I stayed at Camperio House for 6 nights with my 10 years old daughters and we had a wonderful time. Making the reservation was easy, Stefano answered every question quickly & pleasantly. The staff was friendly & helpful. They helped us with all Covid 19 related issues (tests etc.). The hotel is very comfy & cozy. The dining room is beautiful & elegant. Breakfasts were good and fresh. The suite was very comfortable and clean: the bathroom was prefect (except for the shower head), the kitchen was well equipped, towels were changed daily and the beds were made. We were allowed to use the washing machine & dryer freely, the location is perfect! a few minutes' walk to all major attractions, shops & restaurants. . The last night was a bit disappointing as a new loud family stayed next door and they made a lot of noise but I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed in Milan for two nights with our 7 month old. The room wasn’t ready upon arrival so we walked about for a few. The hotel is located a block from Via Dante with stores and restaurants to check out. Good location. 10 minute walk from Piazza Duomo. We stayed in a deluxe suite, room 25. It was very big with a loft area where we kept the pack-n-play for the baby. The shower was nice with an overhead shower head and good pressure which is better than most other hotel showers. I am 6’2” so I normally have to duck under the shower head. The breakfast was very good with made to order omelets and a coffee bar in the room so the attendant can make you whatever you want. Our only problem was the traffic noise around 4-6 PM. This probably wouldn’t have been an issue normally but since our baby would try and nap before dinner it was a distraction. Other than that we loved the hotel. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re staying for a longer period of time as well based on the amenities.

Camperio House Suites is in an old monastery and as such is full of original features and character. The rooms are tastefully decorated and ours had a large, comfortable bed, 2 arm chairs, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, a fridge that was replenished with bottled water each day and a large wet room. The staff were very friendly and all went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of choice. Our room looked over the monastery courtyard and so was very peaceful at night. The hotel itself is a short walk from the Duomo and the many sights, bars and restaurants of Milan. We had a fabulous few days here and would thoroughly recommend the Camperio House Suites for a stay in Milan.

Very spacious apartment (Maisonette) in a perfect and safe location with comfortable beds for our family. It is located off a side street so the noise was minimal but close to the metro, sites and shopping/restaurants. There was some sort of air conditioning system that worked fine. Also, safe too because your entry code is needed at the main street door, building door and apartment door. We appreciated having a washer/dryer in the building. (Tip: use 30-minute wash as regular wash took 1.5 hours and dryer doesn’t really work so plan to hang clothes in apartment). We wouldn’t recommend the breakfast though – it looked like pastries, etc. were left out for the week. Yes, the rooms/appliances are a bit dated and we knew there wouldn’t be daily housekeeping. However, the spaciousness and ability for my kids to have their own beds/little area outweighed these minor issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Milan. Room was incredibly spacious for us 3. While one of the beds is a sofa-bed it was still very comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious with a very complete kitchenette including hot plates and microwave. There’s enough space for a 3 person table without feeling cramped at all. I’ve lived in smaller apartments! Bathrooms are incredibly beautiful and fully loaded. There’s plenty of storage space around the room. Make sure you don’t forget anything! Although there’s no staff on the lobby the WhatsApp service of Numa is a breeze to use. They were always incredibly quick to solve all my questions or problems. For people booking through agoda or a different travel site: make sure you reach out to Numa on whatsapp directly on the day of the check in to get your entry code. I feel this should be more visible in their site, although it was not a problem for us having already stayed at Numa hotels before. Location is just perfect: a little out of the way from the touristic places so you can catch good rest (walks are not paper thin, rare in hotels around Italy, thanks!) you have to walk to get anywhere but it is a short walk (6-8 minutes) to a couple of metro stations and to the Milan cathedral/Vittorio Emanuel (10 min) My only suggestion would be to have more washer/dryers as it was hard to get some time to use them as it seems they use the same ones for washing hotel stuff.

Whether you have one of the larger corner suites or regular rooms with jacuzzi’s, each is well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom in the corner suite was a dream with an enormous adjustable lighted bathroom mirror, smaller wall mounted magnifying makeup mirror, a shelf in the shower (rarely is I have that luxury) and a flat iron!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Montenapoleone Suites during our trip to Milan, Italy, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Montenapoleone Suites is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Milan. The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk from the main shopping streets and about a ten-minute walk to the Duomo. I chose this hotel because I was attending a conference at the University of Milan, and it was conveniently close. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee capsules, a mini-fridge stocked with free soft drinks, and small packaged croissants with Nutella and jam. While the shower could have been a bit more luxurious and some extra storage space in the room would have been nice, overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The best aspects of this hotel are definitely its central location and the great value for the price. I also want to highlight their excellent taxi service—they arranged a ride to the airport for us, and the driver, Domingo from MilanoTransfer.it, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even picked us up in a spacious van, despite there being only two of us, which made for a very comfortable ride. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan!

