Staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly, helpful and happy to serve. Room was clean and beautful. Bartender was excellent that evening. Our ONLY complaint was breakfast in the restaurant the next morning. We sat at a table for over 30 minutes, had to flag someone down to get water and coffee, had to flag our waitress down again to order and again to ask for more coffee, which never came. We wound up leaving before our food came. The waitress chased us outside trying to apologize but we just kept walking.

I had somehow booked the wrong date. The gentleman who was at the desk found us another room for the night. He was polite, professional and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was very convenient and within walking distance to everything downtown. The restaurant and bar in the lobby had a nice vibe and very good service.They had very good live music.

This is a very nice hotel located downtown near the docks. We chose a corner room with river view and were very pleased with the room and lovely view. The hotel is also located near all the bars, coffee houses, shops and restaurants in what I would call "the reclaimed" part of downtown Mobile. So much to do down there these days. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very efficient. I did have trouble with the room refridgerator as I could not get it to cool. Also, the tub drained very slowly but each of these issues could have been easily remedied had I notified the front desk. We were out of the hotel so much that it wasnt a big deal. Would stay here again!

Our waitstaff were superb. Tonisetta served us dinner with captivating smile, friendly and professional attitude. Semyiah served us breakfast and she was super nice, and was knowledgeable about the different recipes to try since me and my husband are from Ohio. The food was absolutely delicious. I recommend the chicken tenders and beignets. Also the entertainer (sorry I forget his name) singing and playing the guitar made it a romantic evening

I recently stayed at (Renaissance) and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need—comfortable bedding, a spacious bathroom, and a stunning view from the window.

Was clean, quiet, and worked for us. Our room was clean. The bedding was good. Everything seemed newish and no complaints. Breakfast was hot but was served through a window (rather than the buffet that is pictured). Commenting on prior posts, they did seem to be doing some things to control humidity. I hate moving the car for dinner. There were a few mid-range places to eat dinner within easy walking distance, which is a plus for me. Not at the airport, but not that far either, There is a back roads way to get there that didn't take too long. Passed two or three gas stations so it wasn't hard to fill up the rental car.

Stayed here in a king suite for 1 night. Room was clean and comfortable with a great-sleeping bed and room to hang out in the sitting area. TV was amazing - you can Bluetooth your music through it! Bathroom was excellent with a huge shower. The breakfast was great with lots of choices, but the pancake maker was my favorite. Pool looked inviting but we didn't have time to try it out. Every member of the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff running the breakfast area were very friendly, keeping everything well stocked and clean. The pool was clean and fun. The hotel receptionist helped change my room for the remainder of my stay and extended my stay for an extra night.

I had a good stay and am including information I believe might be beneficial for others reading reviews. Hotel pluses include a complimentary breakfast with a good selection of choices. It’s the same time all 7 days, 6 am - 10 am. The rooms are descent sized with a comfortable chaise. I had a king room. There is good desk space for business or school work. The lighting is good and fantastic in the bathroom. The room safe is a good size, probably large enough for a standard laptop. There is a place to hang wash cloths in the bathroom (small pet peeve of mine in so many hotels) and serviceable shelves in the shower for any personal toiletries. The gym was good for an away from home workout. The only negatives were having to get room keys reactivated a couple of times due to their sensitivity and one area of our room could have used a little extra vacuuming. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. My mother traveled with me and just loved the kindness and dedication of the breakfast staff.

Everything!!!! The location was perfect for our son's College Move in Day! The hotel was right across the street! The hotel was very clean!!!!! Our room was spacious and super clean! The free breakfast was DELICIOUS! The Staff was par excellent!!!! We will be staying here every time we are in Mobile!!! Worth every dime!

The Tru hotel is ultra modern, but lacked a swimming pool, a room safe, and a bar/restaurant. They did have games, including a pool table in the lobby. They did have items you could purchase around the desk, but they were very expensive. A 20 ounce bottle of Coke was four dollars. We ended up driving to Walmart to get our stuff. Not much around the area, other than a ballpark, which is out of season right now. There is a Costco down the road and some other shopping. Our sink didn’t drain very well at all, we reported that as we left. The room was clean in the shower worked fine. Breakfast is very basic scrambled eggs, English sausage, I believe it’s called which is like kielbasa, toast, hard boiled eggs, and your juices and coffee. they had cereal-about five kinds I believe, and milk. No bacon, no regular sausage patties, no breakfast potatoes/hashbrowns. It was free, and it was OK, but I really have had much better. I really wanted to go into town to a restaurant, but we were short on time. I would consider staying here again, but I didn’t like having to set up a new Hilton account to get Wi-Fi. I already have a Hilton account and I couldn’t make that one work.

We visited Mobile for just one night and didn't expected much from the hotel. But we were pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel is close to perfection for us. Very clean and very welcoming place where you can rest in a comfortable bed. We even played few games on a pool table in the lobby. The hotel is located where the main shopping area of Mobile is, just 15 minutes from the city's centre. The room was super clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was standard but tasty - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages cereal, fruits, fresh pancakes, etc. with a great variety of products. It is an animal frendly place because we saw a lot of dog people in the morning.

