This was the NICEST BW hotel we have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and courteous, they had answers for all of our questions and were super lovely to deal with. The rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable, well stocked and a generous sized fridge which we appreciated. The free breakfast was actually the best we have ever had. They had so much fresh options every morning, halved grapefruits and fresh cut melon and berries, plus whole fruits like oranges and apples. A make your own yogurt parfait station, Eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, biscuits and gravy plus a waffle bar with tons of toppings. Honestly it was such a nice breakfast and made us feel so valued as guests. There were always people happily visiting or playing cards in the dining area and it just felt like a really comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed our visit immensely! Highly recommend

Breakfast was GREAT each day. Loved that they have added "specials" Blueberry cobbler, Breakfast burrito like casserole, Little tortillas for eggs and sausage, with option of cheese and Salsa! Also I love the Coffee they serve there in the lobby! Room was GREAT! very comfortable. I loved the option we had as we were there for 4 nights of not having people come in and make the bed and stuff. We asked for the couple of items we needed from the desk. I think the main thing I loved was the employees are EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful. From the people at the front desk to the group who does the breakfast buffet each day and even the people cleaning rooms. As we passed in the hallway, they always greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed. We have stayed there many times as my family lives close to the location and we will return many times more!

Without a doubt the best hotel in Missoula. I live in hotels for my job and this place knocks it out of the park. The breakfast bar has fresh fruit, yogurt, real meat and eggs, the nighttime social from 530 to 7 serves up beer and wine with a pretty spectacular light meal. All free. Laundry is free and the rooms are like mini apartments. The hottub is actually hot and clean and the staff is amazingly friendly. Anna the manager that I had the joy of meeting tonight really knows what she is doing in providing a wonderful guest experience. I have stayed at every other hotel in this town and none compare. 5 stars for this hotel!

What a fantastic stay! This place was awesome. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and you don’t have to check out until noon!! The beds were sooooo comfy!!! There were things to do with the kids; pool table, basketball court outside , indoor pool. Everytime I came out of my room there were people in the halls cleaning (which is always a good sign)! Now onto the very best part… Their breakfast!!!! It was top notch! I could not believe the spread. A yogurt bar, bagels, waffle maker, eggs, fruit, and more! The woman who runs the breakfast was fantastic. She was on top of it the entire time, Super helpful and readily available. The staff at this place were just so beyond amazing! We travel a lot and I was so impressed with all of the accommodations, cleanliness, yummy breakfast and the coziest beds! I cannot wait to go back. Keep up the great work! Book this place N-O-W!

I had a fantastic experience at Staybridge Suites in Missoula. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering helpful local tips. The breakfast was a real highlight—plenty of delicious options to choose from, including fresh fruit, hot items, and pastries. This hotel was the best stay on our entire trip. The entire staff was phenomenal. The hotel was immaculate. The room was fantastic. It literally had everything you could possibly need for a vacation other than personal items of course. Even the shampoo and conditioner provided was amazing. We even got to utilize the hot tub. There are specific people I would like to mention: *Kayla, Anna & Peggy from the kitchen staff. It was the most amazing breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel and that is definitely saying a lot. *Elysa & Mitchell at the front desk were fabulous and I would stay just about anywhere with that great of costumer service. *Amanda & Bubba with housekeeping definitely deserve a huge shout out they were kind, helpful and the place was perfect. I have never had such a great experience with a hotel and every single employee I met went above and beyond. This is definitely an amazing place. I will be coming back and absolutely will be telling all my friends and family about how awesome our experience was. Plus you can beat the price. We stayed at several places along the way and most were more expensive, but the other places were not nearly as nice as clean, and they definitely didn’t have staff as incredible as the staff at Staybridge is! Thank you to each and everyone of you and we will be seeing you again in the near future!

You could not ask for a better hotel experience than this — Staybridge should be the #1 hotel in all of Missoula! Our trip began with a wonderful welcome from Elise at the front desk, in which she expertly explained everything we needed to know for our fabulous 2-day stay here: all about the complimentary washer/dryers, the fitness room with machines, towels and free weights… the evening social at 5:30 Mon-Wed… the billiards room… and the excellent breakfast that starts at 6 am (with coffee out around the clock) that included a variety of eggs each day, potatoes, bacon, sausage, bagels/breads, little deserts, fresh strawberries/oranges/apples/bananas and oatmeal. We were fortunate to have a roomy 2-Bedroom/2-Bath Suite (one with a tub, one with a shower) that had windows to open for a breeze and a delightful view of all of Missoula from the 4th floor. We absolutely enjoyed all the friendly staffers, too — each and every one of them with a smile and a greeting when you passed by. Thank you again, Elise and GM Ryson, it was just perfect!

Let me start off by saying , in my opinion, this has been the best hotel I ever stayed in. Very quiet and very clean. Staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean including the bathroom. Pool and hot tub area very clean and well maintained. Continental breakfast was by far the best for variety. You book this hotel and u won't have any regrets..10 ⭐⭐..thank you!!

Lovely new hotel, it’s still waiting for the tarmac driveway to be completed. Very friendly check in team that gave us a good recommendation for dinner. Rooms are quiet and spacious and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was great showing how it should be done, with a friendly attentive staff member who interacted with guests whilst still keeping everything clean and topped up.

we loved the location to Glacier and downtown for food and drinks! They have bikes and kayaks for free to use as well as electric bikes to rent. Free use of the laundry facilities! There’s a game room, pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast is great with egg sandwiches/egg burritos, cereal, oatmeal, and yummy pastries.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were excellent and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly leaving a great first impression. The hotel provided bikes and kayaks to use for free. We used the kayaks and had a great time meandering down the river right behind the hotel. There is a convenient boat launch making it really easy for these two novices to get in and out of the kayaks. The river itself is mild and easy to maneuver. We saw lots of wildlife and even a pair of deer on the bank enjoying a meal. The hotel itself was great. The only issues we came across was the jacuzzi tub was not working which was disappointing and running out of towels in the pool area.

Excellent stay! Safe area, clean, and added very cute boutique touches to what may otherwise be a pretty basic hotel experience. Outdoor seating, outdoor fire tables and smores, pool and hot tub (although only "complaint" would be that the pool felt freezing even though temps were 80ish degrees outside, they ran out of pool towels so made a trip to front desk, and hot tub jets were broken and it was lukewarm at best). It didn't damper the experience though! Also has a game room (couches, seating, TV, pool table), coffee/tea and mini shopping nook with merch and snacks in the lobby. Easy and plentiful parking, luggage carts available, staff was super nice and helpful anytime we needed anything. Room was great- lots of outlets, felt very clean, good water pressure, mini keurig, microwave, and mini fridge all worked great. Quiet, really comfortable beds, a/c was excellent. Was actually impressed by continental breakfast- a lot of options, clean, was constantly being replenished by staff, and it was all pretty good! Best continental breakfast i've seen in a long time (and coffee with real coffee creamer, thank you!!!). Close drive to downtown whitefish (5 mins or less) for shopping and dining needs. Expect long dining waits and nothing really seemed to be open past 8:30pm it seemed, but excellent food options. Jersey boys pizza- chef's kiss!! Anyway, highly recommend, especially with kids. They had a blast and want to go back just for the hotel stay!

The location was perfect! It was next to the river and the river path that connects you to the rest of the town. We were able to walk to nearby places, and we also used the complimentary bikes to ride to the lake and downtown on the river path. We really enjoyed the location. The staff was really nice, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We even sat on the pool patio and enjoyed the sunset. In the lobby, there was always tea, coffee, and hot chocolate available, as well as popcorn. We could refill our bottles at the bottle refill station, and there was a little food store in the lobby. We took the complementary shuttle to the airport.

Great location for a safe morning walk. Good breakfast. Jacuzzi was nice.

Room was of a good size; large, comfortable bed; bathroom a bit tired looking but everything worked, and the shower was good. We had a ground floor room, which was very handy as we don't know whether there were lifts to the upper floor and we had a lot of heavy luggage. Serve yourself complementary breakfast was better than many we've come across, and complementary tea and coffee are available in the reception area at all times. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed for access to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park, which is about 14 miles away. West Yellowstone has many shops, restaurants and petrol stations - although the shops tend to be of tourist/souvenir type. On two occasions we ate at a restaurant called The Three Bears; the meal on the first night was good, so we went back for a second night; that meal (pasta Al Fredo) was very disappointing: bland, liquidy rather than creamy. There is a laundromat right next door to the hotel, which was a bonus, our trip was for 25 nights and finding a laundromat somewhere along the way had always been part of the plan.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we've been to, and the area felt safe and walkable. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, and the food was fresh and tasty. All of these are good things about a hotel, but the best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were helpful and informative about local attractions, but when I experienced a medical emergency, they went above and beyond. I was taken by ambulance to a hospital an hour away, and the ambulance people assured my husband that a free shuttle would bring us back the next day. Unfortunately, when we called the shuttle to arrange a ride, they said they could not take us back to West Yellowstone, that it was too far. We called taxi and shuttle services all in the area, and no one would bring us back. I even called the sheriff for help, but they put us off for hours. Finally we called David, the manager, and explained our dilemma. He arranged for his wife to come pick us up, and he and his staff had all our stuff packed up and ready to go when we arrived back to the hotel, since it was after noon, and we still had a 3 hour drive to Cody ahead of us. He gave us bottled water for the trip, and we were on our way. Who is that kind in today's world? What a wonderful asset David is to the hotel! We would stay there again in a heartbeat, and we highly recommend the hotel.

I don't know that there is enough space to list all that we liked! The front desk staff was EXCELLENT, friendly, welcoming and helpful. (All shifts!) Our room was spotless, roomy, pleasant and located conveniently to our vehicle. Now the breakfast provided...what more can I say about the variety of hot and cold breakfast foods? My goodness....we didn't want to return home to our usual breakfast of toast or cold cereal! And each day, there was a different choice for us.

The property might not look pleasing from outside but the rooms are very decent and comfortable and renovated. We had a great stay here, it was comfortable and cozy. They had hot buffet breakfast and breakfast menu was changed everyday which was very impressive. Thanks Best western Weston inn!

We were pleasantly surprised. Again, who manages the franchise, and who runs it on a daily basis make all the difference. The evening front desk person was friendly and informative. One facility can be different from another. The front interior looked vaguely familiar like this hotel had once been another brand. There is a lovely oak stairway to the upper floor, but an elevator was lacking. All was very clean and well lit, including the guest room. The floors were not sticky from too much cleaning solution. The room was quiet, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was complete and very good. There is an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, an exercise room, a guest laundry, and a business center. The Lobby is welcoming and comfortable, inviting one to sit a spell. There is a meeting facility (the breakfast room doubles as this) and a 24-hour front desk. Parking was generous and well lit. Wi-fi is free. The property is wheelchair accessible. In the morning when we came to check out, the reservation which was made online, did not show the lower Internet rate. The morning front desk person would not honor that rate, so we paid the regular rate. This downgraded my review, despite everything else being nice.

Fairbridge Inn Express is a favourite stop enroute to and from Arizona for us. It is super-clean, the beds are comfortable and the inn itself is very well maintained. The included breakfast begins at 6 a.m. and is always fresh and delicious with something for every taste. Tonya and her staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. It is pet friendly (we travel with two schnoodles) with easy access to a clean well maintained grassy area with supplied pet waste bags/trash bin so there is NO excuse not to be a responsible pet owner and stoop and scoop. All in all, Fairbridge Inn Express checks all the boxes for us.

We have stayed in the Fairbridge many times, the rooms are always clean and staff is pleasant and accommodating. The pool and hot tub are showing their age but still clean and comfortable. The rooms are on the small side but comfortable, with windows that actually open to let in the fresh air. Shower was hot, water pressure could be better but no complaints. Breakfast was delicious, lots of hot food options and plenty of seating.

Spotless, comfortable, well-maintained hotel and hotel room. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful desk clerk - she recommended a dinner place that worked out great. I subtracted a star for the lack of an automatic front door.

Ryan at the front desk was very welcoming, kind, and helpful! The hotel common areas were clean and spacious. Our room was very clean and we felt as if we had plenty of space to spread out. Had everything we needed for the night: plenty of outlets, comfy bed/linens, fridge, microwave, and amenities. The bathroom was well lit and spacious. The property was quiet and afforded a good night’s sleep. The morning breakfast was better than most with several hot and cold choices. We will definitely return when we come back to the area.

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, sparkling clean and had nice features like a walk in closet, large walk in shower, and separate sitting/kitchenette area. The staff were very helpful. The lobby was inviting and aesthetically pleasing. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fitness area. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious; especially the coffee and sugar waffles. Although prices have gone up at this hotel (as they have at every hotel) I still believe this is an excellent value considering the amenities.

This is our third or fourth time staying at this hotel, and the second time working out of this hotel. Ryan Bates is hands down the most amazing assistant manager, he's been so kind and helpful and accommodating to our needs!! The rooms are clean, the best are super very comfortable, the breakfast is better than most other hotel breakfasts, the bar makes great drinks and has a fun ambience and the hotel has all around great atmosphere. We will be staying here every time. 👏🏻👏🏻

We had to change our travel plans on short notice and found the SpringHill Suites Bozeman to be a great place to land. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, room was generously sized and well-equipped with everything we needed. Appreciated the all-day coffee and tea in the lobby, as well as the breakfast and bar. Great location and quiet, in spite of being near I-90.

We had an amazing view of the mountains. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just ok. There just never seemed to be enough for the amount of ppl that were there. People were always waiting. All in All... we would stay there again.

This place is amazing!!! There is value in being new. As of Dec 2024 they've been operating for 6 months only and it shows in their property. I love the outdoor hot tub, when I was there it was 36F outside and it felt comfortable. The indoor pool was not huge but water was really clean, unlike some of other hotel in the similar price range I stayed at. I also really love the water dispenser in the front desk, it gives you cold, hot and soda water. It was amazing. The bed and the room was amazing too. Lots of room. TV was huge and you can watch your own things on Netflix, YouTube etc. The downside: toilet paper was in an odd place and was hard to reach. The pillow was not great quality and doesn't have much support.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Several pillow options on the beds. Pool hours are long and pool temperature was excellent. The wind was blowing like crazy and the jets in hot tub were broke so the outdoor hot tub was a bit chilly. The front desk offered us all that was needed to make s'mores on the outdoor fire pits. Everyone was so friendly!! Wyatt was exceptional! If he hasn't had a raise in awhile, he definitely deserves one. The breakfast was sub par, at best. The options were limited and low supply on the items they did have. Our large group of 7 just ended up going up the street to McDonald's.

Staff was excellent and our stay there was GREAT! Especially that we were snowed in for 3 consecutive days. All the staff was amazingly kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again. If I had any one thing to ask for improvements on it would be breakfast. It is nice and offer selection, but after a few days is boring. Place was super clean and eco-friendly and pet friendly as well. GREAT JOB guys!