Pretty large room at the corner. Nice big bed, good bathroom and water pressure, with rain shower. Tiled floors, very clean, housekeeping service daily. Coffee in room. Big window looking at the street, but location was central, though very quiet. The hotel is small, no restaurant or bar, on a side street. Walking distance from everywhere, kitty corner from the Bleucc restaurant. One issue of note..no heating. They need to get permission from the city to turn on the heat, only ac for now. We got 2 extra comforters. Overall, pricey (about 360 euro a night) but nice and comfortable boutique hotel, to relax and get over the jet lag. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Clean and modern room in a quiet area. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. About a 15 minute walk to the Duomo and bars and restaurants.

The staff were all amazing and could not do enough for their guests. The breakfast was very good value for money. The room was immaculate and spacious with all required amenities. The 'Luxury suite' is advertised with "Garden" and "on the top floor" .. our suite was neither on the top floor or with ant access to a garden which is misleading. The 'hot tub' is a jacuzzi bath next to the bed.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Street Milano Duomo | a Design Boutique Hotel, an exceptional experience The concierge (Amira) reached out to us the day before we travel to Milan and gave us amazing suggestions, from local restaurants to arranging a private driver to pick us up from Malpensa Airport. When we walked into the location we knew we where in the best area, a few feet away from The Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II; we took the elevator to the lobby and were greeted with a warm smile and efficient service that set the tone for a fantastic stay. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The area around the sink would be more convenient if the accessories provided by the hotel were put at a separate case or box instead of being scattered around. The location of the hotel is ideal. Everything we wanted to see was at a very short walking distance. The terrace where breakfast is served is very nice and has a beautiful view. We liked the format of the breakfast: you fill in the form one day in advance with what you choose to eat, where you want the breakfast to be served and when. Everything was delicious, especially the bio bread. The coffee is just ok, it could be better.

I highly recommend The Street Milano Duomo hotel. This beautiful boutique hotel is located at the centrum of Milan in a paved pedestrian little street-alley literally a minute walk from the Duomo. Despite the ultra central location the building in which the hotel is located is cozy and tranquil and quite isolated from the hustle and bustle of city center. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, sparkling clean and quite comfy. Breakfast was delicious, generous and freshly prepared according to a detailed and personal order. Our breakfast wasn’t included in the room price but it was charged fairly by the hotel for the mornings we ordered it (some mornings we preferred taking our breakfast outside of the hotel). Above all the excellent virtues of this hotel their hospitality standards are outstanding. The staff is super attentive and helpful and the personal treatment starts way before the actual visit as they communicate via WhatsApp right after booking to inquire if you might need any assistance with booking tickets, reserving dinner tables etc. This excellent level of service has continued throughout the whole visit and even afterwards.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was so peaceful and quiet, regardless the proximity to the center, that you could imagine that you are at the countryside. The suite was lovely, equipped with a jacuzzi, great bed, two TVs, livingroom, personal outdoor space and a very big WC. The breakfast was super tasty.

This hotel sits smack in the middle of Il Duomo and the Castle Sforzesco, just off the main tourist stretch in Milan. It is just off the street meaning you miss the commotion but get the benefits of the location. Complementary breakfast is ample with a variety of meats, cheeses, and pastries and seasonal fruit. It looked like you could special order eggs, but that was not something that was offered. Nice happy hour with a choice of classic cocktail or bar and seasoned chips. Even better is that this hotel abuts a neighborhood where people live, La Brera, and is perfect for nights out. Room itself was a gorgeous spacious suite with a jacuzzi and a little patio that was perfect for sunny weather. Nice sitting area, TVs and more. Streaming TV available. Very nice bathroom, as well.

