleanliness, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great restaurant, and perfect location.

Hotel Ocean is in a great location. Directly across the street from the beach, it’s perfect. They offer beach chairs and towels, which is helpful and courteous. They provide daily bottled water as well. The room is spacious with a decent sized shower and bathtub. We had some issues with the AC snd they provided us with a portable AC, which was helpful. The hotel could use some slight updates here and there, but it’s kept clean and comfortable. The restaurant was decent, but a little pricey. You can get a discount as a hotel guest. All and All we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ocean.

Amazing stay in Miami !!! We had such a great 3-night stay at this hotel in Miami! From the moment I arrived, the staff were super friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was cozy and had everything to make me feel comfortable. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants. What really made the stay even more special was the restaurant just downstairs. As hotel guests, we got a discount, and every evening there was live music – it created such a fun and relaxed vibe to end the day. Big thanks to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami! 🌴✨

We were here for just one night. It was a hopping place to be. Island vibe music started about 8:30 am (could hear in the room from outside). Party/dance vibe music at night. If you are looking for quiet, this is not the place. If you are looking for activity, lots of people watching, walkable access to the beach, and lots of food choices within walking distance this is your spot. The hotel provided towels and beach chairs and bottled water when we were ready to head to the beach. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. We were in the handicap accessible room, so the bathroom did not have a door (wide entry) and the shower was sort of "in the corner" but not totally closed off. It was fine for us. If you prefer total privacy when you are in the bathroom, you would not want this type of room. I would stay here again if we were in the area. No pool. But the beach was across the street and a short walk.

Hotel was right on Ocean Drive where all the dining options are. Our room being ocean front was very spacious along with the bathroom. Bed was clean and comfortable. View was great over to the beach and water. They give you beach chairs to use during your stay. Staff at the hotel was polite and helpful. Restaurant served a great breakfast. They have music playing all evening and night. Some folks complained about this late into the night. We though it just added a nice touch every evening while drinking your wine. I'd come back and book the hotel on my next visit.

The staff at the hotel and restaurant (KANOLI) were absolutely AMAZING! We arrived super early due to early cruise departure and they we so accommodating and welcoming! They stored our bags while waiting for check-in, got us a great table at the restaurant and then set us up with towels and chair to take to the beach, all BEFORE we even checked in. The room was ready WAY before indicated and was clean and welcoming. A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO: Alexandra- Reception Jaramya- Reception Barbara, Miriam and Asin- KANOLI You all made the last night of our Honeymoon absolutely AMAZING and we cannot thank you all enough!! I would give 20 stars if possible!

The hotel and the room looks nice. Clean and nice fresh scent all over the hotel and room. It is close to the beach where they offer 2 sunbeds for free, without umbrella. That costs around 22-24$ per day. There is a small pool at the rooftop. We could use the beach and pool after check-out. There is coffee at the room. The area is quiet and the window that looked at the street on the 2nd floor was soundproof. Bed is very comfy. So no issue with sleeping, it was perfect. AC is working well, not noisy at all. We had Breakfast at El Nogal Latín Restaurant & Bar just a few step away was delicious and for reasonable price. Wifi is working fine.

The hotel was in a good location. It was a short walk to the beach (5 mins) and a long walk (30-45 mins) or a short cab ride to restaurants and bars in South Beach. Overall we liked being close to South Beach but far enough away that the area was quiet. The hotel also has a relationship with a company on the beach that provides beach chairs and towels included in the price of the hotel. Umbrellas cost extra ($22 per day). We had a good experience with the beach company, but I did notice that some of the staff were quite rude and unhelpful to other guests (i.e. getting angry when guests moved chairs and refusing to provide towels to guests who arrived later in the day). The beach company closes at 5pm. The staff at the hotel were great, though!

I was very happy with this hotel. The property is very nicely decorated. I understand that it was recently renovated. It is is a beautiful boutique hotel. I would highly recommend it. It conveniently located close to great restaurants, the beach and shopping. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. I want to express my extra gratitude to Alvaro and the entire staff of the restaurant. The service and the food was very good. I would also like to thank Camila and Cesar at the front desk for their professional and friendly service. The entire staff helped to make my stay a very pleasant and comfortable experience. I plan to book this hotel again in the Spring.

