We only spent overnight at this hotel but our stay was a very nice one. Coming from a late night flight and walking into the hotel's lobby, tired and all... it was a relief that we have been greeted by a very nice and accommodating front desk. The people at the front desk can also speak English so it was good for people who can't speak Japanese and was able to accurately answer all my queries. Service is totally nice and they'll attend to you immediately. As for the room, it was my first time ever being alone in a hotel room and you can easily find everything as it is neatly arranged. That alarm clock, I totally appreciate that since I need to wake up early the next day and no one to wake me. It was a bit small yes, but for someone like me it's just perfect. Wifi is fast too so that's a plus. And lastly, the breakfast. It was a buffet style but I love the variety of it. Tea? Coffee? Heavy breakfast? Light breakfast? The only question is what kind of breakfast a guest wants but I'm sure they'll find it there. In conclusion, it was short but we had a really comfortable and nice stay. I would love to stay here again and I would recommend this to anyone who would stay in Nagoya.

I like the location of the hotel as it is just a five-minute walk from the JR Nagoya Station. There are also many restaurants and a convenience store close by. This is the first time in a long time that I was able to book a hotel room with breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised. Though the breakfast is not continental, the food was very homey and I was muster up the willpower to wake up early to enjoy the breakfast. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I slept really well and I could not have done it without the cleanliness and comfort provided by the hotel. Thank you so much.

Pros - Clean rooms and toilet. Has aircon/heater and cable TV (mostly Japanese shows though) - Free breakfast - Conveniently located near Nagoya Station (around 10 mins' walk), restaurants and malls - Very kind, accommodating, hospitable staff - There are vending machines inside the hotel for your quick beverage fix Cons - The rooms and the bathroom, although clean, are very cramped. - The beds are quite small and might have trouble fitting two large people. - They strictly follow the room limits (given the size). We booked a room good for 3 people through Agoda, but when we got to the hotel, the staff told us that rooms are only good for 2 persons. This might be an issue between the hotel and the Agoda but we had to call Agoda first before the hotel agreed to give us another room (which we had to pay for anyway).

I always tend to search for ekimae words when booking rooms in Japan. It means that the location is near/in front of train station. Meitetsu is actually about 15 minutes walk, it was ok but during the cold winter and dragging your suitcase it was not enjoyable. Hotel is old but well maintained. Check in and out was quick and efficient. I like the free buffet breakfast. They provide simple Japanese and western menus, good enough to start the day. overall, a good option to stay in nagoya on budget

What a building. We had a trainside view of Nagoya and it was amazing as we had a great sunset view. Great location for the bars and restaurants down town. Hotel room was very clean, comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choice, fresh tuna was delicious.

Very clean and beautifully designed interior, organised and friendly staff, excellent location (10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya train station and 10-mibute walk from the Meitetsu Bus terminal). Rooms were clean with amenities provided (great face wash lotion). Spacious room compared to Tokyo hotels and beds were big and comfortable. Lovely skyline view of the city from our room. Accommodated severe gluten allergy for the breakfast buffet by preparing a separate gluten-free meal for us - ensure to inform the staff of this in advance and the time you will be going for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with a great city view from our room on the 36th floor. Room was clean, fully stocked with amenities, and had a fantastic shower. Quiet, safe area with lots of restaurants nearby. Only downside was the dinner buffet—15,000 yen per person felt too pricey, so we skipped it. Wish we had more time to enjoy the stay!

Room- very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was well done. Fresh clean towels with amenities replenished daily. Room was a good size to accommodate 3 of us. Love the view from our room. Staff - friendly and could communicate well in English. Breakfast - great view from 31st floor with good variety of choices. Location - Hotel is accessible from Aonami line (1 stop). Sheltered with elevator so good for luggage handling.