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Milan Hotel Milano Castello offers an exceptional experience in a prime location. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Situated in a safe and convenient area, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk to the Duomo di Milano and only 5 minutes to the Sforzesco Castle—perfect for exploring the city on foot. We booked a twin room which was surprisingly spacious, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was modern and spotless, and we appreciated the complimentary mini bar items—a great touch. Breakfast was delicious and offered excellent value. Guests also receive a complimentary cocktail or beverage at the bar, which was a lovely bonus and added to the welcoming atmosphere. Though we had to request a kettle and noticed a lack of security features like a chain lock or peephole, these were minor points in an otherwise outstanding stay. Overall, this hotel is a great value for its central location. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is exceptional. This is evident in its every aspect from the moment the kind doorman opens the door for you and offers to take your bags. The receptionists are professional attentive, kind and clearly well-versed in providing top-notch personal service to every guest. The lobby and the courtyard exude classy restrained luxury. Upon completing check-in, the receptionist walks you to the room and explains all the available facilities. The room we received appears to be a renovated attic (slanted roof, ceiling-windows) with light coming in from the sky. It seems a lot of thought was put into the design to maximize comfort. With a Phoenix/bird motive there are various birdcages hanging in various places int he room. the bed gives off a royalty feeling - with a round canopy and netting covering the bed. The minibar, cupboard, luggage-stand are all disguised as old-style traveling trunks. The room has a very spacious - two person - bathtub (would be a jacuzzi - except it does not have the requisite water-pumps). We did not stay long enough to enjoy the spa and other facilities. But we were able to use their luggage-storage while we toured the city, and upon departure they were very helpful in talking us through the best way to reach the airport and then to order a taxi to take us to the Airport express train. this hotel sets the standard by which other hotels should measure themselves.

Fantastic 3-day stay at this hotel. A warm welcome from the doormen and reception on arrival. The concierge took charge of our luggage and parked our car while we were shown to the room. Room 111 was amazing when we entered. The screens pulled around the bed and the shower area. The whole hotel while upmarket has a relaxed chill vibe to it  Breakfast each day was so relaxing in their restaurant and we popped in one night to the bar area for cocktails.  Fantastic cocktails, but mega expensive, but ok for a 1 off. We highly recommend this hotel as parking, the Metro, and trams are all at hand.  You can walk to the main areas within 20 minutes as well. See you again next time we are in Milan

We had a very spacious room with a very comfortable bed. We used the room service, which was excellent. They had a good wine list. The restaurant provided an excellent breakfast, and we were even given a "breakfast to go" when we had to leave very early in the morning to catch our flight. The front desk staff were awesome! We ate dinner in the restaurant, and enjoyed the unusual menu and wonderful service. The door men were very helpful. I'd stay there again!

The staff here are exceptional , we were received by Walter on the front desk who was extremely welcoming, warm and helpful with advice and suggestions for things to do and information regarding the hotel. The decor is stunning and the location extremely convenient in terms of access from Milan Linate airport. The quality of breakfast was top class, extremely fresh and very tasty . It was the best hotel breakfast we have had in italy so far .

Service was excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating to any requests. They made all our restaurant reservations and guided us to which attractions to visit in Milan. Rooms were clean. Perfect hotel to stay with my teen. The whimsical theme was perfect. My daughter was delighted with Disney, Netflix & YouTube available on the TV! Excellent location, very central. I had a great stay at Milano Verticale UNA Esperienze for 3 nights in March 2025. The hotel is modern, well-designed, and offers a comfortable experience from check-in to check-out. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and soundproofing that ensures a restful sleep. The design is stylish yet practical, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring Milan. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality options to suit different tastes. The service was also very good, with staff being friendly and attentive. The hotel's location in the Brera district is convenient, with easy access to public transport and many of Milan’s key attractions, including Piazza del Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The neighborhood itself is vibrant, with great restaurants and shopping options nearby. Milano Verticale UNA is a good choice for anyone visiting Milan, whether for business or leisure. I would gladly stay here again.

The rooms were big for Italy including nice bathrooms. We had a nice surprise with an “outdoor” extension of our adjoining room that had a large jacuzzi tub, table, and sitting area. What we enjoyed most about the hotel was the staff. Super friendly and helpful.

The Unique Hotel was a nice stay with an awesome outdoor jacuzzi! I highly recommend this type of room. The free breakfast was an added plus. The service by the staff and check in was a 10!

We stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room included a jacuzzi, but it was not in service at the time. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the two bathrooms and the large bathtub. The hotel is also centrally located, a few blocks only from the Duomo and the main shopping area.

Couldn’t wait to write a review for this hotel as the experience was incredible from the start! The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are very attentive & helpful every member of staff we met went above and beyond to make sure we always had whatever we needed!The design of the building is modern, clean & sleek - and smells absolutely amazing! The room we stayed in was beautiful & the bed was the comfiest thing ever. We were able to have breakfast & dinner at their rooftop restaurant, the food did not disappoint, the views were beautiful and the atmosphere was great! They were extremely accommodating even after we checked out, stored our luggage and arranged our transport to the airport Extremely grateful to all the members of staff at this establishment, I will definitely be visiting this hotel again! All was perfect. THe breakfast was fantastic, personal is friendly, polite and very professional. Location is very good, quiet and convenient for any activities - touristic, shopping? busines. THe view from the roof bar is amazing. Highly recommend to all!