A New clean property, this is the closest hotel to Bozeman Yellowstone Airport. A welcoming lobby with restaurant was comfortable and welcoming. The restaurant had good service and breakfast was nice. They do have a workout room to stretch but no laundry facilities which would have been nice for a skier passing through.

I think of the word Zen in describing my feelings about it. Calming certainly ...nice soft color choices. Quiet, peaceful and the front desk personnel were so helpful: welcomed us with big smiles. Everything about the hotel was perfect. Our room was clean and very inviting. Loved the extras such as the yoga mat, accessories and exercise board with rubber bands mounted on the wall. No need to leave the room for a quick workout. Loved the bathroom especially the shower. Beautiful.

The EVEN is a new, modern hotel conveniently located near the Airport. The rooms are spacious, and the beds & linens are clean and comfortable. The price for the room was reasonable, although the limited menu items were quite expensive for what we received. **My only complaint is that the heating and cooling system is very hard to control. The room was 76 degrees upon arrival. We had a hard time making it more comfortable (68-70 degrees) and keeping it that way because the system fluctuated wildly between hot and cold air - nothing in between.

The property was modern and brand new and extremely convenient to the airport for an early-morning flight. They did offer a small menu for food and a grab and go section and there was a bar if you wanted to have a drink. The rooms were clean and spacious with exercise equipment in the room. There was an illuminated mirror in the bathroom and plenty of lighting.

Very well equipped, extremely clean, with very friendly and efficient staff. Pool was lovely to cool off in after a long day. In addition the carts at the front entrance were very useful. Plenty of parking. Dinner and breakfast options were plentiful and healthy. Bar was great with very reasonably priced drinks.

This hotel was great and clean. However, with Covid, they weren't doing housekeeping which I found odd. I was constantly having to call and ask for towels, which they seemed a bit stingy with. There was also never any down in the pool area. But it was in a great area and the pool/jacuzzi area was great?

We stayed here as part of a longer stay. Spacious room with kitchenette. Great closets and awesome idea on the hamper basket, we used it to do our laundry also. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff friendly and welcoming. Lobby welcoming to hang out in. Great wifi. Only disappointment was guests hanging out at the hot tub for hours with no masks and drinking beer. Hotel asks guests limit use to 1 hour but do not enforce it so this creates an uncomfortable situation. We literally had to ask the 3 guests in the pool if they could give us some space to get in. Awesome shower! Breakfast pretty limited, we had great hot breakfast at other hotels.

Great location, reasonable price for high quality. Staff is very warm and welcoming and helpful withlocal information. The hotel is very clean & attractively decorated. The room was fantastic. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower. The kitchen area had everything you need an, again, very very clean. We would absolutely recommend and stay there again.

It was absolutely amazing. Everyone at the front desk was friendly had very accommodating when we had something we needed or an issue with something. The housekeepers were all very friendly and made sure we had clean towels garbage bags, dishwasher soap and extra dishwater. The people working the continental breakfast Always had a smile and made sure we got enough of all breakfast items. They worked very fast. My son and I love this place

I have done a LOT of traveling over the years and stayed in a variety of properties, some very high-end, and I have to say our stay at this property still stands out as one of my best experiences. The customer service at this hotel was top notch. Every employee we encountered, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to maintenance, to the breakfast staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. To tell you how seriously they take customer service....I had foolishly dropped my cellphone on the way out of the hotel when we were leaving for the airport. We called the hotel to see if anyone had turned it in and the manager and his staff went out of their way to locate my cellphone (they found it on the parking lot), and actually brought it to me at the airport! Truly above and beyond. I was so very grateful. The staff kept the property very clean, both the rooms and public spaces. We were there for several days and I appreciated that they had a different hot entree option for breakfast each day. I HIGHLY recommend this property if you need a home base to tour around Whitefish, Glacier National Park, and the Flathead Valley.

During April/24 we stayed at the Hampton Inn, Helena, MT on two different occasions. We were delighted with the welcoming reception by CJ who was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating! He took care of any requests we had in a friendly, efficient manner. Simply put, CJ is great! This hotel is very clean, the beds are great, the rooms are roomy and well set up. It all added up to a wonderful stay! Kudos to Terry who provided our good breakfast in a neat setting! It is nice to be met with a smiling face and to have a variety of items for breakfast, from hot entrees to lighter items and fruit if that is your preference. At checkout we met Michelle who was another happy, knowledgeable staff member! In fact all the staff we had anything to do with were great people! We hope to stay here again whenever we are in the area.

Checked in on Sunday Oct 06th for a one night stay. Appears to have rooms upgraded, very spacious, open concept, full amenities, great breakfast, typical Hampton breakfast with the exception that here the breakfast person actually was working! Close to Walmart Supercentre and HAND WAND CARWASH, that alone makes this place ideal.

No complaints from me. The bathroom and the room itself were both large and clean. The guy that checked me in was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was pretty average, but hey, it's a chain hotel--I didn't expect breakfast to be anything special.

We have stayed many nights at this particular hotel over the last 8 years and always have a great experience. Very convenient to restaurants and Walmart. Nice free breakfast, clean property and friendly staff.

The presidential suite was spacious and comfortable. It has a kitchenette and a gas fireplace that made our stay extra comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a great addition to the large bathroom area. The two TVs were also nice. We really liked that the pool and hot tub were 24-hour access. It was conveniently located a short drive from Flathead Lake and Kalispell.

Because of advancing age and health concerns, the added breakfast was a deciding factor in including this site. Rooms very quiet and comfortable. breakfast excellent and good restful views from cafe. Store next door convenient for snacks, etc.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon check in they provided information on nearby restaurants and later on local shops. There was a power outage due to a heavy wind storm that took out a local transformer while we were out. The staff had heavy duty flashlights lining the halls and lobby, brought a big jug water to our room for flushing the toilet and bottles of water for drinking, and let us know that if we needed anything to let them know. The breakfast area was large, bright, and comfortable.The food was good, but some fresh fruit would have been a welcome addition.

The friendliness of the staff was the first impression, a good start. We were able to check in when we arrived an hour and a half early. The room was clean and comfortable, and most importantly, quiet. The breakfast was amazing, with so much selection of both hot and cold food and every beverage one could want. Although we didn’t have time to use it this trip, having a work out room, pool and hot tub available 24 hours was a big plus, one that I will return to take advantage of on my next trip to the area. Overall, excellent stay!

I wish the hotel description had said there was a Keurig - frankly that is different than just a coffee pot. The breakfast was good. There were plenty of options from cereal to eggs and meat. And a real comfortable dining area. The area around the hotel felt safe and relatively quiet.

The room was modern and clean. A lot of thought was put into the design of the room to make it comfortable and efficient. The bed was comfortable and soft and firm pillows were provided. It had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The breakfast was included and had a different egg dish daily, sausage, bacon, cereals, fruits, biscuits and gravy, a variety of breads, sweet rolls, and a machine that made fresh pancakes. There were several restaurants within walking distance: Dairy Queen, McDonalds, Taco Time, Montana Club, Chicago Speakeasy, A free shuttle was provided for transportation to the airport.

The hotel is usually perfect to stay. Comfortable, clean, nice staff. I only stayed there 1 night but when my sister and 2 granddaughters woke to go to breakfast they were pleasantly surprised. I am teaching my granddaughters about the way people act that come from different states. What I mean is that some employees from states like where we come from are a bit busy. It is no knock against California but there is a difference. My 5-year-old granddaughter is just learning to have the courage to request things and breakfast is one of them. The employee named "Day" was so kind when both of my granddaughters were at breakfast and made them feel so comfortable that when they spoke with her their requests were as important as the adults that were there. This is my way of saying "thank you" for the experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, particularly the cinnamon rolls and coffee. We stayed in a two-room suite, which was perfect for our family, especially since we had a long flight the next day. The hotel offered convenient shuttle service to and from the airport, which was fantastic. We also enjoyed having the entire pool area to ourselves on a Sunday afternoon, which was a nice bonus. If you're traveling with family, this hotel is one of the best options for both price and comfort.

Great location just off the 15 & you got everything you need close by & even a gas station in the same parking lot. Hotel is self was clean & smelling clean friendly evening front deck guy never was around for day time staff. Pool was warm & hottub was hot & opened on the date posted that was nice. Breakfast was really good ! Room was clean & in great condition other than a pee spot on couch for a small dog but otherwise really nice beds were comfortable & that’s in a pet friendly room.ill be back

The hotel was nice; the well-cared for rooms seemed fairly new. The room was clean and comfortable, and filled our needs well. It was further than we wanted to walk to get to a restaurant for supper (so we went with a group in our bus), but also quiet and peaceful at night. The breakfast buffet was adequate, but I’ve had better. It may have been a “supply chain issue” but they ran out of 2% milk at the buffet, and when I asked the attendant she said there was no more, leaving only skim milk and almond milk. I really would have rated this higher were it not for that lack. The eating area was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was just minutes from many dining options and only 7-10 minutes from old downtown Helena and the capitol, parks, and the Cathedral of Saint Helena. Our suite was large and comfortable with a pullout couch/lounging area, which was greatly appreciated on our 5 night stay. The staff was helpful and polite, eagerly gathering extra pillows and shampoos/conditioners. The free breakfast was surprisingly varied and tasty including: biscuits & gravy, eggs/omelets, bacon/sausage, a selection of yogurts and cereals, muffins & breads, juices & cocoa, oatmeal, and fresh waffles. Our only complaints were minor: weak WiFi that continually dropped and a non-functioning hot tub.

Clean, new, attentive staff Breakfast was really top notch for complimentary hotel breakfast. Biscuits & gravy, eggs, bacon, 2 different options of fresh assembled breakfast burritos, 2 different waffle options with traditional/ maple syrup and blueberry compote syrup. Toast, muffins, bengals, cereal, parfaits, juice and milk. Maybe even more? Breakfast bar coffee was not great but the kurig coffee in the room was fine.

This BW is a level (or several) above the average BW. Spectacularly clean. Slept so well. Perfect linens. Above average breakfast with fresh blueberries and Nutella for waffles with sausage and eggs as well . Nice decoration throughout. Live orchids at every breakfast table, cut flowers, fairy lights. Festive. Friendly. Safe. Near excellent coffee at She Brews within walking distance. Helpful staff with genuine recommendations. Thank you everything you hope for on a road trip.

An amazing hotel with amazing staff. The staff was always very helpful, breakfast was delicious, rooms were spacious & comfortable and the place was kept extremely clean! The pool and hot tub were nice and there was great outdoor seating available.

Great location, beautiful facilities, amazing breakfast but most importantly the staff was super. Tammy made us feel like family from the moment we walked up to the desk to check in for the night. Because of a staff member being on vacation, she worked late into the evening and greeted us the next morning as we came down for breakfast. Breakfast! The best I ever had at a hotel when on the road. Wide variety of delicious food and china place settings and silverware added to the ambiance. Tammy gave us a wonderful idea as we were departing. Since we were traveling to Seattle, she suggested taking a 45-minute break from interstate driving by going through the mountains to arrive at another exit on the interstate. It was perfect and so beautiful. As a bonus, we had a view of the historic Anaconda smelter smokestack out the window of our room and Anaconda was a charming small town that has fought back from the economic devastation of the loss of the Anaconda smelter. Our experience was so outstanding that we are thinking of visiting Glacier NP next year and going south afterwards to visit the Forge Hotel and further explore Anaconda—this is the impact that Tammy had on us.

Beautiful Property! Loved the jacuzzi and lake view!

We had a great stay. Our room was really nice, large, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony and view of the beautiful lake. We were a bit disappointed that on the night we stayed, neither restaurant was open but we found a great Italian restaurant, Old Bridge Pub, a few miles away. We had a really nice breakfast the next morning at the hotel.

Our stay was wonderful. The room had a balcony where we enjoyed cocktails overlooking the grounds and watched the sunset. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We were told in advance that breakfast was “continental (fruit, yogurt, muffin) as the main restaurant was not open. Very good pizza at Riley’s!

This was our second visit. Our first was a one night stop over pre-covid and we really enjoyed it and wanted to come back for a longer stay. We had a Ponderosa room which is top floor with a private balcony. Good points first, the hotel pool and hot tubs are great with fabulous views over the lake, the room was large and comfortable, the staff were friendly. But firstly some refurbishment and maintenance is needed, the air con is very noisy but todays standards and the fly screens on the balcony doors were broken. The hotel does not provide breakfast, only coffee and a muffin, so you are expected to look after yourself but no glasses, crockery or cutlery are provided. Excuse is it was stopped because of covid but that simply does not apply now. They really do need to improve this.

Although this is an unpretentious property, it had everything we needed. The accomodations were spacious and clean; a living room, small kitchen area with sink, microwave, refrigerator, bedroom and bath, and a front porch. Staff was very friendly. Schafer's restaurant on property (see separate review) was fantastic. Location was great. Even though the continental breakfast left a lot to be desired in terms of nutrition, I still give it 5 stars because everything else was just perfect.

This hotel was great for our time here with my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter. The pool area is fun, but splashy, and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing. We went right after check in so it wasn't too crowded. After dinner ithe pool was very crowded so you may want to keep that in mind. Breakfast was nice and they had a great selection - including make-it-yourself waffles. The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable.

This was truly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at in the midwest/mountain area. It is absolutely gorgeous with a lovely decor of western mountains in every corner that is beautiful, not cheesy. The lobby boasts a two-story stone fireplace that is a room divider between the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was the best with lots of hot options including gluten free bread, which I rarely see. Every room is named and makes you feel like you're in a spacious cabin in the woods or mountains. Even the valance over the window in your room is solid wood with metal bear silhouettes which demonstrates the amount of detail they went into. You will see that type of detail everywhere. We brought our dog and they gave him a huge dog treat when we registered. They put out fresh baked cookies at 5:00 pm for their guests. The lawn is lush and manicured with a paved walking trail that comes right to the parking lot which is perfect for you and your pet, and they even furnish doggie bags for clean up. I would definitely bring my kids here - amazing pool with rope bridges and slides. For dinner, go to Jake's Bar & Grill (you can see my review separately) which is just minutes away with incredible food and ambience. We rarely go through Billings, but we will always stay here when we do!

The breakfast was excellent and a wonderful variety. The shower was a dream come true. There was no fear of falling in a bath tub. It was large, safe and comfortable. The bed was perfect and as I had a broken rib, it was great to sink into that luxurious bed. The staff was friendly and professional, patient and understanding.

The Best Western Plus Billings is a wonderful place to lay your head after a busy travel day. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cookies are put out each evening for guests-a wonderful touch. I didn't utilize the pool or the fitness area, but they both looked very inviting. One things that stands out in my mind is how clean this property is. There is obviously a great deal of pride taken in the upkeep and maintenance of this hotel because everything looked clean and well taken care of. This is not your run of the mill franchise property. It has a different, more personal feel to it which is very rare these days. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Billings.