Solid choice for lodging. The hotel is clean. Place has a cool vibe. The staff is friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was easy to connect and was reliable. They have a pretty decent "rescue munchies" selection. Breakfast was included and a very good buffet style service. They had a pool table for guests to use which was pretty cool. Water pressure was good and soap/shampoo was easily dispensed. Floors were vinyl.....so none of the nastiness of hotel carpeting. They provided an iron, ironing board, mini-fridge....no microwave or coffee maker. The hotel has a fitness center that is ok. There is plenty of free parking. There are shopping and restaurant options fairly close by. I would stay here again.

Welcoming, very clean, well maintained, very safe, in an area that is near Costco and is not busy, great breakfast, welcoming and friendly staff. I was traveling through and stopped for a night and was very pleased.

Its fairly new, clean and well maintained. Beds are comfy. AC is great. Breakfast is above average for a free breakfast. Plenty of restaurants within a mile. Its a little secluded so its very quiet. Easy access to I 10 and I 65. Rooms have a mini fridge. Microwave and coffer maker are in the lobby. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful really enjoyed the in room jacuzzi.

The room or suite was very spacious! It included a sitting area and a jacuzzi. Everything was clean, and there were more than enough towels, which is a little unusual, but greatly appreciated. The staff was extremely friendly also. The breakfast was delicious! What a wonderful meal! Hot and tasty too, I was impressed! I also appreciated that I only had to park once. There was no driving around trying to find where to park, no looking around trying to find our room. I was really was happy with our stay.

inside and out the property was very clean and nicely decorated. everyone on staff was especially friendly and helpful. the room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and comfortable. it had a large entry way, a sitting area with a small sofa, coffee table, and tv. the bed was comfortable, the bedding was clean and very good quality and the sleeping area had another larger tv. they served a hot breakfast of everything you could want: make your own waffles, hot & cold cereals, eggs, gravy, sausage, hashbrowns, etc. it was all very clean. booking.com offered a very low rate, well below other properties in the area. we highly recommend the best western.

We stayed 3 nights as a short “getaway” from real life. Our room was cozy, comfy and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows; a strong, hot shower; and a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The room was quiet despite being close to the lobby and breakfast area. Staff was welcoming and friendly, and the rate was exceptionally reasonable. Having the shopping centers and restaurants directly across the street was a huge plus! We will definitely return for another getaway!

From the beginning, Zaida was an amazing welcoming presence. She is the kindest front desk person EVER! Day (I think that was his nickname) was also really sweet and went above and beyond first day. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast very good. Every staff member was kind and friendly. I recommended this place to many others while there. I was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and the rooms were very quiet and very dark. I liked everything about this place except...My only complaint is more constructive for the owner/mgr...please buy plastic cutlery that does not bend when even eating eggs! :-)

An excellent weekend stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile-Downtown Historic District. From arrival to departure, the staff at the hotel was friendly and professional. The front desk representatives were terrific. I talked to several and they were all wonderful. I remember speaking with Jay and she was still in training but was well on her way to being a great representative for the hotel. And the same goes for the staff at the breakfast area--friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and quiet. While I heard some street noise once or twice, but that is not unusual for a hotel located in a downtown area. The room was spacious, clean, and the furnishing were in good shape. The bed was comfortable and lots of plugs in the room to recharge devices. The bathroom was a good size, clean, and in excellent condition. The fitness center was big and the machine I used was in good shape. I will say the equipment was a bit dated compared to what I saw recently in other stays at Hamptons or equivalent properties. But the fitness center was functional. The hotel's location is excellent. It is very convenient to many attractions, restaurants, and bars. Easy walking distance and the area was crowded and seemed safe. I certainly encountered no issues walking in the area near the hotel. This was my first time in Mobile and if I return, I will stay again at the Hampton Inn & Suires Mobile-Downtown Historic District.

My husband and I travel alot so I have many reviews. -This place was SO clean! For the price, no complaints. -Chandler at the front desk was beyond helpful and friendly -great breakfast selection. I saw a review that options were limited. There were plenty!! Not sure what people expect for breakfast. Hot food/pastries/breads/muffins/bagels/waffle area with toppings/Chopani yogurt/cereal, etc. -pool small but nice and quaint. A bit too hot during the day but we did chill out here in the evening -we had third floor room, view not great, but not a big deal. Bed was VERY comfortable and again, CLEAN -loved using the app and cell phone to unlock doors -parking I think $9 a day? Parking is ridiculous in other cities as in $25 up to $60 a day. Yes, we paid $60 in another large city. -could watch the fireworks right from the parking lot -walking distance to Dauphin St, 2 blocks. Not busy at all during the week but my cousin lives in Mobil and said its much more fun on the weekends. -hotel areas were spotless Highly recommend. Staff was so friendly!!

We stayed three nights. The hotel is located downtown Mobile, just one block from the Mardi Gras Park, Colonial Fort Condé and The History Museum of Mobile. A number of good restaurants are also within a short walk. Very good parking is available behind the hotel at USD 9/day. The hotel is not new but seemed to be well maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet and very clean. For some reason the elevator floor seemed less clean than the rest of the hotel. The team members we encountered at the front desk and in the restaurant were all helpful and did a great job. Housekeeping too was excellent. The included breakfast was very good with several hot and cold items of high quality, and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Had a pretty good stay here while in town on business. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. The hot breakfast buffet was satisfying. One of the treadmills skipped when I used it, but one of the others worked fine. The location is convenient to many great restaurants and bars in the area.

