We had a quick turnaround and needed a place to stay, and we chose The Odessa Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. The staff is extremely welcoming, there is a wonderful on-site restaurant, and plenty of parking (including a parking garage) which every corner of the property made me feel safe. Check in and check out was very smooth, and the room (and entire property) was extremely well kept. Beds comfortable, showers hot and great pressure, and plenty of room in the room for family and I to spread out. Right outside the property is a Starbucks and a Torchy's Tacos which are open pretty early and late, so there was a minimal need to drive off site. The bar on-site is amazing, if he is there, ask for the Archie (made by a bartender named Archie) and you will not only have an amazing drink, but a story about a locally famous drink to take home.

The girl at the front desk was so sweet. I was frustrated after a long day and having trouble finding the entrance. She was so patient with me over the phone giving me directions and greeted me so warmly when I checked in. The restaurant staff at Barrel & Derrick were awesome as well. They exemplified exceptional hospitality. The bartender was very friendly and taught me a lot about the area. Also, the property is gorgeous and my room was impeccable. By far the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. And wayyyyy better than advertised which is super rare! Super clean and well maintained. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for me.

Such a great hotel! Staff is super friendly and helpful. A brand new building, smells new and fresh. Contemporary art on walls, modern fixings, huge windows. Restaurant and bar are In chic style. Gym equipment has lots of work out machines. High ceilings, open hallways. It was a pleasure to stay in here.

Amazing hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The serve great breakfast with fresh fruit. The hotel is clean and very presentable. We stayed here twice and each time the service gets better. It’s our go to hotel in the great city of Odessa, TX

Excellent (For a Best Western Plus)! The breakfast lady was like a welcoming mother or grandma. There was an unexpected good self-serve coffee machine that made cappuccino, expresso, latte etc, (thank god not just boring drip coffee), Texas-shaped make your own waffle station, small yogurt cups with fresh fruit strawberry/blueberries. Assorted of teas, fluffy eggs, potato wedges etc. All very tidy and neat and well replenished because of friendly breakfast lady. The hotel itself was NOT near a major I-20 freeway (perhaps only 6 minutes away) and near a quieter main busy street. I liked that the hotel was set back from the main road. Easy access to airport (11 mins) and university and newer stores/newer developed decent area of Odessa. Plenty of parking. Room tidy and bathroom the same. Good job housekeeping.Check-in person(s) and check-out person:No issues. Team seemed to take pride in their jobs at this location and customer service oriented. Also fresh apple/fruit/juice machine etc. Lots of good lighting in the parking lot at night.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating. Maria is an asset to the breakfast because it’s like homemade. Requests were made and fulfilled. The property location was close to restaurants and far enough from I20 to feel safe on the premises at different times of the day and evening. It is well maintained and clean.

This hotel offered all that we needed and the staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was excellent and the time offered was perfect! The rooms were clean and comfortable and inviting.

The hostess was very nice and provided 2 bottles of water and a review of the amenities at check in. The suite was large and had a very nice L shaped couch with an extra chair and large table. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and the fan was very quiet. The fridge was a good size but a freezer would have been nice. There are not as many t.v. channels as other hotels in the area; no hallmark but there was HBO. The entrance and bath had very nice wood flooring. The hotel is non smoking and no pets allowed so it was very clean. They’re numerous parking spaces so it was easy and safe to park. I really liked the proximity to restaurants, and highly recommend this hotel

This is a very clean and nice hotel. The staff are so friendly they make you feel like you are family. Have to mention 2 especially front desk afternoons, Iesha and Adela, the lady who was in charge of the full breakfast. It is a very nice breakfast, a lot to choose from and all is fresh

The positives: the location is very nice - new apartments and restaurants all around. It is a straight jump over to the newest part of Midland too about 12 miles. The lobby area has a nice business area with computers and tables. The room is roomy and everything was clean. The shower was wonderful!! The negatives: the price was out of this world crazy!!!!! There is not breakfast or cocktail hour - just a crazy out of this world price. Two days - Monday and Tuesday- it was $700! We ended needing to stay an extra night, but they wanted another 300+ for that night. There is a lot of work going on around the area, so some of the hotels seem to be taking advantage of the desperation. Also, the pool was dirty and the elevator felt like it was going to break down any minute. The cleaning staff was friendly, and the front desk workers were friendly just not talkative.

