Absolutely 5***** outstanding! An amazing hotel on every level. Incredibly friendly & helpful staff, the studio room on the top floor was brilliant - perfectly furnished and really comfortable. Dinner at La Tasca was fantastic and really nice experience. The breakfast with really great options on the menu was a perfect end to a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend, and hopefully will return again soon.

The Hotel is in the Centre of the City and has large rooms and bathrooms. Beds were perfect and rooms very clean. The rooms on the backside of the hotel were very quiet. The breakfast room (Dining place in the evening) was very style full. The entrance to the rooms is about 25 meters from the entrance to the restaurant/reception. Fruits at the breakfast and Jus' D'Orange were fresh and yoghurt tasted very good

Location was perfect for the Christmas Market and train station which were just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful , breakfast was busy so I was told I could wait in the bar which was fine even brought me and my friend a cup of tea while we waited. Wasn't long wait and breakfast was excellent.

This is the best hotel yet on our trip through Germany. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a good walk-in shower and cot already made up for our grandson. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. No request was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. No hesitation in recommending.

The breakfast was amazing! So many choices and everything was delicious. The location was perfect - close to the Hauptbahnhof, ubahn and bus stops. Also located next to the pedestrian zone - lots of shopping and restaurants.

The staff was ver friendly and accomdating. The room was neat, clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was also very good, especially for its price.

We chose Bomonti Nürnberg West Hotel for our one-night stay during our trip to PlayMobil FunPark. We were looking for high-quality, comfortable, and clean accommodation for me, my wife, and our two small children, and this hotel not only met but exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers great accessibility, including underground parking, which was a big plus. The rooms were stunning—clean, spacious, and with a fantastic bathroom. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. To top it all off, the breakfast was varied and absolutely delicious. We truly appreciated the effort that went into offering such a great meal to start the day. Overall, the value for money at Bomonti Nürnberg West is unbeatable. We highly recommend this hotel!

A perfect hotel for any needs. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The town, with restaurants and breweries, is within walking distance. Also, the breakfast was impeccable and the garage very convenient.

We had an overnight stay in Hotel Bomonti - Nürnberg when traveling back from Christmas holidays. The hotel is situated in the outskirts of Nürnberg. I stayed alone in a double-bed room that was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfy. The A/C serves for heating as well. There is buffet breakfast with a good selection of food. Helpful and friendly staff.

I stayed for four nights in a double bedroom. The front desk staff was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly! The room was very comfortable with a roomy bathroom and walk-in shower. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was extremely reasonable priced with a large selection of foods. The only thing that I was missing at this hotel was an outdoor seating area.

Friendly and helpful staff especially Mr. Łukasz. Clean and comfortable room with air-conditioning. Very close space to PlayMobil park. Breakfast was amazing and delicious.

This is an amazing and well thought place. It doesn't just have good location, great service, spotless cleanness; people who work there have been super helpful and warm - they made our two nights stay experience very special and memorable. The size of the room was good and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had everything we can think of and delicious. Each breakfast tables is telling an interesting story, we only heard one story this time and planning to go back to hear more. We needed a car parking for the first night, at the time we went back there wasn't any nearby spot available. The young man at the front desk volunteered to move the car for us once the convenient spot became available. The next morning, when we're ready to go the car was moved to the closest spot to the hotel front door! These are just a few things among the others. I'm sure that all well traveled people had many good hotel experiences, but Hotel Drei Raben is very special to all of us. We'll certainly come back again and recommend to our friends and families.

Beautiful boutique-style hotel and each room with unique style and story. The staff was really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They helped me with my luggage and booked a restaurant. I received upgrade to my room and it was phenomenal big, clean, with a great view and a beautiful clawfoot tub in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The location was a perfect few minutes walk to the central train station and within the walls of old Nuremberg and the city center, all main attractions within walking distance. They give a welcome chocolate, so nice. I fell in love with Drei Raben Hotel. Staying here made my trip to Nurenberg very special.

