This was a wonderful surprise! I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and have been disappointed, so when this was one of the remaining options for a New Years visit to the Blue Mountains, I wasn’t happy; however, this one is amazing! Very clean and modern amenities, rooms are nicely appointed and the whole hotel seems brand new. The staff were wonderful and were very helpful and joyful! The free breakfast was good with a variety of options. Lovely, attentive staff serving breakfast. Other reviews noted noisy guests - I didn’t experience this and there was a 10pm quiet policy. Lots of families, kid friendly, and even though the breakfast was well attended, there were plenty of seats and I could get a spot away from the noise. Basic but good workout area, ample on site parking and an affordable rate. I’ll definitely stay again! Highly recommended!

We arrived late afternoon for a one-night stay as a family. The lobby was clean with plenty of seating. The front desk staff were friendly and checked us in very quickly. Our room was on the main floor (not ideal), but that being said, was conveniently located down the hall from the breakfast area and the pool. The room was large enough with 2 queen beds, a coffee station and a nice clean bathroom. The best part was absolutely the breakfast. Many wonderful hot and cold items on offer: Yogurt/cereal/scrambled eggs/omelet/bacon/sausage/cinnamon rolls. There was a toaster with bagels/sliced bread and the piece de resistance: the pancake machine. A big hit with the kids, the pancake machine automatically makes 2 little pancakes in about 30 seconds. The breakfast ladies all very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

The front desk attendant was top- notch!!! She’s very kind, knowledgeable, & quite friendly (lady’s name starts with a letter A, sorry I don’t recall her name) made the check in sooo smooth and the beginning of our vacation sooo wonderful. The beds were sooo comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast is delicious and very fresh!!! The breakfast ladies were amazing!!! Our stay was A+++. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Thank you sooo much for everything :). Our vacation was wonderful because of you all!!!

Extremely pleasant staff. Spa was very nice. Room was exceptional…clean & spacious. Jacuzzi for two, even with my size being 6’2” & 290 lbs. Standup shower. Breakfast in bed for two was quite good. Love the French press coffee. 1 block from Clifton Hill.

Thought the in-room jacuzzi was a great feature. Bed was very comfortable. The space in the room was a real plus. Breakfast, served in room, was very good and a welcome touch. Front desk staff and breakfast server were very friendly and professional. Overall, we loved the room and hotel.

Great hotel in Niagara Falls with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi which was amazing. For the price and compared to nearby hotels, this is a great choice for anyone spending a night in Niagara Falls.

Free upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi, and breakfast was very good. Housekeeping was immaculate and the place is very cozy and clean. Staff was also very attentive to your needs.

The hotel overall is very clean and well kept. All the staff working there as extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean, they provide you with everything that you would need to be comfortable. A few reasons why I didn’t give them 5 stars: -The kettle in the room was extremely dirty. - The coffee machine in the room was SO old and outdated. Every hotel I have stayed at in the past couple of years have updated their machines to Keurig or Nespresso - The breakfast was disappointing, like very disappointing. Literally very very few options.

The property met and exceeded our expectations in every way. Check-in was handled well, very pleasant young woman who was professional and helpful. As I and my spouse are both Marriott Titanium Life status members we seldom step away from Marriott properties. We are discovering (sadly/disappointed) that they are no longer maintaining the high standard that once was common and the Staybridge was by far nicer in every way. Well appointed, spacious room with a wonderfully comfortable bed with good linens, kitchen fresh and equipped with anything needed to prepare meals if desired. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of tasty choices with enough staff to keep up with the guests, refill and refresh items and respond pleasantly to requests. It was also nice to have stainless flatware and dishes (as Marriott has defaulted to plastic ware and paper/Styrofoam plates). We will happily return here and also consider other Staybridge Suites because of what we experienced here. Very pleased all around.

What a great hotel, we loved our suite! It was beautifully decorated with a fully stocked kitchen (cooktop burners only for stove), full fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. We loved the Dove amenities in the shower too, these were great. Lots of outlets and usb plugs, two tv’s, one king and pull out couch. Perfect location, right beside Niagara shopping outlets which has great deals at some of the outlet stores. We walked next door to the Hilton restaurant for dinner which had good food (with kids menu) and a little sports bar area where the hockey game was on. Breakfast was included and was really good! We had a nice swim (open till 11pm); we did notice that the pool deck needs a good scrub. It may be because the door was open onto the mini putt/fire pit area so may let unnecessary dust in. Thank you for having us; we will definitely return!

Staff were exceptional (friendly and helpful). Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean. The outside area with lounging furniture, fire table and BBQ was great. Hotel was VERY quiet when we were there (which was nice). Overall I would definitely recommend this location for staying in the Niagra-on-the-lake area.

What a great find , a beautiful new and modern hotel,only a short drive from Niagara Falls. Large well lit car park and close to various amenities. The staff were very welcoming and recognised my membership status. We had a large room with two huge beds , sitting area , small kitchen with fridge , microwave , large desk and buffet ,the shower room was very modern with great toiletries ,the whole suite was spotlessly clean. We used the pool a few times ,it was warm, spotlessly clean and plenty of towels. Breakfast had a good selection of cereal ,pastries and cooked food and again friendly ,helpful staff.

The rooms are clean and very large. There is plenty of storage space, so all our clothes could be neatly stowed away. Large and comfortable beds. There was also a chair and a comfortable sofa in the room. All care products (by Dove) were provided. The refrigerator was clean and worked well. The coffee maker, hair dryer, and TV all worked. The shower heated up very quickly. The laundry, gym, and swimming pool were very clean and easy to use. Towels were available at the swimming pool. Good coffee at breaktfast. Very friendly and courteous staff who knew the area and were able to give us great tips for excursions. Small selection of snacks and laundry products available for purchase in the lobby. Free Wi-Fi and room cards for every family member. Free parking. Quiet location.