Lobby and breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Simple breakfast options of biscuits & gravy, ham, waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, cereals and pastries. Room was a little small, but bed was comfortable. Small fridge worked fine. Didn’t use TV or Microwave. Staff was friendly. No issues. Budget friendly for those that just need a place to sleep and shower.

We booked the room with the Jacuzzi tub. It was great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had many options. It was convenient for shopping but not necessarily walkable. Will likely stay here again

What a great hotel !! So glad we stayed here - actually didn't want to leave. Starts with easy parking onsite, staff friendly and quick check in, room was large with plenty of space for our suitcases, shower had lots of hot water, love the "Dove" amenities and the thank you note under the door if you're a priority member. The free food at the manager's reception on weeknights is a great touch which we were very thankful for as well as the free warm cookies every night. Yum !! The included breakfast was great and the breakfast area was very clean, the staff working in the breakfast area were on the ball with replenishing food and cleaning up and there was a lot of choice for food at the buffet and everything was fresh. Let's not forget those cinnamon rolls either !!! The hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Definately recommend this hotel.

Best stay we've ever had! The staff was unbelievably nice and helpful! The lobby was fully decked out in Halloween decor! I commented on them when we arrived and they said one of the managers did it! Owner is lucky to have these girls! The breakfast bar was great - Fruit, eggs, yogurt, pancakes, sausage, cereal, coffee - Clean & spread out. Rooms were clean. Fridge, microwave & coffee in rooms. Only negative is the walls are very thin & you can hear everyone walking above you so if light sleeper 3rd floor is best. Lower number rooms put you close to far end door w/stairs. We had room 205 & it was perfect! Location was great - close to shopping and 15/20 mins either direction gets you to Whitefish, Kalispell, Airport/Columbia Falls. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

We stayed here before and after our nights in Glacier National Park and I have to say it is one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express Hotels I have stayed at. The decor is very nice and the staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is typical and includes the infamous cinnamon rolls. They also had cookies nightly at 7 pm and had a light dinner on the weeknight we were there, and coffee was always available. The pool and hot tub are very nice, and the pool even has a short lap lane which is nice if children are playing in the pool and someone wants to swim laps. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed having a small balcony, which we don't commonly see at this level of hotel. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. We left our bear spray at the front desk since we could not take it on the plane with us. I highly doubt we were the first to ever do this so it might be worth it to check with them if you are in need of some to take hiking in the park.

Everything was perfect. The mobility accessible room was right at the elevator, which was a short distance down hall from desk. Bed was super comfortable and room had Keurig coffee maker so you can use your own brands. King suite had comfortable couch and two big screen TV. Hotel also has a “Manager’s Reception” in dining area on M-W between 5-7pm. On Tuesday they had snacks and teriyaki rice. Wednesday was a pretzel bar and two kinds of chicken wings along with soft drinks. That kept us from buying dinner. Local newspaper available at breakfast and they still slide the bill under the door like hotels used to. They are above and beyond the usual Holiday Inn Express

I was a little nervous as we've never stayed in a Quality Inn and weren't sure what to expect. I was happy to see this property is clean and the room was very recently updated, as well as spotless! The room was a good size too, a bit larger than a standard room. Every single staff member we met was warm and welcoming, especially the front desk ladies and the really nice lady in charge of the breakfast. I wish I had written her name down, she really went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, and even helped us above and beyond her responsibilities. Breakfast was really good- small but the food tasted great and was hot. The wifi was fast and strong, the beds were very comfortable, and it was quiet in the room at night. The only (minor) issue was, the next morning we could hear the guy in the next room thru the connecting door- he was on a business phone call that we could hear pretty clearly. Some soundproofing with the doors would be very helpful. All in all I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the staff for a lovely start to our vacation!

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was clean and had windows that opened so we could enjoy the mountain air. Recommend Natalie's Front Bar for dinner if staying in this town. There was no place to sit outside for a smoke, but the area felt very safe. The hotel might be pet friendly, because we met a nice dog who was staying there. Our room was spacious. The free breakfast included hot items and was a nice spread. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Red Lodge. It's also a great place to start your trip over Bear Tooth Pass and into the northeast corner of Yellowstone National Park.

The Quality Inn was amazing! Perfect location in Red Lodge. Walking distance to all the cute shops and restaurants. It was perfect to head out to Yellowstone, and the staff was wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, helpful, Dakota was amazing and made our stay special! Highly recommend!!!

Great hotel, very family friendly and fun pool. Clean and quiet! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh but could use a little more variety in the muffin section. Laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. Very dog friendly but some people don't like service dogs anywhere but on the 1st floor.

Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Internet worked fine. Breakfast included lots of choices, items replenished in a timely manner. Would stay here again.

The staff was friendly, and the place was clean and quiet. We appreciated the free breakfast, and as two older women traveling together, we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The price was just right, and the beds were very comfortable and spotless — something we truly valued. One small note: the sink water took quite a while to heat up, so you have to let it run for a bit. But overall, it was a great stay and we were very pleased. The breakfast was fairly standard, which is what I expected. Overall, the taste was a bit too processed for my liking — I probably should’ve just stuck to toast and fruit. The boiled eggs and yogurt are always a reliable option. The biscuits and gravy, though, were a bit too doughy and gummy for my taste.

The most comfortable bed and pillows were outstanding! Friendly and welcoming staff and altogether atmosphere was very welcoming! Breakfast area was clean and very well stocked, with plenty of options. Best coffee!!! Cherry on top was when the front desk called 15 minutes after we checked in to ask if our room was satisfactory and if there was anything else they could do to better our stay.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Great Falls, Montana, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. First off, the rooms are spotless—truly some of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Each room includes a Keurig, which was a nice touch for morning coffee lovers like myself. There is also coffee in the lobby 24/7 The location is super convenient—there’s a movie theatre right across the street, and a Walmart, McDonald’s, and a Tesla Supercharger all within half a mile. It made everything about this stop easy and efficient. It is right off the I15 as well. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Ray at the front desk (working the 3–11 PM shift) is an absolute gem. Hands down, the best front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. He was genuinely kind, warm, and incredibly helpful—the kind of person who reminds you that great hospitality still exists. Friendly, smiling, and just going out of his way to make you feel welcome. People like Ray are rare, and Holiday Inn is lucky to have him. If you’re staying in Great Falls, don’t think twice—this is the place. Clean, convenient, and service that’ll make your day

Jason checked us in. He was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel was in a great location for our travel. We didn’t get to use the pool or waterslide, but both looked amazing.

Comfy bed, nice pillows, staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower was amazing also. If I am ever back in this town I will definitely be staying here again. The price was affordable, room was very clean. We got a late checkout and that was very helpful.

This is one of the few branded hotels in West Yellowstone, which is the western gate of Yellowstone National Park. The hotel is located conveniently just down the street from the park and has plenty of parking. I stayed here once in 2015 and apparently the hotel was recently renovated, but I don't really see it. The decor looks much the same and the hotel still feels really dated. The rooms aren't lit very well (which seems to be a problem with a lot of Holiday Inns - don't understand why they can't provide more lighting). But nonetheless, the room was clean, large, and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant (The Branch) attached to it. Went there for breakfast but they were only serving buffet and I seriously would not recommend it. It's basically what you get for free at a Holiday Inn Express, but you have to pay for it. At least the server was really nice. Overall, this is a decent hotel to act as a base for Yellowstone. It's clean and comfortable and has free parking. Restaurant aside, my only negative experience was checking in. The lady at the counter was very cold and didn't understand seem to understand that I had two separate reservations (booked one night with free night cert and another using cash), so the check-in process took a really long time. Other than that, my interactions with the rest of the staff were all really positive.

This property is located in a walkable downtown with museums and other local attractions and plenty of dinning options. Less then ten minutes from the west entrance park gate. We ate breakfast in the restaurant every morning. The food was fresh. Breakfast service was a little slow as you are ready to hit the ground running but that was the only negative thing. Parking was easy and free. The rooms were recently remodeled and spacious. They have a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. If you have kiddos this would be a great choice they have an indoor pool and a free game room. Every night they have fresh baked cookies and ice cream and popsicles for free. For sure recommend.

There was no complimentary breakfast, but the attached restaurant offers a delicious buffet breakfast. Servers were very attentive. We ate dinner there, which was just ok. The room was quiet, and the location was great. Since we visited in April, we had the town to ourselves, but given the wide streets, that would not be the case in the summer months.

Stayed here for a training and the staff and facilities were great staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided excellent service and kept the areas clean and coffee full. They provided coffee cookies and hot chocolate. Adjoining restaurant has tasty game chilli and beet salad.

Very nice Lodge. Clean, friendly and convenient. This lodge is centrally located in West Yellowstone, close to restaurants and stores(walking distance). The Restaurant and Bar are very nice and do a good job. Excellent parking, rooms are large, well laid out and recently renovated. If elevator work it would be nice. Overall well done!

We picked this hotel because we were returning home the next day. It is about 15 minutes from the center of Bozeman. The hotel is very modern and clean. Our suite had a relaxing sitting area and was designed with traveling in mind. We liked it had a very large raised area to put suitcases, a long mirror, hooks to hang jackets and a nearby shelf for keys/wallets. There was even an art deco darkening shade that was a very nice touch. The bathroom was large and spacious as well. The towels were fine but getting a little thin. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn, very clean and tasty and the seating area is large. It is close to the airport but we never heard airplanes flying over. Highly recommend!

We stayed here to be close to airport for a flight out the next day. 5 minute drive to airport. We had a rental car but they did have a shuttle to take you to airport. Very convenient. Can walk to a couple restaurants. Rooms are very nicely renovated and lobby is new and modern. Nice free breakfast. Our room was first floor, super convenient. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a nice way to spend our last night in Montana.

Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, pastries, oatmeal etc. There was something for everyone in our group. A cold breakfast is served at 3 am for those leaving early! I have had early flights where this would have been a plus. My group stayed here arriving and leaving to see Glacier National Park. It was perfect for us.

A great stop on our cross country vacation from WI to Montana- clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff! Staff was friendly and the breakfast attendant was attentive and quick to help! The hotel is in a great location right off the highway and serves as a nice stop after many hours of driving! Comfy beds and nice- size rooms for our family of 4 adults!

The staff is very friendly. The hotel public areas are clean. The room was clean and quiet and had no odors! Bed is comfortable with good pillows. Breakfast had good quality fresh fruit. Decent choices overall for a quick breakfast, but be aware that the hot choices are pre-wrapped frozen and must be microwaved. However, nice to have a hot waffle maker! Coffee was fresh. We appreciated the veteran parking spot! (And we do have veteran plates.)

The bed was very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and the breakfast was much better than the standard "continental" breakfast. The staff member working the breakfast area was very polite, helpful and accomodating (letting someone get their breakfast even though it was past breakfast time.

While this an older property it was well maintained. My room was a decent size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I don't require lots of frills when traveling, just cleanliness, quiet nights, and a comfy bed and this place exceeded my expectaions! Having a refridgerator, microwave, and coffeemaker in the room was an added bonus! There was minimal noise from the outside traffic at night and i had no problem sleeping. I was in Missoula for the college graduation and most hotels were very pricey and I felt this location was very reasonably priced at a minimum of 50% less than all other places I checked out. I'm not a breakfast eater but did check on the food choices and felt there were a good amount of options. The staff during all shifts were friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with this property and will definitely stay again when visiting Missioula and won't hesitate to recommend it to relatives & friends.

We travel a lot for sports and this has been the BEST experiences. The staff was effecting at check in, the rooms were extremely clean and the whole facility was well maintained. The breakfast was the standard Marriot breakfast but the staff that served and cared for us was exceptional. It felt like I was at my aunties house and she was lovingly caring for everyone, taking dishes, cleaning, refilling drinks and grabbing food she noticed might we might need. BEST Fairfield Inn I’ve stayed at in the last 5 states and 7 hotel stays! Thank you to the staff for exceptional customer service and care for the facility!

Having started at a couple other hotels in Butte, the Fairfield was definitely an upgrade in terms of amenities, "freshness", and overall comfort. Friendly, helpful people, very clean room, quiet, effective AC, comfortable (firm) bed), great wifi and desk. will plan to stay here anytime in Butte

We were able to make a last minute reservation online with extra help assuring our parking space was sufficient. The room was clean, fresh feeling and comfortable. We got in late in the evening so missed the soup but we enjoyed fresh cookies in the foyer. Slept great, fresh bedding, soft and plentiful towels. Breakfast was varied, waffles, breakfast sandwiches to warm up, fruit, coffee with numerous creamer flavors. I’d stay again if in the area and highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location right near the interstate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in was quick and easy and my room was quiet despite being so near to a truck stop. Free breakfast was a little lacking in terms of hot foods, but the coffee was good. My room was clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable. Easy parking near a door that was close to my room, but it felt less secure than other locations due to proximity to so much vehicle traffic at the nearby truck stop. That said, parking area was well-lit and no one messed with anything.

Definitely, I would stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent both days we were there with multiple options and hot coffee and food. Our room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were welcoming. I needed to do some work and sat in the breakfast area for a couple hours in the afternoon and it was very comfortable. The kids (not ours) seemed to be enjoying the waterpark area which you can view from that area, but not hear much of what is going on - which was nice! The breakfast was your average buffet, but it got the job done.

Nice clean room..pool and breakfast area. Perfect pool area with slides and kiddie pool play area..breakfast was a good variety..Easy on/off to the freeway. My only complaint is this is obviously a kid focused hotel yet the shower did not have a hand held shower head. No tub or hand held shower makes it pretty hard to wash little ones

This is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. It’s beautiful and spacious. We had a king room with a pullout bed and it was very comfortable. There was a wonderful shower. In the mornings they offer breakfast and the breakfast was good. This hotel included an indoor water park featuring a water play area for the kids and a pool just for them. A bigger pool for adults and a hot tub also two slides. Service was very helpful. We had left something behind and the housekeepers looked everywhere for it and found it for us and got it to us no problem.

Good location right off Hwy 90. With the use of your Nav the city was easily navigated. We enjoyed our suite. Comfy bed, nice linens, soft towels & large shower! Full breakfast: wonderful and the woman who made the breakfast and serviced the area was so sweet. I asked for some suggestions on how to see the city and where to go, she took time (after she had finished her clean up after breakfast) to talk with me and make several great suggestions! We were throughly satisfied!

Recently renovated spacious room with small kitchenette area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good free breakfast selection. Very clean and people constantly working to keep it that way. Walking distance to a decent restaurant. We wanted to stay by the airport our first night and the shuttle brought us to get our rental car in the late morning (driven by the assistant GM who was so informative about the area and Yellowstone) had a late checkout cleared the night before so we did not have to rush at all. Great stay.

I called directly to the hotel before booking to be sure they offered airport shuttle services. My son was flying to Bozeman while we were driving in but due to arrive much later than he did. Staff was very helpful and accommodating being sure he was booked for the correct pickup time and let him in our room long before we were able to get there. The room was very spacious and comfortable for the three of us. Of our 30 days on our trip they offered the best breakfast buffet! Many fresh fruit options and delicious warm cinnamon buns. We highly recommend this hotel!