I was staying with my fiance, family members and a few friends for our mini destination wedding long weekend. The staff was beyond accommodating. Every single person we interacted with was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. They did their absolute best to help us out with some odd requests that were definitely above and beyond normal service. The area is fabulous- walkable, nice restaurants, bars, and a 24-hour CVS super close (and beach of course). Close enough to the heart of South Beach but much quieter and cleaner. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and relaxing.

The Berkeley Hotel was great and well located between the Miami Beach Convention Center, and the busy South Beach restaurants, nightlife and hotel on Collin St. Close enough to everything but nested on a safe quiet street between it all. Cesar at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He genuinely cared about making our stay in Miami enjoyable and was happy to help with suggestions were needed. Would, highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Convenient dining choices on property. Pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and also nice welcome to Miami close to airport. Firm mattress where we prefer softer but clean room. We’ll be back!

We prefer the Marriott brand and chose this hotel because of their “park and cruise” program. They have a package rate for cruise passengers and although they do not have a complimentary shuttle to the port, they have an agreement with a private taxi company that was prompt and affordable. On property parking is ample and convenient. Our room was very clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view of Miami. Desk staff was helpful and professional.

I was impressed by the amenities at this hotel. I go to many hotels, but this was exceptional. The breakfast I opted for was a complete-cooked meal made for you, or you can choose the buffet. I loved the Spanish French Toast! There were also Starbucks drinks located at the other Marriott across the courtyard, as well as other food options. My room was comfortable and quiet. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes and a board in the lobby has the departures to let you know if they are on time or not (just like the airport). I would come back to this hotel without any thought and would look forward to it.

Very convenient especially shuttle picknup and drop off. Dinning options are good. Friendly staff and check- in was quite easy. The room had zero view, no garden, no hiway, no nothing. Just a white wall. Not really complaining since its just a night stay. But the room is spacious and bathroom is huge. Super clean. Ill book this again.

Very clean room, love the 2 bottles of water as amenity, after my long trip was very refreshing. Bar at the lobby super, all the staff amazing very friendly. Bartender very nice person I don't remember his name, but he has afro hair. Also I would to recognize the Front desk, very smile and friendly.

The morning breakfast selection was very fresh and delicious. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperatures.

This is my second (maybe even third) stay at the Embassy Suites Miami Airport, and each visit has been consistently excellent. I often recommend this hotel to my company for meetings because the staff is always friendly, the service is dependable, and the overall experience never disappoints. Jasmine at the front desk deserves special recognition! She’s always warm, professional, and incredibly efficient during check-in. She even takes the time to share great local recommendations, which I really appreciate. Chris is another gem—always cheerful and helpful. He makes sure I know about the complimentary breakfast and evening happy hour every time I visit. Both of those amenities are fantastic and really add to the welcoming atmosphere here. The hotel’s location is perfect—just about five minutes from the airport and close to Pollo Tropical and other great local restaurants. The on-site restaurant and fully stocked bar are convenient, and our meeting spaces have always been set up exactly as requested. Overall, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Embassy Suites Miami Airport continues to be my go-to hotel for both business, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at this hotel in September and my experience was truly wonderful. The facilities are comfortable and welcoming, but what made my stay extra special was the restaurant. The service provided by Yasiel was outstanding — always attentive, friendly, and making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!

We came here for the night before our cruise. We had arrived early. After a short wait, we had a room available just before 3 pm. Jasmin did a great job welcoming us and providing information for the manager reception and morning breakfast. We had room 720 , a king bed suite. The room was clean and near the rear elevator bank. It was comfortable in the room They had a free shuttle to nearby restaurants and stores. The manager reception had a nice selection of snack food and drinks. It was a Friday night and they had a singer in the lobby providing entertainment. In the morning, we went to the breakfast buffet. We had made to order eggs and other foods. There was a wide variety of foods available. We were very pleased with our stay They had a shuttle service for people going to the cruise port for $12 per person. They started at 9:30 am running the shuttles.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely hotel prior to leaving for our transatlantic and European cruise. We found the staff to be professional and efficient and want to thank Christopher, Yamelin and Jaqueline for their expertise. The Suites were clean, spacy and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, and they gave us linens for the second day, that we didn't need to use. The bathroom was well stocked and spacious. We had delicious made to order omelets, hash browns, English muffins and some fruit. Orange juice and coffee were plentiful. At happy our they served fresh vegetables with dip and chips and salsa. Everyone received 2 drink coupons that could be redeemed for alcoholic or soft drinks. This was a wonderful stay, and we can recommend this property.