Great Holiday Inn Express. The location is convenient for Niagara Outlet Mall, Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. The staff are welcoming and nice. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff are lovely and keep the food and coffe well fresh and stocked. Great area for my dog to walk around with a green area behind the hotel. Rooms are clean and well equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. There is a pool, although we never went in, looks like it was well enjoyed by other guests. We had a wonderful relaxing Easter weekend.

The property was a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the Clifton Hill area and the Falls. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful answering questions, etc. The hotel was very clean and morning breakfast was good. The staff overseeing the breakfast kept area clean and were also very friendly.

One of the very BEST motels we've ever stayed at. Facility was up to date, spotlessly clean, quiet - everything worked perfectly. How often can you say that about any motel?? The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, appreciative of our business. They went beyond the call of duty with directions and suggestions for our visit. They were very dog friendly and couldn't have been nicer to our service dog, Cooper. We stayed for a Christmas visit to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls and the location was very good. Reasonable cost for the quality, up to date condition and location of the property. The owners are giving people just what they want in a quality motel here. We will must definitely return to this facility. Thanks for a perfect visit!

Laura on the front desk welcomed us when we arrived a little early for our one night stay. Every employee we met was genuine and friendly. Our room was 605 top floor overlooking Lake Nipissing. Large clean window…and huge room with an amazing view. The room was spotless. The king size bed had the usual outstanding sheets. Breakfast was hands down the best we have ever had at a hotel. Peameal bacon, triangle crispy hash browns and the usual hotel fare,— but now comes the surprise. Make your own tacos! Soft tortillas to fill with shredded pork and all the ingredients you can possibly need there for your fun different breakfast. The meat option changes daily. 👍 Thus for $215 total I totally recommend this hotel for cleanliness, room size, room view ,bed comfort, and breakfast surprise! This hotel is walking distance to downtown.

We stayed in a private suite, very big and comfortable. There was minor water damage on ceiling around shower, and some trim falling off, and I feel like if small things like this stayed maintained it would be more appealing to look at. Hotel was organized, clean, amazing breakfast every morning with a ton of options. The pool was out of service and hopefully this is back soon. Professional staff and friendly atmosphere, fully pet friendly which is so amazing.

1st stay at this hotel - front desk staff Kerry Dunn was super pleasant & welcoming, very informative about area, restaurants nearby, etc. We stayed in a king bed studio suite overlooking Lake Nipissing - we had kitchen complete with dishes, full size fridge, microwave, cooktop, etc. Comfortable seating area, also work desk area & had a great sleep in king bed & luxurious linens, many fluffy pillows! Also enjoyed complimentary full hot breakfast, fresh muffins & bagels, fruits & delicious fluffy make your own waffles! This hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of downtown, many restaurants, the Capital Centre, as well as the scenic & peaceful waterfront & its walk/bike path, marina, several NON-SMOKING parks - we were so impressed by this beautiful area! Upon check-out, staff Kerry Dunn asked about our stay - such a genuine & pleasant lady - she is truly an asset to your hotel !! We will definitely stay here again when we return to North Bay for another performance at the Capital Centre, another hidden gem in this city !

I don't know where to start - from beginning to end the whole stay was PERFECT. - location is great, right next to Union Station and CN Tower, hotel can be reached via SkyWalk directly from Union Station. - check in staff was very friendly, the right mixure between interested and professional distance, agent even upgraded me to a corner room and asked for my preferences, I immediately felt comfortable and appreciated as a guest - the room was STUNNING. Perfectly clean, view amazing, bed comfortable - and everything you need. Enough space for belongings, mini fridge, free water - bathroom very spacious, also enough space here. I loved the products, shampoo etc. smelled really well (maybe just bubble bath for rooms with bathtub would be great but this is really the only thing I "missed") - staff at check out also really friendly. When I could not find the entrance again to the SkyWalk at the 2nd level, the employee I met on the way not only told me the direction but escorted me directly to the entrance. Did not use the restaurant, so cannot say anything about that. I was a bit sad after checking out here as this felt more than just a hotel room, I loved being here and if I visit Toronto again, I will definitely consider booking this hotel again!

Delta Hotel Toronto is our absolute favourite hotel in the city. If we ever stay somewhere else, we always think "we should've just stayed at the Delta" and we are SO glad we did this time. Check in was a breeze, the staff member was friendly and quick. While we were waiting in line they offered us coffee or water (incredible) and lollipops for our child! The hotel is in the perfect location to anything you'd want to do in Toronto and is surrounded by plenty of delicious restaurants. Parking is a breeze to get in and out of and so reasonably priced given the location. The hotel has access to Path which makes getting to all the hotspots a complete breeze. The room was HUGE, clean, comfy beds and the bathroom is awesome. Every single staff member we encountered on our stay was absolutely wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. The pool was recently renovated and is a comfortable temperature, big and the view of the CN Tower doesn't hurt. The view from the 22nd floor overlooking the aquarium, Rogers Center and CN Tower is breathtaking. Thanks for a lovely night away, Delta!

