The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable to sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Quiet at night. The hotel was free parking also.

The hotel overall is very clean and well kept. All the staff working there as extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean, they provide you with everything that you would need to be comfortable. A few reasons why I didn’t give them 5 stars: -The kettle in the room was extremely dirty. - The coffee machine in the room was SO old and outdated. Every hotel I have stayed at in the past couple of years have updated their machines to Keurig or Nespresso - The breakfast was disappointing, like very disappointing. Literally very very few options.

The property met and exceeded our expectations in every way. Check-in was handled well, very pleasant young woman who was professional and helpful. As I and my spouse are both Marriott Titanium Life status members we seldom step away from Marriott properties. We are discovering (sadly/disappointed) that they are no longer maintaining the high standard that once was common and the Staybridge was by far nicer in every way. Well appointed, spacious room with a wonderfully comfortable bed with good linens, kitchen fresh and equipped with anything needed to prepare meals if desired. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of tasty choices with enough staff to keep up with the guests, refill and refresh items and respond pleasantly to requests. It was also nice to have stainless flatware and dishes (as Marriott has defaulted to plastic ware and paper/Styrofoam plates). We will happily return here and also consider other Staybridge Suites because of what we experienced here. Very pleased all around.

What a great hotel, we loved our suite! It was beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen (cooktop burners only for stove), full fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. We loved the Dove amenities in the shower too, these were great. Lots of outlets and usb plugs, two tv’s, one king and pull out couch. Perfect location, right beside Niagara shopping outlets which has great deals at some of the outlet stores. We walked next door to the Hilton restaurant for dinner which had good food (with kids menu) and a little sports bar area where the hockey game was on. Breakfast was included and was really good! We had a nice swim (open till 11pm); we did notice that the pool deck needs a good scrub. It may be because the door was open onto the mini putt/fire pit area so may let unnecessary dust in. Thank you for having us; we will definitely return!

Staff were exceptional (friendly and helpful). Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean. The outside area with lounging furniture, fire table and BBQ was great. Hotel was VERY quiet when we were there (which was nice). Overall I would definitely recommend this location for staying in the Niagra-on-the-lake area.

What a great find , a beautiful new and modern hotel,only a short drive from Niagara Falls. Large well lit car park and close to various amenities. We had a large room with two huge beds , sitting area , small kitchen with fridge , microwave , large desk and buffet ,the shower room was very modern with great toiletries ,the whole suite was spotlessly clean. We used the pool a few times ,it was warm, spotlessly clean and plenty of towels. Breakfast had a good selection of cereal ,pastries and cooked food and again friendly ,helpful staff.

The rooms are clean and very large. There is plenty of storage space, so all our clothes could be neatly stowed away. Large and comfortable beds. There was also a chair and a comfortable sofa in the room. All care products (by Dove) were provided. The refrigerator was clean and worked well. The coffee maker, hair dryer, and TV all worked. The shower heated up very quickly. The laundry, gym, and swimming pool were very clean and easy to use. Towels were available at the swimming pool. Good coffee at breaktfast. Very friendly and courteous staff who knew the area and were able to give us great tips for excursions. Small selection of snacks and laundry products available for purchase in the lobby. Free Wi-Fi and room cards for every family member. Free parking. Quiet location.

Great Holiday Inn Express. The location is convenient for Niagara Outlet Mall, Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. The staff are welcoming and nice. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff are lovely and keep the food and coffe well fresh and stocked. Great area for my dog to walk around with a green area behind the hotel. Rooms are clean and well equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. There is a pool, although we never went in, looks like it was well enjoyed by other guests. We had a wonderful relaxing Easter weekend.

The property was a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the Clifton Hill area and the Falls. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful answering questions, etc. The hotel was very clean and morning breakfast was good. The staff overseeing the breakfast kept area clean and were also very friendly.

One of the very BEST motels we've ever stayed at. Facility was up to date, spotlessly clean, quiet - everything worked perfectly. How often can you say that about any motel?? The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, appreciative of our business. They went beyond the call of duty with directions and suggestions for our visit. They were very dog friendly and couldn't have been nicer to our service dog, Cooper. We stayed for a Christmas visit to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls and the location was very good. Reasonable cost for the quality, up to date condition and location of the property. The owners are giving people just what they want in a quality motel here. We will must definitely return to this facility. Thanks for a perfect visit!

We had booked a corner room with a jacuzzi, which was absolutely delightful! The bed was extremely comfortable, as well. We ate at Koi (very good) and the steakhouse (outstanding!) during our stay and would recommend both restaurants to other guests. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved that the hotel was visible in the skyline while we were exploring Niagara, which helped to serve as a guiding point as we drove around.

The hotel looks new and well maintained. Pool area and gym are big enough, we used both and everything was clean and readybto use. Towels available at all times, clean and warm. The Casino was an amazing experience. Everything was safe The staff was friendly and welcoming The rooms, the view, the dinning options We are very pleased Will definitely go back.

This hotel was VERY NICE! We booked it based on the great reviews and they were spot on. Employees were very nice and always greeted us, the hotel was very clean and our room was so nice. It even had framed pictures of Niagara Falls on the walls in the room. Comfortable mattress, nice hot shower, closet for clothes etc. microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer. Also you get free breakfast which was good and included eggs, bacon, cereals, breads, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles, fresh fruits, yogurts including Chobani, juices, muffins and more. In the evenings they have fresh made cookies in the front lobby (SO good) and they have 24hr coffee. They also have a small gift shop with some Niagara Falls stuff, plus snacks etc. This hotel was less than 15-minutes to the Niagara Falls State Park and a really easy route to get there (TIP, park in the lot at the state park its really close to the falls and everything. $15/day) ☆☆☆☆☆ 5-STARS and highly recommend this hotel, kudos to the manager & staff for doing such a great job !

As soon as you walked in the main lobby smelled amazing. The male staff member who check us in was extremely friendly & welcoming. The room was one of the biggest rooms we have ever stayed in. The bed was extremely comfortable which is very important for us. Breakfast area was clean & the food was delicious. We will absolutely stay here again

This is a very nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. The lobby is nicely decorated for Christmas. But there’s a very strong vanilla air freshener/cleaner smell in the lobby. Could be triggering to anyone with breathing issues like myself. The room is clean and comfortable but a little maintenance is needed. There’s some peeling paint on the walls around the tub and some holes in the closet door. In a safe area with nearby restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good with hot and cold selections. All in all it was a good place to stay.

The staff here are amazing. Toby was exceptional, kind, friendly and attentive. He went above and beyond. It was my daughter’s birthday and he made her feel special the entire stay. Nadia at the front desk also made my daughter feel special. Yolanda at the breakfast area also was very polite and kind to us and my daughter. Room was clean and would stay here again. A service. The room was very spacious and lovely. Very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is a few miles away from the tourist trap area, which we very much appreciated. No parking fee here. There are normally priced restaurants around the hotel for eating. The hotel breakfast was very good and included yogurts, eggs, either bacon or sausage, waffles, and more. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent two nights at Hampton Inn Niagara Falls. The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing and exploring the area, and it is approximately a 15-minute easy walk to the incredible and spectacular Falls. Our room with two queen-sized beds was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room had all the necessary amenities, including, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The complimentary buffet breakfasts were delicious with an extensive and varied selection of food. During our stay, most of the staff were efficient, and friendly. Overall, it was another excellent stay at a Hilton hotel.

The location was prettu good - maybe a mile from Niagra Falls. Our room was big and clean. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help. The breakfast every morning was AMAZING. Every staŕted with a weird optimism because how good the breakfast was kept taking me by surpriae. They need to give whoever puts thay together a raise. The indoor pool is clean and in a lovely heated room but the water itself wasn't heated. It reminded me of what swimming's like during summertime. You need a minute to get used to the water. I came with my husband, teenage daughter and her friend for three days during spring break. We had a wonderful time.

The room was spacious and cozy. The pool was fun and clean! The staff were friendly and helpful! And just overall a great experience!

This was a great place to stay in. Clean rooms, comfortable beds that don't squeak when you move around (at least in the room we stayed in) and an excellent, accommodating staff. The free breakfast has a good variety; the dining area can get busy but that's usual for any hotel with breakfast included. We brought our 7lb dog, and didn't have any problems coming and going. There were plenty of grassy spots and walking areas to give her exercise. The Falls were all within perfect walking distance, as was the Rainbow Bridge to cross over to Canada on foot. We didn't have to actually move the care once during our stay. True, the US side is REALLY not as nice as the Canada side for overall entertainment options beyond the Falls, so research accordingly. Some may think the area is a little run down, but it's not "ghetto" by any means. Niagara seems to be a once-on-a-lifetime visit, but if we were to come again, we'd definitely stay again.

The staff is awesome, the beds are cushy and comfy, the climate control in the room is easy to operate, and works great. The breakfast was as good as expected. Clean, quiet. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back in town. Parking is free, and convenient.

Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast provided several options. Loved having eggs or waffles for breakfast. There were other options too such as cereals, oatmeal, muffins, breads, bagels, and fruits. The walk to the Niagara Falls Park is about 10 -15 minutes and it's just a 5 minute drive away. Rooms were clean and well kept. The cleaning staff only comes by to our rooms every 3 days but we asked for extra towels and garbage bags before day three and they brought them for us. We were 6 people and had two rooms. They were side to side, but they weren't adjoining rooms, but we were fine with that. The pool is tiny, more like a jacuzzi, but I didn't come to Niagara Falls to go to the hotel's pool. I compared prices with all the other hotels in the area and this one was the lowest and it included breakfast. I would definitely stay with Fairfield again in the future

An absolutely great experience! Great location! Walking distance to the state park - so much to see! Walking distance to restaurants and even walking the Rainbow Bridge! Above average breakfast! The hot choices went above and beyond just basic eggs and sausage, 3 of us have food allergies and the breakfast staff was amazing to let me read ingredient panels and even take a photo of the ingredients if the box was too big. Very clean! Rooms were clean, breakfast area was clean, elevators were spotless, housekeeping was great! It was very clearly communicated that housekeeping was every other day but we can ask the front desk for anything we need, no problem. Our microwave didn't work and they were super quick to swap it out. And, something I had no idea about and I don't recall reading about, there were fireworks on July 3rd at 10am in the parking lot of the casino next door!!!! We had a room that faced the casino and it was amazing to watch unexpected fireworks from our window!!! Very please and absolutely would stay here again when visiting Niagara and especially over 4th of July!

So the good and bad news here is that this is probably the best hotel in Niagara, NY, which is not the hotel's fault. It is an adequate place to stay for tourism and business. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We got the "suite" which was just room for a couch, so I wonder if the regular rooms were really small. Even with the suite the room wasn't big. Breakfast was standard hotel/motel fare, but it was crowded in the mornings and the food was crammed into a tight area, so getting food was an ordeal and they often ran out and it took a long time to replace. One time they never did refill the coffee, so no one got coffee that morning. There was a pool but we didn't use it so I can't comment. The location is not great. It's maybe 3/4 mi from downtown and the falls. There is very little in walking distance and the neighborhood is sketchy, so walking for dinner or a late night drink is not a good idea. They charge a lot for parking even though they have a big lot and the neighborhood is full of empty streets and abandoned lots, so they can't say space is at a premium. But in the most important ways, it was a good place to stay and I would stay there again.

The staff was so friendly when we arrived. Our room was large and very clean and the steam shower was amazing. We were lucky to be given an upgrade that included a Jacuzzi bathtub and breakfast in bed all mornings, which was lovely! It was a truly relaxing vacation.

My wife and I are in our early 40s and decided to stay here for our getaway weekend. The staff were all incredibly nice and eager to please from the moment we arrived until we left. Our Jacuzzi room was spotless and large, the steam shower great. King sized bed was soft and comfortable. Included breakfast in bed was a nice touch and super convenient as we like to sleep in! Parking lot is a little tight but very close to hotel. Hotel location was fantastic as well, very short walk to Clifton Hill and quiet at night. I absolutely loved the dated feel of the room. It brought back memories of travelling as a child. My omly complaint is the mildew smell im the room (jacuzzi room). It was tolerable for one night. Wouldnt stay in that particular room for longer.

The room was very nice and moderately updated. You could tell they try to consistently update things when necessary. The heart-shaped jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, and we had no trouble at all operating it with the instructions provided. Dave was an incredible host. We unfortunately didn't get a chance to go swimming but the pool looked very clean and well kept. We'll certainly be back the next time we visit the Canadian side of The Falls!