The most wonderful reason to stay at this property is because of the staff who work there. They are exceedingly warm and friendly and helpful fat more than most hotel establishments. My husband became sick and they directed us to a doctor . They offered us hotel umbrellas as we left for dinner. The night we arrived they recommended a German restaurant s short walking distance from the hotel and they asked if we would like them to call the restaurant for us . When we arrived at the restaurant our table was waiting. The host invited us to come for wine tasting . Everyone spoke English clearly and made us feel welcome. This is a boutique hotel and our room was decorated in a circus motif . The breakfast was free and although not elaborate, we were able to enjoy the usual favorites served at other German hotels. Be aware this is a small hotel so if big chain hotels appeal to you this might not be as fancy as you are accustomed to but the rooms and bathrooms are clean every day . I would only mention a half wall in the shower stall did not prevent the floor from getting wet.

This is an exceptional hotel; unbeatable for the professional, caring, helpful staff who go above and beyond. Truly amazing service where the staff's interest in your comfort and needs are sincere and genuine. There are lots of 'extras' that don't usually come with a hotel with its price point like the free drink each afternoon, the included breakfast which is not only tasteful in what's on offer but also presentation and table setting, the room extras which include robe, slippers, umbrella and toiletries that are not a combination soap and shampoo, and where hair conditioner and moisturiser are also provided (so welcome when you're travelling light). Chocolates every night on the pillow along with the bed turned down and footmat beside the bed were indeed special treats, as was the personalised welcome board. And the towels, so many!!! It's just a few minutes walk from the train station with all notable sights like cathedral, castle etc an easy most enjoyable walk through old town centre. Spoilt for choice of restaurants, eateries and bars close by. A very very special place!!!!

Hotel Drei Raben is a stylish hotel with a very pleasant, friendly atmosphere. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. During our stay, the staff went out of their way to help us with restaurant recommendations and bookings, information about museums in Nürnberg etc. The friendly atmosphere is in part fostered by a free drink for guests each evening – it was nice to meet and chat with other guests. The entire hotel is stylishly decorated, even down to the crockery on which breakfast is served. Breakfast is very good and includes hot food as well as a range of good quality fresh fruit, bread etc. Finally, the location of the hotel is excellent as it is located in the Alstadt, but only 5-10 minutes walk from the main train station.

Amazing stay, great location! We arrived early morning around 9:30, as we had an afternoon tour set up in Nuremberg that same day. Our room was ready upon arrival, front desk very helpful and friendly. We were shown to our room which was very clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with choices of cooked to order eggs along with fresh breads, fruit and yogurt. Hotel is Old Town, walkable from the main train station.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It is very close to the train station and right in the heart of Nuremberg. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was clean and just overall cute. The rooms were spacious. They even had two washers and one dryer that you could use for free on the first floor. The breakfast was delicious and they allowed you to order eggs the way you wanted and coffee. Overall it was such a great stay!

Friendly staff, the room is big, modern and clean. Great location with shops and restaurants next to the hotel. Easy use of washer and dryer, free. The breakfast is fresh and delicious.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was very professional and friendly. The design is very nice. The room very spacious. We asked for tea when the bar was closed and they had someone bring us a whole kettle, cups and tea bags to use for our stay in our room. The soaps in the bathroom smell nice. The restaurant was amazing for dinner and breakfast was also wonderful. They knew we we had our dog with us and they set up bowls, treats and a mat for her in our room when we arrived. The location is also fantastic right by the central Platz and the river. The parking is just across the street. We also loved the vouchers for ice cream.

First class hotel in a perfect location, at the heart of everything. Beautiful modern room. I had a balcony, which was well worth the extra expense. The pool and spa facilities are superb for relaxing. Breakfast is unique, with a personal buffet brought to your table plus whatever you would like to order. Helpful staff, lovely common areas. Perfect.

What I loved about this stay was the excellent customer service. Having direct access via WhatsApp for any requests was incredibly convenient, and the staff who welcomed me were kind and attentive. Another highlight was the breakfast area—it had an amazing view of the canal/river, creating a wonderful connection to the outdoors while enjoying your meal. The service from the waitstaff was exceptional, adding to the experience. I also appreciated how close it was to the Christmas markets—I didn’t have to walk far at all. The place had a super chic vibe and a pleasant, luxurious scent—an "expensive cool chic" kind of smell.