We arrived at the Delta Marriott late afternoon after a four hour flight delay. Check in was efficient. Our Club Room was on the highest floor and had a great view of the Toronto skyline. Everything in the room was perfect. We has access to the Club lounge and it was convenient in the morning to wake up to a cup of coffee. They had a wide arrangement of breakfast food including scrambled eggs and meat. We chose to eat later at the restaurant which had a buffet and regular menu. Food and service were excellent and I suggest you get the breakfast plan if you want to eat at the restaurant as it is a little costly. The Delta also has the Sky Path which takes you to the baseball stadium and CN Tower. You can also use this underground path to walk to downtown without going outside. There are many stores and food courts as you use this underground path. It took us a day or two to master this Sky Path. All in all, the hotel was great and in a convenient location and staff were hospitable and efficient.

Lovely clean modern hotel with everything you may require for a friends getaway. As friends we stayed in separate rooms, booked harbour view and also called in advance to ensure we reserved adjoining rooms, which was assured. However on arrival found the type of room, meaning with a view, was not available in adjoining at this hotel location. Very disappointing and after much discussion, was given rooms next to each other but not adjoining. It all worked out. The rate included breakfast which was served in one of their meeting rooms as all the restaurants are under construction. This all turned out just fine as an extensive buffet was offered including very attentive staff with lots of additional service. We used the gym which was staffed and offered lots of towels, drinks, and equipment. Concierge was efficient in getting us the any transportation requested for us to get around the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel and location, despite the minor announce of not getting adjoins rooms. Best to call the hotel directly.

Friendly, clean, spacious, and located near the 401. Rooms are very comfortable and tidy. Located near a great walking/running path that was perfect after a long drive. Breakfast was quite nice and the staff overall are very helpful. I will stay again.

The hotel seems to be newly open/renovated. It's comfortable and clean, we love the simple design of the room but functional. AC and blind curtain work well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The experience met our expectation especially with their fair price during the summer holiday, and it was our last minute booking. Simple breakfast is included, could be improved but we'd not complain. Otherwise, they provided us restaurant recommendation around the hotel and Downtown Kingston. Thanks!

Samantha on front desk was awesome, Wendy who takes care of the breakfast was super efficient & very friendly provided us with a wonderful breakfast (too full to go swimming as planned LOL). Room was very clean & beds were super comfy! We will definitely come again when visiting Kingston. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The property itself was great, staff was great, but the area around the hotel was under heavy construction but there was also limited access to other things to do, must drive or else you’d miss a lot, the pool area was disappointing too small for my money plus no hotub keeps it short of 5 star otherwise it was a good and enjoyable stay .

I stayed a week in this hotel, and I was impressed! The price for what I received was exceptional in this day and age. The room was very well set up, with 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, plus a kitchen. Three of us stayed in the room with no crowding. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large, with an excellent shower and lots of clean towels. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was extremely helpful, right from the housekeepers to the front desk and the people working at breakfast. The breakfast was lovely for a hotel breakfast: the usual suspects as well as all the accoutrements to make a bacon and egger sandwich. On top of this the staff kept everything hot and filled, including bringing fresh coffee and they were there to help. If something ran out they were right there. The weekend breakfast was even better. The lobby where we ate was also set up nicely. It was perfect for breakfast, and it also worked well when our family wanted to have a coffee and visit. When I phoned the front desk to request something, they brought it up almost immediately. The only less than perfect part of this hotel was the little approach road that was filled with potholes (which are probably due to construction of another hotel right next door). This was very minor and we just had to drive slow. All in all this is the best experience I have had staying in a hotel in a long time.

Our recent stay at the Home2 Suites in Huntsville, Ontario, was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. Traveling with my wife and daughter, we were looking for a comfortable and convenient home base, and this hotel delivered on every front. The spacious suite was a perfect fit for our family. The kitchen was a huge plus, making it easy to prepare snacks and meals, and the overall size of the room gave us plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. The amenities truly set this hotel apart. The breakfast was simply amazing, with a fantastic variety that started each day off right. We all loved the saline pool, which was a refreshing and enjoyable way to unwind after a day of exploring. I especially appreciated the fitness room; it was great to get in a workout on the Peloton bike, a fantastic and unexpected bonus. Above all, the staff was a highlight of our trip. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This, combined with the impeccable cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel, made our stay feel comfortable and effortless. We would highly recommend Home2 Suites to any family visiting Huntsville. It's a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped hotel with a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience.

Had an amazing stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Huntsville! Perfect location, as it is close to downtown, dining, and outdoor activities. Our suite was spotless, very spacious, and modern with great amenities, including a handy kitchenette (and even a great Nespresso machine). Kids loved the clean and inviting indoor pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and always had fresh coffee out in the lobby, making our visit even better. Great breakfast options, too. Highly recommend, and I will definitely be returning for another trip with friends once the weather is a little warmer!

This was our first time staying here, and we had a great stay! Our room had a queen bed and a kitchen area equipped with a microwave, full size fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee maker. The cupboards/drawers had some serving/casserole dishes, utensils and cutlery plus six glasses, mugs plates, and bowls. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. Loved that the handle to turn the water on and off was on the opposite side of the shower head. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were available in the shower in large pumps; no place to put your own toiletries, though, other than on the floor of the shower. Coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the lobby area. Breakfast was provided. The area was very spacious and clean. There were some hot foods as well as bread/bagels (gluten free available upon request), cereal, oatmeal, and fresh blueberries and bananas. I loved the Muskoka themed décor throughout the hotel. It was a snowy day when we arrived, and snow removal in the front entrance and parking lot wasn’t the best. There was a pool and exercise room at the hotel, but we did not use either of these. The hotel had a pool and a hot jacuzzi which was great for the cold weather. There was free breakfast provided. Room was spacious with a wide window view.

Location was good and close to restaurants. Breakfast was ok, some of the dishes were not kept that hot in the trays. Pool and jacuzzi were great, with not too strong a chlorine smell. Staff at front desk really went out of their way to help and keep guests happy.

