Our room was big, we especially liked the two TVS. The shower water pressure was excellent. Even though its very close to the interstate and a busy shopping center and restaurants our room was quiet and we were able to rest! This was a one night stay on our way to our vacation. We typically stay in Greenville. But we have found our new stop over!! This place is EXCEPTIONAL!! The rooms, the staff, the beds, the linens, etc. Especially Ms. Mona or mama Mona!! She's simply precious! She kept the breakfast area spotless and refreshed all morning while carrying on conversation. She just made you feel like we were right at home!! What a tremendous asset she is to this facility!! You keep on being you, sweet Mama Mona! Can't wait til next vacation and our chance to chat with her! Such a great little ray of sunshine 🌞 she certainly is! I highly recommend this Hampton Inn!!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was close to family we were visiting. The hotel is clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful with a variety of thing to choose from and different options on different days. The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The staff was so polite and friendly. We loved staying here and will pick this hotel again when we visit family again. We visited over Thanksgiving weekend and the hotel was decorated for Christmas already. It felt very festive.

We arrived on Apr 20/ Easter Sunday. Room was fine info on how to work the TV would have helped, but we managed to make it work? Breakfast was outstanding, staff was kind, helpful, & courteous. Breakfast area was spacious & clean. Food was more than we expected & very good. We checked out before we ate. My sister-in-law forgot a gold chain & metal in our room. I went back to our room, housekeeper Isela had found the gold chain & turned it in at the front desk. I was able to pick up her chain & commend Isela for her honesty & service with small present. We visit Montgomery twice a year and this is our go-to place to stay. The staff are pleasant, friendly and eager to help. You are greeted with a smile and a greeting by most and if a problem occurs, they are quick to fix it or offer you another room. The breakfast bar has a wide variety of fresh foods, coffee, teas, juices, milks, etc. PLUS they bake cookies for your enjoyment during the week (but not on the weekend)! We love it here and I am already planning our next trip in April 2025 which will naturally include Hampton Inn & Suites Montgomery-East Chase.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Clean, friendly, and very comfortable. The pillows are the best! I would recommend it for business or pleasure. Quiet.

My daughter and I, along with our pets, stayed at the Tru by Hilton in Prattville during our evacuation from Hurricane Helen. The property was well kept, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was very convenient. The staff were AMAZING! Many of the guests staying at the hotel were from the Florida panhandle and just like my family evacuating from the coming storm. The hotel was fully booked but throughout our stay the staff were friendly, accommodating, reassuring and went out of their way to make each guest feel welcomed. I observed the staff going above and beyond to help each guest with questions, make sure breakfast was hot and ready, and simply say hello in the hallways. The staff were not only professional but kind. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone primarily because of the amazing staff who are running it. Thank you for making our stay during a tough time a good one!

Second time we’ve stayed here on our way south for the winter. This place is so wonderful! So clean! Excellent location with many restaurants, gas stations, and shopping nearby. Beds and pillows very comfy. Great shower pressure and wonderful soaps and shampoos and lotions! Excellent breakfast prepared by a very friendly cook! Front staff very friendly and accommodating. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The buffet breakfast was delicious with multiple options, the staff was very friendly, and accommodations were very comfortable and clean. I had no complaints whatsoever. If you will be in the Prattville area, and need a comfortable and casual place to stay, this is a great option for you! They also allow pets if you desire to travel with your furry friends.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise considering it was for an overnight stay on the way to the beach. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Specifically, Shawn the evening manager and Starr the day manager were great. Both went out of their way to make my family and dog feel welcome. They made an overnight stay memorable. The breakfast, put together by Sandy, was one of the better hotel buffets. It was clean and there were several choices. Overall, this was an extra great overnight stay.

My stay at the Tru by Hilton in Prattville Alabama was an unexpected one as my daughter and I had to evacuate from the panhandle of Florida to get out of the way of are coming hurricane. The accommodations at the hotel were lovely, clean and comfortable, but more importantly the staff there went above and beyond to make everyone staying feel welcome and accommodated. There were many families and couples who also had to evacuate from Florida and the staff, even though the hotel was booked, full of pets and very nervous people, were always friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everyone was cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, because tge staff who run it are amazing!

This is a lovely hotel. It’s spotless, the staff is friendly and there’s a nice restaurant and a bar with dining. We didn’t get to try the restaurant because we didn’t know to make reservations. It worked out great because we went next door to the Exchange and had dinner. The food there was really good. If you’re going to the convention center or the center for performing arts in Montgomery, this place is perfect! You can’t get more convenient. In fact you don’t even have to step outside. This will be our “go to” for Montgomery from now on.

Stayed two nights at Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa. I have stayed here a few times over the past several years. Nice hotel. I had a great room overlooking the river. The room was clean and comfortable. I reported one maintenance issue that was corrected quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has an outdoor bar on the front of the hotel that was directly below my room. They have nightly live music. The downside is I could hear the music in my room. Fortunately it ends at 10:00 pm; however, it was loud enough to be noticeable prior to then. Convenient location if you are downtown. I'd stay here again.

Montgomery was my last stop on an self drive civil rights tour. Arrived and valet was efficient. After a walk through the city I checked in very tired and little dehydrated. My credit card had some working problems. Check in was super attentive and helped me through the process as they felt I was so tired. Beautiful, big, typical renaissance hotel. Great room, very comfortable beds and shower. Stayed 2 nights, loved and was very impressed by all the museums. Breakfast buffet was the best on my trip and also great restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this hotel

The Renaissance Montgomery was perfect! My Mom and I came to town for a show at the Montgomery Performing Arts Center the hotel was still decorated for the holidays and was beautiful. And to my surprise the MPAC was actually a part of the hotel so we did not have to go outside in the cold to go to the show. The room had a gorgeous view of the river, beds were ultra comfy and bathroom was huge. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. We had the best time and are planning our next visit!

I was in Montgomery last weekend for a funeral and stayed here, for first time in 5-6 years and it was as nice if not nicer than I recall. I was welcomed by the super front desk staff of Alexus Williams and Britaina Wright. So helpful and courteous! My room was spacious, very clean and very well appointed. There is a spa in the hotel, I was not able to take advantage of, but looked quite nice. Ate at the House restaurant inside the hotel, and it was excellent. Concierge lounge was perfect. Food, the attendant were terrific. Few hotel staff’s are as kind, gracious and courteous as this property. A must stay if you are in the Montgomery area

The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and fresh and varied. coffe was delicious and always available. the rooms were large and comfortable with a full size fridge! Every employee, from the various front desk workers to the breakfast staff, was super kind and warm and welcoming. Parking was a breeze, and the area felt super safe and clean.

A friend and I were in town for a tour of Civil Rights and historic venues. Check-in was efficient, staff no matter what time of day were available and the room was exactly as advertised. We were located near the stairwell which is one of my preferences as I like to use the stairs. Out of all hotels I've stayed in during my travels, this was the first one I've seen with a carpeted stairwell. For someone who uses stairs as a form of exercise when I don't have time for the gym, this was a nice discovery. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was not as steady as I liked but not a game-changer, parking was convenient, and the location walkable to restaurants and tourist attractions. We didn't get a chance to use the gym or pool but did check them out. The gym was rather small but included cardio and strength training equipment for a quick workout. The pool also was small, but big enough to get a quick dip. There was no hot tub which was okay since it gets pretty hot in AL as it is. Overall, the staff made this an excellent visit. They were all very pleasant, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and welcoming. We will return if we're ever in the area again.

From check in to leave, I was pleased. the room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff ladies were incredibly polite and helpful. I had no problem using the hotel lot for parking, shower was great and AC unit did its job perfectly in the extreme heat. There were many wonderful restaurant options near by, and we felt safe walking the quaint streets. I would gladly return if my travels ever take me back thru Alabama.

The hotel is well located at a very walk-able distance from the most happening areas of town and right across the street from the Montgomery Convention and Performing Arts Center. The beautiful Riverfront Park is across the parking lot. Check-in was quick, simple and very hospitable. Car Parking is on-site and if you are able to find a spot within the Hotel's own compound it's FREE. Overflow parking is on the adjacent paid lot. Accommodation was an upper floor corner suite comprising separate living-dining room with sofa bed and a large private bedroom with queen bed. Beds, linen and towels were nice. The evening 5-7 pm Happy Hour with up to two complimentary cocktails / hard drinks on the house, at the Lobby Bar, accompanied by sumptuous snacks, is definitely a favorite among the patrons. We went on to order dinner from the in-house Restaurant, from our seats at the bar, and had no complaints at all. The food was as good as any. Morning hot breakfast spread had the most options we recently encountered anywhere. The live omelette stall was busy dishing out the best custom made to order omelettes. The Superlative Breakfast and the Happy Hour has to be the USP of this place. Overall Very Nice one-night stay. The downtown area is walk able , pretty and clean.

Easy check in. Digital keys work well for your room and fitness room. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection. Restaurant and bar was nice and friendly. The area around the hotel has numerous restaurants and coffee shops.

My family and I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Montgomery on our way to Destin. The hotel was nice and in a fun and walkable area. We really enjoyed walking down by the river. The kids were really disappointed the pool was closed for “maintenance issues”. Had we known this prior to our stay we would have booked somewhere else. Also our room was not clean. There were used Zyn pouches all over the floor by the pull out bed and the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The breakfast was really good and the staff were overall very friendly.