I loved staying in this hotel so very much with its warm, welcoming and accommodating staff. Top notch! Five star! The hotel room and outside fire pit and pool, lobby, bistro, exercise room was all so nice. I had to be in Odessa longer than expected due to helping with my critically ill mother who had to have life threatening surgery. After some very stressful days in the hospital...it helped me so much to be able to come back at night to my beautiful and comforting hotel and room. The staff made me feel so welcome and were very helpful with every aspect of my stay. I will always stay at Courtyard Mariott hotel Odessa anytime I need to come back to stay for a while. I also felt very safe in this hotel and had plenty of restaurant and store choices in the area. Every staff member that I interacted with was excellent and so helpful and friendly. I did not feel like a stranger in this hotel. They truly care about their residents. Thank you all so much. The manager sets the standard and I appreciate him especially so very much. He reached out after I had left to be sure all was well and to let me know that he would be there to help the next time I needed to stay in Odessa. It is a treasure in Odessa.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the night shift girl. Z. This hotel has gone down hill over the last year or so. The front desk in the mornings is by far the worst. I believe the manager dislikes us, the guests. She made me feel like I was bothering her, even at check in. No cold air in room, phone didn't work, elevator didn't work, tvs in breakfast area didn't work. Breakfast for us was yogurt, cold coffee, pastries and frozen sandwiches. Awful. Z was energetic, hepful, friendly and her energy was contagious. She apologized for all the things that went wrong for us, made us coffee extremely early, was attentive and was the only positive person that we came in contact with during our stay. Fortunately and unfortunately. Please give this girl a raise.

Another great stay at the Courtyard in Odessa. The room was large and clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The room was quiet and checkin was quick and easy. The hotel is also in a great area, plenty of restaurants nearby and only 10 minutes from the airport.

I like everything about Courtyard from cleanliness, working room phone, working TV remote, nice walk in shower, close to restaurants and shopping centers. Always fresh and clean. I love the sofa bed, it’s comfy and sits 2 people. I will continue to stay at Courtyard as I continue to travel.

A friend and I was visiting odessa for A few days. We booked our stay here, check In was simple and fast. Front desk staff Member Myesha Is very friendly, helpful, and professional, which also made the stay more enjoyable. clean room, clean bathroom, very spacious, one of the nicest comfort suites I've stayed in yet. i highly recommend this property and will be staying at this location again in the future, its very close to a mall and restaurants. two thumbs up!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a problem with no phone on night stand and the business phone on the desk didn't work. It was taken care of immediately. There was an apology given. I was met with a warm greeting by all the staff I encountered during my stay. I received a phone call shortly after I arrived in my room to see if everything was ok. Easy check out a copy of my bill was left under the door overnight. The breakfast was ok, limited selection. The coffee cups were small and coffee from a machine. I would stay at this location again

I would stay here. Good locations with stores and restaurants near this hotel. Room was clean until we had to move the sofa there were packets of cigarettes under the soft and it was dirty. Breakfast was good and the coffee was good too. beds and pillows were comfy. the only downside was the pool was no open

Had a quiet stay. Unfortunately there was a staff shortage so some services were lacking. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay again when I travel in this area. The price for the room is a very good deal.

We were in Odessa for the PBIOS. Of course the rates were majorly hiked up. The facility was nice and clean though. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Very helpful. The breakfast was just your normal continental but everything was fresh.