The property was very clean and well maintained. There was a gym equipped with new machines, an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Breakfast was included which had many breakfast options (hot and cold) to choose from and was delicious! The breakfast staff always made sure that the areas were clean and refilled. The room was spacious and came with amenities. The bed was very comfortable and came with assorted types of pillows. I appreciated that there was no carpet. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive to our needs. The property is conveniently located. It’s about 10 minutes from downtown Kingston and close to the highway. Parking is free which is always a plus. Overall, Hampton Inn is a definite must stay while in Kingston!

I very happy here. The hotel is very clean. We were delighted. We came here for a short five-day break to explore Kingston and relax. The area around the hotel is peaceful and quiet. Breakfast has a huge selection. Eggs are different every day, and there's something different every day: bacon one day, sausages the next. Eggs - an omelet one day, scrambled eggs the next. The gentleman who oversees breakfast is constantly cleaning and adding new items. The food is delicious. The front desk staff, especially Mel, is very friendly. The pool area and hot tub are simply relaxing. Outside, there are tables and loungers where you can relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. If I had to recommend a hotel in Kingston, this is it. Oh, and we enjoy walking and exploring the city and using public transportation, so there's bus 602 right outside the hotel to downtown. I recommend this hotel. The staff is constantly cleaning, and the hallway attendants are very friendly. A great place to relax. I recommend it 100%.

First time in Kingston but not first time at a Hampton Inn. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was a nice size with a shower that can accommodate two people (just saying - it was a great size). We were 3 adults and stayed in the room with the pull out sofa. Even though it was a pull out sofa bed, it was still comfortable. Room also had a mini fridge and microwave. The pool was clean and the hot tub a good place after a long day of walking. Breakfast is included and there is always yogurt, oatmeal, make your own waffles, toast, muffins and cereals. They also have a rotation of eggs and meat depending on the days. We were able to sample scrambled eggs with hashbrowns and chicken sausage one day, omelettes with cheese and bacon another day and veggie quiche with hash browns and pork sausage another day. My only complaint which isn't much is that the coffee can be a bit better. That and maybe a refillable water station in the lobby as well. But there is a Tim Hortons on same property and a Starbucks down the street. Also nearby is an LCBO and Food Basics. Further up on Gore Rd is Your Independence grocery store. There is also a few restaurants near by as well. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I cannot praise them enough! I highly recommend this hotel. For the price point. It was excellent. FYI - I've cross posted the same review on Google.

Location Excellent airport hotel for extended stays. Central enough for easy access to the highway as well as public transit. Check in/out Smooth flow. Efficient and professional front desk representatives. Thank you all! Food Great morning breakfast buffet with the very welcoming Raj whipping up perfect egg dishes on demand. Although lines could get long at peak times (which the hotel was thoughtful enough to identify in advance), the ever efficient Chandrika somehow always managed to maintain a smooth flow of guests.....with a kind word and gentle smile on her face. The evening cocktail hour was also a nice touch, which often extended into dinner. Restaurant had a varied menu, and dishes were tasty. Again, Chandrika was outstanding in her management of the smooth flow of guests for the evening complimentary cocktails - as the area could get quite crowded at times Room Air-conditioning worked well (this is a deal breaker for us) Room spacious and clean with a comfortable bed (deal-breakers yet again!) Parking Convenient paid parking at property Airport Shuttle Convenient and on-time. Helpful, pleasant drivers Takeaway It appeared that the people who work at this property were actually happy to be working there - in whatever role they had. There are several things that we loved about the property. 1) The staff in EVERY role was amazing! Everyone was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. 2) When we arrived to our room the tub was clogged. When I called the front desk they sent maintenance up within 15 minutes to fix the issue. That was wonderful. 3) The hotel restaurant had excellent food, a fabulous buffet breakfast with an omelette bar and great hours. 4) The shuttle was very convenient and useful. 5) The room was clean and spacious. The bed was a little firm for my liking but after a couple of days I got used to it. We didn't have any complaints about anything other than the tub being clogged but that was minor and resolved quickly. We enjoyed our four night stay there and will be back when we return to Canada.

Close to the airport, check in was fast & easy, lobby was nice and clean, room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure. The included breakfast is excellent, very tasty, good selection & omelette station. We ate on the restaurant the night we arrived and service was excellent and the food was delicious

Had an excellent stay at Embassy Suites Toronto Airport again! We usually stay at this hotel now when we are flying out of Toronto early in the morning. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff making everything seamless. The evening reception is always a nice touch, offering a great way to unwind. Our suite was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very spacious. Parking was efficient, and we chose the stay, park, and go option. We were gone for 10 days. The location is also a plus, with good restaurants nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Highly recommend for both short and extended stays!

We were looking for somewhere close to the airport that we could use as a base for the two days we were in Toronto before flying home. The suites were exceptionally clean, spacious, quiet, with good facilities. The interior also felt very modern. The hotel offered a free shuttle which ran every 30 minutes between the hotel and airport from where we took the UP into Toronto. The hotel restaurant was excellent and we stayed for dinner and breakfast, with the added bonus of 'happy hour' of drinks and snacks from 5-7pm.