The property is very close to the Miami Airport Intermodal Station, which gives you easy access to the airport, trains, and buses. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Despite the proximity to the airport, it’s quite soundproof and the plane and train noises are not bothersome (I’m a light sleeper). The hot breakfast and evening socials are lovely gestures, with a good variety of tasty food options. The staff was helpful and friendly, very welcoming. I will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Good variety at free breakfast (some healthy stuff like greens, hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit and some indulgences like waffles and muffins). Airport shuttle is very convenient. The gentlemen that drives the shuttle is very friendly and helpful!

Close to airport. Very clean, quiet and secure. Attentive staff. Was able to get an early check in. The breakfast buffet was spot on. Love the waffle on demand machine! The shuttle driver was super professional and friendly.

Hotel is modern and clean. Room was very clea and confortable. Social hour and breakfast were excellent. Staff was uniformly warm and welcoming, especially front desk staff. Location is a five-minute walk to airport train center where you can take trains or buses to Downtown or Miami Beach for $2.25 each way - no need for expensive Ubers. Only restaurant option nearby is Cuban place by the airport which was very good; otherwise Door dash, GrubHub etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and modern. The full kitchen in the room was a very nice amenity. The free breakfast was much more than a Continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, etc. Were excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, in particular our shuttle driver was outstanding. He was friendly and personable and a good ambassador for the hotel.

The hotel is located in beautiful Coral Gables in a historic building. Rooms are very spacious and are well equipped with everything including the coffee machine. You can get your complementary bottle of water at Reception or use the water in the room which they charge 8 dollars for. We had two rooms on the second floor of the hotel, but because the hotel is located on top of an office building or something it felt like we were on the sixth floor or higher thus we had a great view of Miami skyline from our balcony Upon our arrival, we were offered vouchers for complimentary breakfast and each guest was offered a 25 dollar worth voucher to use either for room service or to get extras at breakfast. They also offer a complementary cocktail which is their signature citrus Sangria cocktail. Speaking about the facilities - the hotel has a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace with great views of the Miracle Mile. Both Jacuzzi and the pool are heated and open till 21:00 so we had an opportunity to relax after long days of sightseeing.

My stay at the Hotel was absolutely spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Kenroy) at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process seamless. My room was not only spotless but also beautifully designed, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and stunning city views. The hotel's amenities were top-notch; I particularly enjoyed the delicious and diverse breakfast. The convenient location made exploring the city a breeze, and the overall service from every staff member was attentive and genuinely courteous. This hotel exceeded all my expectations, providing a truly memorable and luxurious experience, and I can't wait to return

I travel to Miami once a year for work, and this is my third year staying here — I look forward to it every time! The valet team is always so friendly and welcoming, and the hotel smells amazing the moment you walk in. (I even asked the front desk what the scent was!) Check-in is easy, the rooms are super clean and spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable with lots of pillow options. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the location can’t be beat — great food and places to explore all around. Already excited to come back next year!

I stayed at this property as I was in town for a weeding. It’s very clean and the room is beautiful with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, iron ironing board etc. the location of the property is amazing ! It’s literally steps from the beach so you will not need to pay for transportation the beach! You can ask the front desk for a ticket and when you take it to the beach they give you free chats and an umbrella. The only negative about this property is the bar is not functional so if the bar is a needed perk for you this won’t be a sport for you as the bar is only there for decoration. You are steps away from a bar so it wasn’t a big deal the bar is right by the beach. The other negative was the toilet in our room would not flush properly. I would stay here again it was a amazing stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Westover Arms. We had the largest unit - our unit was very spacious and well-equipped (full kitchen and also a washer/dryer). The lighting was well thought-out, unlike many hotels where the lighting is too dark. The layout of the furniture was practical and the bed was very comfortable. I am not sure about the sofabed as I didn't use it. The staff was responsive but not really friendly, and there was usually just one person at the door. Beach towels and coolers were available to take to the beach, which was only a 5 minute walk away, and at the beach there were dedicated umbrellas, which made it a very good beach experience. We were able to walk to South Beach, though it is a pretty long walk. There is a CVS next door that has pretty much anything you might need, including a good selection of sandwiches, salads, cut fruit, etc. My only complaints would be that there is a bit of noise - honking - coming from the street (though the sound-proofing is pretty good).