Room seemed clean, except the floor was a little gritty. But that's hard to avoid in Odessa. The bed was awesome and clean. Slept great. Front desk and housekeeping services were very friendly. My only complaint is with the breakfast. Apparently they only make so much eggs, sausage, biscuits, etc., and although they say breakfast lasts until 10:00, when I arrived at breakfast at 8:45, the biscuits and sausage were gone and there weren't many eggs left. I noticed as I ate that no additional food was prepared. Snooze you loose at breakfast at this place. Otherwise it was a good stay.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and i was very pleased. I started with being greeted very warmly. I truly appreciated such a wonderful welcome. Next, the room was very nice and clean and a comfortable bed. There isn't much of a view, but that is an Odessa issue, not a hotel issue. The breakfast was enjoyable. The only thing missing was complimentary water. There are 2 water fountains on the main floor, but Odessa water does not taste very good.

Hotel is always clean and the staff is great. Their bar/grill is awesome and the food is delicious. I love their there 24 hour coffee bar in the lobbey. The workout gym is equipped with new machines that can give you a good enough workout to keep you fit while traveling.

Room was spacious and clean, and very well designed. The beds are comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly upon check-in. Close to highway and shops for easy access. Like every hotel there are a few cosmetic things but nothing that would ever stop me from staying here again.

This Holiday Inn appears newly remodeled or is new itself. The front desk staff were more than accommodating; they were very friendly and helpful, even giving us directions and suggestions to avoid traffic. There is a large, open lobby as well as a small restaurant in the building. The rooms are quite small, but the decor provides everything one would need with plenty of hooks for hanging items and outlets galore for all your devices. The bathroom is very small, but the vanity is large enough to handle all your personal toiletry items. The flooring is a vinyl wood plank type that I thought would cause sound to travel, but it did not. The rooms were very quiet and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. Pillows of different sizes and thicknesses were provided. Everything was immaculately clean. The only issue was with the “blackout” shade which was apparently not properly installed since it let in light from the parking lot. We did not discuss this issue with the management since we left early the next morning for a flight out of Midland airport, only a 15 minute drive away. Also, be aware that it is very difficult to enter the hotel except from one direction. You cannot cross over the median in front of the hotel and there is no access road behind it, but you can go around and underneath an overpass and enter from the opposite side.

Like the no carpet design. Easy to keep the room clean and bug free. Restaurant with a bar was convenient but need longer breakfast dinning hours. People on vacation usually don't get up early enough to enjoy it. Nice place to stay.

Room was big an clean, comfortable beds, nice and clean shower, friendly personnel the only issue was swimming pool was out of service during my stay, but other than that no complains.

The property was very clean and the room was excellent! The check in was a breeze and all of the staff I came in conact with were super friendly and welcoming. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept like a baby! The neighboorhood is very quiet at night so there were no loud noises to hinder your sleeping.

Pleasurable The microtel was nicely affordable, not far from my son's house. The property was nice and the hospitality that was given was amazing. The room was comfortable and was clean and the bed was comfortable best sleep I got in a long time.

Didn’t expect much arriving here, but was suprised when I walked into my room. Very cozy and appeared clean enough. Staff was friendly and helped me when needed to make reservation changes on the fly. Would recommend staying here if on a budget.

Our room was CLEAN!! We bring our own Microban and used a white towel to wipe ever touchable surface, the towel was still pristine!!! The front desk was always friendly and the ladies who run the breakfast are fantastic, clean,friendly and delicious, surprisingly good eggs, sausage, gravy,everything was fresh and hot .I didn't have my glasses on and I was messing up the waffle station, in a flash help was there with no judgment, lol We will always stay with you when we are in town! If you need to stay somewhere clean and comfortable stay at this hotel in Odessa. Breakfast was good and service was on point. In the front desk was clean and lobby smelled really good. The pillows were clean and comfortable the bed felt good too.

The property overall is perfect for me - great amenities, cleanliness, large comfortable rooms, great breakfast, on and on. What keeps me coming back however is the staff. Every single individual here treats me like family and genuinely so . They all are professional very courteous and just plain fun. It's a great hotel and I've stayed in many others.