This has been the best hotel experience I've ever had. The young lady at check in made my kids and I feel so welcomed. She let us know about a restaurant deal that we took advantage of (Royal Oak, the food was excellent). The key cards worked great and the room was WOW!!! The cleanest hotel room I've ever seen! The layout of the room was fantastic, very spacious, with a seperate sitting area. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were appreciated. The shower was great, lots of soap and shampoo product in refillable containers. Now the best part. The bed. Omg. It was like sleeping on a cloud. I have NEVER slept in such a comfortable bed. And the pillows...❤️. I wish I could have stayed a second night. The next morning we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The food was wonderful and the variety exceptional. The overall impression: this hotel cares about the comfort of their guests and it shows. I cannot say enough great things about the staff, they are what keeps everything together. I am looking forward to my next visit with Holiday Inn Express 💜

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The quality of the in-room amenities truly exceeded my expectations. Everything from the bed sheets to the washroom fixtures reflected a high standard of care and cleanliness. The linens were soft, fresh, and immaculately presented, contributing to a very comfortable night’s sleep. The room itself was both spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. The washroom was spotless, modern, and well-stocked with quality toiletries. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

This may be one of the best hotel rooms I have had. Spacious room, upscale bathroom with backlit mirror, nightlight and high counters. Microwave, fridge, coffee. Spacious desk with a separate space for placing luggage on. Closet, room safe, and complimentary breakfast buffet. Perfect. Only cons were very loud room door latches which close with a loud thunk in the hallway and the beds were okay but could be a bit firmer. Highly recommend this place.

Rooms are very clean and comfy and very modern and stylish. Loved the bathroom amenities. Breakfast was included and very good, a lot of choices and they keep the platters topped up. Cleanest breakfast buffet i have been too.

Breakfast was great. Hot eggs, hot oatmeal, breakfast meat. The hotel was renovated in 2020. Room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was very nice. Keurig coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room also

We stayed for 15 days while I was recovering from total hip replacement surgery. The staff provided us with an accessible room which was entirely comfortable and made my recovery much easier than anything else I could have imagined. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I needed to get around with a walker and there was plenty of room for me to get comfortable. The king sized bed was amazing. The hotel was very accessible to highway 404 so we could get to our hospital easily and also get to dining opportunities nearby. Family was able to visit since they live nearby and use the hotel facilities. That was wonderful. Everything being on one level was a must. The breakfast at the hotel was exceptional. Lastly let me say that every staff member that I dealt with was cheerful and most welcoming to my wife and I. What a great support for my recovery!! Thank you

We had our Family Christmas celebration here as we have family from all across Ontario. From the beginning we had exemplary service from Yuliya and Hector. We had a block of rooms and a meeting room for our family gathering. There was great consultation about our needs for this event and Hector and Yuliya were very considerate of what would work best for us. When we arrived at the hotel all of our family members were treated like 5 star guests! We felt very relaxed and comfortable as though we were in our own home, very safe and secure. All staff on duty were helpful and attentive but also left us to our celebrations! The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Roman was also helpful in locating a missing item, as well as staff on duty. All in all a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Avery clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. It is only 3 years old and therefore very modern and bright with nice décor. It is well situated and easily accessible from Hy 404 The included breakfast is very good and will prepare you fir the day ahead. my only suggestion is to supply a tray in the breakfast area so one can bring coffee etc. to one's room to keep a spouse happy.

The staff was very welcoming as soon as we walked in the door and gave us bottled water which was a nice perk. The breakfast was delicious nice selection, of hot and cold and the woman working there was pleasant, helpful, and constantly wiping things making sure everything was clean. We enjoyed the pool and it was also very clean and the area was too. I liked that the room had soap in a dispenser not a bar of soap.

Just needed an overnight stop on the road, this was similar price to others but had better reviews, we found out why. Property is new, less than a year old, clean, good condition and very fresh. Beds and pillows were super comfy, we overslept in the morning and so did the guy checking out ahead of us. Breakfast was ample and tasty. Both breakfast and front desk staff ALL very friendly and helpful. A number of restaurants within walking distance and the hotel has negotiated discount deals with each of them.

A bright new and very friendly hotel. I had to travel alone for a funeral and being in this comfortable and welcoming hotel made the time easier. The rooms are large , the beds unbelievably comfortable and the free breakfast the most generous I've had in a hotel.....and the women managing the breakfast so helpful. Thank you.

Excellent location close to eating area. Property is very clean and bed was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh breakfast especially the pastries and hot items. Staff very friendly and professional and helpful.

This is a very clean and friendly hotel. The walls are a bit thin, but most people are respectful and quiet after about midnight or so. The WIFI isn't great and depending on your cell phone carrier, the cell service can be a bit patching if you're coming over from the US on the AT&T network. It's close to grocery stores and most restaurants you can think of. Breakfast includes, pancakes, cereals, breads, eggs, omelets, sausages, yogurt and cinnamon rolls.

Brand new, super clean facility. Outdoor barbeque and fireplace terrace, and complimentary 24hr coffee / drink station, 24hr use of the guest laundry room (with many brand new washers & dryers so no wait time), game and fitness rooms were bonus. All the other usual nice-to-haves were medium sized pool (great hours 7am-11pm), morning breakfast room, large open lobby area that winds into a comfy extended bar / restaurant space with large TVs and lots of comfy places to sit and chat - the place was hopping when I was there (a regular Wed night in mid September, so imagine it would be even more upbeat at other times of the year). Friendly staff, super room (King suite), quick check in/ out and convenient parking rounded out our great stay!