We stayed on the first floor and were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the room was. Both the room and bathroom looked newly renovated, with a fresh, clean scent throughout. The white towels and bed linens were crisp and spotless, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. We chose this place based on its great reviews, and it truly lived up to the expectations. The layout was convenient, with the sink area separate from the bathroom, which we found quite practical. The staff Richard & Dave were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Richard, who went above and beyond when we accidentally left behind a valuable item. He was incredibly helpful and reassuring. The hotel even has a system in place to return forgotten items via UPS, which is a huge plus if you really want your belongings back. Another great advantage is the breakfast buffet nearby on the same side of the road in the next block—just $12.99 with a wide variety of delicious options. It was the perfect and convenient way to start our mornings.

Nice clean room with comfortably firm beds. Close enough to Walk to the Falls, across from the Skylon. Food at the hotel was very good. Ate breakfast twice and dinner once, all very nice. Hotel has a Starbucks, Moose and squirrel bar with good sandwiches and drinks, wine, cocktails. Nice Gym, very clean. Sauna not as clean, gum on floor. Pools and jacuzzi were great, really liked they were salt water and not chlorine system. Overall, we would choose this hotel again.

Hotel is very beautiful. Rooms are very comfortable to sleep in. Also I had the opportunity to try the Spa, and that massage was needed. We ended our trip with a swim and lounging in the jacuzzi. A big plus is that it's close by to a lot of restaurants and the Falls. So we never needed to use our cars and had lot of options for dinner. Very much enjoyed my stay here and it was nice to catch up with friends again. Ooo A big plus the staff was super Friendly and told us what else we could enjoy within the Hotel which was real nice! I appreciated that !

Stayed here for a holiday weekend in a king room with soaker tub and view of the falls. Everything from check in to check out was amazing. The hotel is in such a perfect and walkable location to everything. Pool and jacuzzi was great. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Niagara Falls!

Good hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Only issue was the pool. First, they have rules of limits, at one point there were 18 people in the jacuzzi and 8 kids in the adult pool. Very rowdy groups in the main pool made it difficult to go in with a younger child. Nobody monitoring. Other thing, love the salt water pool, but when the water is so cloudy that you can't see with goggles on, there is too much salt. Otherwise, the hotel was good.

We stayed at the Fallsview for 2 nights. We booked a room with a view of the falls, and were not disappointed. Our room offered two queen sized beds and a seating area. The room had m was clean and very well presented, air conditioning was efficient. The bathroom room and shower were also clean and well presented. Our room (1558) offered stunning views of the falls and the firework display, and was worth every penny we paid for a falls view. We had two meals and. Breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The food was good with me plenty of selection. The buffet restaurant also offered stunning views of the falls. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is well situated with less than a five minute walk to the falls.

Very convenient for walking along the path, in front of the Falls, booking a boat ride, zip line, etc. Check-in seamless for Marriott Bonvoy members, despite the long line. Front office staff professional and polite. There is no garage in the hotel, you can select self-park or valet parking, the parking garage is 2 blocks away. Room: we booked Hi-floor, Juliet balcony, King, it gave us a panoramic view of the Falls , away from ambient noises. Room is clean, comfortable. Starbucks, Freshii (some healthy, vegetarian fares available)- In-Hotel restaurants: Grand Buffet ( very crowded, but a good selection of pastries, hot dishes, oatmeal, yoghurt, fruits) . Massimo's Italian resto : average fares, pricey, small portions, but very good service. Nearby hotels, eateries, restaurants offer a wide variety of cuisine. So explore!

We were surprised by how good the Sheraton Fallsview was. We were concerned about the wishy-washy reviews. We rented a bi-level room on the top floor of the hotel to insure a great view. View was everything we wanted, we stood on the balcony and admired the falls. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We did enjoy dinner at the Italian restaurant - please reserve a table with a view in advance. We didn't and got a good but not great view from our table. Reception, check out and valet were good. Room was clean, lots of towels, good bedding. This is a busy hotel. The crowds were managed well. We had a lovely, 2 night stay.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! 🌟 The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the falls. The staff was very polite and friendly, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was simply outstanding, especially with the beautiful waterfall view — it made the mornings unforgettable. We booked a room with a falls view, and we were given an excellent one with a perfect angle. This was our first time staying here, and we loved everything about it. If we get the chance, we would definitely come back to this hotel again. A big thank you to the entire staff for their kindness and excellent service!

Perfect location to all the fun and activities happening around the falls. The breakfast was excellent and well laid out with seating and staff Beds were the most comfortable of any hotel we have ever stayed at, so much so it was difficult to leave it behind Facilities such as pools, spa, water park in the next hotel, restaurants and arcade were right there and amazing Staff were very friendly, helpful and so wonderful. They put up with a lot of awful guests which we saw first hand and held themselves to the upmost standards. Very impressive!

Hubby and I stayed in the Algonquin room which was bright and spotlessly clean, with a bay window overlooking the front garden. The room did not have a thermostat, but there was a gas fireplace, and a ceiling fan with a light, operated by remote-control. Our kitchenette had a sink, but drinking water was available in the foyer, as were DVDs and maps. The kitchenette had a microwave, kettle, small teapot, French press, coffee maker (with wrong size coffee filters, but owner said she would fix that). The area was well supplied with granola, snacks, a variety of tea including herbal tea, coffee, hot chocolate, as well as dishes, glassware and cutlery. Upon check-in, our fridge was stocked with a fresh fruit plate, yogurt, orange and cranberry juices, and cream for coffee. The king-sized bed was comfortable. There was a chest of drawers, but we used the luggage rack. The bathroom had a warming light, a night light, and a jetted tub big enough for one person, with Epsom salts provided. The shower had a high-pressure massage - hubby said it felt like needles on his back; I didn't find that, but it did have strong pressure. Breakfast was amazing - order the night before, and specify a delivery time. Choose from bacon and eggs, omelette, pancakes, French toast, avocado toast, fresh baked goods with fruit preserves. Fresh fruit came with every breakfast. Hubby and I enjoyed our private breakfast at our table next to the window. Be aware: there is a 3% fee to pay by credit card.

Five star!! We had a very enjoyable and memorable stay. The room was artfully decorated, clean, spacious and more than fully equipped. The ref had juices and cut fruit, while the pantry had chips, chocolates. The bathroom was large and modern. The grounds are masterfully landscaped with colorful flowers, shrubs and trees. We enjoyed a quiet (except for chirping birds!) and private breakfast in the back garden. The food was super! It was fancy, very delicious and presented beautifully.

Our 2 night stay was perfect from start to finish! Our accommodation was very comfortable and immaculate. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything you need as well as snacks and fresh fruit, yoghurt and juice in the fridge. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and served in our room (you have the option of eating outside in the gorgeous yard). You can easily walk to the down town area, and have close access to the trail along the river to Niagara Falls and many wineries. Wanda and Kacper were wonderful hosts and we look forward to going back! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls was wonderful! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby. The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—it’s just a short walk to the main attractions at Niagara Falls and conveniently situated next to the main street filled with restaurants and shops. There’s no need for a car, which made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.

Hotel was very nice. Did not like that there were no parking at premise, you had to park across the street in a parking garage. It was free, just not convenient. Breakfast was listed as included on Expedia, however we found it actually cost $11.00 a person the next morning when we went down for breakfast. Breakfast was good, had a nice variety. Our room was very nice, clean. The bed was on the firmer side, which I did not like. My husband thought it was fine. Our shower was the best part. Walk in, very spacious. Super hot water which was wonderful after walking all day. Staff were super nice, very friendly. And very accommodating. We did not use the pool or work out facilities.

Excellent hotel close to everything . restaurants are steps away from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel. They have a breakfast buffet. Niagara Falls is about five minute walk, Canada is about a 10 minute walk. All Staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very clean. It would be a nice touch if they give you complementary two bottles of water in your fridge when you get there.

Clean! Friendly! We stayed at this hotel for the weekend and it was perfect. The breakfast was great value because of the selection of hot items. The location is great with walking distance to the US Falls. Perfect if you want to go to Canada and enjoy a big variety of restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean. No complaints. We had a wonderful stay! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and a special shoutout to Anjelino at the front desk—he was the best! He helped us plan our day and gave us great tips on the best spots to visit around Niagara Falls. The morning breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the quality of the food was excellent. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s proximity to Niagara State Park—it couldn’t be more convenient. Another hidden gem is the viewing deck on the 6th floor. It offers a fantastic view of the fireworks, perfect if you want to enjoy the show away from the crowds. Overall, we had the best stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room was clean, no bad smell anywhere. The bed was comfortable and not noisy. The area is convenient, walking distance to the falls and right above Clifton hill. We had a jacuzzi in our room and the water was nice and hot. We just forgot to bring some bath bomb. The place is exceptional, considering that it's not a 5 star hotel.

Room was great. We had a king jacuzzi room and found it very spacious. The front desk staff were great. They let us check in early as well as our other group of relatives. We were there for our wedding and all of the staff were very accomodating to my needs. The location of the hotel is good as it is very close to Clifton Hill and all of the activites surrounding there. Also only a 5 min drive to Fallsview area and casino.

Room Experience: Room 233: Two queen beds, clean and comfortable but lacked a view. The room was equipped with a mini coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, and a TV. Room 234: King bed with a pull-out couch (unused). The couch was old, and the couch area thermostat was not functional. The room featured two thermostats, one for the couch area and one for the bedroom. It also had a mini coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, and two TVs (one in the couch area, one in the bedroom). The room offered two views: the couch area overlooked the pool and Ferris wheel, while the bedroom faced the parking lot. General Hotel Opinion: The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation, which I was aware of before booking. Despite this, the rooms were clean, and the staff provided good service. Overall, I had no major complaints and would consider staying again. Pool: Simple older style pool, salt not chorine. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast options were standard, and I chose not to purchase it as most items were not to my taste. However, the à la carte prices were reasonable. I opted for toast and a cappuccino, which were unremarkable but I did enjoy it.

We have stayed here before very please on all occasions. Clean room and hallways etc. We asked for a handicapped room and it was great. Loved the shower I so seldom am able to shower without help. the view was poor compared to other stays but it was Easter weekend and handicapped rooms are limited. We really appreciate the microwave and refrigerator with freezer it would be great for longer visits with families. There is no safe if one is needed and the parking can be a problem but the staff helped us with parking in a area not usually used for parking. We appreciate that help.The staff are very helpful and asked how our evening went at Komedy for Kidneys the even we attended the next morning. Nice to be thought of.

Love Stone Milll! We had the jacuzzi suit and we absolutely loved it! The room was so comfy and cozy. We loved the natural brick in the room and the jacuzzi tub was so clean and perfect for our romantic bday getaway. The hotel is very intimate and has a really nice ambience. Ice is complimentary on site and you also get two waters included in your fridge...nice touch. Family and friendly feel for sure. Lots of restaurants, corner stores and a LCBO close by, perfect if u dnt drive. We will definitely be back! Shout out to Johnny Rocco's which is attached, amazing food and people that work there.

What a beautiful hotel. I wanted to spend our anniversary somewhere romantic that wasn't a chain in the busy Clifton Hill area of Niagara and this was the perfect hotel. The price was incredible for a room with a fireplace beside a gorgeous king size bed, Jacuzzi two person tub situated in the corner of the room and diagonally from french doors leading to a furnished private balcony. I will definitely return in summer to watch the sun rise from a bubble bath in that exact room. Dinner downstairs at the restaurant was incredible, the food, service and staff are all amazing and so so friendly and welcoming. I don't often write reviews but this hidden gem needs to be shown off!

The proximity to the entertainment district was within walking distance. The room was clean and functional for the 2 nights we were there. I booked the deluxe king room with jacuzzi tub. There was a nice towel arrangement on the bed when entering that made it feel very luxurious. The closeness of restaurants and activities was amazing.

My wife and I stayed here for one night in the Jacuzzi suite. We came here almost 31 years ago for our first anniversary. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. Check-in and parking were great also. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was just as good as it was 31 years ago if not better!