The stuff was perfect. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good - waffle, cereal and bread. Not for a vacation, for a stop on the road.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Felt very comfortable. Backside parking could be a little more lit up but everything was very clean and quiet. Disappointed in the breakfast buffet. Everything tasted old and stale. However the lady cooking the omelets was on point. I highly recommend having her make you an omelet they were delicious. Overall I certainly enjoyed the stay. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the food on the breakfast buffet.

This property was delightful! I’ll start with the potential for improvement. The property is old, so it looks and feels outdated. Additionally, the massive indoor/outdoor pool causing the indoor common space to be very humid. Aside from that however, this place is wonderful! We booked the Hot Tub Suite and were so pleased with the space of the room! The massive jetted tub was pure bliss and a joy for our toddler. The king bed was very comfortable and despite the amenities being right outside our door, it was very peaceful at night. The breakfast selection was expansive and very tasty and the staff were so kind and attentive. The children’s play structure was very enjoyable for our daughter and spacious enough for adults to accompany littles. We highly recommend!

We chose the king room with a hot tub for one night. Just need some space to relax, reconnect, and have us time. The service was great. Very informative and kind. The amenities were nice like two free drinks per person per room and the full out breakfast in the morning. The cleanliness was good and the bed was comfortable. Yes, it is a bit loud until 10 pm but this is a family oriented hotel. However when 10pm hits they shut it down and it gets quiet. Overall this is one of our favorite places to stay when we just need a break.

The hotel is conveniently located in town behind the mall. It’s a newer property and well maintained. The hotel was quiet and the front desk clerk friendly. Overnight the firm bed was comfortable minus the wimpy pillows. The room was large with a modern, clean kitchen. Very livable for an extended stay.

I have stayed in over 1000 hotels and this hotel is one of the best values for money. Decent pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, breakfast buffet and a willing, able and helpful staff. If you like quiet request a 1 br suite or room on the inside and for convenience to your car book outside room. Easy parking complimentary.

The king suite was very nice! We did have issues with the breaker flipping on the jacuzzi tub but, the manager was very quick to come and resolve that for us. The indoor facilities were very nice like the indoor pool, ping pong, mini golf etc. there’s a nice bar on the first floor also. I felt safe there. A portion of the hotel is outside and that made me happy I was inside where the suites were. The staff were wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable! Room was spotless! The staff, the breakfast, the activities, entertainment and cleanliness were all great perks. The room was beautiful with French doors and nice colorful walls! I’ll definitely stay here again. And easy access to shopping and the highway!

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious. Room was clean except for hard to get areas such as behind beds. We found hair products in our room from a previous guest. The beds were comfortable, but only 2 pillows per bed. I typically use more than 1 pillow, so it would've been nice to have at least 3 pillows. It was quiet and no outside disturbances such as traffic, etc. The breakfast was good, typical American breakfast. The only bad thing I really noticed was the hotel grounds. There was a lot of trash and cigarette butts on the grounds.

Nice newer hotel very clean quiet with restaraunt bar next door. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean with nice cool water on 100+ degree day in Odessa,TX. Pet friendly which is a plus Highly recommend.

Had a great stay due to the great staff. Amanda G, and Josie were so friendly and helpful. Amanda in the evening was helpful as well. They are very patient and respectful. I was shocked to see kids using the lobby as a jungle gym, but the staff was super composed. Thank you to the ladies who made a delicious breakfast. My only suggestion would be to change the curtains in the room. They hang over the ac unit and there was no way to close the blackout curtains. I had to use binder clips due to just a thin see-through curtain up. I made it work for me, but talked to Amanda G. At the front desk and she said she would have maintenance look at it. Stellar service y'all!