Wonderful hotel, modern clean rooms. The pool is amazing and the view from pool is wonderful. Had dinner in the restaurant it was exceptional, we had the fish soup, one of the best meals I’ve had in Europe.

The location was absolutely perfect, and the breakfast was provided with a la carte choices at the little attached diner next door. We had full choice of coffee and fresh teas. How delightful to have fresh peppermint and chamomile tea served by smiling faces. There was even fresh pressed juice available as well as eggs, bacon, fresh lachs, all kinds of fresh bread and rolls, pancakes with syrup and awesome meat and cheese platter with fresh cheese and Obatzda which was FANTASTIC! The rooms were large and comfortable with nice views out to old Town below. It was very convenient to grab the bus to go north for our two evening dinners out and within 15 minutes to the entire Northern half of the city.Lovely mini bar that was refreshed daily.Excellent friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very central and convenient, with private, safe underground parking just steps away. The parking spots are generously spacious, which made unloading luggage a breeze. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the burgers were delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The mojito was also surprisingly good, a great way to unwind in the evening. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions or requests.

Love this boutique hotel. It has everything that you would need. Rooms are spacious by European standard. Close proximity to everything in the city center. Water bottle is at no charge from the fridge/mini bar, everything else is for a charge including coffee/tea. Stay comes with a la carte breakfast. There's a list of items you can choose from. Breakfast was delicious. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. They speak English which helps. Reception area shares employees at the restaurant. You just have to ring the reception bell. They will also call a taxi for you prior to check out if you ask. My husband and I had a great stay here. Danke!

I liked this hotel a lot. When I was booking it, I thought that it’s a design hotel like a lot of hotels around. But when I arrived I found myself in an absolutely magic place. Breakfast is amazing. Eggs, all sorts of meat, cheese. Vegetables, juices. Coffee, tea and a lot more. The bed is very comfortable. Each bed has THREE pillows. Big, smaller and the smallest. And it’s so convenient) We had a balcony in our room with a terrace😊 nice bonus for relaxed evenings)) You can take the drinks from the bar in the restaurant on the first floor ( there is a fridge there) and have rest on the terrace. What impressed me really a lot is CLEANING! I have never NEVER seen and had in my life this kind of cleaning. All my clothes were folded.so accurate and caring. The bathroom is always “like the new one”:)) I can recommend to stay in this hotel cento percento 100%. Thank you for being so cool)) next time I come I will stay in this hotel again and again!

Loved the garden out back, the common room where the breakfast was, lovely 1970's & earlier decor. Quiet, friendly, helpful, good wifi (important). Great location, convenient to public transport & simply walking all over the city. Amazing breakfast, with variety from day to day.

Very home-like. Warm and cozy atmosphere. No elevator (fine for me but maybe some people have trouble). Simple, but very tasty and fresh breakfast. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Kind and helpful staff. Free shnaps at all hours, which was very fun. :-)

The location was very central, very close to everywhere. The staff is very kind and hospitable. Close to bus and train station but on a quiet street. Beautiful room, very comfortable that penthouse apartment roof lighting was very nice. The hotel has very good location, in a cozy and calm street. very close to 2 minutes walk to Metro Station Rennweg and Rathenauplatz. Hotel is very clean, having all the necessary facilities, it was cleaned every day. Hotel owner, Christina and her team is very nice and friendly. Breakfast was very good, delicious food, well served.

The room was very large, comfortable and super clean. Buffet breakfast was simple and good. I found the staff to be particularly attentive and helpful. The easy access to the tram station just two stops from the main train station made this the perfect location to get to the Nürnberg exhibition centre. For the price, this hotel is really good value, highly recommended.

Perfect location, very central and close to the central station, but also quiet. I had a room with a lovely view on the old city wall, everything inside felt modern and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if I travel to Nuremberg again.

We had a great stay here. It only took a few minutes to walk to the hotel from the train station. The hotel is big but with a personal touch. The decor is clean, well maintained and attractive. Or room was a good size, quiet, comfortable and immaculate with good views of the adjacent historic tower and the station area. Reception staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast (which starts at 06:30 so is good for early departures) was excellent.