We arrived on 31 March for a short holiday in Milan. The hotel was fabulous in every aspect, perfect in fact. Walking in and seeing the stunning décor. The amazing artworks. The flowers. The furniture. The colours. The ambience. The bedroom was fantastic, so spacious, especially for a city centre hotel. A huge comfortable bed, a super bathroom which had loads of space for my toiletries. The food was excellent. Breakfast had all you could want. We had a great meal in STK - a steak of course. The restaurant too had its own vibe, a cool place to dine. But most of all was the rapport with all the staff. Every member of staff was so efficient, helpful, thoughtful, friendly, considerate and brilliant. Need I say more?

The second you approach ME Milan Il Duca the 5 star service begins. The doorman took out bags while greeting us and rolled them to the property for us. While checking in the front desk staff were incredible and offered us beverages while we checked in. On top of that they let us know we had received a room upgrade. The room was incredible and very modern. Our luggage was brought to our room shortly after. The rooftop bar was a great place for drinks and a scenic view of the city. They also bring you complimentary apps whenever you sit. The hotel staff called our room to make sure our stay was going well. The breakfast bar was also great. We checked out of the hotel and the doorman covered us with umbrellas while we walked to our taxi. We went to the train station and realized we booked the wrong date for our tickets and had to wait 4 hours before the next train out. Lost in a foreign city we decided to go back to the hotel. The staff greeted us with open arms and stored our luggage while we made more use of the rooftop bar. Overall it was an amazing stay at ME Milan Il Duca and we will definitely be returning.

Great place to stay in Milano. Close to the city center and to Brera (an area full of bars, restaurants and smaller shops).the rooms are modern and nicely designed, maybe a touch too dark -but could have been just our room. The rooftop bar offers a great view, stylish seating and a great selection of cocktails/ drinks. Breakfast is also served on the rooftop.

The property on the whole was superb and we would highly recommend. The location was great also, as it was just a short walk in to the heart of the shopping district and Duomo. The service overall was excellent from start to finish, from the reception area to the breakfast/dining area staff….we couldn't fault any service we received. The selection for breakfast was great also and everything from the various pastries and fruit were extremely fresh. We had dinner on the first night, and although the food was again excellent…perhaps a few more choices on top of what was on offer wouldn’t go a miss. We were staying in the Junior Suite on the top floor. The room was stunning with the bathroom and separate toilet area all finished in thick marble, so very smart indeed. The bath also had a jacuzzi facility which was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only one thing on the whole experience I was slightly let down with, was the fact it stated that the Junior Suite comes with a terrace and city view. Well yes, there was a sizeable terrace, but as far as the city view was concerned…it wasn’t much to shout about. But to be fair, we were hardly in the room much anyway for obvious reasons. Too much sight seeing, eating/drinking and shopping to be done….so it wasn’t worth complaining about. All in all, we would definitely go back in a heart beat, so if you are considering it….go for it!

When looking for a hotel in the center of Milan, near the shopping, I was at a loss because all of the hotels I had previously stayed in had been renovated and become very very expensive. An Italian friend recommended this beautifully done boutique hotel, just a couple blocks off the Montenapoleone, the center of the designer shopping area. Ultra modern with beautiful black and white marble accents, subdued, lighting, a young and friendly staff, who all seem to speak English. The room was light and bright, a tad bit small and modern. The restaurant serves a delicious breakfast and everyone was so cheerful each morning. Walkable to many wonderful places nearby.

The hotel was in an excellent location. We walked from the train station and it was a lovely walk. The room was a good size for Milan, very comfortable king size bed, bright and contemporary. Lovely clean, spacious bathroom. The breakfast was served in a very pretty area with great atmosphere. We were there in the winter so we couldn’t enjoy the out door sitting area, but we’ll be back. There were many delicious options for breakfast and it was nice not to have to leave the hotel to find breakfast and a great coffee!

Location very central and yet quite quiet. Classic Double Room - requested quiet room facing the courtyard but got room facing the main street Room 208 but luckily it was not noisy. Only hotel in Italy so far with hair conditioner. Tiny room with tiny shower room Floor in shower room could be a bit cleaner (maybe just a bit old), but clean lines and calming decor. Need to bring own magnifying mirror Good hairdryer Breakfast didn’t offer any cooked items and asked for eggs but all they could offer was scrambled eggs unless you pay extra! Other breakfast items were very nice.