Our room type was a king + sofa bed + tub/shower, and had ample space for 2 adults and 2 teen-sized kids. However, we were given only 2 towel sets and no bedding for the sofa bed (I had to get them from the front desk, which was very frustrating after a long day's drive). We enjoyed the hot breakfast and fresh coffee. Having the pizza restaurant nearby was a lifesaver!

We usually stay here when we are passing through. Rooms are pretty clean! The beds were very comfortable. And it's a very peaceful stay. It is also pet friendly. It has a nice little area for the dogs out front. And the hotel is in a convenient location.

It’s clean & convenient. I was booked on the second floor & the elevator was out. My husband was injured & could not use the stairs. They were able to change our dim to the first floor. It was greatly appreciated. They could improve breakfast.

My husband has been staying there during the week for work purpose and every Monday morning when heading back down to Odesa he request that I book his room only at this Super 8 He says its very clean and the staff is very friendly.

First time traveling to Wtx and this was the property suggested for me to stay. What I loved about this property my room was clean & spacious… (very comfortable bed), affordable, friendly and helpful staff. Also great water temperature in your shower. I love that you have to have “key card” access to getting inside the building. I felt safe knowing NOT just anyone could get inside the building. I loved that my room provided kitchen amenities. Overall I was very pleased with the location and my room.

This will be my second booking at this location. Friendly and helpful staff. The attendant switched my rooms for my convenience with no problem. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable as always. I also love that this property is within short driving distance to eating restaurants and movie theatre.

I am going to refer my family and friends about WoodSpring Suites and tell them to ask for Carmen. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Rooms were very clean and kept up. I was skeptical at first but the hotel staff made the stay like being home. We had to stay for several months due to work and relocating. Very affordable and convenient to food and shopping.

Wow, the place was pretty beat up. Staff was friendly and attentive when I asked for extra towels, toilet paper, and a blanket. The vending machines have good, candy, chips, and drink options, and they take credit cards. My room was pretty beat up, but the great thing was that it was super quiet. You can't even hear the train pass by regularly, which is right across the highway. I'm not one for lavish rooms as I am always out and about during my travels. I would stay here again with no issues. There are no random or homeless people walking around, and everyone keeps to themselves. It is very quiet in a secure location. There is a bar connected to the lobby, with the coldest bottle beers I've come across in a long time. Till next time, Travelodge! We will be back!

Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well and I liked how quiet it was. This is an older property and could use some minor cosmetic repairs. Everything worked as designed.

Well, this what I expected for hotel in the area. No real surprises of any kind. Staff they are friendly. Something you frequently don't find in the area.

Well, in occasions things (Like soap, wash towel, or coffee cups) are missing. But, if you ask they will provide them for you.

This gets the top stars rating. This just opened in August. Is is clean and better than ever. The handicap rooms now have two queen instead of just a king. There is no nasty carpet..well designed too. I have stayed in tons of hotels so trust me when I tell you it is awesome. The staff from handiman, housekeepers to the front desk welcomed you asked you if there is anything they could do. Welcoming when you come back into their hotel. Big spacious place to hang. Many outside places to sit qnd enjoy. Bbqs to cook on. I just loved this hotel. You wont be disappointed.. Down side no Hot Tub Or Jacuzzi.

Nice, modern chic interior design, delicious breakfast, which included fresh fruit, cinnamon buns, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, country potatoes (pancake machine makes tiny pancakes perfect size for little kids). The only thing that I noticed was that the floor in my room had a small stain, not sure if it was juice or soda stain near the desk area when I arrived, wish it were mopped. I like this hotel and will continue to stay here in the future, convenient that it’s right off the interstate. Staff is very friendly. I would give them a 4.9 only because of the stain on the floor and there was no extra toilet paper refill.

Very friendly staff both day and evening. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Quality bath products. Great breakfast options but not well maintained. Eggs and sausage were empty for our meal but not sure if due to the worker that am. Would recommend; best hotel yet on our 2 day road trip.