The ambiance was amazing (was there after black Friday, beautiful decor) , the breakfast bar was decent. (French toast sticks would be amazing) Loved the Omelet bar! Room was clean and comfortable. Location is breathtaking so so much history and eateries! Definitely. Would book again.

Was in town for business and was looking for a comfortable place with a a bigger room to work from... this fit the bill. Two queen beds, one of which was comfortable and the other was not. I know this because I started on the uncomfortable one. Water pressure was good for a 5th floor room. Big TVs in both rooms was a nice touch. Common areas were nice and clean. Newer bar and dining area. Breakfast and happy hour were included. Cook to order breakfast was pretty good. Rate seemed high honestly but I booked late so I will attribute the rate to that.

We were VERY pleased with the property. My only complaint is they ADVERTISE refrigerator AND microwave but only provide a small refrigerator. We were told Spark is a new Hilton brand and their one year anniversary is in November. However their policy prevents microwaves and coffee service in the rooms. They provide coffee and microwave downstairs in lobby. This is not convenient if you want to heat something up or make coffee in the privacy of your room. I told reception that they are falsely advertising certain amenities that would make a difference when comparing with other hotels in the area. Area was great with plenty of services and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Victoria.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot to choose from. The complimentary cookies at check in was a pleasant surprise. The walk in shower was amazing and very cool looking and relaxing. I discovered it is a new hotel chain in an old location, but the lobby, hallways and my room were very well updated and well taken care. The parking lot was well lit. My room was clean, had a small fridge and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk both at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to several restaurants. The breakfast bar in the morning had bagels, little muffins (in a bag), yogurt, orange juice and coffee.

Place was VERY CLEAN! Comfy and quiet and the staff could not have been nicer. We arrived at 2:30 PM and we're able to check in. Room was just lovely as was the bathroom. Towels were thick and fluffy. So I know this Inn was newly renovated and I hope it keeps the high standards. We do many road trips and definitely will stop here again. Location is excellent for eating, drinking and shopping. Serious shopping can be done. The breakfast the next morning was a definite step up. Eggs, sausage, toasts, cereals, fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, coffee, tea, juice, some package pastries...plenty of choices and nice morning breakfast staff. Put this place on your travel radar. We stayed one night so I can't say what a continued stay would be like but I give the place high marks.

The staff was VERY friendly and VERY helpful...I would like to especially note mitch Livingston who went out of his way to make us comfortable...it was late in the evening.and I found that there was no coffee...mitch brewed up a new container for me...additionally, I would like to thank Vimal Patel who like mitch was VERY customer focused and very attentive to his customer needs during breakfast

We have stayed in several Comfort Inn & Suites in the past but this one is by far the best. Everything was perfect during our entire stay and we couldn't be happier. The staff were outgoing, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and spotless and the beds were pillow top comfortable. We really hated to leave. This is our new place to stay whenever we visit family in Montgomery. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel close to restaurants and stores. Quiet location just a block or two off the main road. Nice hot breakfast, even though they were out of yogurt (our mainstay). Clean rooms and very close parking. Loved the cute little pool that was sparkling clean! We'll be back!

Wonderful experience!!! We have traveled to many states quite often and stayed in many hotels. We have to say this was one of our best experiences! The staff were absolutely amazing. They were extremely friendly, professional, helpful and so very joyful. We were there for a week. Every single one of them from the general manager to the facilities manager to those preparing the breakfast were very kind and courteous as well. The facility and our room were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was always hot, tasty, well presented and continually maintained. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from as well. We really had a great time staying there. Added note: We understand they will be going through a remodel in the very near future which sort of surprised us. The reason being it is so well taken care of we were surprised, however they want to update things. Obviously, they care about us travelers! 😀

This is a very good Hampton Inn with all the qualities you are seeking while traveling. The Front Desk was happy to see us walk in and more than willing to help or assist. The lobby and adjoining areas were bright and clean. Elevator and hallways were clean and smelled good. Our room was excellent, ultra clean, smelled great and A/C worked flawlessly. Our bathroom was sparkling and all the amenities were full and available. Morning breakfast was excellent with all items filled, available and hot. The area was clean and all the tables in the breakfast area were kept cleared and clean. Great atmosphere. The server did an excellent job. We found all the staff members (front desk, housekeeping who we met in the hall and breakfast server) friendly, willing to assist and professional. I mention all of this in detail as we found it difficult to find a Hampton with good ratings as we traveled south down I65 in AL. THIS Hampton is a great one which we recommend without reservation!! Don't hesitate to stay here and put it on your favorites in your AL travels.

Clean, safe, quiet, well maintained (except the elevator), courteous and professional staff. Great breakfast.

Front desk was amazing she was such a joy to chat with. So tired and needs a comfy bed after a week of camping and this was an amazing bed and the shower felt amazing. The to go sack was cute and a great simple selection that even our picky kids loved.

We did not eat breakfast. We did have the coffee. The front desk clerk in the evening was very helpful. The room was really nice, clean, and comfortable.

location was perfect, quiet. I didn't have the breakfast, I was told it was a brown bag grab and go. The staff has extremely helpful and courteous. the room was clean, only disappointing factor was the pool was 'out of order' and that was one of the activities for the kids where I didn't have to spend more money. But overall a good place to stay.

It was very pretty and good customer service. He was very understanding at the desk. I stayed in a room with a Jacuzzi it was nice.

For the price this hotel was perfect me the unit is spacious very clean and comfortable, bed was comfy bathroom nice and the hotel was quiet and secluded when I first checked in the host at the front was very kind with me my second day I actually walked in on cleaners in the room (I came back really early) and they were really kind as well I’ve spent the last couple weeks in questionable hotels due to my budget and this was really a breath of fresh air I have rebooked myself for next week and will most likely do it the following week!

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The whole place was clean and smelled clean. The breakfast dining room is spacious and nice. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was always kept clean and wiped down. The room fan worked perfectly and the room itself was huge. I had a pleasant stay and I would book here again every time.

Nice small hotel that is newly renovated. Clean, quiet, good breakfast and comfy sleep. Bathroom good quality. King room has a 2 seater lounge with coffee table so good sitting space. There is an office chair and desk. A spacious room for a hotel room.

We love stopping at the Sonesta ES suites! They are incredibly convenient, just off the highway and surrounded by restaurants/etc. Rooms are spacious and while they may not be extremely updated or luxurious, they are extremely comfortable and bright and clean.

This is an odor hotel that is being remodeled. It was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rate was more than fair and it was a quiet, peaceful stay for myself on a business trip. I genuinely look forward to staying there again when in the Montgomery, AL area.

I've never stayed in any hotel in any price range that provided so much value for the money. It was a large suite, very comfortable living room, large, well-equipped kitchen, wonderful bathroom with lots of counter space. Even enough space in bathroom to set up ironing board. Comfortable bed with excellent bedding. Quiet room. Parking very close to room. I did not have time to explore pool area. Hotel is in a nondescript location and is not particular appealing on the outside. However, it offered more comfort and convenience than any property I've stayed in previously, including ones in the luxury category.

I enjoyed my two nights stay at The Sonesta ES Montgomery. I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite and it was very clean and well kept. There was a lot of closet space for clothing and iron and board available. The wifi worked well and the area was very quiet. There was a tv in both bedrooms and the living area. Parking is no problem and my check in was fast. Overall, very nice accommodations.

Very quiet, everyone keeps to themselves. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Nice clean rooms, with all you need in the kitchen.

Highly recommended. Safe, quiet and clean. Bed was sooo comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. 6 miles from the new Civil Rights Museums.

We were very impressed with the room...very clean...they are just updating everything so it is very nice. The only thing that I might have changed would have been to have a bit more room between the outside wall and the bed...I had to side step to get in and out of bed. One thing we were NOT impressed with was the breakfast area. We got there about 7:30 or 8:00...so right in the middle of service time. We were the only ones in the room and almost every single table was dirty...needing to be wiped down. My husband had to go to the front desk and ask them to hunt down who ever was in charge of the room. They were totally out of eggs, biscuits, and almost out of gravy and sausage. It took a good 10 minutes for them to be able to get everything heated up and out into the buffet. She made no effort to clean any of the tables off...and even left food lying on the buffet counter where it had been spilled. My husband actually cleaned up 2 waffles that had been dumped on the counter near the waffle iron. It was too bad that such a nice hotel has such a bad experience for everyone in the breakfast area.

We stopped in here for a night the room was very clean and nice it was comfortable to sleep in and quiet. The only problem was that the furniture is a little bit worn out and needs to be replaced the breakfast area is clean and nice and well with the state for the price

I have stayed in this hotel several times in past years and generally have liked its comfort and its convenience for travelers on I-85 and I-65. However, the place was a construction zone when I arrived for my stay this year; there was drilling, hammering and other construction noise in the lobby at the time of my arrival. To go to the buffet breakfast the next morning, which is adjacent to the lobby, you had to evade yellow tape and experience unsure footing at the room entrance. The woman who staffs the breakfast area is very helpful, however, and offered a helping hand to me as I stumbled my way in. On the plus side, the first floor room that I stayed in had been refurbished with all new furnishings including a comfortable new bed. However, there was more noise in the hallway at night from other people than I have experienced in the past. Parking at this relatively small hotel is limited and cramped -- no big parking lot with lots of empty spaces. I also would not feel safe venturing too far from the hotel at night. Although there was a nice restaurant within walking distance last year, that has closed so I had to drive a couple of miles this year to an Olive Garden (suggested by staff) where I had a nice dinner. I have given this hotel a higher rating than my comments would indicate because I'm sure it will be much improved when construction ends. I have stayed here before when it was a good overnight choice and I'm sure it will be again.

