Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Monte Verde

This place is a total gem! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and quick, the food was made daily and absolutely delicious, the view is breathtaking, the attention to detail supersedes the fanciest hotels in Vegas and Hong Kong. The owners were on-site and we had a very pleasant chat during breakfast. I am selfishly slightly hesitant to share how good this place is because I will go back and I want an available chalet but I can't keep it to myself. The property is a 15 minute drive from the city which makes it perfectly tucked away yet close enough to the "action" if that's what you're looking for. I can't say enough good things about this property!

Great little hotel, with many independent cabins. Very cozy, with great breakfast. No AC but as the region is quite cold, there was no need even in the summer.

The most beautiful mountain view of the area, lots of birds, the best breakfast we ever had.

Ficamos de quarta a domingo (10/11 a 14/11) e na chegada fomos muito bem recebidos, com todas as explicações sobre o quarto e a pousada, horários gerais e uso das áreas comuns. A Pousada fica a 8km de monte verde, de carro a 40km/h você chega em 15min por uma estrada bem tranquila. A vantagem é que na Pousada o silêncio impera durante todo o dia e a noite, ou seja, para quem procura descanso (que era nosso caso), é o lugar ideal. Ponto forte: limpeza, tamanho dos quartos, privacidade e silêncio. O quarto é muito limpo, espaçoso, banheira de hidro limpa e nova, funcionando bem, água bem quente no chuveiro e na hidro, limpeza externa e paisagismo bem cuidado. Ponto Fraco: café da manhã! Servido das 9h as 12h, As opções de comida geralmente são frias, tirando dois tipos de salgado e pão de queijo que ficam em uma estufa. Eles preparam tapioca e ovos mexidos. Sugestão: coloquem um quadro com o que vocês podem preparar na hora para o cliente na cozinha e alternem a cada dia, para que a pessoa saiba o que tem. No nosso caso uma moça nos recebeu muito bem e explicou o que poderia ser feito na cozinha, no outro dia já não tinha ninguém. Obs.: a estrada que liga Monte Verde a Pousada é somente uma. Na última noite um rapaz colidiu com o poste e interditaram a rua das 22h as 4h. Como iríamos viajar 980km, optamos por procurar um hotel na cidade para dormir pois não poderíamos arriscar ficar acordado para viajar no outro dia. Foi um gasto de 350,00.

Adoramos a Pousada, muito bonita e organizada. Os chalés são bem espaçosos e limpos, iguais as imagens, o chuveiro é ótimo! O café da manhã é super bem servido, diversificado, tudo muito gostoso, cada dia com coisas diferentes. A equipe é super simpática, educada e atenciosa. Usamos a piscina aquecida e a sauna sem nenhuma dificuldade. O que senti falta: um tapete de banheiro a mais para facilitar o uso da banheira já que ela é fora do banheiro; roupão de banho para uso, considerando que no local faz bastante frio; um pano de chão para limpar melhor os pés antes de entrar - como é um lugar de campo e tem terra no entorno; um jogo de prato, talher e guardanapo, tivemos que nos virar para comer pizza um dia que não quisermos sair e pedimos no chalé - poderíamos ter solicitado à recepção que com certeza forneceriam, mas quando pensamos nisso a pizza já tinha chegado, enfim, seria uma comodidade já ter disponível.

Great stay, good location across the street from a surprisingly interesting and fun park to walk through. Close enough to the town to walk, many people do. Great service, mostly quiet, and very clean. Well above average breakfast and a nice tea in the afternoon. We used our in-room fireplace on a chilly rainy evening, very romantic. This was not our first time to Monte Verde, but it was our first time staying here. We definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Great stay and very close to the shops of Monte Verde. I would highly recommend. The receptionist (I met 3) were all very nice and helpful. The room itself was clean and the grounds were well-kept. - Wifi worked well - Hot water and shower worked well - Fireplace in the room was great (although I would move the rug in front of it when lit because embers pop out of it) My only con was the dog they have on the premise which tried to attack me TWICE! Since it is an establishment they shouldn't have an aggressive dog around that will bark at strangers when everyone is stranger.