Room was great nice sized. Had a balcony not a great view but not bad. Had 2 tv's one you had to jiggle the cord to get the Direct tv to work. But it worked after that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. The area was very walkable. That made it nice we walked to Restaurants and to the Maritime Museum. Would stay again for sure!!!

Was on a cross-country roadtrip and had never stopped in Mobile before. This was the last hotel night on my trip and I just wanted somewhere comfy, clean, and safe with a restaurant on-site. Let me tell you, I will stay here again for the restaurant alone! WOW! I splurged and sort of made my own surf and turf. Started my dinner with a half-dozen oysters with a dirty martini. I asked for some time between my oysters and main course b/c the restaurant vibes were so sexy I didn't wanna rush. My entree was a medium-rare filet topped with seared foie gras with a tender lobster tail and perfectly prepared asparagus (could the chef please send me the recipe for that amazing sauce that drizzled the asparagus?!) accompanied with a glass of red. (I think I went with a glass of Cab.) But enough about the dinner. The room! Very quiet and beautifully decorated. A little bit of kitsch was welcomed since I'm used to staying the same old, stuffy Marriott decor. A bottle of sparkling wine waiting for me in the fridge was a wonderful touch. I sank into the bed in the best kind of way. I didn't want to set an alarm to catch up on much needed rest however I had an early morning and a lot of driving to do. The room was dark, quiet, and cool. The perfect sleep conditions. As someone covered in tattoos, I was pleasantly surprised to see the front desk folks with funky hair and piercings. It was a vibe and I'll be back!

Room was perfect. It was clean throughout and had a comfortable bed. We loved the quick breakfast options in the bistro. It is a little hidden behind the lobby's front desk near the elevators. We had coffee, breakfast sandwiches and muffins. The food was convenient and reasonable prices. The bar was a great place to sit and watch the parades and general foot traffic downtown there was lots of seating by the windows and the interior was decorated nicely as well. The staff was friendly each time we had contact with anyone from the front desk to wait staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property, very elegant,nice art throughout including the corridors on the room levels. Beds very comfortable, rooms well decorated, clean, great aroma in the room. Delightful front desk clerk name Englund checked me in . I liked that they had liquid creamer in teh rooms for coffee instead of that awful powdered mess. The coffee service in the room was very nice with delicious coffee and bottled water was provided to brew coffee. I would stay here again. My only negative was $50 per night for valet parking unreasonable. The living room/bar was wonderful as was the burger and fries I ordered. The lady bartender was so nice.

The hotel was well appointed and clean. It was in a great location to walk to different shops, restaurants and attractions. I enjoyed a pre dinner swim in the outdoor pool. We had dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and morning coffee/pastries in the hotel cafe. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, like staying in an art museum. Location is perfect in downtown Mobile walking distance to numerous restaurants, venues, and nightlife. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was gorgeous. Everything was meticulously clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here over the Christmas period while visiting family. On arrival we were greeted by Jocelyn who was friendly and helpful. The decor in the lobby and breakfast area was nice, bright and modern. Our room was very spacious and clean, but definitely needed a complete renovation. I overheard a member of staff telling someone that the rooms had not been updated for many many years. Very big wardrobe in the room, but not enough coat hangers. We asked for more but they did not arrive until the next day. At breakfast there was no oat milk/soya milk/almond milk (allergy to cows milk) so we asked and were told they don’t have it. However, the staff went above and beyond and provided us with a big carton of oat milk in our room fridge, which was greatly appreciated. The rooms are made up every other day. When we asked on Christmas morning if our room could be made up that day, we were told no. We were however given fresh towels, which was nice. At that time, the hotel was not busy, so it would have been a nice gesture to make up our room that one day for us. Location was perfect for visiting family, plenty of parking and a great nights sleep each night. The rooms would need to be updated for us to want to stay here again - as a gold Hilton member, we have recently stayed in other Hilton hotels which have been a lot more modern. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We arrived at dinnertime and were greeted by Ms. Jocelin H. and Ms. Tyra B who were working at the front desk. The hotel was clean, up-to-date and was very aesthetically pleasing. The lobby was lovely and had lots of tables and seating for the free breakfast that we had the next morning. We went to our room, which was very clean and had a very comfortable bed and a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower. We settled in and then came back to the lobby to find a place to eat. Jocelin and Tyra let us know that Bonefish Grill was still open and a very close walk from the hotel and that the restaurant offered a discount for hotel guests. We decided to eat there, however, because it was raining so hard, they called Ms. Jackie B. to drive us over in the shuttle and when we were done, Jackie returned to retrieve us. When we got up to have breakfast, both Jocelin and Tyra were working the Front Desk again! They only had a short break and were already back at work, still as cheerful as the day before. All three ladies were so pleasant and so accommodating, we loved chatting with them. We enjoyed our stay, would stay again, and would recommend that if you are staying in the Mobile, AL area and need a hotel, please go see the ladies at Hampton Inn & Suites Mobile Providence Park/Airport.

Excellent, clean, staff was responsive, I was in the King Suite, very spacious and relaxing!! FREE breakfast was plentiful, hot, and fresh! There was a wonderful sweet older woman who was on top of everything for the buffet & very friendly. My new hotel of choice when I am visiting this city!