My recent stay at this hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city centre, directly across from the main station and at the corner of the old town. This made it incredibly easy to explore the sights on foot. However, the central location also meant it was quite noisy, which is something to keep in mind. The welcome was great, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I had a specific request for a room with separate beds for the kids, and while they ultimately weren't able to find a suitable room for us, they genuinely tried their best to help. I could see them searching diligently on their computer, and I appreciated their effort. They did mention that to guarantee a room with separate beds, it's necessary to send a specific request to the hotel before your stay, as simply selecting the option when booking isn't always enough. This is a helpful tip for other families to keep in mind. The absolute best part of the stay was the delicious breakfast. There was an excellent variety of food available, with small portions that allowed me to try many different things, including dishes with artichokes, courgettes, and linseeds. It was a fantastic way to start our day.

Breakfast was THE MOST AMAZING we have ever experienced. There was so much choice, including a plethora of healthy options. Staff working in the bright and airy restaurant were all very friendly. Staff at Reception were equally friendly and very helpful. The hotel is located just inside the old walls which sheltered it from the train station, which is a very convenient 3 minute walk away.

This is a gem in the old town, just a 100-150m walk to Nurnberg HBF and other transport options. The loft room was spotless, the bedding was comfy and the shower pressure was great with superb hot water. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious.

Great location, this hotel is 2 minute walk from the nearest tram station. Lovely cafes located nearby and 10 minute walk from the Christmas market through the wonderful castle arch. The location was excellent and very close to the historic and commercial center of Nürnberg, basically five minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet street. The room was furnished with great elegance, the bed and the extra bed we required were both comfortable. The bathroom and toilet facilities were modern and the room was clean. The selection of breakfast was wonderfully rich, great selection of salami, meat, cheese, great variety of pastries. The staff at the reception and the dining room were polite, efficient and very helpful. Parking at the back of the hotel was convenient. All in all, Hotel Burgschmiet is a great place to stay and value for money.

The hotel was fantactic! I must stress out the restaurant! The buffet breakfast was variable, fresh and delicious! Two evenings there were few guests, hence the dinner was to be chosen out of 3 dishes. Children had a special menu to choose from. Everything was just delicious! The following two evenings was the weekend whith more guests, hence there was a dinner fuffet. And again, I was amazed. All the meals provided were absolutely delicious! The half board is definitely worth the money!

3rd visit to this hotel. Very close to Adidas, Puma, Nike outlets. Sport based theme to match it's surrounds. Nice large room, quality bedding and very comfy bed. Coffee/tea in room, 4 soft drinks and water included in the fridge. Evening meal was buffet. Breakfast was superb. Staff friendly and attentive. Lots of free parking directly outside hotel.

Very convenient location right next to the highway – perfect for travelers on the go. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with spacious rooms that make the stay very comfortable. We had a amazing stay at Hotel Knorz. We were warmly welcomed and even upgraded. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The playground on-site was very original and the playmobil to play with such a nice touch. A very kid-friendly hotel at walking distance from playmobil fun park. You also get a piece of paper to show at the park to get the 1€ reduction for the tickets to the park (which you currently book online) for the duration of your stay.

We had a great stay! The hotel facilities were very good and comfortable, and the outdoor area for kids was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were simply the best — even though we arrived late for breakfast, they kindly let us enjoy it at our own pace without rushing us. Truly amazing service! The location is also excellent, just a short distance from Playmobil Fun Park. Highly recommended!

Great Stay at Hotel Knorz! We had a fantastic time at Hotel Knorpf. Our room was very clean and spacious – perfect for our two adults and four kids. The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to Playmobil FunPark in Zirndorf. The wonderful garden with its kids' playground was a huge highlight, offering a perfect, shady retreat on hot summer days. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend for families!

AMAZING place to stay with young kids with the amazing garden (but I am probably not the only person raving about the garden / play area). The morning / breakfast staff were WONDERFUL. Super helpful, friendly and even helping us to some coffee and fruit when we had to stay a bit longer because of family issues.