We were at the Falls for my son’s wedding weekend. The hotel provided 10 clean rooms for some of our wedding party during the memorial day weekend. My 2 grandsons enjoyed themselves, especially the continental breakfast because they could eat as much food as they wanted. Although the pool was not open for the season yet it was very clean. We booked our rooms through Expedia and was not aware of the Jacuzzi suites. My son and then fiancé booked an adjoining suite for themselves and their 2 sons. I spoke with two of the nicest hotel personnel in the office about upgrading my son’s suites to one of their jacuzzi suite’s for their honeymoon night but the hotel was booked to capacity plus the room was very expensive the nice gentleman explained. To our surprise, the front desk called my son’s suite the next night to upgrade their rooms to the jacuzzi suite for their honeymoon night with no extra charges! I took theirs 2 sons with me and they were able to start their honeymoon. Thank you Days Inn for your clean accommodations and your great hospitality. My son and his beautiful wife are off to continue their honeymoon. Niagara Falls is such a beautiful and romantic place for a wedding. Stayed here 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend. They had only been open 2 months so everything was spotless and new. The whole staff was great and super friendly. Any extra supplies we needed, towels, tp, K-cups were readily available from the staff. Breakfast was great. They even had a pancake machine, that I had never seen before, that made 2 perfect pancakes in ~1 minute. The owner was their at breakfast helping out and was super friendly. Yes, they follow covid-19 protocols in CA so you will need to show them vaccine proof, ID, and wear masks.

Enjoyed our stay in a spacious, well thought out room with a comfortable king bed. Functional and attractive furniture and fixtures throughout. One of the best breakfast set ups and buffet options we have enjoyed. Staff is helpful. Easy to park. Quiet despite a busy weekend with wedding guests. I drive, so can't speak to convenience in regards to transit. Check in was hassle free and the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The Queen room I was in was very clean and so cute with tasteful, modern decor, ample lighting, wardrobe, tv, mini fridge, ac/heat unit, and a really comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and had enough towels, washcloths, ana toilet paper for my entire stay. I felt very safe coming and going. No one bothered me nor were there any disturbances, and even though my room was directly in front of the elevator (which ended up being so convenient), I didn't hear any noise at all. I appreciated the free breakfast and parking. All of the hotel staff I encountered were very gracious and accommodating. I have no complaints, it was better than anticipated based on some of the not so great reviews I read prior to my stay. Overall, I am completely satisfied and am definitely planning on staying here next time I am in town.

It was affordable for me. I was very pleased to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facilities could use a bit of an update however the room and property was clean. The bed was comfortable and for a budget friendly hotel the bathroom was spacious.

We Stayed at this hotel for 3 days and it was great. The rooms were comfy, but the lighting in the rooms we less. Could have had a brighter light for the winter days. Breakfast was ok, not much of options like other areas. The staff was great. Robert was amazing and very friendly. The kids had great fun and he made sure to connect with them and keep them entertained with jokes and riddles during breakfast time. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the cost we paid.

Breakfasts was surprisingly good considering that I was expecting a continental breakfast (bagels and muffins). They had eggs, sausages, pancakes and juices. The room was clean (and somewhat modern), the facility/building was clean, modern and staff was available and very helpful.

The manager gave us 2 connected rooms without even asking and that was a big plus and helpful. However, you need to have breakfast in the breakfast area only and to go is not allowed. With the breakfast area not that big, sometimes you might need to wait a little to find a seat. Otherwise, standard food at breakfast.

We had a great time! The gentlemen working the Front desk was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. We got free parking which is a big deal in Niagara Falls. Our daughter ate free and we enjoyed dinner and Breakfast at Coco's the hotel's restaurant. They also gave us tickets to the skywheel to watch the firesworks. We enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, it was clean and fabulous!

Loved the clean, quiet, peaceful environment. The restaurant wad amazing and the waitress was a delight! Amazing from checkin to check out. Just checked out today and have to say that this hotel was a hidden gem. The staff went above and beyond to make your stay fantastic. From the front desk greeters, to the room cleaners and even the restaurant staff - everyone was friendly, and helpful. When I booked, I didn’t know there was an outdoor and indoor pool, nor did I know that the complimentary breakfast was made to order- these were fantastic surprises. The restaurant was amazing! Breakfast was always delicious with lots of options, and the wood-fired pizza was divine. The only downfall is that across the street is an overly zealous parking lot attendant with a whistle. You can tell he blows it to irritate people. As it approached 10 pm, he was still at it. Little whistle blows every minute. The holiday inn needs to address this issue with the other company. When we return to Ontario, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again except I would call and ensure that the whistle man was no longer an issue.

If you're going to Niagara Falls, this is the hotel you want to book. Not expecting such an ideal location, it was perfect for our 3 day stay. The hotel is located a block from the falls, across the street from the casino, across the back parking lot to the Skylon (book a reservation for dinner @ 4:30p for their early evening menu special) and the hotel has attached outdoor restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was from a menu and parking was free. We were on the 2nd floor and from our balcony we could sit outdoors on patio chairs to watch the fireworks at the falls. The rooms were clean w/comfortable beds and an added plus was Dove products in large dispensers w/body soap, shampoo and conditioner. What more can you ask for at a fair price. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay such a pleasant experience.

I cannot say enough great things about Stephanie, the GM and her incredible team of people at the Holiday Inn. I brought my team from Toronto for our leadership conference. We had 11 rooms for 2 nights. From the planning, Stephanie helped guide me to the best value and ease for the team. The board room was the perfect size for my team, breakfast was excellent, the Skylon Hotel, we lucked out on a great night with a clear view. The people at the Skylon provided excellent service for such a large group. The price fix menu was excellent. Coco's restaurant on Monday was a blast with live music! My friend used the Pool the next morning and said it was heated. In the evening, the hotel was quiet. Our room had a nice fridge and microwave. It also came with a coffee maker and coffee pods which my Friend enjoyed. I had Nothing!! NOTHING provided for NON Coffee drinkers, that's me. We stayed only One Night as we came to see a Play at SHAW Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our Hotel was a 30 min. drive to Shaw, so very convenient. Hotel was also close to restaurants, so we were able to find a place reasonably priced since we are on a budget. Thanks St. Catharines for a Fun Time.😁

The reception staff was really friendly and let us keep the luggage for a while even after our check out. Transportation: The hotel is located about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls by car. Very clean and quiet place, professional staff with excellent location next to supermarket. Very safe and Good for friends and family . The check in and check out time are convenient and manageable. Lastly, the breakfast is on the house along with hot coffee !

We were two families, booked 2 rooms for overnight stay while visiting Niagara area. The checkin process was quick and easy. The rooms were spacious, bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. The area around the hotel feels safe and clean. For the amount we paid, it was good value. Staff were all courteous and helpful!!

Karan and Harman and the Rest of the Crew were GREAT! Spacious , clean rooms, plenty of extra’s including mini breakfast bar mornings. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a jacuzzi suite which was really nice. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was within easy access to the the whole of Niagara. Would stay again if we are ever in the area. Reception staff were really helpful and pleasant.

Location was great. 10 min walk to Clifton Hill. The owner was amazing, he was always seen walking around and talking to everyone. Made sure we had everything we needed. Jacuzzi worked awesome. Overall, would stay here again for sure.

The location is perfect, it is 5 minutes from the falls and all the attractions around the falls. The room is large, spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, hot water, the room has a small refrigerator and a microwave. I had to extend my stay one more day due to Hurricane Milton and the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and made us feel safe there.

I arrived at Niagara Falls early in the morning around 10 AM and requested an early check-in due to my exhaustion from a long journey. Although my room wasn’t ready at the time, Mr. Gill, the owner of the hotel, quickly accommodated me as soon as it became available. His kindness and helpfulness truly stood out; during my travels, I have encountered many hotel staff, but he is among the most gracious. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions just a 10-15 minute walk away. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. I didn't have the chance to try breakfast, as I had to leave for Toronto early in the morning, but I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to returning if I visit Niagara Falls again!

The modern technology in the bathroom was a bonus, in particular the shower with it's various showerheads and screen displaying the water temperature and time taken in the shower. The beds were huge, with firm mattresses and fluffy pillows. The AC was easy to control and very quiet. Free Parking was an added bonus, as parking is very limited and very expensive in the area. We booked because of its proximity to the OLG Stage (10 minute walk). It's very close to several restaurants and convenience stores. LCBO a few steps away. Very easy to get to from the QEW. The area is a bit run down, but it's safe. The falls are a 20-minute walk away.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive, they really made you feel welcome. We entered the lobby to the clean smell of freshly washed laundry, the place was spotlessly clean and you could see workers around quietly improving the building. The room was huge, clean and newly refurbished, beds were comfy. Lots of satellite tv channels. We got an excellent price! It was a 1 minute drive to Fallsview Casino, 15 min walk to the falls, some restaurants to walk to close by and FREE PARKING. Really great value for the money. They do have kettles on demand but you need to bring your own milk and tea, instant coffee etc if you want a hot drink in your room. You do have a fridge to store things.

The Diplomat Inn is great value for your money. We stayed there from Tuesday Sept.24- 26th for 2 nights in an Executive Room with 2 Queen Beds on the second floor. The staff are friendly, courteous and very accommodating. A very special mention and thank you to Carla, Khan and Lili for making our 2 night stay amazing. The rooms are super clean and the beds are comfortable. Parking is free. Free coffee in the morning. They also have an ice machine and microwave. The air conditioner/heater unit in our room worked excellent. Location is within walking distance of Clifton Hill and the Falls. This is our second year in a row staying here ( for our girls trip) and we will make this our hotel for future girls trips. It's perfect for what we need. Thank you Diplomat Inn.

This was a Great Place to stay at. Super clean for its age and the room was Super Clean. towels even smelled like Fabric Softener and not bleach. Great Remodeled Room. Front Office was super clean and Very friendly staff. We were only there to shower and sleep for 6 hrs. But I will stay there again when I go back to Canada. Anyone looking for a Great Place to stay this is the Best for its age. Plus the beds were Super Comfortable

This location is great. You can walk to the falls in 15 to 20 minutes depending on if you walk quickly or not. The hotel has its own parking but there is a $10 per night charge in addition to the cost of your stay. There is a Moe's in the hotel on the ground level. It's a no frills version of Moe's but the staff was very nice and did a good job with the food. We enjoyed some burritos from there. A simple breakfast is included each morning. Breakfast was from 7am to 10am. We enjoyed the breakfast. We found everything to be fresh, well kept and stocked frequently. We stayed during weekdays and it is quieter if you do their breakfast between 7am and 8am. It gets rather busy from 8:30am onward. I would imagine it is very busy at breakfast on the weekends. The staff was nice. Our room was clean and well stocked. It was quiet at night and we didn't have any problems sleeping. We were on the first floor and noise was not a problem. There are food options outside the hotel that are 2 to 10 minutes walk away and the casino is a quick walk away.

We enjoyed the stay at Wingate by Wynham. The hotel was good and clean our room spacious bed comfortable. They give a hot breakfast daily and coffee is available after the kitchen is closed. The restaurant next to the hotel food is actually very nice and resonable. We were in walking distance from shops the Falls and Rainbow Bridge to walk to Canada. Overall very good. I would stay there again. I'm happy.

Great Location!!!! Friendly staff, willing to help out with any problems, clean and comfortable rooms! Great breakfast every morning. I really did not like paying for parking, but I do understand that parking is an issue in the area, paying for parking ensures that guest parking is available! I do believe that that ticket on your dash of the car keeps others from not parking in that spacious parking lot!

Room was larger then most. Very comfortable and well stocked. Front desk clerk was friendly and very helpful with information about the area. Large breakfast area and plenty of options, hot and cold. There's a nice lobby area with large couches and great business area.