Room was clean. Fitness center was open. It had equipment of good quality. Guests are allowed access to a full-service gym about 1/4 mile away. WiFi signal was strong. Staff was friendly and helpful. No sidewalks around property so you need a car to get anywhere. There is a Korean restaurant next door so that’s walkable. There’s a bunch of other restaurants and stores just down the street but you’ll need to drive.

I appreciated the friendly staff, those working the afternoon, evening and early morning shifts. Hotel was clean. Room was clean, no odors or any significant inconvenience. I liked the amount of body wash, etc., available for our use. Plenty of towels. No microwave in the room so guests have to use the microwave downstairs by the front desk. Only real complaint was the Keurig coffee machine in the room. The coffee tasted terrible even though we used bottled water. There was no breakfast available. That would have been nice to have. Construction was a bit of an eyesore but it didn’t directly impact our stay. Parking area was small due to items for renovation laid out, but it wasn't full so that was okay. Television had plenty of channels to watch, which was good. It was a pleasant stay.

One night stopover.. Nice clean rooms.appeared to have been recently updated. Friendly and engaging staff. Restaurant had better than average food. Bar was oit of many beers but the bartender was so accommodating. Breakfast bar had good variety and was worth the extra room price.

As a Hilton Diamond member I was upgraded to a suite with a couch. The hotel was clean with a spacious beautiful lobby. There is free parking. My only complaint was breakfast. At 5:50am there was a sign stating “ Breakfast postponed due to personnel issues” By 6:15 there was bagels, juice, toast. There was cereal but no bowls. By 6:50 the coffee was empty.. One reason I booked this hotel was to have a hot breakfast. The hotel was not very busy on this weekday morning. One employee should have been able to keep a continental breakfast stocked. Breakfast was my only complaint

I loved everything. Especially Matthew at the front desk, he was so sweet and kind and attentive. Any questions I had, he answered and helped me understand certain things. Also, I'm not sure who the lady was that was cooking breakfast on the day I checked out, but she was amazing and an awesome cook. Even though there was no server, she made sure to take care of everyone's order , and Matthew also helped clear and clean tables off to assist her. The night before I checked out, I am not sure of his name at the front desk, but he was also awesome in explaining the pantry to me when I came to purchase a beverage. And housekeeping on the second floor was very nice and polite even though I didn't require any housekeeping services she was very welcoming. This has to be the best hotel stay I've had in my life, honestly. I took this time to get the room for the weekend to get away since I will be working on my birthday on the 27th, and the hotel staff really made me feel so comfortable and just welcoming. Thank you so much to you all. If I could give you 1000 stars, I would.

The front desk staff were amazing, helpful & friendly. We ate dinner at the bar, it was ok but our bartender was so sweet. The room Was clean and comfortable.

Hotel lived up to the Hilton name. We were greeted by Melvin at the front desk with a welcoming smile and very professional service. He made us feel like long time friends. We usually stay at these hotels during road trips and this trip just reaffirmed why. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We decided to just eat dinner at the hotel after a long day of driving and we weren’t disappointed. Although the menu offerings are limited I think most people could find something to their liking. Our server was a gentleman by the name of Drey, and he was definitely an assist to the Hilton team. He was very friendly, engaging and my husband said he made a great Bloody Mary. He knew his job and did it exceedingly well. All in all a great trip. I highly recommend for your next trip to the area.

Stayed here for the weekend. I had an event to attend downtown, and this hotel is an easy drive to downtown. In fact, just about everything you need is within minutes from this hotel: groceries, drug store, good restaurants, the interstate are all close by. Everyone I encountered there was helpful and polite. Big thanks to Matthew Conrad at the front desk for helping me out when I accidentally erased my key and forgot to bring utensils back to the room for dinner! Hotel is clean and has a newer look to it, rooms are great. I did not use the restaurant or bar but both looked good to me.

Great staff; very friendly and helpful. Loved that there was indoor dining at affordable pricing; our room was clean and pleasantly spacious! There was 1 problem---the tub didn't drain properly but owing to the overall cleanliness, I'd probably say it was an anomaly. Great area with plenty of shopping options. I would definitely stay again!

The best thing? The AC in the rooms is amazing! The room was warm when we arrived, but within 10 minutes of dropping the temp, we were cold! That’s a good thing in Alabama in September!! The staff were great, very helpful and easy to check in and out with. The kitchen staff were very observant and friendly during breakfast. Several good options to eat. Parking lot was well lit, quiet area. There was a crack in the toilet bowl, and the bathroom had some hair on the floor of the shower. That’s the only reason for 4/5. Otherwise it was a great stay.

We are traveling home to Illinois from Florida and needed place close to interstate 65. Checked online for hotels and booked directly with hotel for $130. Very clean and welcoming. Large and attractive bathroom. Breakfast was fine and workers were polite and helpful. Very close to many restaurants and other hotel options. Would definitely recommend. Our stay was on a weeknight so I’m sure not as expensive as weekend rates would be

Quiet and far back from the road, spacious and super clean. Checking in was seamless, the room was spacious and extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we come back to Montgomery, we will be staying at this hotel PERIOD. Plenty of places to dine, fuel, catch your breath before heading out onto the next adventure.

This was one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express's that I have stayed at. Clean, quiet, fresh breakfast, and a polite, professional staff! I will stay here again, when passing through this area. It was worth searching out this location, and staying here.

We love staying at Candlewood. The hotel is quiet, in a great location, had just been newly renovated, they have one of the few beds that are more comfortable than ours, love their walk-in showers, staff was friendly, and they are also a pet friendly hotel.

Amazing quality at such a reasonable price! The room was large and immaculate! Not a dust bunny. Not a hair in the bathroom. Not a fingerprint on any surface. There were ALL the amenities one expects in an expensive room: fridge, microwave, cell charger port, hair dryer… even an iron and ironing board! The TV was large, and the remote worked. As far as personnel, I was there only one night, so had interaction only with the front desk personnel. Both the gentleman who checked me in and the lady who checked me out were pleasant, kind and welcoming. Speaking of morning, the coffee served in the lobby was delicious and hot. You can bet that on my next trip to or through Montgomery, AL, this Days Inn will be my motel of choice!

The outside area looks older but then the rooms look so nice. The bathroom tile looked brand new and rain shower head was really nice! Quiet area and convenient to the interstate, restaurants, and stores.

No issues, no frills. Remodeled room, comfortable bed, everything was clean. Hot water. Breakfast is just a snack and coffee. Parking lot look ok and they had plenty of cameras.

Easy to find, quiet and safe location. Newly renovated room. Friendly staff. I am very happy on my stay.

Lobby is nice and comfortable, multiple remote seating. Unfortunately the brisco bar was closed. The balcony view on each room was perfect. The king room was clean and spacious.

Quiet even tho right next to highway we never heard it. Restaurant is so convenient, but it was hard to find the hours without asking staff.

My stay was amazing! The room was clean and the bed was very comfy! The whole room was nice! Will definitely stay here again!

Large clean quiet room. Comfortable bed with nice pillows and soft sheets. Shower had good pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain. Plenty of vanity space around the sink to set toiletries. Fast elevator. TJ at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

Overall a good stay. Staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no breakfast, only coffee and the toiletries should be upgraded.

We stayed at this hotel as we evacuated from hurricane Milton. Love that they welcomed our pets. The staff were all very caring and helpful. We had a microwave and mini fridge in the room, and breakfast (fresh coffee, toast, cereal) in the lobby in the mornings.The only reason for 4 stars was that there is no elevator, also 3 reasonably intelligent adults couldn't figure out how to switch the water flow from tub to the shower. But for the price, this was a good place to stay.There were shops, restaurants, etc. within easy drive.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is clean and comfortable. No frills or extras to have to pay for when all you're looking for is a safe,comfortable place to shower and lay your head. The mini fridge came in handy. A lot of hotels have a well lit main entrance but not the rest of the property...not this Days Inn. The side entrance that I used was brightly lit and not hidden by a bunch of landscaping. I have already made 4 future reservations.

It was a great stay overall. Me and my workers stay every month for work in the area and we like it here better than other places on the exit. Room was clean and staff is friendly. There are some restaurants nearby in the area for food and few gas stations which is really convenient. Area seems safe and we leave our tools in the truck all night with no problem. We will definitely be back to stay here.

This was a great budget hotel. Nice clean, freshly renovated room with a great comfortable bed. The staff were helpful, and the coffee was good. No complaints at all! I left some of my belongings in the room, and the staff joyfully retrieved them for me. Next time I go back to Montgomery, I will definitely stay here!

I could tell that there is new carpet in the hallways, which was nice to see. However, I was expecting to have more than just shampoo on the ledge in the bathroom. I use shower gel all the time, and there was none of that. The bath towels are very thin and small. The front desk person was not there when I got there and I had to wait for her to come back. She was friendly when she did arrive. The breakfast was very minimal. Just offered coffee, one type of juice, which is grape juice, two cereals, which were both sugary, and two types of bread (white and raisin). There was no fruit available or any other breakfast items.