The staff was very friendly and inviting. The pool was clean and rooms as well. Amazing contanental breakfast with a variety of options for everyone. The housekeeper we had on floor 3 was very friendly and also helped us with extra towels and pillows when we asked and asked if there was anything else she could help us with. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We also liked that we could also use the BBQ that is on site as well. Which helped with keeping our cost down while on vacation with the family. We also like that there was alot of beachs to go to within less then a hour away and one just down the road for the hotel in Port elgin which had a small park, volleyball courts, flushable washrooms, showers and live entertainment on the Sunday We stayed. The beach was also sandy and not rocky like goderich.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Port Elgin for 2 nights at the end of August. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids. Our room was very clean and modern, the toiletries provided were dove brand and the hand soap smelled amazing. Our favourite part of the stay was the breakfast buffet, specifically the fresh berries. You can tell that a lot of care goes into making the guest feel welcome at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Beautiful hotel. We loved the stay. The check-in was easy and the staff were very welcoming The rooms were spacious and very new. Even the bathrooms were spacious. The property itself is very nice with a decent sized pool, free laundromat and a gaming room. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Everything was fresh and delicious. The location was great as well. Lots of options for grocery and eating around. All in all, I would come back again, and certainly recommend the hotel.

This is our second annual visit to the Saugeen Shores for cycling (great trails abound in the area), dining (you must go to Bonfire on Queen in Paisley) and shopping (Becker Shoes). The hotel is clean, modern with super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is a standout - great and plentiful selection of fresh items. We'll be back next spring.

Great hotel. Super convenient for an early am flight . Quick check in , fresh baked cookies !!! Yumm Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet. Restaurant right across as well as a gas station for filling up your rental. Hot coffee fresh and ready at 3 AM. Can’t wait to come back and try breakfast!!

Polite and friendly front desk staff, convenient location for my event. The room was spacious, TV had many channels, bed was comfortable - I had a good sleep; bathroom was really nice, taps easy to use, with nice and convenient accessories. Stayed for one night while passing through Ottawa. Clean, modern, comfortable, quiet stay. The room was very clean. Easy to access, ample parking. The breakfast spread was very good- oatmeal, eggs, bacon, baked goods and other assorted items.

Stayed here for a business trip. We were a group of 13. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Amazing customer service. Checkin was hassle free and quick. The rooms were very clean and bright. The beds are comfortable with a fresh smell. We also had an accessible room which meant all the standards and very spacious. We had use of a board room which was setup and ready to be used. We had coffee/tea and snacks provided. Room was very bright, spacious and clean. The pool was clean and warm with fresh towels. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quality stay at an affordable price.

Great hotel we were able to check in via the Hilton app as members, as we keep returning for many years to this area to visit once again the 1000 islands (the 3 hours tour was way better than the 1 hour tour we did on this occasion): - very large room and very clean cut with simple lines and functionality even in the bathroom; some 50 something TV channels from both Canada/USA; good towels and bedding - we had only a shower, which I do not like, however is OK for only one night stay - on the entrance side of the hotel there is a petrol station and from the back you can see in the distance the motorway, however our sleep was not disturbed at all by outside noises - car park is around the hotel so you can keep an eye on your car, although seems to be a safe area - we were told the hotel was full, however it was rather quiet on the top floor where we were and only heard some noisy kid going/returning from the breakfast as the parents could not be bothered to ask him/her to keep quiet - clean cut reception with breakfast area located right in front of it and this is where it was rather noisy because of a group of young women speaking loud in their language. Breakfast was basic with prepared omlette and the usual bits and pieces, nothing special just good for not taking the road on an empty stomach.

Liked: Hotel is modern and clean, with spacious rooms and breakfast area; comfy beds and bedding; warm breakfast; convenient parking close to entrance. Didn't like: Having to walk on cold tile to get to the bathroom in the night (worked around by laying down towels); disposable dishes and cutlery for breakfast; limited food choices for breakfast.

Great hotel. Very clean and friendly staff-they were always cleaning or helping people. The beds were comfortable and there was minimal noise that transferred from the hall to the room. Decent hot breakfast (eggs, sausage,waffles (cinnamon and plan) with topping bar, cereals, breads/muffins and assorted juices, coffee. Pool was warm and clean. Not much around the hotel, McDonalds and a gas station was all I saw. The only thing that would have made the stay better was an EV charger on site. Hotel was 3 years old at this review

There is an excellent restaurant for dinner right across the parking lot from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and fresh and clean.

It was an amazing family getaway, perfect experience for my husband and I and our three little kids. It's new, clean and modern, just snazzy enough and still super comfortable, real casual chic. We got a room with two Queen beds and a sofa bed, large bright window, spacious washroom (with full size soap pumps in shower), fantastic space for the five of us. The kids were in the pool every day of the stay and was so sad to have to leave. The morning breakfast was wonderful with a variety of foods to satisfy even my picky eaters. I can't say enough about how wonderful all the staff were to making our stay an exceptional one. From the front desk to the housekeeping, including the kitchen staff that will gladly accommodate your requests with a friendly smile. And they really do strive to go the extra mile to accommodate any reasonable requests, and their response time is immediate, if not instant. I highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay there!

The hotel was modern, clean, eco friendly & made you feel welcome/comfortable. They are centrally located with an easy walk to almost everything you might need or want. The room was VERY clean & spacious. There is also an enjoyable breakfast every morning, swimming pool & fitness center to enjoy. I want to thank all the staff at this location; they were helpful & courteous. I especially wish to thank Anmol, Shina, Amel & Irene: who I seem to pester the most during my stay. TY !!! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is amazing. The hotel served a great breakfast buffet and had a quaint restaurant attached to it. The Brew Table (a restaurant directly beside the property) was an a great addition to our experience. Staff was friendly, pool was nice size, exercise room was packed with great equipment and most of all our room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. It was close to all things fun.

The bed was very comfortable. I had one of the best sleeps I've ever had in a hotel room. The pillows were fluffy. The room was very quiet. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options. One thing I really liked was that the coffee was really strong. Most hotel breakfast bars serve weak coffee. What I also liked was the furniture in the room. There was a L-shaped sofa with a coffee table. The check in and out process was very fast. We would definitely return to this hotel.