The location was superb. Short walk to park area along the river. Easy walk though the park to the Falls. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

What I liked about my room was that was big had a gorgeous view of the water. That part was amazing. The jacuzzi omg that was excellent got to use it and relax in it. Also what I liked was how it was cleaned everywhere from my room to the lobby. Friendly staff amazing job

I would advise anyone in need of a good hotel experience to visit this hotel. My experience was beyond great 😀 They are clean and very helpful should anything arise, I suggest getting a jacuzzi room for relaxation (perfect)

I love the jacuzzi rooms, personally I love the vintage old kind of vibe to them. That’s why me and my boyfriend have stayed here twice and will probably come back. The beds and rooms are very cozy and have always been clean enough for my standards. The location is great. The staff has always been nice and friendly to us. And it’s a good value for the price especially during weekdays it’s cheap and if u book far in advance. I love the room with the heart shaped tub ❤️

I recently stayed at the Travelodge Fallsview Hotel during my trip to Niagara Falls, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The room was absolutely perfect—spacious, modern, and spotless. You could tell they take great pride in keeping the rooms in top condition. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt right at home. What really stood out, though, were the staff members. The front desk ladies were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They made check-in a breeze and gave great recommendations for local spots to visit. The breakfast waiter was another highlight. She were so sweet and friendly, making the morning feel extra special. You can tell she genuinely care about making your experience memorable. From the location (just a short walk to Niagara Falls) to the overall quality of the room and service, this hotel deserves all five stars. If I ever come back to Niagara Falls, I wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else. The Travelodge Fallsview Hotel goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I spent the night at Falls Lodge and Suites because i was going to a show at OLG Stage. The property is walking distance to the venue and all of the typical tourist spots in Niagara. Forgive me if i spell it incorrectly but Kartik who checked us in was very kind and courteous and was able to honour my request for a ground floor room. The room was your standard 2 queen sized beds, fridge, microwave room and the AC worked great . I would stay there again as it pretty much is just a place to shower and sleep-no frills necessary. The only downfall was you could see that the bathtub has not had a proper clean in awhile. There was quite a distinct ring around the tub. We only saw it when getting dressed to go out so we didn't have time to bring it to housekeepings attention. The bathroom needs updating but was clean overall aside from the dirty bathtub. The continental breakfast was your standard mini muffins, waffles, toast, cereal, tea, coffee, juice and fruit. You won't go hungry until you get a proper meal later throughout the day. Again, you get what you pay for but i would stay at this property again.

This is a budget hotel. This place was budget clean with a free budget breakfast. Therefore, we give this place a budget hotel rating. You pay for what you get. We felt safe at the hotel, clean enough where you don't mind taking your shoes off when you come in and the breakfast they fed us was edible, dry pancakes, value cereals - but the coffee was horrid. Tasted like stale decaf. Needless to say the breakfast did not play a favorable part in the overall experience. Would we consider coming back? Maybe, but it's not a place we would prioritize on a future visit to the Falls.

This is not a deluxe resort this is an inexpensive motel if you're there without expectation you will find your rooms clean meet and a very friendly staff there is no breakfast the coffee was not great but hey we paid something like $60 for the night same days our visit after giving up on the Ramada and we're quite happy. The room was not perfect but it had a comfortable queen size bed with decent linens refrigerator microwave etc was close to attractions and again the staff was quite friendly I highly recommend this for travelers on a budget.

Staying for two nights at Falls Lodge was a great choice. A fabulous location within a few minutes walk to the majority of attractions and only a 10 minute walk from the GO bus. The spacious room was very clean, quiet and having both fridge and microwave gave us choice to dine in when we didn't feel like going to a restaurant. The fresh assortment of continental breakfast options was an added bonus to start the busy day with a fulfilling, healthy meal. Definitely a well managed property we will re-book for future visits! Kudos from Dame Aspartame!

We only stayed for one night but it was an amazing one! The staff were extremely friendly and professional upon arrival (I didn't get the receptionist's name but she was so sweet and knowledgeable) and upon check out. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were very clean and taken care of. Parking was very easy to access in and out. There were security at all times, which made us feel safe in a busy town. The only thing I'll mention is the HVAC unit in the room didn't run very cold (it may have been user error, we didn't notify front desk) on a very hot day/night. We made it work though! I also work at a hotel and I can easily say this is one of the best run hotels around! Thanks guys :)

The hotel pool was definitely a highlight. The room felt a little dated. However, it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect, putting us right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do.

The hotel staff was great and very informative. The hotel was close to everything in the falls that you'd want to do as long as you don't mind a bit of a walk. The bus is nearby. The hotel pool and hot are fantastic. Perfect temperature for it all and clean. The balcony rooms with a view for the fireworks are the way to go. The jet tub in the room felt good on my back. We had a wonderful stay.

The staff is always amazing. The location is amazing for restaurants and things to see and do. The Food at the hotel restaurant is really good.

The location of the hotel is very good near Niagara Falls. The hotel is quite new and clean, there is a swimming pool, the rooms are large and clean, the beds are very comfortable and it is very convenient to sleep. The breakfasts are fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is possible with dogs, we were with a dog very much.

You can tell this Laquinta has been recently updated. It was very modern, clean, and up-to-date. The breakfast was small compared to other LaQuintas we've been to. There was still a decent variety of options though. We were only here for 2 days. The main reason we booked a LaQuinta is because of their AMAZING pet policy!!! We have a Husky and a lab mix. We choose to travel with our dogs because one of them is blind and needs 4 different meds for health issues. It's so hard to find hotels with great pet policies, that don't charge an arm and a leg for a pet fee!! The double queen with couch room was plenty big enough for our family of 3 and the 2 dogs. This specific location has a small grass strip area behind the hotel where we could take our dogs to potty. The beds and pillows were firmer. Honestly, the pillows were horrible. Rock hard! I was almost tempted to go get a cheap $10 pillow at Walmart because it would've been more comfortable. We didn't have time to use the pool, but my husband did use the basic workout room and was disappointed in how much equipment was broken and couldn't be used. We drove to Niagara Falls state park and walked into Canada for the day. The drive wasn't bad at all. There are also plenty of stores and restaurants close to the hotel.

Rooms were great. Very spacious and clean. Temperatures were level. Beds were extremely comfortable sheets very soft and clean. I would definitely stay here again. Nice tv line up with good movies and local news. Mini fridge a plus. Hot water and clean towels.

Very clean rooms and polite staff. My only complaint about this place was that they need to consider adding a complimentary breakfast and coffee. They do advertise that breakfast is not free but that there is an onsite "restaurant". This is not entirely true however as it is a glorified Starbucks that had only 1 person working in the front both mornings we were there. The line for a cup of coffee in the morning was insane. Also, the coffee shop is closed after breakfast until dinner at 5 so if you think you'll be able to get a cup of afternoon coffee, you would be wrong as they don't even have complimentary coffee or hot water or anything available. I feel like this is generally pretty standard for most hotels so this was quite disappointing.

The hotel is in a very nicely renovated historic building with a unique and spacious lobby area. It was perfectly clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was everything that a traveler could ask for; newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are extremely spacious for a Courtyard hotel, giving groups and families plenty of space to stretch out. The only negative about the hotel was that room service did not come during my two-day stay. That being said, the area around the hotel is run down, and Niagara Falls itself may not be the tourist destination that it once was.

It is within walking distance of the falls and many restaurants. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space to lounge comfortably in the lobby and on the patio. The food is very tasty and served in a timely manner. The drinks are mixed to perfection. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

A nice place to stay with family. I like the facilities and appreciate to have a laundry room. The walking distance to the Niagara Falls park was like 10 minutes or less. We walk around and enjoy the park, the views and a few local restaurants with a beautiful place and delicious food. For breakfast you have to try The Spot Cafe and dinner at Seva’s restaurant. Do not forget to eat Buffalo wings at Duff famous wings.

The room was nice, spacious and clean. Perfect location. The bed was comfortable enough pillows which were comfy also. The hotel was quiet at night and the room got nice and dark at night.

A Nice little place to stay at. 20-30 minute walk down to the falls. The rooms are a bit out dated but has that old motel vibe like what you would see in the movies. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Managed to book an extra night without any hassle. Has a pool and jacuzzi, parking too. Starbucks up the road as well as a load of restaurants. Room - microwave, fridge, tv, kettle(just ask for one). Good place to stay for a few nights. Water is not recommended to be drank from taps, free bottle water supplied in reception and coffee.

For a basic motel this place is not bad at all. Once you see past the dated decor, the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The air conditioning struggled with the high temperatures during our visit and was very noisy so bring ear plugs or expect to have to turn it off and get hot at night! The staff were so friendly and helpful - provided helpful advice and bottles of water and coffee were available to help yourself. Location was very convenient - walking distance to the falls (20 mins) and a number of decent restaurants close by.

This is an excellent, well-located, cost-effective option. Like most motels in Niagara Falls it looks a bit rough on the outside but this one's comfortable and clean inside. Big room, good king size bed with quality bedding, effective air-conditioning, ample storage, desk, office chair and comfy armchair. The microwave and minibar worked perfectly, with a coffee machine provided on request. Updated, functional bathroom including good hot water. Room servicing on request, not that I bothered for a 3 night stay. With less than 20 rooms the motel is small so disruptions from other guests are minimal. Service from staff was prompt, accommodating and friendly. At the very eastern end of Lundy's Lane it's a pleasant walk to the falls and there are several restaurants nearby. Check out the history museum if you have time.

I keep returning because the rooms are large, clean and spacious with a great built-in work space and office chair, after which I can shift gears into a comfy arm chair with ottoman. I can even work in bed (so welcoming) because they have outlets everywhere and great lighting. Internet is fast, and fridge and microwave are always spotless. The bathroom is small but well stocked with towels and toiletries. and the walk-in shower is awesome!

Excellent location. Everything is nearby - 500 m to the waterfall on foot, across the road to the casino, 100 m to Skylon, there is free parking on the territory, ordinary breakfast. Coffee and tea 24/7 in the office building. My room was large on the second floor, there is a coffee machine, TV, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning, but for now we use the heating, late spring, cool outside. There is an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi in the building. We had a great rest. The hotel is built in two buildings connected by a covered passage. Clean, cozy and this is the closest hotel to the waterfall, a few minutes walk. For all the times that we have been to Niagara, this hotel is the best in all respects. Visitors love it - many visitors, it is busy.

This was in a perfect location and everything was in walking distance! The skylon tower was right next door! The hotel has a pool, there was free parking which was so convenient and the price included breakfast! We were very pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. We had a double queen with a balcony over looking the American falls. They called it a river view. You can see from my photos our view. While I couldn't see all of the falls, we could see them change color and enjoy all the lights. We viewed the fireworks from the ground, but we were told they would have been visible from our room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We did find a spider on the ceiling and one flying bug in the bathroom, but we had a balcony so this wasn't unexpected or off putting for us personally as they must have come in from the balcony. The room had been well used over the years. I would not call it dated but there was some obvious cosmetic damage. We noticed the ceiling had been repaired in places, there were some deep scratches on one wall and the floor around the balcony on the inside looked as if the door either didn't seal well or it had been left open while raining multiple times over the years. For us personally, this wasn't an issue. We didn't pay for the Hilton. It was lived in but clean, family friendly with an amazing view and 5 mins walk from the falls. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, English muffins, toast, muffins and oatmeal

For those that want an honest review here it is The hotel is a little dated but, spacious rooms, clean, quiet and safe. The pool being open until 11pm was amazing water was warm and the hot tub was excellent the pool room was a fantastic temperature, staff was excellent friendly and accomidating loved the balcony and the view of the american falls was decent, breakfast room was spacious and a nice variety of different food available the woman running the breakfast room was excellent dont forget to leave a tip at the breakfast bar. Minor repairs needed such as tiles missing in the pool area and pool area bathroom and the floors in the room were well loved but its a busy area and sees a ton of guests so things like that are to be expected. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel this is the one, convenient location and great, friendly service

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were well-maintained, and everything I needed was available. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The rooms very surprisingly spacious and clean. Loved the big walk in shower and comfy beds! It was in a quiet area surrounded my great restaurant options and outlet mall across the street. Checkin was easy and no additional charges except the $20/daily parking. Had no issues finding a place to park anytime of the day. Our family loved it and will be back!

Room was clean, lots of hot water and towels were replaced daily. The pools were clean. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area and great to offer assistance and advice. 2 on site restaurants are a bit over overpriced in my opinion, but pizza delivery and door dash are both available as well as several restaurants within walking distance. I was a bit skeptical about booking after reading some other reviews, but am glad I chose to ignore them. Overall, a great 4 night stay, and would definately stay here again if I am in the area.

Was a bit worried at first from reading the reviews but our experience was amazing. We got two rooms both very clean and spacious. At check in our rooms weren't ready but they comp our parking as compensation for this. Staff was friendly and showed us a map of the area and where to go see the fireworks and family friendly places in the area. It is a five minute drive to Clifton hill but that was fine no big deal for us. Pools were great water was a bit cold but in the hot sun wasn't a big deal we still went swimming and the kids loved it. Overall we had a great time and will be back.