Great stay, staff was friendly, room and restroom was clean. Will say that I wish the breakfast bar stayed stocked all the way until 10:00 A.M., we went down around 9:30 A.M. both mornings and there was almost nothing left on hot bar or in fridge.

Amazing overnight stay. Here in business the hotel was quiet and quaint which was wonderful for virtual meetings. The restaurant staff will blow you out of the water at the shrimp boat. They had 2 large parties over 30 people when we walked in with only about 3 staff on duty. They continuously checked on us offered us salad bar for the long wait. There was a definite language barrier with the restaurant staff but that did not stop them from sending out an amazing meal and checking on us to have continuous refills. Check in ana check out were wonderful. Wish the check in process was better it makes you nervous to check into a new hotel when the front desk staff is scowling at all the guests. She was bice to talk to but not very personable

My son plays football for UTPB. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast is superb. Justine was friendly and professional at the front desk. Lots of parking space. The bed was comfortable. I will stay here again

I booked a balcony room for a staycation. Check in went smooth, and the clerk was very nice and accommodating to our late check out. Our room was clean with a nice view of the pool/hot tub area that included trees, and a fire pit going once it got dark. It almost felt like we weren’t in Odessa. It was a great room for a great price. This is our second time booking the Elegante and I definitely recommend. We did not go to the buffet because it’s Father’s Day and we have plans outside of the staycation, but we frequent the Oasis grill and we love it.

Everyone was so nice. The hotel was very close to the park where the softball tournament was at so that was really convenient, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast for the upcharge was worth it. Will stay here again.

Great location for the airport. Very good facilities with a bar and restaurant. It was comfortable, quiet, clean and has ample parking. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very good value compared to other places in Midland. Would certainly stay there again.

We've stayed at this hotel several times. Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. They offer an above average breakfast. There is a small friendly bar on site and a great Indian Restaurant.

It was comfortable, clean, quiet and well-located .8 miles from the airport, perfect for a brief overnight stop on a journey. There is complimentary airport shuttle service but only 6am-10pm. The restaurant, hours unclear to me, serves great Indian food. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Clean quiet and comfortable , and affordable and convenient location makes this a great deal . The hotel staff was friendly and appreciative . The hot breakfast was good . Being a truck driver I see my share of hotels. I will stay here again when in the area .

The room was as advertised. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff was very helpful. My only issue was the bed as it was extremely firm and the pillows had no real firmness. It would have been nice to have a jacuzzi on-site, but I knew this going in.

Excellent one night stay. Plenty of well-lit parking, convenient location behind a strip mall (with several food choices), felt safe even with a late check in. Check in and out was smooth and friendly. Room was a good sized suite that was clean and well maintained. Having a kitchenette and some real plates and utensils was a step up from the usual hotel class even for just one night. Bed and room environment was comfortable, had a good night's sleep. Good value and stay, would definitely return.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Sleeping area was separated from the living and kitchen area. Good location with many restaurants within walking distance. Located near the University that has an amazing Stonehenge replica on property. The one caveat about the room is the tub/shower combo. There are no grips on tub surface and no bath mat. Upon entering tub/shower, I slipped and injured my leg resulting in a giant hematoma, golf ball sized. Reported this to front desk, showing him the injury on my leg. He said there was nothing he could do and management would be in touch. We checked out. Never received a call. After a week of many unanswered calls, we finally did get a hold of someone and the manager did return our call. She had not been informed of the incident and was apologetic. Issue was resolved. I would recommend if no mat is in bath, use a towel on the base of tub to prevent slipping. Also, there is a large mall type parking area and we were not informed there was a charge for parking. Presently it is $3.87.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton are very nice accommodations for travelers in Odessa Texas. Single rooms are built like suites with kitchenette and living room. Amenities were helpful if you want to exercise, wash laundry, breakfast, or hang out at the patio or pool. Nice linens and room comforts. Facility was clean, neat, quiet, and pleasant. Great meeting place or mini-vacation. Discount for Hilton Honors members - that's helpful!