Me and my son stay at the Days Inn and Suite, and he had a training class for work. The stay was great. The check-in was fast. I paid in full for my stay on booking.com. Upon arrival, I was asked to give my credit card, and there would be a 50 hold for any possible incidental. I didn't mind but I didn't see that when booking the room. We had a room with two queen beds. The room was spacious. There was an accent chairs. A cute chait at the desk. I like that there was a fridge, microwave and an additional sink. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The bathroom was clean and full of towels. The water was hot and stayed hot for a long time. We had a two night stay, and I appreciate that housekeeping knocked and identity themselves and asked me if I wanted the room clean. I said yes, and they did a bed change on both bed, bathroom clean, trash change, and full restock of towels. Breakfast was from 6am to 9:30am. There was a variety to choose from, like bagels, cream cheese, biscuits, sausage, egg, cereal, fruit, orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. Just to give you an idea of what they have. The overall stay was good. Although the room was on the second floor right in front of the elevator, it was still quiet. Oh, and one more thing, if you stay at this hotel, the front entry doors closed at 11pm, and you would have to use the side door to enter the building. There were a few restaurants that if you show your hotel key, you get 10% off your good order.

The staff was friendly and professional. Everything was clean and in great condition. We felt like the location was safe. Perfect for a night on our to Florida. Will stay again next trip. Oh, the free breakfast was good and our bed was comfortable and clean. I wish it would have been warm enough to swim.

Clean. Quiet. Rooms are such that we heard very little hallway noise, or noise from neighboring rooms. Very close to a large selection of restaurants, shopping centers, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed here 5 nights due to hurricane Helene. Breakfast is same every day, includes fried eggs, sausage and biscuits (they are frozen and microwaved just before being put on the buffet, but not that bad actually). Every other day gravy is part of the menu. Typical offering of muffins, bagels, oatmeal, grits (instant ), fresh bananas and apples. If you are gluten and dairy free, there is enough here to select from, with one caveat. Staff did a good job of keeping everything stocked. Overall very satisfied with the hotel.

One of my best overnight stays on a road trip. Very convenient off highway, yet when entering quiet and even though right by main roads and shopping, restaurants, etc. Check-in staff very pleasant and helpful. Room decor modern and complete, even with an extra table to be pulled up to comfortable chair. Cleanliness deserves an A++. Breakfast choices adequate. Excellent stay!

I wanted to share this review because I was apprehensive to stay at this hotel after reading the prior reviews. I wasn't surprised by the employees because everyone said they were very kind, and I have to say that they really were. Even the lady hosting the breakfast was warm and friendly. You can tell they are happy working there. Kudos to the management. I was surprised that the room was nice and clean because of the reviews of this place. Did I see anything that could use a spit shine or paint that could use some touch up, sure. The things that mattered to us, like nice clean bedding, comfortable pillows and bed, fresh smelling room, clean bathroom and towels, those were all on point. I would 100% stay here again. Family had recommended East Chase for my stay, but the car break-ins and poor reviews kept me from booking there. The price here was a lot lower, I felt safe and would recommend this to anyone visiting the Wetumpka area.

Hampton usually has the best service and friendly employees but, this one fell a little under par. Gage, who checked us in was VERY friendly and helpful, the morning lady and the breakfast host, not so much. Also, NO REGULAR half & half or cream for coffee!! Just the flavored junk. Was SO disappointing! A employee came in from shopping with more paper plates, why couldn't she have picked up some regular creamer too? Also, no bold coffee, just decaf and light roast. VERY disappointing. This particular hotel needs to up its game a bit. Was clean and fresh smelling though.

I have been staying in Wetumpka during the week for the better part of a year. Nowhere will ever be perfect but they come really close! Staff are A-1, especially Brandi Creamer and Ramona Guest, who made me feel at home…well, I only spend twice as much time there than at home! When Nikki and Alex were there, they were pretty good too! I was pretty shocked that I was sad to be leaving. Most are willing to go out of their way to make your stay more comfortable. Not many give you a hard time-even when asked to make fresh coffee. Oh, they now serve the liquid original coffee mate-the best version. Kwik Sack lost over $5./day when they changed. Coffee lovers take their condiments very seriously, It is worth mentioning the beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Loved this hotel. It looks new, well kept, well maintained, and well supplied. The staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. The breakfast was nicely set out and kept stocked /tidy. Great variety of food and drinks to choose from. Location is perfect. Walk out back and you can explore the river. Walk to the left and you can explore historic Wetumpka. Walk to the right and you can go to the casino. Totally walkable. We had a car and everything was within 3-5 minutes. Would definitely come back!

The location was perfect, quiet, and easily accessible from 85 to Atlanta and the eateries, and shopping id plentiful. I"'m going back, just to get away! I didn't see any pets, I love them but it gave me a piece of mind that in all likelihood, they had not been in the bed. I loved that a refrigerator and microwave were inside the room! The ice machine was also conveniently located to the room I was in.

I enjoy my stay at Laquinta. It was quiet, clean, friendly staff, and gym had everything you need. The kitchen staff made sure breakfast was replenished, and delicious. The room was nice and clean. Cleaning crew made sure you had ample supply of clean towels. Will stay here again!

Nice and convenient to shops, restaurants, and the casino. There are many hotels in the area. This one was in convenient location and had good safety and cleanliness reviews. The staff are ALWAYS smiling, friendly and very helpful! We were in town to attend a concert at the MPAC and we always stay here because it is very convenient, VERY CLEAN and inviting. Great location in downtown Montgomery, near restaurants and bars and river front. Staff was friendly and we had a clean and spacious room. They offered a free hot breakfast too. Montgomery turned out to be much livelier in the weekend then expected.

My room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast omelet was kind of fun. It became stuffy in the middle of the night which always wakes me up. It's also getting run down. The shower door handle is coming off, watermarks on the sink now seem permanent and the elevator flooring has been worn down.

I love the coffee machine that grinds the beans fresh before it brews your cup. Our room was light and bright and spotless! The floor was gleaming there also and the room smelled fresh. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the shower nice and hot. We were very pleased with our experience there and plan to stay again.

We were on our way to north Florida and were ready to stop for the night. I had never stayed at an Avid Hotel but wanted to try it. We had a wonderful experience here at this one. Divya at the front desk was very nice and helpful to us, and I appreciated her so much. The decor is modern and colorful and has all the amenities that we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast and snacks in the lobby, nice fitness center, I didn't have any issues with their wifi, and there are several restaurants within minutes, or even walking distance, for dinner. Another feature that I truly love about this hotel chain.....you know how the "Do Not Disturb" signs are ALWAYS falling off the door handle every time you go in and out? These genius folks created small magnets that simply stick onto the metal door frame. No more hassle. Perfect!! I wish other hotels would also switch to this method. Great value for this hotel and I can highly recommend it.

We stopped here to break up a long drive back from the beach. I mentioned several times I thought the hotel had placed emphasis on things that I feel like younger generations will appreciate more. I don’t really know how to describe why I feel that way but my sister agreed. The gym was the nicest I have ever encountered in a hotel. The tv was large and was a smart tv. Our room was very clean. Breakfast consisted of yogurt, cereal, fruit, and bagels. There were jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches that could be heated in a microwave. So no, it wasn’t a huge, hot complimentary breakfast but it is all you need. The coffee bar is apparently open all day. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy that. The location is right off the interstate, and yes, the motel next to it does seem sketchy but I didn’t feel unsafe inside this hotel. The pool looked nice and I wish I had time to stay and try it out.

Loved this hotel chain ! Very ultra modern flair and super comfy beds . It’s located right beside i65 and u don’t hear a bit of traffic noise ! We will definitely stay again! They have a breakfast bar with fresh ground coffee. There is also a small outdoor pool and exercise room.

If you like to recycle, much of the breakfast utensils and packaging can be recycled but there is no recycling bin here. (Reason for 4 stars there) I just take what I can recycle, back with me to be recycled. Breakfast was delicious both days we stayed. Fresh fruit, coffee, juice, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels and toast! :) We had a King suit and the couch bed didn't have any sheets or a blanket for it. They didn't give us a hassle about needing these for our son. He slept well there and the King bed was comfy. Overall the stay was quiet and cozy and definitely recommend it!

We needed a place to stay on a trip to Orange Beach AL. This place met and exceeded our expectations. It was easy to find, right off I-65. The front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. He gave us all the info we needed on nearby places to eat, WiFi password and when breakfast was served in the morning. The room was excellent with all the expected amenities for a hotel in this class. Out traveling companions had a room with a smoky smell and they were taken care of right away. My only complaint was the shower was a little weak and not very robust. Breakfast was good with more offerings than expected. I’d stay here again! A great experience!

How do I even begin, Mr Kurt Harris the General Manger is by far one of the detail oriented individuals I have met and yet so personal. The group I was with check in around 5 and it was as smooth as silk keys and rooms were ready, anything we seem to need or want was at my our fingers tips. The room we stayed in was clean and very comfortable also very modern. The highlight of my stay their was not just the breakfast but the 3 lady's who prepare it l, I promise you it like they were doing it for their own family. I want to say her name was s Cond she was the newest addition to their family and she is wonderful, I found myself rushing down stairs just to have a conversation with her. Kurt thank you and your wonderful staff you all my my first visit to Alabama a great one.

Amir was helpful and friendly, getting us checked in. When we had issues with both of our suites, he made sure to get them taken care of. The room was nice and looked clean. There was no room cleaning or refreshing the towels during our 3 night stay. Was surprised, and I had to be intentional and make a request. Breakfast was ok, basic eggs, sausage, muffins, etc. Overall, we had a nice stay.