The room we were in was renovated in the bathroom only but the new design is somewhat awkward. The shower has no door (which is fine) but there is no shower rack or shelving inside the shower stall so any soap bars or shampoo containers will have to be put on the shower floor itself while showering which is inconvenient and kinda unhygienic. The thermostat in our room is also useless as we tried to lower the temperature but basically nothing happens. (maybe the hotel turned off the entire air conditioning system in October?). The room was stuffy and hot and we had to open the window to allow some fresh air into the room for a comfortable sleep. The extra charge (resort fee) which we have to pay used to include the WEGO bus pass for our stay but this is no longer available. That's a big minus as we loved to use the bus to commute around the Falls area during our visit and no need to drive around and find parking all the time. We hope they will add this back to the package. We stayed in this hotel several times before mainly for its location but may choose a different one next time if this is the case. Service level however was excellent and we certainly appreciate the staff to do what they can to accomodate our requests.

Stayed two nights at the recently updated Brock hotel Niagara Falls. Let me say first that im glad to see they brought back the name of the hotel to its original name.that said it was a a nice stay. The room we had is called a partial falls view. It was a nice view of the US fall.There are still a few little kinks with the hotel just opening just two months. We had a room change but the computer did not update it so to get internet had to use the old room number. Also we never had heat because as far as the system was concerned there was no one there. They did give us a space heater and it worked out.( on the end of the last day, they did figure it out and heater worked).Aside from that the stay was excellent. The room was clean with updated furniture,comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and responsive.Breakfast was included and was excellent.Pamela was a waitress our first breakfast and she was great.

The hotel was really nice. It was apparent that there had been renovations ... the lobby, hallways, lighting - all tastefully done. The water had to be off for a few hours each day but there was plenty of notice. Beds were very comfortable and we had a view of the falls, as well as being able to see the fireworks from our room. I recommend the restaurant on the 10th floor for dinner and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The view from the room was as expected wonderful view of the american fall. Room was tidy with fridge and koffee/tea maker. Parking was available on site, although a bit expensive 50 dollar per night. Breakfast was on the 10th floor restaurant with superb views of the falls. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is right down by the American falls. We had two great rooms booked. They were very clean and comfortable . Parking was extra but a breeze to utilize in busy Niagara Falls. The staff were pleasant and helpful . We added the breakfast to our stay and it was worth the extra money ..very good buffet. Although the hotel is older compared to others I would highly recommend you stay there !

I have the say diamond in the ruff...a friend this place last minute! We were a spectacle about it. But the place turned out to be nice and clean. And the heart shaped jacuzzi as tacky as it looks in the picture was actually super fun😉. They had a nice outdoor pool which was very clean which we are looking to try out next time we go!

First time discovery - a large, well maintained room and bathroom - clean, fresh and updated - with amenities like coffee, ironing capability and lots of hangers that you don't always find these days!! Great desk/work space and the beds were really comfortable - lots of pillows. As a senior I also appreciated the easy walk-in access with car at the door, the extra vanity sink, softer room lighting and non-slip bathtub! Definitely recommend.

The lady at the front was amazing - we couldn't figure out the heat and she came right over and was so friendly. We were in room 105 and are planning on going back , it was so clean and comfortable , hot tub jets were not the best but they worked.

Cute little place. It was very clean and cozy and the staff were amazing and accommodating. Only downside is that there are not that many lights and the light they have does not brighten up the entire room, other than that its amazing! Definitely recommend!

I loved the jacuzzi! The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet so we were un disturbed through the night. Very peaceful.

We had the honeymoon suite, it was great, it was clean great heat and hot water for the jacuzzi. Beings it is on lundys Lane, there is no shortage of restraunts and bars, and it was a straight drive to the falls. We would go back here for a night's stay

it was peaceful, clean, the internet worked, the ac worked well. If you are looking for a luxurious room, this is not it. A clean room with nice shower pressure, a nice tv with cable, air conditionning unit you can control yourdself. Also clean towels everyday, friendly staff and a quiet environment. Right on Lundy's Lane where there are 35 motels and hotels, plenty of eating out but since the motel had a clean fridge and microwave, we ate in and stayed comfortable, We will definitely go back to unwind and run away from the kids. The bed was comfortable, had enough pillows and did not creak,.

Although a little old looking when I pulled in, the room was small but clean, neat and quiet. Very serviceable. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. The price was excellent and included free WIFI, parking and breakfast (muffins, fruit, toast, selection of spreads - peanut butter, jams, etc, orange juice, cereals with milk). Room had a large TV, table with 2 chairs, mini-fridge and microwave. It was perfect for a little getaway on a budget. Staff were very friendly. Location is good - next door to WIND restaurant if you like THAI and sushi and walking distance to outlet mall and other restaurants. I would stay here again - maybe in the summer when I could use the pool!

I found the motel comfortable, friendly and a short drive from the amazing Niagara Falls and tourist attractions. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good value motel. And in friendly Canada too.Many thanks!

We had good stay. Two nights, two queen mattress, one room, family with two kids. Price is reasonably low compare to others. No drinking water, No kitchen, around 12km away from Niagara falls state park.

The hotel was very clean. Check-in was a breeze. We called the front desk one time to find out why the tv wouldn't come on and the manager came to our room within 2 minutes and resolved the internet issue. Towels were fresh and the bathroom was clean. They don't offer a free breakfast but that was okay with us. When we checked out, I left some of my clothes hanging in the bathroom on the door. I called the hotel manager and he was very nice and said that it would be no problem to mail the clothes to us. I sent him a self-addressed plastic mailer with a check to the US postal service. He mailed me the clothes the same day that he received my mailer. He was so communicative, so nice and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Niagra Falls. Also, the hotel had easy parking and it was super close to lots of restaurants.

I was in Niagara Falls with a friend who was attending her brothers funeral. Room was very clean and the staff insisted on us looking at room with them to be sure everything was ok before we brought our luggage etc. in. They also assisted us in bringing in our luggage etc. Very kind and helpful staff. Beds were excellent and comfortable. The only thing we would recommend would be handicap bars in bathroom to assist in getting into tub shower combo. Motel very conveniently located to everything.

Nice small place. It’s a motel. Maintained well and breakfast is simple and basic. The man helping at breakfast was very patient even though people came after their cut off time of 9 am. This is a motel - don’t be fooled by the name! As we paid more than double on a long weekend. Which is fine since all others were sold out. It’s a decently maintained motel. The owner is friendly too.

There were plenty of linen and very clean. The room was very clean and refrigerator as well. The staff very pleasant and wanting to help you. The pool was well maintained. We had a marvellous stay and will return to stay here for the reasonable rate. We recommend this motel to any staying in the Niagara region it is very close to everything 15 minutes does it. Thank you also for the great pamphlet for the shows and entertainment in Niagara Falls for discounts they were used as well. Also for the Greg Frewin show go to Perkopolis you can get tickets for $29.00 for 3rd level and save money and I don't recommend the buffet (dinner) at the magic show its not the greatest and you can get better. Or just order appetizers during show.

This place was the best match for its price for any hotels/motels i have ever stayed in. We just finished our stay at the romantic tub room which we absolutely loved. The room itself was spotless, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be 10 mins away from falls and still have the same luxury if you would've stayed anywhere in the city

This place is a little further down on Lundy's lane. The rooms are very clean and updated. The air conditioning is very high on the wall touching the roof. It was not very effective. There is no breakfast and coffee machine is broke too. They sell bottled water. For the price of stay vs the amenities available, it is a miss. It is pricey & expensive. But the rooms are very well maintained. Well spoken and friendly staff.

Booked a double-bed room at Courtside Inn on a November 2022 Sataurday for $59 + taxes and fess => $70.70 CAD total. The staff were very kind allowing us to change our booking date and honour it in the case of severe snowstorm, after we have called and emailed them. The desk staff is friendly and happily provide extra toiletries and towels upon request. The room includes a mini fridge, desk & chairs, and flatscreen TV. The shared microwave an coffee machine is in the office. They provided basic free breakfast of small pastries and coffee. The room were fairly clean and spacious. Great location close to Niagara Falls Downtown area (Clifton Hills) about only 10 minutes walk. The downsides are just noisy old air conditioning/heater unit, and the thin walls that allow us to hear our neighbours talking at night.

Friendly staff, i always helping, welcoming with smile. Outdoor pool was excellent, kids enjoyed a lot. We extended our stay to enjoy more and comfortable mattresses, big parking place. Walking distance to falls Great shoping!!!

I will get "the bad" out of the way - This is a 2* motel and it is in transition. You can tell that they are trying to fix things up (paint, new roof etc), but some things are old and tired - the carpet is stained, and I would recommend wearing flipflops when you are in the room. The TV didn't have a remote :) and only gets about 5 channels. The Wifi was spotty and seemed to only work if we went outside. There were "working girls" staying there but that didn't bother me and they were discreet. The good: Free parking. Clean outdoor pool. Clifton hill is a 1.2km walk (took us 12 minutes to walk) from the front of the hotel. The AC worked very well, surprisingly wasn't loud and was nice for sleeping at night! The bathroom tile was newer and the room had a new mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and 100% BUG FREE (believe me, I checked!!). We couldn't hear any noise from neighbouring rooms. Bottom line: This hotel was an incredible deal for the price paid. I think if the hotel spent a little more time on daily cleaning and spruced up the decor with some nicer bedding, they would have more satisfied guests. I stayed in this hotel on a whim (Expedia $37 night secret special), normally staying in 4-5* properties.

The room was clean. Beds are comfy and the pillows are too. Jacuzzi jets were strong, shower like a pressure washer. Would stay here again.

The owners wear really nice and friendly. The room is clean. The beds are clean and comfortable. It would be nice if there was heat in the room.

The room was quite basic, but we booked it primarily for the heart-shaped jacuzzi. The staff were helpful and courteous.

The Sunrise Inn is an older property and at a very reasonable price, do not expect luxury. What you get, though, is a clean and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Niagara Falls, Ontario. The wifi was good, but a bit spotty. The mattress was comfortable and the pillows were firm. The ac worked flawlessly and was a welcome relief from the 30+ degree heat. The management was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely consider this property again.

The location was perfect, it is really close to the falls. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the 3 queen beds were perfect for our group. It was clean and the staff brought us extra towels when we needed them.

This is our fourth time at the OYO Niagara Falls. The staff is always very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable great place to stay. near Clifton Hill!

The people were so friendly!! The outside looks a little rough, but the inside of the rooms were pretty good. Its only a 5 minute walk to the main strip but its quiet enough that you arent gonna be disturbed from everything. They have wifi and netflix on the smart tvs in the rooms. They do offer a lifetime membership for $20CAD. Overall it was pretty good and will be staying again.

In the middle of the night i went out side for a smoke and forgot my key inside, so off to the office i went. They were very helpful despite my rude intrusion on their sleep, and i was very greatful

Wi-Fi siginal is weak. I have to sit outside the room in order to use the Wi-Fi for my iPhone and iPad. Cheap price to stay. No bed bug. Quiet. But no hot water.

I was able to check in at 1 am! I was able to check out at 12pm. Life happens. Flights get delayed. Hotels should understand. And they did! What else could I more ask for?

Our stay was awesome! The suite was small and cozy, with a full kitchen, Apartment size ref, dishwasher, microwave, king bed, couch and table as well as a desk and chair. The buffet breakfast was great too with many choices to choose from. The highlight of our stay was the 30 Lane Bowling Alley in Ostin Restaurant. It was amazing as well as the staff. They also have an arcade and karaoke nights.

We absolutely loved the entire stay. We enjoyed the dining, bowling, arcade and for me, the laser tag (because I won both games, too!). Staff were helpful and friendly in all areas of the property. We didn't need to go far to experience wonderful, like at Nolaa's and the elementary school that was used in the film of A Christmas Story was not far away. We enjoyed an little Indian restaurant not far away. We also visited the Maple Farm and bought some real Canadian Maple Syrup to bring back home (Staff at the front told us about it). Really enjoyed the clean rooms, hallways, lobby, and parking lot. Thank you for it all!

I had absolutely no problem whatsoever in getting my coffee maker changed out to what I had pods for. From the front desk staff all the way to house keeping and maintenance, exceptional, curtious and helpful. Their objective was the satisfaction of their guests. The place was full of competitors crazy busy, the staff was not phased in the least. Their game was in full view. Thank you. 5 stars plus!