I too look at the reviews before booking and this hotel was as majority of folks said….clean, safe, friendly staff, good location with nearby restaurants, plenty of parking, breakfast was very good and had a good variety, all of which was fresh and at the correct temperature. Will stay here again, best experience in Odessa!

Clean and comfortable. The room looks modern. The free room upgrade was awesome. They had a good breakfast, dinner and alcohol on the upgraded room floor, which was free with the upgrade we got.

We had only planned to pass through Odessa on our way to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area, but unfortunately we had vehicle issues & were left stranded. The Home 2 Suites in Odessa was most accommodating & helpful. We were so thankful to have a comfortable & safe place during the days we were there getting vehicle arrangements made so we could proceed on our trip. The hotel was very clean, all the staff were so nice & helpful, our room was very comfortable.

Man, great hotel and staff! Very quiet too! Stayed here last week for the oil show and I must say very nice place, rooms spacious. Breakfast lay out was different but really good and had everything I wanted. The coffee could’ve been stronger in the front but overall had a great visit. This place is close to restaurants and businesses. I will stay here again in December when I return.

Location was good, very clean, quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good, clean space and organized. Same option for both days, for longer than two days might be dissapointing. Water for guest will be appreciated.

The room was clean, comfortable, and up to date. The bathroom was clean, but the area around the tub needed some attention. There was water damage on the walls and baseboards and the tub surround needed to be recalked. Other than that it was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Went to stay the nigbmht being my girls had to be @ the airport by 5 a.m., we were about 10 min drive, ac worked good was well stocked comfy beds Only complain is we stayed for the pool for my kids to swim pool was closed they said had just been fixed that day that we could get in which i would of let them in but it was so dirty i was willing to clean it myself for my kids use, the net was so dirty i didnt even want to put in the pool, no swimming and didn't get up for breakfast, comfy bed & pillows was about it

Great place to rest for a long days drive. Had to wait at the counter as a walk in needed a room for a couple of hours. He would not pay for it until she came in...so I had to wait. She was rude to the employee, vaping and exhaling in his face. He immediately rebuked her. the she went to the fridge and removed 2 waters and told the john to pay for them. After he paid, the desk clerk noticed she stole a candy bar. He let them go on about their business. The staff should not have to put up with this nonsense. After that, the was polite and helpful. The hotel looks new but there are signs of its age here and there. The breakfast was the usually stuff...but they had whole milk! That was a plus..Dad likes whole milk on his cereal! Bed was comfortable. Location is near a brand new QT and also I-20.

After reading may positive reviews I chose this hotel for a road trip stop on the way to Tucson. The hotel manager Gaya was very helpful and friendly. "Ed", the front desk person who checked us out, was not so helpful or friendly.This hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and close to the interstate. We were very close to restaurants and shopping. It was so quite and peaceful. The rooms had a microwave and fridge which were a nice plus since we were on a road trip. Breakfast was to be expected for free hotel breakfast but enough to get us going for the day.

My family and I took a road trip from California to Texas to visit my parents. We stayed in several lesser expensive hotel/motels along the way. We stayed here at Sleep Inn and Suites for three days while in Odessa. Compared to the other places we stayed this one was the best and was just as good or even better that our stay at a Hilton in Tucson Az. The entire property was clean and well cared for. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would defiantly stay here again. There was only one issue I had and that was with the morning breakfast service. When we got down at 800am one day there was little to nothing left. No one was in the room refreshing any of the items. The coffee was out and the place was messy. Im not sure if the employee who's job it is to maintain the breakfast area was off sick that day or what happened. The following day we went down around 730am and it was better stocked and cared for. The swimming pool is very small and did not appear to be heated. The weather kept us from using it but if your looking for a pool to play in, this is not the place. This pool would only be good if you wanted to get wet and sit around. It is located between the hotel building and the busy Interstate frontage road. not the best location for a pool. So other than the lack of breakfast/coffee one day, this place was great.