Best hotel in Mobile if you looking for convenience, design, comfort, quickness and great parking/safety. We were here for work. The staff was very kind, quick and welcoming. Check-in was easy and our rooms were updated, super clean and nice. The hotel Lobby is superb and stylish...also great for a meeting. They have private rooms and areas you can have phone calls or simply work. The breakfast was great, affordable and the staff was quick to get us going in the morning. The hotel has coffee in rooms and restaurant. Housekeeping was amazing and did clean every day as requested. In fact - we left our very expensive Drone there we use for work and they turned it into the Front Desk, the manager called and FedExed it to us since we were already on the plane. This hotel is 110%. Its also located on the Park so its perfect for a stroll or fresh air. Walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Easy to access mobility wise and the mini luggage carts are new too. From someone who travels all over the world - I really wish every hotel was like this one! Its just a 10/10. Personally, I enjoyed the secured parking lot located outside the front door.

After a harrowing day of traveling with a teething infant, Sherry the receptionist made us feel like we had come home. She upgraded our room to the most spectacular suite I’ve ever seen. Staff rolled in an immaculately clean pack n play for our baby and my husband and I relaxed with take out from Hero’s sports grille while we watched a free movie. The bed and couches were very comfortable, the room was quiet with a sweet view of Cathedral square and the sheets and towels soft and fluffy. The ginormous bath tub and shower for two made the night extra memorable. We ended our stay with a delicious breakfast at the Monkey Bar where friendly waiters Jon and Sarah took excellent care of us. Sarah even offered to hold our baby while my husband buttered his English muffin. After a cup of twinning’s Earl Grey, I briefly considered moving in permanently. This hotel truly lives up to Hilton’s mission to make every stay brighter and better.

I last stayed here two years ago, and it was time for another visit on company business. I am happy to report, that two years later, I still find that this is a five star establishment. The location is great in downtown Mobile, and even better if you get a room with a nice park view across the street. The lobby is cozy, and the restaurant servers were friendly and had fast service. The front desk employees were very helpful as well. I had a room on the 5th Floor, and found the room to be very quiet, and all the furnishings to be in good order and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. I do wish the pillows were a bit more firm; however, that is probably the brand standard and not indicitive of this particular hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night in May in a King Room. We really liked this place and thought it a great hotel which offers good value for money. The hotel is modern and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was comfortable and spacious and had a large shower en-suite. There is a good choice of restaurants within a few minutes’ walk and parking is available on-site. We would certainly stay here again if ever back in Mobile.

The staff was friendly, always greeting us when we came and went. The room was clean, it faced the park next door. We stayed on the 5th floor. We had no problems with the contactless check in and check out through my Hilton phone app. We used their parking, which is $18 a night. You can also use the Hilton phone app to gain access. You could hear a few loud engines or cars and motorcycles on the street at night but it wasn’t constant to interrupt our sleeping . Great shower and a strong shower head and hot water. Nice gym set up. Good location to walk down the street to bars and restaurants. No complaints.

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome, ensuring every detail of my visit was perfect. When we arrived at the front desk to check-in slightly after 3 pm, the front desk personnel was busy looking at the computer. We stood there for several minutes before she looked up to acknowledge our presence and said would be with us shortly. She did not smile and had a cold look during our interactions. The room was great. It was roomy, clean, great layout with all basic needs. The shower pressure was great. Our room was across from the elevator and it was very quiet. We had the 'room with breakfast' package. The breakfast personnel mistakenly charged us breakfast even though we presented her with our breakfast tickets. When we checked out, we asked the front desk to remove the erroneous breakfast charge on our final bill. Overall, we really like the room and its location. The extent of friendliness and accuracy has room to improve.

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean. Cleaning service was offered every other day, however I only used it about every three days. Towels and toiletries were available upon request and the cleaning staff was very outgoing and friendly. The breakfast area was smaller than I was used to however the breakfast was good. It wasn't free though. The buffet was 15.00 and individual meals were offered between 9 and 15 dollars. This would be the only down fall we saw about the hotel. For the price you pay, there should at least be a continitual breakfast included with other options upon request.

This was one of the best Hilton Inns we have stayed at. A beautiful place inside and out. We arrived early and our room was ready. is a very spacious and welcoming location, where the bedrooms are clean, comfortable and have everything that you need. … The desk staff was friendly, helpful and extremely professional.

Convenient location, great amenities, safe, good parking, clean facilities. We rented 2 rooms, although one was clean the other one needed a little more effort by the cleaning staff. Great buffet breakfast for $16, free coffee stand with a few options available as well. Overall, good place to stay.

The ladies at the front desk was great, helpful and professional. The overall appearance was clean. There were only three luggage carts of which I was able to get one upon check-in but there was non available for checkout. Breakfast was good, the area clean and staff helpful. Really my only disappointment was the smell in my room. It was clean however there was a mildewy smell of which may be the carpet and a musty smell in the bathroom. With this having been a remodeled hotel it appears the carpet was not removed. I hope that the next guests will have a more enjoyable smell.

Amazing place to stay. Reasonable, friendly, helpful, clean. Only matter could be better is to refill coffee pods over 3 night stay.

We have stayed twice now at this hotel. Once on the way to Orlando and now on our drive back home. Very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished rooms. Friendly staff and easy check in! Few fast food restaurants a few minutes a way which makes it easy to pick something up quick. I will definitely come back to stay here again the next time we are in this area!

This was an emergency stay so i didn't really have any expectations, however i was pleased with my stay. The staff was courteous and professional. The facility was clean, safe and comfortable.