Everything you could possibly need out of a hotel we found here! Very clean rooms, healthy grab and go options at breakfast, and friendly staff who are available for a quick check-in/check-out or happy to chat and share their insights about the area with helpful local tips. If we’re scoring on convenience- these folks are a 10 as they are one of the few hotels around with a shuttle!! A big thank you to the incredibly nice drivers we had, Thurman and Michelle! The hotel is quiet, within walking distance to restaurants and even to the local Target. There is an indoor pool, gym, and a small shop with snacks and various toiletries. They are remodeling and a lot of the completed rooms are available, but the good news is you won’t notice any noise or issues as they are purposefully working on it a few rooms at a time so there isn’t the usual hustle bustle mess that a lot of places have when they’re remodeling. The price is the same as most of the chains in the area, but we felt like we had a more pleasant stay here than we had at other places in Bozeman.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were allowed an early check in which was very appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety for grab and go. Hotel was located close to the interstate and other shopping if you needed something.

Super 8 Inn in Bozeman is a nice and comfortable place to stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast is fresh and satisfying, a great way to start the day. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the location is very convenient—just a short drive from the airport and close to restaurants and shops. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bozeman.

After working 18 hours I needed a place to stay. The front desk staff was beyond helpful and friendly The room was very clean. Coffee and breakfast were good. Hot tub was an added bonus. Also it was nice and quiet. Beautiful location Would stay again for sure!

Bed was comfortable, Room was clean and thats what we needed. Just be aware there are no lifts so you must carey suitcase up to room, wasnt a problem for us.

Hotel and rooms are clean, fresh, and modern. A seven year old building that looks like brand new. Well kept and updated. Free hot breakfast is good, but not exceptional. Very good cheese omelet and biscuit and gravy. On other days different omelet and ham and egg croissant sandwich which are extremely tasty. But the sausage patty is extremely salty, so inedible. Apples and bananas for fruits. Waffle maker and bagels for carbs only on the weekends. Location: centrally located by the River Value: fairly priced (lower than most sister hotels of same class) Overall rating! 5 out of 5 all the way Recommendations: oh, definitely highly recommended. You will be pleased and surprised as we did.

Seriously one of the best run Springhill Suites we have stayed at in the USA. Staff is awesome and go out of their way to be friendly and accommodate your needs......special shout out to Brie who helped us with our Titanium upgrade to our patio riverfront room so convenient for our puppy and we were grateful. Now let's talk about clean.... our suite was absolutely spotless, you could still smell the fresh cleaning smell when we entered our suite, as well the room was well maintained bright and super well designed. Wi-Fi was fast and no signing in to get it just log on and go. Complimentary breakfast was again above average and delightful with coffee on 24/7....again clean well filled presentation. Nice lobby and even a nicer outdoor area with a big fire pit that is always on, we had a very enjoyable glass of wine sitting around the fire in the evening. I have one niggle and that is the mattresses where too firm for us but other than that it was a perfect stay. Sometimes you have pay a little bit more to have quality experience and that is the case here.........it was truly an outstanding stay at this extremely well managed hotel.... thumbs up to every staff member. After a long, difficult drive from Salt Lake City to Great Falls in a storm, arriving to this hotel was an absolute breath of fresh air in every way. The exterior was impressive and that carried on to the interior as well. Fresh, clean & new throughout. Very nice! To top off our experience, we were greeted by a wonderful front desk clerk named April. She was so friendly, welcoming and professional - and offered us some excellent restaurant recommendations for dinner. Finally, our breakfast the next morning was surprisingly great. We just can’t say enough good things about our stay at this hotel!

The outdoor fire pit was a great feature! The staff was friendly and helpful. They brought out a couple ice buckets to the fire pit and made sure we were comfortable. The path along the river was great too! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

We recently visited the Springhill Suites and were very impressed! From the top notch friendly front desk ladies to the clean and comfortable room, great breakfast and outdoor lounge area…what’s not to love! There’s a sidewalk to take a walk along the river and if you have children, a great playground a short walk from the hotel as well. Might be nice if you could purchase wine or beer at the “market”. We will visit this property again.

The Hilton Garden Inn room, hallways, restaurant area, etc. appeared to be recently remodeled and in clean, attractive condition. My room had a king size bed with a firm mattress and the bathroom had a shower with room for two people. There was plenty of counter space in the very clean bathroom. I found the room to be nicely air conditioned and quiet for a good nights’s sleep. I used my IPhone as an alarm clock since the clock next to the bed seemed difficult to set. The restaurant offered a buffet breakfast for $18 and ordering from the menu cost about the same. The HGI is about 30 minutes from the Bozeman airport and the HGI has a van to take guests to and from the airport. Guests need a rental car or to take a tour to get to Yellowstone Park. I recommend a visit to the Bear & Wolf Discovery Center on the other side of the park in West Yellowstone. I did not eat dinner at the HGI, but it is served six nights a week. There is a computer for guest use in the lobby and free internet service in the room was very good. In the lobby of the HGI there is a self service store for snacks and necessities you may not have packed. Restaurants are scattered around Bozeman but a quick trip from the HGI. I did not go to the pizza restaurant closest to the hotel but enjoyed the restaurant specializing in steak sandwiches quite close to the hotel.

Our check in experience with Noah was pleasant, engaging, courteous, and the room was phenomenal. The following morning we had breakfast and our server Kylee was equally exceptional. Kylee was attentive, extremely helpful and expeditious with our food. Kudos to the chef, he or she made an excellent omelette. Mitchell at checkout rounded off our one night in Bozeman with safe travels and feelings of goodwill. Bozeman, Montana Hilton Garden Inn has a wonderful ambiance, well appointed western architecture and warm hospitality.

Fabulous customer service! Came to Montana for a Photo tour of Yellowstone and stayed at this hotel on both ends of our visit. I was able to leave a large suitcase there, and they were very accommodating about checking in early. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful! Our room was spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently spent a night at the Holiday Inn Express Butte because we didn't like the hotel we had reserved for the night and were desperately searching for an alternative. We walked into the Holiday Inn Express and were greeted by a welcoming front desk person and an ultramodern, spacious decor. The hotel is on a commercial stretch of Harrison Avenue near the freeway, but it was perfectly quiet at night, has modern and very spacious rooms - the best that a new Holiday Inn Express can deliver. We were just a 5 min walk from a Starbucks in the morning and it was a very easy drive the next day to get to the Museum of Mining and Berkeley Pit. We were especially impressed by the way they were doing their best to provide breakfast during COVID. They had a full and well-stocked buffet available for takeaway - with a lovely, helpful person keeping the buffet stocked and in good order. We had no problem picking up our items and taking them to our room for breakfast. We appreciate that they were still trying to take good care of guests and provide good value.

The staff was amazing in all aspects! Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was ample. The pool and hot tub area was clean but in need of some renovations. We had a mix up in our room with booking.com and Quincy, the GM, fixed it immediately to help accommodate my family of 6.

This is a good place to stay, very clean and quiet. Even though it's right next to I-90 we didn't hear a thing all night. The rooms are extremely clean, the overall feeling is a bit dated, but that doesn't matter if it's clean. Very spacious. We had 2 queen beds plus a very nice spacious sitting and desk area plus small kitchen

This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a while. Our room (king suite) was comfortable and had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable, and I slept great. The sofa bed looked to be new, and my daughter had no issues sleeping on it. The room had 2 TVs, a mini, frig, a microwave, and a pod-type coffee maker with regular coffee, decaf coffee, and a selection of tea bags. There was also a tray of coffee condiments - sugar/sweeteners and creamer. Complimentary breakfast included various muffins, toast, bagels, a variety of cereals, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, packaged fruit, milk, and coffee. The area was quiet after dark, and I had no concerns about safety. All of the staff we encountered was friendly, especially Mary, who was at the front desk when we checked in. I will definitely consider this hotel in the future when I am in Billings.

This hotel is part of a convention center. It is spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. You can tell that at one point, this hotel was state of the art. But it's age is showing. There are (7) floors, and the ONLY floor whose ice machine works is the 7th. There are conference rooms on site, but most of them were unusable because of a water leak in the ceiling and sheetrock on the floor. There is an ATM on site, but it wasn't working. No longer state of the art, it is now marginally acceptable. There is a free breakfast, but it is limited to dry cereal, yogurt, toast, packaged muffins, and rock hard bagels. The room was spacious, and the A/C worked well. The bed was comfortable. However, the water in the shower wasn't very hot. There weren't many rooms occupied, so it was very quiet. For the money, I feel like it is a good value.

Large clean quiet room, SUPER comfortable bed, good shower with great pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy grab bar. Plenty of vanity space around the sink to set toiletries. Fast elevator, easy parking. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. The large fruit bowl on the reception desk was a nice touch. The staff was terrific: Mary at check-in was very efficient and helpful, and Sheila at check-out was very cheerful and friendly.

It was more than amazing!!! My kids never liked any of the hotels we stayed in, but this one, oh my gosh!! They didn’t want to leave!!! The manager Bruce was amazing! Helped us with anything and everything! The room was clean and comfy! And breakfast was such a treat!!! Amazing hotel and great price! Kid friendly too!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. This hotel has so much potential like a restaurant/bar, better breakfast. The fountain wasn’t running either, I assume it’s because it is winter. It was reasonably priced and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

We stayed one night in Helena, and this proved to be the perfect place for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby and our room were both super clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. This was the 6th day of our trip, and we really needed to do laundry- and this hotel has two washers and two dryers for guest use. (You may have to be a Hilton member to use them, but it's free to sign up for that, and very worth it!) The hotel is located in what looked to be a new, growing area. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and many retail stores very close by.

Everything. Room spacious and very comfortable, with ensuite kitchen facilities, comfortable relaxing area, and sleeping space all well integrated and tastefully decorated. Tea and coffee, great TV. Delightful breakfast area and satisfying continental breakfast. Cannot recommend enough.

This property is very fresh, clean and comfortable, specially when you travel with small children - our room was so spacious! The breakfast was pretty amazing - so many delicious options ( which is very rare nowadays for these types of hotels)

Love this hotel!! The room was so spacious with a full kitchen, living area. Bed was so comfortable!!! The room overlooked the Missouri River and it had a nice area out back to be able to sit with a pergola area. Beautiful hotel!! We were there on a Tuesday and they offer a dinner that is free of charge Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so that was amazing!! And the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had!!! Lots of choices including a yogurt bar, fresh fruit etc. and the staff was fabulous!! So friendly. And I appreciated the text when we arrived asking if we needed anything. This hotel goes above and beyond! Luxury at an economical price!

Everything was excellent. The staff were kind and friendly. It is a very safe environment. The breakfast was very very good. The fresh fruit was excellent. The weather was nice so I could sit at the picnic tables at the back of the property overlooking the river! Quite delightful. Parking was great. My only disappointment was the swimming pool. It was nice and clean, but there were no large towels and it was busy and there is no natural sunlight except for through two small side windows. Bonus points though: it has a washer and dryer available for guest use and the area was really well maintained and clean. One really cannot ask for more in a hotel. Overall, I think it was fairly good value for money. And I also know that staffing issues are a huge problem so kudos to everybody who shows up and puts their heart into their work. I am grateful. We (family of four) recently stayed here for a two day holiday. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room (one bedroom suite) was perfectly adequate. It was starting to show its age and was a little cramped for four people, but it was clean and well supplied. I paid the extra $12 for a river view room, and it was well worth it. The location is convenient to basically everything in GF, right next to the river and a nice park, and walking distance to a few restaurants. I had a really nice stay at the Staybridge Suites. I was really impressed with the quality of the continental breakfast! Typically, you'd find pastries and a lot of microwaved food. This breakfast was great in both freshness and variety. It's not every stay where you find fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries) for the yogurt/oatmeal bar. I also enjoyed the rooms and the gym center and the courtyard in the back is lovely and peaceful. The hotel is right along a beautiful river trail as well. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Staybridge Suites is THE place to stay in Great Falls! Overlooking the Missouri River, with occasional BNSF trains passing by, all aspects of SB range from excellent to exceptional: employee commitment to service-first, a spacious comfortable room with all the amenities, a delicious breakfast, and FREE dinners M-W, a fitness room, pool, and laundry room; it can meet the needs of an overnight sojourner or someone visiting the town/area for an extended stay. Staybridge Suites met all our needs and then some! Bravo!

From check-in to check-out, every single staff member we came in contact with was top notch! It was a little tricky to find, but the GPS took us right there through an older neighborhood. We were a little concerned when there were several tour buses in the parking lot and we learned that LOTS of teenagers were on their way to a statewide track meet. But the hotel did a good job of keeping them together and we didn't hear any noise from the hallway. Most importantly - the room was CLEAN and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was super crowded the next morning but the woman keeping it up seemed to enjoy it. She was cheerful and friendly, in spite of the frantic pace. Everything was fresh and there was a variety we haven't seen in other Hampton's, including beautiful fresh sliced strawberries and red velvet cake waffle batter. Wish we had remembered to ask for individual names but this was our first stop on a multi-state roadtrip and we didn't think about it. The only thing that could've made it better - there was only one restaurant within walking distance and it was a bar-type grille, which was was okay, but it would've been nice to have more options. Suffice it to say, we cannot recommend this hotel enough and hope to pass through Billings again for another chance to stay there.

The staff were just amazing. So friendly. The room was clean and so quiet, even though the interstate is right there. I was impressed with how quiet it was. I slept very well. My only issue was the breakfast was lacking. It was very basic. Also the hot tub was out of order and it was so cold, the kids really wanted to use it. Overall the comfort of the bed and the quiet were amazing.

We recently enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn Billings for four nights. It is a very nice hotel, and was very quiet despite a large number of children staying there for a local soccer tournament. Our room was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and the housekeeping staff was very attentive and considerate throughout our stay. The hotel even provided a generous supply of complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, which was something we have never encountered before outside of some bed-and-breakfast establishments. It was a very nice and welcome perk to our stay. The hotel also provided a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was very well setup, well-cooked and tasty. We also received regular text messages from Kristin, the manager, during our 4-day stay inquiring how things were going and asking if there was anything we needed. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Near I-50 large clean room with king bed and huge accesssible bathroom. Comfortable divan and lots of outlets. Good sized fitness room (needs a treadmill). Very good breakfast with western omelet and quality sausage, fresh blueberries and strawberries. Friendly helpful staff.