This hotel is located within minutes of various restaurants & shops. This property is clean on the inside and the outside. While many in the oil industry use this hotel as a home base, housekeeping seems to do a great job with keeping up with the dirt. The only reason I don’t give this property a 5 is because the lady working the afternoon/evening shift was extremely rude and seemed like she had many more important things to do than to bother with simple guest services. The room was clean, spacious and appeared recently renovated. Nice flat screen tv with a clear picture. Even though this property has guests coming and going at all hours, it was extremely quiet. The pool was small but nice for a quick swim. The breakfast is your typical free hotel breakfast. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Midland-Odessa area that’s looking for quality, value and comfort.

On a cross country road trip and we're looking for a reasonably priced hotel. This was a bit more than we wanted but since it includes a hot breakfast, we decided to try it. This is either a newer hotel or recently renovated as you could smell paint and new carpet in some areas. Our room was very nice and the beds were super comfortable. Each bed had four pillows to choose from. Great water pressure in the shower. A bonus, the shower head was mounted high enough that someone 6' tall could easily use it. Towels were about the softest ones I've had in a hotel. The fitness center is well equipped. The hot breakfast had a nice selection of food including some fresh fruit. Only negative is I didn't see anything for tea drinkers. Would definitely stay here again.

The facility was clean and modern. All the ice machines were in working order and everything was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The best part of our stay (3 nights) was the customer service we received during breakfast. The woman who takes care of the dining is one of the most friendly and helpful I have ever met in a hotel. She should be commended for making people feel welcome and almost part of a family! I wish I had gotten her name, but we stayed August 31 - Sept 2.

With one minor exception (and one that was quickly rectified), my interactions with all the employees were that they were genuinely helpful and eager to make my stay pleasant. Weirdly, the shower curtain in the bath was too short to go in the tub, so with every shower, a significant amount of water ran on the floor. After the first morning, I asked to have a longer shower curtain and the first one WAS changed, but the second one was the same length. (The styles of curtains were different.) I ended up leaving a towel on the floor so my problem was solved. I suspect that the shower curtain rods were installed too high and for whatever reason, the management made no changes. It wasn't just my room, I heard other people laughing about the shower curtains at breakfast.

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great, housekeeping was friendly, front desk clerk, (I think her name is Passion?), was very friendly & helpful. Another clerk, (young girl with shorter hair), was rude when I had overslept one day & asked what time housekeeping left for the day. She said she wouldn’t know, then rudely asked what I needed them for. Other than that incident, our stay was great. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very well-maintained hotel. Everything in the room looked brand new--bedding, counters, carpet, and all!! I was very, very pleased. The breakfast dining area was large and private from the registration area, making it very comfortable. The staff members were all friendly and professional. I will stay here again when I need a place in Odessa!!

From reservation process to check in to quality of the room, the experience was exactly what I would expect from a Hampton - expert front desk personnel (Reuben in particular he was amazing and VERY helpful), clean and comfortable room, good breakfast available. Upon arrival, Reuben was so kind and helpful plus he made an extra effort to have my room ready a little earlier than normal check in. We were there for a graveside service for my wife's sister, and Reuben went above and beyond to make sure that we had a peaceful stay. He also very graciously printed up a number of programs for the ceremony at no charge to us. He was also familiar with my sister who was already staying there with her husband and kept checking to see if we needed anything. Hampton almost always meets or exceeds my expectations. The Hampton in Odessa, Texas on John Ben Sheppard Pkwy exceeded my expectations. A special shout out to Reuben for the expert and gracious help he extended to us while we were there.

Very clean, comfy and good breakfast didn’t have my pets with me on this visit but they are pet friendly even have doggy treats on the front desk.

Clean, well maintained property close to restaurants and shopping. The only negative is that the beds were not nearly as comfortable as other Hampton Inn properties where we have stayed. Where did the pillow top mattress go?