I love this hotel. It is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it is so close to the beach, the rooms have a washer and dryer and full kitchen. This is my second time staying there and I have recommended it to family who also had a great experience. The location is a big deal for me. It is literally across the street from the beach, but since it doesn't have the ocean view, it is much more affordable. You get 2 free beach chair rentals a day and they will give you coolers and ice for free as well. It is also located on 41st street which has a lot of good restaurants, so you can walk everywhere if you need. Really, especially for families, this is a great deal.

I enjoyed my stay at Westover Arms. My room was comfortable and very clean and updated. Kitchen had stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The bathroom shower was huge and updated. I loved having a washer and dryer in the room to clean my wet clothes. The beach is a 2 min walk. I love the location of this hotel. Its in between South Beach and North Beach at 41st street. Note that there is no onsite parking. You can park 2 blocks away at the parking garage for $8/day.

Excellent location! Trolley bus goes right in front or behind hotel which gives free transportation to all of Miami Beach. Room was spacious, bright and clean. Beach chairs/umbrella included and beach only 2 blocks away. They also provided a small cooler so we could pack drinks/food for our time at the beach. Staff was helpful. CVS just across the street was very handy for supplies.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The staff service was very helpful and friendly also, the driver for the shuttle which takes you to and from the hospital was very pleasant, courteous and helpful.

I traveled with my wife to visit my father in an elderly facility very close to the SpringHill Suites, about five minutes walking distance. We just stayed only one night there. As we arrived to the hotel from the airport mid-morning, it wasn’t the check-in time and the front desk allows to keep our luggage until the time comes. Coelo, the Front Desk Attendant/Concierge at the moment we arrived was very kind and professional. Then Thomas took care of us when we checked-in at the afternoon. I ask for a room overlooking south (I prefer those rooms, since I checked the other suites overlooking the Dolphin Expressway/I-395) and the view was really nice. Our suite, number 321, third floor we found it very clean, sanitized and plenty of space. I found convenient the separate toilet room from the shower room. The shower cabin had good water pressure and we found very spacious, even for two people. The closet had some wood hangers for shirts & pants, lots of space to keep clothing & shoes at hand. The breakfast in the morning was plenty of stuff; scrambled eggs (very tasty), pork sausage, bagels galore, great coffee (both bold and decaf), sweet apples and oranges; in fact, both my wife and me found the food very delicious. I gave five stars to the food. When the check-out time came, Coelo once again took care of us with a great smile. We return in a near future to the Springhill Suites Miami Downtown/Medical Center with high expectations. Kudos for all the staff. You guys rock!

Natalie at the front desk was excellent, kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and modern and the room was comfortable. We were staying overnight for a medical reason so the location was perfect. The restaurant/bar is good with basic pub meals and drinks and the complementary breakfast was great.

Excellent one night stay. Desk staff very friendly, welcoming and kind. Room 412 was immaculate, lovely, totally quiet, spacious with good surface space, comfy bed, great quality towels and linens. and good water pressure. The only negative was poor WiFi. Did not have breakfast there so cannot comment on the food.

Regular business traveler here. This is my first time staying at a SpringHill suites and I really liked it. The hotel has a restaurant that serves dinner so no need to find food on your own. Breakfast is included. The room was roomy and perfectly comfortable and clean. Bed was more comfortable than most hotels, which was a nice surprise. I was given two bottles of water and a snack at check in, but this may be because of my status with Marriott.