Excellent Stay – Staff Makes All the Difference! I travel to Billings monthly for work, and this hotel has become my go-to — I won’t stay anywhere else. Kristin and Debby at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. When my room wasn’t ready at check-in, they went above and beyond to make the wait comfortable, offering fresh cookies, cold waters, and genuine hospitality. They truly made the best of the situation and turned a minor inconvenience into a great experience. The rooms are always clean, and the beds are super comfy , everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. And did I mention the 24-hour hot tub? Huge bonus! It’s the staff that really sets this place apart. If you’re headed to Billings, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a cute, clean Motel, with everything you could asked for. It is a historical Hotel / Motel from the early 1900, of course it has had updates, but it is not new, it is rustic and suit’s the area. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and there is a nice restaurant next to it too. We had breakfast there twice and it was yummy. Our room had a comfortable bed, small bathroom, which it was clean, but the shower curtain had a musty smell. The towels were nice & clean. We stayed in room 117, the room had a nice king size bed, refrigerator, microwave. In the hotel, there is a nice area inside where you can get coffee, coco, and/or tea accessible at all hours. The Motel room was affordable and comfortable, and will highly recommend it. I can tell the owner(s) or manager running it takes pride in it. There is also a cute Gift shop that if you are staying with them, you get a discount on purchases. We enjoyed our stay there and love Yellowstone, which is at a short distance. After a whole day in the park it is nice to rest in a place that is close by. The only thing besides replacing and/or washing the shower curtain will be fixing the door gap, which lets cold air come in at night, we placed a small towel in there at night. Everything else was great. Blessings to you all!

We chose West Yellowstone for our hotel, based on its proximity to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. (BTW plan to enter the park early in the morning to avoid long lines.) West Yellowstone is a fun little town with historic buildings, an Imax theater, library, police station, grocery store, hotels, and restaurants packed into a nine-square block area. Our choice of the Historic Madison Hotel, on the National Register of Historic Places was perfect for us. It was built in 1912 and hosted guests such as Clark Gable, Gloria Swanson, President Herbert Hoover. The first floor has the feel of a small museum, with original log walls and furnishings, and a large, quirky gift shop. Free coffee and beverages are available at the back of the first floor. Note that the hotel also serves as a hostel. The receptionists (usually the owner or his daughter) were all friendly and accommodating. Our motel-style room was functional and clean—nothing fancy, but it worked for us. We entered our room from the street and used free street parking. Adjacent to the hotel (sharing the same building) is an excellent coffee shop/diner that I believe is owned by the hotel owner. We received a discount voucher for our meals.

SUCH a lovely place to stay! The bedroom itself was so lovely, cosy, log cabin kind of vibe, just so nice & so comfortable. A previous review mentioned the thin walls - we could hear people occasionally but it never bothered us, I think it added to authenticity - definitely wouldn’t put us off coming back! The staff were also lovely & so helpful, our luggage was lost en route to an earlier destination, and the manager even attempted to call the local airports to see if they could help locate it. Really central location to bars, shops, restaurants. We got 2 x coupons for $10 off at the neighbouring cafe at breakfast, which was a great added bonus! Just such a great place, would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in West Yellowstone, really authentic place, and lovely staff

Beautiful hotel. Clean, very spacious. They have an area that is open 24 hours a day that has tea, coffee, and hot chocolate free of charge for guests. They have a huge beautiful gift shop.(show your room key for a discount in the shop) This hotel is in walking distance of all restaurants, and right across the street is the Yellowstone museum, and right down the street is the grizzly and bear discovery center. The original part of the hotel is so beautiful feels like a cozy cabin, so beautiful to look at. Every Sunday they roast s’mores with huckleberry jam!! You can sit in the lobby which again is so cozy and play games, watch tv, it’s a fun thing to do with the kids! Me and my mom really enjoyed this hotel.

Was rather surprised that the room had a toilet and a bathtub, but we had to go outside to use the common shower as there wasn’t a shower head in the toilet. The common shower was clean and empty most of the time though, so that was great. Staff were friendly and polite. S’mores night was a nice touch! Room was small but comfortable enough. Also really liked the drinks dispenser :)

These three associates are truly what Hamtpn means when they say " Making you happy. Makes us happy." The beds were comfortable and the shower. WOAH! The shower head is phenomenal. And the location is very pet friendly. They have a grassy area for your furry family to take a break on. Our fur baby loved the hotel as well.

Very convenient off highway and to the airport. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfy!! Breakfast was lovely. Due to COVID it was set up like a made to order and the lady manning it was very kind and friendly. Front desk was most helpful with some questions we had on the area. Recommend highly!!

We always stay at this Hampton when we travel to Great Falls. It’s in a convenient location and it’s always clean with friendly staff. The gal at the counter for check in remembered us from our last stay nearly a year ago and she really goes out of her way to accommodate any needs we may have. The pool area is always clean and well stocked, as is the breakfast room. My family enjoys staying here.

This Holiday Inn is one of the cleanest and best managed Holiday Inn’s we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! It is very well managed offering a fantastic and convenient location with great access to Makoshika State Park and local restaurants. The on-site pool and spa is at the perfect temperature and was spotlessly clean and quiet. The staff who greeted us and checked us in made our stay memorable - shout out to Patrick especially, you were a pleasure to chat with and helped us out with our stay! The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the onsite parking was safe and secure. A great stay, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again - the breakfast was a particular highlight! It was really well managed with a great selection!

Hotel was full but was remarkably quiet. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast area clean, well stocked. Loved the “grind” coffee maker instead of pre-made lukewarm coffee. All in, a better choice in Glendive.

Clean and updated, this hotel felt safe and welcoming, with comfortable beds and a full, free breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful, if not readily available.

Friendly staff! The buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations. Silverware was on every table; coffee refilled by attentive staff member. Room was larger than anticipated and extremely clean. Easy access to the freeway. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Costco.

Quiet room, comfy bed, clean and spacious. Had a refreshing wonderful sleep. Been traveling Wisconsin to Seattle so the wonderful surroundings and quiet room was welcoming.

Our room was clean, comfortable and located in a quiet area of the hotel. The on-site restaurant is closed on Sunday but other restaurants are available within walking distance. Do not look for a free breakfast here - the charge is $15 per person.

Clean room, king bed suite. The bummer was being next to the stairs; heard people going up and down. Breakfast was good but nothing changed during our stay. They ran out of decaf coffee and the truck was due after we left. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom could be cleaned better but was adequate. I would stay there again.

Quiet, comfortable, very clean. Did not use the pool area. The only problem was at breakfast there was no hot water for the tea bags, none of the offered drinks were sugar free (for diabetics).

We were greeted by the housekeeping lady as we exited and entered our hallway to our room or elevator. She was hustle away and cleaning in a room next to ours Check in and out was easy. The host at the dine area was friendly and guided us to our table to be seated. We had breakfast in the sit in location. That area was nice and tidy. Crystal was helpful with recommendations, service and the cook did a great job on the French toast. Highly recommend this hotel and location. We plan to be back.

This is a very nice hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast the following morning. I also remember seeing a beautiful sunset the day we arrived.

My family stayed here on our way home from visiting Yellowstone. After many nights camping, this was a perfect stop for a comfortable night’s sleep. The room was clean and had a great layout. The sofa converts to a twin bed and has a pull out trundle which was perfect for the kids! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The real shining star for this stay and location though was Tyson at the front desk. One of our kids left behind an important item and Tyson went above and beyond to locate the item and help us get it back! Would 1000% choose this hotel if in the Billings area again!

At the Front Desk when we were checking in, busy. I was impressed the clerk maintained friendly, professional customer service through the whole time. The room was in order, but a pillow had stains, the t.v. was stuck on hdmi2, no dial tone on the phone and the microwave didn't work. When I called the Front Desk, I dreaded a long tortuous process. Instead, we were promptly switched to a room that was what we expected for our dollar with swift, professional customer service again. service. Peaceful 1st night in a comfortable room. We slept well.

This is a great hotel in many regards. First off, it's a great value when many similar hotels in the area are $20-$30 more. The staff is friendly, they have a really nice pool and breakfast was constantly stocked and appealing. The room was very clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!!!

Room was very clean— beds were great Front desk person was excellent and always available. Food (soup and chili) and drinks were offered in the eating area on arrival Breakfast was better than most! There is a fast food restaurant and a dine in restaurant within a block.

My family and I stayed here over a weekend and had a wonderful time! Staff was very friendly, room was clean, hotel was quiet and pool area was very nice! Breakfast had great options as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

The room was clean, quiet, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The shower curtain in my room was too short, water was on the bathroom floor every time I showered.

Great staff, kind and efficient. Clean comfortable room. Breakfast was adequate . Pool and pool slide was lots of fun. Close to shopping and restaurant's. Freeway access very close by.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. 1st floor room with door to the outside was very convenient. Location was great. Continental breakfast was fine.

Decent value for the price. Pool was basically a water slide, which would be great for kids the right age, but not much else. Breakfast was pretty limited, but coffee was good. Staff were helpful and nice. Clean and quiet.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Everyone went above and beyond to take care of me during my 2 day stay. I upgraded to 1721 which is the bridal suite. It was a large suite with a sectional couch, king size bed, great views of the city, two large TV's one in the bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. I will be staying here again.

The best part of this Doubletree was the staff. All our staff interaction from the front desk to the restaurant was wonderful and friendly. Conveniently located in downtown Billings it is walkable to explore downtown. There was recent parking lot construction that we didn't know about and couldn't park in the lot. Normally would not be an issue and we would park in the parking garage but we had kayaks on top of our vehicle. So that was a challenge to find parking nearby but the security staff walks the perimeter of the property to watch over guest vehicles which is great. The lobby is clean and modern, however the elevators had a faint smell of smoker residue, which we found in the room as well. The rooms look like they need a good renovation as well. The carpet and the bathroom especially. But it wasn't horrible. The beds were clean and comfy with various firmness of pillows provided. The top floor restaurant has spectacular views of the city. And the food both for dinner and breakfast was amazing!

Overall, I think the hotel meets the expectations of a doubletree. It wasn’t a nightmare but it’s definitely a budget experience. Front desk: Friendly, accommodating. Lobby bar: Staff - friendly, accommodating. Selection - pretty good. I’m a bourbon drinker and found them to have a better selection than most of the downtown bars. Coffee shop: Staff - friendly, accommodating. Food - really couldn’t eat anything. Which was disappointing because they prep a lot of it there. Coffee is ok if you dump a bunch of sugar in it. Restaurant on the 20th floor: Staff - friendly, accommodating, slow. Drinks - don’t bother unless it all you want is for them to pour it into a glass. Rooms: - size: average - bathroom - aged, needs an update. Toilet doesn’t flush, shower head is from the 70’s or 80’s I think. - decor - well I don’t really care - cleanliness - I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. - sound - paper thin walls and windows. Pray for an empty room next door and a high floor which only dulls the street noise. Bring earplugs and sleeping pills Wi-Fi - use your hotspot

We stayed here during a snowstorm in October to visit some friends in the area. This is a great hotel, centrally located to the sights around town and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The room had plenty of space, was comfortable and clean with great views of the city. The staff at the front desk, the bar/lounge and the coffee place were fantastic.

A nice comfortable and clean hotel in Billings Montana. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is well situated to visit local restaurants in the nearby area. Our breakfast was good but even on the hot selection they didn't offer bacon which was surprising. The hotel has plenty of parking and there is an onsite restaurant if you dont want to venture out

The building is brand new and has a well-designed kitchenette. There's a full size fridge, large, deep kitchen sink, and a large microwave with an easy to clean glasstop stove with 2 burners. Super large TV and excellent A/C. No carpeting! Tons of storage space under the modern bed frame. Bring your own pot and frying pan and dishes. The vent above the stove top really does vent the smoke to the outside. Just a minute from tons of restaurants.

Nice hotel, great customer service, restaurants in walking or driving distance, clean rooms and spacious, and felt safe.

Extremely, extremely, extremely good experience. The blonde girl at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. I lost my room card, and she replaced it for me for free! The hotel lobby offers 24-hour hot water, coffee, hot cocoa, and a variety of teas and coffee! We stayed in a room on the third floor, which was spacious and clean! There were also large windows where we could see the snow, the air conditioning in the room worked very well, and the temperature was warm. The bathtub was also very clean! Excellent! Before coming, we saw some negative reviews, but from our own experience, it was a perfect score. The parking lot next to the hotel connects directly to the hotel, and the parking lot was spacious! There’s also a four-hour breakfast service with various breads, yogurts, and even the option to make your own waffles. We were truly very satisfied!!

The room with two queen beds was the perfect size for us. The room itself was a little outdated, but it was very clean. The breakfast buffet was perfect for grabbing a bite to eat before heading into Yellowstone National Park. The location in town was very walkable too. We can see how the pool would be really fun for families with children too. We would highly recommend this affordable hotel. If you like things quiet, be sure to ask for a room on the third floor too. Fun vacation!!!

When searching for this hotel, it came up as a 2-star but my experience here says it should be rated at 3 stars. Welcoming lobby, good parking, comfortable beds, and really nice amenities. The coffee/hot chocolate bar in the lobby was very much appreciated. Breakfast was varied and had good protein options. The large guest room was comfortably furnished with everything one could need. While I did not use the fitness center, the swimming pool and hot tub areas were enjoyable and maintained. The guest room was in the main building with the lobby; the pool area was in a secondary building that is apparently undergoing a complete remodel in conjunction with a new hotel umbrella. I would welcome a chance to stay here again.

This place had the most elaborate and delicious continental breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Unbelievable value for the price. Rooms were clean, staff were all very nice, pool and hot tubs were clean and there’s a water slide in the pool my kids loved. This hotel is also literally two minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone. We gassed up every morning right across the street and were in the park a few minutes later. Fridge, microwave in rooms was convenient too. We debated a VRBO for this trip but I’m SO glad we didn’t. You’ll spend all your time in the park and this place provided more than everything else you’d need.

We were pleased with our room which seemed to be newly renovated. It was quiet and felt so comfortable to be in. The buffet provides so many options and lots to choose from before starting a busy day in the park. Really made use of the hot tub and pool after a long day of walking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The whole establishment smells so clean, like oranges, maybe essential oils. Loved it! Friendly staff at every turn! Very clean rooms with updates all over! The pool was so fun! Clean and towels always stocked! Lobby & breakfast stocked with food to buy and breakfast was amazing!! Great selections and stocked till late in the afternoon. The customer service was amazing all around!! Beds weren’t super comfy but were clean!

There were some issues when we first checked in - the first room they had us check into was not cleaned - bed was obviously slept in, garbage can was full. But they quickly remedied the situation and immediate checked us into a room that was fully prepared. Emma, at the front desk was amazing. We ordered out at a local restaurant and the restaurant didn't add any condiments (catsup for french fries, butter for the mash potatoes). When we checked with the front desk, Emma was wonderful about providing us with condiments they had for the breakfast. We have already booked our stay for on the way home. Emma was courteous, helpful, professional, and very accommodating. She deserves a raise.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very nice, clean, and warmed up quickly. I love the note and mints on the bed along with the fruit snacks and bottle of water at check in. It is much appreciated. The breakfast has a lot of choices and being able to make your own waffles fresh is the best part of breakfast.