I stayed in one of the nice suites, traveling with family including two daughters (1- teenager and 1- 5yrs old) good services, quality breakfast, spacious and clean room, quiet halls....I have only one claim to express, it is about not options for watch TV (DO NOT expect cable channels) the hotel only offer live TV with few channels and bad quality if You want to watch something different should pay around $30 CAN $ for movie, apart of this my experience was good overall.

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and kind, the hotel was very clean and not far from downtown or wineries. Our queen suite was lovely with a fireplace and a nice jacuzzi tub. Very cozy and the perfect spot to celebrate his birthday. Breakfast was very good with a very nice lady running it and keeping everything refilled, fresh and hot. Butlers bar and grill next door was amazing. Thank you for the extra birthday surprise for my husband. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness. We will definitely return again!!!

The hotel has a great location a mere 4-5 blocks from the main Business district and convenient to the River parkway and Niagara Falls. We stayed in a wonderful suite with fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. Breakfast amenity was typical, but quite satisfactory. The staff were professional, competent and most welcoming, even tho we were an Americans couple during "strange orange man" times.

Breakfast was good. Lots of variety. Staff helpful and friendly. Tables cleaned fast. Even the shower heads were awesome. At the front desk, Lady was super nice and helpful. Answered our questions. Liked the free parking at the hotel, no trouble finding a parking spot. You have Culligan drinking water so we didn't have to buy bottled water. Lady at the front desk offered to get our water for us if we wanted. It was only down on the next floor, not long walk. It was very nice of her to offer. Cookies were a nice touch. House cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful also. They walked to the front desk and gave us a copy of our bill and took our key cards when we left. I didn't realize we could have done express check out but no waiting . Quick checkout. It has a friendly, cozy, laid back feel. Definitely would stay there again if I go to Niagara-on-the-lake. Close to The Sand Pit restaurant which is a great place to eat. Ate our lunches and dinners there.

The food was perfect-breakfast was included and waffles and bagels and juice hot delicious coffee fresh fruit-Yahoo! Comfy bed and walking access to downtown.Staff at bar and breakfast room and cleaning person were so very helpful and personable! Jessica at the front desk turned an awkward frustrating start to a day into a dandy start to a day with a smile and a kind gesture.

This quiet hotel is set away from the central hub of NOTL. The rooms are smaller and older but very clean and comfortable with ample free parking. There are a couple of pub-style restaurants within walking (one directly behind the hotel). We asked for the main floor because there was no elevator. Very nice staff, continental-style breakfast included. It may be walkable to town for some, but we opted to drive and park a few streets off the main one to avoid metered parking. Take the scenic river drive to Niagara Falls, stunningly gorgeous vineyards and many options for wine tasting.

Enjoyed our jacuzzi room. However, the hot water was not at a proper temperature and our tub was luke warm and not very pleasant. Need to upgrade the hot water tank at property.

The room we stayed in was beautiful. Our check in took a little longer than normal but we sat outside at one of multiple picnic tables with beautiful gardens and aesthetics. Our room was extremely clean upon entry. The Jacuzzi tub was smaller than we thought but other than that it is a beautiful little place tucked away!

What an incredible find! Booked the Cabernet suite here for a Jackson Triggs concert and weekend getaway and was absolutely floored by how well taken care of we were. Some people have a true passion for what they do, and owner Nikki is just that. Her concern for allergies, details, ensuring our weekend was perfect, was far beyond expectations. From fresh backed cookies to die for, to cinnamon rolls from scratch with gluten sensitive flour as part of our full breakfasts, Nikki is an absolute gem. Her knowledge of the area and genuine caring spirit made us smile. We enjoyed a peaceful, private stay with a fantastic in room jacuzzi and everything we needed in close range, including the concert and 3 wineries within reasonable walking distance. Would absolutely recommend!

Very clean, beautiful home. The host was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations; she provided clean towels, water, etc immediately upon request. Breakfasts were delicious with fresh fruit, freshly baked croissants and other treats. About a 15-20 min walk to several restaurants.

This was my first time staying in a B&B and I was not disappointed. My girlfriend and I booked the Merlot Suite which was a good sized room with everything we needed. The bed was a comfortable king sized that could be split into two beds. The room also came with a mini fridge and a standard tv with an Amazon Firestick ready to go. The bathroom was wonderful with two sinks and plenty of room for two plus the shower had a shampoo, conditioner and body gel dispensers that smelled amazing. I feel maybe a coffee machine with a few hot beverage options would be a nice addition but was not essential for us personally. Nicky was amazing! A great host. Very matter-of-fact and pleasant to the guests. Her hospitality background really shined on us and the other guests. There were two other couples staying in the other two rooms which I felt made it a comfortable shared space and not overwhelming socially. The food and the presentation were excellent. It was obvious that there was a lot of love and passion that were put into the meals. The B&B is a house in a very nice suburban neighborhood which I discovered is common in the area. It was a short walking distance to the town of Niagara-On-The-Lake and a short drive to the best wineries in the area. This B&B was memorable. Highly recommend to anyone exploring the area for the first time.

Graystone Bed and Breakfast is a fantastic place to stay. We spent two nights here in October 2023 for our anniversary. Our host made contact on the morning of our stay to check arrival times and everything was ready when we arrived. The room is quiet, warm and the bed is very comfortable. The owner is lovely, she made us feel immediately at home and welcome. The guest area is beautiful and although it was too cold on this trip, there is a lovely veranda to sit outside and enjoy a drink and enjoy the view. Breakfast was different both days and was delicious, everything was freshly cooked to order and vegetarian options were no bother at all. We were even spoilt with home-made cookies on our first evening! The location is very good, a quiet residential street with driveway parking, approx 15 minute walk to the main street in Niagara-on-the-Lake and around 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. If we ever make it back to NOTL we will definitely stay here again!

Great deal on the room with spa tub, room was very clean other then the Jacuzzi tub. We always fill it up and run it for about half an hour to rinse the jets. A LOT of gunk came out, so we figured it would be good from there. But the 3 other times we ran the tub with us in it, it was still really gross. A deep clean of the jets is definitely necessary. Other than that, very clean room.

We have stayed at many hotels over the past 3 decades in Niagara Falls on the US side. For the last few years, we choose Hampton Inn Niagara Falls Boulevard primarily because of the staff and the service provided by the hotel. The rooms are clean, nice, spacious, soap dispensers, hygiene products are always stocked in the rooms, the beds, and pillows are extremely comfortable. The cleaning staff is attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food choices, if something is not visible, the buffet staff will try and provide accordingly. Samantha was excellent, will go beyond to ensure that the guests are treated with respect and always willing to provide good service. The location is perfect, close to highways, restaurants, outlet stores and more.

We apparently left just in time because they started a painting project the day before we left. Our stay was comfortable but our views weren't fantastic. Wife and I had a view of the landfill on one side, and our friend had a view of duplexes. The fourth floor had a decent view of Niagara Falls, Ontario, at the end of the hall, allowing for some views of the fireworks at 10 PM.

The hotel is very clean, friendly and welcoming at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Pool and deck areas are very clean. Front desk staff friendly. Outside just off the parking lot was dirty. Very close to outlet shopping mall.

Then we arrived at our room, obviously not the one I booked, MUCH Better, large (huge), river view of rapids, obvious upgraded. Then we went to the bar for our welcome cocktail. The bar was very contemporary, Lucian the bartender was welcoming, friendly, great service! Excellent upsale skills without pressure!!! He explained the menu both bar and food, food was great. He and Hannah the hostess were AWESOME!

All around have no complaints! Staff were friendly and always around if needed! Breakfast was great nothing fancy but plenty for a hotel! Complementary coffee and the cookies at the front desk were great! Stayed in the king room with the jacuzzi and 0 complaints there, room was clean beds were good only complaints about it were the pillows were quite small but nothing terrible everything else no complaints about! Pool was great! Parking lot could use some TLC with the $22 per night parking but it does the job! Overall would stay again and will probably be my new hotel from now on! Thank you to all the housekeeping and staff who made the experience warm and comfortable!

Room was super clean. Comes with a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, ironing board and iron. Hotel very close to the Falls attractions, Clifton Hill, Indoor Waterpark, Bird Kingdom, and lots of Restaurants. We were able to walk to everything, even the Power Station and Rainbow Bridge in a short amount of time. Coffee in lobby and dining area was amazing. Breakfast buffet was scrambled eggs, wheat bread, mini muffins, bagels, oatmeal, apples, oranges, bananas, raisins, coffee, tea, various cereals, and self made waffles. Dining area very clean. All the staff were extremely friendly. Small Italian Ice Cream Shoppe on Victoria Ave to right of hotel that opens early and serves amazing coffee and cream, and panini sandwiches. Pool was clean and big enough to do laps for exercise. Gym not good. Universal machine and treadmill were broken. Free TV not good. Shows were from the 80’s Area behind hotel looks very run down, but I walked and drove through it and saw no signs of crime. People I encountered were very friendly. Overall the hotel is a great deal.

Breakfast was simple but satisfying the options were genuinely tasty. The location was ideal, just a short stroll from the main attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile. And yes, the famous cookies deserve their reputation - they are quite delicious and generously offered free! Excellent and courteous service. Beautiful rooms that are well kept. Especially enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub. Love the buffet style breakfast. The view from the room was breathtaking and we found ourselves going back to our room in the afternoon to see the rainbow over the falls. It’s a beautiful view with giant windows. Access to the lift was right there in front of the hotel.

We had a wonderful room that looked directly into the Horseshoe Falls of Niagara Falls! I believe it is the closest to this view of any place to stay in the area. It was the most expensive room that I've ever booked but definitely the best. The room had a nice double Jacuzzi tub, awesome shower, a big-beautiful bed, small fridge and two comfy chairs facing out the window at the 'falls'. We watched the falls for hours, people coming and going, colorful lighted falls and fireworks every night. The American/Canadian exchange rate is good but be ready for taxes on taxes. Worth the extra charges. Walking under Niagara Falls, getting soaked on the boat ride and learning about its rich history was a memory that my wife and I will cherish forever!

The location was a 5 minute walk to the casino. There’s a pizza place right next door that’s open late. We didn’t know where to park when we arrived so inquired inside and the staff was so helpful, showed us where to park and gave us an extra parking pass because we had two cars. We had the jacuzzi suite. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and a bonus!

We had recently spent a night at the Giacomo hotel. This is a classic landmark building in Niagara Falls and is visible from many corners. Our room was located on the second floor. It’s spacious, came with the usual amenities. We liked the fact that the room has high ceiling, a writing desk and a chaise lounge. The shower room was old style (in fact the overall decor was dated), generous in terms of space, high ceiling and big windows. The location was absolutely convenient: we walked to the Goat Island from Giacomo and explored the Niagara Falls State Park on foot. It is in a very walkable spot. Lots of restaurants and takeaways in the area. There is a lounge on the 19th floor of Giacomo which offers an all round view of the area. Breakfast was of an average quality. Staff were friendly and helpful: they helped arranged a secure parking space for us as well as storage of our bags when we went on the tour. The property itself is in need of some tender loving care, for example the handle of the shower was loose and needed some tightening. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at the Giacomo.

The Giacomo provided us with a very comfortable stay while visiting Niagra Falls . Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and our room had a refridgerator which was nice and there was a microwave available to use by the reception desk. The Victorian ambience was charming and the rooftop area to view the Fireworks was also very nice per my sister in law. The location is perfect and the hot breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. We will definately be back. The staff were very helpful , friendly and professional.

Location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere including Canada. Parking was very convenient and safe, we left our car for almost our entire stay. Room was huge with a big closet and giant bathtub. What makes this hotel is the wonderful staff, especially Ms Tee at the front desk. She greeted us every day with her beautiful smile and friendly face and even recommended great places to eat. She along with the breakfast staff and management were great! Breakfast was always hot, filling, delicious, and plentiful. Also coming in at the end of the day to fresh coffee and a sweet treat was awesome! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very clean, quiet and location was perfect. The room was a perfect size and the shower and bathroom were great. The bed was very comfortable, I slept so well both nights I was there. I appreciated the fact that there was no carpet so felt very clean and hygienic. Compared to other hotels nearby I found the price very good value and very happy that they didn’t charge extra for parking. Next time I’m back in Niagara I will stay here again for sure. I recently stayed at the Niagara Marriott on the Falls and had a great experience. It's a large, well-maintained hotel with plenty of amenities to enjoy. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, which offers a lovely view of the falls. While it’s not quite the most direct or dramatic angle, the view is still beautiful, especially during sunrise or sunset, and it made for a relaxing dining atmosphere. The food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Another big plus for me was the Starbucks in the lobby. Always a bonus to have easy access to coffee first thing in the morning! Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you're visiting Niagara Falls and want a balance of comfort, convenience, and scenic views.