The lady whose name I wish I knew at desk was so amazing. She answered all my questions and let us keep a bunch of suitcases there for several hours before we could check in. They have a happy hour where they give you a glass of wine, which was awesome. They also have free water bottles, and Keurig coffee available. It was in a nice safe quiet street. However, the beach is just a few minutes walk away. And there’s several restaurants nearby. We ate at an Asian sushi place right around the corner and it was delicious. We enjoyed our stay and mostly the customer service! Thank you We did stay here because we wanted to see Dexter‘s(the show) apartment complex that’s right down the road but it is guarded by a cop and you cannot get anywhere near it lol. So don’t even try. Hahah. The beach nearby has a really cool farmers market on Saturday and Sundays and the water was very warm with a lot of waves. We loved it! Uber’s around the area were affordable too

YES YES YES YES YES !!! WHAT A FABULOUS STAY !! With lovely staff setting the mood right from arrival time this is a beautifully presented and immaculately furnished stunner with art and design factors of a very high four bordering five star hotel The staff are super professional and cannot do enough to ensure your stay is top priority all the way ..It's a classy area not too far from the beach and has parking at 15 USD per 24 hrs , The breakfast is a little light but sets you up for a healthy morning start and there is free fruit juices and water all day . Aswell there are some great fresh wines by the glass on the house between five and six pm unlimited so o steady !! The rooms are fresh immaculate and elegant The bed is the most comfortable bed ever and the bedding is luxurious .It has a designer bathroom ,fab Aircon , top coffee machine , Aircon , all is top end at low prices I travel a lot and can totally recommend this well priced bargain Grab it while you can. Gracias amigos!

Honestly the best night sleep I’ve had in ages. The bed, pillows and bedding here were incredible. The room decor was fantastic, the room itself was clean, tidy and well presented with a small fridge and coffee machine. Friendly staff, close to the beach. Good decent breakfast, my dad struggled to enjoy the protein yogurts as they are a little heavy. But otherwise the bagels, fresh fruit, cereal, toast etc were all great. Not very much space to eat however, so occasionally found ourselves outside on the front porch. Lovely spot on the front porch, but did pick up a fair few insect bites between the two of us which we couldn’t contribute to anywhere else. If using public transport to get about, as we did, this place is a mission away from downtown Miami and south Miami Beach/ocean drive. But the hotel and surrounding areas were of great quality and well kept for a price that would have been hard to find in heavy tourist spots. I would recommend this hotel though and stay again.

A small boutique hotel (46 rooms), offers great and friendly service, very comfortable room, a glass of wine at 5, breakfast....within walking distance of the Bal Harbor Shops. The room and bathroom are clean, and the bed comfortable. We look forward to our next trip to Miami Beach. We'll definitely stay there. Adjacent to the hotel is The Palm restaurant, one of my husband's all time favorite steak houses. He ate there 30 years ago on business, and the high quality hasn't changed.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Parking was close to the room and my room was near the lobby. This made it easy to enter and leave and the get morning coffee and the nice breakfast. The room was clean and met my needs. There was a good Mexican type restaurant just 100 feet from the hotel with delicious food.

Great place and convenient to everything Miami. Very modern and clean. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful. Have a bar and store to buy snacks which is nice. Breakfast was the only thing I wasn’t super impressed with, but it was free so really no complaints. Would stay again for sure.

When we travel we typically stay at Hyatt Place. The layout of the room makes it a good fit for my family. This one was really nice. The location wasnt my favorite bc there was nothing around that was walkable and getting out of there to drive anywhere was also inconvenient with the heavy traffic. However, if you're looking to stay close to the airport, its a great option. The staff was wonderful, very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious -- honestly probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The room looked a little worn, but we were travelling with 3 kids so that didn't really bother me except to question the cleanliness of the carpeting bc kids like to roll around on the floor. I think the only big bummer was that this location advertised an on-premises restaurant and even the welcome sheet they gave me at check in noted the hours of it and their website. But we were told there was no restaurant it was only breakfast. That was super disappointing especially bc getting out to get food was at least an hour bc of the hotel location and traffic. It would have been nice for us to just relax at the hotel restaurant with our kids after a long day of adventures. I also really appreciated the person who checked us in asked our preference of floor we'd like to stay on. With kids, staying on the main floor makes life so much easier so it was nice they considered/asked our preferences to make us most comfortable.