My wife and I booked our stay here for our trip to see family and grandchildren. Hotel was easily accessible, and check-in was quick. We noticed right away that staff was cleaning throughout the entire hotel. All staff that we met during our stay were very friendly and welcoming, and service was excellent. Room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was outstanding. When we return for visits, we’ll always stay here, keep up the great work!

I especially liked the accessible bathrooms with hand rails around the toilet and in the shower for guests with limited mobility. That was a positive feature. All staff were friendly, pleasant and welcoming.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a few blocks away from the busyness of the major highway. Parking lot is very well lit. Only minor concern was that air conditioning was not turned on when we got to our room, but we turned it on and went to dinner and it was comfortable while we slept. Breakfast had the usual assortment of hot and cold options. There were a couple of recent bad reviews for this hotel, but overall our experience was a good one.

Registration was easy and helpful even though I was early. Good staff person got it off to a good start. Room was large and comfortable. Quiet. Good bed and lots of pillows. They still offer breakfast but it is grab and go but you can grab and eat in the dining room. Good coffee.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, There was a fridge and microwave in the room that was great. They have free continental breakfast that includes a Keurig coffee espresso machine. We were only in Montgomery for one night to visit my daughter at ASU. If you are coming to visit ASU this hotel is about 13 mins from campus. This was our first time staying at Microtel Montgomery and i would definitely stay again.

My overnight stay was perfect. My check in was fast and easy. There were carts available in the lobby to carry my luggage to the room. The room was clean and newly renovated. The free breakfast was hot and fresh with a nice selection of food and beverages. Checkout was a breeze.My bill was exactly as previously quoted. The clerks at check in and check out were friendly and helpful when answering my questions or concerns. I would definitely stay there again.

The good: I was impressed with the size of the room and the cleanliness of the location. There were plenty of fresh towels, clean linens, and an excellent a/c unit. I also really liked the bench near the window. We were in a double queen. The lobby is currently being renovated, so that was a bummer, but it looks like it'll be lovely when done. I also appreciated the amount of grassy area they had, it made it easy to potty the dogs. This location is convenient to food, stores, and 10 minutes to downtown Montgomery. For improvement: Don't bother trying to save time doing the online check-in, they made me provide everything again anyway. The first thing I noticed in the room, because I washed my hands, was the sink. The nozzle on the sink is way too short and every time I washed my hands, it made a damp mess on the counter. I wasn't a fan of the desk chair. I remote work and that thing was not comfortable at all. The location also requires housekeeping every other day. Not convenient for people who work remote or prefer strangers stay out of their room, so just be aware. Breakfast options were low quality compared to most hotels in the same price range. Finally, and the thing that is a dealbreaker for me returning, the freeway is near this location and the walls are so thin I could hear loud trucks going by all night, even with my white noise machine Overall: I think this is a nice place, sleepless nights really is the only thing that would keep me personally from returning

Buddies golf trip chose this hotel for golf trip to Capitol Hill. Recently renovated and really cool. Very clean and people were friendly. I use to travel a lot and thought this was the best renovation ever. Clean, quiet, reasonable price, safe, great breakfast, what more can you expect.

We were very pleased with our overnight stay here. Very clean, new carpets, comfortable bed, recently renovated room, decent coffee and breakfast bar. Staff is very busy since only one person to help, but they are very pleasant! Location was very good and though close to highway. We would stay here again!

Straightforward hotel room - clean comfortable and safe. We stayed one as we traveled from the South to North (14hr+ road trip). The room was dated but nothing too noticeable. Simple breakfast fare - muffins, waffle, cereal, fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes. We skipped breakfast grabbed some coffee on the go.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable; what more could you ask? Also, the young lady at the registration desk was friendly and efficient. The breakfast had enough choices and the coffee, while not Starbucks quality, was decent. We would stay here again when traveling through the area.

I loved EVERYTHING about this place!!!! It was pristine, every employee i encountered was extremely nice, friendly, and professional. The entire place was beautifully clean and my daughter LOVED how nice it smelled. The food in the restaurants we went to was DELICIOUS! The only thing I had a problem with was the creepy route to the casino - remjnded us too much of children of the corn. 😕 We will absolutely be coming back soon.

It's rare to find a place where the ENTIRE staff treats you so well. The dining option was limited to only the Riverside Marketplace, but one didn’t need anything else. Six different stations resembling a buffet, but everything's cooked to order. And all of it was excellent. We ate there again for breakfast the next morning, and equally as good. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. We can't say enough good things about this place. We'll definitely be back!!

I love the customer service, the hospitality, the casino as well as the free drinks. The only thing I didnt like was the hot tub not working. We at stayed in a corner suite which was amazing with a jetted tub, luxury shower heads, and well decorated living spaces(kitchen table, living room and wrap around balcony looking over the pool).

I was greeted and the accommodations were clean, safe, perfect, and pet free. I had a peaceful rest and awoke to a delicious variety of breakfast food. I am a Southerner and really appreciated a full-course breakfast. The parking was well lit and off the main thoroughfare which added a more secure feeling to the surroundings. The parking was free (Thank You). I enjoyed the nearby shopping in the area and the eateries provided a diverse opportunity to try new, affordable, cuisine. I loved this experience. I wish I could have stayed a little longer. I loved that the cleaning staff replaced toiletries and used towels daily. Thanks for choosing a great brand (DOVE).

The room was large and the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff was fairly welcoming and the parking was convenient. It was nice to have a fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. As for negatives, the room had very dated light fixtures with no USB port plug ins and worn fixtures. There was a patch in the ceiling of the room, I assume there had been a leak or something similar, but the patch was extremely evident and not done very well. So, the rooms just need new fixtures, carpet and fresh paint. The breakfast was good, as far as a variety of offerings. However, the tables in the lobby were not clean and the glass in the entry area was very dirty. The floors were also dusty, so overall the lobby area just needs good thorough cleanings on a regular basis. Thank-you

I loved the fact that the property is in an area where there are plenty of restaurants and retail stores. Also that it was tucked away from the main highway and access roads. There wasn't a lot of traffic noise heard from my room. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff member in charge of breakfast was not very friendly. I would suggest that she be coached or have someone else with a friendlier demanor be placed in charge of breakfast. The breakfast could be improved upon. Some of the food was noticeably old and leftover. The coffee which is normally made svailable to guests all day was not. As a matter of fact, I was concerned that it was not being refreshed and leftover from the previous day as well. If these improvements are made, you could definitely get 5 stars.

We were weary travelers driving north from the beaches. We stopped for food and decided to sleep. The kids enjoyed the pool the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and relaxing. The pillows were a bit soft and the thermostat seemed to do nothing but the window unit worked. Unfortunately to keep from sweating we had to set it to constant on so it blew in my face all night.

The main issue we had here was with the booking service we used for this reservation. The facility has been recently remodeled and it looks great! The breakfast was advertised as a continental breakfast. To me that says donuts and coffee. But what they had was a hot breakfast with fried eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy with a wonderful flavor! We were traveling with a pet. The booking website said this property's policy was that you could have up to 2 dogs or 2 cats. It would be an additional $15 pet pet as long as they were less than 40 lbs. At check-in, I was informed that each pet would cost an additional $20 per night and the document I signed said it was for dogs only! So anyone traveling with cards should be aware of this! These are the kinds of things we spend a lot of time researching so we don't have to run into these kinds off issues after driving 650 miles! So whether this problem lies with the booking service or the property owners. But it's something I think needs to be squared up if for no other reason than customer service. This is something that could cause real issues for travellers! Putting the whole pet issue aside, I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again! The property was clean. It was easily accessable to I-85. And I believe it was fairly priced.

Hotel room was not ready when we checked in at 3. Ladies at the desk we kind and understanding, and when i joked about wanting an extra hour in the room due to the inconvenience, and she was serious about that being fine. I was just joking because things happen and we actually checked out early to get back on the road. Breakfast was good. My dog was fine in our room. And room was clean and comfortable shortly after we spoke the the front desk lady!! Everything seemed safe and clean

Parking was free and check-in easy and fast. The rooms are spacious and quiet with small kitchen. Hotel has no bar or restaurant and even the small shop does not offer any alcohol. Did not check for breakfast. Beds are comfy and rooms have good shades

Had a pleasant experience for my arrival and departure. The room was well-maintained and extremely spacious. I had no issues with getting fresh towels or other items when needed; the staff was friendly and attentive. The saltwater pool was a treat and pool area was nicely kept.

We stayed here one night while evacuating. My only regret was booking one night, bc it filled up before we could continue our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is conveniently placed next to several shops and restaurants. If we ever find ourselves going that way again, we'll definitely be staying here.

Our suite was very clean and we'll put together. The bed was super comfortable as well. The coffee pods were old and the sky pocket were hard but hey we brought our own anyway. But overall we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the shopps

This hotel by far has been an exceptional hotel I have ever stayed at in the United States of America. Clean, modern, hospitable, comfortable and nice fragrance. Outstanding. My wife and I was there for our 1st anniversary and we intend to return for a longer stay.

I always enjoy my stay at Windcreek. Rooms are always clean, comfortable, floors are quiet conducive for rest and the staff is always pleasant as well as accomadating.

I think the BB King restaurant and lounge was amazing! The dinner part was best due to live band!