Property in almost centre of Nagoya. Restaurants and convenience stores are around the corner. 15mins walking time to the central where you have all stuff that you want. Room is big for three people. Beds are comfy. Pillows are a little bit hard and small😅 WiFi works well. Staff are helpful and pretty good at English speaking. We drive so we have free parking access and you can enter/exit whenever you want👍🏽 We also made a meal at one of their restaurants with tappenyaki which were delicious. Reasonable price since they were doing promotion. We were lucky. I would recommend people stay there in Nagoya.

This is the nicest hotel I think we've ever stayed in, and we travel a bit. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere, regardless of price or rating, where there wasn't some small thing a bit off -- even five-star hotel rooms have some gross dusty corner, if you look hard enough. Not this one: absolutely everything was perfect, top to bottom, from the lobby to the bed to the discreet laundry machine in our room to the breakfast buffet. Not a dusty corner in sight. Breakfast was amazing, btw. We were on the Espacio floor, and it was worth every penny. I am, actually, still surprised that it wasn't more expensive: we left this hotel for one in Kyoto at basically the same price point, and (while nice enough) that hotel was not nearly as luxurious. I would find a reason to go back to Nagoya just so I could stay at the Kanko again.

We had an amazing stay at Nagoya Kanko Hotel! The service was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities were great, and the variety of food was impressive—so many delicious choices to enjoy! The location was also very convenient, just a 4-minute walk from the train station. Everything about our stay was perfect—there’s nothing we didn’t like!

A bit dated but very good, well maintained property, spacious room and bathroom. Very professional and friendly staff, who speak English. Convenient parking. Location is good, walkable distance between the two main areas of Sakae and the station.

The location is a perfect balance of reaching the train station within a few minutes, but still far enough from the busiest streets to provide undisturbed rest. Also the reach of the old city district is near. The new construction and well equipped hotel provided a perfect rest: having good quality and spacious bed in a relatively small room, giving an overall good comfort. Also the insulation of the new building is worth to mention: we didn't need to run the air conditioner during the night (which we are sensitive of during sleep). The in-building onsen has a single pool and a sauna, which was spacious enough and opening times are generous to provide refreshment from dawn to night hours. Breakfast variety was perfect, incl. Japanese style selections and also some European bakeries, e.g. brioche.

A warm and welcoming hotel with friendly staff. Well designed rooms. Daily breakfast is reasonably priced and very tasty! The laundry room was very convenient. Looking forward to staying there again.

Very spacious and comfortable. Had all the amenities on the ground floor very convenient. A short walk from the train station. But otherwise location is very central and walkable about.

The buffet breakfast had a great selection of both Asian and western style food. They also offer complementary drinks (eg soft drinks, juices, coffee) to guests at all times, which is great! The pillow was unique but comfortable. It was a foldable pillow that has 2 different fillings so you can choose which half you preferred to use (or both if you fold it). The bed was very comfortable. They provide many amenities for guests (eg toiletries, children’s pyjamas, hair ties etc) but note that these are all self-service - ie they are available in the hotel lobby or you have to collect items from the front desk.

Stayed at Vessel Inn with my two sons in April after we left Tokyo. We stayed in two separate rooms. The location was great, about 3-5mins walk to the station. A 7-11 convenience store was located downstairs and has internal access to the hotel, very convenient. Staffs were fantastic. Hotel even provides masks and women amenities at the lobby. After 2pm, they offer free drinks. Checked in was quick and easy. Room was ok, typical boutique size. Bathroom has shower over bath and toilet with heated seat. Very clean and modern decor. Internet was quick and stable. USB charging ports located at the bedhead. Bed was comfortable and area was quiet. Hotel has washing machine/dryer which was a bonue. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great location.