Wow, I was so happy and relieved to have such a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and safe in a beautiful hotel. Marcello and Asuhioh (apologies for misspelling her name) were fantastic in reception and helped me with an early check in, schedule a car, and directed me to local activities. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable (I am very picky and was very happy with the accommodations). Very comfortable bed and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the waitstaff was friendly and hospitable. Food was delicious. Bartender was excellent as well (wish I would have taken note of his name). Highly recommend this hotel!

My stay at the NYX Hotel was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The hotel is perfectly situated with excellent transport links—two trams stop right outside, and both the Metro and train station are just a five-minute walk away. Our room on the ninth floor offered a fantastic view of the city, and the space was both spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Stayed only 1 night- quick Milan stopover. Pros -staff are very friendly from the warm welcome as you enter the doors right to the moment we left -great well taken care of room with all of the essentials -very clean -very convenient location as just across the street from the train station and walkable distance to several restaurants In general Milano Centrale area is crowded just practice caution! -also has a safe, if you’re traveling with valuables and such Cons -a bit of noise and vibrations from the trains but it’s not too bad -soap dispenser in bathroom was a bit odd and could use explanation. You had squeeze the weird, no-nozzle, upside-down bottle (never seen this before and we thought it was broken). It also dispenses fast so you end up with too much soap. Once figured out it wasn’t too big of a deal, but worth mentioning. -no iron in the room. Had to go to the 4th floor to iron clothes. I didn’t know till I asked and would’ve been more convenient if I knew ahead of time considering our very tight schedule.

NYX Milan is conveniently located just outside of central station, with metro, tram, train on the door step. And also a big food outlet inside station. Room was clean and spacious, with a nice view to central station. Door staff and the cleaner were super friendly. Very happy with our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if we back in the area.

The hotel is in an excellent location just across the road from Milan Central train station and the Metro. Easy access to Malpensa airport on the train for 13 euros in 50 minutes. The breakfast is decent but not worth the money, I have had better at other hotels in Italy. My room was spacious with a balcony facing the station, it was great having some outside space. The staff were friendly and helpful, I asked for a late checkout as my flight from Malpensa was later in the day, and it was complimentary. My only criticism is that the room was very noisy due to the trams passing by the hotel constantly. I could also feel vibrations. It was difficult to sleep, even with earplugs in. My room was on the second floor, at the front, so maybe a higher floor would be better.

The hotel was nothing to write home about, but its location is a big plus—perfect for traveling throughout Italy and even to neighboring countries. While the neighborhood itself doesn’t offer much in terms of activities, there are a few restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest, and the staff were friendly and professional. Overall, a decent choice for convenience and comfort during your travels.

Our first time in Milan and we had a very pleasant two night stay in the Worldhotel Cristoforo Colombo. Our room was a premium Queen on the second floor. It was on the small side but very clean, and had all modern fixtures and fittings and a nice bathroom with a good shower. The room was quiet so we had no issues with noise at night etc. Breakfast was nice, typical Italian style buffet with pastries and cold meats. The hotel location is very good, there was a transport strike on the 13/12 so we walked from the hotel to the Duomo. It was a safe and pleasant 20/25 min walk with plenty to see on the way. (There is a subway station right beside the hotel too) On Friday we asked the front desk to recommend somewhere nearby for lunch and they suggested Mamma Rosa Osteria which was minutes from the hotel and a fantastic fine dining experience. On Saturday night Abeba at the front desk kindly booked us a table at Pizzeria Maruzzella which was an amazing informal local pizza/pasta restaurant. We enjoyed it so much we went back again for lunch on Sunday! Grazie mille to Abeba, Riccardo and Mina for being so helpful to us during our stay. We will definitely return to Milan and look forward to staying at the Cristoforo Colombo again.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, with high-quality bedding and pillows that guarantee a perfect night’s sleep. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be happy to return in the future! We could not say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed here to start our honeymoon in Milan. They greeted us in our room with treats and a lovely note to congratulate us. They let us keep our bags there before and after we checked in and out so we could site see. The front desk staff are so nice and helpful. They recommended the best trains to take to get to lake como and other locations. If you need anything you can message them on whats app and they come within 5 minutes. The bed was comfortable, house keeping came every day, the view of the street was great, and the air conditioning worked fantastically. It is also right in front of a metro stop which made getting around incredibly easy. Check in was at 2 and check out was at 12 which was great. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but they offer many options including eggs and other breakfast foods made to order. The rooms were spacious compared to any other European hotel I’ve stayed in and they were very clean. I would recommend anyone coming to Milan to stay here.