We enjoyed our time there. Friendly staff and everything clean and welcoming. We will be back!

This hotel must have been recently renovated and upgraded both inside and out! Everything is fresh, beautiful, clean, and decorated so well. Also, beautiful large grassy areas where I could take my two dogs out. The service at the front desk was refreshingly fabulous. Friendly, informative, helpful, courteous, and a smile!! This is one of the best La Quinta locations I have stayed - and I have stayed at many over 3 states during a period of 25 years. Bravo!! Breakfast was hot- fresh - delish.

People were friendly and it is pet friendly. There are a lot of restaurant choices near by McD's, BK, DQ & a Mexican restaurant in the same plaza with more choices across the street. Close to the highway which was convenient for travel. We reserved the apartment which was nice for room size and letting the dog move around more after being in a car all day; heads up though there are no plates, cups or utensils so be sure to have your own. The King size bed was very comfortable. There were what looked like bullet holes in the apartment, but I felt safe there & we had no issues. Their breakfast was terrible; no choices and the bagel I picked up was stale. I might stay there again, but currently looking to see what other choices are out there.

Great location - good dinner options within walking distance. Easy and friendly check in. We were traveling with our dog so chose this hotel based on the ease of bringing our pet along. The hotel was clean and everything functioned in our room as you would expect. The pool was clean and kids had fun swimming. Rise early for best breakfast selection - we didn’t and some items were gone but still enjoyed what was available. The only con was the mattresses felt worn out/saggy - although we all slept decent.

Excellent half way stop from Illinois to Orlando. Staff was very helpful and good to work with. Breakfast is adequate and just what you need to start the day. Room was clean and spacious. Parking is convenient and well lighted. There are other eating places close by.

We enjoyed everything about this Homewood Suites. Rooms are large with a full kitchen, living room area with sofa sleeper and comfortable bed and bedding in the attached sleeping area. It is tucked away in an area of office complexes away from the freeway so is quiet and very safe. There is a great authentic Mexican restaurant five minutes away that was an excellent choice for dinner. The highlight of our stay was Doris who prepares an amazing breakfast! In addition to the usual items she had homemade pulled pork with all the fixins'. She is a treasure and we would come back to Montgomery just to visit with her. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in Montgomery.

Our stay was right in the midst of the hotel being renovated, the room we stayed in was already renovated. Nice bright and clean, breakfast was like an actual restaurant it was delicious both mornings with different Meats and more options.

This was my first stay at the Fairfield Hotel in Eastchase. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. The mattress sank as I sat on it but still very comfy. The hot water was a bit shy at first but after letting the water run for several minutes it did not disappoint. The room was pretty spacious, and I love that there was both a microwave and refrigerator in there too. Breakfast was hot and very good with lots of options. I’d come back for a future stay.

Very comfortable stay with a much better than typical hotel breakfast. Our room was very nice and this morning’s shower was hot with great water pressure. Convenient location near restaurants with easy access to the freeway. Only negative was the construction nearby and the lack of sidewalks.

The staff was amazing, everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a plus as well. I will definitely stay here again.

My first experience was somewhat a little less than perfect. Upon arrival I wasn’t aware that there was no parking deck. There was paid public parking only 2 hrs at a time but they did offer valet parking for $20 overnight. I knew we would be coming and going during it visit to Alabama so we public parked. Anyhow once I entered the room i realized housekeeping and maintenance need to step up to the plate. The toilet seat was almost off it was so loose, the couch was very nasty and stained and the television in the sitting area wouldn’t turn on. I was accommodated by moving to another room but that couch was nasty also. I always bring a flat sheet of my own to place on the couch anyway so I was glad I didn’t forget one. The hotel is so pretty and the staff was professional and very nice. The MOD was very accommodating and happy to resolve our issues with a smile. The location is perfect. It sits in the middle of many attractions and restaurants. Safe environment. I slept like a baby and like I was at home. It was quiet and the halls were very clean. Whenever I visit Alabama I will stay here again.

The room was fantastic...large, comfortable sitting area with TV and workspace; at least 20' ceiling with exposed wood/beams; efficient and quiet air conditioning; standard sized/stuffed pillows on a bed that slept very well; clean and stylish bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful; the lobby was very cool and welcoming; and the location was perfect for walking to entertainment and dining.

The rooms are unique, very spacious, clean and well designed. The staff are very professional and very friendly. The breakfast was well stocked with many options. Loved the sausage biscuits! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the downtown area and restaurants via walking. There is limited parking near the front entrance but many parking spaces elsewhere.

What a space! Location, location, location. Adored the vibe- restored former dry goods warehouse that has 25’ wooden ceilings in guest rooms. Rooms are so well designed and ROOMY. Had view of Riverwalk with oversized windows. Staff was responsive and welcoming. Extremely guest-oriented. Breakfast was fresh and healthy and well presented. Crustless quiche was outstanding! Even the coffee was good. Would return without question

The hotel was a great value. Great location surrounded by tons of restaurants. Don’t go to the goat though. The room was very spacious, very high ceilings. The shower had great water pressure. It was clean and quiet. The room has a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The coffee maker is the type that uses those little individual plastic trays in the top. The AC was just on. Not super cold. They have Starbucks for sale in the lobby with a selection of food. Two muffins, a bagel and a cookie. They have beer and wine for sale at the little market. The beer we got was $6 and the white wine small bottle was $14. The cafe is only open for breakfast and dinner at 5pm. Not lunch. I kicked off one star because of the pool. The marcite needs to be replaced badly. There is no shade on the pool deck but they offer you pool towels. There is a gas grill and a little gazebo. The couch cushions in the gazebo had bird feathers and droppings on them. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again if stopping in Montgomery again. Traveled with two kids 10 and 12. Good WiFi.

The front desk was phenomenal during our stay but went above and beyond for us at checkout. We were looking for coffee on our way out but the coffee bar was closed. That was totally fine, we were just going to get on the road and find somewhere to get coffee on our way back to Muscle Shoals. However, the front desk wasn’t having it. ☺️ they opened up the coffee bar and made all of us a drink before we left the hotel, & did it with smiles on their faces! They made it very obvious to us that they were happy to do it! They didn’t have to do that, but it was incredibly sweet that they did. I wish I had gotten their names so I could list them here. They were so friendly to us as they cut up with us the entire time. We left the hotel in agreement that they deserved a 11/10 review! Highly recommend.

This is the PERFECT stop for a relaxing and restful stay. We were so impressed with the entire experience. I would give it 6 stars if possible. From LaShonda at the front desk to Dexter in the bar/cafe, the service was outstanding and always with a smile. The entire hotel was spotless from the exterior, lobby, pool and room. Large bathroom, extremely comfortable bed (so rare anymore) and spacious room with frig and coffee maker. All in great working order. The staff obviously care about their hotel and it shows. We wish all Marriott’s were as wonderful. Thank you all for a restful stay!

Clean! Friendly! We’ve stayed at our fair share of hotels. I don’t often leave reviews unless I have a negative experience but felt I needed to leave one because this hotel was so much nicer(cleaner) than other hotels we’ve stayed at recently. All of the staff were so friendly. The hotel not only smelled clean but was actually clean. Clean bathrooms, no overflowing trash, do dust on furniture, etc. I don’t mind if a hotel has outdated furniture/features as long as it’s clean. This one didn’t disappoint.

We were returning from Florida and thought we would try the Quality Inn because on the way to Florida we tried another motel and it was not one I would return to. We arrived and the person at the desk checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and everything worked perfectly. Nice breakfast and lots of room to park our truck and trailer. Check out was a breeze. We will be stopping here from now on. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIER STAFF FOR A VERY RESTFUL NIGHT.

Very nice for a Quality Inn. Very Clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was okay but it was nice that they open it so early (5:30) for early risers. Employees were friendly. All-in-all one of the nicest QI I’ve stayed at in quite some time.

Had to over night while traveling up I-65. The staff are friendly and the room very clean. The room is special as it's more like an apartment it has a kitchen. The bed is comfortable and the shower is large.

Just off I-65, the neatest looking 2 story motel. Nicely landscaped, all new exterior white siding with green trim. Lobby was clean & fresh smelling with a cheerful hostess. Check-in was fast, plently of parking, with our room smelling absolutely clean. Tasteful remodeling with an absolutely heavenly strong shower. Good beds & quiet at night. Breakfast included fruit, cereals, pastry & waffles. All & all a great restful stop.

We stayed for one night. Just passing through. We found our room to be very clean. It even smelled clean. It wasn’t fancy but it was comfortable and had a frig and microwave. The bed was comfortable. I liked that the bath and shower had its own space so two people can get ready no problem. Easy access to 65. We’d look at this chain of hotels as we continue our travels.

We were traveling and arrived later than planned. The front desk was understandable and accommodating. She chatted with my overly excited grandsons and even took the time to look up and write down numbers for local pizza places that would deliver late. When we got to our rooms they were clean, quiet and comfortable. A wonderful experience with an affordable price. Easy access off the interstate, safe and convenient location if traveling. Highly recommended.

Key West Inn will be our go to place when traveling through Alabama. The economical price makes you worry about what you will find, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable. The motel grounds and parking lot are well maintained. They have an outdoor pool, small fitness center and free wi-fi along with breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, waffles, cold cereal, packaged rolls, and toast. The inn is located right off the interstate so it is easy to get to. We will stay there again.