The room was large, clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. It was very quiet and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast was a standard buffet with better selection than typical, with plenty of hot options, pastries, fruit, meats, cheeses and the coffee was decent.

Great and welcoming service throughout by all the staff we had dealings with. Would also recommend the Milestones restaurant on site. The highlight though was definitely the room and if you can afford it, I would 100% a falls view room. The room itself was great - spacious, modern and clean - but the view was next level. I know breakfast time is 9-11 in the morning. We went at 10.30 and the breakfast room was closed.Everything was perfect. The rooms are comfortable and cozy. A room with a jacuzzi was great.

We stayed over the weekend in the room with the hot tub in the room. Upon entering although it's completely not smoking throughout the complex I could smell lingering cigarettes smoke probably from years of buildup over time. The room was nice the beds were made everything was comfortable pillows were soft no complaints there. Did Jacuzzi in the room worked as advertised filled it up with hot water turned on the Jets It was nice. The hot tub and pool in the hotel during our stay did not seem to be in commission the water level in the pool was half full and there was no water in the hot tub in the pool area We didn't use them unfortunately. Breakfast is kind of lacking there it's included but very limited selection. Everything seemed clean bathrooms were nice kind of old school shower is small but everything was clean. This hotel is on the cheaper side of places to stay in Niagara falls for the price we paid I'm fine with it. Doesn't blow me out of the water with how nice it is but I have definitely stayed in worse.

Walking into hotel right away we got upgrade in our room, the jacuzzi bath tub was an amazing experience.

For the price, room was comfortable and well-appointed (it included a jacuzzi)

The jacuzzi was the best, I have a lot of sore joints and muscles and it was so refreshing after the long walk back from Clifton Hill

The staff was very responsive and accommodating when they could. I really liked that they communicated directly with you through SMS at any time. They also gave coupons for attractions like Fun Zone which I used for my family. I didn't know what I was getting when I chose Deluxe 2 queen bed suite, but was pleasantly surprised with a Jacuzzi.

Awome pool and jacuzzi and very quiet when we were there.

The view was spectacular, woke up to seeing the falls every morning., 😍 the bed was comfy, and the room was big. Came with a jacuzzi. They gave coupons for local restaurants for dollars off. And was given royal treatment, especially in morning they provided us with vip passes to pass the line up and to front of line for breakfast. Amazing place to stay.

Luxury Luxury Luxury. Thats all you're gonna get at this hotel you have the view of the falls some rooms have the view of Clifton hill and more. There is a full restaurant in the hotel there is AMAZING BREAKFAST and the entire time everything is full from how good it is. I have no words to describe my entire visit but if you like luxury you better go pack your bags and head to this hotel. I don't know if this is the case for all the other embassy suits but this is crazy. There is multiple floors for the same thing like breakfast and the restaurant. Also usually bathrooms aren't the cleanest right? But at embassy suits there is no such thing as dirty (unless your eating). Every little thing is organized perfectly. Me personally I thought that this was toooo luxurious.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I absolutely loved my suite — it was very spacious, comfortable, and had a stunning view of Niagara Falls that made the stay extra special. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with amazing views of the Falls.

Mr. Imtiaz and his wife were very hospitable, friendly, and treated us like family. The falls is a very close walk with lots of places to eat in or take out. The inn is very clean with an outdoor pool that was safe and comfortable to be with your family. The view at nights were spectacular, and you can stand on your balcony and see the fireworks at 10pm from the falls. I recommend Sunset Inn to anyone looking for reasonable accomodation for a truly fun experience.

Perfect location, there is a nearby buffet and a breakfast restaurant. The hotel is accessible and near the falls, it’s took litterally 10 mins to walk to the centre. The manager is so sweet and welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I really appreciated the room services and my requests were quickly answered! The place is affordable and I was surprised in terme of quality-price, it did exceed my expectations and I highly recommend this place!!

I stayed in Room # 202. A Good size spacious two queen size Bed room on 1st floor (No elevator though). WIth Room Size Fridge and Microwave. Location was perfect. 5 min walk to Clifton Hills Main attractions, Surrounded by so many restaurents. if you ever plan to go to FallView Indoor Water Park, this hotel is hardly 5-7 min walk to That indoor park, located right acroos the Street. Parking is extra $10 which is ok. Front Desk staff person Aakaash & Gurpreet are very friendly and Warm welcome us. They let me park my car for extended hours for free of charge. (Didn't charge me even after we checked out and went to FallsView Water Park and left our car parked at hotel till late evening). Breakfast was also good. We had every thing what we needed for Breakfast. Boil Egg, Bread, Juices, Coffee Tea, Fruits, Croissant etc, etc. Good enough for all of us.. Breakfast well managed by Mr. Gurpreet.

The room was spacious and clean. They offer free breakfast and there’s a pool, which was a nice bonus. The location is great, just a short walk to all the Clifton Hill attractions. We did notice that the bedding, and duvet seemed a bit old, but overall it was a comfortable and convenient stay. I also lost a necklace during our stay but was able to find it thanks to the helpful and honest staff, really appreciated their kindness!

We especially loved the pool area — the high ceiling, unique architecture, and lounge chairs gave it such a cool, relaxing vibe. I came here with my partner to see a concert stayed for 2 nights, it was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the restaurant in the hotel was gorgeous and the food was exceptional, the hotel room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The check in and check out process was easy, and the pool was clean.

Location was amazing. Short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill. The original section of the inn is lovely, lobby, restaurant is very nice. The bakery and market is quaint. Good if you are a walker. We walked everywhere from here and found the savings worth it. The honeymoon suite is huge and was great to spread out in. We were off season, the snow was interesting. Good central heating. Jacuzzi was excellent. Fast food next door, diners close by.

This hotel is right off the highway as soon as you get into Niagara Falls coming from Toronto. The hotel doesn’t only seem very clean but smells very clean too! Ditto for the room. Although it was a bit dated, it was very clean and smelled very clean too. We got the honeymoon suite as that was the only room with king size bed which we needed due to our 3 yr old who likes to sleep with us. The bed was very spacious for the 3 of us but felt like we were sinking towards the middle. Probably due to its age. The heart shaped jacuzzi was nice and our 3 yr old especially loved the pool in our room…. Lol. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to Clifton Holl but since we had a 3 yr old we decided to drive to Clifton Hill and park in a $10 flat parking lot right by Clifton Hill. The hotel is right beside a mosque and across from a liquidation center. Liquidation center was kinda flop though as all the food was expired and on sale for $1… lol. Although we found parking right at the front of the entrance I did overhear another customer complain that they couldn’t find a spot. The breakfast offerings were decent, although there was no scrambled eggs. The breakfast area was spick and span! There was an attendant in the room who did a great job in maintaining the room in a spick n span condition. She was also preparing the waffles, which I appreciated cuz I always burn myself on those things! Overall great experience for a great price on a busy Memorial Day weekend!

As usual the staff were amazing super friendly and very helpful. We were so excited to receive the upgraded room as a gift. It was super nice and even had a swat balcony to sit out on hopefully if we ever get this room again we will be able to enjoy it as it was cold and raining this trip. We love the free parking and free breakfast. Also Mc Donald’s is right next door so is a gas station and convenience store. This is also a great location because it’s so close you can walk to the Falls and Casinos no trouble at all. Also their hot water is hot right away so it’s another great thing that I love. If you’re going to the Falls this should be your first choice for a safe and clean place to stay.

It was tremendous value...very clean and updated. Staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. Rooms had everything needed...small table and chair in corner and a working station..my only complaint there was that there wasn't a light on the desk. Made it hard to work once the sun went down. The breakfast area was very comfortable and staff were constantly wiping and cleaning. Had a big variety of choices. Waffles, hardboiled eggs, various cereals, oatmeal, coffee/tea and juices, toast and more. Frankly better than some of the major chains Ive stayed in...Id highly recommend this property!

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower with plenty of towels. I wasn’t looking for a five star hotel at a two star price and the Econo Lodge fit my needs perfectly. I was in town to attend the Niagara Falls Fishing Show and was looking for a room just to sleep and shower. I thought the complimentary breakfast was pretty lame, nothing to drink but coffee, some type of fruit juice would have been nice. And while snow and ice are to be expected in Niagara Falls in February, I was surprised that the parking lot was allowed to remain an icy mess the whole time I was there, with no attempt made to plow, or at least salt the area, because even walking across the lot was very slippery. That being said, I would definitely stay at this hotel again and thought it was a good bargain for what I needed.

After visiting Niagara Falls, we were looking for a place to stay that was spotless and comfortable. This place exceeded our expectations with its pristine bathrooms and fresh, clean beds. It was the perfect spot to relax and recharge!

I thought everything was great, the rooms were clean, nothing fancy but was perfect for our needs. The pool and outside accommodations were great. We had young kids and the playground was a pleasant surprise. The kids loved it. The pool was clean and had plenty of seating and lounging areas. To our surprise an ice cream truck actually pulled in with the music playing and everything. It was a great flashback to my younger days. They even had breakfast, with all the fixins. Definitely recommend it for families. A nice alternative from your traditional hotels.

It's not a 4 star hotel, but it is clean, well kept and has great parking. The pool has great hours (8-12) so even if you get in late, you can get a swim in. Part of the 2nd level had the lights off and that felt a little unsafe, but I liked the setup of the hotel structure and the rooms were clean and a good size. Breakfast in the AM was a bit hectic and the space was a little small, but kudos to the stafd restocking and emptying trash - they had a massive task and I was thankful for their diligence. It did seem like a guy was camped out in the gazebo by the pool, but he wasn't bothering guests. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good spot for a quick stay and I'd stay there again.

We absolutely love staying here. We have stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi tub 6 times. It's close to the falls if you care about that (we just like the little break from life and being able to take a nice bath) at first glance it may seem run down but this hotel feels like home more and more every stay.

The room was impeccably clean, providing a fresh and comfortable environment from the moment I arrived. Convenient Stairs: The hotel is a two-level establishment. My room was on the second level, and I appreciated that the stairs were short and easy to navigate, making it hassle-free to access my room. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast that includes a variety of items such as toast, butter, jam, coffee, juice, waffles, yogurt, fruit, and muffins. This was a great way to start my day with a decent selection of breakfast options. There is plenty of parking available both in the front and back of the hotel. I chose to park in the back, which was very close to my room, making it easy to load and unload my luggage. The hotel provides useful amenities like an ice maker and a coffee machine in the room, even though I didn't use the coffee machine during my stay. These small touches add to the overall convenience. Kim's Exceptional Service: Kim, a staff member, was incredibly responsive and helpful. When I had an issue with the sheets in my room, she immediately replaced them. Her warm smile and positive attitude made a significant impact on my overall experience. She was attentive and accommodating throughout my entire stay.

The hotel rooms are decent size! Parking is limited, but the accommodations are very good. There is sadly no water fountains, but all the water from sinks and other water outlets are filtered and safe to drink. (Lead concentration of .002, which is really safe) and outlets for power are at an abundance. There are also no Snack bars, or stuff like that, but they do have 24/7 hot water, tea, and coffee. They also have dryers and washers. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows are way too soft with too much give, which makes them go right down to the mattress. Breakfast consists of white bread, which you can toast, Bagels, which you can toast, and muffins. They also have waffles which you make fresh and syrup/butter are options. They also include milks, cereals, and yogurt. Breakfast (when I was there) started 7:30 and ended 9:30, which was a lot later than other hotels. Front desk is extremely nice and will try to accommodate you to their best ability. If Kim is there, say hi to her for me! (My name is Allen) The check in is super fast and checkout just lets you slide the keys under the glass. (You pay when you check in) TV coverage is amazing and everything was really clean and kept well! It is also not too far from Niagara Falls, just like a 10 minute drive there (When traffic is at moderation)!