We arrived Friday night and were greeted by friendly staff at the desk. Since this is a dog friendly hotel they immediately gave our nervous girl a doggie cookie! We arrived in our room and it was very clean and also I could faintly smell the cleaning products, so that made a lightly fresh scent in the room- which I like , just enough to know that my room had been recently cleaned and ready. The linens were white and very clean and bright. The washroom also was clean and I absolutely loved that there are Dove products at the sink and shower because I am someone who has sensitive skin and I never use the products supplied ( I bring my own hand soap to even wash my hands!). The breakfast was delicious- the staff were on hand making delivering and making fresh products, and kept the entire dining room clean and tidy. They were very prompt in cleaning up dishes and very friendly. They all greeted me with a friendly good morning! A very clean and friendly hotel!

The recent renovations to the hotel are very nice. Clean and large common / dining area, and the Queen Suite is quite spacious enough for my family of four, including two very tall young men. The sofa bed is a necessity for us. It's about as comfortable as you'd expect from a pullout, but still better than my two 6' tall kids trying to share a queen. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. Alzira, in the kitchen has been very attentive, ensuring that there's always fresh coffee throughout the day, and making sure that the breakfast area is clean, with fresh food. I would definitely stay here again, the next time I'm in the area.

Have stayed here a few times in the past, always pleased! Front desk staff so welcoming! Our room was immaculately clean, bed & pillows so very comfortable! Today, we enjoyed an amazing breakfast, delicious sausages & baked beans along with many other breakfast offerings! Great coffee! The 3 attendants, Alzina, Sephora & Marie work so well as a team refilling dishes constantly & clearing tables all while being so pleasant & friendly with hotel guests! We are already looking forward to seeing them again tomorrow morning! Thank you ladies for making our stay so very enjoyable!

I very much enjoyed the location: close to shopping and restaurants, and at the same time in a quiet and safe area. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking, and lots of nice space around the hotel for walking. Breakfast was also good, enough variety. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the fridges are amazing. The complementary breakfast is so delicious and the ladies who work at the kitchen are amazing. Marie-Claude really made the stay amazing as she always greeted me and my children when attending breakfast and is so friendly, kind, caring and a hard worker. I can see her dedication to the job a staff like her is hard to come by.

The jacuzzi & fireplace made it that much extra special for an anniversary getaway. The continental breakfast was delicious too!!

We'd just driven through Quebec and were ready to get off the road. This hotel was a very comfortable and quiet release. It's an attractive building in a surprisingly quiet location. The outdoor pool was warm and surrounded by gardens. The room was large and supplied with bottled water and mini chocolate bars. The restaurant served dinner (which was delicious by the way) and breakfast the next morning. Service personnel were friendly and attentive. The only negative is the very, very long corridor which might be difficult for people with mobility issues. But it wasn't a problem for us.

The room was spacious and the beds were so comfy. I liked the couch for relaxing with my IPad. The fireplace was an extra bonus. The whole experience was so peaceful and relaxing. The continental breakfast was the best. We had 2 choices of bacon or sausage. Everything was so tasty. We also ate dinner at the Best Western which turned out to be so delicious.

Clean comfortable bed/rooms.. The Hops and Barley Bar is a great place for a quiet drink with exceptional service..Was nice to have a buffet style breakfast, which was included..Staff was very helpful and pleasant..Will definitely stay there again..

The restaurant was excellent both when I paid for my own dinner and for the free breakfast. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was excellent and the restaurant lent itself to a peaceful dinner.

Great rooms, amazing atrium and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. The atrium is 4+ stories high and wide. Kidney shaped pool, waterfall (as a shower) and hottub. Our room had a little balcony that overlooked the atrium. and that was a comfortable place to sit and relax.

Great spacious rooms. The king size bed + pillows were very comfy. The room had a small Jacuzzi and a microwave. Parking is available for free.

There was a booking error for the conference I attended there through Booking.com (The king sized suite with the jacuzzi wasn't actually available like I had booked). They upgraded us to a suite beside the pool (with a balcony) and gave us a free breakfast coupons which was lovely as reimbursement for the error.

Wonderful Stay – Renovated Rooms, Great Staff, and Excellent Amenities We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms have been recently renovated and are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making the experience even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant has a great food at very reasonable prices. The swimming pool is another highlight: spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a family suite for 2 adult 3 children. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome. The only complaint we have is that the water pressure in our shower was nonexistent. Especially after swimming in the pool, the need to take a nice hot shower had us wanting a better shower setup. The area was safe and plenty of stores within a 5 minute drive, but the road was under heavy construction, which was annoying (not the hotel's fault obviously).

The room was perfect and spacious. Very clean. The free breakfast was very good with a good vriety of options. The exercise room and pool area are well equipped and clean. Dinner and drinks at Das Bar in the hotel was excellent. Our server was so welcoming and mixed great cocktails. Our dinners with both very tasty. We were very impressed with Das Bar. Ample fee parking is also available. Very close to the theatre and market.

Very clean property. Hot breakfast with lots of options. Convenient coffee and tea bar close to elevators and front desk for a quick and convenient hot beverage. Staff super friendly and attentive and the check out is quick. Overall really great experience!! Would stay there again.