Nothing fancy, but very clean with comfy beds. Could use some extra pillows though. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast available. Pricing was affordable and reasonable. Exactly what we needed for a one-night stay. Would stay there again.

Everything was AWESOME!!! Mr. Dan Patel was absolutely amazing. He made our stay so satisfying and comfortable. He constantly checked to see if there was anything else he could for us. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. They had a full course breakfast with some of the best coffee!! Don’t walk RUN and book this hotel!!!

The reviews on Google were all over the place, so wasn't sure what to expect. Stayed here 1 night and everything was good! The room was clean. The shower was amazing with very hot water and awesome pressure. Loved that the shampoos/conditioners were on the wall. I have really long hair and need a lot, so made it much easier than those tiny bottles. The breakfast was pretty good. They had Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Also had waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, juice, milk and coffee. I felt safe here. There was an outdoor pool also and a fitness area. Didn't get the time to check it out though. Overall a nice place for a family to get a good night sleep and breakfast. Would stay here again especially for the price.

Ah, the sunrise over the dumpster just outside my window, the sounds of cars and trucks getting fuel at the Monarch Gas Station, the washer and dryer for use by guests in the hallway, the "Continental" breakfast served; just a few of the things that make this hotel what it is. It's a nice place to stay if all you're looking for is a bed and a restroom. The rooms were nicely appointed with coffee maker, microwave, and TV. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room itself was neat and tidy. Room 107 (and surrounding rooms) had to contend with some guests not respecting others by using the washer and dryer in the hallway at late hours. (Can;t fault the hotel for idiots). The noise from the Monarch Gas station adjacent to the hotel did cause some noise. The continental breakfast consisted of COLD biscuits, cold sausage patties, and cold eggs. They don't have any condiments such as ketchup or hot sauce to embellish the breakfast. They did have waffles, cereals and fruit. Coffee was decent as well as the juice available. The bewd covers were extremely heavy which caused a lot of discomfort by having to cover and uncover yourself all night based on the temperature in the room. BUT, all in all, a nioce place tostay.

Last second fastpitch softball tournament scheduled in Montgomery presented a major challenge of finding a hotel that was suitable for my family. This Quality Inn and Suites was located in close proximity to the softball complex, but more importantly it was safe, well lit, and very clean. My wife's priority isn't to save money...its to find a location that is safe, clean and has a quality breakfast. This hotel met everyone of her criteria. You know what they say..."If momma ain't happy, noone is happy!" Needless to say, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Additionally, the staff was well versed in "customer service" protocols. From the moment we arrived all staff members were gracious and helpful. If you have a similar situation, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We waited to late a couple of times and couldn't get in when we wanted to. We travel to Panama City Beach every July and Prattville is a perfect location for our first day of travel to end. . Lately we have been making our reservation in January or February to insure that we will get a room. Staff is very friendly . Our room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included hot food as well the usual juices, coffee, muffins, cereal and yogurts. Thanks for keeping the breakfast area well stocked and clean.

Good, comfortable and clean room nicely decorated. We stopped over for the night with reservations. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage and the rest of the usual breakfast items. Good coffee. Good location close to the interstate.

Stopped here on our way to the beach for a week. The lobby was very clean and check in was not a problem at all. The room itself was clean and orderly and the beds was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was good and had a decent variety of things to eat. Overall a nice clean place to stay and will stay here again if ever through the area.

We were traveling on I65 and needed a place to rest. Sleep Inn had the best rates for the area and it was conveniently located off the interstate. Only thing i did not like was the way the front desk spoke to me that morning at breakfast. Walked in with my boys to make them breakfast, not myself, and he goes to tell me how to make waffles. The sign clearly stated how to do it in which i did read. Also wanted to know how many was with me and what room number. Kinda odd to ask a single woman traveling with 3 kids under the age of 9. Had another guest that we met the night before and they did not get questioned or told how to work the waffle maker. Felt really awkward that i was singled out like that. Bed were comfortable, room was great and the pool was amazing. Kids said the breakfast was good also(waffle, muffin and coffee).

Friendly welcome, decent breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, dog friendly, very quiet. We travel between Florida and Illinois frequently and enjoy staying here. Reasonably priced for a quick rest. We will continue to stop here.

A very clean and updated motel. Staff was attentive and prompt. The room was spotless with newer amenities. The breakfast was varied, well stocked and the eating area was clean. The nightly rate was very reasonable for such a nice property.

Easy & pleasant check in. On entering nice size room there was an odour but again this was from air con unit. Room seemed clean. Very comfortable beds, good to have microwave & fridge, nice shower with hot water. It was good to have a small pool but things need fixing. Handrail to steps in removed & in 5ft end only the bars (no steps). I did swim though. There was a breakfast with hot and cold so something to start the day which was good. Walking distance to Burger King and gas station and seems like lots of other places local. We just used as a base to sleep.

This place is terrific for a budget hotel. The rooms are renovated and fresh. The staff is friendly. Everything worked well. The location is hard to beat and it felt safe and secure. There were a couple of flaws. Sound insulation is not great. I heard everything in the room next door and outside. And while there was great hot water, the water pressure in the shower was not so good. Overall a good stay. I'd stay here again.

The Eastern Boulevard Econo Lodge welcomed us with a clean room, comfortable bed, and ample bathroom and dressing space. Parking and access to our room were easy. The pool looked inviting and made me sorry our granddaughter wasn’t with us. Breakfast included the ubiquitous make-it-yourself waffle, cereals, and assorted breads. The “full breakfast” part featured pre-fried eggs and biscuits with gravy. The location is convenient to the interstate and to a varied collection of dining options.

We stayed at this Econo Lodge on our way to home,nice hotel with wonderful and helpful staff,nice clean rooms with comfortable mattress we slept good we was tired after long drive plus they also got full hot breakfast which has lots of variety to choose from it's not only waffle they had sausage gravy biscuit sausage eggs and much more....we loved it and we would definitely back if we are in this area.

The host/hostess at check-in were exceptionally helpful and patient. They were very friendly while being professional. The cookies were delicious.

I was extremely impressed with the hotel desk clerk Patrice. I was there to visit my sister in the hospital. The hotels' juice machine has been broke for quite sometime. Patrice worked around the clock on New Years weekend. She bought gallons of orange juice & put a glass beverage dispenser on the breakfast line with ice to keep it chilled. I stayed 3 nights & 4 days, my visit was wonderful. Cindy the breakfast bar employee, kept it spotless & everything filled. She was friendly and helpful. Tywan was my housekeeping person. He was friendly, kind & helpful. No matter where I seen him, inside the hotel or outdoors he had a big smile on his face! I will always stay at Home2 Suites in Prattville. You have excellent employees, please let them know it.

It's said that good people make a not so great experience better. I'd say this is very true for this particular Home2. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. On the other hand the room we stayed in had such grimy carpet that everyone needed to keep their shoes on or deal with blackened socks or feet. I'd never seen anything like it! Additionally anything that was metal in the room was rusty and the overall area had a very bad smell. Just not very clean. I'm not sure what was going on, but something not good must have happened. Sadly, breakfast was also not very good (cold eggs and sausage). The office facilities failed me. The one time I needed to use a printer at a hotel and as luck would have it it was out of ink. On the flip side the front desk was very helpful and printed what I needed. We stayed here because this property has an EV charger and allows pets for $75. Having had other hotels not have these items after saying they did we felt this was a positive for the property. We were very happy to know that Home2 actually had both an EV charger and pets can stay for $75.

A small desk, air conditioner works well. Only drinks in vending area but it accepts a card lol. Breakfast is juice, coffee, waffles, cold cereal, instant oatmeal or grits, muffins, yogurt, danishes. Its a quiet, clean place with friendly staff no matter who you checks you in. Mc Donald's, waffle house, starbucks, hardees, and buger king and The Magnolia grill within a tenth of mile, some very easy to walk to.

This was our second stay, the first being about a year ago, When we were there last time, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and all of that seems to be finished now. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is quiet, and we felt safe staying there. All of these factors led to our decision to stay here again this year. If you're looking for a luxury hotel, this isn't it, but if you're looking for a clean, safe place to lay your head for a night or two, this is a great spot, at a great price. The staff is very friendly, as well. There is a continental breakfast, with eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, waffles, etc. We would defnitely stay here again.

The facility was acceptable and seemed reasonably clean. The location isn't pretty, just in front of an industrial complex, lots of large trucks going by all the time. What bothered me was that the laundry machines weren't working and they advertised that self service laundry was available. It was one of the reasons I chose the motel. I felt lied to, especially since the signs on the machines looked like they'd been there a long time. The staff wasn't friendly. I'd been told that breakfast was at 6am, but when I went downstairs at 6:05a, nothing was ready. I asked the woman at the desk and she didn't even look at me, "6:30." When I asked if there was coffee ready, she gave me a death stare and said, "I SAID 6:30!" And went back to her work. Also, don't even bother trying to use the tiny, single cup coffee machines in the room. I don't know what that was, but it wasn't coffee.

My husband and I were overtired from a long travel day and decided to stop for the night. I was looking for a clean, convenient, and safe place to stay. This was all 3. We arrived about 9 pm and I was very surprised the front door had to be unlocked by the desk attendant to enter but I loved that plus all the security cameras. I felt very safe and felt our car and belongings were safe. Our room was comfortable and a nice size.

Is this a four star hotel with all the amenities? No. This location does offer clean beds, a good shower, spacious rooms. Location felt safe for walking our dog. Quiet location. McDonalds, Hardees and Subway very close by. Good place for a place to stay for the night.