Room was clean , comfortable and big with a nice view. Shower was ok, not so much water pressure. Airport was close by, but you need a car or uber to get there. They offer breakfast, but I had an early flight and couldn’t have it. Check in and check out was easy. Their Staff were very nice and friendly and had good recommendation for a restaurant.

The room looks very clean, spacious and comfortable but the community areas needs renovation; the furniture is noticeably deteriorated and the carpets and floors look a lot dirty. We didn’t use the pool. The breakfast was okay. This hotel is perfect for stay and catch an overnight flight. It has a convenient location close to the MIA airport.

Convenient to the airport, comfy and quiet rooms. The staff, especially Eddie Morales were friendly and helpful. Power outage handled well by staff. Lobby area dated and could use a freshening. Would stay again. Did not use pool or gitness area. Comlimentary breakfast served from 6 to 9:30.

Clean rooms and great customer service, no loud noise, very peaceful and great balcony views. I would like to thank Tangela for making sure that our stay there is comfortable and answering any questions with great customer service and a great attitude.also she makes sure we have fresh coffee in the morning and the area is very clean. The food there is very good also.

I am a frequent guest at this great place. The property is clean and well located facing a mall and restaurants. They offer 24 hours free coffee and tea. The rooms are spacious, bottled water was given us, as well as a toothbrush, which we had forgotten to take. Javier, at the front desk was particularly attentive, friendly and professional. I will definitely continue to return to this hotel, and recommend it highly.

This hotel was conveniently located for our purposes. Room was clean, shower worked great, staff was friendly and breakfast in restaurant was very good. Only problem was noise from the street. I am not bothered by street noise but it was surprising how much I could hear traffic, sirens, horns, etc... from the 5th floor.

This is our "Go To" hotel when we visit my parents in North Miami Beach. Hotel is always clean, staff is always friendly/professional and not at the outrageous beach hotel prices. Lots of dining/shopping options within walking distance.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Oscar was kind and helpful - he checked us in and answered all our questions professionally. There is a Whole Foods across the street and the location is very convenient for the Biscayne Bay area. Highly recommend!

The hotel was nice and clean, in a great location nearby shops and restaurants and 10 minute walk to Aventura Mall. The staff was helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for self parking and no valet service available. There is free parking around you just have to walk. There is a pool but would be nice to have a jacuzzi as well. Overall good experience.

Brilliant hotel, the amazing staff can't do enough for you, from check in to check out, everyone is lovely and helpful. Small shop next to Reception if you need drinks and snacks. Lovely heated pool open til midnight. Great bar and bar staff, tasty bar food, free pool table. Live music Friday nights. Room was perfect, family room for four, loads of room and great views. Good location for a choice of bars and restaurants. Shame about the NFL result #Raiders but great experience at the Hard Rock Stadium. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you to all the staff you were amazing.

This hotel is absolutely charming. Friendly staff, great bar with fun cocktails, amazing breakfast options, beautiful pool, clean room, and a nice view of the city. The AC was powerful, and I often found it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature in my room. Fortunately, I brought a sweater, so I'm not complaining. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. But I should warn those of you who are unfamiliar with Miami that this area is very congested. While the hotel was spectacular, be prepared for LONG drives/rides, even to locations that are only a few miles away.

My husband and I stayed at the Aloft Aventura Hotel for a class reunion, and our experience was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were warmly greeted by Brandy at the front desk, whose hospitality and personable demeanor truly stood out. Our room was perfect for a weekend stay, clean, comfortable, and offering a beautiful view of the city. The lobby had a welcoming vibe, and the pool had a modern, resort-style feel that added to the vacation atmosphere. There were plenty of dining options nearby, which made it convenient, and the on-site bar with entertainment was a great touch. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Miami.

This property is awesome. So conveniently placed near great restaurants, coffee shops and walking distance to shopping. The property is clean, quiet and well taken care of. Pool is super large with lots of loungers and seating. The on site gym is humongous and looks like it has barely been used. But the best part about this property are the front desk staff- so friendly and welcoming; and always ready to assist… who ever is hiring at this property is scoring 110%. Special mention to Atifah at guest check-in, truly an ambassador to the Marriott brand!