I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel with my family and the hotel loved us for its location, the very attentive and friendly staff especially Werner Martinez who helped us guide and let us know the places to visit and restaurants among other attractions. The hotel clean rooms are very comfortable and the restaurant is good. I recommend it 100% and believe me, we are coming back soon.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Niagara Falls. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great amenities with free daily breakfast and parking included. The indoor pool was warm and very clean, and the daily breakfast was very good, offering eggs, sausage, breads and cereals. The coffee is amazing, and is offered throughout the day; not one trip to Tim Hortons or McDonald’s for four days. The room was very spacious, clean, and the balcony was a great added feature; overlooking the pool and dining cafe with city views, and I appreciated the detail in the iron railings and balconies. The location of this hotel is very close to everything, and the casino and water park are right across the street. It’s a ten minute walk down Clifton Hill to the falls, and we did not pay for any additional parking; we walked everywhere we needed to go. We enjoyed our stay, and I definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed four wonderful nights at Clifton Victoria Inn. The hotel is located near an entrance for the restaurant a and Cifton Hill entertainment attraction. Parking is plentiful, and is located directly behind the hotel. It is easy to access your car. Our room was very large. The bedroom was clean and quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. Our biggest problem was that we only had 13 stations to watch on the TV in our room, of which 3 were shopping channels. Our morning breakfast was delicious, with a variety of breads, eggs and sausage. The coffee in the lobby were fantastic. I knew what to expect after reading so many reviews about this hotel on TripAdvisor. The rooms are very outdated and I actually found it amazing that they were as clean as they were considering the age. The maids are really good. The staff was very sweet. The interior courtyard is charming. I appreciated the reasonable price point and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Bring your own bananas and fruit.

Had a great stay! Could see the fireworks from my room window. Very spacious room and clean. Loved the enclosed "terrace" style for the breakfast and pool area. Such a nice breakfast and the breakfast area personnel were the best I have ever seen! Kept everything so well supplied and clean!

It was amazing! Great location near the falls, but much cheaper than the glamorous hotels with a view. Who needs that view when you can walk 10 minutes and have it! The Jacuzzi was magical! The heating worked perfectly! The staff was very helpful and accommodating! 5 stars!

My adult daughter and I stayed at the Ramada during our 2day visit to Niagara Falls. My daughter found the accommodation online and found it simple and easy to book. Upon arrival we checked in with a friendly and welcoming receptionist who gave us some information about the hotel facilities and our key cards. One of the elevators was out of service for our 2 day stay, but the hotel wasn’t busy so we were unaffected by this. The hotel itself and the room, whilst looking a bit old and tired, was very clean and the staff we met were friendly and polite. The swimming pool area was also very clean. On both our visits we were the only two occupants. The chlorine in the water was quite strong, but acceptable and understandable for a pool for public use. A pool maintenance guy did a water check during our second visit, so the chemicals were regularly monitored. Our room was cleaned and beds made the day after our first night, with fresh towels supplied. We declined a room clean the second day as we had a lay in. Although it appears on the map to be some distance from the falls and Clifton Hill, it is in fact a short walk of around 15/20 minutes to the falls. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel to take you if you’re not up for walking and the buses are quite frequent. All in all a very pleasant visit and I would not hesitate in returning to stay in Ramada should I find myself in the area again.

Overall a good experience and I would stay here again. The negatives - the breakfast is not great. I like to eat fresh real eggs and the eggs there were gross, except for the hard boiled eggs. The other negative is that our room was tight/small. It was a two queen room, but it felt like it should be a room for one king bed. Besides those two things, there were lots of positives. Our family liked that the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist trap of Clifton Hill, yet it was just a few minutes away from all the things to do and see. The hotel is overall clean. The hotel employees were kind and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it to others.

Family weekend and we stay in 3 separate rooms. No bugs for which it was my concern at first. But clean. Breakfast ok. But at the end we decided to go somewhere else for breakfast otherwise we enjoy our stay. Check in and out very good service 👌

Very nice place to stay even for a week. Just by White Water Walk, next to WeGo bus stop which can take you to main attractions for free with Niagara Pass. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with lots of choices.

If your expectations are mid-to-low, and keeping in mind that the rates are extremely reasonable by Niagara Falls standards, this is a decent spot. Checkin/checkout was smooth, staff friendly. We would return BUT would first check the room and make sure that all was in order. The traditional bathtub/shower combo appealed to us Seniors but the diverter control was missing, so half the water went into the tub and half into the shower head. Awkward, but having said which, the shower pressure was excellent! And lots of hot water. And as other reviewers have noted, deluxe DOVE soaps and amenities. Room itself was clean but the outside stairs and walkways leave a poor impresssion. Didn't try the breakfast but the tiny breakfast area looked cute.

Nice quite place, comfortable beds, TV, friendly and efficient staff. Quiet from the city.but quick access to all the places located near to the river. A small swimming pool outside. We are getting for what we payed. The breakfast is minimal but I am surprised with that because the amount I payed includes breakfast. Adding to that a helpful staff is always an asset to the business I saw that there.

We're very conflicted about our trip here. First, the indoor pool is closed and the space it was in is being turned into a restaurant. Second, there was a hole in our wall patched with a Walmart bag hanging out of it; there was no fitted bedsheet on the bed but just two loose bed sheets; three, the jacuzzi was dusty and had to be washed before being used. The breakfast was better then expected, but does not include waffles though listed in the hotels description. Would probably stay again if we can't find anything else, but it would not be the first choice.

Motel is old and priced accordingly. I've stayed here four times now in three years and never had a bad experience. We had a jacuzzi room this time with a king bed. Free parking, free hot breakfast, no issues with room. We never spend much time in the motel room when we travel so don't really need lots of amenities. Lots of hot water, tv, microwave, and fridge all work. Lots of luxury cars in parking lot.

Amazing value for a family vacation. The room was very clean and we appreciated the kitchenette appliances. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of healthy, filling alternatives, further adding to the value. The place is family owned and operated and they are friendly and helpful. The place looks a bit run down and is clearly undergoing a renovation in stages, but if you can overlook those things, this place is great and we would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased by the variety of healthy options for continental breakfast! The facilities were a bit older, but everything was very clean. Their towels were quite soft and fluffy (great at drying wet hair). There were enough outlets to chart multiple devices, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was a quiet area and a quick walk to SaL's Pizzeria which served very tasty pizza and wings! For some reason, there were no plugs for any of the sinks nor tub, so be careful of not accidentally dropping things down there. The WiFi connection was very strong/quick. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place (good value) if you don't mind that the facilities look a bit older/run-down.

There is air conditioning; two separate sinks (one outside bathroom, in the room) and full bathroom, small refrigerator, coffee maker, iron. Reception friendly. Good place fishing on river; big park on other side of river; 4.7 km walk to Niagara falls, takes 1 hour to walk

This place is great. Becky printed out some photos of the band we were seeing as requested with and little note telling us to have a great time. Is close to the border which is what we needed as our concert was just over in the US side so that made the drive short and easy. The room was clean and comfy with a coffee maker, toaster, fridge and a microwave. Wifi worked well in our room. Also the nice little breakfast included in our stay and the free parking helped save money big time. The only faults I had were hat the water took a while to warm up so definitely let in run for a few minutes to heat up a/c unit was in the window so we couldn’t really feel it with the curtains drawn while we got read, but those are the only little things. Awesome stay and would highly recommend and at the price you can’t go wrong!

Exactly what we wanted from a Niagara motel. Affordable, within walking distance of the Falls, with several food/drink options nearby. The heart-shaped jacuzzi in the room was also appreciated.

I loved that it was in a great location and had a jacuzzi in the room and was private affordable as well

I really enjoyed my stay here! My second day the attendant knocked on my door to replace my used towels with fresh warm ones. There’s also a great pool and jacuzzi attached on the top-right corner of the pool with some great jets that you can turn on if you’re looking for a massage. It’s also extremely close to the Fallsview entertainment complex and the falls is just down the road as well. Would definitely stay again - thanks guys!

Our stay was wonderful as always. I would recommend this Hotel. The owners are amazing and so helpful and friendly. This is a very pet friendly environment. The owners love my dog. The room is always clean. The woman always brings fresh towels. They always get right to an issue right away. Our TV Remote wasn't working with the TV and they fixed it right away. An amazing Hotel to stay at. We will be returning to this Hotel. This will be our regular Hotel that we will be staying at every time we come to Niagara Falls. The rates are amazing. Serenity Inn is one of the nicest B&B’s that I’ve stayed in. The rooms were spacious, very clean and beautifully designed. The front door and each of the rooms had key-code entry so we felt very secure. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked. We stayed in the king room which had the jacuzzi tub and shower. The kitchen was always available to us and was also well stocked. Each room had a mini fridge which pretty had everything you needed (and then some!) Everything we needed was available. There was a lovely gazebo in the backyard where we ate our breakfast that was enclosed by netting. It was lovely to be outdoors. There was also a picnic table and fire pit ready for use. The wifi worked well. There was plenty of parking available on the property as well. The Falls are only about a 10 minute walk away so the cars stayed put while we were there. Diana was an excellent host and Cosmi, Monica and Ed took such good care of us! Diana is a fabulous cook! Each breakfast was delicious. And the brownies….wow! The added touches were so appreciated! The Serenity Inn will be our go-to anytime that we are in the Niagara area. Thank you for making us feel so special during our stay!

I had an unforgettable time during my stay at Serenity Inn. Diana and her hosts are so thoughtful, sweet, and attentive. I genuinely consider them all friends and am planning a second trip to Niagara Falls soon and will stay with them again. The property itself is lovely and every detail to make a person feel pampered during their stay is considered. My friend and I booked the Family Suite, which had a master sized room, a cozy living room space, and a jacuzzi tub, all decorated and organized really nicely. We had access to shared spaces like the kitchen, the backyard, and lounges throughout the inn. Besides being greeted by and talking to the hosts, one of my favorite parts of the trip was the beautiful breakfast spread! They cook everything themselves and pour a lot of love into every guests orders. We even came home to freshly baked brownies after a long day of touring, which was such a sweet touch. Thank you so much for your hospitality. This was my favorite bread and breakfast experience and I can’t wait to come back!

I stayed here for one night and it was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from Niagara Falls, right next to a large river that flows toward the falls. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay away from the busy tourist center. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the hosts greeted us warmly and gave us a short tour of the property. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed – a private bathroom, air conditioning, a fridge with complimentary drinks, and strong WiFi. There was even a coffee machine and some snacks like cookies available in the shared kitchen downstairs. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. It was served in a lovely garden, and the hosts brought out delicious, generous portions of food. Everything was homemade, fresh, and full of flavor – we couldn’t have asked for more. There was also free parking available, which made things very convenient. The price was absolutely fair for the quality and comfort we received. Overall, this place is perfect for anyone who wants a cozy and peaceful stay near Niagara Falls. I would absolutely stay here again, and I highly recommend it to others.

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I have to say, I don't think I will ever stay at a hotel again. Diana and Ed made our experience so welcoming and memorable. As soon as you walk in you can really feel the pride they have taken in making this feel warm and welcoming. I was actually quite impressed how sound proof the rooms are. The room was immaculate, tidy and incredibly clean and spotless. I promise you will actually not want to get out of bed. I've never been so comfortable in a bed. If you wanna know what it's like sleeping on a cloud, you will find out here. Last and definitely not least. THE FOOD!!! we are not talking about some Denny's bacon and eggs here. All homemade and absolutely fresh. So much detail into everything. Fresh oranges sitting in already freshly squeezed orange juice is just a small detail. I promise you won't find a better breakfast restaurant alone than this. Ryan and I also want to thank Mona whom we also met. She ensures that place is spotless from top to bottom. I already had rebooked before even leaving. It's a true serenity. Thank you for such a wonderful experiences. We will be back in May for our anniversary. Thank you!

I have never felt so taken care of by strangers. From the moment we walked into the B and B, Diana and Cosmi were such incredible hosts. The property is completely renovated and super clean. The breakfast is incredible. Not only does each guest receive their own menu to choose from with many breakfast options, Diana is a great cook and the table even had other delicious items, like a cheese and meat charcuterie and delicious breads on the table for you to snack on while your breakfast is made fresh upon your arrival to the table. We were also lucky enough to have fresh midday banana bread and there was always coffee, tea and fruit available. The beds were comfortable and shower had great water pressure. There is no question Diana's heart is fully in this beautiful B and B. I can't wait to come back!