Location wise very good, near good restaurants and shopping malls, very near Don Quijote. The hotel has a convenience store, so need to worry on food and toiletries. Spacious lobby, friendly and accomodating front desk personnels. Second level has a free flowing drinks, coffee, tea, juice, soda... from 2pm to 11pm. Very near Sakae Station Exit 1, and Oasis 21. Room was clean, and cozy, comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Let me start off with a warning. This hotel group has more then one hotel in Nagoya and based on my experience you have to be absolutely clear about which of the two locations you want to book. One is closer to the train station and this one.... Sakae Ekimae is about 2.5 km from the train station which is basically either 2 subway stops and a 3 minute walk or about a Y1200 taxi ride away. That aside, very nice new hotel, good night's sleep, great front desk support, fast internet and as others have mentioned, very unique pillows and lighting. We had a 14th floor room and it was completely quiet. Breakfast was very good and worth adding on. There are many restaurants in the area and easy access via subway to almost any part of the city. The 7-11 downstairs which are nothing like US 7-11s unfortunately really did put the convenience back into what convenience stores were meant to be. As I mentioned in another review, if you don't have a JR Rail pass, the Meitetsu Nagoya Main Line which is in it's own building next to the JR station offers excellent alternative routes and is very convenient to to getting to NGO (Centrair) on their 28 minute limited express.

Rooms are very clean and they have complete room amenities. If you don't find what you need inside your room, check on hotel lobby and they might have it for you. They even provide face masks, etc. At the lobby. They serve free coffee and soda by the lounge from 2:00pm onwards for all their guests, too. What I like most about this hotel is its close proximity to everything that I look forward to every time I go visit Japan. There's 711 at the Ground Floor, Family Mart across the street, 2 short blocks away from Don Quijote, 3 short blocks away from the malls, few blocks away from Yoshinoya/Masuki/Sukiya, very near the train/bus station, near all the bars and restaurants, etc. Location is very ideal for those who prefer to do not a lot of walking to go to dfferent places.

I ended up booking this apartment style hotel a little bit away from the station because I was traveling with my adult kids and wanted the space. We were in Nagoya for the Ghibli park, but I ended up enjoying Nagoya more than I expected to. The room is about 3/4 of a mile from Nagoya station in an area a little less lively than that right around the station. However, there were quite a few good restaurants around, including a Korean restaurant right next door. A local subway entrance is less than a block away. The room was spacious and had modern amenities, plenty of outlets, a toilet that woke up and beeped when you walked in, a large tub, etc. It was very comfortable. Staff was super friendly. It felt secure and safe. The biggest negative was the lack of an extremely close conbini, the closest one is about half a mile away. The walk from Nagoya station with luggage is a little punishing in summer weather, but there are other options we just didn't take. Overall we were quite comfortable and Ghibli park was amazing.

I had an exceptional experience at this family-friendly small hotel managed by a friendly elderly couple. They displayed incredible kindness by allowing us to check-in at 12pm, a remarkable three hours earlier than the usual check-in time. It is rare to find such flexibility in Japan, and it made a significant difference for our group of four with multiple luggages and bags. We had initially planned to leave our belongings at the front desk and explore the city until check-in, but thanks to their empathy, we were able to settle into our room and take some time to rest after an early morning journey from Kyoto by the JR bullet train. The Deluxe Room Type B, where we stayed for two nights, was incredibly spacious. It boasted four large double beds, the largest we encountered throughout our trip in Japan. The room also featured a long coffee table surrounded by eight slim sofa chairs and a wall-mounted TV. We were amazed by its capacity to comfortably accommodate eight adults. Additionally, there was a fully equipped kitchen in a separate room, allowing me, a cooking enthusiast, to plan and prepare meals for the night and the following day. The room also included a generous shower room with bathtubs that doubled as clothes dryers, a washing machine, and a separate toilet. It truly had everything a family could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel was situated in a quieter area of Nagoya, more akin to a local residential district. Only a 4 mins walk from the metro station.Rec'd

We had a fantastic stay, just a 10-minute easy walk from Nagoya Station, which made everything super convenient. Check-in was quick and smooth and the lady at the front desk was lovely and welcoming. Our room was impressively large, with four big beds that were perfect for our family. The bathroom and kitchen were both spacious, modern, and nicely decorated. The big TV was great for the kids and we were able to connect to Netflix so they could wind down in the evenings after being out all day. There were several restaurants and convenience stores nearby and other train stations were only a few minutes’ walk away. We stayed here mainly to visit Ghibli Park and this hotel made a perfect base for that trip.