We stopped here on Father’s Day and had a wonderful time at the pool. We had the whole pool to ourselves for three hours it was spotless clean and wonderfully comfortable lounge chairs . The room was very clean and the shower head was amazing . Very quiet. Would highly recommend. Price was $64 for 2 beds.

Everything was good, the check - in / check - out was easy. The staff was friendly. I stayed for 2nights and they offered to clean my room after the first night, was no need, but they offered no other hotel has offered before. The hot was amazing, the tub had a bench already made in was great. It is pet friendly so my dog stayed for free was even more great. They were close to the Safari Drive Thru Zoo as well and that was a great adventure. The bed a queen size and was so comfy I slept like a baby both nights. It turned cold my second night there and the heat was great, warmed the room up quick and kept it warm all night.

The hotel is very convenient to I-65 and several fast food restaurants. We only stayed 1 night as we were passing through headed to Florida. The lady at the desk was so sweet. Check-in was quick and easy. I will say I'm glad we only stayed 1 night. The rooms were extremely tiny but surprisingly comfortable. It does have a pool but since we arrived so late, we didn't check it out. No breakfast included. It is located right beside a gravel company (possibly) so it's a little loud outside but the room was nice and peaceful.

This was the last stop of a week long business trip. I actually thought about paying more than twice what I paid and staying elsewhere. Instead I took a gamble on this place. Man, was I surprised. Clean, bright, a little smaller room than most places but for what I paid this was a great deal. Check was amazingly easy thanks to the friendly dispositions of Patrick and Rena. These are the type of folks you always want to have greeting you. I could not have asked for an easier check-in process. The room was clean (thank you Verontay) and had space for what I needed. I can only hope this place stays this "fresh" for a long time because I'll be back.

The hotel was clean and accommodating. We were able to keep our small dog without a pet fee. The room was comfortable and very clean. The front desk clerk was friendly. This was an overnight stay on our way to Florida. The rate was reasonable. There was ample grass to walk our dog.

Kitchen wasnt clean to my standards ,Fridge outside was super dirty and the two heating eyes to warm food were filthy ,needed scrubbing ..bathroom was clean and up to Code for disabled and handicapped persons bed was clean and freshly made when I arrived but the floor was sticky and nasty left my clean washcloth dirty almost black when I cleaned the floor . cabinet ls where clean inside and outand no roaches where present

We're in Montgomery once or twice a year, and we always stay here. It's a neat and tidy place. The rooms aren't fancy but are neat, clean and great for the price. The staff members are always very nice and helpful. I did accidentally book (and pay for) the room for the wrong night on Priceline. I tried to call and see if I could get my night changed to the next night (both were weeknights, and the rates were the same for both nights), but I was told there was nothing the front desk could do. I know it was my mistake, and I know that they weren't required to help me with my request or anything, but I feel like it would have been a nice thing to do, considering that I purposely choose this hotel time and time again (and often stay at other Extended Stay America hotels). So, I ended up having to pay the room cost twice. That isn't anyone's fault but my own, though, so I don't fault the hotel. I do recommend this hotel for those who have realistic expectations and are looking for an affordable, clean, decent hotel that isn't particularly luxurious.

We were very pleased staying here. It was a low foot-traffic industrial area with a police station next door and state national guard station across the street, so we felt Very Safe. It was also quiet and clean everywhere. It's a no frills place, but we value A Great Room at a Great Price much more. The management was super polite, the coffee in the morning lobby was tasty, and I was so happy and surprised to find a perfect little corner shelf midway up near the shower head. How many times did I WISH for THAT while staying other places! :) Oh and the vending machines downstairs in the center had lots of Tasty Options. (Yes, I'm a real person, and no, I'm not related to or being paid by this location. We just REALLY appreciated a lovely stay after a hard night in the VA ER suddenly while in Montgomery.)

I was hesitant about staying at a Motel 6 but just needed a quick and cheap place to crash while traveling. The hotel seems as if it was recently renovated. The landscaping was beautiful. The parking lot looked brand new, very clean, well lit, and made me feel safe. The overnight clerk was super nice. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. My husband and I slept well. The room and bathroom were oversized. It’s an old motel but I can definitely say it was an awesome value.

We stayed at this hotel one night to break up a longer road trip we were taking. We were a little skeptical at first because of the great price here as compared to some of the bigger chains in the immediate area. The area felt safe with several fast food/ restaurant chains nearby as well as a couple of doughnut places. Check in was quick and easy after a long day of travel. The hotel lobby was neat and clean as were the grounds. The room was pristine with what looked to be newer vinyl plank flooring and decor. Bathroom was clean and neat, no mold or broken tile! The pool is being readied to open it looks like…maybe undergoing some repair/maintenance but looks near to being complete…so if that is a big deal for you better call ahead and see if it is open. But pool area was nice and looks like it will be great when they are done. The breakfast was waffle machine, toast, bagel, cereal…the norm…but everything we had was good and the breakfast area was not crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean. We checked in at a late hour and the front desk was very helpful. It looked as though remodeling was going on for the guest rooms. The breakfast are was newly remodeled and very high class; all in whites and grays wtih VERY modern lighting. They were waiting for all of the breakfast equipment to be installed, but we had toast and cereal which was ok. Also, the front desk person on call made sure that the coffee was fresh!

When traveling from Michigan to Florida, my needs are simple. A clean room, comfortable bed, internet, TV that works and a hot shower. If those are your needs, this Econo Lodge won't disappoint. There are nearby restaurants, including a Cracker Barrel that is just across the parking lot and the usual fast food venues a short walk away. There is also a free breakfast, which is pretty limited, but it was sufficient for me and enough to get you started. I was on the second floor, which wouldn't have been my first choice, but it was very quiet, the drapes were darkening, which actually covered the entire window and you didn't hear the car horn beeps from activating alarms or slamming of car doors. I would request the second floor again.

I felt like the price was very reasonable and the room was very clean. The room was large, I like that it had a little desk area and a comfortable chair near the window. The beds were also comfortable. The front desk clerks were friendly. The continental breakfast was very basic, but free, so no complaints. Overall, great value, I really loved how clean the room was!

The location was convenient but quiet. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed! And the shower head was amazing!

The rooms could use some attention such as fresh paint in the bathroom. The lobby was updated & vey clean. Good assortment for breakfast. Friendly staff at the front desk.

Customer service when I check in was excellent. My family felt safe and secure with many great places to eat nearby. There was also free wifi that was really fast. I travel a lot to Montgomery and for this price I think this is the best place I have stayed at. Highly recommend! A+++.

I love the friendly guest service lady Jackie. Her people skill are second to none. Her demeanor in compasses the quality that I have expected from extended stay facilities. Quiet, large clean rooms. Great parking. Near a lot of food places and right off the interstate.

The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Parking was good, and glad there were handicap spaces.

To much traffic in and around the room we were staying in. People were very loud, the night attendant was very helpful and polite. Room was ok some maintenance issues need to be addressed but overall it was a decent stay.

The king-size bed was neatly made; the bathroom, mirror, and tub was clean, as was the microwave, refrigerator, and all surfaces. In addition, the floors were debris-free.

Great experience and great customer service. I slept really comfortable and my room was very clean.

Everything was okay! My stay was a quick and simple stay but I've always visit before and this time it went quite well so I really didn't have any problems. Other times I've encountered problems but this time my stay was easy going and I enjoyed myself with no problems. I'm hoping that they will start to keep towels in the room and start to at least renovate some of the rooms over. Some of the staff members are friendly but others have nasty attitudes. One of the staff members I spoke to as I was leaving she was standing outside smoking a cigarette and act as if I didn't exist. If you ask me I think in order to keep a better running facility y'all need to upgrade on your staff members and rooms ASAP! There's nothing like having great staff members and a clean facility. There's many people that the night of my stay was very loud and arguing with someone. I honestly think that the facility is a great place and great area but there's a lot that need to be fixed to have a overall 5.0 for this facility.

It was quiet and uninterrupted and rooms were clean and enjoyed the room

It's a home away from home! I had a very comfortable two bedroom suite for me and my children

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast restaurant is just a few steps away from the lobby. The food is OK, although prices are a bit high.

Beautiful rooms and public spaces. Beverly at front desk is superb! Great breakfasts at Kinsmith each morning with great playlist. Rooftop bar is beautiful setting but night we were there service was very problematic. Seemed like enough waitstaff but drinks had to come up from downstairs. Figure this is a staffing and maybe training glitch they can work out. Service in downstairs restaurant was impeccable. We were able to get laundry done with same day service (thank you, Beverly). Hotel location is great -short walk to Legacy Museum and across the street from Central Restaurant (excellent dinner choice). Just a beautiful property snd experience.

Great hotel. Friendly staff at the front desk and the Valet Parking was incredibly easy. Tyler was doing a great job even being that he was new and by himself. Dante was so helpful too. Loved the room. Quiet. Comfy bed. Shower was awesome. Be back soon.

Colton was great at the valet! Great updated hotel. Great setup with rooftop bar and multiple restaurants! Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and attentive in our stay. Near the bars and Hank Williams museum! Dreamland barbecue just around the corner!

The hotel is in a great place, next to many Civil Rights sights, restaurants and the River area. It's also a beautiful hotel, and the rooftop bar and restaurant is really nice. If you're interested in the city's history, this is the perfect area.