First impressions are always good. As doors opened for me I immediately noticed how clean and well laid out everything is. Desk Staff was pleasant and very helpful. My room was large, fresh and clean. Bed was so comfortable. I did not use the other amenities in the hotel but I could see that they also were well laid out, spacious and clean. Definitely a go to for me.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, food in the bar was really good and complimentary breakfast was amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable, and a good-sized bed. Loved having the little kitchen area. The bathroom was awesome. I loved that the hairdryer wasn't attached to the wall and that there was a small night light in the bathroom, so you didn't need to put a light on at night.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds are comfy and I had a great night sleep. Staff were friendly and willing to help. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm at peaceful. Never to loud or to busy at any time. The gym was a great place to work out, had everything I needed to keep my full routine going especially at 5am. The breakfast was amazing, had a cheese omelet and sausage. Then a muffin with fresh fruit. Fresh coffee and pancakes where amazing too. Definitely will make a return visit when back in the area!

Absolutely fabulous hotel, I can’t get over what a bargain it was, modern and clean the staff were always so friendly and welcoming to the children also, nothing was too much trouble. The unlimited free coffee and the breakfasts were incredible, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast, cereals, yoghurt, toast and various toppings and the very fun to watch pancake making machine! Rooms were nice and quiet and lovely big windows. Great location straight off the highway aswell!

I like that the hotel was very modern, and all facilities were very clean. We got to enjoy the indoor pool, and they even had a gym! The room was big, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom very spacious (and again, clean). The breakfast was great, a lot of room to seat, and a lot of different and varied options for breakfast. I would recommend. The hotel is only 5min away from great restaurants and Brantford.

a wonderful stay! The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a great variety to start the day off right. The pool was a good size and worked well for both a relaxing dip and some fun. My room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to rest after a busy day. What really stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. This was some of the best service we have experienced in a hotel in quite some time. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made the difference. Overall, it was a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable stay that I would happily recommend.

We had a nice experience here and found our hotel for future stays. The location is great, only a few minutes with the hotel's free shuttle to the airport and from there just 25 minutes with the UP Express to Downtown. Our room was really big, very clean and comfortable with an awesome view of the airport which was perfect for my husband who loves to watch airplanes. Staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really delicious and fresh with a good choice of cold and hot foods. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect here. The staff were friendly and hard working. The rooms were spacious and clean. The entire facility was well maintained. The breakfast variety was good, lots of options were always stocked even when it was very busy. The beds were comfortable, I slept like a baby. I had no complaints. This is one of my favorite hotels because I've never had an issue, and it's clean, and the staff are great!

Enjoyed two nights while in the area to plane watch! It was fantastic! Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was delicious! The first night the planes were landing right in front of our window! Highly recommend the runway view rooms for any plane fanatics. All that was missing to make it perfect was a hot tub :)

The property was very well kept. Lobby was nice, rooms were nice and clean- even the bathroom was spotless. The staff was always so welcoming and friendly. I appreciate they have snacks and drinks for purchase as we had a late night. Room is equipped with a fridge and microwave. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was a small selection of hot and cold foods - scrambled eggs, bacon and or sausage , cereals, yogurts I only wish they had some sort of sliced cheese. Would stay here again and again ! I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as part of a vacation in eastern Ontario. My room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the cable and air conditioning worked well, and WiFi was fine. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, as they always had a hot egg dish, a meat dish, and potatoes, as well as oatmeal, a pancake-maker, cold cereal, fruit and yogurt. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day. While I didn't need much service during my stay, the staff were polite and laid back. I was 30 minutes late in checking out, but they were fine about it. The hotel also has a pool and fitness room. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area.

After a day of driving that began in Moncton, New Brunswick, and a huge storm near Ottawa, we stopped for the night at the Holiday Inn Express just off the highway in Pembroke. After a friendly check in, we were given a pet-friendly room as we were traveling with our dogs. The room was large with a comfortable seating area and a very clean bathroom. The hotel was quiet, and we were able to have a great rest before continuing our cross-Canada drive in the morning. The breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn Express fare with pancakes, omelets, and a choice of continental style. This was a nice haven from the storm we drove through to get to Pembroke on a 1300 km day.

The staff in the breakfast area (Wendy and Irene) were amazing, great assortment of food friendly and helpful. The room wss clean bright and the bed wss very comfortable. We will definitely use this facility on our next visit to Pembroke.

Very pleasant 2-night stay. Clean and quiet property, room was spacious and clean, great free breakfast, and very attentive staff. 10/10 would stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety & selection. Hot, 'real' & tasty food. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Very clean & well furnished hotel & comfortable room. Loved the quality bathroom products. Pool was was very nice & quiet.

Gorgeous rooms, luxurious amenities, beautiful clean new decoration/fixtures, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, secure location. Loved everything about our stay, and felt totally luxurious throughout. What a treat to start each day with the option of fresh-cooked eggs how we wanted them, and I slept better than I have in a long time in those super-comfy super-clean beds. Our view was great and the room was not only gorgeous but huge! Considering the total I paid for this week-long stay was the same or lower than prices I'd seen for much less well-appointed hotels, it wasn't even a "splurge" to stay somewhere so nice. I'm absolutely booking here again next time we're in Timmins!

Extremely clean, modern. Friendly staff. Nice little breakfast. Nice to have a bar to enjoy a drink after a long travel day. Comfortable ceds. Spacious room.

What an awesome hotel. While a little more expensive than the competition the value can’t be beat. Clean rooms, clean and plush linens and towels. Still doing daily housekeeping too! The breakfast options are amazing, fresh and nicely presented. They cook eggs and omelets to your liking in front of you. The gym is clean and well equipped. Never used the pool and didn’t notice a hot tub. You will like this hotel.

The breakfast are yummy and the servers are very nice. Very special experience with latte and cupaccino included for breakfast. Room is spacious with comfy bed. Front desktop staffs are very friendly and informative. Overall, enjoyed staying...