Great staff and service. We arrived a bit earlier, and I asked for an early check-in. The staff did everything to accommodate us. They offered us coffee and beverages while we were waiting for our room. The room was clean with a great view. They also sent us a cute little welcoming gift since my daughter and I were celebrating our time together. The staff helped us with restaurant reservations as well. The area is very safe and within walking distance to the Duomo. Highly recommend.

- We booked the classic suite, space was very good as we had 4 big luggage, beds was very comfy and room is very clean with excellent condition though it want renovated. - Terrace is very beautiful and big with nice city view. - staff were very friendly and helpful, did their best to make our stay comfortable and nice. - location is excellent, you can go to Duomo walking ( approximately 15 to 20 min ) - Hotel has a private parking which is very helpful if you are renting a car.

As a business and leisure traveller, I was very happy to return to Milano and to stay at my preferred hotel here, Hotel Cavour. I was pleased to meet the new staff and surprised that an earlier staff member warmly recognised me from my last visit in December 2019. The hotel is close to everything: the Duomo, Milano's primo shopping area, opera house, La Scala and Rinascente and many fabulous restaurants including the l’Emporio Armani Ristorante e Caffè (the Armani Restaurant and cafe). The cocktail bar is authentic, stylish and professional, the bartender a true original who knows how to make the best cocktails in not only Milano, but I would say, in Italy! Extensive breakfast catering for all dietary requirements. High recommend with many thanks.

This hotel is perfectly located to explore all the major sights of the city. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and we were even allowed to check in as early as 12:00 PM, even though the official check-in time is 3:00 PM. Another great advantage is the late check-out time at 12:00 PM, giving you a relaxed start to your departure day. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering everything you could wish for: pancakes, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fresh coffee, cream-filled croissants, plain croissants, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheese, and much more. Truly excellent! We would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

We didn’t pay for the €15 breakfast… we used the Snack Shop across the street to grab a coffee and go. But the hotel breakfast looked amazing when we walked by it. Just didn’t think it was worth adding it to our budget it. ALL the staff was amazing. On point. Friendly. Helpful.

I had an exceptional stay at C-Hotels Atlantic in Milan! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Ally, in particular, was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. To my pleasant surprise, I was offered a free room upgrade upon check-in, which was a wonderful gesture that truly elevated my experience. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and well-designed. It felt like a true home away from home. Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Milan's central station and close to many attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. We arrived about an hour before our check-in time. We hoped our room was ready for us but wasn’t expecting it to be, and so was ready to leave our bags in a safe place before exploring the city, however, our room WAS ready and we were very grateful to have been given an upgrade! The check-in staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. There was a personalised note and 2x chocolates on the bed when we arrived and a bag of pasta on our second night! The bar/lounge area was small but cosy. We enjoyed a free welcome drink on our first night. There were free bar snacks too! Again, the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t book breakfast with our room and instead opted to grab breakfast at one of the many cafes/restaurants nearby. The only downside to our room was the space in the bathroom. The toilet was squished between the bath and the bidet, which meant that we had to sit at an angle on the loo to avoid knocking our knees on the bidet! Location of the hotel was good - a stones throw from Central Station and a 30 min walk to the Duomo.

C-Hotel Altantic was a great and well located hotel in close proximity to the train station which is great for tourist with luggages that they have to lug around. The place and the streets around the hotel was safe with little homeless roaming around or unwanted individuals roaming the hotel and vicinity, thats key to the overall experience and ambience of the streets. The rooms were clean, comfortable and decent spacious. What made the stay really memorable and a big hall mark of the trip was the great staff, special mention to Daniele who provided superbly great service and warmth in terms of providing us locations we could visit, restaurants and cafes we could try out that locals themselves would visit. He represented what it means to be a great service staff; warm, welcoming and well informed in providing the advice on Milan especially first time visitors. Not to forget, Adriana who was handling the bar counter who made sure to give a warm welcoming vibe whenever we were at the bar. Both service staff experience made the stay at C-Hotel Altantic wonderful, and a great representation of Italy's culture and people.