I loved the room - spacious, exceptional design (huge) and super comfy. The breakfast was also 'wow'. I loved the blender for smoothies & veggies + excellent espresso.

The team was exceptionally helpful, flexible and anticipated needs. Dinner in the restaurant was superb. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery. The standard rooms have a good size plus balcony. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the gardens was very calming.

Nice hotel, sport theme everywhere, big spa area, nice breakfast, restaurant with terrace, really big and comfortable rooms (2 connected to each other because of the family rooms).

Such a great find! It is a wellness hotel so tremendous gym equipment, pool, cold plunge and sauna. Massage and beauty appointments available also. Even a tanning bed. Expansive breakfast selection with many different types of brats and other European breakfast items. Restaurant on site.

Super-friendly staff and a very clean hotel a short and nice walk from the old town. The breakfast was delicious with lots of home-made and/or local delicacies and the location is perfect, especially for anyone arriving by car, with easy access to the larger roads whilst still in a central and super-quiet location. Our whole family (including our dog) loved it and we would love to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The hotel is quiet, very clean, tidy. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located a bit out of the center, a 10-minute walk, and for me it is the ideal location. A big advantage, there is plenty of free parking on the street, which is along the river and this is a serious bonus in the romantic section. Another advantage is that there is a subway station right outside the hotel.

I love my stay in Hotel Prinzregent. Alex is the best! It’s my first time visiting Nuremberg and he is very helpful and very knowledgeable in recommending places I must experience and go to. He has an amazing presence at the reception which makes you feel truly welcomed … Angie is amazing in making sure I had the warmth of home and cleanliness in my room as soon as I go back from a long happy day exploring the Old Town. And the breakfast is super delicious. I didn’t know German food could be that delightful to the mouth and to my heart ( their version of the humus is my favorite, it brought warmth and tenderness to my heart, literally.. the servers at the breakfast are good too .I felt happy and grateful learning how to use the plate for eggs , it’s my first time seeing it and the lady server taught me how to use it when I felt curious and asked her about it

Beautiful little hotel right outside the old town. Very clean and well maintained. Room was spacious with lots of daylight and high ceilings. We had two extra bed but it still felt spacious and it was a perfect stop for our family of 4. The breakfast had a good selection and many home made additions and they even had little surprise for the children - very appreciated!

The hotel is in a quiet part of the city with very easy access to the subway and tram. The main train station is only one subway stop away, and access to the old city is one block away from the hotel entrance. The interior of the hotel is very attractive, and the single room I stayed in was comfortably spacious for one person. Breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold foods and drinks. All the staff were friendly and helpful!

This place is 10/10. Everything was perfect. The bed is unbelievably comfortable. The breakfast and restaurant is high quality. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I haven't been that satisfied with a place like that for a long while.

Great location and facilities at the hotel. Very nice outside area with a self-service bar (with free coffee). Spacious rooms and the owner was very kind. We tried their restaurant on the opposite side of the hotel, very tasty tapas for a fair price.

Beforehand I was doubtful about a digital check in, but it was all very straightforward and easy. The hotel room was lovely - a good size, comfortable, nicely furnished/decorated, and had everything we needed, including a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast (in the restaurant directly opposite) was great. Parking in the streets around the hotel was plentiful, and because we were there at the weekend, free. If you’re travelling by car, the Kepos is a great place to stay for visiting Nuremberg, Bamberg and Coburg. We were really sorry only to be staying overnight. I’d definitely recommend the Kepos and stay there again.

Hosts were super flexible and made sure my room was available an hour early as I was carrying a heavy bag. What a great find, such sweet little touches made this a really great stay. Liked the tea station in my room, the cold water in the fridge and the espresso bar in the garden. It was really warm, shower pressure great, and bed super comfy. Easy walk from the station as a solo traveller. The digital keycards were interesting as my data had stopped but they also gave you the option to take a standard card as well. Excellent bed and shower!!! There was even the steam iron provided inside the wardrobe, you don't have to be worried about your clothes. Amazing smell of non-chemical cleanliness. And I love the tea-coffee section in the room as well, very unique and environmental friendly.