This is a beautiful hotel! It looks brand new with modern updated color scheme. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got in at 10 p.m. and were tired after driving over 800 miles that day. Kathy was friendly and checked us in quickly. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was really nice. I have a gluten allergy so I have to be really careful when eating out. The oatmeal was perfect consistancy! They also had an assortment of fresh fruit to make your own fruit bowl. I really appreciated the effort and complimented the girl taking care of our breakfast area. We would stay here again without hesitation. There is a circle K gas station right across the street so it was easy to gas up and get on the road right away in the morning.

This hotel is absolutely excellent. The staff is top notch, 100% excellent! The rooms are more than comfortable, the housekeeping staff is equally amazing. The pool is warm, the exercise equipment is clean and well organized. The breakfast is of a great variety compared to basic continental standards. The staff for breakfast is fast, attentive and friendly. Overall, I would say this is an exceptional place to stay. Truly, felt like home!

The room was VERY clean . Nice , comfortable king bed , huge shower ! The hotel was close to restaurants that my wife , & I enjoy going to . I liked the fact that the hotel was just off I-90 . Awesome breakfast . We saved a bunch of money eating breakfast there before departing for the road . The staff was VERY friendly , and attentive !

The staff is so friendly, the rooms are excellently equipped, clean, and the breakfast was great! I was always provided water bottles upon request and there is always fresh coffee and tea. I also felt very safe here traveling alone. It is conveniently located to all Billings has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel!

We've stayed here twice in a month. Both times the staff was amazing and accommodating. It was clean and quiet. Coffee is great. Only challenge was neither time was there a breakfast meat selection and the lady was working really hard but struggling to keep up with the breakfast crowd.

The hotel looks like it has been recently renovated. The room was spacious, quiet, and the bed and bedding were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful giving us dining recommendations in the evening. The breakfast was great with eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals, and hot and cold beverages. We'll be back.

First and foremost the staff are so FRIENDLY!! We only needed a room to get in some rest before getting back on the road. It was perfect. Bathroom is very small so for a long stay this might irritate you but for us it really wasn't an issue. Breakfast looked great. We grabbed coffee (and it was delicious) and hit the road. So for us it was perfect!

Room was spacious, beds comfortable, nice fridge, shower was hot! Breakfast had options to choose from and staff was very friendly!

I was told that pool water is very cold since heating systems are no longer working. The bed frames are like a noisy drums, so it disturbed our quiet time. All staff are super helpful and kind. Our room was clean. We will stay at this place again for delicious breakfast and clean room.

This was our first visit to this hotel. I spoke with the woman at the front desk on the phone first and then at the desk. I wish I knew her name because she was super friendly! Our room was nice, although the shower was a bit unusual with 2 shower heads. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual with good coffee. I would stay here again.

This is the type of place that looks OK from the outside and even the interior has some rough spots, but the staff is amazingly friendly, the rooms have all been renovated and updated, and the 24/7 coffee and snacks, pool, and workout amenities are all great. Near a few good restaurants and a grocery store. It’s safe, quiet, and a reasonable price for Montana (hotel prices in MT in the summer can be ridiculous). So, overall, a good choice and I will definitely stay again when traveling. Thanks

Repeat guest at this property. The same stellar service that we have come appreciated in past stays was given to us. Outstanding customer service and wonderful accommodations. Very easy access from I-90. Cozy quiet room. Comfortable bed. Bath towels were gentle on the skin (unlike some sandpaper-like towels at other properties) plenty of hot water with decent pressure. Super clean and modern rooms. Looking forward to our next stay.

While not a fancy place, the receptionist was very helpful, and our room clean. The bed and pillows were very comfy. They have a refreshment area that is open 24 hours with coffee, juice, and other snacks. We walked to a good family style restaurant. It was a little expensive even with their best price, but all and all, fine.

Actually a nice place, just undergoing construction, which makes it a little dirtier and noisier than I think it would normally be. Plus the water park is closed down too, which we didnt know about when booking online. Fortunately they did have a small pool and hottub open....but they werent super clean (from construction likely) and they was some kind of machine running making a horrible loud noise, so we did use the hottub, but not for very long, because of it. We would stay again, but call first to see if construction is over and water park is open. I think then, it will be a very nice place. Staff was very friendly.

I felt that the room was pretty run down for the price. The mattress was comfortable though and the room was nice and quiet. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was large and busy with only one girl to prepare the food, restock the food and restock the coffee. It left her running around trying to keep up and the breakfast area in a constant state of needing refreshing. Between the room, the water park and concession snack we spent about $350 for the one night and time at the water park.

Very comfortable stay with family. Breakfast included was great with a variety of items. The pool and water park were excellent for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, very responsive.

Stay was nice. The hotel was clean and spacious. Generally quiet though I heard water running around 4 AM (upstairs guest taking a shower?). Staff were polite but not overly inviting (maybe short staffed?). But the water park staff were great and very nice. On the water park, I don't think it was clear that there is an extra charge for the slides (minimal cost but be prepared).

Don’t let the exterior fool you! This place is clean and neat . New paint, carpet, window treatments and bathroom granite adorn the rooms. The staff is very personable and friendly. This is an older facility but it is SO CLEAN! The breakfast is better than most . Coffee, juices, fruit, pastries, wrapped whole wheat toast and English Muffins are a daily staple. Some days there is a hot bar with bacon, potato rounds and eggs, Fruit juices and waffles are also offered with syrups, yogurt and real butter with jelly to complement your waffles and toast. The laundry has FREE WASHERS , but pay dryers. However you pay $2 for dryers and keep adding quarters for adding 20 minutes. These dryers are powerful ! This place is nice!

The rooms are clean and nice. The beds are comfortable. The one simple improvement would be to have a small coffee pot and coffee packets in the room. I know they have a breakfast available, but when i went to get coffee it was cool and not hot. Otherwise, I will go there again..

Shani was very friendly, helpful, and provided information about things to do and see! She made my stay very enjoyable. The man, I,didn't get his name, was also very courteous and helpful! The breakfast was good, too. It would have been great if the pool was working.

The check in process was very easy, the room and bathroom were very clean, property was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The free hot breakfast in the morning was very good. Plus the guest laundry room had all new equipment.

Breakfast was tasty and abundant. Neighborhood was safe. The price was excellent compared to the surrounding hotels closer to the National park. First floor rooms had an access inside motel and also a door directly into parking lot to bring luggage in.

It's hard to find something to complain about here. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good. The breakfast bar had something for everyone. No waffle or pancake makers. Hot breakfast. (Somewhat 😔) Check-in was smooth. The hotel also has a bar/casino, which I didn't go into, but if that's your thing it's here.

I always stay here when I come back home to visit my family. Never have a problem with the room being dirty or with the staff. Front desk here is awesome and very helpful as well. Being right off of Harrison is convenient. Easy access to uptown and downtown. If you’re there on the weekends Debbie is in the Casino/Bar and she will take good care of you. Very welcoming and friendly! I never have a problem requesting for a late check out. Don’t be an ass and request it an hour before checkout. Request it at check in or if you’re staying for a couple days give them a 12 hour notice. Hope this helps :)

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in June 2021. Google has this listed as a 2-star property. NONSENSE! Four stars! (I think to qualify for five stars you must have a restaurant on-site). This beautiful motel has everything you might need. It's perfectly clean, has a friendly, hospitable staff and almost too many amenities to count: indoor heated pool and hot tub, workout room, outdoor sheltered dining area with two gas grills and plenty of seating, computer and printer available to all at a desk in the lobby, several powered workstations in the lobby to use while you enjoy their coffee and complimentary breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage patties, Jimmy Dean Sausage breakfast sandwiches, waffles, yogurt, cereal etc) and an outdoor sheltered smoking area. Our very spacious and sparkling room had a two-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. If you're staying in Great Falls, put this property at the top of your list and hope they have a vacancy. Truly first class.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast, but it was good, and the area was well kept and clean. We would definitely consider staying here again if we're passing through.

Stayed on the night of April 9, 2023. We had very short stay so didn’t use any facilities Just room and breakfast area. Check in was smooth. They have bell at the desk to call the agent. Front desk lady was professional. Room was really good sized with all the amenities one will need and some more. I am sure long staying customers will like full kitchenette in the room with full size fridge and a dishwasher. There was washer and dryer on main floor as well. Hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast in the morning had everything one need. Breakfast area was large enough and nicely decorated. We had good night sleep so no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the city. We came on Easter Sunday everything was closed and there was nothing to do in the city.

Have stayed here with a prior visit, and this visit was just as great as the last .The location is great, very easy to get into & out of the city. The rooms are very large and clean with Extremity comfortable beds. Breakfast was very enjoyable and has several great choices, with plenty of seating. Front desk staff are extremely efficient, pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful. Already planning my next stay

The hotel is OK. Not the most renovated, but amenities are in good condition. The breakfast was terrible though, almost non-existing. In the 4 days we stayed there, they ran out of food many times and people had to wait while the grouchy person looking after the breakfast area prepared the food. The person was always unfriendly and rude if asked any question, all other employees were friendly and kind. More than one day we skipped breakfast as it was not worth it, and we just ate out. Usually hotels do not provide much variety for breakfast, but this was one of the most limited, almost no breakfast, hotel I have stayed in for a long while. Overall, I would stay there again IF the price was right.

This was a great hotel to stay at conveniently located near the highway. The rooms were spacious and clean. The decor was current. This is a dog friendly hotel. It has a nice grassy area in the back to allow dogs to do their business and they supply poop bags and a garbage can in the area. It’s too bad there are irresponsible dog owners who can’t bend over and clean up but that is not the hotels fault. The pool is currently closed for maintenance. There was a decent hot breakfast with options of cereal, yogurt, etc. Down the street there are several options for food and groceries.

4 days of Breakfast buffet very good- bacon or sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, make own waffles, oatmeal bar, cold cereal, yogurt, toast, oranges, juice and coffee. Not heavily processed/packaged food. Great details- nightlight in bathroom and light switch lights up, bedside clock visible from 3 sides, drapes close well, good thermostat, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of towels and pillows, extra blanket available

My room was clean and I put my own hair products away because they have Tarocco shower products, which I just love! I had never been to Montana before, but if this is what I can expect, I'll definitely be returning! Great staff, very quiet even though I assume they had a good number of guests based on the number of cars in the parking lot. Zero issues parking in their large lot WITH Security cameras. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable here.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. This is really what we appreciated most, always there to help, and very kind. The hotel was clean, the rooms where nice, the beds were comfortable. The room was rather quiet, we didn't have too much room from the steeet. The free shuttle service was a huge plus, and the ride from the hotel is less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was great too! Lots of different things to eat, we loved the waffle machine. We had dinner at Applebeas which was a 3 min walk. All was perfect, many thanks!!

Boot Hill has comfortable beds, clean rooms, hot showers and an amazing continental breakfast with hot food! 😋 All their staff is friendly and very helpful. Nice and close to airport with an airport shuttle. Perfect!

The staff were all friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast offered multiple tasty choices and was well stocked. The pool was lovely - clean, no excess humidity or chlorine smell. The kite decorations hanging from the ceiling were beautiful and the gliders situated around the pool were incredibly comfortable. Management of this area was quite exemplary! We attended a concert at the zoo, so the location wasn't ideal (my bad), but otherwise this was a wonderful place to stay.

We love Boothill! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the beds are very cozy. Great lineup of television stations to choose from. We stay, leave our car, and pick it up when we return. The shuttle to and rom the airport is such a great bonus and the driver is so personable and helpful! We highly recommend staying here!

When we arrived, the front desk person gave us a bag of treats for our dog and gave us some tips for dog-friendly restaurants, so I knew this was a dog-friendly hotel. There was also a nice grass area at the back to throw the ball for our dog. We loved the location because it wasn't far from downtown and some nice river parks. The room was clean, newly updated and quiet. The pool was a little chilly but the jacuzzi was just perfect and massive. We loved the freshly baked cookies and popcorn, and the breakfast buffet had some good hot choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best Western was fantastic! It was not overly crowded, the room was clean and tidy, their hottub was outdoors and relaxing, the game room was very detailed and put together well for all ranges of ages and interests (pool, foosball, books, board games, nintendo switch, even the atmosphere), and the breakfast was delicious (the food items available changed everyday which ensured it wasnt mundane).

We spent three nights while exploring the area. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean and there were lots of pillows and the bed was very comfortable. They offer a free shuttle to the downtown area that is very fun with shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered hot and cold options and was very good!

The Best Western Hotel in Whitefish is a convenient location to access Glacier National Park. The breakfast is of good quality and the staff are friendly and respectful. Max at the front desk was very helpful when we checked and welcomed us. In contrast Randy on checkout was rude to my wife and barely said a word with a poor attitude. We booked 3 rooms for our family trip. The rooms were spacious and clean. The TV had lots of channels to view. There were complimentary cookies and popcorn in the lobby area. A very good hotel in a quiet location.

Fabulous hotel due to location and amenities. It was about a 25 minute drive from Glacier National and only a mile walk into Whitefish town. Comfortable beds and pillows and the AC in the room is great. The Whitefish town has plenty of good restaurants and Montana Coffee Traders has the best coffee. Love that the hotel has breakfast from 6:30 to 9:30 and if you are getting up early to hike or otherwise, you can request a To Go breakfast for the next morning. They also have an ice machine and coffee, tea, and water in he lobby 24/7 The pool and hot tub are a nice addition especially for soaking in after a day of hiking. The hotel offers free shuttles into town on the hour as well as shuttles to and from the airport. And the icing on the cake was the free laundry and laundry detergent at the hotel.

We stayed here over a state soccer weekend and so they were pretty busy with lots of families with kids. We never once heard any of them through our walls or even walking by our doors. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both great temps and fun to hang out in. They had a large and fresh breakfast buffet. All of the staff we met was super nice and helpful. The laundry room was a bonus. Check out isn't until noon which was super nice, and they let us have an extra hour since we had a long wait between our last games. We saw dogs and the staff was super great about it. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were so pleased with this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean including the refrigerator and microwave. When you entered the room you could only smell clean. The room was spacious and and included a sitting area, an eating area and the bed area. Very well stocked. The front desk reception area was very inviting and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to talk too. Breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. There were plenty of selections and the eggs and meat were hot and fresh. We will definitely stay here again when we pass through the area AND we recommend totally this hotel.

First, we were met by a friendly and helpful person at the desk. Then we arrived at our double queen room. It was spotless and huge, with plenty of room for all of our gear. It was the most comfortable hotel room we have been in on this trip. The bed linens and bath linens were great, the lighting was good, the temperature controls gave us more control than in many other places, the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast room had real dishes and silverware and a friendly hostess. A great stay!