I recently discovered this hotel, and it was a pleasant surprise. It's well-located, just a short walk from the central train station and only 3 minutes from the metro. The area is vibrant, with plenty of cafes and shops for quick meals and essentials.Inside, the rooms feature a modern design and are well-lit. Despite being close to the street, my room was surprisingly quiet. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail. The hotel offers a warm welcome message and thoughtful little gifts like cookies, chocolates, water, and a complimentary welcome drink at the bar. In a world that often feels rushed and commercial, these small gestures make a significant difference.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, with special mention to Jezza in the breakfast area, who was exceptionally attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The staff particularly the front desk personnel, Ali, John, and Erica(?) are very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. My husband and I were so tired after a full day of sightseeing and shopping and decided to just order food for delivery. John was so helpful and even offered to call and order food for us and even went out of his way to deliver the food to our room. The hotel is very nice and clean and very near (stone throw) the main terminal station and Metro. Ali guided us on how to take the Metro train to the Duomo (just about 4 stops) and to the main shopping areas. Breakfast is excellent (shout out to Che-che) who made us very good coffee and attended to all guests with a welcoming smile. We had to leave early the following day and so John had a breakfast box prepared for us. All in all, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel.

We decided to stay at Hotel Napoleon as part of our rail tour of Italy. Whilst relatively small the rooms are well equipped, and stylish as a the hotel itself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 11pm and the concierge opened the bar so we could get a beer! The breakfast was superb. We stopped at the hotel twice and on the return journey got a better room at the front with a small balcony. There was however a foul smell coming from stir bidet which we reported and unfortunately the cleaner’s had gone home. The concierge did his best to clean it, which was an improvement but the waste pipe needed a proper clean. It was a shame as it spoiled our stay a little. That said the hotel is in a brilliant location for the railway station (15min) walk and Central Milan (30min) walk. In all a great hotel and would stay there again (but would check the bathroom for smells!) would also be helpful if the description stated that the bar is not open very often

Beautiful boutique hotel in a smart and quiet neighbourhood of this busy city. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful especially Gabriel nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was great. Lots of good bars and restaurants close by as is a convenient metro station. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel my only comment would be that due to staff shortages the hotel bar was closed. 4.5/5

Just had 4 days in Milan and stayed at this hotel. Fantastic service, staff were so welcoming. Lovely and stylish. Very clean. We went for my Daughter's 18th birthday. The staff were amazing so attentive. Special thanks to Rosa who greeted us on our way out in the evening and served us a free bottle of prosecco with nibbles, and special thank you to the ladies who served breakfast and presented her with a muffin and a candle and sang happy birthday to her. Everyone made the stay so special. As for the hotel the location was a 2 minute walk to a main road full of shops and the Lima metro stop that was really easy to navigate to all other areas of Milan. Lovely pastry shop, mini-mart and pizza restuarant and bar right outside the hotel too. Rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily, bed nice a comfy too.

The hotel was located very close to M1 Lima Metro station, which make it very accessible to get to popular places. And it is also very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, that was another plus. The room was space, cozy, and clean. One little critique was that the rom can be a bit hot in the winter. I had to open the windows sometimes. The breakfast downstairs had good variety of food options, too. Lastly, the staffs at the front desk were friendly and truly helpful. They provided good restaurants, transportation info, and tips and tricks for travelers, which made my time in Milan so much greater.

Lovely location amongst some lovely restaurants, gelato shop, pizzaria etc Also a short walk to all the good shops Metro is 1min walk with easy links to Grand Centrale and Duomo (although we actually walked it from the Centrale station and back with our luggage as it was not far at all and is a very easy straightforward walk. Hotel itself is nice, clean and modern. Room was lovely with balcony and comfy bed. Breakfast was really great, lots of options to cater for all. Coffee and hot chocolate were superb!

The Mandarin Oriental is of course one of the great brands in terms of luxury hotels. But even amongst Mandarin Oriental hotels, I think this is probably the single best one that I have ever stayed at. It was virtually flawless in terms of quality and quality of service. I try not to dig deep into superlatives, but it really was that good. Extremely comfortable, quiet, well situated, great food. And of course, my two favourite things to comment upon: showers and WiFi were both superb. Was it perfect? Well, if I wanted to quibble, then the gym was a little bit small and pokey with limited equipment. And I would have preferred a slightly broader selection at the continental breakfast buffet. But those feel like small criticisms set against a backdrop of quality and luxury. Really great luxury hotel - as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental.

Stunning hotel - everything is so stylish and aesthetic. All team members were very attentive and guest-oriented, thank you for making us feel so well taken care of. The room was pristine, clean, welcoming and with all the details of luxury and comfort for an amazing stay. We enjoyed a lot our breakfast time, amazing restaurant and wonderful spa. Hotel location is very convenient. Hotel staff is very attentive and always keen to get your feedback for staying in the hotel, which makes you feel very welcoming. Concierge desk has been extremely helpful in tailoring our day trip to lake come. After a long day of shopping in Milan, what's better than enjoying yourself in a nice relaxing spa. The only slight imperfection for our stay is wifi is not free. For a 5 star hotel of this ranking, I would think the room rates are sufficient to cover for a free wifi service.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and efficient. The hotel rooms and bed is very comfortable!!!! The location is very good, near the shopping street and cathedral. the breakfast a la carte for hot dish is great! both eggs and side dish! The drinks and apéro is great, but dinner food soso... the hotel recommendations for other restaurants are so so too.... maybe due to most restaurants are closed for summer holidays ...