Was there on business with my husband so we got the Jacuzzi room. Everything was wonderful. After a hard day of travel and work, it was great to relax in the Jacuzzi tub. The staff was very friendly and the morning breakfast crew was very helpful and timely with making sure fresh food was available.

The hotel was clean and the night clerk was friendly. However, the morning clerk (male) acted as if he did not desire to patronize guests. The breakfast was good. The hotel offered hot and cold options. The staff did a great job keeping the area clean through out the breakfast service. The lobby was quite and inviting. I stay in Baton Rouge, LA and I spent my weekend there. The hotel gets a 10/10 from me. I enjoyed the breakfast, it most definitely exceeded my expectations. I just thought that the grits were going to be cooked as a side instead of us having to make it in a bowl with just hot water. That was the only thing I disliked. Everything was clean, my room was clean and comfortable which is the main thing that I look for when booking a hotel room. The location of the hotel was right off the interstate close to many restaurants and store. If I ever come back to Alabama, I will most definitely stay here again.

This hotel was just what we needed. It was easy to find before we got to Mobile (coming from the west). Check in was a breeze. Our room was well set up, quiet, and such comfortable beds! I really liked the way they did breakfast. They had a table blocking the breakfast area, and you just ordered what you wanted and then received your tray. I felt that this hotel was well set up for COVID distancing and rules, and that it was an extremely comfortable hotel for an overnight for us.

Location was easy on, easy off. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous, friendly, & excellent overall. Breakfast area had abundant seating & choices were accommodating & well stocked. Staff in the breakfast area were very good in seeing breakfast area was kept stocked as well. I saw the pool had an added feature in it with a seating ledge that was lengthwise on both sides of the pool. Enjoyed my stay at this HIE. Would recommend this location.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience even better. My room was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with plenty of essentials, which I really appreciated. The hotel also offers convenient amenities like a washer and dryer, as well as a gym — both of which were clean and easy to use. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay. I’d definitely return!

Breakfast was okay... I had a banana. This was 2nd time staying at this location. I brought my son to Mobile for medical testing. We live 3.5 hours away. Both stays were great. The breakfast is nothing to jump and shout about. It would be great if you had some hot breakfast options. This location is pretty private and exceptionally clean. Staff is very friendly.

Great new property. Clean comfy spacious. It was great having a fully equipped kitchenette. We grabbed food and cooked a meal. Always help available if needed. A small grab n go breakfast but plenty of options to purchase.

Everything was great! Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was spacious. Staff was very friendly. No breakfast or daily cleaning but we are fine with that. They have a self-check out snack area that is convenient. Can sodas are $1 which is so good considering they are $3 elsewhere and free coffee all day -nice perks.

Wee had to evacuate due to Hurricane Ida. The hotel and workers were sooooo accommodating. Most of the people there were from the storm and they kept working with us to ensure that we could extend the rooms if we needed to stay longer. I loved the kitchenette. Saved us a lot of money. Pet friendly - they helped me with my dog when he got sick. The room was so clean and smelled fresh when we checked in. The location is perfect! Right in the middle of downtown so you can walk basically ANYWHERE. The workers were so friendly and personable. Just all around great stay.

Nice size suites with full size fridge, stove top, utensils and adequate supplies for eating. Unfortunately no breakfast is offered, but a nice breakfast/brunch restaurant across the street. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Only downer was that there was a musty smell in the room which was an end unit. Suspect there was prior water damage from a hurricane.

Helpful staff. Clean room. You can tell older. Patching on ceiling, older shower heads, etc but nice enough. Downtown close to conference center. Most hotels around it are more expensive. Comfortable beds and pillows. No breakfast but offers small market to buy things. Close to restaurants

I booked Candlewood as was given advise by colleagues this was good place . After booking I realized they accept Pets and as an asthmatic that worried me so got in touch with hotel to ask on this matter - Manager (Bob) replied they would ensure a deep clean of my room before arrival which I'm really pleased to say worked well and zero allergies whilst there. Rooms are a little dated and old however Bed was great / shower was fantastic and room was spotlessly clean (though possible that carpets need changed out) . Ladies in reception were always happy (rare sight indeed in current world) and helpful and Bob came and said hello everyday . Location very central to all town center offerings . No hesitation to stay here again - good value with nice people - well done all

All of the staff have been very friendly attentive and accommodating. The free dinner was very convenient and three free drinks per person was quite popular. The dinner options included fresh greens, tomatoes, cheese and croutons, Pulled pork sliders. Corn chips with salsa and melted cheese, baked beans, excellent coleslaw, and absolutely delicious made on site Mac and cheese made with white cheddar. Hotdogs. Gumbo. Open bar offered bourbon, wine and a myriad of mixed drinks… margaritas and vodka cherry sour. Rooms are unusually spacious. Great big bathroom. For this price point this place exceeds expectations.

The coffee machine, lol! I’m a coffee drinker and my husband said baby you’re going to want to see this and what do you know it was a coffee machine with unlimited coffee and it was good coffee. The entire stay was awesome from the staff to management making sure we were ok. The amazing free breakfast and dinner unlimited soda machine and popcorn machine. The room was awesome. Thank you so much.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing, they all were very friendly and helpful . We were greeted by everyone we met when we passed the staff. Our room was a little dated but extremely clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you everyone for the services we received.