There were 2 receptionist, and one was so sweet and wonderful. The other was not so much. She was not bad just did not seem to care as much as the other. The breakfast was good. Learned that you have to give your key to them so they will come in and clean each day.

A comodidade e calma do local é fascinante

Conheço há mtos anos, "sempre achei charmosa" mas merece uma repaginada internamente, está sem manutenção. Chalés poderiam ter toalhas de banho melhores. Fico na torcida por essa reforma. Área externa bem cuidada!

The breakfast was great, served from 9-11, there were plentiful quantities of a diverse array of foods. The rustic tables and large windows made it seems like one was eating in the woods. The large lobby-reception area was also a delight to see and explore. The owners have tried to reproduce an Argentine mountain lodge; its really a wonderful space, with climbing holds and ropes, fireplace, bikes, etc...it is also a gateway to the 16 or so rooms they have. Whereas the ads suggest there are separate cabins, the place is more like a hotel with fully furnished separate rooms with huge bathrooms (wiith a jacuzzi), a bedroom with an equipped wood-burning stove, and a dining area with a grand view of the woods around the lodge. No other buildings can be seen as Alive Eco Hut is at the end of the road. There's also several decks and patios outside the lodge. Within walking distance, down the hill, are concessions for horse riding and ATVs. Monte Verde is a very lively tourist destination with dozens of nice shops and restaurants. Also nearby are some great trails, including several to mountain peaks with views of both the states of São Paulo and Minas Gerais. We climbed Pedra Redonda, which was awesome.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and accomodating. It felt like we had the whole chalet to ourselves. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Pousada muito confortável, bem próxima da avenida principal de Monte Verde (só dificulta um pouco o acesso ser de terra). Café da manhã muito bom (com uma vista linda). Cama confortável, hidro muito boa, tudo muito limpo. A pousada é pet friendly, ótimo pra quem tem animais, porém, nos incomodou um pouco o barulho de cachorro latindo/uivando em uma das noites.

O LOCAL É MUITO AGRADAVEL, COM JARDINS BEM BONITOS, E CHALES COM BOM TAMANHO. TEM UM BAR/RESTAURANTE NO LOCAL, E TODO FIM DE TARDE TINHA UM MUSICO TOCANDO E O PESSOAL TOMANDO VINHO E CONVERSANDO EM VOLTA DO FOGO NA ARTE EXTERNA. MUITO PERTO DO CENTRO E BEM AGRADAVEL O LOCAL.

This place is beautiful, nested in the middle of a mountain with nice views from your room (and jacuzzi). The staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you ask. They give you an internet link so you can choose what you want for breakfast (which was delicious), plus time and place you want it.

Muito bom. O atendimento do pessoal é excelente! A pousada é um pouquinho afastada do centro mas é perfeita a vista e compensa. O café da manhã é ótimo. Não tem opção de jantar e almoço mas tem lugares que entregam já na pousada para quem quer curtir a banheira e a lareira é ótimo. Adorei.

A pousada é incrível, um ambiente extremamente organizado, aconchegante e com excelente energia. A natureza em sua volta faz com que tudo se torne acolhedor, possui uma ótima estrutura, serviços e um café da manhã completo. Pretendemos voltar mais vezes e a indica-la.

Muito bom. Super organizados e pontuais com o café. Tivemos um pequeno problema com a disponibilidade do ar condicionado no quarto que escolhemos e prontamente deram um jeito de nos ajudar. Atendimento excelente.

Como fiquei no quarto não sei dizer a experiência no chalé, quarto bem gelado aparentemente sem isolamento térmico, sem aquecedor, apenas a lareira que não vi tantos efeitos além da fumaça gerada internamente. Tomada ainda de 2 pinos sendo necessário o uso de adaptador e apenas 1 tomada de um lado da cama, outro ponto é que também não tem isolamento acústico, barulhos na escada, corredores ecoam bem, além do local onde é preparado o café da manhã. O wifi é bom, o café da manhã também, apesar de que se for se hospedar com pet se prepare para alguém precisar tomar café separadamente pois não tem área externa pra você tomar café com o pet. Os funcionários também são educados e solicitos.