A really lovely clean hotel in the perfect location next to the market square. We had an inward facing room so cannot comment on street noise but there is only very little bus traffic passing the hotel front. The whole hotel was very clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful. A very nice breakfast room is offered, there is also a nice relaxed coffee lounge where you are entitled to one free coffee. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The bed was lovely but be aware that the four pillows are all quite flat. A nice TV with a good choice of TV and Radio channels is wall mounted. The bathroom was a comfortable size, with a large shower that was powerful and hot. Plenty of good towels are provided. We really enojyed this hotel and hope to stay again should we have another stay in this very beautiful city.

This hotel is perfectly positioned in the old town and has a parking garage. I have a disability and needed a walkin shower and we needed two beds. They gave us a family suite with two bedrooms and a gorgeous walk in shower. Katherine at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. This hotel had lovely amenities in the room. Tour buses, the tour train and tacos are all outside the front door. We were on the 5th floor facing away from the square. It was very quiet for a busy area. They have breakfast for a few but no restaurant. There is a bar and free coffee and tea in the morning. All in all, a great experience.

One of the most convenient hotels to stay for the optimum old town experience. It’s so close to the train station you can take a taxi and taxis are right outside the hotel as well when you need to get somewhere. The rooms are on the smaller side but nicely appointed and clean. The tubs could be hard for people to step in and out of if you are short or have mobility issues - the breakfast is next level! Make sure you try everything ! They even have a coffee bar for to go coffee if you are in a rush and don’t have time for breakfast. Staff can speak multiple languages including English.. great service for the price would stay here again.

Location, location, location. I knew the location was going to be good when I booked but not this good. It's right across from the Hauptmarkt and the Schöner Brunnen fountain. We had a Jr. suite and it was on the first floor with windows looking out over the Christkindlesmarkt, fantastic view over all the festivities. When we arrived, we were early for check in and I was just hoping to be able to store our luggage, but the desk person informed me that our room was ready and so we were fortunate to be able to check in early. The room was spacious and comfortable, great shower, and had a nice comfy and warm feather bed. During our trip we were stranded in an outlying area of Nuremberg, so we called the hotel and they helped get a taxi to our location. I really can't say enough about how friendly and willing to assist the front desk staff was. If I was ever in Neuremberg again I'd stay at this hotel, no question. Way to go Sorat Hotel Saxx Nurnberg, you do hospitality right.

This hotel is so nice! Location is perfect, the staff is very kind. The room is kind of small, but it was ok for 2 nights. It's very clean, good sheets, comfortable bed. The shower is very good! Bathroom is good, size good, very clean. The hotel exceeded my expectations! And there is parking available at the hotel. Everything was perfect.

This hotel, located in a quiet area, is brand new and very clean. The rooms are modern and comfortable. I slept very well, as it is really quiet, no noise at all! They have a bar, and the breakfast is good. To summarise: it is an excellent modern mid-range hotel, no luxury, but nothing missing. Last but not least: the staff is extremely friendly and professional! I like very much this hotel and recommend it with no reserve. It deserves a 5 as perfect in its category.

Our German office booked our rooms and they didn't disappoint. Modern, great beds but very soft pillows. There's noise from the main road (which didn't bother me at all). The thermostat works well, but I prefer fresh air. So I had a window open during the night - even when temperatures dropped to -1C. Walk in shower is big, plenty of room in the bathroom. Also plenty of room to store your clothes. Breakfast: self service but: mini pastries, fresh rolls, streaky bacon-local mini sausages-scrambled/boiled eggs, plenty of juices to choose from. Coffee machines. Cold meats and cheeses, lots of different cereals and müsli. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Bonus: you can request a 1-2 day travel ticket for public transport, free of charge. And you can claim a free (non alco) drink per day's stay. Bear in mind there is nothing else to eat/snack apart from 3 different kinds of Flammkuchen. And they don't like it if you order elsewhere to be delivered. But: there's a Novotel next door and they have a restaurant.

I stayed for a week in early March, 2017. On the outside the hotel looks spartan, but it turns out that it's modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and included in the room. They also provide metro passes. In addition, the service is top notch. I highly recommend the hotel. Note that they only set up food for breakfast, although they do have a small bar and offer a few snacks in the evening. (The Novotel next door has a restaurant, although it's a little over-priced.)