Very clean and spacious room! The bathroom area is up to date with the sink outside the toilet and shower area so I can get ready while he showers. The staff is super sweet and helpful. The free breakfast and evening snacks were a nice bonus. Highly recommend.

Stop over here 1-2 times a year. Convenient to the interstate, very friendly staff, comp breakfast and dinner, with cocktails. Was told on checkout the hotel will close 1 Dec until 2026 for a complete rebuild!

We stayed overnight in this hotel courtesy of the airline because of an plane mechanical problem.quiet room, so comments are basic. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. It was easy to get a shuttle from the airport and return in the morning. Ride to the airport was about 15-20 minutes. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. WiFi worked well. We did not look at TV, so no comment. Clothes storage was adequate. Mini-fridge and microwave functional. There were multiple outlets for charging. Bathroom was also clean. It had a shower-tub arrangement; you have to step over the rim of the tub to get into the shower; it was not walk-in. There was a grab bar near the faucet, none on the back wall. There was a slip-proof floor, but not very slip-proof when soap was on it. Soap was a liquid body wash, no bar soap. Towels were soft. The hall carpet was stained. There is a restaurant/bar on site. Meals are charged to the room. Food was basic American food: burger, buffalo wings, salads, a fish dish which I cannot remember, fries, etc. Also served breakfast meals in the morning. We were able to get takeout to take to the airport. We were unable to explore the neighborhood nor the hotel's other amenities so I do not know if we would return to this place. But we slept well, the staff was good and the shuttle worked well for us.

I liked all of the following: it was nice, clean, and modern. Our room was HUGE ‼️. there was a bar/restaurant downstairs and the food was delicious. This will be where I stay whenever I’m in mobile, al. The staff was also friendly.

The location was perfect for us as my dad was in Springhill Hospital so we needed to be close to him. You cant get much closer than this hotel. Just a hop skip and jump to the hospital. It was very convenient to Airport Blvd and any place you want to eat. the Staff were excellent especially the bar keep. He was very friendly and remembered us every time we saw him in passing. The front staff were great also and very friendly.

Angela was amazing at check-in and very helpful throughout our stay. The room was cleaned by Donna and she did an amazing job. The room itself was spacious and just perfect in every way. I will definitely stay here again. This is the third hotel that I have stayed while visiting Mobile for ASMS, and it is the absolute best one!

We’ve stayed here multiple times. They are very accommodating and the staff is mostly friendly but you can’t expect everyone to have a cheery attitude. Angela is the absolute best though and goes above and beyond. The location is perfect! It’s quiet, comfortable, safe and you have everything you need in the hotel.

Starting with check in, our stay was fantastic. The woman working the evening of Oct 21st (wish I got her name) was so friendly and helpful! We went in our room and we're very pleased with the size and, most importantly, how clean it was! The cabinets were stocked with dishes and things we would need to eat in. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. Then the next morning when I went down to breakfast I found a large selection, everything from egg/bacon sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal & yogurts, bagels, and a variety of juices. The ladies monitoring the area were super pleasant and had everything neat and very, very clean. Kudos to the front desk clerk, the cleaning staff, and the breakfast crew- we would highly recommend this if you're looking for comfortable, clean, and friendly accommodations during your travels!

This hotel is excellent. We have stayed at many hotels in Mobile. Many are not what they advertised! But this Hilton was super clean! The room was spacious. The bed is comfortable. Shower was clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Even the housekeeper checked on us.

Excellent visit. We checked-in later in the evening, but were helped immediately. All interactions with the staff at this location were A+. Our room was clean and comfortable. We went down for breakfast about 30 minutes before it ended and were surprised at how well it was stocked! The employee, Diane, was so friendly and it was evident that she takes pride in the dining experience of the guests. The staff appeared to have high regards for one another, which for someone like myself, speaks volumes for the management of this location. When employees have camraderie, they usually have great job satisfaction and it shows in the care of the property. Hope corporate takes notice!

My son and I were picking up our new dog, Tigger. I picked Homewood Suite because of the reviews of other dog parents and I am really glad I did! Tigger was very happy! We were all happy with the spacious room! The bed was very comfortable! I loved having access to plates, dishes and flatware right in our room. The tree lined area with doggie bags was very helpful! There were plenty of areas for Tigger to roam and explore outside. We enjoyed breakfast before our trip home with the yummy biscuits and gravy. Highly recommend! Thank you!

There were some stains on the furniture in the room and on the bathtub. A book in the room or info in an app to let you know about hotel info would be nice-- facilities, restaurant and bar hours etc. But that being said, the staff provided all of that info for us. The staff was what really stood out at this hotel. They were so friendly and helpful, even remembering our names and room numbers. The front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff were wonderful. We were evacuating for a hurricane and their kindness really made us feel welcome and calmed our nerves. For much of our 2-night stay we saw the same staff, so I'm sure it was all hands on deck for a storm. And they still did a great job even though I'm sure they were tired. The free breakfast and coffee were great perks too by the way! Thanks so much!

Convenient to the interstate 10 to Mississippi and Alabama. Clean rooms, coffee, refrigerator hairdryer, no microwave. Internet/cable not good. Constant interference with reception. Continental breakfast is prepared to individuals choice (limited choice( weekend open breakfast buffet)). Bar and restaurant mixed together.

A standard Holiday Inn express was quick and easy access just off the I10. Clean tidy and comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff at check in. When we stayed, the buffet breakfast was closed but a instead complimentary breakfast from the standard menu was available. I had an absolutely delicious freshly made omelette while my wife had eggs on toast. Both were excellent and the restaurant staff were just lovely.