Greeted by very friendly receptionist found our room clean welcoming and comfortable in the morning missed breakfast but lady in breakfast room allowed us in to get a coffee for the road. After we had left realized I had left my iPad behind on my return the lady at front desk called housekeeping and they found it and returned it to me. The location accessible and large parking area was great as we were traveling with truck and trailer . We will definitely keep them in mind when we travel through Great Falls

The Mountain View rooms have an amaaazing view, it was breathtaking to wake up to the views of the mountains. The rooms are a bit dated but that was obvious in the pictures. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the views make up for everything 😊! The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant was really busy and a bit too loud, so as a tip try and book a room away from the restaurant and certainly the Mountain View rooms. Breakfast was ok. The ninepipes national wildlife refuge just outside is peaceful and you can see many different birds there. A great off-beat location. The museum store right next to the lodge is really nice. This review is specifically for the Mountain View room.

The location is INCREDIBLE!! Views from both sides, adorable coffee shop with amazing fruit drinks, coffee and tea, and my husband LOVED the museum of Montana history and Native American history next door! Said it was one of the best he has been to, including the Smithsonian, so wish I had been able to see it. Breakfast viewing the sun rising over the Mission Mountains is a memory I will long remember. Staff super accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was the standard eggs and bacon w juice and coffee, the room your standard moderately priced room, but beds very comfortable, and put that with super nice staff, clean rooms, and the amazing views, and we would definitely go back! Was also one of the best prices we had for accomodations in the area. Do know its remote, without lots of eating places around, which was fine with us. Highly recommend!!

Spent one night and always just the perfect place. Always choose the "mountain view" (east) side of the motel with a beautiful natural pond with turtles, herons, osprey and terns. Open your patio door and just step out into peace and quiet with the wonderful mountain and pond view. It's a compact room but perfect for two; beds are very comfortable, the shower is strong and hot, everything clean and orderly. The provided breakfast includes eggs, fruit, potatoes, bacon, sausage, coffee and juice served buffet style. Dinner was excellent in the dining room.

The view from the patio behind our room was beautiful across a small lake with the mountains in the background, It appears that all rooms have that same view. Dinner was delightful and the food was tasty. Service was good and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit and excellent bacon and eggs all in a dining area with an awesome view! Interesting gift shop with good expresso/lattes and friendly staff. We want to come here again. Oh, and in the photo attached the mountain view was limited by smoke from forest fires, but we could tell from that on a clear day they view would have been amazing.

We wanted to extend our stay and Derek and Vereniz got us set up at the clubhouse inn. We stayed at both places this trip and enjoyed both. The clubhouse is quiet and the breakfast was quick and easy. The pool and hottub got a little crowded but all in all we have had great stays at both places!!

My husband and I took a trip to visit Yellowstone and we got the jacuzzi couple room at this hotel and it was fantastic. I loved the wooden decor of the room and everything was clean and functioning. Nothing was better than sitting in the hot tub after doing hikes all day at Yellowstone. And the hot breakfast buffet was a great way to start the morning. I liked that for breakfast they would change the selection of hot food each morning so you wouldn’t be eating the same meal every breakfast.

From check-in with Beth, to our checkout with other members of the staff, we did enjoy our stay. The staff was ready to help and the location was close to most things you wanted to do in West Yellowstone. An area of improvement since nowhere is perfect - keys continuously seemed to lose their programming. With the rates being charged, need to upgrade to latest technology which can be in the same pocket as a CC or phone. All in all, we’d recommend this hotel. Their breakfast is awesome, they have a nice sized pool and jacuzzi, and the rooms are spacious. We did a queen deluxe and had plenty of room to spread out.

Excellent location. Close to restaurants, IMAX, shopping, and to West Yellowstone entrance. Adorable town with friendly people. Our room was spacious and very clean, but the best was the free breakfast. Everything from fresh coffee, eggs, breakfast meat, bagels, yogurt and fresh fruit. But the best was the change up every day. We stayed 3 nights and our breakfast was different and delicious every morning! Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Yellowstone and You will see more wild life going through the West entrance.

Excellent hotel for value and all round comfort. We had the warmest helpful welcome from reception upon our arrival. The room was super modern, clean and fresh. It had a Huge smart TV, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom was lovely and the light up large vanity mirror in the bathroom was a great help. Breakfast was decent, good choice of hot and cold. Super clean. If the fridge hadn’t frozen all our fresh food and fruit I’d probably given 5 stars for an overall value, comfort, what’s provided, lovely staff and modern room. The bar down stairs was a great way to start our evening, great value and large choice of drinks. The barman was super helpful and welcoming. We are at Perkins attached to the hotel, that was also excellent, great food l, staff and value. I’ve done a separate review for that. We were Impressed and glad we have another booked.

I have kind of a mixed response to this hotel. The good: 1) Staff has been very friendly and helpful 2) The breakfast spread is outstanding and offers many more options than most hotels. 3) There is an attached Perkins restaurant which was very convenient since we avoided having to go out in the heavy rain for dinner. 4) This is the best shower (not shower / bath) since we have been traveling this trip. Great shower head and a good non-slip floor. The not-so-good (probably due to the increasing labor shortages) 1) Like most hotels we have visited this trip, they are not as well cleaned as they used to be. There are dust bunnies in the corners and some sticky places on the floor. 2) Routine maintenance seems to be slipping. The lock on our door failed locking us out and while sitting in the hallway waiting to get back in several people stopped to find out what was going on, and commented that they had problems in their rooms as well - failed air conditioning, lock problems, coffee maker problems....) That said, since the lock problem seemed to be intractable, they actually called out 3 of the maintenance people and got the door open even though they had to destroy the lock to get in. 3) This is just my problem. I far prefer King rooms, and the hotel, though very large lacks enough king rooms.

I picked what I thought would be a modest, clean "budget" hotel for my husband as a homebase for hunting all around the area. I ended up coming to stay with him for a few days and was very surprised at how nice the rooms were, and how outstanding the staff was. The lobby is newly renovated and beautiful. What a deal!! Even the breakfast buffet was the best I've had in any economy hotel. I brought my own special oatmeal and the small paper bowls weren't working great. For my last day, Mary Ann promised me she'd find me a real bowl. She brought her own bowl from home! That is over the top service. Just wow! The location is perfect. Everything was very clean. Everything felt safe in the parking lot. They do not allow local people to stay so you know it's only travelers. We were not disturbed by noise from neighbors. Oh and the shower. They had a rain showerhead and the pressure was better than anything I have ever experienced. EVER! The beds were so comfortable, lots of pillows. I can't think of a single thing that we wanted for in this hotel. We will definitely be back.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff were welcoming and always willing to help, which made me feel at home right away. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service

We checked in late on our way back east from Glacier. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to quickly get into our room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature and the swimming area was nice and clean. Breakfast was fantastic- eggs, biscuits & gravy, blueberry & regular waffles, etc. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Loved the fresh cookies during check in! All deal associates were so nice and knowledgeable! Our rooms were beyond amazing and I never heard any noise from anywhere so quiet! Very clean beds were so comfortable! Grocery store right across the street and several good restaurants within walking distance.

This is the best hotel to stay at in Glendive. The hotel is quiet, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub area is wonderful - also very clean and safe. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Property’s little dated with old carpeting but clean. Beds slightly firm for our liking. Breakfast was the usual but with hot hasbrowns eggs sausage biscuits and gravy. Only complaint is the employee at breakfast area was not friendly. She was packing up breakfast at 8:45. Breakfast is till 9:00. Took away the waffle mix and then annoyed when I asked for some. Another person had to go ask for some biscuits as those had been taken away also. If breakfast is stated till 9am then the food should be left there till 9am.

The breakfast was average - typical breakfast items such as eggs, unappealing sausage links (no bacon), waffles, yogurt, limited fruit, bread items like bagels and toast, and cereal. Room was comfortable and clean - quiet. Staff was friendly and directed us to a good place to eat for dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The host, Jessica, has this large Studio setup with a lovely seating area with 2 loveseats and large coffee table, beside the bed.... very cozy with fishing motif! the TV is very large and we watched the 2024 Superbowl here... memorable! The views outside are STUNNING! Sat in the HotTub last night and watched the sun set turn the surrounding mountains (180 degrees!) PINK! We came here to ski Big Sky Resort and it took 1 hour 10 minutes along a beautiful river/forest road. Would love to stay here again!

The location is at a quiet end of a residential street with amazing view of the mountains in front of the property, that is a $1 trillion view, and love the view of the trees/and leaves moving during the breeze, and the cozy apartment that feels like a B & B place even when it is not. Appreciated the Kurieg coffee maker for our wake up coffee in the mornings. The apartment is cute, and my husband told me he would like us to stay there if we ever come back to Bozeman. Liking the shampoo, conditioner set in the shower.

Very clean and welcoming with everything provided including a breakfast. Close to the airport and a lot more fun than a Hotel. Nice big towels and comfortable bed. The welcome book had many restaurant and activity recommendations including the Soup and Grill in downtown Bozeman which hit the spot. Good strong Wifi.

Location is great for peace and quiet. Well-appointed, comfortable property. The grounds are well maintained and well suited for a quiet cup of coffee on the deck or a picknick lunch outside under the willow trees. The suite is spacious with a HUGE soaking tub. A lot of small details tell you the Hosts are really concerned with their guest's comfort. We only stayed one night but wished we could have spent a week here.

The room was very nice and spacious! The hosts were very friendly. The view of mountains across the street is amazing. We appreciate that, while they don't serve breakfast, they have yogurt in the fridge and granola bars and some other amenities in the room.

This property was exactly what we expected. We wanted the log cabin experience and that’s what we got. We arrived in the “off season” and most of the town was closed and there was plenty of snow. The fire in this room made it super cosy. The staff member checking us in was new but super helpful and more than happy to share local information with us. The outdoor jacuzzi in the snow was an unexpected delight.

Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very comfortable, atmospheric.We vacationed in the snowy winter, and the house had a wonderful fairy-tale atmosphere thanks to the peacefully crackling fireplace, hot jacuzzi, glass of wine, soft rocking chair and the smell of wood. Highly recommend, this place is worth!

Our stay at Hibernation Station was nothing short of amazing! The log cabin accommodations were charming, cozy, and impeccably maintained, offering that perfect rustic feel while still providing all the modern comforts. The attention to detail in the décor really made it feel like a special mountain retreat. There was a fireplace in the living room and one in the bathroom – very romantic ambience. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet area, but still close enough to access Yellowstone National Park and the surrounding attractions. The grounds were beautifully kept, and the outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in the experience they offer guests. I highly recommend Hibernation Station to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway near Yellowstone. I can't wait to return for another stay!

This place was amazing!!! It is located, literally 6 minutes from our cabin door to the Yellowstone West Entrance gate!! When we arrived we were greeted at the office by a wonderful young lady who was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a few places in town for us to check out for dinner and breakfast! She informed us that we were receiving a free upgrade. We originally booked the standard cabin, but we were upgraded to the Madison cabin. It was so charming!! When my husband and I walked in, we joked that we were going to move in! A double fireplace, jetted soaker tub, couch, 2 rocking chairs, coffeemaker, real coffee mugs, porch with a bench......The pictures tell it all!!! It was so cozy, rustic, clean, and inviting! Housekeeping was provided daily. The grounds were beautiful with a playground, sculptures, hanging lights in the evening!! On our second evening there, we walked up to town and checked out all the shops and grabbed some dinner! The town of West Yellowstone was adorable, with lots of cute souvenir shops and restaurants, all within walking distance of the Hibernation Station. If you are looking for a cute, rustic, fun place to stay, you can not go wrong with this choice!

It appeared to be recently renovated and our room was clean, very large, and it was quiet. We loved the extra counterspace with a sink and cabinets (like a kitchenette). The front desk area, halls and breakfast areas were clean. A breakfast with hot options was available, and although we thought it would have been good, they ran out and it was not replenished within the 15 min we waited (this was early in the serving time window so not like we came at the end). Things happen so we would not let this stop us from staying again. Price was a driving factor for us and we felt it wqa reasonable. Staff was friendly, checkin was easy, they accept dogs and one very important point, we could not tell we were in a "pet room." Very satisfied.

This is a great hotel. Our room was huge, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean. The breakfast was great, some “real” food selections rather than the usual pork sausages, had smoked sausage. The Lobby had fresh coffee, iced lemonade and cookies available. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. The saloon restaurant beside the parking lot served delicious bbq, huge portions. Easy access to the interstate, very quiet, no highway noise.

This place is absolutely beautiful to stay in! The room was spotless and smelled so clean it surprised me. Usually hotel rooms have some kind of leftover smell but this room was wonderful. Lots of very nice amenities like special soaps, a shampoo and body wash dispenser in the shower, lots of fluffy white towels and a good hair dryer. There was also a terrific breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice and fresh fruit and yogurt! I think it’s probably one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed! Kudos to the housekeepers and front desk staff…

I enjoyed staying here. Front desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel was clean and convenient. My room was quiet and I slept well. There are not a significant amount of choices as you drive through Montana unless you stay in the larger cities, so I was thrilled to find a place (at a very reasonable cost) that was clean, quiet and easily accessible for me (I need a first floor room). I would stay here again if i were driving the same route.

Even though we arrived later than expected, we were greeted by the front desk and checked in in moments. There was a huge cart with wheels we were able to take out to the car and load up our bags. It was all so nice and convenient. Our room was clean and we got the queen size with the jacuzzi tub which was amazing! I loved the bench seat/window sill in front of the big bay window. Bed was super comfortable and slept soundly! Breakfast was available on time and had a fantastic visit! Thank you so much.

Overall this was a nice hotel that was reasonably priced. The hot tub was down for the night for maintenance so we were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite at no extra charge. Big pros were: easy access from the interstate, close to several restaurants and our destination, extremely helpful and friendly staff, very clean and updated space, comfortable bed and pillows, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and breakfast. Cons were: breakfast didn’t include hot eggs or meat, no dairy free milk alternative, no bathroom counter space (vanity in bedroom area though with well lit mirror), walls are fairly thin, but not too terrible with the fan on.

Saj was super helpful when I messed up my stay plans. Microtel was swamped, but check-in went smoothly. Kristin was amazing and made sure we could check out with a warm breakfast and a relaxing start to our day. The breakfast was kept clean and stocked by Kristin, which was so thoughtful for not only me but the whole group of guests. The hot tub with a waterfall was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of driving. The beds were comfy and the showers had good pressure. Libby space was warm and welcoming. Very safe and sound sleep.

The rooms were great! They were clean and a nice size. The bed was super comfortable and the view of the mountains from my room was amazing (the photo is that view.( The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would 100% go back to this hotel again.

Excellent value in this historic hotel in the charming town of Kalispell Love the Grand Hotel Kalispell! It is right on the main street of the cute town of Kalispell, and the huge lobby and breakfast area look exactly like they would have in 1912, when in fact the hotel opened. Can't compliment the super friendly, helpful staff enough! And we enjoyed the popcorn and cookie snacks they put out each afternoon. Breakfast was great - so nice that it wasn't the usual continental breakfast served at so many other hotels - the beautiful buffet featured homemade dishes such as quiches and fresh breads, which we loved. Our room was very big, nicely appointed, quiet, with a roomy bathroom and sitting area. We just loved the Grand Hotel Kalispell and hope to return one day. It was a great location from which to explore not only Kalispell, but Glacier National Park, about minutes away, the cute town of Whitefish, 20 minutes away (the Tuesday evening Farmer's Market is a load of fun!) and area attractions such as the wonderful Brash Rodeo in Columbia Falls, 30 minutes away, and local attractions such as the amazing Conrad Mansion. That was really incredible. The degree of curation and detail and the sheer number of artifacts is beyond belief. A must do! And Kalispell has just about every possible shopping option known to mankind ! We enjoyed spending time at Cabela's and Lowe's and Walmart!