Very simple hotel but very clean and amazing friendly staff!! I loved it. I stayed one night for business but wish stayed longer. Breakfast eas very good and the service was amazing. The bar is open 24 hrs. They do not have a restaurant but offer pizza/bread it is also very close to the convention center so ideal

I stayed at the NumberOne for a business trip and was very pleased. The hotel room was offering all of the services needed for a business trip. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and always there for you, with a great smile and cares about the guest. The hotel is very clean! The breakfast buffet is very good as well. Great coffee machines that offer a variety of options. The selection of bread, meats, cereal, and cold cut is above average. They offered about 10 different high quality juices. The hotel is about 8 minutes away from the Nuernberg fairgrounds and the U-Bahn system. The hotel room included free tickets for the public transportation system. Excellent extra! The hotel room does not include a phone (I don't think it is needed) and you will not find an iron and ironing board. I did not not need one any way. Overall, a definite 10 out of 10!

The location is easy to find and in a lovely area, not to far from Autobahn, but in a quiet village setting. The property is super nice with so many original features, it like stepping back in time. The rooms are very nice and have a cosy individual feel. With a good shower and WC. The beds are comfy with fresh crisp linen. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice and hot coffee. Our evening meal was taken in the beer garden which is very nice and relaxing, The food was traditional local style with good portions and friendly service. The owners are welcoming and speak perfect English. We look forward to returning.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Der Schwan for one night during our journey from Berlin to Milan, and it was truly a delightful experience. Traveling with my mother and our dog, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival, even though we were delayed due to traffic. The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, ensuring we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. What stood out the most was how dog-friendly this hotel is. Not only was our dog greeted with kindness, but we were also allowed to bring him along to breakfast, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely delicious, with a variety of high-quality options. The hotel itself is stunning, with a charming ambiance and beautifully designed interiors. Our room was cozy, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, providing the perfect space to relax after a long drive. From the excellent service to the attention to detail, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. If you’re looking for a welcoming and stylish place, Hotel Der Schwan is an absolute gem. Highly recommended!

Good location - easy to find. Our room had old furniture, which we loved! The mattress was great. Bathroom was modern and roomy. Staff was very friendly. Loved the breakfast buffet. Had the option to decline maid service (in exchange for a free drink at the bar, which we chose not to get). Ate dinner at the restaurant twice, and it was delicious!

Modern, comfortable hotel located steps from the train station and close to one of the gates to the old city. We were able to walk everywhere in the Altstadt. Big windows, good wifi, strong shower, and a choice of pillows. Staff were friendly and efficient. The little restaurant behind the bar served the best nonbreakfast food we've ever had in a hotel. We got dinner from room service one night and then went back for dinner in the restaurant the next night. (Try the lamb burek!)

Great location! Very close to the main train station and the old town. Clean, comfortable and wonderful staff. Tasteful, well appointed room. Bit of an odd layout but as it was a corner room, it worked fine. Bedding was very comfortable. Adequate storage spaces. Real nice perk having a coffee pod machine in the room! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Great variety and all top quality. Must try the chef made preserves!! (Tip: skip the liquid scrambled eggs)

I appreciated the excellent central location, the modern and very clean rooms, and the staff who were friendly and efficient — just as many guests have mentioned: “Great location, very close to Old Town, modern clean rooms, friendly staff.” However, I was disappointed with how the payment was handled: the full amount was charged to my card at the time of booking, and then, upon arrival, I was charged again at the reception. I was told that I would receive the refund within a week, but I don’t find this to be a very fair policy, especially since the double transaction caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. It’s an uncomfortable experience, particularly for a hotel known for good service. I hope the refund process will be completed quickly and without further issues.

Everything, the room was spacious, clean, modern and chic and the location was perfect! Right opposite old town, literally next to the central train station. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We asked for rooms away from the lift high floor and facing the courtyard and got everything we requested. If it wasn’t for a promo price I think the hotel would be expensive given the comfort of our stay