My husband & I stayed here one night. The room was clean & comfortable. The check in clerk was very exuberant & helpful. Breakfast was above average as far as motel breakfasts go. The only negative was the restaurant—evening version. Only one waitress/bar tender/part cook so service was very slow. Also, the menu was very limited. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Morgan was working the front desk when I showed early. Friendly and helpful, she was apologetic that a room wasn't available even though I was early. The next day, Mandy was working the breakfast bar and I showed up at 9 (late), but she helped me to still get breakfast including making a waffle for me. Friendly, helpful people make any stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you for the 5-star treatment. As for changes, my room had an air condition unit that was loud.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was no guide on the TV and no paper guide in the room. The breakfast staff was kind and courteous in particular Brittany and Alicia. The breakfast area was extremely clean.However, we didn't like the taco bar. We prefer the old menu with the waffle machines. Please go back to that old menu. Tammy in housekeeping was very helpful and was friendly. She acknowledged that she recognized my husband and I from previous stays at the hotel.

Breakfast is amazing. Brittany and Alicia make an amazing breakfast!!! The Chai pudding is amazing and a great way to start then day!!! Food is fresh and fantastic! Clean rooms and friendly service!! Great place to stay when away from home!

From the moment we checked in we were treated so nice by the staff. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and I love the separate living room and kitchen. My daughter and grandkids traveled with me and my granddaughter wanted cookies and the staff baked her special cookies. The Wednesday night social with food and wine was so nice and tasty. We enjoyed the free hot breakfast each morning and fresh brewed coffee ready throughout the day. We will definitely come back. I give their staff a 10/10.

The hotel is in a good area and easy to get to. Everything was very nice and clean. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The only thing that I can critique is the breakfast. It was very limited, and the main food was a small omelette. My husband and son said it was very good, but it had cheese in it so I could not eat it. There were no plain eggs, which I thought was a little odd. Overall, I would stay here again if in town and would recommend it.

The clerk was extremely courteous and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made me feel valued as a guest right from the beginning. Moreover, the clerk went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences. The Mobile Hotel Marriott itself was impeccable. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently situated in a vibrant area with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. We stayed here one night as part of a Southern road trip. We didn't have huge exoectstios but this was probably the nicest hotel of our trip. Every single person we encountered at the property was super friendly and helpful from the woman who checked us in to the staff at breakfast to the housekeepers I said hi to in the hall. We are Platinum elite and although the M club doesn't serve evening food on weekends, it was stocked with plenty of soft drink options and tasty snacks such as a variety of chips,. trail mix etc. Our room looked to have been recently remodeled and was very modern. They had the trademark Marriot lavender pillow spray which is a nice touch, comfy couch couch and a nice walk in shower. I'm not a huge fan of breakfast buffets but this was was really good with the best biscuits I've ever had, lots of hot options (had grits for the first time and loved them!), fresh fruit and even charcuterie. We'd definitely return if were ever in the area again.

Had a safe and enjoyable quick overnight stay. Property is well lit, lots of parking and friendly staff. Shout out to Craig at the bar/restaurant who definitely did his best to help out all the folks in his area by himself. Nothing was cold, nothing was delayed and he delivered all with a smile. Property is clean and the rooms are good. We had a nice view of downtown. Location is also wonderful as its near some nice restaurants and the mall. Would stay again!

The rooms were so nice and modern. Easy accessibility to park and get to your room. My only negative was I didn’t realize there was not a complementary breakfast. I went down to the dining room and was seated by a hostess which I thought was odd. I told her I’d have eggs, bacon, gravy and biscuit. She was gone a few minutes and came back to tell me breakfast was not included in my room package. She then asked if I wanted the Buffett. I said sure assuming it was a free Buffet. and went in to another room where they had a wonderful Buffet. As I was enjoying my breakfast the hostess came by and laid a ticket on the table. I was very shocked to see the buffet was $22.00 plus tax! Needless to say, I didn’t enter the dining area again during my stay at Mobile Marriott.

I was debating picking this hotel due to some of the reviews but I am glad I chose it. I was worried when I pulled up as the outside looks a little run down but the inside is clean, updated, modern and everyone was beyond friendly and helpful! The breakfast was fabulous and fresh! The rooms have hardwood floors which is awesome as I hate touching the carpeted floor barefoot at even the nicest hotels. Thanks

Perfect for our needs! Just needed a place to get ready and sleep for Mardi Gras. Front Desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Check in was easy breezy. The room.seemed to be recently redone and was in great condition. The sheets were clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. The AC worked great too. The grounds were kept up and Clean. Breakfast was great. Conveniently located to all kinds of food and entertainment. All in all can not beat the stay for this rate. Will definitely book again next year!

A pretty average place. Rooms are spacious. The bed was comfortable. Grounds are all pavement but inside it was quiet. Needs better signing at their driveway. Could have used some fruit at their morning breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and smell clean. The breakfast was pretty decent also. The glass shower in the room was awesome. I like it had a inside pool even though we didn't get a chance to take a dip in it..lol. the staff was nice at the front desk and the breakfast lady. I like the hotel was around a lot of choices of activities like shopping, food, and things to do with kids. The hotel wasn't for from downtown and traffic wasn't to bad in the area. I would come back and stay.