I just spent three fantastic nights at Eurohotel and couldn’t be happier with my choice! Despite some hesitation after reading mixed reviews, this hotel completely won me over. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, safe, and well taken care of. Pros that made my stay exceptional: -Perfect Location: In a safe, convenient area – ideal for exploring Milan ( to duomo , Park beside the hotel , tram , metro , lot of restaurants and lot of coffe shops - Clean & Comfortable Rooms and well-maintained. -Outstanding Staff: The 24/7 reception team is incredibly helpful and attentive. They kindly received and securely stored two Amazon parcels for me, handing them over with care – above and beyond! -Breakfast is Available: despite I didn’t have but for reference . Elevator /Surveillance and a unique double-door entry system (smart security feature) made me feel very secure.- Late Checkout Lifesaver: For just €30, I did checked out at 2 PM instead of 11 AM – an absolute game-changer for my late flight! Far better than lugging bags around or luggage storage. - safe box is also available -Vending machines in the lobby were handy for drinks, besides Carrfour market is 10 minutes walk from hotel.also not to forget they have airports transfer with cost of course .

Perfect location, restaurants, and stores nearby. It is easy to reach the downtown and central station. Very friendly staff. I was in Milan for the Wizz Air Milano Marathon, and I appreciated the staff making available a shower after checkout.

Reception and door staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Panoramic suite #1001 was lovely, spacious and clean - great for a family of three! The balcony was spacious - sadly it rained for our 3 day visit so could not use it! The breakfast on offer was lovely and restaurant staff welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is very well located — right in the center and within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. While the lobby isn’t particularly impressive, the renovated rooms are modern, comfortable, and a real highlight of the stay. In contrast, the older rooms are quite dated, so I highly recommend booking one of the superior or upgraded rooms if possible. The rooftop is a great bonus — it offers a nice atmosphere, good cocktails, and very friendly staff. Overall, a solid choice if you prioritize location and opt for the newer rooms.

Great central location, everything you need in walking distance. Very close to Duomo cathedral and the main shops. The hotel has a beautiful bar terrace with lovely food and drinks. We had an incredible stay at this property in Milan! The location was perfect, just a 7-minute walk from the iconic Duomo. The property was surrounded by restaurants, shops, and bars, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. But what truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff, particularly LUCA. He was fantastic - professional, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. The management team also deserves a special mention for their excellent communication and attention to detail. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The WiFi speed was impressively fast, clocking in at 750MBs. Overall, we can't recommend this property enough. If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable, and exceptional stay in Milan, look no further!

I must say I love everything about Heart Milan properties. I stayed with them in two different ones in Milan, and definitely come back to stay with them. I love their staff. The team is super helpful, from 'before' arrival, 'check-in', to 'luggage storage' and check-out. They really care about guests and I was worry-free whether I would have problem checking in when my train was delayed. The staff kept reassuring with text message. They also kindly helped book restaurant, recommended the best local pastries, and booked taxi for us to the airport. This facility itself is very cozy! Although it may not new, but it is clean and very cozy to stay. We love the living room and the view from the balcony is amazing. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone who is reading this :)

Everything about this apartment went above and beyond our expectations. The pictures of the apartment were spot on and from the moment we walked into the place, we knew we had made the right decision. The price point although slightly higher than we have paid on other trips to Milan was completely worth it. The service from Reception was outstanding. We left our luggage with them and even used the facilities to freshen up before heading to lunch and wait for our check in time. We arrived back to check in and were personally escorted to our building which was a nice touch. I can not fault the service from Heart Milan Apartments in anyway as it was very professional, friendly and I would highly recommend the apartment we stayed in (68 Via Torino) to family and friends. It was modern, extremely clean and well equipped. Its location was central and a short walk down one road from Duomo Metro. Around it were shops, restaurants and a tram stop outside the building.

We had a fantastic stay! While the apartments are available in various locations, ours was right near the Duomo—absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Check-in was seamless, and the fact that no deposit was required was a great bonus. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and customer service was exceptional—they even arranged a taxi for our airport transfer. Check-out was even smoother than check-in! We truly loved the entire experience and would highly recommend these apartments to families with kids or even couples and solo travelers. We’ll definitely be coming back!