Location - 10-15mins walk from Nagoya Station. Clean, spacious room for the 4 of us. Love the rain shower head! Helpful and cheerful reception guy upon check-in, Yon-san. Wish we had more than just a night stay!

The people were so kind and friendly. We arrived 3 hours early with 4 huge suitcases . they were kind enough to let us put our cases in our room early while they continued to clean. The location was very close to Nagoya station and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

It's a love hotel. It's however surprisingly comfortable and private. The king size bed is bug, mattress is super comfortable, separated toilet is modern as you can expect in Japan, and the jacuzzi is heaven!!!!! We really love it and actually decided to book anther night.

Room is spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Shower/bathtube (with TV) are spacious and clean. Different lights in the room according to your mood 😈 Amenities were good (shaving cream, comb, cuddling gears and stuff) Staff was nice and helpful (necessary as we are foreigners not used to love hotel). Nevertheless, we recommend staying only one night as it's not a place you will want to stay for many days.

Easy to find and once I got to reception (fourth floor) everything on check in was easy. The person checking in used an English to Japanese translator which really helped. Room was clean and tidy. Also modern for a Love Hotel. I love all the free things that you get in Love Hotels. Bathroom was also a steam room which was a nice unique touch to the room. I know Love Hotels aren’t for everyone but for a night after a long drive they are great.

We love it!! Everything is great especially the super comfortable jaccuzi and good mattress. We really enjoyed staying here. But be aware the you can only check in after 6pm.

This place is gorgeous. Free parking, very spacy room, king size bad, jacuzzi, tolet is clean and great, bascially all amenities provided, even breakfast is included. If you don't mind it's a love hotel, this is perfect for couples or self travellers. The place is a bit far away so probably need to rent a car if you are foreign travellers.

It's a great accomodation for the cost if ever you're in Nagoya. Concierge when we came in don't speak english but translated through Google. Also no english in the tv channels. Still overall tasteful for even a love hotel. Bath is nice and spacious, and room is incredibly clean. I'd stay there again.

Im surprised that everything was provided. literally everything. From panty liners to hair curlers to face mask to face toner and even cleansing oil. Theres even a microwave to use. The food menu is extensive and surprisingly cheap (below 1000 yen). We had a good night sleep as the bed was so big and comfy. Will definitely come here again.

My family and I had a great time staying at ケイアイコンホテルズ 丸の内. We were able to visit different attractions in Nagoya and enjoy our time together as a family. The property is conveniently located close to a train station. There are also several coffee shops, conbinis, restaurants, and izakayas nearby so it was easy to get whatever we needed like food, basic supplies, etc. The facilities were perfect for a family staying for a couple of days in the city. We were able to cook breakfast so we didn't have to worry about traveling around the city on empty stomachs (not an ideal scenario especially with 3 kids in tow) and save money. We are also able to do laundry, which was very convenient as we didn't have to pack a lot of clothes especially for the kids. The host was easy enough to talk to via email. All communication was in English, and the instructions about check-in and check-out were easy enough to follow. The host also provided a house manual that included directions to the property and other helpful tips. When I asked about bicycle rentals, they provided me with the address of the closest one to the property. They were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to large groups who are staying in the city for a couple of days.

The property is located in a very quiet and convenient street within a short walk from the underground station and several convenient stores. It's spacious and has almost everything needed.

The bathroom was spacious and I was able to hang laundry there as it had a laundry-drying mode switch. We did not meet anyone in that building while staying, was very quiet at night. There are organic cafe close by, the perfect place to have breakfast for us.