We stayed for one night only. The evening front desk person (Debbie) was very welcoming and hospitable. Overall the facility was clean as it appears to be recently updated. We appreciated the rooms being stocked with Dove body wash, shampoo/condition and body lotion. Breakfast options were plenty along with the coffee/tea bar. This hotel is conveniently located near many places of interest for travelers (restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, shopping etc.). You can’t go wrong with this Holiday Inn Express location.

I stayed at the Phoenix All Suites West location. The suite was exactly as shown online. My room was directly over the pool and had a beautiful view of the beach. The balcony had a nice table and chairs. I sat and had coffee on the balcony a few times and just people watched. I didn't go in the pool but I saw maintenance people cleaning it every day and lots of kids enjoyed it. A board pathway to the beach was just next to the pool. The location gave easy access to shops and restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of room and the bed was great.

We stayed at homewood suites in mobile for 2 nights. The hotel was kinda tucked away but we found it. The room was a huge 2 br, 2 ba suite. Exactly what was needed for our family of 5. The room is a bit dated but very clean and comfy. We didnt expect for the couch to be a pull out bed but that just added an extra plus to our stay (kids didn't have to share a bed). The breakfast was phenomenal. They offered a pretty good variety and it tasted great. There was often a line for the waffles also. The pool is decent. It is small but it goes to 5ft. The 1st night we went swimming there were about 20 teens in the pool already at 9ish at night being very loud (this is def not on the hotel more so their parents). I will say that the woman that checked us in (didnt get her name) was amazing, sweet, kind, informative, helpful, and made everything very smooth and pleasant for us. Overall great stay and will be staying there again!

I have been living here for the past 4 months and from the very first day I arrived, Daniel checked me in and immediately made me feel like family! Over the last 4 months I can honestly say that the staff is the most amazing I have ever experienced at a hotel. With that being said Daniel always seems to be working the days and times when I am coming through. Daniel has went above and beyond to accommodate and assist in making my stay as comfortable as possible, treating me like family and being in a first name basis makes me feel like we are old friends. Daniel is a great employee and the rest of the staff has been amazing also.

10/10- the staff here is amazing. Our family spent the weekend here moving our daughter into her college dorm because we live 5 hrs away. Everyone is so professional and accommodating, but also empathetic that is was an emotional time for us... They recommended great restaurants and shopping and even provided last minute items without being asked... Truly took care of us.

The breakfast was great! Lots to choose from on the breakfast menu. On day 2 they were out of some of the condiments but I under stand things happen. The breakfast staff could smile more and act the part. They were not rude but not morning people I assume.

We had a great weekend stay. It started on the phone with a most welcoming front desk associate, Caitlin. From that call, we knew we found the best place for our long weekend stay. We came into town for a dog show. Caitlin was so helpful with our room choice and the hotel amenities benefits. Since we were 2 friends traveling with dogs, she helped us with a 2 room suite. It was perfect. Great location. Very clean. I believe they are newly renovated. Nice breakfast. Very quiet. Nice, CLEAN dog walking area. We would easily choose this hotel again. Especially in a time when so many in hospitality are short staffed and overworked, it is so nice to encounter staff that is so pleasant, professional and genuinely happy to have us stay. Thank you! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for only one night, but we didn't have any issues during our stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and check in was easy. The room was on the smaller side, but having separate bedrooms was nice. Both rooms and the bathroom were clean and the beds were comfortable. There is a small kitchen area which was nice for coffee in the morning (we bring everything with us, including a small Keurig). Everything seems clean, but somehow the outside of the refrigerator is rusting. Not sure how that happens since the inside was clean, but it's not a good impression when you walk in. The property was quiet and we felt safe there. The hallway going into our building could have used a vacuum and some WD-40 on the front door hinges, but overall, everything was fine. We would stay here again.

I'd like to give Nicky, the evening front desk clerk kudos from the time i walked in the door, she was all smiles and very helpful on making my check-in easy and friendly. Nicky was very kind and helpful with a not so big issue in Suite 302. Thanks Nicky! Our 2bdrm suite was cozy and comfortable for our Mobile weekend trip with 2 of our kids. The Lady Sue at the front desk was very helpful, polite and professional. The room was clean and the AC was running. OH yes, The lady bar tender was very friendly and nice. This Hilton was very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is inviting and sparkling!

The front desk staff were helpful and engaging. The room was comfortable. Only three minor issues: The curtains did not reach the air conditioner unit, so I woke up to bright sunshine. (should have put a towel on the AC unit to block out the sun). In elevator number 1, I saw something white dripping down the wall. It looked yucky. The shower facucet was backwards - rather than turning the knob to HOT for hot water you had to turn to cold for hot water. Thankfully, my husband figured that out as I kept the water running, hoping it would eventually heat up. BUT the beds were comfortable; staff helpful and kind. So my score should be a 4.75.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here. Everything was so clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful and met my every need! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who needs a place to stay in Mobile Alabama! The price was reasonable and the breakfast was delicious!

Rooms are very clean. 9miles from carnival port. The staff is amazing Kisha served us breakfast. Breakfast was delicious. Shonta was cleaning but stopped to help us. Will definitely stay here again if in Mobile AL.

Clean, quiet, staff was friendly. We needed pet friendly because we had to evacuate our home due to the hurricane. Hotel had everything we needed. Hot tub needed somw attention. The pool was perfect.