What a great gem in the downtown area of Kalispell. We loved the convenience of shops, restaurants and a short drive to GNP. The lobby was inviting with large windows looking out to streets and comfortable dining. Baked cookies , popcorn and coffee were always available for snacking. The continental breakfast was delicious and perfect way to start the day. Rooms were adequately supplied, comfortable and very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful from providing information and assisting with any requests.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful and even though the lobby is being renovated it never affected our stay in the least. Wonderful homemade pastries were very much an enjoyed treat during breakfast. Super clean and convenient location close to shops and Hops Restaurant across the street has delicious food.

Upon arrival, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. As you enter into the lodge, there you will find a spacious fireplace and comfortable seating that is most fitting for the area. We were most happy with the clean and spacious rooms which was a pleasant surprise. The bonus, they have FOUR separate hot tubs, an indoor pool, and there are restaurants within walking distance, you can enjoy the beautiful views as you dine! We would definitely return to this beautiful location!

The Lodge is nestled right next to a ski mountain with a group of other hotels. It has a small village to hang out with a few shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating the entire time we were there. It has an outdoor fire pit to sit around next to three hot tubs. The hotel was quiet and the room was comfy. The only reason the rating isn't excellent is the breakfast. "Hot breakfast" was advertised but what we found was more of a continental breakfast with one hot option. I would stay there again.

My 17 year old son, my husband and I just got back from a four night stay. It was a great place for the three of us. Our room was spotless. We overlooked the parking lot (not Lone Mountain) and I’d still say the view was great. You are surrounded by mountains! We loved the breakfast pancakes, evening fireside s’mores, and warm hot tubs! I didn’t ski but enjoyed sitting in the lobby reading. Quiet, very comfortable, and warm next to the fireplace. And the view with giant windows. The staff could not be more accommodating! We 💕 Carla! Great value!

Excellent stay. All good things. Great and friendly front desk. Nice lobby. Clean and spacious rooms with good view of mountain. Included breakfast that is pretty decent. Complimentary coffee/tea in lobby. Good location, very close to the mountain. Ski storage. Shuttle available to the base of the mountain - I didn't use it because I just walked to the base, it was a few minutes. There's pool, hot tub (didn't get a chance to use). Overall was very happy with stay and I would stay here again.

Because of the mixed reviews, I was skeptical, but our stay could not have been better and I didn't find any of the negative comments warranted. I found the hotel to be just what we needed -- well maintained, staff friendly, manager friendly and always on time with the shuttle, breakfast great - able to fill me up to where we just packed a sandwich to eat while skiing, we would ski until last lifts and just walk back to the hotel which was not all that tough even in ski boots - it is across the street from the huntley which is considered ski in ski out. 3 of 4 hot tubs working, never trouble finding a spot in the hot tub after skiing, ample parking, we had plenty room for 3 of us in the room, good view from room, just what we needing and substantially lower price from lodgings through the ski resort itself; really glad we found this place

We enjoyed an excellent stay here. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. I chose here because there is a pool and hot tub. (2 hot tubs, actually). The one hot tub in the pool room did not have functioning jets which was a bummer but still it was enjoyable to us. (Things break and have to be fixed, we understand that). It's very easy to drive to uptown Butte from here, we were 7 minutes away from a couple of restaurants we chose in uptown. Two breakfast ladies, Paula and Katy (i think) engaged everyone as they quickly and efficiently went about their duties. Front desk staff was efficient and helpful as well as the cleaning staff. Kudos to all of you. Seems like a good team.

Check-in was easy and fast. Once we were in our room, we noticed our fridge had died. They were there in less than five minutes to fix it. Breakfast was fresh every morning with a good selection. Our room was spacious and clean, we had everything we needed for a three night stay. The best part, however, was the staff. Every single staff member was super friendly, from check-in, to housekeeping, to maintenance, to the breakfast room.

The room size was spacious and nice beds. The bathroom was accessible easy to use. The breakfast was good and warm. The breakfast room was spacious, clean and staff was friendly.

There were lots of pretty flowers in baskets and rock gardens. Every housekeeper was friendly and very helpful, so nice to be met with such kindness. Very nice little gift shop in lobby. Just loved everything about this place. Rooms were great with lots of storage in the kitchenette with a sink, small fridge, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker and little table and chairs. Bathroom had a vanity and shelves for storage too. So a longer stay would be very comfortable here.

Quiet is a subjective area. We had a stand alone cabin so there was no adjacent room noise but the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad rolls through nearby, and we were awakened in the wee hours by a passing freight train. No breakfast included but a nice place called Beagles Bagels is just north about one mile. Very clean large cabin called Kootenai. Keurig coffee machine. Hot shower although the water tank might be small for more than two showers. Refrigerator, microwave, and DISH TV. Free WIFI included. Easy walk path to the river bank. Plenty of space to relax.

The river , mountains , and duck pond were all amazing . Very nice gift shop and minutes from a grocery store , very clean kept place with lots of amenities . Beds were clean and comfortable all around super clean place as well as modern features .

We took this trip for a little romantic getaway and these cabins were perfect! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful for local suggestions. The gift shop has so many fun things! Bed was very comfortable and room was extremely clean, highly recommend!

Cabins were very clean and well laid out. The mattresses were on the firm side but very high quality. Towels and pillows were top notch. Lots of sheets and blankets and tons of closet space in our cabin. The mini-kitchen is very helpful - microwave, mini frig, coffee maker - but be advised there is only one sink in the bathroom and no plates, silverware or paper products. So we had to run out and get a few things. They do provide Keurig pods every day. The individual heat/AC control works well and the cabins do not get hot due to the thick walls. The water pressure is better than average although our bath diverter did not work properly. The grounds are pretty and the river is near by with a small (very small) beach area. Each cabin has its own porch with a swing and a couple of chairs. The duck pond in a nice touch. The train track is nearby but across the river and we never heard the train at night. Overall, it was an extremely nice place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Good breakfast, coffee. Had plant based milk which was a plus! Shuttle drivers to return rental car and the next day to the airport were excellent. We had a room on the renovated side, clean and spacious. Another hotel chain right next door had an awesome restaurant so dinner options were convenient.

Excellent location, convenient to MSU, shopping. Breakfast room was large and, while similar to other models, seemed a step above (Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, a variety of fresh muffins, cereal, yogurt, the obligatory waffle machines, bagels, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, apple juice, orange juice, multiple coffee/tea, hot chocolate). Bozeman had 5 inches of snow the second night we were there and the hotel did a great job of clearing it from the parking lot and the sidewalks by the time we woke up…sidewalks were also treated to keep from getting icy (not sure if it was salt or minerals)

My room was decent size bathroom was clean the pool was very clean no bad smell i used the sauna and it was clean as well. Breakfast was good i stayed here 3 nights and the staff was helpful and friendly. Also on the second floor there was 3-4 garbage recycling bins a vending machine and ice machine.

Room was convenient to entrance and breakfast room on ground floor. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating made me feel welcome. The ac unit had a sleep mode which made sleeping easy The hot tub was very clean and the pool area was relaxing. Coffee was very good

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Plus GranTree Inn in Bozeman, Montana! The the staff made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality and helpful tips on local attractions. Our room was spacious, with a jacuzzi tub and a separate living room space. It was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was so comfortable that we both enjoyed some of the best sleep we’ve had on a trip. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a hot tub that was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. The hotel’s location is perfect, close to downtown and just a short drive to Yellowstone. Overall, the GranTree Inn exceeded our expectations, making our getaway truly special. We highly recommend it.

A well-run hotel with welcoming staff and clean rooms. The workout room was well maintained and convenient. The on-site restaurant and lounge was a plus, and menu selections fit the nice Montana town well. The service staff was friendly and helpful. This is our second stay and we will return.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times this year when I come to visit family I’ve stayed with just me and my girlfriend and also us and are 3 kids and every time was great no issues very helpful the free breakfast every morning was fresh and they had a good amount of options to pick from and it’s wicked helpful when you have the kids with you the hot tub and pool was clean and fun for the kids and adults it’s 5 minutes from the airport and a bunch of stores we will stay here many more times to come

The staff working the breakfast area was amazing! Both the male and female after him I saw working did a great job keeping the common areas cleaned and food restocked regularly. The cleaning staff were incredibly efficient, cleaning our room while we were at breakfast and restocking the room’s coffee and tea supplies. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and despite there being a GAGILLION kids there, it was pretty quiet. Fantastic place to stay.

Super comfortable bed (Zanzibar King Sized), great big jacuzzi tub, a couple of closets, a kitchen area with fridge toaster coffee maker, sets of dishes, extra sink and counter tops galore. Super nice to have a divided living space so when one person wakes they can move around without bothering the others. Beautiful lush lawn with tons of chairs and fire pit, free firewood and free ice. Only complaint about the room is that the couch in the living room is grungy looking. I felt kind of icky about sitting on it—-might be time for an update with something other than the upholstery….or maybe a couch cover. Easy checkin—all contactless. Door lock had some issues on the first night so I texted the help number for help, but didn’t hear back till the next day (at which point we had figured it out ourselves). Easy drive up into Bigfork. Cute community up there and a clean laundromat at the American. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to the area!

My best friend and I stayed in the Bali unit and it was absolutely adorable! The kitchenette area was perfect, the Roku smart TV had an amazing selection of things to watch, the shower was hot and the bed I slept in (the one closer to the door) was seriously divine! The outside area was super cute, the location was perfect as it is right across the highway from the lake and the barrel sauna was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again!! 😄 Oh! I also got to meet and play with their German shepherd Freyja who was super cute! 🥰

They arrange your room key code as soon as they confirm your reservation remotely, and you can check in at any time which is super convenient! They have a welcoming bar with great food across the street and a beautiful view of the lake which you can also see from some of the rooms. The room were very clean and comfortable as well.

So I will admit I was surprised. I mean, A its a Motel, B its a Motel in Montana with a Caribbean Theme... Really? Now all that trepidation aside I will say that this place is amazingly nice. Its clean, current and well maintained. We came in late and left early, never saw a soul our interacted with anyone but we could have definitely stayed a few nights. The rooms are great, spacious and clean clean clean. What is it with the obsession in NW Montana with Huckleberry!? anyways. Yes, stay here. It was great.

A good value. Comfortable, clean , good beds, towels, good wifi. Quaint and welcoming decor. Looks much better on the inside- a little weathered on the outside, but don’t let that put you off. It was surprisingly quiet situated next to the road, too. We had a wonderful dinner next door at Bonfire”. There are two other more casual dining options across the street on the lake, too. A good stay.

After reading reviews, I was concerned about staying here. I am rating this to compare to other 2* hotels I have stayed. The location is very convenient for us and close to Highway 15 and downtown where there is a good selection of restaurants. The room is basic although the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. No issues with cleanliness. There is a large tv, a real fridge and freezer, and internet worked well. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and breakfast was okay. I had coffee, toast and yogurt. There were eggs, sausage and potatoes that I did not eat. My husband set the heater and during night it was noisy. When I looked at it closer in the morning, I saw there were 3 fan setting and ours had been set to hi. It had everything I needed for a 1 night stay

We stayed here once before under different management. It hasn't changed much. Very nice. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was typical; hot and cold cereal, toast ,waffles, milk,juice, coffee and tea. Very clean breakfast area. Would stay here again.

This was a great find. It is an older property, but with new owners who are working hard to update and modernize it. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The exterior of the property still needs some cosmetic improvements, but it’s clear that the owners have prioritized the guest rooms. Breakfast was satisfactory. The location was convenient, easily accessible, and had plenty of parking for our drift boat. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodating.

The location is quiet and safe. Ownership has changed in the past few months but no noticeable differences yet. The room was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the shower though in that the drain was very slow causing the tub to fill up while showering. No hangers. The front desk and breakfast area seemed abandoned in morning.

This is my go-to hotel when I travel to Havre. The property is clean and welcoming, staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and they have a good breakfast. The pool and hot tub area is spacious and clean. Also, there’s a drive-thru coffee truck in the parking lot so you can get your coffee/tea/smoothie/energy drink fix if needed.

The pillows and bed are comfortable. They have a latte machine in the main office. FREE! The pool is clean and the workers are friendly. The best this so far was the free breakfast in the morning. It’s not just snacks. They make two kinds of meats, have eggs, waffles, cubes potatoes, cereal, and 4 juices and much more. It is worth the price for sure. This breakfast was amazing compared to other places I’ve stayed. What a nice thing to wake up too. I will stay here in the future just because of their breakfast now.

My stay is always Pleasant here. The Staff is always Professional, nice to talk to, and they all go above and beyond to make sure that all guests have A Pleasant and memorable stay. The property is well maintained, the breakfast is excellent, and always good. The beds are very comfortable. They also have complimentary popcorn and nachos and cheese in the evening. They provide A gas grill out on the patio for guests. Great pool, and hot tub as well. And great location.

Beautiful lobby and wonderful, friendly check-in staff. Bed was firm and comfortable and plenty of fluffy pillows. Best part was the bathtub! Perfectly deep for soaking. Loved the complimentary hot chocolate in addition to the coffee and tea. And the pool and spa area is great! Well-maintained, has a dressing room and plenty of towels. Highly recommended!

The place is in essence a top-level Motel. Nothing wrong with that but given we paid close to $300 per night, one might come to expect a bit more. Staff - very friendly and helpful. There was in essence one clerk doing it all - from reception to housekeeping. Room: spacious, clean and has everything you need. Parking outside free of charge. There is indeed nothing wrong here, just the fact that if you benchmark a $300 night accross the US, you would expect more - free breakfast for example, bar vouchers ....

Recently redone and very nice. Comfortable room and beds. Very nice staff. We were part of a group and had dinner and breakfast buffets and the food was fresh, well-prepared. Walking distance to other restaurants.

Excellent hotel staff. Beds were comfortable. Catering staff were very professional and helpful. Front desk staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. Fireplace in lobby, along with bar and restaurant was nice.

A fairly nice hotel, most everything was good. Staffing at this hotel must still be a challenge. Some of the staff here were great, helpful, and seemed interested in helping. Other staff were not, I felt as though my questions were perceived as a burden to some of the front desk staff. One staff member flat out told me that she did not believe my problem was happening, even after she fixed the problem. Truly bizarre. The hotel is very spread out so prepare for a walk if your room is in the back of the hotel. The rooms are very nice and were very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms were tight but just fine, and the shower is in a tub.