Spacious house for 4 adults with 4 big luggages. House is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has almost all the necessary appliances and utensils. The house is within walking distance to the subway station. Definitely a good and pleasant stay. The host is very responsive and nice which allows us to keep our luggage in the house upon our last min request. The self check in instructions is clear and check in is easy and smooth.

The room was spacious and clean. I rented the apartment for 3 people. There are 2 single beds in the room. Another person has to sleep on the sofa, but luckily, the sofa is quite big. Overall, I am very happy with the stay!

The apartment was quite roomy. Very well apointed with everything you could need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable and soft. nice couch and sitting area. very clean and tody lovely litte verandah, was nice to enjoy the winter sun on it.

We stayed at Nikko Nagoya Style for a couples trip and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is a bit far from the station, so be prepared for a longer walk (especially with luggage), but once you arrive, it’s absolutely beautiful. The hotel has a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and we loved the lobby area — it’s spacious and inviting, making it a great place to relax. The queen-sized room we had was perfect for us as a couple — it offered enough space to feel comfortable without being cramped, and everything was very well-maintained and clean. The room had a cozy, stylish feel that made it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was limited in terms of options, but the food was delicious. If you plan to have breakfast at the hotel, make sure to go early because it can get busy, and you’ll have the best selection. Overall, Nikko Nagoya Style provided a great experience for our couples trip. It might be a little farther from the station than some might prefer, but the peaceful atmosphere and lovely facilities make it well worth it. We would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay in Nagoya.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Our room was HUGE by Japanese standards, incredibly well equipped, clean, modern, stylish and comfortable. The bathroom with bathtub and shower is huge, separate toilet and a beautiful sink, mirror, vanity unit in the room itself. Water, toiletries and towels provided. The breakfast was exceptional. Located in a beautiful area, the variety of Japanese and International food on offer was vast and delicious. The location is perfect - surrounded by shops and restaurants and about a 30 minute pleasant walk to Nagoya Castle.

The location is also convenient, about an 8–10 minute walk to Nagoya Station. I would especially like to thank Ms. Mirna. From the moment I booked online, she had helped me arrange a birthday stay benefit. By coincidence, she was also the one who checked me in, and I felt very lucky. Mirna was attentive, polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Every time we passed by the front desk, she greeted us warmly, and on the day of check-out, she even came to send us off personally. Very clean hotel, modern and fresh design, polite and warm staff. Room is more spacious than usual hotels in Japan. I booked this hotel for my daughter’s birthday and requested balloons and cake. The staff were able to assist me in ordering the balloon delivery and the hotel has cakes available for purchase. I also made a dinner reservation and availed of their 5th anniversary course dinner. The food was amazing, so flavorful and pretty. They also have their own coffee blend which is very smooth. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Quick taxi ride from the Nagoya Station. Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay here and I would stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Thank you!

Extremely large, modern and bright Super King Room had long desk area, 2 luggage racks, portable nightlight, and shower room with separate tub. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of 4 entrees including a Japanese option. Also included with the breakfast entree were the espresso machine options, juices, breads, fruits, salads, and desserts. The first morning, the breakfast area was very quiet and peaceful, however the second morning the breakfast area was much more crowded as a tour group needed to be accomodated.

The rooms were amazing. Super clean, staff were 10/10 accommodating to us and being english only speaking guests. We had 3 rooms for our big family, all different styles, all amazing designs. Coin aundry machines in the foyer. Before the night life started we had dinner and the local restaurant owners were so welcoming.

The best apartment hotel in Nagoya. The room was big and comes with a kitchen. We also liked that the room did not need hotel keycards and you just enter passcodes. This is very convenient. The room also had an air purifier, lobby door had a lock feature when it is late which made us feel safe. Although it is located beside restaurants/bars, it felt safe and konbinis are near. Walking around Sakae area was easy. Also considering the language barrier, staff had adequate English speaking skills in fact, when my daughter needed medical help, the hotel staff assisted us well. Laundry machines are available at the lobby as well. We hope to be back :)
